00:02:47.120 you're listening to the best of the glenn beck program okay so here's really how to fix this

00:03:02.580 problem of the immigration and the reason why i'm talking about this today is because i found myself in

00:03:07.860 christy noem's position yesterday i was talking to uh congressman roe connor who is on the left he's

00:03:14.320 he seems to be a reasonable guy not his policies i think his policies are insane but he loves the

00:03:20.180 country um and he he believes he's doing the right thing and he believes in the bill of rights and

00:03:26.000 everything else uh and so i can have a conversation with somebody like that and i was talking to him

00:03:30.000 and um he brought up you know scooping people up in the middle of the night in habeas corpus and i said

00:03:36.380 uh and he said so what's your answer to that and i said well we're in kind of an emergency situation

00:03:42.400 you know we've been intentionally flooded and invaded you know with the help of people in our own

00:03:47.900 and uh you know the obstruction of congress but because i wasn't sure i said i think it's something

00:03:55.320 we should talk about and have an actual conversation about instead of saying we're having the conversation

00:04:00.220 now and i'm really uninformed enough to feel confident in myself and so i want to i wanted

00:04:08.640 to make sure i was confident in it and i think you need to be as well that's why i started with what is

00:04:14.140 habeas corpus habeas corpus just think of it as the key that opens up that dark jail cell where people

00:04:21.440 are been thrown in and forgotten about okay that habeas corpus is the key i have a right to know

00:04:29.340 why i'm in here i have a right to a hearing and and charges and everything else so that's all cave

00:04:35.620 habeas corpus is is a key um and it's interesting because uh if you look at you know what habeas

00:04:45.680 corpus is and and how it was uh put in our um in our constitution here's what it says this is article

00:04:54.240 one section nine of the u.s constitution it says the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus

00:05:01.960 shall not be suspended now when something says shall not be what does that mean that means

00:05:12.140 no way shape or form okay now they don't get that on the second amendment the right to keep and bear

00:05:19.800 arms shall not be infringed but they seem to get it on this one the privilege of the writ of habeas

00:05:25.700 corpus shall not be suspended but it's not a period as they always do it's a comma unless

00:05:34.720 in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it so that is what donald trump

00:05:45.800 is making the argument on okay he's making the argument the constant i am following the constitution

00:05:51.520 i don't have to do this because we've been invaded that's why everybody on the left early on remember

00:05:59.960 when they first come in and everybody we were all saying this is an invasion and they're like this

00:06:04.480 isn't an invasion how dare you say this is an invasion an invasion means guns and you're like what

00:06:08.720 the hell are you even talking about they knew article one section nine of the constitution they

00:06:14.260 already game planned this well in advance okay that's why they're saying this wasn't an invasion

00:06:21.380 but it was an invasion and it was carefully plotted and planned not only by globalists because look

00:06:29.120 what's happening over in europe it's no coincidence that this is happening over in europe as well

00:06:33.520 but also people in our own government okay so what do we do about this well you can the president

00:06:43.280 can just suspend habeas corpus he didn't want to do that because everybody nobody knows what it is

00:06:48.900 nobody has ever read the constitution so they'll just go he's a fascist see what he's doing no he's

00:06:55.220 not constitution allows it invasion so what is he doing well congress is i mean the the the judges

00:07:04.620 are all saying well no he can't do this we have to make the case okay so let's do that let's do that

00:07:10.760 but again i believe this requires congress to do it because this is article one congress can authorize

00:07:21.540 special temporary courts to hear immigration cases swiftly so you don't remove habeas corpus you don't

00:07:29.980 remove judicial review you just accelerate it there is no reason you know the constitution with habeas

00:07:37.180 corpus does not mean endless hearings uh endless trials long waiting periods all of that see remember

00:07:44.720 you are guaranteed the right to a speedy trial a trial date that is out in 2032 that's not a speedy

00:07:52.220 trial which means that's not justice this time it may be justice for you because you people forget about

00:07:59.060 you by 2032 but it is not justice remember justice requires all sides to be satisfied mercy and justice

00:08:08.100 okay um it's not justice for the people who live here in america it's not the justice for people who

00:08:13.960 came here legally it's not justice for people whose kids might be killed because of some gang all right

00:08:20.220 that doesn't work so i believe and i'm not an attorney but i believe that the president could

00:08:27.540 appoint uh special judges to come in legitimate do do everything legitimate um and hear the

00:08:36.880 immigrations the immigration canes cases swiftly yeah great what is the two steps that you have to be for 0.98

00:08:43.780 uh asylums to there's two things that you have to you have to prove right because a lot of times 0.90

00:08:48.880 they're like oh asylum well if you are uh being harassed by gangs in your town like you you got

00:08:55.060 to be able to so that's not one of the tests at all actually there's two-step test a first has to be

00:09:00.280 what are the grounds of your persecution not just that you're persecuted but what are the grounds for

00:09:04.820 your persecution has to be one of these five government has my government has come out against

00:09:09.460 all christians i'm a christian my government has come out against all muslims i'm a muslim right

00:09:14.400 religion is one of them race is one of them a nationality is one of them

00:09:18.520 political opinions hang on just a second wait a minute wait a minute because let's talk about

00:09:21.900 let's not forget south africa i'm sorry what is one of the reasons uh race religion nationality

00:09:30.320 uh by the way uh race one of the reasons and one of the reasons i was looking into this was because

00:09:35.640 of the uh of the south africa situation they fit this completely like they are completely perfectly

00:09:43.100 aligned with exactly white farmers are perfect for this for habeas corpus and the uh asylum perfect for 0.98

00:09:52.460 it fit it exactly yeah it's it's funny because they keep talking about how they can't why why would

00:09:58.560 you allow them and well they actually check the legal boxes quite well so it's race religion nationality

00:10:04.420 political opinion or membership in a particular social group are the five grounds so you have that as

00:10:10.520 test number one if you pass that test number one there's a test number two which there has to be

00:10:15.460 a specific government failure so it's not just that you are persecuted it has to be that the

00:10:21.100 government has failed you to avoid that persecution or perhaps i've done everything i can i've i've

00:10:26.520 tried to go to my government i've tried through the court system i've tried i've tried i've tried

00:10:30.680 and the government has failed me yeah so that's what these go ahead yeah just to finish that up that

00:10:35.980 so it has to be that your home government is unable or unwilling to protect you

00:10:40.540 and or you they can't safely relocate you in the country so if you're in you know you think about a

00:10:48.820 country like again you net you have these situations where the entire government breaks

00:10:52.980 down or the government is the one persecuting uh it's a lot easier to check those boxes but those

00:10:58.560 are things that we can be aware of in advance right like we know if uh you know we for example know

00:11:03.880 about south africa and the way what the government's doing they're passing laws to take the land

00:11:08.220 they're they're allowing some of this violence it seems like sometimes cheering it on so that would

00:11:14.540 be something that would check these boxes quite clearly if just because you know the case we talked

00:11:20.120 about with the guy who was sent to el salvador he was saying that his mom's papusa stand right was

00:11:27.020 being uh was being hit by gangs that doesn't check these boxes at all no so all you have to do is

00:11:34.840 expand the courts and you put them at the place of entry uh or departure let me hear your case do you

00:11:42.420 hit these two nope thank you bye um oh you wait a minute you hit these two or at least there's a

00:11:49.380 serious question that you hit one of you hit both of these great you stand over there we're gonna put

00:11:54.160 you into another system and another court to actually hear more of that case you don't need

00:11:58.880 anything else but that you just need to hear do you fit those things okay now all we have to do is

00:12:07.960 have a surge court core if you will um and expedite all of these uh all of these hearings because it

00:12:18.580 doesn't work to overwhelm the system that is the suicide pill that they know they're they're

00:12:24.140 doing you have to de-emphasize illegal entry um you have to expand the uh state enforcement power

00:12:31.640 where you can massively expand article one immigration courts i think congress has to do that but i'm not

00:12:37.800 an attorney i hope the president also has that ability just like he did in um the civil war and as fdr

00:12:46.540 wrongly suspended habeas corpus for the japanese okay this president can take habeas corpus and suspend

00:12:56.480 it and then it's done uh but i would prefer and i think he would prefer that we you know stop the

00:13:02.840 weaponization of the court system and find a way to get this to happen quickly now here's what we do

00:13:09.500 we have to reframe this whole thing first of all the constitution is not a suicide pact do you think

00:13:14.580 everybody should would agree with that if the constant if they were if we decided we could come

00:13:19.380 after all transgender people and the constitution it was there and you lived in san francisco would you

00:13:28.460 have to put up with that would is that a you're in you're in california and everybody is you know all

00:13:35.240 trans would would you have to stay a part of that union would you have to follow that no you wouldn't

00:13:41.880 it's not a suicide pact it doesn't you don't because one state does it and it's it's destroying it

00:13:49.840 we don't have to do that okay it's a covenant it is a contract with the living and the unborn and

00:13:59.940 we cannot honor that that covenant by allowing its deliberate abuse we know this is deliberately

00:14:07.560 being abused so we cannot allow that you can't protect liberty by handing the keys to the people

00:14:14.060 who just broke in through the back door you can't also offer fairness to the world if we destroy that

00:14:23.220 house so how do we do it you can't preserve the republic by abandoning its moral core we have to be

00:14:30.960 just but firm so first we act out of resolve not rage you fix the courts you accelerate justice

00:14:41.580 you respect the personhood of all but the citizenship of the few you rewrite laws if needed but you do not 0.97

00:14:50.700 ignore the laws you start to enforce the laws that are already on the book and when political leaders

00:14:57.540 refuse to act we organize legislate litigate and vote as if your western civilization depends on it

00:15:04.820 because it does a government without the power to defend its own laws ceases to be a government at all

00:15:13.800 that's what the founder said our job is to remember that to educate ourself know what it is reframe the

00:15:23.060 argument in the correct framing stop using their frame to talk about this you know the frame now

00:15:32.180 that's what we must do that's what we're fighting for we're not fighting against we're fighting for

00:15:40.520 let me tell you about relief factor i have to tell you they're among us people who stand up without

00:15:48.520 making any sound no groaning no oh no hands on the knees while wincing you know they just stand up

00:15:55.800 who are these freaks oh they're just taking relief factor well that's a little anti-climatic

00:16:03.700 go climatic i mean that's awful right relief factor is a daily supplement that fights the inflammation

00:16:11.480 responsible for pain in your back and your knees your shoulders your hands you can get up without going

00:16:25.460 not i want you to go to relieffactor.com try the three-week quick start 1999 relieffactor.com or call

00:16:33.820 the number 1-800-4-RELIEF 1-800 the number four relief now back to the podcast you're listening to

00:16:41.080 the best of the glenbeck program so there's a there's a couple of things that all tie into

00:16:47.800 what we were just talking about with with whoopie goldberg saying what difference does it make now

00:16:54.440 why do we need to know who was running the white house why i mean it's so insane it is honestly like

00:17:00.540 saying um uh all right so the bank was robbed they got their money back through insurance everybody's 0.98

00:17:08.300 made whole why does this matter why are we still going after these bank robbers are you crazy i mean

00:17:15.460 the logic just does not work anymore for a lot of people because ends justify the means you cannot

00:17:23.980 take the position that whoopie goldberg has held for so long with and and then say wow

00:17:31.440 you know we should go after those people we should look into that because that's a danger to the

00:17:37.720 republic and once you say that then you're like wait a minute i've been saying donald trump's a

00:17:41.960 danger to the republic i denied all of this what do i really believe now who what side am i really on

00:17:47.460 what i don't have to like donald trump but i i do have to recognize my errors and most people just

00:17:52.520 can't do that and it is really sad but that is what makes people leaders and then also makes people

00:18:00.160 either leaders for the dark side or just they just destroy themselves because the truth does matter

00:18:07.220 and if you don't reconcile that in you you're you there's no way you can connect into the flow of life

00:18:13.860 for those of you who are listening in california there's a couple of things on this here's why it

00:18:18.860 matters is anyone above the law we know that's against the law and it matters when it's happening

00:18:27.020 and after it's happening okay you have uh a couple of people you have the new york mayor

00:18:33.880 was arrested for protest and charged with trespassing by the u.s attorney for the district of

00:18:41.040 new jersey and she also arrested macgyver who could be against macgyver not that macgyver congresswoman 0.96

00:18:48.760 macgyver now they it's on tape they are seen uh pushing through uh guards ice guards this is not

00:18:58.040 they were part of a protest and they use that protest to storm the gates to get past the guards

00:19:05.480 that's not that's not doing your constitutional duty that's not so why why are we persecuting because

00:19:12.540 if you want to if you want to assemble peacefully and protest i'm all for you i'll stand i i get

00:19:19.280 despise what you're protesting for but i'll stand with you okay because you have that right to do it

00:19:26.560 but you don't have the right to uh whip up a mob and storm the gates you don't that that's that's where

00:19:36.320 your your your your uh constitutional rights stop right at that door does it matter yes if we would

00:19:45.960 have put people behind bars who were looting macy's and burning cities down and we would have

00:19:53.640 concentrated on the people who actually believed that there was a problem with the police and wanted

00:20:00.640 a real solution if we would have listened to those quote peaceful protesters and put the other

00:20:07.820 protesters behind bars we wouldn't be sitting in this situation once you ignore something you teach

00:20:13.920 bad people or even people who are just frustrated with the system oh well if they can do it i can do

00:20:19.140 it too i mean as soon as we stopped enforcing the law because of blm what happened to crime do you

00:20:26.120 think crime going up all over the country is for no reason whatsoever no we stopped enforcing the law

00:20:31.820 we stopped arresting people for small uh crimes you know you now you could steal up to a thousand

00:20:37.860 dollars well what do you think happened everybody went well i can steal a thousand dollars i'm going

00:20:41.180 to know exactly what i'm going to steal and i'm going to take those things and i can walk out no no

00:20:45.260 no harm no foul that's why you lost your cvs in many stores all across or in many states all across the

00:20:51.360 country because once you teach that well then everybody's just going to capitalize on it you

00:20:58.460 have to teach the opposite your actions matter to our society now yesterday jay bodhacharya hosted his

00:21:09.080 first staff town hall meeting sorry it was on monday at the national institute of health he's the nih

00:21:16.440 director this is this is fauci's old stomping ground so he's holding a an open town hall and he's

00:21:24.740 taking questions and he's answering questions and there were 1200 submitted questions he took the

00:21:31.660 questions answered as many as he could it was on in public and you know you could go there and you

00:21:36.860 could also watch it online and um he said if it's true that we sponsored research that caused the

00:21:46.060 pandemic then that's a different story and if you look at the polls of the american people that's

00:21:51.300 what most people believe it is i'm quoting it is possible the pandemic was caused by research

00:21:59.100 conducted by human beings it is also possible that the nih part partially sponsored some of that 0.98

00:22:07.220 research now as soon as he said that dozens of nih officials got up and walked out of the room

00:22:13.560 and his response was it's nice to have free speech you're welcome you guys free speech if it is true

00:22:20.540 that we sponsored research that caused the pandemic and if you look at the polls of the american people

00:22:25.660 that's what most people believe i've looked at the scientific evidence and i believe it's true

00:22:31.020 what we now have to do is make sure that we do not engage in research that's posing any risk to

00:22:38.380 human populations they got up even though the cia everybody everybody is now coming to the conclusion 1.00

00:22:47.340 this was cooked up in the lab okay eco health looks like it was involved eco health was a recipient of

00:22:55.340 cash from the nih we know that fauci covered things up and was in bed with eco health we know all of that

00:23:02.460 stuff right we know it is it is do we have absolute proof no but we have we have a beyond i believe beyond

00:23:13.420 reasonable doubt okay but still let's pursue that let's find out i predict you're going to start seeing

00:23:20.080 arrests on uh covid you're going to start seeing arrests of people that covered up and that is essential

00:23:28.460 why because you just hate science why because you're just for donald trump and anybody who is

00:23:36.260 against donald trump is should go to jail no listen to what he said if it's true we sponsored research

00:23:45.520 that caused the pandemic and i've looked at the scientific evidence and i believe it is notice he said

00:23:51.900 i believe he didn't say it is he said i believe it is if it's true what we have to do is make sure that

00:24:01.680 we do not engage in research that's posing any risk to human populations that's why it matters

00:24:07.960 that's why this matters because if you don't admit it if you don't track down how did this happen

00:24:16.280 you cannot prevent it from happening again you can't save the republic by ignoring that the president

00:24:23.020 wasn't in control of his faculties or the government you can't ignore that and save the republic you can't

00:24:31.060 ignore the truth that the nih most likely but you don't move until you know that they were involved 0.99

00:24:38.480 in a cover-up because they were funding things they weren't supposed to be funding but fauci was so

00:24:44.800 arrogant that he thought it was okay for him to do you can't predict you can't prevent the next

00:24:50.760 pandemic if you don't fix what was was causing this pandemic that's why it matters whoopee they're

00:24:59.380 going after andrew cuomo now over the nursing home deaths okay doj is opening up an investigation on

00:25:05.740 that whether he goes to jail or not do i know he has an opinion on this whether he goes to jail or not

00:25:11.940 whether he's guilty of it or not has to be proven in a court of law i've seen the evidence we've

00:25:18.320 talked about it before to me it looks very it looks beyond a reasonable doubt to me but this isn't a

00:25:25.620 court of law it needs to be investigated it needs to be tried in open and fair court and if he's guilty

00:25:34.100 he needs to go to jail why why would you do that because you hate the cuomos no because i love people

00:25:43.600 more and i don't want people to be able to be killed in a nursing home because they're expendable

00:25:50.940 they're old it doesn't matter anyway i don't want that happening and you can't solve that unless you put

00:25:57.780 the people behind bars that that encouraged that because they'll just do it again and if they don't

00:26:05.920 somebody else will do it this is why yesterday trump just unloaded on the new jersey democrat charged

00:26:14.520 with uh you know storming the gates at ice give me a break did you see her she was out of control 1.00

00:26:21.560 he said out of control she assaulted a federal agent outside a new jersey ice facility the days 0.94

00:26:29.620 of that crap are over in this country we are going to have law and order that's all i want i don't want 0.94

00:26:36.800 vengeance i don't want anything done in anger i want the system to work i want law for all people 0.98

00:26:45.920 to be equal and i want order we do it the right way that's what he was asking for why does it matter

00:26:55.060 because you can't you can't have it if you don't enforce it now this by the way is why his approval

00:27:03.680 ratings are surging did you see he's up again in the polls

00:27:06.340 all of these things are connected all of our problems i would say i shouldn't say all of our

00:27:17.040 problems most of our problems are caused in our country politically because we no longer care about

00:27:23.000 the constitution we don't even know what it is and i'm not talking about the politicians they give lip

00:27:27.580 service to that they they don't know it they don't know it they don't care that never comes up in

00:27:31.360 conversations i know i've talked to senators i've i've talked to rip uh to representatives on both

00:27:36.300 sides of the aisle they never talk about the constitution when they're putting anything

00:27:39.660 together they don't care okay they think they know better rules are different now but they're not

00:27:47.040 so there's two reasons why we're in the situation we're in one three one

00:27:54.660 nobody knows the constitution nobody's following it two nobody's listening to the sage advice

00:28:03.280 of three presidents one george washington what was his farewell address about don't get involved in

00:28:13.160 these parties these parties will kill you they will figure it out don't don't overspend don't get

00:28:18.700 involved in everybody else's affairs overseas be a friend to everybody now if they attack you we have

00:28:24.440 to be strong but we're not involved in anybody else's business stay out of that business

00:28:30.240 don't run up debt well there all you have to do is listen to that guy that one then we don't listen

00:28:39.300 to eisenhower who said okay we have to do things now to have a strong defense so we're going to have

00:28:45.220 a standing army now and because defense is now about nuclear weapons we're going to have to have science

00:28:52.680 which means we're going to have to have education and so the money to education to universities to science

00:28:58.440 and to the military has to be guarded by the american people because the universities will train

00:29:07.500 everybody to give what the government wants they won't be pursuing science anymore for science

00:29:12.800 they're going to give it what the government wants so you're going to get the answers the government

00:29:17.520 wants science will do the same thing and the military will also start to promote foreign wars

00:29:27.760 and wars of all kind because they want to sell weapons warning do we listen to him no no educational

00:29:37.100 scientific and defense all of them sold out and we don't really have any control and the the last

00:29:46.020 one is ronald reagan who said within this generation if we don't teach now this 1988 if we don't teach

00:29:54.760 them now the next generation will not be able to defend this country because they won't know our

00:30:00.700 history history is being lost it must be restored in schools and in our homes if we would have just

00:30:06.560 listened to those three and known the constitution we would not be in any of these situations we're in

00:30:11.280 now so what do you say let's repair those three listen to those three guys repair that and learn the

00:30:18.160 constitution that's what you can do as a citizen you're listening to the best of the glenn beck

00:30:24.400 program all right i want to i want to tell you a story here and it's not just a story it is actually

00:30:32.620 now happening in australia and uh it could be coming to a state and a government near you soon

00:30:40.700 so let me tell you a story let's just call him david david's not a billionaire he doesn't have

00:30:45.960 a private jet he doesn't sip rare wine uh you know or hedge currencies in the caymans okay he's he's a

00:30:53.280 builder literally he bought some land let's say 25 years ago on the edge of town no one had ever heard

00:30:59.740 of this town let alone this area he poured some concrete he raised walls he rented the space to small

00:31:06.280 businesses and over time that dusty little outskirt became a thriving community he kept the land the

00:31:12.520 equity grew but he never sold anything he just reinvested he repaired he paid paid property taxes

00:31:18.380 maybe he developed houses on some of that land he hired help well today on paper david is now worth

00:31:26.040 three million dollars in real estate assets alone okay is that guy a fat cat that's calling the shots

00:31:33.900 that needs to pay their fair share or have they already paid their fair share because they're just

00:31:38.360 like you they started with nothing they worked hard they invested and now they have assets that they

00:31:44.080 don't really it's not spendable but he's worth three million dollars in real estate okay now let me tell

00:31:51.240 you the part of the story where it goes a little dark it's called unrealized gains tax that paper value

00:31:57.760 becomes a real problem because the state now wants to tax him not on the money he's made because they've

00:32:05.100 already done that but on the theoretical increase in the value of his properties now he hasn't sold

00:32:11.500 them he didn't want to sell them and but they're going to tax him because he's made a profit but he

00:32:18.840 hasn't because he hasn't sold them it's all on paper so but he has to pay taxes on that profit that is

00:32:23.900 unrealized he doesn't have and if his property values plummet the next day they don't give him

00:32:29.500 the money back he just doesn't have to pay any more taxes because the value has gone down so he

00:32:35.260 doesn't have to worry about that this is not hypothetical this is what's happening in australia

00:32:38.880 right now a 15 tax on unrealized capital gains for accounts uh exceeding three million dollars

00:32:48.100 okay is there anybody in this audience that has put money into bitcoin and you put maybe a thousand

00:32:56.760 dollars into it because you're not rich you put a thousand dollars into it you put five thousand

00:33:00.880 dollars into it but you really i mean it was scary to put that money in and you left it alone

00:33:05.820 and now maybe you're approaching three million dollars

00:33:10.840 now they're going to tax you when they take that money out but this is in addition to that they're going

00:33:17.540 to tax you on the gains not when you take it out they're going to tax you on the gains that you

00:33:24.780 haven't taken so if it goes up to 109 and now all of a sudden you're in australia and that account is

00:33:30.280 now worth three million dollars guess what you now have to pay income tax on that account so you have

00:33:39.640 to what would you do what would you do you just go to your magic money printing machine that the

00:33:44.220 government would do or do you have to sell something maybe the property maybe some of the bitcoin

00:33:49.580 and then you never get that money back if it goes back down which it will if it goes back down

00:33:55.860 they're not going to pay you wait a minute i paid it on 109 thousand dollars and now it's worth 80 do i

00:34:02.980 get any of my money back because i just lost money nope no what imagine imagine those who lived in

00:34:14.140 california who maybe their parents bought a house and it was five thousand dollars in 1960 they still

00:34:20.740 have the house they can barely afford the taxes on it now to keep it because it might be worth three

00:34:27.160 million dollars might be worth five million dollars but it was five thousand when their parents bought it

00:34:31.400 and they haven't gone up in their status they're not hobnobbing it with bill gates they're just

00:34:38.920 regular people who happen to get a house from their parents and they did well with it and it's the only

00:34:45.700 asset they really have but it's worth over three million dollars now how are they going to pay that

00:34:50.420 tax because now if it's four million dollars i got to pay taxes on that i have to pay 15 on that

00:34:57.600 million dollars excuse me i don't have that money well all you have to do is sell your house now

00:35:05.240 let's just follow this logic here consider who wins

00:35:10.340 now who's going to have to really pay this tax is it going to be the ultra wealthy with the teams

00:35:16.180 of tax attorneys and offshore accounts because they have the means to navigate around the taxes

00:35:20.840 no no this is going to help this is going to hit the self-made man that's who this is going to hit

00:35:26.380 the self-made individual the entrepreneur the farmer the small business owner they have built

00:35:31.920 their wealth through hard work and prudent investment they have they have value in that land

00:35:37.700 that maybe their grandparents bought and were farmers before them and they decided you know what i'm

00:35:43.380 going to stay in farming and they struggle every day but now their land is worth over three million

00:35:48.420 dollars so now they have to pay 15 tax on that in addition wait wait a minute wait a minute what

00:35:57.780 and it's assessed every year what

00:36:02.000 so who sells that or who keeps that what do they do they have to sell it most likely the average person

00:36:10.520 or the entrepreneur the person that is not the billionaire they're going to have to sell some of those

00:36:15.120 assets to be able to afford keeping it to afford just staying in line and you know not going to jail

00:36:23.800 because you didn't pay your taxes to the sheriff of nottingham

00:36:27.340 so now you have to sell and you have to sell at a distressed price who wins who wins

00:36:38.400 because you're forced to sell at a loss to cover the tax bill guess who's standing there ready to wake

00:36:47.980 rake in your property the billionaires the large corporations the bill gates of the world that

00:36:55.940 wants more farmland hey it's going for a song i can get this now that's who wins in this

00:37:02.300 it destroys anybody from trying to get ahead it destroys them

00:37:11.940 it is immoral but that's what's happening in australia so watch australia burn itself to the

00:37:20.880 ground it's going to start happening this thing goes into effect i think in july you watch

00:37:25.660 let's see how this works out for australia now meanwhile we have our own problems here in

00:37:31.800 washington state the democrats who claim they were all for adding jobs and clean energy have now

00:37:37.460 blocked a nuclear manufacturing plant okay good uh if you know you work you strike it doesn't matter

00:37:44.240 employees now are required to pay union members not to work if they're on strike uh and uh governor

00:37:51.680 ferguson signed the largest tax increase into state law with the passage of the biannual budget

00:37:57.560 which he said we can't we can't afford this we can't we have to make cuts we have to compromise

00:38:02.880 nah i just went for taxes i mean the election's over let's just go for taxes

00:38:07.820 so what happened well they are already ranked 45 out of 50 states for business climate i mean would

00:38:18.620 you go work would you go set up a new place in washington state would you start a business would

00:38:23.780 you bring your business to washington state i wouldn't i'd get the hell out of there in fact

00:38:26.980 i'm telling you right now if you're in washington state get the hell out because once they run out of

00:38:31.180 all of this money that they're taxing from people what they're going to do is they're going to say oh

00:38:34.840 you're moving you can't transfer that money out you're going to have to pay an exit tax and that

00:38:40.760 sounds crazy but it's going to happen they will trap you and your money in that state because

00:38:48.100 they're already on that path they already said if there's another pandemic they just passed a law in

00:38:53.080 washington state that says you will have no right to your own health care they will tell you what you

00:39:00.800 have to put in your body what you have to do how you have to live all they need is a medical emergency

00:39:06.100 don't think they learned anything from covid other than how to control people

00:39:09.860 so they are uh they just passed house bill 2081 it increases the business and occupation the bno tax

00:39:23.560 this this is a tax that taxes you on the gross okay which is crazy if you're in business you don't get

00:39:30.320 that money you're i'm being taxed on the gross wait a minute wait a minute i've got things i gotta pay

00:39:35.060 out of that tax me on what i take no no not good enough for washington state we're gonna tax you on

00:39:41.360 the gross so if you've got a business even if your business makes a loss because you've got uh bills

00:39:50.320 you're paying and it's costing you more you're taxed on what you take in not your net so even if you lose

00:39:59.360 money you still have to pay a gross income tax oh that's going to work out well and the state

00:40:07.140 is just said you know it's just going to be passed on to the consumer oh well that's even better for

00:40:10.880 the people in washington they also have a new gross surcharge of 0.5 percent on taxpayers with a taxable

00:40:19.820 income over 250 million will which will expire on december 31st 2029 because they're just in this

00:40:26.480 little place now don't worry this this all these taxes they're going to stay like this they're not

00:40:30.780 going to get any worse uh and they're going to expire anyway so don't worry about it you know

00:40:34.740 then they put a massive sales tax expansion on adding sales tax for the first time for it services

00:40:44.320 custom website development custom software security services uh advertising services now need to charge

00:40:51.340 customers sales tax on every transaction they also vetoed the uh removal the governor did of the tax

00:40:57.840 preferences for community banks let's not help the community bank no let's let's let's let's help the

00:41:04.900 fed and the banks that make up the fed you know the big ones like city and and all of those banks

00:41:11.420 let's help them put the little banks out okay then there's a new gross tax on storage units 1.00

00:41:20.960 of almost two percent um let's see what else they increase the capital gains on assets sold valued

00:41:28.880 over a million dollars from seven to nine percent so you don't want to sell your home better do it

00:41:34.640 quickly larger estates if you have something of nine million dollars are up the tax rate now is going

00:41:40.000 from 20 percent to 35 percent capital gains what has washington done for you what has the state of

00:41:50.060 washington done that deserves that increase alone i'm not talking about your property taxes your state

00:41:59.540 income taxes but now they're going to take 35 percent of what you've made on your home

00:42:06.140 oh okay oh okay

00:42:10.340 it's going to work out well for them meanwhile california the democrats there won't rule out 0.91

00:42:19.060 new taxes to pay for health care for undocumented immigrants what are you crazy yes the answer is

00:42:26.020 yes why do you think gold is going up in price why do you think bitcoin is going up in price why do you

00:42:32.260 think anything that is outside of this corrupt system is going up in price because the whole world

00:42:39.600 knows this is not going to last when i found out my friend got a great deal on a wool coat from winners

00:42:49.060 i started wondering is every fabulous item i see from winners like that woman over there with the 1.00

00:42:55.740 designer jeans are those from winners oh are those beautiful gold earrings did she pay full price or that 0.98

00:43:02.460 leather tote or that cashmere sweater or those knee-high boots that dress that jacket those shoes is anyone

00:43:09.140 paying full price for anything stop wondering start winning winners find fabulous for less
