Transcript

00:00:00.000 Hey, welcome to the Monday podcast. That's Glenn and Stu, and we start right off with
00:00:06.040 the socialists. That's crazy talk. The socialists in the Democratic Party. They expose themselves
00:00:13.680 like nobody's business this weekend. We have that. Also, don't forget, tonight is a special
00:00:20.600 on Bernie Sanders. We get into a little bit on the podcast, but on Blaze TV, the Glenn TV
00:00:27.760 button will take you right to my show at 5 p.m. Eastern. That is part two of Bernie Sanders,
00:00:35.260 the people behind Bernie Sanders, and they are the radical, I mean, they make Van Jones
00:00:41.420 really look like somebody that was driven by a grandma, you know, only on Sundays.
00:00:47.140 Yeah, and this is basically the stuff that you were revealing about Obama and these people around
00:00:51.500 him who were saying all these crazy things publicly in the past, but then won't admit it now.
00:00:56.780 So this is all this stuff times 10, and what's interesting about it is you can see them now
00:01:03.580 that they're getting closer to campaign mode saying things like, well, look, we don't want
00:01:09.300 socialism. We don't want collective ownership. We're not like that type of socialist. Well,
00:01:13.680 they've all said that before. We have the video of it, and you'll see that tonight on TV.
00:01:17.320 It's blazetv.com slash Glenn. Use the promo code Glenn and save 10 bucks.
00:01:22.760 Also, a little history lesson on why it's important not to get into bed with radicals
00:01:27.280 and piss off your own side, and believe it or not, our Godzilla review, all on today's podcast.
00:01:33.640 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:01:48.660 So, good morning, Stu. How are you?
00:01:51.260 I'm well, Glenn. How are you?
00:01:52.420 Had an interesting weekend?
00:01:53.840 I did.
00:01:54.340 So, you're posting a little bit?
00:01:55.500 Doing a little posting on the interwebs?
00:01:57.560 No, just a couple of tweets, but apparently you can't expect anyone to actually think
00:02:04.340 on Twitter anymore.
00:02:06.420 What site did you think you were logged into?
00:02:08.500 No, I know.
00:02:08.820 I'm curious as to what you thought was going to happen.
00:02:11.320 No, I know.
00:02:12.080 I am always amazed by this.
00:02:13.240 Well, I defended two people this weekend, and that's where the trouble started.
00:02:16.480 I defended Steven Crowder.
00:02:18.360 Yes.
00:02:18.860 Who, Steven, is in a war with NBC, Universal, and Vox.
00:02:24.620 There's this guy who, what's he called himself?
00:02:26.820 The gay geek or something like that?
00:02:28.360 Gay wonk, I believe.
00:02:29.040 Gay wonk.
00:02:30.620 Gay geek would have been better, alliteration, but, you know.
00:02:34.700 Anyway, talking about the illiterate.
00:02:36.120 So, he was, so he's in this battle back and forth, and they're making Steven look out like
00:02:45.100 a total hater.
00:02:46.260 Steven is not a hater, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:02:49.360 And so, this guy, NBC, Universal, Vox, went to YouTube and said, you have to investigate
00:02:59.620 Steven Crowder.
00:03:00.680 He's a hate monger.
00:03:01.860 And so, they did.
00:03:03.940 Now, Steven's never, Steven has asked for people to, hey, can you look into this guy?
00:03:08.920 They don't.
00:03:09.480 They don't write him a personal letter.
00:03:11.360 Of course not.
00:03:12.300 And so, it is, you know, David versus Goliath.
00:03:15.580 So, I defended Steven, and that was popular.
00:03:18.840 And then, I defended Justin Amash.
00:03:24.460 Not popular.
00:03:26.240 Now, you would think that when I say run in 2024 in that tweet, you would understand, don't
00:03:38.360 run now, Justin.
00:03:40.060 Please don't run now.
00:03:41.940 That did seem to be part of what you said, though.
00:03:45.640 Yeah.
00:03:46.060 Noticeable to me, at least.
00:03:47.660 Yes.
00:03:48.680 I also don't agree with him on impeachment.
00:03:53.200 He has a different point of view on it.
00:03:55.760 It's nuanced.
00:03:58.080 I didn't even get into the nuance of my stance on impeachment.
00:04:02.720 I just said, don't agree with him on impeachment.
00:04:06.760 Apparently not good enough.
00:04:08.780 Apparently not good enough.
00:04:10.020 Now, you must hate Justin Amash now.
00:04:13.940 Right.
00:04:14.160 I mean, everyone's like, oh, what are you?
00:04:16.920 Are you MAGA or never Trump?
00:04:18.700 Make up your mind.
00:04:19.620 I don't know.
00:04:20.220 Maybe neither.
00:04:21.540 Maybe you just decide on a particular issue, how you feel.
00:04:25.500 Stop with groupthink.
00:04:27.020 Stop with groupthink.
00:04:28.120 Isn't that supposed to be the other side?
00:04:30.720 Yeah.
00:04:30.940 Isn't collectivism supposed to be an aspect we criticize as conservatives?
00:04:35.680 But no, you have to be part.
00:04:37.940 We can only identify people as groups.
00:04:40.060 It's like we've completely wholeheartedly accepted and embraced every piece of identity
00:04:47.780 politics.
00:04:48.780 We just disagree on which identities we should be behind.
00:04:51.680 Exactly right.
00:04:52.280 What is that?
00:04:53.360 I don't even understand it.
00:04:54.520 Oh, the British, the Bridget, the Bridget Phetasy thing this weekend, which we also have to
00:04:59.220 get, uh, get through.
00:05:00.440 She was hammered on Twitter and it's like, why, why is she, why did she do?
00:05:06.900 I didn't see any of this.
00:05:08.080 She was on the podcast on Saturday.
00:05:09.760 Yes.
00:05:10.600 Right.
00:05:11.460 That's enough.
00:05:12.240 But that was what she was criticized for.
00:05:13.660 Yeah.
00:05:14.020 Yeah.
00:05:14.340 You're on with Glenn Beck.
00:05:15.980 He's MAGA.
00:05:17.160 He's a never Trumper.
00:05:19.080 He's, he's evil.
00:05:21.100 He is not evil.
00:05:22.340 I mean, it was crazy.
00:05:24.240 Right.
00:05:24.480 It was crazy.
00:05:25.980 Uh, so I, I don't know, I don't know how we're going to get past this.
00:05:29.960 If we can't have, uh, if we can't think, see, this is what group think does.
00:05:36.320 They just shout you down.
00:05:37.560 This is a Salinsky tactic.
00:05:40.520 Just shout people down and get them to shut up.
00:05:44.240 Well, I'm not going to shut up.
00:05:45.580 And if you don't understand subtlety and nuance and, you know, there are things that I agree
00:05:50.960 with this person on and there are things I don't, I'm not going to throw the baby out
00:05:55.080 with the bathwater.
00:05:56.420 Justin Amash is a great conservative.
00:05:59.240 He's one of the only guys.
00:06:00.800 In fact, I think the only guy that actually has cut spending, not cut the rate of increase,
00:06:09.020 but actually was going into cut spending.
00:06:13.220 I believe there's five of them out of the 535 out there, five of them that have done
00:06:18.880 it.
00:06:19.100 And Amash has done it more than anyone else.
00:06:20.880 Right.
00:06:21.460 So he is, he, he went as a tea partier.
00:06:24.960 He went in as a small government guy.
00:06:28.100 That's what he is.
00:06:29.400 Now, when it comes to impeachment, I think this entire thing, first, let me say this.
00:06:34.960 The reason why they haven't impeached him yet is because they know it will be very unpopular.
00:06:41.780 There's a poll today that says that 60% of Democrats want Donald Trump impeached.
00:06:48.780 Hmm.
00:06:49.380 I don't think that's true.
00:06:52.720 If you look at the, they, they might say, Oh, it'd be nice if he was impeached, but they
00:06:57.740 don't want to.
00:06:59.160 They're not in it.
00:07:00.600 If you look at the ratings from cable news last week, last week was a very big, Hey Democrats,
00:07:07.620 we might be able to impeach him.
00:07:10.200 Yeah.
00:07:11.580 Lowest on record disaster.
00:07:13.500 Yeah.
00:07:14.140 Nobody's watching it.
00:07:15.120 And I mean, Democrats, no Democrats are watching it.
00:07:18.360 They don't want it.
00:07:19.920 Now they may say they want it, but they don't want to look at it.
00:07:24.140 They don't want to think about it.
00:07:25.740 And the, of the 40%, I would bet you 35% are saying enough, enough of this.
00:07:35.740 Um, so impeachment is just a political poison pill for the democratic party.
00:07:43.760 I actually kind of hope that they take it, um, because I think Donald Trump is good enough,
00:07:49.760 uh, to turn that around on them.
00:07:52.360 As long as the economy stays, stays strong, I think it would lead to a massive win for him,
00:07:59.340 but I could be wrong and I don't want to risk it.
00:08:02.500 So I'm not for impeachment.
00:08:04.320 Um, the, the, the other thing about impeachment that people are like, there was no crime.
00:08:11.940 That's the point of impeachment.
00:08:15.340 Impeachment is whatever anyone wants to make it.
00:08:19.960 So in other words, uh, you don't like this guy because he's changed his hairstyle.
00:08:26.840 If you could convince the American people that that's bad enough, that's a betrayal.
00:08:34.500 He's had that hair ever since I've seen him.
00:08:37.220 What he's changing it now here.
00:08:39.920 The last year I he's betrayed my trust.
00:08:43.800 You could make that case.
00:08:45.920 Nobody's going to impeach him because the American people won't be for it.
00:08:51.260 Impeachment is political.
00:08:53.540 So if the people say, you know what?
00:08:57.260 I'm done with him.
00:08:59.060 Then whatever they say is impeachable is impeachable.
00:09:03.080 It's political.
00:09:05.060 High crimes and misdemeanors.
00:09:07.080 What does that mean?
00:09:08.940 Pretty much whatever they want it to mean.
00:09:11.740 Remember Watergate, uh, Watergate was going fine for Nixon.
00:09:17.960 They had the hearings and everything else.
00:09:20.100 It was only when they discovered the 18 minutes of missing tape that the Republicans started
00:09:29.040 to say, wait, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.
00:09:33.300 Now you're editing a tape and we know who you were meeting with.
00:09:37.880 Why did you edit?
00:09:38.900 Where did the 18 minutes of tape go?
00:09:41.680 You erased it.
00:09:43.540 That doesn't look good.
00:09:44.800 And it was only when the opinion of the people, uh, changed and the opinion of the Republicans
00:09:53.740 changed that he was forced to resign.
00:09:58.540 I'm, I'm sorry, but I don't see that happening with this president and I don't see it happening
00:10:04.520 with anything that they have on this president.
00:10:07.580 It's ridiculous what they have.
00:10:09.880 And again, it's not like the Democrats are making a great case for it.
00:10:16.000 Most people are sick of this and they don't think that there is anything to it.
00:10:22.080 And I think Donald Trump is good enough to be able to say, I've got to go back to work
00:10:27.740 for the American people, especially if the economy starts to go soft.
00:10:31.580 This is where it gets really dicey and really risky, but he could make the point.
00:10:37.940 These people have obstructed me from the day I got into, before I got into office, they were
00:10:45.180 marching against me.
00:10:47.420 I need people I can work with.
00:10:50.140 I need people who will pay attention to the country, not to this nonsense.
00:10:55.460 Make it end.
00:10:56.380 And I think he might actually be able to pull that off because nobody's, nobody's watching
00:11:03.900 CNN.
00:11:05.160 Nobody's watching any of this crap.
00:11:07.040 And I think, I mean, I, you know, I know this audience has this ability to be able to
00:11:11.080 look at things and, and kind of a bigger picture sense.
00:11:15.440 It's like, you know, look, I think he's wrong on the impeachment thing too.
00:11:18.160 If I was in, you know, I would not be on his side of the impeachment thing if I was in
00:11:21.720 Congress.
00:11:22.020 However, like look at the rest of, of, of what Justin Amash has brought to the table.
00:11:26.760 He said, let me give you some of these scores, uh, heritage action.
00:11:29.480 He's got a life, a lifetime, 86%, which is very high.
00:11:33.560 Um, in, uh, for eight, the ACU, uh, conservative rating lifetime rating, 87.1%.
00:11:39.680 Conservative review, of course, part of the blaze.
00:11:42.340 His lifetime is 90%.
00:11:44.600 Most of that before it was part of the blaze, uh, freedom works.
00:11:48.260 His lifetime score from freedom works is 100%.
00:11:51.640 100%.
00:11:53.680 There are, there were seven.
00:11:55.140 I was, I said five, seven, um, uh, out of 535 who voted to cut spending.
00:12:00.840 Uh, you've got, uh, of course in the Senate, only two Rand Paul, Mike Lee period.
00:12:06.820 That's it in the house.
00:12:08.400 You have John Duncan, um, uh, Raul Labrador, um, Griffith, Thomas Massey, who's another really
00:12:14.800 good one, and Justin Amash, who's actually cut it more than anyone in the entire Congress,
00:12:21.760 just slightly ahead of Massey, and I know it bothers Massey.
00:12:24.320 He'd be great.
00:12:25.640 He'd be great.
00:12:26.280 I mean, like, these things, to say that you, you have to throw out someone who is one of
00:12:31.040 the seven people, basically in our government, who take fiscal responsibilities seriously.
00:12:37.680 You have to throw him out because I, and I think he's wrong on this issue, but still,
00:12:42.480 you're going to throw him out and get rid of him because of that?
00:12:45.540 I mean, like, I just don't, I, I don't understand.
00:12:47.940 It's, it's gonna, it's gonna have no impact.
00:12:49.800 It's not gonna affect Trump at all.
00:12:51.800 Even if it passes the House, they can do it with just Democrats.
00:12:54.540 If it gets past the House, it's not gonna happen in the Senate anyway.
00:12:57.660 It's going to do nothing.
00:12:59.620 It's a, basically a CNN issue.
00:13:01.320 Like, I love Justin, but basically this is a CNN issue, where they just get to trot out the
00:13:05.740 one Republican who doesn't, you know, who disagrees with Donald Trump on impeachment,
00:13:09.520 and, and then they get to say it's bipartisan, right?
00:13:12.040 That's all it is.
00:13:13.360 But you're going to take a guy who's actually taking all of the issues that we, you know,
00:13:17.820 the Tea Party was formed on, that, you know, conservative values have been, he's got the
00:13:22.380 most libertarian voting record, I would say, in the entire Congress.
00:13:26.520 You're gonna get rid of that guy and, and, and target him as a big part of the problem
00:13:30.580 because of one thing.
00:13:32.260 I just, I don't, it doesn't seem to make sense.
00:13:34.380 He's protecting Second Amendment rights better than anybody in Congress.
00:13:37.940 He's, he's cutting spending.
00:13:39.820 We can't be a one-trick pony.
00:13:42.160 So we need to be able to say, you know what, that's, his strength is right over there.
00:13:46.640 I completely disagree with him on this.
00:13:49.520 I mean, we, we are never, I don't agree with everything my wife says.
00:13:54.480 My wife is like, no, we're not gonna, oh my gosh.
00:13:57.840 Trying to watch television in my house is such a nightmare.
00:14:01.360 Trying to watch anything in my house is such a nightmare.
00:14:05.880 Have you seen Good Omens, Good, Good and Bad Omens or something like that?
00:14:11.140 It's a new one on Netflix and my son and I started watching it last night.
00:14:18.060 And it's, it's the, an angel and a devil that are, have been there since the Garden of Eden.
00:14:24.700 And they follow, they kind of, they don't want to admit it, but they both love earth.
00:14:29.800 And they're just kind of digging the whole earth thing.
00:14:32.320 Cause you can have food and everything else.
00:14:34.040 And they're like, they're really liking it.
00:14:35.880 And so they're supposed to bring in the Antichrist.
00:14:39.380 And they're actually both kind of working together to make sure the end of the world doesn't happen.
00:14:44.560 It's really funny.
00:14:46.180 Very, very clever.
00:14:47.480 My wife was like, I don't know if I like this.
00:14:49.520 I don't know if I like this.
00:14:50.440 It's like, oh, she's for love of Pete.
00:14:51.920 We would be divorced if I had to agree on everything between what we watch on television,
00:14:59.120 where we go on Friday nights and the fricking temperature of the house.
00:15:04.060 We would have killed each other.
00:15:06.840 Since when are we supposed to agree with absolutely everything somebody says, you know what?
00:15:15.660 Some people are, are right more than they're wrong, but no one is right.
00:15:20.580 100% of the time.
00:15:24.420 The best of the Glenn Beck Program.
00:15:32.560 Hey, it's Glenn.
00:15:33.540 And you're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:15:35.520 If you like what you're hearing on this show, make sure you check out Pat Gray Unleashed.
00:15:40.120 It's available wherever you download your favorite podcasts.
00:15:43.220 We're just watching Trump take a tour of Buckingham Palace in the picture gallery.
00:15:49.560 And I don't know about anybody else.
00:15:51.320 I mean, I don't think we need the wall-to-wall live coverage on every station of him looking at pictures with the queen.
00:16:00.320 I mean, I don't want to look at pictures, you know, with my own family, let alone look at people looking at pictures.
00:16:06.440 But it is important because it shows that she is, I don't want to infer that she's embracing him, but she's not.
00:16:16.480 The queen?
00:16:16.860 Yeah.
00:16:17.160 She's, they seem to be getting along really well.
00:16:20.420 Really well.
00:16:21.080 Which is, which is a great message for the queen to, to send.
00:16:25.660 But there's a couple of things.
00:16:27.520 This, what's her name?
00:16:29.400 Merkel.
00:16:31.000 Megan Merkel.
00:16:31.700 Megan Merkel.
00:16:32.440 Markle?
00:16:32.940 Markle.
00:16:33.460 Markle, whatever.
00:16:34.440 Yeah, Megan Markle.
00:16:36.200 Trump did not call her nasty.
00:16:41.960 Right.
00:16:42.480 He said, I didn't realize she had gotten so nasty, meaning I didn't know she had said all those nasty things about me.
00:16:51.380 Right.
00:16:51.840 It was in the context of what she said about him.
00:16:54.060 Right.
00:16:54.540 Not her.
00:16:55.400 If he had wanted to say she is a nasty person, he would have said it that way.
00:16:59.440 I don't know.
00:16:59.980 Because that's what he does.
00:17:00.720 No, I don't think so.
00:17:01.940 I think he would.
00:17:02.680 He does all the time.
00:17:04.060 He, when he, when he thinks somebody is nasty.
00:17:06.120 He is not that polite.
00:17:07.460 Well, if he thinks you're nasty, he is not that polite.
00:17:10.700 He would have called her something much worse than nasty.
00:17:13.800 But when I read that, I thought.
00:17:16.360 But obviously that's not what he meant.
00:17:17.980 My first thought was, why would he say that she's nasty?
00:17:22.100 I can't imagine the context where he's going to England and he says that.
00:17:27.560 Right.
00:17:27.860 So then I read the article.
00:17:30.360 That's not what he said.
00:17:32.120 And when you listen to the, you listen to the audio, it's like, that's clearly not what he said.
00:17:37.540 Not the context.
00:17:38.640 Do we have that audio?
00:17:40.520 Sarah, do we have it?
00:17:41.220 But it is, it's not what he said.
00:17:44.960 And for the press to turn and turn that in, there's not an honest one among them.
00:17:51.100 Not at all.
00:17:51.840 The headline on CNN this morning was, um, Trump insults his hosts on his way to meeting or something.
00:18:02.840 Trump insults his hosts.
00:18:04.900 You didn't even mention that Sadiq Khan, the mayor of London, started calling him a fascist before he even got there.
00:18:13.020 Trump insults his hosts.
00:18:16.000 Amazing.
00:18:16.840 It's amazing how they spin this.
00:18:18.320 The other thing, the other thing that drives me nuts is every time Melania goes out, she looks remarkable.
00:18:29.680 She is absolutely beautiful, beautiful.
00:18:31.840 I mean, she's supermodel beautiful.
00:18:33.300 Right.
00:18:33.680 And she is so tastefully dressed.
00:18:36.480 Yeah.
00:18:36.620 You hear about the Royals and the Obamas and everything else about Michelle's arms.
00:18:41.940 What about her arms?
00:18:43.020 Shut up.
00:18:44.520 Incredible arms.
00:18:45.260 And constantly of who she was wearing and who's this and who's that.
00:18:49.400 Nothing about this woman.
00:18:50.960 They never mention her.
00:18:52.120 She is Jackie Onassis, beautiful and classy.
00:18:57.180 I think beyond Jackie Onassis.
00:18:59.000 I think she's more beautiful than Jackie Onassis.
00:19:00.800 Jackie Onassis is, she's just the epitome of the American first lady that was beautiful and had great taste.
00:19:11.060 And was really popular.
00:19:11.780 Until you had a supermodel who was first lady.
00:19:14.460 Right.
00:19:14.740 I mean, it's not even fair.
00:19:16.220 It's not fair to compare Melania to anybody else who's been first lady because there's never been anyone even close.
00:19:23.120 But the way they, the way she's never.
00:19:25.160 Well, Eleanor Roosevelt.
00:19:25.840 You're forgetting about Eleanor Roosevelt.
00:19:26.920 That's true.
00:19:27.360 Well, who's Taff's wife?
00:19:28.500 She's probably pretty high.
00:19:29.340 Well, standing next to him.
00:19:32.260 Yes.
00:19:32.800 Yes.
00:19:33.600 I mean, you look at her and it's not that she's just beautiful.
00:19:39.420 She's elegant.
00:19:40.720 She is.
00:19:41.200 She's just elegant.
00:19:43.520 And for them to never ignore, again, not an honest person among them.
00:19:49.000 Not one.
00:19:49.880 Right.
00:19:49.980 Because I always think that is the most pure example of bias.
00:19:53.960 Like, you can say all you want that.
00:19:55.840 For example, you can say, look, yes, we give Donald Trump a hard time on his immigration policy.
00:20:00.740 That's because it's wrong.
00:20:01.980 And he's hurting people.
00:20:04.040 Okay.
00:20:04.520 You want to say that?
00:20:05.320 Whatever.
00:20:05.760 You can say that.
00:20:06.400 Obviously, I don't agree with it.
00:20:07.440 But that's a political disagreement.
00:20:08.960 And you can at least come to the point where you're saying, yes, we're being tough.
00:20:12.940 But we're being tough for what's right in the end.
00:20:16.400 This is just a straight beauty question.
00:20:19.080 You freaking praise Michelle Obama like she looked like a supermodel.
00:20:22.640 Now you have a supermodel and you don't even acknowledge it.
00:20:25.400 No covers of fashion magazines.
00:20:27.600 No wonderful spreads in the style section of the Washington Post.
00:20:31.220 Nothing.
00:20:32.040 She's just invisible to everybody.
00:20:33.860 When she went to Africa, they were actually making fun of her outfit and claiming how colonialist her outfit was.
00:20:42.520 She looked like she had walked off a Ralph Lauren fashion shoot.
00:20:46.720 This is a woman who was born under the thumb of the Soviet Union.
00:20:50.180 What do you mean she's colonialist?
00:20:52.020 She was devastated by huge governments taking over countries.
00:20:56.420 It's just absolutely crazy what they do.
00:21:01.080 And, again, I go back to my McDonald's fry thing.
00:21:04.740 You can say whatever you want about McDonald's.
00:21:06.520 You're probably right.
00:21:08.420 Their food is plastic.
00:21:10.200 Maybe.
00:21:10.720 I don't know.
00:21:11.460 Maybe.
00:21:12.880 But if you can't admit that their fries, before the government made them change the recipe, their fries are the best fries made.
00:21:23.200 They're just fantastic.
00:21:24.820 You can hate on McDonald's all you want.
00:21:27.120 You can even say their fries might be made out of lead paint and baby children.
00:21:33.440 I don't know.
00:21:35.000 But still, you have to say, but that baby leg in the shape of a fry, best fry I've ever had.
00:21:43.640 And if you can't admit that, you are not an honest broker.
00:21:47.000 We have the audio.
00:21:47.900 Here's Donald Trump on what he said that the press is saying he called Meghan Markle nasty.
00:21:55.720 Meghan, who's now the Duchess of Sussex, we've given her a different name.
00:22:02.680 She can't make it because she's got maternity leave.
00:22:05.100 Are you sorry not to see her because she wasn't so nice about you during the campaign?
00:22:08.240 I don't know if you saw that.
00:22:09.100 I don't.
00:22:09.560 I didn't know that.
00:22:10.100 This is how he tried to provoke.
00:22:11.800 No, I hope she's okay.
00:22:13.840 I did not know that.
00:22:15.380 She said she'd move to Canada if you got elected.
00:22:17.540 Turned out she moved to Britain.
00:22:19.040 Well, that would be good.
00:22:19.900 There are a lot of people moving here.
00:22:23.360 So, what can I say?
00:22:24.500 No, I didn't know that she was nasty.
00:22:26.320 Is it good having an American princess then?
00:22:29.020 That is unbelievable.
00:22:30.200 Yeah.
00:22:30.440 Unbelievable.
00:22:30.880 I mean, because he even frames it as nice.
00:22:33.400 Like, he gives the other side of it.
00:22:34.920 I didn't know that.
00:22:36.020 I never heard him so nice about somebody who is, he, look, this was him, this was, this
00:22:44.220 is as good as Donald Trump ever gets.
00:22:47.200 I mean, that's absolutely statesman-like for Donald Trump, right?
00:22:50.580 Yes.
00:22:50.700 And honestly, for anybody.
00:22:52.180 I mean, to say that someone's highly critical of you, all you can say basically is, look,
00:22:56.080 of course they have their opinion.
00:22:57.420 And, you know, I didn't realize they said those things, but, you know, whatever.
00:23:00.660 And usually he doesn't do that.
00:23:02.360 Never.
00:23:02.620 Usually he lashes back out, but he didn't at all here.
00:23:05.940 He's like, I didn't realize she said something that nasty.
00:23:08.580 I didn't know she got nasty about me.
00:23:12.580 There's nothing wrong with that at all.
00:23:14.300 Nothing wrong with that.
00:23:14.700 Again, the press, again, tries to get in their gymnastic sort of contortions to try to figure
00:23:20.620 out a new thing they can say that's bad about this guy every day.
00:23:23.320 It's like, just pick the ones that actually are bad.
00:23:25.560 If you find something that is actually bad, then do that.
00:23:27.800 You don't need to have a new alert on the bottom of your screen all the time with whatever
00:23:31.680 Donald Trump just said.
00:23:33.060 You know, that was like the same thing that happened at the end of last week with her
00:23:35.400 like, Donald Trump seems to say that Russia helped him win the election.
00:23:40.240 And you read the tweet and he absolutely did not say that.
00:23:44.360 It's absolutely ridiculous for anyone to think that he said that.
00:23:48.500 He's talking about how everyone else was discussing the election.
00:23:51.960 That's all he was doing.
00:23:53.180 I think this is.
00:23:54.040 They don't even care.
00:23:54.720 I think this, again, goes to let him do it.
00:23:59.780 Let him just keep doing it.
00:24:01.320 He's winning the battle against the press.
00:24:04.080 He's winning it.
00:24:06.340 There's, I mean, look at the number of people that believe in the press.
00:24:12.780 What is it?
00:24:13.880 Seven percent?
00:24:15.180 Yeah.
00:24:15.440 Something really low.
00:24:16.460 I think people like cockroaches better than they do the press.
00:24:19.620 Literally.
00:24:20.400 I think so.
00:24:21.020 Yeah.
00:24:21.420 And it's interesting to watch the press implode and the Democrats implode.
00:24:26.700 You know, you've got them falling all over themselves to make Trump out to be the devil.
00:24:32.740 And then you've got Democrats embracing socialism.
00:24:37.600 This couldn't be set up any better for Donald Trump for 2020.
00:24:41.540 Couldn't be any better.
00:24:43.340 I mean, if a socialist is elected in the United States of America in 2020, then we get what we deserve.
00:24:50.520 But I don't think it's going to happen.
00:24:52.280 I don't think so either.
00:24:53.300 I don't think it's going to happen.
00:24:54.120 I don't think it's.
00:24:54.720 And it's not that it takes a lot of thinking.
00:25:00.080 I mean, listen to here's Jill DeBrand.
00:25:04.040 She was on with Chris Wallace in a town hall kind of thing.
00:25:08.720 And he said, look, you know, you want to pull guns off the street.
00:25:12.720 But anything you're proposing wouldn't have stopped the Virginia shooter.
00:25:15.680 Now, listen to this.
00:25:18.120 Your campaign slogan is brave wins.
00:25:21.340 Yep.
00:25:21.800 But when you were a congresswoman representing a conservative district in upstate New York,
00:25:27.300 you took pretty conservative positions on guns and immigration.
00:25:32.080 Once you became the senator for the entire liberal state of New York,
00:25:35.880 you flipped and took much more liberal positions on guns and immigration.
00:25:40.860 So.
00:25:41.420 Right.
00:25:41.980 How is that brave?
00:25:43.620 It's because I came from a district that was really rural.
00:25:48.400 Second Amendment was important.
00:25:49.760 Hunting was important.
00:25:51.280 My mom, of course, she cooked the Thanksgiving turkey, but she also shot the Thanksgiving turkey.
00:25:55.760 So I understand the importance of having a hunting culture and preserving our Second Amendment rights.
00:26:03.060 And that's why I'm in the best position, Chris, to lead this country into a place where we can have common sense gun reform.
00:26:08.560 OK, so common sense gun reform.
00:26:10.040 Play the next clip, please.
00:26:11.260 Didn't answer the question, though.
00:26:12.020 Common sense gun reform.
00:26:13.260 Listen to this.
00:26:13.580 I heard the three points you specifically made.
00:26:17.980 Having said that, none of them would have prevented what happened in Virginia Beach.
00:26:23.280 This gentleman, he didn't buy an assault weapon.
00:26:25.360 He had two handguns.
00:26:27.080 He bought them legally.
00:26:28.800 So how do you prevent?
00:26:30.380 I understand that you this all of your plans aren't going to stop all of them.
00:26:34.700 But is there anything you could have done that would have stopped this terrible incident?
00:26:39.800 Yeah.
00:26:40.160 Stop being beholden to the NRA like President Trump is.
00:26:44.600 NRA?
00:26:46.080 That's the dumbest answer I've ever heard.
00:26:50.080 So stupid.
00:26:50.640 First of all.
00:26:51.600 It's not an answer.
00:26:52.480 How about the stat on just Bloomberg's organization?
00:26:56.400 Michael Bloomberg has an anti-gun organization, as you may know.
00:27:00.280 He spent 50% more in the 2018 election than the NRA did.
00:27:06.240 Just his organization spent 50% more in that election than the NRA.
00:27:11.420 So stop being beholden to the NRA.
00:27:15.340 How is that solving anything?
00:27:17.580 How is that solving anything?
00:27:20.020 She has to know it isn't, right?
00:27:21.720 She can't be that stupid.
00:27:23.880 She goes on to claim that they don't care about money.
00:27:27.840 They don't care about children.
00:27:28.940 Have you met NRA?
00:27:32.040 Was your mom an NRA member?
00:27:35.140 By the way, I don't believe that your mom went out and shot the turkey, too.
00:27:39.160 Maybe it's true.
00:27:40.960 I just don't see it.
00:27:42.060 But that's a terrible answer, too.
00:27:43.320 Well, the reason why you think I flip-flopped is because when I was in a conservative district,
00:27:49.400 then I voted conservative, but now I'm not, so now I'm voting liberal.
00:27:52.580 That's essentially what she said.
00:27:53.620 That's what he accused you of.
00:27:54.860 That's not supposed to be your excuse.
00:27:56.720 So your answer is, yeah, you're exactly right.
00:27:58.940 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:28:04.680 Hi, it's Glenn.

00:28:26.660 Thanks.
00:28:26.960 So let me play the audio of a Bernie activist.
00:28:31.500 Now, this is a video that was just put out this last week from the campaign on what Bernie Sanders says Democratic Socialism really is.
00:28:42.560 What Democratic Socialism means to Bernie is having a government which represents all people, not just the very wealthy.
00:28:50.380 Democratic Socialism is making sure that all of our people have health care as a right, education as a right, housing as a right, and child care as a right.
00:28:59.740 That's what Bernie believes.
00:29:01.480 For Bernie, Democratic Socialism does not mean that government should own the means of production.
00:29:07.360 It means that the middle class, the working families, and the working people who produce America's wealth deserve a fair share of it.
00:29:14.520 These lies have happened before.
00:29:16.320 In 1965, when President Johnson passed Medicare and Medicaid, conservatives like Trump attacked these programs as a socialist threat to our American way of life.
00:29:26.820 We can look at the example of countries like Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, where working people came together to make sure everyone benefited from the wealth being generated,
00:29:37.020 and all people are guaranteed health care, a good education, and the ability to take care of their family.
00:29:42.740 But this isn't just Europe.
00:29:44.600 Both Costa Rica and Colombia guarantee health care to their citizens with almost no co-pays or deductibles.
00:29:51.560 Both countries' health care systems have been ranked higher than the U.S.
00:29:55.720 Donald Trump partners with war criminals, rips babies from their mothers, and puts children in cages.
00:30:02.460 While Trump lies, Bernie asks the important questions, like,
00:30:06.580 Why do we have grotesque levels of income and wealth inequality?
00:30:11.300 Why are millions of people leaving school deeply in debt?
00:30:16.340 Why do we have the highest rate of childhood poverty of almost any major country on Earth?
00:30:22.340 Why do we have more people in jail than any other country?
00:30:26.820 Why do women...
00:30:27.660 Stop.
00:30:28.000 I love his questions, because they're interesting questions.
00:30:30.980 Just all of his answers are wrong.
00:30:32.620 Why do we have so many kids in poverty?
00:30:38.340 Why do we have these problems?
00:30:40.800 Do you know we're $22 trillion in debt right now?
00:30:44.180 Do you know how much we have spent on the war on poverty since Johnson?
00:30:49.100 Just $22 trillion.
00:30:50.440 We've spent $22 trillion on eradicating poverty, and poverty is right where it's always been.
00:31:02.360 And we're now $22 trillion in debt.
00:31:05.320 There's a question for you, Bernie.
00:31:06.760 Why?
00:31:08.080 Because it doesn't work.
00:31:09.560 You say that he believes that democratic socialism represents all people, not just the rich.
00:31:17.120 Okay.
00:31:18.240 Well, people...
00:31:20.280 All people want to be represented, right?
00:31:23.440 Everybody should be represented.
00:31:24.980 And we should be represented equally.
00:31:27.920 Equally.
00:31:28.400 The problem is, is if you have 1%, 1%, if in bed with all the politicians, can control everyone else.
00:31:37.700 But 1%, if it's not in control of all the politicians, can be easily deemed the target, the scapegoat,
00:31:45.080 and you can round them up and do whatever you want with them.
00:31:49.060 That's why we believe all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights.
00:31:56.800 Meaning, you have this right, and no one can take it away from you.
00:32:02.700 See, our government is different than all other governments ever conceived by man.
00:32:08.440 Our government said, there are rights that the people start with.
00:32:13.180 And the job of the government is just to protect those rights.
00:32:18.060 Where what Bernie Sanders is saying, all people have the right, according to her, to health care.
00:32:25.100 All people have the right to child care.
00:32:28.780 All people have a right to education and housing.
00:32:32.520 If housing, education, child care, and health care are all a right,
00:32:38.660 then the government must ensure that everyone has that.
00:32:46.120 Everyone, no matter what you do, no matter you work, you don't work,
00:32:54.200 well, it doesn't work that way.
00:32:56.680 Because once you insure all of those rights, you then have to pay for all of those rights.
00:33:03.760 And you could take all of the money.
00:33:05.520 You could just take all of the wealthiest 1% and shoot them in the head, take all their money.
00:33:10.100 It doesn't cover the cost of all of this.
00:33:14.800 So then what do you do?
00:33:16.760 Well, you have to take then the remaining 4% of the top 5% and shoot them all in the head
00:33:24.200 and take every dime and everything they have.
00:33:26.960 It still doesn't cover all of this.
00:33:30.460 And by the way, once you've done that, you've also stopped the production of new money.
00:33:37.640 It would be great if we could just pay for everything once.
00:33:42.700 Just take everybody's money away and just pay for it once.
00:33:47.600 How do you pay for it tomorrow?
00:33:50.380 You have to have the free market.
00:33:52.720 But once you start taking the money away from the people who are actually responsible for making most of the money,
00:34:01.880 well, then you have a problem.
00:34:03.560 Because who's going to get up and put up with all the crap?
00:34:08.140 Who's going to go to medical school?
00:34:10.800 Seriously.
00:34:11.720 Who's going to go to medical school, lose that amount of money, lose that amount of sleep,
00:34:22.540 dedicate their life, spend half of their life just trying to get into being a doctor.
00:34:29.280 Then they're a doctor.
00:34:32.960 Then you don't let it pay off for them?
00:34:36.100 You don't let them have a nice life for what they've sacrificed?
00:34:41.700 See, that's the deal.
00:34:43.560 People sacrifice.
00:34:46.160 Not all people do.
00:34:48.260 Some people born into wealth.
00:34:50.180 They piss it all away.
00:34:51.560 Whatever.
00:34:52.760 It's their right.
00:34:53.620 You can't have all of these rights and insure the rights of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
00:35:05.280 You can't have free government health care, because it's not free, universal child care, universal education, universal housing,
00:35:15.300 as a right and continue the Bill of Rights.
00:35:19.140 Because those two things are in conflict.
00:35:25.960 The biggest thing it's in conflict with is you're going to get the tax-paying 50% of the country saying,
00:35:34.800 I don't want this.
00:35:36.800 You're going to get those who believe in the free market saying, I don't want this.
00:35:41.320 What are you going to do to them?
00:35:46.160 Because they've got to be an enemy of this utopia, right?
00:35:50.260 I mean, we'd be able to do it if we could just get them to come along with us.
00:35:54.940 Well, if they won't go along, what are you going to do?
00:35:59.020 Well, you have to first silence them and alienate them.
00:36:03.200 Then you have to dehumanize them.
00:36:05.100 Then you really have to start shoving them.
00:36:08.660 Then you have to start silencing them.
00:36:12.640 How far are you willing to go?
00:36:16.640 See, this is why the American system has lasted this long.
00:36:20.860 Because how far are you willing to go for somebody else's right?
00:36:24.880 I'm willing to stand with anybody.
00:36:28.620 I don't have to fight because if my philosophy is, you do what you want.
00:36:34.980 Just don't tell me what to do.
00:36:37.000 You do what you want.
00:36:39.700 That's why it was so easy for me when everybody said, you're against gay marriage.
00:36:43.140 No, I'm not.
00:36:44.420 No, I'm not.
00:36:45.200 Never have been.
00:36:46.440 Never have been.
00:36:48.360 For it.
00:36:49.800 Why?
00:36:50.280 Because I believe that's your right to conduct your life the way you see fit.
00:36:56.000 Now, don't tell me what my church can and cannot do.
00:36:59.900 Don't tell me what I have to believe because I'm not telling you what you have to believe.
00:37:05.780 Don't tell me.
00:37:09.360 I don't want the government involved in any of these things.
00:37:12.820 That was the American system.
00:37:15.140 Neighbors would work it out.
00:37:16.400 Towns would work it out.
00:37:17.580 States would work it out.
00:37:18.740 And the federal government would guarantee the rights.
00:37:22.760 It would be the protector.
00:37:24.680 Wait a minute.
00:37:25.220 Wait a minute.
00:37:27.480 These certain rights are guaranteed.
00:37:30.240 And we are never to violate those things.
00:37:35.340 That's the way it worked.
00:37:39.180 Now, Bernie Sanders, he can tell you that, you know, health care is so great elsewhere.
00:37:44.960 Well, health care is good in the Netherlands because it's a free market system.
00:37:53.160 Yes, they have socialized medicine.
00:37:55.240 But socialized medicine and all of this medicine, it's all falling apart.
00:37:59.060 You know why?
00:37:59.780 Because that used to be countries full of nothing but white people.
00:38:03.500 And white people who had exactly the same heritage.
00:38:07.980 There was no diversity.
00:38:09.880 And so it was very easy to get a small country to agree that all of the people that they're pretty much related to, they can share.
00:38:25.020 Okay, well, that's what they decided to do.
00:38:27.480 It's part of their culture.
00:38:28.480 But now that they have new people coming into their culture that don't want to behave like the rest of the people in their culture, it's starting to fail.
00:38:37.320 We are the most diverse country ever on the face of the earth.
00:38:42.480 Ever.
00:38:44.440 We're something entirely different.
00:38:47.480 We have to learn how to live with one another and not force each other's points of view and lifestyles down each other's throats.
00:38:57.360 Because that's what Europe used to do.
00:39:02.460 That's what Europe still does.
00:39:05.200 You'll do it this way.
00:39:07.360 Oh, you weren't born into this family.
00:39:09.740 You don't have this connection.
00:39:11.760 You're not a member of the knighthood of whatever.
00:39:15.980 Oh, then you can't do that.
00:39:20.700 You're not a member of the union.
00:39:23.100 Oh, well, you can't work.
00:39:24.640 That's anti-American.
00:39:27.360 Not un-American.
00:39:29.320 Anti-American.
00:39:31.420 The idea in America was you don't have to.
00:39:35.960 You can start whatever you want.
00:39:37.740 You can do whatever you want.
00:39:39.120 Don't violate other people's rights.
00:39:41.260 I ask you, if you're on the other side of the rights argument and you say you want all of these things, you have 50% of the country that's not going along with you.
00:39:54.100 What's your plan?
00:39:56.100 What's your plan?
00:39:57.480 Let's say you win everything.
00:39:59.020 What's your plan?
00:40:00.760 How are you going to get the other 50% of the country on your side?
00:40:06.380 Because they're not listening to you.
00:40:08.800 They don't believe you.
00:40:10.940 They don't want it.
00:40:12.800 They vehemently disagree with it.
00:40:15.080 What are you going to do?
00:40:18.820 Answer that question.
00:40:21.860 Bernie, I know you ask a lot of questions.
00:40:23.940 I'd like an answer to that one.
00:40:26.760 What is it you're going to do with the half of the country that wants nothing to do with universal everything and democratic socialism?
00:40:37.680 Do you remember when we thought the Center for American Progress was the center of all that was unholy?
00:40:55.440 Maybe they're not the center now, but you're not saying they're that far from the center.
00:40:58.900 Yeah, I mean, they're, yeah, the Center for American Progress.
00:41:01.940 They're the ones that did all the spending bills for Barack Obama.
00:41:06.700 Remember that?
00:41:07.680 What was it?
00:41:08.020 2,000, 3,000 pages.
00:41:09.920 It was just this enormous stack.
00:41:11.680 And I remember seeing it the first time.
00:41:13.580 And it was for the, not the bailout, what came after it, the stimulus package.
00:41:24.120 And I remember walking in and I said, and Barack Obama had only been in office like two months.
00:41:28.900 And I said, who wrote this bill?
00:41:31.420 Because there's no way a bunch of guys who just came off an election wrote this.
00:41:36.320 This has been in the works forever.
00:41:39.080 Who wrote this bill?
00:41:40.680 Well, as it turns out, it was the Center for American Progress.
00:41:43.060 And it had all kinds of things.
00:41:45.920 Cash for clunkers.
00:41:47.280 All of that stuff came for Center of American Progress.
00:41:50.520 That's a George Soros, Hillary Clinton kind of place.
00:41:55.260 All right.
00:41:57.600 That is now at war with the other side of the Democratic Party.
00:42:04.400 They're the conservatives of the Democratic Party now.
00:42:10.100 Okay.
00:42:10.640 Yeah.
00:42:10.940 That's the old guard is Center for American Progress.
00:42:14.480 And I want to show you how this is, how this is morphed into something very, very dangerous.
00:42:22.840 And it is Bernie Sanders and his campaign that is on the other side of Center for American Progress.
00:42:33.960 All right.
00:42:35.380 John Podesta, good friend of Hillary Clinton's, right?
00:42:39.960 George Soros, Center for American Progress.
00:42:42.200 All friends of Hillary Clinton.
00:42:45.180 So, it wasn't really a surprise when the Center for American Progress came out and said,
00:42:51.060 Oh, yeah, you know what?
00:42:52.940 Hillary Clinton, she's our gal.
00:42:55.440 No.
00:42:58.000 However, when they did that, they assumed that everyone at the Center for American Progress was a friend.
00:43:04.700 Now, Center for American Progress put together a website, their news site, called Think Progress.
00:43:15.140 Now, Think Progress is as lefty as they come.
00:43:19.420 Would you agree with that?
00:43:20.920 Yeah.
00:43:21.280 Oh, absolutely.
00:43:22.120 Yeah.
00:43:22.320 At least we used to think that they were the most left.
00:43:25.280 I guess they're not anymore.
00:43:25.980 They're not anymore.
00:43:27.000 No.
00:43:27.100 But the Center for American Progress had their chief editor for the website, Think Progress, go and interview Hillary Clinton.
00:43:37.120 This is back in 2008.
00:43:39.320 And in the interview, the interviewer, the chief editor, asked her about her support for the war in Iraq.
00:43:47.840 Well, that wasn't supposed to happen because that was one of her Achilles heels.
00:43:53.400 That was one of the things she didn't want to talk about.
00:43:57.060 So, who is this guy at the Center for...
00:44:01.740 John Podesta, did you not know?
00:44:03.700 Did you not tell him, hey, we're on friendly territory here?
00:44:07.900 That's one of the biggest things that's coming out against me.
00:44:10.840 What are you doing to me?
00:44:12.000 Well, that's exactly the question that the lead Hillary person had for the interviewer.
00:44:20.500 In fact, went and punched him in the chest after the interview and said, what the hell were you doing?
00:44:33.680 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:44:42.000 Steven Crowder is being targeted now on YouTube.
00:44:51.640 And he's being targeted by NBCUniversal and Vox.
00:44:57.220 Vox has this radical guy who calls himself Gay Wonk.
00:45:04.080 And so, he, you know, Steven Crowder, he's a comedian.
00:45:09.560 He's making fun of the way this guy talks and being gay and everything else.
00:45:16.280 Yes, it's politically incorrect.
00:45:18.960 It's pretty funny, but politically incorrect.
00:45:21.640 If the guy doesn't have a problem with, you know, shouting from the rooftops, hey, this is who I am.
00:45:28.760 Okay, well, you know, if that's who you are, that's totally fine in real life.
00:45:34.040 But if a comedian's going to get a hold of you, he's going to make fun of you.
00:45:38.640 And, ooh, did you get your feelings hurt?
00:45:41.480 Wow, it sucks, doesn't it?
00:45:43.540 Get over it.
00:45:44.700 Actually, he was cyberbullied, Glenn.
00:45:46.620 That was cyberbullying.
00:45:48.480 And feelings were hurt.
00:45:50.240 What was it that he was doing to Steven Crowder?
00:45:54.100 What do you mean?
00:45:55.440 If it's not...
00:45:56.760 Nothing.
00:45:57.480 Oh, nothing?
00:45:58.180 Nothing.
00:45:58.760 He was doing nothing to Steven Crowder, who was completely guilty, and everybody at NBC is completely innocent.
00:46:05.520 That's what always happens in these situations.
00:46:07.500 Like, for example, you know, it's completely fine for the Daily Beast to go in and find a guy who posted a video of Nancy Pelosi speaking slowly,
00:46:19.200 who's just a working-class guy who's a Trump supporter in New York, not really part of the media at all.
00:46:26.220 He's got a couple of small Facebook pages.
00:46:28.160 They can expose him and give all his personal details, all of his post history.
00:46:33.200 They can dox him from here to...
00:46:35.200 And they can go to Facebook, and they can go to Facebook and ask Facebook for details of his postings, and Facebook will give those details to the Daily Beast over this guy that nobody's ever heard of in the entire world.
00:46:49.120 It's basically...
00:46:49.940 And he's an unknown.
00:46:50.660 He's a total unknown guy.
00:46:51.680 And he posted a video that really is not...
00:46:55.780 It is not even part of the discourse.
00:46:58.240 It's just a Democratic talking point.
00:46:59.860 The idea that it's a big deal.
00:47:01.380 You can criticize Giuliani for posting it and not knowing.
00:47:04.820 But the idea that this...
00:47:06.240 The person who posted this video did anything consequential to the United States is completely ridiculous.
00:47:12.280 And they'll go and they'll dox him, and they'll go through his entire history and act as if he's running for president.
00:47:18.280 That's okay.
00:47:19.960 But the way that...
00:47:21.480 But God forbid you actually go after a public figure and you make fun of him, that's enough to just overturn your entire account.
00:47:29.900 I mean, that is an insane standard.
00:47:32.700 Insane.
00:47:33.460 So it's not a standard.
00:47:34.720 It's what they're just doing today.
00:47:36.240 Yep.
00:47:36.480 What they're doing today.
00:47:36.960 And they'll do something else tomorrow if they want to, and they feel it'll help them.
00:47:41.360 That's why we ask you to join the blaze.
00:47:43.540 We are trying to give you the truth.
00:47:45.080 We're trying to uncover the stories that no one else will.
00:47:48.240 I don't know anybody else who has done this extensive of work on a couple of these candidates, Bernie Sanders being one of them.
00:47:56.960 And this is really only the beginning.
00:47:58.680 I mean, literally, we could do shows all summer long just on the people around Bernie Sanders.
00:48:05.080 I think we could do it all summer long and still have you by the end of August going, you've got to be kidding me.
00:48:11.460 To be fair, he's been around for 147 years.
00:48:14.300 There's a lot of people who have surrounded him.
00:48:16.240 Right.
00:48:16.480 No, but I mean the ones that are currently surrounding.
00:48:19.220 Tonight we're going to show you more.
00:48:20.680 You can watch that show on Faiz right now on demand at Blaze TV, and then at 5 o'clock, make sure you're watching tonight's episode because we will show you the rest of the people or some of the rest of the people that are around Bernie Sanders that should make America go,
00:48:41.840 Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, if he's surrounded by those people, what are his actual policies if he gets elected?
00:48:53.600 Did you see the person that marched up on stage this weekend?
00:49:00.140 This guy had his hair in a bun, and he was like, I want everybody to listen to a bigger picture here and took the microphones away from Kamala Harris.
00:49:07.780 Yeah.
00:49:08.020 Yeah.
00:49:08.320 You see that?
00:49:08.700 I want to talk about that because we're entering a new time, and this has played out over and over and over again, and Kamala Harris and everybody on stage actually did the right thing the way they treated him, and they treated him at first with respect, and that was the right thing to do.
00:49:32.300 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:49:38.700 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:50:08.700 They've promised them all of these things.
00:50:12.040 When they realize, wait a minute, you didn't really mean any of those things, they're going to turn, and they already are.
00:50:20.620 Now, we played the audio of Kamala Harris on stage.
00:50:25.140 Let me play it again for you real quick.
00:50:27.360 She's on stage this weekend, and she's having a conversation on a move on stage, and somebody who likes global warming decided that's not far enough.
00:50:38.700 One of your first big idea on the gender pay gap.
00:50:41.820 Not everyone works for a corporation.
00:50:43.440 Yes.
00:50:43.820 And a big...
00:50:45.060 Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey.
00:50:50.000 The guy could have, if it wasn't for the man bun, the guy could have just gone up on stage and just killed her.
00:50:55.840 If he had a gun or a knife or something, he could have killed her.
00:50:57.980 He walked right up to her.
00:50:59.120 I mean, he could have killed her with his bare hands if he didn't have a man bun and had no ability to do such things.
00:51:04.380 Right.
00:51:04.980 I mean, but thank God.
00:51:06.620 Right. Thank God he was genderless.
00:51:08.340 Anyway, so this this is a sign of things to come.
00:51:15.180 How many times have we seen people on stage in Seattle, even Bernie Sanders is on stage and radicals take over and they're not the Bernie Sanders of the world or in these politicians, not radical enough.
00:51:29.120 You want more evidence that things are really kind of out of hand on the radical side.
00:51:35.400 If anybody, anybody actually believes that the Democratic, the people who are really involved in this process are not total radicals.
00:51:45.740 I want you to listen to what happened this weekend in California.
00:51:52.180 First, let's play Hickenlooper.
00:51:56.020 However, he says he's against socialism.
00:51:59.300 Listen to this.
00:52:00.580 If we want to beat Donald Trump and achieve big progressive goals, socialism is not the answer.
00:52:09.600 I was reelected.
00:52:11.440 I was reelected in a purple state in 2014.
00:52:18.720 One of the worst years for Democrats.
00:52:21.100 Now, let's listen to Democrat John Delaney also running for president.
00:52:26.720 He says something similar.
00:52:28.460 But we need, as Democrats, to build an economy that works, but it's got to be with smart policies.
00:52:36.560 Medicare for all may sound good, but it's actually not good policy, nor is it good politics.
00:52:43.800 I'm telling you.
00:52:48.360 I'm telling you.
00:52:52.200 We should have universal health care.
00:52:54.520 We should have universal health care, but it shouldn't be a kind of health care that kicks 150 million Americans off their health care.
00:53:02.820 That's not smart policy.
00:53:06.580 Boo!
00:53:07.780 Okay.
00:53:08.660 So both of them were booed because they both said, don't shut down private insurance.
00:53:13.540 Don't take over the means of production.
00:53:17.680 You got that?
00:53:18.840 Don't take over the means of production.
00:53:21.440 Don't let the state run everything.
00:53:25.740 That's who these people are.
00:53:28.000 Now, let me go back to Kamala Harris.
00:53:30.040 The reason why I led with that is the guy coming up on stage.
00:53:35.040 There's one president that we lost, and we lost because he thought, the guy who killed him, thought that the president was a real radical.
00:53:48.540 And now this guy was also a little nuts, but don't you have to be to kill somebody else?
00:53:55.660 Don't you have to be to kill a president?
00:53:57.280 Usually part of the ingredients in the recipe.
00:54:00.320 Yeah, you're a little nuts.
00:54:02.120 So this guy, and I don't remember what it was, but he wrote to the president, wrote to the president's people and said, hey, I've got this idea, and this will help you win.
00:54:13.440 And he heard the president use similar kinds of things, and there's no evidence that he took this guy's idea.
00:54:23.120 But this guy thought, ah, yeah, see, that's, that's, that's, that's, that's me.
00:54:29.480 And so the president's going to love me when I come down and I see him, because I gave him the winning strategy, and I've got some more stuff for him.
00:54:38.800 And I know he's going to reward me, and I want an ambassadorship to, like, I don't remember where it was.
00:54:44.440 So he goes into the White House, and he demands a meeting, and he gets one with the then, you know, equivalent of the chief of staff.
00:54:54.780 He just gets one because nobody knows what to do with him.
00:54:58.160 And so the chief of staff comes out, and he's caused all kinds of problems.
00:55:01.280 And the chief of staff says, you know, what is the deal, dude?
00:55:03.820 He's like, hey, the president used my philosophy.
00:55:06.320 And he's like, the president didn't use your philosophy.
00:55:09.180 He didn't.
00:55:10.320 Well, he's going to want to appoint me.
00:55:11.980 He's going to want to meet with me, because he's going to want to appoint me to an ambassadorship, because I really helped him.
00:55:17.760 He's like, dude, the president doesn't want to meet with you, and he's not going to give you an ambassadorship.
00:55:23.340 And no, well, the guy left, and he felt as though this president was a fraud, and he had to be a fraud, because he said all these things, and now he's either denying that I helped him, which I know that he did, or he's sending these bullies out.
00:55:47.840 And you can't have bullies like this on your team if you're a good person.
00:55:53.340 So he shot the president.
00:55:55.140 The president died.
00:55:56.900 The president was McKinley.
00:55:59.500 He was shot by a fan.
00:56:05.700 The Democrats have gotten into bed with people, and what we're creating now is exactly what we warned about years ago with the French book, The Coming Insurrection.
00:56:19.620 The progressives decided that they would bring in the Marxists, the communists, the revolutionaries, the anarchists, and that they would use them to be able to further their agenda.
00:56:39.980 Well, they have used them, and those people know they've been used, and they were used willingly.
00:56:48.900 But we want now the price of us being used.
00:56:55.240 We want something in return.
00:56:57.320 And what they're getting is more politics that are the same.
00:57:02.440 They're seeing that it's going to be a Joe Biden, which is basically, to them, a Hillary Clinton.
00:57:10.540 Kind of meant that way to me, too.
00:57:13.360 But that's not what they want.
00:57:15.200 They want an end to the free market system.
00:57:18.180 They want an end to this oppressive country.
00:57:23.220 And if the Democrats don't continue to play nice and give them many things that they want, I mean, I don't know how long it lasts.
00:57:37.280 In France, it's lasted really since for about 30 or 40 years it's lasted.
00:57:43.080 And I don't think it's going to last that long here.
00:57:46.660 Everything's on a hyper-drive scale.
00:57:49.880 And when they say, you know, we've had enough.
00:57:55.160 I mean, listen to that reaction to that crowd.
00:57:57.800 If the message of the Democratic Party is, okay, we're not going to take away your health care,
00:58:04.500 one of two things is going to happen.
00:58:07.660 One, the radicals believe that they're only saying that.
00:58:13.900 Because they're a politician and they just have to get elected.
00:58:17.760 But every time they've heard that kind of talk.
00:58:21.660 And they've said, well, let's keep quiet because they're going to do these things.
00:58:24.840 They never do them.
00:58:26.100 They move, but they never do them.
00:58:28.900 So they're either going to say this person is just lying and he's on our side.
00:58:33.760 Wink, wink, nod, nod.
00:58:34.800 He's going to do these things, which if he doesn't do them when he is in the Oval Office or she is in the Oval Office, then she's even in more trouble.
00:58:44.060 Or they're going to say, like the Republicans have started to say, I'm not a Republican anymore because you guys are full of crap.
00:58:52.040 You don't say you don't do anything you say you're going to do.
00:58:55.820 But the problem is when it comes to the Republican, that usually means it's a family standing there, you know, you know, with their picture of Ronald Reagan or whoever.
00:59:09.700 And they're like, you guys are betraying.
00:59:12.040 We wanted lower taxes and they're not going to chop your head off.
00:59:15.480 They're not going to build a guillotine and they're not going to put fences up and throw smoke bombs and everything else.
00:59:21.340 It's that's not what they are.
00:59:23.080 The left has embraced those who do those things and like to do those things.
00:59:31.180 Once they cross the Rubicon with that and they are they are at the bridge.
00:59:36.400 I don't know if even they're on the bridge yet, but they are at the bridge ready to cross the Rubicon.
00:59:42.920 They may be on the bridge.
00:59:45.580 But once they cross it, the Democrats, as we know it, are over.
00:59:51.740 And our world changes, at least for a while.
00:59:55.180 Our world changes.
00:59:56.260 The Blaze Radio Network.
01:00:00.860 On demand.
