The Glenn Beck Program - Best of The Program ｜ Guest： Carol Roth ｜ 10⧸24⧸22

00:00:00.000 we got a couple of things that uh we're doing today stew is here and it's a monday so you know

00:00:04.800 you don't expect the best to be in so stew is here yeah uh and uh i agree with that analysis

00:00:11.440 we're gonna talk a little bit about um first of all the 101st airborne going in what happened

00:00:17.520 with president z if you didn't see it also we only got to talk about it once today terrifying

00:00:23.680 terrifying video of biden i i think just checking out in the middle of uh of an interview you're gonna

00:00:33.120 have to be a lot more specific than that glenn well there was another one where he checked out

00:00:37.640 where he was being asked about um uh the the bill to be able to or the the executive order to just

00:00:46.460 erase student loans yeah people are like hey is joe biden lying is he just incoherent i think my

00:00:51.320 worst case scenario is actually they just told him it was a law yeah i think it's possible exactly

00:00:58.980 what went through my mind i think it's possible as aiders like yeah no we passed a law passed by

00:01:02.720 two votes yeah because he said oh we passed that and it it was close but it passed by two votes

00:01:07.540 what like i think him blatantly lying to the american people is the best outcome like that's the best we

00:01:14.460 could hope for he's just straight out lying to the american people like that's the best outcome for our

00:01:19.500 because if he if he's either so incoherent or he's actually having his aides lie to him and he thinks

00:01:26.900 that's what occurred all of these are much more disturbing than him just being a liar which we

00:01:30.680 already know he is we also went in to try to understand exactly how is this working all of

00:01:38.740 these policies seem kind of anti-human um between abortion climate change all of them and joe biden

00:01:46.340 is doubling down saying climate change is the most important thing why well we did a little google

00:01:54.180 search uh of abortion and inflation we give you the results today it's remarkable and stew talks about

00:02:02.980 what's happening in china again remarkable on that so much so much you don't want to miss a second of

00:02:09.020 today's show yeah by the way subscribe if you're listening to the podcast right now of course we

00:02:13.400 appreciate that rate and review five stars is the appropriate number of stars i will say in the

00:02:16.840 china thing too we had additional uh stuff on that some of the documentation the background of it you

00:02:22.140 can get on the studios america podcast as well if you subscribe it was last thursday's program all

00:02:27.540 right if you're one of the millions of americans who suffer every day from pain listen up listen up

00:02:32.880 you can get out of pain there is something that may be able to help you i don't want to say it will

00:02:38.800 but 70 of the people who try it go on to order more i didn't think this stuff would work for me

00:02:44.260 because it's natural you know it's got i don't know tree bark in there whatever i don't know if

00:02:51.540 it's tree bark stuff that never works for me and ibuprofen doesn't work for me nothing so i tried this

00:02:58.380 not expecting it to work in three weeks i was like i don't think this is working i stopped taking it and

00:03:03.920 all of the pain came back oh boy it was helping then and even more so now 70 of the people who

00:03:10.740 try it go on order more drug-free natural way to get your life back relieffactor.com that's

00:03:15.620 relieffactor.com

00:03:17.180 okay let's um let's by the way hello stew uh let's let's start with this now stew has not seen

00:03:38.960 the uh video uh he has only seen he's only heard the audio and i urge you if you happen to be

00:03:46.940 watching us on blaze tv to quick look at your screen during this clip otherwise uh listen to it

00:03:53.720 and find it sometime today because this is truly remarkable cut for joe biden i have not made that

00:04:02.740 formal decision but it's my intention my intention to run again and we have time to make that decision

00:04:08.900 uh dr biden is for it

00:04:11.840 mr president oh dr biden thinks that uh my wife thinks that uh

00:04:19.820 that i uh that we're that we're doing something very important

00:04:27.380 holy okay now that could have been edited out yeah that's a probably a at least a two camera shoot

00:04:36.160 maybe a three camera shoot for the president and they could have easily edited that out nbc did not

00:04:42.540 the interview had to go uh mr president so i think it was probably edited a little tighter

00:04:50.820 yeah i was gonna say the the the pause visually seeing it you see him sort of slump over and look

00:04:58.980 like he's falling asleep yeah where the pause in length when you don't see it doesn't seem that

00:05:05.760 doesn't seem as long as it would take for a person to say mr president right well it's only like why

00:05:11.600 did he jump in at that point why didn't right you know maybe he was being pensive and i still think

00:05:15.440 that it is too short um i still think that that it was edited yeah because they cut they cut the shot

00:05:23.860 right when that happens correct but i i think almost more disturbing is what happens after

00:05:28.660 yeah he he doesn't know what he's talking about i mean what how is there any other way to explain

00:05:34.580 this the only other thing i can think of just watching it is maybe jill biden is 1.00

00:05:39.040 is vocally opposed no stop it to him running stop no i'm serious like yeah like not a chance i don't

00:05:46.820 think so either but like it almost he almost answers it as if jill is like jill wants to murder me

00:05:51.840 right she knows i'm completely senile she doesn't want me to run again right but i want to uh-huh um

00:05:58.000 okay let me give you a first of all this what should frighten you is that nbc ran that that's clear

00:06:08.260 and could have been edited out that is something that i think somebody in the in the editor position

00:06:16.940 went guys we have to leave that in i bet you there was discussion on that just take that out

00:06:23.760 no guys i'm telling you we need to leave that in we have to at least we can't say anything but

00:06:31.260 at least tip off a little bit there's problems here because there's not a real reason to to leave in

00:06:38.460 the the idea of whether jill thinks it's like like that's not a vital news story they left that in

00:06:44.300 because they wanted people to see it yes like that's terrifying okay now i'm going to give you

00:06:48.400 a prediction and then i'm going to play the audio that will will verify that what i'm saying is

00:06:52.800 coming is coming um this remember democrats always have a always put republicans and people against you

00:07:02.160 know the marxist in a lose-lose every time winning isn't really winning because they've already 0.81

00:07:08.880 planned on losing you know so both ways no matter way how it turns out they win the republicans i

00:07:17.380 believe are going to uh sweep this election i think they're going to do i think it's going to be pretty

00:07:23.720 dramatic i could be wrong but it could it could be pretty dramatic and any way you cut it republicans

00:07:29.580 are going to be in control i think of both houses but definitely the house if they even get the house

00:07:36.780 that will slow down everything in washington nothing's going to be passed nothing's going

00:07:42.880 to be passed um with this administration if they get the house and the senate the same thing will be

00:07:49.000 true what's going to be said over the next two years mark my words they have denied this entire time

00:07:58.900 that we're in a recession they've denied that inflation was even happening once the gop takes

00:08:07.520 congress all you're going to hear about is how the congress and the republicans have destroyed the

00:08:16.080 economy and they will begin to highlight it and you will see it on television everywhere just i you know

00:08:23.980 we should have this and just clip this part and we just play it at the top of the hour in about a year or so

00:08:29.000 just saying hey remember how bad it was before and they were denying that there was ever a problem

00:08:36.260 what you're hearing right now on on radio and television it's all still a lie it was headed towards

00:08:45.100 the bottom before the election here's joe biden let's go cut six please republican leadership in

00:08:54.080 congress has made it clear they will crash the economy next year by threatening the full faith

00:09:00.640 and credit of the united states stop for the they will crash the economy

00:09:06.260 huh that's funny because that's what i think uh the biden administration is doing

00:09:11.840 uh right now now let me give you a couple of other things that's that's a big one i mean he he's

00:09:18.560 quite clearly telling you he knows this is going to happen yeah they're going to i'm telling you now

00:09:24.320 no joke uh they're going to crash the economy mark my words mark my words they will blame it you

00:09:32.980 have to have to be clear-minded and know it right now um

00:09:38.300 let me give you one more and then i'm going to give you a uh

00:09:43.520 i'm going to give a lineup of some things that are that are coming our way that you have to be

00:09:49.460 aware of okay first another very disturbing video this one was bone chilling to me president z

00:09:58.900 kicked president who out of the chinese congress if you will these are all of the party leaders

00:10:08.860 and in the middle all of a sudden two guys come right next to president z and they grab president

00:10:18.740 who right after the vote went down to make president z kind of pretty much a dictator for life

00:10:25.480 and uh president who is sitting there and all of a sudden these two guys come and they try to get

00:10:33.600 president who out of his chair and he's like what's what's going on it's disturbing if you watch it can

00:10:39.880 we can we play it while i'm while i'm describing it so they grab him and no one notice no one is

00:10:49.840 turning around no one is looking okay and uh he's standing there and he's fighting he's like i'm not

00:10:58.860 going with you i'm not going with you they're like just come on with us come on with us he's resisting

00:11:04.620 he finally grabs on to president z president z doesn't even really look at him just says something

00:11:12.740 and notice not a single soul is looking at him as he leaves not one not one the guy has been

00:11:25.680 disappeared but he was disappeared the minute those two guys came to him it was like he was invisible

00:11:31.460 no one even looked at him president z is sending a message not only to chinese but also to the world 0.72

00:11:41.920 i have complete power and i don't care what you say or what you do i don't even have to hide it

00:11:51.800 now he did say the chinese press did say president who was feeling really poorly and needed to be

00:12:03.220 escorted out he didn't know though he didn't know he was feeling no he didn't know and it was nothing

00:12:08.680 that a bullet to the head wouldn't cure he's feeling much much better now okay one more story and then

00:12:15.620 i'm going to tell you how it all fits together the 101st airborne division has just arrived in europe

00:12:21.660 to support the nato allies this is the first deployment of the 101st airborne in europe

00:12:32.880 since world war ii let me say it is the first time they've been deployed to europe since world war

00:12:46.660 two okay all righty then by the way uh in uh in vladimir putin's uh russia dissent is now treason

00:12:58.180 just want you to want you to know so you if you dissent now on war it's treason you're going to

00:13:07.520 prison that's good that's good that's good news all right let me explain what's let me explain what's

00:13:13.760 happening what's coming the biden administration and the treasury and the federal reserve uh places like

00:13:23.700 black rock all the big institutions with the great reset they have all positioned us into a place to

00:13:31.820 where um we are extraordinarily vulnerable economically extraordinarily vulnerable so you know they've done

00:13:43.780 this they've done this all because um uh because of climate change they say just so you know the

00:13:54.700 california wildfires have canceled out nearly two decades of emission reductions 20 years of emission

00:14:04.600 reductions gone because of the california wildfires so you know uh there there is uh

00:14:12.640 a lot of predictions out but one i saw this morning um from pc mag it said one of the predictions is by 2025

00:14:23.460 without sustainable ai practices ai will consume more energy than the average european country

00:14:33.020 offsetting any environmental gains that i ai creates by 25 percent so the world needs

00:14:41.760 more energy not less energy and anything that we're doing and saying we've got to stop driving to see

00:14:49.280 grandmother that's not going to make any difference in fact it's already been wiped out and then i take

00:14:56.580 you to the cnn story where they are blaming our pets now for climate change impacts and thus our dogs

00:15:05.440 cnn our dogs now have to start eating insects for dog food okay this is where we're headed

00:15:13.120 they have put us into this place not for climate change but to change the way that the world interacts

00:15:23.040 with itself and who makes the money and who has real control the only way you can get to

00:15:30.640 a world where no one owns anything and they'll like it that's that is from the world economic forum by 2030

00:15:40.800 you will own nothing and like it how do you make that happen how do you make that happen well you can

00:15:50.880 take some money away you can make laws that make it flitter away but if you're living in a

00:15:58.160 constitutional republic you can't get everybody down to zero what you can do however is destroy wealth

00:16:09.600 you can destroy all of it and with your governmental policies you can shift that wealth put it back into

00:16:17.840 the banks which is also putting it back into the hands of the united states government because the united

00:16:23.120 states government owns most of your mortgages america did you know that

00:16:35.040 so they've put us in this situation to where we're we're on the verge of an economic collapse

00:16:41.760 biden is going to start blaming the gop so let me give you a quick story of what's coming

00:16:48.400 and i don't know in what order so i'll put the election first but election chaos in the streets war

00:17:02.400 economic woes deepen dramatically to the point if not past the point of collapse

00:17:10.240 when these things happen voices like mine like others will be censored we will not be able to tell you

00:17:24.240 really truly what's going on because we will be fomenting panic and trouble

00:17:32.000 that's what's coming in your next year i think and if you are prepared for it you will know and here's how

00:17:43.040 you prepare for it we live in different times we are in a very dark period globally

00:17:52.640 i would ask that you would join me in this i'm really against all killing of any kind any person any

00:18:04.320 organization any name any nation including all wars

00:18:12.080 i refuse to play the apocalypse game even if even if satan himself has taken the souls of every russian

00:18:20.480 and set them against all the christians and i'm not ruling that out i do not believe my god wants me

00:18:27.120 to murder them all this is a war not against flesh and blood this is his war not ours and i don't want

00:18:36.800 my kids in it i don't want my friends in the world's war i don't want anyone in it and i won't support the

00:18:43.360 world's war in any way i don't like paying for it either but

00:18:52.560 i'm also i'm also leaning towards being against the death penalty now because i think they're going

00:18:57.200 to find some way to think people like me need the death penalty too so until we get out of this really

00:19:03.120 dark period i'm okay i'm against that now does that mean i won't defend my family against a violent

00:19:09.760 threat if it comes to my house oh no no no no it doesn't as the constitution prescribes if a family

00:19:18.800 member of mine is in danger you come to take my children into danger yeah i'll defend my children

00:19:28.480 but i will not quench satan's thirst

00:19:37.280 for what is coming our way it is already have you seen our have you seen what's happening in our

00:19:44.560 cities right now have you seen that the death homicide rates surging in major cities run by soros

00:19:52.960 back da's st louis 19 these are these are uh homicide cases per 100 000 residents july through

00:20:04.160 september 19 kansas city 14 detroit 13 baltimore 12 new orleans 10 milwaukee 10 are you kidding me

00:20:13.120 shootings in chicago this weekend 52 shot 11 fatally shot violence and the thirst for blood

00:20:22.160 and man's love for man is waxing ice cold don't get caught up in it stay true stay focused stay calm

00:20:39.040 this is the best of the glenbeck program

00:20:41.600 it's almost as if the democrats have a different goal and it

00:20:57.600 i almost spit out my drink as you said that yes it almost is that way it almost feels that way i don't

00:21:03.520 know what it could be right well let me tie a couple of things together um do you remember when stacy abrams

00:21:09.920 a couple of weeks ago said something incredible about inflation listen uh i would assume maybe

00:21:17.600 incorrectly but while abortion is an issue it nowhere reaches the level of interest of voters

00:21:24.240 in terms of the cost of gas food bread milk things like that what can a governor what could

00:21:30.800 you do as governor to alleviate the concerns of georgia voters about those livability daily hourly

00:21:38.000 issues that they're confronted with but let's be clear having children is why you're worried about

00:21:44.160 your price for gas it's why you're concerned about how much food cost for women this is not a reductive 1.00

00:21:50.000 issue you can't divorce being forced to carry an unwanted pregnancy from the economic realities of

00:21:56.400 having a child okay stop now maybe i'm old-fashioned but i never thought i would ever hear an american 0.99

00:22:03.440 political party declare the answer to inflation is to kill your kids i mean 0.98

00:22:11.280 now what she's saying abort your way to prosperity right now if you want to understand that i want to 0.99

00:22:17.120 play something that was said this weekend from president biden cut three the biggest thing is though that

00:22:24.400 that we have to change what we are those things that are affect the environment okay i barely understood

00:22:36.720 that but he was saying the main priority here is the environment and climate change okay now how does that

00:22:45.440 explain what stacy abrams said i'm about to give you a decoder ring so jason

00:22:54.480 lead researcher on my staff when he heard uh stacy abrams say that he decided to google two words

00:23:02.400 inflation and abortion let's just roll the dice let's see what's happening you wouldn't believe what google

00:23:13.600 pumped out activities relevant to the study of population policy for the united states

00:23:20.320 you see long before the cult of climate change and before there was the uh the global warming there

00:23:29.440 was global cooling but before there was global cooling there was the population bomb 0.99

00:23:34.320 okay this is about you know early 1960s progressives were all on board with the cult of population control

00:23:43.200 this is american eugenicists okay they were respected by progressives and tyrants all over the world

00:23:50.640 these were the guys back in those days in the early 60s these were the same guys that had come from

00:23:56.640 germany that were doing all kinds of experiments and they were respected for their their knowledge

00:24:05.200 so we started to read the memo and i i think it reads like a script from a horror movie but it reveals

00:24:12.240 what the left truly stands for whether they remember their origins or not i'm gonna just give you this

00:24:21.200 memo and i i the first part is directly from the first page and i want to quote it exactly this memorandum

00:24:29.600 is responsive to your letter january 4th seeking ideas on necessary and useful activities relevant to the

00:24:36.080 formation of population policy defined as legislative measures administrative programs and other

00:24:43.840 governmental actions that are designed to alter population trends so right off the bat kind of makes

00:24:50.160 you wonder i mean it was the abortion thing really was that about women's rights or was it about some

00:24:57.120 post-apocalyptic strategy to control population well it appears that at the time they blamed american

00:25:05.680 families but not all families just families they wanted control of okay look at the listen to this quote

00:25:14.400 justify an explicit u.s policy now of encouraging a specific universal limit on family sized as distinguished from

00:25:24.800 proposals aimed selectively at welfare recipients and racial groups wow so listen to this the minorities the 0.52

00:25:34.720 poor that's who they were targeting the people on the left claim to care about the poor and minorities

00:25:43.360 kind of makes you wonder about lbgs uh lbj's great society right and his war on poverty makes you wonder why

00:25:50.880 the real effects of ensuing massive welfare state ended up making people poorer and breaking up families

00:25:58.000 and those families those mothers being single now having to have abortions wow the memo goes on to mention a 0.83

00:26:07.600 mass wave of contraceptive handouts was the preferred method but that's the part i find interesting quote

00:26:13.920 effective conference uh contraception is efficiently distributed

00:26:21.120 to all those who want it and if abortion is available on demand as a backup measure

00:26:28.400 so abortion on demand was not even their their main plan it was the backup plan

00:26:34.960 but i thought it was about women's rights now here's where we get to the stacy abrams weird comment about inflation and abortion 0.87

00:26:43.040 it references inflation as something that goes hand in hand of full employment and thus to accept

00:26:52.160 relatively high or at least not preventable unemployment levels as necessary yet more women enter the labor 1.00

00:27:00.080 market under conditions of full employment and the relationship between employment of women and lower fertility

00:27:06.960 seems well established an examination is needed of in effect the question of how much inflation could

00:27:13.440 or should we risk to achieve lower fertility let me unpack that here for one they wanted women in the 1.00

00:27:23.200 workforce not for equal opportunity but because as it says in this uh study women tend not to have so many 0.99

00:27:33.920 babies so fertility goes down

00:27:37.920 and they thought that all of the women uh getting jobs might spike inflation which it did the price of housing 1.00

00:27:46.880 doubled you had two incomes now so everything doubled

00:27:52.240 so they figured we have to measure this the party of virtue the memo comes up with an attachment

00:27:58.880 that listed other proposed measures by population control experts now it never said that these were

00:28:05.280 actual plans by planned parenthood these are other proposals that they included restructure the family

00:28:12.960 postpone or avoid marriage alter the image of the ideal family compulsory education of children

00:28:22.480 encourage increased homosexuality educate for family limitation fertility control agents in the water supply 1.00

00:28:31.280 encourage women to work now these are a few and they get nuttier and nuttier 1.00

00:28:36.640 now i'm not saying a planned parenthood plan to do any of this but it shows

00:28:42.320 to what links the academics were willing to go fertility control agents in the water

00:28:48.080 how many democratic flag bearer issues can you find in this memo compulsory education of children

00:28:58.960 how many of us have wondered why they are claiming their kids as or our kids as their kids

00:29:08.080 and they will they do not want you and we excuse it saying well they don't want to you know because

00:29:13.840 the unions the unions the unions are blocking it because then they'll lose the jobs is it is it that

00:29:18.880 why are they ramming sexually explicit comprehensive sexuality education into our school

00:29:25.360 is it encouraged increase encourage increased homosexuality 0.95

00:29:32.400 because that's what it seems like the lgbtq two plus i lobby is is fighting they want more homosexuals it's not

00:29:43.520 you want you want rights you got okay you got rights you won that why are why the hyper

00:29:50.000 sexualizing of kids and exposing them to drag queens and schools and libraries why 1.00

00:29:58.720 educate for family limitation who's wondered why they've destroyed they they've shouted destroy the nuclear

00:30:06.160 family encourage women to work isn't workplace gender discrimination illegal so what's the fight

00:30:16.080 really about there regarding the education they keep referencing both kids and families check out this

00:30:23.600 quote from the full memo quote in this area it seems particularly important to distinguish between

00:30:29.520 education and indoctrination whatever may be the merits and effectiveness of truly a truly educational

00:30:38.080 effort an indoctrination campaign may well have the only negligible effects on fertility values but may

00:30:48.240 provide unintended support in building public opinion which seeks legalized compulsory fertility control for

00:30:57.120 selected groups and i'm quoting particularly welfare recipients

00:31:08.640 the admission here is insane

00:31:13.440 indoctrination they admit has its bonuses especially on poor people

00:31:19.680 google google the words until they change the algorithm google the words abortion and inflation

00:31:30.240 you'll find the whole memo

00:31:35.040 so when i played cut three from biden play it again please the biggest thing is though that

00:31:42.160 that we have to change what we are those things that are affect the environment okay have you noticed

00:31:54.800 that the policies that they are pushing put the environment over people right now common sense would say

00:32:03.840 we're about to go to war with russia we must have oil 0.83

00:32:12.480 we've got to open up oil fields and pumping and gas lines you've got people that are going to freeze to death

00:32:23.360 in germany and all over europe and they won't open up and full power their nuclear power plants

00:32:31.280 why why why

00:32:36.480 it's almost like it's malthusian it's anti-human 0.98

00:32:44.880 yeah not a lot has changed not a lot has changed this is planned parenthood in the 1970s

00:32:54.080 this is what they were saying behind closed doors

00:33:01.440 good heavens what are they saying behind closed doors now

00:33:05.600 you know when you look at what they're talking about for the environment

00:33:11.440 that we're just not going to make it

00:33:13.280 this is this is what they said when i was growing up except it was global cooling

00:33:17.280 then later it became global warming then when it was cooling and warming they were like oh it's

00:33:22.800 global climate change but they told us in the 60s and remember the nancy pelosis of the world

00:33:32.640 grew up with this ideology that you've got to control the population there are just too many people

00:33:39.680 people even my age don't really remember the population bomb as people in the next generation

00:33:47.760 do that was a big part of their life it's very pervasive still to this day yes i'll never forget

00:33:55.120 you doing an interview with um william shatner do you remember this yes i do and it was a really good

00:34:02.160 interview you guys had a great conversation he was funny you know you guys had a good chemistry it was

00:34:07.760 great and at one point he just kind of blurts out in the middle of the conversation that like we have

00:34:15.440 to stop the population from growing and goes into this really malthusian sort of rant that obviously

00:34:21.760 was very central to his belief system oh yeah you know it wasn't just a flippant thing no and he kind

00:34:27.600 of expected you to just go yeah i know there's just way too many people and you did not uh i kind

00:34:34.320 of feel like that's the opposite of our goal and maybe this is why i feel so you know passionately

00:34:39.360 about life as i know you do and why the other side is so for taking innocent life before it's born

00:34:46.880 this idea that like i my goal is not to limit the amount of people on in this on this globe like i

00:34:53.920 think it's a really good thing that we have a lot a lot more people that more people are surviving

00:34:58.480 longer that people continue to be born like i mean these are weird things to feel like you need to

00:35:04.000 say out loud but it is a major point of disagreement between the two arguments that we have in this in

00:35:10.320 this world politically i want more people to be alive i want crazy that's crazy more and you know this

00:35:22.000 this happened in world war one too they actually talked about reducing the surplus population uh

00:35:29.680 with world war one world war one it's going to kill some people it's going to really kill 0.85

00:35:33.680 it's going to kill all the right people the people we want to be killed you know all those you know 0.64

00:35:38.720 suffering in poverty and and those undesirables they're the ones that are going to get killed 1.00

00:35:44.400 not our elite families uh and this this idea of population control has been around for a long

00:35:53.680 time me because i believe the soul is sacred and i believe the soul it's not like somebody's just

00:36:00.560 printing up soul after soul they each come unique you know this if you have children each of your

00:36:07.440 children come out with their own personality okay and i believe that those souls are sacred and need

00:36:15.920 a body and we're gonna we should do it and we'll figure out a way to deal with it and that might be

00:36:22.560 eventually colonizing another planet it may be but i i don't know i have this weird optimism that you

00:36:29.040 know the world will provide like this is there's a plan here i know it's crazy but like i think the

00:36:35.840 world can provide for the amount of people we have on it and you know what it seems like every

00:36:39.840 single time there's an increase in people we wind up coming up with really amazing innovations to do

00:36:45.840 much much more for so many more people unless it's incredible unless society is controlled by

00:36:54.000 a big government those who want less people yes and it is always that way big governments always end up

00:37:02.640 in the hands of people who want less people this is the best of the glenn beck program

00:37:12.320 carol please tell me there's there's i'm reading too much into this please tell me please tell me

00:37:19.600 so this has been a little bit of a nancy drew mystery for me glenn i saw this uh bloomberg piece

00:37:25.760 as well and it was a little bit of a head scratcher so i'm going to take you through some of the things

00:37:30.480 that i found and hopefully we can piece this together okay this is really weird because i i

00:37:35.920 mean i went to some really big brains that know this kind of stuff no one had an answer for me okay

00:37:42.480 so i think so i'm going to wrap it in a bow first and then i'm going to walk it back but i think this

00:37:47.200 is the short-term trader mindset versus people who have a long-term view on the world so this is

00:37:55.840 short-termism versus long-termism so the first thing that we have to understand the first thing

00:38:01.920 i did is went oh my gosh all of this gold is flowing east or where is it coming from so is

00:38:08.640 our central bank that dumb that they're selling gold so i pulled up a chart of central banks and

00:38:15.600 central banks have actually been net buyers of gold for most of the year since april which is the same 0.94

00:38:22.480 time period as the chart that's april to august they have pretty much everybody is a purchaser

00:38:28.240 of gold there's almost you know just including us a little bit of selling every central bank in the

00:38:33.200 world which means that we're even if we're not purchasing it we're not selling any there's almost

00:38:37.600 no net sales so that means our central bank isn't the one that's selling this so we'll take that off the

00:38:42.880 table do you is this here's what i couldn't figure out either is the treasury the same as the central

00:38:49.600 bank does a central bank have all of the treasury's gold so so they're probably not but let me walk

00:39:00.160 through where i think this is coming okay all right so the second piece i went to is the consumer markets

00:39:06.560 and consumers seeing what's going on with inflation understanding that our recessions here and that

00:39:14.080 is going to get worse next year have also been buying and by the way we can't supply them so both

00:39:21.680 here in the u.s as well particularly in the east much more in the east there's been an additional

00:39:27.040 premium and so i'm going what's going on here what you have to understand about the market for golds

00:39:33.520 is that the prices for the gold that you when you call gold line to buy your gold like you and i do

00:39:39.520 glenn you're buying physical gold but that price isn't being set by the supply and demand of you and

00:39:45.760 i buying it it's being set by the futures market by these traders who are trading contracts and all the

00:39:54.400 all of these derivative products the options the futures they are so much larger than the underlying

00:40:02.080 product and yes if this sounds like a familiar story it is one but the at the research estimates put

00:40:08.720 the side of these futures market at 200 to 300 trillion dollars of value being traded when the

00:40:17.680 underlying supply of gold the underlying supply of gold is like 11 to 12 trillion dollars this is why i

00:40:24.880 say all the time don't buy paper gold don't do it don't do it you will be worthless in the end

00:40:32.640 exactly so let me tell you what's happening so these traders are looking just not at what's happening in

00:40:38.480 terms of the physical supply and demand but they're looking at you know little blips on their screen

00:40:43.680 and they're saying oh well historically when we have a strong dollar that means that's not good for

00:40:49.680 gold so we should probably get out of it as the fed tightens their monetary policy they have gotten to

00:40:54.960 the point where they these crazy traders are actually net short on gold meaning that they have sold more than

00:41:03.600 they have and this is only the third time since 2014 that this has happened it's happened in 2015

00:41:10.880 it happened in 2018 and what my researchers have told me is both of those times as you can imagine when

00:41:17.440 you have all of these shorts out there but this crazy macroeconomic environment it is prime for a short

00:41:23.360 squeeze and that has set major floors and there has been huge rallies in gold so once again we have the

00:41:29.600 financialization of a product a product that is very important to us um you know being bastardized by

00:41:37.680 wall street and what happens in china and india and other parts of asia is that they're smart they go

00:41:45.920 well the price is falling we should load up on it buy low sell high so they actually create a floor for

00:41:53.360 the the price of gold because they know they can get it at cheaper prices than it's actually worth and

00:41:59.040 so they go in and they load up on it and that's the tenor of what has been happening here which is

00:42:05.120 just complete insanity so my speculation it's that institutional investors gold that is flowing

00:42:13.200 because these traders are you know doing the same thing that the traders always do they're being short

00:42:18.240 term grubby greedy and not looking at the bigger macro environment but then that means that we're

00:42:22.720 doing that then we as a nation are are are we're going to be the opposite of the big short

00:42:30.480 right we're we're selling when we should be buying so the good news is our central bank um our country

00:42:38.880 has and again this is if this is true right so i'm just going to report what's being reported i can't i

00:42:44.640 did not go to fort knox and verify that the gold is actually there but we actually have the most gold

00:42:50.960 in the world by a country i don't know if i believe that but they say they say that is 85 or 84

00:42:58.720 8100 tons tons tons how much is that worth i knew you were going to ask me that question and it was

00:43:06.000 monday and my calculator wasn't big enough so try it it's a lot because i i look at it and i think it's

00:43:13.040 it's it's in the two or three digit trillions give me the number one more time it is uh 8100 tons

00:43:18.720 8100 tons which is 32 about 32 000 ounces per ton okay 32 000 ounces per ton yeah and gold is

00:43:26.640 trading at about 1700 an ounce right so how much is if they say we have this to me it makes no sense

00:43:34.560 but 1700 an ounce you said correct okay yeah it's a big number uh yeah go ahead try to figure it out i

00:43:42.480 know hold on uh okay here we go this is a lot for a monday guys uh 440 billion dollars plus no no

00:43:50.400 no billion it's got to be more it's got to be higher than that it's higher than that yeah it's

00:43:53.920 got to be trillion you said 32 000 you see i mean i'm going by your numbers here 32 000 ounces yep per

00:44:00.560 times 8 32 000 times 8 100 times 1700 times 1700 right so i'll do it again uh 30 8 100 times 32 000

00:44:12.480 times 1700 is let's see yeah okay yeah 440 billion now so again i think maybe you're is you're you sure

00:44:21.600 about that number of 32 000 ounces per i don't know i will look at i will look it up low yeah that's

00:44:27.920 that's that's way too low it's got to be in the trillions it's got to be in the trillions

00:44:33.200 it's it's probably somewhere i would say between 440 billion and a trillion dollars i don't i don't

00:44:39.840 know from just from the because again like you said it's it's just the central bank piece of it but

00:44:43.680 at any rate wow the u.s the u.s has more than um you know any other individual country the eurozone

00:44:50.720 as a group actually has more than the u.s and on a you know sort of tons to gdp you know

00:44:57.760 value standpoint um you know we are you know we are we are not quite at our gdp but we're in a sort

00:45:04.480 of good position um the only ones that are really stacking up via their gdp is the eurozone and russia

00:45:10.800 and now china is starting to continue to add to that so um you know it's it's a very strange situation

00:45:19.600 and it's also a strange situation glenn if you think about the fact that the traders are doing this

00:45:24.240 based on quote unquote dollar strength because they are looking at the dollar's strength versus

00:45:30.880 other currencies but they are not looking at the dollar's lack of strength at home the dollar is

00:45:35.600 not strong when you go to buy your groceries or you go to pay your rent or you go to heat your house

00:45:40.640 and so that is the challenge that is what we are when we go and we buy physical gold that's one of the

00:45:45.920 things that we are protecting against this continued debasement and the value of the dollar

00:45:50.960 so there really is a setup here potentially for you know some sort of a squeeze or even the collapse

00:45:57.680 at some point here of the paper gold market which means then eventually things would change to going

00:46:03.680 off the the actual spot price the the supply and demand which is how this should be based to start okay

00:46:10.320 so i should not be worried that bloomberg's headline is gold's great migration sends bullion rushing east

00:46:19.920 no i think you should be worried and i think the reason that you should be worried is because the

00:46:25.200 people in asia are taking a long-term view and the people in the west are not and that is going

00:46:32.720 to come back to bite us and by the way usually this ends up flowing back when the price goes high

00:46:37.200 in the past it is flowed back you know because of course we're going to buy it at the higher 0.95

00:46:41.200 plate right which is so stupid which makes no sense but the people i'm talking to who really 0.80

00:46:46.640 know this stuff say not this time this is we're in a new financial world order something is going 0.98

00:46:52.640 to shift here and so don't expect that flow to come back the other way wow one last thing uh with

00:46:59.040 you carol and i appreciate your work on this because i i couldn't i couldn't make heads or tails of this

00:47:03.760 um and our gold situation is so not transparent in america um it's a travesty it really is something

00:47:12.800 needs to change with this market it does um the um uh the other question is we just sent the 101st

00:47:19.040 airborne uh over to support nato uh the pentagon said this weekend we are ready to we're ready to go

00:47:26.640 to war if we have to go to war with uh russia and ukraine what what does war mean to our economy

00:47:34.640 if if it starts with russia i mean you know there's obviously a bunch of layers of different

00:47:42.320 scenarios depending on how bad it is um certainly the defense sector will be doing very well um and

00:47:49.360 it's just a question of you know how much since it's being fought over there you know how much of

00:47:53.360 what we're doing ends up being disrupted or does it end up being something that looks more like the

00:47:58.560 recent wars that we've had and you know afghanistan and and the like so i think it really depends on

00:48:04.080 the scope but certainly you know if we get into a big escalation here um and this you know becomes

00:48:11.120 something that is like a a world war a true world war uh i think we can all you know pretty much not

00:48:18.640 take a big leap of faith to guess that that is not going to be a good sign for our economy particularly

00:48:25.040 at the time when the economy is breaking down and the federal reserve has been taking steps

00:48:30.560 to damage the economy to do that quote unquote demand destruction to create higher unemployment

00:48:36.960 all of those things um you know not that there's ever a good time for war but it will just exacerbate

00:48:43.680 those issues okay um i would love you to look into something else um right now biden is saying the

00:48:50.800 gop is going to collapse the economy what he's what he's saying is they're going to shut down the

00:48:55.280 government but that is a lie you can shut the government down pay your bills and not go uh defunct

00:49:04.400 can you i would i would love them just i mean that's the best thing ever when they shut down the

00:49:08.960 government then they can't spend any money right uh he is basically setting this up because he knows

00:49:14.240 that the republicans have a strong chance here and he knows that the economy is going into a

00:49:19.280 worse position so he's basically setting up the blame for the things that he has created he's

00:49:24.000 already pinning it on what is going to happen right i'd like you to look into how the government

00:49:28.800 actually pays its bills and you don't you don't go into default if you're a nation um if you if you

00:49:36.800 shut down there are ways to do it so you don't go into default so we can stop and we can and we can

00:49:42.400 bust this um you know i have this great deficit myth when you have a 1.4 trillion dollar deficit on

00:49:48.800 40 percent more spending would love would love to chat about that yeah okay good thank you very

00:49:53.200 much carol we'll have you on maybe later this week we'll cover both of those things uh that's

00:49:57.040 great that's carol roth you can uh you can follow carol uh at at carol roth uh carol roth dot com

00:50:04.800 slash glenn is uh where you'll be taken to her page uh where you'll find all the information she does with

00:50:10.480 us carol roth dot com slash glenn at any point i am willing to commit okay the idea that 80 100

00:50:19.440 times 32 000 times 1700 is 440 billion plus it does not seem like enough does it i does it i don't

00:50:27.040 know i mean i know i mean i know the math the math is the math but i kept i kept looking at that and i

00:50:32.400 was i wasn't i don't know what you're saying what do you mean you're driving in the car and doing this

00:50:37.840 and no i would not me wait but i hmm but i kept looking the number and i'm like i i can't even

00:50:44.640 that how many how many digits is that i i anyway you shouldn't be looking at the number while you're

00:50:51.040 driving i'm not i wasn't please authorities
