00:11:10.360 But communism takes that a step further and says, therefore, the state shall own and run everything and they'll tell you where you're going to work, what you're going to do, all of it.

00:11:28.180 Fascism allows the people to own their own property, own their own things with the illusion of running them.
00:11:36.100 OK, and so the state gets involved every step of the way.
00:11:40.780 And this is why fascism eventually falls apart, because you start to get into price controls and everything else.

00:11:52.960 And the government can't central centralized power never works.
00:11:58.000 You can't have central command for, you know, some sort of capitalism, if you could even call that.
00:12:03.560 Now, the reason why I'm bringing this up is because yesterday, Janet Yellen was asked by Ayanna Pressley.
00:12:13.860 She asked Janet Yellen, Secretary of the Treasury, if racism posed a threat to the American financial system.
00:12:22.640 Well, yes, of course, said Secretary Yellen.
00:12:26.420 Financial institutions perpetuate and benefit from racism.
00:12:30.540 Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
00:12:32.720 Um, so Yellen said it could be and it is one of the factors that Dodd-Frank told us to take into account considering designations.
00:12:43.420 So what her point was, why Presley brought this up, was because is racism a problem that the Treasury is looking at?
00:12:52.600 The Treasury should not be looking at racism.
00:12:55.200 The Treasury should be looking at basic laws for finance.
00:12:59.180 So Presley said there's a drugstore in Walgreens and Walgreens in Roxbury, Massachusetts.
00:13:09.080 They they closed and they said it was because of crime.
00:13:13.520 But that's life threatening and it's based on racial discrimination and economic grounds.
00:13:20.400 OK, so what she's saying is Walgreens, even though they said they cannot open their doors because they're robbed every day and no one can have business.
00:13:37.880 Presley says the government should consider that racism and therefore tell Walmart or Walgreens exactly what to do.

00:14:42.240 You do have a right to privacy, you know, if everybody is tracking what you do, what you look at, AI can put together, well, for instance, if you're looking up a bunch of different drugs, AI can put together and go, oh, he's making crack cocaine or, oh, he's trying to find out where he can buy this to kill his wife and bury her in the backyard.

00:15:12.080 But if you're in fascism and you have giant overlords that are watching over you on everything, you can't come up with a better mousetrap.

00:19:06.480 I think there's growing evidence that he's not.
00:19:08.780 And the oral arguments that are being heard right now in the Supreme Court, in fact, can we bring this up?
00:19:13.500 That's by altering the Constitution's qualifications for federal office.
00:19:18.480 This is live in the Supreme Court.
00:19:21.420 The Colorado Supreme Court's decision is no different from a state residency law that requires members of Congress to inhabit the state prior to election day,
00:19:29.700 when the Constitution requires only that members of Congress inhabit the state that they represent when elected.
00:19:35.700 In both situations, a state is accelerating the deadline to meet a constitutionally imposed qualification
00:19:44.040 and is thereby violating the holding of term limits.
00:19:48.300 And in this situation, a ruling from this court that affirms the decision below would not only violate term limits,
00:19:55.000 but take away the votes of potentially tens of millions of Americans.
00:19:58.120 Okay, so this is the president's attorney, President Trump, Clarence Thomas' voice.
00:20:08.000 ...with respect to whether or not Section 3 is self-executing.
00:20:12.180 So would you address that?
00:20:13.720 And in doing that, your argument is that it's not self-executing,
00:20:21.080 but then in that case, what would the role of the state be,
00:20:25.400 or is it entirely up to Congress to implement the disqualification in Section 3?
00:20:34.960 It is entirely up to Congress, Justice Thomas,
00:20:37.460 and our argument goes beyond actually saying that Section 3 is non-self-executing.
00:20:41.920 We need to say something more than that,
00:20:43.520 because a non-self-executing treaty or a non-self-executing constitutional provision
00:20:48.220 normally can still be enforced by a state if it chooses to enact legislation.
00:20:53.040 The holding of Griffin's case goes beyond even that
00:20:55.680 by saying that a state is not allowed to implement or enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment
00:21:01.380 unless and until Congress enacts implementing legislation allowing it to do so.
00:21:06.060 So under Griffin's case, which we believe is correctly decided,
00:21:09.020 the Anderson litigants disagree with us on that point,
00:21:11.100 but if this court were to adhere to the holding of Griffin's case,
00:21:14.240 there would not be any role for the states in enforcing Section 3
00:21:17.280 unless Congress were to enact a statute that gives them that authority.
00:21:21.220 Counsel, um...
00:21:22.420 Okay, so let me explain what they're talking about.
00:21:25.040 They're talking about, and by the way, I want to get back to Pat's hope.
00:21:28.180 First of all, there's hope here.
00:21:30.280 Second of all, more importantly,
00:21:32.540 I do know the one thing I know about God
00:21:36.360 is that there is no waste in his doings.
00:21:40.900 Okay?
00:21:41.300 There's nothing wasted.
00:21:42.920 I wasted most of my life,
00:21:45.220 but he took all the bad things that I did
00:21:48.340 and turned them around on me
00:21:50.540 to where it's actually helped me
00:21:54.220 now that I'm on the right track.

00:21:57.820 Every loss is another step closer
00:22:02.040 to his vision being executed.
00:22:04.580 And you have to remember that
00:22:06.020 because at the end, you'll look at this and go,

00:22:12.740 And the answer will be God.
00:22:14.360 Okay, now, Section 3.
00:22:15.960 This is the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
00:22:19.280 No person shall be a senator, representative of Congress,
00:22:24.860 or elector of president and vice president,
00:22:27.600 or hold any office, civil or military,
00:22:30.900 under the United States or under any state
00:22:33.540 who has previously taken an oath
00:22:35.960 as a member to Congress
00:22:37.580 or as an officer in the United States
00:22:39.160 or as a member of any state legislature
00:22:41.280 or as an executive or judicial offer of any state
00:22:44.960 to support the Constitution of the United States
00:22:47.560 shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion
00:22:51.320 against the same
00:22:52.800 or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.
00:22:56.600 But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each house,
00:22:59.740 remove such a disability.
00:23:01.340 So the Constitution says
00:23:03.740 if you have given aid and comfort
00:23:06.500 or you've engaged in an insurrection,
00:23:08.780 and they're saying that Donald Trump
00:23:10.600 engaged in an insurrection.
00:23:12.000 However, nowhere, nowhere
00:23:15.740 in any law in the United States
00:23:18.600 are you guilty until proven innocent.
00:23:22.580 You can make the charge,
00:23:25.260 but that doesn't make it true.
00:23:26.880 And of all of the litigations,
00:23:29.740 everything that is being filed in court,
00:23:32.020 how many of them?
00:23:33.160 7,000 different court cases coming against him?
00:23:36.260 Not one is charging him with insurrection.
00:23:40.680 Not one.
00:23:41.340 Or rebellion.
00:23:43.120 Or giving aid and comfort.
00:23:45.060 Not one.
00:23:47.160 Why?
00:23:47.800 Because they know they can't win that.
00:23:50.300 So one of the arguments is
00:23:52.220 the state can't say this.
00:23:55.220 First of all, it has to be charged.
00:23:57.700 And then the Constitution says
