The Glenn Beck Program - Best of the Program ｜ Guest： Gov. Kristi Noem ｜ 9⧸7⧸23

00:00:00.240 Thursday, big show. I mean, I think this podcast is probably so good, we probably shouldn't even come in tomorrow and do another show.

00:00:08.100 I mean, I feel like we should take a good month off.

00:00:10.240 I mean, it's almost a month's worth of shows in today's...

00:00:14.860 That good.

00:00:15.380 No, it really is that good. We start with, thank you, Attorney General of Georgia.

00:00:21.580 He's not playing tit for tat. He is actually doing the right thing.

00:00:25.880 The people who tried to burn down Cop City and shot a cop and everything else, he has charged them with terrorists.

00:00:32.800 His money is 61 people now on RICO charges.

00:00:37.160 Exactly what they used to condemn Donald Trump and are trying Donald Trump on, and they're not happy about it.

00:00:44.920 They think this is a miscarriage of justice. This is the iron hand of the law coming down.

00:00:50.160 You're going to love that story. Also, we cover the first day of the trial.

00:00:55.880 You'll never guess when this trial is going to end. I mean, really, you'll never guess.

00:01:02.260 Kristi Noem is on with us today. We talk a little bit about vaccines and Donald Trump.

00:01:08.780 An incredible story of a serial killer in Dallas that was just tried.

00:01:16.520 And he may be the biggest serial killer in the history of America. 0.99

00:01:21.440 Also, Liberty Safe is on our crap list. 0.99

00:01:24.560 And the guy who really liked Barack Obama. 0.96

00:01:29.620 This is part of the interview from Tucker Carlson.

00:01:32.740 We have that and so much more on today's podcast.

00:01:44.360 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:01:48.420 Remember Joe Kennedy, he was the guy that was praying on the field up in the Seattle area without his team, just praying.

00:02:01.580 And he was fired for it or told that he couldn't do it.

00:02:04.580 He took it to the Supreme Court. He won.

00:02:06.600 He went back to work at that place.

00:02:09.100 And he says the school district didn't learn its lesson at all kinds of restrictions, et cetera, et cetera.

00:02:17.440 And so yesterday was his last day.

00:02:20.240 He joins us on the air in the final hour of this broadcast at the bottom of the hour.

00:02:25.180 Also on the program today, Kristi Noem has something that she's doing up in South Dakota.

00:02:33.600 She's going to be on talking about that.

00:02:35.340 It's something that's happening in South Dakota on Friday.

00:02:38.800 Who else?

00:02:39.680 Daniel Horowitz is going to be joining us.

00:02:41.720 I read a story from Daniel Horowitz on The Blaze yesterday, and I couldn't believe it.

00:02:45.820 Do you know that the most effective serial killer in the history of America, by far, has just been taken, put in jail, and now facing charges for his serial killing?

00:03:05.820 Biggest one ever.

00:03:07.620 It just happened.

00:03:09.260 Been happening over the last four or five years.

00:03:12.420 And I hadn't heard of it.

00:03:15.180 And the reason why that's shocking is because I live in the city where it happened.

00:03:22.860 It happened in Dallas, Texas.

00:03:26.740 I said to Stu this morning, I brought it up.

00:03:28.860 I said, Daniel's on about that.

00:03:29.900 And he said, what serial killer?

00:03:31.580 Never heard the story.

00:03:32.580 Never heard the story.

00:03:34.700 It's crazy.

00:03:36.320 And you'll understand why.

00:03:39.160 Coming up in just about a half an hour.

00:03:41.200 Also, today, in probably five hours from now, I am sitting down with John Dodson.

00:03:49.720 He's an ATF agent.

00:03:52.520 You know his work because he was the whistleblower on Operation Fast and Furious.

00:03:58.200 He's the guy that knows all of that.

00:04:03.680 He blew the whistle.

00:04:06.000 There was a House investigation.

00:04:09.160 Attorney General Holder cited for contempt.

00:04:11.980 But nothing happened.

00:04:14.080 He went back to work at the ATF.

00:04:17.200 He said, murder, corruption, major corruption, and the weaponization of the entire Justice

00:04:26.440 Department is happening on a scale that Americans can't even begin to understand.

00:04:31.920 We have waited so long to talk to him, but he couldn't speak about anything until he left

00:04:39.120 the government.

00:04:39.980 He left the government last week.

00:04:43.100 This is his first interview.

00:04:45.300 He said, the government and the Justice Department is not considering the civil rights in this

00:04:50.960 country, have been completely weaponized.

00:04:54.700 He said, Americans have no idea how bad it is, and only Americans standing up will change

00:05:05.840 it.

00:05:06.520 His first interview happens within hours.

00:05:09.280 I'll be sitting down with him, and you will see that on Blaze TV, available, I think this

00:05:17.320 afternoon or this evening.

00:05:18.680 You don't want to miss it.

00:05:20.740 Wow, it's a big one.

00:05:21.480 It's a big interview.

00:05:22.280 First one.

00:05:22.580 It's huge, huge, huge, huge.

00:05:24.820 By the way, the Tucker interview, we're going to play that a little later on because I'm running

00:05:28.720 late, and I've got to talk to you about Liberty Safe.

00:05:31.720 So, I don't know if I have enough information yet, except your voice works.

00:05:43.480 The Bud Light thing scared the hell out of Liberty Safe.

00:05:48.560 And I'll tell you and give you an update after I cover the story for those who don't know.

00:05:52.960 So, according to the Biden Department of Justice, there's a guy who is at January 6th that the

00:06:06.680 Justice Department said he was wearing an InfoWars-branded Space Force shirt.

00:06:12.260 I take a lot of people seriously in their Space Force shirt.

00:06:15.040 All insurrections start with InfoWars-branded Space Force shirts.

00:06:19.500 That's the way it works.

00:06:20.180 He was in the vicinity of the Lower West Terrace Tunnel at the Capitol on January 6th,

00:06:26.240 allegedly helping other rioters physically fight police in an attempt to breach the line

00:06:33.220 and enter the U.S. Capitol building.

00:06:35.120 Now, there's a lot of caveats here.

00:06:36.940 In an attempt to breach the line, helped other rioters physically fight police.

00:06:43.160 Was he physically fighting the police?

00:06:45.460 How was he helping the other rioters?

00:06:47.680 Was he standing by?

00:06:48.540 I don't know.

00:06:50.180 But if he was doing what that used to imply, that he was fighting with the police and he

00:06:56.220 was trying to get in a place where he wasn't supposed to go, then he should be locked up.

00:07:01.720 But I don't know because I don't trust anything anymore.

00:07:06.180 The Arkansas Times noted that the FBI was able to identify Hughes on the basis of, quote,

00:07:13.620 the distinct notches at the top of his ears.

00:07:18.480 We can't find the bomber whose face we have, the pipe bomb guy.

00:07:22.160 We have his face.

00:07:23.100 Can't find him.

00:07:23.720 Not in any database.

00:07:24.940 We can't find the guy up in the scaffolding, even though we have clear pictures.

00:07:28.400 No.

00:07:28.680 Can't find the fence cutter.

00:07:30.060 No.

00:07:30.460 We have pictures, videos, everything.

00:07:32.880 Those people all had smooth ears.

00:07:34.580 Okay.

00:07:35.100 No notches.

00:07:35.780 Okay.

00:07:36.260 So if you're an elf, we're on you.

00:07:38.780 Right.

00:07:39.120 Okay.

00:07:39.440 Apparently, according to the conservative commentators, Keith and Kevin Hodge, Nath was raided by the

00:07:47.480 FBI and arrested at gunpoint.

00:07:49.440 His girlfriend, who had just had a miscarriage, was held at gunpoint and put in handcuffs.

00:07:53.820 The FBI turned his security cameras off, unplugged his internet, and flipped his house upside down

00:07:59.880 in a search.

00:08:00.980 The feds called the manufacturer of his Liberty gun safe and got the passcode to get into it,

00:08:06.820 all for protesting at the Capitol over two and a half years ago.

00:08:10.500 The video of Hughes' arrest shows at least five armed federal agents taking him into custody.

00:08:15.460 A second video shows a cavalcade of cars pulling up to what is apparently Hughes' property,

00:08:20.060 ahead of a raid made easier by Liberty Safe's compliance.

00:08:23.380 Now, here's what Liberty Safe said.

00:08:25.440 And full disclosure, I used to represent Liberty Safe.

00:08:29.960 I have Liberty Safe's.

00:08:31.720 I like Liberty Safe's.

00:08:33.260 And I'm not sure, but I'm not connected to them now.

00:08:37.200 I haven't done commercials for them in years.

00:08:40.840 But I want to make something really, really clear.

00:08:45.060 If the law states, and they did everything, now I think you can push, I like Apple pushing

00:08:52.780 back on giving access to the phones, you know, to the FBI.

00:08:57.400 I don't like backdoors.

00:08:58.700 Excuse me.

00:09:00.020 I bought this.

00:09:01.260 This is my property.

00:09:03.380 Well, I don't want you.

00:09:04.180 You have a back door.

00:09:06.240 OK.

00:09:07.300 However, they do have a back door.

00:09:09.840 It should be eliminated.

00:09:11.560 But the FBI, did they have the right paperwork?

00:09:16.320 Here's what Liberty Safe said.

00:09:17.880 August 30th, 2023, Liberty Safe was contacted by the FBI requesting the access code to the safe

00:09:23.360 of an individual for whom they had a warrant to search their property.

00:09:28.720 Is that, does that warrant include, you have to be very specific on warrants.

00:09:34.880 Does that, did that warrant say search his safe, the inside of his safe?

00:09:39.920 Did that warrant say that Liberty Safe had to turn over the, the key?

00:09:46.260 I don't know that.

00:09:48.900 If it didn't, they're Bud Light.

00:09:52.500 If it did, well, they could have fought it, but they didn't, but they are abiding by the

00:09:59.160 rule of law.

00:10:00.840 Our company protocol is to provide access codes to law enforcement if a warrant grants them

00:10:05.040 access to a property.

00:10:06.660 That's not the standard.

00:10:09.180 The warrant has to include the safe.

00:10:12.800 I could be wrong if you're an attorney, call me, but I, I'm pretty sure after receiving

00:10:17.600 the request, we received proof of the valid warrant.

00:10:19.980 And only then do we provide an access code, notwithstanding its apparent eagerness to crack

00:10:25.080 its own safe for the benefit of the state.

00:10:27.080 The company noted Liberty Safe is devoted to protecting the personal property and Second

00:10:31.120 Amendment right of our customers and has repeatedly denied requests for access codes without a

00:10:36.880 warrant in the past.

00:10:38.000 We do not give out combinations without proper legal documentation being provided by authorities.

00:10:42.320 Okay, so here's the thing.

00:10:46.420 I think this is the worst thing Liberty Safe could have done.

00:10:50.580 However, if that is the letter of the law, I give them a pass.

00:11:00.380 I would have liked to see them fight it.

00:11:04.960 Say, no, I'm sorry.

00:11:06.180 No, that's not our property.

00:11:08.600 They bought it from us.

00:11:10.860 That's their safe.

00:11:11.900 We don't have back doors.

00:11:14.240 That's what should be done.

00:11:17.280 Well, yesterday, this story came out and it went wild on the internet and everybody was

00:11:24.560 saying, oh, it's a, you know, put a compressor in the back of it and I'll make it into a refrigerator

00:11:28.800 to keep Bud Light.

00:11:29.740 Maybe that'll be worth something someday.

00:11:31.340 And they freaked out.

00:11:35.780 They freaked out.

00:11:37.500 And they said last night.

00:11:40.380 I don't know.

00:11:41.440 Do I have the actual tweet here?

00:11:44.380 Let me look real quick.

00:11:45.100 Um, no, I don't have the actual tweet, but you have the full screen.

00:11:51.760 Okay.

00:11:52.120 Yeah, good.

00:11:53.180 Uh, could we make it smaller at Liberty Safe?

00:11:56.260 We are dedicated to safeguarding the rights and privacy of all of our customers to protect safeguards, valuables, and property.

00:12:02.140 As a courtesy to our customers, Liberty Safe has long, um, adhered to industry standards by maintaining a secret database of factory set combinations.

00:12:14.020 The practice helps customers regain access to the safe for a wide range of reasons, including loss of the original combination, service requests, warranty issues.

00:12:24.520 Liberty Safe processes over 4,000 requests a year, uh, to provide combinations to the safe for owners.

00:12:32.060 Uh, it goes on to say that what they're going to do now is online effective immediately.

00:12:38.420 You can go to liberty safe.com and you can delete those.

00:12:42.960 You can say, I do not want you to keep those.

00:12:46.560 And that is at liberty safe.com slash pages slash combinations dash removal.

00:12:54.560 Is it dash removal?

00:12:55.840 Yeah.

00:12:56.280 Just go to the link.

00:12:57.480 That's easy.

00:12:57.820 Yeah.

00:12:57.980 If you have a safe and you want to do this, just go to their, go to their Twitter page.

00:13:01.720 And that should have been done in the first place because here's what happens.

00:13:05.440 I can't call Liberty Safe and say, Hey, I lost my combination.

00:13:09.820 Well, they're saying there that you can.

00:13:11.360 Yeah, you can, but you have, I believe you had to have a master locksmith come out and

00:13:19.040 then the master locksmith who's licensed would say, I need the combination.

00:13:23.520 Now, maybe that was for verification.

00:13:25.460 I don't know.

00:13:26.760 Um, however, I have a safe that we should open it on the air.

00:13:31.840 Let's do this.

00:13:32.860 I've had a safe.

00:13:34.020 For all those vault.

00:13:35.100 Yeah.

00:13:35.540 It's probably has nothing in it, but we've dragged it from move to move to move from

00:13:42.600 Connecticut because my wife forgot the combination and I have to have somebody drill into it. 0.99

00:13:49.620 It's a little teeny.

00:13:50.900 I don't know what kind of safe it is.

00:13:52.460 It's not a limit.

00:13:52.960 You can't remember what's in there.

00:13:53.920 Can't remember.

00:13:54.660 We, we think it's empty, but we have no idea what, what was in there.

00:13:59.120 It might've been full with stuff because why would we take everything out, put it in

00:14:03.300 a box and then move it?

00:14:04.740 Why don't you just leave it in the safe and put it?

00:14:06.500 So we don't know what's in it, if anything.

00:14:09.120 And we have talked, it's in my fricking garage.

00:14:11.800 And I'm like, what are we going to do?

00:14:13.500 We just throw it away because we have to get a locksmith to drill into it and we're just

00:14:19.240 not going to do it.

00:14:19.960 And I just don't, I don't think, I mean, if it's been in there for that long, it's not

00:14:24.100 like, you know, I was putting gold bars in a safe back then.

00:14:27.200 I mean, you know, so I don't think anything's in that.

00:14:30.280 We should open it up on the safe, on the show.

00:14:32.040 Cause it'll be really, but that's the kind of safe that I want.

00:14:36.140 If I lose it, I'm sorry.

00:14:39.000 I can't get you in.

00:14:40.640 You bought the safe.

00:14:42.320 It is your property.

00:14:44.960 You have to open it up.

00:14:46.840 And if you can't open it up, well, good luck drilling into it.

00:14:51.200 But you know, it's the way it is.

00:14:53.980 I mean, you know, I saw it on the Italian job.

00:14:57.640 It can be done.

00:14:59.060 Right.

00:14:59.340 And I would say, and this is the other thing that oddly complicates the story is that if

00:15:04.520 you can do it, the government can do it too.

00:15:07.460 Yeah, I know.

00:15:07.800 But they would just let them go through it.

00:15:09.340 They would have just eventually drill into the safe.

00:15:11.140 Sure.

00:15:11.720 Let them do that.

00:15:13.980 I just don't, I'm not making it easy for people to go through my stuff.

00:15:19.700 Right.

00:15:19.900 Okay.

00:15:20.820 Especially if I don't trust the government, which I don't, and I don't have anything in

00:15:25.700 my safe that the government would be surprised by, you know, I have ammunition in my safe.

00:15:31.320 Oh, you got me.

00:15:32.560 Oh, you just set it on the air.

00:15:33.760 I have handguns in my safe.

00:15:34.860 Oh, you got me.

00:15:36.200 I mean, because they told me to be safe.

00:15:39.380 I have to put those things in a safe.

00:15:42.460 And so I do.

00:15:44.040 Surprise, surprise.

00:15:45.080 Anyway, we'll follow this story, but if you have a Liberty safe, I suggest you go to their

00:15:52.000 website and delete that.

00:15:55.500 I just, I don't feel comfortable with anyone having a back door to anything.

00:16:00.440 I mean, when I sold, when I, you know, bought a house, I'd be a little upset if the guy I

00:16:04.700 bought it from kept a key to the back door, you know, just in case we need to get in.

00:16:09.300 No, it is now my house.

00:16:12.380 You don't get a back door access.

00:16:15.080 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:16:21.420 So the Romanian president, uh, has deplored potential serious violation of sovereignty

00:16:28.800 and territorial integrity in Romania, which is a member of ally, a member of NATO, which

00:16:36.280 would be, yeah, that'd be great.

00:16:40.300 But before we get into that, first, let me go back to this story we were just talking

00:16:43.820 about, uh, the DA, uh, in Collin County, which is Plano in Frisco is Greg Willis.

00:16:52.080 And he has said, he's going to prosecute this just like a regular, you know, a regular trial

00:16:57.980 and they're not going to go for the death penalty.

00:16:59.680 How many people do you have to kill in Texas before you are given the death penalty?

00:17:06.640 How, how brazen do you have to be? 0.87

00:17:10.020 How, uh, uncaring do you have to be?

00:17:14.020 And, uh, you know more about this than I do, as I, as I said, but reading Daniel's article,

00:17:18.700 he said last month, Collin County DA, Greg Willis informed the victim's families.

00:17:23.320 There will be no more trials and no pursuit of capital punishment for the murders.

00:17:27.760 What, what, what, what is that?

00:17:29.960 I, I, Greg, I, I'll treat you with respect on my show.

00:17:34.140 Um, I'd like you to come on.

00:17:36.320 We're going to be reaching out to you today.

00:17:38.080 And if you're listening, you can just call in right now, but I just like to hear your

00:17:42.760 reasoning on this.

00:17:43.800 There might be a very good reason.

00:17:44.980 I don't see it.

00:17:47.020 And the only way that any of this is going to be solved because, uh, have you investigated

00:17:53.640 the police that investigated this?

00:17:55.820 Have you investigated the, uh, the, you know, the retirement homes?

00:18:02.460 Have you, I mean, how does this happen over and over and over and over again?

00:18:07.560 You know, just 22, 23 times.

00:18:09.820 I mean, that's, you know, the 24th lived and that's the only way they caught this guy.

00:18:17.000 I mean, I, I just, I don't, I don't understand it.

00:18:19.640 Uh, if you live in Plano or Frisco or in, in Collin County, uh, you might want to call

00:18:25.020 Greg's office and, and just say, you know, politely, sincerely, can you tell me why?

00:18:32.340 I mean, how many people do you have to kill to get the death penalty?

00:18:35.140 I'm just looking for a number. 0.98

00:18:37.260 Uh, especially little old ladies, little old ladies. 1.00

00:18:41.780 I mean, are we, aren't we supposed to protect our parents and our grandparents and little

00:18:45.680 old ladies help them cross the street? 1.00

00:18:47.420 Yeah.

00:18:47.600 What is this?

00:18:48.020 Cuomo's New York?

00:18:49.020 Yeah.

00:18:49.640 Really?

00:18:51.540 Uh, by the way, Dallas County, it's a, uh, George Soros DA.

00:18:55.120 You can call, uh, uh, their, uh, DA as well, but good luck with that.

00:18:59.700 Good luck with that.

00:19:01.660 Okay.

00:19:02.380 So the reason why I brought up NATO a minute ago is because I want you to know we are, we

00:19:09.940 are dancing with the devil right now.

00:19:14.260 We are a kite in a hurricane.

00:19:16.980 Uh, uh, and it doesn't end well for the kite.

00:19:21.720 Uh, and it doesn't end well for the kite.

00:19:22.460 Hurricane's fine.

00:19:24.360 The kite doesn't survive.

00:19:27.440 There's a great story from the Rutherford Institute, um, and, uh, John, uh, Whitehead and, uh, Nisha 0.97

00:19:37.460 wrote it.

00:19:38.000 The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed and hence clamorous to, uh, be led to safety by an endless series of hobgoblins.

00:19:49.460 Most of them imaginary, so quote, we have been since nine 11 on crisis after crisis, after crisis, and we have all kinds of emergency orders.

00:20:04.920 Terrorist attacks, economic collapse, catastrophic, natural, human disasters.

00:20:13.940 And now with our permanent crisis management that we are in, we have what crisis coming next?

00:20:27.320 Is it COVID?

00:20:28.840 That's what everybody's saying.

00:20:29.700 I don't believe that they're going to try to lock us down again, but maybe they will.

00:20:33.300 I mean, I was on the air, uh, before they locked us down going, can you imagine if they tried to do that in America?

00:20:44.420 So don't listen to me on that.

00:20:49.480 But all of the crisis that we have right on the horizon, America has got to pay attention.

00:20:57.420 There is something that is happening.

00:20:59.960 The Biden administration and along with its, you know, cohort, the corporate media, want America to not focus on CBDCs.

00:21:12.180 And if you do, only the benefits.

00:21:16.000 Now, a CBDC is a central bank digital currency.

00:21:20.580 My apologies if you've read about it in dark future, but it is so vital you understand this.

00:21:27.420 Central bank digital currency.

00:21:29.520 It is not Bitcoin because it expands the power to a never-ending level, literally, the power of the government over your freedom.

00:21:44.140 Now, China already has this.

00:21:47.000 And it differs significantly from things like cryptocurrencies, like Bitcoin.

00:21:52.400 Bitcoin, neither central banks nor governments have the power to program, manage, or affect Bitcoin other than banning it.

00:22:03.100 Okay?

00:22:03.480 That's all they can do.

00:22:05.280 If you have Bitcoin, you can move it anywhere you want in the world.

00:22:09.660 You can keep it in your pocket.

00:22:11.500 It's yours.

00:22:12.740 You can take it out of the system.

00:22:14.160 Bitcoin, all the transactions are transparent for all to see, but the users remain anonymous.

00:22:24.600 Now, you might say, I don't have anything to hide.

00:22:29.440 Okay, neither do I.

00:22:31.000 But have you noticed we're entering a time where it is, show me the person, and I will show you the crime.

00:22:39.260 I've never been able to get people to understand why, I'm not doing anything.

00:22:45.300 Why would I worry about it?

00:22:46.840 Because of that road, where that road leads you, and not necessarily with, you know, the best angels among us, being the ones who are walking down the roads.

00:23:03.280 But have you seen one of the best angels among us?

00:23:06.340 Have you seen any of the angels?

00:23:08.200 Have you seen even kind of like an angel with some soot on it because it came down through a chimney like Santa?

00:23:14.820 Have you seen any angels in Washington or in the Fed?

00:23:20.760 Because I haven't.

00:23:23.420 Now, Beijing uses their central bank digital currency with expiration dates.

00:23:31.260 So, you know how they say, we've got to have helicopter money.

00:23:35.380 We've got to give helicopter money.

00:23:37.240 The economy is starting to slow down.

00:23:40.200 We need to rush a lot of money out and get people spending.

00:23:44.000 And so, remember, your patriotic duty after 9-11 was to go out and shop.

00:23:49.700 So, it'll be your patriotic duty to do that.

00:23:53.000 But the shopping begins right now.

00:23:57.320 And they can put a time limit on your money.

00:24:02.240 Also, everything you spend is tied directly to you.

00:24:09.820 Everything is traceable.

00:24:11.780 And I'm not doing anything wrong.

00:24:13.840 Yes, but the government knows precisely when you spent money, where you spent the money, where you are, how you're using your money.

00:24:24.740 Now, if you go into authoritarian regimes, well, that's a nice tool to have to control you.

00:24:34.140 Already, this social credit system, which is tied to this, monitors 1.4 billion people in China.

00:24:44.660 And if you behave in a certain way, you get rewards.

00:24:49.660 You behave in another way, you get punishments.

00:24:52.940 And bad behavior is running a red light to being critical to the Chinese government.

00:24:58.940 Even before the digital one, the Chinese citizens who received lower social credit scores due to bad behaviors struggled to live just a regular everyday life.

00:25:12.580 You think you're struggling at the grocery store? 0.92

00:25:15.020 Try being on the crap list of the government, and they control all of your money. 0.98

00:25:19.680 You can't travel. 0.98

00:25:21.780 You can't buy a plane ticket or a train ticket.

00:25:24.820 You can be denied certain schools, certain opportunities.

00:25:28.480 In China, if you're a pet owner, they can take your pet away.

00:25:34.220 Then they introduced the digital money, the digital one.

00:25:40.560 Now, they can reprimand anyone because they can instantly deduct a fine from your bank account.

00:25:48.840 They can completely take all of your money because it's not your money.

00:25:54.620 You can never take it out of the bank and hold it.

00:26:00.060 They can now, and they do, banish people from the digital payment system completely.

00:26:06.100 So this is very effective because if you try to survive in a cashless society, you better behave because there's nothing you can do.

00:26:18.840 There was a viral video of a Chinese woman, and she said, global social monetary control information systems, this is what it is like.

00:26:30.420 She was taking paper currency.

00:26:34.880 She was willing to pay.

00:26:36.160 She couldn't buy anything, not even a pork bun.

00:26:44.740 She couldn't buy anything, had all the cash in the world.

00:26:48.700 You see that guy in England.

00:26:52.240 We've been trying to get a hold of him.

00:26:53.340 I love him.

00:26:54.120 He's this old guy, and he went into a cashless grocery store, and everything was marked with a price.

00:27:00.640 And it wasn't a lot.

00:27:01.980 It was, you know, I don't know, a couple dollars.

00:27:04.560 And he looked at the price.

00:27:07.160 He knew what the tax was, and he put it down on the counter, all the money.

00:27:13.020 And he said, I'm walking out now.

00:27:15.740 You have money.

00:27:16.500 I paid for it.

00:27:17.860 I paid for it.

00:27:18.900 There is the money.

00:27:20.980 I'm walking out.

00:27:22.300 Sir, don't do that.

00:27:23.260 Don't do that.

00:27:24.100 We'll have to call the police.

00:27:24.960 Don't do that, sir.

00:27:26.620 No, I did it because I paid for it in currency.

00:27:33.840 That's not going to last.

00:27:35.700 And when we have a crisis, this is what is coming.

00:27:43.400 The digital dollar, Biden and the allies renewed their hardly disguised effort to track American transactions, collect financial data.

00:28:00.180 Get into your privacy.

00:28:02.140 Now, if you think this government has the ability to, you know, hold back, hold back.

00:28:10.600 I mean, you know, we disagree with those people, but, you know, we don't want to hurt them.

00:28:14.240 They have rights, too.

00:28:15.200 If you think our government is like that, you're delusional.

00:28:21.280 There are several bills in the Senate that have been introduced.

00:28:25.040 Nothing is happening.

00:28:26.480 This is something Americans should go to the Fed because you don't have to go to Washington.

00:28:36.160 You can go to the Fed and you should be marching peacefully for the Fed.

00:28:42.480 You should be calling every day people on Capitol Hill.

00:28:46.520 No CBDC.

00:28:50.880 If we miss this one.

00:28:53.780 We truly are over as a free nation.

00:28:57.480 The best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:29:00.540 Governor Noem, how are you?

00:29:02.020 Long time, no talk.

00:29:03.560 I'm doing great.

00:29:04.820 Thanks for inviting me to be with you.

00:29:06.420 You bet.

00:29:07.160 So what is it you're doing on Friday?

00:29:09.320 Well, we have an event that our state Republican Party is hosting in Rapid City, just a few minutes down the road from Mount Rushmore.

00:29:19.600 And President Donald J. Trump is coming as the special guest and speaker at this rally.

00:29:25.160 Now, how many times has he been to South Dakota?

00:29:27.240 I know he did the thing on Fourth of July, which was tremendous.

00:29:31.060 I wish I would have been there.

00:29:32.640 Right.

00:29:33.640 And it does.

00:29:34.740 I mean, has he been there beyond that?

00:29:38.020 No, it's it's really incredible that he would come.

00:29:42.340 He has not been back since July 3rd.

00:29:44.240 And I think that was his first trip to the state.

00:29:46.960 So and he's excited to come back, I think, and see all the people there that welcomed him the first time around.

00:29:52.120 And I think what's remarkable, Glenn, is this is an event to raise some money for our state Republican Party.

00:29:57.880 The chairman is a good friend of mine.

00:29:59.640 And and we asked several people to come.

00:30:02.760 We've asked quite a few of the presidential candidates to come.

00:30:05.340 And several of them said, you know, no, we can't make it.

00:30:10.060 It's not a priority.

00:30:11.120 We need to be in Iowa, New Hampshire.

00:30:12.900 We need to be in other places.

00:30:14.300 But right away, President Trump said, yes, Christy, I'll be there.

00:30:18.140 And that's what I think is so incredible is, you know, the guy shows up even for the little states, the little people that, you know, don't matter to others at this point in time or don't think we're significant.

00:30:30.060 He comes because he knows that every single person deserves to be treated exactly the same.

00:30:35.440 I got to tell you, he is very loyal to the people in the hardworking people.

00:30:43.880 I know that in talking to him through interviews several times and off air, which is to me more important, he will often speak of people who are, you know, farmers, ranchers, factory workers, people.

00:30:58.960 He's like, they're just getting the shaft and it does bother him.

00:31:05.280 It does bother him.

00:31:06.640 And if you talk to people who've worked with him or for him at his different businesses that probably most of the time wouldn't get noticed by the CEO, they all think the world of him.

00:31:16.180 And he, you know, treated them kindly and gave them an opportunity to provide for their families and was good to them.

00:31:22.240 And that's what I was watching this video that came out.

00:31:24.940 I don't know if you've seen it, Glenn, this last week of these Latino rappers that made this rap.

00:31:29.160 Yeah, I saw it, yeah.

00:31:30.600 Well, I, you know, I was watching that with my husband and I just, I said, I don't know of other candidates that, you know, inspire people so much.

00:31:39.020 They do things like this, you know, and my husband said, I said, I don't get what it is because the guy really, Trump really broke politics.

00:31:46.680 I mean, he did, it just, there's no rules anymore because he, you know, just did so many things and still does today, unprecedented things he says and does.

00:31:56.780 But I, you know, I was watching that video and my husband said, it's because he's real.

00:32:01.780 He has flaws.

00:32:03.300 He isn't perfect, but he's genuine and he is who he is and take it or leave it.

00:32:08.660 And he said, that's just so different in the world of government, public service.

00:32:13.400 And that's what people in this country are hungry for.

00:32:15.560 I think that's what every lesson, every politician, regardless of who they are, needs to examine that and say, this is how desperate America is for just somebody who is real and, and embraces who he is and puts himself out there.

00:32:29.480 I'm trying to stay neutral and very positive on every candidate because I will vote for anyone but Biden.

00:32:38.840 And I just don't want to, you know, tear each other apart.

00:32:43.520 It's the last thing we need.

00:32:47.180 But as I look at Donald Trump and I, this is an honest question.

00:32:51.880 I, I can't imagine he's not going to be the nominee the way he is so far ahead, but anything could happen.

00:32:58.520 But as I'm looking at it, go ahead.

00:33:02.180 Well, no, I just, I was, that's kind of been my position all along too, is, you know, people would say to me months and months ago, are you going to run or who are you going to support?

00:33:09.880 And I just said, nobody can beat him.

00:33:11.180 I mean, so why get into a presidential race if you don't have, if you're not going to win?

00:33:16.680 Like some of these candidates that are running, I don't think they ever really thought they were going to walk away with it.

00:33:23.100 But why get into a race that, you know, right now, he's such a big force and dynamic that, that nobody else has a pathway.

00:33:30.920 It's hard to see a pathway for someone else.

00:33:33.360 I agree with you.

00:33:35.080 However, I know some of the candidates and I know some of them are running for vice president.

00:33:40.780 Others are running because they have some differences or some issues, but they would still support President Trump.

00:33:48.860 But let me ask you this, because I get hammered by people asking the question about COVID.

00:33:58.400 The president was the president, and I give everybody the benefit of the doubt at the beginning, even, I hate to say this, but even Fauci at the very beginning.

00:34:08.080 Well, no, not Fauci, because he did know what it was.

00:34:10.960 Anybody who didn't know what was coming our way, it looked horrible.

00:34:15.200 And and President Trump, I think, did the right thing all the way along until, you know, we get into spring and then you're like, wait a minute.

00:34:25.760 And he's listening to he's listening to Atlas, but he's also listening and empowering Fauci and the the COVID vaccine and the people that he was listening to.

00:34:38.640 And do you think because I have not heard this from him, do you think that he learned a lesson about who to listen to and who not to listen to on that?

00:34:50.260 You know, I haven't had that specific conversation with him either.

00:34:54.200 I do remember those days very, very well, though, because they were hell.

00:34:58.640 Yeah, they were hell for governors and for leaders.

00:35:00.560 And the one thing that I keep telling people is President Trump let me do my job.

00:35:05.780 I mean, he let me make the decisions for my state, for my people, which I'm extremely grateful for.

00:35:11.240 Biden would have never let me do my job.

00:35:13.740 He would have came in here and crushed me for what the decisions I was making to not close businesses.

00:35:18.180 And I refused to even define what an essential business was and wouldn't mandate anything.

00:35:22.920 And I mean, Biden would have absolutely just done everything he could to destroy me during that time.

00:35:27.480 So I do I've been pretty honest about the fact that I do think it was wrong for President Trump to give Fauci credibility.

00:35:35.540 I've told him that, too.

00:35:36.980 I also think he at that time turned it over to Mike Pence.

00:35:40.380 I mean, Mike Pence was the head of the of the task force.

00:35:44.120 And every day they put Birx and Fauci in front of a press conference.

00:35:49.120 They were giving them credibility and giving them pointing to them, saying, listen to these guys.

00:35:55.040 And there there is a responsibility they have to take for that.

00:35:57.940 I said to them during that time, why are you why are you using Fauci?

00:36:03.060 I've watched that guy run around Washington, D.C. for the last 10 years, friends with Nancy Pelosi and and hanging out with Schumer.

00:36:11.980 And we knew they were liberals. And so why we chose two doctors and gave them credibility when knowing that we were empowering them to use it against us in the future.

00:36:22.660 I mean, I had those conversations with the White House during that time.

00:36:25.940 But I think they were so willing to try to find someone who they thought was an expert and didn't think about the political downside of giving them the credibility then to crush our people, our rights, our economy.

00:36:40.000 But but that was alarming to me to see them have those press conferences every day and look at Birx and Fauci and know that I'd seen them right along with the liberal Democrats in D.C.

00:36:51.400 for the last 20 years. And and here we are standing them up as Republicans and saying, listen to these guys.

00:36:56.580 Right. He was, however, for a long time, also very, very pro-vax, which, you know, you can go either way on that, depending on who.

00:37:06.600 But he never got any credit for being extraordinarily pro-vax.

00:37:11.620 But I don't know if maybe but I don't know if he would have mandated it.

00:37:16.560 The one thing about this with covid is he shut it down for 15 days, but he didn't tell the states you must do this.

00:37:27.420 He would say, Florida, you're opening up. I think it was Florida. You're opening up too soon or Georgia, Georgia, Georgia, Georgia.

00:37:33.360 You know, but he didn't he didn't force anybody to do anything.

00:37:37.140 And he didn't force the vaccine companies into some public private partnership, although we found out later they already were in that public private partnership.

00:37:47.880 All right. Well, Christy, one last question on on on Donald Trump that, you know, there's a story out today that I mean, in Colorado, they are trying to they're using the 14th Amendment.

00:38:01.620 They just brought it to court yesterday to try to get him removed from the ballot.

00:38:06.440 I mean, these people say they love democracy, but they seem to hate when people vote.

00:38:11.420 You have in Georgia yesterday.

00:38:15.280 The trial started the the the prosecution said it'll take four months, which should take you right up to the the nomination and the conventions.

00:38:27.060 The judge said, no, it'll probably take eight months, which will take you to the end of October.

00:38:33.900 What do you make of this?

00:38:35.460 And how can how can anyone fight for their life the way they are and run?

00:38:43.940 I mean, he has to be there in court.

00:38:45.840 What is going to happen here?

00:38:47.240 Well, that's what I'm hoping is that the American people have a long enough attention span to to keep paying attention.

00:38:54.020 It's clear that as these indictments have come down, that people are paying attention.

00:38:58.540 They're seeing the political attack and they're seeing how that the judicial system is being manipulated to prosecute someone that politically the left just doesn't want in place.

00:39:08.500 So I that's my concern in this country is that we've got people that now seem to have ADD.

00:39:15.140 And, you know, you know, like even the Chinese spy balloon, what we talked about that for two weeks and then people moved on and moved on.

00:39:22.980 And we have to I just hope they pay attention long enough to see what a tool they are using in our judicial system just to destroy Donald Trump and frankly, his entire family.

00:39:33.920 I don't know of anybody else with and I kind of there's parts of his attack style that, you know, make me cringe.

00:39:41.640 But then I I think I don't know of anybody else with a different personality could withstand this kind of an assault.

00:39:48.180 Oh, I don't.

00:39:48.900 Day after day. I just don't know. I don't know who could do it.

00:39:51.700 So I'm kind of glad he's got that.

00:39:53.420 Yeah. Who could stand this?

00:39:55.480 I said this to him recently.

00:39:57.360 He's the most investigated man ever in the history of the world.

00:40:02.360 I'm absolutely convinced nobody has been investigated more.

00:40:06.120 And this is what they come up with.

00:40:08.480 And they do everything to destroy him.

00:40:12.200 They want him in jail. 0.58

00:40:13.920 They want to destroy him.

00:40:15.620 They want him broke. 0.96

00:40:16.720 They want his family broken.

00:40:18.800 What does that say?

00:40:21.880 Well, and I just I keep reminding people this is this is politics today.

00:40:28.580 Is it's not no longer destroy you on your positions, your beliefs, your votes.

00:40:33.220 Now it is I will destroy you, your integrity, your reputation and your family and anybody who touches you.

00:40:40.560 And that is incredible because you have people in power now.

00:40:45.360 They don't care about the law.

00:40:46.680 They don't care about enforcing the law.

00:40:48.500 And so that's a new territory than I think we've been in.

00:40:52.740 Glenn, I don't remember no history, history being like this before, where it was so deep that we couldn't even just trust our judicial system and that everyone was treated equal under the law.

00:41:05.780 We may be not only ignore that, but we have leaders who have been spent their lifetime, like Joe Biden, literally creating and writing laws that now say, I guess they don't matter.

00:41:17.940 Yes.

00:41:18.260 You know, screw it. 0.83

00:41:19.440 That doesn't matter anymore.

00:41:20.520 So that's that's the challenge of today's day and age that we live in.

00:41:24.500 All right.

00:41:25.120 So this happens tomorrow.

00:41:27.220 It starts at 530 central time.

00:41:30.640 And where and do you need tickets or how do you get involved?

00:41:34.100 You know, this this sold out like within the first 24 hours.

00:41:37.360 So when we announced the tickets, they were gone.

00:41:39.740 It's at the Monument Civic Center in Rapid City, South Dakota.

00:41:43.660 How many people is that old?

00:41:45.440 Well, it was 6,500 originally.

00:41:47.720 We figured out a way to add some more seats, you know, after that reopened the ticket sales and then they were gone in a few hours.

00:41:54.740 Wow.

00:41:54.860 There'll be there'll be 7000 people approximately in attendance.

00:42:00.160 And I think we even oversold it a little bit, counting on some people maybe not being able to make it at the last minute.

00:42:06.580 But it should be it should be incredible.

00:42:08.760 The place will be packed.

00:42:09.860 It's in a hockey arena, which I think is a little fitting because there's a full contact sport.

00:42:15.300 And it'll be it'll be good.

00:42:18.400 We're excited about it.

00:42:19.300 We're glad he's helping our Republican Party because this Republican Party here in South Dakota and and us here are getting much more scrutiny than we've ever gotten before.

00:42:30.620 Oh, yeah, because our state is so little.

00:42:32.840 Most people call us the flyover state.

00:42:34.620 They don't pay attention.

00:42:35.720 But what we did during covid and what we're doing with our economy and by marketing our businesses and our jobs every day now, the state of South Dakota is under attack.

00:42:44.780 And it's because we just did hear what conservatives have always said they believed.

00:42:49.340 We did it and it worked.

00:42:50.800 So that's I keep telling President Trump is you don't have to talk about what we believe as Republicans.

00:42:56.840 All you have to do is point to a state like South Dakota and say they did it.

00:42:59.800 And look at that.

00:43:00.680 They have the fastest growing incomes in the country.

00:43:04.280 Their population is growing at 10 times the national average.

00:43:07.660 Women owned businesses are more successful. 0.96

00:43:09.500 Our overdoses are dropping.

00:43:11.000 We're the only state that didn't take the elevated unemployment benefits.

00:43:15.420 And we just broke the national record for the lowest unemployment rate in history in the entire country at one point, eight percent.

00:43:23.340 Wow. Suicide and mental health problems are going down.

00:43:27.100 There's no other state that's seeing what we're seeing here in South Dakota.

00:43:29.820 And it's just because we embraced freedom and it worked.

00:43:33.600 And that's what Republicans need to be talking about is it has consequences who's in charge.

00:43:38.920 And we have the perfect examples if we'll do that contrast during this election cycle and make people realize, you know, this isn't just a personality contest between Joe Biden and President Donald Trump.

00:43:51.760 It's about who they surround themselves and what kind of decisions they they make that benefits the everyday person that's a farmer in the middle of the country or someone living and running a small business on Main Street, you know, in the Midwest anywhere.

00:44:07.720 So that's what that's what that's what this election is about.

00:44:10.340 Governor Kristi Noem, as always, good to talk to you.

00:44:13.280 Thank you so much for being on again.

00:44:15.140 That happens tomorrow.

00:44:15.940 And I have a feeling we'll be talking about this again on on Monday.

00:44:19.880 Kristi, thank you very much.
