Transcript

00:00:00.000 oh my gosh stew i mean it is the countdown to nuclear winter are you excited who wouldn't be
00:00:07.220 excited you know spring is sprung yeah and nuclear winter seems to be right around the corner
00:00:12.800 so closer than ever yeah it is a lot of fun and now listen i know the dhs will be going over this
00:00:20.160 to make sure that there's no miss dis or mal information we have uh the story on that the
00:00:26.060 coming nuclear apocalypse and so much more on today's broadcast blaze tv.com slash glenn is
00:00:32.480 the place to go to subscribe to blaze tv be part of the team and the movement we really do appreciate
00:00:37.180 it when you sign up uh the uh the code is glenn to save 10 bucks off your subscription here's the
00:00:42.600 podcast you're listening to the best of the glenn beck program
00:00:54.400 uh we have uh west in nebraska hello west welcome to the glenn beck program
00:01:02.240 hey i just wanted to know uh between you and stews um give me information where are we going to get
00:01:08.660 all this electricity from china's building 12 new power plants but we're supposed to destroy all of
00:01:14.640 ours and our gas and they even want to destroy the bottom little power you know the dam it's between
00:01:19.800 oregon washington they want to take that down where are we going to get all this electricity are they
00:01:25.160 going to cut uh google off cut facebook off cut amazon off so they have the power to charge all these
00:01:31.620 powers well i mean i don't think we have to worry about that um why think about you just when you get
00:01:38.680 an electric car you plug it into the wall that's where you get your electricity okay i mean you have
00:01:45.200 that west plug it into the wall but the power company is going to up their rates because
00:01:51.560 everybody's using it how dare you it's going to cost the same it's going to cost the same as gasoline
00:01:56.700 well let me tell you something uh you know a lot of americans homeless americans are willing to pay
00:02:04.180 higher uh electricity rates to save the planet i did some uh some a decent amount of homework on
00:02:11.280 electric cars recently yeah glenn as you may know i ordered a car over eight months ago yeah it's
00:02:16.420 not still haven't arrived we do have a date now in june wow they're telling me now it's going to be
00:02:20.500 june so don't worry it'll come uh-huh but well my house so you know my house is two weeks from being
00:02:25.340 done really yeah oh wow congratulations yeah yeah that's great yeah uh so uh looking at this though
00:02:30.600 you know you people think oh you can just plug in your car and it'll charge and and yes it's true
00:02:36.120 uh now you do need to get installed a like industrial you know uh plug you need like a
00:02:44.060 washer and dryer right like yeah you need one of those big plugs one of the big plugs yeah yeah yeah
00:02:48.420 now the big plug will you know charge your car overnight so like in eight to ten hours your car
00:02:54.960 depending on what kind of car it is uh will will charge as you sleep and that's pretty darn convenient
00:03:00.740 now just don't be a bank robber that's all we're saying right but again think of this you have
00:03:05.760 to install you know you're talking anywhere from 500 to 2 000 to get this thing all put in and to
00:03:12.600 get the because it's not just the plug but you have the charging base and all the rebates i'm sure
00:03:17.020 the government will help pay for so you're spending a couple thousand dollars if you want to do this
00:03:20.560 if you just want to plug it into your wall you can do that too it will take multiple like two to
00:03:24.540 three days to charge your car if you're just plugging it into a normal socket where are you going
00:03:29.220 what do you have usually somewhere that's why you have a car so when they say you can save some
00:03:35.200 money on gas it is true that you don't have to go fill up on gas and that's that's great however
00:03:41.980 if you charge it at a fast charging uh station you will be paying for that uh when you're charging it
00:03:50.000 out on the road if you're charging it at home you also will be paying for it and you have to spend
00:03:54.760 a couple thousand dollars to get the equipment to make it normal and efficient uh to make it so it's
00:04:00.500 not multiple days to charge your car so you're spending all all these months of gas savings up
00:04:08.240 front yeah plus the car is more expensive uh you know but here's the thing here's the thing even if
00:04:14.860 you up you know you you upgrade so you you can charge it overnight the great news is because west
00:04:21.000 is right we're not going to have enough electricity it'll still take multiple days because of the
00:04:26.900 brownouts right they're they're browning out places in california now they don't even there's
00:04:32.700 one percent of cars are teslas one percent it's the obviously the most you know highest uh market
00:04:40.100 value car company on earth and they sell one percent of cars but still right one percent that's it and
00:04:46.880 they're already browning things out can you imagine what this is going to be like oh it's especially
00:04:50.500 when you they won't let you build nuclear plants they won't let you do any i would be for i would be
00:04:56.220 i would be all in all in for the private market to do it not to right not forced forced but i would
00:05:04.720 be all in i would lead the charge if they were saying let's build nuclear power plants let's build
00:05:11.380 them now it's the cleanest most efficient it's the best energy and the safest energy ever produced
00:05:20.180 okay let's build those i'd be all in because i'd go okay we've got enough electricity to do anything
00:05:27.000 we want you know we can make hydrogen you could have the hydrogen car we can do anything if we had
00:05:34.000 those and we'll never have to depend on another country no ever ever ever how great would that be
00:05:40.660 think of the difference between the you wouldn't have to frack you wouldn't have to you know get coal
00:05:45.840 you wouldn't have to burn fossil fuels you wouldn't have to drill for oil if they're right on global
00:05:51.320 warming we can solve all of those problems that way and look at the difference between france and
00:05:55.980 germany in the middle of this current situation france is sitting there going like yeah we have
00:05:59.480 all the electricity we need because 80 of their electricity or now it's down to something like
00:06:03.740 70 i think because they're turning it down because they're turning them down although that's that
00:06:06.860 seems to be reversing with this going on which it may be the one upside of this war but look at the
00:06:11.600 difference with germany germany's sitting here they don't know what the heck to do they still have to buy
00:06:15.840 you know gas from russia yeah they're still doing it from russia they turned their nuclear power
00:06:21.020 plants off and now they're trying to reverse themselves well but they all have those solar
00:06:24.620 panels on their roofs oh that that worked out well yeah actually it didn't uh but that's a different
00:06:29.240 story let's go to uh rick in missouri hello rick welcome to the glenbeck program thank you glen very
00:06:35.440 much for taking my call and i want to thank y'all you and all of your uh all of your your and your
00:06:42.020 gorgeous organization for carrying on thank you so very much no it's a a privilege and we um i want
00:06:50.100 you to know we take it seriously and we are constantly looking for ways to make sure when the dhs says we
00:06:57.700 got to shut them down that the voice continues so thank you pray for us yeah you're in my prayers
00:07:04.500 every day thank you i'm calling i'm calling regarding what used to be called our border yeah
00:07:10.300 um okay yes i'm in missouri but i and my family own property in the real grand valley but do you really
00:07:20.480 yes sir yeah yes sir go to laredo hang a left drive for about an hour and a half okay anyway uh our back
00:07:30.660 fence or let's put it this way on my personal piece of property uh my back fence was about five
00:07:35.880 or is about five miles from the border when i say was is because my back fence isn't there anymore
00:07:41.220 okay and those are cheap and i oh yeah yeah five strand barbed wire yeah you betcha yeah uh and the
00:07:49.700 fence post to hold it up yeah so my question is this uh since uh dementia in chief i love when they call
00:07:58.200 that um opened up our border to anybody uh who do i send the bill to to replace my fence
00:08:07.540 and i'm not talking about just a couple of miles uh my family and i own property in sections
00:08:14.620 and for those who are listening who don't know what a section is a section is a square mile
00:08:19.640 640 square acres we own our property plurally in sections who do we send that bill to
00:08:28.000 uh you know the the right answer would be the common sense answer would be um the administration
00:08:35.940 and congress it would be but then you ended up paying for it again i mean people who don't
00:08:42.540 understand you know they live in city centers etc etc they don't understand i have a ranch and
00:08:49.620 we have been working on just repairing the fence around the ranch and it's not your size uh we've
00:08:58.060 been working every summer for like three years i mean it'll take you forever to do it if you're trying
00:09:03.920 to do it yourself uh and it's wildly expensive and that's i bet your property is damaged in more than
00:09:12.100 just the fence well yeah our houses uh have been ransacked um let's put it this way um if i were to
00:09:21.260 go there and it's been uh it's it's been a year or so since i've been there uh i'm not spending the
00:09:26.760 night on the property okay it's just it's just not safe it's it's that crazy and that's because of the
00:09:33.700 coyotes on this side of our border not on the mexican side and it's very very very it's it people
00:09:42.400 don't realize how really really fractured it is down there on the border i do have one last question
00:09:50.140 glenn this is a personal question did you ever find your friend mike because a couple few years back
00:09:57.960 he would open the show saying hey mike racca now who is mike racca
00:10:04.540 i don't recall it do you recall that show i'm not sure i'm not sure i recall that show but the answer
00:10:13.360 would have to be no um i never i never did i'm sure i really can't remember that show and and who that
00:10:22.020 was is he joking is it is glenn just mispronouncing something else mark no no it's kind of a joke
00:10:27.880 because you used to start a show some years back with hey mike cracker oh jeez oh get off the phone
00:10:33.200 i thought it was something like that my cracker uh let me go to claire in virginia hello claire
00:10:42.020 hi glenn hi i'm so glad you took my call because i'm calling to ask for your help in drawing some
00:10:48.140 additional national attention to this crazy issue that's happening here again in one of our virginia
00:10:53.820 schools in blacksburg my daughter's on the girls lacrosse team at the high school here and they
00:10:59.880 wanted to wear shirts to support their coach uh who spent 10 summers volunteering in orphanages in
00:11:05.520 ukraine uh they had shirts that said pray for peace and they were told that they couldn't wear them
00:11:12.360 because they were too religious and so we offered to change it to play for peace and they were told no
00:11:19.200 because that's too political and the interim superintendent actually said that it's too
00:11:25.280 political because peace comes from war and war is just about oh my gosh are you making signs for your
00:11:34.780 campaign to replace that moron well she's just an interim so we are hoping that that is the first step
00:11:43.480 and taking back sanity within our schools but i know this is an issue that's near and dear to your
00:11:48.760 heart these days um the issue did make townhall.com yeah and i would love to see it getting additional
00:11:55.460 intention attention because i think it just is the perfect example of the rejection of universal truth
00:12:02.400 and the lack of common sense that you talk about all the time in schools that parents are just getting
00:12:08.220 totally fed up okay so where is this blacksburg yes it's in southwest virginia okay um we'll look
00:12:17.080 into it i'll pass it over to the blaze thank you god bless you uh let me go to uh pam in florida hello
00:12:24.200 pam well good morning hi listen i am concerned about the women right my contemporary white suburban women
00:12:34.220 who are supporting biden what do we do to get them to stop watching the view and since i've been a
00:12:40.320 listener of yours for over 15 years so i feel really informed but typically women don't listen to talk
00:12:47.000 radio and so how do we how do we talk to them how do we get them to listen in to other sources of media
00:12:54.180 so that they can you know stop being brainwashed well pam i'll tell you because chicks dig me so let me
00:13:02.120 just i mean um there's lots of different uh podcasts that are out right now and lots of great
00:13:09.520 ones on the blaze of course yeah um that many of them uh appeal um more to women than men ali stucky
00:13:15.680 is great ali's great she is great but i mean i think too one of the important parts of this is it's not
00:13:21.080 going to be glenn beck or stew or ali or anybody uh that reach uh the you're never going to have us
00:13:27.760 reach the enough people to turn the tide it's people like you pam that will listen to us and do
00:13:34.900 your own homework you know check all that stuff out and then you're talking to people that you know
00:13:39.560 that is the way that these things really i think turn you know and it's not as hard as it used to be
00:13:44.840 because now people are waking up there are people that are you know for instance in blacksburg that
00:13:51.220 didn't think anything was going on and they you know voted one way or another and now they're seeing
00:13:56.800 this and they're like wait a minute what is happening and so people are waking up and it is
00:14:02.340 important that you have the facts and pass it on but also you know there are great great podcasts uh
00:14:10.480 you know one of the best podcasts i i just love the barry weiss podcast do you listen oh yeah honestly
00:14:15.640 yeah yeah it's great it is so good um and here's a woman who is you know used to be a liberal
00:14:23.000 and maybe still classifies herself as a as a liberal i don't even know um but she is so full
00:14:31.320 of common sense and and she can speak with authority from the other side and those are the kinds of
00:14:39.740 things for your friends that are watching the view or you know watching something else um you need to
00:14:45.960 find the right podcast for instance like from barry weiss on you know girls uh sports or uh you know
00:14:56.060 how they are just devaluing women with the trans thing or you know something like that education
00:15:02.720 that that is waking up a lot of women um they are seeing it affect their children um unfortunately a lot
00:15:13.360 of people i think are just going to be are going to be lost in the end uh because they just won't
00:15:18.020 wake up shannon welcome to the glenn beck program well hello glenn good morning to you and the crew
00:15:25.820 thank you well i was just uh and thank you for uh the blaze and your affiliates and definitely patriot
00:15:33.840 mobile you're welcome you're welcome i'm glad uh well i was just going to say are they now going to
00:15:42.440 teach that hens are the only ones that can lay eggs and we're going to discriminate the rooster
00:15:47.580 uh you know that's exactly right there was a story came from a high school biology teacher thank you for
00:15:53.860 your call that uh was just released in it and they're saying that um you know women aren't the
00:16:00.720 only ones that make eggs um because i i mean unless you're a hermaphrodite uh men don't make eggs okay
00:16:11.680 yeah and i know ovaries make eggs yeah well men don't have ovaries and if you're going to do that
00:16:17.840 how dare you i know i stop this malinformation i know if you're going to do that then you do have to go
00:16:23.680 to i'm telling you son the rooster will have a problem when you say uh sit down and produce your
00:16:31.240 fair share of eggs he can't okay he can't because males don't make eggs
00:16:40.900 these things used to be so easy so easy you know i was i was watching an exchange on the on the
00:16:51.060 elon musk thing yesterday on twitter between a journalist and someone some conservative
00:16:54.820 and they said you know i don't think elon musk is the conservative said i don't think elon musk is
00:16:59.340 going to do anything you know crazy here they're just what you know they're not going to censor
00:17:03.660 political views and the journalist said do you think misgendering someone intentionally is a
00:17:08.800 political view it's like just wrapped in your question is a political view yes you are saying a man
00:17:14.760 who is telling us now that they are a woman is a woman and misgendering them would mean calling
00:17:22.520 them a man what i would say look you know a man is born a man they can say tell us they're women all
00:17:28.000 they want however there's still a man and misgendering them would be calling them a woman
00:17:31.560 clearly there is a political divide here as to how to analyze that information obviously we're right
00:17:37.540 and they're wrong but still that is the point of political debate it is a political issue i just want
00:17:42.700 to throw a marker down too do you remember it wasn't that long ago when we were just asking each
00:17:49.460 other how many guys who are you know transgender are using the bathroom in target where all of them
00:17:57.740 have to have a third bathroom or what we were talking about that now our children are being taught
00:18:03.800 there are no men this is the best of the glenbeck program
00:18:12.940 uh we've got i guess ken paxton on he's the attorney general from uh texas breaking news ken
00:18:29.920 yeah hi welcome how are you i'm doing great how are you very good what's the breaking news
00:18:38.860 so the breaking news we filed a lawsuit this is shocking against the biden administration as
00:18:43.920 related to the the asylum program that they're trying to change and make even easier for people
00:18:49.680 to come and claim asylum uh how could you possibly make it easier well so we were in uh we were at the
00:18:58.220 u.s supreme court on tuesday arguing that the current policy that they are ignoring current law
00:19:03.160 requires that when you come across of course the cartels are basically in business with the biden
00:19:09.720 administration and the deal the way it works is the cartels you know charge these people eight to
00:19:15.160 twelve thousand they come to the board there's a handoff to border patrol they're not running from
00:19:18.520 border patrol and they claim asylum and then the biden administration transfers them well the law says
00:19:23.600 they either have to hold them into detention until they're hearing or send them back so we have a
00:19:28.580 pretty solid case we're at the u.s supreme court god willing we'll have a victory by june so now the
00:19:34.200 biden administration is out there trying to change it so that they've got a different supposed law in
00:19:38.580 place that they made up that says they that they can more easily claim asylum no longer is it going to
00:19:44.320 be you know slow process with judges they're going to have a bunch of bureaucrats bless this and
00:19:48.920 everybody's good oh my gosh will come can now never end in a fight with them with this happening on
00:19:55.800 our border i just talked to a guy in missouri who owns land here um in texas on the border um i mean
00:20:03.480 he can't even go to his land it's so dangerous what is coming our way and do you actually see any end to
00:20:11.520 this i do think if the supreme court gets it right and and the law it's not like there there's a may
00:20:20.000 in there this is a shall they shall detain them or deport them if the supreme court requires the
00:20:26.060 biden administration to follow the law and title 42 is held in place and we can continue to win on
00:20:31.900 these cases like we're following today i think i mean i think they're going to be forced or be held
00:20:36.760 in contempt if they don't you we're at that point now where we either have an administration that's
00:20:41.760 going to follow the law follow court orders or we have a different government than we all thought we
00:20:46.860 had well i think we're already there aren't we i mean they don't follow the law they i mean they just
00:20:53.740 they just don't the supreme court will say something and they just do what they want anyway when when
00:21:00.480 you said the the may and the shall that's never i know that is a very big distinction in law but if
00:21:07.400 you if you have a group of people and this is the way it was in what when was this about 2003 or 4
00:21:15.300 um congress passed a bill that said you shall build a wall and that was the big thing that republicans
00:21:23.320 were like it doesn't say may you shall build it they have to they didn't care they didn't care and
00:21:29.900 nobody's ever held responsible well and that's what we're trying to do and that was the argument
00:21:35.200 in front of the u.s supreme court the justices were using the word shall they know what it says
00:21:40.440 now whether they can find a way around it the law is pretty darn clear it it's a shall there's no choice
00:21:47.900 here is there any way for texas to take control or is there any line that the government will cross
00:21:56.920 where texas will say enough enough you know we're in a we're in a struggle because we have this
00:22:03.840 you know case law that was put down by the supreme court that says we don't have much authority along
00:22:08.400 the border but at the same time that i don't think they're right on the case law we're looking i'm
00:22:12.900 hoping my legislature will pass something or we'll get an executive order from the governor that allows
00:22:18.320 us to be sued by the biden administration for taking control of our border and then i'll i'll take it up
00:22:23.580 and argue that that case was wrongly decided back in you know the obama administration well i i i hope
00:22:30.580 you do because this is this is destroying us absolutely destroying us and it is it is intentional
00:22:36.760 i talked to your partner in the court case that you guys argued i think on tuesday the attorney general
00:22:46.180 in missouri yeah and and uh i've been reading that it didn't look like the supreme court was going to
00:22:54.480 go our way on this do you read it that way or is that the press being hopeful it's impossible in that
00:23:02.840 we know that the three liberal judges are not going away they'll find any way to keep this going that
00:23:07.980 they can i don't know i mean i would think we would have the three conservatives thomas alito and gorsuch
00:23:15.680 the other three are always in play to go either way and so i can't tell you what roberts and
00:23:20.500 kavanaugh and bear are going to do because i you know i we we won our heartbeat bill i didn't know
00:23:25.440 that we were going to win that we did we got it we got it we got those justices to side with us so
00:23:30.640 but when we were in the court i didn't know i couldn't tell because they were asking us really
00:23:34.960 hard questions they're asking the solicitor general united states really hard questions so
00:23:38.700 i think it's really hard to predict because you know you don't know what the game being played
00:23:43.700 inside the court is with each other um so i don't know that anybody can really know what's
00:23:49.260 going to happen and how difficult is it i mean why don't they have to decide now instead of waiting
00:23:54.660 till summer because the genie will already be out of the bottle i mean it's how how come they don't
00:24:01.420 have to decide now why isn't there an injunction uh you know beyond the middle of may uh you know what
00:24:09.860 it's it's it's the supreme court they kind of have they all they set their own rules on timing
00:24:14.740 that's not uncommon for courts to have a lot of discretion about when they decide things but
00:24:19.800 you know we we have an injunction in place right now it's just the the federal government the
00:24:24.420 biden administration they are enforcing remain in mexico but 221 000 people across and they enforce
00:24:30.500 it against like 200 so that's their enforcement it's a joke and we all know it's a joke and everybody
00:24:35.660 knows they're not they're they're not trying to follow even the injunction unbelievable thank you
00:24:42.240 so much i appreciate it uh the attorney general of texas ken paxton uh let me go to uh john in
00:24:49.000 pennsylvania hello john good morning glenn it's a pleasure to talk to you thank you i just read an
00:24:56.860 article i'm on my way to a meeting and i just read an article from new york city out of the bronx
00:25:02.120 where a young man accidentally shot someone in the head accidentally accidentally yeah that happens
00:25:09.240 all the time yes right and i used to work in the schools in the bronx so i know how the accident yeah
00:25:13.860 right yeah well apparently a judge dismisses charges and i didn't get a chance to read the
00:25:20.520 whole thing because i was i started driving okay so here's the here's the story so this kid is 17 years
00:25:26.540 old um he is accused of shooting the 20 year old kid in the head and it was a gang hit uh in fordham
00:25:33.560 heights um and so he he somehow or another botches it and and kills the wrong guy i guess uh and he was
00:25:42.920 out um early on release um from another killing that he had done and then he kills this kid and now
00:25:54.860 the judge for a second time says we're gonna release you and the mother of the kid who uh was killed
00:26:03.220 broke out in tears she she stood up and said release him how can you release him do our children have
00:26:12.300 no value to you it's a total outrage but this is what's happening in a lot of our major cities let me
00:26:20.700 give you some good news uh john just to to make you feel a little better i want to talk to this guy
00:26:26.760 because if this guy is sane he's one of my favorite sheriffs ever um bob johnson he is the sheriff of santa
00:26:35.400 rosa county in florida uh on tuesday there was a uh a burglar that went in and was stealing from people's
00:26:44.440 houses and he was going from house to house to house well along the way one of the homeowners shot
00:26:50.640 this guy and uh injured him um and because of that he went to another house etc but he was he was uh he
00:26:59.200 was caught and the sheriff said he came out and he said look um the great thing is if somebody breaks in
00:27:08.440 your house in santa rosa county and you shoot and kill him the chances of them re-offending after that
00:27:14.920 are zero and we like those odds he then said this guy is a frequent flyer crook a long rap sheet started
00:27:24.820 when he was 13 years old he has spent like seven years in prison uh and he said the this is the sheriff
00:27:33.560 saying again we are not sure which homeowner shot him and nobody's admitting it because i think they
00:27:40.560 think they did something wrong but they didn't if someone's breaking into your house you're more than
00:27:47.640 welcome to shoot at them in santa rosa county we actually prefer that you do whoever that was that
00:27:55.320 shot him you're not in trouble i'm quoting come see us we have a gun safety class we put on every other
00:28:02.520 saturday and if you take that you're going to shoot a lot better and hopefully next time you'll save
00:28:07.500 the taxpayers money end quote this is this is the mood in america and i'll tell you this is exactly
00:28:16.060 the reason why yellowstone is so huge yellowstone it is it's like um it's a gang family okay you all
00:28:31.420 belong to this yellowstone gang and nobody's thinking that they're the good guys they know
00:28:39.100 what they're doing they know they're killing people etc etc um but they're doing it normally if you had
00:28:45.680 a law and order country that wouldn't be so popular but because there is no common sense there doesn't
00:28:54.700 seem to be any justice there doesn't seem to be any cops around and whenever something is you know
00:29:02.800 found out by the feds or the cops or whatever it seems to just lead to more injustice red tape and
00:29:10.440 headaches for the good guys america watches yellowstone and they see you know the kevin costner
00:29:17.580 character say just kill him and you know throw him over the cliff in colorado just get rid of him
00:29:25.880 and a lot of americans go i don't like that i wouldn't want to be a part of that but you know what
00:29:31.740 he's right he shouldn't go to the cops what are they going to do there's no justice what is the
00:29:39.260 federal government going to do they're on the take hollywood is producing yellowstone so they
00:29:47.980 understand what's happening but they're producing it for money you know that's the only reason why
00:29:56.040 they're really doing it i think the writer and producer and the people on it most likely kevin
00:30:02.380 costner is you know not down with the killing and everything but does kind of see the the attitude
00:30:09.740 in america of uh if if progress is destroying our way of life then i'm anti-progress
00:30:19.260 somebody understands it in hollywood washington needs to understand it our attorney generals need
00:30:28.140 to understand it our sheriffs need to understand it uh that sheriff i think in florida understands it
00:30:35.900 nobody would be for that nobody would be for that that vigilante justice somebody breaks in your house
00:30:43.060 you shoot them nobody would be for that if we believed that justice would be served this guy is
00:30:52.020 robbing houses in the same county year after year after year after year after year
00:30:56.940 and the police are tired of capturing him and then giving him to a court and having him let go
00:31:03.440 and the taxpayers are like this is insane but if you didn't have that kind of justice system
00:31:10.860 you wouldn't have support of people going yeah they can in my yard i just shoot them
00:31:16.920 it's true i mean i remember there was that movie i think it was michael douglas back in the day called
00:31:21.740 falling down do you remember this yeah yeah yeah yeah and uh you know the guy was not particularly
00:31:26.940 a good guy uh but he went around and just decided he just snapped one day and one of the scenes i
00:31:32.140 remember from the movie was when he went into like a mcdonald's and it was like 1103 and they wouldn't
00:31:37.080 give him breakfast yeah and that's i just remember connecting so deeply with that character at that
00:31:43.180 time where you're just like i want an egg mcmuffin and you're gonna give me an egg mcmuffin he just
00:31:48.700 pulls out his gun and it's like of course i'm not gonna actually go up i mean with me i may go i don't
00:31:54.420 know i mean who knows i may have vigilante justice on mcdonald's but like you know you're not going
00:31:58.800 to do that but like that it connects with people when you're treated with disrespect when when when
00:32:04.440 the entire system turns into a system that is constantly disrespecting you and going after
00:32:09.720 your children and people you know look no one's gonna you know the average person no normal person
00:32:15.380 is going to go do something crazy but like you connect with that idea of saying like screw you
00:32:20.340 the system isn't working for me and i don't care about it and it's the same thing i think
00:32:24.600 that people in uh in minneapolis feel when the when the the media is constantly telling them that
00:32:33.720 police are out to execute them all the time yep and then they go out there and burn buildings to
00:32:38.360 the ground and we wonder why well when when you're telling them that the entire system is
00:32:43.460 literally constructed to execute you how are people going to react
00:32:48.660 you're listening to the best of the glenn beck program
00:32:53.540 before we get into things uh let me just uh announce here and sorry for the late notice
00:33:06.740 the american journey experience this is a two-day thing that we do for singles um you know couples
00:33:14.760 and families we have done it a few times now this year and this because of scheduling which is
00:33:22.560 just insane um this may be the last time we're able to do this until the election or after the
00:33:28.860 election um and this is a two-day event that we hold here at the mercury studios over at the
00:33:36.680 american journey experience training center and we usually have about 400 people and uh we take
00:33:44.580 you from 1500 here on the north american continent all the way to pretty much today and through documents
00:33:54.060 and uh and historic items we tell you the main points of where america went right where she went wrong
00:34:03.300 and how we got here and we take you through jamestown and the pilgrims and all of them and you actually
00:34:10.400 get to hold some of the documents in your own hands we have a document from like 1533 that is
00:34:18.100 complaining here in america about the spanish importing slaves so wait a minute i thought it was 1619
00:34:25.880 anyway you want an incredible experience my son just went to it uh this last time and he announced
00:34:34.160 to the family a couple of weeks ago i want to teach history really yeah yeah uh and i need your proudest
00:34:42.540 moment isn't it yeah it was a pretty proud moment but he is uh he he learned so much uh and was
00:34:49.440 fascinated and he hated history because like me and like everybody else it's all about dates and
00:34:53.820 memorizing names and everything else no it's the story if you want to go all you have to do is sign
00:34:59.720 up now you can go to mercuryone.org mercuryone.org it is uh i think a hundred dollars for individuals
00:35:06.640 175 for couples 250 for families and you know your family could be any size so join us it is happening
00:35:16.080 next weekend friday may 6th and saturday may 7th probably the last time you will be able to attend
00:35:23.000 this with your family for several months okay uh by the way david barton and i uh and his son tim
00:35:29.800 barton uh teach the classes it's it's quite amazing all right uh like can we just talk about what's
00:35:36.960 happening uh joe biden is now asking uh for 33 million dollars more in funding so we can help the
00:35:46.920 ukrainians i know these numbers do get confusing and millions and billions don't seem to matter but i
00:35:51.900 believe you mean 33 billion dollars sorry sorry funding 33 billion dollars we've already given
00:35:58.400 almost 4 billion dollars worth of equipment and training and everything else so now it's 10 times
00:36:06.000 the amount joe um joe biden has just been warned by vladimir putin that if you continue to meddle in
00:36:14.380 our affairs that we will expand the war uh i i i honestly this makes me extraordinarily nervous because i
00:36:23.580 think this plays in to everybody's want when you're talking about a uh the global community of elites
00:36:32.280 russia wants to bankrupt us russia wants to destroy us uh russia wants to have a a bipolar world
00:36:43.980 again and they rise to the top um on the just the very small part uh biden just wants to make sure
00:36:53.980 that america is seen as being able to beat russia because of what happened in afghanistan but i don't
00:37:00.620 think that's the real reason we are resetting the entire world and this is the emergency that will
00:37:07.440 allow the great reset to happen um and i am just seeing way too many things uh people that are just
00:37:16.500 cheering on uh this war from the new york times fears mount ukraine war will become a broader conflict
00:37:24.420 uh this one from the wall street journal the u.s should show it can win a nuclear war
00:37:31.980 can we uh did we learn that lesson there's no winner do we all need to watch war games again
00:37:39.500 matthew broadway we can bring that out i can show it i mean it's probably one of those free movies that
00:37:45.180 you can get at amazon with your subscription um why are we talking about that uh well because russia's
00:37:52.580 talking about it no i know that and then we seem to be i mean because it's not just russia escalating at
00:37:58.920 this point no we are too we are too ukraine is as well and we're now seeing uh you know weapon
00:38:05.400 bombs explosions going off inside russian borders by drones purchased from nato countries i don't know
00:38:13.180 that russia is going to look all that fondly upon those developments i know i call me crazy call me
00:38:19.000 wacky but i don't think they're going to look uh they're not going to look so fondly on that and and
00:38:22.820 you have that going on you have the fact that we continue to idiotically announce
00:38:28.480 all of the money all the weapons every little bit of assistance we brag about it constantly in
00:38:35.480 the media our own president is saying that we're doing it can you bring up his remarks this is live
00:38:40.620 right now here's the president on uh putin's quote putin's war they surely did we said we'd not send
00:38:48.620 u.s troops to fight russian troops in ukraine but we would provide robust military assistance and try
00:38:54.340 to unify the western world against russia's aggression i said i would impose powerful
00:39:00.180 sanctions on russia and that we destroy and develop we destroy this myth that somehow they
00:39:06.500 continue to move without the rest of the world acting that we deploy additional forces to defend
00:39:12.060 nato territories particularly in the east along the russian and belarus borders that's exactly that's
00:39:18.500 exactly what we said we would do and we did but despite the disturbing rhetoric coming out of the
00:39:23.820 kremlin the facts are plain for everybody to see we're not attacking russia we're helping ukraine
00:39:29.960 defend itself against russian aggression and just as putin chose to launch this brutal invasion
00:39:35.740 he could make the choice to end this brutal invasion okay stop russia is this is this is not
00:39:43.080 going to de-escalate it's just not going to de-escalate um may 9th is a very it's like our july 4th
00:39:53.340 it's a very important day in russia it's i think heroes day or victory day and it was commemorating the
00:40:01.680 victory over the nazis well don't think that this isn't being compared because they're saying they're
00:40:09.580 going in to defeat the nazis um that's going to be a a frightening day in my opinion to see what's
00:40:18.260 going on now russian state tv today is again talking about nuclear war you have who was it
00:40:27.360 navarov who was it that was talking about that nuclear war is becoming more and more likely
00:40:33.580 just the other day so great sergey lavrov yeah so um you have the officials saying it's more and
00:40:40.940 more likely that nuclear weapons are going to come into play here is what russian state tv said
00:40:46.820 to comfort their viewers um they have been discussing the idea of war spreading beyond the the ukraine
00:40:56.060 and they're promoting now the idea of this war is inevitable and uh they have been talking about
00:41:04.740 uh world war three and listen to this quote personally this is one of their you know talking heads
00:41:13.280 on state run tv personally i think the most realistic way is the way of world war three based on knowing
00:41:21.960 us and our leader vladimir putin uh knowing how everything works around here it's impossible there
00:41:30.220 is no chance that we give up and i again this is state-run propaganda but would anyone here disagree
00:41:39.200 with that would you disagree with that i wouldn't disagree they're not going to just there's no chance
00:41:43.300 no of him just being you know what i guess this was a mistake that's not that's not part of the
00:41:48.480 the picture here i mean it's possible you know he gets taken out in some way you know who knows
00:41:54.320 but other than that this isn't just going to stop replacing him if he's taken out medvedev that's not
00:41:59.620 going to change anything yeah if he's taken out it's very easy to say that was an american conspiracy
00:42:05.900 yeah you know what i mean yeah because we've said regime change and then said no no we don't mean that
00:42:12.460 thanks joe he goes on to say now this is russian state tv we all know everything will end with a
00:42:19.420 nuclear strike it is more probable than any other outcome this is to my horror on one hand but on the
00:42:28.280 other hand with the understanding that it is what it is but we'll go to heaven while they simply croak
00:42:36.680 look look we're all gonna die someday uh if i was seeing that on you know cnn which is our version
00:42:45.880 of almost pretty much wrapped up state-run television just the checks haven't been signed
00:42:51.300 wouldn't you be like oh crap they are preparing us for nuclear war i mean and glenn we talk about a lot
00:42:59.540 things that i find to be very important there is no single threat that approaches the threat to our
00:43:08.480 civilization like this one does now i still think it's a low percentage possibility it spirals out
00:43:15.400 of control and does that sort of damage that we end in a nuclear war but it is not impossible you know
00:43:21.180 there are a lot of things we talk about that even at their worst are nowhere near the outcome that
00:43:27.300 we're talking about here this is we're talking about uh there we are one button push away with a guy who
00:43:34.580 has no checks and balances and might very well be insane from a nuclear war putin or
00:43:40.380 you
00:43:47.660 you
00:43:49.660 you
00:43:51.660 you
