The Glenn Beck Program - Best of The Program ｜ Guest： Rep. Chris Stewart ｜ 1⧸4⧸21

00:00:00.000 Hey, we're back and at full force.

00:00:02.400 Got a great show.

00:00:03.380 We talk about the election because that ain't over.

00:00:06.520 I talked to the president.

00:00:08.140 We'll tell you about tell you about that.

00:00:10.360 Also, Congressman Stewart on why every congressman and every senator should not certify.

00:00:16.900 And we talked to you.

00:00:17.920 It's a great show.

00:00:18.940 First of the year.

00:00:20.380 Here it is.

00:00:21.480 I have to tell you just to get off of some heavy stuff and tell you how great how great was Wonder Woman.

00:00:44.420 Oh, oh, great.

00:00:48.120 That doesn't I'm against guns.

00:00:51.800 Yeah, your your little bracelets are shields against bullets. 1.00

00:00:56.740 Shut up. 1.00

00:00:57.400 Our bad guy looks vaguely like Donald Trump. 1.00

00:01:03.100 So it was really bad.

00:01:04.660 Oh, it was one of the worst movies.

00:01:06.480 Yeah, that a lot of money was spent on in the history of movies.

00:01:11.620 Yeah, I was not so bad.

00:01:13.100 Not interested in seeing it.

00:01:14.780 But because of the big story where they gave it out for free on HBO Max, I already subscribed to it.

00:01:20.300 No, they should have to pay you $15 not to watch it.

00:01:23.480 Right?

00:01:23.720 Yeah.

00:01:24.020 Right?

00:01:24.460 Yes.

00:01:24.800 That was my question.

00:01:25.920 Everybody who watched it should be paid $15.

00:01:28.840 Wow.

00:01:28.940 I watched it and I thought, what did this cost HBO?

00:01:34.440 Before I watched it, what did this cost HBO to do that kind of a deal?

00:01:38.260 Oh, then after I watched it, I went, what did that cost HBO?

00:01:44.280 Right.

00:01:44.540 Did they see it before they purchased it?

00:01:47.280 And the special effects were terrible.

00:01:49.540 Oh, really?

00:01:50.020 I think the special effects came from 1984.

00:01:53.440 It was so bad.

00:01:55.320 It was bad.

00:01:55.960 The only thing that comes close on a scale of Wonder Woman, I think, is the fifth Indiana Jones.

00:02:04.200 Right?

00:02:04.460 Indiana Jones.

00:02:05.300 Oh, the crystal skull.

00:02:06.000 Crystal skull.

00:02:06.580 Was that the fourth one or the fifth one?

00:02:07.720 Was that fourth?

00:02:08.360 Maybe the fourth.

00:02:09.360 Yeah.

00:02:09.740 Whatever it was.

00:02:10.440 Horrible, though.

00:02:11.260 Horrible.

00:02:11.720 Oh, my gosh.

00:02:12.260 Okay.

00:02:12.700 All right.

00:02:13.140 Let me ask you this question.

00:02:16.380 What are we being prepared for?

00:02:18.420 Did you see this over the holiday?

00:02:25.920 Avi Loeb, who is the chair of Harvard's Department of Astronomy, the chair.

00:02:32.860 Harvard's Department of Astronomy.

00:02:35.240 Astronomy.

00:02:35.800 Has said that we have already been visited by aliens, and we have also received the alien 0.97

00:02:49.860 civilization's trash in 2017.

00:02:53.960 Do you remember that cigar-shaped thing that he said? 0.92

00:02:59.180 There is no cigar-shaped thing from 2017.

00:03:01.860 It was up in the...

00:03:02.840 It appeared in a whole bunch of different cities in...

00:03:05.960 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:03:06.940 It wasn't the one that was a whole bunch of different...

00:03:08.360 No, no, no, this was Uma Amua.

00:03:11.000 It was...

00:03:12.120 It's Hawaiian.

00:03:14.360 The name was dubbed Hawaiian because it was first seen in the observatories in Hawaii.

00:03:20.100 Okay.

00:03:20.560 And its name is Scout.

00:03:25.120 Okay.

00:03:25.560 And it was a giant cigar-shaped thing, remember?

00:03:28.580 And it was coming towards the earth, and then it went around the sun.

00:03:32.840 But it didn't accelerate the way it's supposed to accelerate.

00:03:37.860 You know, when it slingshots around the sun, it accelerated.

00:03:42.500 It was like slowing down as it was going towards the sun, and then accelerated in a different

00:03:48.640 direction.

00:03:49.220 It did stuff that it can't do.

00:03:51.940 We've never seen anything like this.

00:03:54.780 And he said that was some sort of space junk or space scout from Vega, which is 25 million

00:04:08.280 lightwears away.

00:04:10.480 Huh.

00:04:11.160 Now, basically saying it's an alien craft almost of some sort.

00:04:15.920 Yes, of some sort.

00:04:16.880 Now, here's the thing.

00:04:19.480 I don't know if you saw in the stimulus package, they also said we have 180 days.

00:04:24.840 The CIA, the Pentagon, everybody has 180 days to release all information on UFOs.

00:04:34.160 Oh, I hope that happens.

00:04:36.380 Oh, I do too.

00:04:37.240 I want that to happen.

00:04:38.680 Yeah.

00:04:39.760 Because I want to know what they think the deal is.

00:04:42.780 Because I can't imagine exactly what the deal is.

00:04:45.900 If there are, first of all, they must be benevolent, right?

00:04:50.800 If they haven't slaughtered us by now.

00:04:52.880 Because clearly they've got vastly superior technology.

00:04:56.740 Yeah.

00:04:57.660 And I mean, can you imagine observing us?

00:05:00.380 This is the way we're talking about it.

00:05:01.380 This is amazing.

00:05:02.100 It's like, well, they must be benevolent.

00:05:04.380 I mean, they must be.

00:05:06.020 But the other thing is, I wouldn't have said that five years ago, but look at what's been

00:05:10.740 released in the last three or four years.

00:05:13.020 Yeah.

00:05:13.400 And like by reputable, not crazy, like legitimately reputable people currently in.

00:05:18.880 Well, the Pentagon is even, you know, releasing interesting information that leads us to believe

00:05:23.820 they think there's UFOs.

00:05:25.700 This doesn't lead us to believe they've said.

00:05:28.660 Yeah, they have.

00:05:29.220 They said you've got an identified flying object.

00:05:31.860 And that it is otherworldly.

00:05:34.840 Yeah.

00:05:35.700 And it is tracking our naval and air force maneuvers.

00:05:41.300 And it is legitimately like the 500th craziest thing that's happened in the last year.

00:05:46.580 We haven't even noticed it.

00:05:47.380 It is.

00:05:47.740 I know.

00:05:48.600 I know.

00:05:49.100 I haven't even noticed it.

00:05:50.000 I know.

00:05:50.440 I mean, we mentioned it.

00:05:51.940 But like these, all of these stories should have been the biggest story for a month.

00:05:56.660 And you know what?

00:05:57.380 A month?

00:05:58.500 This is the biggest thing in the history of Earth.

00:06:02.800 There are verifiable other beings from an other planet.

00:06:09.400 And like, look.

00:06:10.060 It's like the biggest discovery of all time.

00:06:13.520 And sometimes you have people, even that are incredibly reputable, that say things that

00:06:18.660 don't turn out to be true.

00:06:19.760 I mean, this happens.

00:06:20.500 This is over and over and over again for incredible people, though.

00:06:23.240 And it does seem, I mean, it does seem like they are preparing us for something.

00:06:27.460 It does.

00:06:28.040 I mean, I don't mean, like, the government seems to be rolling this out.

00:06:32.580 Doesn't it?

00:06:33.020 Yeah.

00:06:33.120 It seems like there's a little bit of a rollout plan.

00:06:36.000 Like, there's a little.

00:06:36.440 Get us used to it.

00:06:37.400 Yeah.

00:06:37.560 And then all of a sudden, yep, here's our overlord.

00:06:41.380 Yeah.

00:06:42.360 Here it is.

00:06:42.880 Glip glop, our overlord.

00:06:45.020 I know you guys don't like the Great Reset.

00:06:47.920 But you should talk to him.

00:06:50.080 He has eight arms.

00:06:54.720 I mean, it's, okay.

00:06:57.600 That's a little bizarre.

00:06:58.340 And did you hear that over the holiday, the Fermi lab, I think, has actually done the

00:07:07.820 first teleportation, verifiable, repeatable teleportation.

00:07:16.060 What?

00:07:17.040 Of what?

00:07:18.160 Of like an atom or something?

00:07:20.140 A cubit?

00:07:20.840 A cubit.

00:07:22.140 Oh, okay.

00:07:23.120 They take a.

00:07:24.560 This is quantum.

00:07:25.520 Quantum bits of information.

00:07:27.180 Right.

00:07:27.440 And so they took a quantum bit of information and they use the string theory where two strings

00:07:37.120 are, you know, entangled.

00:07:39.320 And so the information remained where it was and some other laboratory long way away.

00:07:47.760 They said there is no distance that is going to be a problem and there is no degradation

00:07:56.920 of the information of the information.

00:07:58.720 None.

00:07:59.580 So they can do that to a digital.

00:08:01.480 It is.

00:08:01.840 It's WonkaVision.

00:08:03.260 It's WonkaVision.

00:08:04.200 But that's digital, right?

00:08:05.360 Can they do it to a physical?

00:08:07.980 I don't know.

00:08:08.640 They just say, no, it's right now it's just information.

00:08:12.080 But still.

00:08:12.360 That's still pretty cool.

00:08:13.660 Still pretty cool.

00:08:14.480 That's like.

00:08:15.000 It's Star Trek stuff.

00:08:15.760 To put this into perspective, this is Alexander Graham Bell saying, come, I need your help.

00:08:27.040 Come, Watson.

00:08:27.760 I need your help.

00:08:28.700 That's just information that was transferred by wire from one room to another.

00:08:34.600 That changed the world.

00:08:36.200 This is the same thing, except it's in the quantum theory.

00:08:43.040 It's it's quantum mechanics.

00:08:45.420 It would.

00:08:46.080 We didn't even believe quantum mechanics was the right answer.

00:08:51.120 Yeah, it's weird because like sending information from one place to another doesn't sound so crazy.

00:08:59.000 Yeah, because we do it all the time.

00:09:00.440 Like it's an email.

00:09:01.220 And email is basically magic to me.

00:09:03.860 I mean, I have no idea how any of it works.

00:09:06.040 I press send and all of a sudden Pat receives it.

00:09:08.760 Of course, he doesn't read it because Pat never reads it.

00:09:10.400 Well, but in theory, he can read it.

00:09:12.480 Right.

00:09:12.780 It has.

00:09:13.780 But on email, the difference is it has a little jet sound.

00:09:17.020 Yeah.

00:09:17.300 So we know that it's some jet propulsion.

00:09:20.500 Yes.

00:09:21.100 This is.

00:09:21.800 This is.

00:09:22.440 This doesn't make any noise when you've said no.

00:09:25.280 And this doesn't have any.

00:09:27.020 I mean, this is there's there's no there's there's nothing behind it.

00:09:32.440 There's there's not going through any wire or even air.

00:09:36.040 Internet.

00:09:36.860 Yeah, right.

00:09:37.420 It's nothing.

00:09:38.380 It's just there.

00:09:39.600 And now it's over here.

00:09:41.420 Wow.

00:09:42.160 What?

00:09:42.740 I mean.

00:09:43.500 And how are they doing that?

00:09:45.080 Did they explain it at all?

00:09:48.180 Yes.

00:09:48.680 Do you think I could explain it to you?

00:09:50.700 I didn't understand their explanation.

00:09:52.960 I was lucky to get to the cubit information in the string theory.

00:09:58.080 That's as far as I can.

00:09:59.360 I'm a cat when it comes to the string theory.

00:10:01.600 I'm like, oh, so that actual strings or are we?

00:10:05.920 That's the thing with the two cans, right?

00:10:07.940 The string theory.

00:10:10.540 Oh, golly.

00:10:11.500 Thank you so much, Pat.

00:10:12.480 Packer Unleashed available on Blaze TV.

00:10:14.640 New Year.

00:10:15.420 Subscribe to the YouTube page and the podcast.

00:10:19.440 The best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:10:21.700 During the holiday, I spoke to the president and let's just let's just say he he didn't seem like he was in the best of moods.

00:10:39.700 And I talked to him about, you know, the next four years.

00:10:45.180 He said, I'm not I'm not going to talk to anybody about the next four years.

00:10:48.240 I'm in the next eight weeks and I am not going to concede.

00:10:52.540 He said, I won.

00:10:54.080 I will not concede.

00:10:57.740 And he is determined to fight on.

00:11:02.500 And he, I think, has good reason to fight on.

00:11:07.860 There is a movement now in the House and in the Senate to get people to get the Senate when they're voting for the election certification.

00:11:22.100 To vote against.

00:11:25.440 Now, the GOP is saying it's too late.

00:11:28.800 It's too late.

00:11:29.380 No, it's not.

00:11:30.440 January 20th is too late.

00:11:32.300 According to the Constitution, there is no other option than seat the president by January 20th has to be done.

00:11:43.820 Until that time, I don't think it's how is it bad for the Republic to actually go and look and actually have a detailed audit of this election?

00:11:56.020 How is that bad for the Republic?

00:11:57.640 I don't understand.

00:11:58.460 Congressman Chris Stewart is one of the guys leading the movement in the House.

00:12:05.000 Welcome, Chris.

00:12:05.780 How are you?

00:12:07.000 Good morning, Glenn.

00:12:07.780 Good to be with you.

00:12:08.540 Thank you.

00:12:09.300 So tell me the case.

00:12:12.340 Make the case that this is not just this.

00:12:15.960 This is insanity, as Jake Tapper would say.

00:12:19.840 Well, Jake and others who are saying this is an assault on democracy.

00:12:23.280 It's just nonsense.

00:12:25.340 I mean, there are millions, tens of millions of Americans who look at this election and they have absolutely legitimate concerns regarding it.

00:12:33.900 And how can we go forward and not try to answer those questions?

00:12:37.600 We owe it to these Americans.

00:12:39.880 We owe it to all Americans.

00:12:41.000 Frankly, we owe it to the Biden administration.

00:12:43.560 They shouldn't want to go into office with this cloud hanging over their head.

00:12:47.340 They shouldn't want these questions to be out there.

00:12:49.220 However, virtually everyone is better served if we can assure everyone that this election has been free and fair and there's integrity in it.

00:12:58.200 And honestly, Glenn, no one can say that at this point.

00:13:01.500 Now, you can stick your head in the sand and say, well, I don't see any evidence of fraud or electoral misconduct.

00:13:06.600 But you are sticking your head in the sand if you say that.

00:13:09.200 There's clear evidence of it.

00:13:10.600 Now, is there enough to overturn the election?

00:13:12.500 We don't know.

00:13:13.780 And that's the central question.

00:13:15.140 And that is the thing that the American people deserve to know.

00:13:17.940 But, Chris, all the courts have heard all of this and they've thrown everything out.

00:13:24.200 Yeah.

00:13:24.840 So here's the thing on that.

00:13:26.320 The courts actually haven't heard this evidence.

00:13:29.220 In almost every instance, and in fact, in every instance that I know of, the courts have ruled on very narrow issues of the law.

00:13:37.360 Did Pennsylvania, for example, violate their own constitution?

00:13:40.500 By the way, they conducted their election.

00:13:42.240 That's a technical question.

00:13:43.500 And by the way, they almost certainly did.

00:13:46.680 Questions of evidence.

00:13:48.140 There are questions regarding, again, technical issues of the law.

00:13:51.260 The only bodies who have actually been presented with evidence are the legislative bodies.

00:13:57.160 The legislators in Pennsylvania and Arizona and Georgia.

00:14:01.140 And you have dozens of them.

00:14:02.620 Many dozens of these legislators who have said, Congress, don't certify these electorals.

00:14:10.720 There's enough misconduct that we don't believe you are assured of the integrity of this election.

00:14:17.560 The bodies who have actually seen the evidence, not the courts who have only issued on technical issues.

00:14:23.340 The bodies who have actually seen the evidence have written to Congress and said, don't certify these electorals.

00:14:29.680 So what does it mean if we if if the Republicans will stand together and not certify the election?

00:14:41.600 What would what would happen then?

00:14:44.120 Well, and this is where I think people are going to be disappointed, because the way the process is right now.

00:14:49.780 So if you have one member of Congress and one member of the Senate to who who questions these and they officially object, then the bodies go into their separate chambers, the House and the Senate.

00:15:00.120 They debate it for two to three hours and then they vote.

00:15:03.900 Well, I'm pretty certain that Miss Pelosi and her and her colleagues are not going to vote to decertify these electorals.

00:15:10.780 I mean, it's going to lose in the House.

00:15:12.260 It's almost assured that that's true.

00:15:13.920 And I'm not optimistic in the Senate.

00:15:17.420 So will it change the election?

00:15:19.480 I mean, to be very honest with the American people who are listening here, it probably won't.

00:15:24.640 Does it deserve to be heard?

00:15:26.060 It absolutely does.

00:15:28.000 That's what we're trying to do here is to present this evidence, to present the case for the American people.

00:15:33.920 And at the end of that, then I guess different congressmen and senators are going to have to vote.

00:15:39.940 They're conscious what they think is true.

00:15:42.300 I've already told you how I'm going to vote, Glenn, and I hope that others will join with me.

00:15:47.380 How many how many how many minds are being changed?

00:15:51.020 Is anybody that you're in Washington now?

00:15:53.800 Is this something that is really growing?

00:15:57.520 Has the opportunity to grow?

00:16:00.080 Absolutely, absolutely.

00:16:01.760 Glenn, since you and I talked last week and in just the last few days, you've had I look, it's very difficult to know.

00:16:08.480 And these news reports, you say it's 100 or 140.

00:16:11.520 I mean, honestly, they don't know that they can't know that even as a member of Congress.

00:16:15.260 I don't know that.

00:16:16.120 But what I do know is that is there's incredible growth and momentum in the House.

00:16:22.260 When I first started talking to members and, you know, my friends midweek last week and saying, hey, this is what I'm going to do.

00:16:29.340 And here's the reason why it has shifted dramatically from, well, you know, are you sure you want to do that?

00:16:35.400 Or, well, maybe I could think about it to, hey, I'm with you.

00:16:39.180 I see it now.

00:16:40.100 I believe the same thing you do.

00:16:42.220 And I agree with you.

00:16:43.540 And I think there's going to be a surprising number of members of the House who are going to stand up and say, we can't with honesty say to the American people, I certify that these electorals represent the will of the people.

00:16:58.860 And I don't know what that number is, Glenn, but I think it's going to be meaningful.

00:17:02.640 And I can promise you it's growing, not day by day.

00:17:06.020 It's growing hour by hour.

00:17:07.560 Well, I would expect that if the audience starts, does this even matter anymore when you call your congressman or write or text, you know, or whatever?

00:17:19.360 Does it matter anymore, Chris, what people do?

00:17:22.000 Yeah, it does.

00:17:22.860 It does.

00:17:23.380 I mean, and it gives us a sense of, you know, what the body politic is thinking, what the people are thinking.

00:17:30.180 A lot of people that will call, you know, they may get frustrated because they feel like, well, you know, I'm just one voice and it doesn't really matter.

00:17:37.720 But when you take them together, if you get a sense that, you know, the people in the heartland, the people of America and just regular working folks like, you know, that I represent and that I am and my family,

00:17:47.860 if you get a sense that those people believe this and they believe it passionately and they believe it for a reason, it can make a difference.

00:17:55.600 And I tell you what, silence is the only other alternative, and that's not acceptable.

00:18:01.480 I mean, to say nothing or to say, well, it won't matter if I call or I talk to my congressman.

00:18:07.360 Well, again, the alternative is silence, not saying anything, and that's a far, far worse alternative.

00:18:12.680 Chris, tell me quickly what the Democrats have done to shut down Congress, to shut down the, you know, any kind of debate in the coming year.

00:18:24.280 I tell you, speak closely, and these guys have just lost their minds on some of the stuff they've been, you know, they've suggested in these rules that we're voting on today.

00:18:34.480 And, you know, the minority in Congress has very, very little voice, very little rights.

00:18:39.800 It's not like the Senate where you have the filibuster and, you know, one senator or group of senators can really influence things.

00:18:44.960 That's just not true in the House.

00:18:46.620 It's 50% plus one vote, and you have all the power in the entire House.

00:18:50.760 And so one of the, there are, and it's kind of technical and it's not very interesting, so I won't go into details,

00:18:55.620 but there are motion, what we call a motion recommit and other procedural things that we can do that allow us to force a vote on pieces of legislation.

00:19:02.900 And that rule has been in place, Glenn, for more than 100 years, uninterrupted for more than 100 years until today.

00:19:11.640 And Speaker Pelosi is going to say, you know, you guys can pack sand, you're not going to be able to do it anymore.

00:19:17.320 And it flies in the face of not just tradition and precedent, it flies in the face of common sense that she would say to, in such a closely divided House,

00:19:26.040 it's not like she's got a 100-seat majority, for heaven's sake, she's got a four- or five-seat majority, 0.98

00:19:31.380 and she's saying to those of us in the minority, we don't care what you think,

00:19:34.400 we're going to take away any ability you have to affect legislation and amendments on the floor.

00:19:39.140 And these nauseous rules, such as saying you can't say father, mother, brother, sister, aunt, uncle.

00:19:47.180 I mean, to think that the American people would hear that and say,

00:19:51.740 so my congressman can't, or congresswoman can't stand on the floor of the House and thank his mother and father,

00:19:57.940 or his brothers and sisters, he has to thank his parents and his siblings.

00:20:02.620 Talk about political correctness to the point where you feel like people have lost their minds.

00:20:07.420 I hope to God you guys get up, every single one of you get up,

00:20:11.900 and give a speech about your mother, your father, your sister, your brother.

00:20:16.380 I mean, enough.

00:20:17.940 I can't wait to do it.

00:20:18.980 How many times can I include mother, father, sister, brother, man, and woman in a sentence?

00:20:24.100 I'm going to find out on the House floor.

00:20:26.660 And it's going to be fun.

00:20:28.480 And please censure me.

00:20:30.240 And by the way, that's another rule,

00:20:32.000 that they want to be able to file ethics complaints against us

00:20:34.840 if we say something on social media that they disagree with.

00:20:38.300 Well, people say, well, what difference does it make an ethics complaint?

00:20:41.260 Well, what that means is you may spend $100,000 or $200,000

00:20:44.700 defending yourself against an ethics complaint.

00:20:47.220 It's a bludgeon to beat you about the head with a threat of financial loss

00:20:51.880 for things that we say.

00:20:53.760 Stalin would love it.

00:20:55.980 The East German Stasi would have loved these kind of rules.

00:21:00.360 The shutdown debate, shut down your voice,

00:21:03.020 make it a financial nightmare for you to be able to go speak.

00:21:08.360 These rules are being voted on today.

00:21:12.840 Is the GOP at least in lockstep against them?

00:21:16.080 Oh, yeah.

00:21:16.760 This is an old brainer for us.

00:21:18.820 In fact, that's why it's a little late jumping on, Glenn,

00:21:20.860 as I was voting on the first of these.

00:21:22.340 Yeah, I mean, we believe they're poison to any political debate.

00:21:27.740 And they're just against common sense.

00:21:29.260 And the American people know it. 0.91

00:21:31.040 The American people aren't stupid. 0.89

00:21:32.540 They hear those kind of rules and think, 0.91

00:21:33.940 well, that sounds a little extreme to me.

00:21:38.020 Chris, I appreciate it.

00:21:39.320 I urge you to call your congressman, call your senator,

00:21:44.180 make sure that they are voting for a 10-day audit.

00:21:49.340 That's all they're asking for.

00:21:51.320 When you're asking them not to certify the results,

00:21:55.540 this is all constitutional.

00:21:57.160 The only thing that won't change is the new president has to be in office January 20th.

00:22:05.420 The founders were smart enough to know they'll play games with it,

00:22:09.360 and then you'll be a year before you have a president, you know,

00:22:12.620 going through Congress and all this mess.

00:22:14.500 So he must be seated by January 20th.

00:22:19.460 For people to say, we don't have time to do.

00:22:22.640 No, the more you delay.

00:22:24.440 Yeah, the less time you have.

00:22:26.140 Get it done.

00:22:27.160 Call your congressman and your senators today.

00:22:31.780 Facebook, tweet, make sure you include them.

00:22:36.360 Let them know how you want them to behave.

00:22:40.600 I think just for the credibility of the vote, a hearing should happen.

00:22:47.020 And if this doesn't happen,

00:22:49.460 I urge the president to appoint a special counsel

00:22:53.000 and have them do an investigation.

00:22:56.680 It won't change the outcome.

00:22:58.320 There's no way it can change the outcome after January 20th,

00:23:01.660 but it needs to be exposed and cleaned up

00:23:05.240 if there was any fraud.

00:23:08.080 And I don't like hearing from people who say, well, you know, it's not enough to change the election.

00:23:15.100 So you're okay with fraud.

00:23:16.820 Is this the amount of fraud?

00:23:18.040 Is that what you're saying?

00:23:18.780 Because I'm not.

00:23:19.420 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:23:25.660 So I want to take your phone call, 888-727-BECK.

00:23:36.440 I have said an awful lot today.

00:23:38.340 If you missed any of it, go back and listen to the podcast.

00:23:41.420 Or make sure you join us at Blaze TV,

00:23:44.820 where you can watch on demand anytime and see the show and all kinds of other things.

00:23:52.180 Available at blazetv.com slash Glenn.

00:23:54.780 You get some sort of a discount if you use the promo code Glenn.

00:23:57.540 I don't know what it is, but I've been on vacation, man.

00:24:01.160 I've been on vacation.

00:24:02.820 Trying to enjoy it.

00:24:04.420 Not really.

00:24:07.500 Not really enjoying it until I put the phone and the iPad and everything away.

00:24:13.320 Because I kept getting news alerts.

00:24:15.740 And I'm like, I got to listen.

00:24:17.620 What happened?

00:24:18.900 No.

00:24:19.940 Just put it away.

00:24:21.000 Just put it away.

00:24:21.780 Turning off the notifications from your devices is, it's almost like a drug.

00:24:27.500 It's like it just puts you in that perfect soothed spot.

00:24:30.780 Where like when you go on there to use it, you don't get 10 other distractions.

00:24:34.400 That's a nice little recommendation.

00:24:36.700 Because when you do that, it does feel good.

00:24:38.640 So I pick up the phone.

00:24:40.400 It rings.

00:24:41.800 I pick up the phone.

00:24:43.480 I don't know.

00:24:44.940 Last Monday, Tuesday, something like that.

00:24:47.400 Mr. Beck.

00:24:48.300 Yes, this is the White House operator.

00:24:49.920 The president would like to speak to you.

00:24:51.360 Is this a convenient time?

00:24:52.840 And I wanted to say, does anyone ever say no?

00:24:57.140 No, it's really not a convenient time.

00:24:59.480 I'm on the crapper.

00:25:00.440 Give me 15 minutes.

00:25:01.460 Right.

00:25:02.000 I think even if you're on the crapper, I think you might just take it.

00:25:05.400 Why is there such an echo on your voice?

00:25:07.360 Where are you?

00:25:07.900 Right now?

00:25:08.320 So the president and I spoke about him.

00:25:19.620 I told him how grateful this audience is for him.

00:25:25.020 How he was the only guy who was standing up and did what he said he would do.

00:25:31.840 Um, he was not in a good mood.

00:25:38.380 Uh, he was, uh, frustrated with McConnell total waste.

00:25:44.900 He's been pretty public about that one.

00:25:46.780 Yeah.

00:25:46.960 Yeah.

00:25:47.320 Uh, he is, you know, he's like, if the GOP doesn't stand up, if they certify this election

00:25:55.360 without anyone even looking into it, he's like, Glenn, everything has been, everything

00:26:01.660 was, uh, uh, technicality with courts.

00:26:04.760 He said they didn't, they didn't actually go in and listen to the evidence.

00:26:09.280 Only the legislatures have listened to the evidence in Arizona, in Pennsylvania, and in,

00:26:15.680 uh, in, uh, Georgia.

00:26:17.620 He said the, the house members in those states are calling and saying, you can't certify this

00:26:25.900 because they're the only ones that have actually been presented the true evidence.

00:26:30.260 And, uh, it, it, it, it, it has to be looked into.

00:26:36.880 And the problem is, is January 20th.

00:26:40.980 January 20th is hard, fast in the constitution.

00:26:44.400 And they were smart to do it because if that, if that date and the directions of what happens

00:26:51.540 on that date weren't in the constitution, we probably wouldn't have had a George Bush

00:26:57.520 administration.

00:26:58.380 We probably, we probably wouldn't have had any Republicans in the last 30 years because

00:27:04.080 all they had to do is challenge, challenge, challenge.

00:27:07.440 But the constitution says they shall be seated by Jen on January 20th.

00:27:14.060 The president shall be, and it says lots of options.

00:27:18.220 You can have the people vote, but if that's in question, then it can go to the house and

00:27:23.420 the Senate and they can vote.

00:27:25.000 I mean, you guys have to figure it out.

00:27:27.400 But January 20th, somebody is sitting in the white house as the president of the United

00:27:32.600 States.

00:27:33.480 So that's why they are asking now.

00:27:35.940 And I urge you to reach out to your, your congressman and your senator.

00:27:41.320 There is no way this is going to pass, but it should be lockstep for all of the Republicans,

00:27:50.780 all of the Republicans.

00:27:53.420 There's nothing wrong with a 10 day audit.

00:27:57.620 But how is that not even considered?

00:28:00.840 Why is that crazy?

00:28:02.420 We know the president has to be seated by January 20th.

00:28:05.760 And I, I, I said to the president, I, I, I feel for you.

00:28:12.640 I don't accept these, these votes as being fair, but I, I don't know what else to do.

00:28:20.540 And I said, we've got to fight for the next four years.

00:28:24.000 And he said, I'm not willing to talk about the next four years.

00:28:28.140 I'm worried about the next few weeks.

00:28:29.760 And, uh, and I said, okay, he said, the fight's not up.

00:28:36.720 I mean, the guy is not done fighting.

00:28:40.240 Uh, and, uh, he said, I will not concede.

00:28:43.920 Never will I concede.

00:28:46.160 You get the sense that he, he believed in this, I'm re I'm asking you to read into this.

00:28:53.340 So, yeah, I don't know.

00:28:54.180 I know what you're going to ask.

00:28:55.760 Yeah.

00:28:55.940 Does he believe he's going to be president on January 21st?

00:28:59.120 I think he is such a Norman Vincent Peale guy that, and so disciplined in that, that,

00:29:06.840 yeah, I think he believes that.

00:29:08.500 He's not willing to go.

00:29:10.020 He's not willing to look at the, the, the worst case scenario.

00:29:13.280 No, not because that would, I mean, Norman Vincent Peale was the power of positive thinking.

00:29:19.120 And, uh, once you put in the seed of doubt that grows and, you know, then you're, you're

00:29:26.440 not of one mind.

00:29:27.180 And if you're a real student of that, it's absolute.

00:29:32.560 And that's, that's Donald Trump.

00:29:34.620 It's absolute.

00:29:36.000 Uh, I, and I don't think until January 19th, uh, you know, or January 20th at 8 AM, he

00:29:43.720 is going to, uh, he's going to keep pushing us.

00:29:47.520 He's just going to keep pushing until the very last second.

00:29:50.300 And then he will not concede.

00:29:52.520 I think he will leave.

00:29:53.940 Yeah.

00:29:54.080 Right.

00:29:54.340 Right.

00:29:54.540 But he, he won't, he's never going to say he lost because he doesn't believe it.

00:29:59.340 And he said that publicly.

00:30:00.260 He's never going to say he lost.

00:30:01.700 Yeah.

00:30:02.080 I mean, he said that publicly.

00:30:03.340 Yeah.

00:30:03.540 And I don't know why that's so crazy to the left.

00:30:06.760 Uh, Hillary Clinton, Al Gore.

00:30:09.320 Hello.

00:30:10.240 Stacey Abrams.

00:30:11.400 Yeah.

00:30:12.040 I mean, you, you've got quite a record, quite a record of, uh, saying that you didn't, you

00:30:18.140 didn't lose.

00:30:18.720 So I'm, I'm just tired of the, uh, the double standard here.

00:30:24.360 And I, uh, I will tell you if the, if the Republicans can't say, yes, it's very late, but

00:30:34.760 this is constitutional.

00:30:37.160 If they can't bring themselves to say 10 days, just an auditor, we all are very aware, January

00:30:45.320 20th, we're very aware of that.

00:30:47.300 There's no out, but until January 20th, yeah, let's do an audit because if those votes do

00:30:55.360 exist, well, then we're probably going to seat Joe Biden, but we'd have another conversation.

00:31:01.720 If those votes don't exist, well, then at least we can have the other half of the country

00:31:08.540 say, well, they looked into it and, you know, it was open and it was transparent.

00:31:14.760 But to be honest here that there's no way half that, half the country that believes that

00:31:20.460 there's fraud here is not going to go through a 10 day audit and say, well, I guess Joe Biden

00:31:25.140 won.

00:31:25.660 Like that's not happening here.

00:31:27.200 Right?

00:31:27.680 Like there is not, there is both sides are convinced as to what is true and no one shall be moved.

00:31:34.180 I think that is the absolute truth at this point.

00:31:36.920 I have to tell you, I, I, I disagree.

00:31:41.180 You have way more faith in, in, in where we are than I do then, because I don't think anybody's

00:31:46.580 moving off of this no matter what.

00:31:47.840 I think people made up their minds that night and we'll never be convinced otherwise.

00:31:51.260 Well, if that's the way people are, I mean, then, then there's, there's no reason in discussing

00:31:56.720 anything at any time with people.

00:31:59.020 Well, it's why, but if, if I could prove to you, I know you believe in God and you know,

00:32:03.640 I believe in God, but if I could prove to you, prove to you with real evidence and proof

00:32:10.040 that you would look at and accept as real evidence and credible.

00:32:14.880 So I can't think of what it would be.

00:32:16.220 It's a, it's a, it's a logical situation, right?

00:32:19.160 But if I could, right, of course I would believe things that I believed were proved to me.

00:32:22.980 Right.

00:32:23.260 Right.

00:32:23.480 And you would, you would be, you would only be a reasonable human being if you would say,

00:32:28.820 well, let me think about that.

00:32:30.120 Let me look at it.

00:32:31.220 Really think about it.

00:32:32.840 You know what I mean?

00:32:33.940 If you're unwilling to look at the fact that this was stolen or look at the fact that it wasn't

00:32:41.640 stolen when real evidence is presented, yeah, there's no point.

00:32:47.820 There's no point.

00:32:48.460 There's no point.

00:32:49.060 And I think with a lot of people now, that is true.

00:32:52.440 There is no point, but that's not everybody.

00:32:56.060 I mean, we saw, we've seen, you know, crazy conspiracy theories that were believed by wide

00:33:03.060 numbers of people and then that fade away over time.

00:33:07.000 You know, going to, you know, for example, what was it?

00:33:10.540 Two thirds of, of Democrats believed that, you know, 9-11 was an inside job because they

00:33:16.420 didn't like George Bush.

00:33:17.360 And over time, those numbers have, have cratered because it was really just a partisan reaction.

00:33:22.500 And eventually, you know, people don't believe that anymore.

00:33:25.000 They might still think he did a bad job, but they, they don't think he was responsible

00:33:28.140 and it was an inside job.

00:33:29.160 Right.

00:33:29.980 But on that one, there wasn't anything, you know, there wasn't anything, right?

00:33:34.820 It was steel doesn't melt. 0.99

00:33:36.520 Shut up. 0.99

00:33:38.260 How do you make it then? 1.00

00:33:39.460 How do you make it?

00:33:40.300 Do we dig giant steel beams out of the side of a mountain?

00:33:43.800 They actually come row on the unsteel trees, but whatever.

00:33:47.000 No, no.

00:33:47.280 I just think that there is a, there's a certain amount of partisanship and tribalism that,

00:33:52.180 that is going to lock in a lot of social media types to never look at the opposite side

00:33:57.540 of it.

00:33:57.760 I mean, look, it's our job to come in here every day and try to look at this stuff and,

00:34:01.320 and, and, and figure out which ones of these stand up and which ones don't.

00:34:06.580 We've told you on the air that there are parts of the election fraud theory that have not

00:34:13.260 stood up.

00:34:14.180 We've told you about correct.

00:34:15.700 We've also told you ones that have real questions.

00:34:18.000 Yes.

00:34:18.340 Right.

00:34:18.660 So like, I think that that is, I think reasonable people do that.

00:34:21.840 And it's, it's why you go to trusted sources to try to, to sort this stuff out.

00:34:26.060 So it's just that I think it, I don't think that there is a, a likelihood of making a huge

00:34:31.140 dent with an audit type of situation in 10 days.

00:34:34.340 Everyone's just going to say the same thing they're saying now.

00:34:36.080 They've had months already to do this.

00:34:37.960 Here is, here is the, here's the problem.

00:34:40.260 I do believe, you know, I talked to Congressman Chris Stewart.

00:34:44.100 He was on just a few minutes ago.

00:34:45.660 He's sincere.

00:34:46.640 He's more, yeah, he's more optimistic than I would be.

00:34:48.680 And he's sincere.

00:34:49.620 He's like, look, the American people have to just see the evidence.

00:34:52.980 We just have to put it out.

00:34:54.700 You can't cover stuff up.

00:34:56.180 If it's, if it is great, if it isn't great, but we have to see it.

00:35:00.640 And I really, truly believe that he would look at things and say, as would I, as would

00:35:06.720 you and say, okay, well, there's not enough here.

00:35:09.520 There's not enough here.

00:35:11.380 Or there is enough here for one way or the other.

00:35:14.460 And we would honestly look at it.

00:35:16.200 But that problem is, is that people don't trust people in power anymore to actually mean

00:35:22.460 what they say and say what they mean.

00:35:23.940 It doesn't matter.

00:35:25.200 Forget about the American people won't change their mind. 0.97

00:35:27.900 And the, the, the system of the parties has no credibility because there's no one with

00:35:37.180 an honest bone in their body that is leading these tribes.

00:35:42.960 There's a, who, who would really, who, who do you know would stand up and go, you know

00:35:47.640 what?

00:35:47.820 I was wrong on that until there's leadership that would, would actually say, you know what?

00:35:55.200 They showed that to me, look at what happened with Adam Schiff.

00:35:59.560 They still are saying those things were true, verified nonsense.

00:36:07.160 That's the problem.

00:36:08.380 That's why people are in these tribes and there's no moving them because they no longer trust the 0.97

00:36:14.000 people in charge of the system.

00:36:15.520 Na na na na na na.
