Summary

On today's show, we have a special guest on the show to talk about the possibility of the Keystone XL pipeline being shut down in Michigan, and the impact that could have on the economy and our energy grid. Also, the White House is considering shutting down Line 5, a pipeline that provides the life blood of energy to the midwest, and could have a major impact on our economy.

00:00:00.000 still we talked about covid today we have a big special coming up this week we had uh jordan
00:00:05.320 shachtel on um who is the this this great investigative reporter who actually um he found
00:00:13.400 some video live in the uk from bill gates and bill gates was saying yeah you know this one really
00:00:23.340 isn't that effective this vaccine so we got to come up with some other things things that you
00:00:28.380 and i couldn't say online also a guy a representative tim walberg talking about how
00:00:36.120 maybe build back better and the associated plans to get rid of pipelines not really going to help us
00:00:43.920 and our and our inflationary uh problem yeah you'll understand why line five is very very important to
00:00:52.360 you oh and also don't worry about inflation you have the money you've been saving it during covid it's
00:00:59.980 no big deal all that and more on today's podcast don't forget to subscribe to blaze tv.com slash
00:01:04.680 glenn the promo code fauci lied for the big special this week it's 25 bucks off your subscription to
00:01:09.220 blaze tv and subscribe to this podcast and studios america as well and rate and review five stars is
00:01:14.640 the appropriate number of stars here's the podcast you're listening to the best of the glenn beck program
00:01:28.640 here's the white house on surging gas prices
00:01:35.060 look our view is that the rise in gas prices over the long term makes an even stronger case for
00:01:41.420 doubling down our investment and our focus on clean energy options so that we are not relying on
00:01:47.560 the fluctuations and opec and their willingness to put more supply and meet the demand in the market
00:01:55.300 that's our view we feel that but we also feel that there are a number of actors here including price
00:02:01.520 gouging that we have concerns and we've seen out there we feel we've seen we've asked the ftc to look
00:02:06.060 into the need for opec to release more that are the larger issues here and that's why we've been
00:02:11.600 focused on those options well you know it's really weird because uh do they think that nobody knew we
00:02:16.700 were energy independent just last december that we weren't relying at all on opec uh price gouging
00:02:25.660 no it's probably that you are doing everything you can to shut down the oil business that's probably
00:02:32.480 what's happening and now they're talking about shutting down line five a pipeline that is
00:02:40.660 that provides the lifeblood of energy to the midwest uh we have um congressman tim walberg he is a
00:02:49.240 republican from uh michigan uh and he can bring us up to speed on what it means if the line five pipeline
00:02:58.200 is shut down good morning glenn hey how are you thank you before i say anything else thanks for
00:03:05.320 all of the unbelievably good work you did in afghanistan oh thank you very much sir maybe you
00:03:09.340 can do the same here in michigan and encouraging our governor to uh not do an insane thing of shutting
00:03:15.020 down a pipeline that has uh had the benefit given to the people of michigan as well as the people of
00:03:22.640 the world when you figure that uh most of the fuel that goes into the jets and the metro airport and
00:03:28.600 the delta flights for instance i'll be taking off on shortly after i get off this interview uh come
00:03:34.400 from the the line five um and if you shut that down you shut down a lot of other things that would go
00:03:41.340 right and in fact as as you pointed out um last december here in michigan i was paying a buck 79 a
00:03:48.800 gallon for gas we weren't buying from opec except what we desired and we basically told them we
00:03:56.040 don't have to buy from you in fact we're exporting resources all over the world now because we're
00:04:01.060 totally energy independent and this type of action that the president did with keystone pipeline the
00:04:07.360 first thing he did was shut that down and now he has been considering but i think relative to our
00:04:13.080 letter that we sent uh bob latta from ohio jack bergman and myself and then 10 others uh from uh
00:04:19.520 the surrounding states sent to the president saying hey you can't be thinking about doing this
00:04:25.680 especially when we come to winter when in michigan and these northern states people are going to freeze
00:04:30.720 or be unable to purchase fuel if you shut down a pipeline that has worked safely since 1977
00:04:38.280 you are going to have the same kind of winter that we had here in texas for a few days where we had
00:04:46.300 rolling blackouts um and if you remember right after that one of the other pipelines in the south
00:04:53.580 was hacked into and it was it was shut down for five days and the havoc that that that uh uh uh brought
00:05:02.140 to america and our airports and everything else and that was only about five days this is 500
00:05:08.080 140 000 barrels a day um uh jennifer granholm who was our new energy secretary said quote this is
00:05:18.320 going to happen and people have to get used to it the energy is going to be more expensive this year
00:05:25.360 than last and there's only one reason it's a change in administration the policy with president trump
00:05:32.060 we had an administration that said let's use all the resources we have including those found on
00:05:37.220 federal lands we did that uh we became independent we had the surpluses that we could that we could
00:05:44.440 export to our friends and neighbors around the world they paid us and we didn't have to pay opec
00:05:50.200 for the resources that we needed to take now we're forcing the rest of the world to have to rely upon
00:05:56.080 russian dirty gas far more dirty than anything that we would be uh putting in our pipelines and
00:06:03.280 ultimately putting in our cars uh using as propane to dry our grains and michigan right now is harvesting
00:06:09.620 with grains uh corn and and soybeans needed to be dried and that comes from propane drying and natural
00:06:16.280 gas and so it's a thought of of expanding the cost still further which is almost doubled for our
00:06:22.500 farmers let alone for our homeowners that live in the upper peninsula of michigan that heat primarily with
00:06:28.840 propane this is this is insane what's going on here and i hope the president walks back anything he decided
00:06:36.460 to do with line five and i hope the governor understands that her election at the very least is at peril
00:06:42.340 if she allows people to freeze to death this coming winter so gas prices it's predicted could go as high
00:06:49.420 as 50 a surge as high as 50 percent if they shut down this line oh absolutely absolutely and that impact is
00:06:57.680 not only on heating not only on on uh energy for our cars for airplanes etc but it's jobs we're talking
00:07:06.760 of thousands of jobs to be lost across the region as a result of this and then if you shut the pipeline
00:07:13.140 down which has never had a problem even the the ding that it took from an anchor that was dropped in
00:07:19.060 the wrong place didn't impact it at all but we'll have to take all of these uh resources which are
00:07:25.380 hazardous and put them in in uh cargo trucks and and uh and railway uh containers and take them
00:07:33.380 around through communities all around the state of michigan wisconsin and ohio that that doesn't
00:07:39.080 sound smart to me and i don't think it sounds smart to most people when in fact we have a system in
00:07:44.600 place that works very well and an energy company that's that now that uh says we're going to build a
00:07:50.520 tunnel underneath the great lakes for that five mile stretch that's all it is and we'll put the
00:07:55.640 pipeline in that it'll never be touched by water let alone an anchor and you can also put
00:08:00.940 communications technology through that same tunnel system and by the way we'll do it at our own cost
00:08:06.820 and they've started it already and now the president steps in and puts a little bit of a pause on it
00:08:11.520 again i hope sanity returns and we do what's right for america let alone what's right for the world
00:08:18.520 so can the the governor is doing this she can do this herself can't she no not really okay our
00:08:26.620 former governor went into agreement with both canada and the enbridge uh fuel company uh and the
00:08:35.520 agreement is still in place it's this radical attorney general and governor that we have in
00:08:39.340 michigan that decided because the radical influence and environmental lobby that put huge huge millions of
00:08:45.580 dollars in their campaigns that they're going to shut it down i think they're starting to feel the
00:08:50.020 heat right now not necessarily coming from the gas but coming from people who understand that this is
00:08:55.760 a wrong solution you've got treaty a treaty that's been in place with with canada and and the united
00:09:02.100 states specifically michigan for many years and it is very nebulous right now whether the president
00:09:09.200 could violate that but we want to make sure that he doesn't and we think that in the courts
00:09:13.900 ultimately the governor will lose all right so you have written a strongly worded letter to joe biden
00:09:20.320 but that's not going to get it done and you know that what will get this done how can we help
00:09:26.740 what can be done well i think continued pressure pressure from all around this country understanding
00:09:32.660 that what comes through this pipeline doesn't only go to michigan doesn't only go to ohio it's it's
00:09:37.520 refined in michigan refined in ohio but sent out all over to make an impact when you think of the
00:09:43.300 flights that go through metro airport in detroit on a daily basis and that fuel that goes into the
00:09:49.900 planes that that take off and land comes from the line five that makes an impact that's that's at
00:09:58.780 least national in perspective i think the push that went to the president has caused him to back
00:10:05.100 off a bit now they're saying they never said they were going to shut it down they just wanted to make
00:10:08.660 sure it was safe well we also have the pipeline and um and and um uh hazardous material safety
00:10:15.920 administration phimsa try to remember what phimsa stood for for a second there they've done the check
00:10:21.480 already they they gave the go-ahead this was over a year ago to keep the process moving so we've we've
00:10:28.400 checked the boxes i think the administration is seeing that they know they've wound themselves up
00:10:32.640 into something that this governor got them into and probably they shouldn't have and now it's down to
00:10:37.380 the governor and i think the continued push from citizens in this great state of michigan
00:10:41.700 as well as any others who have the impact that comes from line five will be greatly appreciated
00:10:47.380 thank you very much congressman i really appreciate it uh keep up the good work and keep us informed if
00:10:53.080 there's anything that we need to know uh or anything that you know this audience can do nationwide
00:10:58.120 please uh get in touch with us and let us know grateful for that glenn thanks for uh keeping
00:11:04.560 people up to date you got you got it uh that is congressman tim walberg um all right so why is all
00:11:11.720 of this happening why is all of this happening and why for the love of beat uh does the white house
00:11:20.320 say that this is actually going to uh be solved with the build back better uh bill
00:11:31.260 how could all of this be solved with that listen cut five or sorry cut six here they are listen
00:11:38.340 if we don't act on build back better what we're doing is we are won't be able to cut child care
00:11:44.660 costs in 2020 we know that is a huge impact on people's daily lives and american families
00:11:49.380 we won't be able to make preschool free for many families starting in 2022 saving many families 8600
00:11:54.920 we won't be able to get ahead of skyrocketing housing costs i mean that's a part of this bill too
00:12:00.240 has a major investment in uh building new housing uh affordable housing uh units so that people can
00:12:07.440 uh can move into them and live in them and address the the pending housing crisis and we won't be able
00:12:12.880 to save american americans thousands of dollars by negotiating prescription drug prices so our view is
00:12:18.640 this this makes a strong case this is a strong case for moving forward with this agenda because
00:12:23.000 what we're really talking about is cost to american families how it's impacting them this is what
00:12:28.460 they're saying they're saying that this is going to help with costs and this spending bill will
00:12:35.580 actually help with inflation you're listening to the best of the glenbeck program
00:12:44.340 so what is the most dangerous thing
00:12:54.480 most dangerous thing is really really clear it is the truth it's the truth when you're armed with the
00:13:06.080 truth you can empower others you can change things when you have the truth
00:13:12.940 the draconian measures that our government has shoved down our throats can be stopped
00:13:19.540 but it'll only be stopped when we are armed with the truth and we demand it
00:13:26.540 only when we have the truth to fight back with
00:13:31.900 we need the power of numbers there is power in numbers there is victory in truth
00:13:42.800 now there's only one way to amass those kinds of numbers and that is enlightening people
00:13:50.440 the millions of people who have blindly marched towards the cliff in lockstep
00:13:56.760 or to enlighten those and give courage to those who are too afraid to step out of line to question
00:14:05.160 what the hell is going on here
00:14:07.360 but that is changing people are more curious and more willing to say and it is going to get stronger and stronger
00:14:16.500 as your gas price goes up as the price of meat and a loaf of bread goes up
00:14:23.760 the truth is dangerous because the truth is powerful and that's why big tech de-platforms anybody who dares question
00:14:33.400 really anything but definitely covid
00:14:36.620 big government and their minions in tech
00:14:40.800 control us by controlling information and they are hiding the truth
00:14:46.240 to keep you under control
00:14:49.140 if it wasn't now for talk radio
00:14:52.380 and for those on the internet
00:14:55.100 we wouldn't have a country
00:14:58.060 and those who are on the internet are being stifled more and more
00:15:02.780 they're being silenced
00:15:04.080 the algorithms are changing
00:15:07.300 instagram just put in a new filter for your protection
00:15:11.280 they're controlling
00:15:14.940 and hiding the truth
00:15:18.420 the phrase that the truth shall set you free
00:15:24.520 is absolutely true
00:15:27.840 and i know it
00:15:28.820 because i've applied the truth in my own life
00:15:32.180 and i am freer than i've ever been in my life
00:15:35.600 but can they free a country
00:15:41.640 yes
00:15:44.500 but only if millions
00:15:46.440 are in a chorus of voices speaking out
00:15:50.280 you need to find the truth
00:15:52.840 and spread the truth
00:15:55.000 in this case on covid
00:15:58.040 americans living in a prison
00:16:00.940 created from fear
00:16:02.380 concocted in a lab
00:16:04.040 spread by government
00:16:05.840 and perpetuated by media
00:16:07.660 the truth
00:16:10.060 like a virus
00:16:11.280 once it's out
00:16:12.560 it can't be stopped
00:16:14.480 it's contagious
00:16:15.560 we're shut down
00:16:20.580 for saying something
00:16:22.100 like this
00:16:23.980 this is bill gates
00:16:25.220 last week
00:16:26.480 in the united kingdom
00:16:27.640 i want you to hear carefully
00:16:29.680 what he says
00:16:31.320 the economic damage
00:16:33.360 the you know
00:16:35.200 the deaths
00:16:36.340 it's been completely horrific
00:16:38.280 and i would expect
00:16:40.360 that will lead
00:16:41.840 the r d
00:16:43.460 budgets
00:16:44.580 to be focused on
00:16:46.160 things we didn't have today
00:16:48.060 you know we didn't have vaccines
00:16:49.600 that block transmission
00:16:50.920 we got vaccines
00:16:52.520 that help you with your health
00:16:53.700 but they only slightly reduce the transmissions
00:16:56.180 we need a new
00:16:56.920 a new way of doing the vaccine
00:16:59.220 we need a new way to wait a minute
00:17:02.260 what did what did he just say
00:17:03.760 because if i said anything like that
00:17:07.440 i would get
00:17:09.520 strikes
00:17:10.440 i would be
00:17:12.480 banned from the internet
00:17:13.800 but bill gates said it
00:17:15.600 last week
00:17:16.480 the reason why i know bill gates
00:17:19.400 said it is because there's a really good
00:17:21.340 investigative journalist
00:17:22.420 he is the publisher of the dossier
00:17:24.820 on substack
00:17:26.060 his name is jordan satchel
00:17:28.200 and welcome
00:17:28.880 how are you jordan
00:17:30.040 hey glenn
00:17:31.820 thanks so much for having me
00:17:32.780 appreciate it
00:17:33.300 you bet
00:17:34.060 um
00:17:34.580 i found this
00:17:35.800 uh
00:17:36.620 this snippet of him
00:17:38.360 stunning
00:17:40.060 quite honestly
00:17:41.120 because of what he announced
00:17:43.400 can you take us through this
00:17:44.720 so
00:17:46.900 to preface this
00:17:47.920 bill gates is really
00:17:49.000 the best way to understand bill gates
00:17:50.920 and his role
00:17:51.580 in this whole
00:17:52.200 covid mania stuff
00:17:53.440 is that bill gates is the equivalent of
00:17:56.000 he is the google of public health
00:17:58.240 and this is not a conspiracy theory
00:18:00.680 it is just based on
00:18:02.760 the factual evidence that
00:18:04.560 gates and the gates foundation
00:18:06.740 controls and finances
00:18:08.800 and this isn't just me
00:18:10.340 this is politico
00:18:11.400 these are several
00:18:12.620 um
00:18:13.260 corporate press outlets that recognize that
00:18:15.000 gates finances
00:18:15.860 all these institutions that did the coronavirus modeling
00:18:18.800 whether it's imperial college out of the uk
00:18:21.500 um
00:18:22.400 ihme out of washington state
00:18:24.640 so we did the modeling
00:18:26.140 his people proposed the lockdowns
00:18:28.640 his foundation invested into these
00:18:31.500 mrna vaccines
00:18:33.000 so it seems that
00:18:34.760 bill gates is not taking responsibility
00:18:36.840 for basically
00:18:37.700 he was
00:18:38.920 so responsible for steamrolling through all of these policies
00:18:42.580 that
00:18:43.080 that the government ended up
00:18:44.660 imposing on the population
00:18:46.420 of course the government played a big role
00:18:48.980 the chinese government played a role
00:18:50.340 but bill gates
00:18:51.340 on the private side of things
00:18:52.780 it was it was a total monopolist here
00:18:55.260 it seems that he doesn't even want to talk about it anymore
00:18:57.900 it's quite shocking now
00:18:59.520 with um
00:19:00.460 the latest from bloomberg
00:19:01.600 is that 7.5 billion covid shots
00:19:04.280 were injected into people's arms
00:19:06.480 according to these reports
00:19:07.720 and now bill gates is saying
00:19:09.400 after investing
00:19:10.740 and profiting billions of dollars off these things
00:19:13.260 he's seemingly saying
00:19:15.360 oh
00:19:15.820 no big deal
00:19:16.940 we just gotta you know
00:19:17.940 do another one
00:19:18.880 this didn't work out so well
00:19:20.500 you know
00:19:21.180 who cares
00:19:22.080 and it's just shocking to hear that from the man
00:19:24.080 that is so invested in this
00:19:26.020 both
00:19:26.340 from a monetary perspective
00:19:28.280 and from having power over this entire industry
00:19:30.940 but if i said
00:19:32.080 on the air
00:19:32.900 that
00:19:33.600 the
00:19:34.320 covid
00:19:34.900 um
00:19:36.000 mrna
00:19:37.440 shots
00:19:38.220 uh
00:19:39.140 do little to nothing at all
00:19:40.880 to stop transmission
00:19:42.300 uh
00:19:44.200 i would be
00:19:45.980 i'd be taken off of youtube
00:19:48.180 that would be
00:19:49.180 marked and flagged
00:19:50.640 and taken off of youtube
00:19:51.860 facebook
00:19:52.900 etc
00:19:53.400 but that's what he's saying
00:19:55.260 i i
00:19:55.920 again i find it
00:19:57.580 uh
00:19:58.460 not only
00:19:59.040 because i
00:19:59.800 i'm very well aware of
00:20:01.460 how he
00:20:02.200 how involved he has been
00:20:04.080 in this whole thing
00:20:04.920 but
00:20:05.980 for having him come out
00:20:08.040 nobody else is saying that stuff
00:20:09.900 are they
00:20:10.320 not the people that have
00:20:13.860 had so much invested into this
00:20:15.680 and it's funny you mentioned youtube
00:20:17.180 youtube
00:20:18.200 has sites
00:20:19.040 w-h-o policy
00:20:20.560 but the
00:20:21.480 but the leader of the w-h-o
00:20:23.180 dr tedros
00:20:24.060 is basically a stooge
00:20:25.480 for bill gates
00:20:26.480 he was bill gates's guy
00:20:27.900 so
00:20:28.340 so it seems that like
00:20:29.760 you know
00:20:29.960 everything just comes back to
00:20:31.640 this
00:20:32.160 these were bill gates's policy recommendations
00:20:34.220 um
00:20:35.120 they're being enforced by twitter
00:20:36.400 by facebook
00:20:37.040 by youtube
00:20:37.760 and it's quite
00:20:39.740 it's so shocking to hear this from him
00:20:41.600 if i
00:20:41.960 if i tweeted something out like this
00:20:43.600 i would be banned instantly
00:20:44.720 alex berenson
00:20:45.860 has been banned
00:20:47.160 from social media
00:20:47.940 there's been so many other people
00:20:49.100 that have been skeptics
00:20:50.060 of these policies
00:20:50.840 uh
00:20:51.600 of the
00:20:52.100 the efficacy
00:20:52.700 if you don't believe this stuff
00:20:54.000 is a hundred percent safe
00:20:55.200 a hundred percent effective
00:20:56.300 like a
00:20:57.040 a magic pill
00:20:58.100 for your
00:20:58.620 for your
00:20:59.500 ninety-nine year old
00:21:00.740 the grandpa
00:21:01.580 or grandma
00:21:02.240 in a nursing home
00:21:03.080 that they're going to live forever
00:21:03.940 if you don't believe that
00:21:04.940 um
00:21:05.740 then the
00:21:06.680 you know
00:21:07.020 the social media oligarchs
00:21:08.320 seemingly want to ban you
00:21:09.720 from
00:21:10.180 from the public square
00:21:11.600 but bill gates
00:21:12.560 has an exception
00:21:13.440 because
00:21:14.000 i guess
00:21:14.760 that he finances
00:21:15.860 all this stuff
00:21:16.520 so he's allowed
00:21:17.100 to just
00:21:17.560 spout off
00:21:18.180 so
00:21:18.660 what is
00:21:19.560 what do you
00:21:20.400 speculate
00:21:21.240 or do you know
00:21:22.560 what his
00:21:23.360 goal here is
00:21:25.240 with this
00:21:25.860 um
00:21:28.280 i think that bill gates
00:21:29.560 is basically
00:21:30.140 uh
00:21:30.880 jeffrey tucker
00:21:31.960 of the brownstone institute
00:21:32.960 had a really interesting
00:21:33.960 analogy
00:21:34.840 and he thinks that
00:21:35.720 basically bill gates
00:21:36.800 sees this whole pandemic
00:21:38.000 as as a
00:21:38.760 and this mrna stuff
00:21:40.020 as a software
00:21:40.720 issue
00:21:42.100 similar to like a virus
00:21:43.540 that he deals with
00:21:44.600 in his
00:21:45.140 in his previous work
00:21:46.340 at microsoft
00:21:46.940 so we think
00:21:48.020 oh you know
00:21:48.540 these things aren't
00:21:49.140 working so well
00:21:49.860 let's just upgrade them
00:21:50.960 and he doesn't really
00:21:51.700 have a
00:21:52.200 a sense of humanity
00:21:53.660 and the devastation
00:21:55.420 that he has
00:21:55.960 potentially wrought
00:21:56.900 with his advocacy
00:21:57.960 for lockdowns
00:21:59.180 with you know
00:22:00.000 the side effects
00:22:00.920 that some people
00:22:01.340 are getting from the shots
00:22:02.240 you know
00:22:02.580 the the injections
00:22:03.740 and his children
00:22:04.340 he just doesn't
00:22:05.340 seem to be cared
00:22:06.140 he seems to be very
00:22:07.400 very cold
00:22:08.600 about this whole issue
00:22:09.780 and he doesn't want
00:22:10.500 to take responsibility
00:22:11.380 for his failures
00:22:12.360 when i was
00:22:13.260 in this interview
00:22:14.640 that you cited
00:22:15.380 it's a 32 minute interview
00:22:17.280 he spent 29 minutes
00:22:18.940 talking about
00:22:19.760 how he's going to fix
00:22:20.720 the uh
00:22:21.340 the climate for us
00:22:22.380 and how he has
00:22:22.980 all these solutions
00:22:23.780 for it
00:22:24.280 so he seems to just
00:22:25.340 like want to bury
00:22:26.220 this under the rug
00:22:27.220 and he doesn't want
00:22:27.780 to talk about this anymore
00:22:28.660 because it didn't go
00:22:29.620 as well
00:22:30.480 as he thought
00:22:30.940 it would
00:22:31.280 it's amazing
00:22:32.780 the hubris
00:22:34.080 of these people
00:22:35.360 that um
00:22:37.340 they
00:22:37.820 they are just
00:22:38.920 taking these things
00:22:40.120 on
00:22:40.540 damn the consequences
00:22:41.780 don't really
00:22:43.400 even um
00:22:44.920 talk to
00:22:46.160 or think about
00:22:47.260 individuals
00:22:48.060 but you're just
00:22:49.580 you're looking
00:22:50.280 at everything
00:22:50.900 as a collective
00:22:51.960 i mean this is
00:22:53.000 the kind of hubris
00:22:53.900 that we had
00:22:54.740 uh out of germany
00:22:56.780 in the 1920s
00:22:58.280 with the eugenics
00:23:00.060 and even in america
00:23:01.280 in the 1920s
00:23:02.420 with the eugenicists
00:23:03.440 they they
00:23:04.280 they looked
00:23:05.820 at society
00:23:06.840 and had no problem
00:23:08.780 doing whatever
00:23:09.980 they wanted
00:23:10.600 to the individual
00:23:11.560 for the good
00:23:12.540 of the collective
00:23:13.600 absolutely
00:23:15.800 and bill gates
00:23:17.100 he has this
00:23:18.180 war perspective
00:23:18.960 he's very much
00:23:20.120 an elitist
00:23:20.800 he spent his birthday
00:23:22.440 a couple weeks ago
00:23:23.620 in turkey
00:23:24.340 and at the end
00:23:25.980 of the interview
00:23:26.760 that he delivered
00:23:28.700 where he gave
00:23:29.280 this quote
00:23:29.800 about the
00:23:30.560 you know
00:23:30.980 the shots
00:23:31.400 not working
00:23:31.860 as well
00:23:32.200 as he thought
00:23:32.600 he also said
00:23:33.700 that he thinks
00:23:34.600 the best approach
00:23:35.400 to covid
00:23:35.880 is the one
00:23:36.400 that new zealand
00:23:37.120 and australia took
00:23:38.640 which
00:23:39.500 didn't work
00:23:40.220 have locked
00:23:41.280 yeah then they
00:23:42.080 locked down
00:23:42.500 their entire population
00:23:43.540 for uh
00:23:45.320 basically three quarters
00:23:46.800 of the last two years
00:23:47.840 and this man
00:23:48.380 was just found
00:23:49.040 spending his birthday
00:23:49.920 in turkey
00:23:50.500 so he obviously
00:23:51.540 views us as peasants
00:23:52.780 that you know
00:23:53.540 he's way above us
00:23:54.400 that the rules
00:23:54.960 don't apply to him
00:23:55.720 but he wants to
00:23:56.400 enforce the rules
00:23:57.600 upon billions of us
00:23:59.160 have you seen the news
00:24:01.060 and if so
00:24:01.960 i'd love to hear
00:24:02.600 your perspective
00:24:03.260 on the impact
00:24:04.680 or the meaning
00:24:05.500 of this
00:24:05.920 cdc admitted
00:24:07.520 uh this weekend
00:24:08.600 that it has no proof
00:24:10.100 that anybody
00:24:11.080 who had covid
00:24:12.360 is uh spreading
00:24:14.700 the virus
00:24:15.520 and
00:24:16.520 and it was
00:24:18.240 let me just give it
00:24:19.380 documents reflecting
00:24:20.280 any documented
00:24:21.020 case of an individual
00:24:22.040 who one
00:24:22.820 never received
00:24:24.020 a covid-19 vaccine
00:24:25.460 two was infected
00:24:27.120 with covid-19
00:24:28.260 once recovered
00:24:29.440 and then later
00:24:30.360 became infected
00:24:31.300 again
00:24:31.720 and three
00:24:32.900 transmitted
00:24:33.740 sars cov-2
00:24:35.060 to another person
00:24:36.320 when reinfected
00:24:37.800 they say
00:24:38.960 they're not
00:24:40.140 collecting any of
00:24:41.040 that
00:24:41.220 they're not
00:24:42.020 collecting any
00:24:42.680 of that data
00:24:43.340 seems
00:24:44.620 kind of like
00:24:45.720 important data
00:24:46.340 to collect
00:24:46.920 it seems like
00:24:49.880 this is just
00:24:50.440 in my perspective
00:24:51.580 i guess the
00:24:52.680 the occam's razor
00:24:53.900 approach is that
00:24:55.320 there's no money
00:24:56.220 to be made
00:24:56.780 in natural immunity
00:24:57.600 and there's no
00:24:58.420 power to be granted
00:24:59.760 to the federal
00:25:00.400 government in natural
00:25:01.320 immunity
00:25:01.700 so why would
00:25:02.760 the cdc
00:25:03.660 under the control
00:25:04.680 of the biden
00:25:05.080 administration
00:25:05.560 recognize something
00:25:06.400 like that
00:25:06.940 and the
00:25:08.940 latest
00:25:09.720 um
00:25:10.740 the latest
00:25:11.760 research
00:25:12.560 that is coming
00:25:13.460 out now
00:25:14.020 that says
00:25:14.820 that
00:25:15.260 um
00:25:16.380 it looks like
00:25:17.440 natural
00:25:17.940 community
00:25:18.360 uh
00:25:18.740 natural immunity
00:25:19.900 um
00:25:21.120 is actually
00:25:21.920 much more
00:25:22.840 effective
00:25:23.260 than
00:25:24.240 the
00:25:24.940 the vaccine
00:25:26.180 we have
00:25:27.560 tons of studies
00:25:29.220 that are now
00:25:29.680 coming out
00:25:30.140 and saying
00:25:30.600 this
00:25:31.040 um
00:25:31.760 is that
00:25:33.340 going to make
00:25:33.760 an impact
00:25:34.320 do you think
00:25:35.040 it seems
00:25:37.300 that the general
00:25:37.940 public has been
00:25:38.900 so propagandized
00:25:40.080 i mean if you
00:25:40.500 go into
00:25:40.860 washington dc
00:25:41.820 or new york city
00:25:42.620 they would be
00:25:43.640 shocked if you
00:25:44.360 told them that
00:25:44.840 you have no
00:25:45.260 intention of
00:25:46.000 of injecting
00:25:46.720 your five-year-olds
00:25:47.460 with this stuff
00:25:48.120 so it
00:25:49.040 it seems that
00:25:49.980 america has
00:25:51.080 really split
00:25:52.240 into two
00:25:52.800 you have the
00:25:53.380 society
00:25:53.960 unfortunately
00:25:54.920 of cattle
00:25:56.040 who are just
00:25:57.000 willing to do
00:25:57.580 whatever the
00:25:57.960 government tells
00:25:58.540 them to do
00:25:59.100 up up to
00:26:00.560 and including
00:26:01.380 um injecting
00:26:02.700 their children
00:26:03.180 with experimental
00:26:04.000 shots
00:26:04.660 so it just
00:26:05.800 seems that
00:26:06.360 their their
00:26:07.800 perspective
00:26:08.300 is just one
00:26:09.120 of blindly
00:26:09.680 trusting the
00:26:10.280 government
00:26:10.620 um and
00:26:11.760 that you
00:26:12.300 know the
00:26:12.640 history of
00:26:13.920 science and
00:26:15.060 biology doesn't
00:26:16.080 matter natural
00:26:17.160 immunity cannot
00:26:17.860 be recognized you
00:26:18.720 just have to keep
00:26:19.320 giving yourself the
00:26:20.080 injections over
00:26:20.980 time again and
00:26:22.160 again and again
00:26:22.920 to stay safe
00:26:24.280 because the
00:26:24.720 government told
00:26:25.320 you that that's
00:26:25.920 the case
00:26:26.360 jordan thank you
00:26:27.140 so much thanks
00:26:28.020 for releasing
00:26:28.760 that and having
00:26:29.220 the guts to do
00:26:29.980 it did you get
00:26:30.580 any blowback from
00:26:31.500 releasing his
00:26:32.240 words
00:26:32.620 it always seems
00:26:35.380 that the um
00:26:36.240 the corporate
00:26:36.860 press is very
00:26:37.680 unhappy when you
00:26:38.440 talk about bill
00:26:39.040 gates and a lot
00:26:40.120 of this is actually
00:26:40.660 because bill gates
00:26:41.560 funds all a lot
00:26:43.460 of these public
00:26:44.140 health if you go to
00:26:44.880 the gates
00:26:45.200 foundation's website
00:26:46.080 he actually funds
00:26:47.260 a lot of these
00:26:47.900 public health
00:26:48.500 verticals uh the
00:26:49.800 guardian a lot of
00:26:51.240 these uk papers
00:26:52.240 there's some papers
00:26:53.540 in the u.s so a
00:26:54.540 lot of it is
00:26:55.020 actually his uh
00:26:56.100 foot soldiers
00:26:56.740 working on his
00:26:57.460 behalf
00:26:57.980 jordan thank you
00:26:59.600 so much appreciate
00:27:00.300 it uh jordan
00:27:01.580 shatchell he is
00:27:02.700 uh investigative
00:27:03.440 uh journalist
00:27:04.560 um you can uh
00:27:06.800 follow him on
00:27:08.340 dossier dot
00:27:09.740 substack dot com
00:27:11.740 the best of the
00:27:16.780 glenn beck program
00:27:17.740 all right can we
00:27:29.100 go to the uh
00:27:29.980 the judge here
00:27:31.440 and he did so by
00:27:32.720 criminally reckless
00:27:33.620 conduct now he's
00:27:35.380 still giving element
00:27:36.220 which i read as part
00:27:37.340 of the this is i
00:27:38.480 think fantastic
00:27:39.240 circumstances of the
00:27:40.620 defendant's conduct
00:27:41.360 this is what the
00:27:42.600 judge is telling
00:27:43.840 the um uh the
00:27:45.620 jurors they have
00:27:46.780 to he's dismissed
00:27:47.880 the illegal gun
00:27:48.940 charge uh and
00:27:51.220 then he said you
00:27:52.740 have a couple of
00:27:54.040 things you have to
00:27:54.880 consider um you
00:27:57.040 have to uh consider
00:27:58.720 a reckless
00:28:00.060 utter disregard
00:28:01.400 for human life
00:28:03.240 and that is
00:28:05.520 your uh what
00:28:07.200 homicide first
00:28:08.200 degree uh reckless
00:28:09.560 homicide first
00:28:10.440 degree so a
00:28:12.020 reckless utter
00:28:13.980 disregard for human
00:28:15.660 life he said that
00:28:17.480 means three things
00:28:18.500 that a the
00:28:21.140 defendant caused
00:28:22.540 the death of
00:28:23.340 another human
00:28:24.000 being and in
00:28:26.240 doing so he
00:28:28.020 was had a
00:28:29.020 reckless utter
00:28:30.620 disregard for
00:28:32.060 human life
00:28:32.900 that he um
00:28:35.120 was criminal
00:28:37.340 reckless and
00:28:39.980 unreasonable
00:28:41.080 and aware
00:28:43.340 that his
00:28:44.500 actions were
00:28:45.620 unreasonable
00:28:46.280 and i believe
00:28:47.540 there's an and
00:28:48.340 between all of
00:28:49.260 these right like so
00:28:50.000 you can't if you
00:28:50.880 any part of
00:28:51.840 this does not
00:28:52.900 qualify like for
00:28:54.680 example he had a
00:28:55.520 reckless disregard
00:28:56.380 for human life
00:28:57.160 which seems
00:28:57.980 impossible to
00:28:58.740 provide considering
00:28:59.620 you see him on
00:29:00.320 video multiple
00:29:01.040 times not shoot
00:29:02.140 people that aren't
00:29:02.920 attacking him
00:29:03.480 correct and not
00:29:04.780 shooting not
00:29:05.760 shooting the
00:29:06.240 people who he
00:29:06.960 later shot
00:29:07.820 yeah one of the
00:29:09.420 guys if you don't
00:29:10.580 know what we're
00:29:10.820 talking about one
00:29:11.700 of the guys comes
00:29:12.200 up with a gun
00:29:13.000 gauge gross
00:29:14.140 grites he points
00:29:15.440 it at kyle
00:29:16.340 rittenhouse
00:29:16.820 rittenhouse points
00:29:17.940 the gun back at
00:29:18.540 him uh gross
00:29:19.920 christ puts his
00:29:20.560 hands up in the
00:29:21.200 air uh then
00:29:22.680 kyle rittenhouse
00:29:23.220 lowers his gun
00:29:24.000 then gross
00:29:25.480 christ decides
00:29:26.300 some insane
00:29:27.580 maneuver where he
00:29:28.520 runs to the right
00:29:29.340 and tries to grab
00:29:30.320 rittenhouse's gun
00:29:31.480 and points the gun
00:29:32.480 at him again
00:29:33.080 and that is when
00:29:35.040 he gets shot
00:29:35.580 so criminal
00:29:37.920 reckless
00:29:38.620 unreasonable
00:29:39.820 behavior of
00:29:41.240 being aware
00:29:42.140 that his actions
00:29:43.420 were unreasonable
00:29:44.800 third is an
00:29:47.480 utter disregard
00:29:48.280 for human
00:29:49.200 uh life
00:29:50.420 what was he
00:29:51.980 doing
00:29:52.420 why was he
00:29:53.820 doing it
00:29:54.420 how did it
00:29:55.680 happen
00:29:56.080 and all of
00:29:57.320 those have to
00:29:58.020 be without
00:29:58.740 any regard
00:30:00.100 to human
00:30:00.780 life
00:30:01.220 so he's on
00:30:03.000 two counts
00:30:03.820 of this
00:30:04.840 uh and
00:30:06.380 by the way
00:30:07.080 if you believe
00:30:08.840 that the defense
00:30:10.140 has made
00:30:10.980 um a
00:30:12.780 uh a case
00:30:14.760 where you
00:30:16.440 reason uh
00:30:18.040 you know
00:30:18.400 unreasonable
00:30:19.060 doubt or
00:30:19.860 yeah what
00:30:20.960 is it
00:30:21.200 a reasonable
00:30:21.700 reasonable
00:30:22.280 reasonable
00:30:22.740 doubt
00:30:23.040 that it's
00:30:24.100 true
00:30:24.480 if he
00:30:25.860 made the
00:30:26.700 case
00:30:27.220 that it
00:30:28.860 was uh
00:30:29.720 self-defense
00:30:30.760 all of that
00:30:32.280 stuff that you
00:30:33.000 had to go
00:30:33.520 through there
00:30:34.060 is out
00:30:34.980 so if you
00:30:36.400 believe that it
00:30:37.060 was self-defense
00:30:38.260 and he also
00:30:41.000 had other
00:30:41.520 disregard for
00:30:42.420 human life
00:30:43.180 self-defense
00:30:44.480 trumps it
00:30:45.120 so i don't
00:30:46.940 think you can
00:30:47.520 prove utter
00:30:49.060 disregard for
00:30:49.860 human life
00:30:50.480 and recklessness
00:30:51.900 there's
00:30:52.600 completely
00:30:53.480 ridiculous
00:30:54.320 it shouldn't
00:30:54.920 even have been
00:30:55.520 charged for
00:30:56.700 it's so
00:30:57.220 stupid
00:30:57.900 and then
00:30:58.760 you i think
00:30:59.780 they made a
00:31:00.360 very good
00:31:01.060 case because
00:31:02.020 of what stew
00:31:03.080 just said
00:31:03.560 several times
00:31:04.620 he didn't
00:31:05.460 shoot people
00:31:06.220 who weren't
00:31:07.560 physically
00:31:09.040 threatening him
00:31:10.180 and and we
00:31:10.980 should be
00:31:11.540 clear both
00:31:12.520 two of them
00:31:13.240 with guns
00:31:13.980 did threaten
00:31:15.460 him but
00:31:16.580 then stopped
00:31:17.320 when they saw
00:31:17.780 his gun
00:31:18.340 right and
00:31:19.300 then he did
00:31:19.800 not shoot
00:31:20.260 he didn't
00:31:20.760 shoot i
00:31:21.440 mean that
00:31:21.680 is overwhelmingly
00:31:23.420 obvious that
00:31:24.940 is not his
00:31:25.620 intent was not
00:31:26.360 to go out
00:31:26.840 there and
00:31:27.280 just shoot a
00:31:27.860 bunch of
00:31:28.160 people it
00:31:28.980 makes no
00:31:29.480 sense it
00:31:29.920 doesn't connect
00:31:30.280 with any of
00:31:30.800 his actions
00:31:31.180 from earlier
00:31:31.760 in the evening
00:31:32.500 i mean the
00:31:33.400 whole thing
00:31:33.920 is completely
00:31:34.560 absurd and
00:31:35.840 and in a
00:31:37.220 normal society
00:31:38.980 that is
00:31:39.640 functioning
00:31:40.360 correctly he
00:31:41.580 would not
00:31:41.920 have been
00:31:42.200 charged
00:31:42.580 certainly
00:31:43.560 immediately
00:31:44.880 in this
00:31:45.600 situation
00:31:46.240 they should
00:31:46.960 go to jury
00:31:47.520 and five
00:31:48.000 minutes later
00:31:48.420 be backed
00:31:48.800 with an
00:31:49.100 innocent
00:31:49.380 you know
00:31:50.080 a full
00:31:50.600 acquittal
00:31:51.040 whether that
00:31:52.360 will happen
00:31:52.740 or not
00:31:53.020 in this
00:31:53.460 society i
00:31:54.060 have no
00:31:54.300 idea
00:31:54.500 so the
00:31:55.360 other the
00:31:56.120 other thing
00:31:56.540 that they
00:31:56.820 can find
00:31:57.240 him guilty
00:31:57.740 of is
00:31:58.740 reckless
00:31:59.500 endangerment
00:32:00.620 and disregard
00:32:01.460 to public
00:32:02.260 safety
00:32:02.800 and it's
00:32:04.280 the same
00:32:04.840 kind of
00:32:05.420 standards
00:32:06.280 that he
00:32:07.300 harmed
00:32:08.020 someone
00:32:08.640 utter
00:32:09.720 recklessness
00:32:10.360 and disregard
00:32:11.180 to any
00:32:11.800 kind of
00:32:12.160 public
00:32:12.440 safety
00:32:12.860 but you
00:32:13.640 can't
00:32:14.220 say that
00:32:15.500 in this
00:32:16.000 case
00:32:16.400 because he
00:32:17.320 didn't
00:32:17.820 shoot
00:32:18.180 everyone
00:32:18.860 he could
00:32:20.020 have just
00:32:20.380 sprayed the
00:32:21.100 crowd
00:32:21.540 and he
00:32:22.080 didn't
00:32:22.940 that's
00:32:24.140 an utter
00:32:24.700 disregard
00:32:25.420 he was
00:32:26.140 making
00:32:26.400 individual
00:32:27.080 decisions
00:32:27.840 based on
00:32:29.020 who was
00:32:29.560 attacking
00:32:29.920 him
00:32:30.180 there is
00:32:30.540 no
00:32:30.900 other
00:32:31.960 possible
00:32:33.200 way
00:32:33.700 to look
00:32:34.180 at the
00:32:34.540 videotape
00:32:35.320 correct
00:32:35.680 and the
00:32:36.440 associated
00:32:37.100 testimony
00:32:38.040 by prosecution
00:32:39.260 witnesses
00:32:39.920 who have
00:32:41.340 pointed out
00:32:41.940 that he
00:32:42.280 that the
00:32:42.920 first guy
00:32:43.240 was lunging
00:32:43.920 for his
00:32:44.600 gun
00:32:44.980 the second
00:32:46.200 guy put
00:32:46.900 his hand
00:32:47.360 on the
00:32:47.720 gun
00:32:48.080 he was
00:32:48.820 being hit
00:32:49.360 by a
00:32:50.720 skateboard
00:32:51.120 he was
00:32:51.960 being kicked
00:32:52.520 in the
00:32:52.980 face
00:32:53.300 at the
00:32:53.560 time
00:32:53.820 there were
00:32:54.140 other
00:32:54.460 gunshots
00:32:55.080 in the
00:32:55.340 area
00:32:55.660 going off
00:32:56.580 at the
00:32:57.020 time
00:32:57.360 behind him
00:32:58.100 where the
00:32:59.280 guy behind
00:32:59.960 him was
00:33:00.340 the guy
00:33:00.700 eventually
00:33:01.140 that he
00:33:01.520 shot
00:33:01.920 none of
00:33:02.940 this makes
00:33:03.420 any sense
00:33:04.220 if what
00:33:05.460 your goal
00:33:05.980 is to
00:33:07.300 accomplish
00:33:07.720 is to
00:33:08.640 make sure
00:33:09.100 that we
00:33:09.320 have a
00:33:09.860 just society
00:33:10.900 that is
00:33:11.300 based on
00:33:11.940 the law
00:33:12.240 so now
00:33:13.280 here's
00:33:14.280 where
00:33:14.820 conservatives
00:33:16.220 are
00:33:17.320 and I
00:33:18.460 shouldn't say
00:33:19.220 conservatives
00:33:19.700 anybody that
00:33:20.740 believes
00:33:21.560 that
00:33:22.600 justice
00:33:23.560 should be
00:33:24.360 done
00:33:24.820 and not
00:33:26.860 social
00:33:27.420 justice
00:33:28.000 we've
00:33:28.700 already
00:33:28.980 gone
00:33:29.280 through
00:33:29.580 this
00:33:30.040 once
00:33:30.840 with the
00:33:31.340 OJ Simpson
00:33:31.980 trial
00:33:32.420 we have
00:33:33.140 gone through
00:33:33.600 it recently
00:33:34.300 but the
00:33:35.900 biggest one
00:33:36.560 is probably
00:33:37.220 the OJ Simpson
00:33:38.080 trial
00:33:38.580 the OJ Simpson
00:33:39.980 trial
00:33:40.540 African Americans
00:33:43.060 wanted and
00:33:44.440 celebrated
00:33:45.060 him being
00:33:46.120 let out
00:33:46.820 however
00:33:48.000 they all
00:33:49.340 recognize a
00:33:50.440 vast majority
00:33:51.280 of African
00:33:51.880 Americans
00:33:52.360 that watched
00:33:53.200 that trial
00:33:53.780 and celebrated
00:33:54.480 at the
00:33:54.780 time
00:33:55.120 now say
00:33:56.460 oh yeah
00:33:56.980 he was
00:33:57.320 guilty
00:33:57.620 as sin
00:33:58.160 but it
00:33:59.100 was a
00:33:59.460 black man
00:34:00.300 giving it
00:34:01.400 to the
00:34:01.740 man
00:34:02.140 it was a
00:34:02.920 black man
00:34:03.520 getting off
00:34:04.120 so they
00:34:04.480 were
00:34:04.700 they were
00:34:05.580 looking for
00:34:06.420 social justice
00:34:07.500 and in
00:34:08.880 this case
00:34:09.720 they let
00:34:10.940 a murderer
00:34:11.740 go free
00:34:12.700 and remember
00:34:13.840 too like
00:34:14.280 obviously
00:34:14.740 there was
00:34:15.200 just like
00:34:16.200 every other
00:34:16.660 community
00:34:17.060 disagreement
00:34:17.560 on that
00:34:18.000 some African
00:34:18.540 Americans
00:34:18.880 did think
00:34:19.260 he was
00:34:19.500 guilty
00:34:19.640 however
00:34:20.100 we do
00:34:20.700 know
00:34:20.980 on record
00:34:21.740 that
00:34:22.460 African
00:34:22.820 Americans
00:34:23.220 in the
00:34:24.440 jury
00:34:24.840 did
00:34:26.100 convict him
00:34:26.860 yes
00:34:27.520 based
00:34:28.140 not on
00:34:28.820 whether
00:34:29.000 he was
00:34:29.380 guilty
00:34:29.720 or innocent
00:34:30.200 of the
00:34:30.440 incident
00:34:30.760 but because
00:34:31.320 essentially
00:34:32.000 the man
00:34:32.580 was too
00:34:33.060 too hard
00:34:33.740 on black
00:34:34.520 people
00:34:34.880 and we
00:34:35.280 needed to
00:34:35.640 get revenge
00:34:36.120 for all
00:34:36.440 the other
00:34:36.680 things that
00:34:37.000 have gone
00:34:37.300 wrong
00:34:37.540 in society
00:34:38.160 so that
00:34:38.720 was not
00:34:39.020 how the
00:34:39.240 legal system
00:34:39.700 works
00:34:39.980 right
00:34:40.160 that was
00:34:40.580 social
00:34:41.020 justice
00:34:41.580 before any
00:34:42.240 of us
00:34:42.600 knew
00:34:42.840 what social
00:34:43.560 justice
00:34:44.080 really
00:34:44.480 meant
00:34:44.920 okay
00:34:45.620 that was
00:34:46.260 just a
00:34:46.900 feeling
00:34:47.460 now
00:34:48.020 we know
00:34:49.480 what it
00:34:49.980 means
00:34:50.400 and
00:34:51.520 you know
00:34:52.480 it's
00:34:52.800 it's
00:34:53.060 interesting
00:34:53.500 to me
00:34:54.160 that
00:34:54.860 Americans
00:34:57.160 of
00:34:57.700 of any
00:34:58.740 kind
00:34:59.160 can
00:35:00.500 look at
00:35:01.900 this
00:35:02.160 Rittenhouse
00:35:02.760 trial
00:35:03.160 I mean
00:35:03.500 the OJ
00:35:04.080 Simpson
00:35:04.460 thing
00:35:04.940 you had
00:35:06.680 DNA
00:35:07.140 but you
00:35:08.200 didn't know
00:35:08.740 what DNA
00:35:09.300 was at
00:35:10.120 the time
00:35:10.620 yeah
00:35:11.480 they had to
00:35:12.080 explain it
00:35:12.620 from like
00:35:13.060 ground one
00:35:14.160 the ground
00:35:15.220 floor
00:35:15.520 right
00:35:15.880 and nobody
00:35:16.540 knew what
00:35:17.020 it was
00:35:17.360 and it
00:35:17.680 made no
00:35:18.260 difference
00:35:18.740 in the
00:35:19.020 trial
00:35:19.260 because
00:35:19.840 nobody
00:35:20.780 knew
00:35:21.160 what it
00:35:21.540 was
00:35:21.920 they
00:35:22.120 didn't
00:35:22.340 know
00:35:22.620 how
00:35:22.860 accurate
00:35:23.340 DNA
00:35:23.820 results
00:35:24.680 were
00:35:25.040 and
00:35:26.540 and you
00:35:27.760 could
00:35:28.280 have had
00:35:28.920 a reasonable
00:35:29.800 doubt
00:35:31.340 on OJ
00:35:33.620 Simpson
00:35:34.000 I
00:35:34.640 didn't
00:35:35.280 but I
00:35:36.080 think a
00:35:36.800 reasonable
00:35:37.260 person
00:35:37.760 could have
00:35:38.260 watched
00:35:38.560 that and
00:35:38.900 went
00:35:39.100 I just
00:35:39.820 don't
00:35:40.700 know
00:35:41.200 this one
00:35:44.920 this one
00:35:46.020 is so
00:35:46.660 absolutely
00:35:47.600 clear
00:35:48.460 that if
00:35:50.060 this
00:35:50.880 jury
00:35:51.700 finds him
00:35:53.380 guilty
00:35:53.900 it is
00:35:56.160 truly
00:35:56.840 only
00:35:57.920 about
00:35:58.600 social
00:35:59.040 justice
00:35:59.540 there's
00:36:00.240 no way
00:36:00.860 an honest
00:36:01.580 person
00:36:02.140 that is
00:36:03.300 just
00:36:04.000 taking
00:36:04.740 into
00:36:05.260 consideration
00:36:06.100 what was
00:36:07.160 heard
00:36:07.720 on the
00:36:08.380 stand
00:36:08.940 nothing
00:36:09.800 else
00:36:10.260 just
00:36:11.120 what
00:36:11.400 was
00:36:11.620 presented
00:36:12.220 in the
00:36:12.780 court
00:36:13.000 of law
00:36:13.480 and it's
00:36:13.940 not like
00:36:14.360 they left
00:36:14.920 a lot
00:36:15.260 of stuff
00:36:15.620 out
00:36:16.000 they actually
00:36:17.180 found
00:36:18.580 new
00:36:19.040 stuff
00:36:19.620 I mean
00:36:21.060 there was
00:36:21.420 testimony
00:36:21.900 in there
00:36:22.380 we never
00:36:23.720 expected
00:36:24.420 but if
00:36:26.320 you just
00:36:27.140 are fair
00:36:27.960 and you're
00:36:28.500 doing what
00:36:29.300 the court
00:36:30.000 instructs you
00:36:31.340 to do
00:36:32.180 and what
00:36:32.840 our justice
00:36:33.660 system
00:36:34.240 instructs you
00:36:35.040 to do
00:36:35.380 there's no
00:36:36.480 way
00:36:36.840 he is
00:36:37.620 found
00:36:37.880 guilty
00:36:38.180 I think
00:36:39.360 if I
00:36:39.900 were on
00:36:40.240 the jury
00:36:40.720 it would
00:36:42.300 take
00:36:42.540 I would
00:36:42.900 go out
00:36:43.520 in the
00:36:43.800 hallway
00:36:44.020 we would
00:36:44.460 be walking
00:36:45.120 to the
00:36:45.740 jury room
00:36:46.440 and I'd be
00:36:47.580 like we're
00:36:48.380 done right
00:36:48.720 we're done
00:36:49.120 right
00:36:49.340 can I go
00:36:49.620 home
00:36:49.860 we could
00:36:50.240 go right
00:36:50.840 so one
00:36:52.800 other thing
00:36:53.120 I want to
00:36:53.700 add to this
00:36:54.140 because it's
00:36:54.400 also tied
00:36:55.040 to your
00:36:55.580 social justice
00:36:56.240 analysis
00:36:56.780 OJ Simpson
00:36:58.060 black woman
00:36:59.340 on the jury
00:36:59.900 says plainly
00:37:01.020 today that
00:37:02.140 she thought
00:37:02.860 you know
00:37:03.380 all the
00:37:03.980 things that
00:37:04.380 had happened
00:37:04.760 over society
00:37:05.500 that had
00:37:05.980 happened by
00:37:06.500 police to
00:37:07.100 black people
00:37:07.660 we had to
00:37:08.160 send a
00:37:08.420 message
00:37:08.740 and that
00:37:09.800 is her
00:37:10.520 executing
00:37:11.280 not the
00:37:11.900 law
00:37:12.160 not our
00:37:13.560 justice system
00:37:14.160 but social
00:37:15.080 justice
00:37:15.620 just to make
00:37:16.660 a point
00:37:17.060 and I do
00:37:17.760 think that
00:37:18.080 that's a
00:37:18.380 possibility
00:37:18.840 here
00:37:19.240 that if
00:37:19.740 that happens
00:37:20.500 that that
00:37:21.000 is probably
00:37:22.200 the cause
00:37:22.700 but another
00:37:23.640 associated
00:37:24.480 problem we
00:37:26.220 have now
00:37:26.840 that I don't
00:37:27.440 know that we
00:37:28.040 had as much
00:37:28.720 back then
00:37:29.300 even though
00:37:30.440 there were
00:37:30.720 some incidents
00:37:31.220 like this
00:37:31.760 is that I
00:37:32.960 think a
00:37:33.360 person who
00:37:34.620 does not want
00:37:35.420 to send a
00:37:36.040 message to
00:37:37.580 like the
00:37:39.140 message that
00:37:39.900 the OJ
00:37:40.360 juror wanted
00:37:41.040 to send
00:37:41.440 and also
00:37:42.760 realizes quite
00:37:43.900 obviously that
00:37:44.480 Kyle Rittenhouse
00:37:44.960 should not go
00:37:45.320 to prison
00:37:45.680 is going to
00:37:46.600 have moments
00:37:47.360 of thought
00:37:47.800 where they
00:37:48.800 consider if
00:37:50.360 I do not
00:37:51.500 convict him
00:37:52.280 my city is
00:37:54.200 going to burn
00:37:54.800 to the ground
00:37:55.320 they are under
00:37:56.640 threat
00:37:57.220 they did have
00:37:58.220 that in the
00:37:58.620 OJ Simpson
00:37:59.120 trial
00:37:59.540 I don't know
00:38:00.500 that they had
00:38:01.100 that from the
00:38:01.840 perspective
00:38:02.500 oh yeah
00:38:03.580 they didn't
00:38:04.560 have the
00:38:04.880 personal
00:38:05.520 I don't
00:38:06.320 think the
00:38:06.920 OJ Simpson
00:38:07.680 the jurors
00:38:09.300 didn't think
00:38:10.000 how can I
00:38:11.220 go back
00:38:11.740 into my
00:38:12.180 own community
00:38:12.960 I could be
00:38:13.600 killed
00:38:14.040 for this
00:38:15.560 verdict
00:38:15.940 that they
00:38:16.740 didn't have
00:38:17.320 but the
00:38:18.120 OJ Simpson
00:38:18.700 trial
00:38:19.480 the jurors
00:38:20.740 knew that
00:38:21.280 Los Angeles
00:38:21.920 was going to
00:38:22.500 burn to the
00:38:22.940 ground
00:38:23.280 if he was
00:38:24.400 guilty
00:38:24.640 if he was
00:38:25.100 found guilty
00:38:25.700 they did
00:38:26.220 know that
00:38:26.700 yeah
00:38:27.020 well I don't
00:38:27.980 know maybe
00:38:28.300 it's more
00:38:28.700 prominent today
00:38:29.520 and I think
00:38:30.080 there's the
00:38:30.480 direct threat
00:38:31.460 on the
00:38:32.140 people
00:38:32.520 I think
00:38:32.960 that's a
00:38:33.460 big thing
00:38:33.940 to be
00:38:34.200 concerned
00:38:34.540 about
00:38:34.740 because if
00:38:35.640 you think
00:38:35.920 about it
00:38:36.340 they've
00:38:36.880 already
00:38:37.180 I mean
00:38:37.440 George Floyd's
00:38:38.160 nephew
00:38:38.600 said like
00:38:39.720 we're taking
00:38:40.180 pictures of
00:38:40.800 the people
00:38:41.220 in the jury
00:38:41.780 box
00:38:42.060 we know
00:38:42.620 who they
00:38:42.940 are
00:38:43.180 so if
00:38:43.840 something
00:38:44.060 happens
00:38:44.400 we know
00:38:44.660 what to
00:38:44.900 do
00:38:45.960 we have
00:38:47.100 you know
00:38:48.060 I think
00:38:48.420 there's a
00:38:48.720 rational part
00:38:49.460 of people
00:38:49.940 now again
00:38:50.640 you'd hope
00:38:51.180 that this
00:38:51.540 instinct
00:38:51.840 would not
00:38:52.400 win out
00:38:52.960 but in a
00:38:53.560 quiet moment
00:38:54.280 when you're
00:38:54.620 thinking about
00:38:55.040 what's going
00:38:55.400 to happen
00:38:55.680 next
00:38:56.060 you're going
00:38:56.880 to be
00:38:57.180 nervous
00:38:57.500 that if
00:38:57.860 you decide
00:38:58.980 this guy
00:39:00.060 is not
00:39:00.980 guilty
00:39:01.400 you
00:39:02.860 may be
00:39:04.120 partially
00:39:05.240 responsible
00:39:05.960 for in
00:39:06.480 your own
00:39:06.740 head
00:39:07.000 but certainly
00:39:08.040 blamed
00:39:08.700 for it
00:39:09.560 by people
00:39:10.260 around you
00:39:10.800 for all
00:39:12.340 of the
00:39:12.600 damages
00:39:12.980 that go
00:39:13.380 on to
00:39:13.640 your city
00:39:14.020 you could
00:39:14.560 be killed
00:39:15.240 yeah
00:39:15.900 you could
00:39:16.580 be
00:39:16.980 fired
00:39:17.840 you
00:39:18.880 your
00:39:19.340 children
00:39:19.900 could be
00:39:20.460 targeted
00:39:20.960 your
00:39:21.940 family
00:39:22.760 could be
00:39:23.140 targeted
00:39:23.520 if you
00:39:23.940 have a
00:39:24.420 business
00:39:24.980 you could
00:39:25.440 go out
00:39:25.840 of business
00:39:26.580 I mean
00:39:27.300 the
00:39:27.940 the
00:39:28.720 the weight
00:39:30.060 around the
00:39:30.820 jury's
00:39:31.260 neck
00:39:31.640 if
00:39:32.420 they
00:39:32.800 do
00:39:33.200 come
00:39:33.560 in
00:39:33.920 and
00:39:34.220 it's
00:39:34.480 a
00:39:34.660 quick
00:39:35.080 acquittal
00:39:37.240 that's
00:39:38.280 a brave
00:39:39.160 brave
00:39:40.100 jury
00:39:40.580 brave
00:39:41.360 jury
00:39:41.660 it's
00:39:41.880 brave
00:39:42.140 to even
00:39:42.560 sit
00:39:42.860 on a
00:39:43.120 jury
00:39:43.300 like
00:39:43.520 that
00:39:43.720 anymore
00:39:44.040 you know
00:39:44.680 I think
00:39:45.600 back in
00:39:46.420 the day
00:39:46.680 you'd think
00:39:47.080 to yourself
00:39:47.520 well
00:39:47.940 I mean
00:39:48.480 I
00:39:48.640 this is
00:39:49.160 an
00:39:49.280 important
00:39:49.580 part
00:39:49.840 of our
00:39:50.080 system
00:39:50.400 and
00:39:50.600 we
00:39:50.720 have
00:39:50.920 to
00:39:51.020 make
00:39:51.160 sure
00:39:51.280 that
00:39:51.440 we
00:39:51.620 have
00:39:51.740 competent
00:39:52.200 smart
00:39:52.620 fair
00:39:53.020 people
00:39:53.460 to
00:39:53.720 execute
00:39:54.300 it
00:39:54.560 and I
00:39:54.800 think
00:39:55.640 most
00:39:55.900 people
00:39:56.140 in the
00:39:56.340 audience
00:39:56.600 would
00:39:56.760 sit
00:39:56.940 there
00:39:57.120 and
00:39:57.240 say
00:39:57.380 yeah
00:39:57.600 that's
00:39:57.900 me
00:39:58.100 I
00:39:58.520 can
00:39:59.380 be
00:39:59.500 that
00:39:59.660 person
00:40:00.040 however
00:40:00.620 when you
00:40:00.980 add
00:40:01.220 into
00:40:01.380 the
00:40:01.500 fact
00:40:01.680 that
00:40:01.880 if
00:40:02.340 you
00:40:02.460 come
00:40:02.680 up
00:40:02.820 with
00:40:02.940 the
00:40:03.120 wrong
00:40:03.440 verdict
00:40:03.920 not
00:40:04.520 only
00:40:04.900 will
00:40:05.140 your
00:40:05.320 city
00:40:05.560 burn
00:40:05.900 and
00:40:06.300 you
00:40:06.440 might
00:40:06.620 be
00:40:06.800 killed
00:40:07.120 the
00:40:07.560 media
00:40:07.900 will
00:40:08.100 then
00:40:08.240 do
00:40:08.380 six
00:40:08.700 months
00:40:08.920 of
00:40:09.060 coverage
00:40:09.360 saying
00:40:09.840 that
00:40:10.760 it
00:40:10.860 was
00:40:10.980 just
00:40:11.400 like
00:40:12.600 it
00:40:12.700 was
00:40:12.800 the
00:40:12.960 right
00:40:13.300 outcome
00:40:13.820 hey
00:40:14.820 we
00:40:15.020 gotta
00:40:15.220 understand
00:40:15.820 that
00:40:16.380 you
00:40:16.520 know
00:40:16.780 we
00:40:17.580 can't
00:40:17.780 blame
00:40:18.520 people
00:40:19.160 who
00:40:19.360 were
00:40:19.520 responsible
00:40:20.100 for
00:40:26.760 wrong
00:40:27.360 even
00:40:28.180 if
00:40:28.340 you
00:40:28.460 know
00:40:28.740 you
00:40:28.900 're
00:40:28.980 right
00:40:29.240 and
00:40:30.060 so
00:40:30.300 if
00:40:30.540 they
00:40:30.660 do
00:40:30.820 come
00:40:31.020 back
00:40:31.200 the
00:40:31.360 right
00:40:31.520 way
00:40:31.700 today
00:40:32.040 it's
00:40:32.620 a
00:40:32.700 good
00:40:32.820 observation
00:40:33.880 to
00:40:34.460 say
00:40:34.880 you
00:40:35.480 know
00:40:35.540 what
00:40:35.680 maybe
00:40:35.940 maybe
00:40:36.780 we
00:40:36.960 look
00:40:37.140 at
00:40:37.240 these
00:40:37.380 people
00:40:37.640 and
00:40:37.800 give
00:40:37.940 them
00:40:38.040 a
00:40:38.220 heck
00:40:38.400 of
00:40:38.520 a
00:40:38.620 lot
00:40:38.720 of
00:40:38.820 credit
00:40:39.060 because
00:40:39.780 it's
00:40:40.000 hard
00:40:40.380 to
00:40:40.620 do
00:40:40.880 it's
00:40:41.140 not
00:40:41.400 it's
00:40:42.100 open
00:40:42.340 and
00:40:42.520 shut
00:40:42.660 to
00:40:42.840 me
00:40:43.080 it's
00:40:43.420 open
00:40:43.560 and
00:40:43.720 shut
00:40:43.840 to
00:40:43.980 you
00:40:44.160 it's
00:40:44.380 open
00:40:44.560 and
00:40:44.680 shut
00:40:44.780 to
00:40:44.900 everybody
00:40:45.140 in
00:40:45.300 the
00:40:45.420 audience
00:40:45.700 who
00:40:45.860 looks
00:40:46.020 at
00:40:46.100 the
00:40:46.220 facts
00:40:46.500 of
00:40:46.640 this
00:40:46.780 and
00:40:46.900 that's
00:40:47.420 all
00:40:47.520 we
00:40:47.620 care
00:40:47.820 about
00:40:48.040 right
00:40:48.260 I
00:40:48.480 think
00:40:48.680 it
00:40:48.800 could
00:40:48.960 be
00:40:49.120 open
00:40:49.360 and
00:40:49.560 shut
00:40:49.720 to
00:40:49.900 them
00:40:50.240 but
00:40:50.780 that's
00:40:51.660 not
00:40:51.960 all
00:40:52.260 they're
00:40:52.520 considering
00:40:53.080 they've
00:40:53.380 got to
00:40:53.600 consider
00:40:53.900 things
00:40:54.180 that
00:40:54.320 they
00:40:54.660 shouldn't
00:40:54.940 be
00:40:55.060 considering
00:40:55.380 right
00:40:55.620 and
00:40:55.900 there
00:40:56.140 is
00:40:56.740 you
00:40:57.160 know
00:40:57.300 that
00:40:57.460 they
00:40:57.760 will
00:40:57.920 be
00:40:58.100 instructed
00:40:58.640 not
00:40:59.140 to
00:40:59.340 consider
00:40:59.760 anything
00:41:00.160 else
00:41:00.580 but
00:41:01.340 as
00:41:01.940 people
00:41:02.520 they
00:41:02.880 will
00:41:03.240 they
00:41:03.460 may
00:41:03.780 not
00:41:04.260 discuss
00:41:14.380 he
00:41:14.580 is
00:41:14.860 indeed
00:41:15.320 acquitted
00:41:16.060 that
00:41:17.260 should
00:41:17.460 give
00:41:17.680 us
00:41:17.940 hope
00:41:18.520 in
00:41:19.000 America
00:41:20.160 and
00:41:21.020 I
00:41:21.300 think
00:41:21.680 you've
00:41:22.020 we
00:41:22.420 found
00:41:22.740 that
00:41:22.980 actually
00:41:23.460 relatively
00:41:24.260 often
00:41:25.620 recently
00:41:26.160 in that
00:41:26.480 the only
00:41:26.780 thing
00:41:26.940 that
00:41:27.080 seems
00:41:27.340 to be
00:41:27.580 standing
00:41:27.860 in the
00:41:28.100 way
00:41:28.360 of
00:41:28.580 this
00:41:28.820 constant
00:41:29.760 mob
00:41:30.620 are
00:41:31.220 the
00:41:31.380 courts
00:41:31.720 I
00:41:32.400 mean
00:41:32.500 the
00:41:32.780 vaccine
00:41:33.460 mandate
00:41:33.720 it's
00:41:33.880 another
00:41:34.060 good
00:41:34.340 example
00:41:34.820 of
00:41:35.040 this
00:41:35.300 like
00:41:36.040 I
00:41:36.260 think
00:41:36.440 everybody
00:41:36.960 in a
00:41:38.140 fair
00:41:38.400 moment
00:41:38.780 even
00:41:39.040 people
00:41:39.320 on
00:41:39.480 the
00:41:39.580 left
00:41:39.760 would
00:41:39.940 recognize
00:41:40.380 okay
00:41:41.020 OSHA
00:41:41.740 was
00:41:42.040 not
00:41:42.420 created
00:41:43.020 so you
00:41:43.460 could
00:41:43.580 have a
00:41:43.940 vaccine
00:41:44.480 mandate
00:41:44.860 of
00:41:45.060 every
00:41:45.420 private
00:41:45.840 employee
00:41:46.280 it's
00:41:46.760 supposed
00:41:46.940 to be
00:41:47.200 so people
00:41:47.560 wear
00:41:47.720 hard hats
00:41:48.320 right
00:41:49.000 like
00:41:49.300 that's
00:41:49.640 what OSHA
00:41:49.980 is
00:41:50.140 we all
00:41:50.620 know
00:41:51.200 so we
00:41:51.580 don't
00:41:51.760 find
00:41:52.000 teeth
00:41:52.560 in our
00:41:52.940 sausage
00:41:53.420 right
00:41:53.940 right
00:41:55.000 it's
00:41:55.300 the
00:41:55.840 basics
00:41:56.540 right
00:41:56.960 is that
00:41:57.080 a shoe
00:41:57.620 yeah
00:41:58.280 it's
00:41:59.360 supposed
00:41:59.560 to be
00:41:59.920 so you
00:42:00.260 go
00:42:00.460 into
00:42:00.680 a
00:42:00.880 workplace
00:42:01.200 and
00:42:01.500 you're
00:42:01.640 not
00:42:02.020 maimed
00:42:02.900 or killed
00:42:03.280 right
00:42:03.480 exactly
00:42:03.940 that's
00:42:04.280 obviously
00:42:04.680 what it's
00:42:04.980 for
00:42:05.180 and they're
00:42:05.720 stretching
00:42:06.060 it
00:42:06.300 beyond
00:42:06.920 all
00:42:07.380 recognition
00:42:08.080 to try
00:42:08.540 to put
00:42:08.800 this
00:42:09.020 through
00:42:09.340 and so
00:42:10.500 I think
00:42:11.340 everybody
00:42:11.620 recognizes
00:42:12.200 it's a
00:42:12.880 it's a
00:42:13.320 bending
00:42:13.820 to
00:42:14.760 that level
00:42:16.080 at the
00:42:17.160 very least
00:42:17.960 if it's
00:42:18.520 not blatantly
00:42:19.340 illegal
00:42:19.780 which I
00:42:20.160 think it
00:42:20.460 is
00:42:20.760 but the
00:42:21.340 courts
00:42:21.540 keep
00:42:21.760 stepping
00:42:22.160 up
00:42:22.420 even in
00:42:22.860 these
00:42:23.020 moments
00:42:23.320 where the
00:42:23.620 mob
00:42:23.840 wants
00:42:24.220 them
00:42:24.400 to say
00:42:24.760 you know
00:42:26.160 what
00:42:26.400 let them
00:42:26.660 do it
00:42:27.020 we want
00:42:27.720 it
00:42:27.900 so let
00:42:28.340 them
00:42:28.440 do it
00:42:28.840 I mean
00:42:29.620 I'll give
00:42:29.960 you this
00:42:30.160 example
00:42:30.520 and it's
00:42:31.300 not a
00:42:31.540 popular
00:42:31.820 one
00:42:32.040 but the
00:42:32.340 Bill
00:42:32.500 Cosby
00:42:32.860 thing
00:42:33.100 is another
00:42:33.460 example
00:42:33.880 of this
00:42:34.260 they had
00:42:34.900 absolutely
00:42:35.860 no
00:42:36.400 they made
00:42:37.000 a deal
00:42:37.500 with Bill
00:42:38.060 Cosby
00:42:38.400 that this
00:42:38.860 would never
00:42:39.560 come out
00:42:40.060 and then
00:42:40.380 they based
00:42:40.960 new charges
00:42:41.660 on this
00:42:42.060 thing that
00:42:42.400 they promised
00:42:43.140 would never
00:42:43.540 be released
00:42:44.040 is Bill
00:42:44.760 Cosby a
00:42:45.220 rapist
00:42:45.520 certainly
00:42:46.100 looks that
00:42:46.480 way to
00:42:46.700 me
00:42:46.900 however
00:42:47.360 there are
00:42:47.840 rules
00:42:48.460 around our
00:42:49.080 justice
00:42:49.340 system
00:42:49.780 and yes
00:42:50.780 it went
00:42:51.040 through this
00:42:51.400 entire
00:42:51.760 thing
00:42:52.020 but eventually
00:42:52.720 it did
00:42:53.240 get turned
00:42:53.620 around
00:42:53.960 and as
00:42:54.620 ugly as
00:42:55.320 all of
00:42:55.620 those
00:42:55.760 accusations
00:42:56.260 are
00:42:56.680 and probably
00:42:57.220 as bad
00:42:57.680 as he
00:42:57.980 is
00:42:58.360 it was
00:42:58.860 still
00:42:59.080 the right
00:42:59.520 outcome
00:43:00.000 and that
00:43:00.360 is
00:43:00.520 important
00:43:01.020 it's
00:43:01.600 important
00:43:01.960 even
00:43:02.200 when it's
00:43:02.460 a terrible
00:43:02.760 person
00:43:03.200 it's
00:43:04.040 important
00:43:04.520 even
00:43:05.360 if it
00:43:06.080 is
00:43:06.260 somebody
00:43:06.580 who
00:43:07.000 is
00:43:07.480 guilty
00:43:08.000 but you
00:43:09.720 know it
00:43:10.460 in your
00:43:10.840 gut
00:43:11.200 but they
00:43:11.860 haven't
00:43:12.300 proved it
00:43:12.860 or they've
00:43:13.400 asked that
00:43:14.000 you can't
00:43:14.700 consider this
00:43:15.620 you have
00:43:16.820 to play
00:43:17.320 by the
00:43:17.780 rules
00:43:18.180 otherwise
00:43:18.880 we don't
00:43:19.320 have
00:43:19.500 anything
