00:00:18.860 And your Tampa Bay vacation includes good times, relaxation, and great Gulf Coast weather.

00:00:25.240 Visit flyporter.com and actually enjoy economy.

00:00:30.720 So impeachment was on our mind.

00:00:32.940 I mean, impeachment is always on our mind.

00:00:35.360 But so is senility, which is not always on our mind and never on the mind of Joe Biden.

00:00:42.360 Kamala Harris came out and said some pretty interesting things. 0.94

00:00:45.020 Then we also talk about, with J.D. Vance, who was up on the floor until 4 o'clock in the morning, he came on the show.

00:00:51.680 He was a little bit sleepy, but he told us what's in the bill and why this bill is so dangerous.

00:00:56.660 Of course, we have Mitt Romney, who said it's the most important bill ever in the history of his voting in the Senate.

00:01:04.320 Wow.

00:01:04.660 It's that important that we send money over to the store owners of Ukraine.

00:01:09.720 That's interesting, you know, for some reason.

00:01:12.320 Also, the sheriff in Butler County, Ohio, he's changing the way he's going to train his forces and also train the public.

00:01:22.720 He just heard from Christopher Wray that there's attacks that are imminent on our nation and it's going to be bad.

00:01:34.880 That's according to the FBI.

00:01:36.300 You've got to hear what Butler said and then maybe take it seriously and prepare because something wicked this way comes all on today's podcast.

00:01:47.360 Brought to you in part by Berna.

00:01:50.180 Remember how every once in a while, you know, when he wasn't trying to impress the green ladies, Captain Kirk would tell everybody, set your phasers on stun.

00:01:58.220 Now, usually I always thought that was because, you know, the red shirts, you know, from engineering that went down.

00:02:04.960 I don't know why the engineers were always the ones that go down.

00:02:07.400 Don't you have any troops?

00:02:08.320 Anybody trained to do this?

00:02:09.640 No.

00:02:10.300 Engineering red suits.

00:02:11.920 They go down. 1.00

00:02:13.080 They get killed because they have their stupid phasers on stun. 1.00

00:02:15.900 So, of course, they're going to die. 1.00

00:02:17.140 Happened every episode.

00:02:18.660 But I think it might be because Captain Kirk could maybe possibly make sweet, tender love to that green alien.

00:02:26.600 You didn't know.

00:02:27.940 So he was like, let's not kill the aliens. 0.77

00:02:30.500 Let's just incapacitate them for a while. 0.84

00:02:32.980 And then maybe, you know, I can hook up with them a little later. 0.98

00:02:36.780 Now, also, there is the thing about if you kill the aliens and there's an awful lot of paperwork with Starfleet, I'm guessing.

00:02:42.880 I don't know.

00:02:43.880 But there are situations in the real world, too, where you may not get lucky with a green alien.

00:02:49.160 But going the less lethal way is the best way to go.

00:02:53.860 Berna is the best alternative to deadly force.

00:02:56.600 It fires powerful deterrents like tear gas and kinetic rounds.

00:03:00.600 It's just like having a gun, except you can't kill people with this gun.

00:03:04.340 It is a good go-to first. 0.84

00:03:07.860 I mean, when you pull out your gun, you better be prepared to kill somebody.

00:03:11.800 You're not shooting to wound. 0.99

00:03:13.740 You're going to kill somebody.

00:03:15.440 That's at least how I was taught. 0.78

00:03:17.960 Pay attention to what you're pulling out of your back or your pocket.

00:03:21.740 If it's a gun, you better be right.

00:03:25.180 Well, there are situations in the real world that, you know, hey, that person there at the 7-Eleven that's holding everybody up.

00:03:32.420 Maybe, you know, maybe they look kind of cute.

00:03:34.880 I'm just saying.

00:03:36.180 Berna, proudly American, manufactured in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

00:03:50.380 Here's the podcast.

00:03:56.940 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:04:01.020 So the NFL, the Super Bowl, had 123.4 million viewers.

00:04:09.200 That is the largest television audience since?

00:04:14.320 Do you know the answer to this, Stu?

00:04:17.280 I think I heard since the moon landing.

00:04:20.080 Is that accurate?

00:04:21.320 The moon landing.

00:04:24.400 Wow.

00:04:25.100 The moon landing.

00:04:27.820 Insanity.

00:04:28.460 That, that's crazy.

00:04:32.280 Think of all the things that have happened since the moon landing.

00:04:36.380 And that's the most watched since the moon landing.

00:04:40.720 And for a game that was a sloppy mess for three quarters.

00:04:44.800 I mean, it was awful.

00:04:46.460 It was not a great football game to the very end.

00:04:48.720 I just wanted to stop watching it, but we're big Kansas City Chiefs fans.

00:04:53.380 And I kept saying, where's Mahomes?

00:04:55.300 Where's Mahomes?

00:04:55.940 And we got into the half and I said to my son, he always, when his back is against the wall, he always comes back in the end.

00:05:04.580 He's going to, he's, because I was trying to talk my son down from the roof.

00:05:07.300 Um, but, uh, it was an amazing, amazing one and a half quarters, you know?

00:05:14.940 Yeah.

00:05:15.260 The fourth quarter and about half the third was great.

00:05:18.220 Yeah.

00:05:18.460 And overtime, of course, as well.

00:05:19.940 Yeah.

00:05:20.120 It was, uh, I mean, look, it turned into an all-time classic game and it just, it, it did not start that way.

00:05:26.060 It's an amazing that that of all the Super Bowls would be the one that has the highest ever.

00:05:30.280 But now with the last, I mean, we have, for all the talk about how people were going to abandon the NFL, uh, you know, the last two Super Bowls are the most watched Super Bowls of all time.

00:05:39.300 You know, like, it's just, people really like the sport.

00:05:41.680 It's pretty great.

00:05:43.260 Yeah.

00:05:43.680 And they're not as bad as they, as they were, you know, in the beginning where everybody had a, you know, white people are racist on the back of their helmet.

00:05:51.800 And you're like, wait, can we, you know, they've, they've calmed down from, uh, that, by the way, 20% of the people who watched the Super Bowl said they were voting or wrote rooting for, uh, Kansas city because of Taylor Swift.

00:06:05.280 20% of the viewers.

00:06:09.640 That's incredible.

00:06:10.360 I don't know.

00:06:10.760 I'd say she has some influence on the culture.

00:06:13.360 She certainly does.

00:06:14.660 I mean, my daughter is turned into a quite the Swifty at this point. 1.00

00:06:18.180 And, uh, she's, she's 11 and she's very much loving everything that Taylor Swift does.

00:06:23.600 So like half my job at the game, I was like watching the game, but then also had to take very frequent photos and videos of Taylor Swift sitting in her luxury box.

00:06:31.920 Yeah.

00:06:32.260 And, uh, and hugging and kissing Jason Kelsey or, well, actually Jason would be actually a new story.

00:06:37.220 Travis Kelsey would be the one that she was kissing.

00:06:40.460 So, uh, Rolling Stone came out, Taylor's beer, Satanism and feet washing right wingers spent the Super Bowl complaining.

00:06:47.660 Listen to this, this from, this is from, uh, Rolling Stone, Taylor Swift chugging a beer.

00:06:53.420 Like most people at the game, Taylor Swift seemed to be having a great time.

00:06:57.240 At one point, the music star fresh off tour in Japan was shown on the jumbotron chugging a beer thing.

00:07:03.420 Something never that has never been done at this football game.

00:07:07.120 Quote, Taylor Swift, enjoying herself at the Super Bowl, pounding beers with Satanists.

00:07:12.200 Um, that comes from, uh, Drew Hernandez on X gross.

00:07:16.880 We don't need to be glorifying public intoxication, intoxication.

00:07:20.840 This is from Laura Loomer.

00:07:22.800 Imagine being a parent and saying, this woman is a role model for your daughter. 0.99

00:07:26.620 Do people want their daughters to be drunks with high body counts? 1.00

00:07:29.960 I prefer my icons to be like Donald Trump, sober.

00:07:33.300 Wow.

00:07:33.760 Uh, Laura, I, I, you know, this coming from an alcoholic and a Mormon. 1.00

00:07:41.000 Okay.

00:07:42.000 Somebody who is part of the church of, uh, you know, uh, uh, uh, Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

00:07:48.700 I'm just saying if there was somebody that would have a problem with it, it should be me.

00:07:54.700 I don't have a problem with that.

00:07:56.220 Now I do have a slight problem with some of the Satanist stuff that was going on.

00:08:01.100 I mean, I'm not saying, I'm not saying anyone is a Satanist, I am, but I'm just saying that

00:08:08.720 you don't play around with the Satan stuff.

00:08:11.800 Ice Spice.

00:08:12.700 Have you followed this?

00:08:14.040 I don't even know who Ice Spice is.

00:08:15.820 I have no idea.

00:08:16.440 I don't either.

00:08:17.200 Uh, inform me.

00:08:18.200 She guess is a, she was a rapper. 0.91

00:08:20.820 She was a friend of Taylor Swift.

00:08:22.860 She's in the box.

00:08:23.840 She was wearing, what was that, uh, clothing company?

00:08:27.060 Is it Balencia or something like that?

00:08:29.900 Balenciaga.

00:08:30.300 Balenciaga, whatever, yeah. 0.98

00:08:31.620 Yeah, Balenciaga, that, you know, the one that was pushing for child sex and Satanism 0.97

00:08:37.840 and all that stuff.

00:08:39.020 She was wearing a top apparently from them, I don't know how you could tell, and she was

00:08:43.140 wearing a cross around her neck that was upside down, and then she was giving the devil horns. 1.00

00:08:50.020 Now, I always thought this symbol was for the Texans.

00:08:56.960 I always, I thought this was for A&M, uh, but maybe not.

00:09:02.440 Uh, maybe it's the devil horns.

00:09:05.080 I'm not sure.

00:09:05.920 Is that, is that A&M's?

00:09:08.160 Am I thinking the right?

00:09:09.100 I don't think we should comment on your, on your sports knowledge.

00:09:12.740 Okay.

00:09:13.300 Um, but, uh, anyway, yes.

00:09:14.960 I, um, no, I, I, I, there is a, a sense, does anyone get the sense that perhaps like

00:09:22.120 conservative, at least some, I don't know if these are not the people that I talk to,

00:09:26.980 but like on the online version of conservatives, conservatives lately just don't seem to want

00:09:32.300 to embrace anything that seems fun at all.

00:09:34.480 Like, I'm like, I'm not saying that Satanism is part of the fun, but it's like, can we

00:09:39.040 just like enjoy a football game and move on?

00:09:42.220 Like I, who, like it is, it is not my job to manage whoever this person's is wardrobe.

00:09:47.960 I don't, I don't care what they wear. 0.99

00:09:50.520 I'm not, I don't take my advice on religion from idiots sitting next to people in, in luxury 1.00

00:09:56.300 boxes and football games. 0.99

00:09:57.980 I, I feel like we're kind of, we're just worried about weird stuff sometimes.

00:10:02.140 You know, uh, I think the worry, and I'm not saying about this, but I do think that we

00:10:06.660 become Satan worshipers without even knowing it.

00:10:09.160 We are performing ancient rituals without even knowing it.

00:10:12.000 We really are.

00:10:12.960 You are?

00:10:13.400 We've talked about it on.

00:10:14.420 When you say we, give me the we, what's the we that you're?

00:10:16.680 Pretty much you.

00:10:17.440 Oh, really?

00:10:17.940 Okay.

00:10:18.900 We would indicate you, just so you know, when you say we.

00:10:22.000 Pretty much you.

00:10:22.800 That's what we means.

00:10:24.240 It includes yourself.

00:10:25.360 No, I think as a society, I mean, we've talked about it over and over again.

00:10:29.320 It's, there are some things that are going on.

00:10:31.960 You know, you look at the MTV music awards and you know, we don't, we don't need to do

00:10:35.280 satanic rituals.

00:10:36.520 We just, I just, I, you know, sing me a song.

00:10:39.320 You know what I mean?

00:10:39.980 Exactly.

00:10:40.460 Yeah.

00:10:40.720 Sing me a song.

00:10:41.900 Leave out the drinking of blood and the devil worship stuff.

00:10:44.720 A hundred percent with you on that.

00:10:46.160 I mean, but like Taylor Swift chugging a beer at a football game.

00:10:48.980 It was a very, actually a very likable moment.

00:10:50.920 It was, it was funny in the stadium.

00:10:52.660 Like she waited till she got on camera.

00:10:54.260 She basically had the beer sitting there until the camera turned to her. 0.99

00:10:59.360 And as soon as she did, she just reached for it and chugged it.

00:11:01.680 I mean, it was a light, it was a funny likable moment.

00:11:03.920 That's all it was.

00:11:05.060 Yeah.

00:11:05.620 The, the bashing of Taylor Swift drinking a beer makes her more likable and you less likable. 1.00

00:11:12.160 I just want to point that out for, you know, anybody who's like, yeah, everybody's against

00:11:17.240 Taylor Swift.

00:11:18.000 No, not so much.

00:11:18.960 Not so much.

00:11:19.520 I don't know, don't know if you've seen, uh, what she's, uh, what she's done later,

00:11:23.580 uh, lately.

00:11:24.360 You don't have to like her.

00:11:25.540 No.

00:11:25.980 No.

00:11:26.300 I mean, you could even be a, you know, you'd even be, you know, like, Hey, you know, she

00:11:30.480 does some weird stuff on stage again.

00:11:32.560 You know, the witchcraft stuff. 0.76

00:11:33.960 I just don't think you should be modeling that at all.

00:11:37.200 Ever.

00:11:37.720 Yeah.

00:11:37.960 Like I, again, whether you like Taylor Swift or not, it's not, it's not all that important.

00:11:42.920 Honestly, you know, it's like, and when she, you know, when this all started, it was frustrating

00:11:46.800 as a NFL fan, because they were taking up time to talk about her instead of actually

00:11:51.680 covering the game.

00:11:52.580 But that lasted like a couple of weeks.

00:11:54.320 And then honestly, she pops up there a couple of times and it's not, has not been a big deal

00:11:58.060 a long time.

00:11:58.720 It's like, just, I don't know.

00:12:00.760 We get so sensitive.

00:12:01.880 Everyone's so sensitive about everything.

00:12:03.840 Gosh.

00:12:04.280 I mean, it's like, can I ask you this?

00:12:05.940 So you're not offended by the, he gets us at, did you see this ad?

00:12:10.600 No, I did not.

00:12:11.200 I don't see any of the ads.

00:12:12.200 So I, I'm, I'm always learning about the ads.

00:12:14.400 This one is, this one, he gets us, you know, the, he gets us campaign.

00:12:20.780 Yeah.

00:12:21.100 The one where they show Jesus doing stuff and he's always really nice, you know, unlike

00:12:26.100 the real Jesus, who was just an SOB, you know, he's always doing what Jesus would do. 0.81

00:12:32.580 Nice things.

00:12:33.440 Okay.

00:12:33.620 Nice things.

00:12:34.260 Yeah.

00:12:34.380 Um, and so in this campaign, uh, it, uh, it had Jesus or it had other people playing

00:12:42.340 the role of Jesus, if you will, washing the feet.

00:12:45.280 Like there was a police officer washing the feet of a BLM supporter.

00:12:49.140 Okay.

00:12:49.700 Okay. 0.61

00:12:49.980 The last one was a priest washing the feet of a transgender person and everybody was upset 0.99

00:12:57.600 about it. 0.80

00:12:58.120 I mean, this is blasphemous, you know, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:13:03.060 I came out and I was alone yesterday.

00:13:05.000 I think, um, very alone.

00:13:08.220 I don't really think that's blasphemous.

00:13:10.540 Uh, I don't, I think Jesus wants us to love each other.

00:13:14.720 Now you could say you could make the case that, yeah, then how come they didn't have the BLM

00:13:20.380 person washing the feet of the cop, you know, that would have been nice.

00:13:24.340 You know, anything that went the other direction.

00:13:26.240 I agree with that.

00:13:27.160 Um, but because that's what Jesus would do.

00:13:30.940 But I, you know, I think that the, the idea of love is kind of, I mean, he didn't copyright

00:13:38.620 it, but he should have the whole love thing.

00:13:41.580 He should have been, Hey, Hey, Hey, copyright infringement.

00:13:43.800 That's mine.

00:13:44.500 Yeah.

00:13:44.800 Okay.

00:13:45.640 Um, so people are upset.

00:13:48.200 Uh, and there is a great article by Lily Hayes, uh, on blaze, the blaze.com.

00:13:54.400 Uh, she says, yes, Jesus did wash the feet, but that's not all he did.

00:13:58.640 And then she goes into the ad, uh, Jesus didn't come to bring about a political victory, but

00:14:03.840 a radical revolution in every person's heart.

00:14:06.420 The ad ended with a screen that read, Jesus didn't teach hate.

00:14:09.960 He washed feats.

00:14:11.780 Um, the ad immediately sparked controversy.

00:14:14.440 She said, first, Jesus didn't teach hate.

00:14:17.640 He told us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us.

00:14:22.220 He did come to serve.

00:14:24.180 He dined with the sinners, spoke with the unclean rejects of society.

00:14:28.640 You know, there's one way to look at this ad and this ad, you could say, well, he, you

00:14:34.220 know, the police officer was washing the BLM guy's feet.

00:14:38.760 Now I think that makes the police officer, the Jesus character. 0.55

00:14:44.620 And who would you rather be in that picture?

00:14:47.020 Jesus or the protester?

00:14:49.260 I'm going to go with Jesus for me.

00:14:51.140 In fact, it's not even a close call on any of those things.

00:14:54.940 I'd rather be the one who loves.

00:14:58.660 And we've looked at it like, how come they're not washing our feet?

00:15:02.240 I don't know.

00:15:03.340 Because Jesus was in the other role.

00:15:06.820 I'm just, I'm just saying you could look at it that way.

00:15:10.920 Uh, Jesus dined with sinners, spoke with the unclean rejects of society, even washed Judas's 0.94

00:15:16.140 feet on the night of his betrayal.

00:15:18.440 Now, I can't think of something that would piss people up, BLM protest, turning you into the 0.99

00:15:29.000 Roman guard to be crucified.

00:15:31.000 Which one is bigger to forgive? 1.00

00:15:36.940 Transgender? 0.98

00:15:37.660 Or the guy who got you crucified? 0.99

00:15:42.400 Mmm.

00:15:44.000 You know, I mean, if Jesus can wash the feet of Judas, and he knew Judas was going to turn

00:15:52.440 him in, I don't know.

00:15:55.160 I think that may, there may be, I don't have a biblical metal detector, but I bet it would 1.00

00:16:01.640 be going off in the love area right there, you know?

00:16:05.400 Maybe something we should look at.

00:16:07.000 I mean, it's the problem that most people have with it, kind of what you outlined, which

00:16:10.360 is, it feels like it's just preaching to one side, right?

00:16:14.460 Like, hey, you conservatives should be nicer to transgender people and BLM supporters.

00:16:19.260 Like, it's more of the pandering aspect than questioning whether Jesus would love and wash

00:16:25.360 the feet of his enemies.

00:16:27.960 Or is it a message to Christians, all of us Christians, that will fall on deaf ears for

00:16:34.740 others, and they'll make it about politics.

00:16:38.260 Is it a message for those of us who claim to know Christ that we should love our enemies?

00:16:46.360 Because they're not our enemies.

00:16:47.900 They're our brothers and sisters.

00:16:48.900 They may be in error.

00:16:50.320 We may not like them, but we should not hate them.

00:16:54.060 I think that's probably the message.

00:16:57.180 I don't think it's political at all.

00:17:00.680 It's saying, those of you who believe you're Christians, you are on this side, generally 0.87

00:17:07.620 speaking.

00:17:09.380 What do you say?

00:17:10.420 Stand against them.

00:17:13.300 Stand against what they're preaching, what they're doing, just like Jesus did.

00:17:18.040 But you love them, so we don't make things worse.

00:17:21.660 I don't, I can't think of a better message than that one.

00:17:25.060 Yeah, I mean, I think it's good.

00:17:26.340 But nobody's taking it that way.

00:17:27.380 Yeah, I know what you're saying.

00:17:28.520 I think there's, it seems to be there's questions about the motivations of this group, which

00:17:32.680 again, I don't even know who's, I don't even know, I don't know much about it, honestly,

00:17:37.020 the actual campaign.

00:17:38.520 But I mean, it does, in the context of today, you could see why someone looks at that and

00:17:43.920 says, well, they're only telling me I need to do it, and they're not saying to the others

00:17:48.280 out there that they need to do it as well.

00:17:50.140 Like, I can see why you might take that from it.

00:17:52.420 But take the log out of your own eye.

00:17:54.180 Right, yeah, yeah.

00:17:55.940 Take the log out of your own eye.

00:17:57.400 I mean, by the way, I did find out in all my research going through all of this that

00:18:02.040 Baphomet, you know who he is, you know, that big statue of, you know, Satan, found

00:18:08.520 out he's transgender.

00:18:09.600 I don't know if you knew that, but Baphomet is transgender.

00:18:14.620 Just thought I'd point that out.

00:18:16.520 Back in just, back in just a second.

00:18:20.180 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program, and we really want to thank you for listening.

00:18:25.200 Hey, hey, I just, I mean, I like to point out, have we gotten to the part yet where

00:18:31.960 the terrorists are coming?

00:18:34.300 I'm just saying, that's the part where you're going to say, hey, what was that number for

00:18:39.000 that medical company, you know, that was giving all the antibiotics so you could have them

00:18:44.620 in case there's a total breakdown of society?

00:18:47.040 Yeah, yeah.

00:18:47.980 It's Jace Medical.

00:18:50.100 J-A-S-E Medical.com.

00:18:52.980 Really important because you can have the five, you know, most popular antibiotics.

00:18:57.340 I mean, my favorite is Augmentin.

00:19:00.760 What's your favorite?

00:19:01.600 Anyway, you get the five most popular antibiotics, but you can also expand it to all of the stuff

00:19:09.200 that your family takes, and you could have that for a year, a year's worth in your home.

00:19:14.800 So if there is some sort of breakdown of the system, you still have your family protected.

00:19:20.940 Jace Medical, J-A-S-E Medical.com.

00:19:25.120 Back to the podcast.

00:19:26.300 Well, in his continued sellout of our nation and our values, Mitt Romney made a comment from

00:19:33.880 the Senate floor telling his colleagues that the vote on Ukraine aid is, in his words,

00:19:42.900 listen.

00:19:43.720 The vote we will soon take to provide military weapons for Ukraine is the most important vote

00:19:50.600 we will ever take as United States Senators.

00:19:56.460 Wow.

00:19:58.380 That's amazing.

00:20:00.480 Now, there's a couple of things that I'd like to point out.

00:20:05.000 First of all, it's not really weapons.

00:20:08.180 Much of that $90 billion goes to shore up their Social Security, which ours isn't shored up.

00:20:14.500 But we're going to pay for all of their Social Security payments.

00:20:18.000 We are also paying the salary of almost every member of the government, their entire government

00:20:24.540 in Ukraine, all of the salaries.

00:20:29.440 Plus, we're also giving them some military aid.

00:20:32.520 Oh, and we're keeping some of their small businesses open, you know, because we're so good

00:20:37.320 at that here.

00:20:37.980 So, it's really not that.

00:20:40.640 And the most important vote we'll take as a senator.

00:20:46.720 I've seen a lot of important votes.

00:20:49.100 This must be a doozy, huh?

00:20:52.920 Now, Eric Schmidt noticed and pointed out nearly every Republican senator under the age of 55

00:21:01.140 voted no on this America Last Bill.

00:21:04.080 15 out of the 17 were elected in 2018.

00:21:09.600 They voted no.

00:21:11.420 Things are changing, just not fast enough.

00:21:13.880 I have to tell you, this old guard has got to let the new guard do its job.

00:21:21.000 You did your job, and we see how it's left this country.

00:21:24.840 Now, what do you say you let the people who are actually going to be alive

00:21:29.180 when we have to pay for some of these things,

00:21:32.280 what do you say you let them do their job?

00:21:35.520 No, no, no.

00:21:36.780 We need Nancy Pelosi. 0.95

00:21:38.840 We've got to have Mitch McConnell.

00:21:42.000 Really?

00:21:42.560 Maybe in the Smithsonian, but not in Congress.

00:21:48.300 Now, we found out that J.D. Vance, is he with us yet?

00:21:52.320 He may be sleeping.

00:21:54.080 He was supposed to be on with us right now,

00:21:55.720 but he was on the floor at 4 o'clock in the morning trying to stop this insane bill.

00:22:00.220 But did anybody listen?

00:22:03.700 No, not really.

00:22:05.620 Here's the really bad thing.

00:22:08.020 Buried in this bill for foreign aid

00:22:12.940 is a clause that would prevent President Trump

00:22:17.800 for stopping aid to Ukraine if he would become president.

00:22:21.860 So, it's now the law.

00:22:26.820 And it goes on for, I don't even know, Stu, is it two or three years?

00:22:31.140 And we're spending all this money,

00:22:33.300 and if there's a change in the presidency,

00:22:36.100 it's not just going to stop him,

00:22:39.580 but if he stops it,

00:22:42.680 it's automatic impeachment.

00:22:44.000 That's, I mean, they'd still have to vote on it, obviously.

00:22:48.200 This is just one of the things they went after him for last time, right?

00:22:51.260 Like, this is one of their justifications

00:22:53.300 for the first Trump impeachment.

00:22:57.200 You know, Senator Vance, if he's able to come with us,

00:23:00.600 can explain this maybe a little bit further,

00:23:02.060 because that part of it, I think, is still,

00:23:04.080 it would still be they would need to vote for it

00:23:06.100 and would still need to go through that normal process.

00:23:08.220 But, like, you're right.

00:23:10.420 I mean, one of the scary parts about this particular funding

00:23:13.620 is, like, we gave them a bunch of our stuff, right?

00:23:20.000 We gave a bunch of our military stockpiles to Ukraine,

00:23:25.100 to fight in Ukraine,

00:23:26.340 and then this money is supposed to replenish our stock.

00:23:31.880 You know, a good...

00:23:32.560 Well, let's talk...

00:23:33.240 Yeah, let's talk to him, yeah.

00:23:34.780 Yeah, let's talk to the senator to find out exactly.

00:23:36.740 J.D. Vance, thank you.

00:23:38.020 I know you've been up...

00:23:39.740 You were on the floor at 4 a.m.

00:23:41.200 Have you slept yet?

00:23:43.480 I have not, no, no.

00:23:44.840 But I'm still pretty fired up.

00:23:46.680 So I'll sleep later, Glenn.

00:23:48.520 I'm good.

00:23:48.920 Thank you.

00:23:50.500 You bet.

00:23:51.260 Okay, so tell us about this clause, this hidden clause.

00:23:57.500 Well, so basically, to go back to 2019 to understand this,

00:24:01.000 so using a weird, archaic rule from the Impound Control Act,

00:24:06.740 the Democrats argued in 2019 that because money had been appropriated to Ukraine,

00:24:12.460 so note the similarity, even though it's five years apart,

00:24:16.060 because the money had been appropriated to Ukraine,

00:24:18.260 because Trump had refused to spend the money as appropriated,

00:24:22.260 he had actually violated the law.

00:24:24.000 And so what they have done with this law here is appropriate money,

00:24:29.000 not just through the end of 2024, but into 25 and into 26.

00:24:33.660 And so if Trump, again, refused to give the money that was appropriated to Ukraine

00:24:38.960 in exactly the manner prescribed,

00:24:41.020 they would have not just a similar,

00:24:42.880 but the exact same argument for impeaching him in 2025 as they did in 2019.

00:24:47.760 Now, it would be absurd and spurious, and we would hopefully defeat it, 0.99

00:24:51.960 but we shouldn't give the Democrats weapons because they might stupidly use them. 0.94

00:24:56.940 We should just not give the Democrats weapons. 0.97

00:25:00.060 So tell me where this, speaking of weapons,

00:25:02.680 tell me where this money actually goes,

00:25:04.980 because they say we're arming the Ukrainians.

00:25:07.700 Now, we've already done that.

00:25:09.000 We've armed them.

00:25:10.000 And I'm sure some of this is for the military.

00:25:11.920 But what else are we funding in that $90 billion?

00:25:16.740 Well, so there's a lot of humanitarian assistance, by the way,

00:25:19.880 not just to the Ukrainians, but also that will flow to the Gazans.

00:25:24.380 We know what happens with humanitarian assistance that flows to Gaza.

00:25:28.020 It very often ends up in the hands of a mosque. 1.00

00:25:30.020 So I guarantee that at least a few dollars of American taxpayer money will flow to Gaza. 0.78

00:25:35.420 You know, on the Ukrainian side,

00:25:36.720 we have to remember that the humanitarian assistance is actually the biggest source of corruption.

00:25:40.440 We've heard, for example, from American energy companies that have tried to do business in Ukraine,

00:25:47.740 that the Ukrainian humanitarian assistance is handed out in the form of sweetheart contracts

00:25:52.820 to Ukrainian oligarchs and the companies that they have heavily inflated rates.

00:25:57.640 Of course it is.

00:25:58.400 I mean, we've documented this forever, forever.

00:26:01.540 I mean, if you don't know it by now, you're, you're, I mean, you're just blind to the truth 0.95

00:26:09.220 and you're just a reckless senator. 0.86

00:26:13.080 Yeah, that's exactly right.

00:26:14.360 I mean, look, we know exactly what's going on.

00:26:16.160 We know it's a corrupt country.

00:26:17.800 We know that, you know, yes, there is some money in this package to rebuild the American weapon supplies.

00:26:23.480 But remember, we have, we give so much discretion in the Congress to Joe Biden using what's called

00:26:28.660 presidential drawdown authority or PDA, that the president will immediately take the weapons

00:26:34.860 that are produced for our own stocks and then just hand them over to Ukraine.

00:26:37.980 So this is a massive boondoggle.

00:26:40.380 We know that it will benefit a lot of corrupt parties.

00:26:43.040 And importantly, we know that it will continue this war, 0.84

00:26:46.360 which I think is just not in America's core interest.

00:26:49.300 I think there's no strategy.

00:26:50.400 There's no plan to bring this thing to a close.

00:26:53.000 And I'm really just scandalized, Glenn, at how many Republicans voted for this,

00:26:57.600 given the impeachment time bomb that we just discussed,

00:27:00.440 given how endless the Ukraine war is, given that Joe Biden is commander in chief.

00:27:05.540 You know, one of the arguments I hear from my friends on the pro-Ukraine funding side is they'll say,

00:27:10.380 well, we should be doing this, this, this, and this.

00:27:12.960 And I always say, well, why do you have any confidence that Joe Biden would do any of these things,

00:27:17.560 given how incompetent his administration is?

00:27:19.960 We don't have President Donald Trump or even, you know, President Tom Cotton in the Oval Office.

00:27:25.120 We have a President Joe Biden, and we have to make public policy as if we live in reality.

00:27:33.240 So what's going to happen now?

00:27:35.060 The bill passed.

00:27:37.280 Well, you know, the one thing I will say, Glenn, is, you know,

00:27:40.040 it's always bad when your enemies gain territory,

00:27:42.460 but sometimes it can be a victory because they gain territory at a lot of loss.

00:27:47.980 I mean, we really, I think, inflicted some damage in the messaging battle yesterday,

00:27:52.360 which was ultimately the goal of, you know, spending so much time on the House floor and

00:27:56.280 filibustering as long as we did.

00:27:58.420 The House is really, I think, radicalized against this legislation.

00:28:02.400 The only way, really the only way for it to pass in the House is for Republicans to cooperate

00:28:09.060 with Democrats to give the floor over to Hakeem Jeffries.

00:28:12.980 This is called a discharge petition.

00:28:15.220 And look, we just have to make sure this doesn't happen.

00:28:17.480 In fact, any Republican who cooperates in handing the floor to Hakeem Jeffries

00:28:22.220 should get an immediate primary and should be persona non grata in the Republican Party.

00:28:27.440 So that is the next stage of the fight.

00:28:29.180 We have much, much better terrain for that fight in the House because we have the majority.

00:28:34.580 We'll see what happens, Glenn, but I'm optimistic we can at least kill this version of the bill.

00:28:40.720 Well, I hope it continues.

00:28:42.340 I just, you know, there's so much misinformation on, by the government, that this was a border bill.

00:28:49.460 This last one was a border bill.

00:28:50.700 No, it wasn't.

00:28:51.180 It was an immigration bill.

00:28:52.200 And nobody except Chuck Schumer and Joe Biden have been asking for an immigration bill.

00:28:58.100 America has rejected that over and over and over again.

00:29:01.280 Comprehensive immigration reform.

00:29:02.780 That's not what we were asking for.

00:29:05.960 We were asking for the border to be secured.

00:29:08.660 Now, does it look like anything's going to happen on that front?

00:29:13.000 Well, unless the House really stands their ground, Glenn.

00:29:15.760 I mean, again, what we should say to the president is you don't get another dime for Ukraine

00:29:19.900 unless you actually secure the border.

00:29:21.820 That's sort of a basic operating presumption.

00:29:24.740 We won't even consider bills that give money to Ukraine unless you secure the border.

00:29:28.920 We really need the House to sort of stand firm on this point.

00:29:31.340 I think they have a chance, actually, because, again, they have the majority and they have the willpower here.

00:29:37.080 It's just, again, it's going to be a question of how many Republicans they can find to stab their voters in the back.

00:29:43.960 Unfortunately, there are a few out there.

00:29:47.320 We know that.

00:29:47.860 Hopefully, there are not enough in the House to do it and to give Team Jeffries control of the war.

00:29:53.440 I remember September 11th.

00:29:58.780 I have absolutely no idea what we were talking about the day before, but all of it was irrelevant.

00:30:04.880 I don't know if you've heard the sheriff of Butler County, Richard Jones,

00:30:08.420 but he said he was briefed along with the other sheriffs from the National Sheriffs Association by Christopher Wray last week.

00:30:17.020 And Christopher Wray scared the sheriff's association to their core, it sounds,

00:30:23.960 saying that we have a terrorist attack that is imminent.

00:30:27.360 Everything changes, and I don't know how every Republican or even just how every sellout that just only cares about re-election

00:30:37.760 is missing that because of these open borders and because of what we're doing in Ukraine

00:30:45.420 and with Taiwan and Israel or Iran, we are ripe for the taking for terrorist attacks.

00:30:55.520 And when that happens, these guys are not going to fare well at the polls.

00:30:59.980 They're just not.

00:31:02.220 No, they're not, Glenn.

00:31:03.600 Sheriff Jones is a good guy.

00:31:05.240 I know.

00:31:05.580 Butler County is actually where I was born and raised, Butler County, Ohio.

00:31:09.360 So he's dead right, unfortunately.

00:31:12.900 We're at the greatest risk of a terrorist attack in this country in at least 20 years.

00:31:17.860 We know that there are many thousands of people who are at least suspected on the terrorist watch list.

00:31:23.880 At least a few hundred of them are definitely terrorists.

00:31:27.420 They're in our country. 0.75

00:31:28.180 We have no reason why.

00:31:29.220 We have no reason what they're planning.

00:31:31.080 And this is unfortunately the consequence of Joe Biden's open border.

00:31:35.480 Look, I, of course, hope nothing happens.

00:31:38.820 And I think we have to do everything that we can

00:31:41.820 to prevent as many bad people as we can from coming into the country.

00:31:45.160 But we also have to prepare.

00:31:46.880 And I think, unfortunately, we have a lot of bad dudes in this country right now.

00:31:51.280 You know what I always notice, Glenn, is these people always argue,

00:31:54.860 meaning the open borders folks, they always say this is about asylum.

00:31:59.320 These people are fleeing political persecution.

00:32:02.200 And then you look at the people who are allegedly claiming asylum,

00:32:04.660 and they're all like men between the ages of 20 and 35.

00:32:08.040 I tend to remember from my history that when political persecution is happening,

00:32:12.940 it's the women and children who are the most affected by it,

00:32:15.660 not the 20 to 35-year-old military-age men.

00:32:18.500 So it's pretty frightening stuff.

00:32:20.040 Isn't that weird?

00:32:20.420 Thank you, J.D., I appreciate it.

00:32:22.740 Go get some sleep.

00:32:24.060 J.D. Vance, the senator from Ohio, has been up all night trying to stop this bill in the Senate,

00:32:29.800 along with a handful of others, and I thank every single one of them for doing their job.

00:32:34.920 The best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:32:36.600 So I just want to play the Houston police, breaking down the shooter's pronouns at this church shooting.

00:32:52.320 Cut five, please.

00:32:53.720 So she has utilized both male and female names,

00:32:57.380 but through all of our investigation to this point,

00:33:00.840 talking with individuals, interviews, documents, Houston Police Department reports,

00:33:07.120 she has been identified this entire time as female, she, her,

00:33:12.860 and so we are identifying her as Genesee Moreno, Hispanic female.

00:33:19.820 Well, the hate-mongering.

00:33:21.740 She occasionally identified as a male. 0.99

00:33:26.340 Can we just check her pants for the junk? 1.00

00:33:29.440 That's all we need to know. 0.94

00:33:30.880 I don't, why?

00:33:32.060 Why is the Houston police, here's why, 1.00

00:33:34.780 because some stupid reporter actually said, 1.00

00:33:38.720 why are you, you know, she identified as a male. 0.99

00:33:42.180 I'm sorry, I said she.

00:33:44.940 And that's why they had to do this.

00:33:47.320 It's insanity.

00:33:49.540 Just say no, America. 0.99

00:33:50.740 Don't even listen to those people.

00:33:52.100 They say that, go, yep, not listening to you anymore.

00:33:56.020 Is that the important part of this?

00:33:58.500 Well, no, of course not.

00:34:00.600 But, again, we have another shooter that identifies both ways.

00:34:07.060 So, not a conservative, just there.

00:34:10.480 That's why you don't hear much about this story.

00:34:13.060 Okay?

00:34:13.360 I'm just saying.

00:34:15.320 Now, let me, help me out here.

00:34:18.620 Lakewood Shooter had an AR-15.

00:34:23.820 Sticker on the AR-15 rifle said Palestine. 0.56

00:34:30.040 It was used by a woman, I think, used to open fire at celebrity pastor Joel Olsteen's Lakewood Church in Houston,

00:34:39.700 injuring two, including her son.

00:34:41.860 According to police, some anti-Semitic writings have also been recovered.

00:34:46.220 But a motive behind the Sunday afternoon shooting has not been determined.

00:34:51.120 Okay, wait a minute.

00:34:54.580 I, ow, I just, blood shooting out of my eyes.

00:35:00.580 I thought for a second I had an ice pick in my eye.

00:35:03.400 No, it's just this story.

00:35:05.340 So, let me see.

00:35:06.820 We have a woman who also claims to be a man.

00:35:12.640 Got it.

00:35:15.080 We have them with a AR-15 with Palestine on the barrel. 0.99

00:35:24.140 And then we found some anti-Semitic writings.

00:35:28.520 But we don't know the motive.

00:35:32.740 Let me ask you.

00:35:34.620 Has anyone, anybody on the right been given that kind of grace? 0.91

00:35:41.360 I mean, I believe in grace, but this is ridiculous.

00:35:46.100 We do believe that there was a family dispute that took place between her, her ex-husband, and her ex-husband's family. 0.76

00:35:54.140 Some of which were Jewish, experts say.

00:35:58.780 Oh, okay.

00:36:01.080 All right, well, I can't, I can't assign a motive to this at all.

00:36:05.240 Now, here's what I can't find.

00:36:07.720 Suspect, 36-year-old Janice Yvonne Moreno entered the church, blah, blah, blah, pointed the gun, yada, yada. 1.00

00:36:16.520 I can't find anywhere if she is an American citizen or here illegally.

00:36:26.820 That would seem kind of important, wouldn't it?

00:36:30.680 I mean, not as important as her pronouns, surely, but kind of interesting, at least.

00:36:38.020 By the way, the migrant moped gangs in New York, have you heard about them?

00:36:43.680 They come up to people on a moped, and they just steal their purse, steal their phones, right off into the sunset.

00:36:52.480 They dragged one woman, what was it, almost a block, I think?

00:37:00.420 They're great.

00:37:01.880 I mean, they are good people.

00:37:02.860 These are just people trying to, you know, come here and earn a living.

00:37:06.720 They're just good, decent people.

00:37:08.680 Well, they caught one of the guys, and he apparently was the ringleader.

00:37:14.540 Now, this is going to come as a surprise to you, but he was from Venezuela.

00:37:19.280 And when he was, yeah, he was an illegal here from Venezuela.

00:37:24.960 But when he got here, he was just looking to change his life and his family's life, you know,

00:37:30.160 by dragging people in the street, you know, by their purse strap, who just wouldn't let go.

00:37:36.140 I mean, that's really her fault, not his.

00:37:39.280 And then, of course, he robbed a bunch of people in New York, Yonkers, New Jersey, and Florida.

00:37:48.980 When they arrested him, they found an illegal gun.

00:37:53.200 Wow.

00:37:54.080 An illegal gun with an illegal.

00:37:56.560 That's a double negative.

00:37:57.820 Don't they cancel each other out in today's world?

00:38:00.780 He was using it in a Fort Lauderdale armed heist.

00:38:03.280 The same gun that was used at a gunpoint robbery at Solid Gold Jewelry in Manhattan, where he took $279,000.

00:38:14.160 He apparently, he's been a busy little bee.

00:38:17.420 I mean, hey, don't say that these aren't entrepreneurs.

00:38:20.280 Look what he's doing.

00:38:21.540 He had a shootout with another crew in the Bronx.

00:38:26.440 You know, these poor, innocent migrants who are just here to better their lives, sometimes they're like, hey, that purse was in my territory. 0.98

00:38:38.500 I get to steal that purse.

00:38:41.660 And the others don't agree.

00:38:43.100 Maybe they don't speak the same language.

00:38:45.200 Maybe it's climate change that is causing the problem there.

00:38:48.800 Anyway, he said the crime network that he's part of is much bigger than me.

00:38:57.060 In a million years, I never thought you'd catch me, he said.

00:39:00.920 I've been going to Miami every three weeks, and this is much bigger than me.

00:39:06.460 Apparently, he's part of a whole, I don't know, I guess, migrant movement to relieve some people, black and white, of the money they just don't need or the phones that they just don't need.

00:39:22.860 By the way, also, migrants, if you can call them that, have crossed the northern border from Canada into New York, Vermont, New Hampshire.

00:39:32.840 In record numbers this year, they have reportedly taken advantage of low staff and lack of fencing in the region.

00:39:41.420 Well, you wouldn't want to put fencing up there.

00:39:43.200 You'd have to have, if you do that, then the border guard has to come up and cut the fencing down.

00:39:48.160 I mean, that just seems like a waste of money, even for America.

00:39:51.100 They revealed that more than 12,200 migrants were caught illegally crossing the Canadian border last year, representing a sharp spike in attempted crossings.

00:40:02.080 Now, tomorrow, I'm going to give you another story.

00:40:04.720 Justin Trudeau, love him, love him.

00:40:08.520 He looks just like his dad, Fidel.

00:40:11.420 But he's decided that Canada is going to take a lot of people in from Gaza, which is good. 0.99

00:40:20.260 Now, I don't know if they love the cold weather of Canada, and that's why they're going, or they might want to just come on down south a little bit.

00:40:28.900 What could happen?

00:40:30.240 What could happen?

00:40:30.840 Why watch our borders?

00:40:32.460 Okay, so some Gaza people.

00:40:35.600 I don't assume that they are for, you know, Hamas.

00:40:39.900 That's only about 87% of them.

00:40:42.640 So they come here, and they want to be in, you know, warmer territory.

00:40:49.320 And so they cross the border.

00:40:50.920 What is the, why, why, why all this hate?

00:40:53.360 Now, also in Chicago, the Democrats have now turned against Mayor Johnson on the migrant issue.

00:41:00.120 The migrant crisis could apparently flip the state of Illinois to purple. 0.99

00:41:08.940 National Review report on Monday spoke with various activists and Democratic candidates on the growing number of migrants in the city.

00:41:17.160 Cook County Board of Commissioners candidate was particularly vocal on public funds being used to house migrants instead of helping the homeless.

00:41:24.960 We have people who have come here illegally who have jumped the line. 1.00

00:41:29.580 Now, I know what you're saying.

00:41:31.160 What a hate monger.

00:41:32.720 But let's just look at it from her point of view.

00:41:36.360 Yeah, these other people came here the right way.

00:41:40.100 Other people were born here and can't get help.

00:41:44.400 And suddenly, these other people come across the border, no questions asked.

00:41:49.060 And we seem to be giving them a lot of hotel rooms.

00:41:52.740 I don't know.

00:41:53.780 I mean, I see your point a little bit.

00:41:56.100 Of course, it's filled with hate.

00:41:57.320 And so I reject it entirely.

00:41:59.480 But I don't know.

00:42:01.160 If I were, let's say, somebody who was impoverished and an American, I might be a little pissed at how, hey, isn't that the guy I saw on TV, you know, with Hamas? 0.73

00:42:12.340 Why is he going to the hotel and getting a free ride?

00:42:14.820 I don't know.

00:42:15.580 I don't know. 1.00

00:42:16.200 Shut up, hate monger. 1.00

00:42:17.060 She also said that it's not Abbott's fault. 1.00

00:42:23.920 He didn't ask for it.

00:42:25.480 Quote, we asked for it.

00:42:28.060 This is an activist in Chicago saying we asked for it by becoming a sanctuary city.

00:42:35.660 Listen to this one.

00:42:37.080 Peace activist Dr. Laura Chamberlain also pushed back the idea that Abbott was to blame.

00:42:43.840 What state could possibly take in millions of refugees?

00:42:47.740 Others pointed to a growing resentment among that African-American community over the preferential treatment of migrants.

00:42:54.440 The reality is, if you look at Chicago now, you have high unemployment rates among African-American youth in particular.

00:43:01.760 You have a lack of mental health services in Chicago.

00:43:04.960 You have thousands of homeless people in Chicago already.

00:43:08.100 They were never, ever focused on like they're focusing on the migrants.

00:43:12.640 Huh.

00:43:13.760 Isn't that interesting?

00:43:16.660 Now, wait a minute.

00:43:17.520 Hang on just a second. 0.51

00:43:18.400 I know that the Marxist rulebook calls for a race war, and so far you haven't really been able to get white people to hate black people and have a race war.

00:43:30.740 I wonder if this might have something to do with that, because taking the jobs of poor African-Americans, wow, surely not.

00:43:42.100 Now, everybody makes this political, and I'm going to show you that.

00:43:45.740 Here's what MSNBC said.

00:43:49.040 They went to these people, and they asked them, why are Latino voters, like yourself, choosing Trump?

00:43:54.840 So they've boiled it all down to politics, and I'm sure climate change is in there someplace.

00:44:02.020 This Hispanic said, because we see what's happening with our economy, we know that gas prices in 2020 were a lot lower. 0.83

00:44:09.940 We recognize that immigrants coming into our border is not helping, it's causing crime. 1.00

00:44:17.000 Whoa, I can't handle that much common sense.

00:44:19.720 I'm a little wobbly right now.

00:44:22.920 I am, but I am an old, well-meaning, elderly man who has lost a lot of his memory.

00:44:29.780 And so give me a break, give me 60 seconds to recover from that common sense, from a political question, what is this really all about?

00:44:40.720 I'll tell you next.

00:44:41.660 NMLS 182334, NMLSConsumerAccess.org.

00:44:44.520 APR for the rates in the 5.

00:44:45.700 Starts at 6.275% for well-qualified buyers.

00:44:48.080 Call 800-906-2440 for details about credit costs and terms.

00:44:51.020 Man, every time I hear that, I think that's my favorite, I like that better than a song.

00:44:56.360 That's my favorite part of the day, hearing that disclaimer.

00:45:00.220 American Financing can, thank you, federal government.

00:45:03.040 American Financing can help you access the cash in your home and pay off the high interest debt that you might have on credit cards.

00:45:10.020 Last year, they helped members of this audience that called in an average of $854 every single month.

00:45:17.200 That is giving yourself a $10,000 raise.

00:45:21.020 What a way to start the new year.

00:45:22.340 And if you start today, you might be able to delay two mortgage payments.

00:45:27.020 So call American Financing.

00:45:28.680 Call them today at 800-906-2440.

00:45:32.280 800-906-2440.

00:45:35.200 Or go to AmericanFinancing.net.

00:45:37.560 It's AmericanFinancing.net.

00:45:39.700 800-906-2440.

00:45:42.380 10 seconds.

00:45:42.960 Station ID.

00:45:50.300 Okay, so let me give you a couple of stories before I get to, you know, what the government is doing.

00:46:00.120 So MSNBC asked the political question, why would you vote for Donald Trump?

00:46:05.180 You're Hispanic.

00:46:06.100 Like, that's a non-racist question.

00:46:09.360 Because we see what's happening with our economy.

00:46:12.140 They know what gas prices were in 2020.

00:46:14.460 We recognize that immigrants coming to our border is not helping. 1.00

00:46:18.540 It's causing crime. 0.54

00:46:21.020 Wow.

00:46:21.580 So crime, inflation, and open borders are important to Hispanics. 1.00

00:46:31.920 Now, that's weird.

00:46:33.920 Now, there's another warning that came out.

00:46:37.260 I talked to you about it last hour from Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones.

00:46:42.220 He got a warning from the head of the FBI, the director of the FBI, Christopher Wray.

00:46:49.820 Don't you love him?

00:46:51.460 He said the update for the National Sheriff's Association annual meeting was that he is convinced a terrorist attack in the U.S. is imminent.

00:47:03.280 Now, where would that terrorist attack come from?

00:47:05.200 Because didn't, Stu, correct me if I'm wrong, did we fix that overstaying of visas thing?

00:47:11.160 Because that's the only way these 19 hijackers got in last time.

00:47:14.460 They overstayed their visas.

00:47:16.560 Oh, it's 100% fixed, Glenn.

00:47:18.400 No problems with that at all anymore.

00:47:19.680 So, okay, good.

00:47:20.940 Okay, so if we've done that, then we've fixed all the problems.

00:47:24.820 How could these terrorists possibly be getting in?

00:47:27.060 Now, he's saying, after talking to Christopher Wray, that the police and sheriffs are going to, it's going to be, you are going to have to take control of your own family and your own security.

00:47:40.420 Because, as he says, the National Guard and the military are just not coming to save you.

00:47:46.040 It'll be your sheriffs, your police departments, and the people of the community.

00:47:52.020 Hmm.

00:47:53.180 So, crime is going up.

00:47:55.260 It seems to be out of control.

00:47:58.040 The prosecution, they've decided to rest.

00:48:02.120 Uh, and what is our government doing?

00:48:07.320 Well, several major credit card companies have decided to move forward with a plan to track purchases made at gun retailers in California, according to CBS News.

00:48:19.980 The good, fine people at American Express, Visa, and MasterCard will implement a new merchant code for firearm and ammunition retailers, allowing the banks to track suspicious purchases to comply with a new California law.

00:48:39.040 Now, adopting the code will not provide information about the specific items purchased at the retailer.

00:48:44.700 You know, credit cards don't record data on a SKU level.

00:48:48.760 Retailers are assigned merchant category codes based on the types of items they sell.

00:48:54.180 So, they won't be able to know, you bought this particular scope.

00:48:59.780 They'll just know, hey, look who's looking at scopes.

00:49:04.700 Hey, look who's buying a bunch of nondescript ammunition.

00:49:10.040 It could be, I don't know, rocks for a slingshot.

00:49:13.140 Whatever's in the ammunition department.

00:49:15.000 We can't, we're not going to just tell everybody, look at David over there.

00:49:20.440 The bank has told me that he's storing up on ammunition.

00:49:23.880 You don't know that.

00:49:24.660 Could be Nerf ammunition.

00:49:26.960 You don't know.

00:49:28.380 Neither does the federal government. 1.00

00:49:29.940 What a bunch of bull crap this is. 1.00

00:49:32.340 So, the country is going down the crapper. 1.00

00:49:36.820 Things are becoming more unlawful, unruly.

00:49:41.900 Tensions are rising.

00:49:43.760 And what is the government doing?

00:49:45.540 Are they doing what the sheriff of Butler County said that everybody should do?

00:49:50.620 And prepare, train, make sure that you are capable of handling any situation.

00:49:56.260 Because you may be the one that has to defend yourself.

00:50:01.500 No.

00:50:03.060 They're letting all kinds of drug cartels, poor drugs, illegal guns, whatever they want into the streets.

00:50:12.580 But they want to make sure that Glenn Beck, if he's buying, is he buying a rifle?

00:50:19.340 What is he thinking?

00:50:20.220 I mean, I've heard him on the air.

00:50:21.720 He's got to be thinking about shooting up a, I don't know, is it Jack in the Box?

00:50:26.240 Or is it because they don't, they didn't serve him enough hamburgers?

00:50:30.380 We don't know.

00:50:32.780 Wendy's, were they out of the big frosty?

00:50:35.360 Because I know he likes to dip his french fries into the chocolate frosties.

00:50:39.700 Yeah, call him crazy, because we do here at the FBI.

00:50:44.080 But he just bought a box of some ammunition.

00:50:47.040 We don't know what kind.

00:50:49.160 But maybe we should watch him.

00:50:51.580 No, maybe you should watch the border.

00:50:55.540 Maybe you should watch the people who wish us ill.
