00:11:19.380 So he was over preaching anti-corruption members in Romania and the businessman who later went
00:11:28.880 to jail for corruption wired more than $3 million into the account of Rob Walker.
00:11:35.720 Rob Walker is also the guy that worked with the Bidens in China that got another $3 million

00:11:45.260 And that was split up into a whole bunch of different Bidens accounts.

00:17:38.700 Biden DHS coordinating illegal immigration inflows with Mexico.
00:17:44.800 In recent days, large crowds of immigrants have formed on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande,
00:17:50.300 fully prepared to swim over well-worn crossing spots to Brownsville, Texas, but seemingly
00:17:57.140 held back by unarmed Mexican immigration officials over the course of the last several days in
00:18:05.120 Northeastern Mexico, when perhaps 3000 immigrants a day swam over to Brownsville with no opposition
00:18:12.700 on either side, a curious pattern has become evident at some sort of signal from the Mexican
00:18:20.120 immigration officers, a group of about 100 to 150 from the crowd would suddenly stand in unison
00:18:28.040 and rush down to the riverbank, pass the immigration officers and swim over to America.
00:18:34.360 It seems this pattern was far from happenstance.
00:18:39.680 The Center for Immigration Studies asked several of the Mexican immigration officers what was going on
00:18:46.280 and learned that President Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security has been coordinating these mass
00:18:53.680 swims with Mexico's immigration service.
00:18:58.740 The officers explained that their senior officers were in touch with U.S. Customs and Border Protection
00:19:05.080 officials about how many immigrants were gathered and prepared to cross the river at any given time.
00:19:10.800 We're letting them know that there's a group of people ready to cross the Americans on the other
00:19:17.020 side would ask the Mexicans to hold back the migrants, not because it's illegal or should be blocked
00:19:23.180 and obstructed, but only until the Americans had finished processing the last batch into the country

00:20:16.660 down there who, you know, didn't know each other, didn't know I was asking the question.
00:20:21.960 And then I have also confirmed it with a very senior state of Texas official who told me that
00:20:31.360 they found out about this a week ago.
00:20:34.020 I'm sure this had been going on for two weeks now and issued a complaint with the Biden administration
00:20:40.500 and that the state of Texas was told that they that this would end.
00:20:46.240 They would end this thing.
00:20:47.360 But obviously, they have not ended it because I watched it happening.
00:20:52.220 And the Mexican officers were telling me what they were doing.
00:20:55.800 And, you know, of course, the problem here is, you know, DHS is supposed to, by law, they're
00:21:03.840 statutorily mandated to stop, block and deter illegal immigration between ports of entry.
00:21:11.360 But in this case, at least here in Matamoros, I don't know where else it's happening.

00:21:23.760 And that is a violation of law.

00:21:50.560 The Title 42, the news today is Joe Biden has seen the light and he's he's got a new plan.

00:22:00.660 Well, I don't know about much, you know, if there was something new over the last 24 hours,
00:22:10.100 but the plan that that is in place is called Title 8.
00:22:14.500 I mean, the one that's supposed to replace Title 42 is Title 8 expedited removal.
00:22:20.600 And what they have been telling the immigrants and us, the American public,
00:22:26.400 is that if you come in illegally and we catch you, we will put you in removal proceedings,
00:22:32.520 deportation proceedings.
00:22:34.740 And that if even if you apply for asylum, we're going to say no,
00:22:40.480 because you didn't apply in another country.
00:22:44.320 And then we'll put a five year ban on you from ever entering the country again.
00:22:49.340 So like, you know, kind of tough Trumpian sticks and consequences.
00:22:53.720 But now they they, you know, a day or two ago, they announced, well, you know,
00:22:58.740 we're not so sure about that five year ban thing.
00:23:01.800 We will give you the option of voluntarily returning to Mexico to avoid that option,
00:23:08.660 which, of course, just sets them up to just cross again, you know, without any consequence.

00:23:17.180 But what really probably is going to happen and what we're at risk of seeing is that
00:23:22.400 when all these people start to come in, the administration will be unable to implement
00:23:28.140 these plans because the facilities are already full.

00:23:41.900 We've seen video of that in El Paso and McAllen and elsewhere over the last two and a half years

00:24:19.180 Well, so what happens is, you know, for example, El Paso is a good recent example.
00:24:26.980 I was in Juarez, the Mexican city across just a few weeks ago, across from El Paso.
00:24:32.860 And, you know, thousands and thousands of Venezuelans mostly decided to just cross in and turn themselves
00:24:41.220 in for processing.
00:24:43.200 Well, there's nowhere to put them.
00:24:45.360 So they overwhelmed the system.
00:24:48.020 They just crashed the system, our infrastructure over there.
00:24:51.680 And then they are just walking around El Paso, unprocessed, free to go and do whatever they
00:24:59.540 want, nowhere to stay, no food, no nothing.
00:25:03.900 They're just, you know, wandering around by the thousands in El Paso.
00:25:08.300 And I think we've seen the video of that.
00:25:10.240 That is what what what broken arrow looks like.

00:25:47.880 These cities are declaring emergencies because they are going to be unable to their police
00:25:54.700 forces and their hospitals and their, you know, their own systems that are that are made
00:25:59.660 that are set up for for their social welfare would be overwhelmed in a thing like this.

00:26:06.880 They're they're cleaning up El Paso now, rounding up everybody and processing them all into the
00:26:13.560 country, by the way, the vast majority of these people that are apprehended after crossing
00:26:20.740 the border eventually get released into the interior of the country.
00:26:24.840 They should not be released in any other city than a a sanctuary city.
00:26:31.960 The fact that these are being released into mainly red states is reprehensible.
00:26:41.580 They should be released if they're going to do this into sanctuary cities.
