00:00:00.080 What did we talk about today in the podcast, do this?
00:00:04.680 Not from a parallel universe.
00:00:10.360 Is there any story today that you would say, that you wouldn't say, five to ten years ago?
00:00:20.520 Come on.
00:00:22.560 Was there a single story in today's show?
00:00:28.200 I don't think so.
00:00:29.580 Yeah, I can't think of one that seemed even mildly rational.
00:00:34.940 Tonight, I'm doing a special on Blaze TV.
00:00:38.020 I'm going to show you how it gets worse.
00:00:39.660 We are now officially in the place that I said, top down, bottom up, inside out.
00:00:46.220 The top is now solidified in charge.
00:00:49.380 They have their hands on all the levers.
00:00:52.740 They just need the country to be turned inside out.
00:00:57.680 And us fighting violently against each other.
00:01:01.600 That way they can come down because the bottom has risen up.
00:01:05.740 I'm going to show it to you tonight with the Trans Army.
00:01:09.740 We talk about a lot of this on today's podcast.
00:01:12.460 You don't want to miss a second of it.
00:01:13.840 It's brought to you by American Giant.
00:01:16.940 Every time I think about American Giant, I think about going into the clothing store, my little hometown of Mount Vernon, where we used to buy Levi's.
00:01:24.980 And you still kind of buy Levi's like this if you buy them, you know, in a regular store.
00:01:31.940 You can go to fancy pants stores and they don't sell them like this.
00:01:34.580 But they used to just put them up on shelves.
00:01:37.880 And then, you know, my mom would take me and I'd buy all of my clothes, you know, one time a year.
00:01:42.720 If I was lucky, I could get a new pair of Levi's.
00:01:49.880 That's the way it used to be.
00:01:51.420 It's not that way anymore.
00:01:52.780 95% of the clothing Americans bought back in the 60s made here in America.
00:01:57.960 Now 97% of it comes from some foreign place.
00:02:01.160 I welcome American Giant as a sponsor to this program.
00:02:07.200 To them, it's not just the products that they make.
00:02:11.620 It's the American workers that make them.
00:02:14.040 It's about good paying jobs that allow people to take pride in their hard work that they do.
00:02:19.320 You want to fix the country?
00:02:21.020 That's how you do it.
00:02:22.560 You begin restoring our dignity.
00:02:25.940 I want you to go to American-Giant.com and look at their clothing.
00:02:30.400 If you're looking for any kind of clothing, get the best American-made clothing.
00:02:36.700 All sourced.
00:02:37.740 The cotton is sourced.
00:02:39.460 The cotton farmers are from America.
00:02:42.180 It's all cut, pieced, sewn together here in America.
00:02:47.200 Changing the world one customer at a time.
00:02:50.980 It's American-Giant.com slash Glenn.
00:02:55.640 American-Giant.com slash Glenn.
00:03:00.400 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:03:12.460 All right.
00:03:13.060 I want to play something.
00:03:14.120 This is a Bud Light distributor.
00:03:15.720 And he's talking about the sales of Budweiser.
00:03:21.580 Listen to this cut one.
00:03:23.020 I work for an affiliate company.
00:03:25.560 I am a merchandiser.
00:03:27.020 And the sole product of the company I work for is Anheuser-Busch Products.
00:03:34.940 So with all this canceling going on, there's...
00:03:41.400 I mean, I've never seen such little sales in this past few days on these products.
00:03:47.180 And it's sad because when people don't buy this beer, I don't make money, and I can't feed my family.
00:03:58.840 So it's kind of heartbreaking, I guess, that Anheuser-Busch did what they did.
00:04:07.580 And they don't know their clientele.
00:04:11.440 So it's kind of heartbreaking.
00:04:15.720 Thanks, Anheuser-Busch.
00:04:17.080 I may not be able to feed my family coming up here soon.
00:04:19.760 Okay, this is something that I think you really need to be aware of.
00:04:26.660 These, like, for instance, Coke, and I learned this from a former executive at Coke.
00:04:31.820 These soda and beer companies, beverage companies, they don't really care about you because they're not connected to you.
00:04:43.300 It is the local bottling companies and distributors that make all of the difference.
00:04:52.240 You start making their distributors uncomfortable.
00:04:56.540 You start...
00:04:57.080 These are people that live in the community.
00:04:59.400 Like that guy.
00:05:01.220 What was he saying?
00:05:02.980 He's working for Budweiser.
00:05:05.800 I mean, he's distributing it.
00:05:07.340 He's putting it all on the shelves.
00:05:09.200 He's the guy that has to get it to the local stores, and he's dying.
00:05:16.920 So that's going to go back up the chain.
00:05:19.420 Believe me, when Coca-Cola distributors or Pepsi distributors or the distributors of Anheuser-Busch,
00:05:27.800 when they get pressure in their local community, when you as a business call them and say,
00:05:33.660 you know what?
00:05:34.360 I don't think I want your stuff anymore.
00:05:36.380 You tell Anheuser-Busch, this is crazy.
00:05:40.460 I don't want it.
00:05:42.260 You tell Coca-Cola, I don't want their garbage anymore.
00:05:47.980 They don't know who the customer is.
00:05:50.200 I'm out here in the country.
00:05:51.900 I know who the customers are.
00:05:55.440 And they're not white racists, Coca-Cola.
00:05:58.100 And, Bud Light, they're not for transgender issues being pushed into everybody's faces.
00:06:06.460 And certainly, they're not for transgender issues being pushed onto our children in schools.
00:06:12.520 So, no thank you, Anheuser-Busch.
00:06:15.360 If you begin to say that to the local distributors, and they're easy to find.
00:06:23.500 If you begin to say that, and you reach out as a friend of the local, because he's probably on your side.
00:06:32.200 They're probably cut from the same cloth, because they live in your community, depending on what community you live in.
00:06:38.900 And they live in your community, so they probably reflect a lot of your values.
00:06:44.620 So, you can call them up and go, dude, what are you doing?
00:06:47.580 I don't, I mean, I can't support you anymore.
00:06:50.340 I want to.
00:06:51.800 I know that your family doesn't eat, but I can't do it, because my customers don't want it.
00:06:58.220 And I have to draw the line in the sand, so you need to tell Anheuser-Busch in no uncertain terms, enough is enough.
00:07:08.680 If we connected smartly, we would be able to conquer these guys.
00:07:17.680 Because right now, they don't care.
00:07:20.760 You know, here's another thing.
00:07:21.840 When you, when you look at the activists on the left, they're in these people's offices.
00:07:35.960 They're in their faces.
00:07:38.440 They're holding meetings with people.
00:07:41.020 So, and I don't know if you saw the letter that they put to the insurance companies, but they are putting the screws to the insurance companies right now.
00:07:52.600 And they're saying, we will report you to the government.
00:07:56.240 We'll report you to all of the activist groups.
00:08:00.520 We will make sure that your name is mud if you don't stop insuring oil drilling.
00:08:07.360 And you have until this date, this summer, to let us know where you stand.
00:08:13.540 It's, it is a terroristic threat.
00:08:16.220 It's the closest thing to a terroristic threat I've, I've ever seen in business in America.
00:08:21.700 It is ruthless.
00:08:24.400 Well, they have those people in their office.
00:08:28.400 Who's on our side in their office?
00:08:32.120 Who's meeting with these people at the national level?
00:08:35.820 They're only seeing one side.
00:08:38.820 We have to be smarter in what we're doing.
00:08:41.960 And the place to begin is the local distribution and bottling companies that are schlepping this stuff.
00:08:52.800 Because as long as the local bottling companies are fine, they're not going to say anything.
00:08:59.000 But you start messing with that, you start, you start turning the corner with the people who are actually on the street delivering the beer and the soda.
00:09:09.920 That gets the attention of the big boys.
00:09:13.360 And I think you can win with Budweiser.
00:09:17.000 You just have to play it smarter.
00:09:19.000 Smarter.
00:09:21.000 Look, we are going to talk about this and the transgender nonsense tonight on my Wednesday night special on Blaze TV.
00:09:30.720 We have to take a look at the next step of the fundamental transformation of America.
00:09:36.000 ESG was designed as a leverage point to force private businesses into compliance and partnership with the government.
00:09:46.820 Red states are pushing back on the E, but not so much on the S and the G.
00:09:52.600 The E for energy.
00:09:53.780 But just like Republicans always do, when it comes to you, they drop the ball.
00:10:02.700 And that's the S and the G.
00:10:04.260 Social and governance.
00:10:05.860 They are just as important.
00:10:08.700 A top-down wave of violence has been hitting the streets lately to enforce E, S, and G.
00:10:16.320 Have you noticed that?
00:10:17.840 Remember, we told you when it would come, it would be top-down, bottom-up, inside-out.
00:10:23.480 What does that mean?
00:10:26.140 This is an old strategy from communists back during the Soviet Union.
00:10:32.400 The way to flip countries is to go in, infiltrate everything.
00:10:38.780 Would you agree that this has infiltrated everything?
00:10:43.460 Business, education, media, government, everything.
00:10:50.140 Everything.
00:10:50.480 So, they would infiltrate and they would make sure that they had people in government in high places positioned for the next phase.
00:11:03.380 So, what they would do is they would, after they have everybody in position, they send these, well, in this case, they're sending the people who are very upset about trans rights.
00:11:17.700 And the top whips them up into a frenzy.
00:11:22.280 Like, for instance, Nancy Pelosi, what, yesterday or the day before, giving a speech in San Francisco and saying, trans people and trans children are under threat.
00:11:35.040 They're coming for you.
00:11:36.660 Well, I don't know anybody who is like, we got to get the trans people.
00:11:43.220 I don't know anybody who's saying that.
00:11:45.660 I do know people who say they want this to end with their children and they would like this to end with this lie that this is a normal and this much of the population.
00:12:00.840 Listen to this from a TikTok user.
00:12:05.920 There's no labels or restrictions on this guy.
00:12:09.340 Listen to this.
00:12:10.420 Y'all really want to try to say there aren't trans kids?
00:12:13.120 Let me tell you what there aren't.
00:12:14.140 There aren't cis kids.
00:12:15.600 Okay, you telling your child, oh, you're a boy, you're a girl.
00:12:18.880 This is a child.
00:12:20.080 This is a free spirit that has not learned any of that bulls**t until you force it on them.
00:12:25.920 So cisness is the wound.
00:12:28.080 Cisness is the delusion.
00:12:29.620 Cisness is the lie.
00:12:31.220 Cisness is the place of pain.
00:12:33.360 Transness is the healing.
00:12:34.980 Transness is the growth.
00:12:36.180 Transness is the truth.
00:12:38.280 Transness is what we actually are.
00:12:40.000 We are fluid.
00:12:40.900 We are 70% water.
00:12:42.340 We are God.
00:12:43.320 God is change.
00:12:44.380 God is trans.
00:12:45.320 We are trans.
00:12:47.400 You are forcing your kids to be boys and girls.
00:12:50.400 We are saying be whatever you are, baby.
00:12:52.960 Be free.
00:12:53.900 Be water.
00:12:54.540 Be light.
00:12:55.400 Be sky.
00:12:56.220 Be God.
00:12:56.840 Because guess what?
00:12:58.040 That's what we actually are.
00:12:59.960 What we actually are is trans, is change, is love.
00:13:03.640 We're not the ones doing the forcing.
00:13:06.100 And see God chiming just on time?
00:13:09.400 Good.
00:13:10.100 That guy is not mostly made of water.
00:13:12.280 He's mostly made of bull.
00:13:15.300 Holy cow.
00:13:16.400 Okay.
00:13:17.020 So this is the lie.
00:13:19.120 We have gone from a society that says, hey, be cool with Caitlyn Jenner.
00:13:25.440 And I don't know anybody who wasn't.
00:13:28.240 Once they started to say, you have to say he's beautiful as a woman.
00:13:34.200 I think that's where people are like, okay, well, no, I'm not going to be mean to Caitlyn
00:13:39.100 Jenner, but I'm also not going to lie.
00:13:41.320 It's a bad looking woman.
00:13:44.380 Okay.
00:13:45.220 Maybe a good looking dude, but not a good looking woman.
00:13:49.480 That's where it started.
00:13:52.420 And we had actual compassion.
00:13:55.960 And then we were introduced to words like cis, cisgender.
00:14:00.180 Remember?
00:14:00.700 It wasn't long ago before we were all saying, what does cis mean?
00:14:05.300 What is that?
00:14:07.220 Just another weight made up word.
00:14:09.720 They are erasing truth.
00:14:13.100 And look how far it is.
00:14:15.140 Now we're all fluid.
00:14:19.400 Now we're all water.
00:14:21.380 We are God.
00:14:23.220 How terrifying.
00:14:24.660 This should chill you to the bone as Americans.
00:14:28.140 That we are God.
00:14:30.280 And we are fluid.
00:14:32.200 And it's your cisness that is the wound.
00:14:35.460 You inflict that on children.
00:14:38.540 Where are the medical studies?
00:14:39.980 Where are any medical studies that back any of this up?
00:14:46.000 There aren't any.
00:14:47.940 Anything that they're using is so flawed, Sweden and France are running from it,
00:14:56.540 saying this is extraordinarily dangerous.
00:15:00.360 What are we doing?
00:15:01.740 The reason why all of this is happening, the violence, Riley Gaines is going to be on the
00:15:10.760 program tonight.
00:15:11.800 Wait, wait until you hear our conversation.
00:15:16.020 What happened to her was not about her.
00:15:20.120 It was about you.
00:15:21.640 It's an invisible hand manipulating American businesses.
00:15:26.240 And I say invisible because it's gone mainly unnoticed.
00:15:30.580 I mean, until Bud Light decided to make a dude dressed up as a woman as one of their
00:15:34.720 brand ambassadors.
00:15:36.000 But this is what ESG does.
00:15:40.040 This is a top down.
00:15:42.660 The guys who are now in control are signaling to their street thugs, the brown shirts, go
00:15:52.960 ahead, do what you want.
00:15:54.840 Stir it up.
00:15:55.700 We got your back.
00:15:56.760 We're not going to prosecute.
00:15:58.420 You go ahead.
00:15:59.520 Until it gets so bad that you will cry out.
00:16:04.380 How do we replace all of the cops in our country that have retired or gone away?
00:16:09.840 No recruits.
00:16:10.720 How are you going to do that?
00:16:12.660 Well, you're not going to have anything locally because the locals won't be able to handle it.
00:16:17.060 Everything breaks down.
00:16:18.140 Locals won't be able to handle it.
00:16:19.500 Don't worry.
00:16:20.320 The federal government can assist.
00:16:21.960 This is a communist storyline that happens the same way every time.
00:16:31.000 You just have to get past your fear because that's what they want you to feel is fear.
00:16:39.120 If you don't have any fear because you're fighting for your kids and your grandkids and you're like, I'm not having my kids grow up in a world like this where they are slaves, where they are punished.
00:16:52.420 If they think for themselves, if they disagree, don't talk to me about book burning.
00:16:59.060 You guys are the ones rewriting the books well after people are dead.
00:17:03.820 You're just not book burning.
00:17:07.380 You're just changing the meaning of them.
00:17:12.040 You're on the right side.
00:17:15.460 Have no fear.
00:17:17.620 Don't miss tonight, our Wednesday night special at 9 p.m. only on Blaze TV at 930 Eastern on YouTube channel, my YouTube channel.
00:17:28.100 It's YouTube dot com slash Glenn Beck.
00:17:30.120 It is exposed the secret behind the trans activist army.
00:17:37.320 You don't want to miss it tonight at 9 on Blaze TV.
00:17:42.960 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program, and we really want to thank you for listening.
00:17:49.340 I saw a story about Grace Shara.
00:17:54.140 It is a story about a family and a daughter, a teenage daughter, 19 years old, in Wisconsin.
00:18:05.640 I want her dad to tell you her story.
00:18:09.040 Scott, welcome to the program.
00:18:11.580 Thanks for having me, Glenn.
00:18:14.180 First of all, tell me about your daughter.
00:18:15.780 Well, that's the most fun part for me.
00:18:20.440 She was a special gift from God.
00:18:23.460 She was 19 when he took her home.
00:18:27.300 She had Down syndrome.
00:18:29.000 She was extremely high functioning.
00:18:31.700 You know, God made her that way for one.
00:18:33.860 We never vaccinated her for two.
00:18:36.300 And my wife is extremely gifted in homeschooling, and she homeschooled Grace.
00:18:42.360 And so Grace did everything.
00:18:43.980 I mean, she hunted with me.
00:18:45.400 She drove a car.
00:18:46.580 She played violin, rode a horse.
00:18:51.300 I mean, there was nothing she didn't do.
00:18:53.120 The sky was truly the limit with Grace.
00:18:55.680 And we miss her terribly.
00:19:00.680 She was our life.
00:19:02.120 Scott, when did she get sick?
00:19:09.340 Well, we tested her with a home COVID test on October 1st of 2021, and we just thought
00:19:17.180 she had a cold, and that test tested positive.
00:19:20.620 The purpose of us testing her at that point was because we were going to go to a wedding.
00:19:25.140 And if she had COVID, we didn't want to spread it at the wedding.
00:19:28.360 But, you know, what happened next was we were following the FLCCC protocol.
00:19:35.720 So she was on ivermectin and vitamins, and we really didn't think anything of it.
00:19:40.840 But we were also monitoring her oxygen saturation level with a pulse ox.
00:19:47.280 And the oxygen saturation went down to 88% on October 6th.
00:19:53.700 And the protocol suggested taking her to the emergency room and admitting her to the hospital
00:20:02.140 if oxygen dropped below 94%.
00:20:05.180 So we did that.
00:20:06.880 And so that's ultimately what the sequence of events after that led to Grace's death.
00:20:13.360 But if we would have never taken her to the hospital, Grace would be alive today.
00:20:20.000 So when you got to the hospital, what drugs did they give her?
00:20:26.900 They did a low-dose steroid for one that was part of the COVID protocol at the time, and then oxygen.
00:20:34.660 But then what happened is the drugs that killed her, they put her on a sedation med called Presidex.
00:20:43.300 And that sedation med has a package insert that says to not use for more than 24 hours,
00:20:48.480 because if you do, it causes acute respiratory failure.
00:20:52.340 Well, when Grace's last day on Earth started on October 13th of 2021,
00:20:58.280 she was already on the sedation med, unknown to us, for four full days.
00:21:04.660 And if you looked at Grace's death certificate, you'll see that's the first cause of death,
00:21:08.980 acute respiratory failure with hypoxemia, which is a direct cause for using the sedation drug for more than 24 hours.
00:21:17.200 Why would they use, if you go in for COVID, why would they use a drug like Presidex
00:21:26.800 that gives you problems with breathing and hypoxia?
00:21:35.400 That's a fantastic question.
00:21:37.620 I can't know their answer to it, but through my research, I have found that there's three reasons that they do it.
00:21:44.240 Number one is their goal is to get the family or the patient to approve a ventilator,
00:21:51.020 because that's where the big financial gain with COVID was.
00:21:56.040 So you have to have a patient sedated in order to put them on a ventilator.
00:22:02.060 So once the patient or their family approves it, they want to do that right away.
00:22:06.600 So that's the first reason.
00:22:08.180 The second reason is the classification of the room changes.
00:22:12.500 So in Grace's case, she never changed rooms, nor did the care change, but the amount of money the hospital received changed
00:22:19.220 because the room was classified then as ICU.
00:22:21.640 And then third, which maybe is the most significant reason, is when I was taken out by an armed guard on October 10th,
00:22:30.920 if I would have just said, I've had enough on taking Grace with me, they would have raised the,
00:22:35.480 it's called AMA, against medical advice, objection, and to try to put up a screen to refuse me taking Grace with me.
00:22:45.880 So those are the three reasons that I know, but I mean, I can't know their reason.
00:22:49.880 I mean, the records, when you review the records, Glenn, it shows a picture where they justify every single thing they do.
00:23:01.960 You know, you asked me what other drugs.
00:23:03.620 I mean, so they combined Presidex with lorazepam and morphine.
00:23:07.340 Oh my gosh.
00:23:08.020 Yeah, that's what really makes this egregious.
00:23:10.980 So Presidex wasn't enough.
00:23:12.480 They took lorazepam and morphine, which those three meds are contraindicated,
00:23:17.040 and they injected those in Grace's body in a window of 29 minutes.
00:23:23.100 And that truly is the second cause of Grace's death, even though they listed on the death certificate COVID-19 pneumonia.
00:23:30.160 What was happening that they had to put those all in her body at the same time in the 30-minute period?
00:23:40.040 Well, that's another fantastic question.
00:23:42.740 You know, the morning started with the doctor calling my wife Cindy and I at home saying,
00:23:47.380 Grace had such a good day yesterday.
00:23:48.980 Let's work on nutrition and let's get her out of bed so that she can get out of here in the next several days.
00:23:55.640 Let's have her watching TV.
00:23:58.800 You know, everything was fine.
00:24:01.400 But, you know, interestingly, as while we were on the call with him,
00:24:06.000 they literally took the Presidex up to the maximum allowable dose.
00:24:11.920 And simultaneous with hanging up the phone, he put an illegal do not resuscitate order on Grace.
00:24:18.840 So, you know, I draw my own conclusions from that if you want to hear them.
00:24:22.960 But, you know, it doesn't make any sense at all.
00:24:25.760 My daughter Jessica was with Grace at the time.
00:24:28.200 She said how great of a day Grace had the day before.
00:24:31.780 And Grace's oxygen was at 98% and 99% the entire night in spite of being sedated the night before she died.
00:24:39.300 So none of this makes any sense whatsoever.
00:24:41.840 How could he have put a DNR on your daughter?
00:24:47.540 Only you can do that.
00:24:50.000 Well, that's, of course, one of the reasons we're filing a lawsuit.
00:24:53.920 You're 100% right.
00:24:55.680 But, you know, you cannot.
00:24:58.640 I mean, you know, these liberals operate outside of the law.
00:25:03.920 And then you're left to sue them to get justice.
00:25:06.600 And it's ridiculous.
00:25:07.620 Why can't they play by the same rules that you and I are subject to?
00:25:13.060 Have you had any nurses or anybody come out quietly to support you?
00:25:20.760 Interestingly, yes.
00:25:23.140 But also no at the same time.
00:25:25.140 I'll give you an example.
00:25:26.420 About two months ago, a nurse who lives next door to a reporter who reported this story early on said she had originally told the reporter this man's lying.
00:25:37.100 And lying about the DNR order.
00:25:39.320 Well, then her own dad got a DNR order put on him.
00:25:43.060 And she's not only was the nurse in the hospital, but she's the power of attorney.
00:25:46.900 So then she called the reporter back and said, he's not lying.
00:25:50.260 This is what happened with my dad.
00:25:52.060 I talked personally with that nurse and asked her if she would come on and talk about this with me because people are dying.
00:26:00.060 And she said, I'm 66 years old.
00:26:03.240 I'm a year away from retirement.
00:26:04.960 I don't want to jeopardize that.
00:26:06.540 I mean, so this is what's happening.
00:26:07.980 People are, they don't want to speak out.
00:26:10.400 I have a daughter of special needs and she has changed my life.
00:26:25.900 She is the best of our family.
00:26:28.940 People that are born differently abled is, is God's miracle.
00:26:39.000 And she, I've learned so much from her.
00:26:41.640 And my, my eldest daughter, my second eldest daughter, when we took the kids to Auschwitz to walk through, she couldn't stand, stand it past the room where they had taken all the artificial legs and everything else.
00:26:58.600 But my daughter with cerebral palsy stood there and she looked at me and she said, dad, they would have killed me.
00:27:07.820 And I said, yes, honey, they would have.
00:27:12.920 We are experiencing now euthanasia in Canada like you've never seen.
00:27:20.460 They are starting to allow children to ask for medicine to die and without any kind of permission from the parents.
00:27:34.420 I don't know this doctor.
00:27:36.580 I don't know anything about it.
00:27:39.000 But I will tell you something isn't right here.
00:27:42.320 And if we don't all stand up for life and especially those lives that too many arrogant, haughty, know-it-all doctors and nurses who just look at quality of life and think, I wouldn't want to live that way.
00:28:03.520 They have no quality of life.
00:28:05.040 They have no idea.
00:28:08.000 And those people cannot be the ones in our hospitals.
00:28:13.560 And we are starting to churn them out at our universities.
00:28:17.800 We are starting to just become a culture of death.
00:28:24.560 And I don't know, honestly.
00:28:26.800 Scott, I don't know how your story has taken so long to get to my attention or anybody else's attention.
00:28:41.220 How can we help your family?
00:28:43.080 There's a number of ways.
00:28:46.480 And I just want to comment because you said a mouthful there.
00:28:49.320 And people do not realize that, you know, you made the reference to World War II.
00:28:54.820 It wasn't until after World War II that the medical staff, the health workers that were tasked with carrying out that agenda were tried.
00:29:04.460 And, you know, we're in the middle of World War III right now.
00:29:07.680 And the health care workers are doing the same.
00:29:09.620 And, you know, that's why we're filing this lawsuit is to be one of the people who are standing up to stop this.
00:29:18.020 This behavior has got to be stopped.
00:29:20.940 And you're 100% right with the medical schools are churning out the staff to believe in this.
00:29:28.140 And we found a document from the Palliative Care Association of Wisconsin that is training medical people.
00:29:35.320 And it says that whenever possible, decision makers for people with Down syndrome should be encouraged to use substituted judgment to make key palliative care decisions.
00:29:44.960 So they set this up by saying there's a lifelong toll on families by having a Down syndrome child.
00:29:52.840 There is a lifelong blessing to families.
00:29:56.720 It's insane.
00:29:59.720 This is what is being the propaganda and the programming of medical staff is a significant piece that is literally happening live.
00:30:10.720 And nobody knows about it.
00:30:12.560 That's why we're out speaking about this every chance that we can.
00:30:16.440 You asked how can people help.
00:30:17.940 We set up a give, send, go.
00:30:22.040 We have a couple of different websites, but the website that people can follow to track Grace's story is www.graceshera.com.
00:30:32.940 And you can put in your name and email address, and we're sending out regular updates to track the story.
00:30:38.760 And then the website that has my research on it and also, you know, just hundreds of pictures and videos of Grace is ouramazinggrace.net.
00:30:50.240 So I'd encourage people to visit that website and share the story.
00:30:54.960 That's how you can help because we're doing this to save lives.
00:30:58.620 And the more people who become awake to what is really happening, the more lives that will be saved.
00:31:04.640 We don't want Grace's death to be in vain.
00:31:07.340 God is clearly using Grace after her death, and, you know, we're humbled to be part of that.
00:31:18.340 Scott, I have so much respect for you and your wife.
00:31:23.300 And please count me in as someone who will help you in any way that I can.
00:31:34.040 Your mission, and really Grace's mission, is very godly.
00:31:46.100 And I think it is the number one thing that we as a nation need to face, and that is the defense of life.
00:31:58.660 Because it is becoming all too cheap, and too many experts are being churned out that remind me of old times that I thought we were never going to forget.
00:32:12.920 But apparently we have.
00:32:15.400 Scott, thank you so much.
00:32:18.620 Thanks for having me, Glenn.
00:32:19.920 You bet.
00:32:21.240 Grace Schera is the website.
00:32:24.920 That's Grace, S-C-H-A-R-A.
00:32:30.920 GraceShera.com.
00:32:32.960 If you can, go there, get the address for the Give, Send, Go.
00:32:38.320 Anything that you can donate will be helpful.
00:32:41.760 These guys have a big fight ahead of them in Appleton, Wisconsin.
00:32:51.020 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck Program.
00:32:53.740 We have Angela Morabito on with us.
00:33:05.440 She is a former U.S. Deputy of Education Press Secretary.
00:33:10.760 She was under one of my favorite Department of Education secretaries of all time.
00:33:18.540 She's also Independent Women's Forum Visiting Fellow and Defense of Freedom Institute spokesperson.
00:33:25.360 Angela, how are you?
00:33:27.320 I'm doing well, Glenn.
00:33:28.640 It's great to be with you.
00:33:29.680 Thank you.
00:33:30.500 So, Angela, you were in the Department of Ed while you and Betsy DeVos and President Trump protected women and men from the abuse of Title IX.
00:33:47.940 And now Title IX is just being dismantled.
00:33:53.200 That's right.
00:33:54.100 For 50, almost 51 years, Title IX has stood to protect the rights of all students to receive an education free from discrimination on the basis of sex.
00:34:04.180 The law could not be clearer.
00:34:06.680 And yet we are seeing the Biden administration brazenly trying to weaponize this law.
00:34:12.540 And instead of using it to protect women, they are using it to cut off opportunities from us by pretending that the word sex somehow means gender identity.
00:34:22.920 It is this out-of-left-field progressive word game that sacrifices the rights of women and girls in favor of the far-left progressive fringe.
00:34:32.540 Have you seen any studies on where the American people are on this?
00:34:37.140 Because I have to believe they are way out of step with the American people.
00:34:42.620 Anybody who has a daughter knows this is insanity.
00:34:45.200 Totally.
00:34:47.380 And I've seen actually quite a few polls and studies on this.
00:34:51.000 And you're exactly right, Glenn.
00:34:52.360 The American people, no matter how they vote, where they live, who they are, they don't want this to happen.
00:34:58.240 You don't have to be a biologist to know what a woman is.
00:35:01.020 You don't have to be a conservative or a Republican to realize that men and women are different.
00:35:06.140 And it's totally unfair to place women at this permanent disadvantage.
00:35:11.200 Now, I have.
00:35:12.180 Oh, I'm sorry.
00:35:12.920 No, I was just going to say you'll never.
00:35:14.480 I mean, women will rarely get the top spot in sports.
00:35:19.280 So, I mean, it'd be like, OK, well, what a surprise.
00:35:22.260 The guy was number one.
00:35:24.380 I guess I'm number two.
00:35:25.760 I mean, it's just it's insane.
00:35:27.840 It's insane.
00:35:29.840 Exactly.
00:35:30.280 And I think the Biden administration is well aware of just how unpopular this move is to decimate women's sports.
00:35:37.460 I honestly think that they are expecting the public to not read the fine print, to either not notice or not care.
00:35:44.440 And I know, Glenn, that the folks who listen to your show are going to see right through that.
00:35:49.360 And this is the time to do it because the public has a chance to put a stop to this.
00:35:53.560 The Defense of Freedom Institute is going to have a portal that's going to allow people to make their voices heard to the federal government during the public comment period.
00:36:03.360 And I know sometimes asking people to comment on the Internet can feel like you're shouting into the void.
00:36:07.880 But this is really, really different because by law, the Department of Education has to address every single comment it receives.
00:36:15.360 So these comments matter.
00:36:17.600 And I fully expect the department to have a tidal wave of people telling them that they don't want this role.
00:36:23.560 Now, this is really interesting because they're putting in the rule and they have to, by law, have a public comment period.
00:36:34.660 It's usually 60 days.
00:36:36.580 They cut that in half.
00:36:37.940 You got 30 days to comment on this and then we're shutting it down.
00:36:41.860 They sure did.
00:36:43.220 And they haven't really given a great reason for that.
00:36:46.700 Glenn, a constant theme with this rule is that the Department of Education is putting the burden on the wrong people.
00:36:52.160 The burden should be on the federal government to prove to us why this rule has any merit, which it doesn't.
00:36:57.620 The burden shouldn't be on us to scramble in half the usual time to tell them why this rule is wrong.
00:37:04.500 And when you look inside the rule, they actually place the burden on schools to say if you are going to tell a trans athlete they can't compete in anything in line with their gender identity,
00:37:15.900 the school must prove that it is minimizing harm.
00:37:20.620 Now, not minimizing harm to the women who are now forced to compete for second place,
00:37:24.820 not minimizing harm to parents who don't want their girls to change clothes in a locker room next to a biological man.
00:37:31.060 They mean minimizing harm to transgender students.
00:37:34.580 It's just offensive at every level.
00:37:36.460 So you work with the Defense of Freedom Institute, and that's dfipolicy.org.
00:37:44.800 You have a portal there to leave comments.
00:37:48.740 What do you want people to say?
00:37:50.580 What should they say?
00:37:51.580 Do you have to make a case for it?
00:37:53.300 Do you just say, I'm really against this?
00:37:55.960 What happens?
00:37:57.620 What do you need?
00:37:58.340 We want to hear from as many diverse voices as possible.
00:38:03.320 This could be anyone from saying, I'm a coach and it's unsafe for me to have female athletes on a field with men.
00:38:09.920 This could be teachers saying, I don't want to put my female students in this position when they go to gym class.
00:38:15.580 This could be very, very many parents saying, I don't want this for my daughter.
00:38:20.740 I don't want anyone to think that this has to be some, like, huge writing project.
00:38:25.100 Your story is more than enough, and we will help you get informed about this and make the case to the federal government that all of us together don't want to see the end of women's sports.
00:38:38.480 When does this, when's the cutoff date?
00:38:41.680 So we'll have 30 days from the publication of the rule, which will be, the rule will be published on April 13th.
00:38:48.440 So we will have into early and mid-May to make our voices heard and to let the federal government know it can't be getting away with this.
00:38:56.460 Okay.
00:38:56.740 And if it does, does it have to go to Congress, or is this just another one of those administrative state things where they just change the meaning and go their own way?
00:39:09.280 It is an administrative state thing, for sure.
00:39:12.000 If this went through Congress, there's no way it would pass, because Republican, Democrat, or something else entirely, people know their constituents don't want this.
00:39:23.560 So, of course, just like with student loans, the Biden administration is going to circumvent Congress, try to create law out of thin air.
00:39:30.780 It's ridiculous, and I have a feeling, a strong feeling, that this is just the start of what will become tons of litigation about whether or not this rule is legal.
00:39:42.600 Because the federal government, the Department of Education, has no authority to redefine sex in the law.
00:39:49.320 So, the states, there's 20 of them.
00:39:53.560 There may be more by the time this goes in.
00:39:55.940 There are at least 20 states that have a blanket ban.
00:39:59.420 You just, no, is the ban.
00:40:02.840 No, you can't do this.
00:40:04.820 What happens if this goes through?
00:40:07.740 All those laws passed by the individual states have to be told now by the government that they do have to let men and boys into the locker room and on the team?
00:40:19.540 That's right.
00:40:20.300 If this rule gets codified into law in its current form, all of those states that have taken a stand for the rights of women and girls will find their state laws running afoul of federal law.
00:40:32.560 And with Title IX, that's a huge deal because it means the Department of Ed could yank all of their federal education funding away.
00:40:40.540 It's students who would be punished because adults took a stand for their rights.
00:40:46.220 But I've spoken with some state attorneys general and folks in this world who are not going to let this rule happen without a fight.
00:40:55.300 This is really only just beginning.
00:40:57.720 And I can tell you, this honestly started on day one of the Biden administration when he signed an executive order in support of transgender people that didn't really care about the rights of anyone else.
00:41:09.040 We knew this was coming, and that's why the Defense of Freedom Institute led a coalition of 28 groups on a letter to Secretary Cardona months ago saying nobody wants this rule that would end women's sports.
00:41:21.680 He didn't listen then, but he's going to have to listen now when there is a tidal wave of public comments and litigation against this rule.
00:41:30.020 Angela, again, thank you for everything that you have done and are currently doing.
00:41:35.520 We need people like DFI to get this thing under control.
00:41:42.660 Thank you for being in the fight.
00:41:44.420 God bless you.
00:41:45.620 It is my honor.
00:41:46.960 Thank you so much, Glenn.
00:41:48.000 You bet.
00:41:48.280 It's dfipolicy.org.
00:41:52.140 You know, every day I feel like I give you several options on things that you can get involved in and help.
00:42:01.880 I try to make sure that when we're putting the show together, I'm not just giving you the problem.
00:42:07.640 I'm also showing you a way where you can serve if you've got to find something that you're passionate about.
00:42:15.560 There's got to be something that you're passionate about.
00:42:18.420 I am very passionate about saving those who are not going to have a life worth living.
00:42:26.660 And that could be a human being of any age.
00:42:30.860 I am passionate about making sure that our doctors first do no harm.
00:42:38.420 We are so dangerously close to changing the culture of our medicine and our medical officials that you don't really even matter.
00:42:49.740 What are you passionate about?
00:42:51.500 If you are passionate about this in our schools, that your daughter shouldn't have to compete.
00:42:59.080 Did you see the video of the guy who was just let in for the London Ballet?
00:43:09.320 I think it is.
00:43:09.880 I can't remember what the official ballet thing is over in London.
00:43:12.880 Have you seen this?
00:43:13.840 I definitely know the video you're talking about, yes.
00:43:15.460 Yeah, okay.
00:43:16.120 Play it if you happen to be watching the plays.
00:43:19.560 Okay.
00:43:19.780 This guy is in a leotard, and he is jumping around, and I have to tell you.
00:43:32.120 That's one way to describe it, yes.
00:43:35.800 Okay.
00:43:36.440 I mean, he's better than I would be.
00:43:38.720 Yes.
00:43:39.260 He's better than I would be.
00:43:40.580 But this is one of the most exclusive ballet troupes in the world, and they're putting this guy in there who, quite honestly, if I were the other guy dancing, please don't make me lift him.
00:43:57.820 Please don't make me lift him.
00:43:59.960 He's huge.
00:44:00.700 He's huge, and someone has put together a video, too, of someone, an actual ballerina doing the same exact dance to the same exact music.
00:44:09.500 And it's embarrassing.
00:44:10.820 It's embarrassing.
00:44:11.360 I mean, the difference is really, really noticeable.
00:44:13.640 So, are you telling me that a girl who has practiced her whole life, or a boy going in as a boy, the whole life, they've missed that spot because that guy's in?
00:44:29.580 Yeah.
00:44:30.240 Oh, yeah.
00:44:30.520 Here's the side-by-side if you're watching on Blaze TV.
00:44:32.700 And there is grace and beauty.
00:44:35.740 One of the best things my daughter ever did was take ballet because she just moves differently.
00:44:42.840 She's just very, very graceful.
00:44:45.680 It's a great thing just to be involved in a small level, but if you're going to compete, that's who you're competing against?
00:44:54.240 Really?
00:44:54.900 Is that empowering women?
00:44:57.360 Is that helping women?
00:44:59.640 I mean, they've helped men enough.
00:45:01.900 Thank you.
00:45:02.700 You've destroyed our sons.
00:45:05.240 Now you're going to destroy our girls, too?
00:45:08.260 I will say, you did say that in at least most sports, men would dominate.
00:45:13.520 There are some exceptions to this, at least as far as dance goes.
00:45:16.680 Yeah, this is one.
00:45:17.780 No.
00:45:18.420 No guy is going to compete with that, I don't think.
00:45:21.000 What was his name?
00:45:22.420 All I can think of is Brezhnev, but he definitely was not into ballet.
00:45:26.480 The guy from during the 80s.
00:45:29.700 What's his name?
00:45:30.760 I don't know.
00:45:31.420 Blitnikov?
00:45:31.820 Something like that, yeah.
00:45:33.280 I can't remember it.
00:45:34.660 But he was huge.
00:45:36.060 And he was a ballet dancer.
00:45:38.180 He was great.
00:45:38.980 There are guys by name.
00:45:40.280 Right.
00:45:40.640 Ballerina.
00:45:41.220 This guy's not one of them.
00:45:43.480 No.
00:45:44.160 And there's just certain things that I think women look much better at doing.
00:45:49.560 And ballet is one of them.
00:45:50.900 Being, good heavens, get that guy a tutu because I don't want to see that thing anymore hanging
00:45:57.340 out.
00:45:57.640 Anyway.
00:45:57.920 Yeah.
00:45:59.440 But this is what you're talking about in some ways with Riley Gaines, right?
00:46:03.740 Now, grace is not an issue when it comes to swimming per se.
00:46:08.340 You're judged on time.
00:46:10.800 But here's someone who actually did match the time of a biological man.
00:46:16.880 Right.
00:46:17.280 And still did not get first place out of it because they wanted a picture of six foot
00:46:21.200 eight Leah Thomas next to these two women who are, you know, five, seven.
00:46:27.240 Wait until you hear the interview I did with Riley.
00:46:29.760 She talks about what happened to her over the weekend.
00:46:33.140 And I asked her about Leah Thomas.
00:46:35.220 What do you, has he ever said anything to you?
00:46:37.620 Yeah.
00:46:37.740 Has there ever been any grace, you know, at all?
00:46:40.180 I was curious about that.
00:46:41.220 Yeah.
00:46:41.800 Wait until you hear her answer.
