00:00:29.620 It's GLEN20OFF. Congratulations.

00:00:32.480 Today, we talk about the debate that happened last night. Most people didn't catch a lot of that.

00:00:37.060 You had Star Wars out. You had the impeachment thing going on. Christmas is going on.

00:00:43.660 So we'll get you through what you need to know about the debate.

00:00:46.340 We will also talk to you about Star Wars. I saw it last night. We will get into that a little bit.

00:00:51.480 Also, Bill O'Reilly joins us. We have that going on.

00:00:55.120 A big announcement from Glenn about something you might want to plan for, something coming up this summer that you might want to be a part of.

00:01:02.980 I think you will.

00:01:04.020 A huge, I mean, overly lengthy appearance from Chad Prather on the show today.

00:01:08.760 It was a little too long, and it might be disturbing to you.

00:01:11.780 So I don't know if you can handle that entire performance.

00:01:15.320 By the way, also, Rudy Giuliani was on the show. It was a packed show today.

00:01:19.000 Rudy Giuliani is on the show. He has new documents from Ukraine, from Latvia, telling the story about what was going on there.

00:01:27.080 Glenn is live in Florida for Turning Point USA, and he broadcast from Florida today.

00:01:33.180 Thanks for listening to the podcast, and we will see you in January.

00:01:47.900 So last night, believe it or not, was another debate, and you'll never guess who's fighting for the center.

00:02:00.340 Elizabeth Warren is now trying to fight for the center. 1.00

00:02:07.120 Elizabeth Warren?

00:02:09.480 Center of what?

00:02:11.580 It's insane. It's insane.

00:02:15.260 I think Andrew Yang had the exchange of the night, the one that was, I think, important.

00:02:22.600 Again, showing he kind of gets it.

00:02:25.120 Here he is, telling everybody else on the podium, stop with the obsession of impeachment.

00:02:33.400 Listen.

00:02:34.160 It's clear why Americans can't agree on impeachment.

00:02:36.920 We're getting our news from different sources, and it's making it hard for us even to agree on basic facts.

00:02:42.580 Congressional approval rating, last I checked, was something like 17%,

00:02:45.680 and Americans don't trust the media networks to tell them the truth.

00:02:49.560 The media networks didn't do us any favors by missing the reason why Donald Trump became our president in the first place.

00:02:56.140 If you turn on cable network news today, you would think he's our president because of some combination of Russia, racism, Facebook, Hillary Clinton, and emails all mixed together.

00:03:06.460 But Americans around the country know different.

00:03:09.320 We blasted away 4 million manufacturing jobs that were primarily based in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Missouri.

00:03:18.960 I just left Iowa.

00:03:20.560 We blasted 40,000 manufacturing jobs there.

00:03:23.900 The more we act like Donald Trump is the cause of all of our problems, the more Americans lose trust that we can actually see what's going on in our communities and solve those problems.

00:03:34.120 What we have to do is we have to stop being obsessed over impeachment, which unfortunately strikes many Americans like a ballgame where you know what the score is going to be,

00:03:43.280 and start actually digging in and solving the problems that got Donald Trump elected in the first place.

00:03:49.100 We have to take every opportunity to present a new positive vision for the country, a new way forward to help beat him in 2020,

00:03:56.320 because make no mistake, he'll be there at the ballot box for us to defeat.

00:03:59.880 To me, he's the most serious candidate.

00:04:04.860 To me, he is the guy that if they nominated him, you would have a chance of actually turning some heads,

00:04:15.600 because he's serious, he's thoughtful, he's very left.

00:04:20.240 But he has actually thought these things through, and he is speaking to the American people.

00:04:28.400 I can guarantee you that a lot of the people that watched this last night, because they were Democrats,

00:04:34.760 and I don't mean the Democrats who are, you know, out there campaigning right now,

00:04:39.480 I mean the average Democrat, if they were paying attention last night and they saw that,

00:04:44.240 I can guarantee you they were thinking to themselves, yes, finally, yes.

00:04:49.800 Do you know that in the rally, where was that, in Michigan, just a couple of days ago?

00:05:01.240 Is that where he had that? Michigan? Grand Rapids? Where was that?

00:05:05.260 Donald Trump had his, go ahead.

00:05:07.780 It was definitely Michigan. I think it was in Amash's district, wasn't it? I think it was.

00:05:11.520 So he has this rally. Did you know that 19% of the crowd were Democrats?

00:05:21.180 19% of that crowd were Democrats.

00:05:27.120 This is, this is, yeah, you think?

00:05:30.620 This is spelling doom for the Democrats.

00:05:34.660 And believe me, I'm happy about it, but this is, they just don't get it at all, at all.

00:05:44.200 They are so out of touch with people.

00:05:46.160 I think Yang does get it.

00:05:47.760 I think he sees a lot of what's actually happening in the country.

00:05:52.800 Now, to be clear, and you hit on this, I think he would be a bad president.

00:05:57.340 Like, I think Andrew Yang would be a bad president.

00:05:59.220 His policies are not good for the country.

00:06:02.720 But, number one, I think he is serious.

00:06:05.600 And number two, he comes off as probably the only person who comes off on the stage as a good person.

00:06:11.840 Like, he's a good, he seems like a good guy.

00:06:13.740 Like, he's not, he's not made his campaign about insulting Republicans and calling them racist.

00:06:20.440 He has made his campaign about his ideas, which I don't think are good ideas.

00:06:25.580 But at least he's actually attempting to be real.

00:06:28.620 He seems likable.

00:06:30.180 And, you know, when you listen to him in scenarios where he's not just on stage kind of quoting his own universal basic income program over and over and over and over again, you see he has depth.

00:06:42.680 He's thought of these things.

00:06:43.880 He's listened to the libertarian and conservative arguments about them.

00:06:47.360 He knows, you know, I mean, like that is, you don't get this from politicians.

00:06:51.220 He is different.

00:06:52.260 He's changing the paradigm a little bit.

00:06:53.620 Let me ask you, as, as, as an American currently functioning in this nation.

00:07:00.660 Would you rather have a debate where two people are calling each other names and it's a fight over racism or two people who were discussing universal basic income because the world is on the verge of change?

00:07:20.740 And we are headed towards what experts say is permanent 30 percent unemployment in the next 10 years.

00:07:29.540 And that's only because of the upgrades of AI and everything else.

00:07:34.960 They believe that we will have a permanent 30 percent unemployment rate.

00:07:40.100 Now, that may not be true.

00:07:42.920 You know, people say that every time, you know, we got rid of the horses and they're like, what are people, what are blacksmiths going to do?

00:07:48.760 Yeah, it hurt for a while, but they found another job.

00:07:50.840 So, it may not be true, but at least we'd be having a discussion about the future of the country and what we're really facing.

00:08:01.140 I would so much rather have that conversation with somebody I really disagree with.

00:08:06.680 I mean, I've I told you probably five years ago, at least, you need to you need to have the discussions about things like basic universal basic income, not because it's socialist, but because there's going to be a real outcry while we're in this transition.

00:08:28.720 And just by pretending it's not coming is not going to be good enough, we'll be beaten by a really bad idea, universal basic income, because we won't even be addressing the problem.

00:08:44.120 Andrew Yang is he sees over the horizon.

00:08:48.120 He's wrong, I believe, on his policies, but he should be heard and he should be debated seriously.

00:08:55.340 And you saw that, I think, for the first time a little bit last night, because we're down to seven candidates.

00:09:02.380 He was actually able to speak a little bit.

00:09:04.840 He wasn't completely ignored.

00:09:06.840 Now, he's still at the point where no one is finding any benefit in challenging his ideas or attacking him.

00:09:14.260 So, he is in a, you know, he's in that nice little window where he's at four or five percent, and there's not a huge point in going after him.

00:09:20.740 Unlike Buttigieg, who was the focus of almost every back and forth in that debate last night, which is interesting because, we said this from the beginning, at some point, they're not going to just hand Pete Buttigieg the nomination.

00:09:33.480 At some point, someone's going to have to say something negative about the guy.

00:09:37.060 They attempted that last night, which was sort of the big takeaway of the debate.

00:09:42.360 How do you think that worked out?

00:09:44.400 Was that effective?

00:09:45.180 I thought he, I mean, I thought he did well fighting it off.

00:09:48.680 He, you know, you know, like, you got, you know, Warren went after him with this attack of like, well, you're doing these fundraisers in wine caves.

00:09:55.800 And, you know, because he did this fundraiser with rich people in a wine cave and took these donations.

00:10:00.960 And, of course, his comeback to that is.

00:10:02.480 Who cares?

00:10:03.300 Well, this is classism.

00:10:04.500 It's all these, it's the entire party's platform, basically.

00:10:08.380 Yeah.

00:10:08.560 It's to say he's either racist or that he's, you know, he likes rich people too much.

00:10:12.280 Bernie was calling everybody out last night for, you know, having fundraisers with billionaires.

00:10:19.200 Oh, okay.

00:10:20.200 So we've made it a B instead of an M because now, Bernie, you're a millionaire.

00:10:25.140 Yeah, right.

00:10:26.260 It's a great one.

00:10:27.980 I love that.

00:10:29.040 And it's amazing how they say, I mean, Warren said last night, we can't have people who have, who are, you know, super rich making the decisions for the electorate.

00:10:41.200 And it's like, well, they're, I mean, one man, one vote applies to them too.

00:10:45.320 They get a chance to say what they believe too.

00:10:49.260 And if they, they get to make the same donations.

00:10:51.600 No, Stu, Stu, Stu, nothing a billionaire has ever done has been any good.

00:11:00.500 Carnegie, what did he do?

00:11:02.620 They gave us steel.

00:11:04.180 And then what just started, just started forcing libraries all over the country, you know, that he paid for, you know, Bill Gates.

00:11:16.120 What did he do besides change the way we work and make things more efficient?

00:11:21.680 And, you know, that evil billionaire, and I kind of mean this one, Steve Jobs, what did he do?

00:11:28.100 I know.

00:11:28.780 Except connect to the entire world.

00:11:30.560 I'm going to tweet about this right now on my iPhone and let everyone know how evil he was.

00:11:36.260 I love that.

00:11:37.640 I love that.

00:11:38.420 Incredible.

00:11:38.700 You got to get rid of those billionaires, man, because they did nothing to earn that money.

00:11:43.720 Hey, it's Glenn, and you're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:11:57.760 If you like what you're hearing on this show, make sure you check out Pat Gray Unleashed.

00:12:02.060 It's available wherever you download your favorite podcasts.

00:12:06.360 Bill O'Reilly now joins us.

00:12:07.960 His final thought for the decade with a special appearance from Holly the Terror Dog.

00:12:13.780 And welcome to the program.

00:12:15.840 Bill O'Reilly, how are you?

00:12:17.460 So, Beck, I'm very prayerful.

00:12:20.200 That's how I am.

00:12:21.320 I'm praying.

00:12:23.120 I'm prayerful.

00:12:24.520 I knew you were going to say this.

00:12:26.660 Yeah.

00:12:27.080 And I'm praying for you and Stu.

00:12:29.540 Are you wearing a black dress?

00:12:32.060 No, I'm not.

00:12:33.200 I don't have one.

00:12:34.420 Okay.

00:12:34.440 All right.

00:12:36.700 Holly does.

00:12:37.880 Anyway.

00:12:38.520 Okay.

00:12:38.900 I'm praying for you and Stu because, you know, you guys spent about three and a half minutes

00:12:44.180 maligning me.

00:12:45.820 And, you know, I just think that.

00:12:49.560 You were on the phone?

00:12:51.240 Yeah.

00:12:52.420 Yeah.

00:12:53.000 I was hearing it.

00:12:54.820 Yeah.

00:12:55.640 Somebody should alert me when you're holding.

00:12:57.480 Yeah.

00:12:57.880 Anyway.

00:12:59.060 So, Bill, I'm excited to talk to you because this has been an incredible week.

00:13:04.040 I have a major announcement coming up in the bottom of the hour, so we're going to have

00:13:07.020 to cut this short.

00:13:07.820 But I want to hear your thoughts on the sad, solemn burden.

00:13:14.340 The burden of this beautiful, glorious Constitution given to us by these genius founding fathers

00:13:22.680 that they all adore in the Democratic Party.

00:13:26.440 Did you weep for them?

00:13:29.920 No.

00:13:31.340 So, you know, I'm sitting here as an American, as a historian, and as a pundit.

00:13:39.180 All right.

00:13:39.460 So I have a three-pronged opinion.

00:13:44.240 And I'm looking at it from an American, let's take that first, bad for the country, everything 0.99

00:13:50.580 just not getting us anywhere, not helping anyone advance their lives.

00:13:56.660 Would everyone agree with that?

00:13:58.960 Yes.

00:13:59.420 Yes.

00:14:00.160 Okay.

00:14:00.720 Because you're not going to get them out of there.

00:14:03.800 You know, you can do whatever you want, Nancy.

00:14:05.740 It's not happening.

00:14:06.820 The Senate's not going to boot them. 0.66

00:14:08.760 All right.

00:14:08.920 And I think, Bill, wait, wait, wait, Bill, do you agree with me?

00:14:12.800 If they actually had a case, I mean, a solid case, that he was colluding, that he was doing

00:14:19.640 anything with Russia or Ukraine, they could have gotten him out.

00:14:23.560 But this is a sham.

00:14:26.180 Yep.

00:14:27.340 Okay.

00:14:28.080 So there are, and that's my next point as a historian.

00:14:31.760 So I look and I see, because I've written eight history books, the most successful nonfiction

00:14:39.660 book series of all time.

00:14:41.600 And then I want to tell everybody, I really appreciate Stu ordering all eight books for

00:14:45.840 Christmas.

00:14:46.280 That was really nice, Stu.

00:14:47.740 Thank you.

00:14:48.300 Oh, I did it multiple times.

00:14:49.120 Do you remember when you said to me, do you remember when you said to me, Beck, what are

00:14:53.460 you doing writing all these books?

00:14:54.840 And I'm like, Bill, you got to write books.

00:14:57.400 I mean, I'm telling you, this is the thing.

00:15:00.080 Right.

00:15:00.560 I remember that.

00:15:01.600 I don't remember that, Beck, but it sounds like something I would say.

00:15:05.280 And you would say, all right, so as a historian, I go, oh, oh, the two convictions in the House

00:15:16.000 were obstruction of Congress, all right?

00:15:20.700 However, because the president has executive privilege, he doesn't have to answer subpoenas

00:15:28.100 from anyone, anyone.

00:15:30.400 He can say, no, these were private conversations, and if you'd like to take it into federal court,

00:15:37.180 we'll litigate it there, and the case would be won in a day, all right?

00:15:41.140 Because he has executive privilege.

00:15:43.300 I was talking to Rudy Giuliani last night, and he said, you know what?

00:15:48.320 One of the things is that they say that he was obstructing Congress on, that I wouldn't

00:15:53.160 turn over all of my personal papers to them.

00:15:56.980 He's like, I'm his personal attorney.

00:15:59.360 It's called attorney-client privilege.

00:16:01.640 I'd be disbarred if I did that.

00:16:04.880 Well, look, I think anybody with any frame of reference about the country and about legal

00:16:10.680 matters knows there wasn't, it's not possible to have an obstruction of Congress charge lodged

00:16:17.600 if you have executive privilege.

00:16:19.280 All right.

00:16:19.740 And then the next one is abuse of power.

00:16:22.680 Well, every single president, Beck, everyone could have been impeached on that.

00:16:30.240 And I gave four examples.

00:16:31.540 I don't want to run too much and take your time.

00:16:34.620 I know you have a special announcement to make.

00:16:38.000 Oh, that sounds hostile.

00:16:38.780 All of that.

00:16:39.300 That sounds hostile.

00:16:40.720 Remember, I have you trapped on a, I have you trapped on a cruise ship.

00:16:45.080 So anything that you do to me, I'm going to make, I'm going to make that the cruise from

00:16:49.220 hell for you. 0.66

00:16:50.420 Well, I got a bodyguard, Beck, so very careful.

00:16:55.620 Yeah.

00:16:55.900 Anyway, if you want to know abuse of power of any president, hit me with the name.

00:17:01.260 George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Barack Obama, George W. Bush, JFK.

00:17:06.880 Hit me with a name and I'll tell you how they abuse their power. 0.99

00:17:09.520 Every single day.

00:17:09.840 Okay. 1.00

00:17:10.080 I'm going to hit you. 1.00

00:17:10.600 I'm going to hit you with a name. 1.00

00:17:11.960 George Washington.

00:17:12.820 I want to hear that.

00:17:13.700 Now, George Washington, remember, when he won the presidency, there was no popular vote

00:17:20.880 because there wasn't any country, really.

00:17:24.140 We had won the war, but the precincts weren't set up.

00:17:28.760 Nancy Pelosi was just born.

00:17:31.880 You know, it was, I'm sorry, I didn't mean that.

00:17:35.960 It was Christmas time.

00:17:36.540 Yeah, no, I know.

00:17:37.760 So George Washington was told, in no uncertain terms, you are a civilian leader.

00:17:42.780 You are not to use the military.

00:17:45.920 This is the founding fathers, the guys in Philadelphia.

00:17:50.580 There was no Washington, D.C.

00:17:52.700 Said, you are going to be the first president and we're electing you, okay, because we're

00:17:57.000 the Congress.

00:17:58.600 But you don't bring in your army.

00:18:02.420 Okay.

00:18:02.980 George was fine with that, right?

00:18:04.560 He's the first president, first inaugural address, takes the oath of office.

00:18:07.920 And what does George do about a year later?

00:18:12.420 He marches troops into Pennsylvania, put down a whiskey rebellion.

00:18:17.160 Yeah.

00:18:17.940 Okay.

00:18:18.360 Which was led by you.

00:18:19.840 All right.

00:18:21.340 And the whiskey rebellion was basically these guys in Pennsylvania said, we're not going

00:18:26.260 to pay tax on whiskey because the government says we have to.

00:18:29.680 So, all right, now, that should have been taken care of by the Pennsylvania militia, not by

00:18:37.180 federal troops under the president.

00:18:39.580 He could have been charged easily with abuse of power.

00:18:42.480 Okay.

00:18:43.080 It's a little pinhead-y.

00:18:44.320 I understand that.

00:18:45.940 But...

00:18:46.140 No, I mean, it was a halfway interesting story.

00:18:50.020 Halfway, okay.

00:18:50.860 Well, you know, that's better than usual, Beck, right?

00:18:53.420 Right.

00:18:53.860 I know.

00:18:54.180 I know.

00:18:54.440 Okay.

00:18:54.660 All right.

00:18:55.420 So...

00:18:55.700 You and Sue are usually in a hammock in the land of naught.

00:18:59.280 All right.

00:19:00.060 Go ahead.

00:19:00.420 Well, because, you know...

00:19:02.500 Yeah, I understand.

00:19:03.440 I got it.

00:19:03.720 I got it.

00:19:04.020 I got it.

00:19:04.220 The IG Horowitz report...

00:19:07.640 Yes.

00:19:08.020 The most...

00:19:08.560 Did you see the FISA court's response to this?

00:19:13.000 Yes, but I'm not applauding the FISA court.

00:19:15.680 They should have been out front a long time ago.

00:19:18.180 No, no, no.

00:19:18.660 I know that.

00:19:20.020 Yeah, they knew.

00:19:21.300 So, now, they're all in trouble because these judges had to know this was bull.

00:19:26.840 All right?

00:19:27.320 I mean, they have TV sets.

00:19:29.820 They read newspapers.

00:19:32.120 Yeah.

00:19:32.300 They listen to the Glenn Beck program.

00:19:34.680 In fact, all of the FISA judges just texted me, what's the special announcement?

00:19:40.220 I can't tell you.

00:19:40.600 Yeah, I have to tell you.

00:19:41.620 Well, you tell them, just keep listening in 14 minutes.

00:19:44.620 Yeah.

00:19:44.940 Because we get the fathead off from his blubbering about whatever you're talking about. 0.77

00:19:49.120 Oh, look at this. 0.92

00:19:49.760 Father Christmas.

00:19:50.960 Thank you.

00:19:52.040 Fathead.

00:19:52.520 So, no, it's full of Christmas jelly. 0.60

00:19:59.020 So, it's not actually fat.

00:20:00.600 Okay.

00:20:01.280 So, here's the thing.

00:20:04.480 How do you feel about the FBI?

00:20:06.220 The fact that not a single field agent blew the whistle on what was going on.

00:20:13.280 There was no – still, the field agents should be standing up and demanding justice because their reputation is at stake.

00:20:25.380 Well, during the actual process, it would have been fired had they done that.

00:20:28.920 So, I understand the agents – you know, if you get out of line, the FBI, you go against the hierarchy, you're done.

00:20:34.760 Or you're reassigned to Fargo, North Dakota.

00:20:37.240 Nice town, but it's a little brisk.

00:20:40.520 So, I'm not so concerned about that.

00:20:43.160 What I am concerned about is the Durham report, where I can't see how McCabe and Comey are not going to be indicted.

00:20:52.640 I mean, maybe they won't be, but I can't see it.

00:20:56.200 They absolutely are responsible for this bogus stuff being given to the FISA judges and absolutely responsible for illegal wiretapping surveillance of the Trump campaign.

00:21:08.760 And so, I figure that Durham is going to find that out because now the FBI agents are going to give these guys up.

00:21:17.060 You know they're going to give them up.

00:21:18.760 They're not going to protect Comey and McCabe, fired.

00:21:22.060 So, I expect that will happen in the late spring, early summer.

00:21:26.140 I will tell you, Comey has been remarkable in this, acting as if he was an observer.

00:21:32.500 You know, he comes on and I just found this out.

00:21:34.920 You know, and he epitomizes what Washington, D.C. is.

00:21:39.880 He just epitomizes the bureaucracy, the two-faced, the, you know, they'll know, oh, I'm so objective and I don't have.

00:21:48.400 Ah, come on, man. 0.96

00:21:49.880 You know, I really, it just, it's ridiculous. 0.93

00:21:53.200 The whole thing is absurd.

00:21:54.020 I know nobody watched this last night, but the debate, I was impressed with Andrew Yang, who at least gets this.

00:22:03.460 He really scolded the Democratic Party last night and said, you've got to stop obsessing over Donald Trump and the impeachment because you just keep making this about, you know, corruption.

00:22:18.460 And he was working with the Russians to get elected, which stops you from actually asking the question, why did people vote for him?

00:22:28.000 And he went on this, went on this screed that was very well thought out that said, you know, it's because we're completely out of touch with the American people and their pain and they're sick of it.

00:22:42.120 I thought it was amazing.

00:22:44.480 You know, Yang's a smart guy, but he is caught up in all the hysteria.

00:22:48.620 You know, I tweeted last night, all throughout for my audience on BillOReilly.com, which is one of the perks they get.

00:22:55.980 And at 8.42, 8.42 in the debate, began at 8 o'clock, Yang said that he favors moving Americans to higher ground, Beck.

00:23:09.240 All right.

00:23:09.960 So what if you don't want to move to higher ground?

00:23:12.800 No, I know.

00:23:13.800 I'm happy here in West Palm Beach.

00:23:16.060 I really don't want to move to Wyoming, to the Tetons.

00:23:20.320 Okay.

00:23:21.200 No.

00:23:22.500 You're moving to higher ground.

00:23:25.320 Honestly, Bill, 10 years ago, I would have thought immediately moving to higher ground mean, you know, meaning, you know, be better people.

00:23:35.280 No, no, no, no.

00:23:36.160 I didn't even consider.

00:23:37.300 No, no, no.

00:23:37.860 I know.

00:23:39.680 I didn't even consider for a second.

00:23:41.740 You have to move to higher ground.

00:23:46.060 This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:23:52.320 Hey, it's Glenn.

00:24:04.380 And if you like what you hear on the program, you should check out Pat Gray Unleashed.

00:24:08.580 His podcast is available wherever you download your favorite podcast.

00:24:12.580 Hi, it's Glenn.

00:24:13.500 If you're a subscriber to the podcast, can you do us a favor and rate us on iTunes?

00:24:18.220 If you're not a subscriber, become one today and listen on your own time.

00:24:22.160 You can subscribe on iTunes.

00:24:23.760 Thanks.

00:24:24.200 Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, joins me now.

00:24:29.960 How are you, Charlie?

00:24:30.640 Great, Glenn.

00:24:31.200 You were excellent last night.

00:24:32.260 Thank you.

00:24:32.580 Thank you.

00:24:33.060 Thank you.

00:24:33.480 It was, I meant what I said when I walked out on stage and said, you give me hope.

00:24:39.840 Oh, thank you.

00:24:40.440 It is, it's, you've put together what, 5,000 18 to 24 year olds.

00:24:46.980 Yes.

00:24:47.260 And they're from all over, not only the country, the world now, and they're, they're the fresh

00:24:55.280 troops.

00:24:55.860 This is the generation that's going to fight the battle.

00:24:58.620 And they're fighting on the front lines for freedom and liberty.

00:25:01.100 And you gave a very compelling interactive history talk.

00:25:05.640 And you and I were talking off camera how dangerous it is that students don't know history

00:25:11.160 and then they think that history starts with them.

00:25:13.520 You know who else tried to do that?

00:25:14.680 And the French Revolution, remember they wanted to start time over.

00:25:18.300 Yeah.

00:25:18.640 It was a robust spear idea in 1792.

00:25:21.760 History starts with us.

00:25:22.860 Everything before it is a mistake.

00:25:25.240 Religion, morals, we're the most important people in the world.

00:25:28.340 Right.

00:25:28.640 And you see that through Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

00:25:31.300 She says, well, everyone before us has screwed everything up.

00:25:34.540 Well, not so fast, my friend.

00:25:36.260 That kind of hubris, that kind of pride will lead a culture to destruction.

00:25:41.080 Greta Thunberg.

00:25:42.180 Greta Thunberg, she's a frightening, sad case.

00:25:47.640 I mean, here's this girl who says, how dare you? 1.00

00:25:50.380 You've stolen my future.

00:25:51.800 Nobody's stolen your future.

00:25:53.120 You make the future.

00:25:54.700 Correct.

00:25:55.300 And she wrote a piece, co-authored with a university professor from University of Texas,

00:25:59.980 Austin, and another climate activist, where she said, it's not even about climate change.

00:26:04.320 It's about deconstructing a colonial patriarchy that's rooted in racism.

00:26:09.300 That's the real agenda there.

00:26:10.560 But Glenn, what you did so brilliantly last night, what you've done for years, is you talk

00:26:14.820 about the heroic stories that have built our country and that we're not just like every

00:26:18.360 other country.

00:26:18.880 We are exceptional.

00:26:20.040 Yeah.

00:26:20.100 Walt Disney, Jesse Owens, these heroes that have built our country.

00:26:24.060 And most students are not taught this in any form whatsoever.

00:26:27.840 I was shocked.

00:26:28.780 Candace Owens said, how many are taking Western Civ, have taken a Western Civ class?

00:26:35.320 One hand went up in a crowd of 5,000.

00:26:38.820 In fact, they're being told and taught that Western Civ is evil and is wrong, that this

00:26:43.880 whole society that has been so good for humanity, and for those Christians out there, so good

00:26:48.460 for the gospel of Jesus Christ, so good for the advancement of a moral order, is a mistake.

00:26:54.880 And the failure to teach our history means that the future will be put in jeopardy.

00:27:00.240 So, Charlie, how can I help you?

00:27:03.280 How can this audience help you?

00:27:04.780 You being here, you doing your show, you speaking here has been such an amazing blessing to us

00:27:09.240 and our organization.

00:27:10.720 How can the audience help?

00:27:12.040 Well, if they'd like to, you know, chip in, it's tpusa.com.

00:27:15.740 It's the website.

00:27:16.840 You can get engaged in a variety of different ways.

00:27:18.680 And probably the most important is get your students and your family members involved with

00:27:22.540 Turning Point USA.

00:27:23.220 It is, your growth is unprecedented.

00:27:26.780 You are, you're what the Tea Party dreamt of.

00:27:31.480 I mean, this organization didn't exist five years ago.

00:27:34.600 And it's worldwide.

00:27:36.280 Yes, sir.

00:27:37.020 Yeah.

00:27:37.520 It's, I can't, I can't tell you how.

00:27:39.340 In the UK, and we had a great victory there.

00:27:40.680 We were very happy about that.

00:27:42.360 But never bet against Americans, ever.

00:27:45.380 And that's what your stories told us last night.

00:27:47.640 And this is not supposed to happen.

00:27:49.260 The ruling class, the elites, they never thought that a movement of young people could be organized

00:27:54.120 around conservative ideas.

00:27:55.600 Yeah.

00:27:55.880 We're going to take back our country. 0.95

00:27:57.180 And they are, they're brave.

00:28:00.340 Yes, they are.

00:28:00.700 They are not afraid.

00:28:01.540 Yes.

00:28:01.840 They are not afraid.

00:28:02.680 I admire you and everybody at Turning Point.

00:28:05.260 Thank you so much.

00:28:05.400 You've done a great job.

00:28:06.480 Thank you so much, Charlie.

00:28:07.440 Thank you.

00:28:08.020 All right.

00:28:08.540 Coming up in a few minutes, we have Rudy Giuliani and a first time appearance of Candace

00:28:16.320 Owens in just a few minutes.

00:28:19.240 You don't want to miss a second of the last Glenn Beck program of the decade.

00:28:24.840 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:28:42.640 America's mayor, a guy who put the Gambino crime family behind bars. 0.92

00:28:49.960 Uh, and I think, Mr. Mayor, if you don't mind me saying, I think you're facing a more dangerous

00:28:58.580 foe today than the Gambino crime family. 0.60

00:29:02.060 There's no question about it.

00:29:03.280 I'll tell you why.

00:29:04.040 First of all, they are capable of murder. 0.97

00:29:06.220 I mean, they, they murder people.

00:29:07.440 The, uh, Ukrainian and Russian organized crime that kind of overlaps.

00:29:11.900 Uh, number two, they have media protection that the mafia never had.

00:29:15.440 Yes.

00:29:16.140 I mean, basically 80% of the media in this country is complicit in their ability to commit

00:29:20.820 these crimes because they don't report them.

00:29:22.820 You know, when Donald Trump said the media, uh, is an enemy of the country, uh, you know,

00:29:29.220 I thought that was, it was really harsh words and I didn't think it was phrased exactly right.

00:29:33.360 I'm telling you, 100% agree with you.

00:29:36.320 Of course, I was with him all through the campaign.

00:29:37.780 And when he first said it, I used to tell him, please temper it.

00:29:40.880 Yes.

00:29:41.480 Yeah.

00:29:42.000 Uh, he's, he's understating.

00:29:43.400 He is.

00:29:44.000 He's understating.

00:29:44.680 I, what I've seen here, look, it's been clear since September, since December 8th of 2015,

00:29:51.940 that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were involved in corruption in Ukraine.

00:29:57.520 The New York times wrote it.

00:29:59.560 They said Hunter Biden is getting paid by the most crooked company in the Ukraine,

00:30:05.040 by the most crooked guy in the Ukraine, who's a fugitive.

00:30:07.920 And his father is in charge of giving out the money in the Ukraine. 0.77

00:30:10.460 It takes an IQ of about 10.

00:30:13.960 Yeah, I know.

00:30:14.420 To figure out that that's a crime.

00:30:16.040 So I am, I'm holding a document.

00:30:17.640 And they covered it up.

00:30:18.640 I'm holding a document here.

00:30:20.120 I mean, they call this a conspiracy theory.

00:30:23.420 This is from the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Latvia.

00:30:27.160 It is the Office for Prevention of Laundering of Proceeds Derived from Criminal Activity.

00:30:33.860 It, it has Burisma and Hunter Biden's name and his partners all over it.

00:30:41.240 What is it?

00:30:42.020 What that is, it's a notification from the government of Latvia to the government of Ukraine

00:30:45.920 about two or three weeks before Shokin was fired, that they have suspicion that there's

00:30:51.200 a vast money laundering transaction.

00:30:53.620 Eventually, I have the documents there that show it.

00:30:56.720 Those are in Ukrainian.

00:30:58.560 I translated them.

00:30:59.420 I even translated them myself with my app.

00:31:02.120 And what they basically say is, make it simple, $14.3 million was moved from Ukraine

00:31:08.380 into a phony company in Latvia owned by Victor Pinchuk, another oligarch.

00:31:15.360 It was made to look like a, it was made to look like a loan.

00:31:19.400 It then moved to Cyprus and then it was distributed to the board members, $14.3 million, except there

00:31:26.060 are two names and no numbers next to it, Hunter Biden, Devin Archer.

00:31:29.860 The prosecutor calls the Cypriot office and Cypriot office is told, oh, you know, the U.S.

00:31:35.360 embassy doesn't let me give you information on Hunter Biden.

00:31:38.380 Hmm.

00:31:40.640 Devin Archer gets convicted a year later in the Southern District of New York for insider

00:31:47.600 trading.

00:31:48.920 We went and got the records of that trial.

00:31:51.280 In the records of that trial, there's a $3.2 million deposit on that date from Cyprus.

00:31:56.980 It's clearly the money.

00:31:58.640 We've now been able to prove it the other way around.

00:32:00.980 So you know what you call that?

00:32:02.260 You call that a slam dunk money laundering case.

00:32:04.400 When I was a U.S. attorney, I give this to one of my young prosecutors, three-day trial.

00:32:09.700 I don't even need a witness.

00:32:10.600 I just have to authenticate the documents.

00:32:12.940 I could give this to my most incompetent assistant U.S. attorney and they come back with a conviction,

00:32:17.800 even if his name is Hunter Biden.

00:32:20.060 And I am outraged at the fact that Joe Biden isn't under investigation. 0.95

00:32:25.660 This is ridiculous.

00:32:26.420 It shows not only is the double standard applied to the media, they've intimidated our law enforcement. 0.83

00:32:32.760 The man confessed to bribery.

00:32:34.660 He confessed in the open to bribery.

00:32:37.960 So, and I have the...

00:32:39.420 Go ahead.

00:32:41.720 They sort of like don't understand who I am.

00:32:45.200 I have the records.

00:32:46.640 This isn't Rudy Giuliani.

00:32:47.900 This is the Latvian government.

00:32:49.580 I've got a record here of an Austrian doctor who's the foremost doctor on poisoning.

00:32:55.480 He saved the life of Viktor Yanovich.

00:32:59.040 You remember the man?

00:32:59.560 Yeah, yeah, yeah.

00:32:59.920 The guy whose face was...

00:33:01.180 A very good man.

00:33:01.840 He could have saved...

00:33:02.940 He could have.

00:33:03.900 He could have.

00:33:04.280 I went there.

00:33:06.160 CIA briefing said he was the one man who could save Ukraine if Putin didn't kill him.

00:33:13.060 Well, Putin didn't kill him, but he took his life away.

00:33:15.400 He took his face away.

00:33:16.580 Yeah, yeah.

00:33:17.180 The doctor's name is Dr. Corpan.

00:33:20.520 I remember it all these days because the name of the facility is the Rudolph Clinic.

00:33:27.420 He's the foremost expert.

00:33:28.780 I just would like you to read the primary diagnosis of Mr. Shokin as of three months ago when he got rushed to the hospital.

00:33:38.060 Dear sir or madam, primary diagnosis, mercury poisoning.

00:33:44.100 The doctor says there's no other way it could have happened but with poisoning.

00:33:49.500 I have the record in German that shows that the normal amount of mercury in your system is two.

00:33:54.980 He was at 9.2.

00:33:56.900 He was at the point where his liver is already deteriorating.

00:34:00.400 There's no question they attempted to kill him.

00:34:02.880 This is why he's in because we've tried to reach out to him.

00:34:05.740 Our embassy will not allow him to come to the United States because our embassy is in this up to their neck, including the present one with Ambassador Phoney Taylor, who testified.

00:34:17.800 Phoney Taylor is holding up this man coming to the U.S. because he can testify.

00:34:24.600 This is not an unknown, anonymous whistleblower.

00:34:30.740 This is a man who's willing to tell you his name, Victor Shokin.

00:34:33.500 He's willing to put his hand on the Bible.

00:34:35.280 He's willing to take the risk of perjury and he's willing to say, Joe Biden bribed my president in order to get me fired.

00:34:43.100 And he is also, and his colleagues, four or five more of them, able to show us how much more money went to the Bidens than we even know, including money laundered money.

00:34:52.800 So, Rudy.

00:34:54.100 And it's being covered up.

00:34:55.240 You and I were talking about this in a hallway yesterday.

00:34:58.380 I was actually talking to your security and I said, please keep this man safe, please.

00:35:03.660 Because this is much bigger than the president.

00:35:08.420 This is way beyond Donald Trump and Hunter Biden and Joe Biden.

00:35:13.760 This truly is, if this is not exposed, we become a Mexico or a Ukraine. 0.77

00:35:21.900 We are going down a road where you can't trust law enforcement.

00:35:26.180 You can't trust our courts.

00:35:27.680 You can't trust our media.

00:35:29.900 You don't know who's dirty and who's not.

00:35:32.540 And there is no real justice.

00:35:35.380 We have to clean this up.

00:35:37.240 You haven't exaggerated it one bit.

00:35:40.120 We are destroying equal justice under the law.

00:35:42.960 We've been doing it at least since the Clinton fix.

00:35:45.620 Yes.

00:35:46.440 But then, on the other hand, they'll go after Republicans.

00:35:50.140 Oh, I know.

00:35:50.840 For things that are marginal or things they make up.

00:35:53.900 Right.

00:35:54.200 Look what they did to Flint.

00:35:56.060 Look what they did to Papadopoulos.

00:35:57.580 He shouldn't even spend 14 days in jail.

00:35:59.900 Carter Page.

00:36:00.240 Carter Page.

00:36:00.980 Life is destroyed.

00:36:02.140 And I have reports in the newspapers of about 10 crimes that I am allegedly being investigated for by the Southern District of New York.

00:36:10.280 And in each case, I can dispositively prove I didn't do it.

00:36:13.760 I mean, one thing.

00:36:14.820 I have vast financial holdings in Ukraine.

00:36:18.480 You know what I said jokingly?

00:36:20.660 They can't tell jokes.

00:36:21.520 I said, if you find it, I'll give you half.

00:36:24.320 I don't have vast – I have no holdings in Ukraine.

00:36:26.920 Right.

00:36:27.220 Totally untrue.

00:36:28.420 They have evidence of a meeting with the president in which the president deputized Lev Parnas.

00:36:34.100 There was no such meeting.

00:36:36.060 There was supposed to be five people at the meeting.

00:36:38.840 Four people say it didn't take place.

00:36:40.780 Only his lawyer says it took place. 0.96

00:36:42.740 They go after liar, after liar, after liar. 0.99

00:36:45.500 They credit the liar over the word of the president like they did with Michael Cohen. 1.00

00:36:50.100 These are sick people. 0.99

00:36:54.780 Trump derangement syndrome is – I know the Southern District of New York. 0.99

00:37:00.700 It's Ivy League.

00:37:02.840 It's very brilliant, wonderful lawyers.

00:37:06.300 They think they're smarter than the world.

00:37:08.140 And, of course, they're perfect candidates for Trump derangement syndrome.

00:37:12.640 And what happens is you lose all logic.

00:37:16.120 But I don't think it's just Trump derangement syndrome.

00:37:19.120 I think it is we control the president.

00:37:23.460 We control the agenda.

00:37:25.600 He's coming in and blowing this nice little system up that we have going.

00:37:31.520 And you're not getting away with it.

00:37:33.880 It's why – 1.00

00:37:34.360 Oh, they'll try to kill you. 1.00

00:37:35.440 Yes. 1.00

00:37:36.640 Like Mr. Shokin.

00:37:37.680 Or they'll try to destroy you financially like Mr. Papadopoulos.

00:37:40.800 Or they'll try to destroy you in any way they can.

00:37:45.920 And I think the problem, Glenn, is it's like cancer.

00:37:49.340 There are different reasons for it.

00:37:51.020 They're not all the same. 0.98

00:37:52.300 Some of them are out-of-control, crazy ideologues. 0.99

00:37:55.260 They really believe it. 0.99

00:37:57.500 Some of them are Alinsky socialists.

00:38:02.940 You know, anything because we're morally superior to you.

00:38:07.120 Right. 0.99

00:38:07.300 And some of them are just plain crooks. 1.00

00:38:09.480 And the ones in the Ukraine are just plain crooks. 1.00

00:38:11.400 The reason I'm in a lot of trouble in Ukraine is I uncovered an eight-year-long money laundering system that started probably in 2012 with $7.5 billion being laundered by Yanukovych, the president at the time, pro-Russian president at the time.

00:38:27.340 He laundered it through American institutions, interestingly, controlled by Democrats, controlled by one person who just came out of the Obama administration.

00:38:36.520 Lots of connections to Democrats.

00:38:39.560 $7.5 billion is getting laundered through these two particular banks.

00:38:45.280 9.5% interest on that to all the people participating every year.

00:38:49.180 We know the Ukrainian people who participated in it.

00:38:52.320 We know because I'm very close to the Ukrainian authorities.

00:38:55.520 The U.S. has refused to be involved in that investigation.

00:39:01.440 The U.S. Justice Department, FBI, refuses to be involved.

00:39:06.960 I have letters here from prosecutors to the Justice Department begging them to get involved in that.

00:39:13.060 They went to the Southern District with these allegations against Biden two months before me.

00:39:18.980 The Southern District turned them away.

00:39:20.960 I know.

00:39:21.160 We could have already had this whole thing investigated.

00:39:25.540 They keep saying, the Southern District said this and Congress said this, that when they looked at these documents, it was nothing but a conspiracy theory.

00:39:32.800 It's not.

00:39:33.840 If you come out and tell me how these documents are false, but that's an awful lot of documents that are false.

00:39:41.540 Well, then you have to have an investigation.

00:39:42.760 Right.

00:39:43.160 Like they say, the charges against Biden have been debunked.

00:39:47.140 Right.

00:39:47.580 Show me the report.

00:39:48.420 Right.

00:39:48.960 I'd love to see it.

00:39:49.500 I want to show you one other document that I think probably gets the President of the United States angrier than anything else.

00:39:54.440 And you'll see why in a minute.

00:39:55.800 This is an accounting report going back to 2017.

00:39:59.700 This is during the Obama administration.

00:40:01.320 The Ukrainians located $5.3 billion in foreign aid that was being misspent.

00:40:07.260 About 80% of that is our money.

00:40:11.540 That's what he keeps saying about he was worried about how Ukraine spends money.

00:40:15.080 Here's the proof.

00:40:16.460 Not, you know, Adam Schiff lies.

00:40:19.100 Here's the proof.

00:40:20.240 Now, the Ukrainians started to investigate this.

00:40:24.880 Two people from our embassy went to see them and told them, don't investigate it.

00:40:29.960 We don't care.

00:40:31.480 We don't care about the $5.3 billion of our taxpayers' money.

00:40:34.880 And you say, well, why would they do that?

00:40:36.420 And then there was even a lot more pressure.

00:40:37.960 Why would they do that?

00:40:38.700 Because what this shows is that our embassy was giving this money not to the government.

00:40:44.420 They were giving it to NGOs.

00:40:46.400 You know who the biggest NGO owner is?

00:40:48.620 Yeah, George Soros.

00:40:49.700 Oh, my God.

00:40:50.380 Anti-Semitic.

00:40:51.080 We're anti-Semitic now.

00:40:52.200 I know.

00:40:52.560 We said the word George Soros. 0.98

00:40:54.920 I'll be damned if you're going to call me anti-Semitic. 0.94

00:40:57.080 I'm not anti-Semitic. 0.98

00:40:58.400 I prosecuted Italian criminals. 0.99

00:41:00.480 I prosecuted Jewish criminals. 0.99

00:41:02.120 I prosecuted every kind of criminal imaginable. 0.64

00:41:05.040 I even prosecuted some Martian criminals, I think. 0.79

00:41:08.840 Rudy.

00:41:09.820 This money is going to Democratic NGOs.

00:41:12.860 I know.

00:41:13.700 And they waste half of it.

00:41:15.560 The government gets half of it.

00:41:17.940 And here's what the decent Ukrainians told me. 1.00

00:41:20.660 And there are a lot of decent Ukrainians.

00:41:23.140 You guys, particularly under Obama, where corruption got much worse, they will all testify.

00:41:28.940 You guys come here like Biden, and you lecture us on corruption.

00:41:32.820 And then our people laugh at you because he and his son are two of the most corrupt people in the country. 0.87

00:41:37.760 They all knew he was a joke. 0.98

00:41:39.540 Okay.

00:41:39.820 I know you have to go, and I'm up against the time.

00:41:42.800 Will you do me?

00:41:43.800 There are many more of these.

00:41:45.020 Will you do this?

00:41:46.720 Will you?

00:41:49.040 Can you convince me that this will come out?

00:41:53.400 That these people will be judged and not in some hatred. 1.00

00:41:59.840 I'm going to die until I die, so they better kill me. 0.99

00:42:02.140 I mean, there's no way they shouldn't be prosecuted. 0.99

00:42:04.620 This should be in a federal court.

00:42:06.740 I know federal courts.

00:42:07.880 I know federal courts better than anybody.

00:42:10.080 I will be completely immodest and say I was the most successful U.S. attorney in the last 50 years.

00:42:15.660 These are out-and-out crimes.

00:42:17.340 If anybody's afraid of prosecuting them, you make me the special prosecutor with two people and not $35 million.

00:42:25.340 I'll prosecute every single one of them myself.

00:42:29.380 Rudy Giuliani, thank you for your service.

00:42:32.800 I'd love to cross-examine it.

00:42:34.900 I watched you on stage last night, and I went, he should be the prosecutor on this because you're the guy with the facts.

00:42:43.700 It's about justice.

00:42:44.420 I know it is.

00:42:45.100 I know it is.

00:42:46.020 I hope to see you again.

00:42:47.160 God bless you.

00:42:47.740 You're going to see me again.

00:42:48.140 Thank you so much.

00:42:48.780 We'll go into more detail.

00:42:49.580 Yeah, great.

00:42:50.240 Thank you very much.

00:42:51.620 Ladies and gentlemen, America's mayor, Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

00:42:55.520 Thank you, sir.
