The Glenn Beck Program - Best of the Program ｜ Guests： Bill O'Reilly & Jamie Kilstein ｜ 10⧸7⧸22

00:00:00.000 so stew i just found out that uh the goldwater institute that i'm speaking at tonight yeah

00:00:13.060 gave me 20 minutes to speak oh i don't think that's ever happened what do you mean not that

00:00:19.300 people haven't asked me to speak for 20 minutes me actually being able to keep it 20 that never

00:00:25.040 happens yes if you're going to the dinner tonight make sure your sitter knows glenn beck is the

00:00:31.820 speaker uh okay uh by the way you can i think tickets are still available you can go to the

00:00:36.640 goldwater institute.org um and i'll see you in phoenix tonight um today's program uh fascinating

00:00:43.320 really fascinating we started uh with uh looking into hey what what exactly did the hhs buy for

00:00:53.680 in case of a nuclear war well well can you say that again yeah should we be talking about the

00:00:59.440 possibility of nuclear annihilation a little more often yeah seeing the president said uh last night

00:01:04.240 at a uh at a fundraiser this should have gone i wouldn't know i would have reached for my checkbook

00:01:10.080 uh he said uh we're closer to nuclear armageddon than ever before wow armageddon good good i like

00:01:20.720 vote for me yeah then we talked politics uh a lot of the program was politics with uh bill o'reilly

00:01:27.360 and stew and i going back and forth on the most important races i think the ones that will tell us

00:01:33.540 the most about the country uh and you'll get that list and uh jamie kilstein is very very good uh on

00:01:41.200 today's program he's announced that he was a christian and when i pressed him on it he said okay

00:01:47.080 all right i've been to church twice but it was great all this and more on the podcast today by the

00:01:53.280 way i uh i'm a little nervous because i'm gonna be around a lot of people tonight and stew sweat on

00:02:03.100 stage yeah oh yeah it can happen it's not good you don't want it you don't want the towel the flop

00:02:09.640 sweat towel no you you you'd appreciate avoiding that yeah so i'm avoiding it especially in the

00:02:15.380 front row this is if you're in the front row yeah bring your galoshes anyway uh uh i'm uh using

00:02:22.980 sweat block and sweat block is has proven itself to me over and over again this last summer i mean i was

00:02:29.780 out in the high temperatures here in uh in dallas i was working outside yes actually working outside

00:02:40.200 um on our farm and i mean i didn't sweat it's really amazing stuff sweat block you can get it in the

00:02:47.480 deodorant stick um but i use the wipes like you put them on once a week you wipe under each arm with

00:02:55.400 the sweat block wipe uh and you don't sweat or stink or anything for a week i mean there's no

00:03:02.300 reason to take a shower then sweat block you can find it online you get it at amazon but you'll save

00:03:08.640 20 if you go to sweatblock.com use the promo code beck promo code beck sweatblock.com here's today's

00:03:16.380 podcast you're listening to the best of the blend back program

00:03:27.760 mr bill o'reilly the biggest story of the week sir i think biden uh saying that armageddon uh maybe uh

00:03:39.780 yeah yeah yeah it's kind of big right yeah i think that's kind of big that would be big

00:03:46.060 yeah i mean uh kind of kind of huge kind of huge yeah uh so i think i'm gonna buy that ferrari over

00:03:52.660 the weekend uh yeah don't have to worry about paying for it for long yeah you know um you know

00:03:59.040 60 years ago beck i know you're a student of history uh john f kennedy was uh telling the nation

00:04:04.620 to build fallout shelters you might want to dig a little hole in the backyard so you and the fam can

00:04:10.520 get in there uh after the big one hits um and kennedy was dead serious because that thing was uh

00:04:18.120 hurtling out of control as the soviet union nikita khrushchev wanted to move uh intercontinental

00:04:24.240 missiles to havana and then uh you know we said not not gonna happen and so uh the confrontation on

00:04:33.480 the high seas uh was in motion and the soviet union pulled back okay so wait so wait wait wait

00:04:39.220 wait let me compare that and and ask you a specific uh comparison question i believe khrushchev

00:04:45.800 was was bluffing he wouldn't have pushed the button and kennedy didn't want him to push the button

00:04:52.820 but if there was a war each of them would have fought it but they didn't want to fight that war

00:04:58.620 so it was just right up to the brink which one's going to blink yeah and that's what khrushchev did

00:05:05.620 right do you believe that the same can be said about biden and putin no because i think putin is

00:05:12.680 mentally ill so khrushchev i was a ruthless dictator but i didn't there is no evidence he was mentally ill

00:05:20.440 i think putin is mentally ill and that's the wild card here but it does no good for anyone 0.90

00:05:27.780 to have the president of the united states going well you know on thursday it might be armageddon 0.98

00:05:32.740 that doesn't do anyone any good right it creates panic unhappiness angst whatever word you want to

00:05:41.440 use and it empowers putin so oh look at this i got them all scared over there that's you know what 0.98

00:05:50.080 goes through that little jerk's mind so you know kennedy you just said kennedy said you might want to 0.95

00:05:55.640 start building some fallout shelters and everyone was aware of how high the stakes were i don't think 0.99

00:06:03.880 we are i don't think that uh people believe that the stakes are this high that we are in that position

00:06:10.280 even though the government i don't know if you saw this u.s department of health and human services

00:06:14.440 uh did a press release they purchased 300 million dollars of a acute radiation sickness medication this

00:06:23.200 is not iodine pills this is these are you know bags of medicine for iv that have to be kept in

00:06:30.100 refrigeration and they expire in 18 months we just bought for the very first time 300 million dollars

00:06:39.400 worth of these iv bags they expire in 18 months what do you think that i saw that i don't you know look

00:06:45.740 okay that's a little preventive medicine there uh we're not gonna get it by the way back you and me

00:06:53.280 we're not i mean those would be for the uh favored few but you have to look at this as a geopolitical

00:07:01.120 uh chess game and so biden by saying armageddon empowers putin that's not what you want to do

00:07:10.640 you don't want to do anything here you want to let putin go down he is he's going down all right

00:07:16.960 and you don't want to be inject yourself into his demise now is there a chance that putin would uh

00:07:26.620 launch a low-level nuke in ukraine yeah there's a chance it's not a good chance because i believe that

00:07:35.200 his army would overthrow him yes if he tried to do that and what people don't understand is that u.s

00:07:44.120 intelligence we're talking to those russian generals now all right we we have good intel

00:07:50.600 out of russia and if you read killing the killers my book um i explain how if these guys can't do this

00:07:58.740 in secret so vlad gets up one morning goes okay uh we're gonna uh launch a nuke at kiev he can't just

00:08:07.400 do that it had there's a series of steps that have to be taken and the u.s would know that almost

00:08:14.000 immediately yeah and they're there they're if if i'm not mistaken bill and you might know this i don't

00:08:19.040 know but uh if i'm not mistaken their uh missile launching system is much more complicated than ours

00:08:26.820 it it you know the president and uh one person i think at the white house uh has to okay or the uh

00:08:34.700 the uh head of the defense department or something has to okay it and then they could flip it but they

00:08:41.080 i believe have to go through generals do they not yeah i mean look i'm not an expert at internal

00:08:47.080 soviet military matters but i do know through the research for killing the killers that in order to do

00:08:54.600 that kind of an offensive gesture using nuclear weapon you there are a number of steps that you

00:09:02.360 have to take i mean he'd have to consult with the duma okay i mean he just can't do it so what

00:09:11.960 biden and the mistake that biden always makes is he doesn't understand the big picture he just doesn't

00:09:20.000 and he blurts stuff out i can't imagine clane or rice telling him hey why don't you just spook

00:09:26.280 everybody and and say armageddon might happen i can't imagine that all right because it doesn't

00:09:32.680 fit into any uh positive for the democratic party to do that so it's probably he heard something

00:09:39.800 somewhere in a briefing this is biden because he gets an intel briefing every morning sometimes he

00:09:45.580 sleeps through it he doesn't get up in time but it's scheduled where the intel people come in

00:09:51.440 and they're telling him what's happening in russia and and what's happening in ukraine and he's

00:09:56.920 probably heard something and then he just blurts it out this is guest educated speculation on my part

00:10:03.360 but i don't think i'm wrong so are we headed there no you know you can't do that headed there

00:10:12.660 you're dealing with an emotionally disturbed individual putin who does have power okay that's

00:10:19.060 true but putin is constrained by china you think china wants a nuke launched you think china's gonna 0.95

00:10:27.740 play into that no no but you could make the case that if russia and america destroyed themselves they

00:10:35.840 could be there for the rebuild well whatever whatever it is if there's a nuke launched the whole world

00:10:42.080 economy crashes yeah true okay true everybody knows that and you know putin signs his death

00:10:49.900 warrant if he would ever do that then you know the usa and china could band together and assassinate 0.97

00:10:58.140 the man i mean that would happen you just can't you know it's not just gonna happen you can't just do 0.95

00:11:04.660 that with no blowback and putin as mentally ill as i believe he is why he doesn't want to die he 0.83

00:11:13.800 doesn't have a death wish all right he's still got enough toys and stuff that keep him occupied

00:11:19.860 but the big story when you ask me this big story of the week is that the reaction from biden is not

00:11:28.480 smart is anybody surprised no um all right so let me switch subjects because i i agree with you that's

00:11:34.560 the big story of the week the second biggest i think is the attack of the fbi where the fbi is going

00:11:41.300 after pro-lifers now oh and also that the hhs has just funneled 750 000 to an abortion activist uh group

00:11:52.620 so we're our tax dollars are now going to support abortion activists while the government is rounding up

00:12:00.400 you know 84 year old grandmas and threatening them with 11 years in prison

00:12:05.600 you know this story is ill-defined for me there are federal laws as you know that you cannot do

00:12:15.580 certain things in front of abortion clinics these people clearly broke the law

00:12:19.860 no they had a misdemeanor it was it was judged all right whether it's the misdemeanor or whatever

00:12:26.500 it may be i'm not there i don't know i haven't seen a complaint um is it an overreaction of course

00:12:33.940 it is and it's an overreaction to put the abortion issue in front of the american people again before

00:12:40.860 the midterm elections that's why these things happen that's why the rate of ma-a-lago that's why

00:12:46.640 the abortion thing it's all about politics democrats believe they're going to get waxed and they will

00:12:52.320 um and so what do we have we got trump we got abortion we don't have anything else here's the

00:13:00.120 best uh stat of the week i can give you and stew is too there is he asleep i'm i'm both here and

00:13:06.020 asleep bill okay good um there are hundreds of democrats running for national office this november

00:13:17.680 hundreds not one has asked joe biden to campaign for him or her can i use those pronouns

00:13:24.380 not one that that is beyond stunning you think somewhere silicon valley la the mayor of la running

00:13:38.840 you think somewhere hey joe could you just stop by and say a few kind words about me no no one

00:13:46.740 what does that tell you he's not popular he's not popular radioactive pardon the pun yeah

00:13:57.900 radioactive so the democratic party knows this i i i love nancy pelosi going on colbert i mean

00:14:07.980 i think uh colbert is her adopted son by the way not many people know that i think is anybody even

00:14:13.940 watching colbert anymore not nobody watches but they get it gets out on the internet uh the stuff

00:14:18.820 gets out on the internet and uh and there's nancy go we're gonna win we'll hold the house 1.00

00:14:24.880 and then i'll go and get that little dorothy and toto um and he's just sitting there going

00:14:33.100 no you're not you and that's it for you nancy baby that's it you're through you won't run again 1.00

00:14:40.860 you'll go back to san francisco and lie in the gutter with all the other people did you see that

00:14:46.460 uh biden again trying to buy votes uh he uh pardoned everybody in federal prison who you know was caught

00:14:54.660 with uh with uh marijuana but yeah there there's nobody in federal prison for that nobody nobody but

00:15:03.280 there are 6 000 people over the past 50 years who were uh convicted of possession

00:15:10.900 in a federal court 6 000 over 50 years okay now why were those people were they just smoking pot behind

00:15:18.800 the shed no they pleaded down they were dealers and they pleaded down to possession okay people don't

00:15:26.320 know this so their body goes well you know i'm gonna just pardon all of them well i don't care

00:15:32.040 i mean you know fine let them pardon them um doesn't matter to me it doesn't matter to the

00:15:37.420 country there's nobody there to pardon there's nobody there doesn't matter joe thinks he's doing

00:15:42.900 something noble and you know i think joe is trying to buy voters and dupe voters somebody this is not

00:15:49.380 his idea somebody came up and said this to him so he can look like he's actually helping some people

00:15:55.960 in prison when it's not going to affect a soul in prison no i mean this is a younger voter play the

00:16:03.400 stoners uh out there all vote for biden he's not gonna he likes pot yeah all right right i'm voting

00:16:11.400 for that dude back with uh more of bill o'reilly in a second uh all right bill let's talk a little bit

00:16:19.960 about politics okay back give me a minute at the end for killer uh for yeah yeah okay politics here

00:16:27.700 i'm ready okay we can start with stacy abrams or you can go to i mean i made a list this morning of

00:16:34.440 the top three races that to me are the most important races because of what they say for instance

00:16:41.820 mike lee is on this list they are running a cia agent who is trying to make mike lee and the press

00:16:51.500 in utah making mike lee into a radical he's the furthest thing from a radical uh yeah but he's

00:16:59.460 gonna win back so uh what do you care well uh some polls show that it's a tight race no no back okay

00:17:06.560 and i'll tell you who's gonna win all right let's make it easy for everybody

00:17:10.960 fetterman uh i think oz will beat fetterman unless there is corruption in philadelphia which

00:17:18.240 is possible the only way fetterman wins is if the democratic machine in philadelphia mobilizes

00:17:25.060 uh voters there to the level of the 2020 presidential election which is almost unheard of

00:17:33.900 no yeah it would be unheard of so you said you said you'd make it easy and then you gave an

00:17:38.680 exception so either way that it works you still i mean i i have to do that because i just i have to

00:17:44.280 explain so people understand my madness carrie lake what was what what was carrie lake governor of

00:17:50.920 arizona uh i think you might lose uh arizona has really turned blue and uh it looks like kelly's

00:18:02.320 gonna win um no no no no no kelly is running against uh masters yeah he said masters you're

00:18:09.160 saying no no i know that but if kelly wins that brings more votes to the uh democratic gubernatorial

00:18:15.200 guy um so if i had to bet i'd say that the democrats will win which is just stunning

00:18:22.460 when you look at the state of arizona on the border and the economy so what happened to the idea

00:18:29.180 because inflation is the worst in the country in arizona what happened to the people vote with

00:18:36.060 their pocket pocketbook i i i just don't know it's a heavily hispanic state and i could be wrong

00:18:43.000 because the hispanics are very hard-working people generally speaking and they may have had enough 1.00

00:18:47.820 um but kelly is popular there personally popular and lake i don't know if she's got 0.99

00:18:59.080 enough to override the kelly vote i disagree on both of those but we'll okay well we'll be back

00:19:05.880 in november right uh herschel walker done wow latest poll he's down 11 points yeah and and yeah look

00:19:16.260 you can't what you have to do when somebody accuses you of something that heinous promoting pro-life and

00:19:25.940 then paying for an abortion you have to either say yes i did it because i was a confused young man at

00:19:33.960 the time and i didn't really understand it or no i did not do it and i'm suing the butt off of the 0.81

00:19:40.660 daily beast one or the other you can't equivocate he goes on hannity he says he didn't do it but now

00:19:50.900 he's not suing and so nobody's believing him and he didn't say he was going to sue you know why would

00:19:58.600 voters i wouldn't vote for him if i were down there and i and the other guy warnock is the worst yeah i

00:20:04.560 wouldn't vote for either of i'm not gonna vote for warnock but i mean i he can't vote for a guy like

00:20:08.660 he's gonna lie to your face i don't think he's i i honestly don't think he's lying

00:20:13.460 but beck if that's true and i hope it is i think he needs to be afforded due process walker

00:20:21.120 i hope it is yeah then you got to come up or walker's campaign's got to come up with some

00:20:26.140 persuasion mechanism to get i don't know bill it's the daily beast uh you know i just don't trust the

00:20:35.540 daily beast oh no no i mean that's the worst yeah so i mean i mean no and i know the only thing worse

00:20:42.120 than the daily beast is warnock so but if i vote for walker that's not beck if that's not true he

00:20:48.480 could file a hundred million dollar lawsuit and that's barry diller yeah okay right i uh i still

00:20:56.760 vote for i still vote against uh uh warnock myself okay bill o'reilly hang on i want to talk about your

00:21:05.460 new book i forgot to give you the minute so i'm going to give it to you on the other side of the

00:21:08.540 break more with bill o'reilly in just a second stand back this is the best of the glenbeck program

00:21:17.580 jamie kilstein is uh with us he is uh the host of uh f-ups uh guide to the universe

00:21:32.480 i i'm still bound by uh fcc rules jamie welcome to the program there's here's the good news uh your

00:21:42.660 new uh christian boy red-pilled version of jamie kilstein has a brand new podcast that is not going

00:21:49.680 to be that podcast that is called advice not taken that's a mental health comedy podcast that's going

00:21:55.240 to debut on monday so we will no longer have to awkwardly stammer through my uh my my old title

00:22:03.020 that i thought was edgy so now wait a minute hang on just a second did you just identify yourself as a

00:22:08.360 christian okay so look here's what happened i know this is not what we were supposed to talk about 0.99

00:22:13.680 i've now been to church twice since coming on uh your stupid show and it's so great like i i i love it 0.90

00:22:23.940 um i mean dude back in the day i opened for christopher hitchens at the sydney opera house 0.97

00:22:29.920 like it was like um atheist talk and i always said i was agnostic i hated the term atheist just because

00:22:37.300 who knows right like no one's gonna be like there's no god and then if god was like hello i'm here they

00:22:43.680 wouldn't be like no no i've read richard dawkins or whatever um and uh yeah it's so funny i as i'm

00:22:52.140 getting older you know i uh i did a really big stand-up show in austin and all the comics were

00:22:58.120 like hey man we're going to the strip club afterwards and i swear to god in my head i was

00:23:03.700 like i have church in the morning so i have now i have been to and by the way like the the thought

00:23:13.340 of even getting like turned on by a stripper is so far gone now i remember i was at church and i was

00:23:20.060 just staring at like like married couples and i'm like yeah that's the stuff like that's what i

00:23:25.840 good for you good for you well are you going to be talking about this stuff on your lawn are you

00:23:31.040 going to be talking about this kind of stuff on your new podcast i think so i really want to i mean

00:23:36.260 the whole topic advice not taken is that a lot of times we're really good at giving advice and bad

00:23:41.280 at taking it so i do want to explore questions about you know past mistakes about trauma about trying

00:23:48.020 to fix yourself without being flawed um all the you know that that was the thing i i didn't know i

00:23:53.820 just assumed christians and everyone was just super judgmental and it's the opposite it's like no

00:24:00.720 jesus knew we were flawed and forgives and i was like oh this jesus fella he's got something figured

00:24:06.960 out yeah it sounds pretty cool i will warn you there you will run into from time to time

00:24:12.360 a christian that you know doesn't think they're really all that flawed and judgmental but uh you

00:24:18.860 know anyway follow the jesus dude anyway so jamie you you have been watching what's going on as have i

00:24:25.740 um in iran and it's it's phenomenal school girls are now are now taking off their hijabs 0.99

00:24:34.200 and telling the the moral police morality police to beat it yeah yeah which by the way morality police

00:24:43.140 i thought that was like uh i thought that was people being sarcastic i didn't know that was a

00:24:48.240 real thing like when like i thought it was like oh what are you gonna do call the morality police and

00:24:52.840 then i looked it up and i was like oh no that's a real thing and it's people with guns and yeah i mean

00:24:58.580 this all started because there was a really young girl i think she was 22 uh masa amini and she was

00:25:06.660 killed in custody for immoral dress um again not funny so far stay with me and yeah all these women 1.00

00:25:14.880 are being so brave and there are women cutting their hair on tv and you're right they're taking 0.93

00:25:19.300 their hijabs off and they're dancing which um is prohibited and that to me seems like uh number one 1.00

00:25:27.520 feminist complaint uh should be women being murdered right like i feel like over man spreading 1.00

00:25:34.960 over microaggressions i feel like women being murdered by the state uh problematic is that

00:25:43.200 what they would say problematic uh very it's bad yes it's very bad um you know this isn't the morality

00:25:50.040 police in america which is like woke twitter yelling at me for not seeing bros in the theater this is

00:25:54.580 like women are being uh killed for not dressing like a prisoner and i think what's happened is

00:26:02.340 you know i don't want to just come on here and slam the left because i know there are so many people

00:26:07.980 who care and so many people who cover the middle east on on on both sides but i think the reason this

00:26:14.160 isn't the number one issue is because it's it's white liberals not wanting to feel racist like we've

00:26:22.660 boxed ourselves boxed ourselves into such a corner that people are so scared that the only people we

00:26:29.120 can criticize are like hot white rich straight guys like chris pratt we can criticize chris pratt all the

00:26:34.220 time right and so we have this progressive paradox where you have to put minorities on like a scale 0.50

00:26:41.100 to see who's more oppressed before you defend the other one which is insulting like people will be like

00:26:47.020 okay i want to defend women but if it's muslims oppressing we can't cover that because we've 0.95

00:26:52.520 bombed muslims and muslims are oppressed like can we blame johnny depp on it like it just it takes away 0.97

00:26:57.760 any intellectual honesty like it's bad when we kill innocent muslims it's bad when women get harassed and 0.99

00:27:03.580 killed by muslims it's bad when asian people get hate crimes it's bad if it's by white people it's bad 0.99

00:27:08.480 if it's by black people you know if a black trans homeless lady in a wheelchair was killing muslim women 0.99

00:27:14.040 that is still bad uh and i think people are just afraid to call it out you know uh jamie i have to tell you 0.98

00:27:21.460 i i don't know if i agree with that they're afraid maybe they are maybe they are i want to tell you

00:27:28.120 experience uh do you remember when the iranian government the moral police were throwing homosexuals

00:27:34.260 off the roof of buildings yeah yeah okay so that was kind of a big line for me you know i'm like

00:27:42.120 i think as a human being we should stand up against that and uh so i went to new york and it took me a

00:27:49.080 while to get a a meeting with the head of glad in new york and she came into my office along with you

00:27:58.420 know two other assistants and um and very standoffish and i'm like look you and i we don't have a lot in 0.95

00:28:04.860 common um you know uh but we do have one thing i think in common and that is homosexuals should not 1.00

00:28:12.360 be thrown off roofs and um i said i haven't told anybody i'm having a meeting with you and if my

00:28:20.940 audience finds out that i would be willing to partner with you on that one issue it's going to

00:28:28.660 cost me listeners but if it helps save lives and brings attention to that problem we both should

00:28:36.200 be willing to put our our differences aside we're never going to agree on wedding cakes but we all

00:28:42.940 can agree on throwing people off the roof they didn't do it it's a low bar you know very low

00:28:48.400 oh no what did they say uh i can't remember exactly do you remember stew it was it was i think it was

00:28:56.940 uh we have way too much uh that is different uh and it it would not be something that we would

00:29:05.400 i think they just made a calculation right yeah but we would be able to tolerate i mean dude i like you

00:29:12.080 know i tweeted i was coming on the show before and i got a bunch of people saying supportive stuff and

00:29:16.720 every time i come on this show i'll lose people where they'll be like man what happened to you used

00:29:21.800 to make fun of glenn or he used to make fun of you and it's like yeah man isn't that great

00:29:26.220 like that should be something that is applauded yes where it's you know that reasoning to not do

00:29:34.000 something with you is the reasoning it is more important it's like when you can't get you know

00:29:39.840 if you got noam chomsky and ted cruz sponsoring a bill together uh you know i want to hear what that

00:29:48.760 is it was like mccain teamed up with when john mccain teamed up with russ feingold about uh election

00:29:55.400 reform you just go okay man well if those two are talking this seems like it is a important issue

00:30:02.540 you know what i mean and it's so sad how tribalized we are and that people are so afraid of stepping foot

00:30:11.500 into the other camp when all the people we admire you know me and you talked about this on

00:30:16.180 your podcast you know martin luther king got all the people we look up to they brought people

00:30:21.920 together the goal wasn't uh especially when lives are on the line like we're seeing now in iran and

00:30:27.620 like when you met with glad so where so so that you just think that they're too afraid that feminists 1.00

00:30:32.820 are too afraid is there no feminist leader i went well there is uh i mean no uh probably okay

00:30:42.420 look liberals don't have uh we don't love the word leaders or um structure or getting things done

00:30:49.840 because i'm usually not this um like trite or petty but i was so upset about the iran thing

00:31:02.040 and i haven't been on this website in a very long time but i was like you know what i'm gonna see if

00:31:07.000 uh jezebel i'm sure your listeners are familiar it's a big time on this website i'm gonna see if

00:31:12.520 they're covering this story and i went last week and i rechecked this morning like dude it's not on

00:31:18.520 the front page the front page when i checked was um the try guys who i've never heard of but i guess

00:31:26.020 one of them had an affair and then it was jordan peterson crying that was the the big the big story

00:31:36.040 women are being killed in iran feminists gather around we must show solidarity and support our

00:31:41.920 sisters um overseas it was haha the kermit the lobster guy is sad let's all make fun of jordan

00:31:50.780 peterson and there was a whole article making fun of jordan peterson which by and that was a story

00:31:56.280 like that was on twitter all of my lucky twitter friends were talking about that too and you know

00:32:03.340 then there was like a follow-up story where it's like ben shapiro defends jordan peterson crying and

00:32:08.820 that suddenly became the feminist news cycle which is so sad for a million reasons which is like you're 1.00

00:32:15.980 not defending women you're making fun of a dude and you're making fun of a dude who's crying because

00:32:20.980 he's trying to help men right and i don't know what's going on with jordan peterson there's some

00:32:26.400 stuff he says that's great there's some stuff that i'm like meh but he's certainly not the like

00:32:31.400 hitler-esque cartoon that people make him out to be like the first time i watched him i was like oh

00:32:36.840 this is going to be hateful and he was like make your bed and i was like oh yeah i should make my bed

00:32:40.420 that was sort of it yeah all right yeah this guy's fine but also and oh my god i can't believe i'm

00:32:48.660 gonna say this but a lot of people on the right i think matt walsh who i've never agreed on uh with

00:32:54.200 uh he he made this point where it's like didn't we want men to be more vulnerable isn't this what

00:33:01.500 feminists and the left have sort of asked for and now suddenly you have this masculine man crying 1.00

00:33:09.580 and they sound like the people they're making fun of with like oh jordan peterson you little girl

00:33:15.020 what did your tampon get stuck or you triggered come on soy boy like they're suddenly turning into 0.81

00:33:20.120 these bullies where it's like dude you were the one saying that men just punch walls and don't go

00:33:25.840 to therapy and now you have a man who is crying and being emotional and you're gonna mock him and it

00:33:34.140 was the first time that i sort of saw what conservatives were saying which i always thought

00:33:39.000 was a really goofy thing to say where they're like feminists just hate men they don't defend women

00:33:44.360 um and in this case it's like well yeah you have this opportunity to defend women who are struggling

00:33:51.440 so hard it's so heartbreaking and also admirable what's happening in iran with these women and 0.63

00:33:57.120 you're just gonna make fun of a dude because it'll get a ton of retweets because anytime you make fun of

00:34:02.520 jordan peterson it'll get numb i mean they made fun of him for going to rehab which is like crazy

00:34:08.200 heartbreaking i i i will tell you that i i've been i've been hoping that somebody would uh start

00:34:15.520 you know burning scarves and it would become a you know something that christians and and others

00:34:21.680 would stand up uh against and uh and make that go viral but viral but i think we're just too busy

00:34:27.800 uh slapping each other with bologna or whatever the whatever the hell tortillas that's right

00:34:34.000 you may be on a different website i don't know yeah that's why you gotta you gotta sign up for that

00:34:42.860 sponsor yeah yeah i know i yeah you know it's these little inconsequential things that make for

00:34:52.280 funny banter during the day on twitter and everyone gets to feel like little snarky school bullies and

00:34:58.740 then it goes away and nothing has changed i mean man it should be there should be muslims right now

00:35:06.360 in america and i'm sure again i'm sure there are um talking about what's happening um i know there are

00:35:12.660 but when it comes to woke liberal twitter it's like hey man don't say you're the party of compassion and

00:35:19.780 freedom and um all this stuff when you just you publicly you don't care whether it's because you're

00:35:27.480 afraid you're going to be called a racist because we have this oppression olympics on the left or

00:35:32.000 whether it's because look man if i would be saying the exact same thing to you if it was happening in

00:35:37.500 sweden and if it was you know white girls who uh were getting stoned for not taking off their 0.89

00:35:43.520 cardigans like i would say the same thing i have no just because i went to church twice doesn't mean

00:35:50.020 i'm just like right like dude i i i i respect islam as much as i respect buddhism as much as i

00:35:57.740 respect humanity all that stuff this has nothing to do with religion that has to do with like women

00:36:03.040 are being murdered yes and we should probably do so jamie give me the name of your podcast again for
