00:00:00.000 Well, we broke the news on the program today with Dan Bongino of the resignation of the head of the
00:00:08.460 Secret Service. We went through her testimony yesterday. It is abysmal. But we also talked to
00:00:14.540 a couple of congressmen. One was there yesterday, and what she said is really astonishing. And also
00:00:25.120 another congressman from Arizona that was on the roof yesterday. He's a former Navy SEAL and now a
00:00:33.600 congressman from Arizona. He was on the roof where the sniper was, where they were supposed to be,
00:00:39.660 and the would-be assassin was lying. And the things that he saw, something is very, very,
00:00:48.380 very wrong. You'll get all of this on today's podcast. You know that whole life, liberty,

00:02:10.000 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:02:14.520 From the state of Florida, Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna joins us now. She was in the oversight
00:02:21.980 briefing yesterday, and she said, after leaving the briefing this morning, I am more convinced than
00:02:29.440 ever that Crooks wasn't working alone. That is the shooter. She's here to talk about that now.
00:02:36.520 Congresswoman, welcome to the program.
00:02:38.680 Hey, thanks for having me back on.
00:02:41.380 Sure. So what did you hear yesterday that made you come to this conclusion? I mean, I think we all
00:02:49.040 listened to the testimony yesterday and thought there's something very, very wrong here. But what
00:02:55.140 did you hear that made you say he wasn't alone? We were actually told directly that
00:03:02.120 specifically with the investigation that they haven't been able, they have not ruled out the
00:03:06.860 fact that he was working alone, meaning, and I've thought this all along based on what we've been
00:03:11.380 seeing with testimony, evidence coming forward is that he had a handler. I don't know how many people
00:03:16.960 he's working with, but I definitely based on that. And then also, I think it's just really, really
00:03:22.120 mind-blowing that in the hearing yesterday, I actually asked the very same question to the Secret
00:03:28.020 Service Secretary. And she actually, again, not just on my question, but on a number of questions where we
00:03:34.680 had the evidence right in front of us, conflicting statements or wrong statements, just not even
00:03:39.220 prepared to answer those questions. So I still hold by that opinion. And I think that it's really,
00:03:44.660 really insane that the media itself is not picking up on the fact that this Crooks character was on
00:03:51.760 social media gaming apps where you can communicate. I'm hoping that they have subpoenaed those records
00:03:56.720 with Discord in order to see who exactly he was chatting with, maybe even flagging the IP addresses.
00:04:02.200 You know, I found out something from the FBI. My son was, somebody tried to
00:04:10.940 groom and grab my son, and we caught him at the last minute. Yeah. And the FBI was in my house,
00:04:21.400 and they took his gaming system. And they told me something that I didn't know. Gaming systems record
00:04:28.200 everything. Everything. I did not know that either. So I didn't know that either. So who has this guy's
00:04:36.360 gaming system? And what gaming system was it? Because the information the FBI said that they
00:04:42.980 could get from his gaming system was mind-blowing. So who has this gaming system?
00:04:50.480 It's interesting because I had seen some information come out. So I was actually just kind of bouncing
00:04:56.560 questions off of Capitol Police, actually, all my way back from the convention, just kind of seeing if
00:05:02.140 they knew about digital forensics, all of that. And to my understanding, that one of these games
00:05:08.760 that he was allegedly on actually was on a system that's specific for PCs. So I think, and it's very
00:05:17.900 likely, obviously, that the FBI already has that. But I mean, either which way, the reason why I and a
00:05:23.640 number of my colleagues have been pushing for this task force and select committee with full subpoena
00:05:27.860 power to conduct a parallel investigation is because I have zero faith and confidence in the
00:05:33.900 FBI. And you're seeing that even come out right now, they won't share information with members of
00:05:39.020 Congress, especially on this attempted assassination attempt. You see that the Department of Homeland
00:05:44.320 Security is actually stonewalling Congress as well, and had to have subpoenaed communications between
00:05:50.600 Secret Service and, and, you know, other law enforcement area, they weren't willing to give that
00:05:56.040 information up to us. So I just, if there's nothing to hide, and they're not being shady,
00:06:01.360 why are they hiding everything? Why do they want it done in secret? Why did they push so hard to
00:06:05.500 prevent us from actually having this hearing in the public? That's why that that's, that really
00:06:12.020 bothers me. Let's just say that it is all what it seems to be on the surface. Okay, he acted alone,
00:06:19.300 it was just really bad, you know, secret service policies, etc, etc. Let's just say that's what it is.
00:06:29.660 You know, the country is at a tipping point, and at a boiling point. And you also keep saying you
00:06:37.280 despise disinformation, conspiracy theories, etc, etc. Why in the world would you keep everything quiet?
00:06:47.580 Why wouldn't you become overly transparent to turn the temperature of the country down?
00:06:54.700 Exactly. I literally, I literally asked her this yesterday in the hearing. And also to the one thing
00:07:01.020 I was specifically concerned about, and I also too, was trying to get questions for the American people
00:07:06.000 on is, I had looked at this video and theory that there was a second shooter on a water tower.
00:07:12.560 Well, while I was digging through information before the hearing, it comes to find out not from
00:07:19.200 not from secret service, but from our sourcing and testimony from law enforcement in the area,
00:07:24.140 that there was actually 40 sniper teams. And so according to the ESU Butler emergency response
00:07:31.580 coordinator system team, secret service never actually even showed up to get the briefing with
00:07:38.280 the other snipers. So what is this person? Is this individual who's on the water tower? Was that
00:07:43.620 an individual? Was that a shadow? Is it someone who's one of these 40 sniper teams? I mean, we need
00:07:48.220 to ask and answer those questions. And she couldn't even do that, the basics. And so we are left with
00:07:54.820 the vote for holding her accountable is going to come to the floor. We have Nancy Mace that just filed
00:08:00.360 to impeach her. I think that'll pass. But in the event that it doesn't, we have some other mechanisms.
00:08:05.280 And there's been bipartisan calls at this point for her to resign. So that's how bad she did to put in
00:08:09.940 perspective, bipartisan for her to resign. Well, somebody, I mean, you guys are the oversight and
00:08:15.800 somebody has to answer. It's like walking into your boss's office and being belligerent. You fire that
00:08:21.700 person. You fire that person until you get answers on something. Let me ask you this. There was a story
00:08:27.840 that came out from Mike Waltz, the Congressman Mike Waltz last week, and he just said it. And then I never
00:08:34.260 heard it again that Crooks had three encrypted overseas accounts. He never said that they were
00:08:41.040 phone or banking, and it's not usual for a 20-year-old. Is that true? Do we know anything
00:08:48.740 about that? I haven't been able to follow up on that information either. But what I will say is based
00:08:55.600 on what we're being told, and what I can say is that I do believe that he had handlers. And I think
00:09:00.520 that he was using actually these systems to communicate with people, potentially preventing
00:09:05.460 there from actually being a record of communication, because some of these apps will only store for X
00:09:12.000 amount of time. But if you're saying it's on the gaming system, I mean, again, the FBI is not sharing
00:09:16.520 any information with us. So that's been shady also, too. Let's not forget, he had very advanced
00:09:22.560 detonation systems. He had surveilled. He learned to use a rangefinder. There's no way that this,
00:09:28.340 you know, 20-something-year-old went from being just some quiet kid to being a trained assassin,
00:09:35.700 and that's exactly what it was.
00:09:39.340 So I hate to even ask this question, because I don't know if I want the answer.
00:09:43.420 Do you believe, at this point, it's more likely the handler was American or foreign?
00:09:49.100 I honestly don't know. But what I will, I guess, based on what I'm seeing weigh in on and say is
00:09:58.760 that they were reporting right after this, and I don't know if this was Secret Service just putting
00:10:03.980 up these reports only to throw us off on their complete failure, but they were reporting that
00:10:09.800 there were foreign nations that had attempted or were talking about assassination attempts on
00:10:15.460 President Trump. And so part of me is like, is it that, or is it actually something, you know,
00:10:22.240 intentional negligence?
00:10:28.600 Now, let me switch gears, kind of.
00:10:32.960 President hasn't been seen in a few days, and he was really sick. We're now hearing that
00:10:39.900 it was more than COVID in Las Vegas, that there was a medical team that he went and saw,
00:10:47.520 I think, at the hospital, and it was significant, but we don't know because nobody's really telling us.
00:10:54.560 Then we haven't seen him at all. And now, yesterday, he began delegating his presidential powers
00:11:05.280 to the Secretary of the Treasury and State Department when it comes to Ukraine. I've never
00:11:12.200 seen a president delegate his presidential authorities to other agencies. Have you?
00:11:20.560 I have not. And to just put some context in that as well, I was actually walking back from my office
00:11:27.340 a couple, maybe about three weeks ago, and I had run into Senator Mike Lee. And we were chatting,
00:11:32.840 and he goes, you know, something along the lines of, you know, I think they know that Biden's going
00:11:38.840 to lose this election and that we're going to take back, you know, House, Senate, President. So
00:11:42.760 they're trying to handcuff a presidential administration on Ukraine. And so, to my knowledge,
00:11:50.000 back then, they were actually even trying to figure out ways to prevent or even treat Ukraine
00:11:55.880 like a NATO ally so that we would not be able to, to my understanding, like defund them in any capacity.
00:12:02.840 And so, I think that's what you're starting to see. And that's exactly why they delegated like that.
00:12:07.420 But I think, you know, going back to your point, we haven't even seen the president. I think
00:12:10.660 everyone knows that he's cognitively not there. And I think that's why he needs to resign. And I think
00:12:16.580 it's very ironic that Democrats are saying, well, he's not fit to seek re-election, but he needs to
00:12:21.080 serve out his term. Like, that's insanity.
00:12:22.440 That's insane. So who oversees the administration? I mean, you have oversight of, you know, of all of
00:12:31.620 the cabinet, but they're not doing anything about it. I don't, I really don't think anything's going
00:12:38.160 to happen this term to the Secret Service. I'd be shocked if it did. And I'd be happy if it did.
00:12:44.920 Um, but nobody ever is held accountable. Who oversees, who can tell me who is running the
00:12:52.780 country?
00:12:53.300 Well, it's supposed to be Congress and Senate that would have a check power on, on the executive
00:13:00.300 branch. But as you're seeing Senate right now is blocking anything that would even allow us to
00:13:05.260 impeach Biden based on what he's done that would, I would argue is criminal. Um, so it would then be
00:13:11.800 up to his cabinet. And what we're seeing is that his cabinet seems very much so to be in the influencer
00:13:18.780 or circle of likely Obama holdovers, Pelosi and Schumer. And also I think that it's, you know,
00:13:25.180 timing wise, very convenient that we were hearing from great sourcing that Biden was doubling down.
00:13:31.300 He was not going to get out. He was in this literally until he breathes his life. He'd not
00:13:36.000 want to give up the presidency. And it appears that he was forced out or likely threatened with
00:13:41.560 the 25th amendment via his own cabinet. So.
00:13:43.860 These are remarkable times that we're living in. I just, it's every day is another page in the
00:13:54.820 history book. I know. And you've got a front row seat to it. Uh, Anna, thank you so much. Um, and
00:14:00.520 please stay in touch with us. Let us know how we can help and, uh, any information that you want to
00:14:06.580 get out, please, uh, let us know. We'll stay in touch. Thank you so much, guys.
00:14:11.060 You bet. Congresswoman Anna Polina Luna, uh, the representative from Florida.
00:14:19.380 It's time for you to face facts. If you thought maybe you could just ignore all of that pain that
00:14:24.600 you've been in and it would go away eventually, right? Turns out your pain was as transitory as
00:14:30.000 Joe Biden's inflation. Now you can actually get serious about it because I might have the answer.
00:14:35.860 It's called relief factor. It's a hundred percent drug free daily supplement that helps your body
00:14:41.000 fight pain. Naturally developed by doctors. Relief factor uses a unique formula of natural

00:15:19.300 order right now. One 800, the number four relief fight pain naturally with relief factor.com. Now back
00:15:27.160 to the podcast. This is the best of the Glenn Beck program. And we really want to thank you for
00:15:33.640 listening. Dan Bongino, good friend. Welcome to the program. How are you, sir? Hey, good to talk to
00:15:40.500 you, Glenn. Doing okay. Dan, uh, I remember when we first met, you were still on presidential detail
00:15:48.760 and, uh, you said that you were standing in the room with these guys while I was on the air and they,
00:15:57.300 they hated me. And because of their reaction, you started really paying attention to what was being said in
00:16:04.920 those rooms. And I told you, I'm really concerned about the security of the president because I was on the
00:16:13.080 outside looking at you and you people like you and seeing the secret service being completely
00:16:19.660 inept from the top, not necessarily the agents. It has gotten so bad now, Dan, and I'm not sure that
00:16:28.840 it is. They're being inept. I'm not sure what the hell's going on. Yeah. These, these problems aren't,
00:16:35.280 you know, new. And, uh, there's a lot of kind of, uh, Johnny come lately commentary on this from the
00:16:40.640 left-wing media goons, but the reality is, you know, people like me were calling attention to
00:16:45.660 this problem over a decade ago. And, you know, I've got the receipts to back it up. I mean, you can
00:16:50.400 go look at interviews I gave to the Washingtonian, a book I wrote called, uh, Protecting the President,
00:16:56.980 um, all diagnosing all the problems with the secret service. You're going to read the book.
00:17:00.880 You're going to think, gosh, did he write this 10 minutes ago? No, I wrote it 10 years ago. And what
00:17:05.140 wound up happening and, uh, you know, a subject you're probably unfortunately familiar with is
00:17:10.400 the left-wing media, rather than analyzing with Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Hannity, and Dan Bongino say,
00:17:16.540 uh, they go on attack mode right away because of the messenger. They just don't like us.
00:17:20.820 See, I don't think the same with them. If I hear something from the left-wing media,
00:17:24.160 I can independently vet. It doesn't mean it's naturally false. Unfortunately, a lot of times it
00:17:28.620 is, but, but the irony is they claim to be journalists. They attacked me as a conspiracy theorist
00:17:34.400 for telling, uh, for telling folks on my show in August of 2023, it's episode 2079. If anyone
00:17:40.360 wants to listen from last year, uh, where I said that Donald Trump was likely going to be hurt or
00:17:45.640 killed, I was getting that information from high ranking secret service sources who were very
00:17:51.780 troubled by the, by the, uh, minimal security posture applied to Donald Trump and the repeated,
00:17:56.920 uh, requests for enhanced security that were being rebuffed. And Daniel Arkin from NBC wrote a piece
00:18:02.900 you can still read because it's embarrassingly still up calling me a conspiracy theorist saying,
00:18:07.540 I was stating this without evidence, without ever having, speaking to me or asking me what my
00:18:12.520 evidence was. So, you know, if you're listening to shows like this and your program, you know,
00:18:16.960 you're, you're six weeks, six months, six years ahead of the news cycle. If you're listening to
00:18:21.160 liberal media, you're consistently stunned by attempts like this on Donald Trump's live thinking
00:18:26.820 what happened. So tell me your gut at this point. Um, and I know I'm asking you to go on limited
00:18:35.320 facts because they're not releasing everything, but you have inside, uh, connections. Um, is your
00:18:42.560 gut, does your gut tell you this is just more of the same incompetence times a thousand or is
00:18:50.320 something nefarious going on? Well, listen, the latter, I can't answer. One thing I never do is
00:18:57.120 I never go down roads where I don't know if it ends off a cliff because then you wind up like the
00:19:02.160 left-wing media. Oh, look, there's a PP tape out there. Really? Have you seen it? No. Um, I don't
00:19:07.380 know. I can tell you the level of incompetence leads naturally to the second question. You're
00:19:13.080 not crazy to ask it, but the level of incompetence here is stunning. Listen, because people think in
00:19:17.960 threes and nuggets and pieces of information, I'm going to give you a couple of chunks of
00:19:22.180 information here from over 10 years of experience and having worked with three presidents, two Democrats
00:19:27.120 and the Republican having done hundreds of advances and haven't actually done four foreign lead advances
00:19:32.340 too. So, you know, I know what I'm talking about to number one, why was president Trump on the X that
00:19:39.220 we would call the X, uh, why was he out on the podium at all? It's a question nobody can answer.
00:19:44.660 And it's also the reason in the hearing yesterday, if you go back and listen to it, the director,
00:19:49.080 Tim Cheadle, a failed human being who disgracefully is still sitting in her job, putting the nation at
00:19:54.040 risk from her incompetence. It's why she won't answer the timeline question. Did you notice
00:19:58.740 how cryptic she was? Yes. You won't answer the timeline question because if she gives you a time
00:20:03.580 that the threat was recognized, you're there. Then the obvious next question is, well, if you knew
00:20:08.420 there was a threat up to an hour out, potentially 18 minutes out, depending on who you believe,
00:20:13.880 why was president Trump walked on the stage in the middle of, uh, getting, you know, scoped out
00:20:18.480 and range located by a sniper? And she can't answer it.
00:20:22.220 So Dan, so, but her answer will seem to be in the coming days that, well, yes, but we didn't have
00:20:32.240 communications open with the people that were there. Those were local where that cat, don't
00:20:38.780 you have a command center that? Yes. Don't waste your time. You just said it. Don't even, I don't
00:20:44.840 care what her answer is. It's called the command post. You're Glenn, you, you know, you have zero
00:20:49.800 experience as a secret service agent. You're a, you're a very talented radio media guy. Even you
00:20:54.040 knew that I actually worked. You never worked in the secret service. You're like, wait,
00:20:59.080 no, they have a command center. Here's the answer. Yes. It's called the CP, the command post to every
00:21:04.560 single, uh, law enforcement entity working that operation had either a representative or a radio
00:21:10.900 in there. There is absolutely zero chance. The command post did not get information that they
00:21:16.300 were working a suspicious male surveilling the outside of the perimeter with a range finder.
00:21:20.860 There's zero chance. So when, you know, you ask questions like, well, how has he walked out on
00:21:24.660 stage? The answer is such incredible, gross incompetence. I don't blame people for saying
00:21:29.860 there's gotta be something more here. I just don't know that. All I'm telling you is that the failure
00:21:35.200 here was so apocalyptic. Everyone on that advanced team should have resigned the next day.
00:21:40.360 The director, the deputy director, all of them, how they still have jobs is incredible. Let me throw
00:21:45.960 one more thing out at you too. Let's just say all of the director's stupid stories are accurate.
00:21:51.300 They're not, but say they are. They, the roof was sloped. It was hot that day. Whatever ridiculous
00:21:57.200 excuse you may have. I've run into, yeah, I've run into problems in the past where we could not secure
00:22:03.280 a line of sight problem. We didn't have enough bodies, whatever. I had a site with Hillary Clinton.
00:22:07.420 Just didn't have enough bodies to secure a dorm room looking out on her speech site at Hofstra
00:22:11.860 University. You know what I did? I had them go out and get a $5 can of that snow spray, that fake
00:22:18.360 snow. Why would I do that? Because I sprayed the windows. Because I figured, listen, if we can't
00:22:23.040 mitigate this line of sight threat and this potential sniper, at least we can block the line of sight so
00:22:28.040 they can't see what they're shooting. Sometimes it's the best you can do. They didn't even do that.
00:22:33.000 They didn't even do that. They just let the line of sight threat exist. And the counter surveillance
00:22:37.220 vulnerability assessment, which is a piece of paperwork, the counter surveillance team looks
00:22:41.280 at, that'll show that they knew that was a vulnerability and yet they did nothing about
00:22:45.740 it. They basically let him get shot. They haven't released that though, have they? That document?
00:22:52.120 No, they're going to claim it's classified. It's not. The site is over. And here's another two pieces
00:22:56.760 of paperwork. There's a survey called the CS survey, the counter sniper survey. That counter sniper
00:23:02.160 survey will point out every single elevated high point in the area. That'll have been on there and
00:23:07.900 you're going to see something. I'm going to break this later on my show. I'm not trying to be cryptic
00:23:11.660 or funny about it with your show. I'm just working the angle right now and I want to be sure I'm
00:23:15.060 correct. But that specific high point, there's a major, major fiasco that happened there. There was a
00:23:22.960 communication lapse that is totally unforgivable. But the counter surveillance and counter sniper survey
00:23:28.760 will show that that high point was a vulnerability. And then they're going to have to answer questions
00:23:34.160 like when that wasn't posted, when he was on stage and allowed that person to get up there
00:23:39.440 because there was no post there or nothing. Why didn't you guys follow up? The secret service
00:23:44.060 is ultimately responsible. Why didn't the site agent that they noticed that one of the posts they had
00:23:48.840 wasn't there? I mean, this is an unforgivable, unfortunate series of events that basically
00:23:55.220 caused this. There's no other explanation. So I had Eli Crane on a congressman from Arizona that
00:24:01.740 was up on the roof and posted a video of it yesterday. And he was standing in the barn,
00:24:10.120 if you will, right behind where the shooter was. And he's on the second floor inside air conditioning
00:24:16.560 in an office. And it has a window that looks right out on that roof. If it was too hot or dangerous,
00:24:22.860 why were they on the first floor, not on the second floor, looking at the roof?
00:24:29.380 Glenn, again, the incompetence here. These are hard interviews for me to give because the questions
00:24:35.320 you're asking, again, as a guy with no secret service experience at all, my wife asked me the
00:24:41.040 same question. She was the database developer. They're not explainable other than absolute abject
00:24:47.280 ignorance and stupidity. Whoever did the advance that day, I don't know how they still have a job.
00:24:54.300 I really don't. And, you know, here's another thing that here's the third question. So I brought
00:24:59.600 up the line of sight. I brought up the paperwork I brought. Why was he on the X up? There's another
00:25:04.140 question that needs to be asked. How did you not employ? We have an aerial surveillance branch in the
00:25:10.020 secret service. Why was the aerial surveillance, a drone, a helicopter, a FLIR, an infrared, you know,
00:25:17.160 forward looking infrared, a thermal. Why would these, why would these simple tools we use over
00:25:22.880 and over not employed that day? You would have seen the guy on the roof the second he got up there
00:25:28.420 from, you know, Kim Cheadle, the failed director said yesterday in the beginning of the hearing,
00:25:33.100 if you go back and listen, we employ a 360 degree security coverage. Well, 360 is a three
00:25:39.640 dimensional sphere. That means above and below. Well, where the hell was the above coverage?
00:25:44.480 He lied in the hearing. There was nothing above. There was no drone. He had a drone, the bad guy.
00:25:49.580 We didn't have a drone. Glenn, go to Amazon right now. You get a drone for 40 bucks.
00:25:53.380 We couldn't send a drone up in the air. There's a $6 trillion federal budget. Is this,
00:25:58.320 what the hell is the federal government good for? Why was there no drone? The answer is again,
00:26:03.500 absolute stupidity and how these people have not been fired or resigned is, is really deeply
00:26:10.760 disturbing. At this point, the government has no accountability whatsoever.
00:26:16.380 Dan, um, when I heard the Congressman yesterday, hold on, I'm hearing breaking news that she may be
00:26:23.260 leaving, that the director may be leaving very soon. So I'm just getting this now. So we may be
00:26:28.480 breaking out. I'm hearing she, I predicted this last night. So we'll, we'll see what happens. Yeah.
00:26:33.440 She has no political support, but the Biden Harris team doesn't want the headache. The Democrats have
00:26:39.000 bailed on her. Uh, this woman needs to go. She is a disgrace. I'm getting this from a secret service
00:26:43.360 friend right now said, and she's out. So whether he's got something, we're breaking on your show or
00:26:48.040 not. But, uh, this guy has been a reliable source for me. Tell me when I heard the Congressman
00:26:54.700 yesterday say that, uh, have you used any kind of encrypted apps to communicate with anyone? I was
00:27:04.260 shocked to hear her say yes, but when, when, I mean, I don't know if congressmen are, you know,
00:27:13.460 smart enough to think this way, but I know I really try not to ask a question, especially if I'm,
00:27:23.120 if I am in a situation where I'm trying to prove somebody wrong, I make sure I kind of know the
00:27:30.760 answer to the question before I ask it that way. When we come back to it later, I've got her on the
00:27:38.740 record. What the hell is on her private phone? That's against the law. Well, because we've been
00:27:47.360 friends for a long time. I, I'm not going to spin your wheels. Um, there are two people on this phone
00:27:54.040 call and one of them may have, uh, contributed to the asking of that question. So, uh, you could
00:27:59.540 probably figure out by the population. So yeah, there are, Cheadle has no friends anymore in the
00:28:06.160 secret service. They're horrified by our leadership. Let's just say a friend of a friend of a friend of a
00:28:11.220 friend of a friend may have sent to a friend. Um, exactly that question who passed to a friend of a
00:28:16.460 friend of another friend and it made it into the hearing. So, um, that's how that, and what was,
00:28:21.980 what was the friend of a friend of a friend, uh, saying that we should get that on the record for,
00:28:29.260 because the communications may, may have involved communications with significant
00:28:34.780 White House officials on messaging. Um, and it may have involved, uh, some, yes. So we'll just, uh,
00:28:42.160 we'll, we'll see what comes out in the wash. Now keep in mind, did it, wait, did it maybe involve
00:28:47.240 this, this event? Oh, oh yeah. That's, that's a distinct possibility. I mean, we're going to have
00:28:54.600 to find out. I don't know the exact content cause I don't have her phone, but her agreeing to turn
00:29:01.200 over her personal phone for forensic analysis to Lauren Boebert, who has all the right questions,
00:29:06.080 by the way, uh, they should take her up on that offer. I can almost guarantee you she's going to bail
00:29:11.180 and lawyer up if she's asked to turn her personal phone over or she's probably deleting messages
00:29:16.480 right now. Unbelievable. Dan, as always, great, great to talk to you. And I'm so happy for your
00:29:23.740 success. Um, it's just, nobody deserves it more than you, Dan. Well, you were a good friend. I love
00:29:29.740 you, Dan. And a mentor. So I'd love you too, brother. Thanks, man. Thanks for having me. Thanks.
00:29:33.760 All right. You bet. Dan Bongino, host of the Dan Bongino show. You're listening to the best
00:29:40.180 of Glenn Beck. Need a little more? Check out the full show podcast.
00:29:45.800 Let me just give you a story here. This is from the wall street journal yesterday. Okay. Uh,
00:29:51.380 how the bet on an 81 year old Joe Biden turned into an epic miscalculation. It's from the wall
00:29:58.900 street journal. It was the first time I remember people pretty jarred by what they had seen recalled
00:30:05.160 representative Dean Phillips from Minnesota, a Democrat who went on to mount an unsuccessful
00:30:11.120 primary challenge against the president. That was in October, 2021.
00:30:20.300 That was the month that was the last time Biden met with the house democratic caucus on the Hill
00:30:26.280 regarding any legislation. Nearly three years later, concerns about the 81 year old president's age and
00:30:32.780 mental acuity have put an abrupt cap on his half century political career. They had grown from
00:30:40.180 a murmur among allies who said they believed or hope they were catching the president on a bad day
00:30:45.700 to a deafening roar as many of those same allies called a name to step aside in the wake of his
00:30:51.220 disastrous June 27th debate performance. On Sunday, Biden announced he was withdrawing from the
00:30:57.780 presidential race, an unparalleled, unparalleled step that leaves Democrats without a nominee
00:31:03.280 less than four months before election day. Biden endorsed vice president Kamala Harris to take his
00:31:09.700 place, but it remains to be seen if the voters will rally behind her. How the democratic party came to
00:31:15.860 the brink of nominating a candidate with an obvious flaw is a story of allies eager to look the other way.
00:31:24.320 Biden advisors who worked to stamp out doubts about his vigor and a party apparatus that boxed out all
00:31:31.720 alternative candidates. The result is an epic years long miscalculation that has Democrats racing to mount an
00:31:40.340 uncertain reboot of their campaign against Donald Trump. Now, this happened in 2021 that he was so bad that
00:31:52.720 lawmakers on the hill Democrats said, what the hell? What, what is that? That was three years ago,
00:32:00.120 three years ago, Pat, who was the guy that was, uh, up in France for the D-Day, uh, uh, memorial service?
00:32:12.480 He was a long-term advisor, right? And mentor. Um, yeah, he considered Biden a friend, a mentor and a
00:32:21.060 mentor. Yeah. And, uh, he helped him with his campaign. He's known him since 2014. They've been
00:32:26.300 friends all this time. Biden helped him along, actually campaigned for him. And at the D-Day
00:32:33.760 celebration this summer, he said, Biden didn't even know who he was. And so he thought, well,
00:32:40.080 okay, I, you know, it's a senior moment that happens to old people. Uh, no, not if they're
00:32:46.420 president of the United States, at least it shouldn't. And if it does, uh, you might want
00:32:50.920 to say something, not wait till after the disastrous debate performance. And then say, oh yeah, yeah. I saw
00:32:57.300 that a while ago. So yeah, I, to me, and that's what they're all doing. I mean, it does gotta say
00:33:04.700 something. Yeah. You are to protect and defend the constitution of the United States. Yeah. You
00:33:11.000 don't have a constitution of the United States. If your president is senile and you don't do anything
00:33:18.440 about it. He is the commander in chief. And I can't believe these people are that half the country
00:33:28.020 is still okay with being lied to for this long. And everyone who ever said anything about it was
00:33:37.220 smeared and destroyed. You're a conspiracy. I mean, up to two weeks before the, the debate,
00:33:43.240 they were still smearing people for saying that he was not all there. The guy has clearly, he has
00:33:51.220 Parkinson's. He clearly, I mean, I was with a bunch of doctors cause I'm, I'm kidney stones anyway. Um,
00:34:01.260 so I'm with a bunch of doctors and you know, we're, we're talking and I said, okay, guys,
00:34:06.820 if this guy walked into your clinic or your hospital, what would you say? And all of them
00:34:15.080 at the same time said Parkinson's and I said, wow, what did you guys rehearse that? And they're
00:34:20.560 like, no, he has every sign of Parkinson's and they went through them and I was like that that's,
00:34:27.460 I mean, he's exhibiting classic Parkinson's disease. Right. I didn't realize until recently that,
00:34:34.220 that, uh, the, the mental, the cognition was part of that was part of Parkinson's. Did you, I,
00:34:40.740 I didn't know that until recently. Um, so apparently that, that is, uh, one of the,
00:34:47.760 one of the signs. So scary. So now he is, now he hasn't been seen since Vegas. And I, I didn't put
00:34:58.040 any thought into this at all until I've now heard reports that people who were there at the hospital
00:35:06.160 facility that he was brought to for COVID said that it was a medical incident that they, he had,
00:35:13.120 it wasn't COVID. It was something else. They didn't say what it was, but they said it was a significant
00:35:18.940 event. Yeah. They, they even called it a medical emergency. Yeah. We need to know. We need to,
00:35:26.620 because we have to know he's, he's intending to serve out his term. And I don't think he's
00:35:34.100 capable. No, he cannot serve out his term. Listen to what he did, uh, yesterday. And I,
00:35:41.160 when I say, look, look what he did, I put that in air quotes, um, memorandum for the secretary of
00:35:47.840 state and the secretary of treasury subject delegation of certain functions and authorities
00:35:55.060 under the rebuilding economic prosperity and opportunity for Ukrainians act by the authority
00:36:00.680 vested in me as president, by the constitution and the law of the United States of America,
00:36:05.700 including section 301 title three United States code, I hereby order as follows section one a,
00:36:12.540 I hereby delegate to the secretary of the treasury, the functions and authorities vested in the president
00:36:21.440 of the United States by section one Oh four a one and one Oh four a two a of the rebuilding economic
00:36:28.880 prosperity and opportunity for Ukrainians act division F of public law, blah, blah, blah. Uh,
00:36:35.180 B I hereby delegate to the secretary of state in consultation with the secretary of treasury,
00:36:40.920 the functions and authorities vested in the president by sections one Oh four G one Oh four I one Oh five C
00:36:48.040 one Oh five E one Oh five G of the act. The delegations in this memorandum shall apply to any provisions
00:36:55.040 of any future public laws that are the same or substantially the same as those provisions
00:37:01.240 referenced in this memorandum. The secretary of treasury is authorized and directed to publish this
00:37:06.440 memorandum in the federal register, Joseph Biden jr. So he's giving the power for this particular thing,
00:37:15.960 the power of the presidency to the secretary of the treasury and the secretary of state.
00:37:25.080 Have you ever heard that being done before Pat ever? No, no. If it's happened before, I've never heard of it.
00:37:31.960 I can't imagine why you would do that. Why? Unless you're incapacitated and you want to make sure that
00:37:38.600 money keeps flowing to Ukraine, uh, that, and you can't do that. You're incapable. So you delegate that
00:37:46.140 authority, but you would be incapable. If you were incapable, you would be so incapable. You wouldn't
00:37:53.360 come up with this. You wouldn't go, you know what? Right. Uh, if I remember section three Oh one of title
00:37:58.240 three, no, that's I can delegate you. You wouldn't do that. Somebody is doing this. Dr. Jill,
00:38:04.200 who is running our country? Dr. Jill, Barack Obama. It's Barack Obama. Yeah. It's not Jill anymore.
00:38:13.640 No. It's Barack Obama. Yeah. Yep. Hi, you know, do we have the audio of him calling in to support
00:38:21.440 Kamala yesterday? Do we have this audio? Yeah, we do have that. Um, yeah, we, I think it's cut 15 from,
00:38:29.500 from, um, from my, the earlier one. Yeah. Okay. Biden calls in former campaign headquarters prior to
00:38:36.400 Kamala. Here it is. Got 15.
00:38:39.060 Now we're working on it. Now, now we've got to, you know, the name has changed the top of the
00:38:48.220 ticket, but the mission hasn't changed at all. And by the way, I'm not going anywhere. I'm going
00:38:52.600 to be out there in a campaign with her, with Kamala. I'm going to be working like hell, both as a sitting
00:38:57.700 president, getting legislation passed, as well as in campaigning. You know, what we still need to
00:39:04.700 save this democracy. And Trump, Trump is still a danger to the community. He's a danger to the
00:39:10.160 nation. And, uh, just, just ask my foreign policy colleagues, my counterparts and other people around
00:39:16.720 the world and at home. Look, so I'm hoping you'll give every bit of your heart and soul that you gave
00:39:23.120 to me to Kamala. Do you notice the thing that's going on with his, uh, teeth? Uh, sure. He's got
00:39:29.700 sort of a slurring of his essays going on there. She doesn't usually have. I, I, I don't know.
00:39:38.800 There's people who suspect that might be AI. I don't know. We haven't seen the guy in five days.
00:39:45.800 I know, but, and I mean, it's, it did sound like him, but I mean, you could pull this off in
00:39:51.640 today's world. You could pull this off. Sure you could. Yeah. Yeah. Without much trouble.
00:39:56.500 Let's play cut 16 and 17, please. Here's Kamala asking Joe Biden if he's, if he's watching still
00:40:05.080 cut 16. Joe, are you watching? Do you hear this clapping? Can you see it? I'm watching. I'm
00:40:13.340 watching. I know it. Okay. That's just fine. Okay. Cut 17. It is so good to hear our president's voice.
00:40:23.420 Joe, I know you're still on the, on the call and we've been talking every day. Um, you probably,
00:40:29.440 you guys heard it from Doug's voice. We love Joe and Jill. We really do. They truly are like
00:40:35.000 family to us. And we do. Everybody here does it. It's neutral. I know you were still there. You're not
00:40:44.200 going anywhere, Joe. I'm watching you, kid. I'm watching you, kid. I love you. I love you, Joe.
00:40:51.020 Oh, wow. That was a moment. Wasn't that a sweet moment? Oh boy. Yeah, it was. Do you still hear the clapping?
00:40:57.840 Uh, no. Do you hear the clapping, Joe? Like he's four. Yeah, clapping. I mean, wow.
00:41:07.120 Amazing. Amazing. It's a lot like, uh, after the debate when Dr. Jill was treating him the same way,
00:41:15.960 you answered every question. That was so good. That was really good. Good for you. Who can talk?
00:41:25.260 You can. Who can answer questions? You do. Who can, who can translate speech incoming and outgoing?
00:41:35.680 You can. You can sometimes. Good job. Here's a biscuit. It was embarrassing. It's embarrassing.
00:41:44.600 It's a leader of the free world. It's embarrassing. And, and much worse. It's detrimental to the country.
00:41:49.840 Let me just ask this of every American right now. Every American. Do you believe that our country
00:41:57.300 is safe right now? Do you believe that there's no one in Russia, no one in China, Turkey, Iran,
00:42:08.220 North Korea, that they are not right now going, look at this country. It is takeable.
00:42:16.220 Right now. We could destroy it right now. Yep. Who's in charge? Who's in charge? I mean,
00:42:24.880 they can't keep the secret service to, to protect Donald Trump. They can't, they, they, they,
00:42:32.500 you have no idea who's even running the country. If you ask that, I mean, we just, of Democrats,
00:42:38.840 don't you think the answer is no, I'm not comfortable with it. I'm, I think rank and file Democrats are
00:42:46.560 worried about this too. They have to be. I agree. And they, they need the, to exercise the 24th
00:42:54.040 amendment. It just, we, this guy has got to go from the button. He has to go.
00:43:00.800 No, no, no, no, no.
