00:00:18.860 alex stein uh talks about jeffrey epstein fascinating and funny conversation um and

00:00:28.380 all that and so much more on friday's podcast don't forget to subscribe to this podcast also

00:00:33.160 pseudos america available in your feed every day and blaze tv.com slash glenn promo code is glenn

00:00:39.460 you can save 10 bucks off of blaze tv here's the podcast

00:00:42.740 you're listening to the best of the glenn beck program

00:00:54.160 hello and uh welcome to the glenn beck program we've got a lot uh to do today i'm going to show

00:01:03.540 you some things from this week from a couple of hearings that i just i mean i cheered we are

00:01:11.080 actually starting to find a spine in this country and that is so great so great however we have to

00:01:21.560 do more than cheer and yell at people and when i say yell at people i'm going to play some things

00:01:28.160 where it was insane well you know let me start here let me just start with this because you'll understand

00:01:33.540 how good it feels uh let's uh go to uh cut eight with senator holly talking to uh the person that is

00:01:48.620 is going to be the our national archivist now remember the national archives should just be

00:01:55.600 somebody collecting all of the stuff and preserving it okay i don't want a political ideologue i don't even

00:02:03.100 i don't i shh i want somebody that nobody even cares to meet okay it's like you're gonna have to

00:02:12.960 meet the archivist just to you know get that paper and oh they're so boring uh but just tolerate it

00:02:19.200 because the stuff in the vault is really cool okay that's who i want but that's not who we're getting

00:02:26.000 remember the national archives are now saying this document here is very triggering yes if you're king

00:02:33.700 george the third it shouldn't be triggering to you now but i don't know the national archives it's kind

00:02:43.480 of dicey so who do we have we have somebody who is a lefty and on the second uh hearing in the senate

00:02:55.460 uh she was kind of caught in a little trap because on her first one they had some uh tweets from her

00:03:04.500 that were like you know who i just hate all republicans i mean just crazy stuff that she tweeted 0.52

00:03:11.200 out and so she made her uh twitter feed private the day before she went to uh uh to the hearing

00:03:22.040 and they only had a couple of her tweets and they were going to use them um but they only had a

00:03:28.800 couple of them that they had printed off because she left it all open then the night before she closes

00:03:35.180 it down so they don't have everything so holly asks her can you define can you tell me what's

00:03:41.540 what's on your tweets i mean you closed it down we have two of them here what's on your tweets and

00:03:47.660 she was under oath well she was back and i would just like to say senator holly

00:03:56.120 i i mean whatever you need whatever you need i mean if you need my wife to make you some lasagna 0.98

00:04:04.020 bring it over i'll personally put it on the fork and feed it to you if that's what makes you happy

00:04:10.280 this exchange made me very happy dr shogan when you were here last year a number of senators asked

00:04:17.900 you including me a series of questions about article you'd written public statements you had

00:04:23.500 made on social media that were i have to say pretty grossly partisan and i thought offensive and you and

00:04:28.480 i went back and forth about it after that a number of us asked you questions for the record relating to

00:04:33.780 these statements i want to follow up on one of them i in particular asked you to give us a full

00:04:40.000 accounting of the public posts that you had made on twitter you had locked your twitter account

00:04:44.600 before you came before this committee it had been previously been public i asked you to provide the

00:04:49.640 the public posts that had previously been available on twitter because the ones that we have were pretty

00:04:54.640 disturbing you responded as follows and i quote my personal twitter account is comprised of posts about

00:05:00.860 my mystery novels events at the white house historical association pittsburgh sports teams travels and my dog

00:05:08.720 well let's talk a little bit about your your twitter posts then that i was asking you about

00:05:12.860 on february 18th 2022 you posted on twitter bemoaning the dropping of mask requirements for children

00:05:20.120 including those under the age of five do you remember that post no senator that those tweets were in my

00:05:27.020 personal capacity uh no no no no no no no i asked you would you give all public posts that you had

00:05:36.020 made on twitter you said no effectively and you said that your twitter posts consisted of mystery

00:05:43.420 novels events at the white house historical association pittsburgh sports teams travels and

00:05:47.500 my dog and you just told me now under oath that you stood by that so now let's talk about your twitter

00:05:52.260 posts on february 18th 2022 you posted bemoaning the fact that mask requirements for children under the

00:06:00.720 age of five who i might have been dropped is that a post about your dog or sports teams

00:06:07.440 my social media is in my personal capacity answer my question please because you've testified under oath

00:06:14.300 that you only posted about your dog and sports teams and novels and you also said you wouldn't

00:06:19.180 give this committee any of your public posts so is your post on february 18th 2022 bemoaning the

00:06:26.600 lifting of mask requirements for children under the age of five who i might just ask all of the

00:06:31.560 data has said is extremely harmful to children these mask requirements we'll leave that aside for now

00:06:37.000 is that a post about your dog or sports teams yes or no my social media is in my personal capacity

00:06:43.820 senator yes or no miss shogan you are under oath before this committee and i have to say you have

00:06:49.100 placed this issue squarely in record by repeatedly refusing to answer yes or no i love you my personal

00:06:55.940 my social media is in my personal capacity senator so you're not answering my question let's talk

00:07:00.760 about another post 26th of may 2022 you talk about an assault weapons ban retweet a post ban assault

00:07:08.740 weapons now say you agree with this idea that you have to be a certain age to buy so-called assault

00:07:14.340 weapons in america is that a post about sports teams or your dog or mystery novels my social media is

00:07:20.560 in my personal capacity senator i have to say i have been here for four years in the senate i have never

00:07:25.180 seen a witness stonewall like this before never i've seen a lot this is extraordinary i mean this 0.94

00:07:30.780 is unbelievable and you want to be the archivist of the united states you lied to us under oath

00:07:36.940 you lied to us in your qfrs you just lied to me a second ago under oath and now you're sitting here

00:07:43.440 stonewalling not answering questions about public posts that you've made dr shogan i'm going to ask you

00:07:48.800 again will you give to this committee your public posts on twitter will you make them available

00:07:55.000 my social media is in my personal capacity mr chairman i have to tell you this is the most

00:07:59.100 extraordinary thing i have seen in my brief time in the senate i have never seen a witness blatantly

00:08:03.960 lie under oath like dr shogan has just done to this committee stonewalled this committee and just

00:08:09.340 repeatedly refused to answer my questions about her own posts that are in public for these reasons i

00:08:16.420 will oppose your nomination and i strongly strongly urge this committee to take action on this and force

00:08:22.180 this witness uh to to own up to the fact that she is she is misleading us right now before our eyes

00:08:28.380 mr chairman i mean don't you love him now here's the thing i want to point out if that was a shortened

00:08:36.200 version the the the long version is like eight minutes and it is so satisfying it is so satisfying

00:08:43.760 he's the first person that i have heard i shouldn't say that there's a this has been a good week for

00:08:51.000 this kind of stuff uh that have that are actually holding people's feet to the fire now it makes

00:09:00.060 no difference if it's all just words and let me tell you why there is a great mcintyre opinion piece on

00:09:08.520 the blaze today media acceptance of the lab leak theory is the turning of the covid ratchet this is the

00:09:15.740 this is the most important uh uh opinion piece that i have read on why the covid leak is coming out and

00:09:26.400 what does it all mean they he he writes um

00:09:31.980 if you thought this monumental collapse of credibility this sudden implosion of certainty

00:09:39.800 of the science would give the media moments hesitation you were sadly mistaken the progressive

00:09:44.900 chattering class spent their days forcing the american public to pretend that men could become 0.88

00:09:50.000 women at cultural gunpoint science was never the lodestone of truth they are not undergoing some 1.00

00:09:57.520 sort of dramatic uh crisis here while some would expect a little more coordination between the

00:10:04.400 regime and its media arm to create a smoother narrative transition this trailing uh uh dialectic

00:10:11.640 serves its own purpose our ruling elites secure power through constant invocation of the state

00:10:19.200 of exception in theory we live in a democracy where the power of the government is constrained through

00:10:24.800 the structure of the constitution and the will of the people in practice however both limiting factors

00:10:30.160 can be removed in the case of an emergency a cunning leader knows that power once granted is rarely

00:10:39.040 returned and it is very difficult for the public to hold anyone accountable after the fact when an

00:10:46.640 emergency presents the opportunity to achieve power under the state of exception it is always best to

00:10:52.880 manufacture the narrative to secure that power as quickly as possible and then make the adjustments

00:10:59.920 later after the power is firmly in hand the pandemic allowed for the creation of an indefinite state

00:11:08.520 of exception during which the regime could lock down its political opponents unleash its own supporters

00:11:14.880 to punish those who oppose them churches gyms were shuttered abortion clinics walmarts were deemed essential

00:11:20.760 leftist corporate allies like amazon required near acquired near monopoly on congress on commerce while their

00:11:28.800 local retail competition was driven into bankruptcy trump supporters were forced to attend the funerals of their loved ones

00:11:36.360 on zoom while joe biden voters drank champagne in the streets to celebrate his election politics after all is about

00:11:44.060 rewarding your friends and punishing your enemies um he goes on to uh trump and the view etc etc but what we are now

00:11:54.840 observing is the process by which our ruling elite consolidate the power they gained while

00:12:01.740 reconciling their narrative to something that more closely resembles reality bit by bit the powers have

00:12:10.020 had to admit the truth behind most of the conspiracy theories that they so violently attacked

00:12:15.740 this so this slow drip of truth is not some admission of failure or culpability it is instead designed to turn

00:12:26.680 the political ratchet conservatives and covid spectics skeptics get to feel vindicated we have a moment of

00:12:36.360 the power isn't taken back no one serves a punishment for the crime we must understand that what holly just did there

00:13:00.580 is so satisfying what ted cruz and holly did uh this week to uh merrick garland is just

00:13:12.260 i mean it was almost i mean you could rate that as a porn we should go through that it was so good

00:13:20.400 it was so good um hauk uh incident yeah yeah yeah i mean we'll play this we'll play a cut if you if you haven't heard it yet

00:13:29.680 but it was so good but it means nothing without teeth they try um uh who was it i want to say it was biggs

00:13:43.260 was it the biggs amendment that was trying to go after mayorkas and all of the republicans have all said

00:13:49.380 this is out of control this is crazy well there are two bills to impeach him in a republican house

00:13:59.280 and they are a long way from getting anybody to sign on there's like 41 sponsors that's it

00:14:06.940 wait excuse me someone must pay the price for what is happening in our society or nothing changes

00:14:19.940 you can feel vindicated you can feel good you can yell at people but it doesn't change anything

00:14:29.260 that woman should not be in the as the archivist for multiple reasons but she should 1.00

00:14:38.840 pay some price for lying under oath they're all doing it if they don't punish those people

00:14:49.920 why would you care why would you care what meaning does your testimony even have

00:14:58.140 you're listening to the best of the gledbeck program

00:15:01.760 donald trump jr's uh mxm it's a news app uh like uh apple news has the bank pnc has just ended their

00:15:18.520 business relationship without cause donald trump jr is with us now to talk about it uh hello don how are you 0.93

00:15:28.000 i'm doing well yourself well i'd be better if this crap wasn't happening 0.91

00:15:32.780 yeah it it doesn't stop when it's absolutely ludicrous i mean think about this i created an 0.97

00:15:39.740 app because for years they've been telling us build your own yep so then you do and then amazon web

00:15:46.000 services throws you off or apple won't let you be on their app store google won't put you on but

00:15:50.760 we're on google and we're an apple and mxm and all it is is a news aggregator app right so

00:15:55.100 i looked on it this morning and there was an article from the new york times on there there

00:15:58.780 was something from breitbart there was stuff from the blaze that we take everything uh i you know i

00:16:04.840 went through the hunter biden nonsense i saw what they did to me for years and i see how he is an angel

00:16:09.380 and i understand i'm not the great citizen that hunter biden is but i wanted to make sure that people

00:16:14.020 actually had the opportunity to see all of the news not just what big tech deems to be important enough

00:16:20.360 to show on apple news or correct on google's home page or you know the craziness that happens

00:16:25.940 in search and so i built my own with a friend and again we show all sides again we have less this

00:16:32.740 we had i think mediaite on there not exactly conservative friendly but we let everyone read

00:16:36.860 everything and choose themselves so correct we get a my send my buddy to he's going to the bank my

00:16:42.540 partner in mxm and they go you have zero account balance i mean it's a small business but we had you

00:16:48.160 know three quarter of a million dollar operating budget in there and there's zero there we thought

00:16:51.560 we were hacked we go to the bank what's going on oh oh yeah we've there's a there's a cashier's

00:16:57.780 check being mailed to you you'll get it in a day or two they just closed out our account send us

00:17:01.960 three quarters of a million dollars on our cashier's check money back they didn't even call

00:17:05.820 glenn uh and if they can do that to me who won't they do it to i mean that's the insanity of the

00:17:12.960 world that we live it wasn't like we're creating news that is that they don't like we're literally

00:17:17.000 just taking what's out there and making sure that everyone has an equal chance to see everything

00:17:21.700 and formulate their own opinion and pnc bank a major bank just does that so the if they'll do

00:17:28.260 that to me who who won't they do it to meaning yeah i have some pretty powerful friends i know

00:17:34.280 the speaker of the house was tweet you know retweeted my tweet last night saying this is outrageous like

00:17:39.660 you know if they'll do it to me knowing my soapbox knowing my ability to get it out there

00:17:45.000 who won't they do it to but it's it's lunacy and that's why it's so important uh we push back

00:17:51.280 in sort of this patriot economy that's emerging i mean people are like what are you talking about

00:17:55.520 at cpaq it's like well i was going to talk politics but the reality like is if we're not

00:17:59.060 playing in this game it doesn't matter and it comes to you know coincidentally the week uh that

00:18:04.640 my buddy michael cipher is taking his company public sq public a a listing of all the conservative

00:18:10.580 businesses that in you know all over the country where you can find businesses that believe in

00:18:16.540 your values businesses that won't cancel you businesses that actually sign off on those things

00:18:21.100 and honestly you're going to be spending your money anyway glenn you might as well be spending

00:18:25.460 it with people who share your values put their kids through hockey practice or whatever it is but

00:18:29.820 i will tell you and done with the insanity and the people that hate you and you know this because

00:18:34.420 you just experienced those people will also come under attack if you don't stop this with the banks i

00:18:41.900 don't know if you know this but i have been pushing for fair access laws uh and we've been traveling to

00:18:47.740 state to state to try to get the republicans to understand that you're not telling people how to do

00:18:57.100 business you're telling people they can't collude and use other things other than finances look if

00:19:05.260 if you were a credit problem or whatever which clearly or not if you were a credit problem well

00:19:11.040 then maybe but they would tell you that they these fair access laws mean that if a bank or an institution

00:19:18.020 cancels you they must um say what it was that caused them to cancel and if it's anything other

00:19:28.360 than uh credit then you can sue them but yeah well that's the point of it i mean we didn't even get a

00:19:36.320 call there wasn't a reason they just we don't want to do business with you and and again it's not like

00:19:41.300 i'm out there creating quote unquote fake news now i think we've all seen a lot of fake news that

00:19:45.620 turned out to be 100 correct like the wuhan lab leak theory that you know uh finally uh you know

00:19:51.020 the department of energy and the sbi admit you know the most obvious cause from moment one was

00:19:56.220 actually the cause i'm shocked and i'm shocked to hear this but you know they would cancel you

00:20:00.300 for saying that for the last few years and that's the sort of battle that we're in probably more

00:20:05.240 more important than almost everything in politics other than perhaps we have to start ballot harvesting

00:20:09.380 otherwise none of it matters because we'll never win another election again uh we have to start

00:20:13.180 legal ballot harvesting we must do that and shame on the gop for not uh going there um so pnc by the

00:20:22.940 way if you have a pnc account you should take your money out of it today find a local bank that's not

00:20:29.720 doing these things um by the way what is the 1792.com what was that uh that website we talked about

00:20:37.800 recently that shows all the banks and their risks on doing these kinds of things but you should take

00:20:43.340 your money out but just don't take your money out today make sure you tell pnc why go ahead yeah and

00:20:50.080 i i've mentioned public square by total coincidence my buddy's taking his company public that is a

00:20:55.720 listing of all the conservative businesses around the country he's from california and he got sick of

00:20:59.540 going to a coffee shop spending his hard-earned money on a business that's donating back to planned

00:21:05.180 parenthood or some lunatic leftist cause and so he started this basically business board if you go

00:21:10.560 to public sq.com you can find all the businesses that share your values whether at home or abroad

00:21:16.940 and again if you're going to be spending your money anyway give it to a company that shares your values

00:21:21.240 we have to start playing this game they can't cancel 175 million americans glenn but uh if we don't get

00:21:27.780 involved if we don't take the effort to do those kinds of things they're going to keep making the money 0.99

00:21:33.080 taking your money using it against you uh and fighting this way i mean again if it can happen 0.72

00:21:38.880 to me it can happen to anyone and more importantly if they're dumb enough to do it to someone with like

00:21:44.260 my soapbox uh they could care less about you and and they'll do just that so we all have to

00:21:49.900 collectively get in that game uh and push back i mean pnc is a major bank and someone had the great

00:21:55.460 yeah we're just going to send it back like we're like what what did we do did we spread anything that

00:21:59.620 was inaccurate we're not creating anything new so it's not we're just putting stuff that's out there

00:22:03.860 by other mainstream media publications wait a minute hang on just a second when wait when does a bank

00:22:10.760 become the arbiter of truth even if you were putting things out that they said were untrue

00:22:17.500 there's been a lot of lies from the government and the government has called us liars for pointing it

00:22:23.940 out when does the bank get to decide i'm doing a transaction with you you are taking my money i'm

00:22:30.880 paying you to do these services for me it's all about our money that's our relationship at no time

00:22:39.240 do you have the right to go oh well you're i saw that story and we should cancel you are you kidding

00:22:45.680 me 100 we saw that a couple months ago with paypal remember they were going to fine you twenty five

00:22:51.300 hundred dollars like well i was like so is paypal going to start monitoring my social media that has

00:22:56.740 nothing to do with paypal and then decide so if i'm a guy like me who's been talking about wuhan lab

00:23:02.880 leak theory for two years of course i was proven right but it would have been misinformation according

00:23:07.680 to everyone in the mainstream media paypal is going to be the arbiter of what happened in wuhan

00:23:12.680 and my opinion and be able to dox my account twenty five hundred dollars per instance that on

00:23:20.440 they have nothing to do with my social media they have nothing to do with my opinions but they can

00:23:24.260 somehow decide to charge me that much money each time and just just take it out of my account it's

00:23:29.720 a little little debit there uh glenn i mean that's what's going on so it's not just this instance of

00:23:35.260 pnc bank we saw it happening with paypal i've seen chase bank uh not one not do the credit card

00:23:41.940 processing for me speaking at an evangelical christian event because somehow you know those

00:23:47.380 and i guess according to uh chris ray at the fbi i mean i guess evangelical christians or practicing

00:23:53.060 catholics are now actual terror threats uh except for you know the only people that aren't terror 1.00

00:23:59.060 threats are the people that seem to actually be committing uh terror crimes in america but because

00:24:03.520 they check some sort of woke box you know they're on the radar but we're not going to bother to enforce

00:24:07.560 them because we're busy uh monitoring your grandmother who was within 500 miles of washington

00:24:12.360 dc on january 6th it's crazy it's crazy crazy uh don keep doing what you're doing and uh and anything

00:24:20.100 we can do to help you let me know uh your advice your ask if you have an ask for the people uh that

00:24:26.380 are listening yeah go go check out go check out mxm news so you're actually seeing these news and then

00:24:31.620 spend your money wisely go check out public sq.com so you can find the stores in your area the businesses

00:24:38.860 in your area the banks in your area or when you're traveling uh that share your values they'll sign off

00:24:44.820 on a whole list of things or if you're a small business put yourself on those platforms so like

00:24:49.300 minded americans can find you uh and give you that boost i mean that's the game that we're playing as

00:24:54.420 much as all of this stuff is politics if we're not playing that economic game there gets to be a point

00:24:58.760 where there's a critical mass uh that we won't be able to push back on so you know i'm in this fight

00:25:03.640 and we got to keep going at it together thank you very much don appreciate it don jr uh donald trump

00:25:08.440 jr um uh on the program uh mxm uh is what he's uh talking about and what uh he urges you to go do

00:25:19.540 just go to mxm news.com it's a news aggregator that's all it is uh and uh that's just too dangerous

00:25:27.720 can't do banking with them all right um coming up in just a minute i'm going to give you another way

00:25:33.540 to fight this but i also want to just point out for every one of you weasel republicans

00:25:40.540 that have said to my face and the face of others who have been in your offices saying this is

00:25:50.700 happening and you said what evidence you are so myopic that you cannot read the tea leaves that

00:26:00.980 are on the table where it's clearly spelled out and you said no i i'll do stuff for energy but

00:26:08.940 no i don't want to take on the s or the g and and i don't want to give the people the right

00:26:14.000 to get that information so they can sue how dare you maybe you should reconsider

00:26:20.860 if those bills in your house in your state have not been passed you call your senate in your house

00:26:28.480 and you tell them i want protection from the e the s and the g this has got to stop 1.00

00:26:38.560 you're listening to the best of the glenbeck program

00:26:41.560 so alex stein um primetime 99 um i've been watching him for a while and when i see people like him

00:27:01.400 i used to immediately go up and give advice and try to help and they always reject it and those

00:27:13.120 people always end up on the trash heap of life uh because uh they're so super talented

00:27:23.520 and they don't realize the world they're walking into alex i think is the first one that is smart

00:27:32.240 enough to know oh i'm i'm aware of what the world is right now and you walk a tight wire you know we

00:27:40.800 we had to stop doing we used to be we used to do funny stuff remember those days when we were funny

00:27:46.600 stew um and we had to stop doing it to be able to keep the brand alive and to be able to build the

00:27:54.000 blaze and we built the blaze so people like you wouldn't have to be afraid of of all that's going

00:28:02.080 on um uh and you are you just started a show what two weeks ago three weeks three weeks who's counting

00:28:09.640 uh you better yeah i know i am uh he started a show uh prime time on blaze tv and it is very

00:28:20.740 different you remind me of me when i was young yeah um you're very different it's very funny

00:28:26.560 and you have moments that are really really uh deep and uh you're you're getting good people on and

00:28:35.160 you're asking them logical questions and uh you're very dangerous well so please be careful 0.74

00:28:43.480 because you're very dangerous and your kind of voice will be will cut the heads off of so much evil

00:28:52.760 if you can hold it but you're going to be a major target well that's what i had an ex capo in the

00:28:59.660 colombo crime family a guy named michael francese on the show last night and i said do you think

00:29:03.860 aoc would put ever put a hit on me and he said not aoc but all the rest of them probably would 0.97

00:29:08.340 so you're right there probably is a target on my back and that's uh just kind of you know i don't

00:29:13.320 live in fear but i do want to thank you because you did pave the way and i know you built this

00:29:17.020 company that gave me the opportunity to actually you know speak freely none of these media companies

00:29:21.980 actually let their broadcasters or let their talent speak freely nobody here censored me one time so

00:29:27.020 not once that's what i'm saying that's what's so awesome about the blaze it's incredible

00:29:29.940 you know uh let me be incredibly weird guys and it's only gonna get weird but see i don't want

00:29:35.300 to be i see now glenn though you know you walk that tightrope we're just so eccentric nobody

00:29:39.020 understands you so it's a fine line where i do want to have some serious stuff like this interview

00:29:43.380 with alan dershowitz because this is a serious issue you know i know that's one of the reasons you

00:29:47.280 want to have me on because you know this guy is one of the most powerful people in the world

00:29:50.640 probably the best attorney of our generation like i guess you could argue our atticus finch

00:29:55.520 you know literally i mean and he's connected with the most powerful people but listen my family

00:29:59.940 we're in the bail bond business glenn we actually get people out of jail i don't know if you're

00:30:03.180 familiar with that but i'm actually licensed wow so wait a minute hang on just a second so

00:30:07.760 do you have a business anymore i have a bail license yeah i'm in no but i mean is it doing any

00:30:13.220 i mean because now you don't really need bail well yeah really and that's why the that's why society's

00:30:17.600 collapsing because in these cities like los angeles there's a guy that had 17 prior arrest glenn and then

00:30:22.600 he went and killed i know you know this but killed a 23 year old ucla grad ucla grad student

00:30:27.160 at her work i could do one better in seattle just this week a guy who went downtown seattle shot

00:30:33.940 seven people killed one was released without bail yes okay i mean it's like

00:30:41.800 you have him on videotape shooting people and you're all concerned about we gotta get rid of the guns

00:30:50.480 how about the people who are pulling the trigger of the guns glenn you can get a bond for capital

00:30:55.280 murder now that was insane that was never no 10 years ago that was impossible in harris county

00:30:59.980 they're trying this in houston right down the street so we say oh we're insulated it's happening

00:31:04.260 in seattle it's happening in california it's happening no harris county the biggest county in texas so

00:31:09.500 so these people are infecting states like texas where this bail reform it sounds bad they actually say bail

00:31:14.560 is racist and that you bail bonds and i can't advertise my bail bond business on google yet the criminal 0.82

00:31:19.600 justice system 100 has issues it's not the bonds and the bonds are the third party police that

00:31:24.500 actually enforce these criminals to actually go to court so we actually hold them accountable

00:31:28.020 without us a police officer can't arrest somebody and then re-arrest them for that crime right so

00:31:32.580 it's just redundant the police force can't handle all these criminals so by persecuting bail bonds and

00:31:37.560 you just give criminals an easier way to get out of jail and listen the same form that you sign to

00:31:41.920 get a public defender that's the form that you sign to get an ror bond to release unowned recognizance so

00:31:46.700 if you got arrested or i got arrested or stew got arrested we wouldn't be able to sign that form

00:31:50.080 and say i'm indigent so we would have to pay a bond so that just shows you how corrupt it is 0.51

00:31:53.140 that it actually just lets out the worst and most poor criminals so it's a really really corrupt system

00:31:58.020 notice what he just said he pointed out three white people couldn't get and then he said the worst

00:32:06.120 the poor you know what he meant by that right no but listen we're not talking about the marginalized 0.53

00:32:11.340 people but the bail reform that that's one of the biggest injustices and it's just like the like

00:32:15.360 anything with the federal government they're so dysfunctional they go after the wrong thing

00:32:18.440 you know we do have an unfair criminal justice system and i think that we look at the for-profit

00:32:23.220 prison industry i mean that's a huge red flag that we have so many people incarcerated so

00:32:26.840 it's not the bail bonds and faults it's the people that benefit from all the private prisons

00:32:30.580 how old are you 36 i'm old so you're 36 i look young i'm getting older there no i'm just saying i can't

00:32:36.600 i can't say i look like i'm 26 i tried can i tell you on my 40th birthday i honestly said to myself

00:32:42.880 i have an account do you remember this did you know me when i was 40 yeah oh yeah yeah yeah uh and

00:32:49.460 i thought i haven't accomplished anything in my life of value we are just starting the show

00:32:56.220 and we agreed wholeheartedly in the room and we just started this uh talk show uh about four years before

00:33:03.380 and uh in from 40 to 50 uh i was on national television fox cnn uh i think we had 12 number

00:33:17.160 one bestsellers in the next 10 years i mean you blew up your 50 your your 40 to 60s can be the best

00:33:27.180 years of your life and i personally think i'm about to hit another uh leg of my life and i'm

00:33:33.800 almost 60 so you're not old yeah well i know and i say that you know kind of facetiously but

00:33:38.720 you know the experience that i've have i think that you know that i'm saying that i've been

00:33:42.820 successful that the blaze has given me a show you kind of need that you kind of need life experience

00:33:46.660 so yeah you do um all right so let's talk about alan dershowitz you just had him on yes sir and um

00:33:54.460 and he talked to you about some things uh and he's very open about all this but this just doesn't

00:34:01.920 sound good no and he said that before the interview that i'll i'll face the toughest questions he

00:34:06.700 prefaced the interview with that yeah so here's where you took that you admitted to a massage of

00:34:13.100 jeffrey epstein i mean that sounds bad in theory i don't know i'm just saying as an attorney how do

00:34:18.500 we justify that because even even that clip you said you didn't get many massages and then all

00:34:22.260 of a sudden you're jeffrey epstein's having a massage it just raises red flags to the conspiracy

00:34:25.920 theorists that are watching well it's my wife had a massage uh as well um and um i was having neck

00:34:33.440 pains and i was representing uh jeffrey epstein and he said uh oh you're having neck pains i have this

00:34:38.560 person um i've had a few massages on my neck and and my shoulder and uh there's just nothing wrong

00:34:44.920 with that um i did nothing wrong uh and i i i i was the one who said i had the massage i didn't have

00:34:51.920 to say that it was none of anybody's business but i have nothing to hide i wanted it all out there

00:34:56.240 um and if you want to infer from having had a massage um for a massage therapist that we have

00:35:03.560 checks uh for or that my wife had a massage uh in jeffrey epstein's house which she did and by the

00:35:10.840 way um nobel prize winners have had massages in epstein's house uh the heads of various companies

00:35:19.540 and universities uh it was a very common thing um to have massages remember nobody knew that epstein was

00:35:27.600 doing anything wrong but he did i mean he was representing jeffrey for that right at the time

00:35:35.320 he had some prior knowledge and listen we're not putting alan on trial i think he has been uh

00:35:39.540 transparent i don't know he's been we've had him on several times to talk about this he has answered

00:35:44.320 every tough question um i don't think there's a pattern in his life that shows that there would be

00:35:50.860 anything like this um he's also a religious man doesn't mean that he's a good guy um but i do

00:35:57.800 think he's telling the truth on this well let's talk about who jeffrey epstein is i mean whether you

00:36:02.180 know my tinfoil hat conspiracy theorist mindset thinks you know that he was probably honeypotting

00:36:06.280 a lot of people and heads of state i think he's putting him obviously in vulnerable situations with

00:36:10.840 young people he was absolutely cia or something so alan could have been tricked or something i'm not

00:36:18.240 saying that that happened i'm just saying you're dealing with a guy that has multiple passports

00:36:21.720 and this is the problem that raises the biggest red flag and why we'll never ever you know actually

00:36:26.220 get to the bottom of it because if you look at the connection you look at prince andrew's connection

00:36:30.440 with jeffrey epstein being his best friend and then you look at prince charles who's prince

00:36:33.820 andrew's brother his best friend is a guy named jimmy savile and if you're familiar with jimmy

00:36:37.080 savile he's literally the most legendary pedophile of all time he was top of the pops and listen how bad

00:36:42.380 he was oh my gosh wait a minute is this the guy who was uh a radio announcer and did all that 0.53

00:36:50.200 charity knighted by the queen he was a porter at the royal children's hospital listen to this glint

00:36:54.120 he was a porter at the royal children's hospital and the conspiracy is yeah that he was not a

00:36:58.760 conspiracy conspiracy this came out this is proven necrophiliac and that they would take bodies out

00:37:03.460 of the morgue and they would do sexual rituals on boats and then throw the body on out in the ocean

00:37:08.500 that might be the conspiracy but that's a conspiracy okay but but he was taking it is it's verified

00:37:14.740 that he was taking children from the children's hospital wheeling them around and then having 0.98

00:37:21.520 sex with them yeah i mean this guy was the worst of the worst i did not is he really very carl he was 0.97

00:37:28.580 knighted he was yes he grew up with prince charles yes and then so you just look at the connection 0.96

00:37:33.100 with prince andrew and now that he's being kicked out of the royal family it's very ceremonial it's not

00:37:37.340 serious there's other people that are in the high up that have done stuff with children that have

00:37:41.540 not gotten in trouble by the royal family well i just look at this epstein thing and i mean this is 0.97

00:37:46.880 how pizzagate yeah this is which is stupid because it's not a sex trafficking ring out of a pizza party 0.97

00:37:51.860 you know that's not what's happening right and that and but that's how those kinds of things get 0.98

00:37:57.480 some kind of leg because you see this and look if that little black book had just truck drivers names in

00:38:05.420 every single truck driver that was in that book would either be in court or in jail yeah well if

00:38:11.080 they'd spend one one hundredth of the resources they spent on january 6 on that black book we would

00:38:15.720 have some satisfaction but i mean and and and the no government seems to be interested in pursuing

00:38:22.560 well because they're all part i mean because they had to stay what was it was it in in the virgin

00:38:28.260 islands puerto rico where was it where little st james island is in the caribbean no no no no no no

00:38:33.680 where the where the attorney general i think it may i don't know the attorney general uh was

00:38:41.360 accusing a bank of laundering a lot of this money for jeff jeffrey epstein and uh filed charges and

00:38:51.480 going after him yeah and he and she was fired that day yeah and people don't even realize this

00:38:57.220 dennis hasard you know speaker of the house oh yeah you know i'm just saying there's powerful people

00:39:01.940 that are you know that do bad stuff well on the dershowitz thing though i think it's important

00:39:06.380 to note that because i mean these these allegations have been out there forever but the main accuser in

00:39:11.400 this case who has accused prince andrew and a bunch of other people about the epstein island stuff

00:39:17.560 the only person he she's come out and said okay yeah probably wasn't him was dershowitz she the

00:39:23.180 actual accuser came out he is the best attorney in the world he is but you know i realized hey maybe i

00:39:28.280 shouldn't accuse this guy i mean i'm just she's been doing it for years and she just came out and

00:39:33.760 said maybe it wasn't him i mean that's pretty significant i mean yeah especially because really

00:39:39.220 you're more afraid of of dershowitz than the royal family than the royal family and the clintons

00:39:45.720 clintons have more bodies than oj simpson could ever hope to have in this now now it sounds like i'm

00:39:53.600 white knighting for dershowitz but i think virginia guffrey you know she actually helped traffic other 1.00

00:39:57.760 people other people supposedly victims to jeffrey epstein so she's not morally innocent in this

00:40:02.900 whole thing either i don't think i don't think you're gonna find very many yeah that's what i'm

00:40:06.000 saying innocent people innocent people and she was very young i mean she was young i'm not i'm not

00:40:10.220 i'm not trying to blame her i'm just saying it was a very bad web you know it's just yeah she was

00:40:15.160 you know oh jeffrey alan dershowitz did this you know she doesn't know it was probably a very weird

00:40:19.260 time i think too like my guess is if you go through that and you may disagree with us but

00:40:24.000 like you go through that entire black book all those names probably not that probably all of them

00:40:29.240 did not participate in this but like part of the influence operation here right is once you're in

00:40:37.460 the book everyone thinks that you've done these things right yeah you're guilty by association even

00:40:41.780 if alan dershowitz just did a massage one time with his wife on the shoulders like the fact that he's

00:40:47.840 his book is going to make people question it till the end of time

00:40:49.700 you
