00:00:40.380 We have great conversations about all of the things that are going on today, including the budget.

00:00:46.840 Max Lucado joins us about Christmas.

00:00:49.740 We talk about how corrupt our government really is, and we have new documentation on a whole buttload of lies.

00:00:59.080 All on today's podcast.

00:01:01.540 Let me talk to you about my Patriot Supply.

00:01:04.420 With the Trump administration coming in, I feel pretty good.

00:01:08.520 I feel pretty good, really.

00:01:10.120 However, with the entire world melting down, I don't feel so good.

00:01:15.080 I'll feel much better in about five weeks, you know?

00:01:18.880 January 20th, I'm going to feel pretty darn good.

00:01:21.940 Up until then, let's keep our powder dry.

00:01:26.360 Let's put our party hats away for a while, because it could be bad with all of the unrest.

00:01:32.380 Get $100 off the three-month emergency food kit right now from my Patriot Supply.

00:01:37.740 It has absolutely everything you need.

00:01:40.200 Honestly, in weird families like mine, it makes a great Christmas gift for your kids that are grown and are starting a family.

00:01:49.740 MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:01:50.880 Get your three-month emergency food kit.

00:01:53.720 Have your emergency food at home.

00:01:56.140 MyPatriotSupply.com.

00:01:57.360 Get it now.

00:01:57.840 I want to ask you, why would you believe anything that this government tells you?

00:02:21.480 And I mean anything.

00:02:22.960 You want to talk about a betrayal of trust.

00:02:24.680 We don't trust our institutions anymore.

00:02:26.700 I'm going to show you why.

00:02:28.400 And this is going to get much worse.

00:02:31.060 As we actually, we don't need to run investigations or anything else.

00:02:36.560 All we need to do is release all of the reports so you can see all the things that have been hidden from you in the last four years.

00:02:45.700 And honestly, the last, I don't know, 16 years.

00:02:49.920 We need to see all of it.

00:02:52.020 And the corruption, the corruption from this administration is going to make Watergate and the Kennedy cover-up, all of that, look like nursery school.

00:03:07.880 We are now starting to get reports.

00:03:11.080 Now, remember, what's going on with these drones?

00:03:14.640 Are they ours?

00:03:15.620 Are they Chinese?

00:03:16.840 Are they Russian?

00:03:17.980 Or are they just hobbyists?

00:03:20.040 The reason why I can't tell you is there's not any credible sources.

00:03:25.900 And I've talked to senators.

00:03:28.240 I've talked to state senators, U.S. senators.

00:03:31.360 I've talked to Intel.

00:03:32.860 I've had conversations on the air, off the air.

00:03:35.420 Not a single one of them or their agencies has credibility enough for me to come to you and say, I think this is what it is.

00:03:43.860 Other than just me just making it up, I think this is what it is.

00:03:48.680 But I don't trust it.

00:03:49.740 It's kind of like how I felt before the election where you're like, oh, I think we're going to win.

00:03:55.660 And then 15 minutes later, you're like, I don't know if we're going to win.

00:03:59.040 I feel like that on every news story, you know, especially with the drones.

00:04:02.700 I think this is China.

00:04:04.260 No, it's definitely us.

00:04:06.440 Here's why.

00:04:08.120 Three reports came out yesterday.

00:04:10.980 Try this one on for size.

00:04:12.820 The army secretary stymied the National Guard on January 6th.

00:04:20.980 Now, this is this is a new report that just came in that Donald Trump tried to use the National Guard to ensure safety on January 6th.

00:04:35.040 Now, remember, they called out the National Guard and they sat on their hands for a while.

00:04:39.680 Remember that?

00:04:40.440 They didn't come until it was almost dark.

00:04:43.320 And we're like, where is the National Guard?

00:04:45.520 Where's backup?

00:04:46.740 And they blamed it on Donald Trump and said, oh, he never did that.

00:04:50.200 Well, we already found out.

00:04:51.920 Now, that was a lie two days before he was saying use the National Guard.

00:04:58.180 And then when he authorized that day the use of the National Guard, they were all sitting in their barracks waiting to go, wondering, watching TV, wondering, why aren't we being deployed?

00:05:09.620 Well, it wasn't Donald Trump.

00:05:12.160 After a two-year investigation from the House administration subcommittee on oversight, what happened?

00:05:22.140 And the former Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy and two Pentagon Army generals, oh, and the acting defense secretary, Chris Miller, what did they do?

00:05:35.020 They put roadblocks up and stopped them from being from being deployed.

00:05:42.540 Wait, wait, wait, wait a minute.

00:05:46.020 What?

00:05:47.460 So then after they did that was a giant cover up.

00:05:51.960 That's why we didn't get videos for like four years.

00:05:55.300 That's why we haven't seen any of the stuff from January 6th.

00:05:58.540 Because they were the ones.

00:06:02.280 First of all, we know Nancy Pelosi was told by the president, do you need National Guard in a couple of days?

00:06:07.860 I'm a little concerned about it.

00:06:09.820 She said no.

00:06:11.140 It took us until, what, 10 minutes ago before we got the video of her from her daughter saying on January 6th, this is my fault.

00:06:21.920 I should have.

00:06:22.400 I should have done.

00:06:23.280 This is my fault.

00:06:24.200 No, no, not only did they do this, the inspector general was part of the cover up.

00:06:34.060 So when Trump said, I swear to you, Trump knew this.

00:06:36.940 When Trump said, what, about a month ago that we have to now separate the IG from whoever they are, you know, keeping tabs on and investigating,

00:06:50.880 that they can't answer to the Pentagon if they're investigating the Pentagon.

00:06:55.640 Gee, that's a, well, what a surprise that is.

00:06:59.200 This is why.

00:07:00.780 Because the inspector general was part of the cover up.

00:07:05.040 And then they started fabricating things.

00:07:07.080 And then when it got to Liz Cheney, we now know she actually tampered with the witnesses. 0.97

00:07:18.620 Liz, give me a reason to believe anything from any official in the United States government.

00:07:25.180 I will give you a comprehensive list of reasons if we could cue the cricket noises here.

00:07:30.120 I was going to say, wow.

00:07:33.840 No, no, no.

00:07:34.440 Obviously, we should not believe a word that comes out of any government official's mouth.

00:07:37.900 And it actually gives me pain to say this because I wish that we could trust our institutions a little bit more.

00:07:42.620 I used to.

00:07:43.400 But it's part of the American spirit to be kind of skeptical and a little cynical about this stuff.

00:07:47.420 This Loudermilk report, though, this is, I mean, I read it when it came out yesterday.

00:07:51.660 I was rereading it right now.

00:07:53.020 And the stuff involved in the aftermath of January 6th, how this was leveraged as an attack on Trump is quite something.

00:08:02.100 They deleted the January 6th committee, deleted a terabyte of evidence.

00:08:06.480 They withheld it from the final report and then deleted it.

00:08:09.540 And it was on our show when they first took over.

00:08:13.060 I had a House member on the air and they said, Glenn, they deleted all this information.

00:08:18.820 We went on the air and people are like, we're just trying to make the Democrats look bad.

00:08:25.040 No, they deleted a terabyte of information.

00:08:29.500 That's like bleach, bit and hammers 2.0.

00:08:31.740 That's the significance of deleting it.

00:08:34.080 Also, they didn't investigate who constructed.

00:08:36.960 Remember those gallows that were constructed outside of January 6th?

00:08:40.120 And it was used to paint us all as white supremacists, Nazis, anybody who had any concerns about the outcome of that election.

00:08:46.900 And you'd think that would be the first thing they would investigate.

00:08:49.420 But not only did they not investigate it, they deconstructed the gallows and just put it in the back of a government owned truck.

00:08:55.200 Like what? Are you taking it back to your government shed where it came from?

00:08:58.020 I was going to say, so they took it out of the government truck, set it up, and then they put it back in the government truck?

00:09:02.860 Yeah, more or less.

00:09:05.160 This is, it is, it's, you know, when I said a minute ago, I used to believe the government.

00:09:13.080 That's, that's wrong.

00:09:14.280 I shouldn't have believed the government.

00:09:17.320 You know, George Washington said, government is like fire.

00:09:20.440 When it's out of control, it will burn everything down.

00:09:25.460 And it is, when, when you do control it, it's good.

00:09:31.200 It could keep you warm, but it could also burn you up at the same time.

00:09:34.600 You've got to be careful.

00:09:36.180 It's fire.

00:09:37.060 And none of us have looked, my age, looked at the government that way because the last people that said it were the hippies and they're the Nancy Pelosi's.

00:09:48.780 So what the hell, you know what I mean?

00:09:51.000 Uh, now so much over the last 20 years has been exposed. 0.87

00:09:57.180 It's just sickening.

00:09:58.880 And what I don't understand is how Democrats, and I don't mean the people in Washington and I don't mean the, the, the machinery.

00:10:06.660 I mean how Democrats who vote are still buying any of this stuff.

00:10:15.600 How, how do you, how do you not see it?

00:10:18.200 How do you be a fan of what RFK was saying just on health?

00:10:22.340 I'm not saying necessarily the vaccine stuff, even the vaccine stuff now, but, uh, how, how were you behind all of that?

00:10:29.820 That big pharmaceutical is bad.

00:10:31.460 And now you just, without any new evidence, in fact, all evidence points to you were right.

00:10:40.940 How do you support it?

00:10:42.720 What happened to you?

00:10:44.340 I changed.

00:10:45.440 I can tell you when I changed, why I changed.

00:10:48.760 How, what changed you?

00:10:50.480 Well, how did you go from, no, you know, sexual predators, you know, that's, uh, we shouldn't have them in the classroom too.

00:10:59.380 You know, it's not so bad.

00:11:01.100 It's really not.

00:11:02.060 What changed?

00:11:04.300 By the way, I'm in Nashville, the hockey team, the Nashville predators, uh, not a, not a good name.

00:11:11.160 And please never have kids get in for free.

00:11:14.420 You know, don't have one of those nights where, Hey, half price for kids.

00:11:18.120 You're the predators.

00:11:19.300 Change your name.

00:11:20.060 Anyway, I digress.

00:11:21.880 I have a suggestion of what they could change it to.

00:11:23.680 I mean, I hear that Pocahontas in the style of Elizabeth Warren is up for grabs. 1.00

00:11:30.640 Not if Donald Trump has anything to do with it.

00:11:33.240 Then you also have the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

00:11:37.400 Now we have been saying this for three years now.

00:11:41.440 Uh, these numbers don't make sense.

00:11:43.760 These numbers don't make sense.

00:11:45.660 The numbers in the economy don't match.

00:11:50.900 Now, when the economy goes down and the stock market goes up, that doesn't make sense either.

00:11:58.400 But I can explain that.

00:12:00.280 That's because the Fed and Wall Street are just circling the money.

00:12:05.400 They're printing money, giving it to the big corporations and the big corporations are buying their stock back.

00:12:11.820 That's why the stock market is doing what it's doing and is no longer an indication of anything real.

00:12:17.860 But BLS, the jobs report, how can so many people be unemployed, working part-time, and yet, oh, the labor statistics, we're adding jobs like crazy.

00:12:31.960 Well, for a couple of reasons.

00:12:34.920 One, illegal immigration.

00:12:37.140 They're getting the jobs that do exist.

00:12:40.420 You're not.

00:12:41.500 If you are here legally, you're not.

00:12:44.800 Why?

00:12:45.520 Because the government's not going to be the police.

00:12:48.420 They're not going to stop you.

00:12:50.120 And if you're paying people under the table, if you're paying people less than what you have to pay, you can get away with it.

00:12:57.900 Because the government's never going to stop you.

00:13:00.440 Hmm.

00:13:01.440 Public-private partnership again.

00:13:04.480 Now we find out that the Bureau of Labor Statistics said, we just made some mistakes.

00:13:11.280 For the last three years, it has erased every job gain.

00:13:17.060 They have now done the math up to, I think, the second or third quarter of this year.

00:13:22.900 And they've done the math.

00:13:24.520 There's no job growth.

00:13:25.880 There's not been any job growth.

00:13:27.680 None.

00:13:28.040 All of that was a lie.

00:13:31.900 Why do you believe?

00:13:34.400 Why?

00:13:37.180 Help me out, Liz.

00:13:38.320 You know, it's interesting when you talk about not believing our government and not believing politicians.

00:13:44.740 We started the show talking about that 41% of young people who are okay with the murder of the UnitedHealthcare CEO.

00:13:53.520 And there's an interesting mindset change that's happening among the American people, specifically among younger people, where they are actually properly diagnosing a problem or a grievance or some kind of corruption.

00:14:05.820 They are just mistaken, sometimes not just mistaken, evil in their prescription, and their prescriptions poison.

00:14:11.280 I'm speaking at AmFest.

00:14:14.340 I'm the keynote speaker, last speaker on Saturday.

00:14:17.640 And I'm going to address this because that's filled with young people who it's very easy.

00:14:25.000 You have a real grievance, but you have been trained to misplace it.

00:14:32.960 You have been trained by Marxists to never look at the collusion with the government.

00:14:39.380 That's the real problem.

00:14:42.840 And you don't have anything to believe in.

00:14:45.520 You didn't grow up in America that didn't have TSA, which, by the way, Dallas TSA, I got a lot to say about you.

00:14:54.820 You didn't grow up in a world without that.

00:14:57.340 You haven't grown up in a world where you're not monitored all the time.

00:15:02.080 You weren't in an America where somebody could have an idea in a garage.

00:15:06.760 This is why Elon Musk is so amazing, because he just has ideas and he does them and they work.

00:15:14.760 Nobody can do that anymore.

00:15:17.140 Even Bill Gates, that evil anyway, he even has said years ago he couldn't have started Microsoft in his garage now with all of the laws and regulations.

00:15:28.920 You don't know what real freedom is like.

00:15:31.940 I remember it.

00:15:33.300 You want that, and you don't want what you've been taught in your schools is what you want.

00:15:41.220 No, they're wrong.

00:15:43.040 They're lying to you, and that's what's causing the problems in America.

00:15:47.820 Let me tell you about Good Ranchers.

00:15:51.720 Remember, what's under the tree this year isn't nearly as important as what's in your heart.

00:15:56.460 And what's in my heart?

00:15:58.640 Well, steak.

00:16:00.980 Okay?

00:16:01.740 It is.

00:17:04.160 Now, back to the podcast.

00:17:06.140 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:17:12.800 Okay.

00:17:15.360 Where were we, Liz?

00:17:17.340 The Biden administration, although not Biden because he can't tell the difference between a nickel and a dime trying to sabotage the Trump administration.

00:17:24.900 Yeah.

00:17:25.080 So, the latest on this is now Biden is hiring 1,200 – Biden's not doing it – but he's hiring 1,200 DEI officials and putting them just under the appointed officials.

00:17:42.760 So, there'll be 1,200 – some of these people make almost $400,000 a year.

00:17:49.000 $400,000 a year.

00:17:52.220 That's your tax dollar.

00:17:53.880 Will you – in your life, your average person – I don't know if you'll ever even – if you'll ever even pay $400,000 in taxes.

00:18:06.980 So, you could be working your whole life for that one hire.

00:18:12.020 And he's hired 1,200 of them.

00:18:14.100 And all he's trying to do is make sure that the DEI positions just can't get cut.

00:18:19.900 I got news for you.

00:18:21.380 Donald Trump is going to cut those positions.

00:18:25.860 He's going to.

00:18:27.980 And it's going to get ugly.

00:18:29.180 I mean, the ACLU was all over this and saying, oh, we've got plans.

00:18:35.680 We're going to – we're going to – this is obscene.

00:18:39.920 This is absolutely obscene what the Democrats are trying to do by thwarting the next president.

00:18:45.580 And, honestly, thwarting the will of the American people.

00:18:50.160 You remember the speech that was given by, I don't know, some boob from – well, one of the Carolinas. 1.00

00:18:56.440 I don't want to besmirch the other one for electing a boob. 1.00

00:18:59.500 But he was giving a speech in the well of the Senate, and he said, we need a shadow government.

00:19:08.740 Wait, hold it.

00:19:09.580 You mean a deep state?

00:19:10.740 Because we already have one of those.

00:19:12.320 And he said – and this is a quote, one of the most obscene things I've ever heard from an elected representative.

00:19:17.800 We failed to make our case that our policies are better.

00:19:24.140 Now, in my world growing up in America, the next sentence is, we need to sit down and talk and find out why we're out of step with the American people.

00:19:36.480 His was, but we know we're right, so we need a shadow government to make sure we put our policies in anyway.

00:19:45.140 Anyway, there's nothing more un-American than that.

00:19:49.360 By the way, Ted Cruz also said he thinks there's criminal charges that could be lodged against Biden and his administration for the selling of the steel and the walls for the border.

00:20:01.520 I think so, too.

00:20:03.020 I think so, too.

00:20:03.600 He'll probably end up blanketing, pardoning everybody that has either lived by a Biden or is a Democrat, worked for the administration.

00:20:14.780 Everybody's going to get a pardon at the end.

00:20:16.340 It's like – honestly, it's like, hey, everybody, Oprah's here.

00:20:19.820 Look under your seats because you got a pardon and you got a pardon and you got a pardon.

00:20:24.460 Now, the Department of Health and Human Services on November 15th, this is posted almost immediately after President Trump has been reelected.

00:20:39.260 They advertised for the following position, a deputy assistant secretary for minority health with a salary of up to $221,000.

00:20:50.340 This is the goal of this position or this is the purpose of this position, to, quote, promote health equity.

00:20:57.300 To promote health equity, what does that mean?

00:20:59.780 It means racial discrimination in health care.

00:21:03.360 It means if you are seeking – I don't know, think about during the pandemic when there was limited resources, limited beds in the emergency room,

00:21:12.820 limited amounts of, you know, drugs and therapeutics that people could access in order to treat COVID when it was at its worst.

00:21:19.700 Well, now you're going to be screened based on the color of your skin.

00:21:23.740 That's what health equity is because equity is not a quality.

00:21:26.300 Equity is a word used to disguise the reality that it's just – it's socialism.

00:21:33.780 It's discrimination.

00:21:34.780 It requires a government official to look at you and make a decision about whether or not you are going to have access to health care that you might need based on what you look like.

00:21:46.040 Not based on the severity of your illness.

00:21:48.540 Not based on your ability to pay.

00:21:50.580 Not based on your request for care, but based on the color of your skin.

00:21:56.140 That's not only wrong and immoral and completely absurd that a bureaucrat in that kind of position would make over $221,000.

00:22:04.140 That's evil.

00:22:05.160 The left likes to pretend that you're a racist or I'm a racist just for voting for Donald Trump. 0.98

00:22:10.360 This is evil racism. 0.51

00:22:12.420 This is the kind of stuff that we eradicated from our country, 0.70

00:22:15.920 and Biden's trying to plant the Trump administration with these evil little minions before he leaves.

00:22:20.580 I mean, why are we surprised?

00:22:25.300 How many anti-slavery amendments do we have to the Constitution?

00:22:32.320 I mean, it's amazing to me.

00:22:33.780 With very few exceptions, after 10, most of these seem to be like, 1.00

00:22:40.540 Oh, yeah, okay, you're so stupid, you don't understand. 1.00

00:22:46.420 Slaves need to be free. 1.00

00:22:48.640 Okay, then the next amendment is like, okay, all right, let me limp up to explain this once more.

00:22:55.800 That means they're Americans and can vote.

00:23:00.920 How many amendments are just one after another, especially on slavery?

00:23:06.300 And by the way, who was it that didn't understand slaves should be freed?

00:23:10.640 And the Democratic Party. 1.00

00:23:13.780 I swear to you, these amendments are just, God, we didn't think you would be this stupid. 1.00

00:23:19.460 It's already covered, but let's lay it out clearly for you. 1.00

00:23:25.560 You cannot discriminate by color, by race, by religion.

00:23:35.040 We thought that had already been covered, but apparently not.

00:23:39.920 What I would do if I were the Trump transition team is there were, this is obviously a deliberate effort by the Biden administration,

00:23:46.680 because within the first 10 days after the election, 33 of these jobs were posted on government websites.

00:23:52.580 So this was, they were like, okay, Trump's coming in, let's start seeding the deep state with these racists.

00:23:57.540 What I would do if I were Trump transition is I would say, we take racial equality very seriously.

00:24:02.460 We take civil rights very seriously in the administration of the 47th president of the United States.

00:24:08.260 And anybody who engages, especially a government official who engages in racial discrimination, will be prosecuted and prevent these people from even accepting these jobs because they will be threatened with legal action if they do.

00:24:22.980 You can make a legal case, a solid legal case, that that is exactly right.

00:24:29.620 And that's what should be done.

00:24:31.160 They would be doing that to us if we were discriminating on race.

00:24:36.460 If we're like, you know what, we're only going to hire white people, we would go to jail. 0.96

00:24:41.640 Oh, you know what?

00:24:42.460 We're just going to shuffle the deck here.

00:24:44.500 We're going to look at everybody, but we lean towards white people.

00:24:48.940 Did you have Wheaties for breakfast?

00:24:51.720 If you had Wheaties as a childhood, you're in a different category.

00:24:56.500 Okay.

00:24:57.020 I mean, we would go to jail.

00:25:00.200 We would be shut down.

00:25:01.800 It's the same thing, but don't expect the Democrats to get it.

00:25:04.960 Do you see the new or the DNC chair frontrunner, the one they're thinking should be ahead of the DNC?

00:25:11.920 He said the problem with the election is the convention should have featured pro-Hamas activists.

00:25:18.260 I totally agree.

00:25:19.400 It absolutely should have.

00:25:21.160 At least they would have been honest.

00:25:23.160 At least it would have been more honest.

00:25:24.260 Think about how many Democrat voters and really prominent people, too.

00:25:27.220 I'm talking about Joe Rogan.

00:25:29.180 I'm talking about Elon Musk.

00:25:30.640 I'm talking about RFK Jr.

00:25:32.020 These were fairly hardcore Democrats who not only converted to being like, okay, we'll tolerate a Republican because it's not Joe Budden.

00:25:39.840 It's not Kamala Harris. 0.99

00:25:40.620 These people are the biggest supporters of President Trump out there right now because of that kind of garbage. 0.98

00:25:46.860 So DNC, if you're going to be radical, please be honest and tell us. 0.97

00:25:49.960 Thank you.

00:25:50.400 It's just ushering new Republican voters right into our arms.

00:25:53.840 I respect you more than I respect people like Mike Johnson.

00:25:59.360 Mike Johnson doesn't tell me what, you know, he didn't tell me what he really is, what he really believes.

00:26:04.200 He tells me what I want to hear.

00:26:05.900 I don't believe it.

00:26:06.980 Then he's elected. 1.00

00:26:08.000 Then he gets in and he rapes you. 0.99

00:26:10.760 You know, I have much more respect for for people who are like, yeah, I'm pro-Hamas and you should elect me. 1.00

00:26:17.880 Well, don't think I'm going to do it.

00:26:19.240 But thank you for telling me who you really are.

00:26:21.140 Yeah, great. Let's take all of the Democrat members of Congress and let's Jamal Bauman them. 1.00

00:26:25.640 Let's Cori Bush them, because as soon as they were honest about being pro-Hamas, man, voters were like, actually, we're good.

00:26:32.420 Yep.

00:26:33.180 By the way, Hochul has come out and she is now trying to stir up support to end the Electoral College.

00:26:43.580 Because no offense, Wyoming, according to her words, New York voted for Kamala Harris. 1.00

00:26:50.300 You know, it is so dishonest.

00:26:53.260 And this would this would have no space if if we were actually teaching students what the Electoral College is for.

00:27:03.080 You want to talk about fairness.

00:27:05.900 Here's fairness.

00:27:07.420 Should New York City dictate what all of New York does?

00:27:13.560 No, they have representation of all the small towns, all the farming towns, everything else.

00:27:19.120 New York City should not be the one that tells everyone else exactly how to live.

00:27:27.360 I think there should be electoral colleges in states now because the cities are just devouring all of the communities outside of those mega cities. 0.56

00:27:35.880 The Electoral College is to make sure that New York, California and let me say Texas doesn't run over all of the other states and force how they're living in those cities and those big states in Wyoming. 0.96

00:27:52.620 Or Idaho.

00:27:54.780 Or Alabama.

00:27:55.860 Or Alabama.

00:27:58.320 I don't have to live like you do in New York City.

00:28:00.760 I don't want to live like you do in New York City.

00:28:03.340 And we have completely different values than you do.

00:28:06.260 We should have a say and even equal seat at the table.

00:28:12.880 That's why we have the Electoral College and we have the popular vote.

00:28:19.000 So you can see.

00:28:20.660 And it's usually pretty close.

00:28:22.800 This time, however, Hochul, you lost the popular vote.

00:28:28.380 So you don't really have a case here on the Electoral College.

00:28:32.060 But you don't have a case.

00:28:33.320 If you're an American, you don't have a case on the Electoral College anyway.

00:28:37.880 Wait a second.

00:28:40.500 Have we war-gamed the scenario that you just proposed?

00:28:44.160 If there was an Electoral College on the state level in California or on the state level in New York, have we actually looked at a map here?

00:28:52.240 If anybody has done this, tag me on social media because I'm fascinated by this idea.

00:28:56.760 I'd not thought of this before.

00:28:57.820 But would we actually swing those states Republican if there was a state level?

00:29:02.060 I bet we would.

00:29:02.720 You know, every time.

00:29:04.400 Look at Wyoming.

00:29:05.440 Wyoming, Jackson Hole now controls Wyoming.

00:29:10.040 Just controls it.

00:29:11.560 Who's so close to controlling Texas?

00:29:14.720 All the big cities.

00:29:15.820 Yeah.

00:29:16.520 You know, you don't have a chance when these cities grow so large, they tip everything.

00:29:25.300 That's why we have an Electoral College. 0.95

00:29:27.340 And it didn't used to be this way.

00:29:29.780 But our cities are becoming megacities, almost states in and among themselves.

00:29:36.700 You have to balance.

00:29:38.560 Otherwise, the farmer and everybody else that makes your life possible in a city gets screwed. 0.89

00:29:45.540 And also think about cheating for a second.

00:29:47.820 If you have a popular vote across the whole country versus an Electoral College system, it's a lot easier to impact the outcome of the entire presidential election.

00:29:56.280 Because you can have one county somewhere with corrupt election officials.

00:29:59.840 And if they cheat by 10,000 votes, that could change the outcome of the election.

00:30:04.260 But if you're an Electoral College, it doesn't necessarily.

00:30:06.940 This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program.

00:30:17.160 I have to tell you, Chip Roy, if this is what we get out of the Republicans, I think we're going to have a problem.

00:30:26.660 I think we're going to have a problem.

00:30:28.020 Welcome.

00:30:28.580 How are you, Chip?

00:30:30.160 Well, Glenn, I'm here.

00:30:32.760 And I'm frustrated.

00:30:37.500 Look, it is the season of the birth of our Savior.

00:30:41.880 And we live in the United States of America.

00:30:43.700 And it's still the greatest country in the history of the world.

00:30:45.980 So we start there.

00:30:48.040 Okay.

00:30:48.620 That being said.

00:30:49.740 You know we have Max Lucado on.

00:30:52.700 That's why you're behaving yourself.

00:30:54.360 He's on in about 20 minutes.

00:30:56.100 And you're like, I just want to make sure I'm good with a Savior right now, just in case.

00:31:00.240 Well, look, here's the thing.

00:31:03.280 And all of your listeners know this.

00:31:05.020 Yeah.

00:31:05.380 No one's surprised.

00:31:07.100 Right?

00:31:07.600 No one is surprised.

00:31:08.700 They might be surprised it's as bad as it is, but they're not surprised.

00:31:11.880 Here's the bottom line.

00:31:13.900 Since Republicans were given the majority again in the United States House of Representatives,

00:31:18.260 with the prospect of the incoming president and Doge and Ilana Vivek and a Republican Senate,

00:31:24.800 what have we done?

00:31:26.840 We have, to the best of my account, if we pass this bill, which is still being determined today,

00:31:32.080 what's going to happen?

00:31:32.840 If we pass this bill, this bill will add another $110 billion of unpaid-for deficit spending,

00:31:41.260 plus a health care package that is partially paid for but has a lot of gimmicks.

00:31:46.800 So it really is continuing to drive the deficit by another probably $25 billion.

00:31:50.840 And all of that, all of that is on top of the almost $200 billion bill that they passed

00:31:59.280 that is essentially a windfall bill under Social Security that shortened the timeline for Social

00:32:04.600 Security's bankruptcy by six to nine months because it's another $200 billion of unpaid-for

00:32:10.880 spending.

00:32:11.360 So in essence, we have increased the debt, some $335 billion in 45 days.

00:32:17.760 That is what we've done.

00:32:19.680 Now, we've all been fighting this.

00:32:21.400 You've gone a little further than that.

00:32:23.460 I don't know if you've missed the funding for the Global Engagement Center for the State

00:32:28.580 Department.

00:32:29.340 We're funding them for another year.

00:32:31.580 Okay, good.

00:32:32.440 Good.

00:32:32.740 All right.

00:32:33.960 I'm just talking deficit.

00:32:35.900 Point one is that problem.

00:32:39.100 Point two is that we're going through in this bill and we're funding a significant number

00:32:44.960 of priorities that are contrary to what the American people gave us the majority to do.

00:32:50.280 Not kind of.

00:32:51.480 Not even kind of contrary.

00:32:55.040 Absolutely. 0.99

00:32:56.320 The American people sent a message to the world, we're not for any of this crap. 0.99

00:33:04.160 Now, go ahead. 0.99

00:33:04.760 What's in there?

00:33:06.060 No, that's exactly right.

00:33:07.420 There is in that.

00:33:08.300 And by the way, we got the text last night at 6.30 p.m.

00:33:11.280 So we've been going through the text like all of America, right?

00:33:14.180 We didn't have the text.

00:33:15.280 All we had was an outline until 6.30 last night.

00:33:18.220 So now we're going through the text and we're finding what you just pointed out.

00:33:22.960 We're finding that we're funding, for example, the enemies of free speech that we're undermining

00:33:28.320 and that our friends at the Federalist, like Sean Davis and Molly Hemingway are talented.

00:33:32.320 We're funding, for example, an extension of PAPA, right, which is the preparedness thing

00:33:40.020 with respect to vaccines with no real shift and change to the blatant problems that we

00:33:46.700 have with our health agencies on vaccine extensions.

00:33:49.380 Like, why would we just extend that?

00:33:50.940 Can I ask on that one, what additional emergency powers is the government in need of right now

00:34:01.880 that we should give them?

00:34:03.900 Why is that even in there?

00:34:06.840 This is the problem, right?

00:34:08.940 You've got, and to back up, because we can go through one by one, but the real issue here

00:34:14.020 that's being exposed, you saw Elon tweet it out last night about this, because this bill

00:34:19.960 is contrary to the very existence of Doge, but keep in mind, remember two weeks ago when

00:34:26.940 Elon and Vivek came in to address the conference, you've got all of these Republicans flocking

00:34:31.940 to the microphone to basically kiss the feet and kiss the ring and say, oh, thank you, thanks

00:34:36.760 for being here, oh, you're so great.

00:34:38.580 You've got people who are no champions of conservatism who are joining Doge caucuses and going out

00:34:43.940 and saying, I'm going to be the leader on Doge.

00:34:45.500 Why? 0.99

00:34:46.100 Because they know the American people are sick of all the garbage and they want cover. 0.90

00:34:48.920 They want to hide, but here's the thing, the emperor has no clothes, there's nowhere 0.97

00:34:53.380 to hide.

00:34:54.460 You've got a bill like this that, honestly, for whatever you want to say about the speaker

00:34:59.640 and any disappointment about what we're dealing with, and there's plenty to discuss as we

00:35:03.720 go through all this, it is also a reflection of the conference itself, okay?

00:35:08.620 In other words, when I went in front of the conference that day, two weeks ago, when Vivek

00:35:12.560 and Elon were here, and I said at the microphone, I said, guys, I'm glad you're here.

00:35:16.580 We need to empower the president with impoundment so he can cut spending, and he gets constitutional

00:35:20.860 to do so.

00:35:22.040 Vivek agreed.

00:35:22.600 We're all talking about it.

00:35:23.540 But I said, here's the thing.

00:35:24.960 You guys, all of the people here at the mic, you guys have been, you, Elon, Vivek, you're

00:35:29.200 looking for the problem, you're looking for the enemy, and it's right here in front of

00:35:32.420 you.

00:35:33.180 This is the people in this room.

00:35:36.600 And everybody, look, I had applause from the usual quarter of the conference that are

00:35:40.380 conservative, want to fight, and then a whole bunch of people that were like, oh, we

00:35:43.120 can't, oh, that's terrible, why would you say that?

00:35:45.420 Well, I would say that because we create the programs, we pass all the bills.

00:35:51.140 It's not to say there aren't executive branch problems and abuses by the administrative

00:35:54.740 state.

00:35:55.180 There are, but we fund them.

00:35:56.860 We create them.

00:35:58.260 And our guys go to them, they say, Chip, we have to do economic assistance for farmers.

00:36:02.760 And I'll say, you know what?

00:36:04.040 Our farmers are hurting.

00:36:05.720 They're hurting because of bad policies.

00:36:07.580 They're hurting because of a corrupt farm bill system. 0.96

00:36:09.300 They're hurting because of SNAP and food stamps are on top of them.

00:36:12.600 They're hurting because of inflation.

00:36:13.660 They're hurting because of Biden.

00:36:14.800 Here's the thing.

00:36:15.940 You want $10 billion for economic assistance for farmers?

00:36:19.060 Okay, fine.

00:36:19.840 Let's talk about that.

00:36:21.140 Make sure it goes to family farmers.

00:36:22.860 Well, we couldn't get a provision that would make sure it doesn't go to corporate versus

00:36:26.100 family.

00:36:27.100 Okay.

00:36:27.640 You want to do that?

00:36:28.520 Then let's pay for it.

00:36:29.720 Well, I don't know.

00:36:30.660 I don't know if we can get a pay for it.

00:36:31.820 We just need to do it.

00:36:32.980 It's an act of God that this whole circumstance of what we're dealing with right now, disasters and

00:36:37.240 all that.

00:36:37.560 But this is the problem.

00:36:39.380 There's always an excuse.

00:36:41.040 And one last point.

00:36:42.580 Every Republican who runs on fiscal responsibility will always say, Chip, it's the mandatory spending.

00:36:47.240 It's Social Security.

00:36:47.820 It's Medicare.

00:36:48.280 It's Medicaid.

00:36:49.080 Veterans.

00:36:49.660 It's all the mandatory stuff.

00:36:51.000 To which I say, okay, I disagree with you.

00:36:54.960 Funding the bureaucracy that's weaponized against us is a problem, and we should focus on that

00:36:59.620 and earn the trust of the American people to reform and deal with and manage getting health

00:37:03.540 care prices down.

00:37:04.460 We have plans to do that.

00:37:05.660 But you're also lying because all of you, two-thirds of the Republican conference just

00:37:11.540 voted for $200 billion of additional Social Security spending that will undermine Social

00:37:16.660 Security solvency, as I said before, by almost up to a year, like six to nine months, because

00:37:22.140 they're not serious about it.

00:37:24.440 That's the problem.

00:37:25.020 This bill is a reflection of all of that.

00:37:26.580 And, look, Grok is going to do a better job than I am uncovering all the stuff because

00:37:31.540 he can go through and do it with AI, but my staff is pouring over like we always do.

00:37:36.300 The problem with the bill is a reflection of a conference that always wants the easy

00:37:40.740 solution, which is more money.

00:37:42.520 And until you limit the endless supply of money and the printing of money and the willingness

00:37:46.460 is just to write a check, you'll never stop the corruption because no one has to make

00:37:50.920 the choice.

00:37:51.720 Nobody has to say, well, wait a minute. 0.96

00:37:53.300 I can't fund farmers without cutting this bullcrap program over here. 0.98

00:37:58.140 Instead, they just print the money to fund the farmers.

00:38:00.700 So, what do we have to do?

00:38:06.880 I mean, if the American people now are just, you know, a few days away from Christmas, that's

00:38:12.360 why this is being done at this time.

00:38:14.480 They know the American people are not paying attention.

00:38:18.580 But what do we have to do?

00:38:20.300 So, I'll tell you what we did.

00:38:22.080 The conservatives, Freedom Caucus, etc.

00:38:23.860 are trying to work in good faith, trying to build coalitions.

00:38:26.200 We have to figure out how to support President Trump in January.

00:38:28.980 How do we get 218 Republicans together to fight and win?

00:38:32.940 So, we offered, against our personal choice, we offered yesterday, all right, we hate this

00:38:38.380 bill.

00:38:38.740 This bill's not great.

00:38:40.820 But can we at least do the following?

00:38:44.120 Under a rule, can we say, we need 72 hours to review the bill.

00:38:48.840 Everyone needs to withstand the scrutiny of 72 hours.

00:38:51.800 That's a sacrosanct provision we fought for in the Speaker's debate with McCarthy two years

00:38:56.060 ago.

00:38:56.300 And we've honored it, this entire Congress, for better or worse, one time it got violated.

00:39:01.140 We're saying, we're not going to agree to violate the 72-hour rule.

00:39:04.240 We've got to read the bill, number one.

00:39:06.040 Number two, we want to have a vote on a pay-for.

00:39:10.300 And we drafted an amendment.

00:39:12.020 I filed a bill last night as an offer, as a counter, as a pay-for.

00:39:16.740 That pay-for, Glenn, would be simply to return non-defense spending to pre-COVID 2019-2020

00:39:22.680 levels.

00:39:26.460 And that would pay for all of this disaster supplemental spending. 0.99

00:39:30.180 That's putting aside the fact that it has crap in there that I hate. 0.93

00:39:33.820 I just wanted, can we just get that vote? 0.97

00:39:37.000 And then the third thing we asked for was a ban on selling off the wall.

00:39:41.820 Don't sell the wall for five bucks at a pop.

00:39:44.160 Just put that in there.

00:39:45.860 That's all we asked for.

00:39:47.360 And we're trying to help the conference.

00:39:48.900 How can we get here? 0.96

00:39:49.740 Even though I hate all this garbage in here. 0.98

00:39:51.460 Wow. 0.99

00:39:51.760 And we couldn't get that.

00:39:52.700 We couldn't get that.

00:39:53.600 You couldn't get that?

00:39:55.600 We couldn't get that.

00:39:56.900 And that's, look, and I'm, you know, I'm trying to figure out how to navigate where,

00:40:02.760 what we're talking about here, what's being exposed, I want to be clear, this isn't just

00:40:08.580 about leadership and this isn't being exposed.

00:40:12.040 This is the conference.

00:40:13.020 This is the entire Republican conference.

00:40:15.740 And people need to understand that because everybody wants to go home and they want to

00:40:19.800 be able to come back and campaign.

00:40:20.680 I brought you your farmer money.

00:40:22.320 But no one had to make a choice and no one had to go through and say, guys, why are we

00:40:26.420 putting a provision in this bill that takes RFK Stadium in D.C. on federal property and

00:40:32.760 basically has federal dollars going to give the District of Columbia, which is corrupt,

00:40:37.340 which has criminals on the street, which is stopping school choice, which has the D.C.

00:40:41.360 5 abortion stuff. 0.99

00:40:42.760 Go down the list of all the crap our nation's capital does. 0.95

00:40:45.440 And we literally just gave them RFK Stadium property and money so that they can go try to 0.96

00:40:51.480 get the commanders, who should still be called the Redskins, by the way, a stadium.

00:40:56.420 Like, you can't make this stuff up, Glenn.

00:40:58.520 Like, why would we do that?

00:41:00.580 And so these are the things that we're saying, you know, we need to clean up the system so 0.55

00:41:05.840 that that crap is no longer being done, do, quote, buy votes.

00:41:09.800 We need to have we need to narrow this down. 0.98

00:41:11.800 If I were doing this right now, I would put a CR on the floor to March, let president's

00:41:17.720 team get in place, and then we go solve the rest of these problems.

00:41:20.500 That's what I would do.

00:41:21.480 And if you needed to include some minimal amount of disaster.

00:41:24.320 So, you know, we had people living in tents in North Carolina, put a $10 billion or some

00:41:29.100 amount in there to hold for people to help them, put that on the floor, pass it, get

00:41:33.420 to next year, and then let's get busy.

00:41:35.300 Congressman, this is Liz Wheeler.

00:41:37.700 I'm sitting in for Stu today.

00:41:39.880 I have a question for you. 0.99

00:41:41.480 When is this vote expected to happen on this, you know, crap sandwich that you talk about? 0.98

00:41:47.600 Okay. 0.98

00:41:48.240 So good to talk to you, Liz.

00:41:49.840 Hope you're well.

00:41:50.740 So right now it is we're being told it could be tomorrow morning.

00:41:56.940 Again, this is a suspension of the rules.

00:41:58.980 So it can kind of happen at any time because we're not taking it through the rules committee,

00:42:02.820 which is what should do right normal order.

00:42:05.580 So it could be tomorrow morning.

00:42:07.400 That's the rough plan.

00:42:08.740 It could go earlier.

00:42:10.160 If the speaker wants to try to just move it through.

00:42:13.400 Could it happen today?

00:42:13.980 I don't know what's going to happen.

00:42:16.020 It could happen today.

00:42:17.360 Now, we believe, as I said, we believe it should be 72 hours to review the bill.

00:42:23.940 And the reason that's important is what's happening right now.

00:42:27.460 It's the cleansing power of transparency and sunlight.

00:42:32.940 Everybody sees what's in it.

00:42:34.460 Now, do you want to vote for this thing?

00:42:36.240 Do you really want to vote for the RFK provision?

00:42:38.880 Do you really want to vote for things for Congress?

00:42:41.160 Do you really want to vote for these things that are against free speech and the stuff

00:42:44.740 you were just talking about, Glenn, Papa extension, all of these things that we disagree with.

00:42:49.740 Do you really want to vote for those things on top of $110 to $135 billion of additional

00:42:55.620 deficit spending unpaid for?

00:42:57.400 Is that what you want to do?

00:42:58.740 And I think the longer it hangs out there, the more American people can speak their mind.

00:43:04.580 The more Elon can tweet, the more Glenn can talk about it, the more I can talk about it. 0.99

00:43:08.880 And the more they go, then my colleagues have to go, well, this is a crap sandwich. 0.98

00:43:13.060 We've got to do something else. 0.96

00:43:14.920 So that is what I hope happens.

00:43:17.260 And we are in a transition period where the new administration is coming in, where we've

00:43:23.800 got more power through technology and our voice and the use of X and talk radio and what

00:43:29.060 you do.

00:43:29.600 And again, the emperor has no clothes.

00:43:32.440 So those of us who have been in the trenches for a while, I'm like, thank God, like the

00:43:37.040 Calvary's here.

00:43:38.400 We've been screaming, as you know, I've been on your program, like for years going, guys,

00:43:42.980 here's what's in the bill.

00:43:43.920 But it's hard to get that out.

00:43:45.820 It's getting easier to get that out.

00:43:47.940 Yes, it is.

00:43:48.620 We're going to have to transition through this process.

00:43:51.800 This is hours, days, weeks.

00:43:53.580 But it's going to happen.

00:43:54.960 A reckoning is occurring.

00:43:56.540 So you ask what people can do.

00:43:58.280 Call your members of Congress.

00:44:00.220 Tell them to oppose this bill.

00:44:01.820 If the worst thing that happens is that this bill has to die, that's a good thing.

00:44:05.880 If we have to deal with government closing, so be it.

00:44:08.720 If we have to wake up Saturday, if members have to be here, if we have to miss Christmas,

00:44:13.280 so be it.

00:44:14.400 Our forefathers, George Washington, what were they doing on Christmas Day?

00:44:19.680 What were they doing in 1775 on Christmas Day?

00:44:22.380 They didn't, you know, what were the boys in Bastogne doing on Christmas of 44?

00:44:29.100 So, like, do you think I want to be away from my family at Christmas?

00:44:32.240 Of course not.

00:44:33.100 But we have a job to do.

00:44:34.180 We have a country to save.

00:44:35.160 So, look, if we need to be here Saturday, Sunday, Monday, we should be.

00:44:40.220 And that's my message to my colleagues.

00:44:42.320 Stop this Christmas tree legislating.

00:44:44.680 Stop doing it purposely right before Christmas.

00:44:47.680 And this is exactly why the 72-hour rule exists, and it's why we stood behind it.

00:44:53.200 You have been listening to the congressman from the great state of Texas, Chip Roy,

00:44:58.260 who is going to run for Cornyn's seat if I have anything to do with it.

00:45:02.300 I'm just going to announce it.

00:45:03.400 He's announced, to me, not really, but he's going to be the guy who runs against Cornyn, 0.99

00:45:08.780 and he will kick Cornyn's ass, as it should be in Texas. 0.99

00:45:13.680 But anyway, Chip, who didn't make any of those announcements or allude to any of that in even private phone calls, 1.00

00:45:20.040 thanks for being on the program.

00:45:21.140 Glenn, in all seriousness, Merry Christmas.

00:45:25.440 And I do mean it, irrespective of Max Lucado, but say hi to Max.

00:45:30.600 This is the season of the birth of our Lord and Savior, and we are so eternally blessed to be Americans

00:45:36.700 and to have that blessing of God's salvation that he gave us.

00:45:42.460 And, you know, the sun is rising, and we've got to just stand on the wall.

00:45:48.160 We've got to do our part.

00:45:49.560 So all of your listeners and everything, thank you for what you do, and let's keep fighting.

00:45:53.200 Thanks a lot.

00:45:53.940 I appreciate it, Chip, and it'll be great when you run for Cornyn's seat and win.

00:45:58.660 Chip Roy from the great state of Texas.

00:46:00.800 All right, let me take – he hates that.
