The Glenn Beck Program - Best of the Program ｜ Guests： Rep. Chip Roy & Steve Crampton ｜ 9⧸5⧸24

00:00:00.000 Hey, today's podcast, it's more bananas for a banana republic.

00:00:05.400 What is happening with the election? What is happening with Russian influence? What's

00:00:10.420 happening with the SAVE Act? Are illegals voting and does it make a difference? You won't believe 1.00

00:00:16.280 the numbers. We have Chip Roy on that, as well as probably the biggest expert on SpaceX. He's

00:00:23.900 watched them from the beginning. We talk a lot about Elon Musk. Steve Crampton,

00:00:28.580 he's on from the Thomas More Society. He is fighting for pro-life protesters, people who

00:00:35.780 are just standing up. You're going to lose your ability to stand up, wait until you hear

00:00:40.220 what he says, if Kamala Harris is actually voted in. But they're using a law from 1870 to stop

00:00:48.680 the Klan. They've dug this law up, and that's what they're using to put people in jail. Also,

00:00:54.700 Jason Whitlock is voting for the very first time. We talked to him about that, and Caitlin

00:00:59.900 Clark and Angel Reese, all on today's podcast. Let me tell you a little bit about Lear Capital.

00:01:07.040 You know, both Carol and I believe in gold. We both believe that you should have some,

00:01:13.760 or silver, even. Silver is cheaper. But when all of this stuff really starts to hit,

00:01:23.840 and you haven't really felt the full ramification of their Inflation Reduction Act, a lot of these

00:01:29.500 things begin next year. And if we don't have a president to cut all of this out, we're going

00:01:35.460 to be in real trouble, and your dollar is going to be in real trouble. Please, today, call Lear Capital.

00:01:43.000 Please find out if this is right for you. You can buy silver at a, you know, relatively very low cost.

00:01:52.460 These banks wouldn't be having all this trouble if they wouldn't have bought treasuries. Instead,

00:01:56.740 they would have bought gold. But our Fed doesn't do that. Just everybody else's central bank,

00:02:03.400 especially in the east. Get your free wealth protection guide and call them today. They'll

00:02:10.060 credit your account $250 towards your purchase. You just call them at 800-957-GOLD. Ask them the

00:02:17.080 questions, pray on it, and please, if it's right for your family, do it now. 800-957-GOLD. 800-957-GOLD.

00:02:33.400 There is a lot to talk about today. I want to actually start, before we get into the show

00:02:49.280 that we did last night and now the New York Times response, which is crazy. There was a story

00:02:55.800 yesterday that Merrick Garland, who is so trustworthy, came out and talked about an indictment that tenant

00:03:07.180 media was involved in some sort of Russian something or other. And they had an anonymous donor. I can't

00:03:18.620 figure this story out. I'm not going to get into it and none of the details because I don't know what

00:03:24.780 the details are. Right now, I know there is an indictment. But other than that, I can't figure out

00:03:32.960 what the Russians would have been doing, how Russia was going to benefit from this. However, I'm going 0.95

00:03:41.140 to leave this alone for the facts and just talk to you about this. I have been telling you for how

00:03:50.160 many years that there are deep pockets in Russia and there are people that are trying to go after

00:04:00.980 conservatives and they are in our churches. You hear the agents of chaos, voices that you're like,

00:04:09.540 wait a minute, wait a minute, what are they saying? Sometimes those are voices of chaos. Maybe those are

00:04:16.520 sometimes just misguided people. I don't know. But please, everyone in the media, this is why we said

00:04:28.880 you cannot go after TikTok. You go after TikTok, they'll find another reason why you're involved

00:04:36.600 some way or another with a foreign country and they'll shut you down. 1.00

00:04:40.560 This is the way McCarthyism begins. This is the way you begin to smear people for connections that are

00:04:52.140 dubious. Maybe some of them are true. Maybe not. I have no idea.

00:04:58.660 All I want to say to you is I have been aware of this threat for years and I have been warning

00:05:12.560 everyone in the media. I have been warning you. I don't know what to do. My first instinct on this

00:05:24.000 is isolate yourself. Uh, I can't answer for other people. I can only answer for me. Um, and you know,

00:05:36.420 I have a, I have a show with Tucker Carlson. He invited me to be on his, uh, stage show. Uh, he's

00:05:43.340 doing, uh, Russell Brand and Megan Kelly and, and, uh, I'm the guest on his stage show this Saturday at,

00:05:52.060 uh, I think it's at the Delta center. You can get tickets at Tucker Carlson.com,

00:05:56.080 but this may be the last time I share the stage with anyone. I don't know because I don't know.

00:06:06.440 I mean, we're in this place where I, we just played this last night in 2019. I said, warning,

00:06:15.380 there is going to come a time where there is a trust implosion where you won't know who to trust

00:06:22.500 and no one will trust anyone or anything. What happens after that is street, uh, violence

00:06:30.640 becomes out of hand. There probably will be a war at the same time. And that's when everything shuts

00:06:39.020 down. So we're at the last play here. Uh, and we just have to be very, very, very careful.

00:06:49.660 May I say something that just popped into my mind and I don't think it's, uh, just me. Uh,

00:06:57.800 anyone who is pushing for chaos or violence, uh, is on the wrong side. Anyone that is pushing for chaos

00:07:19.840 or violence is on the wrong side. Anyone who is pushing fear that you should be afraid. And I get

00:07:29.940 accused of this all the time. He's just pushing fear. No, I'm really not because, um, I try to follow

00:07:37.500 it with fear, not fear, not God is in charge. Just do the right thing. Just stand where you're supposed

00:07:47.820 to stand. And I've told you this for 20 years. Now, there's going to come a time when you need

00:07:54.020 the spirit to be constantly with you, or you will not know where to stand. You will not know where to

00:08:01.160 turn. You won't, you won't have discernment and you will be lost if you don't have that discernment.

00:08:09.800 Please pray for me, pray for my staff, and I will pray for you.

00:08:17.820 Um, we really, we have to be very aware and, uh, spit yourself out of the system as much as you can.

00:08:33.600 Okay. By the way, I'm with Tucker Carlson at the Delta center this Saturday, the next weekend,

00:08:40.440 I'm joining, uh, Donald Trump for a rally and a fundraiser. Uh, and then the weekend after that

00:08:47.040 is September 20th and 21st. It's a Friday and Saturday and it is, uh, the American narratives

00:08:54.220 in fine art show. This is something that I have sponsored and put together. Uh, and there are 30 of

00:09:01.160 some of the best artists in America that, uh, I brought to the museum. They saw the different

00:09:08.520 artifacts in the museum. I said, find something that touches you that, that you just feel compelled

00:09:14.540 to tell that story and, uh, tell that story in painting. Uh, and so they are, we're trying to

00:09:23.420 make sure that we affect the culture, uh, not only on the bottom end, but, uh, on the top end. And,

00:09:30.600 you know, while fine art is thought of as being top end, this stuff trickles down, uh, and these

00:09:37.700 things should be posters and prints and everything else that you can have in your home. Uh, you know,

00:09:45.380 I always, I always walk into people's houses. If they have the, um, George Washington kneeling in

00:09:51.600 prayer, the, uh, prayer at Valley Forge, I always am like, okay, they get it. They're safe. This is

00:09:57.880 a safe house. This is safe house. Um, but these things help us teach our children the true history.

00:10:04.760 And so that weekend on September 20th and 21st, uh, we're having a, uh, an open house at the, uh,

00:10:12.660 studios. Uh, you can get tickets for Friday, I believe that's a preview party. Uh, and then

00:10:19.340 Saturday it's open to the public in the morning and the afternoon. Uh, and then in the evening,

00:10:24.440 there is a dinner you can buy tickets for, et cetera, et cetera. Um, but just find all of this

00:10:29.720 information at glennbeck.com, uh, American narratives in fine art.com as well as where you get your

00:10:37.020 tickets, but I will see you in, wow, it's three weeks, September 20th, uh, and 21st in Dallas at the

00:10:48.340 Mercury studios. Okay. Last night on the TV show, I talked to you about, uh, illegal immigration and

00:10:59.800 illegal voting. Now, Stu has a story that just came out from the New York times that says people

00:11:10.120 like me and Donald Trump and anybody who's concerned about the vote, we're overstating the

00:11:16.920 problem. You want to give me the highlights of this too? Sure. Glenn, the title is Republican

00:11:22.000 sees on false theories about immigrant voting. And it starts talking about, um, a, uh, a group,

00:11:31.060 multiple groups discussed in the article, but it says in late July, a group of Republican activists

00:11:35.340 met on a zoom call to discuss preparations for the November election. The topic was how to keep

00:11:40.380 undocumented immigrants from voting in November, a problem they claim inaccurately to be a looming

00:11:46.840 threat to a fair election. It goes on to say that, uh, they, they've, they've no, there's no

00:11:53.100 indication that non-citizens are voting in large numbers, which is, I think an interesting point 0.99

00:11:58.760 because if it doesn't have to be in large voting numbers to be a threat to an election, right?

00:12:05.040 Especially a close one. Uh, but they, of course, it happens. I'm kind of an absolutist where I don't

00:12:13.240 want anybody who shouldn't vote to vote. I don't care what the numbers are. Really? But let me just,

00:12:19.280 let me just go through the numbers here, uh, with this clip from last night's show. Listen to this.

00:12:26.060 The mainstream media is in agreement that these seven states will swing the election in November.

00:12:32.040 They're Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

00:12:38.500 So let's go through each one and keep in mind what Texas just found.

00:12:43.240 Also the fact that by election day, it will be projected that we will have

00:12:47.800 8 million migrants living in the United States. Some say it's closer to 20 million in 2020 over

00:12:57.980 11,600, no proof of citizenship required federal ballots were cast in Arizona during the 2020 election.

00:13:07.640 Arizona currently has 273,000 illegals living in the state that we know of. Joe Biden won Arizona in

00:13:17.560 2020 by 10,457 votes. Looks kind of significant in Arizona, but let's go to Georgia. Stacey Abrams

00:13:27.840 infamately said the blue wave would include undocumented immigrants. That's a quote.

00:13:35.340 Georgia currently has 339,000 illegals. Biden won Georgia in 2020 by 12,000 votes.

00:13:46.080 Michigan has nine. Tell me how this is. Tell me how this is not significant.

00:13:50.960 I mean, there were 11,000 illegals voting in Arizona. Donald Trump lost by 10,000. We also know that

00:14:03.660 illegals almost always break for the Democrats. Almost always. Is that not significant? If Donald Trump

00:14:15.140 would have won Arizona, he would have won. Wouldn't he have still? Is it one state or two states?

00:14:23.000 No, he would have needed more than that. Yeah, he would have needed more than that.

00:14:26.440 There's a lot of closed states, though.

00:14:27.960 Right. And with 339,000 in Georgia, and he loses by 10,000 votes, 339,000. There's 160,000 today

00:14:40.220 in Arizona. And in 2020, there weren't that many. And you had 11,000 people voting that shouldn't have

00:14:51.300 been voting. With 339,000 and Georgia being lost last time by about 11,000. I don't know. There seems

00:15:01.900 like there could be a problem. I don't understand why the left can get away with doing things that

00:15:13.400 everyone agrees on. It's like 80 percent of the population, both Republican and Democrat and

00:15:21.360 independent, all agree you should have ID. They all agree you should be a citizen if you're going to vote. If

00:15:29.340 you're not a citizen, you shouldn't vote. We all agree on that, except for the Democratic Party and their

00:15:37.980 their minions in the press. I don't know. I think that's significant. I think when you have

00:15:46.920 a election that could be won by 10,000 votes, I think it's important to know who is actually voting.

00:15:58.680 But then again, I'm an extremist conspiracy theorist. So what do I know? Well, I should say I'm a

00:16:07.560 conspiracy theorist until 90 percent of what I say comes to fruition. And then they eventually say,

00:16:16.500 oh, yeah, we've been doing that forever. I mean, it's no big deal. Okay. All right. Sure.

00:16:23.240 If let's say you're in Aurora, Colorado, okay, and you got a nice little place going there and you

00:16:30.620 think maybe now is the time to sell. Not sure you can get all of your money out of that house,

00:16:36.960 but don't shake the dice and throw them down on the table without knowing the odds. And you need

00:16:43.300 somebody who is really good at real estate to tell you what the odds are of selling your house in,

00:16:49.120 let's say, Aurora or any other sanctuary city now. I started a company over a decade ago with my

00:16:56.000 brother. It is called realestateagentsitrust.com. The real estate agents that we find and work with

00:17:02.580 are full time, incredibly dedicated professionals. They're fully committed to helping you realize your

00:17:08.300 home buying and home selling goals. They're going to put a team of experts together for you and get

00:17:13.200 things done right and get it done right on the first time. The name says it all. Find the right real

00:17:20.040 estate agent for you. It's realestateagentsitrust.com. Realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:17:27.220 Now back to the podcast. This is the best of the Glenn Beck program, and we really want to thank you for

00:17:32.760 listening. You know, as you look at the policies of the Biden-Harris administration, and then you see

00:17:45.540 that Kamala Harris will not say whether she's going to sign her own EV mandate bill. Of course 0.72

00:17:51.140 she is. She won't share her current viewpoint and current position on reparations, but she's always

00:17:59.080 been for those. Of course she's going to. You know, the border. She is for open borders. 0.58

00:18:07.760 What do you think is going to happen? What do you think she's going to do?

00:18:12.040 She is also the most pro-abortion advocate to ever be anywhere close to the White House.

00:18:20.940 She is the first vice president to ever go to an abortion clinic and, you know, make happy talk 1.00

00:18:27.780 with everybody in the, you know, in the, honestly, in the death chamber of Planned Parenthood.

00:18:37.700 But if you think you're going to have a voice and be able to do anything about abortion, I think

00:18:47.260 you're sadly mistaken if she wins. You know, one of the things that nobody seems to be talking about

00:18:53.300 or caring about is the fact that they are, the DOJ is, is taking glee in prosecuting anybody who shows up

00:19:04.740 to try to stop women from having an abortion. And they've been, you know, uh, charged with violating

00:19:11.460 the FACE Act. However, they're doing something else. They are using, uh, the KKK Act, uh, to charge

00:19:20.520 as well as somebody who is trying to stop your civil right. Um, it was something developed for the Klan. 0.84

00:19:28.580 And we're now using this to get 10 years plus in prison for anybody who goes to March for Life.

00:19:39.000 Um, Steve, uh, Crampton is with us now. Uh, Steve is with the Thomas Moore Society Senior Counsel,

00:19:45.020 and he has been on this beat, uh, and trying to fight it in court. How's the fight coming, Steve?

00:19:50.620 Well, Glenn, uh, it wouldn't be, uh, a rosy report I could, uh, furnish. The Biden-Harris DOJ,

00:20:01.420 as you, uh, indicated, has ramped up criminal prosecutions against peaceful pro-life demonstrators

00:20:10.660 against abortion in a way we have never seen before. According to my calculations, since 2011,

00:20:18.020 there have been a total of about 51 criminal prosecutions. 35, 35 of those have been since

00:20:27.100 the overturning of Roe against Wade in 2022 by the Biden-Harris administration. And as you indicate,

00:20:33.420 they have thrown the book at these guys, including this 10-year felony conspiracy against rights

00:20:40.540 charge. We just, uh, had, uh, guilty verdicts handed down in another criminal face case in Detroit

00:20:48.440 here at the end of August. We're still fighting those charges. The court has graciously allowed us

00:20:55.160 time to really brief and argue the fact that this statute has no bearing in the context of a peaceful,

00:21:04.280 uh, sit-in is what it amounts to, a violation of the face act. So we're still fighting those, but, uh,

00:21:10.720 it's, it's brutal. Let's, let's go back for just a second on the Klan Act. It is the K, 0.95

00:21:15.660 the Ku Klux Klan Act. It was passed in 1870 to guard the rights of African Americans to go in and vote.

00:21:24.320 So how are they applying this here? It's incredible. The statute says if two or more

00:21:31.760 persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in the free exercise of

00:21:39.680 their rights guaranteed by the constitution or the laws of the United States. So they take that

00:21:47.120 or the laws of the United States and say, Hey, the face act is a law of the United States.

00:21:52.820 These people have agreed to come in and engage in this sit-in thereby intimidating or oppressing

00:22:00.280 folks trying to get an abortion. Ergo, we can charge them with this conspiracy violation. So

00:22:07.600 it, you know, on the face of the act, Glenn, it really does seem to apply. But the fact of the matter

00:22:14.380 is, and the U S Supreme court in a very recent case, Fisher against the United States decided

00:22:19.840 the end of June, the end of this last term, uh, 2024, that, Hey, you can't just willy-nilly

00:22:27.300 take these old statutes with generic, very broad language and ratchet them down against a newly

00:22:34.660 enacted, uh, act like the face act, where the intent of Congress is clearly not to allow such

00:22:42.820 things. There were great debates in Congress in 1994, when they tried to enact for the first time in

00:22:49.380 our nation's history, a federal law that criminalizes peaceful, civil disobedience,

00:22:56.380 you know, the time honored tradition that we've enjoyed for our nation's history. And they directly

00:23:02.040 asked, okay, so somebody that's engaged in this kind of nonviolent sit in action, they can't be

00:23:08.580 charged with a felony answer. Absolutely not. And yet here we are only under the Biden administration,

00:23:15.580 do you import section two 41, the conspiracy against rights KKK act for use against pro-lifers

00:23:22.660 only? So, so I have a feeling that we haven't seen anything yet, Steve, um, yeah, that the mask

00:23:33.580 is coming off. They've all, but told us exactly who they are. Remember they were running a moderate

00:23:39.360 last time. This time, if you're paying attention at all, they're not telling you what she's going

00:23:44.840 to do for a reason. Um, they won't explain her flip-flops for a reason. Um, and we, we know who 0.87

00:23:53.380 she is and she is massively, uh, anti pro-life. Um, and I, I just have this feeling, Steve, and tell,

00:24:03.340 please tell me this is hyperbole that I could see in the next four years, if she wins, you don't have

00:24:09.940 a right to say anything about abortion. Glenn, I wish I could disagree with you there. Um, as you

00:24:17.260 lay out, this is, I think the most overtly avidly obsessively pro-abortion that we have ever seen.

00:24:27.360 And she can't wait. She falls all over herself in spite of her strict controllers trying to hold 0.94

00:24:33.940 her back when it comes to the issue of abortion. And remember, by the way, just this week, there's

00:24:39.760 a new report of the FBI's utter failure to act even in the context of sexual abuse and human trafficking

00:24:48.960 of children. They are, uh, too busy, apparently combing through age old Facebook records of gentle

00:24:58.060 pro-life Christians trying to find ways to come in with the SWAT teams and arrest them rather than

00:25:05.200 looking after the lives and sexual wellbeing of our children. I mean, it's unbelievable where we are and

00:25:12.640 the priorities of the weaponized DOJ and FBI. Steve, uh, let me just ask the, the listener to pray for you

00:25:24.080 and the Thomas Moore, uh, society for everything that you're doing. But also if, uh, if you feel this is

00:25:30.960 something that is important to you, I think it is, uh, please consider making a donation to the Thomas

00:25:37.460 Moore society, thomasmooresociety.org. Uh, they are providing legal counsel, uh, and fighting this fight

00:25:45.220 where it really counts. Thomasmooresociety.org. Steve, thank you. Thank you so much, Glenn. God bless you.

00:25:53.560 God bless you. Um,

00:25:56.260 the rights that are on the line this time around,

00:26:06.200 uh, are numerous, uh, when you look at what they have done to Donald Trump, they have used and abused

00:26:23.160 the FBI, the justice department, our intelligence agencies. They have all lied to us about Russia

00:26:33.600 collusion, et cetera, et cetera. And I know if you're a Democrat, you're shaking your head saying,

00:26:39.560 no, that wasn't a lie. It was a lie. It was a provable lie. You might have missed, uh, you know,

00:26:47.920 some of the, uh, reporting that went on because the mainstream media ran it once and then just moved

00:26:56.420 on. But everyone admits now that that was a lie. Clinton was involved in it. Biden was involved in

00:27:05.580 it. Obama was involved in it. This has become an oligarchy and people that are voting for Kamala

00:27:18.420 Harris, I believe are, um, ill-informed. Uh, but I also believe they have just been trained orange

00:27:32.140 man bad. And so they will vote for anything, even somebody they don't know or like. You don't,

00:27:40.420 Americans don't even know who she is, but she is a rabid anti-pro-lifer. And if you don't think 1.00

00:27:52.820 that these people will put you in jail using some, an old law from 1870 to stop the Ku Klux Klan,

00:28:02.140 these people have nothing on their hands to do all day, except find ways to destroy our rights.

00:28:12.000 And if that sounds like hyperbole, you're not paying attention.

00:28:20.500 Look at the way they're, look at the way they're going after anybody who stands in their way.

00:28:25.960 Anybody. President Trump. That's, that's incredible.

00:28:32.140 You know, people say, well, he's a felon. Is he, is he? Cause that's going to be overturned.

00:28:36.980 Is he a felon? And if he was a felon, what exactly was he a felon on? I know he was 32 counts,

00:28:45.160 but it was the same thing over and over again, just for different papers, different months of

00:28:51.880 putting it into a ledger. Nobody's ever been tried on that. That's ridiculous.

00:28:56.500 And the man has been investigated by every single service, intelligence service in all five eyes 0.86

00:29:08.120 and all of our enemies. Everyone, everyone did research on it. Well, if he's done this,

00:29:15.900 what else has he done? Apparently nothing. Because if this is the best you have after five or six years

00:29:23.860 of digging and digging and digging, you got nothing, nothing.

00:29:31.700 And if they will persecute him,

00:29:35.200 you don't think they'll do that to you? If they will go after the guy who is a, 0.65

00:29:42.820 the biggest manufacturer of electric cars, when they say the biggest thing we have to do is get

00:29:49.480 rid of all of our cars and have electric cars. They'll go after him because he disagrees with

00:29:55.780 them on Donald Trump. They will try to put him out of business because of his Trump connection.

00:30:03.280 And also because he believes in free speech.

00:30:06.980 Where's America? What are you voting for? Because you're not voting for this country.

00:30:18.140 You're not voting for our constitution. You're not voting for our bill of rights.

00:30:22.040 You may think you are, but it's because you haven't boned up on what's really going on.

00:30:28.380 And in some ways I can't blame you because the mainstream media either calls everything a

00:30:35.460 conspiracy theory and then goes on a year later to go, oh yeah, that is true.

00:30:45.140 Or you've just stuck your head in the sand. And for that, I have no sympathy.

00:30:50.020 But please, I'd rather avoid what I think in some ways we deserve.

00:30:59.940 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.

00:31:07.740 We've, we've actually, we've absolutely lost our mind. Uh, you know, we've been talking for years

00:31:12.260 now about the, the four dams, hydroelectric dams that, uh, were, you know, they wanted to

00:31:19.860 tear them down and get them out because of the indigenous peoples and the salmon. And so they 1.00

00:31:25.500 said that this was really, you know, hurting the salmon. Uh, and it, it may, it may have been.

00:31:30.680 In fact, I think it's hard to make the claim that it didn't, but it was for hydroelectric dams.

00:31:36.640 Uh, did you ever hear, do you even hear about this? This is the largest dam removal project

00:31:42.040 in American history for dams. Uh, CNN just reported the largest dam removal project in the

00:31:49.840 U S history is finally complete after crews last week demolished the last of four dams on the

00:31:55.540 Klamath river. It's a significant win for tribal nations. Oh, good, good, good for them. Good

00:32:01.980 for them. Four hydroelectric dams gone. Well, it's going to be fun to see how we get water and, uh,

00:32:09.540 you know, uh, give irrigation to those farms and produce power for the Pacific Northwest, but

00:32:15.700 don't worry about it. I'm sure it's no big deal. Chip Roy is with us. Uh, I want to talk to him

00:32:20.540 about the save act. Uh, chip, how are you, sir? Doing great. Well, I wish I was with you, but,

00:32:27.420 uh, but I'm happily in Austin. Oh, okay. Well, Austin's it is Austin, but it's still Texas. Um,

00:32:34.920 so chip talk to me about the save act. This is, I, I, I cannot believe that the Democrats are standing

00:32:45.160 against this in a time when we all are worried about the election integrity and they're saying

00:32:53.700 we don't need to pass this, this act because we already have laws on the books that say non-citizens 0.96

00:33:00.140 can't vote. How disingenuous is that? Well, it's disingenuous because as you know, as I know,

00:33:07.800 as your listeners know, Democrats have no interest whatsoever in ensuring election integrity. In fact,

00:33:13.040 they want the opposite. They want non-citizens to vote. That's what this is all about. They've 0.78

00:33:17.500 effectively said so. Now they're going to, during the campaign season, they're going to hide behind,

00:33:21.780 oh, there's no problem here, right? You heard Mark Kelly from Arizona go, oh, this is a solution

00:33:28.100 in search of a problem. Meanwhile, you have 6,500 non-citizens cleaned off the Texas rolls in the 0.66

00:33:34.740 last couple of years. You have 6,300 cleaned off Virginia's rolls. You have thousands cleaned off of

00:33:40.240 other states' rolls. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Because if we actually had the tools

00:33:45.200 to go, you know, discover the problem, which the SAVE Act would provide by requiring that when you

00:33:51.220 register to vote, this is a novel concept, right? You can't believe this crazy stuff, this radical

00:33:55.360 stuff, that when you register to vote, you just need to demonstrate you're a citizen. Democrats oppose

00:34:01.360 it. Now, I will note, five Democrats voted for our bill in July when we passed it. All Republicans

00:34:07.320 voted for it. But again, this is all about control. That's what the climate agenda is all about. That's

00:34:13.520 what the environmental agenda is all about. They're all connected. That's where to turn the dams down.

00:34:17.660 This is all about control, empowering the government. This is all of the Marxism, the communism,

00:34:23.940 the statism, the totalitarianism that Reagan fought, but that we are not remotely close to

00:34:30.560 completing. They're on the mark because they live among us. That's the problem.

00:34:34.840 So how can they say that there's no problem here in Arizona in particular? In 2020, 11,600 no proof

00:34:45.540 of citizenship required federal ballots were cast in Arizona. Joe Biden won Arizona by 10,457 votes.

00:34:56.220 So there were more non-citizens voting, and we know the non-citizens almost always vote for the 0.56

00:35:05.220 Democrats. How is this not a problem? Well, it's not a problem if you're a Democrat who wants power.

00:35:12.340 That's the point. I think the thing that I, you know, you know, you opened this segment talking

00:35:17.280 about those dams. You know, we could do a whole segment, and you talk about it all the time,

00:35:21.420 about what's happening in the United Kingdom, the takeover that's happening there, what's happening

00:35:26.460 in Ireland, what's happening in Germany. It's real. This isn't fake. It's not like the churches

00:35:31.560 are just magically, oh, yeah, those churches aren't burning in France. It's not like, oh, yeah,

00:35:35.540 that church in Ireland last week caught fire. Oh, that's just a coincidence. Like, this is happening,

00:35:40.600 and it's happening right now. The only reason we're slightly not as bad as Europe

00:35:46.120 is the massive oceans on either side of us. But with the increase of air travel,

00:35:51.700 with the porous border, America is only a nanosecond behind Europe. So our whole point on

00:35:58.060 the SAVE Act is to call their bluff and to force the question. Now, I got to say, because I know that

00:36:03.820 some of your listeners, strong, awesome conservatives, are hearing a few of my conservative colleagues

00:36:08.460 and some pundits say, gosh, why are we going to do a continuing resolution? We hate continuing

00:36:13.640 resolutions. Why would we support that? Well, here's why. I don't like continuing resolutions.

00:36:19.160 I think they're garbage. Except if I have the chance right now heading into an election season, 0.89

00:36:24.540 and I know we're not going to pass all 12 appropriations bills because a lot of our

00:36:29.420 colleagues refuse to cut spending. Democrats won't work with us. We can't get all Republicans

00:36:33.940 across the finish line. We've only passed five of the 12. My theory is this. I don't want to have

00:36:40.500 a lame duck CR in December. That's what the appropriators, that's what Mitch McConnell,

00:36:46.460 that's what they want. They want that pressure of Christmas. They want the Christmas tree bill.

00:36:52.800 So let's do a CR in March. Let's attach the SAVE Act. Let's tell our Democratic colleagues,

00:36:59.220 guys, we have funded your precious, god-awful government that we hate the EPA, and we hate

00:37:04.640 all of this stuff with the FBI. We hate the Secret Service failing to do its job, and we hate the open

00:37:08.920 borders. We're funding your government at current levels through March. We're going to fight and fix

00:37:13.820 this when Donald Trump wins in November and we have the House and the Senate. We'll see you on election

00:37:18.200 day in November. You're going to vote for this with election integrity, or you're going to be the

00:37:23.380 ones who decide to shut the government down. I'm happy to have that.

00:37:26.600 I am thrilled to have that. You don't have a country if you have illegals voting. You won't 1.00

00:37:34.760 have a country. If you can't get this basic thing down, that citizens are the only ones to vote,

00:37:42.940 and if it's already been done, then they should have no problem voting for it. No problem whatsoever.

00:37:49.600 You would look at the other side. If that were true, you would look at the other side and you'd go,

00:37:54.420 if that's what you want, if that's what it's going to take, okay, but they know it's not true,

00:38:00.020 and the Republicans, do you really think the Republicans are going to have the spine

00:38:05.500 to stand up for this? Well, I think that all depends on President Trump, and I don't mean

00:38:11.720 that as a question about his fortitude. We know his fortitude, right? I mean, he got shot and he

00:38:16.280 stood right back up. I think the question here is whether or not the president is going to decide

00:38:21.980 that it is in the strategic interest of him and the party and the House and the Senate for us to

00:38:26.900 carry on the shutdown fight from October 1st to Election Day. If he wants to do that, and if that's

00:38:33.080 the right thing for us to do, I'm all in. Let's go. But we'll make a decision on October 1. You know

00:38:38.480 what I think about it. Hell, I would pick a fight on bigger things. I would have HR2 on it. I would

00:38:44.960 defund some stuff, and I would send them a funding bill, and I'd go send it to American people and say,

00:38:48.760 here are our priorities. If Democrats don't like it, make that the Election Day issue.

00:38:54.580 Look, I'm going to be blunt. I'm going to be honest. I don't lie. We have some colleagues

00:38:59.560 who are in tight districts who will come into our conference and say, guys, I can't win the election

00:39:04.840 if we have a shutdown and a quarter of my constituents or 10 percent or whatever are either

00:39:10.060 not getting their paycheats because they're a government employee or they're not getting

00:39:13.860 some benefit or whatever. So we're going to have that fight inside the Republican conference

00:39:19.200 in September. I would fight. I always will pick that fight. But I'm happy to try to figure out

00:39:25.400 how we navigate to get to November 5th. But the starting place for that conversation is get the

00:39:31.380 government spending past Christmas so the appropriators and the uniparty swamp dwellers on

00:39:36.420 both parties can't screw the American people and pick a fight on the Save Act. I'll trust President

00:39:43.140 Trump to land the plane strategically. Do we come up with some solution on September 30th and they

00:39:48.100 campaign on it? Do we let it shut down for a week or two or all the way to November 5th? I'm game for

00:39:54.940 any of those options, provided that we fight, provided that we put up a fight, demonstrate the

00:40:00.800 fight and campaign on it. Democrats are taking your country away, people. We should act like it.

00:40:07.940 I'm fine if it shuts down, but I'm going to defer to some degree on President Trump and how he wants

00:40:12.880 to lead. He's the leader of the party right now. Yeah, no, the leader has to, he has to be part

00:40:18.300 of it. If he waffles it all, it'll all fall apart. How are we doing in Congress for the elections? It

00:40:24.920 looks not so great. Well, you know, look, here's the one thing I'll tell you, because a lot of the

00:40:32.020 people that you and I, our friends, your listeners, they will come to me out on the campaign trail and

00:40:37.180 they'll say, well, why should I bother voting? I mean, you know, they're going to rig the election.

00:40:40.740 Well, there's one way to guarantee we lose the election and that's to not show up. So you have

00:40:46.280 to show up. The second thing is we've got to be too big to rig. President Trump has said that he's

00:40:52.560 right. Show up in overwhelming numbers, demonstrate that we want our country back. If all of your

00:40:58.000 listeners, families, friends, uh, you know, churchmates, all the people that they drag their

00:41:03.240 family, their kids and everything vote, we'll win and we'll win in overwhelming numbers. Let's

00:41:07.100 overwhelm them. Now I know that's all sort of big talk. The third point really is we've got to stand

00:41:12.460 for something. And I want Republicans to be united in this in the fall. That's why I think having the

00:41:17.380 CR and the save act is a good fight, but it is a tight election. I'm going to tell you it's tighter

00:41:22.260 than it should be. That's because we have a divided country. It's because of our education system has

00:41:26.440 been corrupting our youth now for at least two or three generations. It's because of some of the

00:41:30.980 questions of all of the ballots and all of the mail-in ballots and the ballot harvesting and all of that.

00:41:35.640 We've improved it some since 2020, uh, you know, Texas, Georgia, uh, other states that have notably

00:41:42.240 made some changes. Wisconsin's still not great. Pennsylvania is still a question. Arizona is kind

00:41:47.200 of some good, some bad. So we're going to have to do what we need to do to make sure we have poll

00:41:52.400 watchers. I know the RNC, Laura Trump, Michael Watley, they've been working on making sure we've got

00:41:57.700 the lawyers in place. We were flat footed in 2020, but I'm just telling everybody on the ground,

00:42:02.660 get out and vote, overwhelm them. Right. And that's the best way to guarantee the outcome that

00:42:08.700 we need to have. But the short answer to your question is the presidential is a, is a corn coin

00:42:13.740 toss lean Trump. The house is a probable that we end up roughly where we are with a very thin majority,

00:42:19.760 but we couldn't, we could get you the Senate. We should take, but it'll be 51, two or three.

00:42:25.920 So we got to do our work to boost those numbers and make sure Ted Cruz wins and me and everybody

00:42:30.880 else. You know, when, when you have Kamala Harris, uh, busing people in to, I think it was New

00:42:38.360 Hampshire for her rally. Uh, I mean like 30 buses of people were shipped in from another state

00:42:46.720 that shows you something that shows you that this is not real. Uh, and you know, I'm hoping that

00:42:54.640 the discouragement of the Democrats that they start seeing these things, uh, you know, there,

00:43:01.020 there's so many encouraging signs that we are right at the tipping point here where just a little more

00:43:08.660 of this and it's over for the Democrats. But if they win in, uh, this fall, Chip, I don't know how

00:43:17.860 America makes it. I mean, everything that they've been planning for this global government,

00:43:24.240 all of this stuff, it hits next year. Yeah. I mean, Glenn, I can go down a parade of horribles.

00:43:30.540 We all, we, we, we know about the 5.5 people that have been released. We know about the fentanyl.

00:43:34.880 We know about the international organizations, the 2 million gotaways. We know about the cartels

00:43:38.600 reach. We know about what you're talking about, the United nations, the world health organization,

00:43:42.300 all of the crap they're doing, what they're doing, reparations. You know what nobody's talking about

00:43:46.800 record numbers of citizens that have been made and processed during this administration,

00:43:53.100 moving people through citizenship path. I don't know who they are, where they're from. We're

00:43:57.040 trying to get that information. They want to remake America. This election is a worldview election.

00:44:02.360 This is about your way of life. This isn't about any personalities one way or the other. If you

00:44:06.640 love Trump, if you're not a big fan, I don't really give a damn. What I care about is we need to

00:44:11.560 save freedom. President Trump loves America, loves freedom. He wants us to have this country

00:44:17.520 for us and for the people. He doesn't have to be doing this. And, you know, look, I've,

00:44:22.240 I've been on your show where I've disagreed with him. I don't, I don't, you know, I don't miss words,

00:44:28.080 but, but opposition in all things it's required. It's required. This is not a hard question.

00:44:35.600 We have a job to do. Let's go save our country for our kids and grandkids because of Kamala Harris 0.69

00:44:40.860 as the president on January 20th, we're in real trouble. We're in epic trouble. We're in 1850s

00:44:47.380 type trouble. And we've got to make sure that we do our part to solve that problem right now by

00:44:55.300 overwhelming the Democrats at the polls. Don't listen to all of the naysayers. It can and probably

00:45:01.440 will be a close election. I hope we stretch it out and run through the tape, but the only way to

00:45:07.080 do that is show up now. Um, you know, thank you so much. You please stay in touch with me

00:45:14.280 when, uh, if there's anything the audience can do, please, the safe, uh, act, a save act has got to go

00:45:20.900 through.

00:45:21.200 Na, na, na, na, na.
