00:00:00.000 hello america welcome to it great uh great to have you along on this monday we have a great

00:00:05.120 podcast for you steve dace and stew kind of have a nerd fight about the polls uh not as not as

00:00:11.260 exciting as i wanted i really wanted a little full flay kind of nerd out uh but they did they

00:00:18.400 did a little bit sorry to disappoint yeah um but we talk about the polls what is it going to take

00:00:24.700 for trump to win we talk about the election fraud that ilan omar appears to be a part of now that

00:00:32.220 was released over the weekend we also have a lot of coverage on amy coney barrett why are we waiting

00:00:40.420 until the middle of october isn't that cutting it a little close mike lee chimed in on that all of this

00:00:46.940 and so much more on today's podcast

00:00:48.700 you're listening to the best of the glenn beck program

00:00:59.320 i have to tell you i've got an announcement to make i was all for voting for donald trump i was

00:01:08.880 on the bandwagon it's on the bandwagon then the new york times came out with uh this just

00:01:15.340 absolutely can't believe it is true story about his taxes my he took advantage of uh of tax code

00:01:24.920 loopholes not only that but he hid it while he was admitting that and during the last debate well no

00:01:30.840 he didn't he actually admitted that he took advantage of the tax yeah no but not he didn't

00:01:35.780 he didn't go that far he just said i'd be stupid if i didn't but when in 2016 when he said

00:01:41.940 he paid almost no taxes um this confirms that right it does it does this is not going to change

00:01:48.920 anybody's mind there's you notice there's nothing illegal there's nothing illegal they're not charging

00:01:54.600 him with anything illegal no but he actually took advantage of tax loopholes 0.93

00:01:59.660 the bastard i mean is there anybody within the sound of my voice that if it was legal you're not 0.95

00:02:06.780 going to jail yeah you had the attorney to do it and you were paying zero or 740 dollars a year in 1.00

00:02:14.380 taxes anyone within the sound of my voice brave a big enough liar to call me and go i wouldn't do

00:02:21.300 that i would i would send a check to the government just to help and a little bit extra and a little

00:02:27.080 extra yeah it would be your patriotic duty honestly it's your patriotic duty to pay taxes

00:02:34.300 when they're not pissing all of your tax money away but when they're pissing your money away

00:02:38.800 when they're they're they're a horrible bad steward to your money uh i can guarantee you that the money

00:02:46.980 i give in tithing and charity that money goes further than the what 50 percent that they take

00:02:54.640 from me right you know what i mean yeah by far by far and there's stuff in there that like he might

00:02:59.660 have to pay fines for in theory or that he could get in that quote unquote trouble for but this is

00:03:04.940 all trouble as in fines yeah fines right uh he's been in a long-term battle over about 70 million

00:03:11.540 dollars that he got in a return which doesn't seem exactly like he followed the rules on it but the

00:03:17.280 bottom line is exactly exactly zero minds are changed by it exactly but can you count all of those

00:03:24.580 yes zero no not one person would change in fact i found myself and i've never found myself in this

00:03:33.440 position i found myself this morning listening to the news again the way it was reported by the

00:03:38.040 new york times and i was cheering i was cheering good for him damn right zero how do i get those

00:03:46.440 attorneys i know jeez and i don't know what their what the point of this is i mean the only the only 0.95

00:03:53.460 thing about it is of course how did they get this how did they get 20 years of his tax returns well

00:03:58.260 they don't want to say that they can't they have to show us the documents no they they can they have

00:04:02.580 to they have to preserve their one uh their one in anonymous source and i'd like to show you the

00:04:11.480 paperwork but i can't you know what else is great not a word about the fact that he accepts no income

00:04:18.140 as president that he doesn't take a dime from the government he doesn't get any of the four hundred

00:04:23.100 thousand dollars in salary they i mean wouldn't that be a good place to mention oh and by the way

00:04:27.680 um he doesn't take a salary uh by the you know president of the united states here's the thing

00:04:33.940 uh that everybody should be talking about here's a guy who has a global ho chain a hotel chain okay

00:04:41.200 and it pretty much verifies what we all know it's successful at times and really not successful

00:04:48.720 in times you know what i mean so we all know that so there's no surprise there here's the thing that

00:04:54.360 everybody should be asking about joe biden's three million dollar tax uh uh returns yeah where's that

00:05:03.660 where's that money coming from he's a he's a guy who is is uh you know living on a government salary

00:05:10.720 now i know when you were vice president you wrote a book etc etc but how is everybody in his family

00:05:16.780 didn't sell so rich i mean that's one middle class joe three million dollars lunch bucket wow

00:05:24.580 that's a lunch bucket salary yeah yeah yeah it is laughable and it's funny too to think back at all

00:05:30.680 the things that we begged the media to dig into during the obama era that they never did we never 0.93

00:05:36.300 even like his college transcripts like basic crap that wouldn't have made a big difference at all

00:05:41.180 we never got there were all those years they were able to get 20 years of donald trump's tax returns in

00:05:47.480 in something that is not illegal for the new york times to do but whoever gave it to them

00:05:52.340 certainly committed a crime right that's why that's why well we can't reveal our source right because

00:05:57.580 it's a criminal right because the person who gave it to you just committed a crime don't they think

00:06:01.880 it was mary trump isn't that is that what they suspect is that what i think really i think so

00:06:06.820 yeah i think no seriously seriously i think seriously yeah i don't know i know i can't remember i read an

00:06:12.300 article though that uh they they suspected strongly that it might have been mary well i have news for you

00:06:17.460 i wouldn't i i mean you say how would she do that uh she's she's a judge you don't think that there's 1.00

00:06:23.280 people that she could call because it came from not the sister the the the niece yeah the one that

00:06:28.940 wrote the book yeah that doesn't make sense yeah yeah i mean unless they might share the same

00:06:33.460 accountant to me but still there there'd have to be somebody who did something very wrong here uh

00:06:39.520 again just because he's president united states does not mean he does not have the right to privacy

00:06:42.980 so let me ask you uh amy coney barrett you know who's going to be responsible for her becoming 1.00

00:06:48.840 supreme court i really think in the end uh i've got a couple names yeah uh one would be harry reed i

00:06:55.500 was gonna say chuck chuck schumer chuck schumer chuck schumer nancy pelosi dianne feinstein i would

00:07:00.640 say is the number one dianne feinstein these they did everything they're they're the reason why you

00:07:07.240 don't have a 60 person vote there's no harry reed that's gone that in yeah right started that ball

00:07:13.420 rolling i mean they did everything that just the kavanaugh turned enough people that they said

00:07:20.180 this is not right kamala harris was big on that one big big and and uh and the the one specific 1.00

00:07:27.260 question about uh the dogma lives loudly within you came from uh diane feinstein which is like the 0.97

00:07:33.180 kind of the big slogan of the of the uh amy coney barrett nomination and i and i love this

00:07:40.240 the dogma lives loudly so in other words you have a problem that i believe in the things i profess to

00:07:48.220 believe that's that's the dogma so so nancy is fine because she's not catholic the pope is coming out

00:07:56.180 like every 10 minutes going hey stop with abortion you know but the dogma doesn't live loudly it doesn't

00:08:02.080 even live in her neighborhood the dog catcher caught the dog what's this about dogs

00:08:09.380 by the way i should point out we have the notorious acb shirt up now on stewdoesmerch.com

00:08:16.540 or really shop.blazemedia.com stewdoesmerch.com will get you to the whole show store but the

00:08:21.660 notorious acb i feel like i gotta have that i love that's uh that's that's what you need yeah that's

00:08:26.940 one can you get those overnighted for all of us uh probably i could at least we have the because we

00:08:31.580 have the uh we have the debate tomorrow we're gonna do uh what is the promo code uh glenn's

00:08:39.000 debate hold on let me just don't guess at it anyway yeah so so sign up for the blaze because

00:08:44.640 tomorrow we're doing our our it's like a mystery theater 3000 thing right yeah well stew's starting

00:08:50.760 his show at like eight o'clock so he'll do his show then we go in at nine o'clock into just it we're

00:08:57.200 really second screen we're going to be saying all the things that you want to say we're also going to

00:09:02.000 be doing some live fact checking um but we're not going to we're going to try not to interrupt

00:09:07.220 except when we cheer or have really something very sarcastic to say um that's happening tomorrow

00:09:14.380 and then at 10 o'clock and this will be on youtube and the blaze and everything else

00:09:18.540 uh we're going to give you our rundown and our analysis of the debate because quite honestly

00:09:23.700 i don't care what anybody says anymore do you no i don't care what any of these people on tv say

00:09:29.220 anymore oh like in fact i can't listen to it i can't either that's the fact yeah i just can't

00:09:34.580 listen to it so we're going to be the group that you can listen to so tomorrow after the debate make

00:09:39.640 sure you go at blaze tv uh or the blaze tv youtube channel and uh and listen to our our recap of the

00:09:46.300 debate and it's uh blaze tv.com uh slash glenn the code is glenn debates did you actually see

00:09:52.340 the wolf blitzer 20 by the way interview uh richard blumenthal over the weekend gosh no i

00:09:58.120 every once in a while every once in a while wolf will do something i don't know journalistic and it

00:10:04.580 blew me away i don't believe that that's that's a pretty strong word into this it is yeah it is but

00:10:10.140 he called him out because uh here it is uh real quick what are the republicans doing that is

00:10:16.840 illegal or illegitimate because the constitution says the president has to nominate supreme court

00:10:22.940 justices the senate has to advise and consent and confirm so what is illegal about what the president

00:10:29.580 and the republicans are doing you say it's illegitimate it is illegitimate

00:10:35.560 it's illegitimate where does it say senator where does it say that's illegitimate in the u.s

00:10:41.380 constitution or in the law where does it say that what they're doing the republicans is illegal

00:10:46.460 illegal it may be not under the constitution illegal it's legal it may be not and unwritten rules

00:10:57.260 of the senate it is illegitimate unwritten rules you agree that there's nothing illegal

00:11:03.180 or totally illegitimate as to what they're doing third time it may not violate the letter of the

00:11:10.500 constitution all right the letter the letter or even the whole words or the spirit of the entire

00:11:15.960 document you could you could take one of those needles that they're jamming into joe biden's chest

00:11:21.580 tomorrow right before he goes on stage do that to all the founders and they would also say no

00:11:26.540 no has nothing to do with the constitution do you remember doing an interview with him

00:11:30.520 yes a long time really was it fox or was it cnn i don't even remember uh someone sent it to me uh

00:11:36.180 this uh this weekend because they were like he's doing the same thing because you had him on about

00:11:40.220 um aig bonuses or something it was some story oh yeah yeah and you were holding his feet to the

00:11:44.240 car because he was trying to make this big deal about it you're like what is illegal about this

00:11:47.260 and he did the same thing the same well it's not it's not illegal per se it's ill-tempered

00:11:54.100 yeah it's ill it's you are the at the time you're the attorney general you should really be only

00:12:01.760 concerned with what's illegal right you made that point pretty clearly to him that interview was not

00:12:07.660 happy you did not by the way uh so you know all the social justice warriors relax wolf blitzer uh had

00:12:15.240 his beard removed with uh duct tape uh right after that interview so he's learned his lesson he's learned

00:12:22.100 his lesson really oh yeah wow that's terrible see him today well nobody will see him he might even

00:12:27.760 by the time you see him you'll probably have his beard grown back my guess is wolf's beard would

00:12:31.480 grow in every day if you removed it every day it would grow right back his name is wolf right that's

00:12:36.480 what i mean it's just there this is the best of the glenbeck program

00:12:43.020 from the state of utah senator mike lee joins us today um senator how are you sir i'm doing great

00:12:57.440 just you know eating built bars yeah one right after the other yeah and playing car shield and all 0.93

00:13:03.180 that yeah shut up have you ever had a built bar never you should i mean look at you a little pudgy 0.63

00:13:10.400 they want to yeah no i in utah we're we're going to speak of or eat little else other than built bar 0.97

00:13:15.980 it's going to be all built bar all the time good i'm glad bar economy really glad to hear and what

00:13:20.680 are you drunk today this is the i mean this is the mike lee i know but the mike lee that is usually on

00:13:25.600 the air is very buttoned up and very serious yeah this is what happens when a mormon has a diet coke 0.96

00:13:31.400 before all right so mike congratulations uh on the nomination uh i think this is the person that

00:13:42.800 you really wanted out of all of the lists is this the person you would have picked she's fantastic and

00:13:49.340 i think she's going to do an amazing job and i told the president um this really was uh good work

00:13:55.600 on his part we're going to get her confirmed so may i ask why is it going to take until october 12th

00:14:02.900 to start the process yeah that's a fair question i wish we could start it faster than that i was told

00:14:10.860 by the chairman that that would be the day that we would start there were a couple of us who asked

00:14:15.640 whether we could start it a week earlier or even sooner than that and uh he pointed out that there

00:14:21.740 there's a lot of paperwork that has to be filled up by the nominee a lot of process that it has to

00:14:26.140 occur behind she's already filled that out yeah but uh the fbi's already done that it's old 0.99

00:14:32.280 nonetheless uh-huh we were told needs to happen so look and let me put it this way yeah all right if

00:14:37.960 he decides to start the hearing tomorrow i i'm here i'm ready to go uh there's nothing in the

00:14:45.780 constitution there's nothing in federal statute that requires us even to hold a hearing there's

00:14:50.360 certainly nothing in the constitution or federal statute requiring us to wait a certain period of

00:14:54.860 time before starting said hearings if we're going to have them at all which we're going to do so i

00:15:00.680 think we ought to do it sooner rather than later because the sooner we get that started the sooner

00:15:03.960 we can get her confirmed so the we need to face down the uncertainty and we need to resolve the 0.81

00:15:08.840 uncertainty so we can get this job done so they can't pull crap like what they pulled with brett

00:15:12.840 the reason why i say uh october 12th is in the year 2020 that's a lifetime we could all be speaking

00:15:21.740 some space language uh by that time uh and it pushes the vote to october what 29th stu october 29th

00:15:31.600 that's that's right away just a few days from the election if it's stalled delayed anything changes

00:15:38.140 you would you could see a vote that doesn't happen until after the election and then you know well

00:15:44.800 i won't put words in your mouth put words in my mouth then the romney weasels will all scatter and go

00:15:51.280 well i don't know trump didn't win the election should he not win uh yeah let's just say that um

00:15:59.160 uh we'll stipulate for the record that that would be bad if we were to push until after the election

00:16:03.740 because once once it's sort of like crossing the streams on gross gross busters once you do that

00:16:08.480 all sorts of bad stuff starts to happen if you wait until after the election then if we lose the

00:16:14.120 election either the senate majority or the white house or heaven forbid both uh then you've got some

00:16:20.040 people doubting whether we should be doing this or not and so yeah this needs to happen sooner rather

00:16:26.080 than later it needs to get started asap so did you read the um the op-ed from bloomberg

00:16:33.220 uh written by who somebody who i think clerked with her uh for a different judge uh for a different

00:16:42.520 judge in the supreme court and she he said i disagree with trump's judicial nominee on almost everything

00:16:49.540 but i think she's brilliant and he's a a lefty who doesn't agree with you know with with the way

00:16:57.580 she does things or what she's going to pass as verdict he said but she is so smart that you want

00:17:03.740 someone like her on the court to analyze he said even though i disagreed with her he said i would go

00:17:09.420 to her for the understanding of what these tangled words meant sometimes because she could just so

00:17:16.260 clearly cut through it and explain it yes yes i read that and i thought it was fantastic

00:17:23.500 um and i i think it's one of the many reasons why she needs to be confirmed and why she will be

00:17:29.880 confirmed i mean look this is somebody who uh has dedicated her life to the law and also dedicated

00:17:37.120 her life to raising her her seven children she's fantastic and uh professor noah feldman was exactly

00:17:44.020 right she needs to be confirmed so um uh we've got to get the show on the road so do you um do you have

00:17:51.740 any inkling on what the democrats are going to try to use again because if they they use religion or

00:18:00.100 they try another kavanaugh it's going to kill them it's going to kill them during the election

00:18:04.740 yes it is and so one would ordinarily think that that means that they won't try that because it would

00:18:10.640 be extraordinarily harmful to them um but it's sort of like uh those nature videos you'd watch on the

00:18:18.220 discovery channel when you see the wildebeest approaching the water that they know is right

00:18:23.040 going to be infested don't do it they're really thirsty yes they've got to get to that water and

00:18:29.380 and and they can't help themselves that might be what we see here the last time in judiciary committee

00:18:35.640 when i brought up with some of my colleagues that you know maybe we shouldn't uh start questioning

00:18:40.040 uh a judicial nominee's religious beliefs because there are at least two arguably three provisions of the

00:18:47.820 constitution that prohibit us from doing that and because it's evil um because it's evil piped in

00:18:53.840 and they honestly said oh no no we we really think that um if a nominee has crazy religious beliefs uh

00:19:02.400 we're going to attack them for that and and we should this was on the record this was in the light

00:19:07.080 of day so you don't think that they're going to stop because they they did something i think just as

00:19:11.380 bad um they it's not unconstitutional to do this but they they attacked her uh her adoption

00:19:21.120 of her non-white kids and somehow or another that's racist yeah yeah apparently so i didn't know that

00:19:30.960 um i didn't either uh and neither did she but uh apparently they are the deciders of such things and 0.94

00:19:38.080 they have made that decision they've also made the decision uh as came out in her last confirmation

00:19:44.920 hearing for the u.s court of appeals for the seventh circuit that um uh she was apparently

00:19:50.020 too catholic uh that the dogma lives loudly within her and that that's somehow bad so yeah i suspect

00:19:57.180 those things will come out not because it will do them any good not because it will enable them to

00:20:01.160 defeat her not because it will help them in this election but because they can't help it do you think

00:20:06.200 things would have been the same do you think she would have been nominated and you could be as

00:20:13.120 assured as anyone could be that it will go through um if kavanaugh wouldn't have happened

00:20:19.140 um i think they really pushed their luck on kavanaugh i i think they threw the hail mary pass

00:20:27.300 uh on the in the very final seconds of the game um and they lost i do think it's going to be a

00:20:35.280 little bit harder for them to pull this trick this time especially because as i pointed out in our

00:20:39.220 judiciary committee hearing on thursday um i went through the list of people they personally attack

00:20:46.400 and just getting started just rattling off a few names uh you know there's brett cabanaugh and of

00:20:52.200 course there's robert bork and of course there's my former boss sam alito and then there's clarence

00:21:00.040 thomas all of whom had their their character personally attacked to the core on things that

00:21:06.260 turned out to be really untrue and really uncorroborated and i said no i i challenge you

00:21:12.680 guys to name me one name me one democratic nominee who's ever been treated that way by republicans

00:21:20.880 crickets yeah from a group of people who can't shut up this from a group of people who spoke for a

00:21:26.420 really really long time that day about everything else they had no response to that because that's

00:21:31.920 not how we roll and so i i think deep in their mind they realize that what they're doing is wrong

00:21:38.320 that what they're doing declowns them and and uh demeans the process and so i i hope they will

00:21:46.500 find some conscience in there talking to senator mike lee is speaking of democrats be clowning themselves

00:21:51.620 uh great word by the way yeah they are threatening all sorts of procedural delays

00:21:57.860 including and up to throwing random impeachments in the process to try to delay this thing so they

00:22:04.620 can get it past the election is it possible that any of that can work um it's possible they can delay

00:22:12.040 it so i was on uh the the abc sunday news show yesterday and one of my democratic colleagues dick 0.82

00:22:19.560 durbin from illinois was opposite me and being questioned by george stefanophilus and mr stefanophilus

00:22:26.600 asked senator durbin whether they would be doing that senator durbin as i recall basically said look

00:22:32.200 um we can delay this by maybe a couple days but i i really don't think we have the procedural

00:22:40.060 wherewithal to just stop it um i i hope that that remains the case i hope that that's not bluffing and

00:22:47.780 that that's uh is is true sincere and correct assessment but we're going to have to plan for

00:22:54.840 that because there are procedural tools that they can pull including those that involve impeachment

00:23:00.400 that can at least make it more difficult for us so um off of the um off of the nomination of the

00:23:06.620 supreme court here and one one last question because you will know what this means um you know when we

00:23:12.980 declare an emergency people don't understand that that gives all kinds of new power and spending and

00:23:18.820 everything else um there's a story that came out over the weekend president donald trump slated to

00:23:25.280 announce a measure that designates far left movement antifa and the kkk as terrorist organizations

00:23:32.920 what does that designation mean anything um okay so it's been um a while since i've looked at that

00:23:41.800 designation but it allows the president to utilize certain assets uh certain levers of authority within

00:23:50.220 the government including a treasury department to block among other things financial transactions

00:23:57.240 uh carried out by the organization in question so that we can stop them from engaging in acts of terror

00:24:04.360 and so uh this could be a significant move i i certainly think that uh uh in both cases in the case of

00:24:13.560 the kkk and antifa you've seen a whole lot of evidence that terror is their game so um and i i know of no

00:24:23.540 reason why the law as written wouldn't extend to those categories so makes sense to me okay mike lee

00:24:30.560 thank you very much god bless hey thank you very much you beth bye-bye back to your diet coke

00:24:35.060 you're listening to the best of the glenn beck program

00:24:41.140 david steinberg is here he has had information on ilana mark as i understand it hasn't been able to

00:24:55.900 share it because he didn't have the smoking gun he had bullets uh and uh now may be willing to uh uncover

00:25:03.840 some of those things that he had found on ballot harvesting fraud it's legal to ballot harvest i don't

00:25:10.260 know why in minnesota but uh the fraud that goes along with it was exposed by project veritas this

00:25:18.900 weekend welcome david glenn thanks for having me again absolutely so um let me play the audio here

00:25:26.960 from project veritas so people know what the new information is listen who is the one filling out the

00:25:34.600 captain t ballots yeah people will work uh with like ilhan umar and other candidates work for them

00:25:49.560 ilhan has a handful of people that work for her

00:25:55.640 they came to us to our apartments

00:25:57.400 they tell us that this year you're gonna vote for ilhan

00:26:13.400 you don't go nowhere you stay for we will gotta fill out for you absolutely valid point chemists will

00:26:17.880 come and get it you just don't know where you stay here

00:26:20.200 and then they fill out for us they then fill out the ballot

00:26:28.600 they sign the ballot for us they do it but by themselves and then they where do they pay the

00:26:33.880 money

00:26:34.200 the minute we sign the thing the election and that's what you keep doing

00:26:44.840 that's pretty stunning david yeah it's pretty stunning this has also been circulating uh

00:26:53.080 well locally it's been known since 2016 her first election it was simply an open secret

00:26:59.720 now this reached uh me and uh scott johnson at powerline uh i believe we've been hearing this since late

00:27:08.840 2018 uh regarding her having arranged a massive massive vote buying campaign in her primary win

00:27:18.440 in 2016 the general in 2016 which is when she was elected as a state representative and then again in

00:27:27.080 2018 it was the primary and the general when she was voted to congress so this program is not new

00:27:37.320 it was massive i have hinted at it i i did discuss it with you briefly on the air back

00:27:43.400 may right and i said look this is everywhere and and the way i put it was look we are already

00:27:50.520 talking about potentially the worst string of felonies committed by a congressperson in u.s history

00:27:59.160 and that's before we get to the bad stuff and the bad stuff which we were referencing is this

00:28:06.840 perhaps a historically large vote buying campaign for several elections so because voting is uh

00:28:17.160 controlled by the state do we need to have the attorney general who is watching her back it's it's

00:28:23.640 keith ellison or can the federal government get involved in this good question the answer is keith

00:28:30.680 allison can be bypassed here cannot be or can be charges are federal federal okay the uh and of course

00:28:41.320 this is not something that this isn't a situation like portland where you get arrested and and

00:28:48.760 released and not charged and no bail if a candidate is caught bribing a voter for as little as a candy

00:28:58.840 bar uh you could be facing five years in person and now we are talking about hundreds perhaps

00:29:05.960 thousands of votes over at least four elections but you have to believe that those in the somali

00:29:14.520 community are going to be very apprehensive to talk to investigators i mean it's a scary

00:29:21.160 if if this is truly going on then it means that everything else that is linked to it the threat of

00:29:29.320 violence etc etc if you you know blow the whistle here that that's also true well sure we've we've

00:29:38.600 published uh plenty of evidence that her campaign i mean we have video evidence once again what what we

00:29:45.880 have here this person actually posted online uh the video that o'keefe has posted he was bragging about

00:29:53.880 what he was doing just posted it online it was out there that's the same thing we had back in 2016

00:30:00.680 when uh alpha news minnesota first posted a video taken at an ilhan campaign event

00:30:07.720 where they were talking about whoever it was in the community who had leaked uh the news of her

00:30:16.120 fraudulent marriage they had to hunt that person down and get him out of the community

00:30:21.240 and this was at her campaign posted on their facebook uh the person who actually recorded that video his name

00:30:29.560 was guhat hachi was at the time out on bail for a triple stabbing in ohio and he was out of states

00:30:41.720 you know he had lived in ohio he was now in minnesota running or or co-running her intimidation

00:30:48.920 campaign that's right i remember that the same guy he's running this co-intimidation campaign he's going

00:30:55.240 door to door knocking on doors allegedly saying we want to know that you're going to keep your mouth

00:31:01.640 quiet if i mark down here that you gave us 25 bucks we'll know we can trust you so he's running a

00:31:10.440 protection racket we also have them have talk of them uh simply running a a vote buying campaign where

00:31:20.360 they have bags of money going out organized by ali issy he was the campaign manager spread among 11

00:31:29.000 different building managers for these 11 these 11 towers that mostly housed the somali refugees in

00:31:36.120 cedar riverside the money was getting spread around to each of them it was simply if you show up or get

00:31:43.880 in this van and we drive you down and vote we'll give you a set amount i've heard the amount of 50 for

00:31:49.480 the primary and 125 for the general so david is anyone going to look into this

00:32:00.200 well this was given to the fbi i can confirm earlier this year uh people and again remember

00:32:09.560 giving false information to the fbi is a felony in itself we had locals who were willing to give

00:32:17.880 this information face to face to the fbi early this year regarding these four prior elections now

00:32:26.600 we did not have any concrete evidence all we had was several people confirming this

00:32:33.320 now again early this year after speaking with the fbi someone said you know let's call james o'keefe

00:32:40.600 get him down here see if he can catch them in the act this year and as we can see he was successful

00:32:46.600 so we now have our foot in the door uh with proof of her doing it this year we can go back and look

00:32:52.200 at 2016 and 2018 i feel very confident now about this also just last night uh o'keefe spoke with the

00:32:59.880 hennepin hennepin county uh attorney's office so he said what you have on that tape is illegal and we

00:33:06.840 are looking into it so it's a great start let me let me play let me play a little bit more of the uh

00:33:13.000 the tape this is the ballast the ballot harvester uh what is it liban mohammed uh where he is on 0.72

00:33:21.000 social media making a video here about the stack of absentee ballots in his car that he collected for

00:33:28.360 for the campaign of a democrat listen numbers don't lie numbers don't like what you don't

00:33:33.880 got it he says all these absentee ballots can't you see they're all here my car is full of them

00:33:47.880 today i have 300 ballots for jamal is that is that an uh enough because really he could have 300

00:33:57.640 ballots for jamal just because he was knocking on doors which is called ballot harvesting which is 0.86

00:34:03.840 fine in at least in minnesota i don't think it's fine but he could just go and get the ballots from

00:34:10.740 people that were you know signing them of their own volition well that's not exactly correct it is

00:34:17.420 fine to collect three ballots 300 according to minnesota law ah so it is not fine it is already

00:34:27.440 illegal of course we've got uh folks like mark elias that perkins cooey election law attorney

00:34:34.180 he has led the vote by mail suits uh have been i believe three dozen lawsuits to get vote by mail

00:34:43.020 uh ballot harvesting uh the signature law to get that relaxed to get everything relaxed to have votes

00:34:52.440 be able to count uh one two weeks after election day that's mark elias he's the one who's been suing

00:34:59.340 every state to make what you're seeing in that video legal not not the fact that he's purchasing votes

00:35:07.040 right but to make harvesting 300 ballots just going door to door like that legal so it's an uphill fight

00:35:16.680 across the country in every state it is an absolute crisis at this point and it all should have been

00:35:24.560 avoided they've been doing this since march of early this year you'll remember the um the moment

00:35:31.320 the coronavirus lockdown started to begin guys like mark elias and the democratic party immediately

00:35:39.100 millions and millions of dollars came out of nowhere and they started these suits all over the country to

00:35:45.360 implement vote by mail and to change to to relax all these other laws now vote by mail has never ever

00:35:54.100 been implemented in eight months march until november the states that do have it and do a fairly decent job of it

00:36:02.680 it took them several years of refinement and lawsuits and refinement and process refinement

00:36:09.660 and he was trying to do in eight months they knew from the start this was going to be a disaster

00:36:14.620 we now have on camera just how big of a disaster we're going to face in november

00:36:19.860 david thank you very much david steinberg investigative reporter uh covering the news that came out from

00:36:25.720 project veritas uh this weekend about ballot harvesting fraud in minnesota um people are

00:36:32.880 risking literally risking their life to bring information out you're not going to see this

00:36:38.040 information in the mainstream media it's important for you to share these things with your friends who

00:36:44.960 are still undecided or you know or just it's just normal people that maybe aren't hearing things

00:36:52.160 people are not hearing the truth because they're only watching one side or the other thank you very much

00:36:58.600 david appreciate it

00:36:59.540 you
