00:00:00.000 Hey, welcome to today's podcast. There's one thing on my mind and it is The Great Reset and how it
00:00:05.780 touches absolutely everything in your life. And every story you will see that is in the news cycle
00:00:11.700 today revolves and folds right in to The Great Reset, which is the name of my new book. You can
00:00:17.840 get it at glennsnewbook.com. Make sure you read it. Here's the podcast.
00:00:32.540 So we found out a couple of things yesterday that are quite disturbing, quite disturbing.
00:00:43.180 Yesterday, we found out that in North Carolina, they're going to start doing operations
00:00:47.180 against domestic terrorists. These are people that want to overthrow the government, etc., etc.
00:00:55.020 They're doing all of these exercises. This is the Bubba effect. This is what the special forces told
00:01:03.240 me in the Carolinas back in 2004, I think, that there would come a time. Well, we are at that time
00:01:11.620 and special forces are going to be doing exercises in the next couple of months in the Carolinas fighting
00:01:19.380 pretty much guerrilla warfare against domestic terrorists. So now I don't have a problem with
00:01:24.540 that if you're a domestic terrorist, but how are you defining that? We also found out yesterday that
00:01:29.740 apparently the education secretary, Cardona, was the one who asked the national school board for the
00:01:37.460 letter comparing the protesting parents to domestic terrorists. The education department of education is
00:01:47.180 denying that. Of course, they would. But we we don't know for sure. Fox News says they have gone through the
00:01:55.620 memos, and they can prove it. But we'd like to see the evidence of that. That is extraordinarily disturbing. That means the
00:02:05.220 guy who is our head of our education for the country. He served originally as Connecticut's education
00:02:13.700 secretary. He is a big fan of teachers becoming much more woke. He promoted resources on microaggressions
00:02:23.700 while he was in Connecticut. He is a lefty, and he's pushing it. Now the the word comes out is that he
00:02:33.780 actually wrote and said, can I get a letter from the school board describing these guys as engaged in
00:02:41.280 domestic terrorism? And and we'll follow up on that. If that's true, that means the Biden administration
00:02:49.600 is leading the assault on the American people. That should not come as honestly a surprise to anyone.
00:02:57.560 We also found out yesterday that there is a new DOJ domestic terrorism unit. The Justice Department
00:03:06.260 officially announced yesterday a domestic terrorism unit. This was during the opening remarks for
00:03:13.060 testimony about the Capitol riot. This is extraordinarily disturbing because they are looking at you and me
00:03:23.400 as domestic terrorists. Joe Biden was in Georgia, what was it yesterday or the day before? And he was
00:03:29.760 talking about the filibuster. And he was talking about this note, quote, you know, new civil rights
00:03:34.820 voting act. It's not it's a one party bill. Don't give it any credibility by calling it a civil rights act.
00:03:40.960 It is a one party bill. It is a way for one party to take control of absolutely everything at the federal
00:03:49.560 level. It is extraordinarily dangerous and must be stopped. So they are now saying Joe Biden said that
00:03:58.620 if you're not with if you're not with him, you are with the Confederacy. That you are actually a follower
00:04:07.780 of Jefferson Davis, if you don't follow him on this filibuster and the the new one party bill that they
00:04:16.220 are pushing. So now they're looking at domestic terrorists and we can't get any real answers on
00:04:23.900 anything. There is no transparency. Let me ask you, does your government work for you or not?
00:04:29.580 Is our government afraid of even our elected leaders? Yesterday, it was on full display that
00:04:36.700 the answer is no. Can you please play the long version of the testimony in front of the Senate with Ted
00:04:43.640 Cruz asking our Justice Department and FBI, was anybody involved from the FBI in January 6th?
00:04:52.680 Listen to this and tell me who is the servant and who is the slave? I want to turn to the FBI.
00:05:00.840 How many FBI agents or confidential informants actively participated in the events of January 6th?
00:05:07.160 Sir, I'm sure you can appreciate that I can't go into the specifics of sources and methods.
00:05:15.560 Did any FBI agents or confidential informants actively participate in the events of January 6th?
00:05:22.600 Yes or no?
00:05:24.600 Sir, I can't answer that.
00:05:26.600 Did any FBI agents or confidential informants commit crimes of violence on January 6th?
00:05:33.800 I can't answer that, sir.
00:05:34.760 Did any FBI agents or FBI informants actively encourage and incite crimes of violence on January 6th?
00:05:43.720 Sir, I can't answer that.
00:05:46.760 Ms. Sadburn, who is Ray Epps?
00:05:54.200 I'm aware of the individual, sir. I don't have the specific background to him.
00:05:59.880 Well, there are a lot of people who are understandably very concerned about Mr. Epps.
00:06:03.800 I heard about Mr. Epps.
00:06:04.840 On the night of January 5th, 2021, Epps wandered around the crowd that had gathered.
00:06:11.400 And there's video out there of him chanting,
00:06:13.320 Tomorrow, we need to get into the Capitol, into the Capitol.
00:06:18.120 This was strange behavior, so strange that the crowd began chanting,
00:06:22.360 Fed, Fed, Fed, Fed, Fed, Fed.
00:06:26.120 Ms. Sadburn, was Ray Epps a Fed?
00:06:27.720 Sir, I cannot answer that question.
00:06:32.520 The next day, the next day, on January 6th, Mr. Epps is seen whispering to a person,
00:06:39.480 and five seconds later, five seconds after he's whispering to a person,
00:06:43.800 that same person begins to forcibly tear down the barricades.
00:06:48.120 Did Mr. Epps urge them to tear down the barricades?
00:06:52.040 Sir, similar to the other answers, I cannot answer that.
00:07:03.720 Shortly thereafter, the FBI put out a public post listing,
00:07:07.880 seeking information on individuals connected with violent crimes on January 6th.
00:07:12.760 Among those individuals, in the bottom there, is Mr. Epps.
00:07:15.960 The FBI publicly asked for information, identifying, offering cash rewards leading to information,
00:07:24.040 for information leading to the arrest.
00:07:26.040 This was posted, and then, sometime later,
00:07:30.760 magically, Mr. Epps disappeared from the public posting.
00:07:35.400 According to public records, Mr. Epps has not been charged with anything.
00:07:38.600 No one's explained why a person videoed, urging people to go to the Capitol,
00:07:44.760 a person whose conduct was so suspect, the crowd believed he was a Fed,
00:07:49.720 would magically disappear from the list of people the FBI was looking at.
00:07:55.000 Ms. Sandburn, a lot of Americans are concerned that the federal government deliberately encouraged
00:08:02.360 illegal and violent conduct on January 6th.
00:08:05.400 My question to you, and this is not an ordinary law enforcement question,
00:08:09.080 this is a question of public accountability.
00:08:11.240 Did federal agents, or those in service of federal agent,
00:08:16.200 actively encourage violent and criminal conduct on January 6th?
00:08:25.800 Not to my knowledge, sir.
00:08:28.120 Thanks.
00:08:28.440 That is extraordinarily disturbing that they are not answering any questions.
00:08:34.280 Now, they picked Ray Epps up in, I think, November.
00:08:38.120 They interviewed him.
00:08:39.160 They will not release any of the transcripts, any of the information.
00:08:42.920 Why is this coming to light right now?
00:08:45.720 He didn't do anything illegal, saying go into the Capitol is protected free speech.
00:08:51.560 It is insane that all of these people are being charged with criminal trespassing and everything else
00:09:00.600 just for walking into the Capitol.
00:09:02.840 But strangely, Ray Epps, the guy who is telling everyone to walk into the Capitol,
00:09:07.640 never actually walked into the Capitol building himself on that day.
00:09:12.440 So he encouraged others.
00:09:14.280 He was opening the doors, but he never did anything.
00:09:19.160 We don't have any idea.
00:09:20.600 We know this guy was an oath keeper.
00:09:22.920 The oath keepers were involved with the FBI informants, which was about half of them on the Governor Whitmer kidnapping case.
00:09:32.760 This could very well likely be, especially as we find out what the school board was requested by the Secretary of Education.
00:09:42.840 This seems to be a pattern, possible, possible pattern.
00:09:49.560 The question that I have is, where is the transparency and is anyone going to be held accountable?
00:09:58.040 They are not afraid of our senators.
00:10:01.180 They are not afraid of Congress.
00:10:03.460 I get nailed because they'll say, the New York Times said, I was inciting violence when I was saying, don't go to the Capitol.
00:10:13.860 Don't react this way.
00:10:15.460 But I was saying I could understand how people are frustrated and feel this way because I can.
00:10:21.380 The New York Times wants to cancel my podcast, my radio broadcast and the blaze and want to put us on a list so we, our voices cannot be heard because I was encouraging the January 6th.
00:10:40.100 I did nothing of the sort.
00:10:42.280 They can go for that, but Ray Epps can say, let's go in tomorrow.
00:10:48.220 You know, we got to take it.
00:10:49.300 We got to go into the Capitol.
00:10:50.760 And that's not a problem.
00:10:53.340 I agree with that being protected speech.
00:10:57.620 However, where is the protection for everyone else?
00:11:02.300 Who is actually fighting that has any teeth?
00:11:07.820 If you want this to change, you must stand up right now.
00:11:12.780 You must stand up and call Ted Cruz, call your senators, call damn frickin worthless Mitch McConnell and say this has got to stop.
00:11:24.340 They have got to answer to the law.
00:11:28.000 This is an oversight committee.
00:11:30.420 Who is in charge?
00:11:31.540 The FBI or the people?
00:11:35.080 Once the people are not in charge and are not allowed to see the secret documents, we are toast.
00:11:43.000 Toast.
00:11:47.580 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:11:58.520 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:12:00.900 Listen, I do not want to be the bearer of of bad news.
00:12:06.440 I always seem to be in that situation.
00:12:09.640 But this is the most important topic I have ever addressed in my life.
00:12:14.320 I was having a conversation with my my wife last night.
00:12:17.860 And I said, honey, you know, even our friends, our friends who are very involved in things.
00:12:23.160 I said, do you know any of them that are really up on this or concerned about this?
00:12:28.340 And she said, no, maybe one or two or kind of, you know, looking into things and asking you questions, but they're not really doing anything.
00:12:38.380 And I said, why, why?
00:12:41.540 She said, it's paralyzing.
00:12:43.760 It's too terrifying.
00:12:45.740 And I know that I'm painting a picture.
00:12:49.940 I started something, a painting last night about World War Two on the beaches of Normandy.
00:12:56.480 And it was inspired by something I was reading the other day.
00:13:00.500 I've been reading some Eisenhower.
00:13:02.760 And and on D-Day, he put out something that said, the eyes of the world are upon you.
00:13:10.220 You are about to commence on a historic journey.
00:13:18.620 There is nothing but victory.
00:13:22.340 This is the attitude.
00:13:24.060 This is our World War Two.
00:13:26.520 This is fighting fascism, just as it was in World War Two.
00:13:31.200 And we must put everything into it.
00:13:33.780 The problem is we don't have leadership right now that will lead.
00:13:37.940 So the people must lead.
00:13:40.220 When there is a lack of vision, the people perish.
00:13:43.820 So here's the vision.
00:13:45.760 You first have to know what the Great Reset is.
00:13:49.280 And I urge all of our we have a lot of listeners that listen to us all over the world.
00:13:54.200 In Canada, please become a zealot for this book.
00:13:58.020 In England, become a zealot.
00:14:00.200 France, Germany, Italy, Hungary, Poland, the Ukraine.
00:14:07.760 In parts of the Middle East.
00:14:10.940 In parts of Africa.
00:14:12.940 America, anywhere there is freedom, you must be aware of the Great Reset.
00:14:19.060 And Justin, correct me if I'm wrong.
00:14:21.220 I haven't had much time, and I know you haven't either, just doing the research on this book.
00:14:25.940 But is there anything in the world that is explaining this like this book?
00:14:30.400 This is it.
00:14:31.260 This is the world's authority on this now, isn't it?
00:14:33.400 There is literally nobody on the planet, I think, other than you and me, maybe a couple of other people who have helped us with this, who know anywhere near as much about this.
00:14:43.920 What's in the book?
00:14:44.280 Yeah, I mean, really, the book is the most, obviously I'm biased, but it's the most important project that I've ever worked on.
00:14:54.220 I think it's one of the most important projects anyone has ever worked on in the past 10 to 15 years at least.
00:14:59.600 I think this may be, in the end, the most important thing I've ever done.
00:15:03.500 We won't know until, you know, all is said and done.
00:15:06.620 But if this book can be read and understood by millions of people, and they get past their fear, and they realize it is time to stand up, it will be the most important work of my entire life.
00:15:22.200 It may be the reason I was born.
00:15:23.800 It is so critical that every freedom-loving person understand.
00:15:30.480 In the last chapter, and I, you know, I, honestly, don't give away the book.
00:15:36.060 I'd read the whole book to you right now on the air if I could.
00:15:40.400 It is, I'll share anything from this.
00:15:44.380 I don't, go to the library and get it.
00:15:46.940 Just read this book.
00:15:48.940 Derailing the Great Reset is the seventh chapter, the last real chapter.
00:15:56.780 And it starts with Norman Schwarzkopf.
00:15:59.280 The truth of the matter is you always know what the right thing is to do.
00:16:03.720 The hard part is doing it.
00:16:06.380 And we outline several different things that you have to do.
00:16:12.940 And one is, the most important, separating conspiracy facts from conspiracy theory.
00:16:20.160 This is why this book has 50 pages of fine print footnotes.
00:16:25.120 Everything in it is backed up.
00:16:27.060 There is, this is, I would say this, Justin, but you're the co-author of this book.
00:16:34.420 I think there is maybe 5% of this book, maybe, that is opinion.
00:16:40.580 Everything else is, is footnoted and documented.
00:16:43.580 It is just fact-driven.
00:16:45.420 Would you agree with that percentage?
00:16:46.700 Yeah, I think that's, that's probably true.
00:16:48.940 We don't need to enter into our opinions in the vast majority of the book because we have
00:16:52.880 so much material to draw from.
00:16:55.000 So many direct quotes, so many reports going back 10, 15, 20 years.
00:17:00.800 And that, and the book is full of quotes, full of it.
00:17:03.420 In fact, we had some editors tell us that there were too many quotes in the book.
00:17:07.400 And I said, no, we're going to, we should leave them.
00:17:09.640 We should leave the, we should leave the quotes because we need people to see it coming directly
00:17:13.320 from them.
00:17:14.500 Because the number one thing that they say is it's a conspiracy theory and we need to
00:17:18.380 show them in their own words.
00:17:19.620 Correct.
00:17:20.060 And it's, it's one thing for me to say it.
00:17:22.240 It is a completely different thing to hear it from them and to see it in action, which
00:17:28.720 this book shows you.
00:17:30.080 I said earlier, I was on Tucker last night and I was really frustrated because every
00:17:35.980 topic he talked about was so crucially important last night.
00:17:40.240 It was overwhelming.
00:17:41.400 The news of the day yesterday, overwhelming, but every answer came down to, well, you know,
00:17:49.280 we've got to work on this or we got to work on this.
00:17:51.380 No, the answer is this is all part of the great reset and it must be stopped.
00:17:58.060 You can no longer look at individual stories and you can't look at red and blue, Donald
00:18:04.160 Trump and, and Biden.
00:18:05.840 That is, that is all fallacy.
00:18:08.240 Socialism, all of that is fallacy.
00:18:10.480 They are rewriting everything.
00:18:13.780 Did you see the op-ed that came out yesterday in USA Today about pedophilia?
00:18:17.320 No.
00:18:18.960 Yeah.
00:18:19.580 It's a, this pedophilia article is absolutely incredible.
00:18:24.500 This is in USA Today yesterday.
00:18:27.440 Pedophilia is just inappropriate and one of the most, most understood conditions in America.
00:18:34.620 And it is no longer supposed to be called pedophilia because that stigmatizes pedophilia.
00:18:42.380 They are minor attracted persons.
00:18:45.780 This is indeed part of the great reset.
00:18:50.160 All of this, everything that you think, you know, is going to be rewritten.
00:18:56.660 And if you think it can't happen, this is what Mao did.
00:19:01.160 All history is being rewritten.
00:19:03.740 All norms are being rewritten.
00:19:05.940 All rules are out the, out of the rule book and out of the window.
00:19:10.700 Right.
00:19:11.560 And, and when you, and that's one of the things I tell people when we were in the process
00:19:15.700 of writing this book and, and now everyone that I talk to about the book, the biggest
00:19:20.600 takeaway is when you read this book, if you actually take the time to read it and you stick
00:19:25.500 with it and you, and you approach it with an open mind, when you walk away from this
00:19:30.120 book, you will not be able to look at the news the same way again, period.
00:19:33.760 You won't.
00:19:34.220 You will, everything you see, you will realize it is actually interconnected.
00:19:38.040 These are not isolated stories.
00:19:40.120 They all are part of one big problem.
00:19:43.600 And until we realize that, you know, we're not going to fix it.
00:19:46.500 Do you, do you remember, are you old enough to remember when I first started going down
00:19:50.100 the progressive road in Woodrow Wilson?
00:19:52.620 I do.
00:19:53.320 Yes.
00:19:53.680 Okay.
00:19:54.320 And it was, it's very reminiscent of this, except this is 10 times more powerful, probably
00:19:59.220 a thousand times more powerful.
00:20:00.500 The world didn't make sense.
00:20:02.920 And the number one question that people had was, how the hell did we get here?
00:20:06.720 How did we get from a country that loved the country and everybody was getting along and
00:20:11.500 it was getting better to all of a sudden Obama and what was happening?
00:20:15.780 How did we get there?
00:20:17.020 And the answer was progressivism.
00:20:19.240 Well, I said in 2000, I don't know, 14, 15, that the era of progressivism was over.
00:20:27.240 We were now at the end game, but I couldn't define what the end game was.
00:20:33.140 The Paris Accords were the key to really understanding the Great Reset.
00:20:38.740 If you understand this, if, if you learned anything from me ever, anything that you thought
00:20:45.740 was a value and it trained you to look at the world a different way, the scales must fall
00:20:53.440 off your eyes and you must start seeing the world for what the game is that is currently
00:20:59.960 being played.
00:21:00.860 Our people in Washington, certainly the people who are involved in this, the media, no intellectual
00:21:07.260 curiosity.
00:21:07.940 In fact, they are working hand in hand because they will become wealthy on this and they will
00:21:14.580 ensure their life.
00:21:16.960 All of this stuff at, at best, they're ignorant.
00:21:23.080 At worst, they're part of it, but the scales have to fall from your eyes.
00:21:28.140 And once you finish this book, you will realize exactly what you just said, Justin.
00:21:33.720 Oh my gosh, it's, it's, it's the matrix.
00:21:37.380 I hate to use the red pill, but it is the matrix.
00:21:40.880 Yeah.
00:21:41.140 I think the thing for me that was sort of my sort of matrix moment, I guess if you're going
00:21:46.560 to call it that, is when I realized the amount of money behind this that's fueling it.
00:21:52.160 When I realized that there were groups that had been working since the Paris Climate Accords
00:21:56.280 and some even before the Paris Climate Accords in the run-up to that, that now have assets
00:22:01.340 under management of $130 trillion, not billion, trillion dollars all calling for some sort
00:22:10.600 of ESG system.
00:22:12.060 When I realized that, I knew that this was, this was way bigger than a single election,
00:22:19.420 way bigger than a single issue, way bigger than, you know, let's just talk about it one
00:22:23.340 or two times and maybe people will do something about it.
00:22:25.780 No, when you, you don't get that kind of money behind a cause unless there's a plan, unless
00:22:31.200 there's, unless there's an end game.
00:22:32.880 And unless you've been doing this for a very, very long time.
00:22:36.760 And what's interesting is all of this money is much of it is going to buy property.
00:22:44.160 It's going to buy, um, tangible assets.
00:22:49.300 Um, you know, BlackRock is now one of the bigger landowner, uh, landowners in the United
00:22:55.420 States, if not the world.
00:22:57.700 Um, they do have unbelievable access to capital, but they are boxing.
00:23:02.880 People out.
00:23:03.600 The reason why I think BlackRock and other companies like this are going in and paying
00:23:09.000 50% over the asking price of homes.
00:23:12.560 Now think of that.
00:23:13.660 We know we're in a bubble.
00:23:15.120 The Case-Shiller index, which measures bubbles for housing, shows that I think it was, what
00:23:21.440 was it still?
00:23:21.980 130%, uh, in 2008, it was in the hundred low to mid hundreds.
00:23:27.820 We are almost at 300% overvalued.
00:23:31.840 Now 100 is where it should be.
00:23:34.620 If it's anything under a hundred, we've never broken 200.
00:23:38.600 I don't think we've ever broken 175.
00:23:40.360 We are almost at 300 points.
00:23:44.040 Now on Case-Shiller.
00:23:45.740 Why, when that recognizes a massive bubble, why would these companies go in and buy at
00:23:53.960 50% higher entire neighborhoods?
00:23:57.840 They're doing it because the only thing that will be of value, if you can hold on to it,
00:24:05.620 will be land and property.
00:24:08.400 Because you will be the renter, not the surf.
00:24:12.320 And when the dollar changes, you will lose everything.
00:24:18.140 And you can fight against this.
00:24:20.040 I don't want this to be gloom and doom.
00:24:21.940 It is a lot to take in and it is frightening.
00:24:24.700 But the eyes of the world are upon us now.
00:24:27.820 There are solutions.
00:24:29.000 The last chapter are actual hard solutions, things we must do.
00:24:34.180 But it begins with educating yourself and getting the facts.
00:24:37.580 You can get it, go to glensnewbook.com.
00:24:40.980 That's glensnewbook.com.
00:24:43.820 Justin, we'll see you tonight on the program.
00:24:51.500 You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck Program.
00:25:07.580 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:25:12.280 We have Rand Paul, a guy who has been the leader of fighting Fauci.
00:25:19.320 And I'm paraphrasing here, I think, and I want to make sure that I have his opinion down as we go into this.
00:25:28.040 I don't think Rand Paul is, by any stretch of the imagination, anti-vaccine.
00:25:32.160 And he is really anti-corruption and anti-big pharmaceutical hiding everything and the government coming in.
00:25:42.480 It's not a vaccine problem.
00:25:44.440 It's a government problem.
00:25:45.820 Do I have that right, Rand?
00:25:47.980 Yeah, I think so.
00:25:48.980 And I think that the main thing is I'm against mandates.
00:25:51.580 I'm for freedom.
00:25:52.900 And I also think that individuals would make their choice dependent on their risk.
00:25:57.100 So the fact that a 10-year-old is at very low risk for dying or spreading the disease is different than an 80-year-old who is at much higher risk for dying and spreading the thing.
00:26:06.380 And so you'd make different decisions.
00:26:07.900 But it still would be an individual decision.
00:26:10.160 If you ask me my advice, though, I wouldn't vaccinate my 10-year-old kid.
00:26:14.800 I don't think there's any reason to.
00:26:16.480 I also wouldn't vaccinate somebody that I didn't test that was younger for antibodies because you've already had the disease.
00:26:22.580 You're as well-protected or perhaps better than the vaccine from naturally acquired immunity.
00:26:29.860 Okay.
00:26:30.100 So what is, I mean, this yesterday, we now know that because of a FOIA request, we now know what we put out on our special and sent to you from DARPA is real.
00:26:45.420 We know that Fauci was knowingly involved with gain-of-function research.
00:26:54.460 We know that DARPA turned them down.
00:26:57.660 We know now that because of new memos that what we laid out on our timeline, again, where he was calling all these people together and then just discrediting anyone that stepped out of line the day after that meeting happened.
00:27:15.940 We know those things are facts.
00:27:17.760 But he's just playing politics and saying you're smearing him and there are no facts to defend him.
00:27:24.260 Without question, when we look at the origin of the virus, where it came from, the scientists that were corresponding with Fauci from day one on this, as this was unfolding, some of these emails are going on through the middle of the night.
00:27:39.100 They're telling him they've looked at the sequence of the DNA.
00:27:42.160 They've looked at the genome of the virus, and they're very, very concerned that there are unusual things in it that don't look like they've come from nature.
00:27:49.840 These are Fauci's buddies all saying this.
00:27:52.280 Within a day or two, though, Fauci and Collins have a big conference call with all of these people.
00:28:00.520 And the people who are telling them privately, we have emails from them saying we think it came from the lab.
00:28:05.640 This looks terrible.
00:28:06.460 It doesn't look like it from nature.
00:28:07.960 Within three days, they've now changed their mind, and they've signed a letter, which then Fauci edits.
00:28:15.360 So this is how involved he is.
00:28:16.860 This isn't just ancillary people that are unconnected.
00:28:19.500 And these are his friends, minions, colleagues, people who he controls the funding for, write a letter to Nature magazine and say, oh, yeah, we don't think there's any way this could have come from a lab.
00:28:32.160 Then a month later, Fauci and Collins are saying, oh, no, it didn't take effect.
00:28:35.720 Let's write another letter to Lancet, where they call everybody who says it came from a lab.
00:28:39.780 They call us conspiracy theorist.
00:28:44.060 On top of that, some of the people that went in that were hardcore saying, no, this came from a lab.
00:28:50.120 They changed their mind.
00:28:51.940 And then a couple of months later, they get funding from Fauci's organizations, correct?
00:28:58.080 Without question.
00:28:59.060 It's all tied to funding and lots of funding.
00:29:02.060 So we've talked about what the Wuhan lab got.
00:29:04.580 That's the tip of the iceberg.
00:29:06.000 The EcoHealth Alliance got over $100 million over a several-year period.
00:29:10.620 They were funneling some of that to the tune of a few million into the Wuhan lab.
00:29:14.680 But, yeah, it all is about money.
00:29:16.320 And if you cross Tony Fauci, you don't get your money.
00:29:19.700 And the thing is, he controls the purse strings for the entire country, the entire university system.
00:29:24.940 He's been doing it for 40 years.
00:29:26.800 People live in fear of what he will do to them.
00:29:29.620 So, you know, I thought a very reasonable question yesterday was, look, you're discrediting all of this.
00:29:38.920 You know, people have made up their mind.
00:29:40.960 And you have no credibility left.
00:29:44.360 And he's blaming you for death threats.
00:29:47.240 I mean, I've seen you having to get through a crowd after a Trump speech.
00:29:54.300 You've had death threats.
00:29:55.340 You have had several of them.
00:29:58.780 It's not a new thing.
00:30:00.860 But he's just saying that you're attacking him.
00:30:04.180 And it's over nothing but raising money in politics.
00:30:07.840 It's consistent with this arrogance, this level of arrogance that he's developed.
00:30:12.980 He said a couple of weeks ago that he is science, that any attack on him is an attack on science.
00:30:18.720 So yesterday he said that anybody who dares oppose him are encouraging death threats.
00:30:24.440 Well, look, I've been on the receiving end of semi-automatic gunfire.
00:30:28.560 I was 20 yards away from Steve Scalise when he almost died.
00:30:31.740 I was 10 feet away from a staffer that was shot.
00:30:34.680 And you know what?
00:30:35.300 The guy doing the shooting was a Bernie Sanders supporter.
00:30:37.740 But not one of us, not one of the Republicans on the ball field said, oh, it was Bernie Sanders' fault.
00:30:43.460 But that's the juvenile level of personal attack that Fauci is now stooping to.
00:30:48.420 He's saying that the personal threats he gets are actually the fault of his critics.
00:30:54.140 Well, you know, my wife received a package that looked like anthrax about a month ago at our house.
00:30:59.420 We have a woman that's recently been charged with threatening to kill us.
00:31:05.540 I was shot at.
00:31:06.720 I've had six of my ribs broken.
00:31:08.540 We were mauled in the city by an angry crowd.
00:31:11.820 So the thing is, he needs to back off, but he needs to answer the question.
00:31:17.400 Everything he did in the committee yesterday was misdirection, so he didn't have to ask the question.
00:31:22.420 The question was, why did he smear three scientists from Stanford, Oxford, and Harvard?
00:31:29.080 Why did he smear them as fringe epidemiologists?
00:31:33.160 And why did he conspire with Francis Collins to take them down in a very public way?
00:31:37.920 He wouldn't answer the question.
00:31:39.200 So how does this end, Rand?
00:31:42.660 Because the same thing happened in the Senate hearing with the Department of Justice and the FBI.
00:31:50.720 There's no fear there.
00:31:52.480 No fear.
00:31:54.660 How does this end?
00:31:56.140 How do we get to somebody paying a price one way or another?
00:32:02.340 Well, elections have consequences.
00:32:04.260 If you don't control the committees, you don't control the investigations.
00:32:07.220 If you don't control the presidency, you don't have influence at the Department of Justice.
00:32:11.720 You know, I've referred Tony Fauci for criminal prosecution to the DOJ, but it's Merrick Garland,
00:32:17.540 the same one who's going after parents at school board meetings.
00:32:20.320 So I don't have any belief that Merrick Garland will do his duty, but we are doing the appropriate
00:32:26.140 things, but we can't force them to do their duty.
00:32:29.060 What I can tell people, and this is why elections are important, if we win in 2022, if I'm reelected
00:32:35.180 in 2022 and Republicans take over, I will use the subpoena power.
00:32:39.600 I will not be shy about it.
00:32:40.980 People have seen my interactions with these people.
00:32:43.760 I will get every document, and we will investigate where the virus came from.
00:32:48.660 We will investigate what Tony Fauci knew, when he knew it, and we will get the documents.
00:32:53.600 Yes, he was involved with gain-of-function research, and he's been lying about that from the very beginning.
00:32:57.800 The same thing that was turned down by the Defense Department, by DARPA, he's doing those
00:33:02.940 same experiments, and he approved them with Dr. Xi.
00:33:05.740 Now, are they identical?
00:33:06.900 He gets away with saying, oh, we never did those experiments.
00:33:09.660 Well, they did virtually identical.
00:33:12.000 They did them on the same theme, with the same sort of endpoint of creating new viruses that
00:33:17.140 don't exist in nature, and then testing them on human cells.
00:33:21.200 So yes, they were doing gain-of-function research, and he's gotten away with it because he has a
00:33:25.020 complicit left-wing media that never challenges it.
00:33:29.360 So, Rand, I'm very concerned about a couple of things.
00:33:31.620 One, the credibility of doctors, science, medicine.
00:33:36.220 You know, you have doctors right now that are horrible on this, are not treating people.
00:33:43.540 They just, you know, take some aspirin and go home.
00:33:45.380 There are treatments that are available, but the doctors are afraid to prescribe anything,
00:33:51.760 or they're, you know, part of this brainwashing cabal on coronavirus.
00:33:58.740 I think when there is another real problem, science and medicine is going to be in real,
00:34:07.220 real trouble.
00:34:09.220 Do you feel that coming?
00:34:11.540 Well, the other side of the coin on that, Glenn, is this.
00:34:14.040 While the government doctors and the ones who control government policy have been awful,
00:34:19.320 there's arisen a real group of amazing doctors out there.
00:34:23.880 The three doctors who did the Great Barrington Declaration, Jay Bhattacharya, Martin Kulldorff,
00:34:29.900 and Dr. Gupta, I believe, from Oxford.
00:34:33.100 These are amazing doctors.
00:34:34.740 They're now putting out stuff on brownstone.org.
00:34:38.280 They've become associated with Hillsdale College.
00:34:40.780 Dr. Atlas is part of that.
00:34:42.380 Marty McCary, who you've seen on Fox, is amazing.
00:34:45.600 There are some amazing doctors out there, but it's all sort of peripheral in the sense
00:34:49.800 that they're on podcasts.
00:34:51.340 They're a case on conservative media.
00:34:54.400 But, you know, it wasn't just those three.
00:34:55.960 The Great Barrington Declaration was signed by 50,000 doctors, including myself.
00:35:00.900 So, you know, we're not a small group, and we're out here, but we do have to push back.
00:35:06.240 And the one thing I'll say on therapeutics that everybody needs to know,
00:35:09.860 and many doctors don't even know this.
00:35:12.440 You know, there was a discussion on hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin,
00:35:15.460 and I've largely stayed out of that because I think I don't know the answer.
00:35:18.920 But now, even organized medicine is saying fluvoxamine, F-L-U-V-O-X-A-M-I-N-E,
00:35:25.620 is an antidepressant, and it has some anti-inflammatory properties.
00:35:30.400 Instead of staying home and doing nothing, it's a very safe antidepressant.
00:35:34.400 You can take that for a week, talk to your doctor, and it may well lessen your risk of being in the hospital.
00:35:40.060 There are treatments out there.
00:35:42.500 Inhaled steroids are pretty benign, and a lot of doctors are now starting to prescribe that.
00:35:47.300 There's a Dr. Bartlett, who's been a real hero out in West Texas, talking about this.
00:35:52.620 But people have to be informed, and you can't go along anymore and just say,
00:35:56.200 oh, well, the doctor told me there's nothing to do.
00:35:59.020 Call another doctor.
00:36:00.280 Call your doctor back and say, you're sicker, and it's 24 hours later.
00:36:03.500 Can I get the monoclonal antibodies today that you wouldn't give me yesterday?
00:36:06.840 So you have to be an advocate.
00:36:08.880 And really, I tell people all the time, particularly if you're getting older, you need an advocate.
00:36:13.980 You need your spouse to be an advocate, but you also need your kids to be an advocate
00:36:17.480 because the medical world is a complicated world, and it's full of opinions and disagreements.
00:36:22.800 But you have to advocate for your family if you want to get them the best treatment.
00:36:26.200 Last question, Rand, is an overall question.
00:36:30.480 I said to President Trump a couple of weeks ago in an interview that I did with him,
00:36:35.360 this is so out of control.
00:36:37.380 Every department is out of control.
00:36:40.520 And I think that we need to shut these agencies down.
00:36:45.020 And I said, you at least have to fire everyone in these federal agencies
00:36:50.760 that have any kind of bureaucratic role.
00:36:54.400 Get them all out.
00:36:55.500 And return to factory settings.
00:36:58.680 He said it will be impossible to do unless we have the right GOP members
00:37:04.240 and a real commitment to it.
00:37:07.260 Is, you know, I just wrote a book on The Great Reset.
00:37:10.480 I think we need a...
00:37:11.780 Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in
00:37:15.460 and restore factory settings?
00:37:18.060 I think that movement is coming.
00:37:20.260 I'm with you on eliminating agencies.
00:37:22.280 Many of these agencies have no good purpose, and I would eliminate them completely.
00:37:25.980 But I'm also for firing people.
00:37:28.140 And so I can tell you the reason Anthony Fauci became prominent was establishment Republicans,
00:37:33.580 head of committees over in the Senate, all loved him at first.
00:37:37.580 And they said, Trump's too erratic, and we don't like what Trump is saying in press conferences.
00:37:41.040 We need a steady hand of a scientist.
00:37:43.260 So in the first couple of press conferences, Fauci actually, before he contradicted himself
00:37:48.200 and then contradicted himself and then contradicted himself, sort of sounded reasonable and scientific.
00:37:52.920 But he evolved into sort of this media diva who's a partisan left-wing Democrat now.
00:38:00.000 He's nothing else.
00:38:00.660 He is a politician.
00:38:01.880 He wants to take down his enemies.
00:38:03.760 He is not objective in any form.
00:38:05.800 But Trump should have fired him.
00:38:07.620 But what ended up happening is everybody around Trump said,
00:38:10.060 oh, you can't fire him, you can't fire him, or, you know, all hell will break loose.
00:38:14.040 We can't do it before the election.
00:38:15.940 Well, no, he destroyed it for nine months.
00:38:18.640 Trump and Atlas and all the other reasonable people were saying,
00:38:21.820 we need to try to save and prevent this illness from those who are vulnerable, the elderly, etc.
00:38:27.580 And then Fauci was out there saying everybody needs to be vaccinated and wear four masks on their head.
00:38:32.280 And so that's the problem we ran into.
00:38:34.680 But if there ever were another Republican administration,
00:38:37.240 we need someone with a strong enough will to fire these people and to get rid of them.
00:38:41.460 And Congress to do it.
00:38:42.500 A lot of these things have to be done by Congress.
00:38:44.780 So good luck.
00:38:46.500 And you're right.
00:38:48.020 We have to have strong leaders in Congress.
00:38:52.300 Elections do have consequences.
00:38:54.200 Rand, thank you for the hard fight.
00:38:55.460 Appreciate it.
