00:04:05.880 of the Washington State Board of Health that allegedly planned to discuss, and I'm going

00:04:11.780 to quote, allowing local health officers to use law enforcement to enforce emergency

00:04:19.760 orders to involuntarily detain a person or persons, families, to be isolated in a quarantine

00:04:26.340 facility, following refusal to voluntary comply with requests for medical examination, testing,

00:04:32.660 treatment, counseling, and vaccination.

00:04:35.500 So the next afternoon, this was, I think, yesterday, the news website, Mediate, jumped

00:04:41.680 on the story and fact-checked me, and in some ways, they got it right, but in other ways,

00:04:46.600 it turns out that both Mediate and myself were missing the context.

00:04:50.900 I shared that claim before having all of the information that I needed.

00:04:56.740 I broke one of my own rules, and it was a mistake.

00:05:00.460 I went and I looked it up, and I saw that it was on a coming meeting, and it was on record

00:05:06.680 with the Statehouse.

00:05:09.220 So I just assumed.

00:05:11.180 But since the interview, my team has been seriously investigating what's going on in

00:05:16.420 Washington State and the Board of Health and trying to get to the bottom of where the

00:05:19.560 claim about involuntary quarantine facilities came from.

00:05:23.820 This is really important if you're in Washington State or anywhere else.

00:05:29.040 Here's the full story.

00:05:31.620 Just last week, news began to circulate through the citizens of Washington State about a January

00:05:36.940 12th Washington State Board of Health meeting.

00:05:39.900 Widely shared claim that the meeting that they would be holding would propose giving local

00:05:45.340 health officers the ability to use law enforcement to involuntarily detain citizens who refuse to

00:05:52.080 comply with testing, treatment, and vaccinations.

00:05:55.760 This rumor woke a beast in the state of Washington.

00:06:00.820 Around 7,500 people signed up to speak at the meeting and voice their concerns.

00:06:05.800 The Board of Health received so much unexpected attention that they quickly worked out to put the

00:06:10.260 clarification on their plans, and it was called clarifying online misinformation about January

00:06:16.440 self-state Board of Health public meeting.

00:06:19.180 In the memo, the Board of Health expressed that there would be no discussion of quarantine

00:06:23.880 facilities or of adding the COVID vaccine to the list of vaccines required to attend public

00:06:29.380 school in the state, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:06:32.040 The board did discuss adding COVID vaccine to the immunization requirements, but they said a final

00:06:38.460 decision is still far off on that.

00:06:41.400 This goes to the lack of credibility.

00:06:44.420 No one believes our state officials.

00:06:47.200 No one believes the state boards.

00:06:49.840 Nobody believes in science and the medical experts and our governors and our law enforcement

00:07:01.200 So it takes people to go and actually look at these things.

00:07:13.940 As far as quarantine facilities go, the cat was already out of the bag, and the concerned

00:07:19.780 citizens, in their attempt to learn about the new rule, stumbled onto the fact that the rule

00:07:25.320 they were most concerned about has been on the books since 2003.

00:07:31.120 It's the law order 246-140 procedures for isolation or quarantine.

00:07:40.000 And here's what it says at his or whole sole discretion, a local health officer may issue

00:07:47.120 an emergency detention order causing a person or group of persons to immediately detained for

00:07:55.440 purposes of isolation or quarantine in accordance with subsection three of this section may pertain

00:08:00.180 superior court ex parte in order to take a person or group of persons in voluntary detention for

00:08:05.220 purchase for purposes of isolation or quarantine.

00:08:08.200 So the code is already there.

00:08:10.720 The law is already there.

00:08:13.280 You don't need to pass any more laws.

00:08:15.480 You don't need to do anything.

00:08:17.020 It's your local health official can say, you know what, we're going to do that.

00:08:20.800 Now, the code says this can be done only after the health officer has requested voluntary compliance

00:08:28.040 with, quote, requests for medical examination, testing, treatment, counseling, vaccination,

00:08:34.900 decontamination of persons or animals, isolation, quarantine, and inspection and closure of facilities.

00:08:40.780 So they can do this if they've already asked for all the things they've already asked.

00:08:46.300 It says the quarantine can be carried out in private homes or other public or private premises.

00:08:54.680 The law enforcement, according to the law in Washington, says that law enforcement is required

00:09:02.480 to enforce this.

00:09:04.340 Quote, an order issued by a local health officer in accordance with the chapter shall constitute

00:09:09.500 the duly authorized application of lawful rules adopted by the state board of health

00:09:15.300 and must be enforced by all police officers, sheriffs, constables, and other officers and employees

00:09:20.700 of any political subdivisions within the jurisdiction of the health department.

00:09:26.740 This has been on the books in Washington since the last SARS outbreak.

00:09:32.700 This went on to the books in 2003 and nobody caught on to it until now.

00:09:38.460 So the timing makes sense on this.

00:09:45.460 They see that they're going to have a hearing.

00:09:47.920 They're worried about quarantines because of what's happening all over in the world.

00:09:57.200 They should, because there are places in the world, not here that we know of, but in the world

00:10:07.880 There are people in our own country that would like to deprive people who are not playing

00:10:13.760 by the quote rules and getting vaccinations, et cetera, et cetera, denying them health care,

00:10:19.980 denying them entrance in any place.

00:10:22.660 So a claim that the board of health completely refutes.

00:10:26.660 Now they say, we're not going to do this.

00:10:30.080 It seems that the fear arose from real facilities around the state, such as the facility on Byron Avenue in my old hometown of Bellingham.

00:10:37.980 The facility was open last April, and it was open for people who can't self-quarantine for some reason or another.

00:10:47.400 The facility is completely voluntary.

00:10:49.240 And I understand why some Washingtonians fear it, you know, might start to resemble the facilities in places like Australia.

00:10:57.500 But when people started to see job postings for positions at these facilities, which do in fact exist.

00:11:06.300 But as I said, facilities are completely voluntary.

00:11:08.660 As far as we know, if anyone knows differently, we welcome the information.

00:11:13.200 But at the public meeting yesterday, they only allowed for 50 minutes of public comment.

00:11:17.960 So naturally, they didn't get to the 7,500 people that signed up.

00:11:22.080 The few that were able to speak to the board had their microphones muted after a minute,

00:11:26.760 and no board members ever directly responded to anyone.

00:11:29.920 One citizen came forward full of passion, said,

00:11:32.860 I feel the whole government and health department is lying about things, and we deserve to know the truth.

00:11:39.200 The general sentiment of the public was that their faith in public health has been completely shattered,

00:11:44.900 something we have talked about on this program over and over again.

00:11:47.760 And it's going to be, Dr. Fauci, our government, our government health officials, the NIAID, the NIH,

00:11:58.860 all of these things have so damaged the credibility that if something really is important,

00:12:06.520 no one's going to listen to them anymore.

00:12:09.120 This is a very bad situation that needs critical care right now.

00:12:13.720 Now, so many people, including myself, upon hearing the claim that Washington State was considering involuntary quarantine facilities,

00:12:20.840 we didn't see that as far-fetched because so many things have happened.

00:12:25.100 As it turns out, it is not far-fetched at all.

00:12:28.300 In fact, it is already on the books and has been there since 2003.

00:12:34.020 So the rumor, the rumor is not true that they're trying to get this onto the books.

00:12:39.980 The truth is, it is already on the books.

00:12:49.420 Well, apparently, on the docket, the agenda for the meeting mentioned possible action regarding this code,

00:12:58.060 which is the administrative code that has the rules for involuntary quarantine that I wrote you,

00:13:05.300 But it also includes a section related to other communicable diseases.

00:13:10.720 And these are things that they are working on now, how to handle HIV and AIDS.

00:13:17.040 It's a totally different section of 246-100, but the majority of the people didn't know that,

00:13:23.740 and that's where the confusion came from.

00:13:25.460 Now, I would like to look at this as a blessing from heaven,

00:13:29.800 because it woke people up to rules that are already in place.

00:13:35.700 There are emergency rules that have been written.

00:13:41.420 How many emergency declarations does the federal government have currently running?

00:13:46.720 We have things that have been running since the 1980s, and they won't cancel them,

00:14:04.260 If you are in Washington state, you have good reason to be jumping about involuntary internment.

00:14:12.340 And I lived for a while in a great town called Puyallup, at least it used to be.

00:14:58.280 Now, they're saying the Board of Health has never done anything like that.

00:15:05.820 Well, people didn't build gas chambers either beforehand, and I'm not comparing this to that.

00:15:54.880 You know, all throughout the meeting yesterday, they said they would not be addressing forced quarantine.

00:16:05.540 They were frustrated with all of the public comment because they think we're stupid.

00:16:15.980 And with all of the things that have happened in this country and all of the things that are happening where they are treating us like the enemy and treating us like our masters, not people that work for us.

00:16:52.340 There were people that were warning the board that if they continue to violate the people's trust, they would create an uprising that they wouldn't believe, et cetera, et cetera.

00:48:17.800 The thing that's important to keep in mind here is that it's all of these big ESG scoring companies, all of these big rating agencies,

00:48:33.480 And they're effectively penalizing these companies that are giving independent contractors the ability to go out and make some extra money by saying,

00:53:19.900 And they asked them what they thought should be the primary risks going forward.

00:53:25.160 And those were the results that they got.

00:53:27.100 And I think the reason why that report matters so much is because I think this is them figuring out how they're going to position themselves going forward.

01:30:13.060 and flip it on and off and they shut down about a third of the economy and assume that that wouldn't

01:30:20.020 cause disruptions to the labor force and to the supply chain and then some of the incentives that

01:30:27.060 they put in place and the uncertainty they created by their policy further disrupted that labor force

01:30:34.100 so when you put that sort of big storm of things together that is the driver of inflation and it

01:30:42.260 goes all the way through if the inputs to goods and services are increasing in prices and labor costs are

01:30:49.460 going up because you can't find enough workers to work and then they have the um the leverage on their

01:30:56.020 side and your operating costs are going up eventually the businesses are going to need to make up that

01:31:03.540 drag and so they pass those cost increases on to the consumer and that's why you are seeing both an

01:31:11.460 increase in cost as well as a decrease in availability of all different kinds of goods and services

01:31:19.700 so the study came out shows that what they have done to the economy has cost the average american

01:31:26.420 five thousand dollars extra just in inflation they said to us last summer when it was you know going

01:31:34.420 over two percent they maybe it'll go to three or four maybe it'll go to five maybe it'll go to six

01:31:39.620 it's now over seven and it's only been a few months uh are are we seeing any signs of slow down of this

01:31:48.980 well glad i'm old enough to remember last uh fourth of july when they told us we were saving 16 cents on

01:32:47.300 spam instead of ham right then then we're not going to count that we're going to we're going to we're

01:32:54.260 going to count the increase in spam instead of the increase in ham i mean that's not the actual thing

01:32:59.300 but that's the right right analogy to what happened okay yeah that's how they that's how they manipulate

01:33:05.700 these inflation numbers that have been doing that for many decades now so whatever they're reporting to you

01:33:10.980 and again we we don't need to tell you that you're going to the grocery store you're out living your

01:33:16.420 life and you're feeling that so you know the things that you're paying for are have increased more than

01:33:21.860 seven percent but that's what they're admitting so that that's a pretty big big admission when their

01:33:28.420 target rate of inflation was two percent so can you go ahead go ahead no please say in terms of where

01:33:36.740 this is going uh there are parts of this where i don't see how even if you can get some of the supply

01:33:45.300 chain back on track and even if the fed scales back its monetary policy which it has said it plans to

01:33:53.060 do but i don't personally don't believe it's going to be at the scale that they're saying um the piece

01:33:59.700 the labor piece of this you know we've had you know something like three million boomers who have

01:34:05.300 retired early we have some structural issues in the labor force so what may end up happening is the

01:34:12.740 rate of increase in inflation may come down instead of a seven percent increase it's only a five percent

01:34:20.580 increase and what they will do is they will sell that as well and oh look the inflation rate is going

01:34:25.540 down but what that really is is cumulative you're never getting back that initial seven percent increase

01:34:32.660 which we know is higher you're adding on top of that another five so yes maybe you know you didn't

01:34:38.900 get another seven but that's money you are never getting back that is a permanent tax on the average

01:34:44.340 american you talk in your book and and really lay it out really well um this is all due to the biggest 0.96

01:34:53.300 uh wealth transfer of all time it started in 2008 they did it again um here recently and it it has

01:35:03.780 completely bypassed main street uh and the middle class and it's gone to the well-connected and the uh the

01:35:12.260 wealthy already they're getting richer and richer i've never been somebody who has a problem with rich

01:35:19.060 people or you know you make your money you earn it honestly um however they're getting bails they're

01:35:25.540 getting bailed out by people like me paying my taxes and others who are working hard every day and we are

01:35:32.340 losing in this deal and the end game is you will own nothing and you'll be happy exactly so this is the

01:35:47.380 uh but that is one of the tenets and i have to say you know i am not uh the most conspiratorial

01:36:50.180 level on your savings to keep up with that pace of inflation but the asset values have been increasing

01:36:58.420 and so we're seeing those people who are already wealthy and well connected seeing their wealth increase

01:37:05.460 and so basically what you need to do is you need to take that playbook and flip it on its head whatever

01:37:11.060 they don't want you to do you need to do you need to have ownership you need to be focused on those assets

01:42:00.980 covid it moved uh to uh israel but what they were war gaming was the end of the financial system

01:42:10.580 and they uh they premise that uh there are going to be people that are going to through fake news and

01:42:18.980 through uh hostage taking like the oil company hostage um that they are going to collapse the system and

01:42:26.660 it will require a complete shutdown and restructuring including of currency uh in almost an immediate uh time

01:42:37.780 period that that news should be everywhere everywhere because that totally takes the united states

01:44:41.940 like that might be in the offing in the in the coming couple of years um is that something that

01:44:48.660 should be stopped yes so so this is the area where you know the central planner sometimes gets too

01:45:04.580 federal reserve would be horrible uh both for our status as the reserve currency but for the average

01:49:23.060 so they would actually hold your individual deposits and right now constitutionally they they

01:49:30.340 don't have the authority for that so they don't kind of carol they kind of do in a way banks don't have

01:49:36.420 in the vaults you know more than five thousand dollars anymore they they ship that generally

01:49:41.780 speaking now to the federal reserve at least that's what the banks that i know tell me that

01:49:47.300 so they hold their reserve so that's this the federal reserve is authorized to maintain accounts

01:50:04.820 know just because it's not authorized doesn't mean that they're not going to try and do it because

01:50:33.700 the bank it leaves us vulnerable to attack it leaves you as an individual vulnerable to all sort of

01:50:40.340 privacy violations and not only that government control and being able to dictate via mandate

01:50:47.620 as we've seen over the last you know year and a half oh you haven't complied with this thing that's

01:50:53.300 important to us well we're going to limit or shut off your banking access and that's why it's it's

01:51:00.420 really really scary um to think about and i'm thrilled to see that we have people in congress

01:51:07.140 who are understanding the potential issues and even though the authorization isn't there they're

01:51:12.180 trying to double down on that and preserve that so we don't have the nationalization of our banking

01:51:18.660 and we don't have that you know sort of uber too big fail and surveillance state okay so let's talk

01:51:26.260 quickly we've talked about it before and then i want to get to the corruption in washington uh so

01:51:30.740 give me two minutes just on why you should not have your money in one of these big banks why you

01:51:36.100 should be you know at a locally owned bank and i don't mean a regional bank i mean a locally owned

01:51:44.100 bank i mean obviously you have to do what's right for you but decentralization the more money whether

01:51:50.740 it's a bank or elsewhere um the majority of dollars that you put into your local community go back into

01:51:57.540 the local community and if you want to create a balance in terms of power you want to make sure

01:52:06.020 that the local businesses the small businesses the currently half of the economy uh that is decentralized

01:52:14.420 stays that way because otherwise you end up if you don't support those local banks and other

01:52:21.380 local small businesses we end up with just a handful of institutions that that have outside power and

01:52:28.660 control and you know they also have the money to make the campaign contributions and you end up with a

01:52:35.380 tilted playing field where small businesses aren't getting financing where the smaller consumer isn't cared for

01:52:43.540 at the same level that they would be with the smaller institution and again you don't have that

01:52:48.660 innovation and that choice and that competition so that's the piece that you really have a lot of

01:52:54.580 control over is where you choose to engage where you choose to spend your dollars uh because you know

01:53:01.860 we do have a consolidation we have not just the great reset the great consolidation um outside of

01:53:07.780 the banking system right now as of last july one in every 153 american workers worked for amazon if we

01:53:17.460 keep in trending in that direction where we let these mega corporations get bigger and bigger that's all

01:55:23.140 there are like it looks like two dozen members of congress that have beat the s p 500 in 2021 so not

01:55:30.820 only are they you know making laws but they're fantastic individual stock pickers as well yeah you

01:55:41.780 that organization you just quoted but there is a lot of republicans that are bigger whales than uh

01:55:47.860 nancy pelosi uh for 2021 yes i think there are about five names that beats uh the pelosi's return
