00:00:24.240 Hey, on today's show, we start where we started yesterday with the banking things,
00:00:35.480 but I have an update on that, and that's really important.
00:00:37.840 We'll give you more next week, but we start with the banking update.
00:00:41.620 What are they spying on, and can you trust the banks at all?
00:00:44.840 You don't want to miss that segment.
00:00:47.660 Then we also go into the flying car and Elon Musk.
00:00:53.160 what? We've been promised this for a long time. It's finally here. And wait until you hear Karen
00:00:59.120 chime in with, no, it's not really an invention. Oh my gosh. And we end it with Michaela and Ricky
00:01:07.140 who are apparently attracted to swishy socialists or socialists that just want to kill you. One of 0.99
00:01:17.940 too. Um, it's probably something that we should beg forgiveness for, but you might enjoy it on
00:01:28.480 today's podcast. You're listening to the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:01:42.780 All righty. So yesterday I told you what the banks were doing. Yesterday I told you that
00:01:53.120 the DOJ had released some information that looks like the banks were targeting people
00:01:59.660 through the federal regulators. They were targeting people that were, you know, buying
00:02:06.040 MAGA hats, red MAGA hats. You bought a MAGA hat, you were on a list with the federal government
00:02:10.060 and you could lose your bank account.
00:02:12.320 They were tracking about 700,000 people in America.
00:02:18.040 It is the worst abuse of the Constitution
00:02:21.260 I have ever seen in my lifetime.
00:02:23.800 And I told you this is not something
00:02:25.400 that you should care about as a conservative
00:02:26.960 or a liberal or an independent.
00:02:30.020 You should care about this because you're an American.
00:02:33.700 This has got to stop
00:02:35.240 because it will fall into somebody's hands,
00:02:37.660 either the left or the right or the middle.
00:02:39.280 It doesn't matter. Somebody who is craven for power, if this is not punished, we lose our republic and we lose it quickly.
00:02:48.020 So yesterday I told you that I have a friend, a banker friend, who is a vice president with U.S. Bank.
00:02:57.180 And I called him and I got an email back from him right away.
00:03:00.140 And I didn't have a chance because I was in recording all day yesterday until about six o'clock last night.
00:03:06.160 And so I didn't get a chance to talk to him. I'm going to hopefully talk to him today.
00:03:09.180 more hopefully on monday but ricky uh spoke to him and went back and forth in the email and he
00:03:14.740 said look consumer this is this is uh on background uh consumer financial protection bureau for
00:03:21.060 decades has reached out to the banks when they're investigating crimes this happens throughout the
00:03:24.900 years hundreds of times they warn them subpoena records and let them know that they need to stop
00:03:29.360 activity or they will be fined 2025 they were doing this with conservative groups but interspersed
00:03:35.760 with hundreds of other times that they reached out.
00:03:38.160 Banks were not aware conservative groups were being targeted.
00:03:41.220 They thought this was business as usual.
00:03:43.560 In those instances, banks are told, under the investigation, for financial crimes.
00:03:49.720 Publicized regulatory agencies using the power of government to enforce their beliefs.
00:03:53.880 Banks would never be given details of the alleged crimes.
00:03:58.040 But these were happening along with hundreds of other legit ones.
00:04:01.380 Banks weren't catching on that it was political.
00:04:04.300 And as you can imagine, things like that have strict bank policies on how to handle those to stay compliant.
00:04:10.200 People doing that from the regulators, doing that in the regulators' positions should be in prison.
00:04:19.140 Okay, so that was just the quick update from my bank.
00:04:24.500 And he said, please call me, and I didn't have a chance to call him.
00:04:27.360 So I'm going to get some more from them.
00:04:29.900 Now, this guy, I know this guy quite well.
00:04:36.160 And he is just as upset about this as I am.
00:04:41.800 Now, I want to tell you some good news today, some really good news.
00:04:47.200 But this is going to require your help.
00:04:50.300 And it's going to require the help of the banks to do it as well.
00:04:55.980 Yesterday, I told you this was about reputational risk.
00:04:59.980 What is that?
00:05:01.560 Well, let me tell you what it is not anymore.
00:05:03.940 Despite the lack of coverage, the federal government took the word reputational risk away from those people who regulate our banks.
00:05:13.200 In April, a rule went into effect.
00:05:16.840 Regulators can no longer punish a bank over something called reputational risk.
00:05:22.620 They can no longer pressure your bank to close your account because of your politics or your faith or your speech or any other thing that is legal that Washington doesn't like.
00:05:35.020 Then in June, the Fed, the FDIC, and the comptroller of the currency went through their guidance on lending, risk management, even cybersecurity, and struck the term out of every federal document.
00:05:50.400 they put the reason in writing they said quote reputational risk can be misused by supervisors
00:05:58.060 to push banks into cutting off people and legal businesses over constitutionally protected
00:06:03.500 beliefs that is the government admitting what the government did this is this is the answer
00:06:13.680 to the cancer. Reputational risk is the idea that banks should decide who gets to be a customer
00:06:20.900 based partly on what that customer may or may not believe in, and what that customer may believe
00:06:28.560 might make the bank look bad. Who's it going to make it look bad to? The federal government,
00:06:34.180 because the federal government says, you know what? We think carbon is really bad. We think
00:06:40.800 fossil fuels are really bad. We think red hats are really bad. And so if you loan to those people, 1.00
00:06:47.020 we'll punish you because that's not creating a beautiful and equitable society.
00:06:53.320 All right. Nobody wants their bank, you know, financing a crime ring, but these aren't crime
00:07:00.500 rings, okay? A bank is supposed to judge you on questions with answers. Do you pay back the loan?
00:07:08.900 Yes or no?
00:07:09.540 Do you have collateral?
00:07:10.820 Yes or no?
00:07:12.340 You know, is your business making money?
00:07:14.440 Yes or no?
00:07:14.980 Show us your books.
00:07:17.020 Can you prove these things in your book?
00:07:19.060 Yes or no?
00:07:20.520 You can't prove your reputation to somebody who has already decided they don't like you.
00:07:25.360 How is the oil and gas industry going to prove their reputation to a bank when the federal government has already said, no, we don't like oil and gas?
00:07:36.280 Well, I'm sorry, you may not like it, but it's legal.
00:07:38.740 But as long as there's reputational risk for the bank, if the government says we don't like that and you're going to put your reputation at risk with us, they can fine them.
00:07:50.660 So there's no number.
00:07:52.320 There's no standard.
00:07:53.640 There's no appeal to any of this.
00:07:56.440 Reputation is whatever the person holding the clipboard says it is.
00:08:00.940 And when the person that is holding the clipboard is a federal examiner for the banks who can make your bank's life absolutely miserable, the bank gets the message without anybody having to write a law.
00:08:14.720 And that was the genius of it.
00:08:16.820 And it came from the WEF.
00:08:20.080 Congress never voted to cut off gun dealers.
00:08:23.000 Congress never voted to starve oil and gas. 0.51
00:08:25.600 No senator stood up and said, let's make it hard for a Christian charity to keep a checking account.
00:08:31.660 Nobody had to. 0.97
00:08:33.180 It's run by bureaucrats.
00:08:35.700 This is Woodrow Wilson's dream come true.
00:08:39.540 This is the progressive way of governance.
00:08:43.280 You want Marxism?
00:08:44.700 This is it.
00:08:45.800 You don't elect these people.
00:08:47.520 You don't even know who the regulators are.
00:08:49.520 You don't know whose office to call.
00:08:53.280 An examiner would just ask,
00:08:54.840 are you sure this customer is worth the risk to your reputation?
00:08:58.060 That's a threat.
00:08:58.860 And the banker who has a family, has a mortgage, has a boss, has shareholders, knows exactly what that question means.
00:09:07.400 Then came ESG.
00:09:09.820 And ESG took that soft lever and bolted a motor to it.
00:09:14.560 The biggest banks in America signed on to a global climate alliance backed by the United Nations.
00:09:22.180 That's where your financial institutions come in.
00:09:25.580 They signed on to this.
00:09:27.480 They knew what they were doing, and they built scores, ESG scores, climate scores, social scores, and suddenly reputation had paperwork.
00:09:38.680 It had a spreadsheet.
00:09:40.220 It looked like science.
00:09:42.360 But it was the same question.
00:09:43.720 Do we like you or not?
00:09:45.560 If you drill for oil, you're a risk.
00:09:47.800 If you made rifles, you're a risk.
00:09:49.640 If you bought a red hat, you're a risk.
00:09:52.120 You ran the wrong kind of charity or said the wrong thing on a podcast, you're a risk.
00:09:57.480 Not a risk to the bank's money.
00:09:59.980 A risk to the bank's standing with the people who will never deposit a dime in any of their banks.
00:10:05.720 That's a velvet rope.
00:10:08.420 And it never slams the door.
00:10:10.260 It just quietly never lets you in.
00:10:13.640 Your loan gets slower.
00:10:15.360 Your terms get worse.
00:10:16.720 Your account gets reviewed.
00:10:18.740 And one day, a letter arrives saying your relationship with the bank no longer fits the bank's risk appetite.
00:10:25.340 No reason.
00:10:26.200 No hearing.
00:10:26.900 30 days, move your money. This is the way it happened in Germany, I warn you. This is what
00:10:32.540 happened in Germany with the Jews. People think that censorship is taking your microphone.
00:10:38.600 In a modern economy, the fastest way to silence somebody is make sure that they can't pay anybody.
00:10:44.000 No payroll, no rent, no card processing. You say anything you want. You just can't stay in
00:10:50.020 business if you say it. And it's not because the people reject you, it's because the unelected
00:10:57.300 bureaucrats have decided you can't stay in business. Okay, so this is good news, actually.
00:11:04.780 This is really good news. Don't celebrate, but it's good news. And here's why.
00:11:10.900 the trump administration signed an executive order to stop all of this and they went in and
00:11:22.080 they removed all of the language but a rule written by one administration can be erased
00:11:29.660 by the next administration an executive order can be reversed with a signature and the banks
00:11:35.580 still have their own policies, their own pledges, their own alliances. Taking the clipboard away
00:11:41.160 from the examiner doesn't erase what the boardroom learned. Fair Access to Banking Act has been
00:11:49.500 kicking around Congress for years now. It would make this protection law, real law, the kind that
00:11:57.380 doesn't change when the White House does. And that's what needs to happen. Until that passes,
00:12:02.700 your access to your own money is only as safe as the next election. And I warn you, you think that
00:12:08.600 the Democrats, the Republicans did nothing and, oh, well, the Democrats won't pass it. Let me tell
00:12:13.180 you something. Or the Republicans won't pass it. The Democrats will pass the opposite of this.
00:12:20.200 They were the ones that did this to your bank in the first place. So if you don't, if you're
00:12:25.840 thinking, well, I don't need to vote for the Republicans, they piss me off. Well, at least
00:12:30.640 you'd have two more years. You'd have two more years of at least trying to get something done
00:12:38.120 because if you put a Congress that is a Democrat and a, um, and a Senate that is Democrat,
00:12:44.940 there is no chance in hell. Your protection is coming. None, zero.
00:12:50.700 there's something you can do today that doesn't require anyone in washington and that's this
00:13:02.580 know where your money sleeps at night ask your bank what alliances it has joined ask whether it
00:13:09.700 is ever closed an account over politics or faith i will tell you that they will say no
00:13:14.420 look at the local bank or the credit union down the street the one where the loan officer
00:13:19.940 knows your name and keeps your loan instead of selling it to a committee in another time zone.
00:13:25.840 That's really important and you can find those banks. A free person is judged by what he does,
00:13:33.080 not by who is upset about it. And that goes for your bank and it goes for your neighbor
00:13:39.180 and it goes for you the next time you're tempted to write to somebody or write them off because
00:13:44.260 the crowd has written them off. Right now, the clipboard is wrong. Because of Donald Trump,
00:13:52.400 right now, make sure it stays gone. There's your update on the banks for today.
00:14:01.700 Now, I want to talk to you about flying cars. Let me first take 60 seconds.
00:14:08.120 This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program.
00:14:14.260 You know, there's a certain kind of confidence that only parents have.
00:14:18.700 You walk into a bedroom, you take one look at your kid and go, yeah, he's getting sick.
00:14:22.440 You don't need a thermometer.
00:14:23.700 You don't need a doctor.
00:14:24.460 You just know, right?
00:14:26.340 Unfortunately, knowing they're about to get sick is the easy part.
00:14:29.300 The hard part is discovering that half the town has the same bug.
00:14:33.720 The pharmacy is out of the medication they need.
00:14:35.980 And now you're driving all over town hoping somebody has it in stock.
00:14:39.760 That's why I advise you, prepare before the first cough starts.
00:14:43.480 The Kids Case from Jace Medical provides physician-prescribed emergency medications and antibiotics designed specifically for your children.
00:14:51.360 And you can also include essentials like albuterol, EpiPens, Zyrtec.
00:14:57.340 So when a school germ makes their annual appearance, you're not scrambling to find out what your family needs.
00:15:02.580 You already have it.
00:15:03.900 And having it when you need it, when the time comes, gives you true peace of mind.
00:15:07.920 Go to Jace.com, use the promo code BEC at checkout, get a discount on your order.
00:15:11.400 It's promo code Beck at J-A-S-E dot com.
00:15:14.140 Jace dot com.
00:15:17.640 This is the best of the Glenn Beck program.
00:15:24.280 OK, let me if you happen to be watching us today online or wherever you're watching us, let me play the Tesla Flying Roadster.
00:15:33.800 Yesterday, Elon Musk came out and said, yeah, I decided to combine the car company with SpaceX.
00:15:40.780 and here's what we have
00:15:42.100 and it's now driving up a straight wall
00:15:44.860 and now upside down
00:15:46.180 and then flies exactly like
00:15:50.320 Marty McFly's DeLorean
00:15:52.500 I mean that is
00:15:54.740 one of the most incredible things
00:15:56.300 I have ever seen
00:15:57.320 and now in slow motion it shows
00:15:59.140 I mean that's Marty McFly isn't it
00:16:03.820 isn't that the flying DeLorean
00:16:06.740 Jason, Ricky
00:16:08.320 it's absolutely incredible
00:16:11.400 one of the most incredible things
00:16:12.440 wow
00:16:14.960 so as it's driving up it starts
00:16:17.100 you know like a normal car and then it drives
00:16:19.300 up this curve and it's
00:16:21.280 it's
00:16:22.200 now vertical
00:16:24.660 it's not horizontal and it's driving
00:16:26.980 like at 25 miles an hour and it's driving
00:16:29.100 vertical that's because
00:16:30.880 it has these jets
00:16:33.160 from SpaceX that is
00:16:35.200 pushing it towards the
00:16:37.180 wall and then it comes up to the top and it runs out of road and it looks like it's free falling
00:16:43.580 and spinning down and the jets are actually controlling it to level it out and then land
00:16:51.080 the car it's unbelievable can i tell you i just i just love elon musk i love i i think he is
00:17:02.900 the most amazing man alive today. He is Nikolai Tesla. You know, I tweeted something when the
00:17:11.240 president gave him the science award recently, and he said he's Thomas Edison. He's not Thomas
00:17:16.120 Edison. He's Nikolai Tesla. And there's a huge difference between the two. I got to write a book
00:17:23.420 about those two because I hate Thomas Edison. Thomas Edison was a salesman, and he was a good
00:17:29.980 manager. And he would hire people like Nikolai Tesla, who worked for Edison for a while.
00:17:38.220 And he hired people like that to continue to do experiments. And he would say, look,
00:17:43.520 we're going to do this. Elon Musk is the guy with the ideas. Elon Musk is the guy who's saying,
00:17:50.820 no, this is the way we do it. SpaceX is his. The car company is his. And he said, I decided to put
00:17:57.900 these two together. And I went to them and I said, let's make a flying car. And he said,
00:18:02.960 it might be because I'm crazy, but no, it's because I think Elon Musk
00:18:09.660 is the quintessential American dreamer. I haven't seen an American dreamer like this.
00:18:21.380 You know what the difference is with America and all other countries, all other countries,
00:18:26.480 and we were becoming like this until him.
00:18:29.080 All other countries tell you, no, there are limits.
00:18:32.320 You can't do this, you can't do this, you can't do this.
00:18:35.400 Elon Musk says, why not?
00:18:39.100 Let's try that.
00:18:40.040 We got a rocket company.
00:18:41.340 I got a car company.
00:18:42.800 We can put these together.
00:18:43.860 I know we can make a flying car.
00:18:45.460 Here's how we do it.
00:18:47.160 And he does it.
00:18:48.540 And even in the intro when he's saying,
00:18:51.260 we're going to show this, he's like, this may not work.
00:18:54.700 He's like, this one is automated.
00:18:57.100 He said, this car will not be automated.
00:18:59.040 It'll be the only non-automated product that we make if we ever release it.
00:19:03.900 He said, but this one is, he said, because we don't want to kill somebody
00:19:07.200 because we're not sure that it's going on this test actually work.
00:19:13.620 And so he does it anyway.
00:19:16.360 There's nobody that takes these kinds of risks.
00:19:19.280 And that's what Americans were.
00:19:21.540 We were risk takers.
00:19:23.640 You know, I got to tell you, I am, when it comes to danger, I'm a wussy.
00:19:29.860 I am just, I don't like danger.
00:19:32.180 I don't like danger.
00:19:33.560 When it comes to risks, I'll disrupt everything, especially my own life.
00:19:38.340 I will disrupt all the time.
00:19:40.800 And I like the cutting edge.
00:19:42.960 I like living on the edge on technology and what's coming in the future, etc., etc.
00:19:48.140 I'm fascinated by it.
00:19:49.880 but when it comes to real danger,
00:19:55.460 I don't think he's afraid.
00:19:57.680 I think he would be the first in his rocket.
00:20:01.000 Honestly, I think it's an insurance company that says,
00:20:03.880 no, no, no, no, you're not getting into the rocket.
00:20:07.440 Because everything, so I was talking to somebody
00:20:10.640 and they said, do you own SpaceX or Tesla stock?
00:20:14.720 And I said, yeah, damn right I do.
00:20:17.820 And do you think that's, I mean, 0.88
00:20:19.200 I think maybe it's overrated.
00:20:20.620 I said, really?
00:20:22.220 You want to sell yours to talk to me?
00:20:23.780 Because I'll buy it at a discount if you want to get out.
00:20:27.400 And they said, well, what do you think?
00:20:28.840 I mean, overrated, what do you think is too high of a price?
00:20:31.520 I said, I'm holding onto that stock unless Elon Musk has a terminal illness.
00:20:40.940 Then I'm selling it.
00:20:42.460 Because it is all based on him.
00:20:46.640 It's the only company that I've ever seen
00:20:48.800 that if that guy dies,
00:20:51.960 good luck for SpaceX and everything else
00:20:55.240 because it'll become kind of,
00:20:57.200 I bet it will become like Walt Disney
00:20:58.820 and it will become protective.
00:21:02.320 It will become, what would Elon do?
00:21:05.760 How did Elon think, et cetera, et cetera.
00:21:08.440 And then you can't run a company like that.
00:21:10.900 This guy is absolutely incredible.
00:21:13.160 Let's play number nine here.
00:21:16.120 This is the flying roadster jumping over a bunch of cars and trucks.
00:21:25.200 Look at that.
00:21:27.600 Play that again.
00:21:28.780 There it is in slow motion.
00:21:30.440 So like evil Knievel, except there's no ramp.
00:21:35.300 It's speeding towards these cars and a truck, and it just jumps up.
00:21:41.140 It makes a couple of 360s in the air and then lands softly on the tires.
00:21:50.140 I've never seen anything that incredible.
00:21:57.200 It's amazing.
00:21:59.240 Absolutely amazing.
00:22:01.440 You know what?
00:22:02.060 On my bucket list of people to meet is Elon Musk.
00:22:04.820 I've met him before, but I've never sat down and really talked to him.
00:22:07.940 I don't think I could talk to him. 1.00
00:22:09.100 I think I would be a bumbling idiot. 1.00
00:22:10.940 I think I would, have you ever met anybody where you're just like, you're just enamored by them 1.00
00:22:16.460 and you just think that they're so smart and you're like, I think that's what I would, I would
00:22:22.220 come off. Like he would look at me and go, are you autistic? Uh, I, cause I don't know. I don't
00:22:29.780 know what I would say to him. Cause I just think he is the most incredible man alive today. I really
00:22:35.220 do. I think he is one of the most important human beings on the planet today because of what he's
00:22:42.440 done for liberty, for the republic, for freedom, for free speech, for believing in no boundaries
00:22:50.600 again. That was the thing about America. We didn't believe in boundaries. We're like,
00:22:56.400 what the hell? Do it. What do you think the Wright brothers were like?
00:23:00.860 You know, the Wright brothers, do you know when the Wright brothers first took off?
00:23:03.500 they took off and they took off and they were headed toward a sand dune okay and they take off
00:23:09.960 and it starts to fly and it's really great and all of a sudden they're like go for it man just
00:23:16.280 go for it and so they pull up and it goes over the sand dune and now you're over the water you're
00:23:21.760 over the ocean and they're like i don't know it's gonna crash in the ocean okay just keep going
00:23:28.720 I mean, that's who we used to be.
00:23:31.960 Explorers and people who never said, no, I don't think we should do that.
00:23:38.460 I think that's too far.
00:23:40.400 I think that's, no.
00:23:42.760 What do you mean, no?
00:23:44.880 I'll strap myself into it.
00:23:46.640 You don't want to do it?
00:23:47.500 That's fine.
00:23:48.040 I believe in this.
00:23:48.740 I'll strap myself into it.
00:23:53.120 I can't believe, I mean, when I was growing up, you know,
00:23:56.540 I grew up in the time of the Jetsons.
00:23:59.460 And when I was growing up, everybody said,
00:24:01.540 oh, the future, you know, by 2020, we'll have,
00:24:04.200 you know, or by the year 2000, we'll have flying cars.
00:24:07.280 And no one will be fat because there'll be a fat pill.
00:24:10.820 And we didn't get any of that.
00:24:13.320 We're getting it now.
00:24:15.100 We're getting it now, a flying car.
00:24:19.060 And none of that could have been done without AI.
00:24:21.620 There's no way that, there's no way a guy is sitting in that,
00:24:26.260 You know, what confused me about this, he said, this won't be something, this will not be autonomous.
00:24:32.420 This will be something where it requires a person inside the car.
00:24:36.780 Really?
00:24:37.920 Because a person is going to be able to do that?
00:24:41.480 I mean, I can understand I'm pushing launch and land or flip, but I don't think a human could do that.
00:24:51.060 I don't, it's happening too fast.
00:24:53.780 I mean, you don't even see it until they slow it down.
00:24:55.660 Play that again, jumping over the car.
00:24:57.440 When you look at it in, play the other one.
00:25:00.700 Yeah, there.
00:25:01.820 Okay, there it is in real time.
00:25:03.060 You think a human is doing that?
00:25:04.500 No way.
00:25:07.020 Look at it in slow motion.
00:25:08.160 Look how many things have to happen.
00:25:09.680 Those jets are spiraling around the car to direct exactly how it's flowing.
00:25:16.120 It's incredible.
00:25:17.500 here's a real question when can i have one
00:25:28.240 when can i buy this when can i buy i gotta tell you elon because i'll write to elon once in a
00:25:37.100 while and i'll be like when are the robots i want a robot i want the robot because i want a robot
00:25:42.820 for our museum i want to keep it in the box and i want to put it in our museum because it's the
00:25:48.060 first it's the first but i also want a robot uh you know i i i want some sort of a i i need a
00:25:56.940 device where i can shoot it and kill it if i have to as well don't think i won't be unarmed around
00:26:02.300 that thing um but i really want one and everybody's like everybody's family's like you want a 0.99
00:26:07.960 robot. Glenn, you don't want a robot. I'm like, I want a robot. I want a robot. And so I write
00:26:16.260 to Elon occasionally. I'm like, how do I get on the list? He's like, Glenn, there is no list.
00:26:20.460 When they come out, they're going to come out in 2027, first year, 2028, I think. He said,
00:26:25.580 first year, 2027, it'll all go to industry, mainly Tesla and SpaceX. He said, but it'll
00:26:34.560 all be for industry. And I'm like, you can count me as an industry. I mean, I've been in a, what,
00:26:38.740 what kind of industry are you like radio industry? We need robots. And I'm like, just, I just want,
00:26:45.940 I just want to be on the, I just want to be on the, I want a robot. I want a robot,
00:26:49.280 but they're coming. They're coming. I mean, think of that. The Jetsons had flying cars.
00:26:58.740 Nobody was fat. No, Mr. Spacely was fat, wasn't he? And then they had the, what was the May
00:27:04.540 name, the robot that was a maid. We're almost there, guys. Yeah, Rosie, Rosie the robot, right?
00:27:12.960 We're there. I mean, I guess it's just like the eight-year-old kid in me that is so excited about
00:27:21.660 this, but I just, I'm so excited that we're inventing again. I'm so excited that we're
00:27:28.000 exploring again that we're doing these amazing things this is what america is ricky oh bj's
00:27:37.460 telling us to wrap it up but i have been begging to get your reaction to a negative nancy who says
00:27:42.240 that's just a marketing stunt and the technology is old just nobody ever thought of bolting it on
00:27:47.420 a car so no big deal not really a flying car oh yeah i'm gonna oh i'll answer that here in just a
00:27:54.660 second this is the best of the glenn beck program and don't forget rate us on itunes
00:28:04.060 truth is under attack in our culture people are embracing lies about gender they're rejecting the
00:28:15.620 sanctity of every human life and the government is even punishing people for saying what's true
00:28:20.640 and right or worse the woke mob is doxing them and slandering them with no due process just an
00:28:25.960 angry mob making their lives miserable or worse putting families in real danger but the biblical
00:28:31.960 principles on which our country was founded still matter real patriots and christians are beginning
00:28:36.960 to stand up they're showing real courage without a safety net of a big bank account they're bolstered
00:28:42.420 only by the truths that are self-evident but these people must be defended alliance defending freedom
00:28:48.700 is on the front lines of this fight,
00:28:50.340 and they're standing in courtrooms across the country
00:28:52.240 upholding truth and your right to speak it.

00:29:13.760 This is the best of the Glenn Beck Program,
00:29:16.060 and don't forget, rate us on iTunes.
00:29:18.700 wow are you missing uh the program you're not a part of the insider you are missing it uh it's
00:29:35.040 been a very long week for all of us and um oh man oh man everybody's on the chopping block today
00:29:42.500 uh you got to go back and watch the show if you're an insider today is a show you don't want
00:29:46.580 to miss uh for all the behind the scenes but uh speaking of that uh ricky uh well let me get into
00:29:53.000 this first uh jason play that clip from elon musk we were talking about the car you know the flying
00:29:59.040 car and i think elon musk yes yes yes he could very well turn out to be the antichrist let's just
00:30:07.280 admit it let's just admit it yes he could however getting to that place is kind of exciting you know
00:30:15.480 might end horribly we might all be beheaded and have to take you know the mark in our forehead but
00:30:20.920 until that time he is a remarkable guy um and you know yesterday the flying car was uh released
00:30:30.640 this is him in 2018 for anybody who thinks oh well he just put a bunch of stuff together
00:30:36.720 this is him in 2018 explaining uh with joe rogan the flying car concept listen to this
00:30:43.240 we put rocket thrusters on it for real yes what are they gonna burn i think uh high ultra high
00:30:50.400 pressure compressed air whoa just air cold gas thrusters do you have to have air tanks or are
00:30:57.280 they sucking the air out okay yeah it's an electric pump whoa pump it up to like 10 000 psi and how
00:31:03.040 fast so you already know how fast you want to go he knew exactly how to do it he knew exactly how
00:31:12.100 to do it back in 2018. And so he got together. I love the opening yesterday when he was talking,
00:31:17.780 he was like, uh, uh, you know, it could be that I'm, uh, I'm crazy. Uh, but I had a car company
00:31:24.720 and a rocket company and I decided, Hey, let's build this. And so we do. And it's an amazing
00:31:30.060 thing. And you can get his roadster. If you put down, what is it? $50,000. You can get the roadster.
00:31:35.620 You can be on the list for the Roadster.
00:31:38.300 And if you want the Roadster, what do they call it?
00:31:44.520 Ricky?
00:31:45.840 What do they call it?
00:31:46.900 If you want the thrust package, it's like...
00:31:48.980 The thrust package, okay.
00:31:51.200 Ricky has been, unbeknownst to her, innocently all day, 0.94
00:31:54.980 talking about the suck and thrust package, 0.78
00:31:58.320 which I would like you to stop saying because I have to call HR. 0.94
00:32:03.600 I would too.
00:32:04.120 I would too.
00:32:05.620 Uh, uh, anyway, so that is, I guess if you get it with a thrust package, which is zero to 60 in less than a second, uh, you have to put a $250,000 deposit, but it, it looks absolutely incredible.
00:32:23.580 I mean, I don't know when you'd ever use it, but it is absolutely incredible.
00:32:29.960 Now, speaking of those packages, Ricky and Michaela.
00:32:37.720 Is Michaela on the phone?
00:32:40.580 Hi, Michaela.
00:32:42.080 Hi, Glenn.
00:32:44.040 Hi.
00:32:44.640 So I found out, you know, about four o'clock my time this morning that you and Ricky tend to find socialist men hot.
00:33:00.480 Michaela, give the context.
00:33:03.980 The context for this is that we have a group text where the team for Glenn chats.
00:33:09.880 and we were talking about how Hassan Piker is actually really not that intelligent. I said,
00:33:15.640 I listened to a whole interview. I actually watched a whole interview with Hassan Piker
00:33:19.700 and I said, he's really just good looking and radical, but he's not bright at all.
00:33:24.620 And everyone said, he's good looking. Michaela loves communists. I said, there's no way he gets
00:33:30.540 away with being who he is. He streams seven hours a day if he's not good looking. No one's doing
00:33:35.940 that with an unattractive overweight communist that's not happening he has to be good looking 0.94
00:33:40.760 or the whole thing falls apart so wait a minute so wait a minute are you alleging now that you 0.93
00:33:46.300 didn't find no no no that you didn't find him hot you find him hot the things that i brought
00:33:53.700 on national radio to talk about are so embarrassing yeah i know i know that's what i do for a living
00:34:00.180 um and then and then is it true that you went the step further and talked about mom donnie the same
00:34:08.680 way i i don't spend hours doing this i mentioned a couple days ago that i think that he's also a
00:34:16.320 nice looking man which is also how he gets away with being so radical i said he's nice looking
00:34:22.620 he's charming when you listen to him he seems kind it's just all of his ideas are bad or evil
00:34:27.820 so what you're saying is ricky then twisted this because there's a difference between saying he's
00:34:34.520 a nice looking man and hot no ricky would never twist anything i want that on the record that's
00:34:42.500 right girl now it is interesting because wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute
00:34:49.320 wait a minute wait a minute there is something wrong here because if you find this guy there's
00:34:54.560 one thing to say no he's a good looking guy i can understand it but one thing to say uh he's a good
00:34:59.940 looking man and i don't know i i think he's kind of hot because there's nothing hot about mom donnie
00:35:05.320 the guy is there there's no woman that is attracted to somebody who's like you know what i'm gonna do
00:35:12.120 a rap album let's do a rap and then oh oh i got an idea let's do a grocery store too the guy is so 0.98
00:35:21.060 non-male he is such a wuss in life i mean he could approach me look i am the biggest wuss 0.96
00:35:33.100 in the world i would never worry about crossing the street if mom donnie was coming my way 0.98
00:35:40.200 if he was looking menacing i'm gonna be so menacing i'm gonna just i'm gonna get i'm gonna 0.65
00:35:46.340 go approach glenn beck like i'm gonna beat the snot out of him i'm not crossing the street
00:35:50.940 I'm not crossing the street 0.98
00:35:52.620 I know how to throw a punch more than that guy does
00:35:55.540 and I don't know how to throw a punch 0.99
00:35:57.160 the guy is not a guy
00:35:59.820 he's not
00:36:00.720 so I don't know how anybody finds 1.00
00:36:02.380 I don't know how any woman is attracted 1.00
00:36:04.180 to I gotta do a grocery store 1.00
00:36:07.760 and I've been living off my mom's money
00:36:10.360 my whole life 0.78
00:36:11.520 well if we're talking about hot
00:36:13.740 should we bring Jason in
00:36:14.880 yes we should
00:36:16.220 and we should talk about AOC
00:36:17.860 and his crush on her
00:36:19.460 that little weirdo socialist girl let's go wait a minute hang on just a second wait a minute wait
00:36:25.080 a minute wait a minute wait a minute jason with sunglasses on or without sunglasses sunglasses 0.61
00:36:33.820 on preferably right sunglasses on okay okay you can understand you can understand that
00:36:40.080 you know talking or not talking oh gosh not talking
00:36:45.420 sunglasses i agree with him 1.00
00:36:49.200 that's our point it's like they okay biology says women like dudes with beards and like 0.88
00:36:58.640 darker skin typically it's like uh it goes back biology says that yes it's anthropological 0.96
00:37:05.860 biology stuff we like beards handsome darker features that's like we're attracted to that
00:37:13.140 What I'm not attracted to is a single word that comes out of their mouth, just like Jason.
00:37:19.340 No, but listen, listen.
00:37:21.280 There's a guy who can walk up to you, and then there's a guy who swishes up to you.
00:37:28.540 I'm sorry, but there's no biological juice that should be running in your body with a guy who's swishing up to you.
00:37:35.900 Hey, girl, what do you say we go to the grocery store and go shopping?
00:37:39.980 i'm gonna save all kinds of money because it's on the taxpayer it's not happening there's no
00:37:45.820 there's no biological juices running there none he's a constitutional conservative then
00:37:52.520 he's kind of hot right and there it is well no wait wait a minute wait hang on just a second
00:38:00.360 let's just say this a constitutional conservative is not like i can't make it i just can't make it
00:38:07.860 everybody's against me the whole system is rigged against me a constitutional conservative is like
00:38:14.000 get out of my way i'll show you how we can do this yeah that's kind of hot for a guy i would
00:38:21.220 think that's kind of option i i didn't get the no talking option that jason got and okay so wait a
00:38:28.200 minute wait wait wait but i'm not talking about talking i'm not talking about talking he's got
00:38:34.200 the no talking and the no sunglasses
00:38:36.040 you could put no talking and no sunglasses
00:38:38.360 on Mondani
00:38:39.280 and he's still having to saunter
00:38:42.340 up to you
00:38:43.080 he's still having to walk across the room
00:38:46.520 to you
00:38:46.900 he still needs to move
00:38:49.360 and that's my point
00:38:52.440 the very serious point that Michaela has been trying to make
00:38:54.200 is 1.00
00:38:54.580 liberal women are prey 1.00
00:38:58.260 to these 1.00
00:38:59.800 I guess you want to call them beta boys fine 1.00
00:39:02.220 But the guys that are pretty good looking with a beard and really bad ideas, liberal women are prey to them. 0.80
00:39:08.100 Michaela and I have a force field where we can objectively observe, that's a pretty good looking guy, while also turning away from the bad ideas.
00:39:19.000 That's the lesson here.
00:39:22.340 And I completely understand that if he wasn't so swishy.
00:39:29.340 i don't know i don't know women i just don't know what is attractive to a guy who's gonna 0.56
00:39:36.280 throw you in front i don't care what you do with i don't care what you do with the women just leave
00:39:41.060 me alone i i mean if you don't think what's attractive about the girl i'm donnie what's
00:39:49.040 attractive about the girl aoc who just yesterday said women can't go to college because the
00:39:53.920 government won't pay for it literally every woman on this staff went to college government didn't
00:39:58.500 pay for it we're doing fine you want the truth you want the truth i'm gonna give you the i want
