00:00:45.040Joe Biden, well, Chip Roy is on the podcast today talking about how he's trying to pass a bill now to get the cabinet to invoke the 25th Amendment.
00:00:56.980The world watched our president look feeble and weak, and we are in deep trouble.
00:01:07.580Politically, it's a home run now for Donald Trump to win.
00:01:11.620And I would love for Donald Trump just to walk through and just get into the office and really have a win that's so substantial, we're not divided anymore.
00:01:22.380But this guy cannot be president of the United States a day more.
00:02:10.580The Jace case is a personalized emergency kit that contains essential antibiotics and medications that will treat the most common and deadly bacterial infections.
00:02:21.120It provides five life-saving antibiotics for emergency use.
00:02:25.040You just fill out a simple form and you have it in your house just in case you need it.
00:03:44.080President Biden, inflation has slowed, but prices remain high.
00:03:47.900Since you took office, the price of essentials has increased.
00:03:51.360For example, a basket of groceries that cost $100 then now costs more than $120.
00:03:58.060And typical home prices have jumped more than 30 percent.
00:04:01.340What do you say to voters who feel they are worse off under your presidency than they were under President Trump?
00:04:07.440We've got to take a look at what I was left when I became president and what Mr. Trump left me.
00:04:12.360When he walked out at first, he looked like the walking dead.
00:04:17.040And I think you're going to be surprised at some of the things I say today because I'm not playing politics and I'm hearing everybody else playing politics.
00:05:25.420Given that, why should voters trust you to solve this crisis?
00:05:28.840Because we worked very hard to get a bipartisan agreement that not only changed all of that and made sure that we are in a situation where you had no circumstance where they could come across the border with the number of border police there are now.
00:05:43.040We significantly increased the number of asylum officers, significantly, by the way, the border patrolman endorsed me, endorsed my position.
00:05:51.100In addition to that, we found ourselves in a situation where when he was president, he was taking, separating babies from their mothers, putting them in cages, making sure the families were separated.
00:06:03.580What I've done since I've changed the law, what's happened, I've changed it in a way that now you're in a situation where there are 40 percent fewer people coming across the border illegally.
00:06:16.380And I'm going to continue to move until we get the total ban on the total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more border patrol and more asylum officers.
00:06:40.340We'd be able to help make sure that all those things we need to do, child care, elder care, making sure that we continue to strengthen our health care system,
00:06:48.720making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the COVID,
00:06:57.920excuse me, with dealing with everything we have to do with.
00:08:42.860I remember I wasn't around for Kennedy, but I remember when Reagan was in the hospital after being shot.
00:08:50.520And that was a very nerve wracking time because he's not in charge and he transferred the powers to the vice president while he was in the hospital right at the beginning.
00:09:06.560It was terrifying because you knew the world was watching.
00:12:29.560You know, I don't know if you know what it is like if there is a launch of a nuclear weapon or even one that we think has a nuclear bomb in it.
00:12:45.120If North Korea would launch a hypersonic weapon at us, we would have less time than seven minutes.
00:12:55.660We wouldn't be able to verify if that was a nuke or not.
00:13:01.100The president has seven minutes to decide.
00:13:18.740They open it up and it is like a, it's a, it's a cheesecake factory memo, menu.
00:13:28.840And the president has to look through it and say, okay, this city, this system, these ships, these silos.
00:13:38.900And then the guy who's with the football is kind of like an actuary.
00:13:43.500He then has to look at all of those and take each selection and then go back to the president and say, within seven minutes, okay, Mr. President, this is going to result in this many dead.
00:16:05.160But B, more than self their country loved.
00:16:13.040If you are somebody who's on the left thinking, oh, well, this just played into the, quote, caricature that the right was trying to build about him.
00:17:55.460Anyway, if you are looking to buy or sell a house and you have to move, I know it's a nightmare.
00:18:02.200It's an absolute nightmare to sell your house, to buy another one.
00:18:06.160You need somebody that is that knows the best practices, knows your area specifically, knows what the neighborhoods are worth, know what's going on in those neighborhoods.
00:18:17.240Knows the schools, et cetera, et cetera.
00:18:19.280This is absolutely essential in the crazy times that we live in.
00:18:24.180This is why I started RealEstateAgentsItrust.com.
00:18:27.120We pair you up with the absolute top selling real estate agents in your area.
00:18:31.600The agents that we vet and work with know the best practices, can help you negotiate.
00:18:37.720Well, let's build a team of professionals to get the job done right the first time.
00:18:41.360If you've never worked with a real estate agent who's top of the line, oh, you're going to be pleasantly surprised.
00:19:12.800We were watching it with a number of our fellow allies in the spin room where I was handling a lot of the media before and after.
00:19:19.500And I got to tell you, Glenn, the media mood was despondent in response.
00:19:24.080I mean, what we saw last night was, I think, a rejection of this country's greatness of President Biden standing there like he not had a drug, performance-enhancing drug, but like he had a lobotomy beforehand.
00:19:35.780And the reality is this became more evident to me that they scheduled this debate as the first ever June debate in history.
00:19:44.660It's the earliest ever debate to happen before the nominating convention of their own party.
00:20:42.560I think the higher level fact of the matter is the managerial class has lost their use for Joe Biden.
00:20:48.300So in some sense, they were prepared for him to be hung out to dry.
00:20:51.340What I really think is the fact that any Americans at home are surprised by what they saw.
00:20:57.300And many of my independent and centrist friends last night were shocked.
00:21:01.720That is actually the indictment of the media, because the media is playing interference, running interference for Joe Biden for a long time.
00:21:09.300But now they've just decided to let the old man fend for his own, and he wasn't able to do it.
00:21:14.620And so the reality is they've lost their use for Biden.
00:21:17.360His cognitive deficits, this is what it also reveals, Glenn, is for the people around him, the managerial class around him.
00:21:24.100His cognitive deficits haven't been a bug.
00:21:26.320It's kind of a feature, because that's what allows them to control him.
00:21:29.960But right now, that managerial class is ready for a new candidate, I think.
00:21:33.480Let me ask you, beyond the candidacy, have you read Annie Jacobson's book, Nuclear War?
00:21:49.480It talks about the first, I think it's 15 or 30 minutes of a nuclear war, and minute by minute, and it's amazing.
00:21:57.000There is no way that that man should be, they should be talking, and you've run many companies.
00:22:03.480If that was your CEO, and you were chairman of the board, would you not be holding a vote today with the board of directors to relieve him of his duties?
00:22:15.040Not because of a bad performance, but because he proved last night he is not capable of even understanding the complex issues.
00:22:28.740And the vote would be unanimous, of course.
00:22:30.820But the reality is, this is a danger to the future of the United States.
00:22:34.840We're more vulnerable than we have ever been.
00:22:37.080Our homeland right now, Glenn, is more vulnerable than it's ever been in my lifetime to attacks of various kinds,
00:22:43.220from missile to super-IMP to cyber to what's happening even at our southern border.
00:22:47.380But the fact of the matter is, whether you're a Democrat or Republican, you ought to find it frightening if there's somebody who looked like he came straight out of a nursing home for the debate,
00:22:56.260responsible for not only the nuclear codes, but our own national defense.
00:22:59.900And I say that speaking not as a Republican or as a partisan, but just as an American.
00:23:04.220I think that's a sad day for the country, and I think it's why so many people at home were left saddened by what they saw.
00:23:10.080I mean, if you didn't care about the country, all you'd be talking about was, this was fantastic for Donald Trump last night.
00:23:16.800Because this is guaranteed, if he's the candidate, it's guaranteed that Donald Trump will win in November.
00:24:48.760And I think that also goes to the point that you made, Glenn, which is this isn't even a partisan point.
00:24:52.700Even Donald Trump and every one of us would love for Joe Biden to be and have been a great president, but he's not.
00:24:59.440And I think that that authentic delivery, I thought that was one of the nicer pieces of Donald Trump's debate performance last night that others haven't really appreciated maybe quite as much.
00:25:10.700I think that actually converted a lot of independent-minded people who were watching that late into the debate.
00:25:15.620I was on Donald Trump Jr.'s podcast triggered yesterday with him, and we started talking about the economy.
00:25:25.220And I said, you know, I'm not a billionaire.
00:25:38.800But if you ever go through a drive-thru, the first thing that I think of, the first thing Don Jr. told me he thought of, and I bet it's with you, is how is the average person surviving this?
00:25:53.040You can't have two people going through for $35 for Happy Meals.
00:26:00.300And I thought Donald Trump did a good job last night, and he should be recognized as a billionaire who actually does – because he goes through the drive-thru, and he doesn't have to care.
00:26:15.200But he does think, how are people doing this?
00:26:18.800And the reality is if people like you or me or Trump have sticker shock, imagine the effect that has on American Americans who are showing up in a grocery store and paying bills they've never seen.
00:26:30.500But at a moment, here's the key part of this.
00:26:34.120Their wages have not gone up to keep up with that inflation.
00:26:37.960And I think it's the double whammy that people feel at home.
00:26:41.200And that's also why people are having fewer children right now.
00:26:43.760A big reason why many families are choosing to bring fewer children into the world and into this country is because they feel like they can't have the economic stability to do it.
00:26:54.120So that economic risk is now actually feeding.
00:26:56.760And I don't mean to be hyperbolic about it.
00:27:17.540It is a moral issue of a political class that has really spat in the face of the very people they're supposed to serve.
00:27:25.720And the most beautiful part about this, Glenn, is it is solvable.
00:27:28.940You know, Joe Biden's approach is vengeance towards the ultra successful.
00:27:32.960Donald Trump is part of the ultra successful, and he doesn't exhibit vengeance towards them.
00:27:37.060But I think many Americans understand that what I love about Trump is even though he succeeds, I don't have to begrudge him for that success.
00:27:43.280To the contrary, he has the skills that allowed him to succeed as an entrepreneur and as an independent voice outside of politics to help me through politics as well.
00:27:53.160It's what got him there the first time, and I think it's what's going to get him there again.
00:27:56.140So Donald Trump believes that there is such a thing as good debt.
00:28:02.700If you're spending money to make money and you are growing your business, you're fine.
00:28:09.600So, you know, that's why some theory is that you can have a healthy amount of debt.
00:28:15.060But the debt that we're acquiring now, tell me, Vivek, can you name one thing that we have besides seven EVs, charging stations around the country?
00:28:27.880Can you tell me what we have that's an asset with all of the debt that we've racked up over the four years?
00:28:37.240Well, I obviously don't think the national debt should be zero, but it's at $34 trillion and growing.
00:28:43.280We're on track for the interest payments on that debt to be the largest line item on our federal budget.
00:28:50.520So just to draw the individual analogy, you know, do you have a loan on your car?
00:28:55.460If the interest payments that you're making on your loans are the largest item that you or your family spend on, that's not sustainable for your family in the same way that it's not sustainable for our nation.
00:29:06.000That's the way to think about the size of this problem.
00:29:07.880And the worst thing of all is, to your point, are we actually spending it on things that increase our prosperity, increase the quality of life for our people?
00:29:16.260It is in the name of this Green New Deal, a climate change agenda that I've said it before and I'll say it again, a climate change agenda that absolutely is a hoax, that ultimately has nothing to do with the climate and everything to do with letting China catch up to and supersede the United States, because they're not tying their hands with the same constraint that the United States is adopting on its own.
00:29:36.620And I thought Donald Trump did a great job last night not falling for that climate change question, coming out and saying that we do stand for clean air and clean water.
00:29:45.240That, too, is part of America First, but not bending the need of some global climate religion that's adding to our national debt.
00:30:16.100It's a big first step, and I'll tell you there's more we can do, too, but cutting those regulations is not an understatement in its impact.
00:30:24.100We have a regulatory state that has expanded far beyond the scope of what our founders envisioned, and it is at once a threat to our constitutional republic, where the people we elect to run the government, they're not the ones writing the rules anymore.
00:30:35.780Not only is that an affront to our Constitution, it's also an affront to our economy.
00:30:40.900And so that alone is going to unleash a new wave of just economic prosperity from rolling back the regulatory state alone.
00:30:50.540With respect to the debt, as well as economic growth, as well as inflation, there's one step that can take care of all three right at once.
00:30:56.800Get the oil and gas out from underneath our ground and sell it and use that to buy down a big part of our national debt.
00:31:12.780And even more importantly, that is a way that without touching Social Security, Medicare, or raising taxes, you can actually buy down our national debt, which then brings down the interest costs of those payments.
00:31:24.720And I know Donald Trump is thinking exactly along those lines.
00:32:09.080Just remember, constitutionally, only the Secretary of Defense, the guy who brought us, you know, all of our wonderful exits from Afghanistan and all of the great things our military has been doing lately.
00:32:23.840Only he can advise the president if the football is needed.
00:32:30.020Only he and the read Annie Jacobson's book, nuclear war.
00:32:35.760There's no way this guy could handle it.
00:33:08.940I'm a strong supporter of President Trump.
00:33:11.160I thought he did great last night in terms of laying out his views on the border and all these issues.
00:33:15.240Obviously, those of us who follow politics have known that President Biden has been diminishing, that he has been demonstrating his clear incapacity and inability to carry out the powers and duties of the office.
00:33:26.980I think last night it was on full display in a way that was much more apparent.
00:33:33.500And to your point, it was a clearly demonstration, a clear demonstration to our enemies, you know, and the result of which is a weakened and endangered American people,
00:33:43.680not just the nuclear football, not just the code, not just the decision making about those really perilous issues, but just things like handling the border and the extent to which people are coming in and killing Americans and the extent to which we're not pushing on Putin the right way.
00:33:57.320We're getting into the risk of World War Three and Ukraine, the extent to which we're siding with the Palestinians over Israel.
00:34:02.920All of these things are a direct consequence of his complete diminished capacity, which, again, was on full display last night.
00:34:09.060So I am filing either today or early next week a very simple resolution that lays out those observations and then simply says that we're calling on the vice president of the United States to exercise her authority under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment of the Constitution to, you know, find that the president can no longer carry out the duties of the office.
00:34:30.520And we believe that, you know, she can be in the cabinet to do that.
00:34:38.600I happen to believe that it is beneficial for us politically to be strong on standing up for the Constitution and defending the country and calling it like we see it.
00:34:49.940And I think if the Democrats are going to go try to pull him down, they're going to do that anyway.
00:34:53.860We should not view it through those lenses.
00:34:57.080I think we have seven months at least under this guy and a potential of longer.
00:35:02.080If you let him run for reelection and he happens to win, you know, we can't allow that.
00:35:08.120So I think President Trump is perfectly capable of defeating him or Kamala Harris or anyone else they want to throw up.
00:35:14.240And I think we should right now focus on the fact he is unable to faithfully discharge the duties that he has been empowered to do as commander in chief.
00:35:23.060You know, I think the political operatives on the left are so cynical and callous and, you know, power hungry that they won't understand that a lot of Americans on both sides of the aisle watched that last night and were frightened by what they saw.
00:36:09.440And look, I don't want for me personally, if I wanted to look at all of this politically, I would say, let him run, because Donald Trump, it will be such a massive victory for Donald Trump because nobody could vote for him.
00:36:26.940And I think Kamala Harris, you know, is is not a rocket scientist.
00:36:32.900And I disagree with her on almost everything.
00:36:36.720And I don't want her to be president either.
00:36:39.440But what I do know, it's bad for America if he continues another day.
00:36:46.000It is bad for my children's safety and your children's safety.
00:36:50.760But, you know, you everybody in the White House knew it.
00:37:33.940I think it's important for at least one member of Congress, maybe others, to make the statement that we believe that the president is unfit to carry out the duties as commander-in-chief and to put pressure on them.
00:37:45.640And, look, if they're going to be political and if they're going to rally around and say, hey, man, we're the cabinet secretaries.
00:37:52.280The White House, you know, you know, politicals are all calling the shots and Biden's just going along for it.
00:37:57.260If they're going to be that cynical, then that'll play out politically.
00:37:59.620And I've done what I think I should do as a man and as an American and as a member of Congress and who has an oath under the Constitution.
00:38:06.960If, you know, if not, you know, then fine.
00:38:09.860If they go carry it out and they go proceed under the 25th, it's not like I'm going to be doing jumping jacks and, you know, jumping down excited about Kamala Harris being the one making decisions.
00:39:19.700I don't like I you know, I like the way the 25th Amendment was written, but that assumes that you have Americans all that love country more than self in that cabinet.
00:39:33.720And it has to come from the cabinet and the vice president that way.
00:39:37.000Otherwise, you'll get, you know, the Republicans saying, well, that's another form of impeachment.
00:39:43.080Let's get him on this or you'll have the Democrats doing that.
00:39:49.340You know, you didn't expect that the cabinet would be full of people that were just so power hungry and really didn't respect the office of the president and real true, as they say, democracy or the republic.
00:40:07.040You never expected that there would be a group of people that would do that.
00:40:11.780But that's what they're doing right now.
00:40:13.540If they don't stand up, is there any Democrat that would join you on this?
00:40:18.140Because last night I heard, you know, even Joe Scarborough said today he's got to step down.
00:40:23.720It is very clear and widespread when you have lost the New York Times, when you have lost Joe Scarborough, when you have lost Democratic pundits on CNN, when you're watching them, basically they were they actually went beyond crying and depression.
00:40:41.260They went straight to real concern and what I believe actually is is opportunity.
00:40:48.280I believe that Democrats have now known this for a long time.
00:40:52.200They've been guilty of trying to hide it from the American people.
00:40:55.400They've been using him as a puppet, as a Manchurian candidate to drive the radical agenda.
00:41:00.880They've done that and on purpose and that now they saw that the gig was up, that Trump could win.
00:41:06.900They were hoping they could keep the Manchurian candidate in place.
00:41:09.660They panicked and they said, you know what?
00:42:20.960Well, look, I don't want to, you know, break competences, but I've definitively had conversations with some of my Democrat colleagues and others, and they have very real concerns.
00:42:31.100People that wouldn't ordinarily say it have very real concerns.
00:42:35.220And, look, I just saw something out on social media.
