00:00:32.220 How are you?

00:00:32.760 Glenn, how are you?

00:00:34.020 Good.

00:00:34.320 How's your dog?

00:00:35.280 Good.

00:00:35.760 Two dogs.

00:00:36.640 They're both doing well.

00:00:38.780 Yeah.

00:00:39.260 Yeah.

00:00:40.040 Well, they called me last night.

00:00:42.580 They called me last night.

00:00:43.760 They said they're only sticking around for the food.

00:00:45.500 Both of them.

00:00:46.040 They were both.

00:00:46.460 It was a party line.

00:00:47.760 And they were both on the phone.

00:00:49.320 They're like, you know, except for the food, this place is a nightmare.

00:00:52.060 But he gives us Rough Greens.

00:00:54.320 And we're looking for another place.

00:00:55.840 And I said, well, we do Rough Greens.

00:00:57.280 And at our house, we feed our dogs Rough Greens.

00:00:59.340 And they're like, we'd much rather be with you.

00:01:02.040 Really?

00:01:02.520 And I said, really?

00:01:03.700 It's not just the food.

00:01:04.720 And they said, no.

00:01:05.500 You know, Stu's giving us the Rough Greens mainly because he listens to you. 0.99

00:01:10.560 And we just, we don't like him.

00:01:13.000 We don't like him.

00:01:13.680 Wow.

00:01:14.080 Now, what year was this?

00:01:15.100 When the party line existed?

00:01:16.740 What year was the phone call?

00:01:19.000 Anyway, you can call right now.

00:01:21.000 And, you know, your dog may hate Stu as well.

00:01:24.140 But feed him Rough Greens.

00:01:26.020 Help Stu's dog find a home.

00:01:28.560 RoughGreens.com slash Beck.

00:01:30.700 Rough Greens.

00:01:31.240 R-U-F-F-Greens.com slash Beck.

00:01:33.500 Or call 833.

00:01:34.800 This is the way it's starting today, huh?

00:01:36.700 833-G-L-E-N-N-33.

00:01:39.000 That's 833-G-L-E-N-N-33. 1.00

00:01:41.200 RoughGreens.com slash Beck.

00:01:43.280 We'll be right back.

00:02:13.280 We'll be right back.

00:02:43.260 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:02:50.440 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:55.060 And hello, America.

00:02:56.720 There is one thing that is on everybody's mind today, if you are politically minded at all,

00:03:01.640 and that is the debate.

00:03:03.100 We begin there in 60 seconds.

00:03:05.960 First, I got a challenge for you.

00:03:07.460 If you could change your mobile plan, would you?

00:03:10.940 If you can get in there and fiddle around with it, maybe save some money in the process.

00:03:15.460 If it wasn't just such an inconvenience, you'd change, right?

00:03:19.200 Here's the challenge.

00:03:19.880 Take a little time today and go to patriotmobile.com slash Beck and see how much money you can save.

00:03:25.500 See how you can be working with a company that actually, you know, believes in the same things you believe in.

00:03:33.420 And see how easy it is to switch.

00:03:36.740 Right now, all you have to do is go to patriotmobile.com slash Beck.

00:03:40.580 Patriotmobile.com slash Beck.

00:03:42.260 Call 972-PATRIOT.

00:03:43.420 They've got an all-American staff of people.

00:03:48.360 I think they're all Texans, actually.

00:03:50.340 So you can ask them, jeez, can I still get in?

00:03:53.900 Because I think Texas is about to close all of its borders, but maybe that's just me.

00:03:58.340 You can get a free smartphone.

00:04:00.800 Just use the promo code BEC when you call them at 972-PATRIOT.

00:04:04.840 Use the promo code BEC, or you can go to patriotmobile.com slash Beck.

00:04:09.820 Poke around, see how much money you will save today.

00:04:13.420 All right, so I want to talk to you a little bit about the debate tonight and what I think Americans want to hear, what we're looking for.

00:04:24.280 If you're watching the debate, you're most likely watching because you're a conservative.

00:04:32.480 Maybe there will be a few independents that are looking for a choice, but how am I going to choose between these two?

00:04:38.480 I don't know.

00:04:39.140 You know, there's very few Democrats that are watching, and apparently, according to a latest poll, it is mainly Republicans that are interested in this thing.

00:04:50.060 We'll get into the reasons why for all three, you know, independents, Republicans, and Democrats a little later.

00:04:57.260 But here's why you should watch, and here is what people want to hear.

00:05:04.640 First of all, let me start with what they don't want to hear.

00:05:07.500 They don't want to hear about Russiagate.

00:05:09.340 They don't want to hear about stolen elections, January 6th, or frankly, abortion in either direction.

00:05:15.540 They don't need to go over the corrupt court cases of Donald Trump.

00:05:20.000 We got it.

00:05:20.940 Or the corruption of the DOJ regarding Hunter Biden.

00:05:24.800 They don't want to hear about Nazis or an argument over the republic or democracy.

00:05:30.360 They don't want to hear about drag queens, story hour, or any more equity. 0.99

00:05:35.960 They don't want to hear about global warming.

00:05:39.020 It is at the bottom of the list of Americans' concerns.

00:05:44.000 Okay?

00:05:44.200 They don't want to hear about the past and COVID vaccines, especially if it's used as an excuse to dismiss or blame inflation or lack of jobs.

00:05:56.120 Anyone who tries to sell, the border is secure.

00:06:00.080 Our country is in good shape.

00:06:02.160 Jobs are plentiful and growing like crazy.

00:06:04.960 Fuel is cheap and food is affordable.

00:06:07.720 We'll lose.

00:06:09.320 Maybe not tonight, but in the fall, that message will lose.

00:06:15.600 People no longer believe in the system.

00:06:19.020 They don't believe that it's geared for them anymore.

00:06:23.100 They don't believe in the politicians, quite honestly, on either side of the aisle.

00:06:27.080 And they certainly don't believe Jake Tapper and the press.

00:06:31.880 All of those things that were, you know, goodwill or,

00:06:35.340 we've got the full faith and trust in the American government, is a thing of the past, the distant past.

00:06:43.400 People do not need, want, or frankly believe any more of the fake fear-mongering.

00:06:50.760 Why?

00:06:52.460 Because there's enough stuff out there to actually be afraid of.

00:06:57.900 And Americans are.

00:07:00.460 Here's what Americans want to know.

00:07:02.660 Who is going to keep my job secure?

00:07:07.100 Who's going to grow jobs? 1.00

00:07:09.780 Who's going to make sure this insane inflation doesn't continue and, in fact, goes down?

00:07:19.160 They don't care about the Fed, how it works, or, oh God, what Janet Yellen thinks.

00:07:26.140 People don't want to choose between food and fuel.

00:07:33.000 I don't want to choose between making rent or having a car.

00:07:38.000 I can't afford a new home.

00:07:40.120 I can't afford a loan.

00:07:41.700 Nor the 30% interest rate on my credit cards, which are already maxed out.

00:07:47.120 People want answers.

00:07:50.400 They want an actual plan that they're participating in, that they understand it, and they're like, okay, yep, all right, let's do that.

00:07:59.860 They want a leader.

00:08:02.680 They care about the elites who are getting rich.

00:08:06.620 The banks are always bailed out without any consequence.

00:08:09.880 And it seems like the average American can't even get a fair deal.

00:08:14.580 That's what they want to hear about.

00:08:17.520 They're the people who create 70% of all jobs in recessions and tough times.

00:08:23.660 The small business.

00:08:26.380 People who are in small business have always been the backbone of job creation.

00:08:33.400 Yet they see the pattern.

00:08:35.700 It's the same with the banks.

00:08:36.900 Home Depot made money, was allowed to stay open, but the local hardware store, that was a health danger.

00:08:43.600 What's the game we're playing?

00:08:46.500 Because the American people feel like I'm on the losing end.

00:08:51.020 And it's become real for them.

00:08:54.200 They've seen what the reimagining of our economy is doing.

00:08:58.880 They've seen the reimagining of the police.

00:09:01.820 They know what that looks like.

00:09:03.160 What they want to know tonight is who's going to restore safety to our streets and sanity in the houses of justice and the DA offices.

00:09:12.260 Crime is unlike anything I have seen in my lifetime.

00:09:16.540 Because it's everywhere.

00:09:20.700 I mean, when San Franciscans were pooping on the streets, I thought that was novel. 0.93

00:09:28.760 Well, that's happening in a lot of places.

00:09:33.000 Philadelphia, New York, Detroit, you name it.

00:09:38.860 All of California except the farmland.

00:09:41.740 And they could probably use the poop at the farmland.

00:09:46.000 People want safe and clean streets.

00:09:53.600 They've seen the reimagining of our schools.

00:09:56.180 They want schools that will help them as parents teach their children reading, math, arithmetic, writing, usable skills.

00:10:10.460 Not how to march in protests.

00:10:12.500 No matter how insane or, quite frankly, how valid those protests might be,

00:10:17.760 they don't need the school training them to be a protester.

00:10:23.400 Our children need a good education.

00:10:25.320 They don't need some indoctrination camp to teach them that they're gay, not gay, non-binary, one of 93 different genders.

00:10:37.040 They don't want any of that.

00:10:41.040 What they really worry about when it comes to their children is what is their children's life going to be like?

00:10:46.760 Because I can't imagine it.

00:10:48.500 If we stay on this road, I don't see a bright future for my children.

00:10:53.540 And that's bad.

00:10:56.320 And people know it.

00:10:58.640 And they want to know who will stop the insanity.

00:11:02.220 Remember, that's what Biden came in as.

00:11:05.000 Biden won the last election because he was like, isn't this crazy?

00:11:08.200 I mean, don't you just want to?

00:11:09.200 And people voted for him because he's an old, safe guy.

00:11:11.740 What's he going to do?

00:11:13.400 Well, we've seen what he's done.

00:11:15.040 Are our kids going to be able to afford an education?

00:11:24.280 Is it worth having an education?

00:11:27.440 What should they study?

00:11:28.940 With AI and everything that's coming, what is the plan, guys?

00:11:35.180 Will my children be able to own a house?

00:11:41.220 Will my children be able to inherit my house?

00:11:44.040 Will they be able to have food or even grow food?

00:11:49.140 People worry that this is the end of a country that almost all of us, 75, 80% plus, love and want.

00:12:00.600 We may disagree on the problems or the solutions, but 80% of us love America.

00:12:07.680 They want a solution on the border.

00:12:14.460 They want answers on the border.

00:12:18.700 They worry about war.

00:12:24.060 Is my kid going to be sent off to fight some politician or global elites war?

00:12:30.400 Something I don't want, something that I don't even believe in, something that I don't even understand why we're in it.

00:12:35.080 You're already spending all of my children's money and you can't track any of it.

00:12:39.620 And are we seriously talking tough when nuclear war is an option on the table for not just one country, but seemingly several countries?

00:12:54.780 I mean, down on the list, they worry about freedom of speech, unlike they've never thought of it before, because it's becoming more and more real.

00:13:02.680 They're feeling it in their office.

00:13:07.060 They also worry about guns.

00:13:09.700 They worry about the senseless shootings in our schools.

00:13:13.520 But are you going to address the real problem there?

00:13:16.520 Because if there's a shooting in the school, we know who's going to get the blame.

00:13:21.020 It's the gun or the Nazis. 0.90

00:13:22.860 But, you know, when we have a transgender shooting, in fact, several of them, nobody seems to want to talk about that. 1.00

00:13:30.160 Nobody even wants to talk about the real problems of social media.

00:13:34.380 That's the main driver of suicide and the death in young adults.

00:13:39.460 They won't say anything about that, because they're in bed with social media.

00:13:45.920 They won't call out the gangs.

00:13:48.420 They won't call out China and the drug cartels for the huge problem of fentanyl.

00:13:54.600 Instead, what they'll do is they'll make it harder for people in actual pain to get pain relief from their doctors.

00:14:03.460 Have you tried to get pain relief from your doctor?

00:14:05.320 Well, you're already, you're already, they're looking at you now to put you in jail because you need pain relief from your doctor.

00:14:15.460 And the doctor is also afraid of going to jail because if he messes up one thing, that's it for him.

00:14:22.540 And it seems more and more like the solution from our government for real pain relief, for pain and suffering is, well, you can kill yourself.

00:14:35.320 But I digress.

00:14:39.860 People care about their future.

00:14:44.940 For the first time in my lifetime, their immediate future.

00:14:50.620 Are my kids going to survive school?

00:14:53.560 Is my wife going to make it after going to the gas station? 1.00

00:14:58.960 Am I going to have any money left?

00:15:00.900 Will I be able to keep my house or my apartment?

00:15:07.080 People for the first time in my life are beginning to look at our, our civil rights, our bill of rights in a different way.

00:15:14.760 For instance, the right and keep to keep and bear arms.

00:15:18.140 That's always been theoretical in so many ways, but it's not theoretical anymore.

00:15:24.040 And here's how we see on TV all the time, people trapped in their cars, surrounded by Antifa or Hamas lovers, whatever it is. 0.65

00:15:38.120 And there's no help coming for that person in the car.

00:15:40.460 There's no help.

00:15:42.960 But God forbid you defend yourself.

00:15:45.660 No, the writers won't have a problem.

00:15:47.440 No, they'll be fine.

00:15:48.940 You.

00:15:49.420 No help is coming.

00:15:54.380 We see that.

00:15:55.980 You call 911 in several cities.

00:15:58.060 No help is coming.

00:16:00.360 Our wives, our daughters, our son.

00:16:04.100 Even us, men.

00:16:06.180 We have to stop and get gas at night occasionally.

00:16:09.140 When did it become normal to keep checking over your shoulder to make sure you're not being cased?

00:16:13.540 The bad guys have guns.

00:16:17.740 And the way they get them is not through any legitimate gun store that you're breathing down the neck on.

00:16:26.200 They have them.

00:16:27.520 They use them.

00:16:28.500 And the police now are no longer allowed to police anymore.

00:16:33.480 And if they do, God forbid, the DA lets them go.

00:16:37.760 If our government won't stop gangs from coming across our border, from the terrorists of many countries that are known to be coming over our southern border,

00:16:51.280 If the government dismisses rioters, firebombings, calls the hardworking, taxpaying American that is struggling literally to buy a loaf of bread, the biggest threat to America, then maybe we've already lost our country.

00:17:09.420 And too many innocents will lose their life.

00:17:12.940 People want to know who will keep them safe.

00:17:17.880 People want to know why our veterans are on the streets and illegal aliens are in five-star hotels. 1.00

00:17:29.860 People want to know why you won't arrest and convict criminals.

00:17:34.100 You won't go after the gangs or illegal guns.

00:17:36.960 You won't enforce our laws.

00:17:39.320 And then at the same time, a big push to take away my right to defend myself and the only thing that I'll have to defend myself.

00:17:49.260 But again, that's a distant second to I can't afford food.

00:17:56.060 I can't pay for my house.

00:17:58.340 I can't afford an apartment, a car, electricity, fuel, insurance, health care.

00:18:08.200 And no slogan is going to work this time.

00:18:10.820 None.

00:18:12.620 Only leadership.

00:18:15.460 People need to see a leader tonight that actually sees them.

00:18:21.620 They don't care about their life.

00:18:23.660 They don't care about the past.

00:18:25.080 They need a leader that sees them, sees what their life is like for them every day.

00:18:33.100 They don't need anybody to tell them how bad it is.

00:18:36.160 They want to hear, I get it.

00:18:39.620 I see you.

00:18:42.060 I know the problem.

00:18:44.440 And I will fix it.

00:18:48.940 All right.

00:18:49.800 What are your plans for the 4th of July?

00:18:51.300 How about getting everybody together and celebrating independence by supporting an American company with all American products like beef, chicken, all from great ranches here in America.

00:19:04.460 An all American company, American meat.

00:19:07.720 It's, believe it or not, that little flag says nothing.

00:19:10.840 60% of the meat that has that little flag on it.

00:19:13.640 You better check on that number for me, Stu.

00:19:15.740 But it has that little flag.

00:19:16.920 That's meat that's come from overseas. 0.99

00:19:18.900 Okay, that flag is, I mean, it's worse than non-GMO crap. 0.75

00:19:25.120 Oh, yeah, this is a completely, that's a completely healthy non-GMO. 0.92

00:19:31.340 Uh-huh.

00:19:31.760 Is it?

00:19:33.120 Oh, this is from America.

00:21:47.420 And some really cool announcements tonight that I think we're upgrading the Blaze yet again, and we'll talk about that as well tonight.

00:21:54.720 Blaze TV.

00:21:55.260 I don't know, Glenn.

00:21:56.460 I think you hop in and you do the debate tonight for Donald Trump.

00:21:59.740 That was a great way of explaining it.

00:22:02.380 Now, of course, he's a little bit of a different style and maybe more life success than you.

00:22:06.600 No, no, he's...

00:22:07.260 No, it was a pretty good rant.

00:22:10.960 You should listen to me.

00:22:12.560 No, I know.

00:22:13.280 If he could lay it out like that, though, I mean, that would be really effective.

00:22:16.700 That's what people care about.

00:22:17.960 The thing about Donald Trump that people miss, and I think you've seen it several times, I know I have, and some members of my staff have seen it when we've been with him or interviewing him, before the cameras go on.

00:22:34.040 He's a performer, okay?

00:22:35.560 But in real life, he is kind and sensitive.

00:22:41.560 He is...

00:22:42.120 I mean, he's not the guy you see as the entertainer.

00:22:45.740 He is thoughtful of other people and compassionate.

00:22:51.860 And if that Donald Trump can come out and just look in the camera, no matter what they say, look into the camera and say, I could sit here and talk about, you know, the stolen election and I could make some good points.

00:23:06.400 But what difference does it make to you now?

00:23:10.700 You're worried about buying groceries.

00:23:13.600 This guy is denying that inflation is even happening.

00:23:18.180 I don't deny it.

00:23:20.020 I will fix it.

00:23:22.720 Win.

00:23:24.000 Win.

00:23:28.500 But just in case he doesn't win, I'd like to introduce you to my Patriot Supply.

00:23:38.060 One of the best investments you can make for your family is food security.

00:23:42.200 When the lines of the grocery store are around the block, there's not much to get inside anyway.

00:23:48.560 You know, the gods of the copybook headings.

00:23:50.360 We had plenty of money, but there was nothing our money could buy.

00:23:53.400 When the trucks aren't running, will your family be sitting at home secure in the knowledge that you have what you need to survive as a family?

00:24:02.800 That's what my Patriot Supply is doing.

00:24:06.440 Since 2008, my Patriot Supply has helped millions of Americans gear up for emergencies.

00:24:12.960 This is what my family has done.

00:24:46.500 Use the code DEBATE and save $30.

00:24:48.460 If tonight's debate was fair, they would ask some tough questions of Joe Biden.

00:25:08.940 The Federalists put five questions together.

00:25:12.140 Mr. Biden, when you took office, inflation was 1.4%.

00:25:15.760 Under your leadership, inflation hit 9%.

00:25:18.980 Why do you blame Trump for that?

00:25:22.200 Question number two.

00:25:23.160 What would you do differently in the next four years to bring down inflation that you could not have done in these past four years?

00:25:30.780 Question number three.

00:25:31.640 For years, you have said you did all you could to secure the border.

00:25:34.880 During the last few weeks, however, you've taken executive action to implement policies related to legal immigration.

00:25:41.460 Many of these were things that you stopped and canceled from Trump.

00:25:46.060 What changed in the last four years over the last three weeks?

00:25:50.200 And why did you wait?

00:25:52.100 Number four.

00:25:52.820 The New York Times and other outlets have criticized you for avoiding interviews and speaking to the press.

00:25:57.320 You have the lowest rate of interaction with the media of both your predecessors.

00:26:01.060 What's your response?

00:26:02.020 And number five.

00:26:03.320 President Biden, you have continually said no one is above the law and that legal decisions such as Trump's conviction must be respected.

00:26:11.720 Where then do you get the authority to ignore the Supreme Court's rulings when it comes to student loans?

00:26:18.500 That's according to the Federalist.

00:26:20.300 Yeah.

00:26:20.600 I like all of those.

00:26:21.300 Good.

00:26:21.620 Those are all really good questions.

00:26:23.320 Yeah.

00:26:23.720 Yeah.

00:26:23.880 Pat Gray joins us now.

00:26:26.400 Stu Bergeer, my executive producer.

00:26:29.120 What are you guys hoping is asked tonight?

00:26:33.740 What do you hope we see in each candidate?

00:26:37.340 I'd like to have the question to Biden.

00:26:42.260 Why do you keep lying about your background, your family, your career?

00:26:46.700 Virtually everything you ever say is a total and complete lie.

00:26:50.260 And even after they've been fact checked by liberal organizations, you continue to say the same things, continue to lie over and over and over again.

00:27:01.080 Also, you've said the border is secure.

00:27:03.320 You've also blamed Republicans for the chaos at the border.

00:27:05.900 Which is it?

00:27:07.060 You can't have it both ways.

00:27:08.800 Either the border is secure, as Alejandro, the impeached Alejandro Mayorkas has told us, or there's chaos that you can't get the Republicans to pitch in on.

00:27:20.820 How can you have it both ways on that?

00:27:23.600 I don't think there's any chance they're going to ask him that first question.

00:27:26.960 They're not going to ask him, no.

00:27:27.340 Especially?

00:27:27.920 Or the second.

00:27:28.860 Probably not the second one either.

00:27:30.420 But can you go back and revisit the first one for a second about his life?

00:27:34.340 Because I feel like we've covered these things individually.

00:27:38.380 We've popped into these stories here and there.

00:27:40.140 Yeah.

00:27:40.280 But he has a real problem.

00:27:42.500 He does.

00:27:43.060 Telling the truth about his own life.

00:27:44.740 Yes.

00:27:45.380 Yes.

00:27:45.740 It depends on what group he's with.

00:27:47.540 Whatever group he's with, that's his background.

00:27:50.220 Every single time. 0.98

00:27:51.220 If he's with blacks, he hung out more in black churches than black people did. 0.99

00:27:57.700 If he's with Jews, he was at synagogue more than they were. 1.00

00:28:01.040 If he's with Italians. 0.86

00:28:04.420 If he's with the truck drivers, he's talking about how he drove a semi-truck.

00:28:08.400 Right.

00:28:08.620 I mean, literally everything.

00:28:10.820 If he's with Boise Cascade, lumberjacks.

00:28:12.800 He was a lumberjack for a time.

00:28:14.740 I mean, it's just unbelievable.

00:28:17.600 It's unbelievable to watch and to listen to.

00:28:20.220 I don't, I don't, I again, don't think any of that is important to the American people.

00:28:27.820 I really, I mean, it is, but if you're trying to win an election, what matters right now is you keep saying inflation is going down.

00:28:37.860 It's never gone down.

00:28:39.900 The rate of inflation has slowed.

00:28:42.940 But still now you're saying a happy target would be 3% inflation rate going up every year.

00:28:50.820 Double what it was when Trump left office.

00:28:52.520 Correct.

00:28:53.160 What, what are you doing about this?

00:28:56.480 That, that people want to know.

00:28:57.900 I can't afford electricity.

00:29:00.360 You have taken our coal.

00:29:03.500 You have taken our, our fuel and you've destroyed our ability to make electricity ourselves.

00:29:12.840 In the meantime, you are selling these electric cars.

00:29:17.280 Will, we got to plug these cars into something.

00:29:20.480 What are you doing to help people that don't have, don't have the money to afford fuel now because of your policies?

00:29:30.200 Yeah.

00:29:30.620 And I think those are the big sort of overarching questions.

00:29:33.780 I would be fascinated to see, and I don't know if the debate is the right time.

00:29:37.640 I would love to see a journalist sit down with Joe Biden and in the middle of all the other questions they always ask him, take four examples of his blatant lying about his life.

00:29:46.680 Yeah.

00:29:47.060 The Amtrak story.

00:29:49.000 I don't know.

00:29:49.480 The Xi Jinping 17,000 miles traveling with him, talking about it on the Tibetan Plateau, all of that kind of stuff.

00:29:56.120 Just get him to say yes or no.

00:29:57.200 Did you actually do these things?

00:29:58.560 Yeah.

00:29:59.180 I want to, I want to know this.

00:30:01.220 The thing that would matter to me is, did your son die of wounds in Iraq?

00:30:09.240 Yeah, that's a great one.

00:30:10.320 Another great one.

00:30:10.900 Or did he die in a hospital of cancer?

00:30:14.940 Which is it, sir?

00:30:17.520 I mean, that's fascinating.

00:30:19.960 It's a central part of your life.

00:30:22.180 He's based so much of his origin story for running for office on the death of his son.

00:30:29.280 Yeah.

00:30:29.480 He's used it over and over again to justify why he's running, and he's used it over and over again when he's talking to families of people who did lose troops.

00:30:38.840 It's always about him.

00:30:39.660 In Iraq.

00:30:40.380 Yeah.

00:30:40.640 He makes it about him every time.

00:30:41.820 Every single time.

00:30:43.200 I mean, it's such a, it is totally different than what you were talking about last hour, Glenn, where it's like not, you're right, like not like this big.

00:30:50.840 You know, no one's going to write, well, Joe Biden lying about his life in the polls that show like what are the top issues, but it is so, it tells you so much about the man.

00:30:59.580 Yeah, it does.

00:31:00.160 I don't know any. 0.99

00:31:00.820 It shows you what a lying sack he is. 1.00

00:31:02.600 He's just such a liar. 1.00

00:31:03.500 I agree. 0.94

00:31:04.400 And he's lied about the important issues that you just brought up, like inflation.

00:31:09.020 He keeps saying it was 9% when he took office.

00:31:12.300 Well, ask him about that lie.

00:31:13.800 Yeah, that's a great one.

00:31:14.460 How do you keep saying that?

00:31:15.400 You keep repeating it.

00:31:16.800 It's not true.

00:31:18.740 Why are you doing this?

00:31:20.760 And I can see that happening.

00:31:22.600 I could see something like, I mean, again, they're going to, they're not going to challenge him on his BS answer, but I think it's possible they bring that up.

00:31:29.900 Well, now, wait a minute.

00:31:31.020 They might, they might challenge it.

00:31:33.000 They might ask him tough questions.

00:31:34.520 I mean, you asked me yesterday, why is, you know, why is he, why are they making such a big deal, you know, of him being in Camp David and everything else?

00:31:43.500 And, you know, Donald Trump just, they're not making a big deal out of his study.

00:31:47.560 Well, I mean, it takes a long time to memorize all of the answers to the questions CNN gave you in advance.

00:31:56.160 And, and so I think they're, you know, he'll have a good answer because, no, wait, what's her name doesn't work there anymore.

00:32:04.980 Donna Brazil.

00:32:05.780 Bill, so I guess she, she can't do that anymore. 1.00

00:32:08.760 So we can trust them.

00:32:11.680 Go ahead.

00:32:12.800 I, I, I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't provided him, if they provided him with all the, all the questions in advance.

00:32:20.060 I bet he has him.

00:32:21.100 I bet he has him.

00:32:22.060 I wouldn't be surprised.

00:32:23.000 I mean, look, it has literally already occurred.

00:32:25.640 It's literally already occurred.

00:32:27.900 So you can't rule it out.

00:32:28.960 I mean, I, I, gosh, you hope they wouldn't do that, but this is, you know, Joe Biden, as you know, has been in a bunker preparing nonstop.

00:32:37.500 He's one of the most prepared men in history for this debate.

00:32:40.520 This is as good as you will ever see Joe Biden tonight.

00:32:44.540 Yeah.

00:32:44.780 Uh, and, and if he does not do well, what does that tell you about it?

00:32:50.480 There's, there's, it's downhill from there.

00:32:52.740 Yep.

00:32:53.560 So let me, let me ask you this.

00:32:55.860 When was the last time outside of the Joe Biden, when was the last time you ever heard about, uh, legal drugs being injected into the system of a president or presidential candidate?

00:33:13.560 Before an election, uh, before a debate, when, when's the last time you heard that?

00:33:20.140 Cause I've never heard that.

00:33:21.180 I've never heard it.

00:33:21.980 Right.

00:33:22.440 Yeah.

00:33:22.760 Never heard it.

00:33:23.600 Listen to this story.

00:33:24.520 This is from the New York post.

00:33:25.860 Former president Trump has claimed that president Biden will be pumped up on drugs to enhance his performance on Thursday night's debate.

00:33:31.340 Uh, his assertions have been to miss by some segments of the media as campaign bluster, but private doctors to the rich and famous tell the post that VIPs often use drug cocktails and other treatments to give themselves an edge.

00:33:43.560 These things can include peptides infusion for a boost of brain function, Botox to avoid sweaty brows.

00:33:50.860 And yes, sometimes even a shot of B12 in the butt.

00:33:54.320 Uh, they just need that energy in the side of without the side effects of caffeine or illicit drugs.

00:33:59.620 Modern medicine can do, um, many amazing things to enhance performance in pressure cooker environments.

00:34:05.140 So here's what a presidential candidate looking for a boost might take before the big night on the CNN debate.

00:34:11.040 Okay.

00:34:11.900 So they're talking about all, all of these things that you can do to enhance your performance.

00:34:17.400 I've never seen this before.

00:34:21.080 Wait, wait, what?

00:34:23.680 I know.

00:34:24.440 Especially that they're just kind of justifying it and saying it's normal.

00:34:26.740 I mean, at some level, like I, you know, I, uh, woke up today a little, a little tired.

00:34:31.440 I don't know.

00:34:31.860 I just did it.

00:34:32.400 So I, I did pop one of these, uh, performance enhancing drugs in the shape of a Red Bull.

00:34:37.960 Red Bull.

00:34:38.380 Now, I don't know.

00:34:39.420 That's somewhat, I think people have coffee.

00:34:42.020 They have, there's some level that when you want to get up for a big event, you're going

00:34:46.700 to maybe do that.

00:34:47.920 But like when you're a start, you start injecting yourself with stuff to get through a speech

00:34:53.320 like, or a debate, I mean, that is, I would be surprised though, if it's something as

00:34:57.700 innocuous as B12.

00:34:59.080 Right.

00:34:59.640 I'd be really surprised.

00:35:00.920 No, they say, they say Adderall can be used, but peptides are, uh, big.

00:35:07.140 Uh, they also said there was something else in N, what was it?

00:35:10.840 NADs, uh, that work on your cells at the basic level and can impact your brain cells,

00:35:16.500 personality, and cognitive areas.

00:35:18.600 People who have been on heavy doses of ADHD or anxiety medication are finding they can set

00:35:23.280 them aside and end up feeling much better with NADs.

00:35:26.580 Um, uh, I mean, it, uh, what?

00:35:30.860 What?

00:35:31.440 This reminds me of, I was, I was in high school and I, and we were at a basketball game and

00:35:34.960 I decided to take no-dos before the game.

00:35:37.600 This is, this is not a good idea, but I ran around like a maniac for 40 minutes.

00:35:44.240 I, I looked like I was, I had no, I did not even approach being tired.

00:35:48.800 I think my heart partially exploded during the game, but like, this is not what you're

00:35:54.420 supposed to do.

00:35:55.240 Do you remember, you remember when we were on tour and, uh, I think we were up in Maine

00:36:01.180 and it was like towards the end of a grueling month of tour and I was just so tired.

00:36:05.900 And you said, try Red Bull.

00:36:08.100 And I had never had a Red Bull before.

00:36:09.960 And I think I might've had two before I went on stage.

00:36:13.140 I got on stage and I was like, I'm completely out of control.

00:36:18.940 That's what I was going to say.

00:36:20.440 You better have some experience with these things.

00:36:23.840 We should really should have Jeffy in here for this conversation, but you should really

00:36:26.740 have experience with these.

00:36:28.400 If you're going to go inject yourself or take Adderall or whatever, you better know what

00:36:33.360 it's going to do to you before you get on stage.

00:36:35.120 And what happens on the downside too, you need to know that as well.

00:36:38.640 Cause when that stuff leaves your system, you crash just as hard.

00:36:42.660 Okay.

00:36:43.160 So what is the most likely outcome of, uh, tonight's debate?

00:36:48.980 I think the most likely outcome to tonight's debate is that Donald Trump wins it, but it

00:36:53.920 doesn't really move the needle all that much on the election.

00:36:56.760 That's what I think is the most likely.

00:36:58.160 He's probably going to be better.

00:37:00.260 Um, I think he's learned lessons from the first debate last time.

00:37:03.660 Biden will have his bad moments.

00:37:05.760 I think Trump will do pretty well.

00:37:07.140 This is a good format for Trump.

00:37:08.720 He's pretty good at it.

00:37:10.440 Uh, I think he'll do well, but at the end of the day, I mean, study after study has shown

00:37:15.000 that these debates typically don't make long lasting impacts as far as the outcome of the

00:37:19.940 election.

00:37:20.380 And when you're in June, I think that really applies.

00:37:24.260 Yeah.

00:37:24.400 Is there a second debate already lined up and agreed to?

00:37:29.740 There is, but I'd be surprised because if he does poorly, they won't want to do it again,

00:37:34.720 especially closer to the election.

00:37:36.420 But if he does well, I don't think they're going to want to chance it again.

00:37:40.340 Right.

00:37:40.560 I think either way, the second one's in jeopardy.

00:37:42.840 Second one's September 10th too, which is more, usually that's the very, maybe the very

00:37:47.260 first debate, right?

00:37:48.420 Like you would think it was, wouldn't be the last one.

00:37:50.480 Okay.

00:37:51.180 All right.

00:37:51.480 Hang on.

00:37:52.200 Let me put my Jack car hat on here for just a second and write a little, write a little

00:37:56.720 fiction.

00:37:57.340 I didn't realize the second one was in September.

00:38:00.980 Hmm.

00:38:01.660 So you have one before the nomination and then long before, so you could make changes.

00:38:09.460 You have, you have, uh, you have one way before he's nominated and then one in September.

00:38:16.140 Hmm.

00:38:18.320 Huh.

00:38:20.480 Uh, all right.

00:38:21.640 Back in a minute.

00:38:22.540 Join us tonight.

00:38:23.580 What?

00:38:24.040 Stu, you don't understand that?

00:38:25.500 I may, maybe I missed the detail there.

00:38:27.300 No.

00:38:27.660 What was the, did you get it, Pat?

00:38:30.120 I, I don't know.

00:38:31.260 Are you saying that they're preparing to replace him?

00:38:34.280 Yes.

00:38:34.500 If it doesn't go well.

00:38:35.260 Yeah.

00:38:35.480 Okay.

00:38:36.020 So you're saying it's just the separation around.

00:38:39.140 Okay.

00:38:39.360 Yeah.

00:38:39.660 That's where I thought you were going initially, but maybe I thought maybe I missed something.

00:38:42.620 Okay.

00:38:42.800 Yeah.

00:38:43.080 No.

00:38:43.380 All right.

00:38:44.220 Let me talk to you about the burner launcher.

00:38:45.560 Unless you've, uh, done some pretty, you know, have some pretty serious issues.

00:38:49.140 You don't, uh, you don't own guns, um, because you're hoping to use one on somebody someday.

00:38:55.520 No, you do it because you hope to never use them, but they're there in case.

00:39:00.420 Well, that covers a wide range of emergency situations where violence is called for, but

00:39:05.960 it doesn't cover all those situations because sometimes let's say you're in a car driving

00:39:10.460 through the city and now your car is surrounded by Hamas protesters pounding on the glass.

00:39:15.900 Uh, what are you going to do? 0.99

00:39:17.200 You're going to shoot them? 0.99

00:39:18.160 No. 1.00

00:39:19.040 You're going to drive over them?

00:39:20.100 No.

00:39:21.000 But with my burner launcher, I could roll down my window just a little bit and stick that

00:39:26.180 out and then pull the trigger and within 60 feet, uh, I can, uh, I can put people down

00:39:33.720 on the ground, uh, with just a little tear gas.

00:39:36.340 I'm just defending myself.

00:39:37.920 I'm just moving on.

00:39:39.100 I didn't want to hurt anybody.

00:39:40.580 Of course not.

00:39:42.000 Um, I'm sorry, but my wife has a burner launcher. 1.00

00:39:46.660 I have one in our car.

00:39:48.080 She carries one and, uh, I'm sorry.

00:39:51.320 We're going to use it.

00:39:52.140 If I feel threatened, we're going to put you down on the ground. 0.62

00:40:16.480 This is the Glenn Beck program.

00:40:25.240 Well, your home is your castle and normally how you protect castles is putting a giant

00:40:34.560 moat around your property.

00:40:35.940 Probably not great with your HOA.

00:40:38.160 Uh, maybe the city might have a little issue with that as well.

00:40:41.040 Where's the freedom in this country these days?

00:40:43.060 Um, but even if you could put a moat around it, it's not going to stop a criminal who has

00:40:46.840 the, the right scheme up his sleeve for finding a way to take your home away from you, or at

00:40:52.240 least stealing a bunch of money using your home's equity to get it.

00:40:55.180 And this affects people who've been paying their bills.

00:40:57.540 Like, you know, a lot of times we see these things happen and it's like people who, uh,

00:41:01.160 I don't know, are, you know, breaking the rules and all of this.

00:41:03.320 Like these are, this is, they're going after the people who are the most likely to be buttoned

00:41:07.100 up, right?

00:41:07.600 People who've been playing, paying mortgages for 30 years.

00:41:10.600 It's called home title theft.

00:41:12.060 And this is the fastest growing crime in America for a while.

00:41:15.020 It's unfortunately one of the least known, but if you want this, uh, you want to avoid

00:41:19.660 this, you want to avoid this happening to your family.

00:41:21.940 You need home title protection.

00:41:23.940 If no one's walking, watching out for your title, well, then it's just really a matter

00:41:27.680 of time until one of these thieves targets you it's happening.

00:41:30.320 It's real.

00:41:30.680 It's been happening across the country for a while now.

00:41:32.480 So don't fall prey to these thieves.

00:41:34.560 Go to home title lock.com home title lock.com lock up your title.

00:41:39.740 Use the code blaze.

00:41:40.880 They will send you a complete scan of your home's title and you'll get the first 30 days

00:41:45.380 of triple lock home title protection for free.

00:41:48.160 We just had someone on our staff have their home title stolen.

00:41:51.240 This is like happening to real people.

00:41:53.140 Home title lock.com home title lock.com.

00:41:55.200 The promo code is blaze.

00:42:02.480 You know, if I were on, uh, the Trump, uh, campaign, uh, and we were talking about the,

00:42:15.560 um, uh, the debate tonight, I would give him the same advice that I, I gave him a little

00:42:22.020 while ago, economy, economy, economy, and relate to the viewer.

00:42:25.860 Forget about everybody else relate directly to the viewer on how you're going to start

00:42:30.520 stopping this inflation and getting prices under control and securing our border, et cetera,

00:42:36.600 et cetera.

00:42:36.920 But Donald Trump is not necessarily that guy when he's at performance level.

00:42:43.760 Um, that's not his, that's not his style.

00:42:46.440 And the most important advice I think you can give to somebody like Donald Trump is the

00:42:52.700 advice that they gave Reagan.

00:42:54.560 Let Reagan be Reagan.

00:42:58.160 Trump's gotta be Trump.

00:42:59.920 And if all of the advice that I or others have said, if I were on his campaign and I

00:43:06.360 was advising him tonight, I would say, don't let any of these things stop you from being

00:43:13.160 you.

00:43:13.940 It's gotta flow from you.

00:43:16.420 Um, he's got good instincts, generally speaking. 0.98

00:43:20.940 Uh, but I think Pat's, uh, liar, liar, pants on fire might be his approach tonight. 0.95

00:43:27.920 Laura Trump joins us in just a second. 0.96

00:43:32.700 Uh, she's going to be talking about what her dad is up to, uh, tonight, what, how she

00:43:37.940 thinks it's going to go and what the strategy might be.

00:43:42.060 Next.

00:43:43.160 The Glenn Beck program.

00:43:45.280 Let me tell you about our sponsor for the blaze TV.

00:43:47.380 It's covenant eyes.

00:43:48.720 Um, it's not easy or fun to talk about, but it needs to be talked about, uh, pornography

00:43:53.420 because it is rampant in our culture.

00:43:55.460 It's destroying lives and marriages and entire families.

00:43:59.680 It's like a hard drug.

00:44:01.360 It's addicting.

00:44:03.080 Literally chemically it's addicting.

00:44:04.980 And once it gets ahold of you, it is very, very hard to quit.

00:44:08.580 Now, maybe you've experienced this in your life, or you've seen somebody else that you

00:44:13.200 love experience this.

00:44:55.880 It's a new day.

00:45:22.700 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:45:38.040 This is the Glenn Beck program.

00:45:44.260 Hello, America.

00:45:45.460 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

00:45:46.800 Tonight is a big night.

00:45:48.480 It's, you know, kind of a really strangely timed Super Bowl.

00:45:52.700 Of politics, uh, tonight, the two challengers, uh, face off Donald Trump and Joe Biden on

00:46:00.700 CNN.

00:46:02.220 How's that going to go?

00:46:04.040 What is Donald Trump's plan?

00:46:06.300 What is Joe Biden's plan?

00:46:08.760 Who has the strategy to win?

00:46:12.660 Which one can connect with the American people?

00:46:16.440 Laura Trump, the co-chair of the RNC, also daughter of the, uh, president.

00:46:22.700 Uh, joins us in 60 seconds.

00:46:25.840 Stand by right now.

00:46:27.820 Life is really busy.

00:46:29.680 Uh, I get that.

00:46:30.560 Sometimes it feels like, you know, from the moment you open your eyes until the moment you

00:46:34.240 finally close your eyes and go to sleep.

00:46:36.460 It's just chaos.

00:46:38.700 Everything, you know, in between your eyes opening and closing, just a blur.

00:46:42.740 You have to find the time though, to deal with some of the things that, you know, might cause

00:46:47.800 you to lose your house or to lose, uh, you know, your, your money and everything you've

00:46:53.880 worked for in this economy.

00:46:55.480 It is so tough.

00:46:56.900 People are now saying they can't afford their rent payments.

00:47:00.020 61%.

00:47:00.540 If you are in a situation where you're behind because you've got high interest credit cards

00:47:06.480 and you own a house, let your house work for you.

00:47:09.780 I just want you to call and just see if Americanfinancing.org can help you.

00:47:14.920 Uh, they've been saving people about $10,000 a year just by making the house work for you

00:47:21.420 to get out of those high interest credit cards.

00:47:23.560 It's Americanfinancing.org.

00:47:25.640 Call them now.

00:47:26.340 They're waiting for your call at 800-906-2440.

00:47:30.440 906-2440.

00:47:31.760 That's an 800 number.

00:47:33.120 Do it now.

00:47:34.120 Americanfinancing.net.

00:47:35.460 NMLS 1-823-34.

00:47:42.360 Call 800-906-2440 for details about credit costs and terms.

00:47:49.380 Laura Trump, welcome to the program.

00:47:51.580 It's glad to have you.

00:47:52.380 We're glad to have you here.

00:47:53.560 Oh, well, good morning.

00:47:56.140 Thank you.

00:47:56.560 Great to be with you.

00:47:57.920 Thank you.

00:47:58.780 So, um, I have to ask a question on the RNC, um, quickly.

00:48:03.500 You know, the RNC is loaded with people that are, are not, are, are not really, don't have

00:48:10.420 necessarily the best interest, uh, in mind for, uh, the Republican Party, uh, and conservative

00:48:17.440 values.

00:48:18.240 I was so glad to see that you were the co-chair.

00:48:20.820 Are, are you cleaning house on some of these people, uh, and are we doing enough to ensure

00:48:27.960 the integrity of the integrity of this election?

00:48:29.820 Well, I was going to change one word you had in that.

00:48:36.280 Oh, is she there?

00:48:37.820 We lost her?

00:48:39.600 Is it just me, Stu?

00:48:40.820 No, I, we don't hear her either.

00:48:42.540 I don't know.

00:48:42.960 Oh, shoot. 0.98

00:48:43.760 Cut out there. 0.99

00:48:44.440 I mean, we can get her back on the line.

00:48:46.320 Call her back.

00:48:47.060 Um, while we're waiting, is there anything from the Supreme Court that's coming down now?

00:48:50.460 Yes, we got, we have a couple of decisions out so far, both by Gorsuch and five, four

00:48:54.680 rulings.

00:48:55.440 In both cases, it was the liberals against him.

00:48:58.460 Uh, one of them had Barrett as a dissent.

00:49:00.500 One of them had Kavanaugh as a dissent, uh, as well as the liberals.

00:49:04.040 Um, so, but both five, fours, uh, the first one was Ohio, the EPA.

00:49:07.940 This was when they paused an EPA rule that was designed to cut pollution that might affect

00:49:13.660 neighboring states.

00:49:15.220 Um, they just, it's not a final ruling here.

00:49:17.200 Is this the Chevron?

00:49:18.500 No, this is, this is, this is their, another one.

00:49:21.520 Yep.

00:49:21.680 They're pausing the ruling.

00:49:23.080 They didn't make like a final determination, but while it's going through the courts, they,

00:49:26.380 they basically, uh, pause the, the rule.

00:49:30.060 Um, and then another one about, uh, it's related to opioids.

00:49:33.360 Purdue Pharma and their bankruptcy plan.

00:49:36.440 Yeah.

00:49:36.940 Okay.

00:49:37.640 All right.

00:49:38.360 Uh, can we get Laura back on? 0.96

00:49:40.640 I mean, it's just kind of an important day to have her on.

00:49:42.840 By the way, I'm on with, uh, Don Jr.

00:49:45.760 Uh, this, uh, this afternoon on, on his podcast, Triggered.

00:49:51.020 Uh, he's invited me on today as a, uh, as a guest.

00:49:54.280 I, I, I have more questions for him than he could possibly have for me.

00:49:58.280 Right.

00:49:58.480 What are you going to tell him on this day?

00:50:01.260 You know what?

00:50:02.000 I gotta, I gotta tell you, Don.

00:50:03.360 Don, here's the strategy tonight.

00:50:06.860 I will say we, uh, have a, uh, a full out phone failure here, Glenn, uh, at the studios.

00:50:12.360 You've got to be kidding me.

00:50:13.920 Yeah.

00:50:14.200 So I, I don't think we're going to be getting around anytime in the coming months.

00:50:17.800 You've got to be kidding me.

00:50:19.700 Yeah.

00:50:19.900 People are running around like, uh, oh my gosh.

00:50:23.480 Chickens with their head cut off. 0.54

00:50:24.720 Um, but, uh, well, uh, tonight, uh, we are covering the election and we're giving you full coverage.

00:50:32.040 We start, uh, at about seven 30 Eastern time.

00:50:36.420 Uh, our coverage will begin.

00:50:38.280 We're going to be talking to, uh, you know, all of the panels, uh, we're announcing some really cool stuff.

00:50:45.280 Uh, blaze TV is, uh, upgrading yet again.

00:50:49.380 Uh, and you'll find out about that tonight.

00:50:51.520 Um, but, uh, also we are running the CNN presidential debate, uh, and we're going to run it uninterrupted.

00:50:59.100 So don't, please don't watch it and give them the ratings, please.

00:51:02.880 Um, you can watch it on blaze TV tonight.

00:51:06.220 Uh, that starts at 9 PM Eastern.

00:51:10.320 Does it not Stu?

00:51:11.620 Yeah.

00:51:12.220 9 PM Eastern.

00:51:13.640 The debate starts the CNN presidential debate 9 PM Eastern.

00:51:18.180 We'll be covering it on blaze TV.

00:51:20.200 We have, we have the rights and, uh, and we're going to air it uninterrupted tonight.

00:51:27.820 Um, we start at seven 30.

00:51:29.540 We'll go until nine and then the debate.

00:51:32.340 And then after the debate, we'll all gather again.

00:51:34.780 And you'll hear from all of, uh, the best voices of the blaze, um, tonight.

00:51:41.460 Don't miss it.

00:51:42.240 If you want to join us, if you haven't, uh, you know, haven't subscribed yet to the blaze TV, please do.

00:51:47.380 You can go to blaze TV.com slash debate, use the promo code debate, get $30 off and we'll see you tonight at seven 30.

00:51:55.380 Are you, who's hosting this too?

00:51:57.000 Is it, I know that, uh, Steve Dace is in for it.

00:52:00.880 Yeah.

00:52:01.320 The only thing I really like, I really like about this is not all of us agree on things.

00:52:05.340 Yeah.

00:52:06.180 That's a lot of different perspectives, uh, from really across the conservative libertarian spectrum.

00:52:11.240 Uh, I will be hosting it along with Jill Savage, Glenn. 0.70

00:52:13.820 Uh, so I don't know if that disappoints you, but.

00:52:16.120 No, Jill is, Jill's enough to make up for you.

00:52:18.900 Okay, good.

00:52:19.300 Um, yeah, it's going to be great.

00:52:21.800 I mean, I went through the, the sort of game plan, the rundown for today's show, uh, or tonight's, uh, show.

00:52:29.020 And it is extensive.

00:52:30.800 There is a lot going on.

00:52:32.540 We have a lot of really great voices coming on.

00:52:34.900 You're going to be able to hear all sorts of analysis.

00:52:37.740 And, and not only are we have a, an hour and a half pre show, then we have the entire debate.

00:52:44.060 You'll be able to watch right on blaze TV or on the YouTube channel.

00:52:46.980 And then we have, I don't know if it's an hour, an hour and a half post game show.

00:52:50.480 I'll also be doing post post show on youtube.com slash stew does America.

00:52:55.280 Probably do one right after the radio show here for a little bit.

00:52:57.900 Um, just kind of as a preview as well.

00:52:59.500 So go to youtube.com slash stew does America blaze tv.com slash debate.

00:53:04.120 Use the code debate.

00:53:05.160 You'll get 30 bucks off your subscription.

00:53:06.720 So I am just watching on my, uh, screen here, uh, all of the producers desperately trying

00:53:13.760 to restart the phone system and hoping that will happen.

00:53:17.640 Um, Stu in your 20 years, uh, with me, how many times has our phone system gone down?

00:53:28.580 Uh, I'd say four or five.

00:53:31.600 It feels like I was going to say five maximum.

00:53:34.620 Um, and have you noticed they've been recently?

00:53:39.120 I, uh, it's yeah.

00:53:43.040 Okay.

00:53:43.320 She's back.

00:53:43.900 Okay, good.

00:53:44.540 Uh, she's back.

00:53:45.480 Uh, Laura, I'm so sorry, uh, about, uh, the trouble with the phone.

00:53:49.760 I don't know what happened.

00:53:51.180 Uh, it's probably social media.

00:53:53.100 Anyway, um, Laura Trump, the daughter, daughter-in-law of, uh, of Donald Trump.

00:53:58.320 Uh, we were talking about the RNC and cleaning things up.

00:54:02.840 And all I heard from you, Laura was, you know, I want to change one word from what you said.

00:54:07.680 And then we lost you.

00:54:10.480 Oh my gosh.

00:54:11.360 Well, hello.

00:54:12.280 I'm back.

00:54:13.740 Okay, good.

00:54:14.600 Thank you.

00:54:15.220 So you asked me, Glenn, you said that the RNC was a place that had a bunch of people there

00:54:20.520 who maybe didn't have the same goals as we do as conservatives.

00:54:23.260 And I said, I was going to correct you and say, we used to be, we are no longer because

00:54:29.320 day one, after Michael Watley and I were elected as chair and co-chair of the RNC, that

00:54:33.540 was our first priority was to go in there and really eliminate the fat, so to speak.

00:54:38.620 We got rid of a lot of people who quite frankly had probably been there for too long.

00:54:43.060 You know, a new CEO comes into an organization, you want to bring in your own team, your own

00:54:46.580 people.

00:54:46.980 And that's exactly what we did.

00:54:48.360 And I can promise you that the Trump campaign and the RNC are a cohesive unit, unlike anything

00:54:55.460 we've ever seen.

00:54:56.160 I worked in the previous two elections for my father-in-law, and I can tell you, we worked

00:55:00.800 alongside the RNC as a Trump campaign.

00:55:02.620 We never were one unit.

00:55:04.380 We are one team right now.

00:55:05.700 And the beauty of that is it allows the money donated to the campaign and the RNC to go farther.

00:55:10.620 We don't have multiple people doing the same job.

00:55:13.380 We have one person doing one job.

00:55:15.560 And that's a great thing.

00:55:16.840 You asked about election integrity.

00:55:19.300 What we have done, I think, is really the most comprehensive election integrity program.

00:55:24.700 And maybe no one's ever done anything like this before, but truly in the history of American

00:55:28.140 politics, we can never repeat 2020 again, Glenn.

00:55:31.300 That was a disaster.

00:55:32.660 You have millions of Americans who have a lot of questions that were unanswered.

00:55:35.840 And quite frankly, if you even ask a question about 2020, you're called an election denier.

00:55:40.080 You're supposed to feel badly about it.

00:55:41.620 It is integral to who we are as a country to have faith in our electoral process.

00:55:46.720 And our goal at the RNC is whether you're voting for a Republican, a Democrat, or a third-party

00:55:51.980 candidate, when you go cast a ballot in the United States of America, you should have full

00:55:56.400 confidence that your vote matters and that your vote counts.

00:55:59.420 And that is why we have put together this program.

00:56:01.620 It's 100,000 volunteers that Michael Watley, the chairman, and I have pledged.

00:56:05.460 We want to make sure that we have trained poll watchers, but also trained poll workers.

00:56:10.060 And this is very important for people to understand.

00:56:11.980 For 40 years, there was a consent decree placed upon the RNC.

00:56:15.640 We could not train poll workers.

00:56:18.240 Glenn, imagine who was training all the poll workers if the RNC wasn't.

00:56:21.300 It was the DNC.

00:56:22.160 Ever wonder why things are so crazy in all these polling locations?

00:56:25.320 Yeah.

00:56:25.700 We can now train people, and we want you on the team.

00:56:28.760 ProtectTheVote.com for your listeners is where you go.

00:56:31.080 Again, ProtectTheVote.com.

00:56:32.980 We have people who are going to be working in the tabulation centers where the mail-in ballots

00:56:37.000 come in.

00:56:37.840 We also want, and I think this is probably the most important key here, legal experts.

00:56:42.340 If you're a lawyer out there, you don't have to be trained in election law.

00:56:45.020 We will train you.

00:56:46.440 We need to make sure that we're not waiting a day, a week, or a month after a problem

00:56:50.560 to address it.

00:56:51.680 We have to be in the room at the moment and strike while the iron is hot and strike when

00:56:56.120 we see a problem or any nefarious activity.

00:56:58.500 And I think our message from the RNC is, and the Democrats, by the way, hate when I say

00:57:04.820 this, so I'm going to say it loud and clear right here on your show, Gwen.

00:57:07.380 If you are a person who is going to cheat in an election, we will find you.

00:57:11.840 We'll track you down.

00:57:12.960 We'll prosecute you to the full extent of the law if you're a non-citizen voting illegally 1.00

00:57:16.740 in our elections.

00:57:17.560 We'll find you.

00:57:18.280 We'll prosecute you to the full extent of the law, and that means you are leaving this

00:57:21.820 country.

00:57:22.300 It is not worth it.

00:57:23.460 Don't do it.

00:57:24.260 We need a free, fair, and transparent election.

00:57:26.220 And I believe when every legal vote is counted, Donald Trump will be reelected as a 47 president.

00:57:31.480 Well, I think if it is a fair election, I think he is going to win.

00:57:36.220 I think people have had enough of it.

00:57:38.640 They've had enough of the lies.

00:57:40.620 They've had enough of just little things like, no, there is no inflation.

00:57:45.780 It's getting better.

00:57:46.880 You know, the gas prices and the food prices.

00:57:49.280 Yesterday, Janet Yellen said, they don't surprise me.

00:57:51.800 That's, you know, we've always had to pay more for food.

00:57:54.860 Are you out of your mind?

00:57:57.120 What is the strategy tonight for the president to hit and speak plainly to those people?

00:58:06.540 Well, I think the problem that Joe Biden has is right now we're living in Joe Biden's America,

00:58:11.460 Glenn, and it's a disaster.

00:58:12.820 To your point, the American people are struggling.

00:58:15.880 People's lives have gotten harder, not easier.

00:58:18.240 People are having a problem making basic ends neat and putting food on the table for their family and filling up their gas tank and feeling safe walking in their own communities.

00:58:28.940 And Joe Biden is going to have to answer for that.

00:58:31.040 And I think the amazing opportunity we have as Americans right now is that we have the opportunity, unlike any time in modern history, to compare two presidents and two presidencies.

00:58:42.000 And, man, when Donald Trump was in office, people remember how much different their life was.

00:58:46.900 Things have really gone basically 180 degrees in the wrong direction on so many different fronts.

00:58:53.440 And I think you're going to hear that from Donald Trump tonight.

00:58:56.820 And I think it's going to be up to, unfortunately, Donald Trump to call out Joe Biden because do we think Jake Tapper or Dan Abash is going to do it?

00:59:03.220 I don't think so.

00:59:04.380 No.

00:59:04.420 I think that is going to be his role tonight is to make sure he holds Joe Biden accountable.

00:59:09.640 Joe, why was your first decision shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline, rendering us energy independent no longer, jacking up the gas prices, causing inflation through the roof, allowing Russia and Iran to enrich themselves to cause these wars in Europe and in the Middle East? 0.52

00:59:24.900 Why hasn't your border, our Kamala Harris, done anything at the southern border?

00:59:28.880 Why do you have 10 million plus Americans in here?

00:59:32.040 Donald Trump's ready.

00:59:32.940 And he actually is said, Glenn, I've been ready for this my whole life.

00:59:36.620 He doesn't need a week off to do whatever the heck they're doing in the woods at Camp David for Joe Biden.

00:59:41.880 He's ready to go.

00:59:43.140 He's prepared.

00:59:43.960 He's president.

00:59:44.800 He knows what to do.

00:59:45.900 He knows how to save this country.

00:59:47.820 I will tell you that I've never, like you said, I've never seen this before where we have an A-B comparison.

00:59:56.440 We have two presidents running.

00:59:58.440 We know what each of them did, what each of them said the other was going to do and what did what.

01:00:06.340 And I just think this should be fairly easy for your father-in-law just to stand up and say, you know, I don't care what your experts say.

01:00:21.280 I look at the experts of the American people.

01:00:23.600 They can't afford groceries.

01:00:25.460 They can't afford rent.

01:00:27.220 They can't afford a new house.

01:00:28.960 And you keep saying everything is fine.

01:00:31.860 I hear them, see them, and we'll fix it.

01:00:36.740 What's your plan?

01:00:38.340 I mean, it's just so easy.

01:00:39.780 Yeah, well, that's right.

01:00:41.440 But here's the problem, Glenn, is that the mainstream media has lowered the bar so much for Joe Biden that if he even manages to walk out on the stage and stay upright, they're basically going to say this guy was a great success.

01:00:54.200 Look, Joe Biden can hack it on a stage with Donald Trump, but he really does have the problem of really having to answer questions for the American people and tell people, well, why is life so much harder for me?

01:01:06.120 And what's your plan to get us out of it?

01:01:08.280 The answer is he doesn't have a plan.

01:01:09.980 The Democrats have nothing.

01:01:11.580 We know they're running this election on abortion and January 6th because they can't point to a single policy decision they have made that has made anyone's life better in America.

01:01:21.940 And so, you know, it's a three-on-one debate.

01:01:24.460 We all know that.

01:01:25.220 And if we're honest, it's really Donald Trump debating CNN because I doubt that Joe Biden, even with all the little quips they've probably tried to set him up for over the past week, is going to manage to do much of anything.

01:01:34.820 But they really have lowered the bar so much.

01:01:37.260 So I think it's going to be up to Donald Trump to keep him honest and hold him accountable and actually call him out on so much of this as we're discussing.

01:01:45.220 Laura, could I ask you to hold for 60 seconds?

01:01:47.980 I've got to do a commercial and then come right back to you.

01:01:50.060 Absolutely.

01:01:50.420 Just one more question.

01:01:51.320 Great, thanks.

01:01:52.120 We're talking to Laura Trump, co-chair of the RNC and daughter-in-law of Donald Trump, talking about the debate which happens tonight.

01:02:01.260 By the way, don't miss it.

01:02:02.860 Now, let me tell you about our sponsor.

01:02:04.360 It's Tunnel to Towers.

01:02:06.000 Sometimes the cost of doing one's duty comes very, very high.

01:02:09.500 There are heroes in this country and abroad, service members and first responders alike who give everything of themselves up to and including the ultimate price in their service to the nation.

01:02:20.460 We've got illegal aliens staying in five-star hotels in New York City, but we have homeless veterans.

01:02:30.100 Does that seem right in America?

01:02:33.960 Here's what I want you to do.

01:02:35.140 Would you donate $11 a month to the Tunnel to Towers organization?

01:02:39.820 That's T2T.org.

01:02:42.480 T, the number two T, dot org.

01:02:45.360 They are the ones that are helping the homeless veterans.

01:02:49.000 They are taking the ones who have lost their lives on our city streets or in foreign countries, and they are paying off the mortgages so their family don't lose the house after losing their loved one.

01:03:01.920 They are an amazing organization.

01:03:04.540 It's Tunnel to Towers.

01:03:05.520 T, the number two T, dot org.

01:03:07.560 T, two T, dot org.

01:03:09.360 Ten seconds, Station ID, and back with Laura.

01:03:11.060 So, is President Trump ready tonight for what I think their strategy is going to be, is just call him a felon and get him riled up and get him talking about, you know, the 2020 election and just pissing him off?

01:03:36.880 Is he ready for that tactic?

01:03:39.800 He seems to be walking with a different swagger in his step recently where I just, I see the old, you know, fun Donald Trump coming back.

01:03:53.180 Yeah, no, oh my gosh.

01:03:54.660 Well, of course he's ready for it.

01:03:55.860 And I think, you know, people have to look at really that press conference that he gave, my father-in-law, right after that clown show of a trial, downtown Manhattan, Alvin Bragg's, you know, showdown there.

01:04:09.300 With the 34 felony counts, Donald Trump came out the next day, Glenn, and really was very calm and collected and concise and spoke to the American people in a very direct way.

01:04:20.240 And I think that's the Donald Trump you can look forward to seeing tonight.

01:04:23.460 Now, they're going to try and make sure that they don't have any of the moments, like the epic moments we had in 2016.

01:04:28.960 We'll remember that debate when Hillary Clinton said, it's a good thing Donald Trump's not in charge of our Department of Justice.

01:04:34.400 And then he said, because you'd be in jail.

01:04:35.900 They're trying to prevent that, and Joe Biden cannot handle that, Glenn.

01:04:39.380 Let's be very honest here.

01:04:41.140 But, yeah, he knows that they can't talk about the things that have been happening in this country to the American people.

01:04:47.840 The crime crisis around the country, the fentanyl crisis that, by the way, is still ongoing and killing our youth by 100,000 a year that nobody talks about anymore.

01:04:56.900 They can't talk about any of that with him.

01:04:58.320 So, yeah, they've got to rile him up.

01:04:59.960 They've got to get him worked up.

01:05:01.040 He is so focused, and he understands what needs to happen, and I think you're right.

01:05:05.960 I think it is a different swagger, and the convicted felon route that they're trying to go, obviously, it's not working for the American people.

01:05:14.400 No.

01:05:14.600 Look at the polls.

01:05:14.920 Glenn, look at the fact that 48 hours after that conviction, we raised $70 million, and 30% of that was from people who had never, ever, even in 2016 or 20, donated to Donald Trump.

01:05:27.160 They're sending him voters.

01:05:28.840 So that's not going to work.

01:05:30.140 Good luck to them if that's all they have tonight.

01:05:32.100 We'll see.

01:05:33.580 Yeah. 0.93

01:05:34.200 Stay focused on the economy and people's lives and laugh all the rest of it off, because I think the American people know that it's a joke, know that it's a travesty and a clown show.

01:05:43.320 Laura, thank you so much.

01:05:44.460 Thank you for what you're doing at the RNC.

01:05:46.320 Keep up the good work, and best of luck.

01:05:48.500 We'll be praying for your father-in-law tonight.

01:05:50.640 I appreciate it.

01:05:51.600 Thanks so much, Glenn.

01:05:53.120 You bet.

01:05:53.780 Bye-bye.

01:05:54.140 All right.

01:05:55.780 We're going to go over some of the Supreme Court cases that have just come out.

01:06:02.060 There's some more rulings.

01:06:04.260 I'm hoping that they're saving all the big ones for tomorrow so they don't interfere with a political process tonight.

01:06:14.900 But we'll see.

01:06:17.080 More in just a second.

01:06:18.540 Stand by.

01:06:18.960 Most of the time, pain that we live with comes from inflammation in our joints.

01:06:38.880 It can start out small or slowly, and it builds over time.

01:06:41.820 Or sometimes it just can hit us suddenly over the head, and we have to deal with it from then onward.

01:06:49.260 That's the problem, because it can get you really down.

01:06:52.200 You're like, I can't live this way the rest of my life.

01:06:54.640 I know I've had it happen in my life.

01:06:57.180 There was a time I was reminded this morning of having to get my wife up out of bed at 5 o'clock in the morning to button my shirt,

01:07:05.220 because I couldn't use my hands enough to button my shirt.

01:07:08.900 It was embarrassing and horrible, and I'm glad I have forgotten those times,

01:07:17.080 because I don't have that pain anymore because of Relief Factor.

01:07:45.600 You'll save $30, and you'll get the best debate coverage tonight.

01:07:49.720 Don't miss it.

01:07:50.360 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

01:08:06.460 We're glad you're here.

01:08:07.100 Steve Dace with his pre-debate thoughts coming up in about a half an hour from now.

01:08:12.140 Stu's been looking at the release of the Supreme Court rulings.

01:08:18.060 Anything or any of the big ones dropping today, Stu?

01:08:21.280 Well, as you might expect, they weren't going to drop the Trump immunity one right before the debate,

01:08:25.660 so that did not come out.

01:08:27.200 That would have been surprising.

01:08:28.480 We should expect that potentially tomorrow as the last day, unless they decide to add a day, which they can.

01:08:34.880 They can do that if they really want to, but it's pretty rare, as you point out, Glenn.

01:08:38.780 There's four releases here today.

01:08:41.140 You've got Ohio v. EPA, which was a Gorsuch-written decision.

01:08:45.180 It was a 5-4.

01:08:46.500 You've got the liberals along with Amy Coney Barrett dissenting.

01:08:50.480 Basically, they paused an EPA rule that was meant to cut pollution that might affect neighboring states.

01:08:58.820 So, power planted in one state.

01:09:00.440 It's theoretically the pollution going to the next state.

01:09:03.100 They basically paused that EPA rule as it winds through the courts.

01:09:08.480 Then there was Harrington v. Purdue Pharma.

01:09:11.740 This is another 5-4 decision.

01:09:13.180 Gorsuch wrote it.

01:09:14.540 This is a pretty interesting one.

01:09:15.780 The breakdown is fascinating.

01:09:17.300 The dissent here was Roberts, Kagan, and Kavanaugh.

01:09:22.100 And then you had Jackson and Sotomayor in the majority of a 5-4 decision.

01:09:27.160 This is picking apart the bankruptcy deal that the Purdue Pharma situation with all the OAPO, it's in the Sackler family.

01:09:36.540 That was decided.

01:09:39.440 And basically, because every party didn't consent to a sort of a third-party forced agreement,

01:09:46.220 this is sort of bad for, in some ways, both sides of this.

01:09:50.640 The Sackler family had an immunity from lawsuits after this was done, and they lose that here.

01:10:00.080 So, it's not good for them.

01:10:02.020 Also, maybe not good for the people who would be getting the billions of dollars distributed to them,

01:10:08.140 because they will no longer now have that agreed-upon solution.

01:10:11.900 So, it was basically the dissent written by Kavanaugh was, you know, this is terrible for these families who will no longer get this money.

01:10:20.060 Gorsuch said, basically, like, if they want these new powers, they just got to pass the law to have them.

01:10:25.160 They can't just have them.

01:10:26.900 So, that's where it kind of fell.

01:10:28.140 I think, you know, you have people like maybe Ketanji Brown-Jackson, who was agreeing to this largely because of the Sackler element.

01:10:36.620 They didn't want Sackler protected from this.

01:10:38.680 So, it's kind of a really complicated and a weird alignment on that one.

01:10:42.000 You know, everything that Nancy Pelosi is saying about the Supreme Court on, you know, how it's been hijacked or whatever,

01:10:47.460 there are weird mixed bedfellows in a lot of these decisions.

01:10:56.100 This is not always party lines.

01:11:00.200 It's very different.

01:11:01.780 Very different.

01:11:02.500 Anyway, go ahead.

01:11:03.360 Yep.

01:11:03.680 A couple more.

01:11:05.280 One is an SEC case, which is pretty – actually, I think, has some larger implications, potentially, in a good way.

01:11:13.000 This is written by John Roberts, and it was a 6-3 decision on party lines, if you will.

01:11:20.420 But it was about security fraud charges against a guy who went through – he was charged with security fraud,

01:11:27.600 and they put him through an SEC hearing, right?

01:11:30.720 And his point was, actually, you can't do this.

01:11:34.520 I need to go through a jury trial.

01:11:36.420 You need to file a lawsuit and let me go through the legal system. 0.83

01:11:39.860 Well, the court found that, yes, you have to go through a legal system.

01:11:42.640 You don't get these, like, sort of, like, you know, three-letter agency courts that are binding in these cases.

01:11:48.080 That is fantastic.

01:11:49.260 It is.

01:11:49.480 That is really good.

01:11:50.340 I think that could be really good.

01:11:51.300 Now, it is limited – the ruling's limited to civil fraud-type cases,

01:11:56.100 so it might not be as expansive as maybe you and I would want it,

01:11:59.820 but I do think it takes a nice chunk out of the power of these agencies.

01:12:04.100 Yes, I agree.

01:12:04.740 Final one is the one that we talked about earlier in the program that was released, you know, apparently by mistake yesterday.

01:12:13.800 It's the abortion case in Idaho.

01:12:16.120 Essentially, what you get there is a punt.

01:12:18.220 Not much – they didn't decide anything.

01:12:20.600 They basically said they shouldn't have taken it in the first place,

01:12:22.660 and for now they will still have to provide these, quote-unquote, emergency abortions in Idaho.

01:12:27.780 Well, the Supreme Court did what I hoped they would do,

01:12:32.060 and that is hold anything controversial until tomorrow,

01:12:35.720 so it didn't affect and dominate tonight's debate.

01:12:40.660 But thank you for that.

01:12:42.520 But we'll see tomorrow all of the big ones.

01:12:45.700 All right, you know, I've been talking about the debate, and I think America knows now

01:12:51.440 because they see it in their own life.

01:12:53.440 They see it in their own cities.

01:12:55.360 They see it with their jobs.

01:12:56.880 They see it every time they buy groceries or gas.

01:12:59.660 The lies that there is no – you know, there is no inflation, that it's getting better,

01:13:06.200 that these are all normal, that the gas price was $5 under Donald Trump.

01:13:10.760 That's actually what Biden has said.

01:13:12.660 It was $5, and inflation was 9% when he took office.

01:13:17.180 No, it wasn't.

01:13:17.620 It was 1.4.

01:13:19.800 Gas was just over $2, not $5.

01:13:23.240 But I think people are tired of all of these things,

01:13:26.860 and I really believe if you're trying to convince the American people not to believe their eyes,

01:13:32.500 you're going to lose.

01:13:34.060 Here's Mayorkas. 1.00

01:13:35.100 Yesterday, there was a press conference.

01:13:36.900 Here he is, he's asked about 400 border crossers with ties to ISIS.

01:13:45.440 Listen to this.

01:13:46.420 DHS confirms that at least 400 migrants with potential ISIS ties recently crossed into the United States.

01:13:52.820 That is incorrect.

01:13:53.920 Tell us why.

01:13:55.540 That reporting is incorrect.

01:13:58.240 We do not have identified 400 people with potential ISIS ties.

01:14:03.900 And let me, again, assure you that individuals who are identified to have those ties would pose a concern to us

01:14:13.320 from a public safety and a security perspective,

01:14:15.740 and they would be priorities for detention and removal.

01:14:20.860 Calling that initial NBC report inaccurate of the 400 potential ISIS ties?

01:14:25.560 I think it is inaccurate.

01:14:27.720 I think it is inaccurate.

01:14:30.900 Okay.

01:14:31.660 Here's cut for American safety.

01:14:35.400 Let me reiterate the foundational point that the safety and security of the American people are our highest priority.

01:14:44.240 If an individual is of concern from a national security or a public safety perspective,

01:14:49.720 they are a priority for detention.

01:14:51.720 Does anybody believe that the first story from NBC was false?

01:15:01.340 Now, it might be.

01:15:03.160 But who has more credibility?

01:15:05.460 And that's saying something because it's NBC.

01:15:09.720 Do you believe that American security and safety is the highest priority?

01:15:15.480 Here he is on the border.

01:15:19.240 Cut five.

01:15:20.420 If this executive order has worked as well as you're saying it's worked this morning,

01:15:24.480 why not just do it a year and a half ago and save the Democrats all the kind of pushback they've had on the border?

01:15:31.820 Well, let's remember the chronology here.

01:15:34.720 On day one of the president's administration,

01:15:37.540 he presented Congress with a legislative proposal to fix our immigration system.

01:15:42.020 Up until May of last year, Title 42, the public health order was in place

01:15:48.840 that prevented people from entering the United States, with some exceptions.

01:15:54.020 It provided the government with the authority to expel people from the United States.

01:15:59.320 Essentially, the border was closed.

01:16:05.300 Border was essentially closed.

01:16:08.380 Then who are all of these mysterious people on our streets?

01:16:15.200 Who are all these new Americans that just popped up? 1.00

01:16:20.120 You know, could is large of a population now.

01:16:23.960 It rivals, what, 20 of our states?

01:16:28.660 The population that's just been imported and the border was closed?

01:16:33.380 Huh.

01:16:36.200 And here's President Biden, the spokesperson for the campaign,

01:16:40.980 talking about tonight what Donald Trump is going to do.

01:16:44.440 Listen to this.

01:16:45.260 Trump often uses the phrases Biden, Biden migrant crime and talking about immigration.

01:16:50.620 He'll likely use that phrase on Thursday.

01:16:53.080 But the question is, how will the president respond if he does it?

01:16:56.720 Yeah, listen, I mean, Donald Trump, there's no tragedy that Donald Trump won't try to exploit

01:17:03.360 for his own personal gain.

01:17:05.180 Obviously, every last one of these is a tragedy.

01:17:08.160 We understand that the president understand that.

01:17:10.140 But we're not going to let Donald Trump misconstrue the facts.

01:17:13.180 So Donald Trump is going to exploit the tragedies by saying, you're allowing murderers, rapists,

01:17:27.780 you know, pedophiles into our country, ISIS members, you're letting them cross the border 0.99

01:17:37.360 and they're causing all kinds of trouble and mayhem. 0.97

01:17:42.140 And somehow or another, I'm exploiting that.

01:17:48.260 That is honestly like somebody on the deck of the Titanic saying, guys, there's not enough lifeboats for all of us.

01:17:59.700 Oh, don't exploit this ship sinking by saying that.

01:18:03.900 What are you going to do about it?

01:18:09.720 Now, here's Chuck Todd on Joe Biden's performance tonight.

01:18:15.440 Look, that Joe Biden was very disciplined.

01:18:19.240 He needed to push back on the notion that he was talk too much.

01:18:22.680 Joe Biden, the vice presidential debater, I thought was a really effective debater,

01:18:27.880 both against Paul Ryan and against Sarah Palin.

01:18:30.500 He was very disciplined.

01:18:31.680 He's really good at moving message.

01:18:34.000 But this version is not the same guy.

01:18:36.420 I don't think he's as nimble.

01:18:43.620 Something about the word nimble used in this context is really funny.

01:18:48.340 Because that is not what he is.

01:18:50.500 Just as nimble.

01:18:51.980 That is one way to describe it.

01:18:54.400 One thing that never is used to describe Joe Biden would be nimble.

01:19:03.060 That's really funny.

01:19:04.200 The three-toed sloth just not as nimble as we've previously seen in the 100-meter dash.

01:19:12.940 I don't know why.

01:19:15.520 That's a great...

01:19:16.820 Sometimes you've just got to give it up to these people.

01:19:19.280 That's a great word to bust out in that circumstance.

01:19:21.660 You know, I went to school with Stephen Hawking, but he's not quite as nimble.

01:19:29.820 I want my family to be safe, full stop.

01:19:45.280 I also want to do business with a security company that I can trust.

01:19:49.260 Security in my family is very, very important.

01:19:52.400 We have this in my daughter's house.

01:19:56.060 She has it to make sure that the family is secure.

01:20:00.400 It's doing work with professionals that are not the usual security company.

01:20:07.940 You know, SimpliSafe is a completely different bird.

01:20:11.860 They don't have long-term contracts or anything like that.

01:20:14.740 And when you get on board with SimpliSafe, you're helping ensure that your family and property are the last things any criminal wants to mess with.

01:20:37.860 They can spot them, grab their face, and also talk to them and say, you know what, we just called police.

01:20:46.620 They're on their way.

01:20:48.400 You probably should turn around.

01:20:50.300 No long-term contracts.

01:20:51.940 Easy to set up yourself, and they'll do it for you if you want.

01:20:55.460 It's SimpliSafe.

01:21:14.600 From number one best-selling author Glenn Beck and co-author Michaela G. Hedrick comes a tale with a chilling but timely discovery.

01:21:25.580 If our lives are filled with stories, then whomever controls our stories controls our lives.

01:21:31.800 Next, Chasing Embers, Glenn Beck's first ever young adult fiction novel.

01:21:38.040 Coming July 23rd.

01:21:40.260 Available for pre-order now.

01:21:44.200 Our opinions weighing you down.

01:21:47.060 Call in and let it out.

01:21:49.420 888-727-BECK.

01:21:53.920 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:22:10.760 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:22:11.980 My name is Glenn Beck.

01:22:12.780 I'm glad you're listening.

01:22:13.860 Thank you so much.

01:22:14.540 If you're a new listener, just know you're going to hate my ever-living guts and this program for about six weeks.

01:22:21.220 And then you start to go numb inside.

01:22:24.060 And you just kind of give up.

01:22:25.600 And then you're like, I don't care what I'm listening to.

01:22:27.840 And you'll be a long-time listener.

01:22:29.160 So thank you for tuning in.

01:22:31.340 And for those of you who are already numb inside, you didn't really have a choice.

01:22:35.420 So it's just too much effort to change the channel.

01:22:39.860 You know what I mean?

01:22:40.620 There's a couple of things going on.

01:22:42.880 Nate Silver has said that it's not a toss-up anymore.

01:22:47.720 He's putting as the heavy favorite of Donald Trump to win in November.

01:22:55.600 I think you're going to see a renewed Donald Trump tonight.

01:23:00.120 He is walking with more of a swagger.

01:23:02.840 I think he sees the way this is coming and sees that it's all falling apart for the left.

01:23:11.700 Also, he's opened up a four-point lead over Biden.

01:23:15.480 Now, these polls don't really mean anything, A, because the election is not happening today.

01:23:19.560 But more importantly, this is a nationwide poll.

01:23:24.120 A nationwide poll.

01:23:24.960 We don't elect people nationwide like that.

01:23:28.380 That's a true democracy.

01:23:30.280 Anyway, he has opened up a four-point lead.

01:23:33.540 If you look at registered voters, he opens up a six-point advantage.

01:23:39.900 But registered voters are not the same as likely voters.

01:23:43.760 So we'll see.

01:23:44.740 That kind of goes into this other story that the Federalist had that said,

01:23:51.140 The support of Trump from black and brown Americans appears to be visceral and based on genuine personal fondness of the former president, something Biden could never achieve.

01:24:00.940 Well, he's not as nimble.

01:24:02.360 I belong to a gym where membership is heavily black and brown.

01:24:05.180 A couple of years ago, I started wearing a Let's Go Brandon t-shirt to some of my workouts whenever I did.

01:24:10.140 I couldn't walk more than a few steps without getting a fist bump.

01:24:12.720 And they're talking about now how black voters are peeling away from the Democrats, and they should. 1.00

01:24:20.300 I mean, what have the Democrats done for the poor?

01:24:25.360 What have they done for the Hispanics that came here the right way and wanted to change their life and wanted to get away from all the madness and corruption? 1.00

01:24:34.740 What has he done for you?

01:24:36.200 Donald Trump is, you know, he's not pandering to people.

01:24:42.260 He just frees the system up so everybody has a shot.

01:24:47.260 That's what America is supposed to be.

01:24:49.400 Now, whether people who are black and brown sit it out or they actually show that support by voting, we'll see in November.

01:24:59.380 All right.

01:25:00.220 We have Mr. Steve Dace.

01:25:02.500 He's joining us next.

01:25:03.800 He's going to give us his preview to tonight's showdown.

01:25:27.180 People are not able to buy things.

01:25:31.600 Our drugs are all made overseas.

01:25:34.140 We're dependent on everybody else.

01:25:36.100 Do not follow that pattern.

01:25:39.480 Become dependent on yourself.

01:28:47.180 titled, the Glenn Beck Program, and he goes from noon to 2 Eastern on Blaze TV.

01:28:55.860 Welcome, Steve.

01:28:56.460 How are you?

01:28:57.520 Good morning.

01:28:58.440 How are you doing, brother?

01:28:59.800 I'm doing pretty good.

01:29:00.860 I'm doing pretty good.

01:29:02.180 I wish we were going to see each other.

01:29:03.720 I know you're, are you in Dallas now?

01:29:06.140 I am, and I just took literally, I'm 50 years old now, I just took the hottest morning walk

01:29:10.500 of my entire life, so congratulations to me.

01:29:12.700 Yes.

01:29:12.900 Oh, it is nasty, isn't it?

01:29:16.100 The heat in Dallas, it is nasty.

01:29:19.360 All right.

01:29:20.080 So, Steve, what, what do you think the president should do?

01:29:25.580 And then what do you think he's going to do?

01:29:28.400 Glenn, I honestly don't know, because I, I don't know, you know, I mean, I assume we're

01:29:37.220 talking about President Biden, or are we talking about President Trump, which president?

01:29:40.720 Oh, President Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.

01:29:42.860 Okay.

01:29:43.180 In his case, I really don't know what to do, because I'm not sure what condition his opponent

01:29:48.060 will be in.

01:29:49.420 I mean, it is, and I know this is going to sound snotty.

01:29:53.240 I really don't mean it.

01:29:54.340 This is seriously where we are right now.

01:29:56.160 I have no idea if the White House apothecary has one more doctor feel good in him.

01:30:01.820 And so we get one of those performances from Joe where you don't see like his irises, and

01:30:06.400 he doesn't blink for like 40 minutes at a time, but he can at least get his lines out.

01:30:11.780 And if that happens, then, you know, you can attack him.

01:30:14.360 All right.

01:30:15.000 On the other hand, I think it's, I think it's possible that at any point he could scream

01:30:18.820 out, how can you have your pudding if you don't eat your meat?

01:30:21.300 And at that time, I don't know what to do with that.

01:30:23.540 And just to show you how unsettled this night is, you know, we could be sitting here in

01:30:28.300 the first, say, 45 minutes of this thing, and we're watching Trump do what he did the

01:30:31.780 first debate against him the last time that turned people off.

01:30:34.840 And he's just pestering him and attacking him like, oh, no, oh, no, oh, no, oh, no.

01:30:38.020 And then all of a sudden, Joe Biden looks up and just says, this is the big one, Alice.

01:30:42.180 And the whole thing changes.

01:30:43.320 That could happen at absolutely any moment.

01:30:46.120 We've got we've got one guy who has decided that he's fully embraced his Gran Torino.

01:30:51.200 OK, he's fully embraced the get off your lawn persona.

01:30:54.940 And the other guy is in stage two, maybe three dementia.

01:30:58.880 And so, brother, it's a roll of the dice minute by minute.

01:31:01.820 Let me tell you what I think would be a disaster for Biden is I know people are like, well,

01:31:06.100 Trump's going to have to spend some time arguing with the moderator.

01:31:08.820 I think that's a disaster for Biden.

01:31:10.440 Here's why any of us that have ever had family members that are battling early stages of

01:31:14.880 dementia, it is asking them to come in and out of a conversation that is the hardest.

01:31:19.360 The more they have familiarity, the more they're consistently engaged, the more likely you are

01:31:23.620 to keep them alert.

01:31:24.620 So if you've got a 10, 15 minute back and forth between Jake Tapper, Dana Bash and Donald

01:31:29.120 Trump, and then suddenly one of them looks over at Joe Biden, says, Mr. President, what

01:31:32.120 do you think?

01:31:33.040 And he just has nothing.

01:31:34.280 I mean, that could be a devastating moment that 70 million people watch live tonight.

01:31:39.040 You're bringing up stuff I didn't I didn't even think about, you know, and they're not

01:31:42.740 happy to.

01:31:43.460 It's not good to think about.

01:31:44.880 Yeah, the the the bullying is is a worry only because, you know, Donald Trump, I mean,

01:31:56.520 he goes after the people that he's on stage with.

01:32:00.020 That's his M.O.

01:32:02.040 But if Joe Biden looks like a sweet old man, you're right.

01:32:07.340 You're right.

01:32:07.780 That could be a disaster for Donald Trump.

01:32:09.860 Consider, though, what we're saying in this analysis that you and I share, we are saying

01:32:15.660 we are unsure if the man carrying the nuclear football who presides in the most powerful

01:32:21.200 office in the world where other nations have weapons of mass destruction pointed at us

01:32:25.680 currently right now.

01:32:27.000 all right, where a border is wide open and a black swan event is 10 minutes away at any

01:32:31.700 point in time.

01:32:33.000 We are unsure.

01:32:34.580 OK, if if he is capable of putting up with, you know, middle defense of himself.

01:32:41.880 Yeah.

01:32:42.880 Yeah.

01:32:43.580 Right.

01:32:44.100 That's just amazing to me.

01:32:45.560 It's amazing to me.

01:32:47.400 My advice for the last few days on with Donald Trump has been no matter what happens, just

01:32:53.460 talk to the American people and recognize the pain they're in, because I don't think there's

01:32:58.900 anything else that anybody is going to care about.

01:33:01.740 They're just not going to care about you lied.

01:33:03.640 You did this, you know, this what's happened in 2020.

01:33:07.560 Nobody's going to care about any of that.

01:33:09.500 The one that will win tonight will be the one that can look at the people, no matter what's

01:33:14.820 happening and say, you know, look, it's it's you can't afford food.

01:33:21.940 You can't afford to buy a new house.

01:33:24.140 You can't afford.

01:33:25.040 Sixty one percent of Americans can't afford to make their rent right now.

01:33:29.120 Do you want more of that?

01:33:30.700 Because I know how to make it stop and I'll make it stop.

01:33:35.260 I share that 10,000 percent.

01:33:38.040 If I were, you know, if I were running that campaign or if I was doing debate prep with

01:33:43.320 him, the one thing I would want to make sure is a certainty must happen this evening.

01:33:47.860 It's at some point, Donald Trump needs to look into that camera, similar to what you

01:33:51.920 just said, and he needs to reach the mean tweet voters that he lost before.

01:33:56.940 And he doesn't need to look weak or anything of that nature.

01:34:00.180 He needs to show empathy.

01:34:01.660 And that's what you just described.

01:34:03.280 Yes.

01:34:04.000 At some point, you need to give them a bridge to to move away from the emotional turnoff.

01:34:10.840 They view your persona and the actual results of what matters in their daily lives and how

01:34:15.900 they live.

01:34:16.440 And, you know, if you're in my situation, I've got one daughter I just married off, another

01:34:20.880 one I just moved out, a son who's going to my senior year or his senior year.

01:34:24.980 And I mean, used cars are 25 percent more than they were.

01:34:28.940 Mortgage payments are 100 percent higher than they were.

01:34:31.760 And it can't be like, hey, this doofus over here screwed the whole thing up. 0.76

01:34:35.280 I mean, you can do that at some point.

01:34:36.360 But at some point, he needs to look in the camera and show empathy with the American

01:34:41.240 people.

01:34:41.600 They need to see a real person there and not just the caricature the media has painted,

01:34:47.280 which, frankly, too often he verbs into on his own.

01:34:50.340 So I know he's capable of this.

01:34:55.700 I'm going to be on the histories about him with me, Glenn, is going back to when he first

01:34:59.980 wanted to run for president.

01:35:01.520 And I get a call out of the blue in 2013 from unknown number.

01:35:05.300 I pick it up because those are usually only really good or really bad.

01:35:07.600 You know me, I'm going to gamble on good.

01:35:09.040 Yeah, Donald Trump just calling me out of the blue.

01:35:11.180 OK, and I never I mean, you spend any time around him on a one on one or small group setting.

01:35:18.260 The man is remarkably charming in these settings.

01:35:21.980 OK, and there's there's got to be some way to communicate this in a corporate setting as

01:35:28.700 a president or presidential candidate.

01:35:30.920 There's got to be there's got to be a mode between I'm just riffing about Hannibal Lecter

01:35:35.480 at my rallies or, you know, I'm just combating enemy media, which is enemy media.

01:35:41.380 But at some point, there's got to be a moment here where he can blow up the caricature that

01:35:46.820 he doesn't care about the American people.

01:35:48.700 He's got to or doesn't care about anything other than himself.

01:35:50.700 He's got to seek that moment and seize it.

01:35:53.320 I have to tell you, I wish people had seen a moment that I had with him behind the scenes

01:36:01.580 after the election, probably four months after.

01:36:06.500 And, you know, he was under attack and called all kinds of names.

01:36:09.360 And I said to him, we were standing in Mar-a-Lago and I said, how are you doing?

01:36:14.340 And we were getting ready to tape something and it was just the two of us.

01:36:17.920 I said, how are you doing?

01:36:18.920 And he said, not real good.

01:36:22.260 He said, I can't I can't live with myself.

01:36:27.340 I said, he said, I promised the American people.

01:36:30.220 I promised them that I would fix it and we were on our way fixing it.

01:36:35.880 And now I lose the election.

01:36:38.880 They've dismantled everything.

01:36:40.500 And all of those people that trusted me have to live through this.

01:36:45.820 I can't I just can't I can't take it.

01:36:48.540 And it was this moment of something that was absolutely not about Donald Trump in any way,

01:36:58.100 shape or form, and it showed to me how much he actually loved the people that voted for him

01:37:04.780 and loved America.

01:37:06.520 And if there was if there was some way, but I don't think because he has trained himself

01:37:13.800 over the years that there's a Donald Trump, the apprentice performer, and then there's

01:37:19.360 the then there's the Donald Trump who his friends and his family knows, and they don't

01:37:25.600 seem to ever mix, but he's a completely different person.

01:37:31.060 You don't get you.

01:37:32.300 You'll get a laugh.

01:37:33.560 You know, he'll he'll make fun of things or do something that he that, you know, and

01:37:37.840 he knows is going for a laugh.

01:37:40.960 But he's not a performer in real life.

01:37:44.280 And it's I don't know how to break that.

01:37:47.880 I don't think you can.

01:37:49.220 But I wish he could tonight.

01:37:51.560 That is exceedingly well said, which is no shock.

01:37:57.100 You're in the Radio Hall of Fame.

01:37:58.440 But I would look at I'd look at his children, you know, and you and I have both raised our

01:38:03.600 own share of kids.

01:38:04.680 OK, yes.

01:38:05.560 When your kids get older and adults, there might be if you're really successful and wealthy,

01:38:09.900 you might be lucky that one of them, if he doesn't like it, hangs around because they

01:38:14.000 want to make sure they got their spot there in the in the will.

01:38:17.180 OK, yes, you don't go you don't go, you know, you don't bat a thousand with your kids if

01:38:24.180 you have not demonstrated because we're all flawed and his flaws have been on the society

01:38:27.900 pages for all of our lives.

01:38:29.280 OK, you don't you don't bat a thousand with your children as adults that they still want 0.55

01:38:34.400 to be around you unless you demonstrated the kind of empathy with them growing up at

01:38:38.200 some point or consistently even that you just articulated.

01:38:41.380 OK, and with the American people and I tried to, you know, I made this point all the time

01:38:46.960 during the primary to the DeSantis people.

01:38:48.960 I am 100 percent convinced the number one issue in this election isn't the economy and

01:38:53.860 it's not even the covid reckoning that I have been clamoring and praying for its leadership.

01:38:58.200 The country is clamoring for leader.

01:39:02.180 OK, and when there is no leader, the people will perish.

01:39:07.800 That's what's happening.

01:39:09.320 Yeah, there's no leadership.

01:39:10.100 Yep. And at some point, an effective leader to get people to follow them, it can't just

01:39:15.400 always be a force of will.

01:39:17.300 At some point, you have to show empathy.

01:39:19.820 I mean, one of the wisest decisions God made in my life is making sure I had daughters before 0.88

01:39:23.660 I ever had a son.

01:39:24.760 If that order was inverted, man, I would have been a terrible dad to him.

01:39:28.600 I needed the daughters to soften me up to prepare me to raise a man.

01:39:33.320 OK, and the same thing is true here.

01:39:36.240 I mean, I didn't have a lot of empathy in me until I had daughters.

01:39:38.400 He needs to show the we know we know he can walk into Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and lay down

01:39:44.260 ordinance to a bunch of thugs and terrorist simps. 0.95

01:39:46.820 We know this. 0.99

01:39:47.520 OK, we know this.

01:39:48.920 We know that he can go there and maybe even to the point of nauseating.

01:39:52.760 You know, he can smooze Kim Jong-un.

01:39:57.620 We know we know this.

01:39:58.620 OK, what we need to know and what and what the what the segment of suburbanites that I

01:40:03.560 live in that exist around the country, they're going to decide this thing need to see is

01:40:07.220 that he empathizes.

01:40:08.700 This is that he understands what is going on, what went wrong before and what needs to happen

01:40:13.980 that they are suffering through.

01:40:15.520 And that's that's that connection needs to be made.

01:40:19.480 I want to play something that you produced that you said.

01:40:22.680 This is not something Donald Trump produced.

01:40:24.480 I produced it, but he should run it.

01:40:27.800 And I think I agree.

01:40:29.080 I'm going to play the audio.

01:40:30.300 I need to explain what's happening on the screen if you're just listening to us.

01:40:34.620 And then we're going to take a quick break.

01:40:36.380 Come back.

01:40:36.900 And Steve, if you will, tell us what President Biden has to do to win tonight.

01:40:43.200 Here's the spot done by Steve Days.

01:40:45.980 It's quite simple, folks.

01:40:47.420 We just can't afford four more years of this.

01:40:49.820 Hunter's my heart.

01:40:50.580 He's the most honorable, decent person I know.

01:40:52.840 Hunter Biden has been found guilty on all counts in his federal trial in Wilmington, Delaware.

01:40:59.300 He's the most honorable, decent person I know.

01:41:01.800 At least Biden used to be able to talk.

01:41:03.880 Now he can't even do that.

01:41:04.940 After I signed the PAC and PAC Act, Secretary, which is time, all it is there to make sure

01:41:14.400 it may be precise.

01:41:18.240 Tremendous amount of things you can do.

01:41:20.500 21st century.

01:41:23.520 21st century results.

01:41:26.920 The Ministry of Comod, the Daughter of Ireland, Daughter of Ireland.

01:41:31.140 You can tell that's a 40-inch slip.

01:41:32.560 I'm thinking of home.

01:41:33.360 The Daughter of Iceland.

01:41:35.380 It's quite simple, folks.

01:41:36.800 We just can't afford four more years of this.

01:41:39.680 I'm not Donald Trump, and he didn't approve this message, but he should.

01:41:43.360 All during that, you're seeing the stats of how bad things really are for food, energy, and

01:41:53.480 everything else.

01:41:54.140 Back in just a minute, final word from Steve Dace.

01:41:57.000 First, let me tell you in 60 seconds about MyPillow.

01:42:00.800 MyPillow has an amazing deal going on right now for a lot of their products.

01:42:07.360 There's a ton of them.

01:42:09.140 Some of them we don't even know.

01:42:10.640 I mean, I don't know how many people think of MyPillow and go, oh, they make great washcloths

01:42:14.600 and towels and hand towels and bath towels.

01:42:17.540 They have a six-piece towel set that's $25, and it's really good.

01:42:54.460 It won't last long.

01:42:55.620 It's MyPillow.com.

01:42:57.360 10 seconds, station ID.

01:43:07.560 So, Steve, I won't hold you long because I know you have to get ready for your show here

01:43:10.760 in a few minutes, but what do you think Biden has to do?

01:43:16.400 Survive.

01:43:17.820 I really don't think there's much of a risk tonight for the Democratic Party, but I think

01:43:21.440 this is an exceedingly important moment for Joe Biden.

01:43:25.040 And the reason why is because I think the reason they wanted the earliest presidential

01:43:28.300 debate in history is their convention is a full two months from now.

01:43:31.940 And if he goes out there and falls on his face, they've got two months to figure this

01:43:36.380 thing out, have an open convention.

01:43:37.880 And I know people are going to say, well, they don't have a device for that.

01:43:40.800 These are Democrats.

01:43:41.740 Will to power is their device to figure it out.

01:43:43.700 Yes, yes.

01:43:44.780 They just do what they want.

01:43:46.400 And so for Biden, you know, I think this may be the last time we'll see or the only

01:43:50.800 time we'll see him in Trump.

01:43:51.800 I think if he survives tonight, Trump will get sentenced in a couple weeks and they'll

01:43:56.160 say, we're done.

01:43:56.900 Yeah.

01:43:57.060 We're not debating a convicted criminal, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

01:43:59.920 So he's got to survive.

01:44:01.840 And I don't know that he's capable of it.

01:44:04.100 I don't know.

01:44:04.660 I have no clue, Glenn, what is going to happen tonight.

01:44:07.160 I really have no idea.

01:44:10.100 You know, I expect the Biden that's all hopped up on something that we saw for the State of

01:44:18.360 the Union, where he can function for about 60 minutes or 80 minutes and do pretty well.

01:44:25.180 At least he's not the bumbling, you know, senile old man.

01:44:30.880 I expect to see that.

01:44:32.280 But it's interesting that you would say that about why they chose this.

01:44:35.760 We were just talking about a couple of hours ago that I really think there was one debate

01:44:40.680 planned right now.

01:44:41.960 I've never seen that in history.

01:44:43.740 Never.

01:44:44.260 I've seen this this early.

01:44:45.880 And then the other one is in September, right after the convention for the Democrats.

01:44:52.900 It says to me that if he doesn't survive, we'll find a way to replace him and introduce

01:45:00.540 the next person.

01:45:02.100 If he does well, leave it alone and we can cancel that second debate.

01:45:06.520 Yep, absolutely.

01:45:07.620 Hundred percent.

01:45:08.960 And the thing about that State of the Union is that it goes back to what I said before.

01:45:12.440 This is different.

01:45:13.620 He was in constant control of that moment as an orator.

01:45:17.600 This is where there's a give and take.

01:45:19.100 There's going to be whole moments of lag where he's not going to be discussed or addressed,

01:45:23.400 especially if Trump starts getting into the moderators, which we know will happen at some

01:45:27.320 point here.

01:45:27.800 I mean, and that's why I don't know what is going to happen.

01:45:33.060 Stop and also think about this.

01:45:34.360 These are probably the two most well-known, given the nature of media today, most well-known

01:45:39.080 presidential candidates in the history of this republic.

01:45:41.740 And we can't say right now we have any clue what's going to happen when these two guys get

01:45:46.600 up on the stage here tonight because of these dynamics.

01:45:49.680 It's kind of a metaphor for the uncertainty in the country when you stop and think about it.

01:45:52.820 Yeah, it is.

01:45:53.960 It is.

01:45:54.620 Steve, thank you so much.

01:45:55.700 We'll listen for you later, and then we'll see you tonight, before and after the debate.

01:46:00.380 Our debate coverage begins with Blaze Media tonight.

01:46:03.160 There's some exciting things going on, some new announcements that are going to be happening

01:46:08.060 as well.

01:46:08.640 Blaze Media is upping the game yet again, and I think in a very exciting way.

01:46:14.880 You know what I'm talking about, Stu.

01:46:16.440 We are announcing that today.

01:46:17.620 I believe there's a couple of announcements coming tonight.

01:46:21.080 Yeah, I'm really excited about that.

01:46:24.380 And then we will have the CNN presidential debate, the live coverage.

01:46:30.380 We will do it uninterrupted, so don't give them the ratings.

01:46:34.040 Just watch it on your Blaze app or on your TV with Blaze TV.

01:46:39.100 And if you're not a member yet, join.

01:46:41.720 Just go to blazetv.com slash debate.

01:46:44.300 Use the promo code DEBATE.

01:46:45.360 Save 30 bucks.

01:46:47.620 Ah, Stu, what haven't we covered about the president?

01:46:52.420 Have we missed anything here?

01:46:55.220 I think we've certainly covered a lot of it.

01:46:58.160 We're going to do some more coverage here on YouTube right after the radio show,

01:47:02.180 youtube.com slash Stu does America, a little preview to go through it.

01:47:05.640 But I think it's an interesting question to look at what the reaction is to this.

01:47:11.900 You know, when it comes to the bigger picture, we're going to have some sort of reaction.

01:47:16.300 You're going to get the polls after this.

01:47:17.820 You're going to have those moments where this person won, this person lost.

01:47:21.460 This is a good moment.

01:47:22.480 This is a bad moment.

01:47:23.320 But at the end of the day, does this make a difference when it comes to November, which is so far away?

01:47:28.640 It won't if nothing dramatic happens tonight.

01:47:35.600 It won't make a difference.

01:47:37.920 But with these two, anything could happen.

01:47:41.740 All right.

01:47:41.960 We're going to switch to some of the other things that are happening around the world that are vital for you to understand.

01:47:48.040 Next.

01:47:48.340 Glenn Beck.

01:47:52.160 And that's me.

01:47:53.140 Welcome to it.

01:47:53.820 Let me tell you about our sponsor this half hour.

01:47:56.720 It's Lear Capital.

01:47:58.160 One of the things that they're going to talk about tonight is inflation.

01:48:01.900 And they're going to talk about, no, it's going down.

01:48:04.600 No, it's not.

01:48:05.480 Yes, it is.

01:48:06.120 No, it's not.

01:48:07.940 Janet Yellen came out yesterday and said, you know, she's not surprised by the prices at the.

01:48:13.180 She hasn't really even noticed the prices at the grocery store going up.

01:48:16.440 Are you out of your mind?

01:48:18.760 You out of your mind?

01:48:19.600 Are you that out of touch?

01:48:21.560 Yeah, apparently she is.

01:48:24.400 These are the people that are making the decisions on what the value of your dollar is going to be.

01:48:29.540 And they're doing everything they can to destroy that value of the dollar.

01:48:34.160 It's impoverishing you and enriching people in the banking system.

01:48:40.580 The big fat cats.

01:48:41.900 They're all getting richer and richer.

01:48:43.800 Everybody else is getting poorer and poorer.

01:48:46.000 Here's the thing.

01:48:46.940 Put yourself on an even playing field.

01:48:49.780 Make sure you have at least 10% of what you have.

01:48:53.020 Put it in gold or silver.

01:48:54.580 Go right now.

01:48:55.940 Call 800-957-GOLD.

01:48:58.640 800-957-GOLD.

01:49:00.760 And protect what you have.

01:49:04.220 Don't miss a debate preview on YouTube.

01:49:06.180 YouTube.com slash Studios America right after the radio program.

01:49:09.540 We'll get into everything and then debate coverage tonight on Blades TV.

01:49:12.380 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.

01:49:26.220 We're glad you're here.

01:49:27.080 There's a lot of stuff in our show prep today that you can get for free every day in your email box.

01:49:32.920 First thing in the morning, I go through probably anywhere from 50 to 100 stories that we have spent the last 24 hours working on and looking at to get ready for this show every day.

01:49:47.940 And give you all of the raw stories, things that we don't even have time to talk about, but are really, really important and have made it to the top 50 to 100 stories of the day.

01:50:02.500 Let me just give you the headlines of some of them.

01:50:05.460 You can read about Alito's dissent and how America will regret the court allowing the government to collude with social media.

01:50:15.200 It's a really good story.

01:50:17.540 The moderator for tonight, Dana Bash, her ex-husband was one of the guys that signed the Hunter Biden laptop is a Russian collusion thing.

01:50:29.920 So that's, you know, that's not going to go well.

01:50:32.360 Not going to go well.

01:50:33.940 New evidence turned over to Congress now disputes Hunter Biden's testimony under oath about a firm.

01:50:41.280 He was asked, you know, were you in business with him?

01:50:43.380 No, I don't think that ever went through, really, because you accepted a lot of money from them.

01:50:48.460 That evidence has just been introduced.

01:50:51.760 Washington State, the Attorney General's office now, has put together a hotline for reporting bias incidences.

01:50:59.520 That should go as well as it did in Scotland.

01:51:04.960 But who am I to see?

01:51:07.020 Also, the House is going to withdraw the January 6th committee arguments in the Bannon case.

01:51:12.260 I don't think Steve Bannon should not go to jail.

01:51:14.600 I'm not a fan of Steve Bannon.

01:51:16.360 I don't really like Steve Bannon.

01:51:18.420 I think he's not necessarily the best influence on America or American politics, but he should not go to jail.

01:51:27.020 And I'm glad to see the House go along.

01:51:31.680 Also, there's a story from the Hill on J.D. Vance.

01:51:36.260 There'd be some disappointment, he says, if he's not chosen, but he can live with it.

01:51:42.480 Let me give you a couple of stories that I think you really do need to hear today.

01:51:47.420 First of all, who is?

01:51:49.060 I guess this wasn't a leak yesterday with the Supreme Court.

01:51:53.060 But, boy, I don't trust the judges in the Supreme Court for a completely different reason than anybody else.

01:52:00.820 There is a judge that leaked that Roe v. Wade decision, and it clearly was a judge.

01:52:10.760 So I just want to know which one is it.

01:52:14.440 I have guesses.

01:52:15.580 When do we submit them?

01:52:17.680 Well, maybe.

01:52:18.280 Maybe we can do that next week, sometime next week.

01:52:20.980 The New York Times is blaming pro-Israel money for Jamal Bowman's loss.

01:52:28.120 Yeah, that's the money.

01:52:29.600 I mean, you want to talk about anti-Semitism.

01:52:31.880 It's the Jews. 1.00

01:52:33.240 The Jews and their money. 1.00

01:52:35.660 Well, yes, they did spend a lot.

01:52:39.300 However, he's really out of step.

01:52:42.520 He's a really bad politician with some really bad ideas.

01:52:47.520 And there is a realignment going on.

01:52:51.280 The Daily Caller has a great story today about a major political realignment that's happening inside of the Democratic Party.

01:52:58.120 And they go on to show the party is starting.

01:53:03.480 The voters are starting to expel some of these these people, the real progressive leadership.

01:53:12.780 State of Colorado, eight of the 11 progressive Democrats up for re-election in the statehouse have lost or are on track to lose their primary races.

01:53:22.420 Races in Ohio, Texas, Illinois, California, Michigan, and Oregon have been bad for progressive candidates.

01:53:31.580 Well, I think people are finally waking up to that.

01:53:35.260 Can I ask you a question about this development, Glenn?

01:53:37.520 Because I'm a I'm a bit torn on it.

01:53:39.420 OK, so first of all, as you point out, Bowman was losing by, I think, 17 points before all the money started pouring into the district and he wound up losing by 17 points.

01:53:51.440 So, I mean, this is not a story about about money.

01:53:55.840 But Stu, but Stu, the Jews, the Jews. 1.00

01:53:58.500 I mean, that's what his closing argument in this race was, you know, they are the money.

01:54:03.980 We are the people.

01:54:05.500 They are the money.

01:54:06.820 You're a guy being accused of anti-Semitism and they are the money is what you come up with for your final rally.

01:54:13.120 But.

01:54:15.300 Like, I think this is very good for the Democratic Party.

01:54:19.180 Looks like Cori Bush may also lose in her primary. 0.65

01:54:22.020 Yes.

01:54:22.300 Very good for the Democratic Party that they're getting rid of these incredibly insane people who are just awful in so many different ways.

01:54:29.980 That being said, when something is very good for the Democratic Party, I tend to think that could be a problem for the country in general, because if the Democratic Party appears to be more sane to average voters,

01:54:48.080 they are more likely to gain more power and have more influence as far as elections go.

01:54:54.940 So I don't think so, because people are feeling the pain now.

01:54:58.860 The problem was the pain point wasn't strong enough in 2020.

01:55:04.400 2020, OK, they hadn't seen that was pretty big.

01:55:08.240 2020 was pretty painful year.

01:55:10.080 I know.

01:55:10.540 But they hadn't seen it was blamed on something else.

01:55:13.080 They hadn't seen all of the policies starting to take root.

01:55:18.020 You still haven't.

01:55:19.560 2025, 26 is going to be a nightmare of a year because of the policies that this progressive administration has put in.

01:55:29.400 So you still haven't seen it.

01:55:32.360 But is the pain enough yet?

01:55:34.840 So the I don't think they're going to get away with as much if they're just hiding behind.

01:55:43.240 I'm just a regular Democrat because the policies are what is killing them right now.

01:55:50.040 It's not just the AOC.

01:55:51.900 It's the policies of the DNC that is killing Americans.

01:55:56.000 I agree with what you just said, and in particular, two words of it, which is right now.

01:56:03.540 Right now.

01:56:03.840 Right now, I agree with you.

01:56:05.400 I don't think they can run from what they've done to this country over the past few years.

01:56:09.740 However, these people stay in office for 10, 20, 30 years.

01:56:14.820 Oh, I know.

01:56:15.500 And when you have more, quote unquote, sensible Democrats being in office, I think that's good for the Democrats. 0.90

01:56:21.100 I think it's maybe good for the country in some ways that we don't have these lunatics in office.

01:56:26.840 Like the fact that they have power is really bad for the country.

01:56:29.580 But I am concerned in those tough districts, in those states that are, you know, purplish, do the fact is the fact that we that now empowered are Democrats that appear to be more mentally balanced are more in control. 0.85

01:56:46.420 Is that going to be a much tougher task for conservatives and people who care about the Constitution in the future?

01:56:51.500 Well, maybe, but that's that's assuming that we don't find our footing on common sense.

01:56:59.720 You know, when you have Kinzinger endorsing Joe Biden, saying as a proud conservative, you cannot be conservative and vote for Joe Biden.

01:57:08.040 Come on.

01:57:08.600 Stop.

01:57:09.040 You can't.

01:57:09.920 You cannot.

01:57:10.480 But as long as we begin to find real conservatives, here's some really good news from South Carolina.

01:57:18.620 There were a pack of five women. 1.00

01:57:22.060 Three of them were Republicans.

01:57:23.500 OK, group of five.

01:57:25.980 The others were Democrat and an independent.

01:57:27.680 They stood up, sister senators, and faced primary challenges because they stood against what was almost a total ban of abortion.

01:57:40.480 OK, and they won the, you know, Profiles in Courage Award and everything else.

01:57:45.960 Well, what happened?

01:57:47.380 Those three Republicans were primaried and they lost.

01:57:52.960 OK, that's big.

01:57:54.160 So, yeah, that's really big.

01:57:56.200 It Republicans are changing.

01:57:59.960 At least the voters have changed.

01:58:03.340 Now it's time to change the actual party.

01:58:05.920 And you're going to see the results of, you know, the Hamas thing is not going to be looked on, you know, kindly. 0.95

01:58:13.980 The riots in our streets and all of these things, you know, X, you know, hate the Jews, you know, get rid of Israel, you know, and and catering and pandering to, you know, 1.00

01:58:26.180 you know, the Islamicists in America, that's not going to be looked on favorably when we are hit by a terrorist attack. 0.96

01:58:34.360 And that is coming.

01:58:36.320 U.S. Special Forces Group just issued another warning.

01:58:42.020 We face serious risk of getting hit by major Islamic terror attack. 0.99

01:58:47.020 When that happens, you're not going to nobody's going to sit around and tolerate those people who hate America, hate the Jews, hate Christianity. 0.60

01:58:59.740 It's just not going to it's it's not going to go well.

01:59:02.040 By the way, there's another issue out there about our water.

01:59:07.600 America's drinking water is under attack.

01:59:10.980 City of Wichita, Kansas recently had an experience that has become all too common.

01:59:15.580 The water system was hacked.

01:59:17.340 This, according to CNBC, the cyber attack, which targeted water metering, billing and payment processing, followed the targeting of water utilities across the U.S.

01:59:26.340 In recent years in going after America's water, hackers aren't doing anything special, despite raising fears of A.I.

01:59:35.020 use in cyber threats.

01:59:36.540 The go to criminal way to systems remains prying on human foibles via via phishing, social engineering or a system of just, you know, default password, old schools, cyber attacks.

01:59:50.500 But there have been alarming vulnerabilities now that have been happening that nobody's really talking about.

01:59:59.380 Let me ask you, Stu.

02:00:00.300 This is one of those I bet we talked about and I don't even remember it.

02:00:04.860 There was an attack last year by an Iranian backed activist group against 12 water utilities in the U.S.

02:00:14.700 Do you remember that?

02:00:17.560 When was it again?

02:00:18.760 What was the date?

02:00:19.320 Last year.

02:00:21.140 I mean, I off the top of my head, I don't remember it, but, you know.

02:00:24.860 Right.

02:00:25.420 I do.

02:00:26.260 I remember generalized stories we've talked about a couple of times on attacks, but that specific one, I don't remember.

02:00:33.320 This is specific.

02:00:35.160 A Iranian backed activist group attacked 12 water systems.

02:00:41.900 In February, the FBI warned Congress that Chinese hackers have burrowed deep into our cyber infrastructure in an attempt to cause damage, targeting water treatment plans, the electrical grid, transportation systems and other critical infrastructure.

02:00:57.720 A Russian-linked hack in January.

02:01:01.200 Do you remember this?

02:01:02.920 This happened in Texas back in January?

02:01:06.340 A Russian hack of a water filtration plant in a small Texas town called Muleshoe located right up next to the U.S. Air Force base caused a water tank to overflow.

02:01:19.320 I just don't think we, as Americans, are going to tolerate, and it could swing horribly the other way.

02:01:31.300 We have, that's why you have a republic, to slow down passions, not a democracy, but I'm afraid that the people who are on record saying horrible things about our nation,

02:01:48.120 you know, that it's over, that it's over, that we're all racists, that, you know, Islamists, not people who practice Islam, but Islamists, you know, are fine and dandy, and you can have your own little Dearborn, you know, Islamist regime up there.

02:02:06.480 I think, I think those days are coming to a halt quickly, but we'll see.

02:02:13.300 Back in a minute.

02:02:13.840 Sponsor, this half hour is Rough Greens.

02:02:19.520 So maybe, you know, you're one of those ambitious people who actually make their own dog food at home.

02:02:24.320 Yeah, not going to do that.

02:02:26.860 Did it for a while.

02:02:28.540 It's too much work, you know.

02:02:31.100 Now, I don't know if you know this, but kibble food, it doesn't cut it.

02:02:36.500 The other is too expensive and takes too much work.

02:02:39.780 But everything in kibble food is, all of the good stuff is baked out in the process, and then they just spray it with flavor.

02:02:47.440 It's honestly, if they could make styrofoam peanuts taste like meat, I might eat it, but it wouldn't be good for me.

02:02:55.200 That's kind of kibble food.

02:02:56.820 Without Rough Greens.

02:02:58.400 Rough Greens is not a dog food.

02:02:59.920 It's a supplement that puts all of that back into the kibble food.

02:03:04.740 You sprinkle it on the food.

02:03:05.840 The dogs love it.

02:03:07.320 And if it's healthy for your dog, it's most likely in Rough Greens.

02:03:12.660 They want to have you try the first trial bag just to make sure your dog loves it as much as Uno does.

02:03:16.860 My dog.

02:03:17.740 Go to Rough Greens.

02:03:18.820 R-U-F-F-Greens.com slash back or call 833-GLEN-33.

02:03:23.300 They'll give you a first trial bag for your dog to try.

02:03:26.400 All you pay for is shipping.

02:03:28.680 Try this with your dog.

02:03:29.720 I think you're going to see a profound difference.

02:03:31.600 I did in my dog.

02:03:32.480 Stu did.

02:03:33.120 Pat did.

02:03:33.680 We all have seen massive differences with our dogs.

02:03:37.700 833-GLEN-33.

02:03:39.180 833-GLEN-33.

02:03:41.480 Rough Greens.com slash back.

02:03:44.840 The previous content identified as conservative.

02:03:49.540 Oh, my.

02:03:51.420 The Glenn Beck Program.

02:03:54.020 We'll be right back.

02:03:59.720 Oh, just to remind you of simpler times, a clip from Ronald Reagan.

02:04:14.480 Listen.

02:04:14.820 Did you hear the story about the kid who was outside the Democratic fundraiser selling kittens?

02:04:33.720 When the people came out from the fundraiser, he was holding up the kittens and he was saying, buy a Democrat kitten.

02:04:43.160 Well, a couple of weeks later, the Republicans held a fundraiser in the same place.

02:04:49.380 And when they came out, there was the same kid with the kittens.

02:04:52.480 And he said, buy a Republican kitten.

02:04:54.760 And one of the members of the press who'd seen him there two weeks before said, wait a minute, kid.

02:04:58.400 You were selling these kittens the last time as Democrat kittens.

02:05:01.540 How come the Republican kittens now?

02:05:04.000 Kid says, because now they got their eyes open.

02:05:06.340 So good.

02:05:13.080 What a way.
