00:02:11.060 The fusion of entertainment, enlightenment, and empowerment.
00:02:18.060 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:23.500 Hello America, welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:26.760 Well, we are one week away and America chooses.
00:02:32.020 And this choice is, I have to tell you, I am beginning to look at this election differently.
00:02:40.860 This is actually maybe the election that I've waited for, for quite a while.
00:02:46.960 And let me explain that when we begin in 60 seconds.
00:02:50.380 First, let me tell you about the burner launcher.
00:02:52.480 You know what the strangest thing is about a situation where your life is suddenly in danger?
00:02:56.780 How ordinary the five minutes before it can be.
00:02:59.980 You're carrying groceries, you're walking to your car, you're pumping gas.
00:03:03.540 You're thinking about what to make for dinner and then something happens and the entire day changes.
00:03:08.480 All of a sudden, you're being confronted by another human being who means you or your family harm.
00:03:14.020 That's why preparation has to happen on ordinary days,
00:03:18.080 not after the trouble starts.
00:03:20.120 You keep a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, why?
00:03:22.680 Because you'd rather have it in case something goes wrong.
00:03:24.580 You hope you never need it.
00:03:25.440 You keep a flashlight where you can find it.
00:03:27.460 I haven't used a flashlight in my bedroom drawer for a while,
00:03:30.140 but I know it's there in case things go wrong.
00:03:33.240 This is the attitude that you need.
00:03:34.940 Burna makes a less lethal launcher,
00:03:37.880 and it is designed to give people another option when faced with a threat.
00:03:41.620 The goal isn't to go looking for a fight.
00:03:43.280 it's to create an opportunity to get away from one. The world isn't getting more predictable,
00:03:48.400 and that's why more Americans are choosing to be prepared. Be prepared. Burn up. B-Y-R-N-A.com
00:03:54.260 slash Glenn. Get 10% off my bundle now. B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Glenn.
00:04:00.920 So yesterday, my absentee ballot came in. My absentee ballot is here, and I got a vote.
00:04:06.720 and i was i was looking down this and i thought you know this is perhaps the most important i say
00:04:13.440 this every time and i hate it but it gets more and more true it's the most important election
00:04:18.940 of my lifetime and it is probably the clearest one in my lifetime and people are having a hard
00:04:27.300 time i don't know why i should vote it's clear it is so clear to me by the way
00:04:33.600 it's hard to argue if you look around the rest of the world it's hard to argue where the world is
00:04:40.840 going uh saturday british columbia one of the most progressive places in north america
00:04:46.000 threw out its ndp government and elected its first conservative majority since 1928
00:04:52.960 i mean i can't believe i grew up right south of british columbia uh and i gotta tell you that
00:05:00.620 places now that's always been a liberal madness i mean now it's really liberal madness but first
00:05:06.280 conservative since 1928 the premier called a snap election expecting to win bigger he resigned that
00:05:13.200 night um in france after a week of teenagers you know burning cars in the streets and then
00:05:19.740 marxists coming out and everybody knowing the latest polls for marine le pen are 35 to 37
00:05:26.820 percent for next year's presidential race and climbing south america chile elected cast bolivia
00:05:34.140 after 20 years of socialist went center-right honduras peru colombia one after another they're
00:05:40.020 falling like dominoes i wonder if getting rid of usaid had anything to do with that and yesterday
00:05:45.800 brazil went the other way or two days ago they went the other way lulu uh won a fourth term
00:05:52.000 roughly 52 to 48. Now, the guy who lost, Flavio Balancero, says that he's taking it to the courts.
00:06:01.100 He wants the courts to throw it out. Even the New York Times says what happened with the extending
00:06:07.660 of the vote by Lulu, it's fishy. Doesn't mean it was thrown, but it should at least be looked at.
00:06:14.500 Anyway, all over the West, people are watching their own streets, while television says it's
00:06:19.620 mostly peaceful, and it's not. And they're seeing it, and they're starting to believe their eyes
00:06:25.580 instead of the talking heads. Now, in America, I have been telling you for years, for years,
00:06:34.780 Marxists and Islamists are working their way into the Democratic Party, and for years they denied it.
00:06:40.940 What's amazing is they don't deny it anymore. In fact, they've printed it. This summer,
00:06:46.480 the democratic socialists of america released their 2026 platform not a rumor not a leak not
00:06:52.300 a conspiracy their own document and published it online you can go see it what are they asking for
00:06:58.820 to abolish the senate democrats is that you is that really is that you fold congress into one
00:07:08.960 bigger chamber and abolish the electoral college replace the president and the supreme court with
00:07:16.060 an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress. Their stated goal
00:07:23.380 is a new constitution. Democrats, is that what you want? Now you can say, well, they're just,
00:07:30.600 they're not fringe. They are not fringe anymore. I mean, how many excuses? First,
00:07:37.800 they aren't saying that. That's not who they are. Then they are in the party. Look,
00:07:42.360 they're winning all these elections look they just wrote this stuff down a new constitution is what
00:07:48.740 they're after and an overthrow of our system and now you're saying well they're just fringe you're
00:07:53.980 going to run out of excuses and i hope you run out of them fairly soon because they're gaining more
00:08:00.140 and more power while you're making excuses their co-chair went on television and confirmed it item
00:08:06.200 by item. Abolish the state? Yes. Or sorry, the Senate? Yes. Replace the presidency and the court? 0.99
00:08:14.080 Yes. Abolish ICE? Absolutely. Open borders? Yes, it's a long-term plan. One room. No Senate to say,
00:08:22.300 hold on, no president to veto, no court that answers to anyone but the room.
00:08:29.500 Whoever wins the room wins everything, including the power to pick judges who are supposed to
00:08:34.980 judge the room. Now listen to the mainstream media. And listen to the mainstream of the party.
00:08:47.880 So Eric Swalwell says if Democrats take the House, they'll go after universities,
00:08:53.600 entertainment companies, and law firms that cut deals with this administration.
00:08:59.340 he says and he's not alone accountability is coming and he and Slotkin hope it deters people
00:09:09.440 Susan Rice promises accountability for anyone who took the knee the house democratic leader
00:09:17.100 reminds everyone the statute of limitations is five years so if somebody committed a crime
00:09:22.700 I want you to prosecute it. If anyone in the Trump administration actually committed a crime,
00:09:29.320 I want it punished. I want the elected people to be held accountable.
00:09:34.660 But punishing a company for working with an elected government is not accountability.
00:09:42.140 It's a note to every business in America. Next time, you better pick the right side.
00:09:47.740 it's fear tactic it's what marxists do and outside the capital people are planning we know this we 0.95
00:09:57.260 have them on tape saying it activists have published calls for a national council of former
00:10:02.560 governors former military officers and organizers all done by some of the former heads of usa id
00:10:10.480 the the agency that was the head of color revolutions all around the world and their
00:10:16.960 playbooks are telling people with military ties how to slow walk orders and tell blue state
00:10:24.020 governors to get their guard out first now they say this is going to be non-violent but they also
00:10:30.080 said that about blm and france so but if you look at the shape of it politicians at the top
00:10:37.040 radicals at the bottom people inside with the uniform top down bottom up inside out
00:10:46.260 then there's a future itself bernie sanders uh bernie sanders and aoc won a national moratorium
00:10:57.380 on ai data centers new york already passed one and it's popular some republicans are running on this
00:11:03.320 one too because nobody wants a bigger power bill or the hum outside their bedroom window and those
00:11:08.320 are real complaints but the answer to a real complaint is make them bring their own power
00:11:13.380 and pay their own way, not stop building while China keeps pouring concrete. Now, one vision
00:11:19.520 says American economy should grow and lead for another century. That is the conservative vision.
00:11:26.160 The other, degrowth. The West had its turn and should manage its own decline. Degrowth.
00:11:33.580 Stop making more energy. Stop all progress on any technology. I have to tell you, this is the
00:11:41.740 election I've waited for in many ways. I wish the Republicans were better at, I don't know,
00:11:47.420 even having an opinion on stuff. But the choice has never been clearer. Even if you say the
00:11:53.040 Republicans, I mean, look, not every Republican is a good guy. Not every Democrat is a bad guy.
00:11:59.960 And there are millions of Democrats that I think love this country.
00:12:03.700 And it's unfair to paint a party on either side with one brush. A lot of good people.
00:12:11.740 but the Democratic Party has a direction.
00:12:18.460 One is moving fast towards Marxism and globalism,
00:12:23.500 and the other one isn't.
00:12:28.300 You know, I wish the Republicans stood for something,
00:12:34.340 because I don't know what they stand for.
00:12:36.380 They're just simply against the left,
00:12:38.220 and that's not enough.
00:12:39.340 That's not enough.
00:12:39.980 I know what the president stands for. I happen to agree with the president and you may not.
00:12:45.360 But he's at least moving us towards a future of growth.
00:12:53.460 And you have to have vision. He has it.
00:12:56.760 Unfortunately, he doesn't have anybody in the White House who can articulate it and actually put the story out so people can understand it.
00:13:03.920 And the Republicans do nothing. And so they don't really have a vision.
00:13:08.680 But I have to tell you, standing still or marching towards socialism, Marxism, and a unicameral system and a new constitution, I'll stand still every day.
00:13:22.820 You know, the Marxists, whatever else you want to say about them, they at least know what they want.
00:13:27.480 They wrote it down, and they're fighting for something.
00:13:30.240 What are we fighting for?
00:13:32.880 Because I don't want to go back to the Reagan years.
00:13:35.160 We had our problems in the Reagan years.
00:13:38.140 I guess I'm fighting for a time where equality means something.
00:13:51.720 It doesn't mean equality to this person, but not for you.
00:13:56.060 I want to go back to a place where we can still disagree and still be friends and countrymen.
00:14:01.820 i mean there's a lot to fix in the country but if we don't fix that you know my dad used to say
00:14:10.620 i disagree with that guy so hard but i'll fight for his right to believe it and say it every time
00:14:15.680 i'll fight and die for it he could say that because we stood on the same foundation
00:14:21.860 the declaration of independence the constitution and the bill of rights
00:14:25.740 we argued about the road not the destination
00:14:29.740 a country can can survive any argument about how to get there but it can't survive an argument
00:14:38.160 about whether or not to go there that that that ship sailed long ago life liberty pursuit of
00:14:45.200 happiness declaration constitution bill of rights that's we used that used to bind us it doesn't
00:14:50.540 anymore now i know there are democrats within the sound of my voice right now that still believe in
00:14:55.540 those documents, as written. I just don't know who they are because they're quiet about it.
00:15:02.720 I know the DSA doesn't believe in, they've said so, they want to get rid of those things.
00:15:11.120 So I think this is so clear as an election, I just don't know. If you want to save the Republic,
00:15:17.800 the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, the free market, knowing that all of those things
00:15:22.880 are flawed. It's a total mess. We have a lot of work that we have to do. But if you want to say
00:15:28.560 those things, you must vote and it's clear who you vote for. And if you believe what the DSA wrote,
00:15:36.800 one chamber, new courts, new constitution, then this is your election too. Vote. Put your name
00:15:44.100 on it. Honestly, this is the argument. The argument has been hiding behind soft words for so long.
00:15:51.100 This is the argument I've wanted to have for so long, but they would never come out, never come out and say it.
00:15:57.520 They'd always, they would always just be hiding behind.
00:16:00.180 That's not what we mean.
00:16:01.320 That's how we love a constitution.
00:16:03.140 Well, now we know because it's on their page.
00:16:06.640 Put both visions on the ballot and let American decide out in the open.
00:16:10.300 the thing i don't know about america is do
00:16:15.860 do enough americans believe they mean the dsa and the islamist do they believe they actually mean
00:16:28.300 what they say because it's hard because most of them have spent 20 years saying that's not what
00:16:35.360 we want. That's not who we are. You misunderstand. It was right there. You just had to know what
00:16:41.060 they were saying in their conferences and behind the scenes, but it was right there. But now it's
00:16:45.380 clear on their own website. They're saying it on television. Are there enough Democrats anymore
00:16:55.520 that don't believe in that stuff? Are there enough Democrats? Do you want that? Do you want
00:17:03.500 a new constitution? An end to the free market? I don't. I don't. But if you can't see the
00:17:13.800 direction that it's headed now, with it printed on their own website, what will it take? What
00:17:19.280 will it take? Does it matter if America becomes a socialist country anymore? Because a lot of
00:17:25.180 people say no. I do. I think it matters a lot. Does it matter if what you see in Paris is showing up
00:17:32.180 in your neighborhood, on your streets?
00:17:34.420 Because I think it does. 0.99
00:17:36.360 And that's Marxist and Islamists. 0.92
00:17:38.940 And there's no doubt about it anymore. 0.94
00:17:41.000 Even the French government is saying that.
00:17:43.920 Does it matter if the American experiment goes on?
00:17:48.560 Or is it just time to try something new
00:17:50.680 because this doesn't work?
00:17:52.520 And so we're not really going to try something new.
00:17:54.240 We're going to try something
00:17:55.400 that has failed over and over again.
00:17:58.020 But those are the questions on the ballot.
00:18:00.000 and when it's over i just want an honest count i just want a fair honest count that's all i want
00:18:09.700 i don't really care who wins or loses i mean i do but i if it's an honest count i can live with it
00:18:16.800 because if it's an honest count the next day i can get up and go wow we got kicked in the teeth
00:18:22.540 and i'll go back and make the argument and try to figure out a better way to convince people
00:18:27.860 That's what Americans have always done.
00:18:33.800 If your side loses, I hope that you'll do the same. 0.95
00:18:37.000 If my side loses, I hope we do the same.
00:18:43.140 But today is the day we have to make the commitment and say, I'm going to go vote.
00:18:47.680 I'm going to go vote.
00:18:48.760 I'm going to drive a neighbor.
00:18:50.180 You have to do everything you can, and then God will take care of the rest.
00:18:53.460 But you are required to do everything you can.
00:18:58.480 Have you called your kids and asked them if they have a plan to go voting?
00:19:02.460 Because America chooses next Tuesday.
00:19:09.320 More in a minute.
00:19:10.260 A lot of things that, you know, make America work are not fun to watch.
00:19:14.960 Television crews don't follow ranchers at five in the morning and he's checking the fences.
00:19:19.000 Nobody hangs, you know, hangs out for trophies, you know, to be delivered around feeding time.
00:19:24.400 But that really is the work behind our food on our table.
00:19:27.140 and it takes people willing to do the hard things
00:19:29.880 in every kind of weather.
00:19:31.280 And that's one reason I appreciate Good Ranchers.
00:19:33.500 They deliver American-raised meat right to your door.
00:19:36.520 You can put good food on your family's table
00:19:38.620 while supporting the people raising it right here in America.
00:19:41.780 So next time you sit down to dinner,
00:19:43.220 consider how many hands did it take to get your food right there.
00:19:46.080 Ask your kids. They have no idea.
00:19:48.440 For a limited time, you can get $50 off your first Good Ranchers order.
00:19:52.140 Plus, when you start a plan, you're going to get free meat with every order.

00:20:14.780 10 seconds, station ID.
00:20:25.260 hey we are doing a special after show tomorrow uh right after this program uh we'll tell you
00:20:33.420 more about it but you don't want to miss this one this is this is a real inside inside look
00:20:38.260 uh at what's happening you want behind the scenes this is a inside look behind the scenes tomorrow
00:20:44.020 we'll tell you more about that coming up in just a little bit um jason let me bring you in is
00:20:49.980 do you look at this election the same way as i've been looking at it here i mean i was thinking
00:20:57.240 about it last night and i was like you know this is the election i've wanted i want the clear choice
00:21:03.340 yeah uh i would like the clear choice i'm i'm very alarmed at the people that seem to be making
00:21:11.940 the clear choice in the other direction that makes sense uh i think it could i mean you you
00:21:18.100 asked some some good questions there and and said and made some good statements you said this is not
00:21:22.400 fringe anymore and are there enough democrats that don't believe that that that kind of stuff
00:21:26.820 what the dsa is planning the problem is so many what would maybe used to be considered
00:21:32.540 in the middle democrats seem to be going the direction of the of of radicalism and i don't
00:21:38.820 know if you saw the just just uh i think it was yesterday uh town hall had an undercover video of
00:21:44.640 Gavin Newsom. And Gavin Newsom was saying that basically the DSA is going to be the dominant
00:21:51.180 force within the Democratic Party. I know. Is there any Democrat that happens to be listening
00:21:56.420 to us right now that has seen this and gone, okay, I just can't do that. I still don't necessarily
00:22:03.280 like the Republicans, et cetera, et cetera, but I can't go where they're going. Are there those
00:22:08.480 democrats i have not met one yet but i'm hoping that there are i'm hoping that there are a lot
00:22:15.440 of democrats especially up in michigan that are like i can't do that i don't i don't want to vote
00:22:21.720 for mike rogers but i i'm going to vote for mike rogers because i can't do that that's a no-go
00:22:28.800 zone for me are those do those people exist if you do please call 888-727-BECK i'm not going to 0.66
00:22:35.920 try to change your mind or I won't give you any crap or anything like that. I just want to hear
00:22:40.240 your story on, you know, what you're actually seeing and what it does it take to, you know,
00:22:47.320 because it's in their own words now. What does it take to have fellow Democrats go, yeah, I see this
00:22:53.420 too. Not the direction I want to go. Does that attitude even exist? 888-727-BECK. We are going
00:23:00.640 to Nigeria next. All right, let me tell you about the type of phone call that starts happening when
00:23:07.640 your parents get older. Starts with a simple question or two. 20 minutes later, you're reading
00:23:12.600 a letter about Medicare and trying to decipher a sentence that, you know, has been written by six
00:23:16.380 different lawyers. You want to help, but you don't want to give your mom and dad the wrong advice
00:23:21.460 either. And this is where chapter comes in and can make a huge difference. They are licensed
00:23:26.140 medicare advisors and they help compare plans and options based on things that actually matter
00:23:32.780 doctors prescriptions coverage cost and they're not paid to push one particular plan and that's
00:23:40.760 the key they're the only ones that do this and there's no cost to get their help demand's been
00:23:45.240 really high for the open enrollment season so there may be a wait speak to speak with an advisor
00:23:50.160 november can be a smart time to call that's just next week but before the final rush towards
00:23:55.660 December 7th deadline? Call them. 8 to 9 a.m. Eastern. Also a good window to try. The call
00:24:02.060 is free. It takes about 20 minutes. Dial pound 250 and say the keyword chapter. It's pound 250

00:24:50.360 uh i want to take uh brandon uh quickly um i i got to get to nigeria there's something important
00:24:57.440 i want to talk to you about but i want to take brandon who's calling from michigan hello brandon
00:25:01.760 you were a you are a democrat i am an independent okay i i have uh a conservative uh independent if
00:25:12.980 that makes sense okay so um but i can't with my my the members of my past family what they fought
00:25:21.800 for in wars i can't let somebody like else i win office so like i i haven't voted for rogers before
00:25:31.140 but i need to on this one do you and do what i think from go ahead sorry no go coming from the
00:25:39.000 metro Detroit area and work and being a former employee of the city of Detroit and seeing what's
00:25:44.820 happened in Dearborn and the Hamtramck and those areas and the influx of that population and how
00:25:49.540 they they're taking over and imparting their ideology so it's we can't let that happen
00:25:56.940 do you know many people like you oh yeah oh yes really yes that would be like would have been
00:26:06.700 likely to vote for a democrat yes that would have been likely to vote for a democrat but because of
00:26:12.620 who he is they can't vote for him or won't vote for him wow so what's your take on the polls do
00:26:18.360 you think he's you know three to seven points ahead i don't think so because if you look at
00:26:25.640 how they're pulling people they're asking they're they're pulling a very small group
00:26:31.260 and a small number of people and it's the people from areas they know they're going to get the
00:26:36.620 hits they want. Well, it'll be interesting to see next week. Go out and vote, Brandon. Thank
00:26:42.800 you so much. Appreciate it. Thank you for having my call. You bet. You bet. Let me go to, let me go
00:26:49.240 to Chris in for JJ in Michigan. Sorry, let me go to JJ in Michigan. Go ahead, JJ.
00:26:58.040 Howdy, Glenn. How are you? Good. How are you? I'm doing all right, thanks. What would you like to
00:27:03.760 No, I'm a Democrat, Michigan business owner.
00:27:07.640 So how are you viewing this race?
00:27:12.620 And I mean, are you for, are you a Democrat?
00:27:16.200 Like I used to grow up knowing Democrats.
00:27:18.700 Are you a, are you a democratic socialist?
00:27:22.160 Where are you?
00:27:24.040 No, I'm a, I'm an old school Democrat.
00:27:26.300 I'm a, I consider myself a Bill Clinton kind of a guy.
00:27:29.860 Okay.
00:27:30.320 All right.
00:27:30.660 And how are you going to vote in Michigan?
00:27:35.100 To be honest with you, I don't know.
00:27:38.000 I think the problem that I see here in Michigan with business owners, especially that have lean Democrat their whole lives, is that we kind of feel disenfranchised.
00:27:55.300 Definitely not a Mike Rogers fan.
00:27:57.220 You know, it's gotten to be so expensive to do business here.
00:28:04.000 It's not, I don't think, one side or the other.
00:28:10.160 It's gotten super expensive here to do business, and it's very hard for the younger generation.
00:28:17.800 Housing's unaffordable.
00:28:19.240 Food's unaffordable.
00:28:20.600 I think we have probably top 10 highest gas prices in the nation currently.
00:28:25.720 So everything's just unaffordable.
00:28:29.040 Definitely not.
00:28:30.960 Isn't that what El Saeed is?
00:28:33.040 I mean, that's his main thing.
00:28:34.580 It's unaffordable.
00:28:35.360 I'm going to make it affordable.
00:28:39.620 I mean, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona that I can sell you to.
00:28:46.700 And why do you say that?
00:28:49.440 I just don't believe it.
00:28:51.000 i don't believe much of anything anymore in politics but i don't believe that one bit i
00:28:58.020 mean all the stuff that you see i gave it a chance looked it up uh you know did a little bit of
00:29:05.120 research uh on him specifically thinking okay maybe this could be a thing and uh i don't i
00:29:13.560 don't agree with a lot of his stances once you start looking into things you know they're all
00:29:17.860 chameleons though and that's just it makes life hard for the average person i know i know that's
00:29:23.800 why i kind of said you know at least one side is being more honest than usual you know um i think
00:29:30.500 they both are chameleons a lot of times you just have to i don't know who do i trust nobody is the 0.69
00:29:35.260 answer i don't trust anybody um but uh this time at least the dsa uh and some of the islamists
00:29:45.200 are not coming out and saying it, but you can see, like El Saeed just did an interview
00:29:49.940 with a guy who has been praising Hamas, and a guy who said we should send the Jews back
00:29:56.420 to Poland.
00:29:57.800 I mean, it's pretty crazy. 1.00
00:30:00.120 It's pretty crazy.
00:30:01.160 They're still kind of hiding some of that stuff, but they're saying it openly in their
00:30:05.480 own mosques, but the DSA is out, so they're not being chameleons, and I actually appreciate 0.86
00:30:11.860 that i mean i don't agree with any of it but i appreciate that they're saying yeah this is what
00:30:16.320 we believe this is what we're going to do i just don't know do you know many democrats or people
00:30:21.240 like you that are now waking up to that who say no i don't want to get rid of the constitution
00:30:26.860 oh yeah 100 i think that there's um i think there's a i don't want to call it a silent
00:30:36.400 majority but there's a silent uh large group of people that i think are like myself that
00:30:44.560 you know where we just don't speak out because we just would fear reprisal or
00:30:50.120 wow you know it's that's scary that's scary your fear you're you're afraid of reprisal
00:30:56.560 that's right yeah i just for me you know being again being a business owner uh anywhere in the
00:31:04.700 united states at this point uh it's hard and a lot of that is we can't you know nobody really
00:31:13.480 needs to know my political views or opinions at the end of the day like no nobody cares i mean
00:31:18.500 we're all just people we're trying to live uh but it's just one of the things that uh i read not too
00:31:28.100 long ago. And I believe, uh, and I won't mention the author's name, but it's a quote and you might
00:31:36.220 know what it is, but, uh, there's a quote that, uh, I read not too long ago that I repeat quite
00:31:43.380 often, uh, to friends and family and coworkers that it, you know, it takes a lifetime to build,
00:31:48.460 uh, something up and it takes 30 seconds to tear it down with social media. And so you have to be
00:31:56.360 ultra careful and ultra conscious of what you say and who you say things to and uh you know just
00:32:05.180 it's it's no fun anymore but you know going back to how i vote you know it's i'm old school
00:32:12.940 you know grew up in a union house uh yeah just a bill clinton guy like nuts and bolts you know
00:32:21.840 So, are you considering John James for governor?
00:32:32.240 Yes.
00:32:34.880 Not, you know, wouldn't be my choice by far.
00:32:39.800 But in lieu of the things that's, yeah, it's hard.
00:32:48.740 There is no good choice in my opinion.
00:32:50.460 Yeah. Yeah, that's the hardest thing. When you're looking at two people and you're like, I can't do that, and I don't really want to do that. It's hard to do the, I don't want to do that. But I mean, unfortunately, at this point, it is either or. And you can't sit it out because whatever you don't want, if you're like very clear, I don't want that, you can't sit out. You've got to stand against it. At least that's the way I feel. I don't know about you.
00:33:19.980 I do, too.
00:33:20.700 Yeah, so for sure.
00:33:23.660 I'm a person, and I'll just speak for myself again, like, you know, there is no choice anymore.
00:33:30.020 You're voting against something rather than for something, and that's been the case for a long time.
00:33:35.280 And so, you know, we're all told we have a choice.
00:33:38.720 It's the old libertarian adage, right?
00:33:40.960 So you're told you have a choice.
00:33:43.440 You know, you can pick who you want for president.
00:33:45.340 Well, you're going to vote for this person that the party puts up and puts the money behind.
00:33:51.160 And there's the amount of ads in Michigan right now just for the Senate race.
00:33:56.540 It's astronomical.
00:33:58.080 It is so insane.
00:33:59.300 How do you think this is going to come out?
00:34:00.760 I'm watching the ads here in Texas, and it's insane, but I don't see a lot of Paxton stuff.
00:34:07.500 I don't see a lot of Paxton.
00:34:08.560 I see a lot of anti-Paxton coming from Tallarico, but I don't see it the other way.
00:34:13.380 How do you think this race is going to come out in Michigan?
00:34:17.080 What's your guess?
00:34:19.300 It's going to be close.
00:34:20.500 I think it's going to be real close.
00:34:22.440 You know, I think it's going to be, there's a third-party candidate that's gaining a little bit of traction here that you're starting to see on social media.
00:34:33.140 But I think it's going to be very, very close.
00:34:35.760 Michigan's, you know, very divided state, and, you know, there's just, there's a lot of working class, you know, a lot of, you know, union, a lot of.
00:34:54.120 And a lot of, but a lot of Democrats, like Detroit, full of union and full of Democrats, a lot of black that they're not voting for El Saeed, I've heard. Is that true?
00:35:07.520 I mean, that's, that's the rumor, but you never know until they, or, you know, a day or two after. So it could be true, but I don't know. I mean, I don't, I don't know.
00:35:20.580 and I try again I'm not a person who talks politics very regularly I'm not a guy that's
00:35:26.020 going to walk into somewhere and start talking about politics or who believes in what like
00:35:30.820 you know that's we all have the right to believe in what we want it makes us a greatest country
00:35:35.920 on earth so uh you know I just in my opinion I feel like we're being uh you know it's things
00:35:45.180 are just going the wrong direction right now.
00:35:48.260 Right.
00:35:48.760 So thank you so much, JJ.
00:35:51.220 I appreciate it.
00:35:52.020 JJ up in Michigan.
00:35:53.900 I'm going to go to California.
00:35:55.260 If I have time, there's some other things
00:35:58.220 that other people that are calling in
00:35:59.680 from around the country.
00:36:00.520 I'd love to talk to you today. 0.82
00:36:02.460 I've got to get to this Nigeria thing. 0.99
00:36:04.520 It'll have to be next hour,
00:36:05.940 but it's really important that we talk about that.
00:36:08.860 And also Barack Obama on the campaign trail.
00:36:14.260 We have to talk about that as well.
00:36:15.920 All of it coming up in just a second.
00:36:17.520 First, let me tell you about American financing.
00:36:19.160 When it comes to your financing, it is really easy these days to find yourself alternating back and forth between being above water and being beneath it.
00:36:27.740 Between high interest payments like credit cards and all the other things that demand money from you every single month, getting ahead may feel like something you're never going to do.
00:36:36.400 But there is an asset that is worth understanding, especially if high interest debt is putting pressure on your monthly budget.
00:36:45.340 It's equity.
00:36:46.760 I want to emphasize this.
00:36:48.380 If you have a great low-rate mortgage, you don't have to assume that you have to give it up.
00:36:53.560 It doesn't have to happen.
00:36:55.780 That's a horrible place to start a conversation is, hey, I got a great loan.
00:37:01.260 Let's reset it.
00:37:02.280 Don't do that.
00:37:03.680 American financing can help homeowners explore all of the options,
00:37:07.220 including home equity solutions that will let you keep your existing mortgage,
00:37:12.040 which is key.
00:37:13.400 The right answer depends on your finances, your goals, the costs that are involved.
00:37:18.120 Borrowing against your home is a serious decision,
00:37:20.480 but so is continuing to pay all that high interest debt on credit cards.
00:37:24.900 Find out what your options are.
00:37:27.060 If you have spent years building equity, they may be able to help you.
00:37:31.540 It's worth asking about.

00:37:44.720 If you believe the truth still matters
00:37:47.680 you're in the right place
00:37:50.220 Glenn Beck will be right back
00:38:02.660 truth is under attack in our culture people are embracing lies about gender they're rejecting the
00:38:09.240 sanctity of every human life and the government is even punishing people for saying what's true
00:38:14.260 and right or worse the woke mob is doxing them and slandering them with no due process just an
00:38:19.580 angry mob making their lives miserable or worse putting families in real danger but the biblical
00:38:25.580 principles on which our country was founded still matter real patriots and christians are beginning
00:38:30.580 to stand up they're showing real courage without a safety net of a big bank account they're bolstered
00:38:36.040 only by the truths that are self-evident but these people must be defended alliance defending freedom
00:38:42.320 is on the front lines of this fight and they're standing in courtrooms across the country upholding
00:38:46.480 truth and your right to speak it your gift to adf will be matched by a special grant while the funds

00:39:00.980 to 83848. Nick in California, welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Hey, Glenn. Real quick,
00:39:19.280 i uh jj i think what jj was trying to say is it's always the lesser of two evils yes that we vote
00:39:26.720 for and um but more importantly i am a democrat living in communist california and uh oh yeah
00:39:34.820 it's bad man i'm nine dollar diesel you're talking about diesel my car gets 60 miles a gallon my
00:39:40.060 diesel car and it still hurts jeez but but anyway um to my point my my 23 year old daughter who's
00:39:47.500 of course always on the web and social media it took two weeks for me to get her to vote
00:39:53.700 um and i didn't tell her how to vote but but she asked questions and and but it took two weeks i
00:40:01.340 mean i really had to push the subject so what was her what was her objection to voting it doesn't
00:40:06.820 make a difference or what yes doesn't matter it's rigged and how did you get her to vote
00:40:12.720 i i i totally you know it was i i kind of pushed the i don't ask you for very much and then it was
00:40:21.180 you know your grandfather served in the military many people died and then what really did it was
00:40:27.100 there's a local radio station was talking about javier becerra who lost 300 000 kids you know the
00:40:33.660 illegal kids yeah yeah okay well he he wants to be the governor and she asked me about that
00:40:39.440 and then that's when got her to vote and i said hey look if you have any questions about the
00:40:45.260 propositions i'll explain them to you um and do that but you have to vote i said people died for 0.98
00:40:53.560 this right i know it's always the lesser of two evils but if you don't vote you can't bitch 0.98
00:40:58.520 so nick i have to ask you you're a democrat you're living in california but you started 0.95
00:41:03.960 to say the communist uh california um yeah so you're not with the dsa kind of stuff
00:41:11.300 no i'm i'm more of the john f kennedy ronald reagan where you know the party left me i didn't
00:41:18.120 leave the party um you know every time uh us working class i've been working class all my
00:41:25.720 life since i was 13 um either in the fields or doing doing what i do now and every time the
00:41:33.300 democrats get power oh we got to tax the rich we got tax the rich and what happens everybody else's
00:41:38.180 taxes go up and and the rich find loopholes and we democrats see this now we're like dude we're
00:41:45.680 the ones getting taxed like prop 40 that they want to pass this billionaire's tax here well
00:41:50.620 on page 26 it says that this this the government uh can amend that and adjust it accordingly
00:41:58.480 it's a back door and so people are seeing that and that's that's kind of the thing it's like
00:42:03.760 you know they're both taking money from special interests i mean california hates big oil but
00:42:10.580 the democrats take money from chevron and everybody else and pg&e and they all do it
00:42:15.680 so i've got about i only have about 30 seconds so so help me out are there more democrats like you
00:42:22.120 that are just, are seeing that this is Marxism now with the DSA
00:42:27.120 and you just don't want anything to do with it?
00:42:30.220 They do, but they also think that it's rigged.
00:42:33.780 Okay.
00:42:34.520 They think it's rigged.
00:42:35.460 And I think, real quick, I think what really hurts the Republicans right now
00:42:39.740 is President Trump, who I did vote for, but...
00:42:44.980 Quickly.
00:42:45.280 He lacks empathy with the Iran, the high fuel prices, you know what I mean?
00:42:53.320 Yeah, I do.
00:42:54.140 It's a kitchen item.
00:42:55.360 It's food and fuel, and that's the bottom line.
00:42:57.660 He should come out there and say something about that.
00:42:59.500 You're exactly right.
00:43:00.940 Nick, thank you very much.
00:43:02.580 Appreciate it.
00:43:15.280 When it comes to protecting yourself and your family,
00:43:22.920 you want your response to match the situation

00:45:45.440 Hello, America.
00:45:47.480 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:45:49.440 The New York Times is at it again.
00:45:52.060 And this time, while saying that the right is shopping fear, they shop fear.
00:46:00.120 And I want to explain, you know, there's rational fear and irrational fear.
00:46:06.060 You know, rational fear would be, I'm Donald Trump.
00:46:10.080 I'm afraid somebody is going to try to kill me up security.
00:46:13.660 That's rational fear. 0.91
00:46:15.640 Irrational fear is, I believe that space aliens are going to come down and kill me.
00:46:23.320 No, he has a fear of being killed.
00:46:26.940 One's irrational.
00:46:28.000 Not that he ever said that.
00:46:29.400 One would be irrational.
00:46:30.700 And one is perfectly rational.
00:46:32.760 He doesn't have a death phobia.
00:46:35.920 He has rational fear.
00:46:38.000 So I want to get into that here in just a second.
00:46:39.920 We start with President Obama.
00:46:41.260 But first, you can have the nicest neighborhood in the world,
00:46:44.420 but a locked door doesn't tell you what's happening when you're not home.
00:46:47.260 You know, it doesn't alert you to every unexpected event.
00:46:49.960 It doesn't call for help.
00:46:51.320 And those are things that sometimes, you know,
00:46:54.500 you need something that cuts this problem off before it becomes a problem,
00:46:59.480 whenever possible.
00:47:00.280 And that something that you need is SimpliSafe.

00:47:21.420 because that welcome mat should be a friendly gesture.

00:47:44.300 Let them know that I sent you. It's simply safe ahead of real crime in real time.
00:47:50.480 OK, so let me take you back to last Sunday.
00:47:55.200 The president was making some real waves during a speech.
00:47:58.140 He was in Port Huron, I believe, in Michigan on Sunday.
00:48:02.100 And he said something that he warned that if El Saeed and the Democrats win, they will open the floodgates and invite hordes of jihadis to our shores, creating a nightmare of violence and terror until you cannot even have Christmas.
00:48:17.880 Okay, is that the way I would phrase it? No.
00:48:20.960 But let's look at this for a second.
00:48:22.340 If the Democrats win, they will open the floodgates.
00:48:24.260 Does anybody, I mean, it is their intention to go back and open the borders again.
00:48:31.600 they have said it get rid of ice what will that in effect do it will open our shores to jihadis
00:48:40.140 and creating an uh a nightmare of violence and terror yeah probably look at i mean we just had
00:48:48.820 another attempt at a hijacking what was that yesterday i mean we are we are in trouble and
00:48:55.060 thank god our fbi is on top of it our department of justice is on top of it now you can't have a
00:49:02.080 christmas okay i again not what i would have said but is that a reach yes is it too far of a reach
00:49:13.600 i don't think it is if you know what the jihadis want he called el saeed a jihadist muslim
00:49:20.260 Brotherhood member. Then he pointed to the Republican candidate, Mike Rogers, and said,
00:49:25.120 call him apple pie. He's like central casting. Okay. The New York Times wrote this article,
00:49:31.600 and all it said was Islamophobic stereotypes, Islamophobia, Islamophobia. Nine days from the
00:49:37.360 election, and their closing pitch is fear. And why do I say that? They say that Donald Trump
00:49:43.760 is pitching fear, Islamophobia. But let's define phobias, okay? A phobia is an irrational fear. 0.94
00:49:54.320 Keyword, irrational. If you're in constant fear of spiders, and there are no spiders in the room,
00:50:03.460 you know, if you're afraid of cars, but you're never around cars, those would be phobias. 0.61
00:50:09.060 The word Islamophobia was built to do a single job, to take any concern about anything connected to Islam and file it under an irrational mental defect. 0.67
00:50:21.620 That's what it was. 1.00
00:50:23.720 You're not wrong.
00:50:25.680 You're not mentally sick.
00:50:28.340 And your ideas have to be silenced, and so that's the word they use.
00:50:33.440 but is it irrational to worry about a plan when people making plans are telling you it's their
00:50:40.800 plan zaid shakir he's one of the best known imams in america he told the new york times he still
00:50:49.260 hoped the united states would one day become a muslim country ruled by islamic law that's sharia
00:50:56.100 law anybody who understands sharia law you should not be like well that's a neutral thing i'm okay 0.98
00:51:01.380 with. No, it's evil. It is evil. That is the political system inside of Islam. 0.99
00:51:11.000 Shiraz Waj, I think his name is, something like that. It doesn't matter. I mean, you're expecting
00:51:17.080 to get a name pronunciation from me? You're in the wrong business. Anyway, he's a fixture on the
00:51:23.960 stage of the largest Muslim conventions in this country. He recently told an audience not to talk
00:51:30.620 about Sharia yet. I'm quoting, because we are not there yet. Notice the word yet. In Miami,
00:51:41.960 in a mom on a Friday sermon, streamed live on Facebook, told his congregation that we're not
00:51:49.680 here to kill anybody. We want people to choose Sharia. No, no. Over my dead body will we choose.
00:51:59.840 you cannot be a free people i'm sorry i don't want to be iran i don't want to be 11 in lebanon 0.91
00:52:06.180 i don't want to be in any place where sharia law has been implemented it is oppressive especially
00:52:12.400 to women now in the federal trial the terror financing trial that happened in uh in dallas
00:52:19.560 prosecutors entered a muslim brotherhood strategy memo written for north america i've shown it to 0.57
00:52:26.500 you a million times that described the work here as eliminating and destroying western civilization 0.96
00:52:33.960 from within that is a quote from the muslim brotherhood this administration has designed 0.99
00:52:41.780 three branches of the brotherhood as terrorist organizations for backing hamas and it's not just
00:52:48.440 here britain has sharia councils ruling on marriage and divorce its own government review found
00:52:54.080 practices discriminate against women. Do you think so? Noticing that Islam invites horrific
00:53:04.400 treatment of women is not Islamophobic. To notice that Sharia law requires you to kill 0.99
00:53:11.840 a homosexual is not Islamophobic. To be worried when an imam around the West preach about an 0.98
00:53:21.740 islamic takeover that's not an irrational fear it'd be crazy to pretend not to see it if you 0.96
00:53:29.720 had nazis living on your street and they were running and they were gaining more power and
00:53:33.840 they were infiltrating our government would it be irrational to say hey uh the nazis have a plan
00:53:39.300 they're stating it in their meetings and they're infiltrating our government and this is what they
00:53:45.480 say we're not going to be a Nazi government 0.75
00:53:47.120 yet, it would
00:53:49.400 not be irrational.
00:53:54.500 So many people
00:53:55.480 are afraid to be called
00:53:57.220 an Islamophobe. All you need 0.99
00:53:59.360 to know is the definition of
00:54:01.380 phobia.
00:54:04.560 We have
00:54:05.460 to be consistent. I reject
00:54:07.160 Islamists because 1.00
00:54:09.260 that's a political project. 0.92
00:54:12.440 The belief
00:54:13.360 that religious law should sit
00:54:15.460 above the law and the rule of law for everyone i'm not for i'm not for it from my church your
00:54:23.060 church a synagogue or a mosque no america you are free to practice the faith of islam catholicism 0.97
00:54:32.580 mormonism baptist whatever and live in peace but this is not the same thing millions of muslims 1.00
00:54:41.700 know it and they know it better than you do because of where they came from to get away from 1.00
00:54:48.020 it and now they begged us the muslim community begged us to stop the muslim brotherhood from 0.98
00:54:54.360 coming in we didn't do it we didn't want to be islamophobic now they're silent because they know
00:55:01.080 who's in charge you know a woman who fled iran doesn't need a lecture on sharia law she has the
00:55:08.140 scars. Dr. Zutty Jasser, who's running for Congress, and I, man, if I lived in Arizona,
00:55:15.320 I'd vote for him as often as I possibly could, which is once. He has spent years fighting the
00:55:23.720 Islamists inside of his own community, and they hate him for it. He doesn't have an irrational
00:55:31.160 fear. It's a rational fear of an ideology. That's your duty. Now, hostility towards your
00:55:39.720 neighbor because of how he prays, that is discrimination. And the moment you confuse
00:55:45.600 the two, you hand the Islamist exactly what he needs. His whole recruiting pitch for a young 0.99
00:55:51.660 American Muslim is that America hates him and will never accept him. I will accept. I accepted 1.00
00:55:58.560 Barack Obama as president of the United States.
00:56:04.680 It's a joke.
00:56:08.020 But every time one of us treats the neighbor
00:56:10.540 like the enemy, we write that recruiter's next sermon for him.
00:56:14.080 So let me go back to Michigan.
00:56:16.800 Are there fair questions about Abdul El-Sayed?
00:56:20.320 Yes. Yes.
00:56:23.020 Washington Free Beacon just reported that his mother
00:56:25.600 was active in the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt before she immigrated. And that old school media
00:56:32.880 posts from his half-sister appear to be cutting against his denials of any family ties. So you
00:56:38.700 got your sister and your mother. Then he just shared the stage with a streamer who once said,
00:56:45.300 America deserved 9-11. His politics are democratic socialist, and that alone is worth
00:56:53.020 fighting in every town, in every state.
00:56:58.560 But I don't know if you've heard the latest.
00:57:00.240 Just this week, because he's getting pushback from his Islamic supporters,
00:57:05.120 he was cozying up to a man, did an interview
00:57:07.700 with a man who called Hamas freedom fighters
00:57:11.500 and said Jews need to be sent back to Poland.
00:57:17.720 Okay. 0.57
00:57:19.760 Now, El Saeed, interviewed by this guy,
00:57:23.020 because the interviewer was worried he's too soft on Israel.
00:57:27.960 We'll get back to that.
00:57:29.760 But even with that, there is no evidence that he's ever personally been involved with a motherhood.
00:57:35.600 He's denounced it publicly, but so have all of the Marxists until recently.
00:57:41.240 You've got to look at his actions. 0.73
00:57:43.380 He called Hassan Piker's comments dumb and put distance between them.
00:57:49.940 But I believe he's also shared a stage with them. 0.63
00:57:53.020 A man who is judged by what he does is important.
00:57:59.340 His mother's past, his sister's posts, I don't know, I don't know, but at least it should play a role in your calculus.
00:58:09.760 We live in a time where people are hiding behind masks, and he has spent far too much time with too many deep radicals.
00:58:18.380 And while you're not your mom or your sister, one does need to question how far does that apple fall from the tree.
00:58:27.980 So here's how you tell the difference between a rational concern from a phobia.
00:58:33.600 A phobia only asks the question of one kind of person.
00:58:39.180 A principal asks that question of everyone.
00:58:43.040 So ask every candidate, Muslim, Christian, Jew, atheist, the same thing.
00:58:48.380 Should any court in America ever be ruled by religious law instead of the Constitution?
00:58:55.520 The answer should always be no. 0.67
00:59:00.380 Will you protect the Muslim woman who wants to leave her faith or her marriage with the same law that protects every other American? 1.00
00:59:09.160 The answer to that should always be yes. 0.86
00:59:12.260 Will you name the Muslim Brotherhood Hamas and Hezbollah for what they are? 0.98
00:59:16.340 The answer to that is yes, they're terrorists. 0.95
00:59:20.300 A good candidate of any faith can answer all of those questions in a heartbeat.
00:59:26.520 El Saeed squirms, which tells you everything you need to know.
00:59:32.500 So the president said, you know, if the other side wins, you can't even have Christmas.
00:59:37.240 Well, okay, Christmas is not protected.
00:59:40.980 And it's not protected by keeping Muslims out of the Senate.
00:59:43.860 It's protected by a constitution that lets the family down the street pray on Friday while letting you sing on December 25th.
00:59:53.980 And no imam, no bishop, no president can put a law above that.
01:00:00.940 Now, here's what he means.
01:00:03.300 What is happening all over Europe?
01:00:05.680 There are no go zones.
01:00:07.940 They are bombing the Christmas villages.
01:00:11.320 the stated goal is very clear
01:00:15.100 the question that you have to ask yourself is
01:00:18.540 do you feel comfortable enough with a man 0.82
01:00:20.740 who is friends with Iranian radicals
01:00:25.460 who actually served in the army for Iran 1.00
01:00:29.400 and still believes that Iran is right 0.95
01:00:33.180 that advocates for Sharia law 0.98
01:00:37.100 and all the Marxists
01:00:40.060 i mean honestly i listened to him and his words are too close to the exact words of the ayatollah
01:00:47.220 khomeini in iran in 1979 and you know the ayatollah said the same thing but he didn't mean it the
01:00:54.100 question is does al-said and we have to ask that question while also saying the fight is not us
01:01:01.520 against them it is not the constitution against anyone or any faith or no faith it is the
01:01:09.800 constitution against anyone who sits, who wants to sit or have their faith sit above the
01:01:16.160 constitution. Fear that. That's not a phobia. That's the price of staying free. And the most
01:01:25.680 ironic thing about the whole discussion of phobia from El Saeed supporters, those same supporters
01:01:31.480 released an ad this week. I have to play for you in 60 seconds. Wait until you hear this.

01:03:07.120 the supporters his supporters uh just released an ad blaming the egg prices literally on jews
01:03:16.160 Now, this was a pact, not Abdul, but have I seen him condemn it?
01:03:22.320 No, I don't think he will.
01:03:24.500 I want you to listen to this ad.
01:03:27.780 We get all the sandwich stuff for the kids' lunch.
01:03:30.400 They don't like turkey anymore.
01:03:31.660 Yeah, I know.
01:03:33.200 What about the bananas?
01:03:34.720 Yeah, I got them too.
01:03:36.280 But, honey.
01:03:38.040 What?
01:03:39.020 You're going to have to put those eggs back.
01:03:41.140 They don't like eggs anymore?
01:03:42.500 No, they like eggs. 1.00
01:03:44.040 but we have to set that seven dollars aside for killing palestinians what i mean don't we give 1.00
01:03:51.020 israel four billion dollars a year anyways yeah and now we're giving them another 26 billion 0.60
01:03:56.400 dollars do you know how much that is per american taxpayer no it's like 161 per person 0.90
01:04:03.060 so wait she goes on to say that the bananas are more expensive now because of the jews i've never
01:04:10.080 heard anything so anti-Semitic in my life the price of eggs are because of the Jews I mean this
01:04:19.740 could be Saturday Night Live it's not by the way the price of eggs and bananas have not gone up
01:04:26.460 at all since the war the Jews aren't jacking our prices of bananas as if I have to say that I I 0.75
01:04:33.340 got to tell you the only thing that some of these people have not done yet is just come out and said 0.99
01:04:38.980 And here are the matzah balls that they make out of Jewish children's blood. 0.93
01:04:44.060 I mean, Christian children's blood. 1.00
01:04:46.480 Oh, and here's the cup where they drink the blood of Christians. 0.99
01:04:49.140 I mean, why don't you just come out with the protocols of the elders of Zion? 0.71
01:04:55.100 I mean, that's where we are with this.
01:05:00.000 Now, is he going to come out and say anything about it?
01:05:02.580 Is he going to be held to the standard, the Ohio standard?
01:05:06.320 i'm sure that's coming right right you're gonna be asked hey do you agree with this ad he didn't
01:05:17.340 pay for it but are you okay with that ad price of bananas and eggs are expensive because of 1.00
01:05:23.660 the jews remember a principle is only a principle if you apply it evenly so let's see their 1.00
01:05:32.400 principles um i doubt anybody's going to be asking him and pushing him he's not going to be on 60 0.59
01:05:38.560 minutes ask about the price of bananas and eggs and he keeps being asked the same question and
01:05:46.940 you're asked the same question because you're not giving a satisfactory answer to these questions
01:05:53.020 which should tell you everything you need to know quite honestly all right since we're here uh i
01:06:00.920 I want to tell you about a trip we're taking to Nigeria next.
01:06:24.880 You know, a bridge is a pretty remarkable thing.
01:06:27.680 Two sides of people can build their lives generation after generation looking at each other over a river and never meet.
01:06:35.420 And then somebody builds a bridge, and suddenly what seemed impossible is a simple walk across the water.
01:06:41.440 There are bridges that matter even more than ones that are made of wood or steel.
01:06:46.860 For decades, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews has been helping Christians turn their support for the Jewish people into something tangible, literally building bridges.
01:06:56.620 They deliver food for people who need it.
01:06:59.320 They give help to families in difficult circumstances.
01:07:02.280 Practical assistance that says you have not been forgotten, even though we think of you every time we have to go price our bananas.
01:07:09.600 Oh, my gosh.
01:07:11.220 When anti-Semitism is so open and more brazen than ever, the friendship to the Jewish people matters a lot.
01:07:20.180 A lot of people say they stand with Israel.
01:07:22.540 I hope they meet it.
01:07:23.620 You know, a measure of a bridge is whether anyone actually crosses it.
01:07:28.240 Will you cross this bridge?
01:07:29.760 The fellowship will give you an opportunity to make your conviction visible through compassion in action.
01:07:34.900 I want you right now, go to their website, giveifcj.org, giveifcj.org.
01:07:41.620 Tomorrow after Radio Glenn and Cheyenne debut, a new Christmas album.
01:07:45.260 Join us to hear it, glennbeck.com slash torch.
01:07:53.620 i am uh coming back to that ad because uh el saeed's campaign has made a statement on the ad
01:08:19.260 we're going to get to that here in a second but i want to tell you what happened this weekend there
01:08:23.540 was a video that started moving across nigerian social media um a man leading a group of young
01:08:31.600 men in uniform and they're jogging in formation and they're chanting they're chanting in hausa
01:08:38.140 and they sing about getting ak-47s traveling to attack the infidels during sunday worship 0.97
01:08:46.080 and then they sing about moving on to the next town to kill more
01:08:50.000 the northern christian association is demanding an investigation in this nobody has confirmed who
01:08:57.260 these men are but nobody in nigeria is treating this as a joke because in nigeria the chant has
01:09:04.500 a way of coming true over and over and over again it's an organization called open doors and they
01:09:09.900 have they've been tracking the persecution of christians in about a hundred countries
01:09:13.840 in its latest report covering the last 12 months, 4,849 Christians were killed for their faith
01:09:23.200 worldwide. 4,849 Christians killed worldwide. 3,490 of them died in Nigeria last year.
01:09:35.000 Seven out of every 10 Christian martyrs on the planet are in Nigeria.
01:09:39.720 that's more than the rest of the world combined.
01:09:43.820 And that number was up 390 from the year before.
01:09:48.680 This year, it hasn't slowed down.
01:09:52.420 An American aid group has audited the killings
01:09:55.360 from January 1st through September 8th.
01:09:58.780 And here's what they found.
01:10:02.260 4,216 Christians dead.
01:10:04.720 That's only what they could document.
01:10:06.840 that's one christian every 86 minutes that means by the time i end my broadcast today 0.94
01:10:14.560 two more christians will die because of their faith in nigeria now just like in everything
01:10:23.380 the nigerian government is going to tell you no they're mostly peaceful this about land this 0.98
01:10:29.020 about cattle this about bandits this about climate and some of it is like in france some of that
01:10:35.760 actually is about the schools, but the vast majority is not. In Benyu State last year in
01:10:42.860 Nigeria, 1,310 Christians were killed. How many Muslims? 29. In Kaduna State, 1,116 Christians
01:10:57.520 were kidnapped.
01:11:00.260 How many Muslims? 1.00
01:11:02.460 101. 1.00
01:11:03.660 You know, bandits don't care
01:11:05.740 which house has a cross on the wall,
01:11:07.360 but you know what?
01:11:08.080 These ones do.
01:11:10.400 These ones seem to really care.
01:11:15.600 In southern Kaduna,
01:11:17.180 there is a farming village
01:11:18.400 where the Christian families,
01:11:20.540 on a Sunday in July,
01:11:23.160 they came back from worship,
01:11:25.020 they go to bed,
01:11:25.780 at 11 o'clock that night,
01:11:27.080 gunmen come they didn't raid the village they walked it house by house they went through the
01:11:34.920 doors and they killed whoever was inside and set the houses on fire families ran into the fields
01:11:41.400 and hid in the bush and the dark and they listened and when it was over at least 30 people were dead
01:11:47.680 eight children one man in his village in this village lost five children in a single night
01:11:54.280 the problem is there are no local police
01:11:58.600 there's no state government
01:12:00.080 so it took hours for soldiers to arrive
01:12:02.800 and the killers were long gone
01:12:04.020 the local counselor said
01:12:07.640 every month we bury people
01:12:09.360 I'm tired of burying people
01:12:11.640 the month before they buried 11
01:12:13.880 including children
01:12:14.900 then 30
01:12:15.720 he said my people can't keep burying their families
01:12:19.620 every month
01:12:20.220 and he asked the United States
01:12:22.040 and the Christians around the world for help.
01:12:24.880 He was asking you, but did you even hear it?
01:12:28.780 That was in July.
01:12:29.920 I didn't hear it.
01:12:33.360 This month, Boko Haram destroyed a church,
01:12:38.180 emptied eight villages where every resident was a Christian.
01:12:42.940 Do you think Boko Haram is doing this to Muslims?
01:12:46.000 In Bennu, more than 100 men on 150 motorbikes split into the groups and hit four villages at once.
01:12:55.060 This is October 7th, except it's with Christians.
01:12:59.340 Afterwards, one of the killers was caught using a victim's phone to make phone calls, 0.85
01:13:04.240 exactly like October 7th, except it was with Christians. 0.80
01:13:09.940 And the timing made it so much worse because it was almost harvest, okay? 1.00
01:13:15.480 and it's in the middle of, you know, the harvest season in the place where everybody,
01:13:23.100 that's where they get their food. So these farmers, they've lost a whole income.
01:13:30.100 Burn the village now and you don't just kill a family, you starve the ones who ran away. 0.96
01:13:36.040 And Christian leaders there will tell you that's the point. Empty the land, then they'll come in 1.00
01:13:40.680 and take it. This has been done in country after country after country. And by the way, 1.00
01:13:45.860 it's not just Christians. If you're a Muslim who isn't Muslim enough for them, you're next in line. 1.00
01:13:54.360 In February, jihadis sent letters to Woro. Now, this is a village that is mostly Muslim. 0.92
01:14:02.680 They first asked permission to preach. Then came the pamphlets. Then a final warning,
01:14:09.440 Signed by Boko Haram. 0.99
01:14:11.860 Accept our version of Sharia law or die. 1.00
01:14:15.500 Reject your country's constitution. 0.98
01:14:19.220 Any of this sound familiar?
01:14:21.720 The village said, no, we're not going to.
01:14:24.100 So hundreds of gunmen surrounded it, blocked all the exits, and went door to door.
01:14:28.500 They tied people's hands and then executed them.
01:14:32.020 A military aircraft flew over and they pulled back.
01:14:34.660 But when the survivors came out of hiding, the killers sounded the call to prayer from the mosque and then murdered the people who answered it.
01:14:42.680 Because it's not their cup of tea.
01:14:46.280 The chief imam was among the dead.
01:14:50.400 The toll passed 160 and then just kept climbing.
01:14:53.980 This is not Christians against Muslims. 0.99
01:14:56.740 This is a war against anyone who will not kneel.
01:15:04.660 I saw this video this weekend, and it bothered me so much.
01:15:10.540 I saw it Saturday when I was going to the Mercury One gala
01:15:16.020 where we were raising money to be able to pay everybody
01:15:20.340 to keep doing their job for another year.
01:15:22.400 So when I go on the air, I can raise money.
01:15:24.320 I can say every dime goes to this.
01:15:27.040 And I was so disturbed by it.
01:15:29.120 i said on saturday night from the stage we are going to we're going to help these people
01:15:37.940 the last time i felt something like this is when we left kabul knowing who was being left behind
01:15:46.700 i felt it when isis was burning christians in cages or putting them in a cage and then
01:15:53.280 putting them in pools and filming it both times the world said wow that's terrible and then
01:16:01.280 changed the channel and that's why i started the nazarene fund i am not willing to change the
01:16:08.480 channel and because of you we haven't after afghanistan you gave until it hurt and we got
01:16:17.480 roughly 20,000 people out. It's a remarkable thing. You have helped us rescue nearly 100,000
01:16:26.640 people in one form or another who are persecuted for their faith. Christians, Jews, Yazidis,
01:16:33.180 even Muslims who refuse to live under Sharia law. These are all people who would be dead today, 1.00
01:16:39.240 but they're not because of you.
01:16:40.580 what i didn't say on saturday is for months we have been quietly planting seeds in nigeria
01:16:49.080 we are building systems finding the right people on the ground 0.84
01:16:53.680 and it is so dangerous so it's one of the most dangerous places in the world 1.00
01:16:58.000 and we can't just go in and rescue these people and take them out because that's what the muslims 1.00
01:17:09.400 want, then they will have a Muslim Nigeria. 1.00
01:17:14.020 Here's what I want to tell you today. 1.00
01:17:17.960 This week, two people who I don't think should be the ones who are going, but they've all
01:17:26.280 talked about it and they've all made their decisions, but two women from Mercury One
01:17:32.620 are getting onto a plane this week, I think tomorrow or Thursday.
01:17:37.020 and I've seen the plans
01:17:39.060 and they're good
01:17:39.940 and I've seen the problems
01:17:42.320 and they're huge
01:17:43.440 and let me tell you
01:17:46.000 this is impossible
01:17:50.940 without God
01:17:52.320 one of the most dangerous places on earth 1.00
01:17:56.860 if you're caught there as a Christian 1.00
01:17:58.800 or as a Muslim 0.95
01:18:00.900 who isn't Muslim enough 1.00
01:18:01.880 you're dead 1.00
01:18:02.840 but what's amazing is
01:18:09.060 I think this is where God does his best work
01:18:12.800 where it's impossible
01:18:14.920 and he almost always does it through ordinary people
01:18:18.860 who just say yeah I'll do that
01:18:20.880 Nigeria is half a world away
01:18:23.780 I don't even know if I could find that
01:18:26.760 let alone venue on a map
01:18:29.660 we have our own bills
01:18:32.400 we have our own kids, we have our own worries, we have an election coming up.
01:18:36.480 I mean, geez.
01:18:42.520 But so did that father who watched eight of his kids.
01:18:47.000 He wasn't a statistic until 11 o'clock on a Sunday night.
01:18:52.420 Picture your own town on a Sunday night.
01:18:55.360 You went to church that morning.
01:18:57.620 Kids are asleep down the hall.
01:18:59.440 And then you hear motorbikes.
01:19:02.400 The only difference between his family and yours is the address.
01:19:10.100 We don't get to choose whether your brother lives.
01:19:13.780 You only choose whether you answer when you hear the knocking.
01:19:19.960 And he is knocking.
01:19:23.260 What makes us Americans,
01:19:27.920 and what makes this, why people say we're a Judeo-Christian nation,
01:19:31.300 is because we believe in the golden rule.
01:19:35.100 We believe in the commandment to love thy neighbor.
01:19:39.620 Love thy enemy.
01:19:43.400 Nowhere does it say, love your neighbor.
01:19:46.240 I mean, in your own zip code.
01:19:52.500 I am dedicating the rest of my life to dying broke.
01:19:55.420 anything that I have
01:20:00.040 we will be giving away
01:20:01.820 before I die
01:20:02.880 and you have to care about all of it
01:20:08.440 we have to care, we have to act
01:20:10.340 we have to stand
01:20:11.500 I can't idly stand by
01:20:15.620 when our brothers and sisters in Christ
01:20:19.620 are hunted in the dark
01:20:21.500 so next week
01:20:24.340 um my team two members of my team please pray for them we'll be live from nigeria
01:20:31.500 and i'll show you exactly what we are doing and who we are reaching and how we're doing it there's
01:20:37.960 been a lot of planning going into this and we may be at some point um going in
01:20:46.720 and saving christians but there's no place for them to go nobody will take them 0.78
01:20:52.200 when we got out of Afghanistan 1.00
01:20:54.420 I got these Afghanis out 1.00
01:20:55.640 we had to find countries that would take them 1.00
01:20:58.660 there's no one who will take these Nigerian Christians 1.00
01:21:00.780 but the plane leaves this week 1.00
01:21:04.960 and so the work has started
01:21:06.140 if you know
01:21:09.060 Mercury One
01:21:10.320 if you know the Nazarene Fund
01:21:12.300 if you have given to us before
01:21:14.780 you know what we have done
01:21:16.700 in the past
01:21:17.780 and I would appreciate it if you would go to
01:21:20.560 nazarenefund.org and give
01:21:22.720 whatever you can. Widow's might. 1.00
01:21:24.540 It could be a dollar. It really doesn't matter.
01:21:28.320 But this is our time. This is our moment.
01:21:30.940 This is our calling.
01:21:33.000 Someday somebody is going to ask,
01:21:34.840 what did we do 1.00
01:21:37.020 when they came for the Christians 0.98
01:21:38.540 in Nigeria? 0.98
01:21:40.240 You'll have an answer. 1.00
01:21:42.200 Even if it's a widow's might. 0.97
01:21:47.200 Pray for my team.
01:21:50.560 pray for all those who are being slaughtered now 1.00
01:21:55.360 by those who want Sharia law 0.84
01:21:59.740 and won't take no for an answer.
01:22:02.720 And go to the nazarenefund.org.
01:22:04.940 That's nazarenefund.org.
01:22:08.600 Back in a minute.
01:22:11.620 I happen to have a commercial for Mercury One here.
01:22:13.980 One of the most dangerous things that can happen in a country
01:22:16.340 is when good people start believing they're powerless.
01:22:18.380 you look in france the destruction the the disruption of life ordinary you know men and
01:22:28.140 women watching your community come apart wondering whether there's anything you can do about it it's
01:22:32.440 that feel feeling of hopelessness and destruction but somebody's got to stand up and say you know
01:22:39.180 what we can fix this we can fix it for 15 years you and i've been able to step into situations
01:22:44.500 where people really needed help, and you made a difference.
01:22:49.360 Disaster relief, rescue operations, helping veterans,
01:22:52.720 preserving our history and passing lessons on to the next generation,
01:22:55.780 and our maximum impact fund helps make all of that possible.
01:22:59.260 The reason why we've been working on this with Nigeria without raising any money
01:23:02.760 is because we've had that maximum impact fund.
01:23:04.860 It allows us to go and do all the preliminary work
01:23:07.980 so when a disaster hits, we can do it before I come to you.
01:23:13.240 We can't fix everything that's going on in the world,
01:23:15.720 but we can do enough to show that we're not powerless
01:23:20.220 through Mercury One for 15 years now.
01:23:24.000 I hope we have proven that to you,
01:23:25.600 and we'd love for you to join our family.
01:23:27.580 MercuryOne.org.
01:23:28.700 That's MercuryOne.org.
01:23:31.940 Faith.
01:23:32.940 Family.
01:23:33.960 A full workday.
01:23:35.680 That's not fascist.
01:23:37.380 That's just Tuesday.
01:23:39.220 More Glenn Beck straight ahead.
01:23:42.380 Christmas is when we remember what we actually believe, not the watered-down version,
01:23:58.240 the real one. Family around the same table, the same stories, the same room. We call it
01:24:03.160 Christmas because that's what it is. A lot of places won't say it anymore. They'll say it's
01:24:07.820 the holidays. Like the word itself is something you have to step around. Well, we won't do that.
01:24:13.100 Christmas is Christmas. And that same feeling used to live in the things that we bought.
01:24:17.660 We used to care where something was made. When we were told it was cheap and fast,
01:24:22.440 you know, that wasn't good enough, but now it is. And we've stopped asking. American giant
01:24:25.800 never stopped. American cotton, American factories, American hands, clothing built heavy, honest,
01:24:31.640 meant to be worn year after year. We now see the cost of cheap, lost jobs, lost towns,
01:24:36.840 and a lost generation.
01:24:38.000 This Christmas, put something under the tree
01:24:40.060 made by people who still take pride in what they do.
01:24:42.780 American made, American quality, an American idea.
01:24:46.160 American-Giant.com slash Glenn.
01:24:48.540 Use my name, get 20% off your first order.
01:24:50.900 American-Giant.com slash Glenn.
01:24:53.700 so let's wrap up a couple of things uh dr l sayed's uh campaign has made a statement about
01:25:11.600 that ad you know where the price of bananas and eggs are are expensive because of jews and i'm
01:25:16.560 not making that up he said this is we are not affiliated in any way with this abdul is focused 0.53
01:25:22.680 on pushing back against Trump's agenda
01:25:24.920 that is raising prices for people in Michigan.
01:25:27.500 No one speaks for Abdul but himself and his campaign.
01:25:30.080 But notice they didn't say 0.96
01:25:30.940 this is a dirty, horrible, anti-Semitic ad. 0.90
01:25:34.400 They did not condemn the ad. 0.99
01:25:35.940 They just distanced themselves from it.
01:25:37.800 I think that is interesting.
01:25:39.620 Something else, the Torch Insiders said,
01:25:42.440 why do the people in Nigeria,
01:25:43.880 why don't they fight back? 1.00
01:25:45.380 Well, they have no guns.
01:25:46.580 They have, it's not, 0.99
01:25:47.700 Nigeria is unlike anything you can imagine.
01:25:51.040 They don't have a local police force.
01:25:53.220 The state doesn't have, like, state troopers.
01:25:55.540 So they have to wait for the federal government, and they don't have guns.
01:25:59.660 Why don't they leave?
01:26:01.400 Well, where are they going to go? 1.00
01:26:02.680 I mean, you're a refugee from Africa.
01:26:07.080 You go into Europe?
01:26:09.200 I mean, they've already swarmed, you know, the Muslims from Syria have swarmed. 1.00
01:26:14.460 A lot of doors are not open to people. 1.00
01:26:17.700 And you don't want to abandon Nigeria.
01:26:21.260 We need to strengthen the Christians there and help the Christians there, not remove them.

01:27:11.260 Election Day doesn't clear your calendar for you.
01:27:13.880 It'd be nice if it did.
01:27:15.000 Unfortunately, you still have to go to work.
01:27:16.620 The kids still have to get to someplace and somebody else might get sick or the car won't start.
01:27:20.960 And that super important meeting runs long.
01:27:23.500 None of those things care that this was the day you planned on voting.
01:27:27.040 So don't build a plan that only works if everything goes right.
01:27:30.980 Early voting is available everywhere.
01:27:33.080 If it's available where you live, find out when it starts.
01:27:36.100 Know where you need to go.
01:27:37.320 Look at your calendar.
01:27:38.340 Pick a day when you can actually get it done.
01:27:40.500 because voting is important enough to treat it like something you intend to do,
01:27:44.720 not something you hope you'll have time to do.

01:28:58.340 hello america welcome to the glen beck program so how is this election going to turn out
01:29:06.880 I don't know.
01:29:08.140 But I will tell you this. 0.98
01:29:09.660 If you want to know who decides it, don't look at the kids on the TikTok or, you know, the boomers at the clubhouse. 0.92
01:29:15.680 Look at the people in the middle of the aisle.
01:29:18.240 And I'm going to tell you about them because they very well could decide this.
01:29:21.500 And we'll go there in 60 seconds.
01:29:23.680 First, there is a reason airline pilots use checklists every single flight.
01:29:27.920 Even people know exactly what they do.
01:29:30.080 You know, they understand big decisions shouldn't depend on what I happen to remember in the moment.
01:29:34.600 A real estate transaction has a whole lot of moving parts. There is the price. There's also
01:29:40.360 the timing, the inspection, the financing, the negotiations, the things that could go wrong
01:29:44.500 in between the handshake and the closing table. It's not the time to discover your agent has a
01:29:49.240 great smile, but no real plan. This is why I started Real Estate Agents I Trust. It connects

01:30:02.100 going to make. You don't need somebody to tell you that every house is perfect. You need somebody

01:30:22.520 Okay, so a week from today, America votes. And I think, you know, we're looking at the polls.
01:30:29.680 I don't know whether to trust the polls or not.
01:30:31.100 They could be spot on.
01:30:31.900 They can be completely wrong.
01:30:32.980 I don't know.
01:30:34.160 I want to look at somebody that nobody bothers to call first, 0.89
01:30:38.660 and that's Generation X.
01:30:41.620 Ricky, our executive producer and head of content here on the team,
01:30:47.120 she sent me a whole buttload of research.
01:30:50.420 I was like, oh, is she making me read?
01:30:52.700 Why can't you just tell me this stuff, Ricky?
01:30:54.200 She's like, I'm busy.
01:30:55.260 And I'm like, OK, but I'm busy eating macaroni and cheese in my underpants.
01:31:00.240 Why? Just call me and tell me.
01:31:01.820 Anyway, so I read through all of it and she sent me all these headlines that don't even pretend to be neutral.
01:31:08.740 Why? Generation X is a superior generation. 0.76
01:31:12.480 OK, I got it. I got it. I got it.
01:31:14.380 But her numbers back it up.
01:31:16.340 In 2020, Generation X leaned toward Donald Trump by about a point.
01:31:20.780 In 2024, they moved harder than any other generation in the country, roughly nine points, and carried him by double digits in some counts.
01:31:31.540 National Review, AEI, Business Insider, they all ran the same post-mortem.
01:31:37.460 This spring, a left-wing blog looked at the midterm polling and ran a headline and just asked this,
01:31:43.720 What is wrong with Generation X? 0.61
01:31:46.920 Now, Ricky's answer is my answer. Nothing. Nothing.
01:31:51.400 Everything else wobbled, but Generation X did not.
01:31:56.800 And you know the nice thing about Generation X, and I've always considered myself Generation X, even though I'm a year before Generation X. 0.95
01:32:03.320 I've had more in common with Generation X than I do with the boomers. 0.77
01:32:07.060 But anyway, the nice thing about Generation X is, I don't know about you, I can't be bothered to riot about anything either way. 0.91
01:32:16.120 You know, no street theater, no soup on the paintings, no gluing ourselves to the highway.
01:32:22.140 I just, I can't, it's not me.
01:32:24.260 I'm not interested.
01:32:25.200 We voted and then we went back to work.
01:32:28.900 Okay. 0.92
01:32:29.460 Now, again, I am part of the Jones, I think that's what they call the Jones generation.
01:32:35.260 The last 10 years of boomers is actually a different kind of mentality entirely.
01:32:41.840 But I say this as a neighbor, you know, kind of leaning over the fence, you know.
01:32:45.860 i think ricky's right and i think you know the reason is hiding in the name
01:32:52.260 generation x i always thought it came from a novel in 91 it didn't actually it came from a
01:33:00.060 war photographer uh robert kappa i think his name was and he waded out into omaha beach on d-day and
01:33:08.140 he was carrying cameras instead of a rifle i mean the guy was nuts after the war in the early 1950s
01:33:13.900 he set out to photograph the young people
01:33:15.700 that were coming of age in the rubble,
01:33:18.840 and he called the project Generation X.
01:33:22.420 You know, not because X was cool,
01:33:23.920 but because X was a blank.
01:33:26.420 It meant unknown.
01:33:28.000 Generation that nobody had figured out yet.
01:33:30.980 So the name drifted,
01:33:33.320 and it became a British book about teenagers.
01:33:36.140 They picked it up in 64.
01:33:37.300 A copy of it sat on the shelf of some English house.
01:33:40.860 And then the son that grew up there
01:33:42.700 named his punk band Generation X.
01:33:46.040 The son that did that?
01:33:48.360 Billy Idol.
01:33:49.440 Then a Canadian novelist
01:33:50.980 put it on the book cover in 91
01:33:52.540 and it stuck. 0.99
01:33:53.900 So it's every generation born in America
01:33:56.200 from 1965 to 1980.
01:33:59.540 Unknown X. 0.55
01:34:01.440 Which is exactly how Generation X was raised.
01:34:05.580 You know, if you picture Generation X,
01:34:07.540 a kid in 1978,
01:34:09.480 mom is at work,
01:34:10.900 often because she has to be,
01:34:12.700 The divorce rate has doubled between 1960 and 1980, so the kid gets a house key on a shoelace.
01:34:20.280 It's hanging around his neck, the latch key, tucked underneath his shirt.
01:34:26.920 And all of this happened with the people that were growing up in the 70s and the 80s.
01:34:33.420 And the latch key actually came to use during the Second World War when dad was overseas and mom was building bombers.
01:34:41.400 The greatest generation, their children were the first to wear the key.
01:34:45.160 But their grandchildren put it back on by choice.
01:34:48.680 Not their choice, their parents' choice.
01:34:50.300 Many times.
01:34:51.480 So the Generation X kid gets off the bus at 3.15, lets himself in, finds a note on the counter.
01:34:56.800 I can't tell you how many times I saw this note.
01:34:58.760 Dinner's in the fridge, home at 6, don't touch the stove.
01:35:01.940 And then we would promptly touch the stove.
01:35:05.140 And we'd make ourself a grilled cheese sandwich and we'd watch Gilligan's Island repeats.
01:35:09.240 you know maybe we do our homework we ride we ride our bike across town no helmet no phone
01:35:17.620 no adult on earth knowing where we are okay all we had to know is the one rule be home before the
01:35:23.980 streetlights come on that's it and every night the local station asked parents it's 10 p.m do you
01:35:30.440 know where your children are and a lot of honest parents would have said yeah out someplace are
01:35:37.420 the streetlights on yet? But these are the kids who saw missing children on their milk cartons
01:35:44.340 at breakfast. These are the kids who watched the Challenger lift off in a classroom on TV with a
01:35:51.060 teacher on board and watched it all come apart. These are the kids who saw a network movie in
01:35:58.320 1983 about nuclear fallout and nuclear war wiping out a town in Kansas and then went to school the
01:36:04.500 next year all freaked out by it and the country's message to them was clear you're on your own kid
01:36:11.820 nobody told him it's a tragic life you're living and so we didn't treat it like one
01:36:19.280 most of us growing up were poor-ish maybe even poor but we didn't feel it and we didn't feel
01:36:26.460 our life was a you know a challenge or or you know oh my gosh poor me we didn't have any of that
01:36:34.360 It wasn't charming.
01:36:37.240 A lot of kids that hung the key around, they were very lonely.
01:36:41.580 And plenty of Gen Xers swore they would never do that to their own children.
01:36:46.120 But look at what that childhood built, the ones who came through it.
01:36:52.700 You know, a kid who, the kid who has never watched learns to watch out.
01:36:58.700 nobody coming to fix the bike chain so you have to learn how to fix it yourself
01:37:05.000 the grown-ups didn't have it together they sucked a lot of the time so you know he stops waiting
01:37:14.540 for them to i don't know do whatever they do you know boredom isn't a crisis you don't owe me an
01:37:20.900 answer for i you know how bored i am go out and do something it's a problem and you solve it
01:37:26.880 You know, a dirt lot, a couple of friends, and you got a game.
01:37:35.640 They didn't have peanut allergies.
01:37:37.240 I don't know.
01:37:38.640 But we were raised on late-night TV in the first years of MTV.
01:37:44.680 You can smell a pitch from an ad man coming a mile away.
01:37:49.520 One AEI writer argued, after the election, Generation X knows irony.
01:37:53.960 They know when somebody is performing, and they like it when the performer winks.
01:38:02.960 A slogan won't move them.
01:38:05.620 A hashtag doesn't move them.
01:38:07.660 Results and actual action does. 1.00
01:38:10.140 And the women, Gen X feminism, garage band feminism. 1.00
01:38:16.400 Photocopied zines, punk records, do-it-yourself, stand on your own two feet.
01:38:21.500 It wasn't about choice, not about grievance.
01:38:25.100 These were the women who raised themselves right next to their brothers,
01:38:28.860 and they never mistook the boy across the kitchen table for an oppressor. 1.00
01:38:33.260 He was just the idiot who ate their last Pop-Tart. 1.00
01:38:38.120 And the men. 1.00
01:38:40.580 Well, let me show you something.
01:38:42.000 Ricky sent this to me in her stack of stuff, and I have to tell you,
01:38:46.920 this says everything.
01:38:51.500 Men could walk a runway in a flaming tangerine velvet suit and still look like they could change your tire.
01:38:59.560 I want to show the run this.
01:39:00.620 Here we go.
01:39:01.680 So there's 1995 of you happen to be watching on the left hand of your screen.
01:39:05.180 And the right hand is 2025.
01:39:06.660 And look at the difference between the men on the runway.
01:39:10.700 Okay?
01:39:12.860 Those guys are 45 to 60 years old.
01:39:15.560 And they're raising teenagers and taking care of aging parents at the same time.
01:39:19.920 they got hit by 2008 right before they were buying their first real house and then hit again by
01:39:26.220 inflation in the peak earning years i mean we always as somebody who was born again just outside
01:39:32.100 of it 1964 it seems like we always miss the good times we're just on the other side of the fence
01:39:37.840 okay they have been america's forgotten middle the forgotten middle child our entire lives
01:39:45.960 and you don't we're not whining about it because everybody told us whining's not going to change
01:39:53.220 anything nobody's coming to save you kid so be the one who comes and that's not a sad idea
01:40:02.400 I think it's why Generation X, many, I don't know, I think it's why they believe in America.
01:40:18.600 It's the pioneer.
01:40:19.960 It's the farmer.
01:40:20.840 It's the volunteer fireman. 0.80
01:40:22.840 It's the woman who starts her own business at a kitchen table. 1.00
01:40:26.140 Gen X kids just learned it before they could reach for the top shelf. 0.91
01:40:30.840 and if you're younger
01:40:33.140 the great thing is
01:40:35.580 it's not a club you're locked out of
01:40:37.020 the key still works
01:40:38.160 put the phone in a drawer for an afternoon
01:40:40.360 fix something yourself before you go look up a video
01:40:43.140 try to figure it out
01:40:44.400 go somewhere without telling the whole internet
01:40:47.700 you're going to find out
01:40:51.100 you're a lot more capable than anybody has let you believe
01:40:53.840 you are
01:40:55.000 Robert Kappa
01:40:56.120 he called them X because nobody knew what they would become
01:40:59.380 but now we know
01:41:00.160 the kids with the keys around their necks
01:41:02.620 grew up to hold the keys to the house
01:41:05.420 the business
01:41:06.400 the family
01:41:07.340 and one week from today
01:41:10.420 maybe they hold the key
01:41:12.800 to the country 1.00
01:41:13.640 I know how the old hippies
01:41:17.020 I mean you see the no kings protest 1.00
01:41:18.620 they're all like
01:41:19.300 I remember in tie dyed shirts
01:41:22.220 and I'm out there now
01:41:23.540 no kings
01:41:24.540 and I think I just crapped my pants
01:41:26.740 gen x is going to walk into a booth and they're not going to have a sign they're not going to 0.70
01:41:34.040 have a speech they're not going to make a scene their hair most likely is the kind of hair that
01:41:41.360 they were born with it's not weird orange pink or blue and they'll make their mark
01:41:47.200 turns out x was never a blank it was a signature
01:41:52.960 i'm interested to see what gen x does are they still there it's going to be an interesting
01:42:03.440 tuesday all right i gotta go street lights are coming on soon so let me continue the show here
01:42:10.800 and tell you about my patriot supply if you've ever been to a grocery store right before a big
01:42:15.120 storm you've seen the great mysteries of human behavior everybody apparently agrees at the very
01:42:21.600 exact same time i need bread batteries and 40 gallons of milk that's not a plan that's really
01:42:27.640 i mean that's a crowd the smarter time to think about the emergency is when the sky is blue and
01:42:32.260 the roads are open and you can take care you know take care of things and take your time to figure
01:42:36.700 things out because the first hours of disruption are not when you want to start figuring out how
01:42:41.520 you're going to feed your family and my patriot supply offers long-term emergency food kits
01:42:45.520 that can be stored until they're needed their food is designed for extended shelf life so you
01:42:51.420 can just put the supplies aside and you know get back to living your life preparedness it's not
01:42:56.660 about predicting which storm is going to hit or which road is going to close it's about making
01:43:00.340 sure that when something unexpected happens dinner doesn't have to become the next emergency
01:43:04.940 so go to preparewithglenn.com save now almost 300 on the complete winter bundle don't wait
01:43:11.460 till the forecast sends everybody scrambling again snow and the weatherman says it's going

01:43:26.560 10 seconds station id
01:43:27.720 so it was 13 days ago around three o'clock in the morning agents from homeland security
01:43:43.780 pounded on the front and back
01:43:45.960 doors of Ilhan Omar's
01:43:47.860 home in Washington. About two
01:43:49.760 dozen agents came in.
01:43:51.680 Five hours there. They left with
01:43:53.560 17 items, including her phone,
01:43:56.020 also with her passport
01:43:57.580 and her DNA.
01:44:00.640 Since then,
01:44:01.700 grand jury subpoenas have gone out to members
01:44:03.580 of her family. Her sister has
01:44:05.560 spoken with federal investigators
01:44:07.380 and a court filing has surfaced
01:44:09.460 referred to the congresswoman by a
01:44:11.440 completely different name. We told you about that a couple of
01:44:13.440 days ago now we have obtained the text of a memo from homeland security investigations to the state
01:44:20.400 department came from a source inside the administration uh we got a photo i can't show
01:44:25.700 you the photo uh but we we are telling you what it says how we got it and you can weigh it for
01:44:31.100 yourself it's dated february 9th of this year eight months before anybody knocked on a door
01:44:36.840 so they've been working on this the you know the memo asked the state department for certified
01:44:42.000 complete unredacted copies of every passport application that ilhan omar has ever filed
01:44:49.440 um also personal uh and official every supporting document every letter anything that identifies her
01:44:56.680 parents and it says why she is named as the subject of criminal and civil investigations
01:45:02.300 for possible violations of two federal laws making a false statement on a passport application
01:45:07.120 and falsely claiming U.S. citizenship.
01:45:09.940 Then one more line. 1.00
01:45:10.800 She also may be amenable to civil denaturalization. 1.00
01:45:15.900 They're going to try to take her citizenship away.
01:45:18.980 Now, there's a lot to this story.
01:45:23.580 Her father was a career officer in the Somali Armed Forces,
01:45:28.880 and that's not what he said.
01:45:31.940 So it looks like he came in under false pretenses as well.
01:45:36.160 and she signed her passport and every day she puts a false birthday on that form that's a crime
01:45:43.320 and there's new things that are coming out now in one of her own books she says that she was
01:45:48.400 eight years old when uh the somali uh revolution started and that year she was that that in that
01:45:56.740 year if she was eight years old which she said in the book that would have made her 19 years old
01:46:01.380 when she came in so she has a she lied about her passport according to that um also there's more
01:46:08.380 about her brother and and everything else we're going to continue to watch this i'm not sure that
01:46:14.100 this is going to um get her kicked out i'm not sure it's really hard to prove all of this stuff
01:46:21.600 but they look like they have the goods on here her uh also um her finances are under investigation
01:46:30.040 and her finances are crazy, crazy.
01:46:36.180 She was just on, I'm trying to find all of this.
01:46:39.960 She was just on MS Now and she's doing an interview
01:46:44.640 and she's like, we're poor, we're just barely making it.
01:46:48.280 Wait, wait, wait, what?
01:46:50.140 So her husband had a winery
01:46:53.320 and also was an investor in some marijuana farm
01:46:56.740 and they apparently both went broke
01:47:00.800 and so now his partners were suing him
01:47:04.340 for an awful lot of money
01:47:05.540 and he wasn't able to pay it
01:47:08.600 because he was broke
01:47:09.940 and then suddenly this guy comes in from India
01:47:12.580 and writes him an 11 million dollar check
01:47:16.400 we don't know why
01:47:17.260 why the check was written for him
01:47:19.600 etc etc
01:47:20.340 but all of a sudden he paid off
01:47:22.360 and made those you know
01:47:24.240 those lawsuits, litigation go away. So there's something to be asked about that. Um, uh, and
01:47:34.520 the, the people who were paid off are like, how did that work? He was claiming he had no money
01:47:40.240 whatsoever. How did he pay all of us off? So they're looking into her, uh, finances as well,
01:47:46.360 as well because they are really suspicious really suspicious um now she's saying she has to move
01:47:54.940 because now and i i agree with her on this she's like now my my house has been on tv my address is
01:48:01.660 known everywhere you know how am i going to keep my kids safe how am i going to stay safe in
01:48:05.880 washington dc and she is right about that um and you know what are you going to do and she probably
01:48:12.980 you know also you know i don't feel like it's safe going back to my house blah blah imagine
01:48:17.160 how melania felt you know everybody knew her address by the way speaking of this jason have
01:48:22.520 you had a chance to look into the um the defensive uh stations that have been put out behind mar-a-lago
01:48:31.920 in the water now anti-aircraft missiles i guess you seen this i have not seen it no and i haven't
01:48:41.200 looked into it yet okay yeah we'll look into it maybe we can get into it tomorrow but you know
01:48:45.260 the a a military jet did what they said was a headbutt on a plane that was headed towards
01:48:52.800 mar-a-lago i think earlier it must have been late last week um because it wasn't yesterday
01:48:58.640 and now it was reported i think yesterday that um you know because you can take a boat and go
01:49:04.800 behind mar-a-lago but now there are these floating stations behind mar-a-lago and they are anti-aircraft
01:49:12.300 weapons behind the press so i don't know what is happening but apparently the threats again on his
01:49:20.500 life are significant and not sure that those would be coming for the left i think those might be
01:49:26.660 coming from iran or elsewhere okay more in a second i've got good news if you have kids in
01:49:32.960 school we have good news for you ways that you can make sure your kids are learning the right things

01:51:01.440 hear it to believe it only at glennbeck.com slash torch
01:51:20.920 you know what the secret to capitalism is i believe it is looking at people and saying
01:51:33.720 what is it that i could make or build or create that makes somebody's life easier
01:51:42.320 that is a servant mentality but it is also the secret to the free market you build a better
01:51:52.140 mousetrap it's not that you're building a better mouth you're making somebody's problem go away
01:51:56.640 and in today's world anything that will help me i'm all for so you're a parent what if every time 0.92
01:52:07.340 you know your school board tried to sneak in a gender policy or a DEI crap in their agenda
01:52:14.400 because that's what they do they dump it in they do it quickly and then they bury it and you don't
01:52:19.900 know about it what would happen if every time they tried to do that your phone pinged and alerted you
01:52:25.540 I don't know that's the better mousetrap I'm looking for as a parent thank you uh Tina
01:52:32.260 Deskovich. She is the Moms for Liberty co-founder and CEO, and she has put this together. It's
01:52:38.400 called Aware. Can you explain what that is, Tina? Oh, Glenn, yes. We have harnessed the power of AI
01:52:45.940 to solve a problem, just like you said. We have leveled the playing field. You know that for
01:52:52.240 decades, the radical left educational institutions have really had the advantage. We launched five
01:52:59.040 years ago. And I feel like we've been running like crazy to catch up to all the money and all
01:53:04.360 the power and all the information that they have. We've been playing whack-a-mole all over the
01:53:08.820 country. And now through M4L Aware, we have a dashboard right here at our national headquarters
01:53:14.420 where we can see everything. We can see the trends, we can see what's going on. And we've
01:53:19.340 built the infrastructure over the last five years to be able to deliver this locally to what's
01:53:24.540 happening at your most local district. Okay. So what are the things that AWARE is finding now?
01:53:29.560 If I had this and it was pinging, what are the things you're finding so far?
01:53:36.040 We find things as interesting and peculiar as a school district deciding the night before they're
01:53:43.160 going to have a school board meeting at 6 a.m. the next morning. That is a true fact. We found
01:53:47.960 that last week um and what were they doing at 6 a.m do you know yeah because they put them out
01:53:54.940 on their you know on on their website like they have to by law in most states and our system aware
01:54:01.200 scrapes the systems every 12 hours all the school boards across the country and it delivers it to
01:54:06.840 our inbox it's incredible because it um it ranks them too um red or green which is helpful we can
01:54:14.500 talk about that in a second but the red are one through 10 and like a number 10 level alert and
01:54:18.740 then it puts it in categories like a number 10 threat against parental rights a number 10 threat
01:54:24.200 against taxpayers uh so on and so forth you know i'm not going to go over every category so some
01:54:28.620 of the things we find or have been finding this is only two weeks old by the way since we've launched
01:54:33.260 but some of the things that we are finding is a million dollars buried in a 40 million dollar
01:54:39.100 budget for um putting telehealth services in all the schools in a school district uh we have found
01:54:46.300 and why is that bad why is that bad why is it bad the school the the trends that we're seeing
01:54:51.920 overall over the last two weeks which we've known but now we have the facts and where it's happening
01:54:56.520 schools are becoming almost mental health centers uh you know this with social emotional learning
01:55:01.240 they're putting therapists in schools and then billing the parents insurance kids have access
01:55:06.500 to mental health services at schools without parental permission that is a gross violation
01:55:11.660 of parental rights um but this telehealth thing this is what we've been seeing over the last two
01:55:15.960 weeks they're putting it in elementary schools that means your child can get on a phone at the
01:55:20.080 school and talk to a therapist without the parent ever knowing what type of therapist with a
01:55:24.700 therapist is discussing with them it's it's the stuff that we are uncovering it is it's it's
01:55:31.260 mind-blowing so how do you get this how do you sign up for things how do you sign up so here's
01:55:40.120 the thing glenn we have you know moms for liberty over the past five years we've grown to 300
01:55:45.500 chapters in 48 states which is incredible and we're doing incredible work and i can pat myself
01:55:49.980 on the back for that but there are 3 000 counties in the country uh we are rolling this out we have
01:55:56.680 about 100 of the counties covered right now because we have the system. We have the information.
01:56:02.540 We need the Army on the ground to get the information and do something with it. And so
01:56:07.400 what we need is we need 2,700 more chapter leaders so that every county in the country is covered
01:56:14.100 and we can train them and send them the information. And then all they have to do
01:56:18.260 is disperse it in their community, post it on social. We'll give them all the members in their
01:56:22.880 community to text to. We have a system that will do that. We need individuals to sign up. So they
01:56:27.340 have to go to momsforliberty.org. So is this something that you need some individual to be
01:56:33.360 following the school board carefully, or is this something that AI scrapes? AI scrapes every 12
01:56:40.860 hours, every school district in the country. So historically for the past five years,
01:56:46.120 Moms for Liberty chapter chairs have had to read these agendas. And some of these agendas are
01:56:50.440 thousands of pages long stuff is buried and it's buried in the consent agenda and we just haven't
01:56:56.060 been able to keep up now ai is doing that for us what i need is a human being to give the dashboard
01:57:02.360 to for a community it's all it's all done for them but we need a human to check the data because you
01:57:09.160 and i both know sometimes ai is a little wacky like when we got that 6 a.m alert we actually
01:57:13.460 all laughed around here because i thought oh ai must have screwed up and then we link directly
01:57:18.620 back so you can see the source document right away. You can verify and then you push it out
01:57:23.560 to your community because what we don't want to do is lose credibility and raise people on things
01:57:28.040 that aren't happening, et cetera, et cetera. We need human eyes to monitor it. So just go to
01:57:33.500 momsforliberty.org and sign up. Does this give you good stuff as well? Are you finding any good
01:57:39.820 things that are happening? Yeah, that's the best part that nobody wants to talk about. So
01:57:44.380 we get these alerts. I do. I'm desperate for it. Oh, well, then good. And we have good news to
01:57:50.400 share. So it scans the agendas, and then it ranks the items 1 to 10, red or green 1 to 10. And so
01:57:58.020 there's even a scale 1 to 10 for attaboys. Hey, this school district passed a parental rights
01:58:04.100 resolution. This school district changed their gender identity policy or the discrimination
01:58:09.540 and poly to remove gender identity and it ranks it for us. And so the same person that's screening 0.70
01:58:15.960 all the bad things can actually reach out to their school board and applaud them because
01:58:19.640 there is something to rewarding good behavior and we want to do that too.
01:58:23.860 Yes. The trends, are you seeing, I'm so afraid if these guys win, all of this crap is just going to 0.94
01:58:31.200 come back. And I think with a vengeance, are you seeing besides the telehealth stuff, what are the 0.95
01:58:37.960 other trends that you're seeing? Is there any trend yet? It's only been two weeks.
01:58:42.440 Yeah. The telehealth is the biggest one we've seen. Financial trends are also a problem. A lot
01:58:48.840 of the teacher trainings, which you already know, but now we have the proof of where they're
01:58:52.360 happening with DEI in there and the teacher trainings and honestly, the curriculum. Over
01:58:58.380 the last five years, we've done a lot of curriculum reviews. So we know some of the worst offenders
01:59:02.640 like wit and wisdom. And so it pops right up that this district's trying to adopt wit and wisdom.
01:59:08.540 And so if I don't know what wit and wisdom is, it will tell me?
01:59:12.240 Yes, it'll tell you. It'll tell you it's a problem, why it's a problem. And then that's
01:59:17.380 the point of being plugged into Moms for Liberty, because we actually have a chapter that did a
01:59:21.100 thousand hours of research on it and has summary. We have a one page document summary. So we can
01:59:25.240 tell you this is the problem. And if you agree and your community agrees, you can take the school
01:59:30.320 board speech and go tell them what the problem is show them the problem you can point to the exact
01:59:35.160 pages in the books where the problems are i feel like we have been building the last five years
01:59:40.160 for this moment for for technology to meet the grassroots and the and the infrastructure we've
01:59:46.220 been building it's really remarkable so um have you has the left gotten a hold because i can
01:59:51.460 imagine they're just saying this is surveillance this is surveillance yeah of public documents
01:59:57.120 of public documents. And that's what we keep saying. Your school board is a publicly elected
02:00:03.460 entity funded by taxpayer dollars, and these are public documents. We're not doing anything
02:00:08.800 other than shining light and disinfecting the rot that has been happening in education for decades.
02:00:15.340 I'm so glad. I wish we had this for every district, not just in schools, but I would like
02:00:22.900 for every congressman and everything else because um and also your school boards because this stuff
02:00:29.660 are not school boards your um uh city council meetings because this stuff is going by and
02:00:34.600 they're just tucking this stuff in and most people don't know but if you had an alert system you'd be
02:00:39.660 like oh yeah okay i'll go to that school board meeting i know i would but i'm not going to go
02:00:45.400 every tuesday and sit at a school board meeting you know to sift through it's horrible to say
02:00:50.200 but I'm just not going to.
02:00:52.320 All right, go to momsforliberty.org, momsforliberty.org.
02:00:55.580 It's called Aware, Agenda Watch, Alert, Response, and Engage.
02:01:01.700 And they are looking for moms or anybody that wants to volunteer in your local area.
02:01:07.160 They'll set you all up so you can be the spy.
02:01:16.680 Tina, as always, great to talk to you.
02:01:18.420 Thank you so much.
02:01:19.600 Thank you, Glenn.
02:01:20.280 You bet.
02:01:20.720 Bye-bye.
02:01:21.260 All right, more in a minute.

02:03:46.840 welcome to the glenn beck program uh ricky i want to bring you in because
02:04:03.620 she made a cheesecake factory tweet yesterday i never thought i'd say that she's like this 1.00
02:04:10.120 a stupidest ass chart that proves nothing because it shows it suggests low to middle 1.00
02:04:15.600 income americans never leave their neighborhood to design to to dine in a nicer one they just 1.00
02:04:20.900 told on themselves again they think average americans are too poor to leave their zip code
02:04:25.120 and only eat at taco freaking bell um this comes from the obama cheesecake thing which i you know
02:04:32.620 cheesecake factory i'm like you know it's a good joke it's a funny joke um uh you know and it's
02:04:39.420 just a joke but a lot of people are really upset and and the the left is overreacting can you
02:04:48.600 explain what's going on why did you tweet this because they're defensive they think that there
02:04:55.300 was nothing snobby or classist about president obama's comments about the about cheesecake
02:05:01.720 factory and and yes did he make a joke at the expense of president trump and his white house
02:05:05.920 decor sure but he also made a joke at the expense of the customers and the people who like going to
02:05:11.120 cheesecake factory it wasn't until until obama said what he said about cheesecake factory i
02:05:16.360 actually had no idea that it was garish or there was something wrong with the cheesecake factory
02:05:20.480 i thought it was a nice place to go for a birthday yeah that's exactly what it is and so she's talking
02:05:26.020 about now the reason why she i assume is the chart that set you off that they tweeted out yeah so is
02:05:33.600 Is the Cheesecake Factory really a restaurant for regular Americans?
02:05:37.780 Here's what the data shows.
