00:01:18.520 Now let's get to work.

00:01:19.460 It makes it very clear that this is the last kingdom of man who will exist as a superpower in the last days before the Messiah returns and he destroys all these kingdoms. 0.72

00:01:33.020 But what scares me is not the Alkhamanis of the world as much as it is the Mandanis. 0.94

00:01:37.580 In many countries, especially Europe today, you probably would be in jail for saying a lot of this stuff.

00:01:42.840 If things are getting darker, it doesn't push me away from God.

00:01:49.680 It draws me closer to it.

00:01:54.740 Bill, you look at the Bible like I look at the news.

00:01:59.300 I, you know, God gives some people a special ability, I think, to see dots, you know, things that are not necessarily connected and be able to go, no, that those all belong over here.

00:02:11.820 You see patterns.

00:02:13.480 Right.

00:02:13.720 And, um, you see patterns in the Bible and I see patterns in the news.

00:02:20.220 And one of the things I remember saying to one of my researchers back in 2004, maybe, was, would you go and look at the ideology or the, uh, the, um, Escal, Escal, Escal, how do you say that word?

00:02:37.560 Eschatology.

00:02:38.120 Eschatology.

00:02:38.940 Yeah.

00:02:39.820 Would you go back and look at the eschatology of the 12ers? 1.00

00:02:43.680 Because with what they were saying, I thought if there, it, it's gotta be the opposite of ours.

00:02:54.780 You know, their good guy has to be our bad guy and our bad guy has to be their good guy.

00:02:58.620 He came back to me a couple of months later and said, how did you know?

00:03:00.960 And I'm like, I don't, I didn't know, but it just fits.

00:03:04.300 And ever since then, I've been looking at the people in Iran that are running the country that are the true believers, the 12, the 12ers from Shia. 0.99

00:03:13.420 As this is the army of the Antichrist.

00:03:18.180 That is such a crazy statement to make.

00:03:22.040 Can you, can you kind of flesh that out with actual facts?

00:03:26.520 Well, first of all, let me say, I agree with you, um, but it is important for people to understand that, you know, whether it's the news or whether it's the scripture, there are these patterns.

00:03:37.760 And, you know, the Bible even tells us in Isaiah chapter 46, and I'll paraphrase it.

00:03:43.820 If you want to understand what's going on in the end, you have to go back and understand the beginning because God tells us the end by telling us the beginning.

00:03:50.900 In other words, there are patterns throughout all of these scriptures.

00:03:54.980 So when we go back from the very beginning, you can, you can kind of see the story, all these dots that you referred to that if you're dancing over it, you're just trying to read through the Bible in a year, you'll never see it.

00:04:06.540 But if you want to look below the surface and, you know, understand that there are some things to kind of dig out from below the surface, there's some real treasure there in terms of knowledge and understanding and then wisdom.

00:04:18.080 So as it relates to your statement about Shia and the army of the Antichrist, he is the beast, the Antichrist, the son of perdition, whatever term you want to use there. 0.95

00:04:31.640 He doesn't come posing as Christ, as some people have, you know, said.

00:04:38.880 I don't believe so.

00:04:40.380 He comes opposing Christ. 0.54

00:04:43.400 And so you're...

00:04:44.380 Hang on just a second.

00:04:45.160 Their philosophy is that he comes and their philosophy is that he would come at the end, Christ would come to testify that this is the real God.

00:04:59.120 Right.

00:04:59.740 Which we know is not true, so...

00:05:02.200 Go ahead.

00:05:02.460 But they have Christ, they have Jesus being, you know, second to their Messiah, you know? 0.51

00:05:09.660 Correct, correct, correct.

00:05:11.380 Jesus comes back and says, hey, guys, sorry you were duped.

00:05:14.880 This is...

00:05:15.680 I didn't really die on the cross.

00:05:17.520 I wasn't really resurrected.

00:05:18.580 But I'm here to point you to the true faith now, which, according to the Bible, Glenn, that right there is the definition of the spirit of Antichrist. 0.61

00:05:28.940 So we can very, very plainly, very confidently apply that definition, the spirit of Antichrist, to what we see, particularly in Shia Islam and the Twelver Doctrine and the Al-Mahdi, the Twelfth Imam, who's going to come back and basically rule the world and expand the influence of Islam throughout the globe. 0.98

00:05:52.140 Where, again, Jesus plays this secondary role in their theology.

00:05:57.720 So that's why I say I don't believe that the Antichrist, the beast, the Twelfth Imam comes posing as the Jesus figure, if you will. 0.83

00:06:07.080 Yes.

00:06:07.320 He comes upon...

00:06:08.060 The Christ.

00:06:08.940 Yeah.

00:06:09.380 Right.

00:06:09.800 He comes upon everything he is and is for.

00:06:13.420 So that's, you know, kind of a concise definition, I guess.

00:06:17.520 Okay, so can we put this into perspective, and please break this down for people who don't, you know, they don't read the Bible every day, they're not familiar, you know, they might be familiar with the high points, but break it down as simply as possible.

00:06:33.980 Because we are talking about Iran, and you say that you can look at the Arab Spring to Mamdani and show the dots on what is actually happening.

00:06:46.260 So where do you want to start?

00:06:49.180 Well, I can see how the Arab Spring and Mamdani and all these things connect with what Scripture has already laid out for us.

00:06:59.280 But you have to follow the patterns.

00:07:01.280 Again, if I can take the time, I'll go back all the way to the beginning.

00:07:04.460 You've got a guy by the name of Cain.

00:07:06.580 Cain killed his brother.

00:07:07.920 He didn't listen to what God was trying to tell him to do. 0.69

00:07:11.200 He killed his brother, and then he's sent to wander in the east.

00:07:15.240 He goes and dwells in the land east of Eden, Nod.

00:07:19.240 So from the very beginning, you've got this idea that the east is associated with rebels.

00:07:25.120 It's associated with those who reject the authentic and the true word of God.

00:07:29.880 The next thing you see in the pattern, and I am trying to make this very concise, but you've got a guy by the name of Nimrod,

00:07:37.460 Nimrod, who takes a group of people who are journeying to the east, it says, in Genesis chapter 11.

00:07:45.520 And this guy Nimrod says, now let's all come together.

00:07:48.580 We know that God has told us to spread out and go subdue the earth, but we're going to come together for one common purpose.

00:07:53.600 And he builds this place called Babel or Babylon in the east, in the land of Shinar, Mesopotamia, this region of the world.

00:08:03.420 So again, the east is associated with people who are basically rebels.

00:08:07.320 When it says that Nimrod was a mighty hunter before the Lord, literally it says he's a mighty hunter in God's face.

00:08:14.060 He doesn't pose as, he opposes God.

00:08:17.160 And this is very early on, it's associated with the east.

00:08:21.280 So we're in Babylon, we're in Mesopotamia, we're in the land of Shinar, we're in the area that would become Iran, Iraq, and all these different places.

00:08:31.180 Then we come on down the road, and you've got a guy named Joseph, who is in Egypt.

00:08:38.500 Don't have time to go through all that story.

00:08:40.700 Read your Bible, you'll find out how he got there.

00:08:42.640 But he is put in a position of power whereby the people of God, Israel, is going to be spared, and for that matter, everybody during a time of famine.

00:08:52.320 But there is a dream that Nebuchadnezzar has, excuse me, not Nebuchadnezzar, Pharaoh.

00:08:57.260 There's a dream that he has in which an east wind blows.

00:09:01.620 And this east wind actually causes everything to be blighted, to be scorched, and it initiates a seven-year famine.

00:09:10.400 So there's, the east is associated with rebels.

00:09:14.920 The east wind brings this drought.

00:09:17.700 It's an east wind that brings in a plague of locusts into Egypt later on in the days of Moses, that they cover the entire earth.

00:09:27.760 And so just this little bit in the very beginning of the story, things that are associated with the east, and we're not talking the far east.

00:09:34.740 I'm not talking China and that area.

00:09:37.140 We're talking about the east, Iraq, Iran, Saudi Arabia, these areas, that the Bible starts establishing a pattern that there are things that come from that area that are in opposition to God's purpose.

00:09:51.860 And so, again, this is the spirit of Antichrist starting to show itself.

00:09:55.680 Can I ask you, is there a pattern with the number seven as well?

00:10:00.160 Isn't the tribulation seven years?

00:10:03.600 Well, my understanding…

00:10:04.560 Famine hits for seven years?

00:10:06.780 Well, seven typically denotes something that has to run its course, and then it's complete.

00:10:14.240 So there's six days of work.

00:10:15.840 There's a seventh day that you rest.

00:10:18.220 And so that cycle is complete.

00:10:19.900 So seven is typically associated with that.

00:10:23.040 It takes seven years for something to really run its course, and then it's completed, generally speaking.

00:10:28.520 So I would presume that that has some kind of connection to why God chose it to be there.

00:10:34.180 Okay.

00:10:34.660 All right.

00:10:35.080 But anyway, just going ahead very quickly here, and I'm trying to develop or connect the dots between what the east represents in the Bible as it relates to what's going on in the east today.

00:10:49.900 The Middle East, and how there are these factions, there's this ideology, there are these armies, to borrow from a word you said earlier, that always are, they're always predisposed to come against God, come against God's people, come against Israel, come against believers in the Messiah.

00:11:11.540 In Joel, it's an army of locusts that invades the land to chew, devour, to consume.

00:11:17.100 And they are coming from the desert.

00:11:20.620 And so if you start seeing that pattern develop, you realize that something is going to come from the east, Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, these places that is going to be in opposition to God's purpose on the earth. 0.98

00:11:36.340 So when you start seeing things like Iran and the 1979 revolution and how Persia becomes this different kind of nation, Iran, under the Mullahs and the Khomeini's and people like that, and you see this continual aggression toward Israel, against America, people who believe in the Bible, things like that.

00:11:59.020 You see that the spirit of Antichrist has been at work in the world, again, not posing as the Christ, but opposing the Christ, opposing his people, trying to destroy them, undermine them. 0.88

00:12:13.240 That's why it's, you know, the United States is big Satan, Israel is little Satan. 0.99

00:12:18.780 That's why you've got people marching around, saying from the river to the sea. 0.81

00:12:22.200 It's that same spirit at work.

00:12:27.140 So let me pause here.

00:12:29.600 Let me just pause here on Israel.

00:12:33.820 Okay.

00:12:34.460 There is so much anti-Israel stuff that, from Christians, for the first time, I believe, Americans are siding with the Palestinians over Israel. 0.53

00:12:49.160 And to me, it's, I mean, it's just shocking, you know, but I made my mind up about the, you know, Israel and what God says about Israel a long time ago.

00:12:59.700 But explain why that is so important to understand the role of Israel and, and, and not being on the wrong side of that.

00:13:15.660 Sometimes, well, it's common for us to get our eyes on a person, you know, or a policy or something like that.

00:13:25.140 You know, there's a lot of people who hate Trump.

00:13:26.980 There's a lot of people who love Trump.

00:13:28.440 You know, there, I don't think there's a lot of in between, but a lot of times people, they're focused on the person.

00:13:35.120 They're focused on the personality, not necessarily the purpose.

00:13:39.480 And so when it comes to Israel, the same is true. 0.94

00:13:42.140 A lot of people can get focused on, well, I don't like Netanyahu, or I don't like their policy where Gaza is concerned or the, the so-called West Bank.

00:13:51.680 But what we need to do is people who believe the Bible, who believe it is the word of God, we need to look beyond the person and the policy and see the purpose.

00:14:03.140 God has sworn that where Israel is concerned, I've engraved you on my hand. 0.88

00:14:07.960 If I can't forget you, you know, until the heavens and the earth pass away, you know, I can't forget you.

00:14:14.820 And that's never going to happen.

00:14:16.060 I'm paraphrasing another prophecy.

00:14:17.960 So we have to see the purpose.

00:14:19.780 I don't agree with everything that Israel does as a government. 0.70

00:14:22.500 But for that matter, I don't agree with everything our government does.

00:14:25.460 But that doesn't mean that I don't see God's purpose in it.

00:14:29.300 And so what is going on here, you know, among Christians or some Christians, I think they're looking at the policy and the person.

00:14:39.560 They're not seeing the purpose.

00:14:40.860 I would dare say that a lot of those people, and this is just my opinion, I think a lot of those people have completely discounted all of the scripture that comes left of Matthew.

00:14:52.100 By that, I mean the Old Testament, and they base their theology and their positions on everything from Matthew to the end of Revelation, which means they skip over all the promises that God has made to Israel, what God has said he's going to do with Israel.

00:15:07.180 There are so many times when God would raise up a nation to correct Israel when they were in the wrong.

00:15:14.960 But if those nations took it too far, God would turn right around and he would deal with them.

00:15:20.180 And there's a lot of scriptures that address that too.

00:15:23.440 I mean, it is very bothersome that people who profess to be Christians, Bible believers, are taking this position because as far as I'm concerned, they are aligning themselves with people who say from the river to the sea. 0.64

00:15:35.960 I mean, that's what it amounts to.

00:15:37.700 Now, maybe they don't say that, but, you know.

00:15:42.160 And what does that mean to you?

00:15:43.640 What they're doing.

00:15:44.400 I'm sorry?

00:15:45.880 What's that mean to you?

00:15:47.180 I know what it means.

00:15:48.120 What does that mean to you?

00:15:48.820 From river to the sea.

00:15:49.680 What should it mean to Christians?

00:15:50.860 Yeah. 0.87

00:15:51.600 When they say that, it's to eradicate the name, the nation, the people called Israel.

00:15:59.620 Psalm 83.

00:16:01.200 God, come help us.

00:16:02.780 And again, I'm paraphrasing everybody.

00:16:05.160 Come help us because your enemies have risen up.

00:16:07.700 They are making a bunch of noise.

00:16:09.280 And they're saying, let us wipe Israel off the face of the earth.

00:16:13.880 That's what Psalm 83 says.

00:16:15.620 That's what river from the river to the sea means.

00:16:18.460 So when we align ourselves with people who chant those things, who align themselves with people who are Hamas or Hezbollah and things like this, that, again, is that spirit of Antichrist rising up.

00:16:32.580 It's showing itself.

00:16:34.140 And it's starting to show itself in places that you would hope you would never see it.

00:16:40.960 You're expected in Iran. 1.00

00:16:42.260 You're expected in Iraq. 1.00

00:16:43.440 You're expected in Saudi Arabia.

00:16:45.100 But we're seeing it in the streets of America.

00:16:47.820 But we're also seeing it in churches.

00:16:50.460 Yes.

00:16:51.100 Yeah.

00:16:51.440 Exactly.

00:16:51.700 We're seeing it in churches, which is shocking to me.

00:16:54.840 Okay.

00:16:55.080 So take me to, you know, our special next week is all about the blueprint of the Islamization of America and the West and how it has combined with the Marxists, which I think is an absolute evil ideology. 0.99

00:17:15.360 They have combined with the Marxists and it's the green and red alliance, if you will, and also the the Islamists and they have a friendship. 0.66

00:17:26.360 And this has happened before in the past.

00:17:29.360 I mean, that's that was the revolution in Iran.

00:17:31.880 The Marxists are all killed in the end.

00:17:34.100 Can you tell me any patterns on this combination and what you're seeing, the spread of Islam throughout the West and what happens?

00:17:46.220 Let me briefly go back to the locusts in Egypt, that east wind that brought them.

00:17:52.120 When the locusts came in, that was the eighth of 10 plagues, which in a way, in my mind, the pattern is the locusts come in, they devour everything.

00:18:01.400 Then you have darkness, spiritual darkness, and then you have death, the death of the firstborn in Revelation chapter nine, a pit is opened and you have these locusts like things come out.

00:18:16.320 But that is what is the forerunner, if you will, of the beast who comes from the pit.

00:18:22.240 So as it relates to the question, 9-11, 25 years ago now, you would, at that point in time, people were just awakened to the threat that radical Islam is. 0.57

00:18:38.080 Because 25 years later, we've got people in this nation who are aligning themselves philosophically with the same people who brought that terror to America.

00:18:53.720 Literally, yes.

00:18:54.820 So, back in Daniel, the book of Daniel, Daniel's in Babylon.

00:19:02.300 Remember, Nimrod's the one who established that.

00:19:04.700 Now, Nebuchadnezzar's the king of Babylon, and he has a dream, by the way, that God gave him.

00:19:09.840 That's always been fascinating to me, that the dream that was given to Pharaoh, the dream that was given to Nebuchadnezzar, these two pagan kings, idol-worshipping kings, God gave them the dream.

00:19:21.840 But he didn't give them the ability to understand it.

00:19:24.540 That's why you had to have a Joseph.

00:19:25.780 That's why you had to have a Daniel.

00:19:27.940 But Nebuchadnezzar has this dream, and he sees this image of a man, and it frightens him.

00:19:32.760 It's got a head of gold, chest and arms of silver, belly and thighs of brass, and it's got two iron legs.

00:19:37.080 And then you come down to the end, and it's two feet ironed, mingled with clay.

00:19:42.420 And it makes it very clear that this is the last kingdom of man who will exist as a superpower in the last days before the Messiah returns and he destroys all these kingdoms. 0.70

00:19:56.180 So, real quick, feet are intended to trample.

00:20:01.060 This goes back to a prophecy in Genesis chapter 3.

00:20:04.380 I'm a teacher, so if I ramble and get off on a little trail, you have to bring me back to the main course here.

00:20:11.580 But if people will stay with me here for just a moment.

00:20:15.440 Back in Genesis chapter 3, when the woman took the fruit from a tree that was good and evil, 0.99

00:20:23.120 she was shown a fruit that presented itself as good, but the good was just to camouflage the evil.

00:20:30.540 And by the time she had ingested that and then given it to her husband, who then ate it,

00:20:36.040 when they realized they were naked, it was too late.

00:20:38.320 They had already ingested the evil.

00:20:40.600 But it was a mixed tree.

00:20:42.600 It was mingled good and evil.

00:20:45.380 And it was very, very seductive words that convinced her to partake of this tree.

00:20:50.540 So, that idea you see throughout the scripture.

00:20:54.620 And that is when God said, I'm going to put enmity.

00:20:57.520 I'm going to put a state of war between the woman, the serpent, her seed, his seed. 1.00

00:21:05.540 And so, this spiritual war that we are in, I heard you talking about that at the end of your program.

00:21:11.320 We actually are in a religious war and have been in a religious war for millennia.

00:21:17.220 And it started right then and there.

00:21:19.120 And God is the one who put that distinction between the two.

00:21:22.160 So, that's important for people to understand how the adversary works.

00:21:27.640 He wants to come present something as if it were good, concealing the evil in it all the while.

00:21:36.620 So, we come back to Nebuchadnezzar now. 0.98

00:21:39.260 This dream that he has of this image that has two feet and the iron is mixed.

00:21:48.160 It's mingled with the clay, suggesting that something very fierce, something very strong is going to be mixed with something that's more fragile, comparatively speaking.

00:21:57.960 Right?

00:21:59.120 So, that word in Hebrew, or actually it's in Aramaic, but it coincides with the Hebrew.

00:22:05.760 The word that is translated four times as mixed or mingled in Nebuchadnezzar's dream, the two feet, iron, mingled with clay, is the root word al-rav.

00:22:14.480 And we would say Arab. 0.92

00:22:18.680 And that is why almost a thousand years ago, there was a gentleman, a Jewish philosopher and commentator by the name of Abraham Ibn Ezra,

00:22:26.620 who predicted that in the last days that East and West would intermingle, that Christianity, the remnants of Christianity, and the followers of Ishmael and Islam would intermingle for a while before the very end came.

00:22:48.220 So, as it relates to people embracing these ideologies, these positions that take this anti-Israel stance, and quite honestly, if you really dig into a lot of it, you'll find that it's not just anti-Israel, it's anti-God, it's anti-His word, and people who truly believe that.

00:23:09.760 But it's because their spirit is so pervasive, and it's so persuasive, that if people aren't really rooted in what the Scripture says, they're going to be seduced to think that something that really is evil looks good, just like the woman she took and she ate it,

00:23:29.160 because she thought it was something to be desired, it was something to be longed for.

00:23:33.780 And then she convinced her husband to partake of it as well.

00:23:37.260 They realized they were naked, and then they were sent out of the garden toward the east, by the way.

00:23:43.240 So, that's the pattern.

00:23:45.400 It's a spiritual war.

00:23:46.680 It's a religious war. 0.58

00:23:47.600 God put that enmity between the woman and the serpent and their respective seeds to distinguish the two. 0.85

00:23:54.660 So that it's just like day and night, light and darkness.

00:23:57.620 God puts these boundaries there so we can tell light from darkness, day from night.

00:24:02.180 But what does man do?

00:24:03.640 He tries to erase all those boundaries.

00:24:05.620 He tries to get rid of all those boundaries, and he tries to replace it with something that mixes things together that were never to be mixed together.

00:24:14.180 And that's what we see going on right now.

00:24:16.540 It's amazing to me, because I keep saying, look, if you look at true Marxism, what some of these really zealot Marxists are saying,

00:24:29.580 you look at the Islamists, and then you look at some of these progressive things like made up in Canada, it's a death cult. 0.96

00:24:39.560 And it has always shocked me that people can't see.

00:24:42.720 The Lord said, choose life.

00:24:44.720 Choose life.

00:24:46.540 And millions are choosing death now and saying that that's good and righteous and right.

00:24:55.020 And, I mean, honestly, I don't know why I'm lucky enough to see it and how so many are so blind.

00:25:05.100 Can I respond to that?

00:25:08.980 There's a passage in Scripture that says that because people did not want the truth, they didn't love the truth, they didn't want the truth.

00:25:19.120 And so, as a result, God sends them a strong delusion that they should believe the lie.

00:25:26.120 So, it's kind of like when Israel was in the wilderness and they've been eating manna for all these years, and they finally said, you know, we're really tired of all this manna. 0.78

00:25:36.540 Give us some flesh.

00:25:37.640 And really what they were wanting was what Egypt had to provide.

00:25:41.560 So, the Bible says that God sent them quail.

00:25:45.080 But He sent them, He said, you're not going to eat it one day, ten days.

00:25:47.900 You're going to eat it 30 days until it's coming out your nostrils and it becomes loathsome to you.

00:25:51.740 Point being, when people set their hearts on what they want in opposition to what God says is best for you,

00:26:00.000 there will come a time that God says, all right, I'm going to give you what you want, but you're not going to like it.

00:26:05.360 I'm going to give you what you want to teach you what you want, it's not what you need.

00:26:09.680 And so, I believe, Glenn, I'm convinced of this, that what we are seeing is this strong delusion that is being sent to people who do not love the truth.

00:26:22.640 You, I believe, are a lover of truth.

00:26:25.140 I think you are a seeker of truth.

00:26:26.560 I think you are someone who has put your life on the line, I dare say, to speak truth.

00:26:34.660 And that is the kind of person, the kind of people that the source of all truth, the creator of all things, is looking for.

00:26:44.780 People who will speak what is true, not what people want to hear.

00:26:49.660 And that angers people who don't want the truth, who want to believe the lie.

00:26:56.260 And that's exactly what is happening right now.

00:26:59.900 I want to throw this out at you.

00:27:02.800 And there is, there's so many of these prophecies that connect.

00:27:07.420 You know, you said all those, mentioned all those dots earlier, and you read it, and what does that mean?

00:27:13.520 What does that vision mean?

00:27:14.560 And all these things.

00:27:15.400 But when you see the pattern, you can't unsee it.

00:27:19.480 When you see how this connects to that, you see it showing up in all these things that are happening right in front of you.

00:27:25.480 So, in regard to people just giving in to this philosophy and this ideology that you would think they would be, it would be anathema to them.

00:27:35.160 It would be abhorrent to them.

00:27:36.340 And yet, they're embracing it.

00:27:38.320 There is a passage in regard to a dream that another prophet has in Zechariah.

00:27:43.760 And it's complicated, and it's confusing and perplexing, and I will try to boil it down.

00:27:48.660 Basically, he sees something that is regarded as wickedness.

00:27:55.540 That's what he called it, wickedness.

00:27:58.660 And this wickedness is related to what the Bible says is the curse that goes out and envelops the entire world.

00:28:09.740 And there's a Babylonian connection here.

00:28:12.260 There's a lot of other dots that connect.

00:28:14.440 But here's what I wanted you to hear.

00:28:15.960 That word in Hebrew that says, this is the curse, that word is Allah. 1.00

00:28:22.660 If you have any Hebrew students out there, it's spelled Aleph, Lamed, Hay.

00:28:28.280 And so, to distinguish between the word curse and the name of the Islamic God, the Lamed would be doubled. 0.99

00:28:36.460 It would be Aleph, Lamed, Lamed, Hay, as opposed to Aleph, Lamed, Hay.

00:28:40.720 That's just for the sake of any Hebrew students that might be out there.

00:28:43.540 But the word in Hebrew means curse.

00:28:46.860 And what this curse is specifically, it is the curse, it is the consequence of an oath violation.

00:28:53.460 You've made a covenant with God.

00:28:55.400 You've agreed to keep that covenant with God.

00:28:57.720 And then you forsake that covenant with God.

00:29:00.080 And he sends you warning after warning after warning after warning.

00:29:03.080 And finally, he says, okay, you want to believe the lie, you're going to get the lie.

00:29:09.360 And he sends out the curse over the whole earth as a consequence of people who were in covenant with God, who know the covenant with God, but who have broken the covenant with God.

00:29:21.900 This is the consequence.

00:29:23.000 And so, I can't overlook that and think that that's just some weird happenstance, some cosmic coincidence.

00:29:33.360 I believe it's God's way of saying, this is why this is happening in your world.

00:29:37.840 This is why this is happening in America.

00:29:41.840 A nation who, I believe, asked God to enter into covenant with us.

00:29:46.280 And just one other thing on that note, that same word, Glenn, Allah, translated curse, Daniel prays that or acknowledges that when he's praying about why did we end up in Babylonian captivity?

00:30:01.740 And he realized it's because we didn't hear your prophets.

00:30:05.220 We didn't obey your commandments.

00:30:07.060 And so, the curse that is written in the law of Moses had been poured out upon us.

00:30:11.480 And again, that word is Allah.

00:30:13.900 Aleph, Lamedhe.

00:30:14.920 And it's kind of an interest to me, that's in Daniel 9, 1, 1, 9, 11.

00:30:23.380 So, not anything to base any theology on there, but just kind of an interesting footnote.

00:30:30.280 But this is why.

00:30:32.460 It's what it boils down to, because we're in a spiritual conflict because there is a spiritual problem.

00:30:36.900 There is a spiritual issue here.

00:30:38.620 Abortion moves really fast.

00:30:43.180 And right now, in our communities, women are being pressured to make irreversible decisions in moments of fear and panic. 0.98

00:30:49.340 And they're told to act quickly or risk losing support.

00:30:52.760 Many feel like they have no other option.

00:30:54.680 But because of you, they do.

00:30:57.080 At pre-born network clinics, a woman receives what the abortion industry will never offer, compassion without pressure, clarity about the life growing inside of her, and real support to welcome her baby.

00:31:09.700 And the hope of the gospel, kind of a big deal.

00:31:11.980 She's given a free ultrasound and space to breathe.

00:31:14.860 And more than 80% of the time, when a mom sees her baby on a pre-born ultrasound, she chooses life.

00:31:20.100 This March, pre-born is believing to save 6,800 babies.

00:31:24.600 They're on track for that, but it'll take 124 partners saying yes every single day.

00:31:29.120 Here's my ask.

00:31:29.820 Pause your busy day and just become part of that yes right now.

00:31:33.320 $28 provides one ultrasound.

00:31:35.660 140 helps five moms.

00:31:37.640 Every dollar helps save babies and share hope.

00:31:39.700 So, pound 250, keyword baby, pound 250, keyword baby, pre-born.com slash Glenn.

00:31:45.580 Some say the bubbles in an aero truffle piece can take 34 seconds to melt in your mouth.

00:31:50.560 Sometimes the very amount you're stuck at the same red light.

00:31:54.020 Rich, creamy, chocolatey aero truffle.

00:31:57.040 Feel the aero bubbles melt.

00:31:59.080 It's mind bubbling.

00:32:00.880 Ever catch yourself doing that little, you know, back pain dance?

00:32:04.400 You know the one where you stand up from a chair, you freeze, you shift your weight, you stretch in three different directions.

00:32:09.700 You know, and hope your spine decides to cooperate a little bit.

00:32:12.880 Half the country does that.

00:32:14.200 Same routine every single day.

00:32:15.440 And that's why Chirp has become such a game changer for so many people, including me.

00:32:19.720 The thing is built around real life.

00:32:22.520 Long hours sitting, sleeping wrong, you know, working too hard or not enough.

00:32:26.340 The contour uses targeted spinal decompression, deep massage pressure, and optimal heat to help your back actually relax.

00:32:34.320 I want you to try it right now.

00:32:35.760 All you have to do is go to gochirp.com slash Beck.

00:32:39.940 That's geochirp.com slash Beck.

00:32:42.660 Get 10% off your first order.

00:32:44.020 Getting ready for a game means being ready for anything, like packing a spare stick.

00:32:54.440 I like to be prepared.

00:32:56.060 That's why I remember 988, Canada's Suicide Crisis Helpline.

00:32:59.940 It's good to know, just in case.

00:33:02.120 Anyone can call or text for free confidential support from a trained responder, anytime.

00:33:07.560 988 Suicide Crisis Helpline is funded by the government of Canada.

00:33:10.820 So, this seems pretty bad.

00:33:22.180 Is there a way to push this off?

00:33:29.440 Is this just, what's this mean?

00:33:34.480 Well, first we need to wake up.

00:33:37.020 We need to shake ourselves here out of our spiritual slumber.

00:33:41.780 And this is what bothers me.

00:33:43.780 Can we put this off?

00:33:45.240 I want to come back to that question, but I want to say this.

00:33:48.100 What bothers me is that a lot of Americans do not see this as being a spiritual issue.

00:33:55.780 It's a political issue.

00:33:59.320 It's a, this kind of an issue.

00:34:00.620 It's that.

00:34:01.460 But I don't know that there's enough Americans who really believe that this is a spiritual issue.

00:34:08.680 And that's a problem.

00:34:09.980 Because I guarantee you that the radical Islamists in Iran, in Iraq, and those that are here in this nation right now, absolutely do see it as a spiritual issue.

00:34:23.000 They see it as, they're destined, in their theology, they're destined to rule the world.

00:34:30.280 And that includes the West.

00:34:31.260 And the West has been this big obstacle to overcome and to neutralize.

00:34:38.800 So, can we put it off?

00:34:40.680 I believe we can, because God doesn't tell things to us without leaving us a path to hope and redemption and reconciliation.

00:34:53.080 In Joel, I'm going to mention the locusts again.

00:34:56.720 These locusts are coming into the land to devour, to consume, to destroy.

00:35:00.020 And he's telling the people, weep, mourn, repent, don't rend your garments, rend your heart, and turn back to me.

00:35:09.500 And if you do that, perhaps I will relent.

00:35:12.980 And instead of bringing a curse upon your land, I'll give you a blessing.

00:35:18.220 So, yes, there's hope.

00:35:21.320 There's always hope.

00:35:22.500 There's always a path that leads to reprieve and restoration and reconciliation.

00:35:34.160 But the requirement is that we have to recognize that this is a spiritual problem.

00:35:39.340 And I would even say that I don't even know that it has to be the majority of Americans or the majority of the people in the West.

00:35:46.060 But it has to be people who are, I'm sorry?

00:35:51.440 It just has to be enough?

00:35:53.480 It has to, well, Abraham prayed that God would spare, you know, if there were 10 in Sodom, would you spare them?

00:36:01.880 And God said, yes.

00:36:03.800 If there were only 10, but he was going to do it because of the one.

00:36:07.040 So, it becomes a matter of the people who truly believe in the God of Israel, the God of the Bible, who believe his word, for us to humble ourselves.

00:36:18.680 And if we do that, he says, you know what?

00:36:21.780 I'll hear your prayer.

00:36:22.920 I'll forgive your sin, and I will heal your land.

00:36:26.240 So, I don't think he says that if it's not possible.

00:36:28.540 But it's up to us to make sure that we awaken people to, you're in a spiritual war.

00:36:35.880 Whether you like to be spiritual about things or not, you're in a spiritual war.

00:36:39.620 You're in it.

00:36:40.280 You're part of it.

00:36:41.840 So, it would behoove you to know what's going on here.

00:36:46.260 One other thing, just to kind of address the idea of, can we push this back?

00:36:51.580 And I'm probably going to set some people's hair on fire with this one as it relates to theology.

00:36:59.840 But when the Messiah was riding into Jerusalem, he said this.

00:37:07.160 Now, he's coming in just before he's going to be crucified.

00:37:09.340 This is the plan of God. 0.99

00:37:10.440 He's going to die.

00:37:11.060 He's going to be resurrected.

00:37:12.280 And those who believe in him can be saved.

00:37:14.120 This is the plan of God.

00:37:15.200 And he's riding into Jerusalem for all these things to happen.

00:37:17.760 And then he says, you know, Jerusalem, how I've longed to gather you to me as a hen gathers her chicks. 0.73

00:37:25.300 But you were not willing.

00:37:28.120 So, now see your house is left to you desolate.

00:37:30.560 And he says, he began to weep because he didn't, these people didn't recognize the time of their visitation.

00:37:37.660 That suggests to me that if they had recognized the time of their visitation,

00:37:44.040 if they had been willing to be gathered rather than to refuse, maybe the outcome would have been different.

00:37:52.320 God's word and plan would have still gone forward.

00:37:55.400 But as to your question, maybe there's that little hint in Scripture that, yeah, there are some things that are set.

00:38:03.780 But God always gives us opportunity to take a different path.

00:38:10.020 So, yes, I do believe it's possible.

00:38:11.860 So, is it likely, I guess, is the question.

00:38:18.300 Go ahead and answer it.

00:38:19.780 I mean.

00:38:27.140 Whether or not the nation, whether or not the West wakes up and responds as we should,

00:38:37.900 that is to repent before God, to return to God with all of our hearts, not just half of it.

00:38:43.780 I mean, it doesn't seem likely.

00:38:48.900 But then again, even if it doesn't work out that way, that doesn't mean the plan of God stops.

00:38:54.100 That doesn't mean God's purpose for you or for me or for the people who are listening to his voice stops.

00:39:00.400 It just means that the darker it becomes, the brighter the light is going to shine.

00:39:06.240 The darkness has this way of accentuating the light.

00:39:10.260 The worst things get, and you see it in the news, and the worst things get in the news, you come out and you preach to people,

00:39:17.540 look, guys, this is what's going on.

00:39:19.760 As I see it going on, I look, this is what the scripture has said.

00:39:23.860 And if nothing else is going to provoke people that know the truth and want the truth,

00:39:28.420 and are going to uphold the truth regardless of what happens, are going to declare the truth.

00:39:34.380 Arise, shine, for your light has come.

00:39:36.100 The glory of the Lord has risen upon you.

00:39:37.680 Darkness shall be upon the nations, and deep darkness the peoples. 0.83

00:39:40.620 But the Lord will arise over you, and his glory shall be seen upon you,

00:39:45.260 and kings will be drawn to the brightness of your rising.

00:39:48.600 So even if the darkness continues, which, as I said earlier, the locusts,

00:39:53.960 which I believe is talking about the people of the east.

00:39:57.780 I didn't get into this, but in the book of Judges, the story of Gideon,

00:40:01.360 the people of the east, that was the Amalekites, the Midianites, the Ishmaelites,

00:40:06.080 the people who came from Arabia, they came into Israel, and they devoured every green thing. 1.00

00:40:13.440 And the Bible says that they were as numerous as locusts, and they covered the land.

00:40:18.700 So it's talking about people.

00:40:20.260 It's talking about a certain people who have a certain ideology,

00:40:26.040 and that is in opposition to God and his people.

00:40:28.420 They came into the land, they covered it, they swarmed it, and they were as numerous as locusts.

00:40:33.260 They were devouring things.

00:40:34.640 And by the way, the book of Judges, it said that they did that for seven years.

00:40:39.000 There's that pattern again.

00:40:40.940 But in the midst of that, what did God do?

00:40:42.960 He found a man by the name of Gideon who raised up a small army,

00:40:46.560 and he reversed that invasion.

00:40:51.340 He reversed the course for the nation.

00:40:53.740 I'm sorry.

00:40:54.280 Bill, I just, I'm listening to you, and I think to myself, in many countries, especially Europe today,

00:41:03.440 you probably would be in jail for saying a lot of this stuff.

00:41:06.420 The pushback on you must be enormous.

00:41:09.580 Yeah.

00:41:10.940 Yeah.

00:41:11.380 And if certain people have their way, it may end up being that way.

00:41:19.020 You know, I mean, here's what, okay.

00:41:24.640 Al-Khamenei was a dangerous, evil man, obvious to everybody, really, with eyes to see and ears to hear.

00:41:33.860 But what scares me is not the Al-Khamenei's of the world as much as it is the Mandani's of the world. 0.99

00:41:42.480 Because those are the ones that, they wear the veneer of things that are good.

00:41:47.260 They want to appeal to the masses.

00:41:48.700 They want to appeal to people good.

00:41:51.160 And, but the evil is lurking beneath.

00:41:54.640 And they, they come in and they present themselves as doing what is in favor of the people.

00:42:00.660 But there's an ideology there that's under, underneath that veneer.

00:42:06.820 This goes back to the kingdom of, that Nebuchadnezzar saw in that dream, iron mingled with clay.

00:42:14.540 It's these two things that are not supposed to go together.

00:42:18.080 And yet there is this concerted effort to make them go together.

00:42:25.600 And with the idea of stamping out, two feet, stamping out, putting the heel on what God's purpose is.

00:42:35.560 And this is what's going to happen at the end.

00:42:37.380 That's going to be the last power, the last superpower of man.

00:42:40.640 There is, again, this Jewish commentator that I referred to, he was convinced a thousand years ago 0.96

00:42:45.480 that the Bible was plainly saying that in the last days, he called it the rule of Ishmael.

00:42:51.420 He's talking about the people from Arabia and Iraq and Iran,

00:42:55.000 that they're going to somehow or another intermingle with the people of the West.

00:43:00.880 And they're going to come together with some kind of, I don't know what it looks like.

00:43:06.020 I won't pretend to know what it looks like.

00:43:07.780 There's going to be 10 kings that are going to oversee it,

00:43:10.180 but it's going to be this fusion briefly between these two things that are not supposed to go together.

00:43:14.800 And Mamdani, or Mamdani, excuse me, I'm not saying he's the guy.

00:43:21.080 I'm just saying he's kind of the pattern.

00:43:23.340 He's kind of representative of what I'm talking about.

00:43:26.700 In order to appeal to people in the West, the Marxists, the anarchists, the socialists, the atheists,

00:43:33.820 you know, the people who don't see things the way you and I are seeing them.

00:43:38.660 And they're going to be susceptible to that because in conjunction with that, you don't want the truth.

00:43:44.820 I'm going to send you strong delusion, the Lord says, to believe the lie and be damned.

00:43:50.660 So I just see that thing starting to take shape a little bit.

00:43:54.920 And unfortunately, even in America, it's already swept through Europe.

00:43:58.860 And now it's here.

00:44:02.160 I described Mamdani as a carrier.

00:44:10.220 He's a bridge.

00:44:14.220 He is both socialist and, I believe, an Islamist. 0.90

00:44:23.080 But you don't know which one he really is, you know what I mean?

00:44:26.980 And he's this bridge bringing them together and making sure everybody knows they fit together nicely.

00:44:32.140 And it's amazing to me how these two, the Marxist and the Islamist, come together almost every time. 0.87

00:44:41.800 And it ends the same way with the Marxist, you know, being killed, jailed, tortured.

00:44:47.760 Every time. 0.89

00:44:49.040 That's what's going to happen.

00:44:50.100 But you've just summed up what Nebuchadnezzar saw in that dream, the iron mingled with clay, the two feet.

00:44:58.780 You just summed it up just then because the clay is going to crack.

00:45:04.320 The Marxists, the socialists, all the other.

00:45:10.600 Compared to the strength of Islamic fundamentalism, they're going to crack. 1.00

00:45:16.300 Every time.

00:45:16.520 And when the clay cracks, all you have left is the iron and the fierceness of it.

00:45:22.800 And that is where we get into this idea that al-Mahdi comes onto the scene.

00:45:28.040 You know, Isa or Jesus is going to come before him and say, hey, guys, I was kidding.

00:45:32.360 He's really the guy.

00:45:34.360 And people are, they're going to embrace a lie because they've been predisposed to internalize one.

00:45:42.100 You just summed it up.

00:45:44.700 Yeah.

00:45:46.520 I know you can't say, it's next Tuesday.

00:45:51.080 But when do you see this really hitting?

00:45:55.280 And where's America in this?

00:45:57.940 Is America just gone by the time of the tribulation?

00:46:00.860 Boy, I've been studying prophecy a long time.

00:46:12.420 And one of the greatest lessons I've learned is I'm smart enough to know that I'm not smart enough to know everything.

00:46:19.860 And just when we think we've got it all figured out, God says, watch this, you know, and there's something else that you just didn't see.

00:46:28.980 And so it almost never happens the way men think it happens.

00:46:34.700 It always happens the way it's written.

00:46:36.620 So that said, my opinion, and I want to underscore that word, my opinion.

00:46:47.460 There has to come a day where the nations, including America.

00:46:56.980 America have to decrease so that God's promises to Israel may increase.

00:47:04.120 It's like John the Baptist.

00:47:05.620 He's the forerunner of the Messiah.

00:47:06.980 And he's getting people's hearts prepared for what's about to happen.

00:47:10.900 But when his mission has been fulfilled, he says, now I must decrease so that he may increase.

00:47:16.960 And so when, I don't know, but I believe that America has, has, well, America was raised up for a godly purpose, a covenantal purpose.

00:47:30.220 You know, you've got men like Winther inviting God, please come into covenant with us.

00:47:36.520 And if we are true to this covenant, then our prosperity and our blessing will be evident.

00:47:44.100 We'll, we'll be this shining city on a hill.

00:47:47.920 But if we abandon that covenant, then we will be a parable and a byword.

00:47:53.800 And he took all of that from what Moses had to say to Israel.

00:47:57.120 So I don't know how you feel about it, but there are two unique nations in the history of the world.

00:48:03.220 As far as I'm concerned, Israel, because God invited them to come into covenant with him.

00:48:08.400 United States of America, because we asked God to come into covenant with us.

00:48:13.640 In Hebrew, the United States is known as the lands of the covenant.

00:48:20.060 But what happens if we break that covenant?

00:48:22.160 What happens if we turn our back on that covenant?

00:48:23.960 According to the prophecy in Zechariah, he sends out the curse.

00:48:28.580 But if he does that, just like he did in the days of Gideon, when these, these people from the east were coming in, what was that intended to do? 0.69

00:48:36.020 It was intended to provoke repentance, brokenness, to return to the covenant.

00:48:42.300 So I said all that to say this.

00:48:44.080 There will come a day when Messiah will return. 0.75

00:48:47.320 And when he returns, he's not coming to Washington.

00:48:49.700 He's not coming to Chicago, LA.

00:48:52.200 He's coming to rule and to reign from Jerusalem. 0.90

00:48:55.220 And so all nations will go up to Jerusalem to worship the king in that day, which means that all nations have had to decrease and to bow to his purpose for Israel. 0.94

00:49:06.000 So that day will come for America. 0.93

00:49:09.380 But I pray, and I know you feel this way as well, that when that day comes, it's not because he's had to put us under the heel of some tyrant, but it's because we are on our knees in submission to his purpose and his will.

00:49:27.080 That we gladly lay aside our crowns, so to speak, so that his purpose will, will go forward and that the purpose for this nation will have been fulfilled righteously.

00:49:39.500 So I know that really doesn't answer your question.

00:49:42.400 When does this happen?

00:49:44.920 I wouldn't pretend to know that, you know, but do I see it happening?

00:49:50.460 Do I see these things starting to take shape?

00:49:53.120 I absolutely do.

00:49:54.140 Bill, do you think that there has been, I mean, because I've thought about World War II.

00:49:59.300 I mean, the apostles thought it was right around the corner, too.

00:50:02.560 But, you know, I was thinking about World War II.

00:50:04.540 If you saw, you know, Adolf Hitler coming about, you'd be like, wow, that seems like an antichrist figure. 0.69

00:50:10.880 Now, you didn't have things that, you know, big prophecies that had not been fulfilled yet.

00:50:15.660 But I can imagine that people felt, the average people that knew the Bible somewhat had to have felt, boy, are we entering the end times?

00:50:24.140 Um, now you have the prophecies fulfilled.

00:50:31.080 I mean, what's left to fulfill before, you know, what's left before we could say, yeah, it looks like this might be the time.

00:50:42.520 I think that what's going on right now in Iran may have a really big role in that.

00:50:54.420 I, again, I'm not, well, there are, it seems to me that there are some things that have to happen.

00:51:01.500 There are particular battles that are described in Scripture for us that have not yet taken place.

00:51:06.700 Ezekiel 38 and 39 describe some of those.

00:51:09.860 And I believe that this formation of this last kingdom that we're talking about, I call it the mingled kingdom, that has to take shape before Messiah returns.

00:51:19.720 He returns when that kingdom or that power is in power.

00:51:24.600 So that has to happen.

00:51:28.020 How does this thing with Iran, how might it play a role in it?

00:51:31.360 Well, my opinion, once again, is that, you know, Khomeini and all those guys, the cup of iniquity is full. 1.00

00:51:39.080 And when the cup of iniquity is full, God begins to act.

00:51:43.580 And you have to answer that.

00:51:45.160 So I am not predicting this.

00:51:50.040 I'm just saying I would not be surprised that if there is a brief return to how things were before the Ayatollahs and things like that.

00:52:03.720 But there's still this ancient hatred that exists there.

00:52:07.460 And it's not just among the Ayatollahs.

00:52:10.360 It's in that region.

00:52:11.660 I'm trying to answer your question, but you have to understand I might have to go down a little rabbi trail every now and then. 1.00

00:52:19.440 Yeah, that's right.

00:52:20.040 That's right.

00:52:20.660 All right.

00:52:22.040 Yeah.

00:52:22.440 You understand that we don't war against flesh and blood.

00:52:25.280 We're warring against principalities.

00:52:27.140 And there are principalities that are over these different regions of the earth, and they influence people in those regions.

00:52:34.480 Daniel talks about how he prayed and fasted for 21 days.

00:52:37.540 And the angel finally appears that God heard you the first day, but I've been detained by the prince of Persia.

00:52:44.180 He's talking about a principality, some, you know, spiritual entity that's over that land.

00:52:49.940 And he said, I got to hurry now because the prince of Greece is coming.

00:52:52.880 Point being, there is a principality that is over that region of the world that hates God's purpose.

00:52:58.680 So when if the Ayatollahs are on their way out and this radical iron-fisted government is removed and there's a temporary return to some semblance of democracy, I don't know how long it's going to last. 0.93

00:53:16.740 Because these battles that has to take place in Ezekiel 38 and 9, as it relates to the last days, one of the names of the nations is Persia.

00:53:27.460 I wouldn't even be surprised if they revert to the old name.

00:53:30.960 Again, that's not a prediction.

00:53:32.200 That's just an outlandish thought, perhaps.

00:53:35.240 But I wouldn't be surprised to see it.

00:53:37.100 And then everybody will be saying peace and safety.

00:53:40.160 But that's when sudden destruction comes.

00:53:42.040 So I'm kind of waiting to see, like everybody, how does this thing in Iran really turn out?

00:53:49.540 Is it just we got rid of one group and another group is going to take their place?

00:53:55.180 Or is there going to be a regime change and the people try to institute some kind of self-governance?

00:54:03.520 I don't know.

00:54:04.320 But it's a major event as it relates to, as far as I'm concerned, how all these other things in the last days fall into place.

00:54:14.480 Might it be that the Islamists see that if you're a Khomeini or one of these really awful, obviously blatantly evil men, that's not going to work when the West, like the United States, is so powerful. 0.67

00:54:35.400 We're going to have to take another route here if we're willing to advance our goal of global domination.

00:54:41.140 Maybe we have to find somebody that kind of poses as someone of the West with Western values, so to speak, but yet is one of us, you know, the Mandanis of the world, for instance.

00:54:58.000 You haven't improved my mood much.

00:55:00.660 I'm sorry, Glenn.

00:55:01.920 I really am.

00:55:06.400 But the truth doesn't always soothe my flesh.

00:55:10.420 I know.

00:55:12.560 The truth indicts my flesh to provoke me to die to it and to yearn for what God desires for me.

00:55:23.640 So.

00:55:55.360 I know that I didn't always have this point of view.

00:55:59.980 And maybe it's because I'm getting older, but I, uh, you don't always get what you want.

00:56:09.360 And sometimes when you do get what you want, you really regret it.

00:56:11.780 And the only thing, you know, that has brought me comfort in the days of the darkest of days, looking at the news and looking how all of this is coming up.

00:56:23.600 And I mean, you can see we are headed for a war with Islam, whether it's over Iran or Europe or, you know, the United States. 1.00

00:56:32.560 It's happening.

00:56:33.400 It is going to happen, whether it's today or 50 years from now, it is inevitable.

00:56:38.240 Um, and it will be a religious war.

00:56:41.040 Um, uh, and the only thing that has really given me comfort is the thought that, you know, maybe Jesus will come soon.

00:56:47.980 Uh, and that, that's really saying something because I know what happens before Jesus comes.

00:56:52.700 Uh, and don't know if I'd survive that, that portion where, you know, Jesus is, is waiting in the wings to come.

00:57:00.080 Um, but when you have the faith of, it's all going to work out the way he wants, you just have to do the next right thing.

00:57:06.800 You have to stay close to him or you're going to get wildly lost.

00:57:10.680 Um, and just stay close to him.

00:57:14.520 It's comforting.

00:57:16.120 It's comforting.

00:57:17.620 Is that how you keep a smile on your face?

00:57:21.680 Oh, most days, sometimes, sometimes I have to turn off the news because I scream at the television, but, um, yeah, no.

00:57:30.080 Um, but for me personally, it, if things are getting darker, it doesn't push me away from God.

00:57:44.540 It draws me closer to him.

00:57:47.560 Yeah.

00:57:47.620 And so even though we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, your rod, your staff, comfort me, your word, your correction, your reproof, always working on me.

00:58:02.820 That's what gives me comfort to abide under the shadow of the almighty.

00:58:07.140 You know, a thousand are falling over here.

00:58:10.260 Ten thousand are falling over here, but it doesn't come near to you.

00:58:13.400 The psalmist says, because you've, you've put your trust, your confidence in the Lord.

00:58:18.280 You've made him your refuge.

00:58:20.020 So I'm like everybody else.

00:58:23.020 You know, I, I love my country.

00:58:24.920 I, I fear for the future of my children and my grandchildren.

00:58:27.860 What kind of a world are they going to have if Messiah doesn't return next Tuesday, but that concern, I guess, should be provocation for me to be as close to the Lord as I possibly can.

00:58:42.640 And to show them by example today, to, to know the truth, to live the truth, to speak the truth, regardless of what everybody else around you is doing, because it's been those people that the God of Israel has used.

00:58:59.800 Shadrach, Meshach, Avednego, people who were in Babylon, they work for the government, by the way, but you know, the story, Nebuchadnezzar, actually the image he saw, the head of gold represented him.

00:59:11.300 What did he do in the next chapter?

00:59:12.540 He made an image completely of gold.

00:59:14.160 It was an image of himself, which by the way, speaks to what happens in the end of days.

00:59:18.960 But those three men would not bow down.

00:59:22.600 They would not bow down and they end up being thrown in a fiery pit.

00:59:27.380 Can't get much worse than that.

00:59:29.700 But the most powerful man on earth, Nebuchadnezzar, in that day, he looked into the pit and he didn't see the three.

00:59:35.720 He saw four and one likened to the son of man.

00:59:39.040 And he, because of that, he confessed that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is God.

00:59:47.640 So maybe, maybe in your world, me and my world and others, whatever we do, whatever we do for the kingdom, what we've been doing all this time is just preparing for what's about to happen.

01:00:01.260 To be, to be full of the truth, to be armed with the truth, and to be committed to deliver that truth, regardless of what the circumstances around us are.

01:00:15.220 That darkness that is coming upon the world is, it serves to amplify and accentuates the light that burns within it.

01:00:26.600 When the darkness that followed the locusts, and I know I keep going back to that, and there's a whole lot more to that, but the darkness that fell on Egypt followed the locust.

01:00:36.320 But, it said that this darkness whereby the Egyptians couldn't even venture out of their homes, it says there was light in Goshen.

01:00:44.920 And God used the darkness to amplify the light.

01:00:49.740 And when Israel finally did leave Egypt, there was a lot of Egyptians that left with them, because we're going to follow this God.

01:00:56.120 Because this God is God, you know, that's what Nebuchadnezzar, the God of Abraham, excuse me, the God of these three men is God.

01:01:06.720 So maybe, maybe what we want isn't necessarily what God has for us, but what God has for us is so much more than what we could ever want.

01:01:22.660 Well, Bill, I thank you so much for being on with us.

01:01:30.040 I thank you for your work.

01:01:31.360 I thank you for your bravery.

01:01:32.760 I mean, it's amazing to me how there's not a lot of courage in the world, but I'm seeing more and more of it every day.

01:01:43.180 And for you to run a church and be a pastor and step to the pulpit and say these things in today's world is remarkable.

01:01:52.180 Very, a man full of courage.

01:01:54.180 Thank you.

01:01:55.680 Thank you, Glenn.

01:01:56.400 I appreciate the opportunity.

01:01:57.600 It was an honor to be with you today.

01:01:58.740 Just a reminder, I'd love you to rate and subscribe to the podcast and pass this on to a friend so it can be discovered by other people.

01:02:11.620 Thank you.
