00:00:01.700 It's Rough Greens.
00:00:02.560 I got up this morning.
00:00:03.680 I fed Uno.
00:00:05.620 He's at the hotel today because I'm on the road.
00:00:09.540 And I fed him, and he's just slowing down so much.
00:00:13.760 But I'm grateful to Rough Greens for giving him his puppyhood back for so long.
00:00:21.720 And he's now getting really long in the tooth for a German Shepherd,
00:00:26.720 and he's had a great life.
00:00:30.000 And I think Rough Greens has extended it and made it better.
00:00:33.240 I don't have anything but my own observations to back that up.
00:00:36.120 But please, whatever you're feeding your dog, just try putting some Rough Greens on top.
00:00:40.840 It's vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants.
00:00:43.580 I brought it to my vet, and she's like, holy cow, yes, please put this on his food.
00:00:49.380 He was a healthier, healthier, happier dog with it, honestly.

00:01:26.300 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:45.140 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:53.300 Hello, America.
00:01:54.660 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:56.660 There was a shooting yesterday in Utah.
00:01:59.960 We are going to talk to a neighbor who has an awful lot to say, and I have an awful lot to say about this shooting.
00:02:09.080 We go there in 60 seconds.
00:02:12.860 You know, it's been the hottest summer in 15 and a half million years, I think.
00:02:18.820 And we all know that to be true.
00:02:21.100 Sure.
00:02:21.660 And you know what it's doing?
00:02:22.980 Global warming is destroying all of the pictures and the videotapes of your family.
00:02:27.440 And Joe Biden, he doesn't have a plan yet.
00:02:30.420 I mean, he will.
00:02:31.220 He'll collect all of those family records and keep them for you.
00:02:34.600 Keep them safe.
00:02:35.320 But I suggest you become your own archivist of your own family history.
00:02:41.580 You have to carry the torch of your family's history to the next generation.
00:02:45.240 And all of those videotapes, and it really doesn't have anything to do with global warming.
00:02:50.400 It just has something to do with photographs, videotapes, audiotapes.
00:02:55.800 All of those are not made to last more than 10 or 15 years.
00:03:00.660 So please, right now, go to Legacy Box.
00:03:03.240 Don't let the global warming monster eat all of your memories.
00:03:09.780 Videotapes, film reels, all of photos.
00:03:13.040 Go to LegacyBox.com.
00:03:14.920 Now they're offering a $9 tape sale.
00:03:18.040 That is incredible.
00:03:19.460 They're usually like $28 per tape.
00:03:21.920 It's now $9 per tape for LegacyBox.com.
00:03:25.560 Go there now.
00:03:26.760 LegacyBox.com slash Beck.
00:03:29.360 And preserve your family history.
00:03:33.240 So, Stu, it is, this is going to be a rough show, and this is going to be a show that you're going to have to actually pay attention and listen to.
00:03:47.700 Because everybody is jumping to conclusions.
00:03:52.580 Everybody is dogpiling.
00:03:55.620 And this shooting yesterday truly is complex in some ways.
00:04:08.540 Okay, so what happened yesterday?
00:04:17.860 Well, we have to go back in time for a while.
00:04:21.900 Let me just start with the ending quickly.
00:04:24.780 And the ending is that there was a shooting.
00:04:28.660 The FBI came to a house in Provo, Utah, and shot a guy who is darn near 80 years old and shot him to death because they thought he was some sort of a threat to the president.
00:04:44.160 Well, they had already visited him before and saw that he walks with a cane.
00:04:52.300 You know, he's 80.
00:04:53.940 He was, you know, very, very heavy.
00:04:57.520 And he was living and was the only provider for his blind son.
00:05:02.420 Okay, so he made horrible, horrible threats online to the president and to the FBI.
00:05:15.000 And there's no way to really even begin to excuse what he said.
00:05:22.360 What he said online was despicable and awful.
00:05:28.960 What did he say?
00:05:30.620 He said that he was going to kill the president of the United States.
00:05:34.080 He had the means and he was tired of it.
00:05:38.200 And he would then kill Kamala Harris.
00:05:44.100 The media is reporting.
00:05:47.840 The social media is reporting that that's what he said.
00:05:51.780 I have no reason to doubt that that is what he said.
00:05:55.860 However, you know, you can't verify anything.
00:06:01.680 So they go into his house yesterday and eyewitnesses said they used a battering ram and they came in like the FBI is now known to do.
00:06:13.800 They came in with a SWAT unit, all in black.
00:06:18.840 There was shouting and then a gunshot.
00:06:22.780 And we don't know how many gunshots.
00:06:27.240 We don't know who shot first.
00:06:29.680 We we do know I've seen the video.
00:06:32.880 It is unverified yet, but it looks authentic.
00:06:35.680 The video taken from across the street shows the SWAT team outside around their big SWAT tank and the others are inside.
00:06:51.260 You do hear shouting, you hear the door come down, you hear the shouting of FBI, put your foot, you know, put your gun down, whatever.
00:06:59.420 You can't really understand what they're saying.
00:07:02.140 But then you have a flashbang that happens outside of the house.
00:07:09.100 Now, I'm going to play this so you can hear it.
00:07:11.840 If you're watching the blaze, here it is.
00:07:15.960 Watch it.
00:07:16.460 Now, watch your left hand corner of the house.
00:07:23.300 If you happen to be watching, you'll see on the floor, on the floor.
00:07:38.780 OK, that's when the video ends, because the neighbor who's taking this is just in shock.
00:07:44.300 She's like, what is happening?
00:07:45.680 And she freaks out.
00:07:46.940 So the video stops.
00:07:48.340 But you can clearly see that that that bang was a flashbang and it was outside of the house.
00:07:56.700 I think and I don't know, but I think you can hear them say on the floor, on the floor.
00:08:03.580 So they are.
00:08:04.860 We think they are in the house.
00:08:07.060 Flashbang.
00:08:10.660 If you're in a situation this high and you have a flashbang go on and all you hear is a bang,
00:08:19.440 if you're holding a gun and you're worried somebody's shooting, it is your natural instinct to shoot.
00:08:26.660 Why was the flashbang thrown outside of the house?
00:08:34.580 We still don't have anything from the FBI saying who shot first, what the situation was.
00:08:41.320 And then they left the body on the sidewalk in front of the house for two hours.
00:08:53.280 The FBI's excuse is, well, I can't say this.
00:08:58.020 There's no official word.
00:09:00.080 What we're getting from sources is, well, we wanted the police to come and, you know, we don't we don't normally handle that.
00:09:08.320 We wanted that handled by the authorities.
00:09:10.440 You're the FBI.
00:09:12.320 First of all, we need to know whether that shooting happened inside of the house.
00:09:17.800 And if it happened inside of the house, I've watched, you know, the police shows enough to know you don't touch anything.
00:09:28.100 So if you're waiting for investigators, you would never move the body.
00:09:35.280 Why did they move the body?
00:09:36.780 Why did they move the body?
00:09:42.780 Here's here's here's where it becomes very, very nuanced.
00:09:47.600 And I need you to listen carefully.
00:09:52.780 He was in the wrong by posting those things online.
00:09:58.740 Do not be surprised that the Secret Service shows up at your house if you make a threat against the life of the president or vice president or really any authority in Washington, D.C.
00:10:13.620 That was happening under Ronald Reagan.
00:10:16.100 If you say something about the president, I want the Secret Service, not the FBI, I want the Secret Service to show up at your house.
00:10:30.540 Now, why do I want the Secret Service to show up at your house?
00:10:34.300 Because the Secret Service doesn't usually show up with guns a blazing because they're treasury people.
00:10:40.980 And all of the Secret Service that happens to be in Salt Lake City or Dallas or New York, New York may be different.
00:10:49.640 They are generally not part of the protective detail.
00:10:55.020 They're pencil pushers, most of them.
00:10:57.340 And I don't mean that as a slam against Secret Service, but they are not in the protective detail.
00:11:02.820 So, they go and they interview.
00:11:07.320 They're qualified to interview.
00:11:10.140 Now, do not be surprised.
00:11:14.500 I think, because of everything we hear about this man, he was like a grandfather to most people.
00:11:21.140 He was alone with his blind son.
00:11:24.720 He was taking care of his son.
00:11:27.700 He was active in his church.
00:11:30.100 Everyone at his church said, he's a great guy.
00:11:34.960 I mean, everybody loved him.
00:11:36.680 He was a big teddy bear.
00:11:42.060 The secret, I'm sorry, the FBI had already gone to his house and talked to him and seen him.
00:11:48.500 They know who he was.
00:11:50.280 They know if they didn't, then they are really not doing their job.
00:11:55.120 They know that he was active in the church.
00:11:58.440 He was an assistant to the church's clerk, which means, you know, they take attendance roles and everything else.
00:12:06.580 So, he's in with the leadership of the church.
00:12:10.780 If the FBI actually did their job, remember, one of the big things they're trained to do.
00:12:17.440 Oh, my gosh, George Floyd, we have to educate everyone in de-escalation.
00:12:23.640 Do you remember that?
00:12:25.340 One of the main things the FBI is supposed to be trained in is de-escalation.
00:12:30.500 So, if you want to de-escalate and you know the President of the United States is coming to this town and you know this person is a possible threat,
00:12:42.300 if you know who he is, you know, okay, he's active in his church, go to his bishop.
00:12:49.200 Because they came without a search warrant and he said, this was months ago, you come back with a search warrant.
00:12:57.060 You come back with a search warrant, which is his right as American.
00:13:01.200 Get off my property.
00:13:02.660 You come back with a search warrant.
00:13:04.000 Well, they didn't until yesterday.
00:13:07.180 And it's been months.
00:13:08.880 Now, he did say online, you know, you come back, I've got surprises waiting for you.
00:13:16.340 So, they don't know.
00:13:18.020 So, what do you do?
00:13:19.280 Do you come with a SWAT team into somebody's house who already is paranoid about you, has already threatened you?
00:13:27.560 Do you come in with guns a-blazing?
00:13:30.800 Or do you say, is there any way to de-escalate this?
00:13:36.620 Sure.
00:13:37.560 We can pick him up as he's going to church.
00:13:41.440 Because he won't be in his house.
00:13:44.300 He's got to go to the grocery store.
00:13:46.380 We've been watching him.
00:13:47.440 He usually goes on Tuesdays.
00:13:49.320 We could pick him up on the way to the grocery store.
00:13:52.220 Done.
00:13:53.920 Or, you can go to his bishop and say, hey, bishop, pastor, would you do us a favor?
00:14:00.040 We're in this weird situation, and we hear he's a good guy.
00:14:06.420 Will you broker this with us?
00:14:08.820 Would you take the search warrant to him or the warrant for us and ask him to come out so everybody's safe?
00:14:17.700 We don't want to hurt the old man.
00:14:19.040 But he's doing things that are clearly wrong and dangerous.
00:14:22.980 And it has to stop.
00:14:25.860 They didn't choose any of those.
00:14:27.360 Why?
00:14:30.660 Because they don't care about the individual.
00:14:36.220 You are a threat to them.
00:14:40.600 They will take you out.
00:14:43.800 Why didn't they do this to Johnny Depp?
00:14:46.460 Do you remember when Johnny Depp said, you know, when was the last time an actor killed a president?
00:14:51.000 When was the last time that happened?
00:14:53.640 Oh, it was John Wilkes Booth.
00:14:54.780 Maybe there needs to be an actor that kills the president.
00:14:57.420 That's clearly a threat to the president of the United States.
00:15:02.620 He said that about Donald Trump.
00:15:04.540 Did they kick down his door?
00:15:07.580 Did they kick down Kathy Griffith's door?
00:15:15.360 No.
00:15:17.180 Did they investigate?
00:15:18.240 Yes, I've had the FBI come.
00:15:20.940 I've had the FBI come to my studios and interview because I said we were talking about Donald Trump at one point.
00:15:28.040 And I said to Stu, I'm going to stab you to death, Stu.
00:15:31.860 And somebody heard that and thought I said I was going to stab Donald Trump.
00:15:36.760 And so the FBI showed up perfectly reasonable.
00:15:41.860 We had a perfectly reasonable conversation.
00:15:44.580 Yeah, here's the tape.
00:15:45.640 I didn't say that.
00:15:46.540 I was talking about stabbing him and they looked at Stu and went, yeah, I'd stab him, too.
00:15:50.380 So.
00:15:52.880 Perfectly reasonable.
00:15:53.860 That's the way it happens.
00:15:56.000 Now, here's here's a lesson for all of us.
00:15:59.180 We have turned into somebody we are not.
00:16:03.000 There are two versions of us.
00:16:06.000 And one version is the version where we are a normal human being and we would never say these things to each other.
00:16:14.320 We would never go and say out loud in person, I'm going to kill you and I got guns.
00:16:22.560 We would not do that.
00:16:25.740 But online.
00:16:28.380 We seem to be invincible.
00:16:31.760 You want to get yourself killed.
00:16:34.860 Make statements like that.
00:16:36.560 With that being said, I, for one, demand a full explanation and investigation into this because I think the FBI gunned down a harmless man.
00:16:54.060 We have his neighbor who is brave enough to come on today and is in mourning because he knew this teddy bear of a man.
00:17:06.560 He's coming on in just a few minutes.
00:17:08.880 We also have FBI, former FBI, that's going to be joining us.
00:17:14.500 We're going to talk to them about is this the new standard?
00:17:19.940 We go there in just a just a minute.

00:17:35.480 and deserve to get it good and hard.
00:17:39.060 If there's a better way to describe Bidenomics, I haven't come across one yet.
00:17:43.620 So let me ask you, how are things going for you?
00:17:46.520 Because Joe Biden says jobs are being printed.
00:17:50.840 Money's definitely not being printed.
00:17:52.420 And the prices of everything are coming down.
00:17:55.640 That's not my reality.
00:17:57.260 Is it yours?
00:17:58.940 How are you dealing with this?
00:18:00.560 Are you dealing with the high interest rates, especially if you have a credit card?
00:18:03.480 American financing is a family owned mortgage company that is trying to help people just
00:18:08.720 like you out.
00:18:09.440 And they're saving people just like you an average of $700 every month.
00:18:14.260 If you get a mortgage refi, you could consult all your high interest credit card debt and
00:18:20.360 transfer it into some something low interest.
00:18:22.820 You can take all of the debts that you have and consolidate it and get it to a 5% interest

00:18:45.560 We're going to be talking to Travis Lee Clark.
00:18:58.640 He is a friend of this 80-year-old guy who is gunned down in his home or 75 years old.
00:19:09.340 Yes, Stu.
00:19:10.040 I know you're just quoting people who know him, I guess, and are talking about him and
00:19:15.880 calling him a teddy bear of a guy.
00:19:17.860 But someone who's posting these sorts of threats, that's pretty bad.
00:19:22.580 This is why I'm saying, this is why I'm saying, this is a show today for adults.
00:19:29.420 Because there are two sides.
00:19:33.280 I could make the case that, yeah, damn right they go in and do that.
00:19:39.000 Okay?
00:19:39.260 Darn right.
00:19:40.300 They go in with guns a-blazing.
00:19:42.100 He's a threat.
00:19:43.520 He's saying these insane things that no one would ever say.
00:19:47.500 And being a good church-going man, he should know the Lord would never have you say those
00:19:54.620 things.
00:19:56.020 He would never endorse that.
00:19:58.720 So, teddy bear of a man.
00:20:01.820 Yeah, well, take a teddy bear.
00:20:03.680 It's only called Teddy because of Teddy Roosevelt.
00:20:05.900 That's a bear.
00:20:07.540 And you start harming a bear's child or its cub.
00:20:11.960 You start coming after it.
00:20:13.320 You go into a bear's cave.
00:20:15.440 He's going to maul you.
00:20:16.580 Now, I don't know if he did.
00:20:19.300 I don't know if he was armed when they came in.
00:20:21.680 I don't know if he threatened them.
00:20:23.120 I don't know.
00:20:24.540 I also don't think that it's unreasonable for somebody who's at their home, all of a
00:20:29.040 sudden, boom, somebody throws a flashbang and people are coming in your house and it's
00:20:34.140 confusion.
00:20:35.000 I reach for my gun because I don't know who you are.
00:20:40.020 It becomes a chaotic situation.
00:20:42.220 He deserved the visit and, quite honestly, at least should have had a police car out in
00:20:49.520 front of his house while Joe Biden was in town or to be monitored or to be picked up.
00:20:55.620 I don't know.
00:20:56.280 He made valid threats, what appeared to be valid threats, against the president of the United
00:21:03.500 States.
00:21:04.700 You don't do that.
00:21:07.300 Now, with that being said, you also don't do what the FBI did.
00:21:11.820 And if we cannot have an adult conversation and say, I don't know this man personally, but
00:21:19.500 let's take all emotion out of it.
00:21:21.500 What he did was wrong, stupid, foolish, probably just all bravado because of stupid way we look
00:21:32.060 at the Internet.
00:21:32.720 We look at ourselves and we think, oh, we can say anything.
00:21:38.160 Well, no, don't say anything.
00:21:40.740 Say what you would say if you meant it and you were in person.
00:21:46.600 But I don't trust the FBI at all.
00:21:49.500 I've broadcast for 50 years.
00:21:52.260 OK, I'm coming up on my 50th year of broadcast.
00:21:55.240 I am seeing things now that I haven't seen except at Ruby Ridge and Waco.
00:22:03.000 I've never seen in my broadcast years.
00:22:05.420 I've never seen a president come to a town, FBI break down and shoot someone who had made
00:22:13.380 some crazy threat to the president in mail.
00:22:17.440 You know, those existed.
00:22:19.260 And quite honestly, mail is much more personal than social media.
00:22:24.700 If you mail something to the president, you're much more serious about it.
00:22:29.480 I've never seen them gun anybody down for that ever.
00:22:33.500 This is not normal.
00:22:36.180 The Glenn Beck program.

00:24:11.100 Police say, not police, sorry, sources say, unnamed sources say, that Craig Robertson,
00:24:19.460 the 75-year-old man in Provo, Utah, was armed at the time of the shooting.
00:24:26.780 What does that mean?
00:24:29.380 Was he pointing a gun at them?
00:24:31.540 Did he have a gun in, I'm armed right now, I'm carrying a gun.
00:24:35.340 But that doesn't mean I'm a threat to you.
00:24:39.940 Was he holding the gun?
00:24:41.900 Or does armed mean that he had a safe full of guns?
00:24:45.260 What does that mean?
00:24:47.240 And if this shooting happened inside, which I'm led to believe it is, but I cannot confirm that,
00:24:54.520 because they won't confirm any details.
00:24:56.380 If this shooting happened inside, why exactly did the body, was the body moved to the sidewalk outside of the house
00:25:06.500 and then let to sit there for hours?
00:25:11.400 Something's very wrong here.
00:25:13.780 And that's not excusing what Craig Robertson said, apparently, online.
00:25:18.760 Now, one of his friends from church is Travis Lee Clark.
00:25:24.680 He's a Utah Valley University adjunct professor.
00:25:27.940 He is a church friend.
00:25:29.820 Knew Craig Robertson quite well.
00:25:34.040 Boy, I hate doing these interviews.
00:25:36.420 Travis, I'm so sorry for your loss, and I'm grateful that you were willing to come on the air
00:25:42.200 and just tell us what you do know.
00:25:45.860 Thank you, Glenn.
00:25:46.640 And I just wanted people to know the Craig that I knew.
00:25:57.740 Is Craig, you didn't know anything about his social media postings, right?
00:26:03.400 You didn't follow him there?
00:26:05.480 No, I did not follow him on social media.
00:26:08.360 I did not see that until later in the day after I knew he was killed.
00:26:15.280 Okay.
00:26:15.360 But I knew him.
00:26:17.120 I knew he was political.
00:26:18.700 He often, you know, talked about politics.
00:26:21.660 He was a big Second Amendment supporter.
00:26:24.860 But I had never heard him say anything like that.
00:26:28.860 And he used a walking stick.
00:26:31.140 So he was not really agile.
00:26:33.600 He was 300 pounds, 5'4", 75 years old.
00:26:38.180 So he was, go ahead.
00:26:41.440 He could not get out of a chair without his cane or walking stick.
00:26:45.400 And there were a few times where I had to help him get out of a chair.
00:26:48.940 And he was not a very mobile guy.
00:26:52.320 He lived less than half a block away from the church.
00:26:55.820 And he would drive himself and his son to church just because he really couldn't walk that distance.
00:27:03.840 If you saw him and you were on an FBI interview, would he be the kind of guy that, you know, if you only know that what he said, I've got a ghillie suit.
00:27:16.800 I'm going to go up into a parking lot, and I'm going to stake out the president, and I'm going to shoot him with my high-powered rifle.
00:27:25.100 Is he the kind of guy that you would, of course, if the president's coming in, you would go and make sure that he's not in his ghillie suit.
00:27:33.760 But would that be a possibility or laughable if you had seen him, just seen him and not known him?
00:27:40.880 Utterly, it's utterly unbelievable.
00:27:43.720 It's utterly laughable.
00:27:44.980 He was not very mobile.
00:27:47.160 He was not very active.
00:27:49.400 I could not imagine him in a million years getting dressed up in a ghillie suit and taking up some position, you know, as a sniper, you know, in the condition that he was.
00:28:00.420 He was just simply not capable of executing these threats that he made.
00:28:08.200 Nice.
00:28:08.720 I can't imagine anybody who knew him or met him for any length of time imagining that he was even physically capable of doing that.
00:28:20.900 You know some of his neighbors.
00:28:24.400 Do you know, did the shooting happen in the house or outside?
00:28:29.760 Did the FBI move her body?
00:28:33.080 My wife is good friends with the next door neighbor who called us immediately after it happened because she had a five-year-old in the house and she was very traumatized and was looking for someplace that as soon as they let her out of her house, she was the whole neighborhood was locked down.
00:28:50.500 So as soon as she was able to get out of her house, she wanted a safe place for her and her five-year-old.
00:28:56.040 So she called my wife, thought that maybe that could happen.
00:28:59.540 And then my wife went over to go check on her and spoke with her.
00:29:05.980 And as near as I can tell, the shooting took place inside the house.
00:29:09.880 They attempted to bash his front door down.
00:29:15.040 That failed.
00:29:16.300 Then they had a vehicle mounted battering ram that went in through his front window and then they went into the building.
00:29:22.400 And then that's when shots were fired.
00:29:24.700 And then for some reason, I don't know, his body was taken out.
00:29:32.240 And when my wife went to go check on her friend who was living right next door with her five-year-old son, and they were obviously traumatized, his body was still laying out there on the sidewalk under a sheet.
00:29:46.480 And this was around 830.
00:29:48.360 So this was, you know, two hours after the event supposedly happened.
00:29:52.340 And it was very distressing for my wife.
00:29:55.360 I bet it was.
00:29:56.740 That he was just this person that we knew from church, this kind of lovable teddy bear kind of a guy who didn't seem like a threat to anyone, was just laying out there.
00:30:08.620 She thought it was very disrespectful.
00:30:11.300 People don't understand the neighborhoods in Utah are different.
00:30:15.980 Usually everybody goes to church and the church is usually within a walking distance of a couple blocks.
00:30:22.800 And so families really get to know each other and children get to know each other.
00:30:27.200 Was he the kind of guy that the children knew in the neighborhood?
00:30:32.620 I understand that she did everything she could to keep her five-year-old son from knowing what was going on.
00:30:41.980 Took him down to the basement to protect him because it was a very scary situation.
00:30:47.240 And the second she found someone who could, you know, take her kid and get them out of that situation, she did.
00:30:57.620 But they were stuck there while all this was unfolding.
00:31:00.900 Yeah, I'm wondering how all the other children on the block, if they saw this man that they knew.
00:31:06.780 So, um, did he seem, did he seem at all crazy to you?
00:31:12.880 Did he seem like the kind of guy that would, so this was just, I spoke to him on Sunday.
00:31:20.400 I just said, hi, how are you doing?
00:31:22.580 Uh, I meant to ask about his son.
00:31:24.880 I didn't ask about his son.
00:31:26.140 I feel bad about that.
00:31:27.080 He has a, an adult son who is disabled, blind, that he's the primary caregiver for and had been up until a few weeks ago.
00:31:35.240 His son had a stroke and is now, and, and so I meant to ask about his son, but I didn't.
00:31:44.180 And I regret that, but he seemed fine.
00:31:47.260 Uh, he was always good natured, quick with a joke, uh, could be a little bit curmudgeonly at times.
00:31:54.500 Um, but he was, and I, I said this in my Twitter post, he was a sweet guy.
00:32:00.960 And I know that sounds crazy considering what everybody's seen, what he's posted on Facebook.
00:32:05.240 But he was, he was a, I think there's, um, I think there's a monster in each of us that comes out sometimes on social media that you're like, you'd never say that in real life, but you just become a monster because you're on social media and you think you can get away with it.
00:32:20.980 Um, yeah, I, I think he just kind of leaned into his online persona, but anyone, anyone who saw him and his condition and anyone who knew him and his personality would have just thought this guy is just, he's just trolling.
00:32:37.460 And just went over the top and, and, and not very wise, you know, statements, but I can't imagine anybody who knew him thinking that he, he was, any of that was more than just bluster.
00:32:54.140 And, you know, I do, I think he just went into some dark places and leaned into his online persona and, and blew it up because he just simply was incapable of enacting any of the things he said.
00:33:07.800 But had you ever gone on over to his house or know anybody that you had, did he have guns laying around?
00:33:15.800 Did he, was he sitting next, you know, in his recliner?
00:33:18.620 Did he have a gun sitting there?
00:33:20.280 No, no, he had his, he always had his gun secured.
00:33:24.600 He had a workshop and he, he loved his, he loved to work on wood and wood projects.
00:33:29.920 And most of the time, that's what we talked about.
00:33:33.260 So anyone who needed help, he would do that.
00:33:35.840 But every time, you know, I, you know, I went over there, he had his guns and he was, he was a gun collector.
00:33:41.540 He loved his guns and would work on his guns and, you know, do some builds on guns.
00:33:46.920 Well, here's, here's why I'm asking this.
00:33:48.680 This is why I'm asking this.
00:33:49.780 The FBI said he was armed at the time of the shooting.
00:33:54.400 I don't exactly know what that means.
00:33:56.480 Um, I know if you want to make it look like, you know, he was shooting back, you say he's armed, but I carry a gun.
00:34:05.480 I'm armed right now, but I'm not a danger to anybody unless you are threatening me.
00:34:10.980 I'm wondering if the police come into the house and he's in bed or he's sitting in his chair, he has a hard time getting up.
00:34:18.720 Is he the kind of guy that had a gun on him all the time that it was like, whoa, somebody's coming in and he's pointing a gun at the FBI?
00:34:26.480 I, I don't know.
00:34:29.340 I don't know.
00:34:30.080 But, you know, he was, did he carry a gun that you know of?
00:34:34.020 Did he carry a gun all the time?
00:34:36.460 I don't know.
00:34:37.800 But I mean, it wouldn't surprise me because he talked about concealed carry.
00:34:41.680 But if he did, he wasn't flashing it in church.
00:34:44.720 He wasn't, you know, he wasn't like some of these gun nuts who are flashing their gun and doing everything else.
00:34:51.480 If he did, he was very discreet about it.
00:34:54.020 And, and it, it never worried me at all.
00:34:56.960 Um, he was always very conscientious about his guns, about safety, his guns, his guns were in a secure place in his house.
00:35:04.580 Um, and so I, I can't, you know, I can't imagine.
00:35:09.440 I mean, yeah, I had guns in the house, but I, I don't know what the situation or how it unfolded.
00:35:14.380 But one last thing, this bothers me that the FBI who knows that they're supposed to be trained in de-escalation, they knew he was a ward clerk.
00:35:25.520 So he's in part of, you know, what's called the bishopric.
00:35:28.520 Um, he is part of the leadership of the church.
00:35:32.400 Um, and, uh, he, he's known to be a nice guy.
00:35:37.620 If the FBI knows this, they should have gone to the bishop.
00:35:41.520 Is he the kind of guy that the bishop would have gone to and said, Hey, listen, FBI approached me.
00:35:48.280 They need to talk to you.
00:35:49.600 The president's coming to town.
00:35:51.820 What are you doing?
00:35:52.980 Why are you writing these things?
00:35:54.740 Listen, sure.
00:35:55.540 I have a warrant.
00:35:56.480 They have a warrant.
00:35:57.580 Talk to them.
00:35:58.600 Could he have, would he have listened to somebody like that?
00:36:02.500 I think he would have.
00:36:03.700 I think he would have.
00:36:04.520 I think that anyone who had contacted anybody in the church or anybody in the community that he knew or trusted.
00:36:11.520 Could have, could have gotten a read on him and, and figured this out.
00:36:16.600 I just can't believe that this required a SWAT team at a, at a dawn raid.
00:36:24.700 You know, it seems a complete overreaction for a man who was very physically limited.
00:36:31.340 And I just can't believe that he, he got this kind of attention seeing the Facebook posts.
00:36:37.260 Well, I understand why, but I don't understand why that escalated immediately to a SWAT team.
00:36:43.040 I didn't know that he had been visited by the FBI and in March, but I found that out.
00:36:48.300 But I think anybody who had visited him at that time would have seen, would have looked at him and said, this guy, it may be a hothead.
00:36:56.820 He may be a crank, but he's, he's not going to be that kind of threat.
00:37:01.220 And I just don't understand why this could not have been handled another way.
00:37:05.420 We're talking to Travis Lee Clark, who is a friend of Craig Robertson, who was shot and killed by the FBI in a raid of his house.
00:37:15.860 I, Travis, I, I, I can't thank you enough.
00:37:19.720 I know when our producers reached out to you yesterday after seeing your post that it was a horrible day.
00:37:25.820 And this is the worst part of my job is having to talk to people who are still in shock and still in mourning.
00:37:33.600 And I apologize for that, but I, I am so grateful that you would share what you knew about him.
00:37:38.980 Can you tell me the, if you feel comfortable, tell me the name of his son so we can have the audience pray for his son.
00:37:45.700 Sure. His name was Sean, Sean Robertson.
00:37:49.360 Okay. Thank you, Craig.
00:37:51.420 Or thank you, Travis. I really appreciate it.
00:37:53.840 God bless you.
00:37:55.820 Thank you, John.
00:37:57.220 You bet. That's Travis Lee Clark.
00:37:59.440 He is a Utah Valley University adjunct professor and a friend of the now deceased Craig Robertson.

00:39:11.940 A lot of the time, criminals are pretty predictable.
00:39:31.520 That's because the overwhelming majority of them are dumb.
00:39:34.780 But that's not always true when you're talking about cybercrime.
00:39:37.420 Every once in a while, you can really get hit with someone who's doing cybercrime from
00:39:43.720 a lot of times a foreign country, and they can trick you in a way that you might not expect.
00:39:48.740 For instance, they can steal your home's title.
00:39:50.880 They can forge their own signature on it, and they can basically own your home.
00:39:55.020 And the kicker is, when this happens, you may not even know that it's going on until
00:39:58.960 it's too late.
00:39:59.840 Some people literally find out when they start getting past due notices on loans that they
00:40:04.080 never took out.
00:40:04.760 And they realize, on paper, I don't even own this home.
00:40:06.740 What's going on?
00:40:08.120 It is really scary.
00:40:09.240 Home title theft is a big problem, and it's something that you can protect yourself from
00:40:12.780 with Home Title Lock.
00:40:14.580 Imagine the peace of mind you'll have when you get protected from this.
00:40:17.880 Your home, your property, your equity are your most valuable assets, and Home Title Lock
00:40:22.780 can help you protect them.
00:40:24.120 Home Title Lock puts a shield around your home's title.
00:40:26.780 The instant they detect activity or tampering, they help shut it down fast.

00:40:56.440 Craig Robertson, our coverage today on his killing in Utah by the FBI, I want to be very,
00:41:06.840 let me be very Dickens about it.
00:41:08.880 It is, he is the worst of men and the best of men.
00:41:16.200 There are two sides to this man, and the FBI should have known this.
00:41:21.680 Now, I do not excuse anything that he wrote online.
00:41:26.540 You don't say that and not expect a knock at your door.
00:41:30.380 However, I believe that every threat against a president's life, no matter who that president is,
00:41:37.320 and I'm very, very consistent on this, on every president since I have broadcast.
00:41:43.880 And the first president that I was broadcasting with or under was Jimmy Carter.
00:41:49.620 And I've always said this, you do not ever threaten the president's life, not even as a joke, ever.
00:41:57.420 Uh, so, you expect the FBI to show up.
00:42:03.160 What he said online, I believe, is the sickness that we all have.
00:42:08.600 We all say things that are monstrous at times.
00:42:12.260 And we'd never say that to people in the room with us.
00:42:16.200 That's why the best of men, the people who knew him in his life, they knew he was a teddy bear.
00:42:24.600 He was a sweetheart of a guy.
00:42:25.960 He believed what he believed, but he wouldn't harm a fly.
00:42:30.840 Okay?
00:42:32.380 Which one was he?
00:42:34.280 And isn't it the job of the FBI to de-escalate?
00:42:39.200 Or is their new job just to go in and kill?
00:42:42.840 Isn't it amazing how quickly the world changes sometimes?
00:42:47.440 We could be at war tomorrow.
00:42:50.400 Tomorrow we could have our economy collapse tomorrow.
00:42:54.340 The world can change overnight.
00:42:56.820 And if you haven't learned that yet, um, you need to, and then please prepare.
00:43:01.920 You don't need to do crazy things.
00:43:03.500 You just, you just say, okay, what happened in COVID?
00:43:06.580 Is there a possibility that things could shut down to a point where there's a few weeks that
00:43:11.340 we don't have groceries in the grocery store?
00:43:13.520 Yeah, that's easy.
00:43:15.260 That's an easy one.

00:43:52.480 Thanks so much for listening.
00:44:05.540 What you're about to hear
00:44:34.720 is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:44:39.320 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:44:46.140 Well, hello, America.
00:44:47.260 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:44:48.560 We're really glad that you're here.
00:44:50.080 I just got a note from Mercury One, our charity arm,
00:44:53.920 and it said, Glenn, want to let you know,
00:44:55.880 M1 is working with our partners on how we can help in Maui.
00:44:59.580 We have partners mobilizing.
00:45:01.200 And I just read this just a second ago.
00:45:04.200 Stu, what the heck is happening in Maui?
00:45:06.720 Yeah, it's really bad.
00:45:08.060 If you haven't seen any of the footage,
00:45:09.160 it's wildfires and the winds are blowing
00:45:12.100 from a somewhat nearby hurricane.
00:45:14.120 Oh, my gosh.
00:45:14.720 And it's making it really, really bad.
00:45:16.900 And entire towns are basically wiped off the map.
00:45:19.880 It looks like Ukraine in some of the footage.
00:45:22.200 I mean, it's really rough.
00:45:23.540 Holy cow.
00:45:25.560 Well, M1 is mobilizing now, Maui.
00:45:29.360 So please, if you want to help us out
00:45:32.340 on our disaster relief fund,
00:45:34.420 please just go to mercuryone.org.
00:45:36.420 That's mercuryone.org.
00:45:37.940 If we want the government to do less,
00:45:40.540 we have to do more.
00:45:42.600 We have a lot of news to report on.
00:45:44.540 We're going to get to that in the beginning in 60 seconds.
00:45:46.720 First, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
00:45:49.180 Patriot Mobile is a great phone service.
00:45:51.820 If you have, you know, Verizon or AT&T or whatever,
00:45:56.720 you most likely are sending a lot of your money
00:46:00.240 to a woke company and a company
00:46:03.240 that takes their profits from you
00:46:05.800 and they're sending them to Planned Parenthood
00:46:08.500 and woke organizations and NGOs.
00:46:12.900 Is that what you want?
00:46:14.680 Because I don't.
00:46:15.640 I don't want a dime of my money going anywhere
00:46:18.740 that I don't agree with
00:46:19.740 unless I don't have any other choice.
00:46:21.360 Well, you do have another choice.
00:46:23.800 It's Patriot Mobile and it is a great company.
00:46:27.260 It is the only Christian conservative wireless provider.
00:46:30.600 It gives you the same blanket nationwide coverage,
00:46:34.080 whatever you have.
00:46:34.960 If you're on one of the big three,
00:46:36.700 they're on the same cell towers as the big three.
00:46:38.920 So you're getting the same coverage,
00:46:41.180 same service in your area.
00:46:42.640 Plus, they take some of their profits
00:46:45.840 and they plow it back in
00:46:47.920 to help on the fight for freedom,
00:46:51.020 for opportunity,
00:46:52.200 for the Bill of Rights,
00:46:53.280 for the Constitution.
00:46:55.380 PatriotMobile.com slash Beck.
00:46:57.180 Go there now.
00:46:57.660 Switch today.
00:46:59.140 Send a message.
00:47:00.460 We don't need you.
00:47:02.540 Patriot Mobile,
00:47:02.960 8-7-8-PATRIOT,
00:47:04.220 8-7-8-PATRIOT,
00:47:05.420 or PatriotMobile.com slash Beck.
00:47:08.380 Okay, so last hour,
00:47:12.180 we had an interview with Travis Lee Clark.
00:47:17.380 He is a church friend of the guy in Utah,
00:47:21.380 Craig Robertson,
00:47:22.800 that was shot.
00:47:24.220 I happened to be in Utah.
00:47:26.040 I was on a six-hour drive yesterday.
00:47:29.600 I have some meetings I have to attend.
00:47:31.640 So I wasn't around the media at all.
00:47:34.520 And I stopped at a gas station
00:47:36.740 and I checked my email
00:47:38.520 and it's flooded with
00:47:40.060 what's happening in Provo, Utah.
00:47:42.880 And I've done this,
00:47:45.380 I'm coming up on my 47th year of broadcast.
00:47:49.920 I've seen a lot of things.
00:47:52.880 I was in radio when Reagan was shot.
00:47:57.280 I was in radio
00:47:59.080 when Hinckley went to jail.
00:48:02.860 In radio when Hinckley was let out.
00:48:06.740 I've seen people make threats
00:48:11.340 to the President of the United States before.
00:48:13.600 And it is always wrong.
00:48:16.760 It is wrong to threaten somebody
00:48:19.460 and their life.
00:48:21.100 Let's say you disagree with a ruling
00:48:24.020 that you think is about to come out.
00:48:25.880 And so you go
00:48:27.980 and you march in the streets
00:48:30.280 to intimidate the Supreme Court justice.
00:48:32.680 That's wrong.
00:48:34.160 It's illegal.
00:48:35.600 And it's not exactly illegal
00:48:37.340 because it's called parading.
00:48:39.220 It's illegal.
00:48:42.780 But so is traveling across the country
00:48:45.320 with guns,
00:48:47.460 with ropes,
00:48:48.640 with zip ties,
00:48:50.460 and show up to a Supreme Court justice's house
00:48:53.320 and you're going to kill him.
00:48:55.520 But when that happens,
00:48:59.280 that doesn't mean that you're killed.
00:49:02.840 Now,
00:49:03.460 why do I say this?
00:49:04.580 Well,
00:49:04.780 I thought that was the whole point
00:49:06.800 of George Floyd.
00:49:08.800 That the police
00:49:09.940 should not use
00:49:11.260 excessive force.
00:49:12.500 Am I wrong, Stu?
00:49:14.320 Or is it actually
00:49:15.820 that they don't want
00:49:16.880 the police at all?
00:49:19.100 Because I'm losing my way here.
00:49:21.580 There seems to be
00:49:22.520 some schizophrenia on the left.
00:49:25.760 I thought it's because
00:49:27.380 the police
00:49:28.640 use extreme force
00:49:30.500 when they don't have to
00:49:31.980 and they should all go through
00:49:33.540 de-escalation school
00:49:34.920 and everything else, right?
00:49:36.440 We should send a social worker out.
00:49:38.660 This is what they tell us,
00:49:40.040 but doesn't seem to be
00:49:41.780 what they want in practice often,
00:49:43.440 depending on who the villain is.
00:49:45.800 Correct.
00:49:46.480 Correct.
00:49:47.020 Okay.
00:49:47.960 So,
00:49:48.600 we're supposed to de-escalate,
00:49:50.920 but apparently,
00:49:52.160 the FBI,
00:49:53.460 the people
00:49:53.940 who are supposed to be
00:49:55.760 the experts
00:49:56.740 at de-escalation,
00:49:59.080 go into a guy
00:50:00.300 who's 75 years old
00:50:01.740 who has made
00:50:03.760 awful,
00:50:04.660 awful threats
00:50:05.540 on the president
00:50:06.380 and the vice president
00:50:07.500 and judges
00:50:08.380 all revolving
00:50:10.840 around the chaos
00:50:11.780 in Washington.
00:50:12.760 He has made
00:50:13.600 awful,
00:50:14.980 illegal threats.
00:50:16.260 He makes these threats
00:50:20.660 online
00:50:21.240 because I think
00:50:22.480 he thinks he's invincible.
00:50:24.820 He believes into,
00:50:26.280 he believes his own garbage
00:50:27.880 online,
00:50:29.040 that he's this tough guy
00:50:30.840 online,
00:50:31.360 when in real life,
00:50:32.540 he's not.
00:50:33.640 In real life,
00:50:35.360 he's a normal guy
00:50:36.720 and 75 years old,
00:50:38.720 walks with a cane,
00:50:40.420 can't walk very far,
00:50:42.380 he's 5'4",
00:50:43.360 300 pounds,
00:50:45.420 and he's the caretaker
00:50:47.000 of his blind son
00:50:48.540 who just two weeks ago
00:50:49.640 had a stroke.
00:50:51.780 So,
00:50:52.360 now the president
00:50:52.980 of the United States
00:50:53.860 is coming to Salt Lake City.
00:50:55.640 They shut the city down.
00:50:58.280 At the same time,
00:50:59.240 before the president lands,
00:51:01.500 the FBI,
00:51:02.820 as they should,
00:51:05.660 they go to contact
00:51:07.000 this man.
00:51:07.960 Now,
00:51:08.960 all of this,
00:51:09.800 so far,
00:51:10.460 is understandable.
00:51:12.320 The FBI should
00:51:13.660 go and contact people.
00:51:15.600 They should park a car
00:51:16.820 in front of somebody's house.
00:51:18.480 If you know,
00:51:19.760 let's say that
00:51:20.960 I'm just pulling something
00:51:22.300 out of the air,
00:51:24.320 you know of somebody
00:51:26.480 like Lee Harvey Oswald,
00:51:28.200 and he's a danger,
00:51:30.400 and one of the agencies
00:51:32.240 happens to have him
00:51:33.840 on a payroll,
00:51:35.540 and you know he's been
00:51:36.700 over to Russia,
00:51:38.320 you might want to keep him
00:51:39.960 in your sights
00:51:41.040 on the day
00:51:42.140 that the president
00:51:43.020 is in town,
00:51:44.420 unless he's working
00:51:45.980 for you,
00:51:46.600 and maybe you have
00:51:48.120 another agenda.
00:51:50.000 But that's a different story.
00:51:54.600 I would expect
00:51:55.760 the police
00:51:57.420 to go and sit
00:51:59.660 in front of somebody's house
00:52:00.900 if they think
00:52:01.680 they're a danger.
00:52:02.440 I would expect
00:52:03.060 the police
00:52:03.700 or the FBI
00:52:04.440 to go and find out
00:52:07.100 about this man,
00:52:07.740 which they did
00:52:08.260 back in April.
00:52:10.060 But then they just
00:52:11.080 let it sit.
00:52:13.000 They did nothing about it
00:52:14.480 until the president
00:52:15.740 comes to town.
00:52:17.380 Then they take
00:52:18.880 a battering ram
00:52:19.760 to his front door,
00:52:21.120 and when that
00:52:22.060 isn't enough,
00:52:23.080 they take one
00:52:23.940 of their FBI
00:52:25.080 tanks with a
00:52:26.280 battering ram
00:52:27.000 and run it
00:52:28.360 through his front window.
00:52:29.700 They say he was
00:52:33.220 armed.
00:52:33.800 You're in a tank.
00:52:36.260 That's like
00:52:36.820 the Chinese saying,
00:52:38.380 hey,
00:52:38.560 that guy was
00:52:39.020 standing in front of
00:52:39.700 the tank
00:52:41.280 and he had a
00:52:41.860 bag in his hand.
00:52:43.780 He could have
00:52:44.260 thrown it at the tank.
00:52:48.440 They say he was
00:52:49.500 armed.
00:52:50.060 I don't know
00:52:50.480 what that means.
00:52:53.360 But I've watched
00:52:54.300 enough CSI.
00:52:55.520 Stu,
00:52:55.740 have you watched
00:52:56.160 CSI before?
00:52:56.880 What is the one
00:52:57.580 thing that you do
00:52:58.120 at a crime scene?
00:52:59.780 When there's a
00:53:00.200 crime scene,
00:53:01.140 what's the first
00:53:01.900 thing you do
00:53:02.620 or don't do?
00:53:03.900 You preserve
00:53:04.660 evidence,
00:53:05.440 right?
00:53:06.260 Don't disturb
00:53:06.880 the evidence.
00:53:07.980 Yeah.
00:53:08.620 And the body?
00:53:10.240 You move the
00:53:11.000 body,
00:53:11.320 right?
00:53:12.780 Not usually,
00:53:13.920 no.
00:53:14.180 No,
00:53:14.420 not usually.
00:53:14.960 Huh.
00:53:15.940 Yeah.
00:53:16.740 Isn't that weird?
00:53:18.220 You don't
00:53:19.300 move the body.
00:53:21.780 But I guess
00:53:22.360 if you're the FBI,
00:53:24.500 you can do
00:53:25.060 whatever you want.
00:53:25.880 You don't need
00:53:26.380 photographs to be
00:53:27.240 taken.
00:53:27.660 You don't need
00:53:28.180 anybody outside
00:53:29.420 to come in and
00:53:30.140 investigate.
00:53:30.760 You just move
00:53:31.320 the body.
00:53:31.940 And you move
00:53:32.680 this 75-year-old
00:53:33.940 body in a
00:53:35.600 sweet little
00:53:38.800 town where
00:53:40.820 the church is
00:53:41.540 right around
00:53:42.220 the block that
00:53:42.960 he went to and
00:53:43.640 everybody else on
00:53:44.420 the street goes
00:53:45.080 to and all the
00:53:45.720 kids are playing
00:53:46.500 in the streets
00:53:47.120 and everything
00:53:47.440 else.
00:53:47.820 You move that
00:53:49.060 75-year-old
00:53:50.740 body and you
00:53:51.860 put it on the
00:53:52.640 sidewalk in the
00:53:54.240 sun.
00:53:54.840 for at least
00:53:56.680 two hours.
00:53:59.400 Hey, did
00:53:59.980 somebody call
00:54:00.540 for a truck
00:54:01.180 to pick that
00:54:01.860 thing up or
00:54:02.700 what is that?
00:54:05.020 Well, what is
00:54:05.880 that?
00:54:06.300 Honestly, what
00:54:07.000 is that?
00:54:12.980 There's some
00:54:13.580 details that are
00:54:14.320 missing and I'm
00:54:15.000 sorry that I
00:54:15.760 don't exactly
00:54:16.800 trust the FBI.
00:54:17.860 I've worked in
00:54:21.500 this business for
00:54:22.080 a long time.
00:54:22.540 I've never seen
00:54:23.060 this happen
00:54:23.520 before.
00:54:24.460 Well, except
00:54:25.220 during this
00:54:25.800 administration, but
00:54:26.580 nobody was killed.
00:54:27.320 But I keep
00:54:27.760 seeing SWAT
00:54:28.380 teams.
00:54:30.360 I'm trying to
00:54:31.380 figure out why
00:54:33.280 this entire
00:54:35.160 SWAT team and
00:54:37.000 whoever called
00:54:37.880 out for this
00:54:38.840 SWAT team, I'm
00:54:40.620 wondering, have
00:54:41.860 they gone to
00:54:42.880 any kind of
00:54:43.520 de-escalation
00:54:44.520 camps?
00:54:45.180 Maybe they
00:54:47.720 should go to
00:54:48.520 a re-education
00:54:50.500 camp and
00:54:51.800 learn again
00:54:52.700 about de-escalation
00:54:54.340 because that's
00:54:56.480 not the way
00:54:56.900 you do it.
00:55:08.240 I want to
00:55:08.980 talk to you
00:55:09.320 about freedom
00:55:09.860 of speech.
00:55:13.080 Give me 60
00:55:14.040 seconds and
00:55:15.160 we'll do
00:55:15.420 that.
00:55:19.980 All right.
00:55:21.480 Relief
00:55:21.880 Factor is our
00:55:22.920 sponsor and
00:55:23.680 if you are in
00:55:25.160 pain, and I
00:55:26.180 know a lot of
00:55:27.140 people are in
00:55:27.760 pain, everybody
00:55:29.060 has their aches
00:55:29.680 and pains,
00:55:30.120 especially as you
00:55:30.560 get older.
00:55:31.100 Things you used
00:55:31.640 to be able to
00:55:32.140 do and you're
00:55:32.520 like, no,
00:55:32.960 a problem.
00:55:33.380 Now you're
00:55:33.760 like, ow,
00:55:34.940 ow, ow.
00:55:37.580 Oh, don't
00:55:38.720 get old.
00:55:39.380 Really, don't.
00:55:40.620 Don't.
00:55:41.160 You should
00:55:41.680 download yourself
00:55:42.940 into a computer
00:55:43.980 so you could
00:55:44.680 be just a
00:55:45.960 virtual person
00:55:46.760 and you'll
00:55:47.200 live forever
00:55:47.760 without pain.
00:55:49.140 Or you could
00:55:49.900 try Relief
00:55:50.500 Factor.
00:55:51.140 I might give
00:55:51.820 that a shot
00:55:52.340 first.
00:55:53.300 Relief
00:55:53.620 Factor, it's
00:55:54.120 all natural.
00:55:54.960 Just try it for
00:55:55.600 three weeks, see
00:55:56.360 if it works.
00:55:56.820 They give you a
00:55:57.480 three-week trial
00:55:58.200 because they're
00:55:58.660 honest.
00:55:59.760 Everybody else, I
00:56:00.360 think, would just
00:56:00.860 say, yeah, try it.
00:56:01.900 It works for
00:56:02.360 everybody.
00:56:02.920 It's great.
00:56:03.300 They say, look,
00:56:04.620 about 70% of
00:56:05.500 the people go
00:56:06.020 on to order it
00:56:06.640 month after
00:56:07.080 month, so we
00:56:07.660 assume that it's
00:56:08.340 working for them
00:56:09.280 and be part of
00:56:11.440 the 70%.
00:56:12.420 That means 30%
00:56:13.840 of the people,
00:56:14.360 it's not going
00:56:14.680 to work, but
00:56:15.080 you know what?
00:56:15.680 Give it a try.
00:56:16.600 I didn't think it
00:56:17.800 would work for me.
00:56:18.900 I'm probably like
00:56:19.880 you.
00:56:20.240 That's not going
00:56:20.720 to work.
00:56:22.080 I took it.
00:56:23.080 It worked.
00:56:23.940 I was shocked.
00:56:26.200 I turned down
00:56:27.040 commercials for
00:56:27.820 Relief Factor for,
00:56:28.880 I think, three
00:56:29.500 years.
00:56:30.400 I'm not going to
00:56:30.900 do that.
00:56:31.580 I think it's not
00:56:32.480 going to work.
00:56:32.840 It's not going
00:56:33.460 to work for me.
00:56:34.340 Unless I take it,
00:56:35.420 unless I use it,
00:56:36.200 I'm not going to
00:56:36.640 recommend it to
00:56:37.220 you.
00:56:37.900 I don't need to
00:56:39.140 have Relief Factor
00:56:40.020 as a sponsor.
00:56:40.880 I want to have
00:56:41.920 you just try it
00:56:43.460 to see if you
00:56:44.420 can have the
00:56:44.800 miracle that I
00:56:45.500 had with Relief
00:56:46.600 Factor.
00:56:46.920 1-800-4-RELIEF.
00:56:48.920 1-800-4-RELIEF.
00:56:50.560 That's
00:56:50.800 relieffactor.com.
00:56:52.800 10-second
00:56:53.180 station ID.
00:57:02.840 Coming up next
00:57:04.660 hour, we have
00:57:06.900 Kyle Serafin.
00:57:09.640 He is a federal
00:57:10.600 whistleblower.
00:57:11.480 He's a former
00:57:12.100 FBI agent.
00:57:13.620 He is one of the
00:57:15.020 guys who started
00:57:17.580 blowing the whistle
00:57:18.220 when all of this
00:57:18.900 kind of stuff
00:57:19.460 happened.
00:57:20.020 His father was
00:57:21.100 in radio in
00:57:23.980 Texas, in Waco,
00:57:25.900 Texas, when Waco
00:57:27.340 was happening.
00:57:27.960 His father
00:57:28.680 talked to the
00:57:30.540 Branch Davidians,
00:57:31.560 had them on the
00:57:32.440 air, and worked
00:57:34.020 with the FBI.
00:57:34.880 It's why Kyle
00:57:35.440 wanted to be in
00:57:36.220 the FBI.
00:57:37.100 He saw that and
00:57:38.500 thought, that's an
00:57:39.960 overreach, but I
00:57:41.140 want to be one of
00:57:41.820 the good guys.
00:57:42.580 So he went in,
00:57:43.460 and now he's not
00:57:44.680 in.
00:57:45.520 He's still
00:57:46.180 paying for his
00:57:50.140 sin of trying to
00:57:50.860 be one of the
00:57:51.380 good guys.
00:57:52.140 He's going to be
00:57:52.860 joining us here in
00:57:53.540 about 45 minutes,
00:57:54.440 and he's going to
00:57:54.920 talk about what
00:57:55.820 the FBI does,
00:57:57.040 break down this
00:57:59.260 raid, tell us
00:58:00.200 what he knows,
00:58:01.020 and what should
00:58:01.680 have been done.
00:58:03.160 That's Kyle
00:58:03.720 Serafin.
00:58:04.200 He's coming up
00:58:04.740 in about 45
00:58:05.660 minutes.
00:58:06.140 Now, we have
00:58:07.980 freedom of speech.
00:58:10.700 People say, you
00:58:11.900 can't say these
00:58:12.560 things, and I am
00:58:13.600 not defending.
00:58:14.500 I am telling you
00:58:15.080 right now, if you
00:58:16.720 ever write stuff
00:58:17.700 like that, if
00:58:18.500 that's what you
00:58:19.180 actually believe,
00:58:20.400 and you really
00:58:21.320 think, I'm going
00:58:22.000 to get into a
00:58:23.560 ghillie suit.
00:58:24.420 Now, if you
00:58:25.000 don't know what a
00:58:25.560 ghillie suit is,
00:58:26.340 that makes you look
00:58:26.880 like a bush or
00:58:27.820 a lump of
00:58:28.420 grass, okay?
00:58:30.120 If his threat
00:58:31.360 was, I'm going
00:58:31.760 to put on my
00:58:32.200 ghillie suit, and
00:58:32.760 I'm going to go
00:58:33.420 to a parking
00:58:34.480 garage, and I'll
00:58:35.420 set up my gun,
00:58:36.440 and nobody will
00:58:37.000 see it coming.
00:58:38.380 In a ghillie
00:58:39.180 suit?
00:58:39.980 In a concrete
00:58:40.720 garage?
00:58:42.200 That's more
00:58:42.900 obvious than the
00:58:43.880 three amigos
00:58:44.480 with the singing
00:58:45.640 bush.
00:58:46.420 La, la, la, la, la.
00:58:48.480 You must be the
00:58:49.600 singing bush, are
00:58:50.560 you?
00:58:51.040 Yeah, yeah, yeah,
00:58:52.060 yeah.
00:58:52.360 Of course.
00:58:53.540 It's a bush
00:58:54.280 singing.
00:58:54.860 A giant bush
00:58:57.340 walking with a
00:58:58.780 cane in a
00:59:01.060 concrete parking
00:59:02.660 lot is not a
00:59:05.000 disguise.
00:59:08.320 Now, you have the
00:59:09.340 right to say it, but
00:59:10.360 you know, good luck
00:59:11.200 with that.
00:59:11.840 Good luck with
00:59:12.580 that.
00:59:15.460 Gosh, we have to
00:59:16.380 start saying what we
00:59:17.220 mean and mean what
00:59:18.120 we say.
00:59:18.600 All right.
00:59:20.920 So, freedom of
00:59:22.460 speech, the freedom
00:59:23.400 of the press.
00:59:25.440 Madison said it
00:59:26.520 was the choicest
00:59:27.540 of all great
00:59:28.640 rights of
00:59:29.300 mankind.
00:59:30.580 Why?
00:59:36.080 Because it
00:59:37.180 allows you the
00:59:39.380 opportunity to
00:59:41.180 be you.
00:59:42.400 it allows you to
00:59:44.500 question everything
00:59:45.840 and you're not
00:59:46.520 locked up by a
00:59:47.380 church or by
00:59:49.160 your neighbor or
00:59:50.820 by a government.
00:59:53.260 You can't scream
00:59:54.400 in a, you can't
00:59:55.440 scream fire in a
00:59:56.300 movie theater.
00:59:57.320 Really?
00:59:58.180 What did they say
00:59:59.080 before Edison
00:59:59.740 invented the
01:00:00.380 projector in movies?
01:00:02.140 Well, you can't
01:00:03.040 scream fire in a,
01:00:06.320 okay, well,
01:00:06.920 someday I'll be
01:00:07.660 able to finish
01:00:08.140 that sentence.
01:00:09.940 And they weren't
01:00:10.600 concerned about
01:00:11.500 things like that.
01:00:12.020 These are bigger
01:00:12.920 ideas.
01:00:15.420 Should someone be
01:00:16.360 allowed to incite
01:00:17.220 violence against the
01:00:18.080 government?
01:00:18.660 Could you
01:00:19.080 knowingly spread
01:00:20.080 false and damaging
01:00:21.060 statements against
01:00:21.860 others or the
01:00:22.840 government?
01:00:23.900 What speech is
01:00:25.160 protected?
01:00:28.620 Well, we thought
01:00:29.840 this was self-evident
01:00:30.780 and then, of all
01:00:32.620 people, Thomas
01:00:33.440 Jefferson and John
01:00:34.480 Adams get into a
01:00:35.620 fight over this and
01:00:36.720 fight over who's
01:00:37.520 going to be
01:00:37.820 president and
01:00:38.960 Madison is saying,
01:00:40.560 your children will
01:00:41.580 be raped, this
01:00:42.800 is a quote, by
01:00:43.560 the way, your
01:00:44.320 children will be
01:00:45.280 raped and there
01:00:46.420 will be blood in
01:00:47.200 the streets and
01:00:48.400 the heads of your
01:00:49.560 daughters will be
01:00:50.660 on pikes all
01:00:52.920 along your city
01:00:53.980 streets if
01:00:54.640 Jefferson is
01:00:55.440 elected.
01:00:56.440 Okay, come
01:00:57.740 pipe down here.
01:01:00.880 But what's the
01:01:01.840 difference between
01:01:02.560 that and what
01:01:03.340 they're saying about
01:01:03.960 Donald Trump?
01:01:04.620 Well, Madison and
01:01:09.620 Jefferson, oh, you
01:01:12.400 know what we need?
01:01:13.580 We need a sedition.
01:01:16.720 We need to curb all
01:01:19.280 this seditious speech.
01:01:22.560 Really?
01:01:23.580 Do we?
01:01:26.240 They pass a law.
01:01:28.220 These guys pass a law
01:01:29.820 where you can't say
01:01:31.300 stuff about the
01:01:32.320 president.
01:01:32.640 You can't say
01:01:33.440 anything about the
01:01:34.460 government.
01:01:35.920 Okay?
01:01:36.580 Sedition laws.
01:01:38.440 The Sedition Act.
01:01:40.500 It was aimed at, and
01:01:41.920 I'm quoting, falsehood
01:01:43.260 and malice only.
01:01:47.120 Falsehood and malice
01:01:48.700 only.
01:01:49.860 Well, wait a minute.
01:01:51.860 This is what's
01:01:52.900 happening today.
01:01:54.380 Was it false to say
01:01:55.780 the vaccine is not
01:01:57.120 tested and there's
01:01:58.600 something wrong and
01:01:59.500 I'm not taking it
01:02:01.580 because they're
01:02:02.140 forcing it and
01:02:02.840 they're covering up
01:02:03.620 the things that
01:02:06.640 they do know are
01:02:07.900 happening, that
01:02:09.180 maybe this did come
01:02:10.420 from a lab, that
01:02:11.560 maybe some people
01:02:12.860 are profiting off of
01:02:14.220 this, that shouldn't
01:02:15.040 be profiting off of
01:02:16.100 this.
01:02:16.620 Those all turn out
01:02:18.100 to be true, but
01:02:20.100 they were deemed
01:02:20.780 false.
01:02:22.020 And who are they
01:02:22.620 deemed?
01:02:23.040 Falsehoods and
01:02:23.740 misinformation,
01:02:25.300 disinformation,
01:02:26.660 dangerous information.
01:02:28.160 who was saying
01:02:29.380 that?
01:02:29.880 The government.
01:02:31.600 Because they
01:02:32.500 weren't the police
01:02:33.480 in this, they were
01:02:36.020 the salesmen.
01:02:38.280 You imagine if, you
01:02:40.400 know, Church of
01:02:41.640 Scientology came up,
01:02:43.420 nah, I can't even
01:02:44.000 use that, the Church
01:02:45.680 of Satan comes up
01:02:47.740 to your door and
01:02:50.260 is preaching that
01:02:51.700 Satan is the
01:02:53.020 greatest, friendliest
01:02:54.200 God ever.
01:02:55.100 And you say, I
01:02:56.840 don't think so.
01:02:58.740 I think Satan is,
01:03:00.420 I don't know,
01:03:01.020 Satan.
01:03:03.740 Well, we're
01:03:04.440 calling the police
01:03:05.280 on you, you don't
01:03:05.920 have a right to say
01:03:06.580 that.
01:03:07.120 And then some
01:03:07.860 other member of
01:03:08.780 the Church comes
01:03:09.660 out and says,
01:03:10.720 yeah, Satan's a
01:03:11.980 good guy, what are
01:03:12.560 you talking about?
01:03:13.720 This guy's got to
01:03:14.400 be shot down.
01:03:17.540 That's why the
01:03:19.100 people who are
01:03:20.800 enforcing this can
01:03:22.700 have no say in
01:03:25.120 what's true or
01:03:25.840 not.
01:03:26.280 because they're
01:03:27.880 the ones that
01:03:28.780 you're most
01:03:29.280 likely going to
01:03:30.120 be speaking out
01:03:31.080 against.
01:03:32.960 So they go back
01:03:34.020 and forth on this
01:03:34.940 and the Sedition
01:03:35.740 Act, of course,
01:03:36.420 is repealed right
01:03:37.660 away.
01:03:38.200 But what happens
01:03:39.540 is they decide on
01:03:42.420 what it really is.
01:03:43.960 and they say,
01:03:45.080 if I may quote
01:03:47.820 them, the
01:03:49.840 government finds
01:03:50.620 his criticism
01:03:51.120 ungrounded, false
01:03:52.360 and scandalous.
01:03:53.720 And is his
01:03:54.640 publication malicious?
01:03:56.500 And by what kind
01:03:57.440 of argument or
01:03:58.320 evidence in the
01:03:59.200 present temper of
01:04:00.440 parties could the
01:04:01.900 accused convince
01:04:02.760 them that his
01:04:03.620 opinions were true?
01:04:04.700 there are many
01:04:06.560 truths important
01:04:08.380 to society that
01:04:09.500 are not susceptible
01:04:10.680 of that full,
01:04:12.160 direct, and
01:04:12.860 positive evidence
01:04:13.940 which alone can
01:04:15.480 be exhibited before
01:04:16.520 a court and a
01:04:17.820 jury.
01:04:19.060 And by the way,
01:04:20.460 would the jury be
01:04:21.880 composed of friends
01:04:23.080 of the government
01:04:23.860 and therefore find
01:04:25.440 his criticism
01:04:26.120 ungrounded, false,
01:04:27.440 and scandalous?
01:04:28.100 The truth of
01:04:30.740 opinions cannot
01:04:32.220 be proved.
01:04:34.520 Allowing truth
01:04:35.380 as a defense of
01:04:36.340 freedom makes as
01:04:37.220 much sense as
01:04:37.920 allowing a jury to
01:04:39.060 decide the best
01:04:39.880 food, drink, or
01:04:40.880 color.
01:04:42.120 Citizens should
01:04:43.240 have, I'm quoting,
01:04:44.300 citizens should have
01:04:45.160 the right to say
01:04:46.080 everything which
01:04:47.720 his passions suggest.
01:04:49.960 He may employ all
01:04:51.380 of his time, all
01:04:52.520 of his talents, if
01:04:53.880 he's wicked enough
01:04:55.100 to do so in
01:04:56.540 speaking against
01:04:57.520 the government
01:04:58.040 in matters that
01:04:58.980 are false,
01:05:00.060 scandalous, and
01:05:00.980 malicious.
01:05:02.020 And despite this,
01:05:03.800 he should be safe
01:05:04.780 within the sanctuary
01:05:05.660 of the press,
01:05:07.060 even if he
01:05:08.200 condemns the
01:05:08.880 principle of
01:05:09.840 republican institution,
01:05:12.080 censors the
01:05:12.880 measure of our
01:05:13.540 government, and
01:05:14.620 every department
01:05:15.460 and officer
01:05:16.180 thereof, violating
01:05:18.280 at once every
01:05:19.800 principle and
01:05:20.740 decency of truth,
01:05:22.380 he still must be
01:05:24.640 afforded the
01:05:26.040 protection of the
01:05:27.340 first amendment.
01:05:29.700 So now what do
01:05:30.500 you do if
01:05:31.020 somebody makes a
01:05:31.600 threat?
01:05:32.200 More innocent.
01:05:32.480 The Glenn
01:05:32.660 Back program.
01:05:36.620 Oh boy.
01:05:37.660 Our sponsor is,
01:05:39.760 hang on just a
01:05:40.800 second, I'm in the
01:05:41.320 wrong hour,
01:05:41.960 Rough Greens.
01:05:43.180 My dog Uno, I
01:05:44.420 miss him.
01:05:44.880 He's in the hotel
01:05:47.420 room today because
01:05:48.720 I couldn't bring him
01:05:49.360 with me for the
01:05:50.600 meetings and things
01:05:51.400 and he's all by
01:05:51.960 himself and I hate
01:05:52.780 that.
01:05:53.020 But I got up
01:05:55.000 this morning and I
01:05:55.620 fed him and I
01:05:56.100 put on the
01:05:56.900 Rough Greens and
01:05:58.560 he ate up
01:05:59.240 heartily again
01:06:00.580 four o'clock this
01:06:01.760 morning.
01:06:03.580 He's getting to
01:06:04.500 be old, really
01:06:06.280 old for a German
01:06:07.200 Shepherd and I
01:06:08.160 have no science to
01:06:09.420 prove this, I just
01:06:10.220 have my opinion
01:06:11.240 and my opinion is
01:06:13.940 I've seen the
01:06:14.620 difference that he
01:06:16.000 in his activity
01:06:17.700 level and everything
01:06:18.520 else in the last
01:06:19.360 four years or three
01:06:20.400 years that I've been
01:06:21.260 feeding him, Rough
01:06:22.020 Greens.
01:06:22.340 It's been four now
01:06:22.900 I think.
01:06:24.240 He became a puppy
01:06:25.360 again.
01:06:26.260 I mean, he had a
01:06:26.980 new life for a long
01:06:28.260 time and he's
01:06:29.660 becoming the oldest
01:06:30.440 German Shepherd that
01:06:31.300 we've ever had and
01:06:32.680 he's just beginning to
01:06:33.920 slow down now.
01:06:35.400 Thank you, Rough
01:06:36.280 Greens.
01:06:37.180 Please, this is not a

01:07:03.920 This is the Glenn Beck
01:07:05.460 program.
01:07:06.140 I know what is going
01:07:07.060 to be said today.
01:07:08.120 There are going to be
01:07:08.760 people that write
01:07:09.700 that I am defending
01:07:12.440 this teddy bear of a
01:07:13.820 man who was
01:07:15.440 threatening the
01:07:15.940 president of the
01:07:16.440 United States.
01:07:17.160 That's what's going to
01:07:18.380 be said.
01:07:18.880 And others will say
01:07:19.860 Glenn Beck said the
01:07:21.700 FBI was justified in
01:07:23.460 going in and shooting
01:07:24.300 this man.
01:07:25.340 That's what both are
01:07:26.080 going to say.
01:07:27.240 And both of them are
01:07:28.580 wrong.
01:07:29.420 And both sides
01:07:31.100 should learn the
01:07:32.940 lesson from yesterday
01:07:34.340 when it comes to the
01:07:35.400 Internet.
01:07:36.300 Say what you mean and
01:07:38.260 mean what you say.
01:07:39.980 Period.
01:07:40.840 Be the same person
01:07:42.040 online that you are
01:07:43.680 in real life.
01:07:45.120 If you wouldn't say
01:07:46.640 it to the person
01:07:47.520 then don't say it.
01:07:49.720 Why are they?
01:07:52.620 It is becoming
01:07:53.900 dangerous.
01:07:55.180 And there are people
01:07:56.280 on all sides that are
01:07:57.560 trying to twist things
01:07:59.240 and it is going to get
01:08:00.340 more and more
01:08:01.240 dangerous.
01:08:02.600 Don't listen to
01:08:03.680 hyperbole.
01:08:05.340 Listen to people who
01:08:06.480 say what they mean and
01:08:07.480 mean what they say and
01:08:08.480 then become one of
01:08:09.920 those people.
01:08:11.260 This is not helping
01:08:12.860 either side.
01:08:13.860 This shooting the FBI
01:08:15.780 is not trusted by a
01:08:17.580 growing number of
01:08:18.860 Americans and they're
01:08:20.380 not trusted for very
01:08:21.380 good reasons.
01:08:22.920 They have lied to
01:08:23.700 Congress over and over
01:08:24.600 and over again.
01:08:25.120 There's a new story
01:08:25.680 about Christopher Wray
01:08:26.460 lying to Congress
01:08:27.560 about the what was
01:08:30.440 it the the Catholic
01:08:32.300 thing and I think
01:08:33.960 also about the
01:08:34.840 life.
01:08:35.720 He's lying in his own
01:08:37.340 testimony and you can
01:08:38.180 prove it now.
01:08:38.720 So they don't deserve
01:08:40.180 our trust when they
01:08:42.680 start doing the right
01:08:43.540 things and speaking the
01:08:45.260 truth no matter how
01:08:46.240 hard it is or who it
01:08:47.440 hurts including
01:08:48.340 themselves then they
01:08:49.880 will deserve trust
01:08:51.080 again.
01:08:52.180 But they don't go in
01:08:55.080 and kill people and
01:08:56.660 you shouldn't be the
01:08:58.340 kind of person that can
01:08:59.360 bring this kind of
01:09:00.660 dishonor to your family
01:09:03.340 where I can't defend you
01:09:05.560 because you said these
01:09:06.600 things but I really
01:09:08.160 want to because I
01:09:09.140 don't think you
01:09:09.840 believed in.
01:09:10.560 I don't think you
01:09:11.160 meant any of those
01:09:12.420 things.
01:09:13.520 Maybe you did but I
01:09:15.620 don't think he did.
01:09:17.740 So who wins who's
01:09:19.900 left better with this
01:09:21.380 situation.
01:09:22.560 No one is left in
01:09:24.480 any better shape.
01:09:26.200 That's because we have
01:09:27.700 all forgotten the
01:09:29.560 responsibility that
01:09:31.060 comes with your
01:09:31.960 freedom of speech.
01:09:33.680 You in this country
01:09:34.800 have a right to
01:09:36.400 say what you
01:09:38.000 believe.
01:09:39.560 You don't have a
01:09:40.600 right to threaten
01:09:41.460 somebody's life
01:09:42.660 online.
01:09:43.420 That's illegal.
01:09:44.660 You can't do that.
01:09:46.000 You don't make
01:09:46.800 threats against
01:09:47.700 people's lives.
01:09:49.360 You don't incite
01:09:50.900 violence.
01:09:51.940 You don't go out
01:09:53.560 and say let's go
01:09:55.200 into the Capitol
01:09:56.040 tomorrow.
01:09:57.220 Well that one I
01:09:57.880 think you can say if
01:09:58.840 you're the right
01:09:59.320 person.
01:10:00.640 Seems the press
01:10:01.940 will leave you
01:10:02.800 alone if that
01:10:04.000 happens.
01:10:04.200 But you don't
01:10:06.080 threaten the
01:10:07.160 president or
01:10:07.880 judges or anybody
01:10:08.800 else.
01:10:09.660 Okay.
01:10:09.980 Because you have a
01:10:11.000 responsibility.
01:10:13.620 And quite honestly
01:10:14.760 Christians we have a
01:10:15.960 responsibility to be
01:10:17.200 more Christ like that
01:10:18.080 doesn't mean we are
01:10:19.240 Christ like all the
01:10:20.200 time because we're
01:10:21.420 humans.
01:10:21.880 We're not Christ.
01:10:23.220 Christ I don't know
01:10:24.400 how many times I
01:10:25.320 think to myself you
01:10:26.620 know in shameful
01:10:27.940 moments when I say
01:10:30.000 something and my
01:10:30.660 first thought is
01:10:31.520 well well I mean
01:10:33.200 Jesus didn't live in
01:10:35.760 these times.
01:10:37.220 Jesus wasn't a
01:10:38.040 talk show host.
01:10:41.020 Jesus didn't live
01:10:42.180 these times.
01:10:42.980 I don't know.
01:10:43.960 I don't have a
01:10:44.820 crown of thorns on
01:10:45.660 my head.
01:10:46.780 I think he might have
01:10:47.520 had a little worse
01:10:48.320 than I have.
01:10:49.080 And he still
01:10:51.300 prayed for the
01:10:52.960 people because he
01:10:54.940 knew they're all
01:10:56.300 our brothers and
01:10:57.420 sisters.
01:10:59.060 And if the
01:11:00.260 shooter would have
01:11:01.340 realized that in his
01:11:02.920 anger he wouldn't
01:11:04.100 have said those
01:11:04.600 things.
01:11:04.900 And quite honestly
01:11:05.980 if the FBI was
01:11:08.040 doing their job and
01:11:09.280 they were a a
01:11:11.280 system of justice
01:11:12.940 for by and of
01:11:15.760 the people they
01:11:17.420 wouldn't have gone
01:11:17.840 in and done this.
01:11:19.740 They would have
01:11:20.440 de-escalated this and
01:11:21.780 it wasn't hard to do
01:11:22.620 in this particular
01:11:23.400 case.
01:11:24.280 Not hard to do.
01:11:26.860 But they don't
01:11:27.840 care because they're
01:11:28.920 not part of a
01:11:29.580 government of for and
01:11:30.660 by the people.
01:11:31.680 At least right now
01:11:32.780 they seem to be
01:11:33.560 operating like they
01:11:35.040 are just the
01:11:35.740 government and you
01:11:36.880 are you.
01:11:41.200 And that's the
01:11:42.040 problem because more
01:11:42.740 and more people this
01:11:43.600 guy spoke out I
01:11:44.680 think because he
01:11:45.740 was scared.
01:11:48.220 He saw what was
01:11:48.940 happening to his
01:11:49.620 country.
01:11:50.180 He saw what was
01:11:50.840 happening to people's
01:11:51.680 rights and he saw
01:11:52.780 the lies over and
01:11:53.800 over and over again
01:11:54.660 and I think people
01:11:55.380 are just reaching a
01:11:56.120 point where they're
01:11:56.460 like okay well
01:11:57.300 well no no nothing
01:12:02.380 will be solved if we
01:12:03.540 act like that.
01:12:04.740 Everything will be
01:12:05.340 solved because it's
01:12:06.660 all coming unraveling.
01:12:08.020 Did you see that
01:12:08.640 S&P stopped using
01:12:10.520 ESG as a score now?
01:12:14.120 Did you see that?
01:12:14.900 It's all coming
01:12:16.960 undone.
01:12:18.360 It's the truth will
01:12:20.500 set you free.
01:12:22.060 It'll make you
01:12:22.840 miserable first but it
01:12:25.300 will set you free and
01:12:26.560 it will it will free all
01:12:28.440 of the minds that are
01:12:30.080 currently captured in
01:12:31.320 all of these lies.
01:12:33.240 It will and it will
01:12:34.400 save them and quite
01:12:35.760 honestly the Lord would
01:12:37.980 have us saving all of
01:12:40.800 his children.
01:12:41.440 We don't just go
01:12:43.700 you know what they're
01:12:44.580 wrong I'm gonna get
01:12:45.780 them.
01:12:46.560 Oh payback's a bitch.
01:12:48.500 We don't do that.
01:12:50.340 You think your dad
01:12:51.340 would do that?
01:12:52.300 Hey hey hey that's
01:12:54.180 your sister.
01:12:55.800 Love her.
01:12:57.680 She's hurting right
01:12:58.620 now.
01:12:58.960 She's misguided right
01:12:59.980 now but love her
01:13:01.460 always.
01:13:02.540 Do no harm.
01:13:03.220 Don't you dare say
01:13:03.940 that about your sister.
01:13:05.540 You love her.
01:13:06.280 That's what our father
01:13:09.160 in heaven would say
01:13:10.240 about all those we
01:13:11.920 deem enemies right
01:13:13.140 now.
01:13:14.240 And that's hard to do.
01:13:16.340 It doesn't mean we
01:13:17.320 don't tell them the
01:13:18.080 truth.
01:13:18.840 It doesn't mean that we
01:13:20.220 don't try to stop their
01:13:21.740 errors from harming
01:13:23.680 others.
01:13:27.600 But it's all coming
01:13:28.740 undone.
01:13:29.880 So the reality is for
01:13:32.000 instance the president
01:13:33.620 is going on this tour to
01:13:34.920 talk about climate
01:13:35.760 warm climate change.
01:13:38.220 It's been what 17
01:13:39.560 days of temperatures
01:13:41.240 in Dallas over a
01:13:42.880 hundred.
01:13:43.540 That's the worst thing
01:13:44.640 that's ever happened in
01:13:45.800 the history of man for
01:13:47.380 the last four and a
01:13:48.460 half trillion years.
01:13:50.140 It's not this hot even
01:13:51.840 on the sun.
01:13:53.380 Not true.
01:13:54.440 Did you know in 1980
01:13:55.820 the record was it's
01:13:59.180 been 17 days.
01:14:00.000 I think the record was
01:14:00.700 50 or 60 days in a
01:14:02.500 row.
01:14:03.220 Hello.
01:14:04.920 And that was at the
01:14:05.820 end of the global
01:14:06.700 cooling scare.
01:14:10.180 So it's it's his for
01:14:12.100 instance he's going
01:14:13.380 around right now talking
01:14:15.360 about quote the largest
01:14:17.140 investment in climate in
01:14:18.780 the history of the world.
01:14:21.000 What was that investment
01:14:22.140 in the climate that
01:14:23.500 investment in the climate
01:14:24.760 is called the inflation
01:14:26.020 reduction act.
01:14:27.620 Why did you call the
01:14:28.700 biggest investment in
01:14:29.940 climate the inflation
01:14:31.000 reduction act because it's a
01:14:32.960 lie the whole thing is a
01:14:35.780 lie.
01:14:37.340 Now he says these things
01:14:39.680 and you get frustrated I
01:14:41.460 get frustrated but right
01:14:43.260 now he's saying you know
01:14:44.320 prices are way down this
01:14:45.860 this binomics it's working
01:14:47.560 it's working well is it have
01:14:49.460 you paid for gas lately did
01:14:51.540 he fix that or make it
01:14:52.680 worse.
01:14:53.800 How is your grocery bill.
01:14:55.560 Well inflation's down to
01:14:56.900 three percent yeah plus
01:14:59.280 the nine point one from
01:15:01.600 the prices being risen last
01:15:03.920 year they didn't go back
01:15:05.000 down nine percent they went
01:15:07.960 down six percent this year
01:15:11.040 they didn't go down from
01:15:13.260 they're still growing still
01:15:15.400 growing we're actually not
01:15:18.180 even down I'm sorry we are up
01:15:19.560 twelve percent now well gee
01:15:21.280 that's that's good twelve
01:15:22.360 percent that's worse than
01:15:24.400 nine the build back better
01:15:28.100 act so he's saying now that
01:15:32.760 you are getting off but you
01:15:34.860 we quote we're about
01:15:37.020 building an economy from the
01:15:38.520 middle out and the bottom up
01:15:40.100 not the top down then let me
01:15:42.200 ask you Joe Biden you are now
01:15:45.560 reportedly requesting more
01:15:47.280 disaster relief for Ukraine
01:15:49.820 this is the country that we're
01:15:52.840 not following the money this
01:15:54.760 is the most corrupt country in
01:15:56.080 the in the land this is the
01:15:57.640 country that you and your son
01:15:59.040 were doing business with and
01:16:00.860 that's not speculation anymore
01:16:02.780 that's fact look can we get
01:16:05.080 past this please we have the
01:16:07.060 documents for the love of Pete
01:16:08.860 we have 70 warnings from the
01:16:11.460 banking sector saying money
01:16:13.540 laundering can we please get
01:16:15.640 past that because we're still
01:16:17.280 sending money over there and we
01:16:19.280 don't know where it's going but
01:16:21.660 that's not all you're still
01:16:23.320 enriching people bad guys you're
01:16:25.300 taking our money and you're
01:16:27.080 sending it over there and God
01:16:28.480 only knows who's enriching
01:16:29.980 themselves but let me give you
01:16:31.880 this Biden transition official
01:16:33.960 caught on camera now saying
01:16:36.620 border crisis is a boom for
01:16:38.740 business why is it a boom for
01:16:40.360 business well because he was a guy
01:16:44.360 that was overseeing the detention
01:16:46.500 corruption and he was he was
01:16:48.840 building all kinds of things for
01:16:50.220 the for the for the immigrants and
01:16:53.100 he was sending all kinds of money to
01:16:54.980 these new organizations that he was
01:16:56.960 getting money from it's corruption he
01:17:00.360 was enriching himself how about this
01:17:03.160 one
01:17:03.500 Fauci and the NIH scientists
01:17:10.700 personally collecting royalty payments
01:17:13.820 from taxpayer funded inventions
01:17:16.640 was anyone making money on this
01:17:20.020 well yeah they were I told you three
01:17:23.940 years ago I showed you the evidence of
01:17:26.940 how this works I showed you that they
01:17:29.800 were making money on these things did
01:17:34.180 you get a check because I didn't get a
01:17:35.560 royalty check did you get a royalty
01:17:36.960 check well no no no of course not
01:17:40.260 they're building this from the bottom
01:17:41.980 up and the people like Fauci and the
01:17:44.580 secretary that was you know helping
01:17:46.860 out on the border that's the very
01:17:48.600 bottom that is the very bottom the
01:17:51.460 NIH took royalties from a Wuhan lab
01:17:54.380 collaborator a alleged front for
01:17:57.960 Russian bioweapons that's the very
01:18:01.160 bottom right energy secretary Granholm
01:18:04.000 sold 1.6 million in holdings in an
01:18:07.100 electric bus maker after Biden visited
01:18:09.920 the firm
01:18:10.600 huh then they declared bankruptcy but
01:18:17.360 don't worry that was just your money
01:18:20.120 that was just your money she happened
01:18:22.700 to invest in it when it was going up
01:18:24.700 when the government's getting their
01:18:25.860 money and then when they started
01:18:27.840 looking at it they're like oh boy this
01:18:29.120 thing's gonna fail she got her money
01:18:30.840 out so she made her profit that's
01:18:33.180 building it from the bottom up isn't
01:18:35.120 it
01:18:36.180 when they say we're gonna build it
01:18:42.200 from the bottom up we're gonna build
01:18:43.880 the the poor people and give them the
01:18:47.620 money in the power instead of the rich
01:18:49.800 I don't want the government doing any
01:18:51.500 of that I don't care if you're poor or
01:18:54.280 rich do you have a better idea do you
01:18:58.420 have a way to change my life or
01:19:00.560 people's lives for the better that's who
01:19:05.180 I want to be able to be free and who
01:19:07.720 does that include oh I don't know
01:19:09.180 everyone freedom means opportunity but
01:19:13.660 then you have to take that opportunity
01:19:16.040 freedom doesn't mean you're given
01:19:18.820 everything it means I have the
01:19:21.120 opportunity to change my life I have
01:19:23.660 the opportunity to live my own life now
01:19:26.480 that may mean that I'm just not going to
01:19:28.340 do anything well then your opportunity
01:19:30.600 is going to kind of go away because
01:19:32.920 you have closed the door on that
01:19:35.300 opportunity but if you're somebody that
01:19:37.340 wants to educate themselves and you
01:19:39.500 don't need a special education unless
01:19:41.940 you're a brain surgeon you don't need
01:19:44.480 that expensive education you can educate
01:19:47.360 yourself for the love of Pete you have
01:19:49.560 the internet you have the power of every
01:19:52.160 book on earth at your fingertips I need
01:19:56.400 somebody to say yep you're important
01:19:59.100 you're smart no you don't it's a scam
01:20:01.940 stop it
01:20:03.120 you need to educate yourself and take
01:20:07.680 responsibility for yourself and walk
01:20:10.760 through those doors of opportunity and
01:20:12.640 don't kick them closed for the people
01:20:14.280 behind you
01:20:15.040 that's Bidenomics kicking the doors
01:20:19.580 closed behind them so you can't get it
01:20:23.780 but don't worry all of their special

01:21:40.920 back the Glenn Beck program
01:21:43.300 responsible gun ownership is one of the
01:21:56.620 foundations of American society if you're
01:21:59.280 someone who takes this seriously you know
01:22:01.240 that getting good requires a lot of
01:22:04.040 practice and being in practice is really
01:22:06.320 important and this used to mean spending a
01:22:08.860 ton of money on ammunition and going to
01:22:10.960 the range until iTarget came along that
01:22:13.560 is of course if you've ever seen
01:22:14.960 competitive shooters practice timing
01:22:16.640 drills on the range you it looks like
01:22:19.340 something that would be really fun to do
01:22:20.620 but like you know you're not really able
01:22:22.040 to do that it's expensive well guess what
01:22:25.140 you can do it at home now and you never
01:22:26.720 spend a dime on ammo with the iTarget cube
01:22:29.360 the iTarget cube is fully compatible with
01:22:31.280 your existing laser bullets from iTarget Pro

01:22:37.620 experience and you can practice these
01:22:39.700 drills that you're seeing on ESPN you
01:22:42.040 know you can see this go on and you can
01:22:43.620 go and you can practice these drills
01:22:44.600 right in your home and the system will
01:22:47.120 time every shot that you make you can
01:22:49.600 connect this to your Wi-Fi you can go do
01:22:52.340 this with your friends you practice alone
01:22:53.860 it is really cool you can put these
01:22:55.420 anywhere in your house because it just
01:22:56.860 connects to the Wi-Fi it's really simple
01:22:58.480 and this does not of course have the
01:23:00.300 inconvenience of having to go to the
01:23:01.480 shooting range and having to spend all
01:23:02.820 the money if you want the benefits of
01:23:04.380 staying in practice and none of the
01:23:05.700 drawbacks iTarget is for you you can save
01:23:07.680 10% plus free shipping with the offer

01:23:14.660 really any any weapon you can you can
01:23:16.840 train with it's iTargetPro.com
01:23:19.380 you know if if you are somebody who is
01:23:25.960 just not a fan you're not a fan of way
01:23:28.320 Donald Trump handles the questions and
01:23:30.600 the press and it's you know he's just
01:23:32.560 you're stupid I don't like your question
01:23:35.060 that's a stupid question right right here's
01:23:38.300 Joe Biden yesterday when when Peter
01:23:43.200 Doocy from Fox asked Joe Biden about his
01:23:47.580 son's business partners listen he did
01:23:50.440 about 90 minutes ago give us first of its
01:23:52.860 kind reaction when he waved me over at the
01:23:56.340 end of an event there's this testimony now
01:24:00.620 where one of your son's former business
01:24:02.900 associates is claiming that you were on
01:24:05.980 speakerphone a lot with them talking
01:24:07.720 business is that what I've never talked
01:24:09.700 business and I know you'd have a lousy
01:24:12.440 question well what do you it's why is that
01:24:14.380 a lousy question because it's not true
01:24:16.680 oh because it's no surprise I've heard from
01:24:21.300 a White House official who tells us that in
01:24:24.540 their reading of that exchange the question
01:24:27.160 is wrong and his answer is right because
01:24:30.780 they insist President Biden never did talk
01:24:33.140 about business on those calls which is what
01:24:36.560 he said in response to my question so didn't
01:24:39.740 really seem like you wanted to talk about
01:24:41.160 that today okay stop uh hang on just a
01:24:44.700 second that's a lousy question I knew you'd
01:24:47.220 have a stupid question oh wow that sounds
01:24:50.380 very Trumpian doesn't it I knew you'd have a
01:24:53.800 lousy question hang on just a second your
01:24:57.060 your son's former business associates said
01:25:01.460 you were on the speakerphone and said that
01:25:03.900 you did do business in some cases you were
01:25:06.980 aware of it and we have all this evidence I
01:25:10.520 that's a stupid question somebody just accused
01:25:13.740 you of something and there seems to be
01:25:15.240 mounting evidence that it's true I shouldn't
01:25:18.140 even ask you that question no Peter
01:25:21.680 Doocy did the right thing everyone should
01:25:24.260 be asking this question of the president
01:25:26.520 can you fill in the blanks here because
01:25:29.400 your cute old-timey I'm just like your
01:25:32.960 lovable grandpa answer isn't working
01:25:35.360 anymore
01:25:35.960 the Glenn Beck program
01:25:41.360 we got no room to compromise
01:25:56.360 we gotta stand together it's the course of
01:26:01.480 life
01:26:02.360 what you're about to hear is the fusion of
01:26:19.240 entertainment and enlightenment this is the
01:26:25.000 Glenn Beck program
01:26:26.120 hello America I want to talk to you about the
01:26:31.980 FBI and de-escalation and I'd like to
01:26:35.300 actually talk to somebody who knows something
01:26:37.720 about it a former FBI agent he is a federal
01:26:41.780 whistleblower a former a former FBI agent for
01:26:45.980 a reason but he has some experience in this at
01:26:49.160 least personal experience his father was loosely
01:26:53.380 involved with the Waco situation his father was a
01:26:58.500 broadcaster who actually spoke to the branch
01:27:02.800 Davidians on air and worked with the FBI Kyle is
01:27:07.520 here to tell us what he thinks about yesterday's
01:27:10.720 action in Utah we talked to him in 60 seconds
01:27:15.100 stand by
01:27:15.620 all right it is uh it is important to understand that
01:27:22.140 cyber crime is real uh and it's going to get worse
01:27:26.140 health care information they just they keep breaching
01:27:29.240 this they keep it was Maximus federal services now this
01:27:33.220 is a medicare contractor uh another 11 million people's
01:27:37.340 data was just twisting in there in that wind and uh since
01:27:41.520 the breach happened all the way back in may
01:27:43.380 maybe your name social security number phone number email address
01:27:48.760 prescription details and health care claims
01:27:51.680 you name it it's probably still out there
01:27:54.980 so what do you do to fight it well may I suggest one of the best things you can
01:27:59.560 do to start is lifelock no one can prevent all
01:28:03.160 identity theft monitor all transactions but
01:28:06.020 you can help protect what's yours with lifelock by Norton

01:28:18.760 use the promo code Beck and save 25 percent
01:28:22.120 Kyle welcome to the Glenn Beck program how are you sir
01:28:25.720 I'm doing very well how are you doing Glenn
01:28:27.880 I'm good so this this situation uh that happened in Provo Utah yesterday
01:28:34.080 is bothersome on so many levels and let me start
01:28:37.720 first with the quote-unquote victim uh the guy who was making threats
01:28:43.260 you don't do that what he did was wrong illegal
01:28:48.860 and you would expect the FBI to come in
01:28:52.680 however you wouldn't expect them to kill him
01:28:56.800 so I don't see a good guy here on either side
01:29:03.180 although I do kind of side with uh uh with the victim because
01:29:09.380 it was completely unnecessary on what happened
01:29:12.600 can you talk me through this yeah so we have to look at sort of the bigger picture
01:29:18.140 the bigger picture is this you can make really bad decisions and get to the point
01:29:21.720 where there's a SWAT team there and once that happens
01:29:23.740 a shooting of someone in that scenario can be very justified
01:29:26.820 and uh the deadly force policy for the for the FBI which is the entire DOJ's deadly force policy
01:29:32.100 it's pretty specific the most operative clause there is when the officer has a reasonable belief
01:29:36.580 that the subject of the force that's the person they shoot
01:29:38.840 poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or another person
01:29:42.720 then that deadly force is justified they're able to do it
01:29:45.660 so you can have a justifiable shooting and I'm very I'm pretty confident I've talked to my buddies
01:29:49.820 who are actually on that team that this was a straightforward weapon scenario
01:29:53.620 they were justified in making that shot but we have that's that's c d and e of the steps of you
01:29:58.980 know like he produces a weapon they have to react to it and then the guy is dead
01:30:01.660 that's c d and e but a and b is the decisions of the investigation that went on before it
01:30:06.140 and the decision to send SWAT into this guy's presence and those can be bad decisions
01:30:10.780 so we can step further back and see this being a bigger problem
01:30:13.800 and so even though the just you know the SWAT team may have been justified in their shooting
01:30:17.420 sending SWAT which is an FBI kind of a standard move right now
01:30:21.140 they have a whole matrices of questions and concerns for any given arrest operation
01:30:25.920 SWAT is the default position
01:30:27.920 I used to joke that the guys because I used to work with the SWAT team in Washington field office
01:30:31.660 I've worked with SWAT teams in other places as a surveillance agent
01:30:34.420 we were integral in watching people before they were arrested
01:30:37.580 and so you would keep an eye on the subject before it happens
01:30:39.800 so I've done this I don't know upwards of 50 times I would say
01:30:42.640 I've been in a lot of these briefings
01:30:43.940 some of my buddies have been on these teams for a long time
01:30:46.620 and the kind of the kooky piece of it is
01:30:50.140 is that you don't want to engage somebody in a place where they're most likely to be violent
01:30:56.360 that's not the best course of action right
01:30:59.040 so in order to get this guy into custody safely
01:31:01.940 there are many other tools in the tool belt
01:31:03.660 but I used to tell the guys on SWAT
01:31:05.360 SWAT doesn't stand for special weapons and a tactic
01:31:07.700 it actually is the standard warrants and arrest team
01:31:09.740 because they are the default position the FBI goes to
01:31:12.200 to make arrests
01:31:13.160 some cases they'll never use their handcuffs
01:31:16.960 because SWAT is busy doing their arrests
01:31:18.440 and that's not good
01:31:20.380 so Kyle here is the thing
01:31:22.680 first of all I thought George Floyd
01:31:24.540 I thought that was all about
01:31:25.660 you know and all the march against the police
01:31:27.340 of using excessive force when it wasn't needed
01:31:30.420 I'm disgusted by this whole thing
01:31:33.820 and I still believe what the guy did was wrong
01:31:37.980 and he should have expected the FBI to show up
01:31:41.180 but they did show up
01:31:43.020 he's 75 years old
01:31:45.180 he is obese
01:31:47.360 5'4", 300 pounds
01:31:49.160 he can't get up out of a chair
01:31:51.880 without a walking stick or a cane
01:31:54.020 he walks with a cane
01:31:55.760 he's got a blind son
01:31:57.820 who just had a stroke
01:31:59.400 and you use basically a tank
01:32:03.400 to come in through his front window
01:32:05.460 I mean here's the problem
01:32:07.680 if you wanted to get this guy
01:32:10.360 and make sure that you had him in custody
01:32:13.120 why wouldn't you take him
01:32:15.120 when he got out of his car
01:32:16.160 at the parking lot of the supermarket
01:32:18.240 why wouldn't you take him out
01:32:20.080 you know and surround him
01:32:22.380 and arrest him
01:32:23.120 in the parking lot of his church
01:32:25.260 why wouldn't you go
01:32:26.600 he was a member of the church
01:32:28.060 in good standing
01:32:28.900 he was actually part of the leadership
01:32:31.140 of the church
01:32:31.880 in a small way
01:32:32.620 he was a secretary
01:32:33.960 to a clerical position
01:32:36.820 he could have gone to the pastor
01:32:39.320 or the bishop
01:32:39.900 and said
01:32:40.500 the FBI could have said
01:32:42.020 look we have a warrant
01:32:43.380 we know this guy is old
01:32:45.280 he's infirm
01:32:45.860 but he's doing things
01:32:47.040 that are really dangerous
01:32:48.080 and de-escalate
01:32:50.000 what they did
01:32:51.240 is they almost guaranteed
01:32:53.360 that this man would die
01:32:55.340 I agree with you
01:32:57.500 and I agree that all those tactics
01:32:58.860 those techniques
01:32:59.480 you just mentioned
01:33:00.220 those are in the tool belt
01:33:01.340 and they exist
01:33:02.040 but the FBI is fundamentally
01:33:03.300 not flexible
01:33:04.540 they're not nimble
01:33:05.520 and they're sort of lazy
01:33:06.380 in their thinking
01:33:06.980 there's an old saying
01:33:08.300 that if you choose your doctor
01:33:09.580 you choose your diagnosis
01:33:10.640 in many ways
01:33:11.740 if you choose your law enforcement tactic
01:33:13.520 you're going to choose
01:33:14.680 that outcome as well
01:33:15.660 and you at least put certain things
01:33:16.780 on the table
01:33:17.140 that wouldn't otherwise be there
01:33:18.100 my old job
01:33:19.380 I spent three years doing this
01:33:20.580 thousands of hours a year
01:33:21.760 it was called
01:33:23.660 Special Operations Group
01:33:24.600 but essentially
01:33:25.040 we were a surveillance group
01:33:26.280 that had the ability
01:33:27.280 because we were armed agents
01:33:28.520 to do interdiction
01:33:29.600 and they call it TSI
01:33:31.020 in the FBI
01:33:31.580 or Tactical Surveillance
01:33:32.620 to Interdiction
01:33:33.220 and it's exactly
01:33:34.200 what you just said
01:33:34.920 I grab you
01:33:35.680 when you're pumping gas
01:33:36.580 we grab MS-13 members
01:33:38.300 who might swing a machete at us
01:33:39.860 and we might have to shoot
01:33:40.700 we grab them
01:33:41.420 when they had two cups of coffee
01:33:42.380 in their hand
01:33:42.740 because they were going
01:33:43.340 to their construction job
01:33:44.260 at 7 in the morning
01:33:44.980 and that is far safer
01:33:46.340 for the public
01:33:46.980 it's safer for the subject
01:33:48.140 and it's safer for the officer
01:33:49.380 so when you
01:33:50.120 so what the hell happened
01:33:51.020 why would you do that
01:33:51.880 for MS-13
01:33:52.740 but not for a 75 year old guy
01:33:55.140 who doesn't mean
01:33:56.700 the things that he's saying
01:33:57.760 he's just
01:33:58.240 wrapped up in this
01:34:00.100 stupid internet world
01:34:01.600 there's two possibilities
01:34:03.540 one is that it's
01:34:04.420 they're sending the message
01:34:05.320 and that is definitely
01:34:06.200 a real possibility
01:34:07.020 and we have to do it
01:34:07.820 but we can't impugn
01:34:08.780 people's motive
01:34:09.260 without knowing
01:34:09.820 and the second possibility
01:34:10.980 is lazy thinking
01:34:11.760 which is that
01:34:12.220 we've always done it this way
01:34:13.380 and that is a default
01:34:14.480 FBI position
01:34:15.380 it's like well
01:34:15.980 we had two agents
01:34:16.980 shot in 2021
01:34:17.840 on that child pornography
01:34:18.960 warrant down in Miami
01:34:19.780 and we send SWAT
01:34:21.020 to people that might
01:34:21.800 have a gun
01:34:22.300 because that's one
01:34:23.120 of the criteria
01:34:23.640 if they have a dangerous dog
01:34:25.240 that's a criteria for SWAT
01:34:26.500 and if they've shared
01:34:27.960 basically that they have
01:34:28.720 negative feelings
01:34:29.280 about law enforcement
01:34:30.040 and one of the three charges
01:34:31.460 that is in that complaint
01:34:32.640 about this guy
01:34:33.660 Craig Robertson
01:34:34.780 is a complaint
01:34:35.580 about him making threats
01:34:36.820 to law enforcement
01:34:37.440 that's the court number two
01:34:38.480 it's 18 USC 115
01:34:40.460 where he basically told
01:34:41.780 the FBI
01:34:42.180 come back with a warrant
01:34:43.040 and by the way
01:34:43.540 I'm carrying a gun
01:34:44.560 and they took that
01:34:45.600 as a threat
01:34:46.020 and look
01:34:46.660 that's a legitimate threat
01:34:47.660 his original threat
01:34:48.420 I agree
01:34:48.780 those all happened in March
01:34:50.540 like you said
01:34:50.940 bad choices
01:34:51.960 but you also see
01:34:53.420 that the reason
01:34:53.940 that this thing kicked off
01:34:54.940 and why they went
01:34:55.460 to go grab him
01:34:56.040 was because Joe Biden
01:34:56.980 was coming to the state
01:34:57.840 and he made a threat
01:34:59.500 to Joe Biden
01:35:00.040 so we had the final straw
01:35:01.240 was actually 18 USC 871
01:35:02.880 which is usually
01:35:03.820 a Secret Service
01:35:04.580 sort of prerogative
01:35:06.020 it just turns out
01:35:06.880 they had this open case
01:35:07.740 from the FBI
01:35:08.200 so why wouldn't
01:35:10.360 the Secret Service
01:35:11.660 be the ones to go in
01:35:13.020 I've done this for 50 years
01:35:14.700 Kyle
01:35:15.040 I've reported on
01:35:16.240 crazy stories
01:35:17.280 for 50 years
01:35:18.700 47
01:35:19.360 and I gotta tell you
01:35:21.360 I've not seen this
01:35:23.160 before with
01:35:24.000 with Secret Service
01:35:24.960 or the FBI
01:35:25.680 I've seen them
01:35:26.580 go take people
01:35:27.360 in their house
01:35:27.980 I've seen them
01:35:29.140 you know
01:35:29.540 President is coming in
01:35:30.780 they've monitored somebody
01:35:32.100 I've never seen this
01:35:34.300 no you're spot on
01:35:37.080 and so the concern is
01:35:38.260 let's just do
01:35:39.600 like a little replay
01:35:40.340 because we all live
01:35:41.220 through Donald Trump's
01:35:41.880 pregnancy
01:35:42.200 presidency
01:35:43.440 my wife is pregnant
01:35:44.640 well my wife is pregnant
01:35:45.940 right now
01:35:46.260 she's about to have a baby
01:35:46.920 so I have this
01:35:47.440 I've got babies right
01:35:48.800 sorry about that
01:35:49.600 but think about this
01:35:51.000 you've got people
01:35:52.260 like Kathy Griffin
01:35:53.080 that were cutting off
01:35:53.760 the head of an effigy
01:35:54.940 of Donald Trump
01:35:55.820 you've got Snoop Dogg
01:35:57.040 pointing a gun
01:35:57.620 at a Donald Trump
01:35:58.960 sort of actor
01:35:59.880 you've got
01:36:00.840 you've got guys
01:36:02.360 like
01:36:03.000 you have Johnny Depp
01:36:05.020 saying
01:36:05.580 where's
01:36:06.480 the last time
01:36:07.720 an actor
01:36:08.280 killed a president
01:36:09.620 with John Wilkes-Muth
01:36:10.660 maybe an actor
01:36:11.440 should kill this president
01:36:12.500 I mean
01:36:13.380 they didn't bust
01:36:14.140 his door down
01:36:14.920 Madonna thinks
01:36:15.540 you want to fill up
01:36:16.240 the White House
01:36:16.760 okay
01:36:17.300 yep
01:36:17.600 so
01:36:17.940 and did any of those people
01:36:19.480 and I had people
01:36:20.040 respond to me on social media
01:36:21.360 and they said
01:36:21.800 well the Secret Service
01:36:22.560 called them
01:36:23.060 and I said
01:36:23.480 I always felt like
01:36:24.460 when the Secret Service
01:36:25.120 called somebody
01:36:25.660 it's the same
01:36:26.080 as the SWAT team
01:36:26.780 breaking down your window
01:36:28.000 at 6.15 in the morning
01:36:29.040 it's just
01:36:29.700 it's night and day
01:36:30.620 in the experience of it
01:36:31.680 and so that is where
01:36:32.940 it feels like
01:36:33.560 it's weaponized
01:36:34.100 because people are seeing
01:36:34.820 two different sides
01:36:35.660 and the way they were treated
01:36:36.900 and that's troubling
01:36:37.580 it should be really troubling
01:36:38.620 to Americans
01:36:39.140 all right
01:36:40.080 so
01:36:40.500 they say he was armed
01:36:43.360 what does that mean
01:36:45.480 that he had guns in the safe
01:36:46.880 or he was holding one
01:36:47.820 and pointing it at
01:36:48.580 a tank
01:36:49.580 or pointing it at
01:36:51.140 the officers
01:36:51.980 even having it in his hand
01:36:54.980 would make it justifiable
01:36:56.060 that is an imminent threat
01:36:57.340 and so they can justify
01:36:58.660 like I said
01:36:59.120 you can say that
01:36:59.940 this was a justified shoot
01:37:01.180 and that it was
01:37:01.800 a quote unquote
01:37:02.340 good shoot
01:37:02.920 in the law enforcement context
01:37:04.280 wow really
01:37:05.420 because hang on
01:37:06.280 just a second Kyle
01:37:07.080 because I can't do that
01:37:08.260 if my life
01:37:09.940 isn't truly threatened
01:37:11.020 even if he's
01:37:11.840 pointing a gun at me
01:37:13.580 if I don't feel
01:37:15.420 I'm truly threatened
01:37:16.740 by that
01:37:17.500 it's not a justifiable shooting
01:37:19.440 and I'll have to go to court
01:37:20.380 to prove that
01:37:21.260 but the FBI is okay
01:37:22.580 well it's the way
01:37:24.600 it's taught at Quantico
01:37:25.360 and so this is maybe
01:37:26.240 some inside baseball
01:37:27.020 for your listeners
01:37:27.940 but they actually do a scenario
01:37:29.280 where a guy is sitting
01:37:30.160 at a desk
01:37:30.580 and the reason why is this
01:37:31.880 and Glenn this is me
01:37:32.820 trying to be very fair
01:37:33.600 to both sides of it
01:37:34.360 of which
01:37:34.800 like I said
01:37:35.520 I don't think anybody
01:37:36.960 that was on that warrant
01:37:37.800 woke up in the morning
01:37:38.460 and said we're going to go
01:37:39.080 kill this guy
01:37:39.520 and here we go
01:37:40.000 and high-fived it
01:37:40.880 when they were done
01:37:41.360 I think they're probably
01:37:42.520 devastated
01:37:43.020 but the decisions
01:37:44.440 from the management tree
01:37:45.280 that made them there
01:37:46.080 in that spot
01:37:46.620 were very bad
01:37:47.420 and I think they're
01:37:47.940 incredibly dangerous
01:37:48.620 the scenario that gets
01:37:49.920 taught at Quantico
01:37:50.780 it's a standard training
01:37:52.100 scenario that every
01:37:53.520 FBI agent goes through
01:37:54.540 there's a man
01:37:55.360 sitting at a desk
01:37:56.140 he has a gun
01:37:57.200 on the desk
01:37:57.800 with his hand on it
01:37:58.860 okay
01:37:59.900 you are approaching
01:38:00.980 this guy
01:38:01.260 to give him a subpoena
01:38:02.000 you get up
01:38:02.500 and you realize
01:38:02.880 he has a weapon system
01:38:03.740 if you try to talk him down
01:38:05.540 he is saying he's going
01:38:07.020 to kill himself
01:38:07.620 but he kills his secretary
01:38:08.900 and then he kills himself
01:38:09.780 before you get a chance
01:38:10.560 to react
01:38:10.900 and the fact of the matter
01:38:12.200 is all these scenarios
01:38:13.460 action will beat reaction
01:38:15.060 if someone has a weapon
01:38:16.080 system in their hand
01:38:17.100 and they have it
01:38:17.980 at low ready
01:38:18.720 or it is their hand
01:38:19.620 in a holster
01:38:20.080 they can actually shoot you
01:38:21.620 you can actually draw
01:38:22.460 a weapon out of the holster
01:38:23.460 and shoot somebody
01:38:24.640 if you make that decision
01:38:25.680 before the person
01:38:27.220 who's holding a gun on you
01:38:28.120 can actually react
01:38:28.880 it's been proven
01:38:29.860 over and over and over again
01:38:31.080 on every level
01:38:31.840 special operations
01:38:32.560 troops do it
01:38:33.000 so that's why
01:38:33.780 there's an image standard
01:38:34.760 I've actually gone
01:38:36.720 through the training
01:38:37.680 and one of the scenarios
01:38:39.780 is a guy
01:38:40.540 who's holding
01:38:41.060 his girlfriend hostage
01:38:42.220 and the only way
01:38:43.340 that you win
01:38:44.220 in that situation
01:38:45.200 is if you shoot him first
01:38:47.200 so I've seen the training
01:38:49.840 and I understand that
01:38:50.940 I'm just
01:38:51.340 I'm just bothered
01:38:53.720 by what this
01:38:54.660 what happened here
01:38:55.940 because I've never
01:38:57.400 seen it before
01:38:58.200 it's an overreaction
01:38:59.800 from government
01:39:00.660 it is clear
01:39:02.000 I mean
01:39:02.680 right now
01:39:03.380 if this man were black
01:39:04.740 and a democrat
01:39:05.900 everybody would say
01:39:07.400 say his name
01:39:08.620 say his name
01:39:09.840 and you want to talk about
01:39:12.280 the cities would be on fire
01:39:15.100 and so I'm really bothered by it
01:39:17.540 and I'm also really bothered
01:39:18.840 by the fact
01:39:19.520 because I've seen CSI
01:39:20.740 but maybe the FBI
01:39:22.200 doesn't need to have
01:39:23.340 anybody check on them
01:39:24.320 why did they move the body
01:39:25.900 from the house
01:39:26.660 and leave it out
01:39:27.320 on the sidewalk
01:39:27.940 for two hours
01:39:28.820 so I got two possibilities
01:39:30.900 and they're both stupid
01:39:31.760 the one possibility
01:39:32.840 is they moved him out there
01:39:33.920 to work on him
01:39:34.500 in a medical scenario
01:39:35.220 we set up usually
01:39:36.060 outside of these buildings
01:39:36.880 in what we call
01:39:37.760 a casualty collection point
01:39:38.860 that's a pretty standard
01:39:39.680 military tactic
01:39:40.420 so you take people
01:39:41.520 outside of the place
01:39:42.340 where the threat is
01:39:43.000 you bring them to a safe place
01:39:44.260 and then you can work on them
01:39:45.160 that's acceptable
01:39:45.720 okay
01:39:46.200 and I've been a paramedic
01:39:48.580 for over 10 years
01:39:49.280 and that's what our plan was
01:39:50.760 you don't really expect
01:39:51.860 to ever have to use it
01:39:52.720 on a subject
01:39:53.620 it's generally in case
01:39:54.440 one of your teammates has hit
01:39:55.900 but that may be the plan
01:39:57.300 that they executed
01:39:57.900 so let's go with that
01:39:58.820 but why was he left out there
01:40:00.240 and we're hearing reports
01:40:01.200 he was left out there
01:40:01.800 for hours
01:40:02.340 and I can't validate those yet
01:40:04.340 but let's just assume that was
01:40:05.600 that is basic government
01:40:07.680 and particularly FBI incompetence
01:40:09.260 because the FBI
01:40:09.860 doesn't deal with bodies
01:40:10.800 they don't shoot very many people
01:40:11.980 number one
01:40:12.500 thankfully
01:40:13.060 and number two
01:40:14.160 there's no plan if they did
01:40:15.500 like they don't
01:40:16.520 they don't deal with homicides
01:40:18.000 that is a local police matter
01:40:19.460 and so when you have this scenario
01:40:21.480 what the hell do they do
01:40:22.300 they don't even know
01:40:22.940 they're calling
01:40:23.660 like how do we get the lab division
01:40:25.080 where's the ERT
01:40:26.280 the evidence response team
01:40:27.580 they're probably trying to do
01:40:28.580 everything right
01:40:29.080 and you know
01:40:29.480 do the federal thing
01:40:30.300 like you know
01:40:30.980 dot the I's and cross the T's
01:40:32.340 but they're screwing up
01:40:32.980 and they're leaving a body out
01:40:33.860 maybe that's why
01:40:35.360 did they involve the local police
01:40:37.580 or did they call 911
01:40:38.820 after they shot him
01:40:39.940 maybe that's why
01:40:40.980 you would have the local sheriffs
01:40:42.320 yeah
01:40:42.780 that's why you should have
01:40:43.780 the sheriff's department
01:40:44.880 and the police department there
01:40:47.020 because who's watching
01:40:48.480 the bad guys
01:40:49.340 who's watching the bad guys
01:40:51.500 if this
01:40:52.820 if this guy
01:40:53.940 is bad
01:40:54.760 great
01:40:55.260 if the other side
01:40:56.520 is bad
01:40:57.020 we should know about it
01:40:58.020 and that's only
01:40:58.880 if we have an independent
01:41:00.440 look at it
01:41:01.440 I mean I
01:41:02.120 I just
01:41:02.640 this really
01:41:03.760 really bothers
01:41:04.760 and I'm not defending
01:41:05.960 him
01:41:07.020 I'm really not
01:41:08.800 he was
01:41:09.900 I mean he's
01:41:10.740 known in the community
01:41:12.200 as being a lovable
01:41:13.220 teddy bear kind of guy
01:41:14.300 but he got wrapped up
01:41:16.220 in the
01:41:17.680 in his internet persona
01:41:19.820 and did stupid
01:41:21.600 stupid things
01:41:22.840 but they've already
01:41:24.480 met this guy
01:41:25.420 they've been looking
01:41:26.180 at this guy forever
01:41:27.420 he's in a
01:41:28.400 he's threatened
01:41:29.440 the president
01:41:30.020 he says he's gonna
01:41:30.700 get into a ghillie suit
01:41:32.340 and uh
01:41:33.380 a ghillie suit
01:41:34.500 in a car park
01:41:36.060 surrounded in cement
01:41:37.380 and he's 300 pounds
01:41:38.520 and he walks with a cane
01:41:39.520 what bush
01:41:40.100 walks around with a cane
01:41:41.340 I mean
01:41:42.240 it's ridiculous
01:41:43.960 the way this was handled
01:41:45.180 and uh
01:41:46.800 I hope it's not
01:41:47.980 swept under the rug
01:41:49.100 Kyle
01:41:50.400 unfortunately just because
01:41:51.440 they do
01:41:51.820 this side is
01:41:52.600 this is not the side
01:41:53.360 that people get outraged
01:41:54.120 about unfortunately
01:41:54.880 I am uh
01:41:57.500 I thank you
01:41:58.740 and I
01:41:59.040 I hope I'm not
01:42:00.040 unfair to
01:42:01.180 uh
01:42:02.240 those good
01:42:03.120 FBI agents
01:42:04.120 but it's high
01:42:04.900 damn time
01:42:06.060 voices like yours
01:42:07.680 are not so alone
01:42:08.840 it's high time
01:42:10.380 that the FBI
01:42:11.160 says you know what
01:42:12.240 this
01:42:13.140 was a
01:42:14.140 horrible error
01:42:15.460 and
01:42:16.440 I'm not gonna be
01:42:17.120 a part of this
01:42:17.840 I'm sorry
01:42:18.640 but we didn't
01:42:19.620 make this decision
01:42:20.640 they did
01:42:21.700 and it was a
01:42:22.360 stupid decision
01:42:23.480 somebody needs
01:42:24.860 to pay for it
01:42:25.760 sorry Kyle
01:42:27.740 thank you so much
01:42:28.600 no I appreciate it
01:42:30.260 thanks
01:42:30.420 you bet
01:42:31.480 I think
01:42:32.580 Stu
01:42:33.000 did I
01:42:33.360 did I make him mad
01:42:35.400 no I don't think so
01:42:36.680 I think you guys
01:42:38.000 generally agree
01:42:38.980 he obviously has
01:42:39.680 really
01:42:40.220 real inside
01:42:41.040 knowledge on
01:42:41.940 what they're doing
01:42:42.620 on a day to day basis
01:42:43.580 and wants to
01:42:45.560 separate the
01:42:46.240 practices
01:42:46.820 from you know
01:42:47.820 the individual
01:42:48.300 officers
01:42:48.880 which is an
01:42:49.420 understandable
01:42:49.920 point
01:42:50.560 and let me
01:42:51.560 give you the
01:42:52.020 let me give you
01:42:52.660 the example
01:42:53.160 of the lazy
01:42:53.720 thing in a
01:42:54.220 second
01:42:54.440 first let me
01:42:54.920 stop for a
01:42:55.480 minute and
01:42:55.800 tell you about
01:42:56.120 gold line
01:42:56.660 the inflation
01:42:58.760 is getting
01:42:59.700 bad
01:43:00.980 S&P just
01:43:03.100 said that
01:43:03.900 California is
01:43:04.900 going to be
01:43:05.220 downgraded
01:43:05.880 well who's
01:43:07.140 going to buy
01:43:07.420 your bonds
01:43:07.860 California
01:43:08.480 what are you
01:43:09.280 going to do
01:43:09.720 because you
01:43:10.240 can't print
01:43:10.920 money like the
01:43:11.860 federal government
01:43:12.460 you know what
01:43:12.940 you'll do
01:43:13.360 is you'll put
01:43:14.380 your hand out
01:43:15.140 to the federal
01:43:15.680 government
01:43:16.100 and my damn
01:43:16.940 tax money
01:43:17.660 will go for
01:43:18.560 your stupid
01:43:19.500 ass programs
01:43:20.520 that I never
01:43:21.380 voted for
01:43:22.240 but I digress
01:43:24.500 things are not
01:43:26.420 going well
01:43:28.120 with the economy

01:44:19.420 this is the
01:44:30.040 Glenn Beck
01:44:30.440 program
01:44:30.800 you know he
01:44:31.260 was talking
01:44:31.620 about the
01:44:31.920 FBI being
01:44:32.520 lazy and it
01:44:33.280 is true
01:44:33.740 the FBI
01:44:35.920 secret service
01:44:37.360 they're lazy
01:44:38.020 I would
01:44:39.140 rather have
01:44:39.880 my security
01:44:40.940 that I have
01:44:42.220 every day
01:44:42.860 than the
01:44:44.420 secret service
01:44:45.000 because we
01:44:45.760 have gotten
01:44:46.340 around the
01:44:46.820 secret service
01:44:47.480 several times
01:44:48.440 and we've
01:44:48.860 told them
01:44:49.300 hey by the
01:44:49.840 way we
01:44:50.840 just came
01:44:51.280 in through
01:44:51.600 an unlocked
01:44:52.220 door back
01:44:53.240 there
01:44:53.640 you guys
01:44:55.340 should probably
01:44:56.000 check the
01:44:56.560 locked
01:44:56.860 unlocked doors
01:44:57.780 right behind
01:44:58.480 you
01:44:58.780 they're
01:45:00.460 sloppy
01:45:01.140 because it's
01:45:02.220 money
01:45:02.560 how they solve
01:45:03.920 everything is
01:45:05.140 well we got the
01:45:05.760 resources we have
01:45:06.600 money
01:45:06.860 we'll just
01:45:07.780 we'll just hire
01:45:08.420 more we'll just
01:45:09.000 buy more medical
01:45:09.900 metal detectors
01:45:11.400 we'll just do
01:45:12.040 more
01:45:12.380 but they
01:45:13.500 don't think
01:45:14.680 and that
01:45:16.420 comes from
01:45:17.140 government
01:45:17.660 having an
01:45:18.560 endless pile
01:45:19.580 of money
01:45:20.320 and they put
01:45:21.500 themselves
01:45:22.140 they put you
01:45:23.220 they put the
01:45:23.780 president
01:45:24.260 they put
01:45:24.980 everybody
01:45:25.660 in danger
01:45:26.580 and we're
01:45:28.200 seeing that
01:45:28.680 if this is
01:45:29.880 because they're
01:45:30.960 just lazy
01:45:31.680 that is
01:45:34.440 really dangerous
01:45:35.320 you don't want
01:45:36.280 somebody with
01:45:36.900 all kinds of
01:45:37.860 power to
01:45:38.860 kill people
01:45:39.780 without question
01:45:40.760 who are lazy
01:45:42.400 this is a
01:45:44.560 problem from
01:45:45.520 government
01:45:47.120 bloat
01:45:48.160 I don't like
01:45:54.040 days like
01:45:54.500 today
01:45:54.840 I really
01:45:55.340 don't
01:45:56.200 because
01:45:56.820 it you
01:45:57.520 it
01:45:58.220 there's
01:45:59.100 there's
01:46:01.060 not a good
01:46:01.760 guy in this
01:46:02.500 scenario
01:46:02.900 and
01:46:04.460 you
01:46:05.240 it just
01:46:05.980 it complicates
01:46:07.140 everything
01:46:07.860 that's why we
01:46:09.020 just have to be
01:46:09.680 people of honor
01:46:10.600 that's why we
01:46:11.740 have to we
01:46:12.420 have to be
01:46:13.040 people that
01:46:13.760 say what we
01:46:14.280 mean and
01:46:14.720 mean what we
01:46:15.240 say
01:46:15.520 and if you
01:46:17.100 act in a
01:46:17.620 stupid way
01:46:18.220 well then
01:46:18.740 you're going
01:46:19.320 to expect
01:46:20.120 stupid
01:46:21.200 results
01:46:21.860 yeah
01:46:25.180 yeah
01:46:25.620 that's a
01:46:26.360 it's a really
01:46:27.140 fair summary of
01:46:28.020 a really tragic
01:46:28.700 situation but
01:46:29.620 it is
01:46:30.140 it is part
01:46:31.280 of it and
01:46:31.580 I think you
01:46:31.960 know the
01:46:32.220 other thing I
01:46:32.640 think you
01:46:33.260 know worth
01:46:33.840 highlighting here
01:46:34.680 is the
01:46:36.120 reaction of
01:46:36.600 this I
01:46:36.920 don't know
01:46:37.200 Glenn when we
01:46:37.600 started doing
01:46:38.040 this show
01:46:38.460 20 years ago
01:46:39.560 some guy who
01:46:41.060 made threats on
01:46:41.560 the internet
01:46:41.820 gets shot in a
01:46:42.620 house like
01:46:43.160 we're probably
01:46:44.380 thinking to
01:46:44.920 ourselves
01:46:45.300 immediately like
01:46:46.300 oh well don't
01:46:46.920 make threats and
01:46:47.680 you know this is
01:46:48.580 the FBI is doing
01:46:49.280 its job I think
01:46:50.340 the doubt on
01:46:51.200 these institutions
01:46:51.920 has become so
01:46:53.020 thick that it's
01:46:54.740 almost impossible
01:46:55.820 for people to
01:46:56.440 believe a normal
01:46:57.800 story anymore
01:46:58.560 if it's true
01:46:59.680 when's the last
01:47:00.240 time you even
01:47:01.020 saw the FBI
01:47:01.920 break down the
01:47:02.780 house of an
01:47:03.620 Antifa member
01:47:04.600 when have they
01:47:05.820 ever gone in
01:47:06.700 never never
01:47:07.960 never
01:47:09.260 it's not just
01:47:12.020 incompetence
01:47:12.740 laziness
01:47:13.440 it's an agenda
01:47:14.540 program

01:47:19.700 Relief Factor
01:47:20.420 Katie lives in
01:47:21.460 Pennsylvania
01:47:21.840 she was suffering
01:47:22.960 from the longest
01:47:23.880 time from shoulder
01:47:24.840 pain that was
01:47:25.680 essentially ruining
01:47:26.640 her life
01:47:27.280 everything she
01:47:27.960 tried to combat
01:47:29.140 the pain it just
01:47:29.960 didn't work or it
01:47:31.280 left her with side
01:47:32.000 effects she didn't
01:47:33.200 know what else to
01:47:33.800 do fortunately
01:47:35.200 Katie listens to
01:47:36.940 the radio a lot
01:47:37.860 and she happens
01:47:39.020 to listen to a
01:47:40.740 handsome well
01:47:42.800 informed educated
01:47:44.520 brilliant talk
01:47:45.940 show host
01:47:46.600 she must have
01:47:49.420 been listening to
01:47:49.960 Mark Levin but
01:47:50.580 anyway she heard
01:47:52.060 about Relief Factor
01:47:53.160 she decided she
01:47:54.660 give it a shot
01:47:55.220 after all what did
01:47:56.140 she have to lose
01:47:56.720 so she lost her
01:47:58.500 pain that's what
01:47:59.420 happened she lost
01:48:00.340 the pain in her
01:48:01.060 shoulders she said
01:48:01.840 it was just a few
01:48:02.820 weeks of beginning
01:48:04.560 Relief Factor
01:48:05.280 that it really
01:48:05.800 began to work
01:48:06.720 and my pain
01:48:07.220 melted away
01:48:07.900 side effects
01:48:09.340 none
01:48:10.400 Katie got her

01:48:35.960 well our our sincere
01:48:47.940 best wishes you know go
01:48:51.820 out to Feinstein who
01:48:53.620 is who had a bad
01:48:56.160 fall and she's in the
01:48:57.420 hospital now so we
01:49:02.340 wish her a speedy
01:49:03.220 recovery because now I
01:49:04.620 think she's getting so
01:49:05.520 bad that maybe she
01:49:06.300 should be the vice
01:49:07.620 president is she bad
01:49:09.280 enough to beat
01:49:10.300 Kamala Harris yet or
01:49:12.200 she still needs a
01:49:13.540 little more mental
01:49:14.380 deterioration she's
01:49:15.700 still more coherent
01:49:16.560 than Kamala Harris I
01:49:17.660 don't think there's any
01:49:18.200 doubt about that but
01:49:19.860 it is sad I think
01:49:21.260 believe she I believe
01:49:23.540 she is out of the
01:49:24.260 hospital now though
01:49:25.120 okay so that's good
01:49:26.000 it does seem like it
01:49:26.660 was not not going to
01:49:28.400 cause any long lasting
01:49:29.520 issues though again she
01:49:31.500 is under a power of
01:49:33.140 attorney from her child
01:49:34.920 now I mean this is one
01:49:36.660 of the most embarrassing
01:49:37.560 escapades we've ever
01:49:39.000 seen in in the history
01:49:41.640 of the country I mean I've
01:49:43.200 never seen anything like
01:49:44.000 this they're propping up a
01:49:45.580 person who can't speak
01:49:46.840 who can't think and
01:49:48.420 telling her which votes to
01:49:49.700 cast in between falls I
01:49:51.960 mean it's it's what is
01:49:52.660 that what does that tell
01:49:53.580 you what does that tell
01:49:54.640 you that these are
01:49:55.760 revolting people that will
01:49:57.020 do anything for power
01:49:58.000 yeah we know that we
01:49:59.660 know that but what else
01:50:00.960 does that tell you to me
01:50:03.740 to me that tells me it's
01:50:06.260 a machine that the the
01:50:08.380 vote of the people
01:50:09.660 doesn't matter the you're
01:50:11.320 voting for an individual
01:50:12.420 it doesn't matter the
01:50:13.960 machine prefers just a
01:50:16.120 cog I didn't care it's
01:50:18.460 not gonna stop nothing's
01:50:19.560 gonna stop just fill the
01:50:21.220 seat so we have which
01:50:23.180 machine to turn on the
01:50:24.220 red one or the blue one
01:50:25.260 and then the machine will
01:50:26.940 take care of everything
01:50:27.800 and tell you exactly what
01:50:28.820 to do where to sit what
01:50:29.880 to what to say that the
01:50:31.480 individual doesn't matter
01:50:32.560 and how is that
01:50:33.560 inconsistent with people
01:50:35.620 who want socialism and
01:50:37.620 a big government
01:50:38.540 administrative state who
01:50:40.600 how does that
01:50:41.500 inconsistent we just need
01:50:43.480 an administrator to do
01:50:44.620 it so we're just you
01:50:45.780 know we're wink and a
01:50:47.460 nod yeah representative of
01:50:49.800 the people it's really
01:50:51.360 despicable yeah it shows
01:50:53.360 you it's a machine and
01:50:54.600 the word prefer is
01:50:55.540 interesting here because I
01:50:56.420 think the Democrats would
01:50:57.400 prefer not have to deal
01:50:58.700 with dealing with the
01:50:59.860 embarrassment of this that
01:51:01.240 when she's caught on a
01:51:02.800 hot mic saying she's
01:51:04.340 doesn't understand what
01:51:05.840 the vote is she doesn't
01:51:06.700 know where she is she
01:51:07.900 doesn't remember what she
01:51:08.660 did yesterday they'd
01:51:09.880 prefer not to deal with
01:51:10.940 that embarrassment but if
01:51:13.100 if you could hide it I
01:51:15.300 think they like this
01:51:16.100 situation they're able to
01:51:17.900 just push her around and
01:51:19.300 she doesn't have any
01:51:19.980 independent moments what if
01:51:21.540 you know they got mad at
01:51:22.840 her recently because she
01:51:24.100 was she didn't hate Amy
01:51:25.560 Coney Barrett apparently
01:51:26.720 appropriately to the
01:51:28.460 appropriate amount that
01:51:30.020 they're supposed to hate
01:51:30.840 her and and they she was
01:51:33.160 complimentary to
01:51:34.080 Republican senators for
01:51:36.320 not instead of just
01:51:37.700 calling them evil all the
01:51:38.540 time you know she's not
01:51:39.780 going to have any
01:51:40.180 independent moments like
01:51:41.760 this and they think they
01:51:42.740 like that it's really
01:51:44.640 disgusting and by the
01:51:45.380 way it's not we should
01:51:47.020 point out John Fetterman is
01:51:48.340 another example of this
01:51:49.560 should not be in the
01:51:50.160 Senate he should not be in
01:51:51.360 the Senate Mitch McConnell
01:51:52.620 I'm sorry it's possible
01:51:55.620 you could have a moment
01:51:57.240 like I don't know some
01:51:58.060 sort of flu or whatever
01:51:59.100 you're really sick you
01:52:00.060 have a moment like that
01:52:01.540 but where the reports of
01:52:02.900 multiple situations where
01:52:04.080 he's in the middle of a
01:52:04.840 speech and he stops that
01:52:06.760 moment in front of cameras
01:52:08.180 like that should be the
01:52:09.380 last day you're in the
01:52:10.440 Senate I'm sorry if you
01:52:12.020 can't if you have a
01:52:13.540 moment like that you
01:52:14.400 should be getting medical
01:52:15.800 attention and living out
01:52:16.900 your years with with the
01:52:18.240 rest of your family you
01:52:19.660 should not be in the
01:52:20.520 Senate I don't care if
01:52:21.400 he's a Republican I
01:52:22.680 don't care if he votes
01:52:23.520 he's by the way probably
01:52:25.340 the most responsible even
01:52:26.860 more than Donald Trump
01:52:28.180 for getting these Supreme
01:52:30.620 Court justices in he was
01:52:31.960 the guy before Trump was
01:52:33.300 president that blocked
01:52:34.360 the Merrick Garland
01:52:35.240 Supreme Court nomination
01:52:36.980 he was the guy that's
01:52:38.080 responsible for this he's
01:52:39.300 a lot of things I don't
01:52:40.080 like about Mitch McConnell
01:52:40.960 but he's done things that
01:52:42.160 have been good as well I
01:52:43.260 don't care it has nothing
01:52:45.300 to do with party has
01:52:46.100 nothing to do with
01:52:46.600 whatever policies you're
01:52:47.800 pushing through if you are
01:52:49.540 in that state you should
01:52:50.740 not be in the U.S.
01:52:52.140 Senate I think it's
01:52:53.080 blatantly obvious to
01:52:54.480 every single American
01:52:55.600 I think so too by the way
01:52:59.020 have you heard you're a
01:53:00.900 sports guy so let me talk
01:53:01.980 sports with you oh god
01:53:03.140 okay let's talk sports
01:53:04.420 let's talk about them
01:53:06.500 Washington football team
01:53:09.320 or you mean like the
01:53:10.960 Washington commanders is
01:53:11.940 that what you're talking
01:53:12.420 commanders that's all
01:53:13.440 about did you hear that
01:53:14.620 they're getting sued by a
01:53:17.120 Native American tribe
01:53:18.660 are they or are they just
01:53:21.000 threatening a boycott I
01:53:22.340 thought I heard the boycott
01:53:23.320 but maybe oh yeah maybe
01:53:24.040 it's a boycott yeah yeah
01:53:25.560 the boycott that they're
01:53:26.780 not going to do it until
01:53:27.700 they change their name back
01:53:29.040 to the Redskins yeah yeah
01:53:31.300 it's fantastic it is
01:53:33.580 fantastic I want we need
01:53:35.380 that tribal chief on with us
01:53:38.080 I want to talk to him yeah I
01:53:40.720 mean this is something by the
01:53:42.440 way that was completely
01:53:43.440 backed up in polling before
01:53:45.840 all of this happened I think
01:53:47.800 it was 91 percent of Native
01:53:50.280 Americans said they saw the
01:53:51.920 Washington Redskins as as a
01:53:54.120 positive positive as an honor
01:53:55.900 as something that reminded
01:53:57.040 them of their culture and
01:53:58.100 that's the exact same thing
01:53:59.080 this group which is
01:54:00.880 threatening the boycott is
01:54:02.040 saying they're saying like
01:54:02.960 well we want this name to be
01:54:04.740 there we want people to be
01:54:06.620 reminded and learn about our
01:54:08.060 culture and our history every
01:54:10.220 everybody who's looked at the
01:54:11.880 history of the Washington
01:54:12.880 Redskins would acknowledge
01:54:14.080 that the the Redskins name
01:54:16.320 was put there as an honor to
01:54:19.060 Native Americans and you know
01:54:21.180 the easiest way to understand
01:54:22.580 that is it was it was a
01:54:24.020 basically named after the coach
01:54:25.640 at the time who was Native
01:54:26.780 American yeah don't worry about
01:54:28.700 it here's something that AI is
01:54:31.260 is we're going to be lucky that
01:54:33.900 it can do this because I can
01:54:35.160 think of so many great things
01:54:36.920 from this researchers have now
01:54:39.180 trained AI to be able to
01:54:41.660 identify this
01:54:42.780 know what that is that's me
01:54:51.020 typing on my keypad and what
01:54:54.800 researchers have done is they've
01:54:56.360 taught AI to recognize the sound
01:54:59.600 of every key so you know when you
01:55:05.640 think I'm trying to think of a
01:55:08.420 good way to use this when you
01:55:11.700 think hey my son or daughter are
01:55:17.460 writing a text to me and they
01:55:19.640 don't know that I'm blind and I
01:55:22.620 don't want to tell them I'm blind
01:55:24.300 tell me what they're writing because
01:55:28.660 I can't summary for some reason use
01:55:30.820 text to speech what is that for
01:55:33.380 except for insidious things yeah
01:55:35.600 because tell me tell me what what
01:55:37.740 what would that be forced to yeah
01:55:39.140 that what they're saying is it
01:55:40.800 could very easily for example make
01:55:42.760 it so that you could detect a
01:55:44.540 password being typed when you're on
01:55:46.120 a zoom call right where you could
01:55:48.980 detect anything that you can text
01:55:50.260 the words and it's something like
01:55:51.360 90% accurate already so yeah I can
01:55:55.720 but I know you're saying the blind
01:55:57.480 thing as a joke and so what would be
01:55:59.280 the positive use right this like I
01:56:02.000 don't know I can't possibly imagine
01:56:04.360 it other than the fact of maybe
01:56:05.780 making people aware that you know
01:56:08.760 this stuff is out there you know
01:56:10.000 like when it is important that
01:56:12.660 people it's non-stop scams I mean I
01:56:16.420 don't know about you Glenna if you're
01:56:17.860 getting you know my wife gets I swear
01:56:20.120 different scam text every every day
01:56:22.380 every two days yeah constantly people
01:56:24.620 like oh this is the wrong number hey
01:56:26.380 let's become friends so I can pull you
01:56:28.120 into my crypto scheme like I mean it's
01:56:30.360 just like it's constant and you know
01:56:33.200 people it's only going to get worse
01:56:34.680 it's only going to get much worse and
01:56:36.020 worse and better right worse in the
01:56:38.260 idea that it's going to be more
01:56:40.260 common used more often and cheaper
01:56:43.520 for for scammers overseas to be using
01:56:45.800 these things but better in that the
01:56:47.580 quality is going to get much better
01:56:48.980 like they're still terrible right like
01:56:50.960 there's still really bad at this you
01:56:53.500 know what I have to tell you I I
01:56:55.640 appreciate a good scam this isn't
01:56:57.540 anything like a good scam no you know
01:56:59.720 I guess I guess in a way I have such
01:57:02.820 admiration for what the left has done
01:57:05.820 to this country in one way it's
01:57:10.540 brilliant brilliantly executed a
01:57:14.140 brilliant plan they covered all of the
01:57:17.600 exits all of the contingencies it is
01:57:21.060 it's it's it's a thing of amazement on
01:57:26.500 how they have done this but I think
01:57:29.500 it's evil yeah someday someday when all
01:57:34.840 of this is done some dispassionate
01:57:37.900 historian who's no longer impacted by
01:57:41.120 it unless he's still in jail he will
01:57:44.400 write the the whole plan out and say
01:57:47.580 look at how they did this this is
01:57:50.760 brilliant it's truly brilliant and they
01:57:53.880 did it all without AI until the very
01:57:55.980 end and then they had them well I mean
01:57:58.460 one of the big things about the scams
01:58:00.100 that we've always mocked like the
01:58:01.560 Nigerian prince scam right where like I
01:58:04.620 hey I my my uncle's a prince and he
01:58:07.960 left me 500 million dollars but you need
01:58:10.160 to pay me 50,000 to free it and then
01:58:12.400 I'll send it all you and like how does
01:58:15.260 anybody fall for this but one of the
01:58:17.780 things that's been pretty consistent
01:58:18.880 with these scams over the years is that
01:58:21.960 the lack of quality is actually part of
01:58:26.800 the plan it's a feature not a bug when
01:58:29.380 when you always look at these things
01:58:30.780 you're like well these words are spelled
01:58:32.400 incorrectly it's obviously not someone
01:58:33.960 speaking English that it doesn't make
01:58:36.040 any sense what they're saying like
01:58:37.560 English is not their first language and
01:58:39.940 what they what researchers have found
01:58:42.120 over the years is that well if you pick
01:58:44.700 that up if you're smart enough to pick
01:58:47.120 that up and and see that the misspellings
01:58:49.940 and the bad English and the terrible
01:58:51.420 plots and the unreasonable logic if
01:58:54.340 you're if you're smart enough to see
01:58:55.720 that you're not going to fall for the
01:58:56.660 scam scam anyway so scammers were
01:58:58.900 sending these things this way
01:59:00.140 intentionally hoping to rope in people
01:59:02.700 that were dumb enough to fall for all of
01:59:04.980 this and of course they were always
01:59:06.640 targeting people that were not you know
01:59:08.160 not just dumb but also just like not
01:59:10.640 fluent on the way online interactions
01:59:12.840 worked and all that they targeted
01:59:14.520 people who are vulnerable well I don't
01:59:16.380 as the AI thing comes in that's going
01:59:17.720 to change right Glenn it's going to be
01:59:19.180 like these are these things are now
01:59:20.560 really impressive the the woman we
01:59:23.100 talked to whose daughter called her on
01:59:24.660 the phone and said she was being
01:59:25.600 kidnapped and it wasn't her daughter
01:59:27.580 was just an AI replica of her voice
01:59:29.100 yep what do you do how would you even
01:59:31.880 see that coming how would you know it
01:59:33.760 was going on unless your daughter was
01:59:35.040 sitting in your room with you I have
01:59:37.580 to tell you I have a way to stop this
01:59:40.420 well I can't tell you because it's the
01:59:44.680 way our family is stopping it but it's
01:59:46.140 an ingenious thing it's so simple but I
01:59:49.600 honestly can't tell you I don't know
01:59:51.620 why I can't tell you because we use it
01:59:57.060 as our family I let me give it give me
01:59:59.360 till tomorrow I'll try to figure out a
02:00:00.760 way to tell you something like it but
02:00:02.860 there you just have to find a way with
02:00:06.040 your family to have a password or a
02:00:09.200 passcode or something like that and it
02:00:11.240 always has to change it has to be almost
02:00:14.760 a formula formula like you know you pick
02:00:21.040 a number seven and when that happens you
02:00:24.920 say honey for the answer would be their
02:00:30.680 response should be three right you need
02:00:34.380 like a code language to get through the
02:00:36.240 world you need a code language something
02:00:38.060 that adds up to seven and that but again
02:00:42.320 like that works on this scam and I've
02:00:44.980 heard that particularly I know yours is
02:00:46.400 probably much more advanced than this but
02:00:47.660 the basic idea of having a safe word a
02:00:49.940 keyword with your family no no no not a
02:00:52.340 keyword something that always is
02:00:54.840 changeable right so if I say if I say a
02:00:59.020 hundred they have to respond 93 and it can
02:01:03.800 be changed at all times and you never
02:01:06.860 tell anybody your number is seven right
02:01:09.380 but the family's number gang is seven for
02:01:12.700 my and I understand how that could work
02:01:14.860 for this particular the kidnapping scheme
02:01:17.340 but I'm talking there's also financial
02:01:18.860 scams and oh no I know that's a you know
02:01:21.460 that you work with on a daily basis and
02:01:23.340 they they call up and you think it's them
02:01:25.540 and you know fake websites and all this
02:01:28.480 stuff that is going on it's getting so
02:01:30.680 much better and people are being scammed
02:01:32.780 out of hundreds of thousands of dollars
02:01:35.000 yeah their life savings going down the
02:01:38.060 drain over this stuff and it's only going
02:01:40.140 to get harder and harder the you know if
02:01:42.860 it was only really stupid people that
02:01:44.720 felt for the Nigerian prince scam you
02:01:46.600 know 10 years ago you're gonna wind up
02:01:48.380 every day that percentage of people get
02:01:50.540 caught up in this rises and it and it's
02:01:52.700 gonna get harder because I don't believe
02:01:54.320 in Darwin you know but a lot of people
02:01:57.280 believe in Darwin and so they're gonna
02:01:58.740 be it's gonna be tough because I mean
02:02:01.020 they were just the slowest ones whose
02:02:02.660 tail hadn't fallen off yet so why care
02:02:05.100 about those people but now even smart
02:02:08.100 people you know the educated elites they
02:02:10.440 might get caught up in these scams too
02:02:12.160 what are they going to do about it now
02:02:14.520 our sponsor this half hour is Tunnel to
02:02:17.160 Towers on 9-11 2,977 people lost their
02:02:21.640 lives on what turned out to be one of
02:02:23.460 America's darkest days a generation
02:02:25.900 later you'd hardly know it happened at
02:02:27.760 all at least if you tried to find out
02:02:29.460 about it in a school the Tunnel to
02:02:31.680 Towers 9-11 Institute aims to change
02:02:34.220 that by educating kids from kindergarten
02:02:36.260 age all the way through grade 12 about
02:02:38.880 what happened that day their non-fiction
02:02:41.300 first-person accounts are available both
02:02:43.420 as videos and in discovering heroes
02:02:45.600 series books they are deeply moving
02:02:48.860 they're amazing accounts and they're
02:02:50.800 true so they will not forget them the
02:02:54.540 Institute is offering a full curriculum
02:02:56.380 unit scripted social studies lessons
02:02:58.760 activities backgrounds for teachers
02:03:00.900 no that's not going to happen in public
02:03:02.280 schools plus speakers bureau for
02:03:04.480 classrooms with access to 9-11 first
02:03:06.740 responders the survivors and loved ones
02:03:09.580 don't forget also their mobile unit it's
02:03:11.940 a tractor trailer that's an interactive
02:03:13.660 museum of 9-11 artifacts plus scholarships
02:03:16.340 for exceptional students preparing who
02:03:18.840 have begun prepping for college we can't
02:03:21.920 forget we must educate future generations
02:03:24.880 let's help our own nation honor its vow
02:03:27.120 donate $11 a month at Tunnel to Towers
02:03:29.320 at t2t.org that's t2t.org do it now
02:03:35.400 the Glenn Beck program
02:03:38.380 here's the thing binomics is indeed working
02:03:58.120 when when we say that you look at the data
02:04:00.400 right cost cost is going down right inflation
02:04:04.000 when you think about wages going up that is
02:04:07.200 binomics look the president has always
02:04:09.000 believed that is president but as vice
02:04:10.860 president as a senator that we need to
02:04:13.120 build an economy that is building from the
02:04:15.140 bottom up middle out right stop please
02:04:17.120 stop before my head explodes that's
02:04:18.880 Corinne Jean-Pierre on I think it was
02:04:20.120 MSNBC talking about binomics which she
02:04:22.660 says is successful because prices are coming
02:04:24.960 down prices are not coming down this is not
02:04:27.940 how inflation works when your inflation rate
02:04:30.900 goes from ten percent to five percent that
02:04:34.180 does not mean prices are coming down to
02:04:37.920 give you an actual example of this if
02:04:39.560 something cost you a hundred dollars and
02:04:41.440 then you know your groceries they cost you
02:04:43.000 a hundred bucks and then they start
02:04:44.660 costing a hundred and ten bucks they've
02:04:46.200 gone up ten percent and people are really
02:04:48.280 angry about that and then a year later you
02:04:51.060 come back and check on the inflation and
02:04:53.000 it's gone from ten percent to five percent
02:04:54.760 well what do those groceries cost today
02:04:58.740 they cost like a hundred and sixteen
02:05:01.880 dollars now if you were angry about a
02:05:04.700 hundred and ten dollars for those
02:05:05.900 groceries wouldn't you be more angry
02:05:07.960 about a hundred and sixteen dollars yes
02:05:10.100 the rate of inflation have gone down but
02:05:12.520 those are rates that are building on the
02:05:15.200 previous failures of your presidency it's
02:05:18.700 going up and up and up every year these
02:05:21.940 are all rates that are increasing the
02:05:24.740 previously high inflation rates that we
02:05:27.480 are already upset about and you know it's
02:05:30.540 just over and over and over again they
02:05:31.980 try to do this and hope people don't
02:05:34.360 understand how economics work and luckily
02:05:37.380 they've got about 50 percent of the
02:05:38.980 country that falls comfortably into that
02:05:41.400 basket and they can get them as voters but
02:05:44.220 you'd think eventually people would wake up
02:05:46.300 and honestly when it comes to inflation this
02:05:48.520 is hitting people every day so hard they
02:05:50.980 can't stop but feeling it the Glenn back
02:05:53.540 program
