00:04:20.200 but I have been paying attention enough to see what yesterday Jim Jordan revealed,

00:04:27.560 170 suspicious activity reports surrounding what he is calling the Biden crime family.

00:04:43.840 Peter Swiser has been on this program often and the first time I heard anyone mention crime and Biden

00:04:54.000 in a serious educated way was with Peter on this program when he said Joe Biden may be the most

00:05:01.460 corrupt vice president in our nation's history. And that is continuing. All of the stuff that was

00:05:10.920 released yesterday, the 170 suspicious activity reports, they all come from the treasury department.

00:05:21.060 They were put together by the treasury department of our government in the Obama and Biden administration.

00:05:29.760 170 of those the committee has reviewed, plus thousands of pages of bank records that the committee has

00:05:40.160 reviewed. And they have gotten these from four, is it four or five of the banks, but they believe there's as

00:05:48.320 many as 12 banks involved. It looks like a very elaborate money laundering scheme of the Bidens.

00:05:58.880 The Bidens are all involved. It looks like the entire family is involved and not just immediate family members.

00:06:08.520 And they are in receipt of millions of dollars. There are offshore LLCs that seemingly all of the members of the

00:06:21.140 family have opened up another offshore business. I don't know what these people have done in the Biden family all to

00:06:31.760 suddenly be receiving payments from foreign governments to the tune of millions of dollars.

00:10:59.860 The Romanian businessman who was charged in a bribery scheme in Romania funneled more than a million dollars to Hunter Biden and other family members of the then vice president, Joe Biden.

00:11:14.280 And Joe Biden was at the time going over to Romania and he was saying the same thing he was saying in Ukraine, which was, you remember, we have to stop the corruption, stop the corruption.

00:11:29.480 And so he and George Soros partnered together to stop all of the corruption.

00:11:34.180 So he was over preaching anti-corruption members in Romania and the businessman who later went to jail for corruption wired more than three million dollars into the account of Rob Walker.

00:11:50.520 Rob Walker is also the guy that worked with the Bidens in China that got another three million dollars from the China energy or whatever.

00:11:59.680 And that was split up into a whole bunch of different Bidens accounts.

00:12:06.680 So 16 of the 17 wire payments were made while Joe Biden was in office.

01:07:21.100 In recent days, large crowds of immigrants have formed on the Mexican side of the Rio Grande,

01:07:26.760 fully prepared to swim over well-worn crossing spots to Brownsville, Texas, but seemingly

01:07:33.520 held back by unarmed Mexican immigration officials.

01:07:37.380 Over the course of the last several days in northeastern Mexico, when perhaps 3,000 immigrants

01:07:45.760 a day swam over to Brownsville with no opposition on either side, a curious pattern has become

01:07:52.620 evident.

01:07:53.060 At some sort of signal from the Mexican immigration officers, a group of about 100 to 150 from the

01:08:01.700 crowd would suddenly stand in unison and rush down to the riverbank, pass the immigration

01:08:07.960 officers, and swim over to America.

01:08:11.180 It seems this pattern was far from happenstance.

01:08:15.380 The Center for Immigration Studies asked several of the Mexican immigration officers what was

01:08:21.880 going on and learned that President Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security has been coordinating

01:08:28.840 these mass swims with Mexico's immigration service.

01:08:34.920 The officers explained that their senior officers were in touch with U.S. Customs and Border Protection

01:08:41.460 officials about how many immigrants were gathered and prepared to cross the river at any given

01:08:46.660 time.

01:08:47.580 We're letting them know that there's a group of people ready to cross.

01:08:52.180 The Americans on the other side would ask the Mexicans to hold back the migrants, not because

01:08:57.240 it's illegal or should be blocked and obstructed, but only until the Americans had finished processing

01:09:04.400 the last batch into the country through Brownsville.

01:09:14.380 Well, the guy who found this pattern, Todd Benzman, is on with us.

01:09:57.540 And then I have also confirmed it with a very senior state of Texas official who told me

01:10:07.560 that they found out about this a week ago.

01:10:10.500 This has been going on for two weeks now and issued a complaint with the Biden administration

01:10:16.900 and that the state of Texas was told that they that this would end.

01:10:22.620 They would end this thing.

01:10:23.760 But obviously, they have not ended it because I watched it happening and the Mexican officers

01:10:30.540 were telling me what they were doing.

01:10:32.180 And, you know, of course, the problem here is, you know, DHS is supposed to, by law, they're

01:10:40.240 statutorily mandated to stop, block and deter illegal immigration between ports of entry.

01:10:47.740 But in this case, at least here in Matamoros, I don't know where else it's happening.

01:10:52.620 I'm guessing it probably is happening everywhere.

01:10:54.420 Uh, they were coordinating the illegal swimming over, uh, and that is a violation of law, but

01:11:03.820 it's also kind of a moral issue.

01:11:05.600 Uh, you know, if somebody were to be, uh, to drown or get hurt, uh, on these swims, uh,

01:11:12.540 you know, that's a problem.

01:11:14.780 Well, I'm sure that's what the White House would say, would say, we're just trying to make

01:11:19.000 sure that everybody stays safe.

01:11:20.820 Well, the way to do that is to lock down the border, quite honestly.

01:11:26.320 Um, the title 42, the news today is Joe Biden has seen the light and he's, he's got a new

01:11:34.380 plan.

01:11:35.360 Can you tell me about that?

01:11:38.880 Well, um, I, I don't know about, uh, much of, you know, if there was something new over

01:11:45.140 the last 24 hours, but the plan that, that is in place is called title eight.

01:11:50.920 I mean, the one that's supposed to replace title 42 is title eight expedited removal.

01:11:57.060 And what they have been telling the immigrants and us, the American public is that if you come

01:12:04.620 in illegally and we catch you, we will put you in removal proceedings, deportation proceedings.

01:12:10.320 And that if, even if you apply for asylum, uh, we're going to say no, uh, because you

01:12:17.640 didn't apply in a, in another country.

01:12:20.500 Uh, and then we'll put a, a five-year ban on you from ever entering the country again.

01:12:25.720 So like, you know, kind of tough Trumpian, uh, sticks and consequences, but now they, they,

01:12:32.600 you know, a day or two ago, they announced, well, you know, we're not so sure about that

01:12:36.300 five-year ban thing, uh, we will give you the option of voluntarily returning to Mexico

01:12:43.380 to avoid that option, which of course just sets them up to just cross again, you know,

01:12:48.840 without any consequence, if that is, if they, if they do self-deport, but what really probably

01:12:55.020 is going to happen and what we're at risk of, of seeing is that when all these people start

01:12:59.940 to come in, the administration will be unable to implement these plans because of the facilities

01:13:07.780 are already full.

01:13:09.460 Uh, there's nowhere to hold people.

01:13:11.340 So they would have to do what they call safe street releases, uh, people just wandering around.

01:13:18.300 We've seen video of that in El Paso and McAllen and elsewhere over the last, uh, two and a half

01:13:24.040 years of this thing.

01:13:25.160 Can you, can you, before we move off of that, can, can you just take a second and for people

01:13:31.820 who have not been to the border or not paying attention, have not seen the video, these people

01:13:37.020 in Chicago say, you're just breaking down our city with all of these immigrants that are coming

01:13:42.340 No, they're illegals and you are a sanctuary city.

01:13:45.320 So take them.

01:13:46.220 Can you explain what it is like in these little border towns and what they're dealing with?

01:13:55.560 Well, um, so what happens is, you know, for example, uh, El Paso is a good recent example.

01:14:03.060 Uh, I was in Juarez, the, the Mexican city across just a few weeks ago, across from El Paso

01:14:09.260 and, you know, thousands and thousands of Venezuelans mostly decided to just cross in and turn themselves

01:14:17.620 in for processing.

01:14:19.540 Well, there's nowhere to put them.

01:14:21.840 So they overwhelmed the system.

01:14:24.420 They just crashed the system, our infrastructure over there.

01:14:28.180 And then they are just walking around El Paso, unprocessed, free to go and do whatever they

01:14:35.940 want, nowhere to stay, no food, not, no, nothing.

01:14:40.180 They're just, you know, wandering around by the thousands in El Paso.

01:14:44.220 So, and I think we've seen the video of that, that is what, what, what broken arrow looks

01:14:49.760 like.

01:14:50.060 That's what breakdown looks like.

01:14:52.420 Uh, and we will very likely, we have seen that exact thing in many, uh, border cities.

01:14:59.340 We've seen it from episodically during really big surges in McAllen and, uh, Brownsville and

01:15:08.000 Laredo.

01:15:08.660 Uh, we, we, we, we've seen that type of thing.

01:15:13.380 I think what the administration is telling the people, they just recently came out and

01:15:18.840 said, Hey, we are, we are going to be doing safe street releases soon.

01:15:24.180 These cities are declaring emergencies, uh, because they are going to be unable to their

01:15:30.760 police forces and their hospitals and their, you know, their own systems that are, that

01:15:35.760 are made, that are set up for, for their social welfare would be overwhelmed in a thing like

01:15:41.400 And that's what they're preparing for.

01:15:43.860 Uh, they're cleaning up El Paso now, rounding up everybody and processing them all into the

01:15:49.980 country.

01:15:50.280 By the way, uh, the vast majority of these people that are, uh, apprehended after crossing the

01:15:57.340 border, eventually get released into the interior of the country.

01:16:01.240 They should not be released in any other city than a, a sanctuary city.

01:16:08.460 The fact that these are being released into mainly, uh, red States is reprehensible.

01:17:09.820 word went straight back to the, uh, migrant trail and everything's like, yeah, let's head
