01:44:45.020 administration i'll always protect that right which is why i on friday signed a bill that will

01:44:51.840 prohibit the enforcement of any federal ban or regulation on montana's second amendment rights

01:47:29.080 able to defend themselves and uh in in february we joined 20 other states that now allow law-abiding

01:47:36.460 uh citizens to carry a concealed firearm uh and that makes everybody safer so when you sign this bill

01:47:43.220 on friday i know asia uh asa hutchington uh uh the uh the bill is being called by him and others

01:47:54.300 as something that will really hurt uh your state in working with federal officials on other things
