00:04:35.120 hello to my good friend stu bergeer hello stu glenn welcome back from arizona thank you thank you i'm
00:04:41.200 curious to see how everything was yesterday i mean just watching it was impressive on television but
00:04:47.400 being there must have been quite the experience it was uh miraculous i wish i don't know how it was
00:04:55.020 covered on tv um so i i have no idea what it felt like when you were watching it or listening to it
00:05:01.440 but the first well first of all the first hour which i don't think anybody was covering unless
00:05:06.240 you were watching it on tp usa or on the blaze i think we have it all on blaze uh youtube um but the
00:05:12.820 music at the beginning it was a worship service and it was it's the best worship service i've ever
00:05:19.640 because it was all the giants i mean there was like four of them and they're all in the christian
00:05:24.940 circles they're all you know the top of the line uh and they were amazing it was amazing to see a
00:05:33.840 hundred thousand people inside and knowing that over a hundred million streams outside yesterday
00:05:41.260 um and it was beaming all around the world and then they started the service and the people that
00:05:48.140 were talking the the preachers and the the pastors that were there and the messages were i mean i sat
00:05:57.820 next to a guy i didn't even know who he was um you know we were just talking we were just two people
00:06:03.760 just experiencing this i don't even know if he knew who i was we didn't talk about any of that um and
00:06:09.480 we were it was funny because we were watching uh for the spirit we're watching for the spirit and
00:06:17.580 i i said i sat down and we just said hello and i said uh feel the spirit here boy this is strong
00:06:26.080 isn't it and he said oh my gosh i've never felt anything like this and i said i hope it's not
00:06:31.600 chased out by politics and he said that's what i have been thinking so it was kind of like a running
00:06:37.000 commentary between the two of us with everybody that that spoke um and it was at one point i thought
00:06:46.780 this is what i have waited for for 30 years this is what i've been praying for for 30 years i'm
00:06:53.120 witnessing i am i'm i'm still here to witness what i have been praying for it was absolutely an awakening
00:07:02.960 um and if if we follow through if we follow through if we stay the course i've never witnessed
00:07:12.040 anything like it it was it was it was billy graham except it was you know uh i guess i normal people
00:07:24.800 you know what i mean when you go to a billy graham thing that's what you're expecting this was something
00:07:29.300 that you didn't really know what to expect i think everybody expected it to be somewhat
00:07:33.820 spiritual but it was an altar call at some point they were like you stand up if you want to give
00:07:39.300 your life to christ and people were standing up you know and and then here's the president it was
00:07:46.000 because it went back and forth it went back and forth because you saw a bunch of politicians a bunch of
00:07:50.360 religious uh figures and and people who were more faith focused obviously the worship is is there i mean
00:07:57.440 but you know you go back to the was it 2002 i'm trying to think of the paul wellstone funeral oh
00:08:04.880 my gosh i was so afraid it was going to turn into that right it didn't do that that did not happen
00:08:08.920 no and i was terrified that it would because you know just there's righteous anger right now this
00:08:13.940 unlike the wellstone thing was if you don't remember it he died in a plane crash right yes and
00:08:18.740 then the democrats it was right before the election the democrats just turned into this ridiculous
00:08:22.600 we hate republicans rally and it backfired on them monumentally yeah um that was not the vibe of the
00:08:29.320 stuff that i saw at all um you know but you do there is that when you miss when you mix politics with
00:08:35.160 you know a warning a memorial service you know you know that both things politics were really
00:08:40.960 important to charlie yes like this was not a it was a it was a secondary focus of his as compared
00:08:45.960 to faith but it was very high on the priority list and everybody that didn't know him would think
00:08:50.920 that that was his priority right politics right um and but it was it was extraordinarily dangerous
00:08:57.680 extraordinarily dangerous for those two to be mixed and i was watching it uh tanya and i were watching
00:09:05.140 it and there was a guy next to me uh watching and and talking about how uh how it was going to be viewed
00:09:13.780 by the new york times yeah and there were a couple of times on stage that i went that's not gonna
00:09:21.560 that's not gonna be helpful you know what i mean right and it's and and sometimes it was just about
00:09:26.300 put on the full armor of god for people who don't understand the full armor of god and what that means
00:09:30.660 spiritually means you're in a spiritual battle and all of these things are gifts of the spirit that you
00:09:36.640 have to have if you're going to go into battle spiritually um but it you know i i saw some of the
00:09:43.040 things and i was like that is they're going to interpret that as uh a call for the nationalization
00:09:50.620 of christianity and we're an army and he's building an army and all of that crap i don't know if that's
00:09:56.020 happened yet but it will um the um if you were watching it and you were there first of all
00:10:03.860 thank you to the guy who brought the giant cross uh i don't know i mean i know why jesus carried a
00:10:14.680 cross there was a guy who was you know dragging a cross and it's like why why he's dragging a cross
00:10:21.420 what outside yeah yeah the arena yeah yeah and i saw that and i was like okay well there's the
00:10:27.260 front page of you know the new york times or whatever because i'll just focus on that well this
00:10:32.680 is we used to say this about the like the tea party rallies please don't wear the tri-corner
00:10:37.420 hat because they're gonna put you on the cover yeah and there's nothing wrong with that and i
00:10:41.580 appreciate i don't know what the point is of of that in particular but i'm sure the guy's heart is
00:10:46.520 in the right place okay i don't know anything about i don't know anything about him either but i'm sure
00:10:49.900 his heart is in the right place so i don't mean to demean what he is trying to do it just is not
00:10:54.760 necessarily in in my opinion um helpful sure um and uh and then the people that i think were
00:11:03.840 protesters against charlie kirk but tried to make themselves look like the westboro baptist church
00:11:10.620 people holding signs that say you know god hates uh a certain class of people uh and you know i thought
00:11:21.680 okay well there's the second one that is going to be everywhere because that's what they do they
00:11:25.840 take pictures of just the re the worst fringy kind of stuff um and by the way though you know that's
00:11:34.020 that wasn't charlie's message at all no no wait i'm so i'm interested about the outside here what was
00:11:40.340 it like getting in to this thing because nightmare it looked the lines were incredibly long they filled
00:11:46.860 the stadium it seemed like pretty much so we went in they did what they did by nine o'clock i mean i was
00:11:52.940 in the car just approaching the stadium by nine because we were told to go a different way if you
00:12:01.660 were on the floor you had to go a different way um and that was all secret service stuff and so but
00:12:07.940 we're driving up to the stadium and it's 8 30 maybe nine o'clock and there was as many people
00:12:14.640 walking in the opposite direction away from the stadium as there were in the stadium by people
00:12:21.560 that just couldn't couldn't get in and yeah and i had it was a beautiful day yesterday and i had the
00:12:27.280 window open for a little while until i realized that's not a good idea um but i had the window open
00:12:32.440 and people would see me and they'd go go i'm back uh i'd be like hey how are you and they'd be like can
00:12:38.280 you get us in yeah just hop in the back pile in i can't but uh there were people that you know
00:12:44.560 came from everywhere across the country had driven for hours and hours and hours and were
00:12:50.120 there at four o'clock in the morning and still couldn't get in now they filled another stadium
00:12:55.740 of i think 20 000 people right around the corner so there were two stadiums that were going on
00:13:01.660 but there had to be at least a hundred thousand people that did not get into either one of those
00:13:06.820 stadiums wow yeah i mean it was huge they were anywhere between 250 and 350 i would guess and
00:13:14.660 there were 100 million streams yesterday 100 million streams this thing was viewed all over
00:13:23.600 the world and i think it is the greatest revival moment of my lifetime i mean i remember i'm i'm old
00:13:32.780 enough to i remember the days when we had moving pictures um i remember my grandmother used to
00:13:40.260 always watch the billy graham you know revivals and there would be these big things i don't even know
00:13:46.060 if they were every year or every couple of years whatever but they would fill up stadiums around and
00:13:50.840 then you know a special one kiro uh tonight the billy graham revival and you'd watch it and and uh you
00:14:00.780 know as a little kid wasn't really what i really wanted to watch but it was better than lawrence
00:14:05.060 welk which was the other choice my grandmother would give us um and uh you'd watch it and people
00:14:11.740 would come to christ and it was really uplifting it was really great that's what this was that's what
00:14:18.160 this was this was this was an awakening and and any preacher that doesn't see that here let me just
00:14:27.560 speak to the greedy preachers okay there are millions especially youth there are millions
00:14:34.580 that are starving for this message why are you ignoring it why are you ignoring what's really
00:14:44.520 happening in the world people are searching for answers you want to fill your coffers you want to
00:14:52.080 fill your pews just talk about what's really happening and then and then tie the message of
00:14:59.460 christ of peace and truth is this something you're actually encouraging hey for more cash do this if
00:15:06.860 that's what it's gonna take no i mean i know i think there are preachers that don't do it because
00:15:11.740 they're thinking you know we're gonna lose we're gonna lose congregants we'll lose the tithing
00:15:16.080 will i'll lose the church i've got payments i have to make yeah that's very christ-like talk about
00:15:22.580 what's happening talk about what's happening is that not occurring no there's a lot of there's a
00:15:30.300 i'd say the majority of churches didn't discuss it last sunday didn't discuss it really i heard it
00:15:37.980 not last sunday and this sunday uh it was good for you you're in the right place but you're also
00:15:43.820 in texas true true i mean i i could certainly see how someone would be concerned about talking about
00:15:52.280 a an obvious political figure in this context though when it comes to a a murder it's like
00:15:59.860 it really should just be the type of event that is so obvious as to the way you're supposed to react
00:16:07.340 that it should not be divisive your whole value system that that's what church is i look at it as
00:16:17.800 a hospital for your values okay i'm bleeding to death on my values because i have been in
00:16:26.220 spiritual warfare all week and i don't know if i'm doing the right thing i don't know how to deal
00:16:33.780 with all of this help me okay that's why i go to church on side help me renew my covenants help me
00:16:42.800 be a better person help me understand the world through a spiritual lens what charlie did was he
00:16:50.640 talked about politics but he at the very base of everything was his belief in god and there are
00:16:58.740 millions of people that that are struggling with their belief in god and everybody's just talking
00:17:04.620 about the scriptures without any connection to today the scriptures are alive when you read the
00:17:14.220 scriptures they become alive to you because they answer your questions today i'm struggling with
00:17:19.280 something i open up the scriptures and my gosh there's the answer okay it's because it talks about
00:17:24.800 the human condition it talks about everything is the same we're all struggling in the same ways
00:17:30.780 and history repeats itself over and over and over again so all the answers are there but why are you
00:17:36.240 talking about a civilization that was you know 2 000 years ago when you can easily say have you seen
00:17:42.840 any of this in today's world what does this mean to us in today's world how would christ want us to deal
00:17:50.880 with this i mean i want to talk to you about the death penalty and forgiveness that that erica gave
00:17:56.620 yesterday which in one of the most amazing things ever i want to talk to you about that i want to talk
00:18:02.200 about the death penalty why aren't we discussing that in church because in the scriptures the death penalty
00:18:10.940 is really kind of a blood atonement kind of thing is there can you truly be forgiven for murder
00:18:20.820 now i personally think the lord you turn your life over to the lord and you can be forgiven for
00:18:26.320 anything but there are some believe that there has to be a blood atonement for that now that's not
00:18:32.480 something the state can do but i would like to at least talk about that i'd like to talk about the fact
00:18:37.720 that is it right to execute is it right not to execute by forgiving somebody does it mean
00:18:46.660 we don't execute if i forgive you it doesn't mean you don't pay the consequence there is a price that
00:18:56.060 is mercy justice they have to be balanced i can give you mercy but justice is demanded
00:19:05.640 what kind of society are we we know when we just say oh mercy mercy you don't understand what happened
00:19:13.000 in their life and there is no justice this is the kind of society that you get and you have nothing
00:19:20.020 but an authoritarian nightmare state if it's all justice and no mercy more in just a second let me
00:19:27.100 tell you about pre-born we don't get to choose when the biggest decisions show up they don't always wait
00:19:33.040 for a stable job or a supportive family or a quiet household with savings in the bank sometimes they
00:19:37.740 come crashing through the door unannounced messy complicated and very very real a woman facing an
00:19:44.600 unplanned pregnancy in that moment it can feel like the world is collapsing inward especially if everyone
00:19:50.520 in your life is saying get rid of it it's not really a baby get rid of it you have no chance of survival
00:19:56.320 with a baby this is where pre-born steps in not with demands not with just beating you over the head
00:20:04.200 with scriptures you're gonna kill with compassion they provide free ultrasounds offering a glimpse
00:20:10.900 into the life that is already living inside of that mom and giving moms the space to see to hear
00:20:17.480 and to know before making a decision that they can never unmake that's not about pressure that's about
00:20:24.940 being present in a culture that says just get through this pre-born believes in giving her a chance
00:20:31.160 to truly see what is at stake and everything changes with an ultrasound just twenty eight dollars
00:20:36.380 provides a life-saving ultrasound go to pre-born.com slash back pre-born.com slash back or call
00:20:42.980 or hit pound 250 and say the keyword baby pick up your phone pound 250 say the keyword baby together
00:20:50.840 we can end this tragedy one mother one baby at a time sponsored by pre-born 10 seconds station id
00:21:01.160 there's so much to cover from this and i know i mean we can play some of the audio and and such as well
00:21:15.880 today but uh it seemed to me the erica kirk speech was not only the highlight of it but also if that's
00:21:25.740 all you saw that is a perfect way to experience the entire event like she was incredible and the
00:21:33.180 poise that she showed i thought was incredible but also the message it was probably the best defense
00:21:39.000 of marriage and family i've ever heard um and uh and the forgiveness is i mean you either believe it or
00:21:48.460 you don't you know i think there's gonna be a lot of people share like that well yeah maybe i just it to
00:21:55.380 me it just struck me as the ultimate like billboard for christianity it is it is the moment how long
00:22:03.620 have i talked about the amish forgiving the shooter as they're pulling the bodies of their children out
00:22:11.300 of that school they're forgiving and comforting the mother forgiving the shooter comforting the mother
00:22:19.020 of the shooter and saying you lost you lost someone too today i mean i that that is christianity yeah and
00:22:27.300 if you think you mentioned you know what are the new york times going to show in their papers of this
00:22:31.000 they're going to show the guy with whatever the cross or whatever think of the the vision the average
00:22:36.760 secular urban uh reader of the new york times gets of christians like they're evil they're hateful
00:22:44.720 they don't like people who look different than them the nine million things that they say about
00:22:50.160 christians on a day-to-day basis and then when you see her who just lost her husband who lost the
00:22:55.440 father of her children to forgive in that moment which i don't know that i would have had anywhere
00:23:03.000 near the strength to do she is rock solid she's rock solid and i think that was just like wow that's
00:23:08.760 who these people are wait a minute that's what christians are like i maybe i want to be part of that
00:23:12.860 group if you happen to not be amen to that may this heal the world
00:23:18.840 this is glenn beck it's off to a good start i'll tell you that let me tell you about the
00:23:27.480 international fellowship of christians and jews here's something they don't teach you about in
00:23:31.600 schools anymore the the understanding of freedom didn't begin in philadelphia began long long ago for
00:23:37.360 far out in the desert it was handed down to a people who walked through fire and exile slavery
00:23:43.680 all of it and who carried with them not just laws but a vision human dignity is not granted by kings
00:23:51.860 it is given by god that group of people still exists they are our brothers our spiritual brothers
00:23:57.520 and sisters it still endures today and it is under attack i mean the reason why israel is under attack
00:24:04.220 is the same reason they killed charlie kirk you've got to stop this message the sirens that wail over
00:24:11.320 the israeli cities are not symbolic they their shelters are not hypothetical the threats are in
00:24:15.960 ancient history it's all of it real in israel can you help the fellowship it's not just a charity
00:24:22.380 it is recognizing our shared heritage in action and having the will to honor it and they are on the
00:24:27.440 front line with food blankets medical aid and hope let israel fight its own wars but we can help heal
00:24:34.000 people get more information how you can join the flags of fellowship movement ifcj.org that's ifcj.org

00:25:12.560 urge you if you have a young man uh or a young adult in your family i urge you just to listen to
00:25:21.760 is it dr ahearn how do you say his last name i think it's ahearn uh from hillsdale college it was
00:25:28.000 one of the best speeches i have heard for clarity for youth it was absolutely perfect i urge you to
00:25:39.440 go and you can find it at blaze tv uh at youtube so go to youtube.com slash blaze tv and you can watch
00:25:46.820 the entire thing i urge you watch it start to start to finish at least you you know the i think the
00:25:53.760 political stuff is all really really good and you know as as uh uh president vance said i have said
00:26:02.260 i have talked about jesus christ more in the last 10 days than i have in my entire political career
00:26:07.940 and so the messages were so spot on in many many ways but that's all going to be covered what was said
00:26:15.860 before the politicos got on is not necessarily going to be covered and i think that was the heart
00:26:21.900 of all of this so go back and listen um and i want to just go through some things that erica kirk said
00:26:29.500 i mean i was i was flying yesterday and i thought what are the odds that this amazing spiritual giant
00:26:36.360 who had been prepared i think his whole life to do what he did is smart enough to run a large operation
00:26:46.260 uh has the spirit with him knows how to argue knows how to do everything he does marries a woman
00:26:54.760 who is exactly like that i mean she said to me last week we had a conversation she said i think
00:27:02.500 charlie prepared me for this and i didn't even know it she said he's got stacks of diaries he wrote
00:27:09.180 a diary every day and she said i never read his diaries i mean that's not something you do but
00:27:14.660 after he died i went in and i started going through his diaries i'm reading the last few pages and
00:27:19.440 everything else she said i started reading him she said he left me the plans for 2028
00:27:25.080 he left me the budgets for the future he she said he he like left this for me
00:27:32.420 um and she is a force to be reckoned with i mean she tp usa is in really good hands i think with her
00:27:40.540 but here she is in one of the most christ-like moments yesterday at the memorial service talking
00:27:47.780 about the shooter of her husband my husband charlie
00:27:53.400 he wanted to save
00:27:57.760 young men just like the one who took his life
00:28:04.920 that young man
00:28:23.460 that young man
00:28:27.220 on the cross our savior said
00:28:30.380 father
00:28:35.880 father forgive them
00:28:36.960 for they not know what they do
00:28:40.080 that man
00:28:43.680 that young man
00:28:47.260 i forgive him
00:28:52.040 because it was what christ did
00:29:16.900 and is what charlie would do
00:29:20.160 the answer to hate is not hate
00:29:24.860 the answer we know from the gospel is love and always love
00:29:30.320 love for our enemies
00:29:33.180 and love for those who persecute us
00:29:37.600 absolutely incredible
00:29:43.300 absolutely incredible
00:29:45.800 i don't know how
00:29:47.220 she was able to do that
00:29:48.680 i mean i guess i do know how
00:29:49.840 but it's an incredible thing to watch
00:29:51.800 and it seemed like it was so
00:29:54.300 i don't think i've ever seen a stadium like that
00:29:56.580 that quiet
00:29:57.440 i mean
00:29:58.360 there's a hundred thousand people in the stadium
00:30:00.220 she's whispering
00:30:01.380 pin drop
00:30:02.220 pin drop
00:30:03.340 pin drop
00:30:03.800 that's what it seemed like
00:30:05.360 um and what a
00:30:07.500 what a great
00:30:10.460 moment
00:30:11.300 what a great moment
00:30:12.820 now i'm going to get later on in the program
00:30:14.780 i'm going to get into
00:30:15.620 what does that mean to forgive
00:30:16.980 does that mean forgive and move on
00:30:18.600 forgive and forget
00:30:19.400 um
00:30:20.640 what is our
00:30:21.500 duty
00:30:22.180 um
00:30:23.340 because that is
00:30:24.780 the spiritual requirement
00:30:26.220 for your first citizenship
00:30:27.580 your first citizenship
00:30:29.600 is the citizenship
00:30:30.800 into the kingdom of god
00:30:32.040 that is a requirement
00:30:34.960 to be able to hold that citizenship
00:30:37.360 okay
00:30:38.200 forgive those
00:30:39.860 who hate you
00:30:40.960 persecute you
00:30:42.100 kill you
00:30:43.240 forgive them
00:30:44.660 but there is a second citizenship
00:30:47.820 that we hold
00:30:48.660 and as long as it does not
00:30:51.680 uh
00:30:53.040 it can never battle
00:30:54.200 the first citizenship
00:30:55.040 you cannot lose
00:30:56.160 your first citizenship
00:30:57.020 passport
00:30:57.640 because you're doing something
00:30:59.940 in the second citizenship
00:31:01.040 that you should not be doing
00:31:02.880 okay
00:31:03.800 so
00:31:04.700 are they
00:31:06.340 or are they
00:31:08.460 diametrically opposed
00:31:09.860 in this
00:31:10.680 some might say
00:31:12.000 yes
00:31:12.360 i don't think so
00:31:13.520 but i just want to talk to you
00:31:15.100 about that
00:31:15.700 um
00:31:16.680 here in just a minute
00:31:17.700 um
00:31:18.500 here she is
00:31:19.460 yesterday
00:31:20.060 as i was driving up to the stadium
00:31:24.140 and i was driving away from the stadium
00:31:26.180 the one thing
00:31:27.960 that
00:31:28.740 i thought
00:31:30.380 was
00:31:31.060 there's not
00:31:32.880 a single
00:31:33.820 building
00:31:34.780 on fire
00:31:35.700 not only in this city
00:31:37.640 but in the country
00:31:39.300 there was somebody this weekend
00:31:42.120 that was arrested
00:31:43.380 uh
00:31:44.140 because
00:31:44.380 they were a
00:31:45.860 right wing
00:31:46.780 or i mean sorry
00:31:47.380 a left wing
00:31:48.220 nut job
00:31:49.200 that
00:31:50.160 tried to shoot up an abc
00:31:52.080 tried to kill innocent people
00:31:53.400 at a local abc station
00:31:55.080 they had nothing to do with
00:31:56.120 with jimmy kimmel
00:31:57.660 not nothing
00:31:58.320 didn't matter
00:31:59.800 they just
00:32:01.440 opened fire
00:32:02.160 on an abc
00:32:03.100 television station
00:32:04.200 okay
00:32:04.780 arrested
00:32:05.440 also
00:32:06.320 somebody up
00:32:07.160 i think it was in new hampshire
00:32:08.180 goes to a wedding
00:32:09.020 starts killing people
00:32:10.840 at the wedding
00:32:11.560 screaming free palestine
00:32:13.380 there is
00:32:15.200 evil
00:32:16.420 evil
00:32:17.660 that's the only way
00:32:18.760 to describe this
00:32:19.820 irrational
00:32:20.780 evil
00:32:21.920 and the only way
00:32:23.840 to fight that
00:32:24.440 is by doing
00:32:25.380 what she did
00:32:26.260 and doing what
00:32:27.300 everybody so far
00:32:28.620 has been doing
00:32:29.400 with the charlie kirk thing
00:32:30.760 and that is
00:32:31.660 fall to your knees
00:32:32.620 in prayer
00:32:33.460 and follow the teachings
00:32:35.440 of christ
00:32:36.080 here's what she said
00:32:37.620 let's play cut two
00:32:38.540 about riots
00:32:40.180 but most of all
00:32:42.740 god's mercy
00:32:43.520 and god's love
00:32:44.320 have been real
00:32:44.920 revealed to me
00:32:45.720 these past 10 days
00:32:46.880 after charlie's assassination
00:32:50.240 we didn't see violence
00:32:52.260 we didn't see rioting
00:32:56.580 we saw what my husband
00:33:02.860 always prayed
00:33:04.040 he would see
00:33:05.100 in this country
00:33:05.920 we saw revival
00:33:07.580 this past week
00:33:22.820 we saw people
00:33:23.560 open a bible
00:33:24.420 for the first time
00:33:25.380 in a decade
00:33:25.920 we saw people
00:33:28.260 pray for the first time
00:33:29.500 since they were children
00:33:30.460 we saw people
00:33:32.760 go to a church service
00:33:34.040 for the first time
00:33:34.960 in their entire lives
00:33:36.140 charlie liked to journal
00:33:49.260 and i say this
00:33:51.620 because
00:33:52.100 he did it
00:33:53.580 to remember
00:33:54.000 important moments
00:33:54.980 and sayings
00:33:55.600 that affected him
00:33:56.440 and one of the things
00:33:59.320 he wrote in his journal
00:34:00.440 was this
00:34:01.880 every time
00:34:06.660 you make a decision
00:34:08.080 it puts a mark
00:34:10.700 on your soul
00:34:11.660 to those of you
00:34:15.620 out there
00:34:17.360 who just made that decision
00:34:18.820 and took the first step
00:34:22.660 toward a spiritual life
00:34:23.920 i say thank you
00:34:26.820 and welcome
00:34:27.620 how many people
00:34:34.780 around the world
00:34:35.980 felt this
00:34:37.040 i mean
00:34:41.320 think of south
00:34:42.540 korea
00:34:43.460 there is a charlie
00:34:46.040 kirk movement
00:34:46.900 happening in south
00:34:48.080 korea
00:34:48.780 the tommy robinson
00:34:51.120 stuff that's happening
00:34:52.120 over in england
00:34:52.760 three million
00:34:54.020 people
00:34:54.660 on the streets
00:34:55.580 of london
00:34:56.380 holding signs
00:34:57.800 about charlie kirk
00:34:58.680 how many of them
00:35:00.900 watch
00:35:01.240 i mean you're talking
00:35:02.120 england
00:35:02.500 you're talking
00:35:02.980 you know
00:35:03.620 just
00:35:04.180 just across
00:35:05.400 the water
00:35:06.060 from europe
00:35:06.940 godless
00:35:08.160 absolutely
00:35:08.900 godless
00:35:09.780 how many people
00:35:11.700 are finding
00:35:12.460 their faith
00:35:13.340 again
00:35:13.800 now
00:35:15.240 the secret
00:35:16.200 is going
00:35:16.700 to be
00:35:17.140 finding
00:35:17.720 those
00:35:18.160 preachers
00:35:18.680 and those
00:35:19.000 pastors
00:35:19.420 that will
00:35:20.420 deliver
00:35:20.800 the message
00:35:21.520 she just
00:35:22.320 delivered
00:35:22.760 that it's
00:35:24.120 not about
00:35:24.700 violence
00:35:25.140 it's not
00:35:25.880 about
00:35:26.140 authoritarianism
00:35:27.160 it's not
00:35:28.080 about any
00:35:28.500 of that
00:35:28.880 stuff
00:35:29.240 it's about
00:35:30.280 fixing
00:35:30.860 you
00:35:31.420 first
00:35:32.020 it's about
00:35:33.500 thinking
00:35:34.060 small
00:35:34.760 you want
00:35:35.660 to fix
00:35:36.020 the world
00:35:36.500 fix
00:35:37.080 you
00:35:37.700 first
00:35:38.380 if we
00:35:41.660 can find
00:35:42.200 those
00:35:42.520 pastors
00:35:42.900 priests
00:35:43.300 and rabbis
00:35:44.000 that are
00:35:44.460 actually
00:35:45.080 saying
00:35:45.620 those
00:35:46.120 things
00:35:46.520 and tying
00:35:47.400 it to
00:35:48.040 i mean
00:35:49.080 have you
00:35:49.400 heard
00:35:49.720 anybody
00:35:50.280 talk about
00:35:51.200 get married
00:35:52.200 and have
00:35:52.700 lots of
00:35:53.200 children
00:35:53.480 more than
00:35:54.200 you have
00:35:54.620 in the
00:35:54.860 last 10
00:35:55.260 days
00:35:55.540 i mean
00:35:57.020 probably
00:35:57.440 elon
00:35:57.940 musk
00:35:58.420 is the
00:35:58.880 only one
00:35:59.240 that i've
00:35:59.580 heard
00:35:59.820 you know
00:36:00.220 really
00:36:00.540 going
00:36:00.800 you gotta
00:36:01.480 have
00:36:01.680 children
00:36:02.060 gotta
00:36:02.500 have
00:36:02.640 children
00:36:02.900 and i'm
00:36:03.200 doing
00:36:03.360 my best
00:36:03.980 he's got
00:36:04.420 like 400
00:36:04.960 of them
00:36:05.380 but you
00:36:07.340 have to
00:36:07.640 have
00:36:07.760 children
00:36:08.200 and in
00:36:09.780 the last
00:36:10.400 week
00:36:11.280 and especially
00:36:11.980 last night
00:36:13.000 there were
00:36:13.600 several speakers
00:36:14.800 that were like
00:36:15.380 get married
00:36:16.500 have children
00:36:18.300 it gives
00:36:19.740 your life
00:36:20.380 meaning
00:36:20.800 and it is
00:36:21.760 true
00:36:22.340 it is
00:36:22.920 absolutely
00:36:23.620 true
00:36:24.120 have
00:36:25.020 children
00:36:25.580 more than
00:36:26.640 you can
00:36:27.060 afford
00:36:27.480 i really
00:36:31.800 was very
00:36:32.980 young and
00:36:33.460 very selfish
00:36:34.200 in my
00:36:34.660 20s
00:36:35.160 and
00:36:35.740 and
00:36:37.900 you know
00:36:39.760 i didn't
00:36:40.060 grow up
00:36:40.460 in a
00:36:40.820 in a
00:36:41.660 family
00:36:42.120 you know
00:36:42.320 my mom
00:36:42.740 was an
00:36:43.060 alcoholic
00:36:43.460 that committed
00:36:43.960 suicide
00:36:44.360 my dad
00:36:45.160 was
00:36:45.660 you know
00:36:46.360 horribly
00:36:47.520 horribly
00:36:48.040 abused
00:36:48.600 as a
00:36:49.060 child
00:36:49.400 and
00:36:50.760 so
00:36:51.160 kind of
00:36:51.500 withdrew
00:36:51.960 because
00:36:52.280 he didn't
00:36:52.700 want to
00:36:53.040 be his
00:36:53.400 father
00:36:53.800 and so
00:36:55.240 i didn't
00:36:55.580 really
00:36:56.000 i just
00:36:56.640 this bad
00:36:57.240 kind of
00:36:58.060 family
00:36:58.640 i mean
00:36:58.900 we all
00:36:59.180 do
00:36:59.400 we all
00:36:59.820 do
00:37:00.020 you know
00:37:01.600 families
00:37:01.980 that just
00:37:02.300 are not
00:37:02.720 necessarily
00:37:03.240 the best
00:37:03.700 role models
00:37:04.340 god bless
00:37:06.040 you if
00:37:06.340 you had
00:37:06.660 one
00:37:06.980 but most
00:37:08.420 of us
00:37:08.740 haven't
00:37:09.480 and you
00:37:11.080 know
00:37:11.200 i just
00:37:11.560 didn't
00:37:12.020 i didn't
00:37:13.560 know what
00:37:13.820 family really
00:37:14.540 meant
00:37:15.040 until
00:37:16.500 recently
00:37:17.360 until maybe
00:37:18.300 the last
00:37:18.820 15 years
00:37:20.280 and the
00:37:21.880 older i
00:37:22.540 get
00:37:23.120 the more
00:37:24.500 i understand
00:37:25.800 it
00:37:26.400 fame
00:37:28.160 fortune
00:37:29.000 success
00:37:30.120 vacations
00:37:32.740 whatever
00:37:33.520 it is
00:37:34.360 you're
00:37:34.560 working
00:37:34.880 for
00:37:35.200 whatever
00:37:35.760 it is
00:37:36.140 you're
00:37:36.280 working
00:37:36.520 for
00:37:36.860 i promise
00:37:38.060 you
00:37:38.340 is
00:37:38.720 meaningless
00:37:39.640 compared
00:37:41.180 to your
00:37:41.500 family
00:37:41.860 compared
00:37:42.780 to finding
00:37:43.440 somebody
00:37:43.860 that you
00:37:44.380 truly
00:37:44.880 love
00:37:45.440 and they
00:37:45.920 love
00:37:46.240 you
00:37:46.540 and the
00:37:46.980 only way
00:37:47.660 to find
00:37:48.420 that
00:37:48.900 is to
00:37:49.760 put
00:37:49.960 first
00:37:50.520 principles
00:37:51.120 first
00:37:51.600 when you
00:37:52.880 marry
00:37:53.240 somebody
00:37:53.800 you must
00:37:54.920 have
00:37:55.440 first
00:37:56.020 principles
00:37:56.720 in line
00:37:58.360 if you
00:37:59.760 don't
00:38:00.160 you're
00:38:00.460 never
00:38:00.680 going
00:38:00.860 to
00:38:00.940 make
00:38:01.140 it
00:38:01.340 you're
00:38:01.840 just
00:38:02.020 not
00:38:02.380 find
00:38:03.540 that
00:38:03.840 person
00:38:04.200 that
00:38:04.440 that
00:38:04.800 agrees
00:38:05.380 with
00:38:05.600 you
00:38:05.780 on
00:38:06.060 first
00:38:06.620 principles
00:38:07.180 and that
00:38:07.580 and that
00:38:08.200 makes
00:38:08.700 you want
00:38:09.460 to be
00:38:09.720 better
00:38:09.960 the thing
00:38:10.380 about
00:38:10.660 tanya
00:38:11.000 now she
00:38:11.320 stopped
00:38:11.600 saying
00:38:11.820 this
00:38:12.000 long
00:38:12.220 ago
00:38:12.480 i'm
00:38:13.040 sure
00:38:13.220 but
00:38:13.420 i used
00:38:14.340 to
00:38:14.640 inspire
00:38:15.320 her
00:38:15.580 to
00:38:15.760 be
00:38:15.880 better
00:38:16.120 and
00:38:16.380 she
00:38:16.720 inspired
00:38:17.740 me
00:38:18.020 to
00:38:18.160 be
00:38:18.280 better
00:38:18.560 you know
00:38:19.180 what i
00:38:19.320 mean
00:38:19.540 and she
00:38:20.340 still
00:38:20.660 does
00:38:21.120 i think
00:38:21.760 i stopped
00:38:22.120 inspiring
00:38:22.520 her
00:38:28.360 first
00:38:28.440 principles
00:38:28.960 and somebody
00:38:30.280 that says
00:38:31.000 that makes
00:38:31.920 you say
00:38:32.300 to yourself
00:38:32.720 i want
00:38:33.320 to be
00:38:33.600 a better
00:38:33.900 man
00:38:34.300 for her
00:38:34.880 she
00:38:35.960 deserves
00:38:36.500 more
00:38:36.940 than
00:38:37.720 what
00:38:38.220 i am
00:38:39.200 today
00:38:39.680 you find
00:38:41.880 that person
00:38:42.600 you will
00:38:43.620 make it
00:38:43.960 through
00:38:44.160 every
00:38:44.620 single
00:38:45.140 storm
00:38:45.700 you can
00:38:46.340 possibly
00:38:47.060 imagine
00:38:47.660 and that's
00:38:50.020 what gives
00:38:50.420 your life
00:38:50.820 meaning
00:38:51.180 back in
00:38:52.060 just a
00:38:52.300 minute
00:38:52.420 no one
00:38:55.120 kicks down
00:38:55.500 your door
00:38:55.820 to steal
00:38:56.160 your identity
00:38:56.740 these days
00:38:57.320 why would
00:38:57.720 they
00:38:57.980 they don't
00:38:58.440 need to
00:38:58.820 they can
00:38:59.100 simply slip
00:38:59.960 through
00:39:00.300 your home
00:39:01.340 or your
00:39:01.640 work's
00:39:02.000 wi-fi
00:39:02.440 sift through
00:39:02.960 the customer

00:39:04.460 been in

00:39:05.760 old email

00:39:09.300 you never
00:39:09.720 even knew
00:39:10.120 you encountered
00:39:10.860 and by the
00:39:11.780 time you
00:39:12.140 notice that
00:39:12.700 something's
00:39:13.100 off
00:39:13.380 a denied
00:39:14.200 loan
00:39:14.620 perhaps
00:39:15.180 maybe a
00:39:15.720 bill for
00:39:16.180 an account
00:39:16.580 you didn't
00:39:17.160 open

00:39:19.420 your name
00:39:20.080 the damage
00:39:20.600 is already
00:39:21.160 done and

00:40:06.520 welcome to the

00:40:28.680 program
00:40:29.100 we're so glad
00:40:30.840 you're here
00:40:31.260 so glad you're
00:40:31.980 here
00:40:32.180 it was a little
00:40:33.520 surreal yesterday
00:40:34.560 and you'll have
00:40:35.000 to help me
00:40:35.340 I don't know
00:40:36.260 what I've said
00:40:36.660 on the air
00:40:37.020 and what I've
00:40:37.380 said off the
00:40:37.780 air
00:40:37.960 but it was
00:40:39.840 a little
00:40:40.040 surreal
00:40:40.460 yesterday
00:40:41.480 I turn around
00:40:44.240 and sitting
00:40:46.520 right behind me
00:40:47.000 is Elon Musk
00:40:47.680 who by the way
00:40:49.540 I can see
00:40:50.700 what the lady
00:40:51.080 is seeing him
00:40:51.660 really
00:40:52.540 he actually
00:40:53.440 is a really
00:40:54.260 good looking
00:40:54.860 guy
00:40:55.160 you know
00:40:55.620 how he kind
00:40:56.000 of looks
00:40:56.320 I don't know
00:40:57.260 a little
00:40:57.500 doughy
00:40:58.060 you know
00:40:58.980 he doesn't
00:41:00.220 look like that
00:41:00.940 in real life
00:41:02.040 really
00:41:02.400 yeah
00:41:02.780 and
00:41:04.140 it was
00:41:05.520 one of
00:41:05.820 those things
00:41:06.260 where I
00:41:06.540 wanted to
00:41:06.980 go
00:41:07.200 I love
00:41:08.040 you so
00:41:08.540 much
00:41:08.960 and you
00:41:09.580 know
00:41:09.660 it's one
00:41:09.900 of those
00:41:10.120 things
00:41:10.360 where I
00:41:10.620 turn around
00:41:11.040 I see him
00:41:11.660 he sees
00:41:12.100 me
00:41:12.360 we have
00:41:12.700 that moment
00:41:13.200 of recognition
00:41:13.900 just nod
00:41:15.060 each other's
00:41:15.500 head
00:41:15.760 I mouthed
00:41:17.000 thank you
00:41:17.680 he just
00:41:19.040 kind of
00:41:19.760 closed his
00:41:20.200 eyes and
00:41:20.600 nodded like
00:41:21.100 thank you
00:41:22.340 and that's
00:41:23.520 all we said
00:41:23.960 and it
00:41:25.500 killed me
00:41:26.120 because I
00:41:26.560 really wanted
00:41:27.520 to talk to
00:41:28.060 him
00:41:28.260 but I
00:41:29.660 thought
00:41:30.160 that is
00:41:31.040 an example
00:41:31.920 of somebody
00:41:32.380 who
00:41:33.260 is there
00:41:35.480 because it
00:41:36.980 meant something
00:41:37.900 you know
00:41:38.640 he wasn't
00:41:39.740 there obviously
00:41:40.300 for the
00:41:40.820 political
00:41:41.280 points
00:41:42.300 you know
00:41:42.900 a lot of
00:41:43.620 people
00:41:43.960 on our
00:41:45.120 side are
00:41:45.380 probably
00:41:45.640 mad at
00:41:46.240 him
00:41:46.540 I think
00:41:47.500 he has
00:41:47.900 been
00:41:48.080 treated
00:41:48.480 wildly
00:41:49.760 inappropriately
00:41:52.240 negative
00:41:54.480 and there
00:41:57.220 he sat
00:41:57.660 just walked
00:41:58.260 in with
00:41:58.620 his children
00:41:59.080 and just
00:41:59.640 sat there
00:42:00.200 quietly
00:42:01.120 by himself
00:42:02.200 didn't say
00:42:03.320 a word
00:42:03.780 I mean
00:42:04.540 it was
00:42:04.760 it was
00:42:05.160 really nice
00:42:05.960 to see him
00:42:06.520 really nice
00:42:07.300 to see him
00:42:07.800 there
00:42:08.000 and I
00:42:09.020 like the
00:42:09.780 fact that
00:42:10.340 he and
00:42:10.640 Trump
00:42:10.900 got together
00:42:11.840 this
00:42:12.320 is Glenn
00:42:13.520 Beck
00:42:14.060 let me tell
00:42:14.860 you about
00:42:15.280 Jace Medical
00:42:16.140 you and I
00:42:16.720 have learned
00:42:17.060 sometimes the
00:42:17.560 hard way
00:42:17.960 that the
00:42:18.500 pharmacy
00:42:18.800 counter
00:42:19.220 you know
00:42:20.880 that's the
00:42:21.180 only reliable
00:42:21.940 the only
00:42:23.080 reliable thing
00:42:23.740 yeah until
00:42:24.200 the supply
00:42:24.740 chain
00:42:25.160 breaks down
00:42:26.000 then there's
00:42:26.600 a you know
00:42:26.960 there's a storm
00:42:27.680 there's a strike
00:42:28.440 there's a border
00:42:29.060 closure
00:42:29.580 run on inventory
00:42:31.280 you're just
00:42:31.900 you know
00:42:32.360 left hoping
00:42:32.900 your family
00:42:33.360 doesn't
00:42:33.880 you know
00:42:34.140 need something
00:42:34.760 you can't get
00:42:35.480 baby formula
00:42:36.160 comes to mind
00:42:36.800 Jace Medical
00:42:38.060 exists so

00:44:06.680 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:44:17.200 Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program. Let me talk to you about justice and mercy and
00:44:23.640 what happened yesterday at the Charlie Kirk Memorial. I hope you watched all of it. I know
00:44:30.800 it was busy with games and everything else, but boy, oh boy, please go back and watch it. You can
00:44:35.800 find it on the Blaze YouTube channel at youtube.com slash Blaze TV. Watch the entire thing, at least
00:44:43.040 the first half. It is really important. I think spiritually, it was one of the most powerful
00:44:50.680 things I've ever been a part of or that I've ever witnessed. It was really incredible.
00:44:57.640 We'll talk about that and the difference between justice and mercy in just a second. First, let me
00:45:03.000 talk to you a little bit about the Berna launcher. Here's something you might not know. According to
00:45:06.820 FBI data, less than one hundredth of a percent of all altercations actually require a lethal response.
00:45:14.100 One hundredth of a percent. That means statistically speaking, you know, the thing you're most likely
00:45:22.560 to need in a crisis is not a deadly weapon. It is a way to end the confrontation without ending a life.
00:45:28.860 And that's where the new Berna compact launcher changes the game. This thing is great. My children
00:45:33.840 have it. You know, they're all over 18. You have to be at least 18, but you don't, it's, it's not
00:45:38.580 lethal. So you can have it in your car. You can have it in your purse. I, I want my kids to carry
00:45:44.640 this thing. Um, because it is, it's the perfect thing to have. If you get into a sticky situation,
00:45:52.800 it's small, you put it in the purse. I carry it in my back. It's really simple. Don't let the size
00:45:59.080 fool you. Uh, launcher fires at 400 feet per second hits with 41 jewels of force per square inch.
00:46:06.280 And it also is tear gas. Uh, so it's, it's pretty good. Berna, B-Y-R-N-A.com slash Glenn.
00:46:12.920 Learn more. That's Berna.com slash Glenn. Go there now or try before you buy it. Sportsman's
00:46:18.240 warehouse location near you. It's Berna.com slash Glenn. Uh, I want to talk to you a little bit
00:46:23.960 about what I believe is coming in our society, what you need to prepare for. Uh, hopefully I'm wrong.
00:46:30.720 Um, generally speaking, you know, gross exaggeration here, but I'm, I'm right on a lot of these things.
00:46:38.860 I'm just really bad at timing. Um, you know, I, I talked to you three, four years ago that
00:46:44.000 I thought the week, the, the year that we ended up doing, you know, BLM, I thought that was the
00:46:50.480 year that assassinations were going to come. Um, and we're here now and I don't, I pray that this
00:46:57.100 is wrong, but we're not done. And I, I want to talk to you about that, um, in a second, but I,
00:47:03.700 I also want to talk to you a little bit about, uh, putting the killer to death.
00:47:16.700 There are people that are really very excited about putting this killer to death, uh, a public
00:47:23.320 execution in front of the white house, televised for the whole world to see a sign that the note,
00:47:29.280 the right is no longer just messing around. Okay. That's a really bad idea. First of all,
00:47:37.100 that's not justice. If anyone deserves the death penalty, it would be someone like this took an
00:47:44.460 innocent man away from his wife and kids forever. It is the state law that matters. And the state of
00:47:51.260 Utah has the death penalty and they use it. But should we be crying for the death penalty?
00:48:01.740 I mean, is that an eye for an eye? Would that be a victory? So yesterday I saw a second version of
00:48:10.160 what justice looks like, but it's not one. What I just said about executing people in front of the
00:48:17.260 high school. Maybe that's, maybe that's some kind of justice, but it's all justice, no mercy.
00:48:23.280 Yesterday I saw justice, mainly mercy from Erica Kirk. And I want to play this. This is what she said.
00:48:32.420 Cut one.
00:48:35.260 My husband, Charlie,
00:48:36.760 He wanted to save young men, just like the one who took his life.
00:48:48.300 That young man.
00:49:09.360 That young man.
00:49:11.580 On the cross, our savior said,
00:49:13.800 Father,
00:49:19.280 Father, forgive them for they not know what they do.
00:49:25.960 That man,
00:49:29.520 that young man,
00:49:31.580 I forgive him.
00:49:35.400 I forgive him.
00:49:35.440 I forgive him because it was what Christ did and is what Charlie would do.
00:50:03.560 The answer to hate is not hate.
00:50:09.780 The answer we know from the gospel is love and always love.
00:50:15.100 Love for our enemies and love for those who persecute us.
00:50:23.700 What an amazing,
00:50:26.140 an absolute amazing
00:50:28.060 example of being Christ-like.
00:50:33.560 So let me take this a step further.
00:50:37.160 The man who killed Charlie deserves death.
00:50:41.320 I mean,
00:50:41.940 I think we all have the right to hate him.
00:50:45.380 Especially the wife that will never see her husband again.
00:50:48.740 But that's not victory.
00:50:50.760 And that's not what we're supposed to do.
00:50:52.540 It's natural for us to want revenge.
00:51:03.280 And that's what he wanted.
00:51:05.660 He wanted revenge.
00:51:06.900 He wanted to stop the man who he believed was spreading hate.
00:51:11.760 Except he didn't.
00:51:12.980 This always works in the opposite way.
00:51:15.980 Always.
00:51:17.240 But Erica just showed us what
00:51:19.300 true vengeance,
00:51:21.980 if you will,
00:51:22.360 looks like.
00:51:23.780 Because she knows who the real enemy is.
00:51:27.040 The real enemy doesn't care about the killer.
00:51:29.620 At all.
00:51:30.400 At all.
00:51:32.780 The real enemy used that kid
00:51:35.160 and is done with him.
00:51:36.620 Okay?
00:51:36.760 If he would die right now,
00:51:39.940 it wouldn't matter.
00:51:41.160 Maybe the real enemy would rejoice.
00:51:44.620 But it doesn't matter.
00:51:45.900 Just another soul lost forever.
00:51:49.180 Another member of God's family
00:51:51.460 ripped away from him.
00:51:55.760 And all those who follow God,
00:52:00.240 well, they're too busy cheering on his death
00:52:02.380 to realize what just happened.
00:52:03.620 So,
00:52:07.760 I want to be very, very careful here
00:52:09.820 because I'm going to make the point
00:52:11.380 for the death penalty
00:52:12.540 in this case as well.
00:52:17.160 Paul, the apostle,
00:52:18.540 put it really plainly.
00:52:19.980 He said,
00:52:20.540 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
00:52:22.640 but against principalities,
00:52:24.060 against powers,
00:52:24.800 against the rulers of darkness of this world,
00:52:26.880 against spiritual wickedness
00:52:29.380 in high places.
00:52:31.340 Want to take real revenge?
00:52:34.600 Deny evil what it wants.
00:52:37.820 Do good instead.
00:52:40.700 The real enemy shrieked in pain
00:52:45.220 when she said that.
00:52:47.140 That's not what the real enemy wants.
00:52:51.300 He wants hatred.
00:52:52.640 He needs hatred.
00:52:54.080 That you make them shriek
00:52:57.600 when you pray for the redemption
00:52:59.140 of everyone.
00:53:02.800 And everybody is now seeing
00:53:04.480 how Christians are reacting
00:53:05.840 to Charlie's death,
00:53:06.900 even his killer.
00:53:07.600 We haven't burned cities down.
00:53:09.000 We're not screaming in the streets.
00:53:11.360 We are denying what evil wants.
00:53:14.400 But forgiveness,
00:53:18.340 forgiveness is different, isn't it?
00:53:21.000 Isn't forgiveness
00:53:21.940 different than justice?
00:53:26.540 Forgiveness is absolutely
00:53:28.440 required of Christians.
00:53:31.660 But justice and mercy,
00:53:34.320 those are the scales.
00:53:36.060 Justice and mercy.
00:53:37.860 Justice is about order,
00:53:39.560 accountability,
00:53:40.000 and the consequence
00:53:41.380 of choices.
00:53:43.400 But if you just go for justice,
00:53:45.760 that hardens into deep
00:53:47.760 and profound cruelty.
00:53:50.180 It leaves,
00:53:51.660 strict law without compassion
00:53:53.540 leaves no room for growth,
00:53:55.840 no room for redemption,
00:53:57.720 the human condition of weakness.
00:53:59.760 It punishes,
00:54:01.160 but it never heals.
00:54:02.860 A world with all justice
00:54:05.880 and no mercy
00:54:06.600 is just a cold tribunal
00:54:08.080 where even the small mistakes
00:54:10.740 are crushed under the weight
00:54:12.460 of total imperfect law.
00:54:17.840 But justice must be satisfied.
00:54:19.940 One of the problems
00:54:20.640 that we're having right now
00:54:21.680 is justice is never paid
00:54:23.500 by anybody.
00:54:24.720 They get away with anything.
00:54:27.420 And we are crying out for justice,
00:54:29.600 which makes it harder
00:54:31.640 because sometimes mercy
00:54:35.440 is confused
00:54:36.440 with no justice.
00:54:41.320 Mercy by itself
00:54:43.500 is compassion.
00:54:44.680 It is forgiveness.
00:54:45.700 It is second chances.
00:54:48.060 But mercy without justice
00:54:50.080 loses its meaning entirely.
00:54:52.560 It just becomes indulgence.
00:54:54.420 There are no boundaries,
00:54:55.560 no consequences,
00:54:56.560 no standards of right
00:54:57.840 and wrong anymore.
00:54:58.860 None of it.
00:54:59.580 It devolves into the society
00:55:02.900 that we have right now
00:55:04.580 and wrongdoing
00:55:05.680 just remains unchecked.
00:55:07.880 Victims are forgotten.
00:55:09.260 Society erodes
00:55:10.220 and there is
00:55:11.360 no accountability
00:55:12.800 whatsoever.
00:55:15.380 So which one do you want?
00:55:18.180 Which one do you want?
00:55:20.440 Justice protects the innocent,
00:55:22.900 but mercy
00:55:24.300 redeems the guilty.
00:55:27.140 Order
00:55:27.780 and love.
00:55:30.580 I want
00:55:31.580 both.
00:55:35.020 God's law
00:55:36.020 demands
00:55:37.380 justice,
00:55:38.460 yet his character
00:55:39.900 demands
00:55:41.100 mercy.
00:55:43.540 You know,
00:55:44.220 I think Utah
00:55:45.020 has the firing squad.
00:55:46.180 And if they go
00:55:48.420 for the death penalty,
00:55:49.420 I would hope
00:55:51.120 that everybody
00:55:51.560 on that firing squad
00:55:52.820 is
00:55:54.820 weeping.
00:55:59.500 That they are
00:56:00.860 providing
00:56:01.640 justice
00:56:02.920 that must
00:56:04.080 be served,
00:56:05.080 but they are doing it
00:56:06.160 with a soft
00:56:07.120 and gentle heart
00:56:08.280 and mercy.
00:56:10.180 If you're struggling
00:56:17.880 with this
00:56:18.560 message,
00:56:19.840 I get it.
00:56:20.740 I don't blame you.
00:56:21.740 Hate is
00:56:22.400 really natural
00:56:23.920 and
00:56:24.480 it's justified
00:56:26.060 at times.
00:56:26.720 It really is.
00:56:27.920 But it also
00:56:28.480 weighs us down.
00:56:32.100 That's why
00:56:33.020 we're supposed
00:56:33.760 to look
00:56:34.520 to Christ.
00:56:36.280 That's why
00:56:36.980 we're supposed
00:56:37.520 to look
00:56:38.260 to God.
00:56:38.840 Jesus has
00:56:40.500 nails in his
00:56:41.180 body.
00:56:41.940 Can you imagine
00:56:42.940 what that was
00:56:43.660 like?
00:56:44.260 Imagine what
00:56:44.780 it was like
00:56:45.200 for him
00:56:45.500 to even
00:56:46.060 breathe,
00:56:47.820 let alone
00:56:48.360 talk.
00:56:51.420 And the
00:56:51.980 reason why
00:56:52.660 usually
00:56:53.560 those who
00:56:54.100 were crucified,
00:56:55.120 they had to
00:56:56.040 break their
00:56:56.520 legs,
00:56:57.400 was because
00:56:58.160 they could
00:56:58.620 use their
00:56:59.100 legs to
00:56:59.600 pull themselves
00:57:00.340 up.
00:57:01.240 Because
00:57:01.700 hanging in
00:57:02.680 that position
00:57:03.380 as you would
00:57:04.180 sag more and
00:57:05.000 more,
00:57:05.300 it's not only
00:57:05.820 ripping the
00:57:06.940 nails,
00:57:07.460 but it's
00:57:07.900 also causing
00:57:08.840 your lungs
00:57:09.400 to collapse.
00:57:10.140 You cannot
00:57:10.680 breathe.
00:57:11.680 So imagine
00:57:12.400 nails in
00:57:13.880 your feet
00:57:14.440 and you are
00:57:15.400 pushing yourself
00:57:16.400 up to be
00:57:17.640 able to
00:57:18.080 breathe and
00:57:19.200 to forgive
00:57:20.140 someone,
00:57:21.060 to say out
00:57:22.460 loud,
00:57:23.180 Father,
00:57:23.680 forgive them.
00:57:26.160 Wow.
00:57:28.040 Wow.
00:57:29.500 And he had
00:57:30.380 every right
00:57:31.140 to come back
00:57:31.820 from the dead
00:57:32.380 and go,
00:57:32.940 all right,
00:57:33.580 you want to
00:57:33.920 play that way?
00:57:34.920 Let me show
00:57:35.600 you what I can
00:57:36.180 do.
00:57:37.100 But he
00:57:37.700 didn't.
00:57:42.040 Instead,
00:57:42.760 he came
00:57:43.120 back and
00:57:43.880 told his
00:57:44.280 followers,
00:57:45.560 many who
00:57:46.840 abandoned
00:57:47.680 him,
00:57:48.680 to go
00:57:49.940 into the
00:57:50.300 world and
00:57:50.660 try to
00:57:50.960 save those
00:57:51.840 who put
00:57:52.900 holes in
00:57:53.300 his hands
00:57:53.760 and his
00:57:54.980 feet.
00:57:57.420 And they
00:57:58.100 knew that
00:57:59.240 they would
00:57:59.640 die.
00:58:00.860 They knew
00:58:01.200 that they
00:58:01.500 would die.
00:58:01.900 but Christ
00:58:05.900 knew that
00:58:06.400 no matter
00:58:06.940 how evil
00:58:07.920 men can
00:58:09.100 become,
00:58:09.760 that's not
00:58:10.940 the real
00:58:11.660 enemy.
00:58:13.920 The real
00:58:15.040 enemy needs
00:58:16.520 hatred because
00:58:17.860 with hatred
00:58:18.880 we can lose
00:58:20.180 our first
00:58:20.800 citizenship.
00:58:21.940 We lose
00:58:22.820 the kingdom
00:58:24.200 of God.
00:58:24.760 And that's
00:58:27.120 all he wants.
00:58:28.720 That's all
00:58:29.300 the real
00:58:29.860 enemy wants.
00:58:30.640 hatred to
00:58:32.000 separate us
00:58:32.960 from our
00:58:33.720 father and
00:58:35.380 separate all
00:58:36.480 mankind.
00:58:38.200 Because he's
00:58:39.240 mad at
00:58:39.940 dad.
00:58:48.620 I happen to
00:58:49.880 believe that
00:58:51.620 justice needs
00:58:52.500 to be served.
00:58:53.120 I believe
00:58:56.400 that we are
00:58:56.960 in such
00:58:57.420 chaos because
00:58:58.140 justice hasn't
00:58:59.160 been served
00:58:59.800 in quite some
00:59:00.580 time.
00:59:02.620 The laws
00:59:03.700 of Utah
00:59:05.040 are for
00:59:06.540 a murder
00:59:06.900 like this.
00:59:08.480 It is the
00:59:09.460 death penalty.
00:59:11.720 And that
00:59:13.120 is the law.
00:59:15.440 I don't
00:59:16.260 want the
00:59:16.920 laws
00:59:17.320 changed to
00:59:20.200 make a
00:59:20.640 point
00:59:21.120 I don't
00:59:24.420 want him
00:59:25.000 having the
00:59:26.240 exception and
00:59:27.220 not paying
00:59:28.240 a price for
00:59:29.180 this.
00:59:29.440 I believe
00:59:30.300 the death
00:59:30.780 penalty is
00:59:32.440 the right
00:59:32.840 thing because
00:59:34.380 I believe
00:59:35.100 that there
00:59:35.480 has to be
00:59:36.500 punished.
00:59:38.320 It has to
00:59:39.700 be punished
00:59:40.240 especially when
00:59:41.240 it is so
00:59:42.200 egregious.
00:59:43.800 But it
00:59:44.620 must be done
00:59:45.660 with mercy.
00:59:48.000 Love them.
00:59:49.580 Forgive them.
00:59:50.480 Give
00:59:53.340 justice
00:59:54.020 but pray
00:59:56.120 that they
00:59:57.400 go back
00:59:58.260 home.
01:00:01.460 Some people
01:00:02.160 call it
01:00:02.520 aging.
01:00:03.000 Others call
01:00:03.400 it, you
01:00:03.920 know, life.
01:00:04.860 But what if
01:00:05.540 the pain you're
01:00:06.020 feeling isn't
01:00:06.660 inevitable, just
01:00:07.700 untreated?
01:00:08.480 When you're
01:00:08.900 dealing with
01:00:09.340 constant pain,
01:00:10.140 back, knees,
01:00:10.880 neck, shoulders,
01:00:11.720 it's easy to
01:00:12.800 tell yourself
01:00:13.380 this is just the
01:00:13.940 way it's going
01:00:14.280 to be from
01:00:14.620 now on.
01:00:15.380 You start
01:00:15.740 adjusting to
01:00:16.520 it without
01:00:16.880 realizing how
01:00:17.820 much it's
01:00:18.440 changed you.
01:00:19.100 You move
01:00:19.500 less, you
01:00:19.960 sleep different,
01:00:20.960 you're shorter
01:00:21.560 with people,
01:00:22.680 and you stop
01:00:23.120 doing the
01:00:23.440 things that
01:00:23.780 you used to
01:00:24.160 enjoy just
01:00:24.740 to avoid the
01:00:25.360 stiffness that
01:00:26.000 follows.
01:00:26.580 Well, Relief
01:00:27.120 Factor wasn't
01:00:28.440 designed to
01:00:28.980 mask that
01:00:29.660 pain.
01:00:29.980 It was
01:00:30.160 designed to
01:00:30.640 go after it,
01:00:31.460 go after
01:00:31.820 what's causing
01:00:32.500 it, inflammation.
01:00:33.820 It's a daily
01:00:34.360 supplement formulated
01:00:35.400 by doctors with
01:00:36.440 natural ingredients
01:00:37.400 that support your
01:00:38.420 own body's ability
01:00:39.300 to reduce pain
01:00:40.380 and heal itself
01:00:41.680 over time.
01:00:42.340 But it's not a
01:00:42.880 quick fix.
01:00:43.780 It's a real
01:00:44.400 path forward,
01:00:45.460 one that hundreds
01:00:46.260 of thousands of
01:00:47.180 people have already
01:00:47.860 taken, including
01:00:48.580 me.
01:00:49.400 And once you
01:00:49.920 take that path,
01:00:50.960 you're going to
01:00:51.320 start getting
01:00:51.720 pieces of your
01:00:52.380 life back one
01:00:53.220 day at a time.
01:00:54.580 Give their
01:00:54.840 three-week quick
01:00:55.440 start a try for
01:00:56.140 only $19.95.
01:00:57.480 Visit
01:00:57.740 relieffactor.com,
01:00:58.800 call 800-4-RELIEF.
01:01:00.060 That's 800,
01:01:00.840 the number
01:01:01.380 for relief.
01:01:03.260 Relieffactor.com.
01:01:04.760 10 seconds,
01:01:05.240 station ID.
01:01:05.660 So when thinking
01:01:18.480 about how to
01:01:19.140 balance, right,
01:01:19.820 justice and
01:01:20.560 forgiveness, how
01:01:22.140 how justice and
01:01:23.980 mercy.
01:01:25.160 Forgiveness is
01:01:26.040 required.
01:01:28.540 Required.
01:01:29.640 Right.
01:01:30.460 Yes.
01:01:31.220 Yes.
01:01:31.660 I mean, it's
01:01:32.220 still it.
01:01:33.160 I mean, as you
01:01:34.540 noted, it doesn't
01:01:35.740 feel obvious that
01:01:39.820 you can do one and
01:01:42.360 the other at the
01:01:43.440 same time.
01:01:43.940 Like it feels like
01:01:45.400 you, you know, to
01:01:47.440 a lot of people that
01:01:48.840 if you don't, if you
01:01:50.860 forgive, that means
01:01:51.980 that you just like let
01:01:52.960 go of all the
01:01:53.640 consequences.
01:01:54.160 And that's not at
01:01:55.060 all what it's
01:01:55.880 supposed to be.
01:01:56.960 Justice is, it's a
01:01:57.980 scale.
01:01:59.620 One side of the
01:02:00.600 scale is mercy.
01:02:01.280 The other side is
01:02:02.500 justice.
01:02:03.100 They must be
01:02:04.360 balanced.
01:02:05.300 It's why Christ
01:02:06.200 came.
01:02:07.260 God's God's laws
01:02:09.580 require a penalty to
01:02:11.780 be paid to clear the
01:02:13.460 debt.
01:02:14.240 So Jesus comes down
01:02:16.240 and clears the debt
01:02:17.300 for all of us.
01:02:18.160 OK, but then we have
01:02:19.760 some responsibilities.
01:02:20.800 He's not he's not
01:02:22.400 saying, oh, yeah, you
01:02:23.240 know what?
01:02:23.500 Don't worry.
01:02:23.920 Free pass.
01:02:24.560 No, then there's no
01:02:25.620 justice.
01:02:26.940 OK, so they have to
01:02:28.500 be balanced, have to
01:02:30.340 be.
01:02:31.140 Forgiveness is the
01:02:32.120 first step to mercy.
01:02:34.440 Do you think that
01:02:35.800 because I know
01:02:36.860 Erica Kirk, I feel
01:02:38.360 really confident that
01:02:39.140 she's able to do
01:02:39.860 that.
01:02:40.240 Do you think the
01:02:41.540 American people, even
01:02:42.660 on the right, are
01:02:43.620 able to find that
01:02:44.720 balance and and
01:02:46.260 execute it?
01:02:47.120 Well, I don't know
01:02:47.800 if you're able if you
01:02:48.980 are if you don't have
01:02:49.960 God in your life, it's
01:02:52.240 much more difficult.
01:02:53.760 If you are all
01:02:56.820 about politics and
01:02:58.320 vengeance and my way
01:02:59.680 or the highway, I
01:03:01.080 don't think it's
01:03:01.660 possible.
01:03:03.380 But for those of us
01:03:05.140 who are who
01:03:06.380 profess to be
01:03:08.160 Christians.
01:03:11.680 It's required.
01:03:13.360 It's it's it's not an
01:03:14.520 option.
01:03:15.120 It's required.
01:03:17.300 Right.
01:03:17.900 But it might be
01:03:19.020 required, but people
01:03:19.800 fall down all the time
01:03:20.860 on these requirements.
01:03:21.640 It's actually the
01:03:22.380 entire story.
01:03:23.160 So, you know, I was
01:03:24.160 saying I was thinking
01:03:24.680 about Ben Franklin on
01:03:25.820 the way home.
01:03:26.900 I don't remember what
01:03:27.860 year it was, but Ben
01:03:28.660 Franklin, you know, he
01:03:29.520 was a bon vivant.
01:03:30.320 He was like the life of
01:03:31.280 the party.
01:03:31.880 Oh, yeah, everybody.
01:03:32.720 I mean, you know, and
01:03:34.640 at some point right
01:03:36.060 around the revolution, he
01:03:36.940 said, I just can't I
01:03:38.060 can't go to parties
01:03:38.720 anymore.
01:03:39.300 I can't because I can't
01:03:40.320 be around people who
01:03:41.160 are not taking things
01:03:42.160 seriously.
01:03:42.900 We are in such a
01:03:44.060 serious moment.
01:03:46.300 And I guess those who
01:03:47.700 don't understand the
01:03:49.060 moment we're really in
01:03:50.260 aren't thinking that
01:03:51.780 way.
01:03:51.920 But you must think
01:03:52.940 that way.
01:03:54.100 I hate to tell you
01:03:54.900 this.
01:03:55.160 Now that you've heard
01:03:56.020 me say this, now you
01:03:57.580 don't have an excuse.
01:03:58.940 Now you're like, oh,
01:04:00.080 quick, turn off the
01:04:00.720 radio.
01:04:00.980 La la la la la la la.
01:04:02.580 I'm not hearing you.
01:04:03.640 But you're required.
01:04:05.060 Once you realize the
01:04:06.760 time that we're in, once
01:04:07.820 you realize what's really
01:04:08.860 going on, you're
01:04:10.140 required to participate.
01:04:11.960 And what are you
01:04:12.420 saying?
01:04:12.660 You're saying you can't
01:04:13.920 have fun at parties?
01:04:15.000 No, no, no.
01:04:15.640 But you have to take
01:04:16.600 things seriously.
01:04:17.580 You have to think.
01:04:21.080 You have to think.
01:04:22.880 You can't just react.
01:04:24.680 You can't just, that is
01:04:26.240 the problem.
01:04:27.360 Facebook, you know,
01:04:28.620 Twitter, TikTok.
01:04:30.320 You're not thinking.
01:04:31.420 You're just reacting.
01:04:33.140 You're required to think,
01:04:36.380 to feel, and then to use
01:04:39.260 judgment and common sense
01:04:41.000 to go, okay, what am I
01:04:42.280 required to do?
01:04:44.580 By God.
01:04:48.380 This is Glenn Beck.
01:04:52.060 Let me tell you about
01:04:52.880 Patriot Mobile.
01:04:53.560 There is a reason why
01:04:54.440 Patriot Mobile calls
01:04:55.280 itself America's only
01:04:56.640 conservative wireless
01:04:57.560 provider, and it is not
01:04:59.120 just marketing.
01:05:00.200 It's a declaration.
01:05:02.160 I saw the Patriot Mobile
01:05:03.200 people yesterday.
01:05:04.180 They were at the
01:05:04.960 Charlie Kirk event, and I
01:05:06.740 just love these people.
01:05:07.840 They are the real deal.
01:05:11.000 Now, most big cell
01:05:12.140 carriers, the ones that
01:05:13.440 everybody uses by default,
01:05:14.720 they don't just sell you
01:05:15.520 service.
01:05:16.140 They take your money, and
01:05:17.080 then they donate it to
01:05:17.920 political causes that
01:05:18.940 actively oppose your
01:05:20.120 values, and I mean big
01:05:21.380 dollars.
01:05:22.380 Pro-abortion initiatives,
01:05:23.880 censorship policies,
01:05:25.040 DEI mandates that
01:05:26.240 penalize faith-based
01:05:27.460 organizations, and most
01:05:28.520 people have no idea it's
01:05:29.860 happening every time you
01:05:31.040 make a phone call.
01:05:32.940 Listen, Patriot Mobile is
01:05:34.280 built differently.
01:05:35.240 They use the same cell
01:05:36.180 towers, same 5G
01:05:37.380 coverage.
01:05:37.920 They provide top-tier
01:05:38.840 customer support, but
01:05:40.240 they take a portion
01:05:41.040 of every dollar they
01:05:41.840 make and put it towards
01:05:43.240 pro-life causes, religious
01:05:44.700 freedom, Second Amendment
01:05:45.880 rights, veteran support,
01:05:47.660 our Constitution.
01:05:49.540 Listen, switching is
01:05:50.560 easier than ever right
01:05:51.860 now.
01:05:52.240 Activate in minutes from
01:05:53.400 the comfort of your own
01:05:54.180 home.
01:05:54.460 Keep your own number, your
01:05:55.460 phone, or upgrade.
01:05:56.820 Time to make the switch
01:05:57.660 right now.

01:06:14.280 Welcome to the Glenn Beck
01:06:35.980 program.
01:06:37.460 Back in Dallas, Texas at the
01:06:39.240 Mercury Studios.
01:06:40.480 It's good to be home.
01:06:41.400 I've been on the road for
01:06:43.800 like, gosh, it seems like
01:06:44.860 two months.
01:06:46.540 And it's good to be back
01:06:48.640 and returning from Charlie
01:06:51.220 Kirk's memorial service
01:06:52.280 yesterday, which please
01:06:53.620 watch from start to finish
01:06:54.880 if you can.
01:06:55.840 It's so worth it.
01:06:57.040 It's so worth it.
01:06:59.340 Anyway.
01:07:00.080 It's wonderful to have you
01:07:00.740 back, let me tell you.
01:07:01.600 Yeah.
01:07:03.380 I notice you're all bundled
01:07:04.720 up in a blanket.
01:07:05.700 I know because now it's 14
01:07:07.120 degrees in the studio again.
01:07:08.240 Um, so let's, uh, we were
01:07:10.840 just talking about, you
01:07:12.220 know, mercy and justice
01:07:13.620 and, uh, Erica forgiving
01:07:16.520 and, and how good that is.
01:07:20.440 And that is required of us,
01:07:22.760 but don't confuse that as a
01:07:26.240 replacement for justice.
01:07:28.140 Justice also must be served.
01:07:30.460 Is this a fair way to explain
01:07:31.340 it?
01:07:31.460 This is from our friend
01:07:32.640 Ali Beth Stuckey of the
01:07:34.200 blaze.
01:07:34.600 Uh, there, there was a big
01:07:36.120 contrast between Erica's
01:07:37.640 forgiveness speech and
01:07:38.880 Stephen Miller's destroy our
01:07:40.280 enemies speech, uh, exactly
01:07:42.540 as it should be.
01:07:43.460 It is our job to forgive, not
01:07:45.500 the government's.
01:07:46.620 Christians give grace.
01:07:47.980 The government wields the
01:07:49.200 sword.
01:07:49.600 Romans 13.
01:07:50.540 We turn the other cheek.
01:07:51.960 The government punishes evil.
01:07:55.500 Yes.
01:07:56.180 I, I just, I wouldn't
01:07:57.580 necessarily say Stephen
01:08:00.080 Miller.
01:08:00.560 I wouldn't because I think
01:08:01.640 she puts, I should point
01:08:02.660 out, she puts destroy our
01:08:03.760 enemy speech in quotes.
01:08:05.420 She's kind of, you know,
01:08:06.200 that's what people are
01:08:06.800 calling it.
01:08:07.320 I mean, and, and he, he
01:08:08.760 said that over and over
01:08:09.620 again, and I was a little
01:08:10.440 uncomfortable with that, uh,
01:08:12.520 speech for the first time.
01:08:13.780 I've never been uncomfortable
01:08:14.680 with Stephen Miller and, and
01:08:16.140 maybe it was just timing.
01:08:17.160 I don't, I don't know.
01:08:17.680 It feels like the, the, the
01:08:18.660 memorial service, you know,
01:08:20.300 might not be the place for
01:08:21.520 that.
01:08:21.700 I think that might be the one
01:08:23.160 critique of it.
01:08:23.940 I think the, I think the way
01:08:26.820 Ali Beth said it is better.
01:08:29.420 Um, it's our job to forgive.
01:08:31.280 It is the government's job for
01:08:33.360 justice to wield the sword.
01:08:35.680 Okay.
01:08:36.340 Is that something that people
01:08:37.420 really don't understand
01:08:39.500 struggling with?
01:08:40.160 I, I, I feel, I think maybe
01:08:41.820 people on the left are
01:08:42.600 struggling with that.
01:08:43.320 Oh, I, you know, maybe that's
01:08:44.720 absolutely are struggling with
01:08:45.780 it.
01:08:45.900 And, and, and, and here's why
01:08:47.380 they're, they're thinking that
01:08:48.340 that is, uh, Christian
01:08:50.260 nationalism.
01:08:51.380 Now you're mixing God with,
01:08:53.100 no, no, that we were based on
01:08:55.660 that underneath everything,
01:08:57.280 underneath everything, the
01:08:59.960 constitution, the bill of
01:09:01.680 rights, all of that, all of
01:09:04.160 that is on biblical principles.
01:09:06.620 And if you don't understand the
01:09:08.760 Bible and biblical principles,
01:09:10.520 you will never understand the
01:09:12.860 American system.
01:09:14.440 Never.
01:09:15.520 Because it was built on that.
01:09:18.080 And you may not like that, but
01:09:19.400 that's true.
01:09:20.960 And, and that's what makes us,
01:09:23.080 that's what makes us strive.
01:09:25.620 Justice is always going to be
01:09:26.900 imperfect, except for God's.
01:09:28.840 It's always going to be
01:09:29.900 imperfect.
01:09:30.580 We're always going to get it
01:09:31.640 right.
01:09:32.020 We're human.
01:09:32.720 We're flawed.
01:09:33.420 We're going to be angry at times.
01:09:35.040 We're going to do stupid things
01:09:36.200 at times.
01:09:36.700 That's where mercy comes in.
01:09:39.640 But you, the combination of us
01:09:45.600 being led by God as individuals
01:09:49.060 being led to live our lives as
01:09:52.420 Christians, then getting into the
01:09:57.440 government and being a part of
01:10:01.640 government as a Christian, that's
01:10:03.900 not Christian nationalism.
01:10:06.240 That is, that is, those are people
01:10:07.960 who have, have really looked at
01:10:12.140 their morals, their ethics.
01:10:13.740 They know what motivates them.
01:10:15.820 They know what mercy and justice is.
01:10:18.280 And they have prepared themselves to
01:10:21.100 then step up to the plate and try to
01:10:23.460 lead others, hopefully.
01:10:25.940 You know, a, a Christian nationalist
01:10:28.420 system would be, uh, forget the
01:10:31.620 constitution.
01:10:32.420 God tells us what to do.
01:10:34.400 No, no.
01:10:36.340 God inspired men to come up with the
01:10:38.840 constitution and bill of rights in, in,
01:10:41.820 where we, it allows us as people to
01:10:46.100 further the gospel, not the
01:10:48.340 government, us.
01:10:51.040 So there is this really thin line that
01:10:54.560 most people won't understand on the
01:10:56.420 left.
01:10:56.960 You can't talk about God and
01:10:58.280 government.
01:10:58.720 Yeah, you, you can.
01:10:59.640 In fact, it's very important that you
01:11:01.200 do.
01:11:01.860 It's very important.
01:11:02.600 That might be why they get confused
01:11:03.800 all the time with this idea that,
01:11:06.860 you know, all the beliefs that we
01:11:10.560 have, uh, are, we look at the Bible
01:11:14.180 and say, the government must do what
01:11:15.720 the Bible tells, uh, tells us to do.
01:11:19.400 Like, you know, they are, they're always
01:11:20.540 talking about, well, I mean, you always,
01:11:21.980 I can't believe you, you know, it says
01:11:24.580 right here in the Bible, you're supposed
01:11:25.640 to help the poor and that you don't want
01:11:27.240 higher taxes.
01:11:29.060 You know, that's not, that's our job.
01:11:31.020 Don't take away my responsibility.
01:11:33.280 You are, I can't delegate my God.
01:11:38.660 Jesus isn't going to say, Hey, you know,
01:11:40.980 all those people in prison that you
01:11:42.600 didn't go visit and the sick and the
01:11:44.560 poor.
01:11:44.800 And you're like, I wrote my taxes.
01:11:47.240 I wrote, I, every April 15th, I paid my
01:11:49.640 taxes.
01:11:50.280 Oh, I'm sorry.
01:11:51.680 I didn't have that note on my ledger
01:11:53.960 here.
01:11:54.380 You don't think that'll be a mic drop
01:11:55.400 moment at the early gates.
01:11:57.020 Not going to be in the book of life.
01:11:58.280 He paid his taxes.
01:12:00.200 Nope.
01:12:00.600 No, not going to be in the book of
01:12:02.200 life.
01:12:02.560 It is your personal responsibility.
01:12:05.420 You know, and, and, and here's another
01:12:08.400 big difference that we're seeing right
01:12:11.220 now.
01:12:11.680 I mentioned earlier, Phoenix hasn't
01:12:14.720 burned to the ground.
01:12:16.380 Utah hasn't burned to the ground.
01:12:19.480 Why?
01:12:20.880 Because that's not in our nature as
01:12:25.000 Christians.
01:12:25.660 Okay.
01:12:26.120 We build, we don't destroy.
01:12:27.840 But more importantly,
01:12:31.020 in the death of Charlie Kirk, we have
01:12:36.900 forgiveness.
01:12:38.300 We know what true justice is.
01:12:41.280 We believe in God and being a Christian
01:12:45.000 requires us to have, you know, everybody
01:12:47.320 thinks it's easy to be a Christian.
01:12:48.800 It's not, it's not supposed to be easy.
01:12:51.000 You know, American Christianity is so super
01:12:54.460 easy.
01:12:55.220 I got news for you gang.
01:12:56.100 It's going to be hard.
01:12:56.920 It's going to be hard.
01:12:58.020 And this one is probably the easiest out of
01:13:01.020 all of them.
01:13:02.040 Forgive yourself and forgive others.
01:13:04.340 And that is paramount.
01:13:05.840 If you can't forgive yourself and forgive
01:13:07.800 others, you got to, you're going to keep
01:13:09.660 going back to that.
01:13:10.540 You're going to hit yours.
01:13:11.340 You won't pass.
01:13:12.120 Go.
01:13:12.800 You're just going to keep going back to
01:13:14.100 that one.
01:13:14.720 You got to get that one mastered, but it
01:13:16.980 is, it's hard to be a Christian because it
01:13:20.780 goes against human nature.
01:13:24.000 Man is, natural man is an enemy to God
01:13:27.300 because we have all these desires and feelings
01:13:30.260 and we're made of flesh and blood.
01:13:33.300 What separates us from the animals is God's law.
01:13:38.200 There's nature's law and God's law.
01:13:40.960 And, and we are required to grow past that natural
01:13:47.420 beast of a man.
01:13:49.400 That takes work.
01:13:50.840 You know, it's not follow.
01:13:52.580 Oh, just follow your feelings.
01:13:53.980 Oh, do what feels good.
01:13:55.520 That's not, no, that that's an animal.
01:13:57.820 That's an animal.
01:13:59.940 You need to strive for something bigger than
01:14:03.500 that.
01:14:03.820 You know, Stephen was the first martyr.
01:14:07.860 Well, I mean, Jesus, but then Stephen is the
01:14:09.980 first martyr.
01:14:10.660 Do you know why he was stoned to death?
01:14:12.760 If you go back to the Bible, why was Stephen
01:14:14.480 stoned to death?
01:14:15.880 What was he doing at the time?
01:14:19.000 All he was doing was telling history.
01:14:21.040 That's all he was doing.
01:14:22.620 Hey, you know, guys, yeah, you killed this
01:14:24.940 guy.
01:14:25.420 Okay.
01:14:26.380 As a society, you just killed him.
01:14:29.760 And do not interpret that as a, what they're
01:14:33.140 doing to Tucker Carlson.
01:14:34.980 Shame on you.
01:14:36.320 Anyway, we just killed this guy.
01:14:38.660 And you know, what's weird is people tend to
01:14:41.600 forget how they have treated every prophet of
01:14:48.460 God, every prophet of God, anybody who's really
01:14:51.780 good, either don't listen to him or you kill
01:14:53.700 him.
01:14:54.600 Okay.
01:14:55.080 And that is all of humanity, all of
01:14:57.640 humanity.
01:14:58.380 Nobody wants to listen to that.
01:15:00.140 Let's kill him.
01:15:00.900 And so all he's doing is he's like, Hey, remember
01:15:04.340 this guy?
01:15:04.860 Remember this guy?
01:15:05.580 How did we treat this guy?
01:15:06.640 What did we do here?
01:15:07.920 Nobody wanted to hear it.
01:15:09.860 Now in the crowd is Saul.
01:15:13.720 Saul is the guy who his job is to kill the
01:15:17.280 Christians.
01:15:17.860 His job is to round them up.
01:15:20.040 He's in the crowd.
01:15:23.000 Think of this as, oh, I don't know.
01:15:25.440 Uh, the teacher's unions could be a good example
01:15:29.440 in the crowd, whipping them up.
01:15:33.400 What does he do in the scriptures?
01:15:35.280 What is, what does Saul do?
01:15:37.420 Saul says, you know, you're going to get your,
01:15:40.380 you're going to get your coat all, all bloody
01:15:42.360 with this.
01:15:43.240 Let me hold your coat.
01:15:45.180 Get them.
01:15:46.900 Let me hold your cloak.
01:15:49.160 So you don't get any blood on it.
01:15:53.200 That was Saul.
01:15:56.000 Who Saul turned out to be?
01:15:58.640 Saul turns out to be Paul.
01:16:01.020 Probably the most important prophet in the Bible.
01:16:06.200 A guy who is changed to the core.
01:16:09.620 You can't get worse than Paul.
01:16:12.160 He's killing all of the apostles.
01:16:18.640 He's killing all of the Christians at first.
01:16:20.920 That's his gig.
01:16:22.300 He kills Stephen.
01:16:24.240 Or is there holding the cloak?
01:16:26.100 He had absolutely nothing to do with it, your honor.
01:16:32.340 God can forgive him.
01:16:34.540 God not only forgave him,
01:16:36.360 he turned him into a warrior
01:16:39.580 for his message.
01:16:42.160 When we just count people out
01:16:46.860 and believe me, the apostles,
01:16:48.620 imagine this, imagine this,
01:16:50.160 imagine the other apostles.
01:16:51.280 They were with Jesus.
01:16:53.020 The guy who's been,
01:16:54.540 who's been killing and rounding up
01:16:56.560 all of your followers, everybody,
01:16:58.600 he suddenly goes,
01:17:00.440 you know what?
01:17:01.880 I found Jesus.
01:17:04.280 Now think of this in real life.
01:17:05.880 You're going to believe that?
01:17:07.060 You're going to believe that?
01:17:07.540 Oh, did you now?
01:17:09.080 Yep.
01:17:09.480 He totally changed my life.
01:17:11.000 Hmm.
01:17:11.400 Okay.
01:17:12.160 And, you know,
01:17:12.800 he said some things.
01:17:13.980 Well, he didn't say it,
01:17:14.880 but he's been talking to me.
01:17:17.160 He said some things that,
01:17:18.520 you know,
01:17:18.880 I think we should talk about.
01:17:20.580 Oh, really?
01:17:22.000 Really?
01:17:22.340 Because we were with him
01:17:23.820 the whole time.
01:17:24.920 He didn't say any of those things to us.
01:17:27.080 You kill all of us.
01:17:29.060 Now you want to be brought in.
01:17:30.540 Oh, and you're making a few changes.
01:17:32.320 Oh, and you're making a few changes.
01:17:34.440 Imagine.
01:17:36.040 Just as a human being,
01:17:37.760 imagine.
01:17:40.200 It wasn't easy.
01:17:42.440 But Christianity isn't easy.
01:17:45.060 And God will use everyone.
01:17:48.540 You know, it's really amazing.
01:17:50.720 The biggest people in the Bible,
01:17:52.280 they're the most flawed.
01:17:54.920 They're the ones you're like,
01:17:56.120 well, not that guy.
01:17:57.440 Right?
01:17:57.960 I mean, am I right?
01:17:58.940 Not that guy.
01:18:00.380 I mean, that guy's looking down at,
01:18:01.900 you know,
01:18:03.080 naked women down on the roof.
01:18:04.780 And then he sends,
01:18:06.180 he sends her husband off to war front line.
01:18:08.800 So he'll be killed.
01:18:09.960 So he can better.
01:18:11.860 Not that guy, right?
01:18:13.260 Yep.
01:18:13.660 That guy.
01:18:14.760 Well, certainly not the guy who was like,
01:18:16.160 let me hold your coat.
01:18:16.940 You don't want to get any blood on it.
01:18:18.200 Not that guy.
01:18:19.280 Nope.
01:18:19.540 That guy.
01:18:22.680 We have no idea
01:18:24.420 how the Lord works.
01:18:27.400 But we are required.
01:18:30.780 Unless you want to be an animal.
01:18:32.360 We are required
01:18:33.720 to step up the game.
01:18:36.080 We are.
01:18:36.840 Look at what Charlie Kirk created.
01:18:39.100 Sorry.
01:18:39.920 Scratch that.
01:18:41.820 Look at the result of one man
01:18:44.180 just doing exactly what God told him to do.
01:18:48.080 No more, no less.
01:18:50.840 Educate yourself, Charlie.
01:18:53.380 Get better at speaking.
01:18:55.200 Get better at learning.
01:18:56.640 Get better questioning all the time.
01:18:58.560 You know, after Bill Maher,
01:19:00.300 that recent,
01:19:00.980 where he was really good,
01:19:02.260 he was like,
01:19:03.260 I wasn't good enough.
01:19:05.340 He calls up his pastor.
01:19:06.880 I'm not good enough at this.
01:19:08.180 You got to help me.
01:19:09.520 Help me.
01:19:11.680 He hit it out of the park.
01:19:13.480 No, he didn't.
01:19:14.960 He wanted to be better.
01:19:18.860 That's our mission.
01:19:20.280 That's my mission.
01:19:21.540 I, I, I,
01:19:22.280 wow,
01:19:23.720 I have been found so lacking.
01:19:24.940 That's our mission.
01:19:28.040 To get better every single day.
01:19:30.400 Better than we were today.
01:19:31.980 Closer to God than we were,
01:19:33.440 than we are today.
01:19:35.240 Closer to forgiveness to the people
01:19:37.060 who absolutely hate us.
01:19:39.920 Able to make a better argument
01:19:42.080 because we've done the work.
01:19:43.820 That's what Charlie did.
01:19:48.740 And then he,
01:19:49.200 then he dies.
01:19:50.300 And look at what the Lord made.
01:19:58.160 That was a great homecoming.
01:20:01.480 Back in just a minute.
01:20:04.040 Grocery store label says product of the USA,
01:20:06.320 but yeah,
01:20:08.300 not so much.
01:20:09.800 Did you know that meat can be raised overseas,
01:20:12.320 fed overseas,
01:20:14.200 slaughtered overseas,
01:20:15.400 then shipped here and still get that label?
01:20:17.760 Because it was packaged in the United States.
01:20:20.940 Oh,
01:20:21.940 4 billion pounds of foreign meat
01:20:24.980 came into this country last year.
01:20:26.580 Why?
01:20:27.540 Why?
01:20:28.620 How can it possibly be cheaper
01:20:30.680 to send foreign meat in here
01:20:33.080 than it is just to take it from
01:20:35.220 Omaha,
01:20:36.660 Nebraska?
01:20:38.060 How is that possible?
01:20:39.760 Well,
01:20:39.980 they found a way
01:20:40.680 and they found a way to make you go,
01:20:42.520 oh,
01:20:42.640 you know,
01:20:42.840 it doesn't really matter.
01:20:43.760 It does.

01:21:34.060 This is Glenn Beck.
01:21:38.600 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:22:03.300 I want to talk to you a little bit
01:22:04.300 about what's coming next,
01:22:06.360 what we're going to see
01:22:07.360 in the next few weeks
01:22:08.280 and what is coming
01:22:09.040 and how we need to deal with it,
01:22:10.940 what the real choices are
01:22:12.540 in front of us.
01:22:15.200 And we'll deal with that next hour.
01:22:19.860 You don't want to,
01:22:21.080 please make sure you stay with us.
01:22:24.880 Yesterday was really fascinating.
01:22:27.520 Tucker Carlson got up.
01:22:28.560 I thought he was fabulous.
01:22:30.900 No matter what the stupid people
01:22:33.340 on the right are saying,
01:22:35.360 you know,
01:22:36.500 he was doing,
01:22:37.620 no,
01:22:37.800 he wasn't.
01:22:38.380 Stop it.
01:22:39.580 But anyway,
01:22:40.900 let's,
01:22:41.680 I don't think we have time
01:22:42.520 to play this,
01:22:43.100 do we?
01:22:43.400 We have one minute.
01:22:44.740 Can we play Trump seven?
01:22:46.580 That's 45 seconds.
01:22:47.680 Here's Trump cut seven.
01:22:49.380 Listen to the tradition of reason
01:22:50.860 and open debate
01:22:51.800 that Charlie practiced
01:22:53.600 is not a pillar
01:22:54.900 of our democracy.
01:22:56.580 In many ways,
01:22:57.480 it's the basis
01:22:58.200 of our entire society.
01:23:01.740 It's the right
01:23:02.820 and inheritance
01:23:04.100 of every free American,
01:23:05.520 the greatest legacy
01:23:06.460 of the Enlightenment
01:23:07.560 and among the most
01:23:09.040 treasured achievements
01:23:10.080 of civilization.
01:23:12.540 We will defend it
01:23:13.860 at all costs
01:23:14.700 and we will carry forward
01:23:15.900 the torch of liberty
01:23:16.960 that Charlie Kirk held
01:23:18.420 so proud and so high.
01:23:20.700 He was so proud
01:23:21.800 and he did hold
01:23:23.800 that torch high.
01:23:24.920 We will never,
01:23:25.780 ever let it fail.
01:23:26.580 We will never let it fail.
01:23:29.960 But we're going to raise it
01:23:32.240 higher than ever before.
01:23:35.100 Okay, so what does the left
01:23:36.560 think about that?
01:23:37.680 I'll tell you what I think
01:23:38.680 they think next.
01:23:40.000 Let me tell you about
01:23:40.940 our spotlight sponsor
01:23:42.200 this half hour.
01:23:43.040 It's the Berna Launcher.
01:23:43.940 The most powerful word
01:23:45.100 in personal protection
01:23:46.080 isn't force,
01:23:47.020 it's choice.
01:23:48.680 And choice is only possible
01:23:50.080 when you have time
01:23:50.900 and distance on your side.
01:23:52.680 Somebody's on top of you,
01:23:53.820 you don't have many choices.
01:23:55.040 The Berna Launcher
01:23:56.240 is a non-lethal
01:23:57.240 CO2-powered device
01:23:58.460 that gives you exactly that.
01:24:00.000 It fires pepper
01:24:00.740 and kinetic projectiles
01:24:02.220 to create space
01:24:03.500 to stop a threat
01:24:04.620 and let you control
01:24:05.840 the moment
01:24:06.260 before it controls you
01:24:08.280 without the legal
01:24:09.160 and moral weight
01:24:09.880 of lethal force.
01:24:11.360 Tear gas is pretty effective.
01:24:13.060 Now, this isn't a firearm.
01:24:14.220 It is legal
01:24:14.740 in all 50 states.
01:24:16.120 It doesn't require
01:24:16.920 a permit anywhere,
01:24:17.920 which means you can
01:24:18.660 train, carry,
01:24:19.360 and stay prepared
01:24:19.960 with a tool designed
01:24:20.940 to diffuse bad situations
01:24:22.500 long before it becomes
01:24:23.820 a tragedy.
01:24:24.800 I don't know why
01:24:25.360 teachers don't have this
01:24:26.320 in their schools.
01:24:27.480 I mean, it is really
01:24:28.640 a huge solution
01:24:29.500 and you should have one.
01:24:30.940 Maybe your kids,
01:24:31.600 if they're going to college,
01:24:32.440 should have one as well.

01:25:20.680 Down the road where shadows hide,
01:25:23.460 fill the dark on every side.
01:25:26.080 Step your ground when times get dark,
01:25:28.520 gotta face the dark
01:25:29.760 and embrace the fire.
01:25:33.160 The fusion of entertainment
01:25:35.100 and enlightenment.
01:25:37.380 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:25:42.680 Hello, America.
01:25:43.500 Just back from Charlie Kirk's memorial. We've been talking about it all podcast and broadcast today. Let me take you a step further on what I believe is coming that we should prepare ourselves for. And I hope I'm wrong, but let's prepare for it. And why it is happening. What is the difference between these two movements? I'll share that coming up in 60 seconds.
01:26:03.600 First, let me tell you about Z Factor. Everything you know how to do, you do worse without sleep. Your memory slips, your patients shrink, your immune system gets lazy, your mood goes sideways. And it's something you can't always fix. You know what I mean? For millions of people, sleep is the first thing to break down and the last thing to get addressed. And you must address that. You try scrolling until you pass out. That might be the problem.
01:26:30.100 Then it's a melatonin gummy. Then maybe a prescription that leaves you foggy in the morning. Please. You don't need knockout drops. You need real sleep, the kind that actually restores you. Z Factor is a natural sleep supplement from the makers of Relief Factor. It is designed to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer and wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy. It works with your body's own sleep mechanisms to help you rest, repair and reset the way you were meant to. And once you start sleeping well again, it's amazing how quickly the rest of your life starts to feel possible again.
01:27:00.100 So try Z Factor. Z Factor buyers are going to enjoy a 46% savings. Visit relieffactor.com or call 1-800-4-RELIEF. That's 1-800-4-RELIEF.
01:27:11.160 All right. Let me do a couple of things here. First of all, let me make an announcement and tickets will be available soon. I was supposed to go on tour with Charlie on October 9th and a bunch of us are doing these. We were going to do these events at universities and I had already agreed to do one in North Dakota with him on October 9th.
01:27:36.160 Now, uh, that's not happening. Um, because Charlie's not there or so I thought they have come to me and a couple of others that have, you know, we're going to do this.
01:27:48.740 And they've asked, would we do it without him? And, you know, and I, and I, I said, uh, you know, I, I, I'm not afraid of, I'm terrified of students, not because they're going to kill me because I'd lose my mind.
01:28:06.400 I'd lose my mind. Charlie had the patience of Job. I'd lose my mind. And I said, I, you really don't want me. Cause when Charlie called me, you know, and said, will you go do this? I said, Charlie, I can't do what you do. I, you don't want me. I'd be a very bad example.
01:28:24.420 And, uh, they said, Glenn, you do what you do. And I said, okay, so I'm going to bring some artifacts and I'm going to teach the beginning of the country. I'm going to teach the principles and the values.
01:28:41.320 And I may take some questions until I can't take questions anymore. I just don't know, but I'm going to give a, a, um, I'm going to give some perspective on Charlie Kirk to honor him first.
01:28:53.580 And then we're going to talk about history and why these principles work in the first place. You'll be able to buy tickets. I don't know if it's up yet, but, uh, the turning, the turning point tour.com is where they'll be. It's October 9th, university of North Dakota at 6 30 PM.
01:29:09.320 Um, uh, pray for me on that one because I could lose my mind in an instant. Um, but I I'm actually looking forward to it. All right. Let me tell you what I think is coming. I think we have seen in the last couple of weeks, I actually think we have seen the left on their best behavior.
01:29:30.900 Now that's saying something because we had another shooting. What was it yesterday in New Hampshire at a wedding? Uh, somebody comes in, starts shooting up all these people at the wedding and screams free Palestine.
01:29:45.920 And I don't know about you, but that sure made me change my mind about where, you know, where I stand on that issue. Gosh, what's wrong with people?
01:29:53.220 And then somebody else, because of Jimmy Kimmel, uh, they went to an ABC station and just shot holes at the ABC studios and no people inside.
01:30:03.860 They caught both of these guys. Um, but, um, it's getting worse gang. It's getting worse.
01:30:10.520 And I think the only ones that we've really heard from are the very, very, the, the ones we expected, you know, I don't, I don't expect, you know, uh, Elon Omar to be reasonable all of a sudden.
01:30:26.740 Do you, I mean, you know, when Tlaib starts saying he was a fashion, I expect that. I got it. I got it. So it's been the usual suspects that have done that.
01:30:35.340 And I think, and I'm hoping this is not true, but I think we've seen the, uh, the regular leftist, not Democrat, the regular leftists just be like, you know what?
01:30:48.780 We're not going to influence or make any friends yet. Just keep your powder dry. And now that the funeral is over now that the memorial is over, I think we're going to start seeing them come out, um, in real force because you're seeing the really bad ones get really much worse.
01:31:07.720 And we're seeing people being shot and targeted in, in everyday life. I mean, and nobody seems to be mentioning that anywhere. Wait a minute, New Hampshire, a wedding, free Palestine, uh, Jimmy Kimmel.
01:31:21.540 People had nothing to do with Jimmy Kimmel. Somebody just comes and just tries to kill people in ABC. Before that, it was somebody putting a bomb underneath a, uh, a local Fox affiliate truck.
01:31:32.720 That happened. What last week as well. I mean, what, what is happening? What is happening? Evil. That's what's happening. Um, and so we have to prepare now to be good.
01:31:49.420 I encourage every single person, every single person in that has an audience. And by the way, you have an audience. If you have a Facebook page or anything else, you have an audience,
01:32:00.900 but anybody who has an audience to, uh, declare exactly what you would want to happen. If violence ever befell you.
01:32:09.160 And I will tell you, I will come back and haunt you for the rest of your life. If somebody becomes violent,
01:32:15.380 I want you to preach the gospel. I want you to forgive. I don't want you to forget. I want you to demand justice,
01:32:23.900 but I want you to turn to Christ and ask for his help for forgiveness for, for everybody and love one
01:32:37.160 another. That's what I want. That's what Charlie wanted. Charlie got it. I mean, for the 40 people,
01:32:43.520 it would show up for me. No, they're like 40 people, you know, it's like mainly a family. Like I know what
01:32:48.520 dad wanted. I mean, I don't know why. Anyway, I should let you know now I'm busy that day. You're busy.
01:32:52.820 I know, I know, I know, I know, I know. Uh, but anyway, and I think everybody should say that
01:32:57.680 because, uh, you know, I don't, I don't think we're done. I don't think we're done. I hope we
01:33:02.600 are, but I don't think we're done. And I think we're going to start seeing worse and worse
01:33:06.620 because darkness does not understand the light. It's never going to figure out, oh, this is just
01:33:13.360 making things worse. And it is always going to, and foreign countries are involved, are always going
01:33:19.960 to try to put us into revolution and to a civil war. It wants, it wants it. It needs it. It feeds
01:33:27.520 on blood and hatred. Don't feed it. Don't feed it. Don't ever, ever, ever feed it. Now, let me tell
01:33:35.340 you the difference between the two sides. You know, the Declaration of Independence is such an amazing
01:33:41.440 document because it doesn't start out with grievances. It actually kind of starts out with
01:33:46.400 an apology, you know, Hey, I think we owe it to the world. We want to break up. And, uh, you know,
01:33:53.140 it's, I mean, it's just the greatest breakup letter of all time. You know, um, we're going to break up
01:33:59.160 and, and so I kind of owe it to you to tell you why I'm breaking up. Okay. That's how it starts. And then
01:34:07.080 it doesn't say, uh, it's you. It actually says and means it's us. It's me. It's me. I'm breaking
01:34:15.780 up because of me. And I just want you to know that. But unlike when you say that, when you're
01:34:20.260 actually breaking up and you don't mean it, it's like you stink on ice, but I'll take the blame
01:34:24.500 here. It's me. It's not. I just got some things going on in my head. Okay. That's not true. It was
01:34:29.300 with the founders. It's us. You don't understand us. You know, we we've tried to tell you over and
01:34:35.840 over again, but we're different than you are. You believe certain things, but we hold these
01:34:41.340 things to be self-evident. Okay. So it doesn't start with grievances. It doesn't like, ah, you know
01:34:46.880 what? You don't pick up your underpants. No, I got to pick them up and throw them in the wash every
01:34:52.420 day. Doesn't, uh, doesn't do any of that. Instead it's, it starts with, here's what we want to build.
01:34:59.640 Here's what, here's when we gain our freedom. This is what we want to build. We want to build
01:35:05.220 a society where governments are instituted among men, where men can rule themselves. And the
01:35:11.780 government is built to protect rights that we think everybody has, not just the King. Everybody
01:35:17.840 has them and they don't come from the King. They don't come from government. They come from
01:35:21.720 God. So when we're free, that's what we're going to do. We're going to try something entirely
01:35:27.300 new. That's inspirational. That's why the revolution is the only revolution to end with
01:35:36.040 the same people that started it. Usually it starts with, you know, uh, we got to go get,
01:35:42.140 we got to go get some freedom. And then it's, yeah, and we're going to behead the King too.
01:35:47.840 And yeah, but you just betrayed it. So we're going to get his wife as well and behead her.
01:35:52.920 And it's just a bloodbath. Didn't happen in America. Why? Because they were fighting for
01:35:58.360 something, not against. I want to give you the two sides that we're dealing with right now.
01:36:04.840 The left will say they're for something, but what are they for? Justice. What kind of justice?
01:36:15.720 Social justice. Hey, let's talk about this.
01:36:24.080 Their justice requires, if there is no justice, there's no peace. It requires negative action.
01:36:32.500 No justice, no peace. And when, when the, when the pickets fail, then the next logical thing is
01:36:42.000 to shut people up. And when that fails, the next thing is to shoot those people that just won't stop
01:36:48.420 talking. That's not justice. There's no justice in that. You know, you look at the Charlie Kirk killing
01:36:54.880 and the George Floyd killing. Both demand justice, right? Both are horrible things. Both demand
01:37:03.640 justice. No justice, no peace. Okay. But justice, but justice for all or justice that is really for
01:37:14.800 this one person and not for innocent cops. No, because there has to be justice against the cops,
01:37:23.380 but all cops are the same. Well, you know, that's not true. Not all people are the same. Not all people
01:37:27.740 are bad. Not all cops are bad. Some cops are good. Some cops are bad. So it's not justice because it
01:37:33.480 can't be justice if everybody is just blanket bad. So we have to dismantle the police. Well,
01:37:40.020 what happens when you dismantle the police? It's not justice for cops, the bad cops. I want justice for
01:37:46.080 the bad cops. But I also want justice for the good cops. I want them to be protected by justice.
01:37:54.240 No, no. They want no cops. Well, what happens when you get rid of the cops? What happens when you get
01:37:58.660 rid of bail? You get chaos. Okay. Chaos. Who's the author of chaos? You look at what people say they're
01:38:07.400 for and they're actually not for anything. They're against. They're the opposite of the
01:38:14.280 Declaration of Independence. They're against something. Now let's look at Charlie.
01:38:21.600 What was Charlie for? And what are we for by standing up with each other? We are for forgiveness.
01:38:28.280 We are for equal justice. We're not going after the parents. Some are, and you're wrong. We're not
01:38:35.560 going after the parents. We're going after the guy who pulled the trigger. We're not just going to
01:38:44.440 back up a van and say, everybody who looks like that guy, you're bad. No, no. We want evidence. We want
01:38:54.500 evidence. We want actual justice. If you were involved, then justice must be satisfied. But there is no
01:39:02.900 justice if you just round everybody else up. He's for God, which leads you to freedom of speech,
01:39:09.780 which leads you to freedom, freedom. And the rule of law, you know, they say, they're just anarchists.
01:39:16.280 No, no. The anarchists are the ones burning the city down. We're not anarchists. We want the rule
01:39:20.500 of law. This is on the citizenship test. Do you know what the rule of law is? What's the supreme law
01:39:27.460 of the land citizenship test? Constitution. What's the difference between that and the rule of law?
01:39:36.020 What is the rule of law? I'll tell you in 60 seconds. Let me first tell you about American
01:39:41.020 financing. If you're carrying high interest credit card debt, you're not just paying for things you
01:39:44.460 already bought. You're paying for them again and again and again and again. And the bank loves it,
01:39:48.080 by the way. You know, it's breaking you, but oh well. Listen, if you own a home, there is a good
01:39:53.380 chance you're sitting on the most powerful financial tool you have and you're not using it.
01:39:58.360 American financing is helping homeowners take control of their financial future by
01:40:02.000 by using their equity to pay off high interest debt, lower monthly payments and restructure
01:40:06.840 loans to work for them, not the other way around. They're a family owned mortgage company with no
01:40:11.840 upfront fees, no pressure and no scripted sales pitches. You get a custom plan based on your budget,
01:40:16.920 your goals and your timeline. Whether that means refinancing your mortgage, consolidating debt or
01:40:21.240 just getting a little breathing room back into your month, the Fed may not be cutting rates just
01:40:26.540 yet, but you might be able to cut your payments, your interest and your stress. So call American
01:40:31.780 Financing 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440 or AmericanFinancing.net. 10 seconds, station ID.
01:40:39.900 NMLS 182334, NMLSConsumerAccess.org. APR for rates in the five starts at 6.799% for
01:40:45.840 well-qualified borrowers. Call 800-906-2440 for details about credit costs and terms.
01:40:51.240 Justice. What are we for? Justice. What does that mean exactly? And justice, where does mercy come
01:41:12.460 in? Because that's a scale. Justice on one hand, mercy on the other, and they have to balance out.
01:41:17.900 So where does mercy come in? And justice? They must be balanced or there is no true justice.
01:41:27.680 Okay. There is no mercy for the left. There's no mercy. If you're white, you're part of the problem,
01:41:37.080 no matter if you're part of the problem or not part of the problem. I mean, you're just white. Wait a
01:41:42.220 minute. I was born and I can't ever be forgiven because of that. What kind of justice is that?
01:41:46.940 Where's the mercy in that one? That's completely antichrist kind of teaching.
01:41:54.420 Wherefore, the rule of law. What is the rule of law? Citizenship test. This one's on the test,
01:42:02.980 gang. Write it down. It will be on the test. It's something we should all know because if you're a new
01:42:08.880 citizen, you have to know this. What is the rule of law? The rule of law in America,
01:42:17.300 the supreme law of the land constitution rule of law means everyone is treated equally. It doesn't
01:42:23.820 matter if you're a citizen. It doesn't matter, you know, an average citizen and a baker. It doesn't
01:42:29.520 matter if you're the president of the United States or a Supreme Court justice. It doesn't matter if
01:42:35.500 you're white or black or anything. The law applies to you equally. That's the American rule of law,
01:42:45.720 and that's what we're for. When you hear somebody say, I'm for the rule of law, I don't even know if
01:42:51.420 they know what it means, but that's what it means, and that's what we're for. The actual American rule
01:42:58.740 rule of law. Therefore, social justice. One side, if it doesn't get its way, burns cities to the ground.
01:43:09.860 The other side prays. The other side says, we got to be better at forgiveness and demand the rule of law.
01:43:19.240 But if there, if what social justice does is says, well, you know, you've been oppressed as a race or
01:43:28.520 whatever it is, you've been oppressed for so long, or you make such a difference to the movement,
01:43:34.120 you shouldn't have to pay that price. What does that do? You know what that does?
01:43:40.300 That just turns all of our cities into hell holes.
01:43:42.900 Because people learn, bad people learn, oh, well, there's no consequence for anything.
01:43:48.540 And you end up going to a CVS, if they remain open, you end up going to a CVS where everything's
01:43:54.100 behind glass. You're like, they're Q-tips for the love of Pete. And everything breaks down.
01:44:04.380 That's not a system that works. It's not imperfect. It doesn't work.
01:44:08.160 The system that we have under the Constitution doesn't work to a degree. It's imperfect.
01:44:19.760 That's why our Constitution says to form a more perfect union. Because they knew it's not perfect.
01:44:27.300 It never will. Why? Because humans are involved. It also recognizes that humans are flawed.
01:44:33.720 So, we want a more perfect union. What are you for? I'm for a more perfect union.
01:44:43.400 I want to get better at the rule of law. I want to make sure that the bad guys go to jail.
01:44:48.300 And if it's a bad cop, go to jail. But if it's a good cop, don't go to jail.
01:44:52.320 I'm going to treat everybody as individuals, but I'm not going to give them special
01:44:57.320 special dispensation because they're a certain race or a certain title.
01:45:04.600 That's not the rule of law.
01:45:07.960 What are they for?
01:45:11.080 They are for an absolutely flawed and never complete justice through social justice.
01:45:21.900 And because it can never really work, it leads to chaos and burning of cities.
01:45:27.900 So, one is actually for chaos.
01:45:31.340 The other is for rule of law, understanding that it is imperfect, and we all have to work
01:45:39.640 on ourselves to get better.
01:45:41.660 And as we get better as individuals, our country will get better because we'll understand what
01:45:50.460 rule of law means and how important it is.
01:45:53.900 One is for chaos.
01:45:57.200 The other is for a more perfect nation.
01:46:02.360 Which side are you on?
01:46:04.660 And the choice is becoming crystal clear as every day that goes by.
01:46:11.660 This is Glenn Beck.
01:46:17.580 Man, I got to tell you, I am so excited.
01:46:19.140 Stu, I know you've already decorated your tree.
01:46:21.300 The Medicare annual enrollment period is coming up.
01:46:24.020 Yes!
01:46:24.660 Yeah, I look forward to it every year.
01:46:26.700 October 15th through December 7th.
01:46:28.700 Man, that is like vacation city.
01:46:31.280 When you can make the changes to your coverage for next year.
01:46:34.120 And yes, that means the Robotex and junk mail are about to arrive in force.
01:46:38.800 So great.
01:46:39.460 Now, the good thing is Medicare is really complex and one wrong decision will cost you big.
01:46:46.380 So I guess you can see why I get excited every year.
01:46:50.340 Listen, Chapter is the only Medicare advisor that I trust.
01:46:54.800 Recently, one of my listeners, Martin, shared that Chapter had more and better information
01:47:00.360 than he did about Medicare.
01:47:02.060 His new plan has lower out-of-pocket costs and OTC benefits that are six to eight times better.
01:47:10.820 There's no disadvantage in coverage.
01:47:13.120 Now, here's the thing.
01:47:13.740 Chapter gets busy fast this time of year.
01:47:15.820 So if you're on Medicare or will be soon, get on their calendar right now and have an actual conversation.
01:47:21.660 They have nothing to sell you.
01:47:23.080 It's easy and completely free.
01:47:25.300 They can review your options in 20 minutes.
01:47:27.720 Dial pound 250.
01:47:28.780 Say the keyword chapter.
01:47:30.620 Dial pound 250.
01:47:31.920 Key word chapter.
01:47:34.360 Well, you can celebrate your Medicare enrollment by enrolling in the Glenn Beck newsletter.
01:47:38.600 It's free and it's now available at glennbeck.com.
01:47:41.660 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:47:58.780 I want to play.
01:48:00.000 I'm not even going to mention the name of this guy.
01:48:01.740 It's not worth it.
01:48:02.980 But let me show you a podcaster.
01:48:04.640 Now, this is before the shooting.
01:48:07.720 Cut 22, please.
01:48:09.440 Conservatives have been disgusting for years.
01:48:11.660 Which is why I don't give a **** about anybody that winds up at any of these rallies and gets shot or whatever the ****, okay?
01:48:16.120 Because they had no problem making fun of Paul Pelosi.
01:48:18.300 The entire world would be better off if these people were permanently removed from these platforms.
01:48:22.600 Like, there is no downside and only upside to see people like Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Tim Poole,
01:48:27.580 never be allowed to publicly broadcast their opinions ever again.
01:48:30.460 It's exclusively bad stuff that happens.
01:48:34.060 Now, kids, for those of you who are playing Who's the Fascist?
01:48:39.080 We know.
01:48:40.560 Okay?
01:48:41.660 Um, what gives him the right to say he should be broadcasting?
01:48:47.920 I mean, who are you to tell me my opinion is wrong and that I should be banned from ever giving my opinion, but you're okay?
01:48:59.120 Who decides that?
01:49:00.420 Well, that's the place that nobody ever goes to.
01:49:03.640 Who decides that?
01:49:05.380 Well, the government should.
01:49:07.000 Oh, okay.
01:49:08.040 All right.
01:49:08.380 Well, that's inconvenient for you right now because you're screaming fascist because Donald Trump did not remove Jimmy Kimmel,
01:49:16.460 but you want everybody to believe he did.
01:49:19.480 Um, so wait, if the government decides, why can't they decide right now?
01:49:23.600 Why is it wrong when Donald Trump might decide he hasn't, but might decide, yeah, everybody with your opinion should be removed from the airwaves and also from, you know, social media.
01:49:36.460 It doesn't work.
01:49:38.460 It doesn't work.
01:49:38.840 It doesn't work.
01:49:40.280 I am perfectly fine with you having your right to say those things on the air.
01:49:45.740 Now, this is it.
01:49:47.560 Now, I just want to show you how different this podcaster is after the shooting.
01:49:52.060 23.
01:49:53.060 Need conservatives to be afraid of getting killed when they go to events so that they look to their leadership to turn down the temperature.
01:50:00.080 The issue is right now.
01:50:01.900 They don't feel like there's any fear.
01:50:05.920 No, that's that's what a terrible issue.
01:50:08.160 I know.
01:50:08.720 By the way, actually, I'm not sure if that is actually after as is before and after, but because it doesn't look like that.
01:50:14.340 But I thought that one that I thought that one did happen after it.
01:50:19.180 Really?
01:50:19.620 It might be.
01:50:20.540 I don't know.
01:50:21.260 I don't.
01:50:21.480 It's tough with Internet timeline, so we won't we won't apply one here.
01:50:24.780 But because they're not afraid of being killed.
01:50:30.420 Let me ask this podcaster.
01:50:31.780 Are you afraid of being killed?
01:50:34.680 Is that the kind of society you want to live in where if you have a different opinion?
01:50:40.820 You should be afraid of being killed because I got tons of countries you could move to.
01:50:48.960 If that's really what you want, there's a lot of countries you could move to where that's the way it is.
01:50:55.200 May I recommend Iran?
01:50:56.900 It's beautiful this time of year.
01:50:58.960 Go there and talk about LGBTQ.
01:51:01.340 They're going to may I may I recommend anything run by Hamas?
01:51:05.560 Because you're going to be mighty popular.
01:51:08.280 Now, you might be afraid to express yourself.
01:51:13.500 Seems to be the desired goal, except for just his enemies and not him.
01:51:17.620 Right, because he would get there and he would say, who are you to tell me I don't have the right to talk about LGBTQ Hamas?
01:51:26.740 And they would say, well, we're the government, so we can do that, which you're for here, but you wouldn't be for there.
01:51:33.780 See how all this breaks down.
01:51:35.740 And I say this with love for whoever this guy is.
01:51:39.760 And, you know, and and enough respect to say you have a right to say those.
01:51:46.000 I think that's crazy, but you have a right to say those things.
01:51:48.720 And I support your right for saying those things.
01:51:51.740 Let's just not call on violence.
01:51:53.820 What do you say?
01:51:54.260 We do that.
01:51:54.720 What do you say?
01:51:55.560 I don't want to make your listeners afraid.
01:51:57.940 I don't want to make you afraid that you'll be shot.
01:52:00.920 I don't think that's a good society.
01:52:02.520 That's not a society I want to live in.
01:52:05.780 What do you say?
01:52:06.800 We both do that.
01:52:08.540 We both do that.
01:52:09.820 Hey, let's tell your side.
01:52:11.300 You do that.
01:52:11.900 I'll tell my side.
01:52:14.240 That is absolutely the wrong way to go.
01:52:16.760 I do not want vengeance for Charlie Kirk.
01:52:19.360 Don't want it.
01:52:20.200 It's wrong.
01:52:21.360 It's against everything.
01:52:22.720 Our rule of law would teach us.
01:52:26.700 Our constitution would teach us and our spiritual laws would teach us not the way to go.
01:52:33.180 Don't do it.
01:52:33.760 It'll destroy everything.
01:52:35.360 Will you say that to your audience?
01:52:36.840 We're just in that.
01:52:39.120 I think the internet makes this much, much worse.
01:52:41.520 But it's a society that now has a bunch of people who are incentivized through the internet, through those monetization processes.
01:52:51.100 That look for an argument rather than the argument.
01:52:57.520 Like, can you come up with something to say to justify what has occurred with your side?
01:53:03.740 Not whether you can come up with something true or something you actually believe or something that makes any sense.
01:53:08.900 But can you come up with something?
01:53:10.580 In a world of social justice, yes.
01:53:12.800 In a world with justice, justice, a world with justice and mercy balanced, no.
01:53:17.920 But they look at, like, it's like a parlor trick, though.
01:53:20.240 It's like a debate society parlor trick.
01:53:23.560 Yeah.
01:53:23.820 You know?
01:53:24.220 Like, these aren't points that serious people make.
01:53:27.640 Oh, God, we know.
01:53:28.660 We really got to make sure that everyone feels like they're going to die whenever they talk.
01:53:32.000 Like, it's just dumb.
01:53:33.100 But, like, it's constantly rewarded in whatever structure we have.
01:53:38.160 Now, I think this guy didn't get kicked off of a bunch of platforms or something because of the stuff.
01:53:42.620 I don't know.
01:53:43.640 You know?
01:53:44.160 And I know, again, first of all, even the crazy stuff he's saying is constitutionally protected speech.
01:53:49.500 Yep.
01:53:50.060 You know, that does not, of course, mean that all these private companies have to leave them on, though I am fine with more speech.
01:53:55.860 I like knowing who these people are.
01:53:57.360 Yeah.
01:53:57.700 I do, too.
01:53:58.300 And I, you know, last thing I'm going to do is lead a boycott.
01:54:01.380 I've got a life.
01:54:02.020 The last thing I'm going to do is lead a boycott of if he even has sponsors.
01:54:06.620 I have no idea.
01:54:07.820 I don't really care.
01:54:10.140 But you have a right to say, unless it leads directly and imminently to violence, you have a right to say those things.
01:54:20.000 You also have a responsibility to not.
01:54:24.600 Yeah.
01:54:25.340 Yeah.
01:54:25.500 And, you know, I think, actually, the Charlie Kirk thing is a really good example.
01:54:30.360 And I say the thing is, like, not the incident, but the reaction to it is a really good example as to how more speech a lot of times helps, particularly, I think, conservatives.
01:54:41.680 I mean, look at the celebration of his murder.
01:54:45.460 Yes, it was really frustrating to see.
01:54:48.940 And we could have.
01:54:49.940 And I know a lot of people are interested in going and, like, banning all these people from platforms and all that.
01:54:53.840 And there might be something to some of that.
01:54:55.320 Some of it seemed like it was actually encouraging more violence, which, of course, would cross this line.
01:54:58.940 But I do believe the overarching reaction to this from the negative side brought more people to Charlie Kirk than, you know, almost anything else.
01:55:16.980 And not to mention, it also highlighted Erica's vision of how to do this, which is an inspiring one as well.
01:55:23.140 And, obviously, we never wish anything like this.
01:55:27.360 But when it comes to a reaction to it, I think it's brought many people to the right side of this.
01:55:35.160 And in a horrible situation, it's all you can hope for.
01:55:37.880 Martin Luther King was right.
01:55:40.020 You put evil face-to-face, you split the screen, evil on one side, good on the other, people will always choose good.
01:55:49.600 They'll always say, I think I want to hang out with these people more than these people.
01:55:54.080 They may not even agree with everything.
01:55:55.860 But if you put the burning down of the cities and the Charlie Kirk memorial or the vigils, which one do you want it to go to?
01:56:07.140 And I've seen that happen.
01:56:08.200 People are taking that advice.
01:56:09.560 That particular side-by-side has been, or it was actually a top and a bottom when I saw it on some Instagram feed.
01:56:16.460 But that has gone massively viral.
01:56:20.120 It's Martin Luther King.
01:56:20.700 Yeah.
01:56:20.940 But it's so true.
01:56:22.740 You look at this and you say, none of this happened.
01:56:25.320 There was no burning down cities, no violent reaction to it.
01:56:32.600 Now, you never know if one person eventually does something terrible.
01:56:35.680 I really, as you point out, really wish they don't.
01:56:38.120 It does not, of course, do any good for the cause.
01:56:40.280 Besides that, and more importantly, it's just wrong on its face.
01:56:43.880 But none of that happened.
01:56:45.580 Let me give you this.
01:56:47.500 This is from Erica yesterday.
01:56:48.880 Cut to.
01:56:51.560 But most of all, God's mercy and God's love have been revealed to me these past 10 days.
01:56:58.520 After Charlie's assassination, we didn't see violence.
01:57:04.240 We didn't see rioting.
01:57:06.020 We saw what my husband always prayed he would see in this country.
01:57:16.320 We saw revival.
01:57:17.500 We saw revival.
01:57:17.640 This past week, we saw people open a Bible for the first time in a decade.
01:57:37.140 We saw people pray for the first time since they were children.
01:57:40.440 We saw people go to a church service for the first time in their entire lives.
01:57:46.180 Charlie liked to journal.
01:58:00.900 Let me play something else here along the same lines.
01:58:05.380 This is Charlie's pastor.
01:58:07.820 This over burning of a city.
01:58:11.620 Cut nine.
01:58:12.260 Where the bullseye is and where the arrow lands, that's called the sin distance.
01:58:16.940 How far you've fallen from perfection.
01:58:19.000 And there are none righteous.
01:58:20.240 No, not one.
01:58:20.820 We've all missed the mark.
01:58:22.220 The bullseye.
01:58:24.720 And we try to get to God by our efforts.
01:58:27.180 But there is no effort that will bring us back into the presence of a righteous God.
01:58:33.020 You see, the wages of sin is death.
01:58:35.960 Charlie knew this.
01:58:36.780 And at an early age, he entrusted his life to the Savior of the world.
01:58:42.860 Jesus came to this earth, was tempted in all ways, yet was without sin, was crucified upon a cross.
01:58:49.020 His blood was poured out because blood must be shed for the remission of sins.
01:58:53.080 And his death upon that cross was sufficient for all the world's sins, but only efficient for those who, like Charlie, would receive him as their Savior.
01:59:05.760 Jesus has come to seek and save that which is lost.
01:59:08.400 And I would say this to all of you.
01:59:15.180 The Lord loves you.
01:59:18.560 He wants to save you.
01:59:21.700 He wants to give you a new life.
01:59:25.920 He wants to cover the multitude of your sins by the blood he shed upon the cross.
01:59:30.080 The Bible says, if you believe in your heart and you confess with your tongue, Jesus is Lord, you will be saved to the glory of the Father.
01:59:39.380 You see, Charlie looked at politics as an on-ramp to Jesus.
01:59:43.600 He knew if he could get all of you rowing in the streams of liberty, you'd come to its source, and that's the Lord.
01:59:48.260 In the time I have remaining, I'm going to ask all who profess Christ as their Savior to remain seated.
02:00:08.880 The Bible says, if you profess me before man, I'll profess you before my Father in heaven.
02:00:12.860 It requires an act of faith.
02:00:15.360 You stand.
02:00:16.180 That's what Charlie did every day on campus with death threats.
02:00:19.480 He stood because he knew in whom he had trusted.
02:00:24.060 And he wants to give you the gift of the why and what he did, and that is his Savior, Jesus.
02:00:29.400 While believers are seated, if there's any in this room and across the globe that would desire to receive Jesus as their Savior, as Charlie did as a young man,
02:00:40.500 and now is in the presence of his Savior,
02:00:42.640 Father, I'm going to ask you to put action to your faith, and I'd ask you to stand right now to receive the Lord.
02:00:51.160 Don't be ashamed.
02:00:52.140 Stand.
02:00:53.440 Amen.
02:00:54.740 Amen.
02:00:55.180 And people did, and it was amazing.
02:01:00.360 Now, look at the difference.
02:01:02.160 Look at the difference between the one guy that played at the beginning and this pastor.
02:01:08.100 One is saying you should be afraid to speak.
02:01:10.700 The other is speaking at the funeral, and he's not talking about the other side.
02:01:17.160 He's talking about the followers of Charlie Kirk and saying, we need to be better.
02:01:26.080 We need to be better.
02:01:28.300 We need to be better at following Christ.
02:01:32.120 We need to be more loving.
02:01:33.760 We need to serve people.
02:01:35.920 Which one do you want to be a part of?
02:01:40.180 Which society, which civilization do you want to live in?
02:01:46.660 Because that's what's really before us.
02:01:49.020 Do you want the civilization where everybody should be afraid to speak?
02:01:52.960 Or do you want the one where they say, brother, I'm flawed too.
02:01:59.140 We can get better.
02:02:00.840 Let's get better.
02:02:04.480 I've made my choice.
02:02:06.820 America, it is time for you to make a firm choice and declare it in your actions every single day, every minute of every day.
02:02:19.560 Back in a minute.
02:02:20.540 Let me tell you about real estate agents I trust.
02:02:23.180 Every move you make from your old home to a new one comes with its own story.
02:02:27.780 A new job, new baby, empty nest, shift in priorities, cross-country exit from the madness.
02:02:33.600 Hello, California.
02:02:35.320 If you're going to make that kind of move, one that rewrites your daily life, you need more than just a realtor.
02:02:40.620 You need somebody who actually gets what this move means to you.
02:02:43.960 Real estate agents I trust is a free service that connects you with the vetted, experienced realtors in cities all across the country.
02:02:51.120 These are agents who listen first, who don't just push square footage and school ratings, but they take the time to understand who you are, what you care about, and what you're actually trying to land.

02:03:30.740 The truth stripped down like a fence post in a prairie storm.
02:03:36.760 Glenn Beck returns after this.
02:03:47.220 Erica Kirk yesterday.
02:04:02.240 To all the men watching around the world, accept Charlie's challenge and embrace true manhood.
02:04:12.040 Be strong and courageous for your families.
02:04:21.320 Love your wives and lead them.
02:04:26.640 Love your children and protect them.
02:04:31.260 Be the spiritual head of your home.
02:04:37.220 But please be a leader worth following.
02:04:42.040 Your wife.
02:04:51.320 Your wife is not your servant.
02:04:55.720 Your wife is not your employee.
02:05:00.120 Your wife is not your slave.
02:05:04.120 This is Glenn Beck.
