00:01:25.340 I told you in 2015 that I thought 2016, the summer would be the summer of rage.

00:01:38.520 I was wrong only about the date.

00:01:42.080 I said it was 2016.

00:01:43.660 It is 2020.

00:01:45.500 And we're now full-fledged into it.

00:01:48.560 We've had a summer of rage.

00:01:49.880 Now the violence has begun.

00:01:52.800 The shootings, the calls for violence, the kidnappers that tried to kidnap and kill the governor of Michigan.

00:02:03.080 They all have one thing in common.

00:02:06.000 And we begin there.

00:02:07.560 Also, Amy Coney Barrett.

00:02:10.700 She's about to have her opening comments.

00:02:14.260 We will cover those live as the program begins in 60 seconds.

00:02:19.660 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:02:23.820 Look, if you're suffering from pain on a regular basis, isn't it worth getting rid of that pain, trying everything you can?

00:02:30.380 Wouldn't you love to be able to get up in the middle of the or in the morning and have not gotten up or woken up because of your pain in the middle of the night?

00:02:40.020 It's like a freight train going by when you're in pain.

00:02:44.320 Are you willing to spend $20 to find out if something might work?

00:02:48.440 $20 to see in three weeks if this works.

00:02:52.540 70% of the people who spend that $20 go on to order more month after month because it works for them.

00:02:58.920 Whenever I stop taking Relief Factor, my pain comes back like a freight train.

00:03:04.960 It works for me.

00:03:07.020 It works for hundreds if not thousands.

00:03:09.280 I've met literally hundreds of people that have tried it.

00:03:13.720 My wife's best friend just said over the weekend, I'm on it.

00:03:18.120 I'm trying it.

00:03:18.840 And I feel better than I have felt in years.

00:03:21.860 I feel the same way.

00:03:23.360 Relief Factor, not a drug developed by doctors.

00:03:26.260 70% of the people order more because it works.

00:03:29.960 Relief Factor dot com.

00:03:31.240 Call 800-500-8384 and get your life back.

00:03:34.680 Relief Factor dot com.

00:03:36.620 800-500-8384.

00:03:39.280 So yesterday there was a shooter and there was a shooter in Denver.

00:03:56.820 And at first, the police said, we can't confirm any of the affiliations.

00:04:03.060 It just started as a verbal assault.

00:04:10.120 And it started at a at a Patriot prayer rally.

00:04:14.480 And this guy was a security guard and he was a security guard for Channel 9.

00:04:21.140 Well, I don't know why there hasn't been any video release.

00:04:24.940 Channel 9, the photographer was there.

00:04:27.660 I don't know why we don't have any video.

00:04:29.440 We do have pictures.

00:04:31.140 But my guess is we don't have any video because it doesn't fit the narrative.

00:04:35.820 It was at a Patriot rally to pray and pray for Donald Trump, support Donald Trump.

00:04:42.660 They have the shooter now in custody and he has been charged with first degree murder.

00:04:50.460 That's good news.

00:04:52.820 Now, who is he?

00:04:54.180 Well, he was identified because he had a Space Invaders tattoo on his wrist, which is apparently associated with Rosa and Tifa wine.

00:05:04.880 W.I.E. N.

00:05:06.840 And according to big league politics, he has expressed support for BLM in Denver recently.

00:05:17.240 And according to his own writings, he appears to be a left wing Bernie Sanders supporter.

00:05:24.660 He has posted things, ran into a Trump supporter with a Trump button on their shirt.

00:05:28.640 I told them that I like their racist button.

00:05:32.480 They had nothing to say.

00:05:34.560 I'm not voting for either of them.

00:05:36.440 I'm voting for Sanders.

00:05:39.760 OK, so that's that's who he is.

00:05:42.260 By the way, he's not a licensed security guard.

00:05:44.720 He was contracted through Pinkerton by Nine News, but he was not licensed to be a security guard in Colorado.

00:05:51.920 We don't know why Pinkerton.

00:05:54.080 It's odd that Pinkerton would do that.

00:05:56.980 But now he's been charged and he is in the Denver jail system.

00:06:01.400 He was booked again on first degree murder.

00:06:04.760 He owns a farm and is affiliated with some sort of music business.

00:06:10.580 We're not really sure.

00:06:12.580 And they again, like I said, identified him from his tattoo.

00:06:18.160 Now, here's some interesting things.

00:06:21.000 He has liked and shared content with Bernie Sanders and the Young Turks host Sank Weger.

00:06:28.760 Sank is a guy from Young Turks, started Young Turks.

00:06:34.660 He is an angry, bitter and I think dangerous kind of guy.

00:06:41.120 But I don't want to silence Sank. 0.99

00:06:44.700 I'm smart enough not to watch it.

00:06:46.460 I'm smart enough to see exactly what he is.

00:06:50.000 Young Turks. 0.66

00:06:51.280 All you have to do is look on Wikipedia.

00:06:54.600 And of course, Wikipedia is always your best route to go for factual information.

00:07:00.840 But just look at the history of Young Turks. 0.97

00:07:03.220 What is the Young Turks?

00:07:05.820 Once you find that, you'll know everything you need to know about Sank.

00:07:08.880 So this guy was a big fan of Sank and he's also really not a fan of Donald Trump or anybody on the right.

00:07:23.340 Hmm.

00:07:24.540 OK.

00:07:25.940 Now, he's also something else.

00:07:29.460 He is also a guy who has threatened my life. 1.00

00:07:32.940 He wrote to me, you're telling people to risk their ass. 0.95

00:07:38.400 This is when I said, I and others my age, if it means that we save the country and we look at this as our service to our country to keep the doors open on our economy. 0.98

00:07:53.020 There are there is me and I'm sure millions of others my age.

00:07:59.000 This was at the beginning of covid that would go in and sacrifice to do what we have to do, just like those firefighters in the former Soviet Union that were forced.

00:08:12.180 Many of them did it voluntarily because they knew what it meant.

00:08:18.440 Save the nation, save people's lives.

00:08:21.240 I don't know about you, but if we could have kept the doors open on everything, it would have been good.

00:08:27.160 You know why?

00:08:27.900 Because more people wouldn't die from cancer because they didn't get treated.

00:08:32.620 More people wouldn't die from depression because they couldn't go out.

00:08:37.640 The economy wouldn't be where it is today.

00:08:40.860 So I said that at the beginning and he didn't like it. 0.98

00:08:43.980 And he wrote to me, you're you're telling people to risk their ass. 0.98

00:08:47.420 Why don't you why don't we see you risking yours? 0.98

00:08:51.240 Why don't you do a live show and a meet and greet?

00:08:55.980 My security detail thought that was a threat and we take all threats seriously.

00:09:02.620 So this is not a right wing guy.

00:09:05.480 The reason why I mentioned that is because Whitmer and others, and I will show it to you, are saying that all the violence is going to be caused by the the right wing.

00:09:18.780 In fact, they're doing new polls now that show that Republicans are much more apt to run to violence than Democrats are.

00:09:26.360 But really, is that true?

00:09:29.280 Because I know all the Democrats expected the Tea Party to be violent, but we never were.

00:09:36.340 Never were.

00:09:38.180 By the way, history always shows you it's the left.

00:09:42.400 And I'm not talking about Democrats per se.

00:09:44.640 If you're a Democrat and you're a you're a regular Democrat, you're not into violence.

00:09:49.560 If you're a Democrat, but you're actually a leftist, you are part of that violent crowd.

00:09:55.580 You may not be violent, but you are part of a crowd that historically is violent.

00:10:01.760 Now, Whitmer said on Thursday, hatred, bigotry and violence have no place in the great state of Michigan.

00:10:10.620 I agree.

00:10:12.260 I mean it.

00:10:13.380 Just moments later, President Trump's campaign adviser, Jason Miller, appeared on national television, accusing me of fostering hatred.

00:10:20.480 Well, I'm not going to waste my time arguing with the president, but I will hold him accountable because when our leaders speak, their words carry weight.

00:10:28.540 But yes, they do.

00:10:33.300 Now, the left and the Democrats, the leadership have dismissed Black Lives Matter and everything that they say they are for.

00:10:43.520 Black Lives Matter is for the destruction of the nuclear Western family. 1.00

00:10:49.240 Not my words, their words.

00:10:51.140 If anyone tries to destroy the family unit, I'm sorry, but that is by definition evil.

00:11:00.380 It is evil.

00:11:01.920 No questions asked.

00:11:03.640 It is evil.

00:11:07.420 They also believe that violence is necessary sometimes. 0.74

00:11:11.480 Well, I guess if you vote for Joe Biden, all of this will end unless you listen to the co-founder of Black Lives Matter, the chapter in Los Angeles last week that said she would not support Joe Biden because he is part of the violent white supremacist system.

00:11:29.180 This is Dr. Melina Abdullah.

00:11:32.600 She made the comments to ABC News.

00:11:34.700 People are feeling dismayed that choices are between, you know, a violent white supremacist and another person that represents that same system.

00:11:43.620 Well, I will tell you, if you think that it's going to be over if you elect Joe Biden, it's only going to get worse.

00:11:52.420 By the way, I believe and I have nothing to prove this.

00:11:57.380 This is my gut.

00:11:59.560 But do you remember Nancy Pelosi started talking about the amendment in the Constitution and and passing a passing a new law in Congress to make sure that you can get that dangerous president out of office much easier than just having to go through all of the hoops in the Constitution?

00:12:19.900 Yeah, if he's deem unfit, Congress wants to make it easier to get rid of him.

00:12:25.840 That's not for Donald Trump.

00:12:27.580 I truly believe that's for Joe Biden.

00:12:30.800 If you think Joe Biden is going to be the president for long, I think you're sadly, sadly mistaken.

00:12:37.340 So you have BLM threatening and saying that Joe Biden is part of the same racist system.

00:12:45.600 Wait until you hear our expose on Joe Biden coming up in about 45 minutes.

00:12:51.700 Some breaking news that is massive that you will only hear here.

00:12:58.580 We will break that coming up in about 45 minutes.

00:13:01.400 Now, if Governor Whitmer and others are going to hold people responsible because words have power, then what do we do with Keith Oberman?

00:13:11.660 He lashed out at Trump supporters on Friday night, calling for the prosecution and convicted and conviction of all those connected with the president. 0.93

00:13:23.280 Oberman called Trump supporters maggots. 0.81

00:13:26.180 I want you to listen to what he said. 0.99

00:13:27.640 Trump can be and must be expunged.

00:13:32.000 Expunged.

00:13:32.700 The hate he has triggered, the Pandora's box he has opened, they will not be so easily destroyed.

00:13:39.060 So let us brace ourselves.

00:13:41.860 The task is twofold. 0.82

00:13:43.620 The terrorist Trump must be defeated. 0.99

00:13:45.500 Terrorist. 1.00

00:13:45.800 Must be destroyed. 1.00

00:13:46.820 Destroyed. 1.00

00:13:47.300 Must be devoured at the ballot box. 0.96

00:13:48.780 And then he and his enablers and his supporters and his collaborators and the Mike Lees and the William Bars and the Sean Hannity's and the Mike Pence's and the Rudy Giuliani's and the Kyle Rittenhouse's and the Amy Coney Barrett's must be prosecuted and convicted and removed from our society while we try to rebuild it.

00:14:09.840 And to rebuild the world Trump has nearly destroyed by turning it over to a virus.

00:14:16.200 Remember it.

00:14:17.600 Even as we dream of a return to reality and safety and the country for which our forefathers died. 0.95

00:14:24.120 That the fight is not just to win an election, but to win it by enough to chase, at least for a moment, Trump and the maggots off the stage.

00:14:34.540 And then try to clean up what they left.

00:14:36.640 Remember it, even though to remember it means remembering that the fight does not end November 3rd, but in many ways will only begin that day.

00:14:47.480 Do you understand what he just said?

00:14:49.800 This could have been something that came directly from the office of Goebbels.

00:14:55.560 He is talking about the supporters and collaborators.

00:15:02.180 Collaborators.

00:15:03.560 Mike Lee.

00:15:04.780 William Barr.

00:15:08.000 The Sean Hannity's.

00:15:09.900 That would include me.

00:15:11.320 The Mike Pence's.

00:15:13.300 That includes people who are high up in the GOP.

00:15:17.120 And the Rudy Giuliani's and Kyle Rittenhouse's and the Amy Coney Barrett's.

00:15:24.480 Must be prosecuted for what?

00:15:27.520 For having a different opinion?

00:15:28.900 And convicted for what?

00:15:32.120 For what and by whom?

00:15:34.380 And removed from our society.

00:15:37.440 If you think that the things that I have been talking about are hyperbole, you are sadly mistaken.

00:15:48.060 I never, ever, ever thought I would quote Lindsey Graham.

00:15:53.500 But Lindsey Graham was right at the end of the last Supreme Court nominee and their hearing. 0.93

00:16:01.600 Dear God, you people want power so badly.

00:16:05.840 And I pray to God you never get it.

00:16:09.140 The people on the left.

00:16:13.440 And we must share that video.

00:16:17.560 By the way, it's still up.

00:16:19.040 We must share that video with our neighbors and friends.

00:16:24.360 I've asked you to reach out between now and the election.

00:16:28.400 Just find one person.

00:16:30.540 If everyone in this audience just found one person, it would mean a landslide in the election.

00:16:38.360 You are listening to this program for a reason.

00:16:41.560 You must share that with your friends and tell them, because what they'll say, it's Keith Oberman.

00:16:49.880 No one watches.

00:16:50.740 Really?

00:16:51.640 It's Keith Oberman.

00:16:53.260 Because we can produce for you many people saying the same things and their leadership of BLM and Antifa.

00:17:04.300 Antifa is an idea, just like the idea that our founders had in 1776, or just like the idea that Robespierre had in the French Revolution, or just like the idea the Nazis had.

00:17:22.500 Remember, we fought the Nazis, but we worried about how to fight the idea of Nazism.

00:17:31.900 What did we do?

00:17:34.300 We killed the Nazis while telling non-Nazi Germans, we are not your enemies.

00:17:41.720 We are going after this idea and ideology and all those who preach it and put it into action, because it is a deadly system.

00:17:54.720 Now, that was war.

00:17:57.400 But do not dismiss people's words.

00:18:00.720 When somebody says they're going to round you up or put you against the wall, as last week or the week before, the former co-founder of Twitter, he tweeted, capitalists will be the first with their back against the wall to be shot.

00:18:17.180 Take them seriously and do not get involved in violence.

00:18:24.940 All right, if you're one of those homeowners who's been trying to buy or sell a home or both, you probably discovered by now that you have a major undertaking on your hands.

00:18:35.640 Almost nothing about getting your house ready to put on the market is easy if you're doing it the right way.

00:18:43.780 Negotiating a sale when you're wanting to buy.

00:18:46.140 It's not as easy as it sounds.

00:18:48.120 Getting the right deal when the market is on fire.

00:18:50.840 Getting out of California isn't even easy now.

00:18:55.880 This is why we started Real Estate Agents I Trust.

00:18:59.240 A number of these situations have always come up in my life, and I've always been let down in the process.

00:19:07.180 I shouldn't say always.

00:19:08.160 Most times.

00:19:09.220 If you have a really good real estate agent, they're going to put you in contact with everyone you need to get the things exactly the way they need to be.

00:19:16.480 They're going to work tirelessly to get the best possible deal on your home or your home purchase.

00:19:21.760 And I don't want you to take my word for it.

00:19:23.800 I want you to check these people out for yourself.

00:19:26.320 We've run them through the ringer to make sure that they're the best, in our opinion, in your area.

00:19:32.080 Now I want you to just get their name, call them, and talk to them.

00:19:35.480 It's a free service to you.

00:19:38.240 Realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:19:39.400 That's realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:19:42.540 10-second station ID.

00:19:46.480 So just a few days ago, the review website Yelp stated that they were getting in the business of social justice

00:20:05.540 by saying that it would append a business accused of racist behavior alert to any businesses or business page where a company had been accused of racism.

00:20:20.580 That's Yelp. 1.00

00:20:22.540 So now if your business is accused of racism, Yelp will make sure everyone knows it.

00:20:31.000 Antifa now has started over the weekend compiling the names of businesses that it wants to submit to Yelp and put out of business.

00:20:42.680 The list prepared by the same Antifa group that is responsible for organizing the violent protests and the riots in Portland

00:20:51.960 is now compiling that list of non-friendly businesses,

00:20:57.920 a.k.a. any company that is hanging a Blue Lives quoting,

00:21:01.820 Blue Lives garbage in their store, 1.00

00:21:04.200 or anything else that is anti the BLM movement. 0.97

00:21:08.680 So now we know Black Lives Matter has been granted the power to shut down whatever business it doesn't like. 0.51

00:21:17.280 And remember, this is the anti-fascist group.

00:21:20.340 This is exactly what the brown shirts did in Germany.

00:21:26.020 If you didn't hang the swastika, you came under attack.

00:21:31.220 Eventually, you were gone.

00:21:33.400 We have a few weeks to prepare.

00:21:42.140 And I do not want you to prepare.

00:21:46.840 I do.

00:21:48.220 I do encourage you to exercise the Second Amendment in self-defense.

00:21:52.760 I do urge you to prepare yourself with food, with fuel,

00:22:05.820 with things that you and your neighbors might need if there are great disruptions,

00:22:12.360 because they are coming.

00:22:14.660 And I will show that to you coming up in just a second.

00:22:18.520 Also, Amy Coney Barrett, she is, we're going to see how they treat her today.

00:22:25.780 We hear her opening statements live in just a few minutes.

00:22:33.800 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:22:37.460 So, with everything we're talking about, the one thing is for sure,

00:22:42.620 you may be responsible for your own protection.

00:22:45.820 Remember, the left wants to get rid of the police and your right to bear arms.

00:22:52.940 That sounds logical, doesn't it?

00:22:55.240 Are you prepared for the gathering storm?

00:22:57.860 Is your home secure?

00:23:01.520 I want you to go to simplisafe.com right now

00:23:12.560 It's 50 cents a day for the monitoring.

00:23:14.660 You own the system.

00:23:17.740 There's no contract involved.

00:23:21.660 And just the fact that you have a security system and it is armed

00:23:25.980 usually is the first thing that a predator looks at

00:23:30.420 and they stop going in if they know that you are with a security system that is armed.

00:23:36.060 I want you to go and look at the security system now, simplisafebeck.com.

00:23:40.660 Get a free HD security camera when you order your system at simplisafebeck.com.

00:23:51.200 Stu's joining us in just a few minutes.

00:23:53.580 We're going to look at some of the poll numbers

00:23:55.400 and all the rest of the stuff going on.

00:23:57.960 And his show returns tonight on Blaze TV.

00:23:59.980 Trump can be and must be expunged.

00:24:15.440 The hate he has triggered, the Pandora's box he has opened, they will not be so easily destroyed.

00:24:21.500 So, let us brace ourselves.

00:24:25.340 The task is twofold. 1.00

00:24:27.100 The terrorist Trump must be defeated, must be destroyed, must be devoured at the ballot box. 1.00

00:24:32.260 And then he and his enablers and his supporters and his collaborators 1.00

00:24:36.900 and the Mike Lees and the William Bars and the Sean Hannity's and the Mike Pence's

00:24:42.040 and the Rudy Giuliani's and the Kyle Rittenhouse's and the Amy Coney Barrett's

00:24:46.620 must be prosecuted and convicted and removed from our society while we try to rebuild it

00:24:53.300 and to rebuild the world Trump has nearly destroyed by turning it over to a virus.

00:24:59.960 Remember it.

00:25:00.660 Even as we dream of a return to reality and safety and the country for which our forefathers died.

00:25:07.620 That the fight is not just to win an election, but to win it by enough 0.94

00:25:11.660 to chase, at least for a moment, Trump and the maggots off the stage 0.72

00:25:17.380 and then try to clean up what they left. 0.94

00:25:20.800 Remember it.

00:25:21.860 Even though to remember it means remembering that the fight does not end November 3rd,

00:25:26.600 but in many ways will only begin that day.

00:25:30.660 That is, Keith Oberman.

00:25:35.000 If you are angry, I understand.

00:25:38.360 I do not play that to make you angry.

00:25:41.260 In fact, I urge the opposite.

00:25:44.300 I play that so you are prepared for what is coming.

00:25:49.340 I'm going to reel straight up with you.

00:25:59.100 And this one's easy for me to say, I guess, because I'm going to couch it with.

00:26:04.780 I'm always wrong with timing.

00:26:05.860 But everybody knows this one is coming.

00:26:08.740 But I believe in my lifetime and I think within the next 15 years, I think these are the beginnings of the days that have been foretold.

00:26:24.020 I believe that we could see the days of tribulation in the next five years.

00:26:32.240 I obviously don't know.

00:26:35.240 People have been planning or some of them been looking forward to these days for 3,000 years.

00:26:43.560 But evil is washing over the world right now.

00:26:50.960 And it is not going to help anything.

00:26:55.960 And you will not, I believe, we will not be counted as helpers, if you will, if we are engaging in violence.

00:27:07.460 That is different than protecting your family, your home.

00:27:11.420 But if you're thinking, and I don't believe you are, but for those who are thinking about, I'm going to get a group together.

00:27:19.740 That is not the way to go.

00:27:22.820 I urge you, urge you to go with a group of people.

00:27:28.900 And first thing you say is, we're not talking about a militia.

00:27:32.460 We are talking about supporting you.

00:27:35.940 I want you to go to your sheriff.

00:27:38.320 And I want you to let them know that you support them.

00:27:44.440 If they are a sheriff that understands that they are the last wall of defense between a government that is out of control and the people.

00:27:55.920 They don't answer to the governor.

00:27:57.460 They don't answer to the mayors.

00:27:59.300 They don't answer to anyone except the people that put them in office.

00:28:03.720 I want you to meet and know who your sheriff is and go there peacefully because they are probably all keyed up in some places.

00:28:15.820 But you support your sheriffs.

00:28:18.780 If you are looking at an election where a sheriff is up for reelection, that may be the second most important vote that you make.

00:28:28.440 Know who you're voting for.

00:28:32.320 Know who the sheriff is.

00:28:35.720 The Fortitude Ranch camps in West Virginia and Colorado are opening November 3rd to protect members.

00:28:44.160 This is according to the outlet, citing the company's October newsletter.

00:28:47.940 In addition, Fortitude Ranch expects possible looting and violence that could turn into clashes that spread far and wide and last a long time.

00:28:57.560 That's whether Donald Trump or Joe Biden wins the election.

00:29:02.500 This is the first time they have opened the Fortitude Ranch for a collapse disaster.

00:29:08.660 And they say, though, it may not end up being so we consider the risk of violence that could escalate in a rational, unpredictable ways into widespread law, a loss of law and order.

00:29:21.940 And we feel that it is real.

00:29:26.180 This is a camp where for a thousand dollars you can go as go to these camps as a refuge in the event of a societal collapse.

00:29:37.340 This is the first time they're opening it for that.

00:29:41.180 And they're opening it November 3rd.

00:29:43.940 You have about three weeks to prepare for insanity.

00:29:47.720 And it may not happen.

00:29:49.560 And I pray it doesn't happen.

00:29:52.220 But I can't recommend highly enough that you prepare food storage, that you prepare your home to be secure,

00:30:03.360 that you have met with your family and your children and you know where you're supposed to meet if there's a problem.

00:30:11.000 You prepare financially.

00:30:14.040 And then you've got to do your homework and prepare educationally.

00:30:20.100 Do you have a physical copy of the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence?

00:30:26.780 You need that.

00:30:29.640 Are you prepared spiritually?

00:30:32.660 Do you have a relationship good enough?

00:30:38.100 As I told you 15 years ago, there's going to come a time when you're going to need that communication between you and the spirit so strong that if the spirit says stop, don't go there, turn around, that you do it.

00:30:53.140 Please, if you haven't started working on that, do it.

00:30:57.520 Ask for advice and obey the advice.

00:31:01.360 The voice will get stronger in you.

00:31:04.380 You also have to prepare mentally.

00:31:07.000 We are going to be leaving things behind us.

00:31:10.360 I mean that historically.

00:31:13.040 I think things are going to change.

00:31:15.880 Don't pine for the good old days.

00:31:18.280 Look forward to the future.

00:31:20.480 It brings me no joy telling you these things.

00:31:31.720 But they are serious.

00:31:35.560 The left is serious.

00:31:41.300 There are people that want you to be afraid and will control you.

00:31:47.400 My daughter has asked me over and over again, Dad, what does societal collapse mean?

00:31:51.780 What does it look like?

00:31:55.220 The Walking Dead without the zombies.

00:31:57.660 If society collapses, there will be militias and gangs, and they will not be usually for the Constitution.

00:32:11.220 Remember, white supremacists and these militia gangs like they had up in Michigan, they don't agree with America.

00:32:22.540 Now, they may say they're for the Constitution, but you can't be for the Constitution and the anarchy and Black Lives Matter. 1.00

00:32:31.820 You just can't.

00:32:34.200 Know exactly who you're standing with.

00:32:36.760 I don't recommend that you get into any of these things, and it is going to be seductive if there is great societal collapse.

00:32:49.720 I don't think that's going to happen.

00:32:51.680 I think there's going to be widespread unrest, but I don't think societal collapse is coming.

00:32:57.180 Thank God.

00:32:58.880 And anybody who says, you know, we just got to burn the whole thing down and really mean burn the whole thing down.

00:33:05.880 I want you to know that when you get rid of the police and you get rid of society, it's not like this.

00:33:17.360 It will break into groups and gangs, and if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time, you will be controlled by whoever, and there's no help coming.

00:33:31.440 That's what societal collapse looks like.

00:33:35.880 And there are those that want it.

00:33:39.620 Now, there is a new story out today that I don't believe the numbers, but it's from reason, and I think it's worth reading.

00:33:49.220 It is, are Americans provoking each other into political violence?

00:33:53.100 The proportion of Americans believing that it is least somewhat justifiable for their political party to use violence to achieve its goals has risen from fewer than one in three, three years ago, to one in three now, according to the polls.

00:34:11.080 Meanwhile, predictions abound of disruptions around the election and fighting in the years to come.

00:34:16.820 After months of social unrest and with the country's political factions intent on mutual destruction, the U.S. looks at risk becoming a failing democracy, which disputes are settled in the streets.

00:34:31.340 God help us.

00:34:32.380 So, you know, if this happens, if we become a failing democracy, our dollar is no longer the world reserve currency, and it becomes worthless.

00:34:45.180 These things could happen overnight.

00:34:49.460 Like a growing number of prominent American leaders and scholars, we are increasingly anxious that this country is headed towards the worst post-election crisis in a century and a half.

00:34:59.140 That puts you at the Civil War.

00:35:00.960 Larry Diamond of the Hoover Institute said, Lee Duttman of New America, Todd Lindbergh of the Hudson Institute, Nathan P. Calmore of Louisiana State University, Lillian Mason of the University of Maryland.

00:35:15.860 They penned a piece in Politico.

00:35:17.980 So, our biggest concern is that a disputed presidential election, especially if there are close contests in a few swing states, or if one candidate denounces the legitimacy of the process, it could generate violence and bloodshed.

00:35:34.060 Drawing on polling data, the author's point, support for the use of violence, achieve political goals, has risen from 8% for both Democrats and Republicans to 33 and 36%.

00:35:48.440 In September, 44% of Republicans, 41% of Democrats, said there would be at least a little justification for violence if the other's party nominee wins the election.

00:36:00.120 The former Australian Special Forces officer and Bush Jr. administration counter-terrorism advisor warned America may be in what the CIA guide to the analysis of insurgency calls insipid insurgency.

00:36:23.280 People don't know that it only takes 2-5% of a population to want to engage in violence and civil wars.

00:36:40.460 It's only 2-5% that actually commit the violence, but that is all it takes.

00:36:48.100 You are seeing the violence now coming from the left.

00:36:53.280 You are going to see a concerted effort to do that.

00:37:00.060 Notice how the media is already softening the ground.

00:37:05.020 They're calling all violence from the right.

00:37:07.080 It's not.

00:37:08.620 It's coming from the left.

00:37:11.540 They're already starting to soften the ground.

00:37:14.900 They're already starting to...

00:37:16.540 The New York Times Daily did a report today and talked to a leader, or was it NPR, talked to a leader at the Pentagon.

00:37:29.120 And they're already talking about which way will the military go.

00:37:33.980 The military is now going through classes on the Constitution.

00:37:43.200 These things may come.

00:37:48.120 We are three weeks away.

00:37:51.260 As Keith Oberman said, it's not just election night.

00:37:58.980 As he said, quote, that is just the beginning.

00:38:03.660 Holidays are just around the corner.

00:38:13.680 We're approaching the 400th anniversary of Thanksgiving and the Pilgrim's Landing.

00:42:18.480 Bruno is just such a happy dog now.

00:42:21.200 Just such.

00:42:22.060 He's just so great.

00:42:25.380 Always in a good mood.

00:42:26.980 He's always active.

00:42:28.840 He is running.

00:42:29.940 He is playing.

00:42:31.020 He's just great.

00:42:32.720 It's almost as if he was sick.

00:42:34.700 And I think in some ways he was.

00:42:36.960 He just didn't have the supplements that he needed in his dog food.

00:42:42.440 And over the last six months, I have seen him change over and over and over.

00:42:47.220 And every day it seems like he's getting better.

00:42:50.300 And he is.

00:42:51.220 I want to talk to you about Rough Greens, jam-packed with all of the stuff that you need, the supplements

00:42:58.040 your dog needs, the vitamins, the minerals, the antioxidants, the omega oils, and the probiotics.

00:43:16.520 It's 1495RoughGreens.com slash TheBlaze.

00:43:39.840 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:43:47.980 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:43:53.780 So the hearings are starting with the Amy Coney Barrett hearings to confirm her.

00:44:01.980 We haven't covered any of it, because so far, she hasn't said a word.

00:44:06.240 It's just all of the politicians having their 10 minutes each to say something in an opening

00:44:12.360 statement, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

00:44:14.660 We will cover hers as soon as she starts to speak and cover the hearings live.

00:44:21.300 We also have major, major breaking news that you won't hear anywhere else.

00:44:29.040 We do that in 60 seconds.

00:44:32.400 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:44:34.860 Oh, yesterday I was out.

00:44:38.280 It was so beautiful.

00:44:39.240 The last few weeks in Texas have been great.

00:44:41.540 It was a little hot yesterday, but it was still beautiful here in Texas.

00:44:45.640 I went out, and we turned on the grill.

00:44:47.760 It was about 1230 in the afternoon.

00:44:50.200 Five o'clock, I pulled those ribs off of the smoker, off of the Rectech grill, and it

00:44:54.980 is so amazing.

00:44:57.380 So amazing.

00:44:58.140 The meat fell off the bones.

00:45:00.120 It was so good.

00:45:01.920 Rectech, R-E-C-T-E-Q.

00:45:05.880 I am not somebody who's ever smoked before.

00:45:09.440 I mean, you know, on a grill.

00:45:11.120 I've never done any of those things, and I've never been good at that.

00:45:16.080 I don't know why I never learned how to use a grill.

00:45:19.340 Rectech makes it so easy.

00:45:20.880 They have smart grill technology, lets you control and monitor the food you're cooking

00:45:24.820 from an app on your phone.

00:45:26.140 You still get the great food, but your butt's inside in the air conditioning. 0.71

00:45:30.200 It's great. 0.95

00:45:30.880 It's sturdy.

00:45:31.480 It's smart.

00:45:32.440 It's Rectech.

00:45:33.760 Follow Rectech on all the social media.

00:45:35.840 Sign up for their newsletter.

00:45:36.820 I want you to A, B, compare these to the best grills you can find on the market.

00:45:40.300 I think Rectech is the best.

00:45:42.620 R-E-C-T-E-Q, Q with a, or Rectech with a Q at the end.

00:45:48.800 Rectech.com.

00:45:50.520 R-E-C-T-E-Q.com.

00:45:57.620 So as you know, or maybe you don't know, Yelp is now deciding that they are going to

00:46:04.900 start highlighting any business that has been accused of racism.

00:46:11.620 Isn't that great?

00:46:12.620 So thank you, Yelp.

00:46:13.700 We can certainly trust you now to get the truth.

00:46:17.500 This is the cancel culture that we're living in.

00:46:20.420 And if you don't toe the line, you're in trouble.

00:46:24.620 Our kids now are being taught critical race theory, which means that you are inherently

00:46:30.120 racist.

00:46:31.100 You owned a slave even if you didn't own a slave. 0.92

00:46:34.160 You wanted to own a slave.

00:46:38.100 I believe that all men are created equal.

00:46:40.600 I believe that no one should be held accountable for what their ancestors did.

00:46:45.020 But that's not what the left is doing.

00:46:48.020 That is not what the Democrats and Joe Biden and Harris are campaigning on.

00:46:56.860 And everyone is too comfortable in the Democratic Party with this cancel culture.

00:47:03.780 The entire country is canceled now because of our history.

00:47:10.560 The founders should be canceled.

00:47:12.440 Rip their statues down.

00:47:13.500 They ripped more statues down in Portland over the weekend.

00:47:17.440 Change the names of buildings and signs.

00:47:19.920 And don't get anybody started on Mount Rushmore.

00:47:22.000 This bleeds into your personal history.

00:47:29.040 Redemption no longer means anything.

00:47:31.780 A pivot point.

00:47:33.140 Life changing.

00:47:34.100 A switch in thinking or behavior.

00:47:36.260 It counts for nothing with the left.

00:47:39.240 This means a tweet someone might have sent when they were a child is worth cancellation.

00:47:44.180 Some major breaking news for you.

00:47:49.340 None of this seems to apply when it's one of their owns.

00:47:52.500 Governor Northam had a photo of him either in blackface or a Klan outfit.

00:47:57.060 He's never been asked to say which one he was.

00:48:00.880 Why wasn't he canceled?

00:48:02.740 Jimmy Kimmel used to think blackface was hysterical.

00:48:06.520 His Karl Malone segment was a staple of his show.

00:48:09.880 Why wasn't he held accountable to the same standard they held for Megyn Kelly, who, by the way, wasn't in blackface, merely asked a question about people who dress in blackface to honor someone they admire.

00:48:23.160 She was canceled.

00:48:24.020 But Kimmel, who dressed in blackface in a segment after segment after segment after segment, making fun of a black man, he never took a hit.

00:48:34.120 Joe Biden is another great example.

00:48:36.140 Here's a man who worked with segregationists.

00:48:40.540 Somehow or another, he's exempt of cancellation.

00:48:43.160 His crime bill is the exact opposite of the what what the left is now proposing.

00:48:48.660 How many black Americans were sent to prison because of that law?

00:48:51.540 Again, I ask, why is he exempt? 0.94

00:48:54.840 How can Joe Biden look at black people in the face and tell them that they aren't really black if they don't vote for him?

00:49:02.480 Would you be allowed to get away with that?

00:49:06.140 Now, maybe Biden's immune from the left's cancer culture rage due to his strong family background.

00:49:14.600 You know, the left went after Trump's family history and viciously knocked his roots.

00:49:19.260 New York Times went after the family's business dealings going back to his father.

00:49:23.380 The media has gone after his children, despite no criminal activity, which I can't say the same for Hunter Biden.

00:49:30.620 And the attacks even include the president's youngest child, Barron.

00:49:35.000 I remember John Oliver going after Trump's ancestral name.

00:49:38.980 Make Donald Trump Donald Trump again.

00:49:42.700 That episode broke records in viewerships at HBO.

00:49:45.620 So going back into a candidate or political's ancestral tree is clearly important to the left.

00:49:52.340 So I guess that's why Joe Biden is so insulated.

00:49:59.780 You know, a lot of people have looked at Joe Biden's family tree, but they focus on his mother's side of the family.

00:50:06.260 Good, hardworking Irish ancestry lunchbox Joe, who comes from a long line of blue collar coal miners.

00:50:12.460 But what about Biden's father's ancestral line?

00:50:17.700 Why has nobody looked into that?

00:50:20.060 I mean, wouldn't it be good to further build that blue collar lunchbox Joe image?

00:50:24.640 And Biden's very proud of that part of his family.

00:50:28.000 You know, his middle name, Biden or Robinette, Joseph Robinette Biden.

00:50:33.300 I've always looked at that and went Robinette.

00:50:35.560 What the hell is that kind of name?

00:50:37.560 That's his father's line.

00:50:39.260 He's very, very proud of the Robinette line in his ancestry.

00:50:47.880 Hmm.

00:50:48.720 Robinette.

00:50:50.360 Well, if John Oliver and the rest of the mainstream media can go after Donald Trump's family and lineage, I guess the gloves come off.

00:50:58.960 I've recently been given Joe Biden's family history from his father's side,

00:51:03.660 and it comes to me from one of the finest and most respected genealogy firms in the country.

00:51:10.720 Celebrities, elected officials have used this firm for years to reveal their family history.

00:51:18.040 I'm not going to tell you the name of the of the organization.

00:51:21.700 I'm making the documents available, but I'm not going to print the name of the organization for their own safety reasons.

00:51:28.760 Now, why would that be?

00:51:31.220 We have the full report.

00:51:33.580 It's available now at Glenn Beck dot com.

00:51:36.940 And this kind of report is worth thousands of dollars to produce.

00:51:40.820 It takes hundreds of man hours to research documents that go back to this case into the 1700s.

00:51:47.980 It costs thousands of dollars.

00:51:49.700 This report goes back six generations in Joe Robinette, Biden's family tree.

00:51:58.160 Do we have the graphic here?

00:51:59.600 If you're watching Blaze TV, you can see the chart.

00:52:02.840 There it is of six generation of Biden's family, starting with generation one.

00:52:07.620 The current candidate for president, Joe Robinette, Biden, Jr.

00:52:10.920 Generation two, Joe's father, Joe Robinette, Biden, Sr.

00:52:14.280 And on and on to generation six, starting in the 1700s, Jesse Robinette, who was born in Maryland in 1776.

00:52:23.220 Wow.

00:52:24.160 What a what a great thing to have, huh?

00:52:27.840 Now, here's where it gets dicey.

00:52:29.920 Let me show you the next document.

00:52:31.220 This is from the U.S. federal census in 1820.

00:52:34.700 Ninth up from the bottom list as the head of the household, Jesse Robinette, as in Joe Robinette Biden.

00:52:41.980 This is Joe Biden's great, great, great grandfather.

00:52:45.980 Now, the left side of the form is the count of Jesse's family.

00:52:50.880 But the right side shows something else.

00:52:54.480 How many did Joseph Bidenette Biden's family?

00:53:00.300 How many slaves did they own? 0.94

00:53:03.560 Well, Joe Biden's great, great, great grandfather owned 12 slaves in 1820.

00:53:09.580 Five male slaves ages 14 to 25, two male slaves ages 26 to 44, three female slaves ages 0 to 13, one female slave aged 14 to 25 and one female slave aged 45 plus.

00:53:26.620 Now, according to this report, again, from a very respected genealogy firm that is trusted by both famous celebrities and politicians, Joe Biden's ancestors were slave owners.

00:53:39.180 Now, with that little chunk of information, it kind of puts Joe's work with segregationists in a whole different context.

00:53:47.420 Now, doesn't it?

00:53:49.080 It adds a little more weight when Joe tells black people that they aren't black unless they vote for him. 0.98

00:53:55.960 I can almost hear the crack of the whip. 0.96

00:53:59.020 It makes the remark that he made just a few years ago.

00:54:03.840 They're all they're going to put all you back in chains a little more grotesque, seeing it was his family that put people in chains. 0.50

00:54:12.820 It makes it all the more sickening when last week he said a black woman was stocking the shelves while he was safe in his basement.

00:54:22.020 It's weird that nobody has ever really dug this far into Biden's father's side or family or did they and just not want this to get out.

00:54:32.720 Now, after knowing this and if you work at the altar of cancel culture and societal justice, can you still be calling for the destruction of statues and monuments and still vote for Joe Robinette Biden?

00:54:48.460 After all, his family was there and they owned slaves, just like Thomas Jefferson, who must now be destroyed.

00:55:02.520 Hmm.

00:55:04.540 Can you still vote for Joe Biden?

00:55:07.220 Can you do it?

00:55:08.200 I'm just curious.

00:55:09.360 I don't know.

00:55:09.960 I don't make the rules.

00:55:10.980 If you call the America of today an evil country based off its past, then what does that make Joe Biden?

00:55:22.040 Me, I think Joe Biden is unfit to be president based off him, you know, being one of, if not the most corrupt politicians in history.

00:55:30.040 I personally don't think the sins of his family tree mean anything at all to the man of today.

00:55:36.680 But that's not how today's modern left operates.

00:55:40.120 Now, is it?

00:55:40.980 I mean, I'm just going by their rules.

00:55:44.240 If you go by their rules, Joe Biden should be canceled.

00:55:48.580 And if that's not enough, well, maybe then when they see the next document, it might convince them for good.

00:55:56.580 If you're watching Blaze TV or if you go to Glenn Beck dot com, you will see the second document along with all of the documents.

00:56:05.720 Now, this might be one of the most heartbreaking letters I've ever seen.

00:56:08.920 This is a probate document from the state of Maryland in 1832.

00:56:13.360 And it shows the distribution of Joe Biden's great, great grandfather's slaves to his surviving family.

00:56:21.600 You see, well, unlike George Washington, Joe Biden's great, great, great grandfather, he didn't free the slaves upon the death of Jesse Robinette.

00:56:35.040 Nope.

00:56:37.080 But Joe Robinette Biden's great, great, great grandfather passed his slaves on after his death to the family.

00:56:46.600 And remember, this is 1832.

00:56:50.040 George Washington freed his slaves in the 1700s.

00:56:54.660 This document cruelly and methodically explains how each member of the family would become the new master of Jesse's slaves.

00:57:03.300 There's Dorcas Robinette, who was given a slave boy named Benjamin.

00:57:08.440 His value, four hundred and fifty dollars.

00:57:12.280 She was also given a girl named Nancy, who was valued at four hundred and fifty dollars as well.

00:57:17.480 A girl named Mary valued only at two hundred and thirty five dollars and a boy named Nathan at six hundred dollars.

00:57:26.700 Now, Janot Davis and Alice, his wife, were given a boy named Bob.

00:57:32.520 He was valued at six hundred dollars.

00:57:34.900 We don't know how old Bob was.

00:57:38.460 Yaz Robinette Robinette was given a boy named Tom, valued at six hundred dollars.

00:57:43.840 George Robinette was given a boy named Charles, valued at three hundred and fifty dollars, and a boy named Solomon, valued at two hundred and fifty dollars.

00:57:53.740 Well, we don't know.

00:57:54.760 Maybe they were really old or maybe they were crippled and therefore really not worth that much as people. 1.00

00:58:04.080 Moses J. Robinette was given a boy named Joshua, valued at six hundred dollars.

00:58:08.860 Eliza Ann Robinette was given a boy named Pedro, Pero, valued at three hundred dollars and a girl named Lynn, valued at two hundred dollars.

00:58:23.320 This news is all available right now with all of the documentations at Glenn Beck dot com.

00:58:30.500 Again, we've left the name of the company that did all of this work.

00:58:37.540 We've left it off for their safety.

00:58:42.300 But, boy, that would have to be from the right and that wouldn't make sense.

00:58:46.200 Why would the right be violent over something like this?

00:58:50.080 You would think the right would like it.

00:58:54.160 Because we know the left isn't violent.

00:58:56.020 We know if the left finds out that Joe Robinette Biden's ancestors all owned slaves and then pass them on generation after generation,

00:59:08.860 almost until the time of the Civil War where they were forced to get rid of their slaves.

00:59:16.160 Wow, that is weird, isn't it?

00:59:22.920 I told you you would enjoy it.

00:59:24.700 You and I both don't think this has anything to do with who Joe Biden is today.

00:59:32.200 But it's going to be fun.

00:59:35.080 Watching how this information never sees the light of day.

00:59:41.880 Except.

00:59:43.720 For when you retweet it, when you go to Glenn Beck dot com and get the information and you put it on your Facebook,

00:59:51.180 you put it on your Instagram, you put it on Twitter, it'll be interesting to see if it trends.

01:00:02.600 Hashtag Biden slave owners.

01:00:07.800 Back in one minute.

01:00:08.980 American Financing NMLS 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org

01:00:19.160 So Trump makes a little statement about halting the stimulus negotiations until after the election and everybody loses their mind.

01:00:26.520 The market goes into a tailspin.

01:00:28.560 Stocks drop.

01:00:29.480 Bonds improve.

01:00:31.360 And it caused mortgage rates to move lower.

01:00:34.380 Wow.

01:00:36.160 Is this going to last?

01:00:37.840 Nobody really knows for sure.

01:00:39.120 But what I do know is a lower rate after a mortgage refinance is an incredible way for you to save a lot of money.

01:00:45.200 And I'm talking hundreds, even a thousand dollars a month.

01:00:47.780 I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that that would make a significant difference in your finances.

01:00:53.020 And it's right there at your fingertips.

01:00:55.280 I warn you, loans are going to be harder to get in the future.

01:01:00.160 You need to pick up the phone and call American Financing right now.

01:01:03.900 Find out how to make it a reality right now.

01:01:07.260 Mortgage rates continue to be competitively low.

01:01:09.600 Depending on your credit scar and a few other factors, you could be looking at a rate in the mid twos.

01:01:14.420 As crazy as that sounds.

01:01:16.720 The mortgage consultants at American Financing, they work for you, not the bank.

01:01:19.640 So call them now.

01:01:20.560 The number is 800-906-2440.

01:01:43.080 So the hearing for Amy Coney Barrett has been going on for almost 90 minutes now.

01:01:49.340 And not a single question has been asked.

01:01:51.740 It's all opening statements.

01:01:53.820 90 minutes of opening statements.

01:01:58.900 They're getting to the work of the American people.

01:02:01.540 I mean, not now, but soon, I'm sure.

01:02:04.700 She currently serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals in the Seventh Circuit.

01:02:08.860 She's the first woman to hold that seat for Indiana. 0.73

01:02:12.560 She is an originalist.

01:02:14.200 She is a textualist.

01:02:15.580 Her mentor and former boss was Antonin Scalia.

01:02:20.660 She has voted in favor of an Indiana law that prohibited aborting a child on the basis of sex, race, or disability.

01:02:29.940 I mean, why?

01:02:32.200 The Nazis did it. 0.92

01:02:33.580 What's good enough for the Nazis? 0.98

01:02:35.080 It's not good enough for us.

01:02:36.940 She also joined a dissent that labeled Indiana a eugenics state.

01:02:43.840 It was.

01:02:44.580 She also claimed in dissent that denying guns to nonviolent felons treats the Second Amendment as a second class right.

01:02:54.320 She also joined in dissent and dissented in a case that blocked President Trump's public charge rule that would block immigrants who would need to rely on federal aid.

01:03:09.760 She is pro-life.

01:03:11.620 She is obviously religious.

01:03:14.960 Dianne Feinstein, the California Democrat, pressed her and said her dogma lives loudly within her.

01:03:24.120 And that's a concern when you come to big issues that people have fought for years for in this country.

01:03:29.600 Boy, I'd hate to have Dianne Feinstein read any of the words of Abraham Lincoln because the dogma sure lived loudly in here. 0.78

01:03:38.300 You know, what's weird about Abraham Lincoln is the left no longer likes him.

01:03:44.400 Over the weekend, they pulled a statue of him down in Portland.

01:03:48.940 But again, he freed the slaves and Joseph Robinette Biden's ancestors didn't free theirs.

01:03:57.860 Isn't that weird?

01:03:59.880 Man, I just don't know how.

01:04:04.300 Well, I'm sure if Joseph Robinette Biden gets in, oh, they're going to be fine with him.

01:04:11.000 All of this mayhem in our streets.

01:04:13.660 Oh, it will all stop.

01:04:15.620 Oh, sure, it will.

01:04:17.580 Sure, it will.

01:04:18.320 When we come back, I'm going to I'm going to go over the five ways that the Federalists printed this weekend that are going to fundamentally change if Biden packs the court.

01:04:33.460 What are the big thing?

01:04:34.680 What does that actually mean to pack the court?

01:04:38.620 Joe Biden said, you know, you don't really have a need or a right to know if he's going to do that over the weekend.

01:04:46.360 And that's what he said.

01:04:47.880 Boy, that's strange, isn't it?

01:04:50.660 That's coming up after the break.

01:04:52.340 Stand by.

01:04:55.700 This is the Glenn Beck program.

01:04:58.660 You know, unlike me, my dog doesn't get to choose what food he's going to eat every day.

01:05:02.840 Yeah.

01:05:03.420 And unlike me, the food he does eat isn't filled with a lot of great, tasty stuff.

01:05:10.040 Now, I stand by that statement.

01:05:11.620 Maybe it's just me.

01:05:12.560 You know, I will tell you, there's a lot of protein and ice cream.

01:05:16.900 My dog doesn't get any.

01:05:18.200 Anyway, the bottom line is, if you want a healthy and hopefully a long life for your dog, the place you're going to have to start is with his food.

01:05:26.560 This is why I love rough greens.

01:05:28.500 Doesn't really matter what food, especially kibbles.

01:05:31.060 It's it's all cooked out of kibbles.

01:05:33.500 I mean, that thing, the kibble food has to sit on the shelf for at least two years before you buy it.

01:05:39.240 That's the rule.

01:05:39.980 So they got to cook everything in it is dead.

01:05:43.000 Well, that's why rough greens is so great, because it's not a dog food.

01:05:47.140 Doesn't matter really what you feed your your dog.

01:05:49.920 It's a supplement.

01:05:50.720 You put it into the dog's food and it contains everything that they need that gets cooked out.

01:05:56.820 Probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, omega oils and the probiotics.

01:06:01.720 Probiotics, that's really important.

01:06:04.340 It's rough greens.

01:06:05.180 R-U-F-F greens, roughgreens.com slash blaze.

01:06:09.480 R-U-F-F greens slash blaze.

01:06:11.660 The judicial nominee that this nominee will work to implement their policy vision of health care.

01:06:21.060 That is not a judge's job.

01:06:23.420 That is not the responsibility of a judge.

01:06:25.780 In fact, making that promise would be violating the judicial oath.

01:06:29.220 I don't know what will happen in this particular litigation on health care, but I do know that

01:06:35.980 this body should be the one resolving the competing policy questions at issue.

01:06:41.840 Many of our colleagues talked about pre-existing conditions, and I think they have made a political

01:06:46.600 decision.

01:06:47.180 They want this to be the central issue of the confirmation.

01:06:49.660 Well, remember this.

01:06:53.020 Every single member of the Senate agrees that pre-existing conditions can and should be protected.

01:06:59.780 Period.

01:07:00.620 The end.

01:07:01.320 There is complete unanimity on this.

01:07:04.180 Now, it so happens that there are a number of us on the Republican side that also want to

01:07:10.440 see premiums go down.

01:07:11.900 Obamacare has caused premiums to skyrocket.

01:07:14.280 The average family's premiums have risen over $5,000 a year.

01:07:17.460 Millions of Americans can't afford health care because of the policy failures of Obamacare.

01:07:24.000 Those questions should be resolved in this body, in the elected legislature.

01:07:27.960 It's not a justice's job to do that.

01:07:30.860 It's not the court's job to do that.

01:07:32.460 It is the elected legislature's job to do that.

01:07:36.320 Judge Barrett brings impeccable credentials, a judicial temperament, and a faithfulness to

01:07:42.600 the law.

01:07:43.080 That's what we should be looking for in Supreme Court justices. 1.00

01:07:46.020 And if Democratic senators want to engage in policy arguments, they can do so here, not

01:07:54.520 by filibustering every bill, as they have done, over and over and over again, whether

01:07:59.300 it's pandemic relief or Obamacare relief to lower premiums and expand choices.

01:08:06.120 To date, our Democratic colleagues filibuster everything and then complain nothing gets passed.

01:08:12.160 This is the body that has to resolve those questions.

01:08:15.360 This is also the body that, consistent with two centuries of precedent, can, should, and

01:08:21.520 I believe will confirm Judge Barrett as Justice Barrett.

01:08:25.480 All right, so there's Ted Cruz.

01:08:27.960 Mike Lee has already spoken.

01:08:30.660 We're almost 100 minutes into this, and they're still in their opening statements, and she

01:08:35.720 is sitting in front of them wearing a mask.

01:08:38.860 None of them are.

01:08:39.920 She is. 0.99

01:08:40.960 It's ridiculous. 1.00

01:08:43.160 Ridiculous. 0.99

01:08:44.340 Now, Joe Biden came out this weekend. 0.82

01:08:46.240 In fact, we have audio here of packing the courts, and Tapper did a great job, actually,

01:08:56.180 this weekend confronting Biden's campaign on the unconstitutional comment.

01:09:04.460 Listen.

01:09:04.620 How is it not constitutional, what they're doing?

01:09:09.100 The Senate.

01:09:09.860 His point is that the people have an opportunity to weigh in on this constitutional process through

01:09:14.320 their vote.

01:09:15.480 And we are now in the midst of the election.

01:09:18.220 Millions of people have already cast their votes.

01:09:20.540 And you see that the vast majority of people say that they want the person who wins the election

01:09:25.200 on November 3rd to nominate the justice.

01:09:28.520 That's a poll.

01:09:29.200 That's not the Constitution.

01:09:30.020 So by voters are being denied their constitutional right to have a say in this process, when

01:09:34.940 the Republicans are trying to ram through, are trying to ram through a nominee who, by

01:09:40.680 the way, is going to change the makeup of the court.

01:09:43.320 And we see time and time again, poll after poll shows that most Americans vehemently disagree

01:09:48.100 with this.

01:09:48.600 They believe that the vote should happen on November 3rd.

01:09:51.640 That's not what the word constitutional means.

01:09:53.880 Constitutional doesn't mean I like it or I don't like it.

01:09:56.260 It means it's according to the U.S. Constitution.

01:09:58.400 There's nothing unconstitutional about what the U.S.

01:10:00.300 Senate is doing.

01:10:02.500 A scattered shower of journalism breaking out at CNN.

01:10:07.380 But Biden is already saying, and they are starting to build this case, that because of what Donald

01:10:15.860 Trump did with the lower courts, meaning filling the openings on the lower courts, something

01:10:23.080 that President Obama did not do by filling all of these, he's already packed the court.

01:10:30.060 No, again, he's followed the Constitution and he has taken advantage of all of the openings

01:10:37.860 that President Obama left for him when he got in.

01:10:41.980 So instead of being behind, he got serious about the courts and he appointed judges for all the

01:10:48.380 lower courts and all those lower court judges.

01:10:50.520 They all went through a confirmation process and that's constitutional.

01:10:55.640 But Biden and the left are going to start making.

01:10:59.020 In fact, let me play Biden, the GOP packing the courts.

01:11:03.240 Here it is.

01:11:03.680 Listen.

01:11:03.880 The only court packing going on right now is going on with Republicans packing the court

01:11:10.920 now.

01:11:11.600 It's not constitutional what they're doing.

01:11:14.320 We should be focused on what's happening right now.

01:11:17.580 And the fact is that the only packing going on is this court is being packed now by the

01:11:24.380 Republicans after the vote has already begun.

01:11:28.300 I'm going to stay focused on it so we don't take the eyes off the wall.

01:11:31.980 When they asked him, that's his answer when he said when they asked him, are you going

01:11:36.040 to pack the courts?

01:11:36.900 Here's a here's another stance that he made over the weekend about voters.

01:11:43.620 Do they have a right to know if he's going to pack the court or not?

01:11:47.420 Sir, I've got to ask you about packing the courts.

01:11:49.440 And I know that you said yesterday you aren't going to answer the question until after the

01:11:53.060 election.

01:11:53.840 But this is the number one thing that I've been asked about from viewers in the past couple

01:11:57.600 of days.

01:11:58.100 Well, you've been asked by the viewers who are probably Republicans who don't want me

01:12:01.700 continuing to talk about what they're doing to the court right now.

01:12:05.040 Well, sir, don't the voters deserve to know?

01:12:06.680 No, they don't.

01:12:07.560 I'm not going to play his game.

01:12:09.620 He'd love me to talk about.

01:12:11.500 I've already said something on the court.

01:12:14.460 He'd love that to be the discussion instead of what he's doing now.

01:12:17.600 He's about to he's about to make a pick in the middle of an election.

01:12:21.180 First time it's ever been done.

01:12:22.880 Mm hmm.

01:12:24.340 No, it's it's not the first time it's ever been done.

01:12:27.700 Uh, it's been done, uh, 27 times, 27.

01:12:31.500 I know that's, uh, really close to zero.

01:12:34.660 If we're playing the game of like zero to infinity, it's almost zero.

01:12:40.400 Uh, but it's not zero.

01:12:42.760 It's 27.

01:12:44.440 I just thought I would.

01:12:45.380 You know, point that one, uh, out to Joe Biden, uh, and the people don't have a right to know.

01:12:55.540 See, it's not a controversial statement to say I'm not going to pack the court unless your lefty radical friends want you to pack the court.

01:13:08.740 If the radicals want to pack the court, uh, even if you don't want to, you're not going to say you're not going to, because then your lefty friends who are the ones propping up your campaign are really pissed at you.

01:13:24.480 Uh, but make no mistake.

01:13:25.920 Biden will pack the court.

01:13:28.900 I don't even think it's going to be Biden, uh, by the way.

01:13:32.240 Uh, a hundred days into it, uh, I can tell you that packing the court will be one of the things that they will introduce, uh, because Keith Olbermann really, it was kind of channeling the animal spirits of the left.

01:13:49.460 And I want to make this clear, not of Democrats.

01:13:51.840 And when I say Democrats, I mean the average person that, you know, your neighbor Democrat, they're not for packing the courts.

01:13:58.980 They're not for all of this radical stuff.

01:14:01.360 They're not for BLM.

01:14:03.120 They may have at the beginning when they thought that was just peaceful protest.

01:14:07.320 But now that they've learned that they're for the destruction of the American and the Western nuclear family, when they are, when, now that they found out that they are actually for the overturning and the destruction of the free market system, your average Democrat in the middle of the country next door that you know, they're not for all of that stuff.

01:14:27.420 They're not for it.

01:14:29.560 And they're certainly not for the radicals that are calling for violence.

01:14:35.580 Um, you know, the left keeps saying you, words matter, especially when they come from, you know, people who have a platform.

01:14:43.120 Well, I can't believe that he still has a platform, but here's what Keith Olbermann said this weekend.

01:14:50.960 Listen to this.

01:14:51.780 Trump can be and must be expunged.

01:14:55.120 Expunged.

01:14:55.720 The hate he has triggered, the Pandora's box he has opened, they will not be so easily destroyed.

01:15:02.040 So let us brace ourselves.

01:15:04.580 Brace ourselves.

01:15:05.180 The task is twofold.

01:15:06.400 Twofold. 0.97

01:15:06.920 The terrorist Trump must be defeated. 1.00

01:15:08.620 The terrorist. 1.00

01:15:08.940 Must be destroyed. 1.00

01:15:09.980 Must be devoured at the ballot box. 0.98

01:15:11.920 And then he and his enablers and his supporters and his collaborators and the Mike Lees and the William Bars and the Sean Hannity's and the Mike Pence's and the Rudy Giuliani's and the Kyle Rittenhouse's and the Amy Coney Barrett's must be prosecuted and convicted and removed from our society.

01:15:30.560 While we try to rebuild it and to rebuild the world Trump has nearly destroyed by turning it over to a virus.

01:15:39.580 Remember it. 0.89

01:15:40.660 Even as we dream of a return to reality and safety and the country for which our forefathers died, that the fight is not just to win an election, but to win it by enough to chase, at least for a moment, Trump and the maggots off the stage. 0.67

01:15:57.000 Okay, so he's, by the way, he is almost literally foaming at the mouth.

01:16:01.680 You can hear him while he's saying it.

01:16:03.720 He's like, this has got to be, he's got so much spit in his mouth.

01:16:07.740 He's serious.

01:16:09.460 He's serious.

01:16:10.780 And he speaks for a lot of people on the left.

01:16:15.600 The Mike Lees need to be tried, convicted, and gotten rid of in society.

01:16:23.320 Mike Lees is somehow or another an extremist.

01:16:27.560 I got to tell you, I know Mike Lees and I'm afraid for my life.

01:16:31.760 I really am.

01:16:32.720 He's so dangerous.

01:16:34.700 You should see he's a hothead, but you know that already about Mike.

01:16:38.300 You see him in public and he's going off the handle and he's like, I'll tell you another thing.

01:16:44.460 That's Mike Lees.

01:16:46.060 He's so dangerous.

01:16:47.560 When they say, when he said the Sean Hannity's that would include Rush Limbaugh, that would include me, that would include Mark Levin, that would include Steven Crowder, that would include everybody at the blaze.

01:17:02.760 That would also include Ben Shapiro and others like him.

01:17:07.600 So that's good, right?

01:17:11.820 You just got to get rid of those people.

01:17:15.260 I don't know if you saw this, but I saw an article that was written by somebody who said, you know, it's incredible being a Trump supporter.

01:17:31.260 I voice my love for America and support for Donald Trump, and my response has been overwhelmingly wonderful, and I'm thankful for those who took time to read it and send kind messages.

01:17:44.960 But in my private life, I have lost a few so-called friends for backing Donald Trump over the past five years.

01:17:51.760 Coming out publicly was a step too far for some, and the vitriol I received for stating my political stance for support of Donald Trump revealed the unflattering sides to certain characters.

01:18:05.220 From a sociological standpoint, it is quite interesting to me that in some elitist circles, being pro-Trump has caused me more grief than being the niece and carrying the name of bin Laden.

01:18:26.480 I want you to think about that.

01:18:29.960 She is the niece of Osama bin Laden. 0.77

01:18:35.220 She says she receives more hatred and more grief from saying she supports Donald Trump than having the name bin Laden.

01:18:49.360 That should tell you something about the, what did Keith Oberman call it?

01:18:55.940 Oh yeah, the hatred of the other side. 0.93

01:19:01.160 More in just a second.

01:19:03.980 We're including the five things that are going to change with Amy Comey Barrett.

01:19:10.200 And hopefully she'll be allowed to speak soon and answer a question.

01:19:13.660 Car shield.

01:19:14.980 I know you got enough on your plate to deal with right now without having, without having to add car problems on top of that.

01:19:20.560 When something goes wrong with your car, it can be both a logistical and financial nightmare.

01:19:25.760 And your car may be in the shop for quite a while.

01:19:28.120 And when it comes out, are you going to be able to pay for those repairs?

01:19:34.020 We rely on our cars to get us to and from where we need to go.

01:19:36.840 And having car trouble can throw your life into chaos.

01:19:39.960 But when you're covered by car shield, you're not only going to be able to get the repairs you need, but you also get to choose who does them as well.

01:19:47.040 And you don't have to wait for the check coming from the insurance company.

01:19:50.300 It's covered.

01:19:51.060 They take care of it.

01:19:52.320 I used to dread car repairs.

01:19:54.480 My truck's up at the ranch.

01:19:55.720 I mean, I'm going to drive them until the doors fall off.

01:19:58.300 But now with chips in them, when those chips go bad, it can cost thousands of dollars.

01:20:03.220 Not for me, because I have car shield.

01:20:06.880 Please look into getting coverage today.

01:20:08.880 See why car shield cars go further.

01:20:10.740 Call 800-665-2157.

01:20:13.380 800-665-2157.

01:20:16.280 Mention the promo code BECK or visit carshield.com.

01:20:19.300 Use the promo code BECK and save 10%.

01:20:21.120 carshield.com.

01:20:23.000 Promo code BECK.

01:20:23.980 Deductible may apply.

01:20:25.260 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:20:33.220 We're going to join Ben Sass.

01:20:38.340 He is currently giving a civics lesson.

01:20:41.240 He's using his time to say, listen, we can argue about politics.

01:20:45.560 Politics, what happened here?

01:20:47.920 But there are things that we agree on.

01:20:50.000 And the Supreme Court is supposed to make sure that those things that we agree on are upheld.

01:20:55.400 Not do politics.

01:20:57.180 Not pass legislation.

01:21:00.760 Let's join him real quick.

01:21:03.220 He's working on a COVID relief package right now instead of this.

01:21:09.060 Let me tell you a political secret.

01:21:10.700 Go ahead, about a couple of minutes, if you will.

01:21:12.500 I doubt it.

01:21:13.000 Religious liberty.

01:21:13.980 He starts to talk about religious liberty, a fundamental American belief.

01:21:18.520 You can believe whatever you want.

01:21:21.020 See if you can get anywhere near there, please.

01:21:23.740 Thank you, Mr. Chairman.

01:21:25.320 Judge Barrett, welcome.

01:21:27.400 Congratulations.

01:21:28.260 Jesse Barrett, congratulations.

01:21:29.920 I just want to say, Senator Klobuchar said a number of things about COVID that I agree with.

01:21:37.620 She cited a bunch of really painful stories in Minnesota and similar stories could be told from across the country.

01:21:44.300 I even agree with parts of her criticism of the mismanagement of COVID by Washington, D.C.

01:21:49.360 I don't know what any of that has to do with what we're here to do today.

01:21:53.940 Huge parts of what we're doing in this hearing would be really confusing to eighth graders if civics classes across the country tuned into this hearing and tried to figure out what we're here to do.

01:22:06.100 And they heard as much as they've heard about 2009 finance committee debates about what should be in a health care reform package.

01:22:12.860 I'm blessed to sit not just on the judiciary committee, but also on the finance committee.

01:22:18.320 And lots of the discussions we've had in here today fit better in a finance committee hearing than in a judiciary committee hearing.

01:22:23.980 So I think it would be very useful for us to pause and remind ourselves and do some of our civic duty to eighth graders to help them realize what a president runs for, what a senator runs for.

01:22:36.520 And on the other hand, why Judge Barrett is sitting before us today and I'm going to pause right there and I want to pick it up after the top of the hour, because I think this is really, really good.

01:22:48.300 Ben Sass on civics, you know, he says this for the eighth graders, but really it's for a lot of Americans who really don't understand the role of each branch.

01:22:59.540 First, let me tell you about Bilt Bar. I just had my Bilt Bar. This is a lemon almond cheesecake, which I think is one of their new flavors.

01:23:08.860 Really, really good. Real chocolate. This is I don't know how they do it and make them.

01:23:15.040 What is it? This one is 120 calories, 130 calories, something like that.

01:23:19.820 I don't know how they do it. I really don't. They're they're protein.

01:23:24.060 They're full of all the good stuff that you're supposed to have. And it doesn't taste like that.

01:23:28.020 It tastes good. You know, protein bars always taste like a doormat.

01:23:32.520 This is a Bilt Bar. It is really good. Find your favorite flavor.

01:23:37.260 You should try the chocolate chip mint. It is unbelievable.

01:23:43.220 Anyway, you can check them out now.

01:23:46.160 You're going to get 12 percent off of your order now through October 12th.

01:23:51.020 Right now. Just go to Bilt Bar dot com.

01:23:55.840 It's Bilt Bar dot com. Help Bilt Bar make a difference. 0.98

01:24:00.260 They're helping the Huntsman Cancer Institute, which, you know, I've been talking about for a long time.

01:24:05.640 Bilt Bar match your donation to any of the organizations up to fifty dollars per order.

01:24:10.860 Finally, one hundred percent of the proceeds from Bilt Bar Breast Cancer Awareness.

01:24:14.460 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

01:24:36.920 I want to set the table today with what's going on just this weekend.

01:24:47.740 We had a Bernie supporter now charged with first degree murder, went to a Patriot prayer rally and shot somebody in the head.

01:24:58.840 Cold blood. It's phenomenal.

01:25:01.200 He was a Bernie supporter. He was an Antifa supporter.

01:25:08.180 He's a guy who had threatened me.

01:25:11.020 We have his threatening tweet to me talking to me about you want to do something brave.

01:25:18.560 You want to risk your life. Why don't you go out in public and have a meet and greet?

01:25:22.540 That was taken as a threat by my staff.

01:25:26.240 He is, of course, on the left.

01:25:28.560 We also had Antifa in Portland this weekend pull down more statues, Teddy Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln, which makes an awful lot of makes no sense whatsoever.

01:25:41.160 And Keith Olbermann.

01:25:43.340 I want to play this before we get started.

01:25:46.200 Here's what he said this weekend.

01:25:49.040 Trump can be and must be expunged.

01:25:52.640 The hate he has triggered, the Pandora's box he has opened, they will not be so easily destroyed.

01:25:59.600 So let us brace ourselves.

01:26:02.520 The task is twofold. 1.00

01:26:04.260 The terrorist Trump must be defeated, must be destroyed, must be devoured at the ballot box. 0.93

01:26:09.420 And then he and his enablers and his supporters and his collaborators and the Mike Lees and the William Bars and the Sean Hannity's and the Mike Pence's and the Rudy Giuliani's and the Kyle Rittenhouse's and the Amy Coney Barrett's must be prosecuted and convicted and removed from our society while we try to rebuild it. 0.99

01:26:30.460 And to rebuild the world Trump has nearly destroyed by turning it over to a virus.

01:26:37.120 Remember it.

01:26:38.000 Even as we dream of a return to reality and safety and the country for which our forefathers died. 0.95

01:26:44.740 That the fight is not just to win an election, but to win it by enough to chase, at least for a moment, Trump and the maggots off the stage.

01:26:54.540 And then try to clean up what they left.

01:26:57.960 Remember it.

01:26:59.040 Even though to remember it means remembering that the fight does not end November 3rd, but in many ways will only begin that day.

01:27:08.840 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:27:13.160 That is the voice of the left.

01:27:15.340 That is the voice of Antifa.

01:27:17.320 And they are serious that Amy Coney Barrett somehow or another should be tried.

01:27:21.720 I don't know what for what crimes tried and put away.

01:27:27.140 Mike Lee should be tried.

01:27:29.080 The Sean Hannity's, which would include me and Rush Limbaugh and Mark Levin and Stephen Crowder and every voice that you like, should be tried and put away.

01:27:39.800 Mark my words.

01:27:41.780 They are not fooling around.

01:27:45.300 This will happen.

01:27:47.380 The election is three weeks away.

01:27:52.300 It is going to go.

01:27:53.820 The country is going to go into chaos because there are those on the left that want chaos.

01:28:01.540 They want it.

01:28:02.680 They need it.

01:28:03.680 It is top down, bottom up, inside out is what I have told you for 15 years would happen.

01:28:09.560 It's now here and we're three weeks away.

01:28:11.660 What happens to our economy and to our dollar?

01:28:16.180 If we go into chaos and we begin to look like a failed democracy, this is why, or failed republic, this is why we have always been the place where money rushes to.

01:28:31.200 Because we've been stable.

01:28:33.440 We have stable elections.

01:28:35.500 We are not a banana republic.

01:28:38.260 If we begin to look like a banana republic and we go unstable, I am telling you right now, your dollar will lose its value.

01:28:47.540 We will lose the reserve currency.

01:28:50.100 Money will flee from this country.

01:28:53.740 And that will only make things worse.

01:28:55.980 I strongly, strongly urge you to get a very sturdy umbrella before the hurricane hits.

01:29:06.540 And when it starts to hit, you're not going to be able to afford an umbrella.

01:29:11.940 I bought silver recently.

01:29:14.900 And because of that, Goldline wants to give you free silver with every purchase made this week.

01:29:19.260 You can purchase silver outright, but why not get it for free with a purchase of any gold product?

01:29:26.200 I want you to call 866-GOLDLINE.

01:29:28.480 There's the number.

01:29:29.760 You can visit their website at goldline.com, but call them at 866-GOLDLINE.

01:29:34.180 They're standing by right now to take your call.

01:29:37.620 They know this audience.

01:29:39.080 I've been with Goldline for a long time.

01:29:41.100 So, they speak your language.

01:29:43.100 They know why you're calling.

01:29:45.480 Ask them why I buy the kind of coins that I do.

01:29:50.100 Ask them, you know, silver.

01:29:53.280 I've always believed in gold, but gold is getting so expensive now that I just don't know if a coin of gold is going to be able to do any real transactions.

01:30:03.280 I mean, you know, can you break a $5,000 coin for some groceries?

01:30:08.660 I mean, that's crazy.

01:30:09.880 So, silver is going to play a role, and silver is easier to buy.

01:30:15.540 It's $27, $28 an ounce, and there's no record of it ever being taken away from people, et cetera, et cetera.

01:30:24.220 And I'm telling you now, the banks, do you know that the banks don't even hold money anymore?

01:30:30.540 There's no money in the vaults.

01:30:32.080 At least in Dallas, it's all picked up by the Federal Reserve.

01:30:36.660 They hold all the cash.

01:30:37.880 Try to get cash out of the bank.

01:30:40.440 Try.

01:30:41.220 Try.

01:30:44.020 I suggest that the dollar is going to get weaker and weaker and could collapse entirely, and it could happen soon.

01:30:54.380 If you are not prepared, please call Goldline, 866-GOLDLINE, 866-goldline-or-goldline.com.

01:31:02.760 All right, so the senators, it's two hours and 15 minutes, and Amy Coney Barrett has not had an opportunity to speak.

01:31:12.940 It is just the blathering on by these politicians.

01:31:17.140 Some of them have been good.

01:31:18.980 I think Ben Sasse was really good, and I wanted to play the rest of Ben Sasse and his opening statement because he was trying to teach the, he said, eighth graders.

01:31:27.220 But what he was really trying to teach were the Democrats who are saying this is unconstitutional, and we need to know exactly where she stands on every issue. 0.99

01:31:38.440 No, this is a strict constructionalist.

01:31:41.540 This is somebody who doesn't believe that she can legislate from the bench.

01:31:48.940 The federal court should never be a legislative body.

01:31:53.640 What they do is interpret the Constitution based on what it actually says.

01:32:00.540 Not reading in any kind of new stuff, but read what does the Constitution say.

01:32:06.960 That's what she does, and that cuts both ways.

01:32:09.780 Sometimes I will strongly disagree with a ruling because I wanted the other, but I agree with the Constitution saying that, and you can't do it.

01:32:21.520 Listen to what he said about this.

01:32:23.640 ...and especially watching eighth grade civics classes.

01:32:26.100 So I'd like to distinguish first between civics and politics because there was a time, the chairman said at the beginning of this hearing,

01:32:35.620 there was a time when people that would be as different as Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and she was a heroic woman.

01:32:42.640 That's absolutely true.

01:32:44.360 And Antonin Scalia, another brilliant mind, and your mentor, people that different could both go through the Senate and get confirmation votes of 95 or 98 votes.

01:32:55.300 And the chairman said at the beginning of the hearing, he doesn't know what happened between then and now.

01:33:00.060 I think some of what happened between then and now is we decided to forget what civics are and allow politics to swallow everything.

01:33:08.120 So if I can start, I'd like to just remind us of the distinction between civics and politics.

01:33:12.780 Civics is the stuff we're all supposed to agree on regardless of our policy views differences.

01:33:19.480 Civics is another way we talk about the rules of the road.

01:33:22.340 Civics 101 is the stuff like Congress writes laws.

01:33:27.340 The executive branch enforces laws.

01:33:30.260 Courts apply them.

01:33:31.960 None of that stuff should be different if you're a Republican or a Democrat or a Libertarian or a Green Party member.

01:33:38.500 This is basic civics.

01:33:40.100 Civics is the stuff that all Americans should agree on, like religious liberty is essential.

01:33:45.580 People should be able to fire the folks who write the laws, and the voters can't fire the judges. 0.89

01:33:50.580 Judges should be impartial.

01:33:53.100 This is just civics 101.

01:33:55.280 Politics is different.

01:33:56.640 Politics is the stuff that happens underneath civics. 0.55

01:33:59.100 Civics is the overarching stuff we as Americans agree in in common.

01:34:02.920 Politics is the subordinate, less important stuff that we differ about.

01:34:06.740 Politics is like if I look at my friend Chris Coons and I say, listen up, Jack Wagon, what you want to do on this particular finance committee bill is going to be way too expensive and might bankrupt our kids.

01:34:17.460 Or if Chris looks back at me and says, listen up, Jack Wagon, you're too much of a cheapskate and you're underinvesting in the next generation.

01:34:25.780 That's a really important debate.

01:34:27.360 That's a political debate.

01:34:29.040 That's not civics.

01:34:30.380 Civics is more important than that.

01:34:32.300 Civics doesn't change every 18 to 24 months because the electoral winds change and because polling changes.

01:34:39.940 I think it's important that we help our kids understand that politics is the legitimate stuff we fight about and civics is the places where we pull back and say, wait a minute, we have things that are in common.

01:34:50.680 And before we fight again about politics, let's reaffirm some of our civics.

01:34:54.200 So I'd like to have just sort of a basic grammar of civics for five minutes, one thing that we should all agree on and two things that we should all disagree with.

01:35:02.460 We should agree on it.

01:35:03.620 But one thing that we agree about and are in favor of and two things that we agree on that we should all reject.

01:35:09.900 First, a positive, grand, unifying truth about America, and that is religious liberty.

01:35:15.740 Religious liberty is the basic idea that how you worship is none of the government's business.

01:35:20.600 Government can wage wars, government can write parking tickets, but government cannot save souls.

01:35:27.060 Government's really important.

01:35:28.600 War is important. 1.00

01:35:29.580 Parking tickets are important.

01:35:31.880 But your soul is something that the government can't touch.

01:35:35.460 So whether you worship in a mosque or a synagogue or a church, your faith or your lack of faith is none of the government's business.

01:35:42.920 It's your business and your families and your neighbors and all sorts of places where people break bread together and argue.

01:35:49.060 But it's not about power.

01:35:50.760 It's not about force.

01:35:51.800 It's not about the government.

01:35:52.980 This is the fundamental American belief.

01:35:55.980 Religious liberty is one of those five great freedoms clustered in the First Amendment.

01:36:00.140 Religion, speech, press, assembly, and protest.

01:36:03.400 These five freedoms that hang together that are the basic pre-governmental rights are sort of civics 101 that we all agree on well before we ever get to anything as relatively inconsequential as tax policy.

01:36:16.860 All right.

01:36:17.080 So stand by.

01:36:17.880 I want to pick this up again.

01:36:19.060 Let me just take one minute here to give you our sponsor.

01:36:21.760 It's Patriot Mobile.

01:36:24.240 Every day you get to use a great product with a great feature and make a stand on the things you believe in every day, and you can do those at the same time.

01:36:34.060 Every day you do that is a good day.

01:36:36.960 It didn't used to be that way.

01:36:39.700 With Patriot Mobile, before they existed, you'd have to go to the big cell phone companies, and places like Verizon are taking their profits and 10%, which they have every right to do,

01:36:52.340 and they are fighting against the things you believe in, freedom of speech, they are fighting against abortion, the right to life, they're fighting for abortion, they're actually sending money to Planned Parenthood.

01:37:06.680 That's your money.

01:37:07.820 Now, you gave it to them because you want cell service, but they're taking it and pouring all of that money into fighting you.

01:37:16.840 Why would you do that?

01:37:18.440 With Patriot Mobile, you don't have to.

01:37:20.320 You should switch to Patriot Mobile, and you should switch today.

01:37:39.040 They're getting rid of all that stuff.

01:37:40.340 Because you stopped watching it.

01:37:43.540 They said they'd never stop.

01:37:45.180 Oh, this is – they really believe it.

01:37:46.420 No, they didn't.

01:37:47.720 You stopped watching it.

01:37:49.180 It's over.

01:38:29.660 10-second station ID.

01:38:31.840 So there's a confusion being introduced again.

01:38:46.840 The author of all chaos would like America to be confused now on what packing the courts mean.

01:38:53.980 The left is now saying that what the president is doing even now is packing the court.

01:39:05.260 No, he's not.

01:39:07.140 Packing the court means something entirely different.

01:39:09.620 Here's Ben Sasse on that.

01:39:10.840 When they want to try to change the outcome of what courts do in the future by trying to change the size and composition of the court,

01:39:19.640 that is a bad idea that politicizes the judiciary and reduces public trust.

01:39:25.360 On the other hand, depoliticizing the court looks a lot like letting courts and judges do their jobs and the Congress do our jobs.

01:39:33.760 You don't like the policies in America?

01:39:35.740 Great.

01:39:36.120 Elect different people in the House and in the Senate and in the presidency.

01:39:39.360 Fire the politicians at the next election.

01:39:42.340 But voters don't have the freedom to fire the judges. 0.57

01:39:45.320 Therefore, we should not view judges and we should not encourage judges or the public to view them as ultimately politicians who hide behind their robes.

01:39:55.080 The antidote to judicial activism is originalism.

01:39:59.560 Originalism, also known as textualism, is basically the old idea from eighth grade civics that judges don't get to make laws.

01:40:06.960 Judges just apply them.

01:40:08.160 An originalist comes to the court with a fundamental humility and modesty about what the job is that they're there to do.

01:40:15.280 An originalist doesn't think of herself as a super legislator whose opinions will be read by angels from stone tablets in heaven. 0.97

01:40:23.420 Judicial activism, on the other hand, is the bad idea that judges' black robes are just fake and truthfully they're wearing red or blue partisan jerseys under there.

01:40:32.340 We should reject all such judges.

01:40:34.820 And so today, when we have a nominee before us, we should be asking her questions that are not about trying to predetermine how certain cases will be judged.

01:40:44.320 And a final term that we should be clear about, I mentioned earlier, but I think it's worth underscoring, is we should underscore what is court packing.

01:40:51.540 Court packing is the idea that we should blow up our shared civics, that we should end the deliberative structure of the Senate by making it just another majoritarian body for the purposes of packing the Supreme Court.

01:41:03.560 Court packing would depend on the destruction of the full debate here in the Senate, and it is a partisan suicide bombing that would end the deliberative structure of the United States Senate and make this job less interesting for all 100 of us.

01:41:18.200 Not for 47 or 53, because it's hard to get to a supermajority that tries to protect the American people from 51, 49, 49, 51 swings all the time. 0.66

01:41:28.060 What blowing up the filibuster would ultimately do is try to turn the Supreme Court into the ultimate super legislature. 0.67

01:41:36.360 Court packing is not judicial reform, as some of you who wrote the memo over the weekend got a lot of media to bite on.

01:41:42.960 Court packing is destroying the system we have now.

01:41:46.520 It is not reforming the system we have now.

01:41:48.920 And anybody who uses the language that implies filling legitimate vacancies is actually just another form of court packing. 0.97

01:41:58.060 That's playing the American people for fools. 0.86

01:42:00.660 And the American people actually want a Washington, D.C. that depoliticizes more decisions, not politicizes more decisions. 0.91

01:42:08.160 So, Judge, I'm glad that you're before us.

01:42:10.480 I'm looking forward to hearing your opening statement later today.

01:42:13.620 So that's Ben Sasse trying to give a lesson on civics and what the Supreme Court is.

01:42:19.640 If Biden packs the court, there's a great story in the Federalist, a great opinion piece that talks about what is what's up.

01:42:29.680 If they pack the court, meaning when Biden, if he gets in, he goes from nine judges to 12 judges and they just appoint more judges.

01:42:40.840 Gun rights, the Supreme Court and gun rights.

01:42:44.720 Your gun rights will be gone.

01:42:47.720 Now, think of that.

01:42:49.940 You may have been for gun rights. 0.53

01:42:53.240 When or against gun rights, when they said we have to have police officers in our schools, we can't have people with guns in our schools, we can't have teachers with guns.

01:43:04.140 We have to have police officers.

01:43:05.800 Well, now they're saying no police officers.

01:43:08.760 In fact, the union, the school teachers union in California, one of their conditions on coming back after covid is no police officers in school.

01:43:20.600 So which is it going to be?

01:43:22.400 Who's going to protect you if our gun rights are gone? 0.74

01:43:25.680 Hmm.

01:43:27.120 In my opinion, you can't have it both ways.

01:43:30.780 Gee, I want to get rid of the police and no right to a gun. 0.95

01:43:34.580 If they pack the court, which they will, if Joe Biden wins, your gun rights will be gone.

01:43:41.880 Freedom of speech.

01:43:43.240 The most obvious change to free speech laws, says the Federalists, would come with a progressive majority on the Supreme Court.

01:43:49.440 It would be overturning the 2010 5-4 Citizens United decision.

01:43:53.640 In that decision, the conservative justice found in keeping with precedent that corporations or people pooling their resources do, in fact, have a right to political speech.

01:44:03.540 A potential reversal of that decision would open the door to a huge array of efforts by the government to restrict the speech of citizens who unite to make it.

01:44:13.480 Now, we're not talking about unions.

01:44:14.940 We're talking about other citizens.

01:44:17.540 More broadly, speech laws such as those that exist in New York City requiring people to use preferred pronouns, even if they don't believe that gender is real, would find a much kinder hearing in the new court.

01:44:30.440 Public schools and colleges will also suffer far greater restrictions than currently exist on what kind of political and cultural speech may be allowed.

01:44:38.700 I will tell you that the generation that is coming in now believes in violence.

01:44:45.460 Violence is OK to stop certain kinds of speech.

01:44:49.220 That should be a real warning.

01:44:51.100 And that free speech is not absolute.

01:44:54.580 That was not the way it was viewed by all other generations of Americans, including our founders.

01:45:02.060 This is dangerous.

01:45:03.480 And we lose the essence of who America is.

01:45:06.820 If you lose freedom of speech and the Second Amendment, they keep talking about abortion will be one of the things that changes.

01:45:15.700 But I don't think that that's going to happen, but it it will always be if they pack the court religious liberty.

01:45:24.560 Look at how it's being curtailed now.

01:45:26.220 Imagine a packed court.

01:45:27.920 And one of the big things the Federalist says is going to change is election laws.

01:45:34.020 You're going to have statehood for the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico.

01:45:37.880 People will vote who are in the country illegally. 1.00

01:45:40.680 All of these things.

01:45:43.000 And, of course, the Electoral College.

01:45:45.500 This is the Glenn Beck program.

01:45:48.440 News on Joe Biden, in case you missed it, coming up in just a second.

01:45:51.680 Garrett lives in South Carolina.

01:45:53.300 And thankfully for him, he's a listener to this program because a couple of years ago when he heard his back lifting boxes on the job, his life took a serious turn in the wrong direction.

01:46:01.880 For months afterwards, he could barely get around, let alone do his job well.

01:46:05.760 And he was beginning to get desperate, and yet when he heard me talking about Relief Factor, he was skeptical.

01:46:11.660 He didn't try it for several more months.

01:46:13.700 I get it, Garrett.

01:46:14.680 I totally get it.

01:46:16.020 I was there.

01:46:17.220 When he finally did, the same thing happened to him that happened to me.

01:46:21.500 He got his life back.

01:46:23.220 You can get yours back, too.

01:46:24.660 Get out of pain.

01:46:37.560 I have my life back.

01:46:38.960 Garrett has his life back.

01:46:40.180 So do hundreds of others that I've personally met.

01:46:43.160 Relief Factor.

01:46:44.180 I take it three times a day.

01:47:13.820 I am amazed at the research that went into the monologue that I did about an hour ago.

01:47:21.520 Looking at all of the documentation that is now available at Glenn Beck.com.

01:47:28.300 It's amazing how thorough this is.

01:47:31.500 If you don't know what I'm talking about, it's something that you should grab and make sure you share with a friend.

01:47:39.720 It is now very, very clear.

01:47:44.720 You know, Joe Biden's name is Joseph Biden, Robinette Biden.

01:47:49.880 Joe Robinette Biden.

01:47:52.000 He is he's actually junior.

01:47:57.160 Generation two is Robinette Biden senior and on and on to generation number six, Jesse Robinette, who was born in Maryland.

01:48:08.700 We have the documents to show his family tree back six generations and then all of the census reports.

01:48:17.620 And what's really interesting is that for the very first time, we can now confirm why Joe Biden never really has really.

01:48:27.420 You know, they go back and they look at his mom, but they don't look at his dad.

01:48:30.660 I wonder why, because they're very proud of the Robinette lineage, because his name is middle name is Robinette.

01:48:39.440 Well, apparently the Robinettes were slave owners. 1.00

01:48:42.800 It's kind of crazy.

01:48:44.680 His great, great, great grandfather owned 12 slaves in 1820.

01:48:50.480 Five male slaves, two male slaves, three female slaves, one female slave, 18 or 14 to 25 and a female slave age 45 plus.

01:49:00.660 And all of this has been done by the most respected genealogy firm trusted by very famous people, celebrities, politicians, news organizations.

01:49:10.820 We have blacked out the name of the organization for their own safety.

01:49:16.620 But they you know, they did the work that everybody always does.

01:49:20.520 And wow, wow.

01:49:23.340 I wonder if this makes him unfit for the left, seeing that he's not only part of this racist system, his family for generations owned slaves.

01:49:33.880 And it's amazing because in the documentation that we will show you, you will actually find a really, I think, heartbreaking letter on what happens to the slaves.

01:49:47.860 You know, George Washington, he freed the slaves on death because that's the only way you can do them.

01:49:53.400 The only way you could release it is on debt on death.

01:49:56.640 And if you didn't owe any money, well, Joe Biden's ancestors, they didn't they didn't free him on death.

01:50:06.180 In fact, they gladly split them up and gave some slaves to each of the kids. 0.93

01:50:12.660 It was really great.

01:50:13.860 And this was given to the kids, the last generation before the Civil War.

01:50:19.900 So I don't know if the Robinette family got rid of the slaves, you know, because of the Civil War or release them on, you know, on the on on death. 0.97

01:50:31.840 Could have been could have been.

01:50:33.700 But, you know, it's really funny because the people who lived in the north generally didn't have slaves.

01:50:39.560 But Joe Biden's family did, which is weird when you look at the the letter that Jesse Robinette wrote and passed the slaves on to the family.

01:50:55.020 I just I just want to show you this is how much the Robinette family thought about blacks.

01:51:01.260 Dorcas Robinette was given a slave boy named Benjamin and the Rob, the Robinette family decided his value was four hundred and fifty dollars.

01:51:10.680 But she was also given a girl named Nancy valued at four hundred and fifty dollars.

01:51:15.580 So that's that's quite a I don't know if she was at prime childbearing age because she's worth a lot of money compared to a compared to a, you know, a male slave. 1.00

01:51:25.860 I mean, we know if they're in their prime, they're worth a lot of money, but probably Nancy was, you know, good to bear children so she could just keep pumping slaves out. 1.00

01:51:35.520 I'm not sure.

01:51:37.280 But she was also given a girl named Mary and Mary was two hundred and thirty five dollars.

01:51:42.840 So she was either probably too old to have, you know, babies or too young, really.

01:51:49.540 So you'd have to feed her and keep her alive and everything else until she could really start working. 1.00

01:51:54.120 And then there was a boy named Nathan.

01:51:56.940 He was six hundred dollars and that all went to Dorcas Robinette.

01:52:00.260 But Janot Davis and Alice, his wife, were also given a boy named Bob valued at six hundred dollars.

01:52:09.500 Yas Robinette was given a boy named Tom six hundred dollars.

01:52:13.620 George Robinette was given a boy named Charles valued at three hundred and fifty dollars and a boy named Solomon valued at two hundred and fifty dollars.

01:52:21.920 So, man, Jesse Robinette, you know, the great, great, great grandfather of Joe Bidenette or Robinette Biden.

01:52:31.420 He he must not like George very much because look at Dorcas got.

01:52:36.240 I mean, she got the prime pickings of the slave while George got a boy three hundred fifty dollars. 0.85

01:52:42.400 That's half of what the boys were worth, you know, for the other kids and the boy named Solomon, two hundred and fifty dollars.

01:52:50.400 I mean, he's even cheaper, but he could have been crippled.

01:52:54.760 And so that makes him undesirable because he couldn't work hard.

01:52:59.360 So maybe that's why the Bidenette family or the Robinette family.

01:53:03.740 I just keep I mean, it doesn't matter, does it?

01:53:07.200 I mean, Joseph Robinette Biden, it is kind of like the Bidenettes.

01:53:11.520 You know what I mean?

01:53:12.000 It's his dad and his dad's dad and his dad's dad's dad that owned the slave.

01:53:18.540 So now Moses Robinette was given a boy named Joshua was valued at six hundred dollars.

01:53:24.860 And Eliza and Robinette was given a boy named Paro valued at three hundred dollars and then a girl at two hundred dollars.

01:53:35.060 That was her value.

01:53:37.020 So.

01:53:39.460 I mean, I was curious why Joseph Robinette Biden, you know, would go ahead and release all of his ancestors on his mother's side, but not on his dad's side.

01:53:52.660 But after this research was done, I realized, ah, that's why that's why, because if you operate now in this cancer cancel culture, he should be canceled, shouldn't he?

01:54:09.740 I mean, I don't want him.

01:54:10.800 I don't think any of this means anything about him. 0.95

01:54:13.820 But, you know, if you're on the left, maybe that's why maybe that's why last week he said he could stay in his basement because of some black woman that was stalking the shelves.

01:54:28.640 It's probably why.

01:54:30.220 I mean, if you're a leftist, that's probably why.

01:54:32.060 If me, I just think he's really, really old and out of touch and doesn't really have a grasp on things anymore.

01:54:41.920 But it was probably the slave owner blood that still courses through his veins. 0.66

01:54:47.920 If, you know, if you buy into the fact that there is no forgiveness and we're all held responsible for, you know, whatever our parents and grandparents or great, great, great, great grandparents did.

01:54:59.620 You know, it's weird.

01:55:00.260 It's almost like if you have just a smidge of Jewish blood in you, the Germans thought you're Jewish enough to go to the gas chamber.

01:55:08.980 So maybe maybe that's kind of because, you know, it's weird is the Nazis were socialists.

01:55:15.600 Yeah.

01:55:16.480 Yeah.

01:55:16.980 See, that was that was the right wing of the socialist communist thing over in in Europe.

01:55:26.000 We don't have that here.

01:55:28.100 We look at, for instance, Richard Spencer.

01:55:32.280 He's the head guy of the communists.

01:55:35.840 I'm sorry, of the Nazis. 0.69

01:55:37.020 And he doesn't like the Constitution.

01:55:40.600 He doesn't like this whole freedom thing. 1.00

01:55:43.240 And he and his white supremacists, you know, that want to kill Jews and and blacks, you know, because you can't own them anymore, I guess. 1.00

01:55:51.900 But, you know, hey, maybe the Biden or sorry, the Robinette family, you know, with Joe Biden, maybe they'll throw you all back in chains. 1.00

01:56:02.140 I don't know.

01:56:03.700 I don't know.

01:56:04.480 I'm just asking a question here.

01:56:07.600 But but it is.

01:56:13.220 It is interesting for people who, you know, buy into all of this, you know, it's in your blood.

01:56:23.800 And America was see, because my my relatives, they fought on the they fought on the union side, which is weird because some of the Robinettes fought on the union side as well, because they were northerners.

01:56:40.160 But they were slave owners. 0.96

01:56:41.880 So they must have just saw the Civil War as, you know, something about breaking up the union that you didn't want to break up the union, which, again, is weird because Joe Biden is currently war gaming with his people about secession.

01:57:00.900 And so he apparently doesn't have a problem with secession because that's going to be brought up after the election.

01:57:09.400 If there's any kind of monkey business going on with the with the vote, which is weird as well, because according to their own documents, they're trying to recreate the conditions of 1867, where there was all kinds of voting irregularities and nobody could decide on what was going on.

01:57:31.640 And so the the Democrats use that to negotiate because they didn't win, but they said, hey, we're not going to go with this president.

01:57:42.020 You know, we won't we won't abide by that.

01:57:44.440 We'll secede.

01:57:45.460 And, you know, everybody wanted to keep the union together because it was only 10 years after the Civil War.

01:57:51.280 So so so they wanted, you know, they wanted to negotiate a deal.

01:57:56.860 And so the Democrats negotiated to get rid of reconstruction and get rid of all of the federal troops down in the south, you know, so they could start their own their own police force, you know, community police force, people who got it, people that, you know, like the Klan.

01:58:15.400 And so they could take care of that without the without the feds there.

01:58:21.740 And and then they passed all the Jim Crow law.

01:58:23.800 So they got those going from it's weird, right?

01:58:27.420 Right.

01:58:28.140 That Joe Biden is in their own writings.

01:58:32.780 His campaign are trying to do the same thing the Democrats did to man.

01:58:38.680 Maybe they will put you all in chains because Joe's never been asked to address this course.

01:58:44.020 Nobody's known.

01:58:44.920 This is an exclusive story.

01:58:46.440 We're breaking this news today.

01:58:48.400 Maybe he doesn't even know how guilty he is.

01:58:52.100 Somebody should ask him.

01:58:53.260 Don't you think?

01:58:54.720 Well, it'd be hard because, well, the press is not going to report on this.

01:58:59.160 But, you know, you should do.

01:59:02.380 Yeah, you should take this.

01:59:04.520 I'm going to make this monologue available at glenbeck.com.

01:59:07.160 We'll also put it on YouTube.

01:59:08.220 You should you should spread this with your friends because we don't need the mainstream media anymore.

01:59:15.020 Right.

01:59:16.120 Right.

01:59:16.540 We can just spread this on YouTube and Twitter and and Facebook, because I'm sure.

01:59:25.080 Well, no, no, no, nope, nope.

01:59:29.720 Those who say now they are are fighting for the Constitution that are Biden supporters are also against freedom of speech.

01:59:40.520 Well, this is a confusing election.

01:59:42.500 I don't know.

01:59:43.160 I just know.

01:59:44.360 Well, let me just say this.

01:59:45.740 You can never predict what a person is going to do when they get into office.

01:59:48.780 You can never you can take them at their word.

01:59:50.740 Sure.

01:59:51.880 But what you can really know is the history of a person.

01:59:59.140 And Joe Biden, you know, he worked for segregationists.

02:00:02.560 I mean, he's just he loves those guys.

02:00:04.940 He loves those guys.

02:00:06.560 And and he also passed that really bad bill, you know, years and years ago that now he seemingly is against.

02:00:18.140 But it was a crime bill that, well, he said some racist things there.

02:00:22.880 I don't know.

02:00:23.240 Maybe it's the Robinette part of him coming out. 1.00

02:00:26.520 But you should ask that question.

02:00:29.420 Maybe you should see if you could get Biden's a slave owner trending.

02:00:35.720 It might be a hashtag.

02:00:37.640 You can find all that information now, right now at Glenn Beck dot com.

02:00:43.280 Share it with a friend, will you?

02:00:44.540 Yeah.

02:00:44.600 Now, of course, I don't think that any of that makes any difference, but I'm a constitutionalist and I don't believe in collective salvation.

02:00:57.100 So what do I know?

02:00:59.160 I'm dangerous.

02:01:01.200 Norton, when you want a job done right, you make sure you have the box full of the right tools.

02:01:07.240 Right. Which makes me think I actually hung a picture with a little mini sledgehammer because we couldn't find our hammer.

02:01:15.760 But anyway, the scientific name for that little box is called a toolbox, they tell me.

02:01:22.080 So why am I telling you about this?

02:01:23.320 Because the toolbox that you need to protect yourself against cyber criminals is Norton 360.

02:01:31.880 It's a toolbox full of everything you're going to need.

02:01:33.960 And you can add tools to the toolbox on top of the real time protection tools that keep your personal information safe.

02:01:40.160 When you're on Wi-Fi, you get a VPN with bank grade encryption.

02:01:44.320 Probably that alone is worth the money.

02:01:47.000 Norton 360 offers also a safe cam, which will notify you if somebody is hacking into your system and is attempting to activate your webcam to watch you.

02:01:56.240 When it comes to Wi-Fi security, Norton 360 really has you covered.

02:02:00.420 Nobody can prevent all cybercrime, but Norton 360 is a powerful ally for your cyber safety.

02:02:04.460 So get up to 50 percent off your first year with the annual subscription at Norton dot com slash back.

02:02:09.740 That's Norton dot com slash back.

02:02:12.080 Save 50 percent.

02:02:15.160 You're listening to Glenn Beck.

02:02:17.000 Yeah, the faith community in New York is now fighting back against Governor Andrew Cuomo for his continued effort to restrict religious services during the coronavirus pandemic.

02:02:32.080 Despite a federal judge telling him not to, the Thomas More Society filed an emergency amended complaint and motion for temporary restraining order on Friday in the U.S.

02:02:42.240 District Court for Northern District of New York.

02:02:44.820 On behalf of two Catholic priests, two Catholic school students and four Orthodox Jewish individuals.

02:02:50.820 You know, last week Cuomo had the evidence of these mass gatherings.

02:02:55.680 Unfortunately, they were taken over 10 years ago.

02:02:59.040 But, you know, that's I mean, let's not confuse evidence with the facts.

02:03:07.200 Now, he's doing it because, you know, he says that this is what you know, we're following the science.

02:03:13.420 Unfortunately, those who want to continue this lockdown, the W.H.O.

02:03:18.980 You know, the one that Donald Trump doesn't like, but you love because Donald Trump doesn't like it.

02:03:25.660 The W.H.O. just came out and said we in the World Health Organization do not advocate lockdowns as the primary means of controlling the virus.

02:03:34.440 Now, this is Dr. David Nabarro.

02:03:37.820 He said the only time we believe in a lockdown and it's justified is to buy time to reorganize, regroup, rebalance your resources and protect the health workers who are exhausted.

02:03:47.020 But by and large, we'd rather no lockdowns.

02:03:51.860 So, gosh, if you're following the science, why would New York be locking things down?

02:03:57.160 Why is California still locking things down?

02:03:59.360 Again, it's the W.H.O. who you guys love because Donald Trump hates them.

02:04:07.280 Hmm. What to do is the Glenn Beck program.
