00:01:05.440 in states like Colorado and Maine.

00:01:07.420 So where does it stand?

00:02:47.000 Now, it is, it is, I'm telling you, sheer chaos.

00:02:50.740 It is a bit of a circus.

00:02:54.080 By the way, that's, that's partially intended.

00:02:56.840 That's, that's partially what they want.

00:03:00.140 Uh, don't get this twisted.

00:03:01.780 That is part of what all of this is all about at the end of the day.

00:03:06.040 It is, it is about sort of creating a circus chaos-like environment.

00:03:11.260 It's sitting there, not sitting there, the clowns.

00:03:16.140 Ah, that's, that's, that's a big, it's a big part of what we see.

00:03:23.280 Happening with all of these cameras.

00:03:25.100 We're, we're going to dig into deep, deep dive on some of it.

00:03:27.860 Julie Kelly will be joining us, uh, coming up in the, uh, program second hour this morning.

00:03:35.100 Uh, but, but let me start with yesterday.

00:03:38.780 It is Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program.

00:03:42.700 From the beautiful state of Michigan.

00:03:45.180 Heard on Woodray.

00:03:46.720 And there's Radio Wood 1300 and 106.9 FM in Grand Rapids.

00:03:49.600 And in Detroit on the brand new News Talk Superstation.

00:03:53.100 9, 10 a.m.

00:03:55.040 Last night on CNN, she was out in full force. 0.84

00:04:02.980 This radical secretary of state from Maine.

00:04:05.740 Just so you know, what happened in a, just a short amount of time yesterday.

00:04:10.700 As we had heard previously, Colorado, their Supreme Court had come out and said,

00:04:14.240 yes, we believe Trump should be off the ballot here.

00:04:17.580 And then yesterday in a surprise swing after Republicans in Colorado

00:04:22.000 asked the Supreme Court to take this up.

00:04:24.900 They were going to challenge it.

00:04:27.460 After that happened, the, the secretary of state in Colorado came out and said,

00:04:33.580 well, you know, we're going to err on the side of costs.

00:04:37.540 We're going to allow him to be on the ballot unless the Supreme Court says otherwise.

00:04:43.780 So that came out yesterday.

00:04:45.380 Piece of good news, right?

00:04:47.580 But then.

00:04:51.540 Yeah.

00:04:52.140 But wait, there's more.

00:04:53.320 Yeah.

00:04:54.000 But then.

00:04:56.100 Sort of.

00:04:57.940 Unexpectedly.

00:04:58.520 In a twist of the, of the circus. 0.98

00:05:00.580 Another clown. 0.99

00:05:01.320 This radical. 0.99

00:05:02.880 Secretary of state from Maine comes out.

00:05:05.480 And yeah, she says, hold my beer.

00:05:09.560 I'm going to, I'm going to outdo the one in Colorado.

00:05:12.780 And here she is trying to justify and explain why a secretary of state believes she has the

00:05:19.560 right to deny the will of the people or the chance for the people to even have their voices heard.

00:05:24.560 Again, I am so mindful.

00:05:26.860 And I said this in my decision that it is.

00:05:30.840 So condescending.

00:05:31.920 I said it in my decision.

00:05:36.240 I'm so mindful.

00:05:38.700 These people are so full of themselves.

00:05:41.340 But listen, that might be their downfall.

00:05:44.020 Don't get upset.

00:05:45.840 Don't get freaked out.

00:05:47.180 Don't panic.

00:05:48.100 We're not there yet.

00:05:49.440 We're just watching this unfold.

00:05:51.400 Now, there are some things we do need to consider.

00:05:53.700 And we'll talk about that coming up.

00:05:55.140 But just, just go with me on this.

00:05:57.980 And take a little bit of joy in knowing that it is sheer chaos and pandemonium inside the

00:06:04.920 radical left, the Democrat party right now.

00:06:07.200 Because she's mindful.

00:06:09.340 Again, I am so mindful.

00:06:11.640 And I said this in my decision.

00:06:14.480 That it is unprecedented.

00:06:16.120 No Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section

00:06:22.760 3 of the 14th Amendment.

00:06:24.260 She is reading from a prepared set of notes, by the way.

00:06:28.400 Something I could tell you watching.

00:06:31.040 But she's just, now she's almost giddy in the fact she gets to be the first to do it.

00:06:36.860 Now, you wonder why, Madam Secretary, nobody's done that before.

00:06:41.360 Why do you think that is?

00:06:43.560 Because it's illegal!

00:06:46.480 There's no basis in law for anything that she's doing.

00:06:49.920 That doesn't matter.

00:06:51.620 You know the left.

00:06:53.140 You know how they operate.

00:06:54.800 You know how this is going to play out.

00:06:56.680 At least you should by now.

00:06:57.740 I've been paying attention to any portion of this.

00:07:00.380 You know how this is all going to go.

00:07:05.320 She doesn't care about the law. 0.97

00:07:07.860 None of them have ever cared about the law.

00:07:10.620 They don't care about what's right.

00:07:12.180 They don't care about justice.

00:07:13.680 I mean, you want to illustrate this point?

00:07:16.080 There is nothing better to illustrate.

00:07:17.940 They don't care about the causes and the people they claim to care about.

00:07:21.040 Then watching what happened last week.

00:07:22.600 When Christians in Nigeria, that is Africa for those folks playing along. 1.00

00:07:28.320 Listen, let me just give you the explanation of what I have.

00:07:33.180 Christians were massacred in Nigeria by Muslims last week.

00:07:36.460 And guess what?

00:07:37.160 Not a bit of coverage on this.

00:07:40.460 Not a peep from any of these people that say they care about humans.

00:07:43.080 Oh, and black lives matter? 0.99

00:07:45.220 What about those black lives? 0.99

00:07:49.860 The folks on the left only care about one thing and one thing only. 0.89

00:07:54.180 That's power.

00:07:55.740 It's control.

00:07:57.360 It is about progressing their agenda.

00:08:00.160 And that is their grasp on power, their grip on it, and control over you, the little people.

00:08:08.260 They don't care.

00:08:09.420 They don't care about the causes.

00:08:11.940 They don't care about you.

00:08:14.980 It's all a charade.

00:08:17.260 It's all, and we're, by the way, getting a front row seat to it all right now.

00:08:23.540 But, I'm just very mindful that I had to do something that's unprecedented.

00:08:31.040 But no presidential candidate has ever engaged in insurrection.

00:08:35.280 And, in fact, this one hasn't either, which is wild because, you know, what's also interesting, Ms. Sheena Bellows, I think, is her name.

00:08:46.080 Madam Secretary, there has been no court to rule that yet.

00:08:51.340 But, I'll put the asterisk on it yet.

00:08:55.900 Because it is a very good, in fact, this is part of why there are so many people on the left right now that are just pulling their hair out.

00:09:04.700 As much as you think they might be celebrating what she's doing, there are people within the Democrat Party who know.

00:09:12.560 They know what time it is.

00:09:14.880 And they've got a full plan and a strategy worked out, and she's going against it.

00:09:19.420 She's bucking it. 0.67

00:09:20.300 Don't doubt me on this.

00:09:23.100 She is stepping out and bucking the plan.

00:09:26.940 And there are people that are going to start coming for her.

00:09:29.100 This is going to get reversed at some point.

00:09:31.620 Because she is getting way too ahead of herself.

00:09:36.760 In fact, she's going too far and too soon.

00:09:41.280 And, in my estimation, they just can't help it.

00:09:46.880 They can't handle themselves.

00:09:49.540 They just lose control.

00:09:52.600 Because, you know what?

00:09:54.420 Nobody knew.

00:09:55.420 Nobody knew who Sheena Bellows was a few days back. 0.99

00:10:00.460 Well, she had a fail run for Senate there in Maine. 1.00

00:10:03.380 Did not.

00:10:04.760 No, the people.

00:10:05.800 They just squarely rejected her.

00:10:09.740 She had a fail run for Senate in Maine. 0.83

00:10:12.060 She is a nobody.

00:10:13.720 A no one.

00:10:14.800 And guess what?

00:10:15.780 That's the way she was going to stay before she stepped out. 0.99

00:10:21.000 Each one of these people is trigger happy.

00:10:24.640 They're itching right now to get out there and be the one to take Trump down.

00:10:30.140 Can you imagine the accolades?

00:10:31.940 What might come if they are the one that can slay the giant?

00:10:37.440 That's what she's doing.

00:10:38.640 That's what this is all about.

00:10:39.900 That's why she's come out doing what she does. 1.00

00:10:42.220 That's why you're seeing this right now.

00:10:43.600 And there are people in the Democrat Party that are happy.

00:10:45.920 There are folks on the left that they don't care.

00:10:47.860 Trump deranged with syndrome.

00:10:48.960 Any bad news for Trump, they're excited that there are smart people.

00:10:51.960 There are strategists.

00:10:53.580 There are tacticians.

00:10:54.640 There are people that are behind the scenes who pull the strings.

00:10:57.860 The Obamas, people in that camp, the people that are telling Basement Joe what to say

00:11:04.540 and do every time they prop him up and send him out like we can at Biden's.

00:11:07.800 Those are the people that are upset right now because they're saying, what are you doing?

00:11:12.920 Why do you think the Secretary of State in Colorado came out and backed off kicking Trump off the ballot?

00:11:22.420 Why do you think that happened?

00:11:24.040 They don't do anything that's not smart and calculated and fully thought out and whatnot.

00:11:32.600 They really usually don't.

00:11:34.620 They take their time on this.

00:11:36.100 Why do you think she came out and did that? 0.97

00:11:37.920 Because the folks in Colorado, the Republicans there have played it very, very smartly.

00:11:46.560 They have calculated, said, well, first, you know, look, if that's the way it's going to be,

00:11:52.420 if you're going to kick him off Supreme Court, we're going to do a caucus instead of a primary.

00:11:56.380 That'll be that.

00:11:57.140 That'll solve that.

00:11:58.200 Then they said, well, you know what?

00:11:59.160 Now we're going to take this to the Supreme Court.

00:12:00.820 We're going to challenge this.

00:12:01.900 We're going to do that.

00:12:02.460 And so then knowing that the Supreme Court would have to chime in at some point on this

00:12:07.640 and probably pretty quickly, rather soon, because we've got primaries starting in days.

00:12:13.280 Did you see California ruled just yesterday that California said they're going to keep

00:12:16.800 Trump on it?

00:12:17.300 California of all places.

00:12:21.000 And you know what kind of wacky nut jobs they did?

00:12:24.020 Not all of them.

00:12:24.620 And I know you said good, some good people in the People's Republic of California, but

00:12:30.540 you know that there are, they have their, I mean, they are the leader in the country in

00:12:36.680 fruits and nuts.

00:12:37.360 And there's a reason for that.

00:12:38.440 But you, you understand the folks in California came out and said, no, you can be, I can be

00:12:44.640 on the, you can be on the ballot.

00:12:46.060 It's okay.

00:12:46.540 It's all right.

00:12:47.100 So, uh, why all of a sudden does this gal from Maine decide she's going to jump the 1.00

00:12:54.920 gun, go rogue?

00:12:58.180 As I just told you, there is, there are people behind the scenes pulling their hair out right

00:13:03.160 now.

00:13:03.480 Why did, why would she do, why did she do it? 1.00

00:13:05.780 Because you're going to see more and more of this.

00:13:07.960 There are people that will just, will not be able to control themselves.

00:13:11.400 And that is an advantage.

00:13:14.120 Which that is a good thing because they don't, as much as the Republicans don't seem to have

00:13:18.560 I mean, you have to make no mistake.

00:13:22.460 Folks on the right don't seem to have it all together at times as well.

00:13:25.560 Many, many times.

00:13:26.940 In fact, far too more than I'd like to even admit, but it's true.

00:13:31.720 The people on the left have lost it.

00:13:35.480 And been disqualified under section three of the 14th.

00:13:37.840 Yeah, there she is. 1.00

00:13:38.560 Somebody's been disqualified.

00:13:39.580 Nobody's been disqualified yet.

00:13:41.000 And, and by the way, this thing that she's doing is completely illegal. 1.00

00:13:46.260 So, uh, you, you, there's going to be more about this in the coming days.

00:13:51.100 And I want to talk to you about it as well.

00:13:52.460 You can join the program today.

00:13:53.840 Want to hear your predictions?

00:13:54.920 Cause we're going to be talking about 2024 predictions again today.

00:13:59.300 And we've got some from Glenn.

00:14:01.360 We've got some cuts from Glenn and some there's, there's, I think you're going to hear more

00:14:05.020 in the coming days and what he sees coming in 2024.

00:14:07.100 But I've got, I've got one or two of my own as well.

00:14:10.560 So I want to fill you in coming up this morning.

00:14:13.340 888-727-BECK.

00:15:37.700 By the way, there's a timeline on all of this.

00:15:40.000 Maine Secretary of State NBC News.

00:15:41.780 This is the headline.

00:15:42.740 Top election official rules Trump ineligible for 2024 primary ballot.

00:15:48.580 Now, in Michigan, just days before the state where I'm at, the Supreme Court, and there's

00:15:54.660 a lawsuit filed by a crazy, wild leftist activist who wants Trump off the ballot in the primary.

00:16:01.500 The Supreme Court said, no, no, no, we're not going through with that.

00:16:04.320 This is the Michigan State Supreme Court.

00:16:06.260 And by the way, a left-leaning Democrat favored court.

00:16:11.740 They said, no, we're not going to do that.

00:16:14.180 Now, the activist and the court even left it up.

00:16:17.540 So this is just a primary.

00:16:18.760 We'll see what happens down the road.

00:16:20.140 See, even the Supreme Court can't necessarily, well, they could weigh in.

00:16:25.940 I guess I could get involved right now.

00:16:27.560 But without a conviction, without a court somewhere, somehow there's a conviction that this is a fact now, a legal fact, that he is guilty of insurrection, which don't even get me started.

00:16:41.900 How can you be insurrect against the government when you are the government?

00:16:45.220 I mean, the government, at the time, they were claiming that he was involved in insurrection.

00:16:51.820 That won't matter.

00:16:53.580 Facts, you know these people.

00:16:55.080 Facts don't matter.

00:16:55.900 Truth, logic, common sense.

00:16:58.280 Don't let it all get in the way.

00:17:02.200 Facts don't matter.

00:17:03.720 So this is why they're upset, because there's a timeline to this.

00:17:20.720 They don't want him off these ballots in the primary.

00:17:23.400 They want Trump on the primary ballots.

00:17:25.600 And there's a reason for that.

00:17:26.840 Many say the reason is they want him on the primary ballot.

00:17:30.400 But they want him as the Republican frontrunner, because there are a lot of people that believe the situation here is that Trump and his base.

00:17:38.340 It's a polling I just saw yesterday, even more so, that every time he was charged with something, he got more and more popular.

00:17:45.260 Every time Trump was charged or there was some phony charge, something that was cooked up against him, every single time, he got more and more popular.

00:18:00.400 Now, Democrats like this, because they want him.

00:18:03.540 They believe they can damage him enough.

00:18:05.420 In fact, they believe they can take him out altogether.

00:18:08.740 But they can prop him up as the primary.

00:18:11.460 I mean, look how far it is.

00:18:13.220 It's not even close.

00:18:15.720 You look at some of these others, and of course, we've still got Iowa, and we've got all these other states, and things are going to start heating up here shortly.

00:18:21.940 But as a polling appears right now, and some of these polls, they could be, if this, again, let me put the disclaimer, if they are to be believed, because it's a poll again.

00:18:32.200 But these polls are, could be, could be propping up Trump, could be a push in order to get him, to get folks to be confident enough to go out and vote for him.

00:18:40.700 That could be part of this operation as well.

00:18:44.320 This is what people are saying.

00:18:46.220 So I'm telling you, just giving you the details on this, the idea is that he would be the Republican nominee, and then they'd be able to take him out in the general.

00:18:56.680 Because they think, again, and there's reason for some of this, by the way, okay?

00:19:03.500 You're watching it happen right now.

00:19:05.040 They are, right now, Mayorkas and the rest of them are down at the border.

00:19:08.140 They're trying to negotiate and get a deal done, and they want to close that thing down a little bit.

00:19:12.840 You've seen gas prices start to come down, they're going to start telling you every day and in every way on all the mass media mainstream channels,

00:19:19.420 they're going to be telling you that the economy's not that bad, interest rates are going down, things are looking up.

00:19:24.280 Look at Biden, he's gotten us out of this mess.

00:19:27.140 They're going to tell you that over and over and over and over and over and over and over again.

00:19:30.440 When you tell a lie enough times, people start to believe it.

00:19:33.240 That's what they're banking on.

00:19:34.480 And they believe that they might be able, Biden still might be able to pull it off against Trump,

00:19:40.300 but if he doesn't, they've got a Plan B team lined up.

00:19:43.680 They've got Plan B ready to go.

00:19:46.140 Switch him out, throw a fresh face, grow some Gavin Newsom in there,

00:19:50.160 maybe a Wolverine Queen Gretchen Whitmer in Michigan. 0.98

00:19:53.060 Who knows?

00:19:53.780 It doesn't matter where the face is.

00:19:55.620 Because it's really about the people, the system, the people pulling the strings behind the scenes.

00:19:59.440 The ones who are orchestrating the destruction, the chaos, the insanity.

00:20:05.860 So that's, who am I talking about?

00:20:08.040 I'm talking about all the Obama holdovers.

00:20:10.040 All the people that were in his administration and now in Biden's.

00:20:15.720 There's a reason Obama never left D.C. when Trump was president.

00:20:20.100 You remember, the first president to ever get a home there in D.C.

00:20:24.800 Stick around, wanted to see what was going on, wanted to be a part of the action.

00:20:33.940 Here's the, here's the subhead from NBC.

00:20:36.640 The decision by Maine's Democratic Secretary of State likely to fuel similar efforts in other states

00:20:43.960 after Colorado's top court disqualified Trump from its ballot.

00:20:48.200 So they're saying they hope this is something that picks up steam.

00:20:51.800 But wait a minute, there were Democrats behind the scene that says, don't get off the timeline here.

00:20:57.480 We want him to be the primary winner.

00:21:00.000 We want him to be the nominee.

00:21:01.980 We don't want to really get him off the ballot or cause any issues until later on.

00:21:07.340 And it doesn't matter whether they really pull him off ballots or not.

00:21:10.340 That's not really what they're trying to do here.

00:21:12.460 It's all about causing chaos, muddying the name.

00:21:19.220 They want to affect and impact those independent voters and go, Trump, ooh, I don't, I don't know about that guy.

00:21:25.160 I just want all the chaos, the noise to stop.

00:21:27.520 Just make it stop.

00:21:28.400 Make it all go away.

00:21:30.780 Well, here's the news.

00:21:32.000 It never will.

00:21:33.760 We must face it.

00:21:35.020 We must face reality, but fight on with clarity.

00:21:41.620 And I'll tell you how to do that coming up after this.

00:21:44.700 The Glenn Beck Program.

00:21:48.260 Your home is so much more than the place you live.

00:21:51.300 It's an investment tool as well.

00:21:52.900 And you can put that tool to use and access the equity that you have as cash to pay off those high interest credit cards.

00:21:59.800 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?

00:22:02.840 Some people are paying in 30 plus every single month.

00:22:05.880 I mean, it's insane.

00:22:07.000 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up and you just can't let that happen, which is why you need to look at your spending, your financing, your debt.

00:22:16.720 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.

00:22:19.300 This is a family-owned mortgage lender.

00:22:20.960 They're not a bank.

00:22:21.880 You're important to them.

00:22:22.800 There's no pressure, no upfront or hidden fees.

00:22:24.860 If you call them today, you might be able to close in as fast as 10 days and even delay two mortgage payments.

00:22:30.640 They're saving homeowners just like you an average of $826 a month.

00:22:34.900 That could be life-changing.

00:22:36.300 So call today, 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.

00:22:42.640 American Financing, NMLS 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

00:22:49.740 Glenn Beck.

00:22:51.220 Avoiding the woke mainstream messaging in favor of truth.

00:22:55.060 More Glenn Beck in a moment.

00:22:56.160 All of this noise and nonsense, all the chaos, some by radical leftists, this one Secretary of State in Maine, is it all for nothing?

00:23:25.160 Well, I just went through the full story.

00:23:28.920 She goes on MSNBC.

00:23:30.400 She goes on CNN.

00:23:31.500 She goes on all these different cable news networks to brag about what she's done and how she's going to suspend Trump from the ballot in Maine. 0.99

00:23:40.680 And then, thanks to one of the crack folks here, Lance, back in the headquarters in Dallas, says, hey, did you see this out of Red State? 0.64

00:23:50.360 They've got this article where they show she, in her notice, and she had written this down, she suspended, immediately suspended her decision.

00:23:59.020 This, you can't make this up with it.

00:24:04.100 Why are you going on all these, and nobody's reported this either.

00:24:08.580 She says she's immediately suspended the decision, and this is based on, well, you know, there might be more for us to consider here.

00:24:18.700 I will suspend the effect of my decision until the Superior Court rules on any appeal.

00:24:26.580 And then she goes on to tell, because the Maine Court might have to weigh in on this.

00:24:29.840 And then, of course, the Supreme Court, U.S. Supreme Court, which says, given the compressed time frame, the novel constitutional questions involved, the importance of this case and impending ballot preparation deadlines, I will suspend the effect.

00:24:42.260 Okay, so just like in Colorado, so some, either, two things happen.

00:24:46.480 Somebody got a hold of her and said, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait a second.

00:24:49.380 You got to slow your roll here, Missy. 0.99

00:24:53.160 You're messing with her timeline.

00:24:54.680 Or, there was another situation where she just said, well, I'm just going to, I'm going to get a little, I'm going to get a little PR publicity out of this and let it ride.

00:25:04.400 Either way, this is what you're dealing with.

00:25:09.840 Radical, wacky, kooky folks on the left who don't care about what they say they care about.

00:25:16.580 They don't care about you.

00:25:17.520 They don't care about democracy.

00:25:22.720 We're defending democracy.

00:25:24.500 The guy who is attacking democracy is the one we're going to take off the ballot.

00:25:27.680 There are 13 states that want to do this.

00:25:32.900 They say they're looking at doing this, and this is all in the guise of the chaos and the circus leading up to all this.

00:25:40.280 The question that I have to ask, and I think we'll ask coming up next hour, we talk to Julie Kelly, is, you know, what did they get?

00:25:46.560 What are the chances they're going to get that insurrection conviction or something along those lines?

00:25:50.900 I am in charge with you, but what are the chances that that happens?

00:25:54.460 What are the chances that they do get what they want, and all of this as it pertains to the election interference?

00:26:02.180 Make no mistake, folks.

00:26:03.020 That's what this is.

00:26:03.780 Election interference.

00:26:05.340 Call it what it is.

00:26:07.100 In the 2024 election, what are the chances that that happens here?

00:26:13.060 And then what is the plan?

00:26:16.920 What is the plan?

00:26:18.660 What do we do moving forward?

00:26:21.460 We just hope and pray that people see through it all.

00:26:28.920 Good questions.

00:26:30.160 Look, I want to go, actually, to some good news here, because I think you deserve some good news.

00:26:36.040 In fact, there are some bright, shining moments.

00:26:37.800 Earlier, I told you, all of this is designed to make you feel hopeless and helpless.

00:26:41.860 You can't do anything.

00:26:42.720 The chaos is everywhere, and there's nothing you can do, so just sit back and take it.

00:26:46.760 That's what it's all designed to do and make you angry.

00:26:49.020 I mean, of course, I'm not an angry person.

00:26:51.360 I have been accused, I guess, by some of the folks on the left and weirdos that I am, but I couldn't be happier.

00:26:56.840 I am concerned, and I hate to see what's happening in our country, but I know the answer is within all of us.

00:27:04.260 In fact, that's the way the founders set this whole thing up.

00:27:07.160 You and I, we're intended to be the ones who hold off the hordes of leftists, the commies, the Marxists, the people that want to destroy this country, the enemies, and our way of life.

00:27:23.680 And we're the ones who have to hold our government responsible.

00:27:29.560 In fact, there are people all across the country doing that just now.

00:27:33.780 In fact, I want to introduce you to three of them who are fighting back in ways that I think you and I could probably do, too.

00:27:43.780 It's not always easy, but it is simple.

00:27:45.820 And the solution, as I said, is closer to home than it is in the swamp.

00:27:50.920 So let's start.

00:27:52.340 Let's see.

00:27:52.840 Where should we go?

00:27:54.900 I want to start with Matt.

00:27:57.280 Let's go to Matt on the phone lines.

00:28:00.300 Matt Tully is with us right now.

00:28:03.160 Matt is actually in Maine.

00:28:05.000 Matt, what part of Maine are you in right now?

00:28:08.160 I am about 25 miles north of Augusta, the capital, where this Shannon Bellows case is going on.

00:28:14.180 Okay, so I've got to ask you about that since we have you on the phone.

00:28:18.680 From the great state of Maine, what do you make of all this?

00:28:22.520 Because I know Maine is kind of an interesting state.

00:28:24.500 It's a mixed bag there in a lot of ways.

00:28:27.460 But what do you make of this nonsense with her?

00:28:32.720 Well, Maine, it's kind of a diverse state.

00:28:35.400 And along the I-95 corridor, southern Maine is all liberal, and it starts at literally exit 52.

00:28:45.820 North of that is all blue-collar.

00:28:48.980 People are just in an uproar about this.

00:28:51.240 It's all over Facebook, and people are just really fed up about what's going on.

00:28:55.900 Ms. Bellows really is out of touch with what's happening. 0.99

00:28:58.580 And, you know, people need to see that for what it is.

00:29:02.280 Any truth that she has?

00:29:03.320 Well, I know she has further political aspirations.

00:29:06.500 Any truth that she wants to run for governor?

00:29:09.340 I don't believe so.

00:29:10.600 She tried to run for, I believe, Senator. 0.82

00:29:13.420 She got, you know, she got handed pretty badly on that.

00:29:17.600 I don't believe she, you know, do very well on that at all.

00:29:21.340 I haven't heard anything about it.

00:29:23.020 All right.

00:29:23.320 And before we get into the meat and potatoes and what we're going to talk about today and why I had you on, the good news, can you say lobster for me real quick?

00:29:32.020 Lobster.

00:29:34.440 I love it.

00:29:35.400 I love it.

00:29:35.980 It's spelled L-O-B-S-P-A-H, by the way.

00:29:40.120 There you go.

00:29:41.080 I love it.

00:29:42.140 So now we know.

00:29:43.060 You really are from Maine.

00:29:44.580 So, Matt, tell me what's going on in your state, because you're in an interesting situation.

00:29:49.780 There are people across the country who find themselves in a very similar spot, and they've found ways to fight back.

00:29:55.280 And it sounds like you are, too.

00:29:57.800 Yeah.

00:29:58.340 I mean, the state of Maine is in a pretty, you know, precarious situation with, you know, these Chinese companies and establishments coming in, buying up properties. 1.00

00:30:08.420 Our situation is they're buying up homes and doing these pot-growing establishments, and they're all China-based.

00:30:19.420 You go to the council members, and they say, oh, it's not a big deal.

00:30:23.580 You, you know, cite sources, and they say, oh, that's not a legitimate news organization.

00:30:27.720 So they're always trying to discredit you as asking questions, and that's where we're at.

00:30:34.120 And you can't get any transparency through your government, local, state, or federal on the issues that we're looking at.

00:30:41.680 So we've really stepped it up and tried to find out, hold people accountable, transparency-wise, with, you know, what we're looking at from our town.

00:30:49.920 And we have several of these houses in our town, and it kind of follows the I-95 corridor right up through the state.

00:30:55.580 There's about 300 of them in there.

00:30:57.700 The main wire has been doing a great investigative job on this.

00:31:02.100 They're wonderful doing it.

00:31:03.840 It's just that we have no representation from our local politicians or state.

00:31:09.040 We've seen this here in Michigan where the Chinese Communist Party-linked battery company wants to put in a plant here where they will make these electric batteries.

00:31:18.920 And, of course, the citizens here have stood up.

00:31:21.400 They've fought back.

00:31:22.980 They've actually won some battles.

00:31:25.880 Just the fact that people are getting involved, I think, is a win.

00:31:28.520 But they've won some battles.

00:31:29.660 The war's not over.

00:31:30.620 China.

00:31:31.040 But they have won some battles.

00:31:33.000 And this is not very...

00:31:33.940 So what are you guys facing again?

00:31:35.580 What is it exactly?

00:31:37.240 Is it farmland?

00:31:38.380 Or are they trying to put a battery plant or a factory or something like that in where you are?

00:31:42.420 No, marijuana has been a major booming industry.

00:31:49.520 And the Chinese are buying up all these residential homes and converting them into illegal groves. 1.00

00:31:56.860 And there's over 300 of them that the Chinese have bought in Maine.

00:32:00.580 And to go in and say what's going on with that piece of property, you just met with resistance or I don't knows or, you know, that's fake news or something like that.

00:32:13.200 They're all chasing back and you can find out who owns them.

00:32:16.420 And they're all Chinese-based companies and names.

00:32:19.480 Is Hunter Biden involved in this at all?

00:32:22.280 I have to ask.

00:32:24.060 No.

00:32:24.580 I mean, he could be.

00:32:25.540 I don't know.

00:32:25.960 He's probably over there hanging out with them as well.

00:32:28.640 Come on, man.

00:32:29.840 You know, this is a very serious subject.

00:32:32.940 And it's just that these are illegal.

00:32:34.260 So there's crime involved in this.

00:32:35.640 There could be violence involved in this, obviously.

00:32:39.540 But any time you've got the Chinese Communist Party involved or any foreign entity involved in coming up and buying up either farmland or properties, homes in this case, there's a lot of concern.

00:32:51.820 National security concerns.

00:32:53.240 There are obviously crime, obviously issues with the things that could be going on there.

00:32:58.220 But there are all sorts of things that I think the thing that this shines a light on the most is that, you know, the people, whether it be folks there in Maine or in Michigan or across the country, they're finding out that they just can't trust their elected officials.

00:33:15.380 Whether they're the people in D.C. or their state capitol or even closer to home in these townships, a lot of these people have just sold them down a river.

00:33:23.040 And they're not paying attention until now.

00:33:27.240 No, not at all.

00:33:28.360 No, not at all.

00:33:29.180 Yeah.

00:33:29.400 If they're being forced to now, now they're kind of their arm is being twisted a little bit.

00:33:33.360 Matt, I appreciate you taking the time to give us the update about what you're doing and how you're fighting back.

00:33:39.060 What would you say to anybody who's listening to this?

00:33:41.800 Because these are, look, these are small town America stories.

00:33:45.240 This is what's happening in places all the country.

00:33:48.420 They may be small towns, but these are big victories.

00:33:50.980 People are rising up.

00:33:52.660 What would you say to folks who are listening today to give them a little bit of inspiration as we head into the new year?

00:33:57.420 As far as Michigan goes, they've helped us out a lot in Maine.

00:34:02.540 Hold your town councils accountable.

00:34:05.280 They can be replaced.

00:34:06.960 Every election has consequences.

00:34:09.480 Period.

00:34:10.040 Full stop.

00:34:11.100 You can get them replaced and recalled.

00:34:13.840 It's a lot of work, but it can happen.

00:34:15.760 And you can change the course of direction with votes.

00:34:19.160 We are praying for you and hoping for more victory in news coming from Maine in the near future.

00:34:26.600 Matt, thank you so much.

00:34:27.620 I appreciate you being here with us today on the Glenn Beck program.

00:34:31.020 Thank you.

00:34:31.980 You got it.

00:34:32.520 Coming up, I got more stories.

00:34:33.840 There's, in fact, a couple others that I want to introduce you to.

00:34:36.220 This story is about small town folks with big victories.

00:34:40.380 And why is this important?

00:34:41.420 Because, again, as I say, you're feeling hopeless and helpless.

00:34:44.420 You're reading the headlines all the time.

00:34:45.780 You're not hearing about the wins.

00:34:48.720 You're not hearing about what people are actually doing to fight back and why it matters and how it works.

00:34:55.160 You're just constantly told that there's nothing.

00:34:58.820 By the way, this is all from the corporate press, the people that are all behind this.

00:35:02.940 There's nothing you can do.

00:35:04.340 So just sit back and take it.

00:35:06.400 Well, I don't know about you, but I don't intend to do it.

00:35:09.620 Not on my watch.

00:35:11.200 Not if I can help it.

00:35:13.100 So more of the good news, the stories you won't hear anywhere else, right after this.

00:35:18.260 It's Justin Barkley in today for Glenn on the Glenn Beck Program.

00:36:39.400 Talking small towns, big victories, this is what it looks like all across America.

00:36:44.080 Joining us right now, Bruce Baker and Amanda Piker.

00:36:46.140 Bruce is from Michigan.

00:36:47.660 Amanda from Illinois, but they're both facing a Chinese Communist Party-linked battery company

00:36:52.480 trying to build in their areas, and they're fighting back.

00:36:57.160 They're fighting the same fight.

00:36:59.060 And I've got to tell you, we've seen some victories here.

00:37:01.820 Amanda, I appreciate you joining us today on the Glenn Beck Program.

00:37:04.100 We don't have a lot of time here, but what are you facing, and what are you doing to fight back?

00:37:09.400 Hi, thank you for having me today.

00:37:12.780 We are facing a Chinese lithium battery plant pretty much directly in our town.

00:37:21.120 There are homes and schools and daycares less than a half a mile away from this plant.

00:37:27.400 Some of these are within 1,200 feet.

00:37:30.940 What has the response been from people there in Illinois?

00:37:37.020 Well, basically, we don't want it in our town.

00:37:40.920 The people have come together, and we have fought back fierce.

00:37:46.120 We have created a website.

00:37:48.500 We take donations.

00:37:49.720 We fundraise.

00:37:49.940 We fundraise, and we were able to hire Robbie Duby from Eklund and Blando to represent us.

00:37:56.560 And on December 22nd, we filed suit in the KKD County Circuit Court.

00:38:03.360 What can people do if they want to help you?

00:38:06.780 I know you said you've got a website.

00:38:07.980 What can people do?

00:38:08.960 Our website is nogoshen-illinois.com, where we have most of our information posted.

00:38:17.240 We keep meetings up to date.

00:38:19.940 There is a link to donate through PayPal, and we also have a P.O. Box.

00:38:26.380 We have been able to raise about $40,000 in just a few months in order to fight back.

00:38:32.580 Give that website again, because the number is going to go up today.

00:38:35.280 I know this audience.

00:38:36.280 They want to support.

00:38:37.020 What is that website?

00:38:38.620 Yes, sir.

00:38:39.160 The website is nogoshen-illinois.com.

00:38:43.240 Bruce Baker is facing the same fight against the same company in Michigan.

00:38:47.360 It's like a coordinated attack.

00:38:49.560 Bruce, you guys have seen some victories, too.

00:38:52.900 I know you have a website where folks can donate as well, but tell us what you've seen

00:38:56.840 and, of course, why you're optimistic and how people can fight back.

00:39:00.020 We only have about a minute here, though.

00:39:01.960 Sure.

00:39:02.460 Yeah, Justin.

00:39:03.040 And so we were effectively able to recall five out of the five township board members

00:39:11.060 who were eligible to be recalled.

00:39:13.520 We did a clean sweep of those five.

00:39:17.920 And so that was a big success.

00:39:20.600 But it's not over yet, because a lot of paperwork was put in place.

00:39:27.600 They had a lot of traction.

00:39:30.040 And so we're now looking at what can the township board, the newly elected one, because the previous

00:39:36.780 board, they just weren't listening to the residents and to the voters.

00:39:40.640 And so we were able to flip that board.

00:39:45.740 And so now that board, the new board, is going to be fighting to get Goshen to not come to Green Township in Mecosta County.

00:39:57.420 And we have a legal battle as well.

00:40:04.240 Bruce, let me give folks that website.

00:40:07.980 Protect Mecosta.

00:42:57.520 Stand up straight and hold the line.

00:43:05.500 It's a new day, I'm trying to rise.

00:43:11.920 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:43:17.760 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:43:21.760 Stand up!

00:43:22.720 So, is he on or is he off?

00:43:27.320 Conflicting and confusing information coming out about Trump and the status on the ballots in places like Maine, Colorado, Michigan, even all across, I think, 13 states in all.

00:43:39.160 Threatening to take him off the ballot because, you know, that's democracy.

00:43:42.420 The fight continues.

00:43:46.580 What is coming next?

00:43:48.240 And, of course, in some of those court cases that President Trump is facing, Julie Kelly joined us coming up to discuss.

00:43:54.540 She's been following it all along with the latest in January 6th, the folks who are still dealing with all of the things they're dealing with in the injustice system.

00:44:05.120 We'll talk about it all coming up.

00:44:06.480 Your predictions for 24 as well.

00:44:08.400 So, Justin Barkley today, in for Glenn, on the Glenn Beck Program.

00:44:11.940 We're back after this.

00:44:22.220 So, go through the list of what happened yesterday.

00:44:28.700 Again, just so you know, Colorado came out, the Secretary of State there, after seeing, you know, the Supreme Court there saying that they were going to kick Trump off the ballot.

00:44:41.220 Then the Colorado Secretary of State said, no, we're just going to let the Supreme Court decide on this.

00:44:46.620 He'll be on the ballot unless they say different.

00:44:49.500 Yesterday, we get this story about the Secretary of State from Maine, the maniac Secretary of State, Sheena Bellows, who's come out and said, we're going to boot Trump off the ballot here. 0.86

00:45:04.740 She goes on CNN.

00:45:05.640 She goes on MS, DNC.

00:45:07.380 Again, I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision, that it is unprecedented no Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

00:45:22.240 But it looks like she's not going to do it either.

00:45:24.980 Now, that's the story.

00:45:27.000 We've heard this story.

00:45:27.800 This is going to happen.

00:45:28.420 It's going to happen.

00:45:28.800 But today, I'm not hearing this report anywhere else.

00:45:32.100 She, in her order, I don't know, you can't even call it order, but in her statement, she said she's suspending that decision immediately, in her words, she says, until the Superior Court or the Supreme Court or somebody else weighs in.

00:45:46.280 So what the heck is going on here?

00:45:47.860 Because it's going to keep this circus straight. 0.99

00:45:51.780 These monkeys are out of control.

00:45:54.460 And I got to tell you, you know, like I said, trying to make sense of it all is a full-time job.

00:46:00.740 Thankfully, we have Julie Kelly for some of that. 1.00

00:46:02.920 Julie Kelly joining us now.

00:46:04.040 I know she's been staying up to date on the latest of President Trump and some of the charges that he's facing to January 6th folks that are locked up as we speak now as well.

00:46:13.640 And this story as well.

00:46:15.060 Julie, I appreciate you joining us today on the Glenn Beck program.

00:46:18.580 Hey, Justin.

00:46:19.480 Thanks so much for having me on.

00:46:21.140 Absolutely.

00:46:21.800 So did I get this right?

00:46:23.340 I mean, did she make a much ado about nothing, essentially?

00:46:26.900 She's suspending this thing? 1.00

00:46:30.360 That's what it sounds like.

00:46:32.060 I mean, never, first of all, never trust an up-talker.

00:46:35.960 She talks like a 14-year-old girl.

00:46:39.580 So that alone is disqualifying.

00:46:43.020 You're so right.

00:46:43.860 This is the same sort of narrative, optics, imagery, you know, sound bites that we've all been tormented by for almost now three years.

00:46:54.420 But look, what the Colorado Supreme Court did and now the main secretary of state, what they're doing is filling a void, a vacuum of news because the January 6th trial of Donald Trump is now basically on hold.

00:47:08.180 So, too, is the classified documents trial in southern Florida.

00:47:11.620 We are supposed to be inundated with news right now about jury proceedings and motions being filed about witnesses and exhibit lists and et cetera, et cetera.

00:47:21.920 None of that is really happening because it's on hold pending the appeal of Judge Chutkin's immunity, denying Trump immunity in this matter in Washington, D.C.

00:47:32.700 So now you have Democrat operatives stepping up to fill the void, the vacuum of news created by the suspension of, you know, both of these trials so far.

00:47:43.740 And, look, I think most Americans have caught on to this, that this is purely outside of the boundaries, obviously, of the law, but also outside of the boundaries of normal American politics.

00:47:58.520 And I'm sure I know our side finds it offensive.

00:48:01.180 I'm sure a lot of independents do as well.

00:48:04.160 But this is not a healthy political party, the Democrats, and it certainly speaks to their fear that Donald Trump could beat Joe Biden next year.

00:48:15.400 You know, that is interesting.

00:48:17.780 And, you know, I have to ask you, because you are somebody who has made some points before.

00:48:25.060 You said that they are, and I believe this is true, because the left is not about, they don't care about the law.

00:48:31.520 They don't care about any of these.

00:48:33.320 They arrested Trump.

00:48:34.320 They arrested Bannon.

00:48:35.340 They arrested Flynn.

00:48:36.260 They arrested Giuliani, Navarro, Roger Stone, all of them.

00:48:39.100 They're trying to get Trump off the ballot.

00:48:41.260 They changed the voting laws, trying to make all of these things happen.

00:48:46.560 They work with big tech behind the scenes.

00:48:48.500 All of these things happening, and they're calling Trump and folks who are conservative, and I don't even know if it's conservative anymore, just people of common sense and attached to reality.

00:48:58.440 And while connected to it, they're saying that we are the threat to democracy, which is wild to me, but they will stop at nothing.

00:49:05.680 To your point, you've said before, you think, oh, they're going to arrest him, but they're going to throw him.

00:49:10.300 Do you think, because essentially what all of this hinges on is a sort of charge for insurrection and eventually a conviction, do you think they're going to get that?

00:49:19.480 Well, look, the four counts in Jack Smith's January 6th related indictment, of course, none of them are for insurrection or even seditious conspiracy yet.

00:49:31.020 I will add that qualifier, yet.

00:49:33.120 Right, right.

00:49:33.980 Jack Smith has a mess on his hands, not only because the trial date now, March 4th trial date, is in jeopardy.

00:49:41.840 Very unlikely that is going to actually start on March 4th because of this immunity appeal moving forward.

00:49:48.980 But, Justin, two of the four counts in that indictment are now before the Supreme Court.

00:49:54.300 The legitimacy of obstruction of an official proceeding, this 1512C2 that I've written about extensively, really started writing in March of 2021.

00:50:04.680 And then another conspiracy count related to obstruction.

00:50:09.660 Half of his indictment now is in real jeopardy as the Supreme Court is going to finally review how the Department of Justice

00:50:18.100 Justice and at least 15 D.C. judges have weaponized that statute against more than 300 January 6th defendants, including Donald Trump.

00:50:29.000 So his indictment there is in real trouble.

00:50:31.460 Now, what I sort of suspect, Justin, is that some of this theatrics from the Colorado Supreme Court, and now out of Maine and other areas, is to give Jack Smith some juice to seek what's called the superseding indictment against Donald Trump, finally indicting the six unindicted co-conspirators, bringing something like seditious conspiracy charges against Donald Trump.

00:50:55.860 I would not be surprised, I've predicted this for a while, it hasn't happened yet, but now with half of his indictment in jeopardy, now with, you know, he can go to a grand jury and bring what the Colorado Supreme Court ruled, even though

00:51:12.380 it's on hold, you know, certainly the main secretary of state and add some, you know, bogus, but it doesn't matter, in front of a D.C.

00:51:21.520 grand jury, same people who would be on a D.C.

00:51:23.900 regular jury, all Democrats, and seek a superseding indictment and really continue to escalate this thing through 2024.

00:51:31.080 I would not put it past Jack Smith, the Department of Justice, or certainly, you know, Judge Chutkin allowing something like that to happen in her courtroom.

00:51:39.440 So, certainly, they have a timeline, and whether or not they get convictions or whether or not any of this plays out, some of it, that doesn't really even matter because

00:51:48.160 what they're trying to do is muddy the water enough as they can when it comes to the general that this would affect them.

00:51:55.640 But, you know, I guess when I look at these things, I have to kind of look at all the possibilities.

00:52:02.440 We're doing predictions for the last few days here.

00:52:07.660 We had, oh, Catherine Herridge on Meet the Depressed the other day who came out, or was it?

00:52:12.780 No, it was a CBS show.

00:52:15.240 She came out and said, defaced the nation.

00:52:17.980 She said, well, we've got a black swan event that may be coming in 2024.

00:52:23.220 I think we've been living in one for the last few years.

00:52:26.600 It's been ongoing, but I just thought, well, let's, okay, let's open up the phones and hear from the people.

00:52:32.440 And I'm going to do that here in a little bit if you want to call in 888-727-BECK.

00:52:37.580 But, Julie, I want to get your prediction for 2024 if you have something that you think stands out the most.

00:52:44.000 Certainly, we've been hearing partially how you think some of this could play out.

00:52:47.040 But if you, there's something that's just in your gut that you feel strongly about, 2024, what do we have to look forward to?

00:52:53.300 And it could be about this, or it could be about something altogether different.

00:52:56.500 If you can hold on the line, I'm going to give folks a chance.

00:52:58.860 I want you to think about that, chew that up a little bit, and we'll come back and get your prediction for 2024 after this.

00:53:07.300 Sound good?

00:53:07.620 And it is, certainly, we are, unprecedented times, the noon alarm, I hate all of that, too.

00:53:16.880 But there is no denying that we are in some, certainly some interesting and some wild times here, folks.

00:53:27.160 That is a fact.

00:53:28.880 Okay, quick break, and we're back with Julie Kelly, who joins us next. 1.00

00:53:34.180 I'm Justin Barkley, in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program.

00:53:37.620 Your home is so much more than the place you live.

00:53:43.300 It's an investment tool as well.

00:53:45.000 And you can put that tool to use and access the equity that you have as cash to pay off those high-interest credit cards.

00:53:52.060 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?

00:53:54.940 Some people are paying 30-plus every single month.

00:53:57.860 I mean, it's insane.

00:53:58.880 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up, and you just can't let that happen.

00:54:05.020 Which is why you need to look at your spending, your financing, your debt.

00:54:08.640 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.

00:54:11.280 This is a family-owned mortgage lender.

00:54:12.980 They're not a bank.

00:54:13.860 You're important to them.

00:54:14.780 There's no pressure, no upfront or hidden fees.

00:54:16.940 If you call them today, you might be able to close in as fast as 10 days and even delay two mortgage payments.

00:54:40.360 All right, here's that number for folks listening in.

00:54:54.160 That's 888-727-BECK. 0.81

00:54:56.300 That's 888-727-BECK. 0.81

00:54:59.240 What do you see coming in the next year, in 2024?

00:55:03.120 We had some good ones over the last couple of days.

00:55:04.980 But Julie Kelly joining us right now, I know that you've got your ear to the wire, ear to the ground on a lot of this stuff.

00:55:13.680 You are paying more and closer attention than a lot of people are.

00:55:17.160 Julie underscore Kelly, two on X, if you want to follow her.

00:55:22.280 But what are you seeing?

00:55:24.500 What is your prediction?

00:55:25.500 Look into that crystal ball.

00:55:26.640 What do you see coming that your gut tells you about 2024?

00:55:29.280 I think you are going to see a more rapid unraveling of the January 6th narrative.

00:55:36.520 This is, as we know, the key, you know, the animating campaign issue for Democrats and for Joe Biden,

00:55:44.560 because, of course, it extends out to what you just said, the bogus claims that Trump supporters or the right poses some dangerous threat to the country.

00:55:54.020 So everything is going to be tied to January 6th.

00:55:56.880 In the meantime, Justin, you have things happening at the Supreme Court, not just the possibility that the Supreme Court will come back,

00:56:04.880 perhaps even unanimously, and unleash a well-deserved, long-deserved thrashing of the Department of Justice

00:56:15.580 and the entire D.C. court system for allowing these individuals to be prosecuted for obstruction,

00:56:25.520 be held in pretrial detention on that charge, and then sentenced to excessive prison time.

00:56:32.320 That is just one aspect.

00:56:34.060 Obviously, the Supreme Court will come down on a ruling on presidential immunity.

00:56:37.620 That will be a landmark decision that will set, you know, the course for this country,

00:56:43.720 whether former presidents can be criminally prosecuted for things that they did while they were in office.

00:56:50.160 That will be a landmark ruling as well.

00:56:52.760 And, of course, related to January 6th.

00:56:54.780 Is it okay for a president, as we know every president has done, if they've lost to the opposing party,

00:57:00.700 look at claims of voting fraud or try to shore up what was the most unstable election in American history, 2020?

00:57:09.620 So that is going to be related to January 6th also.

00:57:13.080 But there are also things, Steve Bannon, obviously his conviction for contempt of Congress

00:57:18.600 now is before the appellate court.

00:57:21.600 They're considering that if they uphold his conviction, that will go to the Supreme Court.

00:57:26.100 The use of terror enhancements at sentencing for January 6th defendants also will be before the Supreme Court.

00:57:33.600 So now you have these convictions and what the courts have been doing to January 6th defendants,

00:57:39.300 finally making its way to the Supreme Court.

00:57:42.140 And they will decide whether this has been overall a lawful criminal prosecution, which it has not,

00:57:50.720 or so outside the bounds of what statutes and sentencing guidance were supposed to do,

00:57:58.080 that they have abused their power, not just the DOJ,

00:58:02.260 but these judges on both the district level and circuit court level as well.

00:58:07.060 We could have a huge upheaval,

00:58:09.380 especially if the Supreme Court comes back and reverses DOJ on this 1512 C2.

00:58:15.380 There have to be calls for mass resignations and retirements at the Department of Justice and court system

00:58:21.460 if that is the case.

00:58:23.180 Also in Congress, I really truly believe that Representative Barry Loudermilk,

00:58:28.540 who with Speaker Mike Johnson's consent,

00:58:32.440 is slowly doing this rolling production of security video from January 6th.

00:58:38.180 I also believe that he is going to accelerate his own investigation,

00:58:43.180 not just into January 6th,

00:58:44.620 but the committee for destroying and concealing evidence that they produced during their quote-unquote investigation.

00:58:52.640 So that is my prediction for 2024,

00:58:56.340 aside from all the other law that's going on,

00:58:58.560 what's happening with Jack Smith.

00:58:59.880 And that's why they're so desperate to nail down the insurrection narrative,

00:59:03.900 because they see it unraveling in the court system,

00:59:07.020 they see it unraveling in the media,

00:59:08.800 they see it unraveling in Congress.

00:59:11.100 Justin, you know this is a big issue for the base,

00:59:14.060 for the Republican base.

00:59:15.880 They want accountability for what's happened to now more than 1,200 Americans charged for January 6th,

00:59:22.080 with new arrests announced every day, practically.

00:59:25.520 And certainly what's happened to Donald Trump and some of his associates.

00:59:30.320 So I think this is why they're scrambling to kind of piece this back together and sustain it,

00:59:36.460 because it's completely collapsing in the public square,

00:59:39.260 everywhere except on the far left and, you know, cable news like MSNBC and CNN.

00:59:44.180 What about some of these folks that are being held?

00:59:47.700 Do you think these folks, the January 6th,

00:59:49.360 the folks that are being held in some of the worst conditions?

00:59:52.820 I saw Congressman Louie Gohmert talking about this the other day,

00:59:55.780 saying, you know, we, and he was a judge at one point,

00:59:58.360 saying, you know, we don't hold, we don't punish people.

01:00:01.540 I mean, the guy that stabbed two teenagers in New York City the other day,

01:00:08.160 Grand Central Station, has been released.

01:00:09.920 These criminals, real violent criminals, are running the streets in cities all across this country,

01:00:19.720 and they've got people locked up awaiting trial who were just walking around the grounds of the Capitol that day.

01:00:28.760 Now, certainly there were some other folks that were involved in other things too,

01:00:31.600 but this is a fact, and it's abhorrent.

01:00:36.000 Are these people going to get justice?

01:00:37.800 Are they going to be released if all these things happen?

01:00:40.680 You know, I believe in my gut that they will.

01:00:43.460 You already see judges in Washington, including the new chief judge, James Bosberg.

01:00:50.360 Yes, that James Bosberg of the FISA court,

01:00:52.960 who are delaying sentencing for either convictions or plea deals on this obstruction count.

01:00:59.660 Look, these judges know, and some of them have said in court,

01:01:02.580 including judges who have refused to dismiss the count against January 6th defendants,

01:01:07.460 they knew this was headed to the Supreme Court.

01:01:09.460 They expressed doubt in their own courtrooms that the DOJ was accurately applying 1512C2,

01:01:16.800 but they didn't care because they are part of promoting this abusive retaliatory prosecution.

01:01:23.240 And I'm talking about Trump judges too.

01:01:26.780 In fact, Debbie Friedrich, a Trump appointee, she was the first judge to give her imprimatur on DOJ's use of 1512C2.

01:01:36.140 There's only one judge who dismissed this count saying that it did not apply,

01:01:41.080 and that's Carl Nichols, another Trump appointee, and that's how it's gotten to the Supreme Court.

01:01:46.520 So I do believe that justice is going to finally prevail for these people.

01:01:52.500 It will be too late for a lot of them, though, Justin.

01:01:54.920 I mean, you already see some people who were convicted of 1512C2 who are already being released from prison after spending months over a year in pretrial detention,

01:02:07.580 then sentenced to four years in prison.

01:02:09.840 Now they're finally getting out.

01:02:12.160 But where does Matthew Perna, who killed himself in February of 2022, after he pleaded guilty to 1512C2 thinking he was doing the right thing,

01:02:23.460 and killed himself after he found out DOJ would seek years in prison for that charge?

01:02:29.320 I mean, this has been so destructive, and that is why when the Supreme Court,

01:02:33.540 and many people firmly believe that they are going to reverse how DOJ has used this,

01:02:38.100 and this upholding, very tenuous upholding of it by the D.C. appellate court,

01:02:45.700 this is going to, this should send a thunderbolt to the Department of Justice and the federal courthouse in Washington.

01:02:53.160 From your lips to God's ears, Julie Kelly, where can folks follow you and catch up with you online

01:02:57.840 and all the writing and good work that you do?

01:03:00.500 Thanks, Justin.

01:03:01.520 At my sub-stack, Declassified with Julie Kelly, also Real Clear Investigations,

01:03:05.900 and of course Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly, too.

01:03:08.980 Julie Kelly, thank you for taking the time.

01:04:17.020 As the mainstream media perpetuates the left's insanity, we're helping you fight back one truth at a time.

01:04:24.400 More Glenn Beck next.

01:04:25.660 We are looking at a brand spanking new year and all that it holds right in front of us.

01:04:52.780 What?

01:04:55.180 Well, what is that?

01:04:58.020 2024.

01:04:59.040 I will tell you that one thing is for certain.

01:05:02.440 All of the chaos, the craziness, and the insanity that we've seen in the years prior here will certainly be a part of what we're facing in the year to come.

01:05:16.020 But how wild will it get?

01:05:19.720 That is part of the question, right?

01:05:21.960 I want to hear from you today.

01:05:23.480 We started filling in for Glenn on Wednesday this week, and we were talking about predictions.

01:05:30.920 I wanted to give you an opportunity to weigh in.

01:05:34.460 I love this audience.

01:05:36.120 There is no more informed, more articulate audience.

01:05:41.360 And, of course, there is no one who knows this stuff, right?

01:05:50.180 The news, what's really happening.

01:05:51.740 There's nobody more connected to reality than folks who listen to this program.

01:05:55.620 And so I opened up the phone lines, and, boy, we've had some doozies.

01:06:00.740 Let me do that again today.

01:06:01.840 Here's the number, 888-727-BECK.

01:06:04.400 That's 888-727-BECK. 0.81

01:06:09.680 888-727-BECK.

01:06:13.020 But I also am available on the email, justin at justinbarclay.com.

01:06:17.160 And, boy, like I said, we got some real interesting predictions.

01:06:23.940 It is the end of the year here.

01:06:25.540 We're wrapping things up in 23, moving ahead to 24.

01:06:30.360 What are your predictions?

01:06:32.740 What do you see coming?

01:06:34.740 And you don't have to give me more than we.

01:06:36.580 Give me one's fine, you know.

01:06:38.100 But good news, too, is included in this.

01:06:41.440 Now, we got a lot of skies falling, chicken little, you know, everything's on fire.

01:06:46.360 Because, of course, there is a good deal of truth to that.

01:06:50.960 But I also want to open the door for some of the good things that you think may be on the horizon as we face the next year.

01:06:58.560 I think, look, my goal, whenever I do any of my show, which airs mornings in Detroit, on Detroit's News Talk Superstation 9, 10 a.m.,

01:07:08.340 before Glenn's show, 6 to 9, and when I'm on in West Michigan on Wood Radio,

01:07:16.360 my goal is always, no matter what I'm doing, to make sure you have all of it,

01:07:20.640 the good, the bad, and the ugly, so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family.

01:07:25.620 So I'm not going to shy away from any of the most serious predictions,

01:07:30.580 but I also welcome in some of the good news, some of the things you see, the optimism you see on the horizon, the hope.

01:07:38.340 Those things are important.

01:07:40.960 In fact, you know, I'm not the only one.

01:07:46.340 I'm not the only one that thinks there ought to be a little more hope and that we ought to focus on some of that.

01:07:55.180 And in moments, I'll give you an opportunity to hear what Glenn has to say about it all actually coming out.

01:08:00.100 I'm sure he'll be talking more about this in the coming days.

01:08:02.240 But back to the story, if I can, get some more audio bites that are coming in.

01:08:08.900 The sound from Maine's maniac Secretary of State, Sheena Bellows, who's come out and said,

01:08:15.860 I'm taking Trump off the ballot, and then immediately in her press release or letter that she put out,

01:08:21.720 said, I don't know, I'm immediately suspending this.

01:08:23.300 But even though she went on CNN and on DNC and the rest of them, she did all that.

01:08:28.580 By the way, just listen to this, because this is another aspect somebody shared with me.

01:08:32.780 Think about this.

01:08:34.120 Listen to what she has to say here.

01:08:35.900 These are secretaries of state.

01:08:37.600 Now, I know they run like here in Michigan.

01:08:40.880 They're elected.

01:08:41.940 They run as partisans.

01:08:43.720 They are.

01:08:44.480 In fact, she is a Democrat.

01:08:46.440 She is a leftist hack. 0.99

01:08:50.140 But we are supposed to believe that these individuals are above and beyond reproach.

01:08:59.080 These are the people that, look, they are going to uphold the law.

01:09:06.940 And, of course, you can't even criticize them because they're not going to get into politics and all that.

01:09:12.160 But, of course, they're fully entrenched in it.

01:09:14.260 But we're supposed to believe that these people would never cheat.

01:09:19.660 Now, we have a secretary of state in Michigan.

01:09:22.680 Goes by the name of Jocelyn Benson. 0.97

01:09:25.240 She wants to run for governor here next time around. 1.00

01:09:28.740 So she's trying to play her cards right.

01:09:31.320 Jocelyn Benson is the most lawless secretary of state in the history of the great state of Michigan, in my humble opinion.

01:09:40.720 Multiple times she's lost in court cases and rulings.

01:09:47.260 In fact, one judge ruled, we're told 2020, the most secure, the most safe, the most effective.

01:09:55.340 Oh, that was something else.

01:09:56.680 We're told it was the most secure election of all time in 2020.

01:10:01.480 In fact, a judge has ruled that she broke the law.

01:10:07.160 A lot of the issue and a lot of the questions surrounding the election of 2020, the mail-in voting, the mail-in ballots.

01:10:15.600 Now, we know for a fact what I'm about to tell you is not crazy, wacky, tinfoil hat wearing, come down into the bunker with me, conspiracy theory stuff.

01:10:25.880 Now, this is a fact.

01:10:27.120 A judge ruled that she broke the law when she told clerks, that's local clerks, that they didn't have to inspect the absentee ballots or the absentee ballot signatures that came in.

01:10:44.780 They didn't have to verify.

01:10:47.040 So, essentially, that's leaving the door wide open for fraud.

01:10:51.260 We now know also that it happened in the state at the same time.

01:10:53.940 And while all this was going on, there was a massive operation from Democrat operatives.

01:11:01.120 It took place not only here in Michigan, but all throughout the country as well and throughout the state.

01:11:05.780 But they were busted in a little town, Muskegon, Michigan, where a clerk found somebody delivering.

01:11:10.820 They were going out, part of this operation, going out and registering people to vote.

01:11:16.040 These are absentee voter applications.

01:11:18.820 And many of them were fraudulent.

01:11:20.980 They were found to be that they were the same handwriting on every single one of them.

01:11:25.560 Go back.

01:11:26.000 Look this up.

01:11:26.700 I think it was a gateway pundit.

01:11:30.500 They did a lot of reporting on this.

01:11:32.380 In fact, it's local news.

01:11:34.320 Channel did reporting on it back in October of 2020.

01:11:38.280 So, the attorney general here, who's gone out and charged 16 different alternate electors, she's going after people right and left, her political opponents. 1.00

01:11:48.080 The same kind of people that are after Donald Trump, President Trump right now, trying to charge him with all these things.

01:11:53.960 These are the same folks.

01:11:55.720 She hasn't dealt with this individual who was out there in this operation.

01:12:00.360 They knew the whole time.

01:12:02.980 They knew.

01:12:04.280 They knew what was going on.

01:12:05.980 They knew the game.

01:12:07.480 Passed it along to the Department of Injustice and the FBI, and apparently Bill Barr sat on it.

01:12:15.420 Nothing was done.

01:12:16.560 They knew what was happening, and nothing was done.

01:12:19.520 Nothing has come out of this.

01:12:20.860 So, you have this operation happening where they're registering falsely addresses that weren't real, handwriting that matched on multiple ballots.

01:12:30.980 It's the same person filling the thing out over and over again.

01:12:34.100 And then you've got a Secretary of State here in Michigan telling people, oh, no, no, no, don't look at the clerks.

01:12:38.620 Don't look at those signatures.

01:12:39.940 We don't care.

01:12:40.440 And we're supposed to believe that the Secretary of State in Maine, and the rest of them, and these Democrat, leftist, progressive enclaves, we're supposed to believe that their election and every election that they oversee is nothing but fair and honest.

01:12:59.780 Again, I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision, that it is unprecedented.

01:13:06.540 Admitted no Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, but no presidential candidate has ever engaged in insurrection and been disqualified under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

01:13:22.980 Including the one that she's targeting and trying to take off the ballot. 1.00

01:13:27.760 It's so shifty, it's so shady, and even CNN's own legal analyst says this won't cut the mustard.

01:13:34.320 Is, were the processes, were these hearings fair?

01:13:38.540 Did they comport with due process?

01:13:40.080 And I think there's a question there with regard to what Maine did.

01:13:43.020 Because if you look at the hearing, and she details this in the ruling, they heard from one fact witness, a law professor.

01:13:50.060 She based her ruling on a lot of documents, but also YouTube clips, news reports, things that would never pass the bar in normal court.

01:13:58.360 She's not a lawyer, by the way.

01:13:59.220 It's a smartly written decision, clearly consulted with lawyers, but this is an unelected, she's chosen by the state legislature.

01:14:04.900 She's elected by the state legislature. 0.76

01:14:05.280 Chosen, elected by the legislature, but not democratically elected, not a NOC, that's just the way it's set up in Maine.

01:14:10.880 And this hearing, look, it doesn't have to be a criminal trial.

01:14:13.860 We don't have to have all the protections.

01:14:15.460 But I think the argument you'll hear from opponents is, one, not up to the states to do this.

01:14:19.340 This is why we have all different decisions from all different states.

01:14:21.940 And, two, the procedures, we're not up to snuff.

01:14:25.460 It is phony baloney, in other words. 0.97

01:14:29.320 Even CNN's legal analysts saying, it is a show of excremental proportions. 0.95

01:16:04.760 Predictions for 2024.

01:16:14.580 We're wrapping up the year here and put as we put this sort of the, sort of the seal the deal here and the closing, finishing touches on everything.

01:16:25.440 We are looking forward to 2024 and what might be on the way.

01:16:31.360 Justin Barclay in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program.

01:16:34.760 I appreciate being able to spend the time with you.

01:16:36.500 I tell you, this is an honor.

01:16:37.680 Every time I have the fortune to sit down, it's just a blessing to be able to spend time with this audience.

01:16:43.520 And, of course, I look forward to it each time I get to fill in and sit in this chair.

01:16:50.920 It is an honor.

01:16:52.160 But one of the bigger parts of that is the audience.

01:16:55.260 It is the folks that listen to this program.

01:16:58.160 Just like you.

01:16:59.120 You are in touch with reality like none other.

01:17:02.780 You know what's up and what's down.

01:17:06.400 We don't have to have discussions on what a woman is or anything. 1.00

01:17:09.460 Look, we're just plain old-fashioned common sense, but the truth is alive and well here.

01:17:15.640 But you also have a firm grasp on what may be coming.

01:17:21.340 And, of course, I don't think that's hard to do when you have the ability to think critically and you are aware.

01:17:29.700 And more and more people are waking up.

01:17:30.820 But there is programs like this that are making that happen.

01:17:35.820 And that's why I wanted to ask you what your predictions are for 2024.

01:17:43.260 And there are going to be some good ones.

01:17:44.700 There are going to be some dire ones.

01:17:46.100 But I want to hear the good, bad, and the ugly.

01:17:47.940 I think that's the best way that each of us can make the best decision for our families and the folks we care about.

01:17:55.420 Let me go to Matt in Michigan.

01:18:00.820 Matt, who is up first in my current home state of Michigan.

01:18:05.020 Matt, appreciate you joining us today with your 2024 prediction on the Glenn Beck program.

01:18:09.940 What do you see coming?

01:18:11.600 Well, I see a couple of things, actually.

01:18:14.400 But I think it's going to be a clean sweep in all three of the branches.

01:18:20.800 And I really look for Trump to carry almost a landslide.

01:18:27.360 I think people are just so sick of things right now that any kind of change at all would work.

01:18:32.880 But the 20 seats up for grabs are 33 seats, I believe, in the Senate.

01:18:39.400 And with 20 of them being Democrats, I don't think that's going to be a little turnover.

01:18:46.380 I think that's going to be with the Republicans taking it by three or four seats.

01:18:51.320 Let me ask you, Matt, I love to think that it would be a clean sweep, but I can't bring myself to say that I'm necessarily that naive.

01:19:06.440 I've got to ask you, what do you think has changed?

01:19:09.620 What swayed voters, or what do you think has changed?

01:19:13.240 Assuming, let's say it was rigged, like Trump says, in 2020, what has been fixed or what has been changed to allow that to happen in 2024?

01:19:24.820 Well, I think one of the things is, like, 22, we thought it was going to be a red wave, and it turned out not to be in, I think, for the number one reason of abortion.

01:19:35.520 So I think abortion's going to be on the back burner. 1.00

01:19:39.620 Now, you know that, you know that, and I know that, but you know who knows that even more so is Democrats.

01:19:45.880 So we're seeing them bring that up, and they want to make that front and center again, and especially in some of these battleground states,

01:19:53.960 they're trying to get these initiatives on the ballot.

01:19:57.040 What makes you think they're not going to pull that card out again?

01:20:00.760 Because I just don't think that that's what people are worried about right now.

01:20:04.960 Right now, they're worried about 10 million people in their country walking.

01:20:10.780 I don't know if you've seen it in Michigan, but I have here in Shelby Township.

01:20:16.020 Asking for food, and that's going to only get worse.

01:20:21.520 It's not going to get better.

01:20:22.920 I agree, and you know, and Matt, I don't mean to, but I got to cut you off just a little bit here,

01:20:28.240 because you and I are on the same page, but that's because you and I are in touch with reality.

01:20:32.780 But let me ask, because you know not everybody is in touch.

01:20:37.660 Oh, no, did we just lose him?

01:20:39.160 I was going to ask the question.

01:20:40.460 Okay, so here's the question.

01:20:41.660 If we get Matt back, or for you to ponder as you're listening, because I didn't mean to cut him off altogether,

01:20:47.560 but here's the question I want to ask.

01:20:51.060 You and I know that the border's wide open, and Michigan's one of the states,

01:20:56.940 one of the top, I think it's 510 that they're bringing folks to.

01:21:01.320 We know that we have crime through the roof.

01:21:03.880 We know that we have major issues, the economy.

01:21:06.620 Oh, it's the economy, Stu.

01:21:07.900 Think about the economy right now.

01:21:10.680 It's more expensive for everything.

01:21:12.340 I just saw a meme posted online that says, your bill is ready to be viewed.

01:21:16.900 And the person's saying, what if I'm not ready to view it?

01:21:21.620 So, look, we can even laugh or cry about this, but seriously, everything is more expensive.

01:21:27.340 But my question is this.

01:21:28.620 You and I know this, but what about the folks on the other side of the aisle,

01:21:34.560 the other people that don't listen to the same radio programs,

01:21:37.900 they don't consume the same podcast media that you do,

01:21:41.040 they're not in touch with reality.

01:21:43.200 What about those folks?

01:21:44.200 Just a, look, it's a fair question to ask.

01:21:48.320 I want to get into that, too.

01:21:49.500 When we come back, we'll get more of your predictions after this good, bad, and ugly.

01:21:53.220 Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program.

01:21:56.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:21:58.520 We've got no room to compromise.

01:22:25.000 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

01:22:50.180 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:22:53.740 We've heard of all kinds of catastrophe and the Black Swan event and maybe even some good things coming our way for 2024.

01:23:07.560 Despite all of the negativity, all the darkness that we face, and there's plenty of it,

01:23:13.580 maybe there's a reason to hang on to hope.

01:23:15.960 What's coming in 2024, we'll hear from you, your predictions, and even Glenn.

01:23:23.480 I think I may have a solution for everything we face, too.

01:23:26.980 Coming up, we'll get into all of it.

01:23:29.020 Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program, back after 60 seconds.

01:23:32.980 Your home is so much more than the place you live.

01:23:42.580 It's an investment tool as well, and you can put that tool to use and access the equity that you have as cash

01:23:48.900 to pay off those high-interest credit cards.

01:23:51.340 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?

01:23:54.220 Some people are paying 30-plus every single month.

01:23:57.120 I mean, it's insane.

01:23:57.980 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up,

01:24:02.900 and you just can't let that happen, which is why you need to look at your spending, your financing, your debt.

01:24:07.920 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.

01:24:10.560 This is a family-owned mortgage lender.

01:24:12.240 They're not a bank.

01:24:13.140 You're important to them.

01:24:14.060 There's no pressure, no upfront or hidden fees.

01:24:16.220 If you call them today, you might be able to close in as fast as 10 days and even delay two mortgage payments.

01:24:22.060 They're saving homeowners just like you an average of $826 a month.

01:24:26.160 That could be life-changing.

01:24:27.380 So call today, 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.

01:24:33.900 American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.

01:24:44.160 Yeah, we are hearing about all of the stories that are happening, swirling around us right now.

01:24:50.800 The border will remain a big one in 2024, unless the Democrats are able, somehow Biden is able to wrangle it and put the brakes on.

01:25:02.280 You know, they have been the ones behind it.

01:25:05.920 They have been the ones who are pushing for all of this.

01:25:12.140 But yet, they're starting to see some backlash.

01:25:14.220 And that may be one of the things that you see shifts a little bit in 2024.

01:25:20.740 Even the Democrat mayor of New York City, Eric Adams.

01:25:25.140 We're seeing the erosion of the quality of life that we've improved on in such a short period of time of this administration.

01:25:33.200 And we have been impacted.

01:25:34.400 For many months, we were able to keep the visualization of this crisis from hitting our streets.

01:25:42.200 But we have reached a breaking point.

01:25:44.400 Breaking point.

01:25:45.660 This is language being used.

01:25:48.980 Folks all across the spectrum.

01:25:51.160 Chicago mayor, even wackier leftist, Mayor Brandon Adams, said they are on the verge of collapse.

01:25:59.980 In Chicago, anywhere else in the country.

01:26:02.040 The public good is already stressed.

01:26:06.300 Whether it's our transportation system, our healthcare system, our education system.

01:26:11.300 You know, all of these systems are already stretched to meet the demands of families who have been here.

01:26:19.260 You know, over the past seven months, it's been an incredible, an incredible strain on every aspect of city services.

01:26:28.900 And in Chicago, anywhere else in the country.

01:26:32.180 The public good is already stressed.

01:26:35.560 Whether it's our transportation system, our healthcare system, our education system.

01:26:40.500 You know, all of these systems are already stretched to meet the demands of families who have been here.

01:26:47.960 And then you add everyone else into the mix and you get what they got right now, which ain't good.

01:26:54.920 Even CNN is talking about how big of a problem this is for Biden right now.

01:27:01.780 This is why Mayorkas is down there with the rest of the folks in Mexico trying to work some of this out.

01:27:07.540 Can you put the brakes on this?

01:27:09.200 Can there's something you can do to help us, you know, through the election year here?

01:27:13.960 Blue states are seeing the most Google searches related to illegal immigration as more Americans say it's a top issue.

01:27:20.720 What do voters think about immigration right now?

01:27:22.740 Yeah, it's becoming a real top issue here.

01:27:25.240 So the top issue facing the nation.

01:27:26.860 Look, the economy is still number one.

01:27:28.760 It was number one in August.

01:27:30.100 It's number one now.

01:27:30.920 But take a look at the immigration slash border security.

01:27:33.460 It was just 11 percent in August.

01:27:35.160 Look where it's hopped to now, 19 percent.

01:27:38.620 So it's closing in on the economy and a number of different polls I've looked at.

01:27:42.680 Immigration and border security is running a closer second place to the economy as we head into 2024.

01:27:48.700 And you might be thinking, OK, this is just Republican voters who are feeling this way.

01:27:53.020 No, but I want you to take a look here because I think this is rather interesting.

01:27:56.160 The most Google searches for migrants by state.

01:27:59.080 Look at all these states, Phil.

01:28:00.840 They're all blue states.

01:28:02.300 Illinois is one.

01:28:03.160 New York is two.

01:28:04.000 Massachusetts is three.

01:28:05.440 New Jersey is four.

01:28:06.460 Colorado is five.

01:28:07.500 And, of course, there's been a lot of talk about the migrant crisis in both Illinois and New York.

01:28:11.500 And it seems like even voters in those states, very blue states, states that Democrats win in general elections.

01:28:16.800 They've had enough.

01:28:17.940 They've had enough.

01:28:18.840 So what you're going to watch and see in 2024, my prediction, is they're going to try and tell you over and over again.

01:28:26.140 Now the economy is back on track.

01:28:27.700 Look at everything.

01:28:28.180 We've got interest rates coming down.

01:28:29.680 Gases drop.

01:28:30.480 You're seeing the price of gas drop right now.

01:28:32.520 The price of things at the grocery store probably ain't going anywhere because it's kind of baked in.

01:28:40.560 And once it goes up, do you ever see it come down?

01:28:42.800 No.

01:28:45.800 But they're going to tell you over and over and over and over and lie and lie and lie and deny over and over again through the mechanism of the mainstream media machinery.

01:28:54.720 They're going to tell you that it's fine and everything's good and Biden's got us back on track.

01:28:59.620 And they're going to try and get these pictures in the video that we're seeing of people coming across the border off your TV screens.

01:29:06.740 That is going to be the big goal because those are the two biggest issues that they are facing.

01:29:11.260 And Biden owns it all.

01:29:12.860 He owns it.

01:29:14.720 He owns it all.

01:29:16.280 Just a couple of my predictions there for 2024.

01:29:19.520 I've got more coming up.

01:29:21.020 I'd love to hear from you.

01:29:22.020 Even some good news.

01:29:23.160 We'll get to Bob in Kentucky first with your predictions on the Glenn Beck program.

01:29:27.040 888-727-BECK.

01:29:28.640 Bob, you're on.

01:29:30.740 Good morning.

01:29:31.940 How are you?

01:29:32.880 Morning.

01:29:33.240 Great.

01:29:34.340 Let's talk about government spending and waste.

01:29:37.080 The infrastructure act that is set to release billions of dollars to states starting next year when our supply chain is not ready.

01:29:47.480 We've already talked about a shortage of workers.

01:29:51.040 We've been putting people to school, getting degrees, but we've not been putting people to blue-collar trades and filling up the trades.

01:30:00.060 But yet we're going to spend billions of dollars on infrastructure, broadband investment.

01:30:05.420 And there is not enough supply chain.

01:30:09.320 The debacle of COVID, shutting down factories, is still plaguing us today.

01:30:14.340 Ordering equipment and tools takes years to get.

01:30:18.160 But yet, next year, we're supposed to start this big program.

01:30:22.760 What do you see?

01:30:24.540 Do you see a breakdown further than what we see?

01:30:27.680 What do you see coming, Bob?

01:30:29.540 I see a waste.

01:30:31.980 I see a lot of opportunity for fraud.

01:30:34.340 And this government money to flow into hands of people that aren't going to actually spend it.

01:30:42.860 They're going to show effort, but they're not going to complete the work because they can't complete the work.

01:30:48.480 And it's just going to be another failed government program.

01:30:51.580 Yeah.

01:30:51.820 Well, you don't have to crystal ball for that one.

01:30:55.520 But, Bob, I do appreciate it.

01:30:56.960 Thank you very much.

01:30:57.940 That's par for the course of these bloated government projects and programs.

01:31:04.600 And they're going to spend more and more money.

01:31:07.120 And, again, where does it come from?

01:31:08.560 I saw the other day, governor here in Michigan, free lunches for the kids and free breakfast and free, free, free.

01:31:14.060 And then I saw another state where they said, we're getting rid of this.

01:31:17.640 We're going to pass a law where you can't say free.

01:31:20.060 Well, no, that wasn't a state.

01:31:21.200 What was, we lay it down in Argentina and said, we're going to get rid of that word free because it's not true.

01:31:28.740 You mean the farmers gave the food that make these lunches free?

01:31:32.640 No, no, no, no, no.

01:31:33.860 You and I paid for it.

01:31:36.060 So taxpayer funded would be the better word for that.

01:31:41.100 Dan in Oregon is up next with a big prediction for 2024.

01:31:45.880 Dan, what do you see coming?

01:31:47.120 Uh, first, the good news.

01:31:50.880 There's lots of good folks in this country who believe in righteousness and there's hope.

01:31:57.160 Uh, let me give you a little background.

01:32:00.760 I specialize in critical thinking.

01:32:03.600 Three years ago, I thought, yeah, the one thing we get really important, let's get some integrity back in the elections.

01:32:11.440 That course that didn't happen.

01:32:12.960 Uh, now moving on to my black swan event, uh, I've been talking about this for a long, long time.

01:32:22.940 And now other people are saying, oh yeah, gee, there might be terrorists.

01:32:26.760 Well, yeah, duh.

01:32:29.160 And here's what I think the terrorists are going to do.

01:32:32.860 Our country's never been so vulnerable, uh, in many, many ways from the economy to energy to everything.

01:32:42.080 But I think, you know, and it was demonstrated there on the East Coast a couple of years ago.

01:32:48.820 So yeah, it was with 30 caliber rifles, I think shots and transformer.

01:32:53.380 Hey, all right.

01:32:56.080 So imagine you have a thousand tens of thousand operatives, terrorists, they're already equipped and they've got their mission.

01:33:08.900 They're all assigned various substations around the country.

01:33:13.020 They're pretty vulnerable.

01:33:14.200 And, uh, you know, so you've got small teams, they go to a substation, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, shoot all the transformers.

01:33:23.040 That's all you got to do, run a 30 caliber slug into a transformer, get done.

01:33:27.860 And they take out thousands and thousands of transformers. 1.00

01:33:33.200 Yeah.

01:33:33.440 All right.

01:33:34.020 Well, we got hundreds of replacements.

01:33:36.940 That ain't going to help.

01:33:38.780 And if you want to replace them, I know, cause I got a friend who works in this field.

01:33:42.720 It all comes from China and it'll take years and years to get done. 0.97

01:33:46.700 And it's going to leave us in the dark.

01:33:49.160 Um, Bob, I appreciate your prediction.

01:33:51.240 This is, this is a very real concern.

01:33:55.480 And Bob is absolutely right to be thinking about it.

01:33:58.320 And I just wish the folks in power would be thinking about it and taking it a little more seriously as well.

01:34:05.760 Another prediction or two headed your way coming out.

01:34:08.100 Plus we got breaking news out of Ohio.

01:34:10.400 888-727-BECK is the phone number.

01:34:13.600 Breaking news out of Ohio next.

01:34:15.080 Justin Barkley in for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program.

01:34:19.120 Your car is like an extension of you.

01:34:21.760 Am I right?

01:34:22.380 It goes wherever you go from work to the gym, picking up the kids, dining out, visiting grandma.

01:34:26.840 So when your car breaks down, it's kind of like you're breaking down.

01:34:30.520 At least you will from the cost of fixing it.

01:34:32.920 Am I right?

01:34:34.140 But fear not because CarShield has your back like they've had mine with my trucks up at the ranch.

01:34:39.480 Don't worry about how much it's going to cost to fix your car when it breaks down because you'll have a protection plan like I do with CarShield.

01:34:46.340 It covers more than 5,000 parts from alternators to big ticket items like transmissions.

01:35:00.040 No matter how many claims you file, no matter what happens with inflation, you're stuck on the side of the road?

01:35:22.280 Breaking news out of Ohio.

01:35:29.980 Governor DeWine, their Republican, has announced that he will veto a bill that would ban the gender-affirming care, as they call it, or treatments.

01:35:42.400 This is all of the hormone therapy, all of the nip-tuck, all of that stuff for kids.

01:35:50.640 DeWine says he will veto its House Bill 68 after speaking with physicians and families impacted.

01:36:00.160 I've also listened to youth, he says, and parents, parents who have told him, if not for this treatment, their child would be dead.

01:36:06.580 And it is child abuse.

01:36:14.280 And I just don't see any other way around this.

01:36:18.580 That is a very unfortunate decision by a man who is a Republican, masquerading as a Republican in the state of Ohio.

01:36:34.040 Look, this is pretty simple to me.

01:36:37.460 If your kid can't get a tattoo, can't get a piercing in the state of Ohio without parental consent at age 18,

01:36:45.320 you know, these are things that are pretty simple, pretty standard.

01:36:51.000 We would not allow that to happen to a minor in any other way.

01:36:54.260 So why would we allow any other permanent things that could do permanent damage to children

01:36:58.660 to be done before they've been able to actually make their final decision on things?

01:37:05.180 And how many people have we heard from over and over again?

01:37:07.280 Well, they have said, I went through with this, I did this, and it was, it was the worst decision.

01:37:17.220 I regret it.

01:37:19.820 Chloe, I can't remember Chloe's last name.

01:37:22.200 One of the folks who was out there talking about this, very vocal about it.

01:37:25.560 And I've actually, I don't know if we've got, is the guest, is the guest ready?

01:37:33.800 We got Adam, who has a similar story.

01:37:38.920 Oh, we'll get that, I'm bottom of the hour here, coming up in about 10 minutes or so.

01:37:42.860 But that's a similar story.

01:37:44.000 A dad who's fighting this fight out in California.

01:37:46.540 I just can't imagine.

01:37:50.280 And he's been going on and on and on for years now out in California.

01:37:55.760 Dealing with this and has lost custody.

01:37:59.140 Can you imagine as a father losing custody of your child in a situation like this?

01:38:10.040 The world is on crazy.

01:38:13.980 But look, let's get some good news.

01:38:16.220 And predictions as well.

01:38:18.220 David, it is in New York with some good news.

01:38:21.560 Maybe a positive prediction, I'm hoping.

01:38:24.680 Dave, you're on the Glenn Beck program.

01:38:27.980 Yes, sir.

01:38:28.500 Thank you.

01:38:29.280 Love the show.

01:38:31.640 I watched a interview with Charles Schultz, the writer of The Peanuts.

01:38:39.480 And he said that the common man, the one that takes out his own trash and mows his own lawn,

01:38:48.440 will be the one that helps this country continue being this country.

01:38:53.640 He will just get up out of his chair, take care of his own business.

01:38:58.380 And I grew up watching the Waltons.

01:39:01.160 And I think that every town, every county has a John Walton in them.

01:39:08.040 Just that wise guy that quietly gets up and takes care of his family, his job, and quietly votes.

01:39:19.360 Nobody knows if he's a Republican or Democrat.

01:39:22.360 He just got that common sense right and wrong.

01:39:26.520 You would not know what party he's from.

01:39:31.940 You'll never question if he's racist.

01:39:34.980 He will open doors for ladies. 0.94

01:39:37.060 That will all come back.

01:39:40.020 I don't know what event will send it back.

01:39:43.220 But this country is a great country.

01:39:46.760 And I just feel that it's just going to continue.

01:39:52.600 That's just my prediction.

01:39:55.060 Dave, from your lips to God's ears, I certainly hope so.

01:39:59.240 Thank you.

01:40:00.400 That's a good question, though.

01:40:01.660 What will make that come back?

01:40:05.800 What could fuel that?

01:40:07.860 You know, Glenn was talking about that.

01:40:09.640 We got a clip here.

01:40:10.520 Some of the best of the best from last year and predictions, et cetera.

01:40:14.780 Glenn actually was talking about this.

01:40:17.600 And this didn't happen on the program.

01:40:19.060 This happened while he was out, I guess, talking to folks who are doing the tour with the Covenant.

01:40:28.060 He was discussing, you know, what may be on the horizon.

01:40:34.640 And his calling and how it shifted.

01:40:40.980 And it has a great deal to do with that hope that the caller just talked about.

01:40:45.360 I want to play some of this.

01:40:46.240 I don't know how much we're going to be able to get to.

01:40:48.060 But I'll play some of this before the break for you.

01:40:50.420 Here's Glenn.

01:40:51.080 Two weeks ago just ended last Friday.

01:40:55.360 And I'm not sure yet, because while I knew I had to show up, and he got a little mushy with me and is like, you figure it out.

01:41:07.220 And I think what he's telling me is something that I have prayed for for a long time.

01:41:15.940 I think he's releasing me from my calling, my calling to warn.

01:41:23.160 There's a new calling coming, and it is hope.

01:41:27.560 All those that could hear the warning have heard the warning.

01:41:35.040 It's time now to join with people and focus.

01:41:41.420 He wins.

01:41:42.560 I don't know what that means for us, but he wins.

01:41:46.200 He has us.

01:41:52.460 The one thing I got in all those last two weeks is, I know you.

01:41:55.440 I got you.

01:41:56.480 I got you.

01:41:57.420 Let it go.

01:41:58.920 You know, when Satan comes up to the Lord, it's not like the Lord is like, oh, I'm going to meet Satan again today.

01:42:09.360 You're dismissed.

01:42:10.840 That's good.

01:42:11.640 All right.

01:42:11.880 You're dismissed.

01:42:12.280 I got to say, this is absolutely, I know this is right.

01:42:15.840 In fact, I've felt the very same way for quite some time now.

01:42:23.480 We've got to give people hope.

01:42:25.560 I'm not talking about false hope.

01:42:26.960 I'm talking about real hope and the truth.

01:42:29.400 And look, I've got another clip later on that I think will put a cap on this program today.

01:42:35.080 The solution.

01:42:37.680 The solution to it all.

01:42:40.640 Of how we get things back on track.

01:42:44.240 Where that all plays out.

01:42:46.180 That's coming up a little bit later on on the Glenn Beck program.

01:42:49.480 But I'm telling you the solution, just like the caller just mentioned.

01:42:54.440 Sort of like what Glenn just mentioned.

01:42:56.440 It is.

01:42:57.360 It's partly God.

01:42:59.200 It's us.

01:42:59.800 It's us.

01:43:00.480 It's leaning into the call, leaning into all that God has planned for us and the nation,

01:43:06.720 then our own lives, but also the nation.

01:43:08.640 And it's us putting faith to our feet and having the courage to walk it out.

01:43:16.640 Because it's not always easy.

01:43:18.060 But it's simple.

01:43:21.680 And as the caller just mentioned, if the same folks that take out their own trash, mow their own lawns,

01:43:28.360 and do everything that they do to keep this country moving on a daily basis,

01:43:31.360 just get up out of our chairs and we would just do whatever it is that needs to be done on a daily basis.

01:43:38.620 The call that God's laid before you.

01:43:42.040 And you'll know it.

01:43:43.140 You ask him.

01:43:43.820 If you're not sure, ask him what it is.

01:43:45.420 We'll get this country back on track.

01:43:47.780 The Glenn Back Program.

01:43:51.540 My pillow is always looking for ways to solve everyday problems.

01:43:55.500 For instance, your towels.

01:43:56.940 You go into stores, towels feel soft at the touch at first.

01:44:00.180 Then you go home, use them, and you find they're not really absorbent at all.

01:44:03.920 That's why my pillow now has my towels.

01:44:07.200 They actually work.

01:44:08.200 They're soft and absorbent.

01:44:09.560 Now my pillow is excited to announce two brand new lines of my towels for you to try.

01:44:53.000 Glenn Beck.

01:44:54.520 Avoiding the woke mainstream messaging in favor of truth.

01:44:57.920 Can you imagine as a parent not being able to see your kid and for years as they are toyed with and all sorts of things beyond your control?

01:45:25.940 Well, and the government has stepped in and said that you're the problem.

01:45:29.780 That is what's happening to a man out of California, and he's dealing with it right now with his child.

01:45:35.600 Adam Veena joins us right now with this story that is heartbreaking.

01:45:40.180 Adam, I saw your story and heard a little bit about it and thought it deserved a spotlight so that you could share what's happening and folks could come alongside you to support.

01:45:51.400 And not only that, but be aware of what's happening out there because it is an important story.

01:45:56.600 Thank you for joining us today on the Glenn Beck program.

01:45:58.240 Yeah, thank you.

01:46:00.360 Thank you for having me.

01:46:01.200 I appreciate you taking the time out to listen to my story.

01:46:07.800 It's been a wild roller coaster for myself for the last four years.

01:46:16.000 It started, my son is now five years old, and his mother started dressing him in girls' clothes at two years old.

01:46:27.680 And I spoke out against it to her, and I thought it had stopped.

01:46:34.240 But on my son's third birthday is when he told me that his mom had bought him a pink princess dress.

01:46:43.960 And I got down on one knee and looked him in the eyes, and I told him, hey, buddy, you're a boy, and boys don't wear dresses.

01:46:51.240 And he said, okay, daddy.

01:46:54.100 We went back to cake and ice cream for his birthday.

01:46:57.600 And a couple days later, it was really, really bugging me really bad because this wasn't the first time.

01:47:04.060 This was the second time that it had happened.

01:47:06.640 And I sent out 46 consecutive text messages to her dating that he's a boy, not a girl.

01:47:17.540 Stop dressing my son in girls' clothes. 1.00

01:47:19.500 Never once in any of those text messages were there any threats of violence to him or her,

01:47:25.180 nor has there ever been any physical violence to my son or to her.

01:47:29.840 But she was able to gain a temporary restraining order on me, which put me on a restraining order against my son and herself.

01:47:43.260 And once it got into the court system, it seems like it has completely spiraled out of control for me, for his grandparents.

01:47:57.400 And I don't know what to do.

01:48:03.680 I've had a lot of support, but the court system has, and the attorneys and the therapists have destroyed me.

01:48:14.360 And more importantly, they've completely brainwashed my son.

01:48:23.540 The California courts ordered a gender assessment to be done on my son, which I spoke out against, and they continued with that.

01:48:32.440 When I requested to sit in on the assessment, to be physically there as his father, to ask my own personal questions, that was denied.

01:48:42.920 I requested a child therapist to sit in, not to sway left or right on this situation, but just to figure out what questions and how they were going to determine whatever they were going to determine.

01:48:55.880 And that was denied.

01:48:57.000 And I was also denied a physical phone call with the doctor from Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

01:49:05.560 What are you, what is, what is, what is any hope on the horizon for you?

01:49:10.860 I mean, all of this is, it just seems insurmountable.

01:49:13.400 I know as a father, I've never stopped fighting for my kids.

01:49:17.540 What is, what's on the horizon here?

01:49:20.160 My attorney, the new attorney that I have now is absolutely amazing.

01:49:28.820 But the chips are, I mean, we are actually up against, I'm David and we're up against the Goliath, which is the state of California.

01:49:37.740 Because what they, they believe what she is doing and what the therapists and the doctors and the attorneys are doing to my son is right.

01:49:46.060 I mean, they refer to my son in court as my daughter.

01:49:50.020 My son now has she, her pronouns at five years old and he goes by a girl's name.

01:49:56.020 I have never once been sat down as the father to my son to ask what I think is going on with him.

01:50:03.300 It has been 100% one-sided and mind you, the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles stated that my son has, has gender curious.

01:50:15.380 He's never been diagnosed with gender dysphoria, but yet the system is still treating my son as if he has gender dysphoria.

01:50:24.740 And I say it every time I talk to people that this, the system has treated my son from A to Z.

01:50:34.600 They don't, they're not treating my son A, B and C and D.

01:50:38.200 I mean, most doctors or therapists should treat, treat something A, B and C and, and, and work their way up.

01:50:45.360 But in my son's case, they just went from A to Z with my son.

01:50:48.640 And now I have no physical contact with my son.

01:50:52.760 I have, I haven't, man, I'm, I'm a, sorry.

01:50:59.600 I miss my, I miss my, I miss my, I hate the system, what they've done to my son, man.

01:51:07.620 I really do.

01:51:09.440 They've, sorry, they've completely destroyed my little boy.

01:51:12.840 My little boy was a, I asked my mom and my dad, my dad, his grandparents every single day that I missed something with my son Aiden.

01:51:21.680 And they tell me every single day he was a normal and perfect little boy that wanted to do normal little boy things.

01:51:28.800 Never once did we as a family ever get an inkling that my son Aiden wanted to be a girl.

01:51:34.940 That's why I know that this has, this has been groomed and, and he has been, this has been forced upon my son.

01:51:43.840 Because there's no little boy, there's not one person in this country that can tell me that a two-year-old up to a five-year-old knows the difference between male and female.

01:51:53.720 There's not a five-year-old in this world that knows the difference between male genitalia and female genitalia unless it has been forced upon them.

01:52:02.220 And that's what they're doing to my son.

01:52:04.560 At five years old, my son is now considered full transgender at five.

01:52:13.720 I mean, I, I, I tell people all the time, man, I, I could, I could have a billion dollars sitting in my bank account and I could hire the greatest law firms and the greatest attorneys and spend a billion dollars on, on, on attorneys.

01:52:28.860 But it, but it doesn't seem it's going to change anything because of the state that we're living.

01:52:33.920 Everything is so stacked against me in this, in this, in this system.

01:52:38.420 My attorney, when he asked to talk about the gender, they are allowed to talk about the gender in court.

01:52:43.960 But as soon as my attorney starts to, to, uh, fight what they're saying on gender, the judge out of Los Angeles says, Oh, I'm not here for a gender debate.

01:52:53.320 And my attorney goes, well, wait a second.

01:52:55.100 You just allowed them to spend 10 minutes talking about it, but I can't spend 10 minutes on my own to talk about it.

01:53:03.640 So that's what we're up against.

01:53:06.180 That's what we're up against, man.

01:53:07.580 I, sorry, I'm, I keep speaking and I'm not allowed, allowing you to speak right now.

01:53:12.540 Um, Adam, uh, I am speechless.

01:53:16.060 Um, I'm at a loss for words.

01:53:18.120 I can't imagine as a father of my own two children, what you're going through.

01:53:22.420 I can't imagine a day, uh, without one of my little girls and let alone, uh, the amount of time that you've had to go with, without your boy.

01:53:31.140 Um, what, what if he's listening right now?

01:53:35.400 Um, what would you say to him?

01:53:39.800 I love you, buddy.

01:53:40.820 I miss you a ton mom and grandma and grandpa miss you.

01:53:45.120 I don't care about anything else, man.

01:53:46.960 All I want to do is hold my son and they've completely taken away my father's rights.

01:53:51.920 They've completely taken away my parental rights.

01:53:54.740 I, uh, I pay for his medical and dental and vision.

01:53:58.240 And I requested to, to ask how a doctor's appointment went.

01:54:03.360 Um, and they called the police on me cause it was a restraining order violation.

01:54:07.500 How can people listening help you out?

01:54:13.420 Um, because they know they're going to want to, what, what, what, what is, is there a way, is there a way to donate to a fund legal fund or something or, or make phone calls?

01:54:22.720 What can people do?

01:54:23.840 Um, so it's difficult for me to ask for help.

01:54:27.980 I've always been very independent, but this fight is just not for, for me, it's for all the kids in California or across the United States.

01:54:38.300 This is not a, a, a left or a right issue.

01:54:41.280 Um, they're, they're coming after our kids full force.

01:54:44.660 Um, but there's a give, send, go out there that, uh, Lindsay Graham, um, the Patriot Barbie, um, set up for me.

01:54:53.280 Um, she's been absolutely amazing.

01:54:54.880 Um, helping me with this along with mom army seek, um, it's give, send, go, um, dot com forward slash save Adam's son.

01:55:05.580 Save Adam's son.

01:55:08.300 Adam, will you come back on and tell us any updates that, uh, that come of this?

01:55:15.120 And of course, we're going to, we're going to know that there are going to be so many people praying for you and your son today after hearing this story.

01:55:21.980 Um, the power of prayer, please don't give up.

01:55:24.660 I know it's, I know it's important.

01:55:26.940 I can't, I can't give up, man.

01:55:28.840 That's my son.

01:55:30.080 I don't kind of father would I be if I gave up on him, even though the chips are stacked completely against me and living in California.

01:55:38.300 I can't, I can't, I can't give up.

01:55:41.060 If there was ever any question, what is at stake in this nation as we move forward?

01:55:47.000 Um, hopefully that would be put to rest today after hearing, uh, Adam's story and the story of his son.

01:55:54.140 Thank you, Adam.

01:55:55.660 Thank you.

01:55:56.180 I appreciate you.

01:55:56.960 Thank you so much.

01:55:58.400 God bless.

01:55:58.960 Folks, I just, I cannot imagine what he's going through.

01:56:08.720 And this kind of thing is set to become the norm, the path that they're, that we're on right now, the current trajectory, maybe, maybe there's a way out.

01:56:21.840 Maybe there's a solution.

01:56:26.060 It may not be easy, but I'll share it next.

01:56:36.600 888-727-BECK.

01:56:39.160 The Glenn Beck Program.

01:56:40.380 I didn't see it coming.

01:56:55.020 Life can be so unpredictable.

01:56:56.880 After losing my dad, it made me think about my family if something were to happen to me.

01:57:01.560 The mortgage, car payments, and all the other bills.

01:57:05.180 Even things like our annual summer vacation would be out of reach.

01:57:08.340 I had heard about life insurance through Ethos and how easy it was to get coverage.

01:57:13.100 They were right.

01:57:13.980 I knew it was time to stop putting it off and get life insurance right now.

01:57:18.200 I got on my computer and went to ethoslife.com.

01:57:21.500 In just 10 minutes, I was covered.

01:57:23.640 And boom, family protected.

01:57:25.760 Thanks to Ethos, my family won't have to worry about the bills if the unpredictable happens to me.

01:57:31.240 Ethos, fast and easy online term life insurance.

01:57:34.820 Up to $2 million in coverage with no medical exam.

01:57:38.820 Some policies as low as a dollar a day.

01:57:41.700 Answer a few health questions and get your free quote at getethos.com.

01:57:46.620 I don't know how to wrap up a show like this or wrap up a year like the one that we've had,

01:57:58.320 but I'm going to attempt to do that here in the next few minutes.

01:58:02.100 It's Justin, Justin Barclay filling in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck program.

01:58:06.320 And I'd love to connect with you.

01:58:07.580 In fact, if we haven't already done so, I'm all over social media at Mr. Justin Barclay.

01:58:13.260 And at justinbarclay.com.

01:58:15.680 B-A-R-C-L-A-Y. 1.00

01:58:18.700 Great opportunity to talk with folks the last few days of predictions.

01:58:22.720 And I will tell you this.

01:58:26.160 I'm not a psychic.

01:58:29.360 Not a prophet.

01:58:30.400 I don't have a crystal ball.

01:58:32.620 I'm not Miss Cleo.

01:58:33.540 I'm going to read your tarot cards or anything like that.

01:58:35.200 But I can tell you, if we keep doing the same thing we've been doing,

01:58:38.420 we're going to keep getting the same results we've been getting.

01:58:40.740 And so, if you don't like where you are in your life,

01:58:45.000 if you don't like where things are in this nation,

01:58:47.420 it may be time for some change.

01:58:54.800 And I'm reminded of what happens when a nation turns its back on God,

01:58:58.140 and it ain't good, and we've been there for far too long.

01:59:01.960 Maybe it's time that we humble ourselves and turn back to Him.

01:59:09.740 Ask for forgiveness.

01:59:14.540 As a nation in our own lives, I can't tell you where that is for you.

01:59:18.900 I know I got work to do.

01:59:22.040 Lord knows I got work to do.

01:59:23.840 But I'm trying, as a father of two, little girls, beautiful wife,

01:59:33.320 I try every day to be a little bit better.

01:59:36.080 I ask God every day before I come on the radio,

01:59:40.180 especially when I fill in for Glenn,

01:59:41.960 what do you want me to say?

01:59:45.180 What do you want me to do?

01:59:46.260 I pray, I beg, guide my lips,

01:59:55.640 my tongue, my hands, my feet.

01:59:59.360 Your will, not mine. 0.75

02:00:04.540 But I know that in order for the words to come out right,

02:00:09.340 in order for the things to happen right in my life,

02:00:14.200 that I've got to give some of it,

02:00:16.120 more of it every day I'm learning,

02:00:20.840 to Him.

02:00:26.560 I've got to do the work.

02:00:27.980 I've got to walk it out.

02:00:29.180 But I've got to ask Him where it is that He wants me to go

02:00:32.840 and just take that step.

02:00:34.600 You know, I've learned obedience,

02:00:35.480 just taking that first step.

02:00:36.620 Some of the doors can open up.

02:00:42.220 I just read a story.

02:00:43.460 It's probably one of the best stories I've read.

02:00:49.200 It's truly good news.

02:00:50.780 It is a Christmas miracle.

02:00:52.200 A 10-year-old, Talon Reamer,

02:00:55.000 his Christmas wish list was simple.

02:00:59.420 He didn't want the brand new toys

02:01:01.420 or the video games or any gadgets or gear.

02:01:04.900 He just wanted to live.

02:01:10.940 See, Talon didn't want to die before the end of the year.

02:01:15.000 And this year, he got his wish.

02:01:18.520 And then some.

02:01:20.820 The large tumor in his head

02:01:23.120 all but disappeared.

02:01:26.320 Doctors were baffled.

02:01:28.220 The experts often are.

02:01:30.000 When it comes to times like this

02:01:32.360 when you feel like you're up against the wall

02:01:34.400 and there's nothing else you can do

02:01:35.820 and you're hopeless and you're helpless

02:01:37.280 and it's all lost.

02:01:41.060 Everyone will tell you to throw in the towel.

02:01:43.520 The 10-year-old Talon didn't.

02:01:44.860 His parents, his family never did.

02:01:47.720 They never stopped fighting.

02:01:49.200 They never lost hope.

02:01:50.560 And I'm asking you to do the same thing

02:01:52.240 for a country who's got cancer riddled

02:01:54.280 all through it right now.

02:01:55.720 You know the tumors are real.

02:01:56.920 The experts may have counted us out

02:02:00.500 but God.

02:02:04.240 He's still on the throne.

02:02:07.480 And maybe it's time we all turn

02:02:09.340 back to him

02:02:10.840 for the answers

02:02:12.320 to get this country back on track.

02:02:15.160 God bless you all.

02:02:16.260 Make it a great year.

02:02:17.920 This is the Glenn Back Program.

02:02:26.920 God bless you all.

02:02:33.040 God bless you all.

02:02:35.380 God bless you all.

02:02:36.540 God bless you all.

02:02:39.020 Hey put to the contribution.

02:02:39.580 God bless you all.

02:02:41.180 I love you.

02:02:48.140 Bye and bonkers with all these things.

02:02:49.260 する něco

02:02:50.640 let's look at the truth.

02:02:52.300 Let's go backstage and practice.

02:02:54.520 Let's go Barklands.
