00:30:27.720So they're always trying to discredit you as asking questions, and that's where we're at.
00:30:34.120And you can't get any transparency through your government, local, state, or federal on the issues that we're looking at.
00:30:41.680So we've really stepped it up and tried to find out, hold people accountable, transparency-wise, with, you know, what we're looking at from our town.
00:30:49.920And we have several of these houses in our town, and it kind of follows the I-95 corridor right up through the state.

00:44:28.700Again, just so you know, Colorado came out, the Secretary of State there, after seeing, you know, the Supreme Court there saying that they were going to kick Trump off the ballot.
00:44:41.220Then the Colorado Secretary of State said, no, we're just going to let the Supreme Court decide on this.
00:44:46.620He'll be on the ballot unless they say different.
00:44:49.500Yesterday, we get this story about the Secretary of State from Maine, the maniac Secretary of State, Sheena Bellows, who's come out and said, we're going to boot Trump off the ballot here.
00:45:07.380Again, I am so mindful, and I said this in my decision, that it is unprecedented no Secretary of State has ever deprived a presidential candidate of ballot access based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
00:45:22.240But it looks like she's not going to do it either.
00:45:28.800But today, I'm not hearing this report anywhere else.
00:45:32.100She, in her order, I don't know, you can't even call it order, but in her statement, she said she's suspending that decision immediately, in her words, she says, until the Superior Court or the Supreme Court or somebody else weighs in.
00:46:04.040I know she's been staying up to date on the latest of President Trump and some of the charges that he's facing to January 6th folks that are locked up as we speak now as well.
00:46:43.860This is the same sort of narrative, optics, imagery, you know, sound bites that we've all been tormented by for almost now three years.
00:46:54.420But look, what the Colorado Supreme Court did and now the main secretary of state, what they're doing is filling a void, a vacuum of news because the January 6th trial of Donald Trump is now basically on hold.
00:47:08.180So, too, is the classified documents trial in southern Florida.
00:47:11.620We are supposed to be inundated with news right now about jury proceedings and motions being filed about witnesses and exhibit lists and et cetera, et cetera.
00:47:21.920None of that is really happening because it's on hold pending the appeal of Judge Chutkin's immunity, denying Trump immunity in this matter in Washington, D.C.
00:47:32.700So now you have Democrat operatives stepping up to fill the void, the vacuum of news created by the suspension of, you know, both of these trials so far.
00:47:43.740And, look, I think most Americans have caught on to this, that this is purely outside of the boundaries, obviously, of the law, but also outside of the boundaries of normal American politics.
00:47:58.520And I'm sure I know our side finds it offensive.
00:48:01.180I'm sure a lot of independents do as well.
00:48:04.160But this is not a healthy political party, the Democrats, and it certainly speaks to their fear that Donald Trump could beat Joe Biden next year.
00:48:36.260They arrested Giuliani, Navarro, Roger Stone, all of them.
00:48:39.100They're trying to get Trump off the ballot.
00:48:41.260They changed the voting laws, trying to make all of these things happen.
00:48:46.560They work with big tech behind the scenes.
00:48:48.500All of these things happening, and they're calling Trump and folks who are conservative, and I don't even know if it's conservative anymore, just people of common sense and attached to reality.
00:48:58.440And while connected to it, they're saying that we are the threat to democracy, which is wild to me, but they will stop at nothing.
00:49:05.680To your point, you've said before, you think, oh, they're going to arrest him, but they're going to throw him.
00:49:10.300Do you think, because essentially what all of this hinges on is a sort of charge for insurrection and eventually a conviction, do you think they're going to get that?
00:49:19.480Well, look, the four counts in Jack Smith's January 6th related indictment, of course, none of them are for insurrection or even seditious conspiracy yet.
00:49:33.980Jack Smith has a mess on his hands, not only because the trial date now, March 4th trial date, is in jeopardy.
00:49:41.840Very unlikely that is going to actually start on March 4th because of this immunity appeal moving forward.
00:49:48.980But, Justin, two of the four counts in that indictment are now before the Supreme Court.
00:49:54.300The legitimacy of obstruction of an official proceeding, this 1512C2 that I've written about extensively, really started writing in March of 2021.
00:50:04.680And then another conspiracy count related to obstruction.
00:50:09.660Half of his indictment now is in real jeopardy as the Supreme Court is going to finally review how the Department of Justice
00:50:18.100Justice and at least 15 D.C. judges have weaponized that statute against more than 300 January 6th defendants, including Donald Trump.
00:50:29.000So his indictment there is in real trouble.
00:50:31.460Now, what I sort of suspect, Justin, is that some of this theatrics from the Colorado Supreme Court, and now out of Maine and other areas, is to give Jack Smith some juice to seek what's called the superseding indictment against Donald Trump, finally indicting the six unindicted co-conspirators, bringing something like seditious conspiracy charges against Donald Trump.
00:50:55.860I would not be surprised, I've predicted this for a while, it hasn't happened yet, but now with half of his indictment in jeopardy, now with, you know, he can go to a grand jury and bring what the Colorado Supreme Court ruled, even though
00:51:12.380it's on hold, you know, certainly the main secretary of state and add some, you know, bogus, but it doesn't matter, in front of a D.C.
00:51:21.520grand jury, same people who would be on a D.C.
00:51:23.900regular jury, all Democrats, and seek a superseding indictment and really continue to escalate this thing through 2024.
00:51:31.080I would not put it past Jack Smith, the Department of Justice, or certainly, you know, Judge Chutkin allowing something like that to happen in her courtroom.
00:51:39.440So, certainly, they have a timeline, and whether or not they get convictions or whether or not any of this plays out, some of it, that doesn't really even matter because
00:51:48.160what they're trying to do is muddy the water enough as they can when it comes to the general that this would affect them.
00:51:55.640But, you know, I guess when I look at these things, I have to kind of look at all the possibilities.

00:55:44.560because, of course, it extends out to what you just said, the bogus claims that Trump supporters or the right poses some dangerous threat to the country.
00:55:54.020So everything is going to be tied to January 6th.
00:55:56.880In the meantime, Justin, you have things happening at the Supreme Court, not just the possibility that the Supreme Court will come back,
00:56:04.880perhaps even unanimously, and unleash a well-deserved, long-deserved thrashing of the Department of Justice
00:56:15.580and the entire D.C. court system for allowing these individuals to be prosecuted for obstruction,
00:56:25.520be held in pretrial detention on that charge, and then sentenced to excessive prison time.

01:01:09.460They expressed doubt in their own courtrooms that the DOJ was accurately applying 1512C2,
01:01:16.800but they didn't care because they are part of promoting this abusive retaliatory prosecution.

01:01:26.780In fact, Debbie Friedrich, a Trump appointee, she was the first judge to give her imprimatur on DOJ's use of 1512C2.
01:01:36.140There's only one judge who dismissed this count saying that it did not apply,
01:01:41.080and that's Carl Nichols, another Trump appointee, and that's how it's gotten to the Supreme Court.
01:01:46.520So I do believe that justice is going to finally prevail for these people.

01:01:54.920I mean, you already see some people who were convicted of 1512C2 who are already being released from prison after spending months over a year in pretrial detention,

01:48:03.680I've had a lot of support, but the court system has, and the attorneys and the therapists have destroyed me.

01:48:23.540The California courts ordered a gender assessment to be done on my son, which I spoke out against, and they continued with that.
01:48:32.440When I requested to sit in on the assessment, to be physically there as his father, to ask my own personal questions, that was denied.
01:48:42.920I requested a child therapist to sit in, not to sway left or right on this situation, but just to figure out what questions and how they were going to determine whatever they were going to determine.
01:51:09.440They've, sorry, they've completely destroyed my little boy.
01:51:12.840My little boy was a, I asked my mom and my dad, my dad, his grandparents every single day that I missed something with my son Aiden.
01:51:21.680And they tell me every single day he was a normal and perfect little boy that wanted to do normal little boy things.
01:51:28.800Never once did we as a family ever get an inkling that my son Aiden wanted to be a girl.
01:51:34.940That's why I know that this has, this has been groomed and, and he has been, this has been forced upon my son.
01:51:43.840Because there's no little boy, there's not one person in this country that can tell me that a two-year-old up to a five-year-old knows the difference between male and female.
01:51:53.720There's not a five-year-old in this world that knows the difference between male genitalia and female genitalia unless it has been forced upon them.

01:52:04.560At five years old, my son is now considered full transgender at five.
01:52:13.720I mean, I, I, I tell people all the time, man, I, I could, I could have a billion dollars sitting in my bank account and I could hire the greatest law firms and the greatest attorneys and spend a billion dollars on, on, on attorneys.

01:52:38.420My attorney, when he asked to talk about the gender, they are allowed to talk about the gender in court.
01:52:43.960But as soon as my attorney starts to, to, uh, fight what they're saying on gender, the judge out of Los Angeles says, Oh, I'm not here for a gender debate.
01:52:53.320And my attorney goes, well, wait a second.
01:52:55.100You just allowed them to spend 10 minutes talking about it, but I can't spend 10 minutes on my own to talk about it.
01:53:18.120I can't imagine as a father of my own two children, what you're going through.
01:53:22.420I can't imagine a day, uh, without one of my little girls and let alone, uh, the amount of time that you've had to go with, without your boy.
