00:02:40.360 Now we're told the walls may be closing in.
00:02:43.620 There's some interesting news coming out about Sleepy Joe in the basement.
00:02:48.020 And the latest is essentially kind of interesting.
00:02:54.260 The House Oversight and Judiciary Committees are investigating now.
00:02:59.040 They've expanded, you know, their impeachment inquiry to attempted influence.
00:03:05.020 Biden's attempted influence or obstruction, even, of his son Hunter and the cooperation in the impeachment inquiry itself.
00:03:17.840 This is the latest.
00:03:20.460 In fact, we've got, I've just sent them out so you can look at it if you want to over on X, at Mr. Justin Barkley.
00:03:27.500 Good morning, by the way.
00:03:28.300 I am Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program, broadcasting live from the beautiful,
00:03:35.980 but a little chilly today, Michigan.
00:03:40.620 And, in fact, I'm heard locally on a couple of different radio stations, 9, 10 a.m. Superstation in Detroit,
00:03:46.640 the brand new 9, 10 a.m., Detroit's Newstalk Superstation,
00:03:49.700 and the nearly 100-year-old Newsradio Wood 1300 and 106.9 FM in West Michigan.
00:03:57.340 It is a pleasure to be here with you today.
00:03:59.300 So I've got the document sitting in front of me.
00:04:01.460 This is coming from the House Judiciary and the Oversight Committees.
00:04:06.920 They are talking about expanding their impeachment.
00:04:10.080 Now, I know what you're saying.
00:04:12.900 I know what you're thinking, because I'm thinking the same, too, at times.
00:04:18.700 Okay, and?
00:04:21.200 So they're expanding.
00:04:22.560 The walls are closing in.
00:04:23.880 You hear some saying, but, yes, I get it, because you're probably thinking, and so?
00:04:28.460 So what?
00:04:29.340 What does any of that mean?
00:04:30.560 Is it really going to amount to anything?
00:04:32.380 Is it really going to go anywhere?
00:04:36.240 What is really going to happen here?
00:04:39.920 Probably not going to do, mount the hill of beans.
00:04:43.040 That's probably what you're thinking, and I get it.
00:04:49.480 But that is not necessarily always the case.
00:04:52.980 I think it's healthy to be, to have a bit of skepticism and exercise that, but at the same
00:05:00.740 time, I remain cautiously optimistic.
00:05:03.800 I see a little bit of movement, but, you know, this whole thing moves at a very slow pace in
00:05:09.080 the timing of the timing of the impeachment inquiry and what they're trying to line up with all the things that are happening when it comes to the election.
00:05:18.600 And make no mistake, there's a bit of the timing involved in this, too.
00:05:22.280 That's going to be a big part of this.
00:05:24.980 But I get it, because I understand your frustration.
00:05:31.040 We're all on the same boat here, folks.
00:05:32.900 This is Devin Nunes, by the way, over at Truth.
00:05:40.640 He is speaking out and asked on OAM last night about this.
00:05:45.500 He says the wall's closing in.
00:05:47.060 Well, what I've said is that I just think it's highly unlikely Biden's going to be the nominee.
00:05:53.300 Now, you know this because you're in Washington, John, and I've, from my experience there, Team Obama is the one that's been running the Biden White House.
00:06:02.580 There is no doubt about what he is saying right here.
00:06:06.660 There is somebody else behind the scenes.
00:06:09.620 There is somebody else, no doubt, pulling the strings.
00:06:12.880 There is somebody else that is orchestrating everything because Biden can't even orchestrate one foot in front of the other.
00:06:21.020 I've started calling him Joe Obama.
00:06:24.500 But Nunes says, you know, that has been the case so far.
00:06:30.020 And, by the way, this is the reason why they wanted him in that position.
00:06:36.900 This is why the FBI sat on the laptop.
00:06:40.620 Now, you remember, we were told this was fake news.
00:06:44.440 This was Russian collusion.
00:06:45.960 This was all the other.
00:06:46.940 I don't know.
00:06:47.280 This is real.
00:06:47.900 This Biden laptop fact couldn't talk about it, couldn't tweet about it, couldn't even share about it in a private message on Twitter at the time.
00:06:54.660 And the government, no doubt, had a role.
00:06:57.260 And they had 50-some-odd-plus intelligence agency operatives, president or former, that stepped out and said, no, no, no, that's not real.
00:07:05.360 That's Russian disinformation.
00:07:07.540 None of this is real.
00:07:08.540 And it turns out, guess what it was?
00:07:11.360 Just like everything else over the last two years.
00:07:14.000 All of it.
00:07:14.580 All of it real.
00:07:15.300 All of it true.
00:07:15.880 And, of course, you knew it.
00:07:16.720 I knew it.
00:07:17.400 We all knew it from the very get-go.
00:07:21.780 So, the Biden laptop, which actually corroborates and illustrates, you know, they're very, they're big on this, without evidence.
00:07:32.360 Well, there's a lot of evidence inside the laptop and since been discovered as well that appears to show there was some coordination and a high amount of it between Joe, Hunter, maybe even other members of the family like Uncle Jim.
00:07:51.600 And now we're starting to look at Ashley Biden might get wrapped up into this, too.
00:07:54.900 I mean, there's all kinds of people inside the family that could come down if all this information comes out.
00:08:01.220 So, you see how dangerous this is.
00:08:03.140 But it was supposed to be sort of the dead man's switch.
00:08:07.740 That's the idea.
00:08:08.740 Supposed to be the thing that they could use, hold over his head to control him while he was in office.
00:08:17.700 That's why the FBI didn't really take any actual action on it.
00:08:20.260 They didn't really, they weren't really concerned.
00:08:22.980 They wanted to be able to use it, thus to control him and have power.
00:08:28.200 They said they would never do that.
00:08:31.460 Well, okay, go back to Hoover.
00:08:34.680 This stuff is not, nothing I'm telling you is new.
00:08:39.560 Anybody with any sense of history or understanding of what this country has gone through and how we've operated over the last several, you know this is par for the course.
00:08:54.060 None of this is tinfoil hatware and conspiracy theory that's so far-fetched and out there.
00:09:00.120 No.
00:09:00.500 All of this is very easy to understand.
00:09:04.380 And I think more and more people, the more this goes on, are starting to wake up and understand it.
00:09:07.680 Now, the question is, again, we go back to it.
00:09:10.660 Will any of this make a difference?
00:09:12.360 Will any of this amount to a hill of beans?
00:09:15.780 You know, this is, again, 10% for the big guy.
00:09:19.020 This is the operation inside places like China, Ukraine, all of these different places where they were on the take, taking money to get things done inside a government.
00:09:29.540 And it all flowed through Hunter and into Joe, 10%, all of it for big guy and, of course, the rest of the family.
00:09:37.100 That's how it all worked.
00:09:39.120 Now, there are various folks on the left that are never going to wake up to this.
00:09:45.360 You and I get that.
00:09:46.200 We understand it.
00:09:47.120 But Nunez says, nevertheless, the walls are closing in.
00:09:51.100 Well, what I've said is that I just think it's highly unlikely Biden's going to be the nominee.
00:09:56.920 Now, you know this because you're in Washington, John, and I've, from my experience there.
00:10:02.640 I agree.
00:10:03.060 Team Obama is the one that's been running the Biden White House.
00:10:06.360 I agree, and I've been saying for quite some time, anybody with any sort of common sense or a couple of brain cells firing there, you can look at Biden, you say, it's popularity rating.
00:10:17.720 I mean, is in the basement with the rest of his campaign.
00:10:24.780 I mean, the guy, the only person less popular than Joe Biden is Kamala Harris.
00:10:31.580 So they've got problems because the machine is what runs all of this, the media and everything else, all the talking heads.
00:10:40.160 And you've got to have somebody steering the ship behind the scenes, right?
00:10:44.620 But you've got to have something to work with, a pulse or a heartbeat.
00:10:49.500 And by the way, somebody with less of a record or history here, somebody less damaged, so to speak,
00:10:58.180 less negatives in the PR world, let's just put it that way, less negative impressions would be much better off.
00:11:06.400 Because what the American people want is, whether you like this or not, something, you probably agree with this.
00:11:13.760 If you really examine it down to the core, you would say that the American people want is something completely different.
00:11:19.760 But they want somebody who's going to be a fresh face on the left and the right.
00:11:29.600 I am not saying, but by the way, I love all of the things that President Trump has done for us.
00:11:38.060 I love President Trump.
00:11:39.200 I'm not making any case against him.
00:11:40.880 I'm just telling you what the, if you look at, you went and talked to the average, you know, guy or gal on the street and you ask them what they're looking for.
00:11:51.100 They just want something different.
00:11:52.800 Now, some of them believe Trump is that different still and can make that happen.
00:11:58.840 But there's some that this mainstream media machine, well, it's done and it's had all these years, right, since 2015 or so, to really start grinding him up and shooing him into a pulp.
00:12:12.060 And look, it's a Teflon Don, he's lasted this long, and I think he probably makes it through all this too.
00:12:17.380 But that's a whole other conversation, by the way, with the Supreme Court and the ballot issue and all of that.
00:12:23.780 We'll talk more about that later, but what the American people want is they want a fresh face on both sides.
00:12:30.900 They want all of this noise, all of this chaos, all of the insanity that we've been going through the last several years.
00:12:41.180 They just want it all to go away.
00:12:43.860 And the bad news is it's not going to.
00:12:47.960 No matter what you do, no matter whose fresh face you put in there.
00:12:51.560 There are different groups of people that weigh in and fall in in different ways.
00:12:57.400 And I'll explain who they are because they're not all never Trumpers.
00:13:00.340 The people that say, I don't want Trump, I want somebody different.
00:13:02.540 There's some people that vote for Trump and would still vote for him again.
00:13:05.960 They voted in the past, but they just see things a little differently.
00:13:10.120 And I'll explain that coming up here in a little bit as well.
00:13:12.640 But Devin Nunez has an interesting theory on what's happening behind the scenes and how the walls are closing in.
00:13:22.420 I want to get more to this.
00:13:25.320 I got more from this clip from OAM and the interview he did the other day.
00:13:29.360 We'll do that coming up.
00:13:30.420 I'm going to take a quick break here.
00:13:31.740 It's Justin Barkley today filling in for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program.
00:13:35.180 If you want to improve your shooting accuracy, you need a Mantis X.
00:13:42.440 The Mantis X is a high-tech but easy-to-use system used extensively by the military.
00:13:47.940 And it improves your shooting quality and gives you the confidence in your ability to protect what you love.
00:13:53.120 It's a must-have for every responsible gun owner.
00:13:55.900 Here's how it works.
00:13:56.560 You put the Mantis X onto your firearm and connect it with an app on your smartphone or your tablet via Bluetooth.
00:14:03.520 And it gives instant feedback on what you're doing right, what you're doing wrong, and how to correct the technique.
00:14:09.460 The Mantis X, it's like a firearms instructor in your pocket.
00:14:13.080 94% of shooters improve within 20 minutes just by using Mantis X.
00:14:18.240 The best shooters in the world do dry fire practice at home every day.
00:14:22.260 And the Mantis X is the best way to train at home.
00:14:24.820 No driving to the range, no spending money on range fees or ammo.
00:14:28.400 You're going to save a ton of money and improve your shooting.
00:14:31.240 So start improving today.
00:14:32.540 Get your Mantis X at MantisX.com.
00:14:35.660 That's MantisX.com.
00:14:48.500 So Devin Nunez is out there saying, look, Obama's been running.
00:14:52.580 Let's be honest here.
00:14:53.720 Obama's been running things behind the scenes the last few years.
00:14:58.800 Biden in his basement with the earpiece on or whatever it is.
00:15:01.640 He's behind the scenes pulling the strings.
00:15:03.700 This is the third term he always wanted.
00:15:06.520 He's on record.
00:15:07.300 He's on tape saying, if I could be down in the basement with an earpiece on telling people what to say, then I would do a third term.
00:15:17.020 Well, it appears it's what he's got.
00:15:20.260 And whether he's really in the basement with an earpiece and all this other stuff and a microphone, you know, shouting things into the who knows.
00:15:28.360 But the truth is, there are enough of these Obama holdouts, these folks from his previous administration that are in place that are really running the day to day.
00:15:37.320 In the White House.
00:15:39.540 I've said it.
00:15:40.060 I mean, they're running the day to day.
00:15:41.660 Biden himself couldn't run if he wanted.
00:15:43.400 He's fallen off his bike.
00:15:44.360 He could barely walk.
00:15:45.400 This is having to use the short steps on the Air Force One.
00:15:49.020 I mean, look, I'm not, I don't take any pleasure to watch this man's demise.
00:15:54.100 He is aging and this is just how these things work.
00:15:58.200 And unfortunately, that job can age you.
00:16:03.060 We've seen it.
00:16:03.940 The only person I've ever seen who had never really did the real damage to a guy came out looking better than he did when he went in was Trump.
00:16:13.320 Now, it's just wild to say, but it's kind of reality.
00:16:16.820 I didn't know really much of any difference at all.
00:16:19.280 And if anybody could have broken, anybody would have been him, right?
00:16:22.860 And yet it didn't.
00:16:25.080 So Devin Nunez is out there talking about how the walls are closing in.
00:16:30.320 He says Obama was the one kind of pulling the strings behind the scenes.
00:16:34.960 And now there's a bit of a, and I think it's probably Jill who's responsible for this.
00:16:40.420 He said, now there's a little bit of a apprehension to follow through with what the next move is, which is just step aside, Joe.
00:16:50.720 All you have to do is just step aside, gracefully step aside and say you've got some health issue or, you know, you want to spend time with the family or whatever it might be.
00:17:01.460 We've got our plan B team, whether it's gruesome Gavin Newsom, the governor of the People's Republic of California.
00:17:08.440 Yes, the American psycho, whether it's him out on the West or maybe close to the home where I'm at in Michigan, the Wolverine queen, Gretchen Whitmer.
00:17:17.760 Whoever it is, it doesn't really matter.
00:17:20.520 That fresh face, as I mentioned earlier, they want to move this guy out of the way.
00:17:27.120 And with his little pomp and circumstance and fanfare, just move somebody new in.
00:17:33.000 That's the goal.
00:17:33.920 That's the idea.
00:17:36.400 But as we mentioned, now the walls closing in.
00:17:38.900 David Devin Nunes says the House Oversight and the House Judiciary Committee is now investigating whether Biden himself attempted to influence or obstruct his son Hunter's cooperation with the impeachment inquiry.
00:17:49.540 Remember where he came?
00:17:50.640 Remember he came from that photo op the other day?
00:17:54.280 He stood in front of Congress.
00:17:55.940 Didn't go inside to have the conversation, though, to be deposed.
00:17:59.760 But he stood outside and made a statement like a circus with the cameras.
00:18:04.620 And then he left.
00:18:05.740 And now they're saying, well, maybe Joe's been involved in this, too.
00:18:08.580 And they're digging deeper into it.
00:18:10.180 That's why Nunes says the wall's closing in.
00:18:12.160 And I think that the giveaway here is the night before Biden runs, Susan Rice, who was the domestic policy advisor, one of Obama's top lieutenant, she was running the White House.
00:18:22.940 She exits stage left in the middle of the night.
00:18:25.560 She's gone.
00:18:26.520 So that tells me that clearly she was not on board for another Biden administration.
00:18:32.020 I think what they were trying to do, cut a deal for the kid with that phony gun charge that they tried to do in Delaware.
00:18:37.460 Go to Biden and say, look, we got your kid off.
00:18:40.320 It's time for you to get the hell out.
00:18:42.180 He didn't.
00:18:43.020 And I think that's the problem here.
00:18:44.340 Obama can't control Biden and Biden's wife because at the end of the day, Biden controls that important title, the presidency.
00:18:51.240 And I think it's Jill.
00:18:54.280 If you look at all the body language, you look at the pictures, but she just loves it.
00:18:58.760 Remember, Dr. Jill, she's a doctor after all.
00:19:04.080 Dr. Jill Biden.
00:19:06.460 I mean, she is running things in the White House.
00:19:09.560 You don't get this kind of power out of nowhere.
00:19:15.720 Everything they had to do, all the sacrificing they had to make.
00:19:18.400 She's not just going to let it go.
00:19:21.540 She's not just going to let it just slip from her fingers just like that.
00:19:25.960 And, of course, because Obama said something.
00:19:28.480 No, no, no, no.
00:19:29.460 Oh, no.
00:19:31.020 She's going to hold on.
00:19:32.180 And she's got a puppet who's, you know, half out of it anyway.
00:19:39.780 They're probably drugging him up to go out and make speeches.
00:19:43.320 And who knows what cocktails they've got concocted to get him out there and make him sort of appear loose.
00:19:49.480 And look how bad he does appear when they got him out there.
00:19:52.480 It's bad news.
00:19:53.460 He's got a very small circle within the White House.
00:19:56.060 And the walls are closing in around the Biden family.
00:20:00.240 This is going to be interesting to see.
00:20:02.860 Now, again, I'm going to come back to this.
00:20:04.900 I don't know.
00:20:08.820 Because I know you're probably going to say, sure, the walls are closing in.
00:20:12.580 But I think they've got more of a threat from inside the Democrat Party.
00:20:16.600 And the infighting, because they're all struggling for power right now.
00:20:21.600 We just sort of assume that this stuff takes place.
00:20:25.020 It's all figured out.
00:20:26.380 And somebody behind the shadowy figures, behind the scenes.
00:20:28.980 But you notice Hillary Clinton is out there now.
00:20:32.820 Hillary Clinton is out there making speeches.
00:20:35.420 She's getting hassled at all these appearances.
00:20:38.000 She's getting heckled by protesters.
00:20:40.640 She doesn't need that.
00:20:44.600 She can just ride off in the sunset, too.
00:20:46.760 But you know what Hillary's doing?
00:20:47.760 She's out there testing the waters, dipping her gnarled toe in to figure out whether or not it's warm enough for her.
00:20:56.420 She's flying the Chinese test spy balloons all over, trying to figure out whether or not she's got a chance.
00:21:04.020 And maybe she can bust through that glass ceiling again.
00:21:07.680 There's nothing more she'd like than a rematch.
00:21:09.780 That's just ego.
00:21:10.580 That's just all that is.
00:21:12.700 That's just her thirst for power.
00:21:17.940 And I'm just telling you, there's a few different people in this race right now, in this running, trying to make these things happen.
00:21:24.460 Who knows what happens behind the scenes?
00:21:26.020 I get it.
00:21:26.600 I'm just as frustrated with you.
00:21:27.920 I'd like to see some real accountability.
00:21:30.400 We'll talk about some of that, maybe how some of those things could shake out.
00:21:33.300 Plus Trump at the Supreme Court.
00:21:34.900 More on the way.
00:21:36.460 Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program.

00:22:56.700 See you next time.
00:22:57.700 See you next time.
00:22:58.700 See you next time.
00:22:59.700 See you next time.
00:23:00.700 See you next time.
00:23:00.760 See you next time.
00:23:01.400 See you next time.
00:23:31.400 That is kind of the...
00:23:33.400 Oh, I hate this word, too.
00:23:35.460 I hate it.
00:23:36.900 New normal?
00:23:40.000 That is sort of the new normal.
00:23:41.780 You know, but that is where we find ourselves.
00:23:49.280 The latest, you know, yesterday during the program, you had a chance to listen, go back and take a look.
00:23:56.400 We did the Black Swan events.
00:23:59.500 And by the way, you know, I did some of these yesterday.
00:24:01.600 I think I'll open up the phone lines.
00:24:02.600 I think I'll open up the phone lines a little bit later on today, too.
00:24:05.620 And I'd love to hear from you again.
00:24:07.360 Predictions for 2024.
00:24:08.700 I was just going to do this on Friday originally.
00:24:11.840 But ever since the talk of the Black Swan event yesterday, I thought, you know, let me...
00:24:21.600 Let's try this again today.
00:24:23.280 I just want to hear from you.
00:24:24.460 What do you think is coming in 2024?
00:24:29.140 Why do I think this is so important?
00:24:30.940 Well, you know, you tend to have your ear to the ground, you know, your finger on the pulse.
00:24:39.400 The folks who listen to this program, they are more plugged in to anything that I've ever witnessed.
00:24:56.800 I mean, they are informed.
00:24:59.120 They are well read.
00:25:00.280 And they have their finger on the pulse like nobody else because you're rooted in common sense and truth.
00:25:12.100 And I think that's why I enjoy doing this program more than any other because there's something magic that happens.
00:25:24.780 And I'm not just blowing smoke.
00:25:26.320 I mean it.
00:25:26.800 I really do.
00:25:28.140 It's an honor to be here.
00:25:29.520 So that's why I thought, well, let's open the lines and hear from you.
00:25:32.740 What do you think is coming in 2024?
00:25:35.300 Now, we had some good ones yesterday.
00:25:38.500 We had some really good ones yesterday.
00:25:40.420 In fact, one of those was they didn't think that Biden was going to make it.
00:25:45.020 You just heard Devin Nunes explain that he believes the walls are closing in on Biden.
00:25:53.340 The other was Trump, the guy said, we think Trump was going to be taken out.
00:25:57.620 Now, whether that's legally or through some other means, God forbid, this is just what he thought was coming.
00:26:03.300 Now, part of that effort has been the lawfare that has been ongoing now.
00:26:11.360 And yesterday we got the news that Michigan Supreme Court was not going to hear the appeal by this crazy left wing activist who wanted to get Trump off the ballot, the primary ballot here in Michigan.
00:26:29.220 Now, the Supreme Court, and this is good to know so you get some context here in Michigan.
00:26:36.440 As it's recently swung Democrat left leaning.
00:26:42.580 Okay, so they have a 4-3 Democrat majority of the Michigan Supreme Court.
00:26:50.560 And yet this ruling yesterday ruled 6-1.
00:26:56.200 6-1 to keep Trump on the ballot.
00:27:02.440 In other words, they said, we're not going to weigh in on this right now.
00:27:05.660 They're begging for the Supreme Court essentially really to weigh in and make their thoughts known on this whole thing.
00:27:19.740 Now, Mark Brewer, he is one of the folks leading the charge on all this.
00:27:24.940 He is a former head of the Democrat Party here in Michigan.
00:27:37.800 Former Democrat Party chair.
00:27:40.660 Here's what he said on X or Twitter.
00:27:44.380 A very disappointing but extremely narrow decision allowing Trump to be on the primary ballot.
00:27:51.420 Even though he's an ineligible insurrectionist.
00:27:59.140 Oh, these people.
00:28:00.980 Somebody made a really good point to me the other day and sent me a message to say,
00:28:06.060 how could Trump be guilty of insurrection against the government when he was the government when all this was going on?
00:28:15.040 I thought, you know, that's a solid point.
00:28:17.560 How can you be an insurrectionist against the government when you were?
00:28:27.120 Anyway, Mark Brewer going on to say, if he is the GOP nominee, we will challenge his appearance on the general election ballot.
00:28:36.380 So they're not done with this.
00:28:37.460 And the folks in the Michigan Supreme Court, they've gone on to say that this narrow ruling, so to speak, only applies to the primary.
00:28:51.180 So you see, if you get this, you understand what is happening here.
00:28:55.460 This is all about leaving the door open.
00:29:03.160 They want him in the primary.
00:29:06.060 And Democrats, I would say those folks like Brewer and some of the other people that are sort of high up there,
00:29:14.660 they see a world where Biden steps down and Whitmer here from Michigan.
00:29:20.520 Why do you think they move the primary up for Democrats in Michigan?
00:29:23.680 See, they're all jacking for power right now.
00:29:28.860 But they see a world where one of their guys gets in and, you know, now they've got access to all that.
00:29:35.140 That's what this is all about.
00:29:37.560 Power.
00:29:38.160 Control.
00:29:38.660 That's what it's all about for them.
00:29:43.320 So that's the key here.
00:29:46.300 And now Colorado and the Michigan or the Colorado GOP have now asked because of obviously Supreme Court there has said that Trump can't be on the ballot.
00:29:58.720 Unless the Supreme Court of the United States weighs in.
00:30:01.500 And now the Republicans in Colorado have said, please, you've got to hear this case.
00:30:08.540 And I believe they will.
00:30:10.720 I just don't know what's going to come of it.
00:30:14.800 Colorado Republican Party asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the ruling that set to boot President Trump off the state's 2024 ballot.
00:30:21.660 By the Colorado Supreme Court.
00:30:24.600 The filing Wednesday came hours after Michigan Supreme Court rejected a similar 14th Amendment lawsuit keeping Trump on the ballot there.
00:30:31.200 You've got to understand that no matter what happens.
00:30:35.940 And this is from CNN, by the way.
00:30:37.680 So the dueling outcomes further raise the stakes for the Colorado appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court,
00:30:43.580 which is uniquely positioned to provide nationwide guidance on the novel constitutional matter.
00:30:48.840 They don't.
00:30:49.880 I'm sure they'd like to see him booted, right?
00:30:52.140 They'd like to see this all be taken off all these ballots and he couldn't run.
00:30:56.560 And that'd be great.
00:30:57.320 And sure, there'd be a bit of them that would be very excited about that.
00:31:01.640 But at the end of the day, you know, it really doesn't matter whether he's booted or not.
00:31:06.400 Because this is further meant to muddy the waters, damage his credibility.
00:31:11.820 And what it actually accomplishes is twofold.
00:31:16.760 It solidifies and unites the base around Trump in the primary.
00:31:22.660 And then muddies the waters for the folks who they believe would be making the decision in the general.
00:31:29.260 Those would be like independents.
00:31:30.860 Those would be all your suburban soccer moms.
00:31:33.340 I just don't know.
00:31:34.240 I don't like the way he talks.
00:31:37.960 Well, do you like four or five dollar gallon gas?
00:31:40.480 Missy, what do you care more about?
00:31:45.500 Do you like the fact that our country's being overrun at the southern border?
00:31:50.640 We got people coming in terrorists.
00:31:52.100 We don't know what's going on.
00:31:53.380 Do you like the fact that we've got crime at all time levels we've never seen?
00:31:57.340 The kind of crime that we're just, we're taking these criminals and we're not locking.
00:32:02.500 I'm barely bringing them in for maybe a Coke and a smile.
00:32:05.360 Then sending them right out the revolving door there at the jail.
00:32:10.100 Right back out on the street.
00:32:11.400 Matter of fact, one of the stories, this guy, this crazy guy who attacked two teenage girls,
00:32:16.820 New York City at Grand Central Station.
00:32:18.540 I had the story.
00:32:19.160 We'll do this later.
00:32:19.940 Boy, the latest at what's come out about him, who he was and his record.
00:32:26.000 Oh my gosh.
00:32:27.180 There's no way this guy should have been out on the street.
00:32:31.420 It's story after story of these people, by the way.
00:32:33.980 These are the Soros DAs that let these people out.
00:32:36.520 This is the plan chaos.
00:32:37.780 This is what they want.
00:32:41.020 Chaos at all levels.
00:32:43.620 Because then they can bring you a solution.
00:32:45.560 See, the chaos, the reason, the chaos.
00:32:47.180 And don't, don't make a mistake.
00:32:49.880 They're blaming this, all of this on, of course, Trump and anything they want to.
00:32:53.520 I got a story today.
00:32:57.720 Coming up next hour, this is going to be great.
00:32:59.740 We're going to talk with an expert in the field.
00:33:02.300 He's written multiple books on the climate cult, what their real aim is, and why we should be concerned.
00:33:09.740 But AOC is out there blaming the border invasion on climate right now.
00:33:13.780 That is, you see, they just figure out a way to make anything fly, and they lie, lie, and deny.
00:33:20.940 That's their strategy from the very beginning all the way down to the core of it.
00:33:24.420 So that, that is, they don't care.
00:33:27.300 They just, they don't care about any of this.
00:33:29.340 They'll blame everything on Trump, and that's how Trump derangement syndrome works.
00:33:37.300 So, again, you've got these people that are pushing that Trump would maybe make it on the ballot for the primary,
00:33:43.440 and then when, become the nominee, and then their strategy would be that they can damage him,
00:33:48.520 and even damage him further with convictions in these sham,
00:33:52.960 There's really no way other to put this in.
00:33:57.060 Banana Republic style injustice.
00:34:01.780 That's what it is.
00:34:02.800 It's all of it's, it's, it's, all of it's just a sham.
00:34:06.200 There's nothing just about anything.
00:34:08.640 It's a banana report full on.
00:34:10.360 It's bananas, that's what we're talking about here.
00:34:19.960 But it doesn't matter.
00:34:21.380 Do you see, you see, the law doesn't matter anymore.
00:34:25.880 I don't think the Supreme Court even matters.
00:34:29.260 Of course, we're going to find out how they weigh in on this.
00:34:32.140 And then what the outcome of it is.
00:34:36.520 See, then they can slide.
00:34:38.540 The idea is, you slide Biden out, and you slide, and it's not hard to do this,
00:34:45.840 because of just the oil content in his hair.
00:34:49.280 But you slide a gruesome Gavin Newsom right on in.
00:34:54.940 You see how easy that is.
00:34:56.840 And now you've got a fresh face versus the damage that the mainstream media thinks
00:35:03.780 they believe, that they've been able to do on the machine,
00:35:05.940 the damage they've been able to do against the Trump.
00:35:07.700 You check the polling against some of these people.
00:35:10.400 And see what that looks like.
00:35:11.860 That's their idea.
00:35:13.100 Now, I'm not saying that they'll be successful.
00:35:17.460 I'm just saying that that is part of what this is all about.
00:35:20.540 Part of what is at stake.
00:35:21.620 In fact, we'll dig into more of it coming up in just a moment.
00:35:24.540 We've got to take a break here.
00:35:25.680 And if you'd like to weigh in, I'd love to hear from you today.
00:35:28.880 If you want to tell me what you think is coming next in 2024,
00:35:32.580 888-727-BECK, 888-727-BECK.
00:35:36.620 That could be from politics to the economy to spirit.
00:35:40.820 It doesn't matter.
00:35:41.540 It could be anything.
00:35:43.040 I had one guy talk about UFOs yesterday.
00:35:45.420 I thought I'd back with Art Bell and George Norrie for a second.
00:35:48.860 I love it.
00:35:49.740 I love it.
00:35:51.040 That's the hard thing.
00:35:52.100 When you're looking at what's coming in the days ahead, all bets are off.
00:35:55.240 I don't know that you can.
00:35:56.960 Anybody that tells you they can 100% call, I think you've got a question.
00:36:00.640 I don't know that you can.
00:36:01.840 But I'd love to hear from you today.
00:36:03.140 888-727-BECK.
00:36:04.660 Back after this, Justin Barkley today.
00:36:06.920 In for Glenn Beck on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:36:08.880 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:36:25.780 Your home is so much more than the place you live.
00:36:28.860 It's an investment tool as well.
00:36:30.360 And you can put that tool to use and access the equity that you have as cash to pay off
00:36:35.860 those high-interest credit cards.
00:36:37.640 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?
00:36:40.520 Some people are paying 30-plus every single month.
00:36:43.440 I mean, it's insane.
00:36:44.460 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up.
00:36:49.220 And you just can't let that happen.
00:36:50.760 Which is why you need to look at your spending, your financing, your debt.
00:36:54.220 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.
00:36:56.860 This is a family-owned mortgage lender.
00:36:58.380 They're not a bank.
00:36:59.460 You're important to them.
00:37:00.380 There's no pressure, no upfront or hidden fees.
00:37:02.540 If you call them today, you might be able to close in as fast as 10 days and even delay
00:37:07.060 two mortgage payments.
00:37:08.360 They're saving homeowners just like you an average of $826 a month.
00:37:12.480 That could be life-changing.
00:37:13.860 So call today, 800-906-2440.
00:37:16.400 800-906-2440.
00:37:19.020 Americanfinancing.net.
00:37:20.220 American Financing.
00:37:21.120 NMLS 1-82334.
00:37:22.900 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
00:37:28.380 I've got to clear some of this up.
00:37:36.720 So let me do some of that.
00:37:38.180 I want to get your phone calls to 888-727-BECK.
00:37:42.460 That's 888-727-BECK.
00:37:45.120 Barclay in for Beck today on the Glenn Beck program.
00:37:48.960 Okay.
00:37:49.420 So here's what I mean.
00:37:50.520 If you look at what is happening out there, there's a lot of sentiment that needs to be
00:37:55.760 kind of walked through.
00:37:57.860 The way I see it.
00:37:59.240 And I tend to sit back.
00:38:01.680 I kind of hang out by the wall and watch things happening.
00:38:07.060 And this is what I see.
00:38:08.380 I see several groups in the right or the Republican Party right now.
00:38:18.380 I see a group of people who are all in for Trump.
00:38:21.800 Doesn't matter what he does.
00:38:23.100 And again, like he said, shoot somebody in the middle of the run.
00:38:26.280 They're all in.
00:38:28.880 Those people are going to stick with them.
00:38:31.040 These are the heart of MAGA.
00:38:34.920 They don't care.
00:38:37.260 They've seen what he can do.
00:38:41.020 They've seen what he's done.
00:38:42.320 And they know that he can do it again.
00:38:43.700 They are all in.
00:38:46.420 There is no amount of lawsuit or criminal charge.
00:38:56.440 There's nothing that's going to sway him or sway them from the base, from Trump.
00:39:02.720 Then you have another group of people.
00:39:04.560 These are people that voted for Trump.
00:39:07.460 They like Trump.
00:39:08.840 Yet, they see the damage the mainstream media the Democrat machine has been able to inflict on him.
00:39:16.980 And they know the stakes are high at this next election.
00:39:20.640 I know we say that all the time.
00:39:22.600 But these people are serious.
00:39:24.220 They know the stakes are higher than ever before.
00:39:26.000 And they are saying, strictly for strategic reasons, maybe some of them have a bit of a never-Trumper and they've soured on him in some ways, right?
00:39:36.880 Policies or whatever.
00:39:39.460 COVID might be one of those things.
00:39:41.160 But they are saying, we've got to make a change.
00:39:43.540 We've got to get somebody in there who's electable.
00:39:45.780 That's what they'll say.
00:39:46.560 This is electability that they're in.
00:39:48.260 Now, the other side is never-Trumpers.
00:39:51.760 And these folks, these are the varying degrees, at least the way I see it.
00:39:54.980 These folks, maybe never voted for him again.
00:39:57.840 Maybe they voted for him once.
00:39:58.920 But they would never vote for him again.
00:40:01.440 And they are all in.
00:40:03.160 And those are the three groups that I see, at least on the right.
00:40:09.860 Now, I'm going to get to your calls.
00:40:11.280 I promised I would do that.

00:41:38.380 AOC says she knows why.
00:41:40.200 It's the climate.
00:41:43.320 It's the climate.
00:41:44.060 It's the weather.
00:41:44.720 That's what's sending people here.
00:41:46.020 It's the weather.
00:41:47.340 The weather's better there, apparently, in the Mac Heights.
00:41:52.220 And they're coming from all over, like places like China.
00:41:56.260 The truth behind the climate cultists.
00:41:58.820 We'll get into that story.
00:42:00.020 And the guy that's written a book on it all, in fact, warn you of what's coming next.

00:43:25.600 Justin Barkley in for Beck today.
00:43:27.720 Glenn on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:43:30.960 Lots yet to cover, and I promised.
00:43:33.140 I want to hear from you.
00:43:34.940 Look, this audience, probably the sharpest I've ever had the pleasure of having conversations with.
00:43:44.380 And I know that you have your ear to the ground.
00:43:47.740 You're watching.
00:43:49.200 You're listening to the things that are happening, and you're getting prepared.
00:43:53.360 Yesterday, we had this story about the Black Swan event.
00:43:57.260 This was CBS' Catherine Herridge.
00:44:00.160 She was over on DeFace the Nation on Sunday, and she brought it up.
00:44:05.540 She said, I just got this weird feeling.
00:44:08.180 Maybe you feel the same way these days.
00:44:09.760 Maybe you're feeling a little off.
00:44:12.120 She says that I have a feeling that there's a Black Swan event coming.
00:44:16.700 She said the 2024 may be the year of the Black Swan event.
00:44:22.360 Well, mine's a little dark.
00:44:23.180 I just feel a lot of concern that 2024 may be the year of a Black Swan event.
00:44:28.280 This is a national security event with high impact that's very hard to predict.
00:44:33.440 There are a number of concerns that I have that factor into that.
00:44:37.280 And not only this sort of enduring heightened threat level that we're facing, the wars in Israel, also Ukraine.
00:44:44.780 And we're so divided in this country in ways that we haven't seen before.
00:44:49.200 And I think that just creates fertile ground for our adversaries like North Korea, China, and Iran.
00:44:54.780 And that's what concerns me most.
00:44:56.740 No, she's right about that.
00:44:58.520 There's never been, I think, a more vulnerable time in the nation's history.
00:45:03.540 And from all the border being open, in fact, that story, we get more that the caravan has had this massive caravan headed this way.
00:45:13.020 Border wide open, all the way down to the other major threats that we face on several different fronts throughout the world.
00:45:22.940 We've got a guy who's running, apparently, his finger on the trigger of the nukes, got the codes and everything.
00:45:29.680 He doesn't even barely know his own name.
00:45:31.900 I mean, this is, all of these things, very concerning, crime, you name it, the economy just hanging by a thread.
00:45:43.520 And so she said, I think this might, now who knows what that black swan event might be.
00:45:47.740 That's why I thought yesterday, we thought, when we originally planned on doing these three days for Glenn,
00:45:52.500 I thought Friday would be a good day to talk to people and ask you what your predictions might be for the coming year.
00:46:01.900 And it went so well yesterday, I thought, you know, let me continue to open the phones.
00:46:05.900 We'll do it again today as well.
00:46:08.600 So I want to hear from you.
00:46:09.840 888-727-BECK.
00:46:12.340 888-727-BECK.
00:46:15.500 Let me know what you see coming in 2024.
00:46:20.300 888-727-BECK.
00:46:23.580 Okay.
00:46:25.020 Let me go to Lee.
00:46:26.680 Is it Lee or Leah in Virginia?
00:46:31.920 Hello.
00:46:32.480 How are you?
00:46:33.260 Good.
00:46:33.660 You're on the Glenn Beck program.
00:46:37.000 Okay.
00:46:37.580 So the question about what do I see happening?
00:46:40.920 Well, right here in the Tidewater area on the election year, they are shutting down all our bridges or not shutting them down,
00:46:49.920 but working on all our bridges and our tunnels all at the same time.
00:46:55.700 And during 9-11, we had terrorists checking out our bridges and tunnels.
00:47:02.060 But nothing happened at that point to our bridges and tunnels.
00:47:06.800 And we all know how some of the terrorists will sit for years.
00:47:11.300 And, you know, we got our Navy around here.
00:47:14.600 It's almost like there will be another Pearl Harbor happening around here.
00:47:18.760 It's just, I just feel like that that's going to be happening in this area.
00:47:24.060 So let me ask you, do you think it's specifically bridge-related?
00:47:32.840 Bridge, tunnels, they're working on all of them at the same time.
00:47:37.540 It's really, really strange.
00:47:42.100 Like, they're having to shut down systematically so that, and people are, like, waiting to cross the bridges, you know, getting caught up at the bridges.
00:47:54.060 And that's happening as of right now.
00:47:58.000 And, anyway, it just is kind of a strange thing for, you know, they have all these years to work on these bridges and tunnels.
00:48:06.340 Why this year?
00:48:07.660 How come?
00:48:09.020 Yeah, great, great question.
00:48:10.480 Leah, thank you very much.
00:48:11.540 I appreciate that phone call.
00:48:12.780 We'll mark that one down.
00:48:14.660 God forbid something does along those lines.
00:48:17.440 But I know we're vulnerable.
00:48:18.480 I know we've got 170, almost 200 on the terrorist watch list coming across the border that have been caught.
00:48:25.140 Those are the ones we know of.
00:48:27.000 So these are vulnerable points.
00:48:28.400 These are issues.
00:48:29.580 I think, you know, not to discredit what you're saying, but I think there's a lot of construction and there's a lot of infrastructure upgrading happening right now.
00:48:41.000 There's a couple of different reasons for that.
00:48:42.620 That's part of all the money that they've printed Biden is outspending and throwing around.
00:48:48.720 I thought it's funny.
00:48:49.700 During COVID here in Michigan, they didn't hardly do any.
00:48:54.000 They really did no work whatsoever on bridges or roads.
00:48:59.140 And, I mean, we've had some of the worst roads here.
00:49:01.460 They could have done it all when nobody was on the road.
00:49:03.780 But you wait until an election year, and that's probably what you're seeing, too, Lee.
00:49:07.360 It's like, well, we're taking care of business this election year.
00:49:10.340 You know, we're making your tax dollars work for you.
00:49:14.640 That might be part of what you're seeing, too.
00:49:18.520 But who knows?
00:49:20.620 Who knows?
00:49:22.140 Randall in Kentucky is up next.
00:49:23.800 What do you see coming in 2024?
00:49:26.540 What is your prediction?
00:49:28.020 888-727-BECK.
00:49:30.120 Randall, how are you?
00:49:31.920 Yeah, good morning.
00:49:32.980 This is Randall.
00:49:35.100 I was wanting to talk about the devaluation of the dollar.
00:49:39.620 You know, I know several families, you know, in my church and around my community,
00:49:46.440 and including myself, where I live in Kentucky, it's a lower cost of living.
00:49:51.360 But me and my wife together, we make, you know, over $100,000 a year.
00:49:56.460 But we're, you know, we can just, we're making more money than we ever had in our lifetime.
00:50:01.780 And, you know, it's just becoming more harder to keep up.
00:50:06.180 And I don't understand how people with, like, a regular job is maintaining.
00:50:10.700 You know, this is a very good point.
00:50:16.560 Your money is worth less than ever before.
00:50:20.100 And a lot of it has to do, that's courtesy of Bidenflation and all the money printing that's going on.
00:50:27.280 But, Randall, you're not the only one.
00:50:28.220 I've heard so many people talk about this, specifically people who are living paycheck to paycheck to making six figures.
00:50:34.480 And even in a place like, I'm assuming, where you're at, what part of Kentucky are you in?
00:50:39.760 They're south of Lexington, you know, south central, which is, you know, it's a really low cost of living.
00:50:46.900 And, you know, and I've seen an article just like yesterday or the day before on the blaze about Russia and Iran officially ditching the U.S. dollar to trade between, I guess, one another.
00:50:59.500 And that was something I was like, well, I mean, there's just another, you know, they just see, you just see a continuation of our dollar being devaluated.
00:51:10.760 And, I mean, you know, you don't see anybody in D.C. trying to make moves to prevent it anymore.
00:51:20.460 I mean, I didn't vote for Trump his first term, and I did his second term because, you know, I've seen he did a good job.
00:51:31.720 And that was, that's something that, you know, I'm not always a diehard Republican.
00:51:37.300 I'll vote for the better man.
00:51:39.360 And I don't see how anybody really at this point could be, you know, supporting the other side.
00:51:45.500 I have a father-in-law that's like, you know, a diehard Democrat.
00:51:49.500 And, you know, I tell him all the time I'm always trying to red pill him.
00:51:54.400 You know, I'm trying to, you know, like, hey, well, get an understanding, like, you know, where he's wired, you know, to think that they're doing a better job.
00:52:05.540 But I don't know if that's where, like, the boomer generation, because I guess I would be a millennial.
00:52:10.400 I'm in my late 30s.
00:52:12.980 So, you know, I'm trying to understand where, you know, he's wired different to where he thinks, like, the Democrats are doing a good job.
00:52:24.200 You know, it's interesting to hear.
00:52:26.360 I've got some family members that are in the same boat.
00:52:30.380 And it's hard to, when you start talking about Democrat versus Republican, people tend to get a little more, like, defensive.
00:52:38.960 But if you just talk simple gas, like, how do you like that gas?
00:52:43.920 Four dollars a gallon or whatever it might be.
00:52:46.200 Now, the gas is going down right now.
00:52:48.280 But you know why?
00:52:49.060 Because they're producing more than they ever have.
00:52:50.760 It's also an election year.
00:52:51.740 I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
00:52:53.880 But these are the things, the kitchen table issues.
00:52:57.260 Now, some of the folks who are, you know, like you just said, diehard.
00:53:01.120 Some of these folks that are fully embedded, entrenched in the cult, they're not going to move.
00:53:06.400 And they don't care.
00:53:07.180 Well, Biden's done a good job.
00:53:09.560 But, you know, gosh, I'll tell you what.
00:53:11.300 If Trump was in there, it'd be a lot worse.
00:53:13.360 That's how they feel on things.
00:53:15.420 So you've got to keep having the conversations.
00:53:18.200 But, Randall, I think you're right.
00:53:20.440 We are going to, this idea in the economy, particularly the dollar being worth less, the attack on the dollar,
00:53:25.980 BRICS nations, this is Brazil, Russia, India, China, Saudi Arabia, and more and more.
00:53:33.140 They're adding more and more every year to this conglomeration of folks who want to start trading oil with different currency
00:53:39.540 and get rid of the U.S. dollar.
00:53:41.040 The attack is on.
00:53:42.600 And I don't know that lawmakers are paying close enough attention to it.
00:53:47.280 I know you are.
00:53:48.040 And I'm sure Glenn will continue to talk about it into the new year.
00:53:51.280 I want to hear from you, too.
00:53:52.200 You can talk about anything, any subject that you think 2024 is going to be big on the radar.
00:54:00.140 These are predictions.
00:54:01.380 These are what you see.
00:54:02.320 Get out the crystal ball, the magic eight ball, whatever.
00:54:04.900 Just pull that thing out and tell me what you see coming.
00:54:09.300 I want to hear from you.
00:54:10.040 Give you a chance to sound off.
00:54:11.260 We'll do this again tomorrow, too, if you can't make it through today.

00:56:03.380 Don is hanging on the line.
00:56:05.260 Don, you're on the Glenn Beck program.
00:56:08.620 Hey, Justin.
00:56:09.520 Thank you for taking the call.
00:56:11.300 Merry Christmas.
00:56:12.180 Great term to use.
00:56:13.820 You too.
00:56:14.420 And I hope you have a happy new year as well.
00:56:16.080 Absolutely.
00:56:16.720 You know, Justin, predicting what's going to come is only in its matter of probability,
00:56:23.400 as you know, what's going toward X, what's going toward Y, what's going toward Z.
00:56:27.880 But, you know, the absolute worst thing that could happen would be if Biden is reelected
00:56:36.020 or a Democrat gets in the office.
00:56:38.360 I mean, everything else besides that would get obviously much worse.
00:56:44.720 You know, with the amount of monies that we're paying every day for eggs and gas and whatnot.
00:56:57.400 But if we don't stop the horde, you know, another thing that could very easily happen,
00:57:03.540 even short of that, even before the election, is, you know, of course, we got the thing with all the problems that Mr. Trump is seeing.
00:57:12.520 But if the horde coming across our southern border is not somehow curtailed, we could easily run into martial law for any number of reasons.
00:57:23.000 For environmental reasons, I mean, they could be poisoning our waters.
00:57:28.960 They could be blowing up our electrical plants.
00:57:31.460 They could be poisoning our food.
00:57:34.680 And it goes on.
00:57:36.640 I mean, we could have a nuclear war somewhere, you know, brought on by these idiots and their lousy foreign relations.
00:57:47.660 They're laughing at Biden.
00:57:49.460 They're laughing at us Americans.
00:57:51.000 And it's really sad.
00:57:52.160 And so, I mean, there's, I mean, the list goes on and on.
00:57:57.780 Don, I get it because I feel the same, you know, frustrations and I feel the same sense of anxiety at times over these things,
00:58:08.300 if I think about all of them.
00:58:11.960 And I, you know, I know it's tough because, you know, you're looking at all the possibilities and they are endless.
00:58:18.300 Is there anything you see for sure happening next year?
00:58:22.160 You know, my fear, the immigration issue, inflation is bad.
00:58:31.120 Yeah.
00:58:31.440 But, you know, we could almost live with inflation.
00:58:33.920 But you can't live with a population that hates you.
00:58:39.140 And martial law is, I think, you know, like I said, short of Biden getting reelected, which, oh, my God, you know, I'd rather hit myself in the head with a brick.
00:58:52.560 But the, but martial law is, you know, they've already done it with COVID.
00:59:00.620 I mean, they've already proven they can put us all at home and you're going to like it whether you want it or not.
00:59:07.860 And that's, you know, that for so many, who's going to feed all these people?
00:59:16.280 What are these people going to do when they get hungry and their money runs out when Biden, when Biden's bucks run out?
00:59:23.100 And, yeah, I, hey, hey, Don, I think we lost him.
00:59:30.020 Don, I appreciate the phone call.
00:59:31.780 Thank you so much.
00:59:32.780 You know, your frustration, your feeling, your anxiety is, you're not alone on those things.
00:59:42.780 You're not alone.
00:59:44.980 You know, it just occurred to me, too, as I'm taking your phone call.
00:59:47.780 Does anybody have any good?
00:59:52.980 Because we started talking about the Black Swan event.
00:59:55.600 Does anybody have any good news or predictions?
00:59:58.880 Let's go to Dennis in Maine, I think it is.
01:00:01.800 Dennis, you're on the Glenn Beck program.
01:00:04.740 Good morning, Justin.
01:00:05.620 How are you?
01:00:06.340 Great.
01:00:06.740 You got any good predictions for us?
01:00:09.180 I don't know if it's good, but I believe that China will drop communism.
01:00:15.220 I think that would be great.
01:00:17.660 What do you think is going to happen?
01:00:19.820 Well, I think they're going to realize that that label is really closing some ideas off to them.
01:00:27.280 But if we look at what China is doing right now, they're buying businesses left and right.
01:00:31.260 In the United States, they're buying farmland, they're buying everything up, and they're realizing that they could get their goals just by buying things.
01:00:41.120 And if they drop that label, there'd be so many countries that'd be like, oh, look, look, they're one of us.
01:00:45.960 So you think they'll drop the label, but will they actually drop the practice?
01:00:50.100 Because, you know, the Chinese Communist Party is linked in all of those businesses that they're buying.
01:00:55.760 They're essentially there is no difference between the government and in those businesses.
01:01:01.860 Right.
01:01:02.200 I do think it'll be more of an undercover fascism, if anything.
01:01:07.080 I don't, but I don't think they'll have that public label of communism because they know.
01:01:11.140 A rebranding, you're saying.
01:01:13.200 A rebranding of China.
01:01:15.200 And really, it's past its use for them, you know.
01:01:20.920 Yeah.
01:01:21.460 A lot, lots of, lots of consider there.
01:01:23.460 Dennis, thank you for, thank you for the call.
01:01:25.700 We'll do some more of these throughout the show.
01:01:27.540 If you can hang on with us, 888-727-BECK.
01:01:29.900 That's 888-727-BECK.
01:01:32.720 Coming up next, he's talking climate, the cult, and what's really at the center of all of this nonsense.
01:01:39.480 It's another C word, control.
01:01:40.740 We'll dig in with that conversation coming up in just moments on the Glenn Beck program.
01:01:46.480 One more, one more.
01:01:47.820 Let me go to Troy in Florida.
01:01:50.720 Troy, you got 30.
01:01:52.240 Oh, we don't have time.
01:01:53.480 Don't have time, Troy.
01:01:54.660 I'm sorry.
01:01:55.360 Hang on.
01:01:55.760 We'll get back to you.
01:01:57.520 Stand by.
01:01:58.840 I promise you we'll get to as many of these phone calls we can today.
01:02:01.640 It's important.
01:02:02.540 We want to hear from you.
01:02:03.540 The people let you sound off.
01:02:06.380 Back in just moments.
01:02:09.060 Barkley and for Beck today.
01:02:10.740 On the Glenn Beck program.
01:02:21.200 The Glenn Beck program.
01:02:24.640 Your car is like an extension of you, am I right?
01:02:27.920 It goes wherever you go, from work to the gym, picking up the kids, dining out, visiting grandma.
01:02:32.620 So when your car breaks down, it's kind of like you're breaking down.
01:02:36.120 At least you will from the cost of fixing it.
01:02:38.520 Am I right?
01:02:39.380 But fear not, because CarShield has your back, like they've had mine with my trucks up at the ranch.
01:02:45.100 Don't worry about how much it's going to cost to fix your car when it breaks down, because you'll have a protection plan like I do with CarShield.
01:02:51.800 It covers more than 5,000 parts, from alternators to big ticket items like transmissions.
01:02:57.900 You pay by the month with no long-term contract commitment, and the cost will never go up thanks to CarShield's price lock guarantee.
01:03:05.440 No matter how many claims you file, no matter what happens with inflation, you're stuck on the side of the road, access CarShield's 24-7 roadside assistance.
01:03:13.820 Get going now.
01:03:14.860 Call 800-227-6100, 800-227-6100, or go to CarShield.com slash Beck and save 20%.
01:03:22.780 CarShield.com slash Beck.
01:03:25.960 Glenn Beck.
01:03:27.020 Avoiding the woke mainstream messaging in favor of truth.
01:03:31.320 More Glenn Beck in a moment.
01:03:32.420 We are going to be taking more of your calls coming up in the program.
01:03:59.800 If you're on the line, hang out if you can.
01:04:01.600 And if not, that's okay.
01:04:03.100 You can come back next hour if you want to.
01:04:05.600 Want to hear from you, or even continue, the predictions for 2024 throughout the program.
01:04:13.240 888-727-BECK.
01:04:15.200 B-E-C-K.
01:04:16.140 That's 888-727-BECK.
01:04:18.900 I do want to hear from you, because I think, look, it is interesting to me to see what other people see, particularly this audience, to hear what you're hearing.
01:04:27.820 And I'm just curious, especially with the prediction yesterday or the Sunday from Catherine Harrison, the Face the Nation, where she said, she says, a black swan event coming.
01:04:41.260 Now, a black swan event could be any number of things.
01:04:45.520 In fact, one of those things is happening now.
01:04:49.720 I think the overwhelming of the border gets completely left wide open.
01:04:55.680 And we are hearing story after story about this.
01:05:01.960 And, in fact, Trump's got a new ad out.
01:05:03.740 President Trump has a new ad.
01:05:04.840 This is very powerful.
01:05:06.160 I just put it up on X, formerly Twitter, at Mr. Justin Barclay.
01:05:11.680 And they'll put all this stuff, as I do every day, and things we talked about on the stack at JustinBarclay.com.
01:05:16.440 But here it is, really leans into that open border.
01:05:20.140 While the world burns, Joe Biden has created a violent threat in our own backyard.
01:05:26.500 Biden's open border has opened the floodgates to record numbers, including terrorists, fentanyl traffickers, and raises the possibility of a Hamas attack.
01:05:35.040 President Trump had our borders secured, and he'll do it again by building even more wall and stopping people from terrorist countries from ever entering.
01:05:46.040 I'm Donald J. Trump, and I approve this message.
01:05:48.840 It's a solid, especially the visuals on this, a solid message, particularly about what's happening at the point.
01:05:56.340 Now, if you ask questions about that, you know that you are racist, you're misogynist, you're homophobic.
01:06:02.900 They'll call you all the ists in the book.
01:06:05.580 In fact, AOC is now saying you're all those things.
01:06:09.600 And you've got to realize why the people are coming here.
01:06:12.000 There's a reason for all of this.
01:06:14.340 It's because of climate change.
01:06:15.960 So often, people want to say, why are you talking about the border crisis?
01:06:19.840 Or why aren't you talking about it in this way?
01:06:22.100 Well, we're talking about it.
01:06:23.660 They just don't like how we're talking about it.
01:06:25.320 Because it's not a border crisis.
01:06:27.180 It's an imperialism crisis.
01:06:28.740 It's a climate crisis.
01:06:29.700 It's a trade crisis.
01:06:30.620 This is not a surge.
01:06:32.120 Oh, yeah.
01:06:32.900 These are children.
01:06:35.200 The ones I'm seeing coming from places like China, fully grown, fighting age, as they might describe it, military age.
01:06:45.320 And there are kids.
01:06:46.280 But the kids are being used in a lot of ways in shields and trafficked across the border.
01:06:50.860 They are very vulnerable.
01:06:51.760 But some of those kids are being brought here beyond their will.
01:06:58.640 This is not what they would want.
01:07:01.260 In fact, the fate that they face is even worse.
01:07:04.780 But she said climate change is a problem.
01:07:06.340 And they are not insurgents.
01:07:08.600 And we are not being invaded.
01:07:11.060 Which, by the way, is a white supremacist idea.
01:07:15.740 That's it.
01:07:16.340 Philosophy.
01:07:17.440 So often...
01:07:18.140 The truth is...
01:07:19.140 The truth is racist.
01:07:21.400 It's crazy.
01:07:22.820 But this is the world that we live in.
01:07:24.500 They don't want to face the facts, the reality, and the truth.
01:07:26.740 The fantasy world that some of these cultists live in is absolutely...
01:07:34.360 If it weren't so serious, it'd be more laughable.
01:07:37.040 Steve Gorin joins us right now.
01:07:38.180 He's actually written the book.
01:07:40.120 There's several, actually.
01:07:41.980 On all of this climate cult fiasco.
01:07:47.700 And Steve with us right now to talk a little bit about that.
01:07:51.120 I just find it very laughable.
01:07:55.780 Like I said, it shouldn't be.
01:07:57.620 Because of the serious nature of it all.
01:07:59.500 But they've found a way to blame everything on their cause du jour.
01:08:06.020 It might be climate change.
01:08:07.220 But I want to get down to what exactly is behind all of this.
01:08:13.060 Steve, the executive director of the Climate Science Coalition of America.
01:08:16.100 Author of four books on energy, climate change, and sustainable development.
01:08:19.220 With over 100,000 copies in print.
01:08:22.160 Steve's new book, Green Breakdown, The Coming Renewable Energy Failure, came out August 1st.
01:08:27.260 Steve, welcome in.
01:08:28.040 Hey, Justin.
01:08:29.460 Great to join you today.
01:08:31.220 So now AOC is a border issue.
01:08:34.060 And we know this is what they've wanted, this plan, this open borders.
01:08:38.260 But again, it's a climate.
01:08:41.200 They figured out a way to blame everything on climate.
01:08:44.800 And whatever they want to at the moment.
01:08:48.440 That's true.
01:08:50.780 Or in the age of climatism, if you will.
01:08:53.760 Yeah, that's exactly right.
01:08:55.360 By the way, that's a term that a couple presidential candidates, Mr. Trump and Mr. Ramaswamy, are using.
01:09:00.960 Climatism is the fear of human-caused global warming.
01:09:04.660 It is an ideology, and it has captured the leaders of the world.
01:09:08.440 We have many things blamed on that.
01:09:10.840 There have been headlines about couples or people in Florida will cheat on their spouses because of global warming.
01:09:19.240 I mean, there's just an endless amount of things that, you name it, it's caused by man-made warming.
01:09:24.540 Yeah, crime is another issue.
01:09:27.060 That's being, you know, people on the streets and the way they're acting, the violence, the things that we're seeing.
01:09:32.220 But that's all because of climate change.
01:09:36.280 Well, we're in a tremendous grip of this fear of man-made warming.
01:09:41.400 The world is spending about a trillion dollars a year.
01:09:44.580 And they're trying to change all of our energy sources.
01:09:47.420 They're trying to change agriculture.
01:09:49.020 They're trying to take away your gas stoves, take away your gasoline cars.
01:09:53.780 If you can imagine it, and people are serious about this, this is, it would be funny if it isn't going to tragically impact so many people.
01:10:03.820 And it is already impacting people around the world.
01:10:07.440 You know, I saw the other day, speaking of around the world, this is a crazy, I don't know how they figured out this and the hoops they have to jump through.
01:10:15.360 But Reuters, Muslims killed 160 Christians on Christmas Day, Reuters blaming climate change.
01:10:23.240 Another one of those stories that, again, they found the way to sort of shoehorn into their climate cause du jour.
01:10:31.700 Okay, so let me ask you this, Steve.
01:10:34.060 You know, we got all these things of politics and the, you know, the messaging of it all sort of floating around.
01:10:40.040 So let's get real.
01:10:40.620 Is the climate changing, and has it always been changing?
01:10:47.580 And does it have anything to do with the fact that you and I, or any of us, drive an SUV and eat steaks?
01:10:55.480 Well, the climate has always been changing throughout all of history.
01:10:57.880 We've had long-term cycles, which have created the ice age.
01:11:01.780 I'm in Chicago here today, and about 20,000 years ago, there was a mile of ice on top of this area.
01:11:07.320 And we've had warmer periods than we've had today.
01:11:12.900 About 1,000 years ago, the Vikings settled southwest Greenland and formed colonies there.
01:11:19.840 At that time, they had trees growing 20 feet high.
01:11:23.800 Today, there are no trees.
01:11:24.900 There's nothing but scrub grasses.
01:11:26.360 It was warmer 1,000 years ago than it is today.
01:11:30.000 So we have these 1,000-year cycles as well.
01:11:32.520 And then we have short-term cycles, like the El Nino-Southern Oscillation.
01:11:37.420 And we have temperature cycles in the Pacific and the Atlantic and the Indian Ocean, the Arctic Ocean.
01:11:42.620 Temperatures have been changing all the time throughout all of Earth's history.
01:11:48.080 And the amount that your neighbor's SUV is contributing really is a small factor relative to natural factors that determine what happens with the climate.
01:11:57.900 You know, I see the headlines, and I'm reminded of all of the hysteria that surrounds all of these things.
01:12:07.540 We just have somehow lost a pretty natural grasp on.
01:12:11.860 This is common sense.
01:12:12.840 It's not common anymore.
01:12:14.620 The things that you just described, I know because I was taught in school that all these things happen.
01:12:20.360 And where I'm at in Michigan, we had the same glaciers.
01:12:23.100 Things are always changing.
01:12:24.300 They constantly change the cause of that.
01:12:25.700 There's a number of reasons for it.
01:12:27.660 The sun is a big part.
01:12:28.980 Last time I checked, you and I can't control the sun.
01:12:31.740 Now, I know Bill Gates wants to.
01:12:33.520 I know he wants to shut it off.
01:12:36.100 But the last time I checked, we can't control them.
01:12:39.600 We just had a big solar event the last week or so, didn't we?
01:12:44.900 Yeah, about 98% or 99% of the energy that the Earth receives comes from the sun.
01:12:51.660 And what humans do is relatively small.
01:12:58.360 So the world spending all this money is not going to have a measurable effect on global temperatures.
01:13:04.460 But unfortunately, it is going to impact people's everyday lives and in a negative fashion.
01:13:12.080 The good news, if you will, is that this is all going to break down.
01:13:17.160 In my latest book, The Green Breakdown, The Coming Renewable Energy Failure,
01:13:22.480 I talk about this proposed energy transition that all of the world leaders are pushing.
01:13:27.720 And it's just not going to happen.
01:13:30.500 We're going to get back.
01:13:31.600 We're going to have, instead, we're going to have higher energy prices.
01:13:34.160 We're going to have electricity blackouts.
01:13:35.560 Less freedom, because they want to take away your cars and your gas stoves.
01:13:40.280 We're going to have transnational energy shocks like Europe suffered in the last two years.
01:13:44.860 And people are going to say, enough of this.
01:13:46.540 They're going to demand a return to low-cost, reliable energy.
01:13:50.500 And we're already seeing a little bit of symptoms of a green breakdown.
01:13:53.560 So we'll see how this goes.
01:13:55.840 Now, what is all of this about?
01:13:57.480 Because, see, I know we talked about climate, the cult, but tell me, for some reason,
01:14:01.960 I think there's another C involved here, which is control.
01:14:07.700 Is all of this about being able to say, well, look, the world's burning,
01:14:12.220 so we've got to tell you that you can't eat meat and that you must eat bugs and be happy?
01:14:18.620 How dare you?
01:14:19.460 I mean, what is all this about?
01:14:23.000 Nice clip by Greta Thunberg there, yeah.
01:14:25.020 Well, I do think that people believe, mistakenly, that the Earth is in danger,
01:14:32.760 and so they're pushing all this fear.
01:14:34.720 But there's no doubt that the theory of man-made warming and climatism is used for a whole bunch of,
01:14:39.700 to get a whole bunch of policies across.
01:14:42.980 One example is the United Nations.
01:14:46.600 For several decades now, the United Nations has wanted to be an environmental leader,
01:14:51.300 and they've used the theory of man-made warming to push that end.
01:14:55.920 They've also wanted some things like a world government.
01:14:59.440 Jacques Chirac, the former president of France,
01:15:03.200 commented that the United Nations climate conferences were the first example of world government.
01:15:09.320 And the U.N. has also wanted to redistribute the world's wealth from the wealthy nations,
01:15:15.060 the United States and Europe, to developing nations.
01:15:17.400 And we've just finished up a climate conference, COP28, in the Middle East,
01:15:28.460 and they hope to transfer trillions of dollars from the wealthy nations to the developing nations
01:15:37.380 in the name of climate change.
01:15:39.480 So, yeah, climate can be used to further all sorts of ends,
01:15:44.380 and just as government leaders have used fears of various things for centuries now.
01:15:51.440 Now, look, we joke about some of this, and obviously, Greta, you know, kind of laugh,
01:15:55.720 at people gluing themselves to the road and shutting down, you know, airports and roads and things like that.
01:16:03.180 We kind of joke about, because some of it's so hysterical, you know,
01:16:08.140 you can't help but kind of laugh at the absurdity of it all.
01:16:11.700 However, as you just mentioned, COP28, this is where they decide, sort of the policy,
01:16:16.620 how it's going, do they sort of dream about it, their green pipe dream.
01:16:19.800 Then they come home, places like where I'm at, Michigan,
01:16:22.720 and the governor goes through and puts this policy into effect
01:16:25.280 that would drastically, dramatically have an impact here.
01:16:28.720 I mean, you're talking about people who are in danger.
01:16:33.260 We've seen in Texas what happens when they get a cold day
01:16:36.820 and they're relying too much on wind, solar, and unicorn farts.
01:16:39.960 People die.
01:16:41.560 So I've got to ask you, and Steve Gorham's with us right now.
01:16:44.220 We've got to take a quick break, but what can we do, what can be done
01:16:47.520 in the fight back to grab control here, back, and shake common sense into some folks?
01:16:56.640 How can we fight back against all of this nonsense?
01:17:00.420 We've got to get some solutions when we come back.
01:17:02.200 Steve Gorham with us.
01:17:03.600 Back in just a moment.
01:17:04.920 Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program.
01:17:08.800 Join the conversation.
01:17:10.840 888-727-BECK.
01:17:13.420 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:17:14.500 Your home is so much more than the place you live.
01:17:28.960 It's an investment tool as well, and you can put that tool to use
01:17:32.320 and access the equity that you have as cash to pay off those high-interest credit cards.
01:17:37.740 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?
01:17:40.620 Some people are paying 30-plus every single month.
01:17:43.440 I mean, it's insane.
01:17:44.580 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up,
01:17:49.260 and you just can't let that happen, which is why you need to look at your spending,
01:17:52.960 your financing, your debt.
01:17:54.320 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.
01:17:56.960 This is a family-owned mortgage lender.
01:17:58.640 They're not a bank.
01:17:59.540 You're important to them.
01:18:00.460 There's no pressure, no upfront or hidden fees.
01:18:02.620 If you call them today, you might be able to close in as fast as 10 days
01:18:06.160 and even delay two mortgage payments.
01:18:08.460 They're saving homeowners just like you an average of $826 a month.
01:18:12.480 That could be life-changing.
01:18:14.000 So call today, 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.
01:18:20.300 American Financing, NMLS, 182334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.net.
01:18:25.820 Not a lot of time here, but I want to make sure we get to the solutions.
01:18:37.880 Steve Gorham, our guest here, talking about the climate, cold,
01:18:40.820 and all the control that really is at stake.
01:18:44.060 Steve, what are the solutions?
01:18:45.620 Do you see anything, ways that folks can fight back?
01:18:49.200 Yeah, I do.
01:18:49.600 First, they ought to educate themselves and their family members,
01:18:52.380 and the best way to do that is first get a copy of my new book, Green Breakdown.
01:18:56.920 They can get these from my website, Steve Gorham, G-O-R-E-H-A-M.com,
01:19:03.600 and I'll send them a signed copy.
01:19:06.400 And another one for their family members, their kids and their grandkids,
01:19:09.960 The Mad, Mad, Mad World of Climatism.
01:19:11.880 They should get that one to counter what's being taught in schools.
01:19:15.380 But then they ought to push back.
01:19:17.140 People want to build a wind turbine installation on the next hill.
01:19:22.000 They should oppose that, or a solar farm next door,
01:19:25.000 or build a carbon dioxide capture pipeline by their town.
01:19:29.440 They should be opposing those and voting for leaders.
01:19:32.240 Or if they want to take away their gas stoves and their gasoline cars.
01:19:35.740 These things are not going to do anything to affect global temperatures.
01:19:38.800 It's not going to be measurable.
01:19:40.120 So people need to get active and get out and push for leaders that are going to get back to energy common sense.
01:19:46.880 Best way for folks to get in contact with you, Steve?
01:19:50.100 Yeah, my website, SteveGorham.com.
01:19:52.620 And on all my books, there's an email on the back of the title page.
01:19:56.380 So I'll be happy to respond to them.
01:19:58.600 I appreciate that.
01:19:59.580 Thank you very much, Steve Gorham.
01:20:02.160 This is the key, though.
01:20:04.320 I mean, it's not enough that we recognize it.
01:20:06.400 We talk about it.
01:20:07.260 That's only part of it.
01:20:08.340 The next part is to take action.
01:20:09.900 And I've seen it.
01:20:11.500 I've seen it happen where people literally, in their own town, in their own little township area,
01:20:17.440 have decided to push back on a lot of this nonsense.
01:20:21.100 You know, the biggest difference you can make often isn't far away in places like the capital in your state
01:20:29.780 or in Washington, D.C. in a swamp.
01:20:32.020 But it's right in your own backyard, in fact, in your home.
01:20:35.140 And those are the things that, boy, I tell you, when you really start to see a difference, they add up.
01:20:42.960 Yeah, they do.
01:20:44.020 Stand up.
01:20:46.200 Fight back.
01:20:47.120 We'll continue the fight.
01:20:48.160 And, of course, coming up next hour, more of your phone calls.
01:20:50.140 What do you see coming up?
01:20:51.020 Predictions for 2024.
01:20:52.380 We'll get into those as well.
01:20:53.380 You can join the program.
01:20:54.700 888-727-BECK.
01:20:56.280 Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program.
01:20:59.840 We're back after this.
01:21:00.820 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:21:08.440 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:21:08.640 We've got no room to compromise.
01:21:33.020 We've got to stand together.
01:21:37.480 It's going to survive.
01:21:41.760 Stand up straight and hold the line.
01:21:46.960 It's a new day on time to rise.
01:21:53.380 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:21:58.320 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:03.260 Stand up.
01:22:06.500 This one is an interesting story.
01:22:08.940 An attack on free speech from a side and angle that we really haven't necessarily seen yet before.
01:22:18.720 We're saying something that goes against the narrative.
01:22:21.880 Are you spreading the dangerous truth?
01:22:25.720 Well, you could soon face fines for that.
01:22:30.040 We'll tell you how and why.
01:22:31.980 All coming up.
01:22:33.300 Plus, we're grabbing your calls to hear about predictions for 2024 and beyond.
01:22:37.300 What do you see coming in the next year?
01:22:40.360 It's all coming up this hour.
01:22:43.360 Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:46.040 We're back after this.
01:22:47.160 Stand up.
01:22:48.840 MyPillow is always looking for ways to solve everyday problems.
01:22:58.060 For instance, your towels.
01:22:59.480 You go into stores, towels feel soft at the touch at first.
01:23:02.800 Then you go home, use them, and you find they're not really absorbent at all.
01:23:06.460 That's why MyPillow now has MyTowels.
01:23:09.740 They actually work.
01:23:10.760 They're soft and absorbent.

01:23:58.780 You know, I really do cherish the opportunity to have conversations with each other
01:24:07.100 and about the stories, the things that matter the most.
01:24:09.840 I got to tell you, I don't know how long we'll be able to do just that.
01:24:17.900 Look, you really don't have to look much further.
01:24:20.800 What we've seen over the last few years and how intense the fight has been.
01:24:29.240 Everything from election interference, the government telling social media companies what they can and can't allow
01:24:37.220 to take out any criticism or any alternative practices or ways to deal with certain viruses and things of that nature.
01:24:52.860 COVID, this whole era really, it gave sort of birth to this new sort of censorship that, look, you can't, you just can't deny it.
01:25:04.160 By the way, that's what the Blaze and this program is all about.
01:25:09.960 It's about fighting back against.
01:25:11.600 It's about the truth and being able to have the conversations that matter most.
01:25:15.860 So, I saw this latest story and it's starting to bubble up.
01:25:22.120 Well, here we go again.
01:25:24.220 I don't know how much of this verifiable in the terms of what is actually going to happen,
01:25:33.460 but I just want you to know it's being discussed.
01:25:35.960 This is coming from various individuals who have sort of ringed alarm on this, but beginning in January,
01:25:49.140 T-Mobile will be updating their terms of service and issuing fines, they say, to any vendor, business, or person,
01:25:58.260 according to this report, who uses their commercial SMS services and sends what they deem as, quote, hate speech.
01:26:07.740 Now, that's just a part of it.
01:26:10.400 Really, it's aimed at what they're calling spam and some of the other major issues.
01:26:17.080 Now, they're being cracked down also by the federal government as well.
01:26:21.180 There's some changes.
01:26:21.980 I have a text line that we're able to send things out on and have conversations with people back and forth.
01:26:31.300 This has been another way to reach people that I've used in my bank because you just never know whether social media,
01:26:37.540 you post something online, whether or not it's actually going to get out to people.
01:26:43.160 At any different time, and right now, we don't seem to be as throttled as we have in the past.
01:26:48.880 I'm sure, because we're quickly approaching an election year, I'm sure that will change here shortly.
01:26:59.480 But on social media, a place like Facebook or you name it, you know, we constantly,
01:27:05.580 every time I try to post something or share something or do a live video or whatever it might be,
01:27:10.260 it barely reaches, it barely reaches out to the people.
01:27:15.780 Now, there's like, you know, a decent number of people on this page and it's sort of maybe a fraction of those people are actually seeing.
01:27:29.040 And I will get people to come to say, I didn't know you were, I didn't know you were still doing your,
01:27:35.640 I stream it every day on Facebook and, you know, X and Rumble and a number of these different places.
01:27:46.620 And I get people, particularly on Facebook, they came in and were watching it and during the height of this stuff,
01:27:51.960 the 2020 when I was really talking about stories and sharing things that people weren't hearing.
01:27:58.600 They were very, in Michigan, particularly, very, I think they were drawn to that.
01:28:03.620 But, you know, now I get a lot of people who come to, I didn't know you were still on.
01:28:08.060 I didn't, I haven't seen your posts in ages and, you know,
01:28:11.180 and they'll just somehow stumble back or find me and be reminded.
01:28:15.140 So this is nothing new and I'm not complaining about it.
01:28:18.200 I know it's just a fact of life.
01:28:21.040 I know it's just something that we have to deal with.
01:28:26.160 I am, I'm not naive here.
01:28:29.180 Okay, so just making that point clear.
01:28:34.980 But now I, what appears to be happening is that they're going so far now as to crack down
01:28:42.080 because you get the social media through AI and algorithms and things like that worked out.
01:28:47.780 Now they're working on the peer-to-peer.
01:28:49.540 So that would be you, possibly even, personally being able to send messages
01:28:55.560 to friends and family, loved ones, that you care about
01:29:01.820 and with certain messages, certain stories, certain content that they deem,
01:29:11.540 or they may deem is off-limits.
01:29:15.640 Now here's an article from Cord Cutter News.
01:29:21.120 T-Mobile will soon fine you $2,000 fines for sending spam or illegal content on some accounts.
01:29:28.940 They wanted to say spam is a massive problem through text messages over the last few years.
01:29:32.980 Now T-Mobile, by the way, tell Nikki Haley to stop texting me.
01:29:35.960 I don't know why.
01:29:37.540 Nikki.
01:29:38.720 I get a text message every day.
01:29:40.460 I don't know how much she's spending on text messages,
01:29:42.200 but I thank you, Nikki.
01:29:43.100 I appreciate it.
01:29:43.840 I don't need, I don't need a text message.
01:29:50.260 But this is, by the way, that's the kind of, that's the kind of, the text messages I'd like to see stop.
01:29:57.020 Things like that.
01:29:58.740 Unsolicited.
01:29:59.320 I don't know how I ended up on your list.
01:30:01.080 I never opted in.
01:30:02.300 So this may be, in fact, called spam.
01:30:06.480 And I haven't yet.
01:30:07.640 See, I'm also like, I don't know about you, but I'm kind of apprehensive about texting back stop because I don't want to confirm this is a, this is a phone number because they need to text back stop.
01:30:18.820 Try to opt out.
01:30:19.800 Then they go, oh, we got a hot one here.
01:30:21.440 Somebody, somebody will respond.
01:30:23.860 So I'm kind of on the line.
01:30:27.060 You know, it's sort of teeter-tottering back and forth on that.
01:30:30.860 They say spam has been a massive problem through text messages over the last few years.
01:30:34.980 Now T-Mobile has changed its terms of services to add fines.
01:30:39.820 Now, I don't know how they're going to find, I don't know how this is going to actually work.
01:30:46.100 You fine me.
01:30:47.200 I'm not paying a fine.
01:30:48.340 I'm especially if I don't have T-Mobile service.
01:30:50.680 How does this work?
01:30:52.740 Well, apparently they would be adding fines.
01:30:54.860 This is article says to business accounts that send spam, social engineering messages, whatever that might be, or illegal content over the T-Mobile network.
01:31:05.700 The new fines will take effect January 1st.
01:31:08.020 The good news is the regular accounts not affected by the new world.
01:31:10.800 Business accounts will face fines and termination.
01:31:16.100 So there you have it.
01:31:18.520 Now this has been, a lot of this has been furthered by some to say, well, they're going to come after you for things that you or they deem hate.
01:31:30.160 So first of all, who gets a say in what hate speech, what it actually means and what it is?
01:31:38.620 Who gets to decide what is on limits and off limits?
01:31:43.220 What is okay and what is not?
01:31:45.100 Who gets to choose?
01:31:50.040 That's a great question.
01:31:51.060 But again, this is just one of the carriers.
01:31:54.980 And this is another one of these, really, we got to be very careful.
01:31:58.440 These are one of these lines that you walk that you don't know how far this thing is going to go.
01:32:03.740 One of them picks it up.
01:32:06.820 If they don't get enough pushback on this, and customers saying, look, I don't like this, you know, some dropping their accounts, whatever.
01:32:17.840 I don't have T-Mobile, so I don't know how that all works with them.
01:32:21.480 But illegal content refers to any content that is not legal in all 50 states federally.
01:32:28.780 Okay, so that would include anything that has to do with marijuana.
01:32:33.140 There's a lot of states now that are starting to, they have recreational like we do here in Michigan.
01:32:39.540 No, I'm not on it this morning.
01:32:41.100 Contrary to what some of you might think, fraudulent or misleading messages.
01:32:49.040 What might that be?
01:32:50.820 If you sent a message saying, well, I believe that the election outcome was different than what the official narrative is.
01:33:00.880 Would that be fraudulent and misleading?
01:33:02.440 Depictions or endorsements of violence, inappropriate content, profanity, or hate speech.
01:33:09.080 Again, what is hate speech?
01:33:14.360 And if you're saying, I believe you're biologically born a male, well, then you're always going to be biologically.
01:33:19.400 It's in the genes.
01:33:20.960 You can't change that.
01:33:24.160 Well, that might be hate speech.
01:33:25.700 See, so, again, this is a bit of an encroachment, a crackdown that I think folks see a slippery slope with.
01:33:38.620 You've already seen it on your social media, and a lot of conservatives, anyway, have sort of just, they've sort of just shrugged it off, saying, well, you know, it's a private company, and these social media companies, they could do what they want to do.
01:33:52.900 You know, and I get that argument, but at the same time, they have never had the type of impact that they, or the ability to, that they have these days.
01:34:11.080 And the same could be same for when it comes to the social media.
01:34:15.480 I will tell you this, no matter what happens, people will, because this is just what resilient people do, particularly Americans.
01:34:22.900 They will find a way around it all.
01:34:27.500 But in the meantime, they may speak up and say, we don't want any part of this either.
01:34:31.080 But it's just one of those stories that's floating around out there that I thought maybe, and several reached out to me on, that thought it was an important story to discuss.
01:34:41.020 What do you think is coming in 2024?
01:34:44.860 Will it be more censorship?
01:34:47.560 More encroachment on your First Amendment rights?
01:34:51.060 Your freedom of speech, etc.?
01:34:53.620 Will there be other things that happen?
01:34:55.880 I want to hear from you.
01:34:56.780 We're talking predictions today, and obviously, the audience, I think, you, the Glenn Beck Program audience, has insight that no other does.
01:35:07.640 That's why I always love to hear from you.
01:35:09.220 You can join the program.
01:35:10.660 Tell us what you think is coming in 2024 at 888-727-BECK.
01:35:15.920 That's 888-727-BECK.
01:35:18.440 We're going to take some phone calls, read some emails, and grab yours right after this.
01:35:22.600 Back in just moments.
01:35:23.860 Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program.
01:35:25.900 Your home is so much more than the place you live.
01:35:31.100 It's an investment tool as well, and you can put that tool to use and access the equity that you have as cash to pay off those high-interest credit cards.
01:35:39.880 Did you know the average credit card rate now is hovering around 25%?
01:35:42.760 Some people are paying 30-plus every single month.
01:35:45.680 I mean, it's insane.
01:35:46.520 If you're not paying that debt off in full every month, those fees are adding up, and you just can't let that happen, which is why you need to look at your spending, your financing, your debt.
01:35:56.460 Better yet, let American Financing do that for you.
01:35:59.100 This is a family-owned mortgage lender.
01:36:00.800 They're not a bank.
01:36:01.680 You're important to them.
01:36:02.600 There's no pressure, no upfront or hidden fees.
01:36:04.780 If you call them today, you might be able to close in as fast as 10 days and even delay two mortgage payments.
01:36:10.600 They're saving homeowners just like you an average of $826 a month.
01:36:14.720 That could be life-changing.
01:36:15.920 So call today, 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.
01:36:22.460 American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
01:36:38.900 Some of these predictions, I think, are really interesting.
01:36:43.540 Well, look, we've heard from a number of different people already over the last couple of days.
01:36:50.520 I want to hear from you.
01:36:51.500 888-727-BECK.
01:36:55.340 Bill has got one in an email here.
01:36:59.160 Justin at JustinBarkley.com.
01:37:00.740 It's been mentioned sporadically here and there, but it amazes me that more conservatives aren't making it a main topic.
01:37:06.440 The topic of digital currency.
01:37:15.360 The biggest threat to personal freedom and privacy that we have ever seen in modern times.
01:37:20.140 It's laughable to hear all the whining and gnashing of teeth about Trump being a Nazi, a fascist, a dictator, etc., considering what Obama's puppet has been doing.
01:37:27.180 Very good point, he says.
01:37:31.100 Big Brother O'Biden's minions have been working on this since day one and like to switch from the gold standard sometime before he loses in November.
01:37:37.300 He will throw that switch and declare that fiat currency is no longer legal tender and all the money will be converted to a government-issued card by a given date.
01:37:46.240 That card shall be issued for all monetary transactions.
01:37:51.520 The government will cite any number of reasons why this will lead to greater security, less crime, particularly drug crime, etc.
01:37:59.020 What they won't say but will be realized immediately is that all of an individual's purchases activities will be easily monitored by the government and ultimately controlled if, in some bureaucrat's mind, it becomes necessary.
01:38:13.660 Now, we just talked about this with the text messages on your phone.
01:38:22.660 He says, you'll get a text or an email.
01:38:24.480 Mr. Smith, their records indicate you have far surpassed your allowed amount of fill-in-the-blank gas, alcohol, meat, travel, etc. for the month.
01:38:34.000 Your ability to purchase that commodity has been suspended for the remainder of this period.
01:38:37.720 Or, as the system evolves, he says, and becomes more like China, if the left were to gain more power, the message could indicate that further violations would result in negative marks on your social credit score, which would mean the loss of your privileges.
01:38:54.840 Don't you see, there was a Black Mirror episode.
01:38:57.220 I only watched a couple of the Black Mirror.
01:38:58.820 It's just too out there for me.
01:39:00.660 But I did see the social call.
01:39:02.880 Oh, man, you talk about free candy.
01:39:04.360 And we're not far from that.
01:39:07.240 This may sound extreme, Bill writes, but look where leaving the gold standard has gotten us.
01:39:12.400 It should be talked about regularly so the American people can armor up against it and let their representatives know that it will be unacceptable long before it's slipped into the dead of night.
01:39:22.120 Oh, man.
01:39:23.560 I mean, this is a, this is one of the things that I am concerned about, too.
01:39:35.820 Not just a, well, digital currency isn't my concern.
01:39:44.860 A digital currency, if, if we can have decentralized digital currency, that I think might be kind of interesting.
01:39:59.460 But when you have centralized, in other words, government control, which is really what Bill is talking about, a government controlled digital currency, central digital currency,
01:40:09.900 that is the thing that I do see being a major issue.
01:40:18.800 Because, as he said, you could, that's complete, that's game over.
01:40:22.840 So how do you fight against that?
01:40:24.740 There are a couple of different things, a couple of different ways that people have taken steps to fight against a central digital currency.
01:40:34.800 And a lot of it has been the parallel economy.
01:40:40.660 Now, this is coming together with your friends, your relatives, your loved ones, your neighbors,
01:40:45.480 and deciding that you're going to build your own sort of economy.
01:40:53.900 You know, somebody that, that, that, that, that raises cows and you need meat and you've got, I don't know, your ability to work on cars, tractors, trucks, whatever it might be.
01:41:07.380 You can trade.
01:41:09.080 Maybe you produce some things that you can trade.
01:41:11.120 Those are, those are ways to do it.
01:41:12.400 Or maybe for the time being, you, you know, you get a little, I don't know, precious metals, gold, silver, lead.
01:41:18.180 And you, and you stock up and you have different things that you may trade, uh, or you may be able to, uh, you know, barter.
01:41:29.500 These are all different things.
01:41:30.740 And I'm like, I look, I know how crazy this sounds, but at the end of the day, I think we're actually getting more mainstream.
01:41:38.400 I think that the folks who want to just, uh, maybe go out to the middle of the woods with a little cabin somewhere, you know, uh, maybe raise a couple of chickens or something.
01:41:47.880 I mean, I have that dream and I got to tell you, I mean, I don't, I don't know how far off, there's like, if I can get an internet signal to be able to do my radio program, I guess I could do it.
01:41:58.800 But those chickens, there are more and more people with those chickens these days.
01:42:01.580 And, uh, I tell you, I think that's a smart thing.
01:42:05.580 We talked a little about that yesterday, prepping, preparing, I like it all depends, uh, on you and praying like it all depends on God.
01:42:13.260 Prep hard, pray harder.
01:42:14.900 That idea.
01:42:15.740 I think that's just a smart.
01:42:17.880 These days, Bill, I appreciate the email.
01:42:20.860 I got a bank full of phone calls, folks lined up to weigh in and we'll take your predictions as well as we continue getting close to the end of the year, putting the wraps on it.
01:42:29.540 Well, she said on CBS, defaced the nation the other day, Catherine Harris, you see the black Swan event the year of 2024.
01:42:39.180 What do you see?
01:42:39.820 Maybe even some good news you'd like to predict.
01:42:42.160 We'll get you on the record.
01:42:43.640 After this, Justin Barkley in today.
01:42:47.020 888-727-BECK.
01:42:48.560 That's 888-727-BECK.
01:42:50.980 Back on the Glenn Beck Program after this.
01:42:55.300 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:42:57.560 How's your car working these days?
01:43:01.120 Let's just say you're driving a vehicle that's out of warranty and it breaks down.
01:43:05.440 Then what do you do besides panic?

01:44:01.800 Missed this show? Listen anytime, anywhere podcasts are found.
01:44:05.980 Stick around. More after the break.
01:44:17.440 Your predictions for 2024. What's on your radar? What do you think is coming?
01:44:36.020 888-727-BECK.
01:44:40.160 Those are the calls. We're getting ready to take a bank full of them here in just a moment.
01:44:43.560 I want to hear from you.
01:44:44.460 But first, listen, you know, this is going to be front and center.
01:44:47.700 Did you ever think you'd see Democrats turning on each other the way they are?
01:44:52.720 Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson begging Biden for help with the illegals who've crossed the border now around the Windy City.
01:45:00.620 But we have reached a critical point in this mission that absent real significant intervention immediately,
01:45:13.120 our local economies are not designed and built to respond to this type of crisis.
01:45:21.580 We are literally building a system as we go along.
01:45:24.760 I commend Mayor Johnston and Mayor...
01:45:26.500 These are sanctuary cities, by the way.
01:45:28.900 He said, bring us. Bring us, everybody.
01:45:33.200 And we'll take care of them.
01:45:35.500 Sing Kumbaya and all that other stuff.
01:45:37.480 Now they're switching their tune.
01:45:40.940 Wait a minute. We can't handle all of this.
01:45:45.180 Of course, they're begging for help and from the federal government,
01:45:47.880 which means you and I essentially will have to bail them out.
01:45:52.380 Or, if we make a different decision in 2024, we may end up sending some of these folks back.
01:46:00.640 I don't know how you even know where any of these people are now.
01:46:06.080 Supposedly they were given cell phones and supposedly they've got court dates and all that's going to help everybody keep track of it all.
01:46:13.580 And I don't know how you actually can physically do it all.
01:46:22.240 But there you have it.
01:46:23.140 I'm sure that'll be front and center in 2024.
01:46:27.200 But what else?
01:46:28.840 What else is out there in 2024?
01:46:31.640 Let me go to the phone line.
01:46:32.480 Maybe even get some good ones in here.
01:46:33.800 If you've got a good one.
01:46:35.800 Is there a lot of Duma Gloom?
01:46:37.340 The sky is falling.
01:46:38.500 Chicken Little.
01:46:38.920 I got that.
01:46:39.620 I got it.
01:46:40.080 I got it.
01:46:40.500 I understand.
01:46:41.100 I think we ought to be.
01:46:42.220 But is there any, can you see anything good happening?
01:46:44.840 There's got to be some good on the horizon.
01:46:46.900 Michael in Oklahoma, we'll start with you on the Glenn Beck program.
01:46:52.200 Yes, sir.
01:46:53.440 What do you see coming in 2024?
01:46:55.960 Trump's going to be president.
01:46:58.900 That would be fantastic.
01:47:01.700 Now, you're stopping with that.
01:47:04.260 Is there anything, do you have any caveats to it?
01:47:06.440 I mean, he's the only one that, the only one that makes any sense in the, in the primaries
01:47:12.840 right now anyway.
01:47:14.300 And honestly, he's still president in my eyes.
01:47:17.420 Does he turn things around?
01:47:19.780 Is he able to do it?
01:47:21.720 Everything he says he's going to do, he does.
01:47:23.520 I mean, no, no doubt about it.
01:47:25.180 Well, I know he has.
01:47:26.180 I'm just saying, do you think in 24 in your prediction of him becoming president again,
01:47:30.500 do you think he'll be able to right the ship?
01:47:34.460 Oh, yeah, definitely.
01:47:38.880 I like it.
01:47:40.740 Michael, I like it.
01:47:41.620 That's it.
01:47:41.960 That's a good way to start.
01:47:42.900 Thank you.
01:47:43.260 I appreciate it.
01:47:44.880 Do you think they'll let that happen?
01:47:47.380 DK in Minnesota will go to you.
01:47:51.000 You're on the Glenn Beck program, 2024 predictions.
01:47:55.000 Good morning, sir.
01:47:55.880 Thanks for having me on today.
01:47:57.220 Appreciate you taking over for Glenn.
01:47:59.220 My pleasure.
01:48:00.900 I got just a nasty feeling.
01:48:03.660 I hate to say it, but of all the people that live in this nation that are on the conservative
01:48:07.980 side, it takes a lot to push conservatives over the edge.
01:48:12.020 And I think we're just about there.
01:48:13.780 Unfortunately, I got a feeling that they're going to mess with this next year's election
01:48:17.700 and everything having to do it.
01:48:18.940 They're doing it blatantly in front of our face as it is.
01:48:22.240 And I think we've had enough.
01:48:24.560 I mean, as far as all this woke ideology and everything that's been coming our way,
01:48:28.520 we try and be nice and be tolerant and just ignore the stupidity and just the ridiculous
01:48:36.260 hypocrisy with everything that they do.
01:48:38.520 I think, honestly, that we're looking at a civil war coming up because I don't think we can
01:48:43.640 take any more.
01:48:44.300 I hope not.
01:48:47.920 DK, what do you think that looks like?
01:48:52.080 Is it like just a split of the states?
01:48:54.900 What does that look like?
01:49:00.900 I guess if there was some way that we could do it, I know myself and many other people
01:49:06.080 would be more than happy if you draw a line straight down the middle of this country and
01:49:10.740 you take one side and take the other.
01:49:12.960 The only stipulation is that once you mess up your side of the country, you ain't coming
01:49:16.980 back to ours, you know, on the other hand, we are forgiving people as well.
01:49:22.220 But unfortunately, people still know how to get a hold of each other.
01:49:25.680 We're in the age of technology and that's easily shut down.
01:49:29.460 But they did it years ago before everybody had telephones and ways to get a hold of each
01:49:34.600 other, email and social media.
01:49:37.540 I just got a feeling that's going to come right down to it.
01:49:40.120 And it's going to be icky, unfortunately.
01:49:42.700 DK, thank you, my friend, praying for this country because I know every day we're being
01:49:47.940 marched towards that.
01:49:48.920 There's nothing more that they would like than some sort of conflict between us.
01:49:56.180 You know, that's the truth.
01:49:57.200 I mean, every day this divide and conquer strategy is designed to push us further apart.
01:50:04.980 And again, if we're divided, we can't face the real threat, which is these people that
01:50:12.580 want complete and total control over you and me.
01:50:15.320 Sean in Florida, you've waited so long.
01:50:17.360 Thank you for being patient this morning.
01:50:19.600 Sean in Florida, you're on the Glenn Beck program.
01:50:21.900 Well, thanks for having me and thanks for filling in for Glenn, like everybody says.
01:50:25.320 I think this little steeplechase starts off slow.
01:50:28.420 And I think you're going to see at the national level, everything kind of slow down and back
01:50:32.920 off as we get into 2024.
01:50:35.440 Things won't pick up on the left until after the elections.
01:50:38.700 And it goes one of two ways, either, you know, your previous caller said that, you know,
01:50:43.660 Trump wins and then they go, you know, bonkers and cities burn, which may trigger what your
01:50:49.460 last caller said.
01:50:50.280 I don't know.
01:50:51.280 But I think at your state and local levels, that's where people really need to pay attention.
01:50:57.020 And at the corporate level, because you're starting to see a lot more infringement on our
01:51:00.480 free speech, on our rights as far as the Second Amendment, your freedom of your privacy,
01:51:06.920 your Fourth Amendment, from corporate entities as well as local and state governments.
01:51:11.260 And that's where we really need to focus, because that's where the metal meets the meet.
01:51:16.480 Well, do you think it's salvageable?
01:51:19.360 Do you think we're able to fight back and win?
01:51:22.300 I mean, I always have a bit of an optimistic, I guess, point of view when it comes to some
01:51:28.200 of these things.
01:51:28.640 I am realistic in that what we're facing is unlike anything we've ever faced before.
01:51:34.060 But I also don't rule out divine intervention.
01:51:37.480 Sean, do you think we can pull it out?
01:51:39.840 Well, you know, I hope divine intervention would be enough to work.
01:51:44.180 But sometimes, you know, you just got to pull yourself up by the bootstrap, even though
01:51:47.560 AOC says you can't do that.
01:51:49.460 And, you know, just make it work.
01:51:52.000 But, yeah, we get...
01:51:52.840 She's a perfect example.
01:51:54.260 Wait a minute.
01:51:54.720 Wait a minute, Sean.
01:51:55.480 She's a perfect example.
01:51:56.580 She was a bartender.
01:51:58.420 Yeah.
01:51:58.780 Well, I'm fighting it now, and I'll look at her.
01:52:02.420 She's a perfect example of everything that's right and wrong at the same time in this country.
01:52:08.300 True.
01:52:09.220 True.
01:52:10.160 You know, we have a capability.
01:52:11.840 And I don't like a defeatist mentality.
01:52:13.600 You know, you probably have friends or people you've talked to and said, man, if we don't
01:52:16.880 win this election, it's game over, man.
01:52:18.560 I've never said it's game over.
01:52:20.120 But if you're willing to give up your rights, if you're not willing to stand up, and that's
01:52:24.520 what those rights are there for.
01:52:26.660 When negotiation fails, you know, you still have options.
01:52:31.340 And until you give up completely, you know, spiritually, physically, morally, it's never
01:52:38.720 over.
01:52:39.700 You know, I guess that's the proverbial fat lady singing right there.
01:52:43.080 Amen.
01:52:43.920 Sean, I appreciate it.
01:52:45.220 Thank you so much for weighing in this.
01:52:47.320 We've got some great folks listening to this program, the audience always with the ear
01:52:52.320 tuned to the ground, and you've got the touch with common sense and reality like none other.
01:52:58.000 That's why I love having these conversations.
01:52:59.840 I'm going to take some more.
01:53:00.740 We'll do a few others at 888-727-BECK, 888-727-BECK.
01:53:08.380 I did read one.
01:53:09.460 I got one at Justin Barclay, justin at justinbarclay.com if you want to email me.
01:53:14.500 I did get one about a guy who said, basically, he thinks Trump's going to win, but that's
01:53:20.020 when all the chaos is going to start.
01:53:24.480 Now, that is fascinating.
01:53:27.520 I hadn't really thought about that too much yet.
01:53:35.580 Now, I don't know what could be done or what would be done if they got serious about squashing
01:53:43.960 some of it, but imagine that.
01:53:46.220 We've got the border wide open.
01:53:48.040 You know, you've got thousands of people streaming, we don't know who they are, 170, 200, however many
01:53:58.880 that were caught that were on terrorist watch lists.
01:54:03.380 Those are the ones we know about again.
01:54:05.480 And then again, you've got radical leftists being indoctrinated in schools across the country,
01:54:14.580 marching, gluing themselves to roads and causing cases.
01:54:18.520 Oh, mostly peaceful protests.
01:54:21.020 Remember the BLM rights of 2020?
01:54:23.580 Well, if he wins, the meltdowns that we saw when he won last time and Hillary lost,
01:54:29.820 these folks in the center, the images are iconic.
01:54:35.520 All of that may look like child's play if he does in fact.
01:54:40.660 Because remember, they've been told, they've been told that this guy is the devil incarnate,
01:54:46.500 he's Antichrist, he's Hitler, he's all the bad things you can think of, but worse.
01:54:54.480 And so they see, and unfortunately, mental health a big part of this,
01:54:58.940 they see a major existential threat to our country, to their way of life,
01:55:05.760 to their happiness, to our freedoms, et cetera, if he is elected.
01:55:09.720 And no telling what may happen.
01:55:11.500 Hang on, we grab your phone calls, too, coming up after this.
01:55:14.520 It's Justin Barkley in for Glenn today on the Glenn Beck Program.

01:56:42.440 We didn't get to in the stack today.
01:56:44.820 I have no fear.
01:56:45.280 Back tomorrow for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program.
01:56:47.820 It's Justin Barclay.
01:56:48.980 And if you haven't had a chance to, I'd love to connect with you over at JustinBarclay.com
01:56:54.260 or I'm on all the socials at Mr. Justin Barclay.
01:56:58.720 One of the leftovers in the stack, probably for tomorrow.
01:57:01.820 We'll have to get to it at some point.
01:57:03.200 I'm an eco-sexual.
01:57:07.160 I've fallen in love with an oak tree.
01:57:09.800 How dare you?
01:57:10.940 Yep.
01:57:11.840 Nobody could have seen that one coming last year.
01:57:15.600 What are your predictions for 2024?
01:57:19.840 I predict more insane headlines just like that.
01:57:25.660 Just about 30 seconds.
01:57:27.320 I'm going to do a lightning round of folks coming through.
01:57:30.600 Ron in Massachusetts, you're on the Glenn Beck program.
01:57:33.760 What's your prediction for 24?
01:57:36.060 Hey, good morning.
01:57:36.940 Thanks for the privilege.
01:57:37.920 Thank you, brother.
01:57:41.440 You too.
01:57:43.580 So I'm calling from MAGA-Chusett.
01:57:47.120 Yes.
01:57:47.860 And I guess, you know, with these black swans, a cataclysmic event could happen anytime, anywhere.
01:57:57.060 But I don't believe that these financial reports from the government, I don't believe them.
01:58:03.400 They've come out with the perfect numbers every single time on the employment.
01:58:08.800 But then they have to be revised, and they're always revised down.
01:58:13.000 So I really don't believe any of the numbers.
01:58:14.800 I feel like the economy is being propped up by welfare spending and also people maxing out their credit cards.
01:58:26.660 And basically, as far as, like, housing goes, I think the banks are going to be in trouble
01:58:32.440 because they're paying out way more interest on deposits, like certificates of deposits, than what they are.
01:58:39.840 A majority of their mortgages are at 3%.
01:58:42.260 What do you think is going to happen, Ron?
01:58:44.280 I'd hate to push you, but we've got to wrap up.
01:58:45.960 What do you think is going to happen?
01:58:47.880 Well, I do believe there's a big-time correction or a crash that will happen.
01:58:52.540 I know we've been talking about it for a few years.
01:58:55.080 But the good news is that if you know about inverse ETFs, put options in shorting, you can profit from that, too, as well.
01:59:04.040 Ron, I appreciate the phone call this morning.
01:59:06.240 You know, the bank situation is real.
01:59:07.820 That's why the Fed, I've heard, is bringing the interest rates down.
01:59:10.980 It's because these banks all have these loans that are out there.
01:59:13.480 And if they don't bring it all down, but April, May, somewhere in there, they're going to go under.
01:59:19.420 I mean, we're going to have serious issues.
01:59:21.180 I only have 30 seconds left.
01:59:22.560 I hate to do it, but Josh, you're the last one in Pennsylvania.
01:59:26.960 What do you see coming for 24?
01:59:28.520 Yes, sir.
01:59:29.760 Hey, yeah, thank you.
01:59:30.480 So, just to be clear, you know, everything that I want to say comes from a biblical perspective, which I think is important.
01:59:41.300 And so, briefly, 2016, you know, God gives me a verse, Jeremiah 33, 3, call unto me and I'll answer you.
01:59:50.900 I'll show you hidden things.
01:59:51.860 I'll show you secret things that you didn't know.
01:59:54.300 And since then, you know, he has.
01:59:57.260 He's shown me things.
01:59:58.340 And I really feel like things are just going to deteriorate more.
02:00:04.100 I don't feel like they're going to allow Trump to win this presidency.
02:00:07.100 They can't afford to.
02:00:09.100 But I just think that, you know, one of the things that isn't on our radar is AI and artificial intelligence and that danger.
02:00:18.040 And I feel like transhumanism is going to be a big push in 2024.
02:00:23.840 I've already heard CEOs of major phone companies talking about integrating cellular technology into the human body.
02:00:30.780 So, I think that's something that we need to look forward to, or not look forward to, but keep an eye out for.
02:00:37.820 Josh, you know, we could do a whole show on this.
02:00:40.860 This is very important.
02:00:42.060 Glenn has dug into it in depth, and I appreciate you bringing it up.
02:00:46.000 AI, definitely a threat, who knows, 24 and beyond how far it all goes.
02:00:51.960 But it could also be, it could be a tool.
02:00:53.940 It could also be used to do some things that would be very beneficial and miraculous in a lot of ways.
02:01:01.940 So, it is, you know, that's the thing.
02:01:04.080 We're humans, so we're, unfortunately, we live in this fallen world.
02:01:08.540 We have this ability to really ruin everything if we get too far off the path provided.
02:01:18.700 So, listen, we, we, I have enjoyed this thoroughly the last couple of days.
02:01:23.160 We've got one more together tomorrow in for Glenn on the Glenn Beck program.
02:01:26.080 We'll do more of these predictions and, I think, wrap up the year in a way that you're going to want to be here for.
02:01:33.620 Justin Barkley, in for Glenn Beck today.
02:01:35.880 Always a privilege and an honor.
02:01:39.040 God bless.
02:01:41.260 This is the Glenn Beck program.
02:01:43.780 God bless.
02:01:45.600 God bless.
02:01:46.880 God bless.
02:01:47.400 God bless.
02:01:49.980 God bless.
02:01:54.420 God bless.
02:01:58.520 God bless.
02:02:03.840 God bless.
02:02:04.400 God bless.
