00:02:11.800 mask mandate they were also there at the table oh that's oh that's wonderful uh we have joe biden

00:02:20.340 now talking about how he's gonna have guns controlled you're gonna love that one uh the new york times

00:02:27.660 has just done a piece on the baseless conspiracy theory that is the great reset oh and pennsylvania

00:02:36.160 now says even if you're at home you need to wear a mask uh screw you comes to mind and so many other

00:04:27.260 no no no everybody's gonna be fine with this that you're in fact i predict you're going to love

00:04:37.700 this idea from joe biden he says he's going to ban new sales of ar-15 rifles right there's nothing wrong

00:04:47.640 with that ar-15 rifles and similar firearms how's he going to do that there's this thing called the

00:04:56.040 constitution and it has this thing about not being infringed when they talk about nobody needs an ar-15

00:05:03.300 a weapon of war so you say you'll just infringe that part of my well and similar firearms so and

00:05:12.000 any ammunition magazine holding more than 10 rounds so you're saying but those infringements are not

00:05:20.080 included in the list of infringements it's not an exact infringement yeah those aren't going to be

00:05:24.880 sold anymore but he's going to pay some owners to surrender the affected guns they legally own

00:05:32.500 and then if you're not part of that group then you are going to force be forced to register your guns

00:05:40.820 under the national firearms act so we got a registry that's in that great so the government they already

00:05:47.980 have it the government has a list of everybody and what guns they have that's great why didn't king

00:05:57.700 george think of that uh the proposal would require owners also to pay a 200 tax stamp for each item now

00:06:07.400 item item yeah i don't know what that means does that mean every ar you own does that mean every ar and

00:06:13.620 then every magazine you own is that every gun magazine scope you know the rifleman magazine that

00:06:21.660 you might have i don't know now i'm looking at this uh this document here and it's called a dictionary

00:06:27.460 and this document outlines the meaning of infringement as the action of limiting or undermining something

00:06:35.780 talk you know you are a conspiracy theorist you are i am because you probably believe in the great

00:06:41.520 reset too don't you oh no yeah oh you don't believe in that conspiracy oh i don't believe in the program

00:06:47.540 no but i do believe that they are trying to do it considering no no the new york times has just come

00:06:52.440 out it is a quote baseless conspiracy theory about the coronavirus that has found new life as cases

00:07:01.780 surge once again monday morning the phrase great the great reset trended with nearly 80 000 tweets with

00:07:09.120 most of the posts coming from familiar far-right internet personalities i wonder if that's us

00:07:17.380 uh the conspiracy alleges that a cabal of elites has long planned for the pandemic so they could use it

00:07:26.460 to impose their global economic control on the masses in some versions of the unfounded rumor

00:07:34.000 it is only president trump who is thwarting this plan and keeping the scheme at bay okay uh just want

00:07:41.680 to let you know it's not a conspiracy theory you guys are on tape meeting about it you're on videotape

00:07:48.520 you're open about it you can find it at the world economic forum.org look it up it's very clear by 2030

00:07:57.300 you don't own property by 2030 you have the sustainable act uh from the united nations that is ruling

00:08:07.000 everything uh you don't have a single i'm sorry you do have a single monetary system or monetary unit

00:08:16.980 the dollar is gone it's all digital by 2030 oh and capitalism has to be changed now to shareholder

00:08:26.420 capital this is not a conspiracy theory you're out advertising it you wouldn't uh necessarily

00:08:33.880 describe it the way they do right like this is one of the tricks the media does all the time which is

00:08:38.400 they'll take something that's real then they'll find the person like they mentioned in there in some

00:08:43.860 versions of this donald trump is is standing heroically with a cape on trying like they

00:08:49.060 they'll no here's the thing they'll turn it into a cartoon and then disprove the cartoon yeah here's

00:08:53.780 the thing with donald trump when they say that no donald trump is not standing against it and being the

00:08:59.240 he's not the leader i don't even know if he knows what the great reset is but here's what he does know

00:09:05.640 capitalism uh is not marxism right and no matter if you call marxism shareholder capitalism it's the

00:09:15.320 chinese system at best and he's not going to go there he's also not going to surrender our sovereignty

00:09:22.480 to some global great reset economic forum idea he's not right and like the way that's written is it

00:09:31.380 sounds like they're saying the theory is that george soros was in some like laboratory cooking up the

00:09:39.160 coronavirus to put no it's not no it's no this is them taking as progressives do all the time it's

00:09:44.800 never let a crisis go to waste right yes this is this they've said it on television they're not

00:09:50.280 creating the crisis but they're saying they're taking advantage of it provides gavin newsom this

00:09:55.480 provides us a tremendous opportunity to make changes that we couldn't have done before that's it

00:10:02.360 now one other story before i blow a gasket a new pennsylvania mask order extends the mandate to private

00:10:12.740 homes uh really the face covering order uh now has to be exercised in your family home

00:10:24.860 every individual age two and older in the commonwealth of pennsylvania shall wear a face covering when

00:10:32.640 indoors or in an enclosed space where uh where another person or persons who are not members of

00:10:39.280 the individual's household are present at the same space irrespective of physical distance so

00:10:45.580 that person could be in the other uh wing master bruce and if they're in the house master bruce

00:10:54.740 whose whose closeted himself up in his dad's bedroom thinking weird thoughts about his mom's pearl

00:11:02.000 necklace he's got to be wearing a mask it's insanity it's absolute insanity america wake up and stand up 0.98

00:11:14.860 the only thing that will unite us is truth justice and the american way wear a mask it's going to

00:11:24.260 protect you did you see the did you see the study came out yesterday not so much well it'll protect

00:11:30.620 others don't surround yourself with people you love love and friendship can be deadly i mean if you have

00:11:38.540 to be in a room with any loved one make sure you stay far away from them don't share the comfort of

00:11:43.620 physical contact i know that's lacking in your life but that's a good thing any human warmth or exposure

00:11:51.200 is illegal because it's a threat to a safe society human contact that's not the only enemy no even

00:12:00.280 expression of gratitude and love can doom mankind so when in the presence of other human beings please

00:12:08.580 cover your face so so you won't reveal emotions or ideas or be able to communicate with your face

00:12:17.720 you just have to be masked up for comfort and happiness you have to fear the people you've always

00:12:26.800 trusted even if they don't mean to they they're probably killing you here's the thing the left

00:12:33.300 doesn't want you to see who you are they don't want you to see it they don't want others to see who you

00:12:41.200 are they don't want you to recognize your infinite and god-given potential and rights the statists are

00:12:50.100 demanding that we all wear masks and not just a cloth mask or bandanas or scarves no no no no the cloth

00:12:59.880 masks and mandates are just a test to see how compliant you'll be when you're told to wear

00:13:05.200 other masks that you're now having to wear you see status demand that you submit be part of a group

00:13:13.540 part of the collective and they're going to decide what groups and classifications are they'll tell you

00:13:20.120 what masks you're required to wear you voted for biden you voted for trump you're a democrat you're a

00:13:27.520 republican you're a one percenter you're a worker you're a laborer you're a unionist you're a 0.97

00:13:33.920 transsexual you're homophobic you're a revolutionary a conservative you have white privilege you're a 1.00

00:13:41.580 racist now i don't know if you've noticed this but some masks have messages on them vote maga biden 1.00

00:13:49.680 antifa save the dolphins how long before our marxist overlords will require the mask you wear to carry an 0.52

00:13:59.700 image of something that they want others to identify you as vaccinated immune conservative 0.93

00:14:09.580 liberal catholic atheist bigot jew 0.96

00:14:15.800 the left is demanding that we wear masks because it dehumanizes us that's the intention without our

00:14:25.020 humanity our connection our connection as sisters and brothers we are not able to ascend to our place

00:14:30.820 in god's kingdom and i will not comply if you ask me nicely i will do it but i'll do it because i have

00:14:39.920 common sense not because you tell me to do it i will not let you decide what i do especially in my own

00:14:50.220 home you're not going to define me or the people around me or the world i see god gave me eyes and

00:14:58.040 ears and a mind and a heart and i will balance those things i will be responsible for my own actions

00:15:06.660 no mandates from any government official will take that away from me

00:15:10.740 you know the elites want to force us to wear masks while they don't do it themselves you have no 0.69

00:15:22.580 credibility with me you have obama now who says the whole damn world is ending from climate change

00:15:29.860 just getting a pass on environmental laws that he forces the rest of us to live with so he can live 0.70

00:15:37.500 you know a lush lush life with a cabana on the beach elan omar damn near up to three million dollars

00:15:45.620 that she has funneled to her family bank account she's not gonna pay for that let alone any of the 0.98

00:15:51.140 other crimes she'll never have to answer to any of it we have durham now tucking his junk between his 0.98

00:15:56.840 legs on russiagate crooked deals in china and ukraine now you're not punished for him you're rewarded with 0.98

00:16:03.540 the presidency we have communists swearing to uphold the constitution in their oath and two seconds

00:16:10.840 later they work to destroy it epstein that's been memory hold none of the powerful ever going to have

00:16:17.000 to answer for any of it there's no justice for the elites which becomes an injustice for everybody else

00:16:24.960 half the country feels that the democratic marxist machine may have stole the election robbing us of 0.99

00:16:32.280 the right to govern ourselves now they want to pack the courts change the way we elect officials

00:16:37.940 fundamentally transform our economy our history our country the underpinnings which made this country

00:16:45.220 what it was deep state still running nsa still listening media has become state media we have

00:16:53.340 completely different rules for republicans and democrats on the internet they don't want us to unite

00:16:59.660 they demand that we submit and i will not tell me why i shouldn't suggest that we peacefully go our

00:17:09.520 separate ways because i don't see a country i recognize anymore when is the red line here at what point do

00:17:18.680 we say when in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political

00:17:25.420 bands which have connected them one with another and to assume among the powers of the earth the

00:17:32.180 separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and nature's god entitle them

00:17:38.460 we hold these truths to be self-evident you don't know who we are you don't care who we are

00:17:48.100 you think you know you call us revolutionaries well yes it was a revolutionary idea but your side used to

00:17:59.120 believe it too that all men are created equal and that they're endowed by their creator with certain

00:18:04.700 inalienable rights life liberty the pursuit of happiness and that to secure these rights governments are

00:18:12.440 instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed that when any form of

00:18:21.360 government becomes destructive to those ends it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it

00:18:27.860 and to institute a new government laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in

00:18:35.760 such form as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness prudence indeed

00:18:44.060 will dictate the governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes

00:18:49.020 and accordingly all experience has shown that mankind is much more disposed to suffer while evils

00:18:56.160 are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they're accustomed but when a long

00:19:02.820 train of abuses and usurptations

00:19:05.060 and it leads to absolute despotism it is their right it is their duty to throw off such government and

00:19:20.280 provide new guards for their future security

00:19:23.860 with malice toward none and charity for all we cannot bind the wounds of this nation

00:19:35.920 without something in common and i'm finding that harder and harder to find every day

00:19:44.980 all right thanksgiving right around the corner thanksgiving used to be when

00:19:51.860 i would start getting really uptight about making sure my home was completely 100 percent secured

00:19:57.340 because they're out to get you you know i don't know why i'm playing into all of the

00:20:03.780 conspiracy oh that's right because everything that we talk about now is a conspiracy it's true it's

00:20:09.780 nice and easy um here's what you need to do you just take this worry off your plate uh and get simply

00:20:55.760 10 seconds station id

00:20:57.300 all right we have barry loudermilk from georgia coming up in just a second we're going to get an

00:21:14.760 update on the election and uh what the president is is doing in georgia and the georgia race is the

00:21:22.920 is the main thing you're talking about when you talk about masks and all these restrictions

00:21:25.960 is it the way that they're doing it is it the fact that they're i know that i know that coronavirus

00:21:32.300 can be deadly i also know that it's what 99 percent uh recovery rate for about 99 percent live yeah

00:21:40.480 yeah so it it's a hassle and it's bad and for one percent it could be deadly but for 99 it's not

00:21:50.620 i know it's real and if they would have said hey 15 days to to bend the curve or flatten the curve

00:21:58.740 and we did 15 days and then they came out and said you know what we need maybe as long as a month

00:22:04.820 to really get this under control they did at the beginning right but that's not what they did that's

00:22:10.580 not what they did gavin newsom uh michigan everybody went crazy absolutely crazy and then

00:22:18.740 started taking your choices away and started mandating things destroying businesses destroying

00:22:26.280 people's lives screw you if you would ask me and you would say here's the information i would read it

00:22:36.900 i'd consider it and i'd probably do it but not when you force me to submit

00:22:42.400 all right let me tell you uh this half hour has been sponsored by relief factor everybody deals

00:22:51.440 with pain from time to time just one of those things you have to go through but when it happens

00:22:56.760 and it stays with you we deal with it uh as long as we can but that grind sometimes just makes your

00:23:07.080 world really really dark and steal some of the joy out of your life because you can no longer do the

00:23:12.060 things you want to do i want to tell you from personal experience it doesn't have to be that way

00:23:17.680 most of the time when you're living with frequent and debilitating pain it's being caused by

00:23:23.380 inflammation and i have to tell you i don't know of a better product and i tried everything i don't

00:23:31.760 know of a better product that fights inflammation than relief factor here's the thing i want you to try

00:23:38.800 it it works for 70 of the people who try it they go on to order more month after month so the three

00:23:45.340 week quick start just see if it will work for you you you spent 20 bucks but isn't that worth your life

00:23:51.340 back relieffactor.com relieffactor.com and head over to blaze tv.com slash glenn the promo code is glenn

00:24:01.000 you'll save 30 bucks off your subscription to blaze tv this is the glenn beck program we have uh

00:24:15.380 barry laudermilk on uh from georgia i did a special last night uh on the uh the the georgia

00:24:23.940 revote now it's happening what is it january 5th or 5th uh and it's for all of the marbles all of

00:24:32.840 the marbles if the republicans only win one you're going to lose mitt romney i mean you know we should

00:24:41.620 take guns away mitt's there he's like yeah yeah murkowski collins yeah i mean you lose one

00:24:50.820 and you're at a tie and then kamala you have to have both of them and even then it's risky

00:24:58.000 if we lose these uh two senate seats in georgia i there's nothing holding them back from changing

00:25:06.920 everything barry laudermilk is uh with us now hi barry hey glenn how are you doing good congressman

00:25:14.540 from uh georgia uh first of all uh give me a give me a rundown on what's happening in georgia with the

00:25:20.860 recount and the trump case well you know the recount was going back and doing a hand recount we have

00:25:27.940 machine voting in georgia which you go up to electronic machine you you make your choice then

00:25:33.620 it prints a hand a hard copy ballot this is the first major election we've had that has had that

00:25:39.020 option which i fought for for years to be able to have a hard copy ballot so that that hard copy

00:25:45.120 comes out of the machine you look at it you verify yes these are the people i voted for

00:25:48.900 uh then they run it through a counting machine and it goes into a box so part of the hand recount

00:25:55.060 was not just taking the electronic total but actually counting those ballots the good news out of

00:26:02.260 that was the the uh in-person voting uh that the machines produced was accurate there wasn't uh

00:26:09.760 some vote switching on that part and the reason that's such good news is because the majority of

00:26:14.860 trump voters came out and voted in person either early or on election day so and is that the dominion

00:26:20.940 system that that is a dominion system that's good news so yeah so the good news is the dominion system

00:26:27.760 did work the issue we're having is with the absentee ballots now their their recount is going

00:26:32.820 to go through trump is going to cut into biden's lead when it comes out uh but it's not going to put

00:26:38.760 trump back on top because they're just counting these ballots now we do have these mostly are

00:26:46.180 absentee ballots that went from biden i mean it unbelievable number and when i say unbelievable i mean

00:26:52.400 an unbelievable number of absentee ballots went to biden and so the issue is going to be challenging

00:26:58.420 were any of those ballots illegal or fraudulent and so we're actually having some people some people i

00:27:06.140 personally know have filed affidavits saying that they have seen boxes of ballots that were pristine

00:27:12.840 these are absentee ballots in other words they had never been folded to where they would have been

00:27:17.760 going into an envelope um there were no creases and in fact the uh where you fill out the little

00:27:24.260 bubble for your choice was so perfect it appeared now i'm just quoting what they're saying appeared

00:27:29.240 that it may have been run through a printer or a machine so we do have accounts of that going through

00:27:35.780 so and i talked to some people today who said yes these people have filed affidavits and i personally

00:27:41.960 know one of them and she is not a conspiracy type person and so uh there's numbers of those and

00:27:47.660 that's the trick is getting to those ballots so we can actually and i'm not just saying this so

00:27:54.360 trump will win i think it's it's extremely important that trump gets another four years but it's more

00:27:59.920 important that we have an election system of integrity yeah we have to trust it most important

00:28:05.240 thing okay so so um i don't know if you uh saw our uh our messages yesterday but we know that the

00:28:15.700 whistleblower has come forward in a sworn affidavit detailing a clerical error at the polling center in

00:28:21.640 dekalb county um he says over a thousand votes were given to biden that shouldn't have um and it's uh

00:28:30.260 you know it's one thing to hear about him and another thing to hear him right straight from the people that

00:28:34.380 saw it two questions on this um one of my researchers went and was poking around and just seeing what he had

00:28:45.060 said etc and found it incredibly easy to unmask this uh whistleblower uh and and his address and

00:28:56.940 everything and i think that is i think he's in danger is there a way to protect this guy's identity

00:29:04.740 because the state's not doing it right and there needs to be because back when all the riots were

00:29:11.400 happening uh we had somebody you know the term doxing i had my home address doxed by someone

00:29:17.260 right and so um fortunately they didn't get it exactly right but we do know some of those nefarious

00:29:25.260 people with various groups were trying to figure out where i live when and and you know to an element

00:29:32.380 unfortunately you have to expect that when you're in a position such as i'm in or you're in you know that

00:29:37.700 is very public but when a citizen who simply needs to do their civic duty um it gets could get that

00:29:45.740 kind of threat yes we have to be able to protect these people in in one way or the other and that's

00:29:50.060 something that i think the state legislature is going to have to look at in the meantime i think

00:29:54.440 um you know law enforcement is going to have to provide some level of protection to them the problem

00:29:58.980 is if you're in a strongly democrat-run county with a democrat sheriff i know in today's day and time

00:30:05.180 you just can't trust that and i hate to say that but it's uh it we're that divided right now as a

00:30:10.800 nation all right let's go to the georgia secretary of state this is a uh a republican uh he spoke to

00:30:18.080 npr yesterday about the vote recount in the senate runoff elections he says lindsey graham pressured him

00:30:24.920 to reject absentee ballots he said it's clear from his conversation with graham that trump and graham

00:30:30.760 don't understand the laws in georgia uh loffler and purdue have demanded his resignation what's

00:30:39.480 happening with this guy i really don't know glenn it's um uh he came out yesterday and called uh

00:30:47.340 congressman doug collins a colleague of mine a friend of mine he's a very uh one of one of the people that

00:30:52.860 i have a lot of admiration for called him a liar and i think that's unbecoming of a uh of somebody in

00:30:58.720 his position to to get to that level i saw some of the things uh or some of the statements that

00:31:04.600 lindsey graham made and i don't interpret them the way that the secretary of state does i what i saw

00:31:09.740 lindsey graham saying is we want you to do your job and investigate these allegations of fraudulent

00:31:17.080 voting we have to know we look you can't get evidence until you investigate and i think part of

00:31:23.200 the frustration is people are coming out saying there's no evidence of broad you know widespread

00:31:29.080 fraud well you don't know because you haven't investigated you don't get evidence until you

00:31:33.340 investigate you get circumstantial evidence or some probable cause i mean there's plenty of that out

00:31:39.640 there we have affidavits where you can't get to the hard empirical evidence until you investigate

00:31:44.260 and i think that's what lindsey was getting at is look we want you to put politics aside and 0.53

00:31:48.580 want you to get down to the you know the to the bare knuckles of hardcore investigating because we

00:31:56.300 have to be able to trust this and as you said earlier the future the future of this nation is

00:32:02.520 riding on the back of two senate races in georgia right now we have to get it right so we're looking

00:32:09.300 at what the polls say and i don't know if i believe polls but what the polls say is a dead heat

00:32:15.560 between americans and marxists uh i did a special last night that's up on youtube or on blaze tv you

00:32:25.480 have to watch it um to get some perspective of who these people are that are running against the

00:32:31.920 republicans i mean one of them is absolutely jeremiah right just jeremiah right um and uh is

00:32:41.620 is it really tied is it that close how do you know i mean i had a national pollster that is is in the

00:32:50.360 conservative realm sitting in my office yesterday and he basically said we did a terrible job polling

00:32:56.860 and it's like we they don't know how to poll in fact he said well the problem is the trump voters

00:33:02.980 wouldn't talk to us well what do you expect you know yeah it's like if they we under polled the trump

00:33:09.640 supporters because we don't know who they are and i mean there was a lot of excuses the pollsters can't

00:33:14.220 get this right and if you think there was distrust before the presidential election there's going to be

00:33:19.980 more distrust of pollsters and major news outlets now than there was before and i mean you know i think

00:33:27.780 you're going to see a resurgence of people uh going to news sites like the blaze and newsmax and some

00:33:35.420 others away from some of the more traditional that we considered uh conservative yeah can you

00:33:40.660 assure the american people that this next election in georgia is going to be safe monitored counted right

00:33:48.980 i desperately want to do that glenn i've got to see how how desperate our secretary of state

00:33:59.340 wants that to be as well and how much effort we're going to put in fighting this i believe

00:34:04.780 there is going to be uh there's uh and i've talked to some members of the georgia legislature who want

00:34:10.300 to act quickly to make some changes but they're not going to apply to this election the only way that

00:34:15.100 we're going to know that this election is conducted honestly and with integrity with with a lot of people

00:34:21.520 having access to monitor the election process and we're going to have more than we did before

00:34:27.980 good citizens who care about this nation who who care less about the outcome than they do an honest

00:34:35.600 election system and you're actually you're absolutely right both of the democrats running for

00:34:40.400 senate they are socialist marxist in fact the one you were talking about who is ideal idolizes um

00:34:47.700 reverend wright as a prophet recently came out and said that abortion aligns with christian values it's

00:34:55.420 biblical i'm like i can't find that in the box no he also says jesus was a marxist so you know he was

00:35:02.080 for socialism so and a palestinian he wasn't a jew he was a palestinian um uh barry i appreciate it

00:35:08.920 one last thing just a personal note uh we we know how to contact the the whistleblower but we don't want

00:35:18.600 to freak them out we can protect their identity but we'd love to share that story uh from the horse's

00:35:26.160 mouth with voice disguising etc etc uh would you mind uh reaching out so it's not a scary thing

00:35:36.400 and just seeing if there's an interest so we can call them because again we don't want to freak them out

00:35:42.540 right yeah we'll be glad to work with you on that glenn to see what we can get and um i'm hoping i'm

00:35:49.040 working on some other i can't divulge what it is right now but there are some other uh recordings

00:35:54.820 that may be of interest for us to get out as well but we'll be glad we'll be glad to work with you on

00:35:59.780 that yeah good thank you barry loudermilk uh congressman from georgia appreciate it barry thank you

00:36:05.380 all right thanks glenn keep up with your work

00:36:07.360 this is our cnn race bed i think the i think the guy writing it misunderstood race

00:38:01.860 you're listening to glenn beck

00:38:06.420 sue uh stew i've never been you know me i'm not a litigious guy i don't like i don't like lawyers

00:38:20.000 i mean unless they're on our side unless they're on our side sure but i don't like lawyers and i

00:38:24.980 don't like litigious people but i you know i don't know if you saw according to the biden campaign

00:38:31.880 metrics online chatter about the hunter biden story during the elections last week was greater than it

00:38:40.000 was around hillary's email during the last month of 16. the difference is it never hit the mainstream

00:38:48.360 media the media learned their lesson oh yeah they they did

00:38:51.280 now so didn't they become an arm of the democratic party

00:38:58.600 i mean it affected the election

00:39:03.200 so it wasn't what big tech did and the mainstream media

00:39:08.620 by by canceling a story and making sure

00:39:13.980 that a lid was kept on that story isn't that an in-kind

00:39:18.480 campaign contribution you can make the argument especially if you had evidence of

00:39:22.620 the communication uh between you know the democratic party and the media organizations

00:39:28.540 i mean the media organizations argument that they've made very publicly

00:39:31.560 is that they say they over they focus too much on the emails last time

00:39:37.960 they gave too much credibility to this wild conspiracy theory and that and they but they

00:39:43.820 didn't slow down on russia i'm not i am not arguing that they make good decisions but they pretty clearly

00:39:49.720 admitted many times that they weren't going to let that happen again they were not going to let one of

00:39:56.940 these late breaking stories penetrate to the mainstream media because they i mean i would argue

00:40:04.000 because they didn't want the same thing to happen where trump was able to win remember

00:40:08.620 trump made a vast improvements in the past couple of the last couple weeks of the 2016 campaign

00:40:14.560 right around the time when all that stuff broke back into the media

00:40:18.860 and they were not going to let an october surprise

00:40:22.700 right happen to them again and that is i mean they were

00:40:26.220 functioning just like the democratic party would function i just don't know if there's a legal case there

00:40:32.380 uh i i do i don't mean to set you off but i when i say that i'm lying i absolutely want to set you off

00:40:38.640 cuomo said vaccines are the result of the president's ego and the financial incentives of companies

00:40:45.880 yeah yep yep well i mean i don't know the president's ego plays into it that much but i mean

00:43:04.320 what you're about to hear is the fusion

00:43:26.700 so stew and i yesterday we were going over some research uh done by a friend of ours in the

00:43:41.560 heartland institute that shows that socialist candidates won more seats than ever in 2020

00:43:51.120 that they are gobbling the democratic party uh you know we said that america has rejected

00:43:59.980 but when you look at the states i'm not so sure they did reject socialism we want to get the

00:44:08.660 analysis we want to get all of the numbers and the analysis analysis from justin haskins

00:44:13.480 a really really bright guy editorial director of the heartland institute and editor-in-chief

00:44:18.980 at stopping socialism.com find out what exactly this means because the numbers are staggering

00:44:25.280 just staggering we go there in 60 seconds this is the glenn beck program

00:44:53.720 yours will eat together while you're doing all of that the cyber criminal is away from his family

00:44:59.220 sitting alone at his computer lonely sad just waiting for you to go online unprotected and give him a

00:45:06.300 window into your information but do you care this holiday season about the cyber criminal no you don't

00:46:07.700 justin my man how are you i'm doing great glenn how are you uh well i was doing better when i was

00:46:19.740 apparently living in a fantasy world that america was rejecting socialism

00:46:24.420 right yeah you know i actually think that the the 2020 election was there is a lot of really positive

00:46:35.940 stuff that came from that without question and i think that in many moderate districts and i think

00:46:42.660 that in obviously in conservative districts they still are rejecting socialism but what we're seeing

00:46:47.820 what i think the research that we're about to discuss shows very clearly is that in the democratic

00:46:53.940 strongholds socialists are taking over the far left is taking over and that isn't just a theory

00:46:59.840 anymore i think there's real data behind it i mean when you look at the list you compiled you look at

00:47:05.340 connecticut good heavens it's going to become the soviet union soon um i yeah i i i want to go over

00:47:15.140 how you picked who was a marxist socialist you based it on uh people that were endorsed by our

00:47:22.580 revolution democratic socialists of america and progressive democrats of america tell me who

00:47:27.820 these three organizations are right well these these are three of the largest very far left

00:47:34.280 organizations they're they're all well-funded democratic socialists of america that's the

00:47:39.080 largest socialist organization in the united states they're not a political party they're a socialist

00:47:43.820 organization that helps with fundraising and helps with getting candidates passed and they hold

00:47:49.640 conventions and do stuff like that our revolution was started by bernie sanders and people from the

00:47:55.080 bernie sanders presidential campaign from 2016 to help win more progressive seats in congress

00:48:01.800 and they've expanded their efforts out into the states and progressive democrats of america they've been

00:48:07.500 around since the early 2000s doing very similar kinds of things these are the this is the aoc crowd i think

00:48:15.040 people need to think of it like that in order to be endorsed by one of these groups you have to support

00:48:19.540 the green new deal medicare for all those kinds of policies right um the democratic socialists of america

00:48:25.060 reject an international economic order sustained by private uh profit uh they all pretty much uh do

00:48:33.280 they're they are talking about giant government controls on just about everything so you took the people that

00:48:41.000 they endorsed and you looked at it and what did you find so we tracked 266 races across the country uh my

00:48:52.980 colleague and i chris talgo at heartland we spent a tremendous amount of time pouring over the data and

00:48:57.880 making sure that we got this right out of the 266 races um there were 200 legislative state legislative

00:49:04.900 seats that we tracked 60 u.s house races and six u.s senate races and what we found

00:49:10.860 was that in and it's just absolutely astounding 90 percent actually slightly more than 90 percent

00:49:17.740 of all of these races were won by the socialist far left progressive candidate 90 percent it's

00:49:25.860 absolutely shocking um and when you take those numbers and you compare it to what we found in 2018

00:49:31.640 when we did this exact same analysis uh there were only 80 between 80 and 90 races that were uh candidates

00:49:39.500 that were endorsed by these same groups and those candidates in 2018 only 40 percent of them were

00:49:46.120 successful and at the time i thought that was incredible but then they went from 40 percent

00:49:50.740 in 2018 to 90 percent success rate just two years later and they had many more candidates 200 more

00:49:57.940 candidates essentially so this is this is just absolutely astounding so how many of them are open and how

00:50:05.500 many are uh closeted if you will oh i think that they're all open i think that that's how i think

00:50:14.080 that's the only way you can be endorsed um and to give you some sense of who these people are because

00:50:20.200 remember a lot of these people 200 of them are state legislative candidates so not a lot of people

00:50:25.940 know about them uh there's this person taylor small who's a state rep in in vermont um the there is this

00:50:34.820 person is the first openly transgender legislator in vermont to be elected they um support having a

00:50:42.680 universal health care uh for the state of vermont they support housing as a human right um ending

00:50:49.520 the ability for for landlords to evict people who refuse to pay their rent um obviously your standard

00:50:57.100 increasing the minimum wage and all of that stuff but also banning all fossil fuel infrastructure

00:51:02.880 which i think is gas stations and i don't know roads is that does that qualify i'm not really sure

00:51:08.760 the funding the police uh it goes on and on and on this is this is a snapshot i think of what your

00:51:15.740 average candidate that's in this list is like and then all of the famous people that you think of

00:51:20.880 as well rashida talib ilan omar alexandria kazia cortez they're all on this list in addition to these

00:51:28.560 state legislative races what amazes me is i looked at all the states and the one that is overwhelming

00:51:35.960 especially for size you know california has a lot of people but um and you expect it from california

00:51:42.980 connecticut has i don't even know 40 of these people and only one lost it i mean right

00:51:53.160 is i mean i've always known that connecticut was you know big government uh but but not marxist

00:52:02.280 socialist what what's happening in connecticut right i think what connecticut shows very clearly

00:52:09.660 is the strategy for the far left is working incredibly well and and what i mean by that is

00:52:16.680 this destroy it destroy a state and win elections well well sort of but i actually think that if you

00:52:26.160 look at what happened in 2018 only 40 of the candidates were successful now 90 of the candidates

00:52:32.660 are successful and they actually ran candidates in fewer states this time around than they did last time

00:52:38.240 even though they have way more candidates so what that tells you is is that they went out of their

00:52:43.140 way to target districts that they knew the democrat would win no matter what and if you look at the

00:52:49.520 average not just margin of victory but the average result the average result is that that candidates

00:52:56.320 these socialist candidates that were endorsed by these various groups won by more than 20 percentage

00:53:02.040 points in every one of these races so that means that they targeted districts that they knew no

00:53:07.740 matter who the candidate was as long as they had a d next to their name they were going to win and so i

00:53:14.040 think connecticut is actually a perfect illustration of this strategy because connecticut is your

00:53:19.240 traditionally establishment democrat state long-time establishment democrats that have been there forever

00:53:25.660 and what they did was they targeted those establishment candidates they kicked them out they put

00:53:30.620 socialist they primaried them out they put socialist candidates in and then they won because the

00:53:35.540 person going to the voting booth on election day they don't know who their state rep is going to be

00:53:39.380 they don't care they vote for the democrat and that's why they were so successful i think and

00:53:43.920 and if they take the strategy and they apply it all throughout the country they are going to

00:53:49.080 absolutely take over the democratic party i think it's already starting to happen and this shows it

00:53:53.560 so you have 11 of 15 ran in texas 11 won 11 that's right in texas that's right right and i think it's the

00:54:05.580 same strategy right it's it's you find the districts in texas that are going to vote for democrats no matter

00:54:11.500 what you kick out those more establishment long-time candidates or incumbents in many cases and then you put

00:54:19.560 the far left people in the in in those places and if you actually go to the our revolution website

00:54:24.740 they explain that this is the strategy they're not hiding it they call it um uh stacking the bench

00:54:31.160 they call it filling out the bench and by bench they mean these state legislative races and local

00:54:37.360 elections city council county races those kinds of things this is the future of the democratic party

00:54:43.440 they know that the vast majority of people in congress right now were once a state lawmaker

00:54:48.820 most people don't realize that but it's true and so if you can get these radicals fill out the bench

00:54:55.280 at the state level and local level those are going to be your congressmen that's your fine that's your

00:55:00.320 farm team that's right uh all right justin i i want to ask you one more thing on socialists and then i want

00:55:06.820 to take a break and come back about the great reset um but on the the socialists i mean they're

00:55:13.060 moving forward globally with this green new deal the uk just said no gasoline no diesel uh none of

00:55:23.500 those cars are to be sold by 2030 that's nine years from now yeah and and this is a huge part of what

00:55:34.980 the um what the socialist movement is is embracing but also it's part of their strategy here in the united

00:55:42.400 states all over the world to take over the energy industry and to use climate change as the excuse

00:55:48.380 for not just taking over the energy energy industry but taking over virtually everything and you're

00:55:53.280 gonna you know we'll talk about that with the great reset but that's what the great reset that's one of

00:55:57.000 the core uh arguments for the great reset from the people who are pushing is that we have to radically

00:56:04.000 transform society in order to save us from global warming can you can you stop all i mean california is

00:56:11.680 doing this as well at the same time they're beating up on elon elon musk i mean you need another product

00:56:21.260 if you're nine years away from banning diesel and uh and gasoline engines yeah well of course look there

00:56:30.680 is absolutely no logical scientific way that you can do what they're calling for doing you can't

00:56:39.300 transition the united states away from fossil fuels in 10 years it is literally impossible nine it is

00:56:44.600 not nine nine nine years that's right it's not possible there's no way to do it but they don't

00:56:51.680 care because it isn't really about transitioning the united states away from fossil fuels the goal is

00:56:57.440 really to take over as much of the economy as you possibly can and we'll figure out the details later

00:57:02.560 on that doesn't really matter that's the real goal here okay more with justin haskins in just a

00:57:08.500 second i want to talk to you about the great reset and what the new york times said uh just uh just

00:57:13.700 yesterday financial freedom if you are fiscally responsible those are two words that have a lot

00:57:19.620 of importance to you financial freedom and the importance is only apt to go up in the coming months

00:57:25.280 and years by the way unless you invest in the stock market easier they're saying it's going to go up to

00:57:29.420 30 sorry to 40 000 yeah uh i predicted this four years ago said it would go up to four between 40 and

00:57:38.200 50 and then it's a call it's called a melt up then it crashes anyway um let me ask you what are you doing

00:57:46.360 with uh your fiscal uh responsibility these days are you spending within your means are you saving up for

00:57:53.860 the future are you doing best to cut costs where you can well let me tell you there is a there is a

00:57:59.220 family owned and operated company that started out of a house years and years ago and has boomed into

00:58:05.040 a thriving nationwide business that has been serving people like you and not the bank for the past two

00:58:11.060 decades whether it's a mortgage refinance that could save you hundreds of dollars a month because the

00:58:17.080 interest rates are still amazingly low or other forms of debt consolidation american financing is in your

00:58:23.320 corner and they're going to help you make the best financial decisions that you can so call them

00:58:29.540 today you'll see what i mean call american financing at 800-906-2440 800-906-2440 or go to american

00:58:46.460 oh justin i know we're working on a book on the great reset that's going to come out uh hopefully

00:59:04.540 right after the first of the year we're darn close to that um but uh they're on to us justin i want you

00:59:12.640 to know uh this was printed uh i think this is from the new york times a baseless conspiracy theory

00:59:20.920 about the coronavirus has found new life as cases surge once again on monday morning the phrase the

00:59:27.960 great reset trended with nearly 80 000 tweets with most of the posts coming from familiar far right

00:59:35.000 internet personalities i think they mean me the conspiracy alleges that a cabal of elites has long

00:59:44.120 planned for the pandemic so they could use it to impose their global economic control on the masses

00:59:50.520 in some versions of the unfounded rumor it is only president trump who is thwarting this plan and keeping

00:59:57.560 the scheme at bay i see the great reset conspiracy about covid 19 is trending again it goes on and on

01:00:06.660 and on uh that says we're the same crowd who tell people that politicians are incredibly incompetent

01:00:14.120 and useless while simultaneously believing they all came together to brilliantly execute a global master

01:00:20.720 plan they don't talk about the facts at all they don't explain it they just deem anything against it

01:00:29.460 a conspiracy theory your comments

01:00:32.600 yeah this is this is you know very typical of what the mainstream press does in order to give cover

01:00:41.940 to things that they're very uncomfortable talking about if they spent even two seconds just reading quotes

01:00:49.260 direct quotes they don't have to they don't have to take my word for it i have to take your word for it

01:00:53.240 or any other right wing conspiracy theorists no read the quotes they know they do know they know

01:00:59.220 the reason why it was trending this weekend is because you had the prime minister of canada

01:01:03.400 saying we have a re we have a great reset we have a great opportunity to use the great reset and to remodel

01:01:11.360 and reimagine our economies well i mean it's it's not a conspiracy theory when everyone

01:01:18.800 is out in the open talking about it even some of these anchors are using the language of a great

01:01:26.260 reset i mean that's no that's exactly right and if you go to joe i mean joe biden himself has built

01:01:34.680 his entire platform around this motto build back better he has a build back better plan his presidential

01:01:42.300 transition website is build back better dot com build back better is a phrase that the world

01:01:48.200 economic forum and people who support the great reset have been using for years and years and years

01:01:53.640 those exact words promoting the exact policies that joe biden is supporting and if you go to joe biden's

01:02:01.240 presidential transition website and you read what he has to say about climate change or covid or economic

01:02:06.760 inequality it's as though he copied and pasted it from the world economic forum's website i mean

01:02:12.920 they all know what's going on they're all involved in it they all agree with it they all believe that we

01:02:18.520 need to radically transform society on a global scale in order to deal with climate change and income 0.99

01:02:24.660 inequality and all the things that the left is always talking about that we're all stupid sheep that 0.99

01:02:29.380 need to be led by a global elite that's much smarter than we are and that's what this movement is all 0.98

01:02:35.760 about and people at the new york times are all for it i'm sure yeah i'm not imagining it when prince

01:02:40.940 charles says that this is a golden opportunity meaning the covid 19 pandemic to seize something

01:02:47.000 good from this crisis gavin newsom said the same thing right the governor of california said the same

01:02:54.280 thing and i don't know if you've seen the the collage of all of the world leaders with build back

01:02:59.560 better behind them but i mean that's just that that is so obvious because i think build back better is

01:03:06.540 a little like me read good uh you know it's just a horrible maybe it was lost in the you know from

01:03:14.580 the german translation uh you know like work shall set you free is you know it's less clunky i'll say

01:03:23.220 less clunky than build back better um but they're both evil anyway uh it's all over the world all over

01:03:33.880 the world the the the leaders of countries are talking about it and i don't think that donald trump

01:03:41.360 even may even know about it at this point but i know when he found out and they were pushing it

01:03:47.440 he would stand against it because he loves american sovereignty and he also loves the constitution

01:03:54.760 apparently because it uh frees you up to be a capitalist he's not going to be for any of this

01:04:01.860 stuff that's why they had to get him out i truly believe that oh there's there's no doubt about it

01:04:09.180 whatsoever it's not just if you read what uh klaus schwab at the world economic forum and john

01:04:15.680 kerry and all these people who are involved in the great reset directly are saying about it

01:04:19.540 if you go read what george soros has to say he's another person that supports these same kinds of

01:04:24.520 ideas america first nationalism that's the enemy of the great reset and globalism thank you so much

01:04:31.660 uh justin thank you so much and by the way i don't know if you know this is george soros doing

01:04:36.160 a documentary to dismiss all of those conspiracy theories about me oh that's gonna be a week of

01:04:43.060 chalkboards on blaze tv all right let me tell you about uh relief factor everybody deals with pain

01:04:50.880 from time to time uh just one of those things you have to go through you know you fall off your bike

01:04:55.360 hey brush it off and get back up on a bike but sometimes uh pain is there and it is debilitating and

01:05:03.980 it's seemingly forever that's when there doesn't seem any light at the end of the tunnel and any light

01:05:10.480 seems to be a train uh moving forward is really really hard i want to talk to you here from

01:05:17.520 personal experience it doesn't have to be that way most of the time when you're living with frequent

01:05:22.700 and debilitating pain it's caused by inflammation and i have to tell you there's nothing that treats

01:05:30.280 inflammation that i know that i tried better than relief factor i was in debilitating pain

01:05:36.340 tried absolutely everything under the sun which finally made me try this actually coupled with my

01:05:43.680 wife and it worked i've been taking it for three years relief factor.com relief factor.com get your

01:05:51.080 life back 800-583-84 and go to blaze tv.com slash glenn the promo code is glenn you're gonna save 30

01:05:59.380 bucks off your subscription to blaze tv this is the glenn beck program hey i just want to just want to

01:06:12.200 throw in a little piece of audio here from uh governor cuomo he oh no no no yeah no he he did not

01:06:20.480 like the fact that a reporter was asking questions about school closings here it is listen so what's

01:06:27.440 going on does the city still have the ability to close its schools are you now taking control

01:06:31.660 and saying that you have the power to make this decision and for the millions of parents who want

01:06:36.020 to know are the schools going to open tomorrow in new york city all right first of all let's try not

01:06:41.780 to be obnoxious and offensive in your tone what are you talking about how what are you talking about

01:06:50.120 you're now going to override we did it already that's the law an orange zone in a red zone

01:06:57.860 follow the facts still confused well then you're confused i'm confused then i'll tell you what you

01:07:03.960 mean parents are still confused as well the school they're not confused you're confused

01:07:09.300 read the law read the law and you won't be confused i i need the uh we need the sicilian theme every

01:07:18.360 time we talk about cuomo i mean it's agonizing that guy is just i mean it's a crime family it is it's

01:07:24.760 a crime family yep this uh time we talk about the cuomos you're confused what are you doing asking me

01:07:35.300 some questions here you know the law i want to close the school i close the school that's the way it

01:07:44.160 works around here that clip is endless it's like oh my gosh but he gets into this point where he's 0.95

01:07:50.700 trying to simultaneously explain how dumb the reporter is but also explain the ridiculousness 0.56

01:07:59.060 of his policy and it's like i told you that you just go to the orange zone if you're an orange zone 0.96

01:08:05.300 if you're just in the orange zone then they can close the schools but if they go over three percent

01:08:09.800 they go out of the orange zone and then the red zone kicks in and then the red zone and then they

01:08:14.460 could close the school but they had their own levels at which it's like incomprehensible what

01:08:19.960 he's trying to say are you mocking me it's sorry are you making fun of my voice is that what's

01:08:27.540 happening here because i don't think that's what's happening here the voice there is some combination 0.99

01:08:34.840 between like ridiculous mobster and moron that he's combined there and i can't put my finger on 0.90

01:08:43.280 what exactly it is okay okay i got it are you questioning me let me tell you about the red zone 0.98

01:08:54.960 andrew are you here it's almost exact the school thing is is is interesting because 1.00

01:09:03.080 they're now saying that that now new york did by the way all of this to be said you're an idiot you 0.98

01:09:10.760 don't understand the next day they close the schools right like legitimately say is yeah they're 0.98

01:09:14.920 close tomorrow yeah they're close yeah they're close tomorrow now that they i don't like your tone

01:09:18.400 right all you can say we will see what the test comes out because they set their their test their

01:09:23.400 positive test rate at three percent which the united states of america as a whole since the

01:09:28.360 beginning of the pandemic has never been below never not one day since this thing started we've never

01:09:34.260 been below three percent so they they were below three percent because when you let the virus ravage

01:09:39.500 your entire community for a while and then you weld everyone into their apartments you can get it

01:09:44.960 under three percent like that's right you know unfortunately now they've let the kids listen to me 0.99

01:09:49.420 all you gotta do is kill all the old people you just take the sickos that you don't want because 1.00

01:09:59.420 they're freeloaders and then you stick them in with all the old people and bada bing it's done 1.00

01:10:07.660 done i can't i cannot decipher you from cuomo it's such a good impression i can't it's so good uh so

01:10:19.920 let me ask you this so there is there was this thing at the beginning and we're talking about one

01:10:25.260 of biden's actual advisors on covet as we he's uh which one the one that says that at 75

01:10:33.440 no not ezekiel emmanuel that's another one we should get into at some point yeah um but i can't

01:10:39.260 i can't remember his name off the top of my head but he he he was out front of this very early before

01:10:44.360 oster off or something like that osterholm he said look schools are not obvious that they should be

01:10:50.300 closed i remember listening to him i think he's on joe rogan at one point and i remember hearing him

01:10:54.840 say that and i was like wow like to me they closed the schools right away this before we knew anything

01:10:58.820 about the virus and he's like actually no that's actually the wrong thing to do we should keep them open

01:11:03.400 um now that so that was something that scientists largely agreed on the schools are something that

01:11:09.460 that stay open in one of these situations and now it's become a real uh a real part of the point of

01:11:16.160 debate every you know democrats say close the schools republicans say open them one of the theories

01:11:21.420 about this is because trump came out and said open the schools the democrats just reflexively said

01:11:28.960 despite all the science and everything else behind it just said no we got to close them

01:11:32.480 is that the sort of thing is that the reason they're doing this here

01:11:36.960 you well that and just i i think there is a movement afoot uh on the uber left that would like to see

01:11:47.620 and remember the teachers union uber left would like to see the destruction of the typical school system

01:11:59.040 cause such disarray cause so many problems that they can rebuild it closer to their heart's desire

01:12:06.420 um so i think there's you can't dismiss those who want to burn a system down that they're not using

01:12:13.960 this the to me the only reason the only reason the only reason now you listen to me 0.99

01:12:24.900 is because of that loud mouth donald trump who's a piece of garbage and i don't like his tone 1.00

01:12:35.940 i don't like the names that piece of garbage calls people so when i say you ain't going to school 1.00

01:12:43.720 little kiddos i mean it or you're dead dead so wait that was a little too smart there was no 0.99

01:12:51.700 thank you now so

01:12:54.200 i think that it is because of donald trump a lot of things were just

01:13:00.880 you know and done because of anti-trump uh because the media was totally anti-trump yeah and i think

01:13:08.820 that is part of it right yeah is that unique to them though because i think is it possible that

01:13:14.580 we do this at times too in that yeah like for example with masks masks are really freaking annoying

01:13:20.940 the how much they do is it was a bit questionable we they don't they're not a panacea but you know

01:13:27.520 they may do some good and there seems to be a reaction to the the left and the government and

01:13:35.700 the media pushing these things so hard that we reflect that's not what we're that's not what

01:13:40.940 we're arguing about though the mask is merely a symptom it's not the disease it's not the point

01:13:49.440 like donald trump he was a symptom of something and that symptom was nobody's doing anything about

01:13:57.060 corruption nobody's listening to the american people so he wasn't the cause of the problem he was a

01:14:04.320 symptom of the problem the not the pushback on the masks is not really about the mask right it's about

01:14:11.940 us saying don't tell me what to do because here's what you've done you told me first you listen to me

01:14:20.500 these masks don't get them because they do not work so all these people crying to go out there and buy

01:14:28.240 a mask you don't do it you hear me you don't do it they don't work okay i knew that was bs i told

01:14:35.080 you that on the year you did yeah that's what but that's interesting right when they were saying no

01:14:39.640 when they were saying no they don't work don't get masks i was saying you said this don't get the n95 0.93

01:14:45.060 mask right right because it's bullcrap now i have n95 masks and i wear masks you know when i go into a

01:14:53.840 store or someplace not because i believe in the bullcrap that i can walk in with a mask to a

01:15:01.040 restaurant and then suddenly i'm totally germ free in my booth right that is amazing it doesn't make

01:15:08.520 any sense whatsoever science but it doesn't yeah it's a little yeah it's not science behind that yeah

01:15:15.120 okay so they were wrong in telling us in the first place then what did they do then they switched and

01:15:22.160 then they called anyone who disagreed with it or said that doesn't make any sense at all that i can

01:15:29.080 walk into a crowded place but i'm standing between two pieces of plexiglass and that's going to protect

01:15:34.640 me that doesn't make sense oh the uh the person behind the plexiglass at the gas station where you

01:15:41.280 just stop to buy a candy bar and a coke did i just reveal myself you stop and buy a candy bar and a coke

01:15:48.300 as they touch all of those things on their side of the plexiglass and then slide it back over to you

01:15:55.980 uh is that germ free is that germ free there's no logic to it and then when you say hey i don't 0.97

01:16:05.540 understand how this works you you're a denier you hate science you're one of them trump stooges

01:16:13.580 and so they cut off any questions they treat you hostile and that cements people in whatever

01:16:22.880 position they're in yeah especially in america you don't tell me what to do we're seeing this with

01:16:29.760 the vaccine too right where when when trump was when this was going through the trump administration

01:16:34.700 operation warp speed the democrats who've been shaming everybody about how you have to have

01:16:39.680 mandatory vaccines for everything all of a sudden we're against vaccines yes and i bet you when you

01:16:43.920 know if biden gets in there they're going to have the same thing oh they're the other way will be

01:16:47.720 mandatory vaccines and they'll all of a sudden be for it right they'll the left will be for it and we

01:16:52.380 will be we will be called anti-people anti-government anti-science you know so how do you break through

01:16:59.000 that though because there if you mandate let's say masks just taking masks as an easy one you mandate

01:17:04.800 masks you have people who are saying i don't want to stop telling me what to do i'm not going to do

01:17:09.620 that and so they'll let they'll they'll push back on that the left will say well always listen to the

01:17:14.520 government you must do it and you're a bad person and you're and they will carry on you to death if

01:17:18.460 they see you without one how do you without a mandate let's just say masks are effective for a

01:17:23.440 second just as an argument how do you communicate how what's the best way to get success in implementing

01:17:29.380 a public safety measure without mandating it because that clearly is not working you tell the truth

01:17:36.120 you allow questions to be had you uh answer them reasonably and rationally and you ask people

01:17:43.960 to step up because we're having a national crisis and we trust you you're smart enough to do this

01:17:48.920 and here are the facts and this is what we recommend but we're not going to tell you what to do

01:17:53.580 here's the thing progressives look at us as children well we're not children and we all rebelled

01:18:00.680 against our parents about 15 16 17 years old okay that is natural and normal because you are ready

01:18:09.460 to make your own decisions so smart parents say i'm not going to win all these arguments i'm going

01:18:16.340 to pick the battles that are really important i'm going to let them make their own decisions i'm going

01:18:21.820 to let them feel the the consequence of their own actions etc etc because they're two years away

01:18:28.760 from living on their own all right so i gotta relinquish some of that power oddly specific here

01:18:34.640 yeah i know uh so it's it's you have to relinquish that power and if you don't you know

01:18:42.680 if you say to them oddly specific uh you are going to church and you are going to believe what i tell you

01:18:54.240 to believe you will drive them away from god right okay for the rest of their life they will not want

01:19:01.820 to have a relationship with god because it was jammed down their throat they think we're seven

01:19:08.680 well i'm in my 50s so i'm a long way from seven i'm a long way from 16 but when you tell people

01:26:35.460 gotten stuck in a timeshare yeah that my tie was good wasn't it uh you had to sit there and listen

01:26:42.800 to that guy blather on you would have chewed you would have you would have chewed your own arm off 0.92

01:26:46.620 just to get out of there uh but you didn't you instead you bought a timeshare and now you're paying

01:27:47.680 cheryl atkinson she's an investigative reporter host of full measure with cheryl atkinson and

01:27:58.820 she is the author of a new book that comes out next week called slanted it's always an honor to have

01:28:04.600 you on cheryl so happy to be here thanks glenn now you're a professional journalist right

01:28:12.640 yes i am yeah okay uh and i'm maybe not as professional uh because i know if i would come

01:28:24.000 on your show you would have read my book and i like to hold to that standard but i am coasting

01:28:33.100 right now until thanksgiving and i'm going to go read your book next week because i have it

01:28:40.680 i just haven't done it and i am going to read it because i think you are fantastic so i had two

01:28:46.520 ways to play this i could be honest but you'd know and then we just we both deny the reality

01:28:53.300 uh or i could tell you up front and you could convince me and the rest of america how good this

01:29:01.320 book is even though i'm going to read it next week anyway that is the latter is the best course of

01:29:07.640 action considering the disclosures you've just made yeah so this is one of the first times that

01:29:14.460 you will hear anyone talking to or with a journalist and it's real it's open and it's honest

01:29:22.600 what is going on and is it is it too late to turn things around with journalism and these media

01:29:32.020 organizations well obviously there are two ways we can go where we find ourselves today

01:29:38.140 is the end of a long line of manipulation and control and propagandists who have wormed their

01:29:45.400 way into pretty much every facet of our information landscape i talk a lot of course how they've gotten

01:29:51.780 their nose under the tent at news organizations i'm talking corporate and special interests um in my

01:29:57.440 first books we talked about how they could get their talking points and their propaganda shaped

01:30:02.740 they could shape what we report on the news and what we don't report on the news and then we evolved

01:30:08.460 to where we have then we have now hired these people they are us they work in the newsrooms we don't just

01:30:14.320 take their advice and take what they push out they have become us and in slanted i talk a lot about how

01:30:21.000 you know sort of the next evolution of this polls used as narratives to shape public opinion rather

01:30:27.980 than accurately measure it i take a deep dive into that and i talk about what i think glenn is the

01:30:32.760 most dangerous thing we're seeing today and that is the social media internet censorship under the

01:30:38.560 guise of these fake fact checks and i really dig into what's behind that in the book slanted but okay

01:30:44.880 i heard point and i know you're going to read it anyway yeah but the best part about the book i think

01:30:50.120 is i spoke to some of the names some of them not named in the book probably the biggest group

01:30:55.840 anybody's ever used maybe this is the only book like it of current and former top executives reporters

01:31:02.220 and producers at nbc abc cbs people that worked at 60 minutes cnn where i used to work when it was a

01:31:09.500 news organization msnbc and you'll be shocked to hear they agree with you and i about a lot of these

01:31:17.000 problems you know the death the death of the news as we once knew it but they they say they're for

01:31:24.420 freedom of press they say they're for the truth but i don't see anything that recognizes the truth

01:31:30.000 and i i just heard i think it was the new york times podcast or might have been np i think it was

01:31:35.000 npr's morning brief podcast yesterday day before and they said uh donald trump is lying about the

01:31:44.360 election it has been absolutely proven that there were there was no voter fraud and i thought okay

01:31:53.440 there might not have been but it hasn't been proven that there wasn't uh we're in the we're in the midst

01:32:00.980 of that right now if i would have said it's absolutely proven that there was voter fraud

01:32:09.000 i can't say that they ban me they do everything they can but they don't even seem to recognize

01:32:17.080 that they are the ones who think they're the authority on absolutely everything and they're

01:32:25.180 banning anyone who disagrees with them or the the worst part is with what happened with hunter biden

01:32:31.480 they just deemed it not important and so they never covered it and it was a cabal

01:32:37.700 well this is all part of the plan because newsrooms are no longer populated um oftentimes with

01:32:46.340 journalists who are trying to report facts accurately and fairly they're they're populated

01:32:51.180 with propagandists who are trying to convince you something oftentimes things that aren't true

01:32:55.600 such as the discussion about fraud and i watched you know how would we have covered this election

01:33:01.040 if we had a neutral press it would have looked completely different because we were told in 2016

01:33:06.660 that the russians the chinese etc would interfere again in 2020 we knew there were domestic actors

01:33:13.460 who did so and had never been punished punished or held accountable so a neutral press would have been

01:33:18.240 on alert and on the ground looking for evidence whether it was evidence of um you know misdeeds on

01:33:24.160 either side and instead we sat back you know collectively and deemed the election once it looked like

01:33:30.760 donald trump would lose based on those after election counts we deemed it to be fair and free of fraud

01:33:37.000 without even looking and then you know once we said there was no evidence of fraud and i talk and slanted

01:33:42.180 about the propaganda phrase without evidence and how it's been weaponized against one side yeah but we

01:33:48.580 first said there was no evidence of fraud which is silly because of course there is you know how big is

01:33:53.820 the fraud is the question there are always dead people who vote etc but you know the journalists were acting as

01:33:59.260 though the evidence was going to come up knock on the door and present itself or the the guilty

01:34:03.820 parties when asked would say oh you caught me i did it and short of that were just deeming that

01:34:08.540 nothing was amiss and then after claiming there was no fraud when some fraud appeared the press

01:34:14.540 narrative as a propagandist tried to define the terms we would talk about said well there was no

01:34:19.740 widespread fraud and suddenly that was the bar that we had to meet and then as evidence and i've been

01:34:25.440 watching this i hadn't commented really until now about you know evidence of fraud but i've now seen

01:34:31.140 what i would say is quite a bit of evidence of fraud or alleged fraud credible evidence and sworn

01:34:36.680 affidavits and videos and so on now the whole narrative is well it wouldn't have made a difference

01:34:42.640 these aren't enough votes so you know they keep changing to suit the narrative they want people to

01:34:48.480 think about but we're smarter than that so there's this cognitive dissonance when we hear this on the news

01:34:53.540 so what is their plan going forward i mean you know the durham report i don't think that's coming

01:35:01.180 up because word is that durham has enough but he's not going to do anything because he's worried about

01:35:06.800 blowback with biden uh there i mean there's no chance of anything being corrected without a media

01:35:16.520 that is standing up for what is truly right and wrong no matter who does it you know

01:35:23.520 justice is blind the media is in the bag how do we how do we function and and and how do we go from

01:35:32.780 here well i think it's a great question i have often wondered if it's gone too far where even if a

01:35:38.920 majority of the public feels differently or feels like the way you're describing is there anything

01:35:43.600 they can do about it in this controlled environment and i do believe there is and i think we're seeing

01:35:48.640 hints of that with um people turning away from twitter speaking out about it and joining periscope

01:35:54.600 which may seem like a small thing but this is a way when people are offered an option and there are

01:36:00.020 people in the technical world trying to create alternatives that aren't censored where we can

01:36:04.420 get free information and access to studies they don't want us to see or certain opinions there are people

01:36:10.040 working on this problem and i do think there are tens of millions of people out there who want a

01:36:15.960 solution and aren't going to give up so i don't know what form it takes ultimately but i hope i do hope

01:36:21.800 people keep pushing for truth and facts and with the durham report and bar i mean i can only conclude that

01:36:28.560 by design somebody didn't want anything to happen because it was critical if that was going to be

01:36:34.600 addressed the abuses of 2016 by government officials in some cases who are still employed there yep that

01:36:40.120 had to be addressed before the 2020 election or else we were basically saying there's no punishment for

01:36:45.860 interfering with politics and our elections and doctoring documents and so on it is nothing happened

01:36:51.320 before 2020 that's what i can only conclude is that was the plan well i will tell you that i think

01:36:56.560 it was in august that bill barr came out and said there will be indictments there will be things we

01:37:01.100 have we have a lot of evidence that shows some people did some really bad things and then it just

01:37:07.220 went radio silent in right september and then nothing nothing and it makes one wonder see this is the

01:37:13.960 problem conspiracy theories come when someone is trying to suppress information or can't come up or won't let

01:37:24.260 you question things that may have a very logical explanation but they they shout your

01:37:30.840 question down or they avoid your question or they call you names because you ask a question

01:37:36.180 when you can't ask questions people go to conspiracy theories so the press is is part of the disease

01:37:47.320 it's not a symptom donald trump was a symptom the press i think is part of the disease

01:37:54.400 i agree and i think what we've found because of that is a crisis and confidence among the public

01:38:01.860 in all of our institutions which is brought us to a really weird point people don't have trust in the

01:38:07.740 department of justice in the media in our politicians in our elections it's getting where 0.69

01:38:12.900 they trust little of everything and then those who are mistrusted turn around and say you're crazy

01:38:18.340 conspiracy theorists without seeming to understand their own role in creating this environment and one

01:38:23.500 really simple obvious example is the government telling us don't wear masks they don't work don't

01:38:29.040 buy them you're you're un-american if you wear them and then turning around and saying do wear masks

01:38:34.760 you're unpatriotic if you don't they work and then looking at the public many of whom then are confused as

01:38:40.580 to which was the lie and they tell the public you're crazy for being confused and again this just creates

01:38:46.900 this atmosphere and it builds upon itself of mistrust and everything we're told and the fact that you said

01:38:52.520 this is the most dangerous part they now they the collective they are censoring the mere question

01:38:59.080 the mere allegation the mere opinion the mere looking into something and and making it controversial or

01:39:06.560 making it where it cannot be heard and this is so dangerous that you can't even express a skepticism

01:39:13.320 a suspicion a rational question about things if they don't want you to ask it because it falls against

01:39:19.920 their interest it's it's awful well i don't know if you've been following uh the news about the

01:39:26.580 great reset um but uh this is something that is not a conspiracy theory whether it happens or not is

01:39:34.720 still yet to be seen but global governments are positioning with the world economic forum and it's

01:39:40.340 all on their website their videos about it there's i mean they are very open about resetting capitalism

01:39:46.480 to what they call shareholder capitalism i would describe that more of a capitalistic system

01:39:52.240 on a global scale like china but maybe i'm wrong but the way they describe it on their own website is

01:39:59.320 not an american system the new york times came out because the great reset was uh was uh trending this

01:40:07.540 weekend because it was used by justin trudeau over the weekend uh a video was released of something he

01:40:15.460 said a few months ago and it started a trend the new york times just came out with an article that

01:40:21.400 said this is all a conspiracy theory that there's a cabal of people i didn't i don't think there's a

01:40:27.780 cabal it's it's people who think they know what's right along with the economic the world economic forum

01:40:34.980 they are pushing for something they think is right they're doing it out in the open there's no secret

01:40:41.380 cabal all the people involved are on the website including john carrey i mean it's there but they

01:40:48.620 discredit it and they think that's enough is it enough or is this going to blow back in their face

01:40:57.660 well i think what we found with the propaganda campaign like no other that we saw against

01:41:03.580 president trump by some members of his own party by his enemies and by the media and yet he still

01:41:09.800 improved his number of votes by the millions this time which i think terrified his enemies to see

01:41:16.260 even though they say he lost and the fact that tens of millions of people including african americans

01:41:23.020 and other minorities and gays and lesbians and latinos voted in greater numbers for donald trump

01:41:27.940 shows that there are a large segment a lot there is a large segment of the population that resists

01:41:33.480 this sort of propaganda and sees it for what it is maybe wonder what they can do about it but they see it

01:41:38.820 and you know there's there's a chapter in slanted you're gonna love that's about the devolution of

01:41:44.160 the new york times specifically once one of the most well-respected news organizations on the planet

01:41:48.860 and i talked to some new york times insiders who are appalled as we are to see this really once great

01:41:54.920 paper just turn into this rag of narratives and false information it's just really a shocking

01:42:01.640 development in journalism let me go there i'm going to take a one minute break and then we'll be back

01:42:06.400 cheryl atkison uh she is uh an investigative reporter she does full measure with cheryl atkison 0.99

01:42:13.340 uh she is the author of slanted the new book how the news media taught us to love censorship and hate

01:42:21.400 journalism more with her in just a minute all right let me tell you about omaha steaks so good

01:44:38.760 we're talking to cheryl atkinson uh she is the author of a brand new book comes out next week called

01:44:58.960 slanted how the news media taught us to love censorship and hate journalism and i want to get

01:45:04.380 to that title here in a second but tell me we don't hear from those people uh at the new york times we

01:45:12.740 we don't hear from them we don't see them walking out uh en masse what's happening there well we those

01:45:23.620 of us who see what's going on and want to do something about it are becoming outnumbered and

01:45:29.700 actually quite frankly bullied by those who now are in the business who are narrative pushers and

01:45:36.160 propagandists and simply say the word racist or whatever they want to say me too or sexist

01:45:42.380 to silence those who have alternative viewpoints on these things you could see this in the leaked

01:45:49.240 transcript of the new york times staff meeting that was published maybe a year and a half ago after

01:45:55.860 a series of debacles that i go into in my book where you know how would you like to be somebody

01:46:01.880 if you read this transcript about the crazy thoughts they have what news what the goal of the new york

01:46:06.740 times is you know pushing certain narratives how would you like to be the one or two who differs and

01:46:12.200 you're going to be called every name in the book if you stand up and speak and nobody did

01:46:16.260 okay uh more in just a second slanted is the name of the book i want to go to just the title

01:46:24.520 because i find it fascinating how news media taught us to love censorship this is the glenn beck program

01:46:31.460 so i was telling you about steaks a few minutes ago and look at me you do not get a body like this

01:46:40.080 without really working for it okay i mean this has taken me hours at mcdonald's uh a lot more than

01:46:48.720 that yeah a lot significantly more so i got myself a rec tech because i obviously love good food

01:46:57.260 and mcdonald's yeah don't want to i want to make sure those are in separate categories uh so i got a

01:47:04.800 and there is nothing better to grill or smoke in it is it's fantastic it's a smart grill so it has

01:47:14.420 smart grill technology uh and make sure that everything is just right heat sensors that go

01:47:20.460 into whatever you're cooking you could make a pizza in this thing you could you could smoke a turkey in

01:47:26.660 this i mean it's fantastic grilling in the 21st century with a bang follow rec tech

01:47:34.780 and compare them a b compare them to the best ones out there you won't find a better one rec tech

01:47:40.260 r-e-c-t-e-q dot com rec tech dot com seems like a good idea and time to join blaze tv go to

01:47:48.320 blaze tv.com slash glenn the promo code is glenn and save 30 bucks

01:47:52.660 so there's a new book coming out it is released next week but it's available for

01:48:04.560 pre-order now if you're looking for a gift to give somebody who thinks like us um a favorite

01:48:13.040 family member gift or even a gift for yourself uh for christmas this is it it is a really good

01:48:18.880 i can't speak from uh current experience experience i can speak for past experience you are telling the

01:48:27.300 truth when it comes to how the media and how our information is getting to us uh in a way that

01:48:34.000 nobody else either cares or has the courage to do uh and i can't thank you enough for that uh the name

01:48:42.780 of the book is slanted how the news media taught us to love censorship and hate journalism and i want

01:48:47.660 to stop there the news media taught us to love censorship well if it's quite brilliant if you

01:48:56.500 think about it i started tracing this in the smear the last book and i finish in this one but in 2016

01:49:03.840 prior to 2016 it may be hard to remember there was no movement or public sentiment saying please

01:49:13.760 curate our information and fact check it and censor it and tell us what to think this was unheard of

01:49:19.840 and as i said this was started with a speech president obama gave at carnegie mellon in 2016

01:49:26.300 that suggested and i remember hearing it thinking what that suggested somebody needed to step a step in

01:49:32.780 and curate our information on the internet in this wild wild west media environment and i'm thinking well

01:49:39.480 nobody has ever asked for that and pretty soon david brock of media matters took credit for

01:49:44.960 convincing facebook to do the first what i call fake fact checks of information to try to shape

01:49:50.340 public opinion and it took off from there but they had to convince us that we wanted it they had to

01:49:56.400 create a market for it they couldn't just force it down our throat so there was a lot of propaganda

01:50:01.540 to insist that all of this fake news which was a liberal invention before donald trump took it over

01:50:07.640 but that we were all being victimized by fake news and that someone needed to step in and and help us

01:50:13.960 out and make sure we didn't see certain studies and opinions and viewpoints but again this is a

01:50:19.460 relatively new phenomenon and i i don't think your listeners literally love censorship no but they

01:50:26.080 have convinced us as a population to sort of embrace and tolerate these you know fact checks and

01:50:34.100 whatever you want to call them the curating the media literacy efforts and so on which i think are

01:50:37.960 extremely dangerous you know if they if they believed and i always come back to thomas jefferson

01:50:43.780 he said trust the american people uh they'll most likely get it wrong from time to time but they will

01:50:50.580 figure it out in the end and correct their mistakes uh and i don't think anybody in power believes in

01:50:57.620 the american people anymore uh and so they they go and they censorship because we're too we're just too 0.72

01:51:05.640 stupid to figure it out i think may i just may i differ a bit yes i think that they worry that we're not 0.96

01:51:13.320 stupid they worry that we're going to form the conclusion if we hear certain information that they 1.00

01:51:18.880 don't want us to have and they can't let that happen and i i saw that that you know sentiment inside 1.00

01:51:24.800 newsrooms where people were starting to censor certain stories because they didn't like the

01:51:29.300 takeaway they thought people would have if they heard all the information just the facts so well

01:51:34.820 that's even that's even more evil and so you think that's the prevailing uh attitude well and i think

01:51:43.940 that's why we're seeing the censorship in social media the internet it's not to protect us it's not

01:51:48.340 really to sort through what's correct try to keep us from seeing fulsome information on things that

01:51:54.240 certain political and corporate interests don't want us to see so you have we we if if they believed

01:52:00.880 in the free press and they thought you know some people may not want to see these things you would

01:52:06.600 just release your algorithm and allow us to adjust it i don't want to see this i don't want to see

01:52:11.980 that i you know that's that's that's the way you do it what they're actually saying is if you think

01:52:17.980 about it the people at twitter the nameless faceless people for example at twitter and facebook who

01:52:23.620 censor information who are in no position to be experts on any of these things that they are

01:52:28.340 claiming to be you know expert over what they're saying is they have the information they want to

01:52:34.920 be able to see it they have seen it they just don't want you to see it and and that's the problem they

01:52:40.600 don't trust you to make the same sorts of decisions and judgments that they made because you might not

01:52:44.820 make the right ones or the ones they want you to make so cheryl can you look into i hate to ask you

01:52:54.900 to do this but can you look into the future because i can't tell you i mean i have members of my own

01:53:00.460 family who says say you're freaking out about nothing nobody is going to be censoring you're not going to

01:53:08.000 be you know thrown down a rabbit hole i i believe there's a good shot that in a year or two uh if

01:53:16.300 that it would start with the pressure just like they've learned with the media matters a pressure

01:53:22.540 on our sponsors uh to drive them all away okay as long as we have the audience we're set for that

01:53:30.220 because we have a subscription uh service um but they're going to just keep battling and battling

01:53:36.740 and wearing us down and if you have control of the fcc you know depending on how radical they want to

01:53:45.480 get they could shut voices down do you see that coming yes i mean i see that we're already there

01:53:54.260 in many respects and adam carolla the entertainer spoke of this with me in a last couple of weeks

01:54:01.520 you can see that segment at fullmeasure.news the replay but he's a hollywood guy stand-up comic and

01:54:07.900 so on who said he saw this cancel culture coming where people were going to be bullied and not he

01:54:14.120 saw a future where he wasn't going to be able to work in hollywood in the traditional sense because

01:54:18.380 he speaks his mind and doesn't go along with the narratives so he created this bubble i mean i think to

01:54:24.640 some degree you've you've done that or tried to do that where he's outside of the ability to be

01:54:30.080 canceled like the way he he has his own he owns his studio he produces his own films he doesn't

01:54:34.880 rely on the platforms where he can be be platformed and canceled and you know people are looking more

01:54:41.500 and more for ways to do that that's why rumble and parlor and these you know alternate tech platforms

01:54:47.720 are i think increasing in popularity or at least interest well we are the blaze which i created for

01:54:54.940 this time i just found out yesterday we are the largest subscription right-leaning uh subscription

01:55:02.780 uh company in the world uh which is shocking to me uh but it has been as long as we have the audience

01:55:15.960 but the way these algorithms work and the way they're they're starting to talk about you know

01:55:23.660 lists and everything else that'll freak people out i mean you're already on a list if you're listening

01:55:29.560 you're already on a list um but the the pressure that is going to come if these radicals actually take

01:55:38.920 charge is terrifying well you know just i think people need to remember and take heart in the fact

01:55:46.960 that as much as if you live inside the box i call the internet it's so controlled the whole goal of

01:55:52.940 some of the propagandists is to make you believe you're an outlier when you're not yes we're holding

01:55:57.360 certain views and thoughts so keep heart that you aren't an outlier in a lot of these respects i mean

01:56:03.560 i'm talking to your listeners and that tens of millions of people if you look at the last election

01:56:08.880 probably have the same sense you do about these things and it's going to be pretty hard i think

01:56:13.720 to take tens of millions of people and cancel them or convince them you know that there's an alternate

01:56:19.880 reality that exists online that's not really true i think they they live outside the box and they see

01:56:26.680 a lot more of what's going on can we spend a couple of minutes and just talk about the election

01:56:32.460 how is is biden going to be the next president is do you think there's enough there to uh change

01:56:41.780 the result or to question the result with real impact well from what i've seen um and i have tried

01:56:49.900 to do some deep diving into this in the past week or so when i can um i would say there is enough to

01:56:56.240 question significant numbers of votes and how this occurred whether anything can be done about it

01:57:03.040 you know i don't have a lot of faith and confidence regardless of the evidence because

01:57:07.620 let's look at my my own lawsuit against the government for spying i have a whistleblower admitting it

01:57:12.820 i have forensic evidence it doesn't matter donald trump may know or some of the people surrounding

01:57:17.980 him may have evidence of as they do allegations sworn affidavits videos and so on credible claims of

01:57:24.180 wrongdoing involving thousands of ballots i don't know how you go back and write that meaning r-i-g-h-t

01:57:31.180 make that right i don't know how you get the people who are against you and he's surrounded by people

01:57:37.140 who aren't really on his side yep you know it requires them to go along it would require some

01:57:42.340 court to agree it would require republicans and states to help him that may not want to help him so

01:57:48.100 you know my skepticism lies in the fact that i think it's pretty clear we had widespread

01:57:53.680 improprieties let's say that but as to whether anything can be done about it you know i think

01:57:59.600 that's that's sort of a long shot sadly cheryl thank you so much thank you for your continued uh stand

01:58:07.700 uh for your logic and your willingness to uh look at all sides and just follow the track wherever it may

01:58:15.780 lead thank you appreciate it thank you for having me appreciate it you bet the name of the book is

01:58:21.020 slanted how the news media taught us to love censorship and hate journalism she's actually

01:58:26.520 going to be doing a podcast with me uh shortly after uh the holidays so i wanted to save reading

01:58:33.300 it so i had all new stuff to talk to her about it the podcast by the way so responsible if you are

01:58:39.300 thank you if you are uh if you are a fan of the podcast i think i did my favorite podcast uh two

01:58:47.420 days ago with douglas murray really uh this guy is he is terrifying and inspiring there there were

01:58:59.500 times but probably three times in that podcast where he just and i think it's because i pissed him off

01:59:05.000 i think i because i was playing devil's advocate to him and uh and i don't know if he thought i was

01:59:12.180 serious or not uh but i was playing devil's advocate and i was pushing him yeah but people are tired if

01:59:18.020 donald trump can't do it who can do it uh and he just launched into some of the most powerful martin

01:59:26.680 luther king empowerment speeches i've ever heard and just off the top of his head you don't want to miss

01:59:34.180 that it's available today at blaze tv.com it'll be available saturday uh for the rest of the general

02:00:06.320 ain't gonna have a lot of money left they are debasing this thing and the dollar's value

02:00:12.640 is falling now they're telling you now that the stock market's going to go up to

02:00:17.240 40 000 i think that's probably right uh i talked about it three years ago that it's headed for a

02:00:24.020 melt up that is a real term a melt up it rockets up and then crashes down i think that's what's going

02:00:33.240 to happen i don't know don't take investment advice for me but i will tell you to prepare yourself for a

02:01:24.800 this is the glenbeck program this is the glenbeck program we have this podcast coming up with

02:01:36.800 douglas murray he's the guy the spectator guy yeah he runs the spectator in the uk in the uk which is

02:01:44.400 very conservative but our kind of conservative and uh he you know i i i'm always hesitant on people

02:01:53.680 from europe or from the united kingdom who talk about conservatives because sometimes their

02:02:00.640 conservative is a little different it can be a little bit yeah out of our it's not the same

02:02:05.360 mind comps yeah so i'm always a little uh that's not conservative here but in some places that's

02:02:13.100 that is in the european scale because the european scale is just big government on both sides

02:02:18.720 so uh i'm talking to him and i started the interview with so where are we as a nation

02:02:26.220 because i knew he had just come back from a tour of america and if you like daniel hannon

02:02:32.800 he's very daniel hannon and he sees and says things that are pretty harsh about america and what we're

02:02:42.920 going through but coming from an outsider it means more because he also loves this country

02:02:52.660 and uh he said i was just there for three months he said i don't know how you get how you untangle

02:03:01.000 yourself from this without war he said i'm really concerned about your country he said i've been coming

02:03:07.060 you know every five years or so for a long time and he said i just love you and he said i'm sitting

02:03:15.720 at dinner tables all across the country in america and families won't talk to each other and he said

02:03:22.640 it's not about politics it's about facts you don't have the same storylines anymore and uh we talked a

02:03:30.780 little bit about what's going on in france and happening around the world with the same kind of

02:03:35.680 stuff and he said no no no no it's not the same stuff he said you guys are unique in the world he

02:03:42.920 said and uniquely bad he said first of all all this bad stuff it's coming from you guys it's being

02:03:51.280 shipped out from you to other countries and uh he said but what france has what england has is they

02:04:00.140 just want a marxist france they don't hate france they love france he said the marxists are actually

02:04:08.520 standing up against the islamists who are trying to tear down the statues he said it's it's not the

02:04:16.660 same they respect their history they love their nation but they want to you know have a socialist

02:04:21.640 governmental correct he said you guys have marxist and people in your own government that despise

02:04:30.220 your nation and want to erase everything and he goes into our responsibilities as citizens in a

02:04:37.640 very stirring way very daniel hannon uh and talks about how we can solve it and the urgency that we

02:04:48.000 have to have you can find this podcast if you're a blaze subscriber go to glenn beck podcast at
