00:02:00.240 resilience in recent years. I don't think that America or Britain would have got through remotely

00:02:04.560 as easily as it as France has of the last five years after incessant attacks of the kind it has

00:02:10.920 gone through. It is the American left that has gone rancid and rotten. And that's what Macron was

00:02:18.440 pointing at in his conversation with the New York Times, and indeed his letter to the Financial Times.

00:03:18.980 off this year in America, obviously it's been going for some time, but when it started off this year

00:03:22.900 after the George Floyd death, Macron was the only one out of the, apart from Trump, Macron said,

00:03:29.760 no statues are coming down. We're not erasing any of our history. In Britain, by the way, Boris Johnson

00:03:34.980 waited until the statue of Winston Churchill was attacked in Parliament Square before he blundered out

00:03:39.760 and actually found the courage to say something. But Macron, Macron knows he's got unity from the French

00:03:45.160 on this. And there's a reason why, which is that the founding principles of the French Republic are very,

00:58:52.940 the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican,

00:59:03.620 or requested and not returned, or, sorry, or questioned and returned, but not counted,

00:59:11.540 is anywhere between 89,397 to 98,801. He's put this in a sworn statement. He said there was roughly

00:59:24.420 165,000 ballots requested in the names of GOP voters that have not been counted. He said,

00:59:32.820 the problem is, is that he believes that the ballots are not only not counted, but probably

00:59:43.740 requested fraudulently. And he said, almost surely, the number of ballots requested by someone other than

00:59:52.100 the registered Republican, is between 37,001 and 58,914. And almost surely the number of ballots requested

01:37:12.800 unearthed a global criminal conspiracy that is just mind blowing.

01:37:20.400 And we've only scratched a tip of the iceberg.

01:37:23.760 The servers at Seidel in Germany were confiscated the other day.

01:37:28.240 I'm hearing it was our forces that got those servers.

01:37:32.320 So I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened, but

01:37:39.240 we're getting in evidence also that there were lines into the servers from four foreign

01:37:46.720 countries, all extremely adverse to the interests of the United States.

01:38:38.640 and Philadelphia, for example, and Atlanta, by the spikes in the data, the statistical experts

01:38:46.880 can, and mathematical experts can tell you exactly when the anomalies occurred that are statistically

01:38:57.000 And we found places where, for example, something like 384,450 votes were added for Biden, while

01:39:05.780 a third of that amount were added for Trump.

01:39:08.360 And those exact same numbers were replicated 20 minutes later.

01:39:14.800 So I talked to a, I talked to a Silicon Valley expert on Monday, another time we were demonetized

01:39:22.880 this week.

01:39:24.200 And I asked him, I said, can you tell me the odds of, of these kinds of things happening?

01:39:29.700 He said, Glenn, uh, when I reported back to me, he said, I didn't have to go further than

01:39:34.480 the user manual for dominion.

01:39:36.660 He said on page four 56, 57 and eight, he said, all of these things are not design flaws.

01:40:41.240 they were legitimately voting and their vote was being counted for the candidate of their

01:40:45.820 choice when it turns out it wasn't their choice at all.

01:40:56.760 is to its failure to do anything now to its promotion of it around the world or turning

01:41:03.380 a blind eye, whatever it is, it's absolutely hideous and appalling and un-American and contrary

01:41:10.800 to everything our founders set this country up to be.

01:41:14.020 Well, we know that Soros is involved in, in some countries with these people, um, and quite

01:41:22.200 honestly, the state department doing these things.

01:41:24.980 Um, so let me, uh, let me ask you, we've reached out to the department of Homeland security.

01:42:07.440 any process yet pursuant to which they could issue subpoenas.

01:42:18.320 I mean, we're just, we're just civil lawyers trying to do the right thing here when the

01:55:32.400 And that allows him to issue edicts or what we call executive orders.

01:55:39.720 First, he can issue an executive order saying, you have to have a face mask on at a store,

01:55:44.080 a restaurant, or a bar.

01:55:45.280 You can have to close at 10 o'clock.

01:55:46.960 The table's got to be this or that.

01:55:48.600 That's perfectly constitutional because he controls all the administrative agencies, state

01:55:53.760 liquor authority, and the health department.

01:55:57.560 So, that's fine.

01:55:58.880 That's why you can't take issue with him saying, close your store at this time, keep

01:56:04.380 But when he tells people what they can and can't do in the privacy of their own home, there's

01:56:12.400 And I have my obligations to the Constitution, and there's no way to enforce this.

01:56:20.860 So, like, if you're in a bar and you stay open past 10, they can fine you.

01:56:24.960 Or they can fine you if your waitresses aren't wearing masks.

01:56:27.420 There's no penalty for an executive order about how many people you invite to your home

01:56:35.300 And isn't an executive order, a law goes through the legislature and the governor signs it.

01:56:55.420 So, how do executive orders work when they want to enforce them?

01:57:04.080 Well, here's, again, you're 100% right, and most of us in second or third grade were taught

01:57:09.460 the legislature passes the bill, the governor either signs or vetoes the bill.

01:57:15.040 Basic common constitutional law.

01:57:17.040 How he can exercise an executive order is he controls the state liquor authority and,

01:57:24.600 You get a license as a business from the health department.

01:57:27.600 You've got to comply with the restaurant rules and from the state liquor authority for a bar.

01:57:32.040 So, there's sanctions, and they can have administrative action against you.

01:57:35.980 So, they can close a bar and fine you because you have a license from the state.

01:57:43.560 So, when you get to the executive order that goes into somebody's home, then you run into

02:00:32.100 The last I checked, we were 1.3 percent, which is very low.
