The Glenn Beck Program - Trump Legal Fight Grows ｜ Guests： Sidney Powell & Bill O’Reilly ｜ 11⧸20⧸20

00:00:00.000 Hey there, happy Friday. I'm Hillary, this is your 4-Minute Buzz, and today we're reviewing

00:00:11.680 the newest episode of the Glenn Beck Podcast. This week, Glenn spoke with British writer

00:00:16.060 Douglas Murray in an interview that you do not want to miss. Douglas recently spent some

00:00:20.700 time in America at the height of all the political and racial tension that 2020 has brought,

00:00:24.820 and he had some shocking takeaways. For starters, he believes the American brand of leftism is

00:00:30.640 spreading to other countries. Recently, left-leaning French President Emmanuel Macron

00:00:35.380 has, oddly enough, become a leader in the fight against the woke movement after American journalists

00:00:40.860 tried to tie recent terror attacks to French racism. So why would the European left stand up

00:00:46.860 against the American left? Well, in this clip, Douglas explains. In today's world, it's almost

00:00:53.100 like Winston Churchill could come from France in today's world. Macron said this, what, a couple

00:01:01.640 of days ago, that he thinks the New York Times and places like that that are saying that France is

00:01:08.300 just this racist place have lost their founding principles. He's right on that. And then he went

00:01:15.040 into, we will stand against racism and anti-Semitism, and we will not get rid of our history. We will not

00:01:22.540 get rid of our statues. We will not do these things. I haven't heard that from a leader except Donald

00:01:29.200 Trump. Is that going to work in France? It does work in France. I completely agree. Look, it's harder

00:01:37.280 from a British person's mouth than it is from an American mouth to praise the French. And to say that

00:01:44.120 they were brave. What? Yeah, no, I mean, it's that sweet enemy. Yeah. But I think that this is our

00:01:54.020 problem, not theirs. I think that the French Republic has shown extraordinary courage, stoicism and

00:02:00.240 resilience in recent years. I don't think that America or Britain would have got through remotely

00:02:04.560 as easily as it as France has of the last five years after incessant attacks of the kind it has

00:02:10.920 gone through. It is the American left that has gone rancid and rotten. And that's what Macron was

00:02:18.440 pointing at in his conversation with the New York Times, and indeed his letter to the Financial Times.

00:02:24.360 Wait, wait, wait, can you wait, wait, I want to interrupt you for one thing, because you said the

00:02:27.820 American left is, do you believe that this is an American left problem that we have spread this

00:02:34.980 disease? Yes. Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's an American problem. It's the American left that cannot

00:02:41.020 do patriotism and leftism. The French left have no problem with this. The French left are totally

00:02:47.440 capable of defending the Republic of France and also having certain views on trade unions, for instance,

00:02:52.800 that the right don't share. It's the American left that's gone into this weird place where

00:02:57.800 if you believe in the left, you can't believe in America. There are very proud movements,

00:03:03.280 patriotic movements on the continent, in France and elsewhere, that believe in left-wing principles,

00:03:08.240 which I happen mainly not to share, but also agree on the future of the country. And this is where

00:03:13.180 Macron is on totally safe ground domestically. You know, he said when the statues, when BLM started 0.79

00:03:18.980 off this year in America, obviously it's been going for some time, but when it started off this year

00:03:22.900 after the George Floyd death, Macron was the only one out of the, apart from Trump, Macron said,

00:03:29.760 no statues are coming down. We're not erasing any of our history. In Britain, by the way, Boris Johnson

00:03:34.980 waited until the statue of Winston Churchill was attacked in Parliament Square before he blundered out

00:03:39.760 and actually found the courage to say something. But Macron, Macron knows he's got unity from the French

00:03:45.160 on this. And there's a reason why, which is that the founding principles of the French Republic are very,

00:03:49.500 very, very deeply dug. And they're not planning on giving them up.

00:03:54.580 Gosh, there is so much here. The full podcast, it's out now at blazetv.com. And then you can find

00:03:59.440 it on Glenn's YouTube channel and everywhere else tomorrow. I'm Hillary, that's four minute buzz. And

00:04:04.360 now here's Glenn and Stu with the show. Good morning.

00:04:07.520 Good morning. Boy, we have an amazing show. Sidney Powell is supposed to be checking in with us today.

00:04:17.160 So we'll be following up from the press conference yesterday. Also, Bill O'Reilly joins us. Let me tell

00:04:26.280 you about Rough Greens. I was on the airplane with the dog yesterday. And all these little kids were

00:04:35.860 coming up. He's so soft. He's so soft. He is. His coat has changed because of Rough Greens. I mean,

00:04:45.420 it's remarkable the changes that we have seen in Uno. Really remarkable. All because of Rough

00:04:54.460 Greens. I want you to find out about Rough Greens yourself. R-U-F-F-Greens.com slash back.

00:05:01.800 Rough Greens.com slash back. Just make sure your dog will eat it. They usually just love that. Wolf

00:05:08.540 it down. But he loves it. And six months into it. He's a different dog. Rough Greens.com slash back.

00:05:17.900 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the Glenn Beck

00:05:46.860 program. Hello, America, and welcome. It's Friday. And what a Friday. We have Sidney Powell

00:05:58.240 coming on the program, assuming that nothing else comes up due to the case. The press conference

00:06:05.660 yesterday, if 25 percent of what they said is true and they can prove it, it's the biggest crime in

00:06:16.000 American history. If it's not true. If it's not true, that's not good. But the real question is,

00:06:25.180 can they prove it in two weeks? That is a massive case. These are expert attorneys. How are you going

00:06:36.540 to gather enough evidence? Because I honestly, part of me prays that it's true. Part of me says,

00:06:45.820 dear God, I hope we're not in that place. I just want the truth. I'll accept the results. I just want

00:06:54.680 the truth. And I think most Americans are like that. We're also going to tell you about how things have

00:07:01.540 begun already. They're talking now about not giving accreditation to Catholic schools.

00:07:10.680 They're talking about, yesterday we told you, attacks on guns. But they have another way to do it as well.

00:07:17.820 In some counties, they're just not taking, they don't have time right now for any gun permits.

00:07:24.900 So if you need a gun permit, we're just so swamped right now. Really? Well, that's the way it worked

00:07:32.660 under the Clinton administration. More, including Bill O'Reilly, coming up on today's show. We begin

00:07:39.180 in 60 seconds. This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:07:46.940 There's something about a business being family owned and fully geared toward the best interest of

00:07:52.780 its company, of its customers that has always meant something important to Americans. I know I grew

00:07:58.780 up in a, in a bakery that was owned by my dad. And, uh, when you're a family business, every single

00:08:06.200 customer counts and you want to do the best you can for them because, you know, you're not some big,

00:08:14.780 huge national chain that just can roll over customers and get away with it for a while.

00:08:20.400 The world of home loan options is not always a friendly one and navigating it can be tricky

00:08:27.200 and not everybody is out there to help you, especially the big banks. Since June of 2001,

00:08:34.500 American financing has been dedicated to working with you to help get your finances where they need

00:08:40.560 to be. They started in their home. They moved, uh, outward to your home and now they've been working

00:08:46.880 for you and not the bank ever since. Whether it's home loans, mortgage refis, or some form of debt

00:08:53.800 consolidation, American financing has you covered. Their dedicated team of mortgage consultants are

00:09:00.500 going to take care of you to help you get your financial house precisely where it needs to be.

00:09:06.260 The coming months are bound to be interesting at the very least. Now's the time to get on top of

00:09:13.300 your finances and make sure that you're ready for whatever comes. Call American Financing now at

00:09:17.840 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, or go to AmericanFinancing.net.

00:09:31.440 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program. Uh, Sarah, I don't have the cut sheet in front of me. Uh,

00:09:51.380 if you can have somebody update in audio today in our one note, I'd appreciate it. Uh, I, I want to

00:09:57.100 start, uh, I guess with what happened at the press conference yesterday. So we have two cuts of,

00:10:05.580 uh, Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell yesterday. Let's start with Rudy Giuliani.

00:10:10.640 In the states that we have indicated in red, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada,

00:10:17.380 and Arizona. We more than double the number of votes needed to overturn the election in terms of

00:10:24.500 provable, illegal ballots. All you got to do to find out if I'm misleading you at all

00:10:31.520 is to look at the lawsuits. Look what's alleged. Look at the affidavits. Maybe we can supply more

00:10:38.840 affidavits. In order to do it, I have to get permission from the people.

00:10:41.460 So, uh, I mean, I think the white house is in an incredibly difficult position. They have had

00:10:58.300 their attorneys threatened. We know that they have a hard time getting attorneys and, and, and not

00:11:04.640 because of anything legal, but because of this cancel culture, we know that there have been law firms

00:11:12.860 that have been threatened. You'll never, you'll never work in this town again because they were

00:11:19.640 helping. That's insanity. Everyone. I mean, John Adams, he defended the British during the, uh,

00:11:30.300 Boston massacre. He, he defended the British. Why people said, Oh, he's for the British. No,

00:11:39.060 he wasn't. He wasn't. He just believed in the American system that everyone should have the best

00:11:47.080 attorneys. If you're an accused, it doesn't mean you agree with them. The attorney's job is to,

00:11:54.820 the attorney is like a doctor. It doesn't matter who you are. You deserve. And our system requires

00:12:04.840 attorneys to treat people, to come in and defend them. We don't like it. I can't imagine. I mean,

00:12:14.640 you know, I, I talked to Alan Dershowitz, uh, about this during a podcast about, you know,

00:12:19.560 you've been around some of the biggest dirtbags. I don't know how you defended, uh, OJ Simpson.

00:12:25.960 And he said, cause it's not about OJ Simpson. It's not. If we lose the right to an attorney

00:12:33.640 because attorneys become cowards and attorneys bow to this cancel culture, we have nothing left.

00:12:42.380 We have nothing left. And I don't think they have a spine. The attorneys that have quit have 0.68

00:12:51.520 quit because they have been threatened, threatened with their life, threatened, uh, with their jobs.

00:12:57.760 You can't put anything together. And these guys have three weeks to do it. Three weeks to do it.

00:13:05.460 Can they even prove that in three weeks? That's the real question. Do you have something and can you

00:13:17.600 prove it in three weeks? That's what America is going to find out in three weeks. It doesn't matter

00:13:24.840 what they say right now. And quite honestly, I don't know if I would say anything to the press. Did you

00:13:32.040 see how hostile some of the press people were? Let me give you this. The blaze ran on our platform

00:13:40.580 and then ran on Facebook. We ran that press conference without comment. So it just, we streamed

00:13:52.580 the press conference. We were, uh, how is it phrased? Dinged by Facebook because they have, uh, shut us

00:14:06.480 down. We can't do anything unless we take down the press conference. They've, they've banned the press

00:14:14.560 conference on Facebook. Now, how stupid is that? You know how many people watch that press conference 1.00

00:14:23.260 and went, Oh my gosh, they don't have anything. Do you know how many people watch that and went,

00:14:29.460 Oh, there's new information. Let people hang themselves. Let people express what the, this is a legal process. 0.96

00:14:41.020 We're going to know in three weeks. If you're so confident that you're right, you're not protecting the public

00:14:52.620 and the Republic because you're censoring people. That's not American. We don't censor people. The reason

00:15:03.420 why we have so many stupid conspiracies is because you keep silencing people. And when you can't get an 1.00

00:15:12.060 answer and people are being shut down, it is natural. I mean, I, why am I saying this to Marxists?

00:15:20.860 They don't understand natural man. It's natural for people to go, see, they're covering something up.

00:15:28.620 If you want to look more guilty, keep canceling stuff. It's going to, it's going to hurt you in the

00:15:41.420 end. It hurts the Republic. You let people argue it out in the public square. You let people come to

00:15:50.660 their own conclusion. You know, the New York times said, um, that they just can't reach.

00:15:58.620 The Trump voter. And it's just not worth it anymore. Cause they've tried. You've tried.

00:16:04.980 When did you try? When did you try? You've spent the last, since 2008, the last 12 years

00:16:14.560 calling the tea party and anyone who believed in the constitution, a crackpot, a radical anti-government.

00:16:22.800 You've never taken the time to actually listen to any of us and try to understand. I know because

00:16:30.660 I've done the interviews. You come in with your perceived notion of who we are and what we

00:16:37.160 believe. And we can't change your mind because you don't listen. Oh, we're not worth your time.

00:16:45.940 Well, you know, you know, New York times, you haven't been worth our time for a very long time.

00:16:55.800 Let's play Sidney Powell.

00:16:57.140 This is stunning, heartbreaking, infuriating, and the most unpatriotic acts I can even imagine

00:17:12.280 for people in this country to have participated in, in any way, shape or form. And I want the

00:17:18.340 American public to know right now that we will not be intimidated. American patriots are fed up

00:17:24.840 with the corruption from the local level to the highest level of our government. And we are going

00:17:31.220 to take this country back. We are not going to be intimidated. We are not going to back down.

00:17:37.220 We are going to clean this mess up now. President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it.

00:17:44.600 And we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom.

00:17:49.800 Okay. I want to play that again. Don't listen to what she said. Listen to how she said it. She,

00:17:59.760 if she is lying, she's an incredible actress. And quite honestly, the Academy should give her an Emmy.

00:18:09.960 Listen to how she said it. Listen to the emotion behind it. You don't fake this. Here it is.

00:18:18.060 This is stunning, heartbreaking, infuriating, and the most unpatriotic acts I can even imagine

00:18:31.780 for people in this country to have participated in, in any way, shape or form. And I want the

00:18:37.880 American public to know right now that we... She believes this. Stop. She believes this.

00:18:42.200 This is... She feels it and she believes it. And quite honestly, wouldn't you? If you were Sidney

00:18:54.240 Powell, remember, she was the attorney that was lambasted as crazy, as unpatriotic, as somebody who 0.82

00:19:06.380 was doing the devil's work for defending General Flynn. Well, as it turns out, that whole thing

00:19:16.400 was a setup. That whole thing was a lie. We didn't know for three years when she was fighting it and

00:19:26.980 lost because she couldn't get the documents to defend the man. She knew what was going on. She knew his

00:19:38.120 side of it. She could read the room and see it was filled with sharks. And she knew because they wouldn't

00:19:46.220 give any of the information she was requesting to defend her client. She was called crazy. She was called 0.79

00:19:55.820 un-American. For how long? For how long? Three years until the impeachment. And once the impeachment

00:20:04.500 happened, oh, then all of a sudden we start to get access to new information, including all of the

00:20:11.880 information about General Flynn, who is innocent of what they said. Innocent. If you're her,

00:20:26.100 how do you trust anything? She's seen it from the inside. We've seen it from the outside.

00:20:32.520 She's seen this machine destroy people. How does she trust anybody?

00:20:41.880 She's going to be on with us a little later on in the program. Assuming nothing comes up. I don't

00:20:50.700 know how many attorneys they have, but she doesn't have a lot of time for PR. She does one thing a day 1.00

00:20:59.420 if she has time. Today's our day. And we're going to talk to her coming up. All right. American financing

00:21:06.600 is, uh, I'm sorry. It's real estate. It's what relief factor? Cause that's not what I have. Okay.

00:21:15.940 I don't have that anywhere. Uh, let me give you this, a listener of ours, Sam, he lives in Colorado and

00:21:25.020 he was facing just really, really bad pain. Uh, and he started taking relief factor and he started

00:21:36.260 seeing relief. Now he's back in the saddle. Now he's been taking relief factor and he found the

00:21:43.220 relief. He needed to be able to do the things that he wanted to do, which I, if I remember right,

00:21:49.760 was running as a marathon runner. If you're in pain, please consider relief factor, relief factor.com

00:22:00.980 three years ago, I was in crippling pain. I really couldn't do it anymore. My wife forced me to take

00:22:07.680 relief factor against my will, honestly, cause I thought that's not going to work.

00:22:11.540 And it did. I still take it three times a day. It's relief factor, relief factor.com 800-500-8384,

00:22:20.140 800-500-8384. It's relief factor.com 10 seconds. Station ID.

00:22:41.540 Can we say happy birthday to Mr. Pat Gray? Yes. He's going to be in in just a moment. You can say it

00:22:49.280 directly to him. Oh, he's not, he's not in, uh, not yet. Not yet. He's scheduled in about five

00:22:54.980 minutes from right now. Pretty big, uh, pretty big deal. What's he, uh, 25, 26.

00:22:59.080 Hmm. Might be a tad older than that. Hmm. 80, 85. I know he's like 40 years younger than

00:23:11.320 Jeffy. So that's, that would put him older than 85. I would put a lot older than 85.

00:23:18.080 So Stu, you watched the press conference last night. Yes. And, uh, you know, I, I don't,

00:23:30.840 I don't know who to trust on anything anymore. Um, I do know that, you know, Rudy Giuliani,

00:23:39.020 he can look unhinged at times, you know, he's just not at the Rudy Giuliani. I'm going after the

00:23:47.120 Gambino crime family kind of look. Um, uh, however, the things that he has shared with

00:23:56.720 us, uh, have turned out to be true and we've been able to verify it. Now we can't verify

00:24:04.900 things yet, but we should be able to see if they got the goods in two weeks. Yeah. I mean,

00:24:12.560 look, would you trust the bottom line here is just patience, right? Uh, you know, I, it's what

00:24:19.740 you tell your kids all the time, have patience. What are we doing here? Well, you know, Rudy

00:24:24.380 Giuliani said in the press conference multiple times that not only could he prove this, he

00:24:28.380 could prove this 18 different ways. So if he can prove this 18 different ways, he knows

00:24:32.900 the legal restrictions. He knows the time constraints on what's going on right now. If Rudy Giuliani

00:24:38.020 can successfully prove this 18 different ways along with Sidney Powell and whoever else is

00:24:41.980 on the legal team, well then, then they're going to win and we're going to have a, you

00:24:46.400 know, a, a totally different, uh, outcome of the election. I mean, I, I, this idea that

00:24:53.380 like every single time they have a press conference, we have to reassess whether they're, uh, able 0.78

00:24:58.320 to go forward with legal claims is a silly, it's a silly sort of construct here. Uh, let if

00:25:04.740 they look, you're right. They have not been able to, or at least even attempted to prove

00:25:09.360 this in court yet, but they know what this is. This is not something you win at a press

00:25:15.040 conference. You don't win it online. If they have the evidence, which, you know, Giuliani

00:25:19.100 said they could prove it 18 different ways. If they've got that and they've got that ability,

00:25:22.440 they'll be able to do that in court. And then we'll be able to assess that when they go through

00:25:26.060 that process. But this, this media circus that surrounds it, I just don't think is productive.

00:25:30.520 And it's interesting to me that Donald Trump is nowhere near it. Yeah. You notice that it's

00:25:38.780 like radio silence with Donald Trump. Uh, and that's interesting for him. He's not in there.

00:25:46.600 He's not the ones, he's not the one pitching us, uh, which I think is, I mean, he is, he

00:25:52.700 is on Twitter and, and everything else occasionally, but not his usual Donald Trump leading the

00:26:00.500 parade of elephants. Uh, and I, and I, I, I, I think that says something. And I, I think

00:26:08.380 they're in between a rock and a hard place. He's losing the fringe, uh, supporters of Donald

00:26:17.400 Trump. He's losing them by not keeping them informed. But I, I, I wouldn't trust anyone.

00:26:25.260 I, I wouldn't share stuff in advance. I wouldn't give them the heads up on anything until I filed

00:26:33.200 the court case. And the, because that's the only thing that matters really, if they can

00:26:39.600 prove it in court, all those people who are on the other side who say, well, he can't do

00:26:44.220 it. Well, you're, you're, you're going to be proven right or wrong in the next three

00:26:51.140 weeks. This is the Glenn Beck program. I don't know about you, but, uh, I've been at my wits

00:27:00.820 end when it comes to wireless earbuds and I can't wear wireless earbuds on the air, um,

00:27:07.740 because of all of the interference and stuff. And I, I hate what I'm wearing right now.

00:27:12.480 I am wearing the stupid Apple iPods or iPods. I, what are they called? Earbuds? Earbuds. 1.00

00:27:19.780 Whatever. I hate them. I hate these things. Um, they're uncomfortable. They'll fall out of your 0.69

00:27:26.520 ears. They're just, I don't like them at all. And they're way overpriced. Go wireless. And when you

00:27:32.660 go wireless, uh, you know, you should get the best. And I think the best are Raycon, uh, Raycon

00:27:39.360 wireless earbuds. They're not only fit, they have six hours of playtime, seamless Bluetooth

00:27:45.640 pairing, more base, uh, a compact design that gives you the noise isolating fit. You're not,

00:27:52.860 they're not going to fall out of your ears. Uh, and they're half the price of the Apple products.

00:28:21.220 It's Pat Gray's birthday. Oh, it's Friday. Bill O'Reilly is coming up in just a second.

00:28:27.240 And, uh, Pat, you hated me for a long time when we were doing local radio for many reasons,

00:28:37.000 but one of them was because of stuff, a bus, uh, which was a giant food fundraiser where

00:28:43.120 we would actually sleep on the bus for three days as people brought food. And it turned out

00:28:48.900 to be Connecticut's largest food fundraiser. It's still going on. Uh, are they still doing it?

00:28:56.620 30th. They're still doing it in its 30th year this year. 30th. Wow. That's amazing. That's

00:29:04.260 incredible. It's incredible. And it always happened on my birthday. Every single time. It did. I was,

00:29:09.020 I was living in a school bus, uh, in the parking lot of a grocery store. And Pat was pleasant.

00:29:19.180 Oh, I loved it. Oh, he was so pleasant. It was fun. So Pat, you and I spoke, uh, we were in the

00:29:28.300 kitchen, uh, yesterday at the studios and we were watching the press conference, which by the way,

00:29:33.940 I have to tell you, Facebook has demonetized us, uh, and dinged us, uh, because we ran the press

00:29:43.760 conference and they won't reinstate us until we remove the press conference, uh, from our feed.

00:29:52.820 My gosh, my God, how do you, how do you, do you not have the press conference of every OJ

00:30:03.220 attorney, uh, attorney speaking out about OJ Simpson? Of course you do. Yeah. Did we think

00:30:08.800 that he was, that he was innocent? No, but you have, you, you have to hear the other side

00:30:15.960 on this case, you walked into the kitchen and you were like, are you watching this? Cause I buy this

00:30:23.620 and you, how much of this do you believe? I think if, if 25% of what they said is true,

00:30:31.660 no, no, no. I think if they can prove that 25% of what they said, uh, this is the biggest crime

00:30:41.460 in American history. For sure. I don't think there's any question about that. And they said

00:30:46.220 it's massive. It's provable. Uh, there were illegal ballots in many States, including Pennsylvania,

00:30:53.340 Michigan, uh, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Nevada. It's, it sounded like, uh, the widespread fraud

00:31:02.300 that you would need to overturn the election. Now you're going to have to be able to, uh, show,

00:31:08.000 I think some pretty compelling evidence when you go to court and in order to get the Supreme

00:31:12.600 court to rule on this, they won't even take the case if there's not, you know, significant

00:31:17.440 evidence, right? I, they're, they're not going to mess with this unless they actually have

00:31:22.280 something and they're, I mean, I don't think you make this case as strong as they're making

00:31:27.180 if you don't have anything. Do you? I mean, I hope not. No, if you, I, I, I, I mean, wouldn't

00:31:33.800 they lose their license? Yeah. They, I know all credibility forever. We will know. Yeah. We

00:31:39.240 will know that, uh, they had it or not, uh, in three weeks. Let it play out. Let it play

00:31:47.160 out. What's wrong with that? This is a, this is a legal process. I love how the, the Democrats

00:31:54.360 are, Oh my gosh, I can't believe that this is an outrage. Bill Clinton wouldn't, uh, fund

00:32:02.060 the office of the president elect or give George Bush any information on anything until

00:32:10.760 I think it was December 5th. You're right. I mean, what, yeah, what are you talking about?

00:32:16.620 And you know, talking about when they, when they made statements about some of the, the

00:32:21.520 evidence they say they have, I would Google it and go to see what other, you know, uh, agencies

00:32:28.240 were saying about it. And in almost every case, they, they would say this has been debunked.

00:32:34.520 Experts say this is highly unlikely. Wait, that's not, that's not debunking. You've got to have

00:32:41.880 a fact-based, uh, piece of evidence in order to debunk something. They didn't seem to have

00:32:48.840 anything. And the problem is we have seen over and over again, they're trying to tell us

00:32:56.200 now that, uh, the conspiracy, which isn't a conspiracy of the great reset is, has been

00:33:05.460 debunked. How can it be? I mean, they've talked about it. You see, did yes, John Kerry is on

00:33:13.560 record. Uh, in fact, I just, let me just give you this quick story. John Kerry on record,

00:33:19.800 the great reset. We are at the dawn of an extremely exciting time. The, um, uh, the climate agreements

00:33:38.120 are just not enough. And I know Joe Biden believes this. It's not enough to join the, rejoin the Paris

00:33:44.940 agreement in the United States. It's not enough for do the minimum that that requires. We are at a

00:33:50.740 point of a great reset. All of this is, is documented, you know, uh, build back better, which is I read

00:34:02.600 good is, is the original slogan for the great reset. The world, uh, economic forum has been using

00:34:13.960 build back better for years to promote the great reset. That's why you're seeing that behind prime

00:34:21.780 ministers and world leaders all over the world. Trudeau just talked about it this week. He just

00:34:29.160 talked about the great reset. It's everywhere. They're talking about it in Germany, in, uh, Spain.

00:34:34.700 It's all over the place. It's there. So it's their new world government term. Essentially. We have,

00:34:43.380 we have a situation to where we see what they're doing right now. They're lying to you. They've been

00:34:51.360 lying about Hunter Biden saying that's discredited. That's not true. We know because the documents are

00:34:59.540 there. We also know that the, the federal government is in on all of this. The FBI is

00:35:07.460 dirty as hell. I think the justice department is we know the state department is parts of the 0.99

00:35:13.540 Pentagon seem to be, we know all of these things and we've lived it, especially over the last four

00:35:21.220 years. So how do they expect us to trust the media telling us what's true and not? And then that's

00:35:30.720 really the only ones who are giving us this stuff. When, when she said yesterday, you know, that they,

00:35:36.460 or Rudy Giuliani said yesterday that the votes were counted in Germany. Okay. Is that true? Did they,

00:35:45.460 did they raid the servers in Germany? Well, they say, no, the vet, the, the, the, uh, the, uh, voting

00:35:53.380 machine company, they don't have cloud space, uh, in, uh, in, in Germany, or they don't have, uh, servers

00:36:00.320 in Germany. Well, that's not what the story is. The story is the software company has servers in

00:36:07.820 Germany. And so they've played a switcheroo on us. They keep doing that. I don't know what's true. I don't 1.00

00:36:14.380 know what's true. That's exactly right. And I think that's, and why not see this through? If, uh,

00:36:21.220 even if you're a Democrat who loves the ground, the Joe Biden spits on and drools on, because that's

00:36:27.940 what he's doing a lot of right now, you should want at least this process to play through, shouldn't

00:36:34.400 you? Because you don't want, I guarantee you now that virtually every single one of the 72 million

00:36:40.320 Americans who voted for Donald Trump think that there were, there is something fraudulent about

00:36:45.080 this election. And don't you want that at least cleared up? It just makes sense to see this process

00:36:51.020 through. Let me be more, let me be more cynical. You don't believe this was, uh, stolen. You don't

00:36:58.520 believe there's anything there. You, why shout these guys down if you, if you're so confident that

00:37:07.340 nothing happened, why shout these guys down? Why not just say, no, no, let them go. Let

00:37:14.860 them go. Because they're all saying they're crazy. They're out of control. They don't know 0.98

00:37:20.040 what they're talking about. They can't prove it. So let them go for three weeks. Yeah. Because

00:37:25.360 in the end you would think they're just going to discredit themselves. Right. What do you have?

00:37:32.120 It's over. What are you afraid of? What are you so afraid? It's almost as if they're not

00:37:36.440 that secure in the belief that everything's fine. It's almost as if they don't believe

00:37:42.440 everything is fine. Huh. And on the up and up, uh, I, I, I can't wait until, until this is presented

00:37:50.580 to the American people. I, uh, they got me kind of excited. How do you feel? How do you feel

00:37:57.600 if they come to the court date and they can't prove it? Then I'm going to be pissed.

00:38:06.440 Because you don't make the strongest statement, this strongest statement, if you got nothing,

00:38:15.200 do you? I hope. Okay. So let me play, let me play devil's advocate here. All right.

00:38:21.200 She is a woman that defended general Flynn and she lost, but she lost because we needed

00:38:30.440 three years to prove that. Yeah. Okay. In the end, she was right. How are you going to prove this

00:38:38.720 in three weeks? I don't know. That's a tough task. Um, and it's a really tough task. Yeah.

00:38:46.380 Uh, and they said yesterday, it's a tough task. They said, this is a case that would normally take

00:38:51.820 you years to work on and they don't have years. They barely have days and they certainly don't

00:38:57.000 have weeks. They need to get this out there and presented. Uh, and if they can't get the court case

00:39:03.000 in time, you got to go to the American people with it and show us, let's see it. Let's just see it.

00:39:08.580 And then let the chips fall where they may, because if they have what they say they have,

00:39:13.600 which are, you know, illegal ballots, illegal, uh, mail-in ballots, illegal digital votes. Uh,

00:39:21.520 it's just a huge case the way they presented it yesterday. I mean, he might be shorted if she also

00:39:28.300 alleged that they, she thinks he got 80 million votes. Well, you're about 8 million short of that.

00:39:33.560 And that's a lot of votes that, uh, that are a lot of votes and need to come. It needs to come

00:39:41.580 out. We need an airing of it. And to your point, Glenn, I mean, there's a, they've got three weeks

00:39:45.260 here where they need to show this. Right. Uh, and they, we have to remember these are legal

00:39:50.960 professionals. They understand that this would be won or lost in the courts. The president not

00:39:56.280 speaking a lot on social media changes nothing here, right? People are like, Oh, well, he's not

00:40:00.500 talking. He must not really believe it. Well, whatever he believes doesn't matter.

00:40:03.560 Right now, what matters is what happens in the court. You can't, it doesn't matter how

00:40:07.120 many supporters he has. It doesn't matter how many people are behind him. It doesn't

00:40:10.080 matter how many people are speaking about, it doesn't matter if Mitt Romney saying bad

00:40:13.160 things about him or if his allies are saying good things about him. What matters is the

00:40:17.720 court stinking Mitt Romney. Didn't mean to bring that up. I'm just saying the point is it 0.95

00:40:23.680 does. None of that. I can say this. Hang on just to say this. I can say this. I can say this

00:40:28.740 because I'm one of them. Those damn Mormons. They, they, they, they were responsible. The 1.00

00:40:37.200 two senators, uh, from Utah were responsible for the Smoot Holly, uh, thing and gave us the

00:40:45.500 Great Depression. Mitt Romney, I, God only knows what he's going to be responsible for.

00:40:51.920 What? No guns. I mean, it's, it's, it's, uh, Mike Lee though, as well. I mean, there's

00:40:59.360 been some, a lot of good things. No, no, no. There are good Mormons. I think Mike Lee

00:41:02.940 is one, uh, Stu, I mean, Pat is a good one. I'm a little sketchy, but, uh, but, uh, you

00:41:13.460 know, we try to do the right thing, but I think these guys just misinterpret, you know,

00:41:19.420 they get all warm and fuzzy with, uh, you know, well, what would Jesus want us to do?

00:41:24.460 Well, Jesus didn't believe that he should run the government. He's going to do that later.

00:41:30.000 Right. And he'd want the truth to come out. We run the government. He'd want the truth

00:41:33.480 to come out. So let's, let's let them have their day in court. Yep. All right. Coming

00:41:38.520 up in just a second, I want to talk about the mathematician, uh, who is one of the best

00:41:44.180 mathematicians, uh, in the country. Uh, Yale and Princeton train math expert says,

00:41:51.760 Biden didn't win. Just looking at the numbers. We'll tell you about that coming up.

00:43:19.000 Mm-hmm. This is the Glenn Beck program. Bill O'Reilly's right around the corner Friday. Um,

00:43:25.660 Williams college professor, Stephen Miller, a Yale and Princeton trained math expert has analyzed

00:43:32.100 Pennsylvania ballot data collected. Uh, he said that the number of ballots that were either

00:43:38.680 requested by someone other than a registered Republican or requested by a Republican registered

00:43:45.860 and, uh, and returned, but not counted range between 89,000 to 98,801. Um, he did this in a sworn

00:43:58.380 statement, uh, and provided it to just the news, which is a great website, by the way,

00:44:03.180 according to Pennsylvania state data for early and absentee ballot requests, there are roughly

00:44:07.940 165,000 ballots requested in the names of registered GOP voters that had not been counted

00:44:15.500 as of November 16th. He goes on to say almost surely the number of ballots requested by someone

00:44:24.000 registered Republicans is between 37,001 and 58,914. Almost surely the number of ballots requested

00:44:36.000 by registered Republicans and returned, but not counted is 38,910 to 56,483. I think we should,

00:44:50.500 I think we should look into some, some of these, this is a, this would be an expert witness who's

00:44:59.520 looked at all of the data and, and did the mathematical, uh, figures. He says there's

00:45:08.720 something really wrong because the math doesn't work. I don't know. Maybe we should pause

00:45:15.500 whether you're working from home or working on fitness, it doesn't matter. You want to listen

00:45:22.120 to what you want to listen to and not what the kids are listening to, or somebody else is listening

00:46:26.580 that. Uh, Echelon, uh, we're going with Echelon here. Uh, you know, you're talking about fitness.

00:46:43.020 edges, no hard edges. It's all kind of round when it comes to my body. But I'm telling you,

00:46:48.660 uh, my wife, uh, I, I bought her, what was that stupid bike? Oh, the Peloton. I think you bought 1.00

00:46:54.980 one for your wife. Oh my gosh. That thing cost me an arm and a leg. And my wife is like, I don't 1.00

00:47:01.340 like it. What? What? That's all I heard from you is you wanted an Echelon. I got you one. No,

00:47:07.420 not an Echelon. Christmas. A Peloton is what she wanted. No, a Peloton. An Echelon is what you

00:47:11.540 should want. Yeah. And everything that the Peloton, she hates about, uh, she hates about it. The Echelon

00:47:20.820 has solved and it's, it's a great, great thing. Great part. Unlike their competitors, it's affordable.

00:48:34.540 this studio. Uh, but I'm pining for my ex-chair that is, uh, sitting in our studios there back

00:48:41.460 in Dallas where I sit most comfortably in the ergonomic office chair, the most ergonomic. Uh,

00:48:49.760 it is, uh, it is the ex-chair and it is fantastic. Now ex-chair has become even greater. They have the

00:48:58.040 ex-h-m-t. It stands for heat and massage therapy. So I can sit there during the whole show and I'm

00:49:05.720 glad I don't sound like this because that's what I'm feeling in my lower back. Ah, yes. Blood flow,

00:49:11.700 muscle recovery, and maybe most importantly, it helps boost your energy. Talk about perks. Yep.

00:49:18.360 That's the, that's my working day. Yeah. You might be digging ditches, but I'm getting a massage

00:49:23.500 while I'm strenuously talking all the time. Oh, my life is a living hell. Ex-chair makes it better.

00:50:20.560 billoreilly.com and the author of Killing Crazy Horse. Uh, Bill O'Reilly, did you see the press

00:50:28.920 conference yesterday? I did back. I saw it. Okay. O'Reilly. So tell me what, so tell me what you

00:50:37.100 thought. The people at the press conference, Giuliani and, uh, Sydney, what's her last name

00:50:45.020 again? Sydney Powell, Sydney Powell. She's going to be on with us next hour. Oh, good. But go ahead.

00:50:51.560 They believe what they're saying. I bet I was convinced they were sincere. They're not trying

00:50:57.340 to fake anybody out. But at this point, my question would be, do you have any hope?

00:51:08.820 See, everybody's saying, well, where's the evidence? Where's the evidence? Where's the evidence? That's

00:51:12.440 the predictable stuff, right? To me, the question is, do you have any hope that this election

00:51:20.200 will be stayed by the Supreme Court? Because that's the only way it could turn around? There's

00:51:28.120 only one way, one path. Supreme Court of the United States. Do you have any hope? Now, I guess

00:51:36.260 Ms. Powell will say yes. And then my follow-up question would be, on what issue, what are you

00:51:45.120 going to present to the court where they would take this extraordinary, unprecedented action never

00:51:51.380 before happened in the United States? What do you have that would allow those justices to do it? 0.86

00:52:00.800 And then if she can't answer the question, which I don't believe she'll be able to,

00:52:05.720 it's over. It's over. Because I'm a simple man. I know that. I think that's why you identify with me,

00:52:13.440 because you're very simple. I'm simple. I want to see.

00:52:18.580 So, all right. So, Bill, hear me out. I talked to Alan Dershowitz, and Alan said he thought this

00:52:25.420 was unlikely. He said, but he thought their path would be, if you could get the states and the

00:52:36.320 Supreme Court to say there's enough evidence here to deeply question these results because of the

00:52:45.420 voting machines and everything else in these particular states, if you can knock those states

00:52:52.820 out from certifying, then if you can bring him down to even 269, anything under 270, the Supreme Court

00:53:03.680 doesn't have to call the election. The Supreme Court just will have to say, there's enough fire here

00:53:11.940 that we see that this needs to be investigated. And they can say, yes, Your Honor, but the time is up.

00:53:21.520 And if they just get a few states to lose the ability to certify, then it goes to the House.

00:53:36.700 It's not going to happen.

00:53:37.480 What do you think of that? That's Alan Dershowitz.

00:53:39.360 Yeah, it's impossible.

00:53:40.720 It's happened three times before.

00:53:43.100 No, no, no, no. It's impossible this year.

00:53:45.740 Okay?

00:53:46.300 Why?

00:53:46.640 So Georgia is off the board. They had their recount. Biden won. Republican-run state. Not

00:53:54.860 going to do any more. They're going to certify. Pennsylvania, never in a million years are they

00:54:01.340 going to admit to the fraud that I believe took place. Me, I believe it. But they're not going to

00:54:08.940 admit it. All right? Neither is Michigan with Whitmer. Neither is Wisconsin with Evers.

00:54:16.820 No, but wait, wait, wait. But the point is, is they're going to bring the case to the Supreme

00:54:22.540 Court and say, here's the evidence that we have. And it takes time to build this case. But here's

00:54:31.820 the overwhelming evidence that it appears hundreds of thousands. And they said, what was it? Eight

00:54:39.780 million votes? If they can show that there is, there's gaining evidence here that we need

00:54:48.080 to look into those states, the Supreme Court can override those states. The governors won't

00:54:55.440 have anything to say with it. The Supreme Court can't override the states. It can issue

00:54:58.920 the state. Okay? And it can say, stop. Right, right, right. Stop. All right? Right. Correct.

00:55:06.740 Beck. Theoretically, what you said is proper. Sure. But with all due respect, the Trump administration

00:55:20.520 hasn't presented one thing that would indicate they have this amount of evidence that would

00:55:31.140 compel the Supreme Court. Here's what people need to understand, Beck. And I'm so happy you've had me

00:55:36.760 on today. Here's what they need to understand. The judiciary is not an investigative agency. So the

00:55:44.980 Supreme Court doesn't investigate. All right? Nobody, no judge investigates. They sit there in their

00:55:52.480 chair, and I think they have the chairs that you advertised. They sit there, and they look at what

00:55:57.860 is presented to them. In a case like this, where if the Supreme Court did issue a stay, there would be

00:56:07.100 violence in the streets. A lot of it. Yes. Yes. They know that. They're human beings. Uh-huh. So they

00:56:15.140 know that there has to be overwhelming evidence. Not just some. Correct. Not just. No, I know. Well,

00:56:23.020 it happened here, but it's not at the level where it would overturn a hundred and a thousand leads.

00:56:28.700 But Bill, if you listen to them, I'm saying that we will know in three weeks, because they'll either

00:56:36.480 file that or not. But they said they have overwhelming evidence. They have the evidence

00:56:44.640 needed. They haven't put out anything. No, no, no. I know. I know. But we'll know in three weeks.

00:56:51.200 If they do have overwhelming... Yeah, they can't wait three weeks to do it.

00:56:56.180 They have to do it the week after Thanksgiving, all right, which is two weeks, and they have

00:57:02.520 to do it... But you have nine Supreme Court justices. This is fine. All right, you have

00:57:08.100 nine Supreme Court justices. Right now, as we speak, four out of the nine will never, under

00:57:16.740 any circumstances, stay that election. Mm-hmm. All right? Yes. So that means...

00:57:22.640 Is that counting... Roberts. That's not counting, John. It is counting Roberts. Roberts will never

00:57:28.800 do it. So the three liberals and Roberts will, no matter what you do, Jesus could come in and

00:57:35.740 say, you know, look, I'm God, and I saw the cheating. They're not going to do it. Right? I know.

00:57:42.020 So that means that all five of the others would have to go with it. The odds of that are about

00:57:50.320 500 to 1. So what I'm trying to do to everybody, and I know the level of anger that is in play in

00:57:59.700 this country on both sides, but... And I do believe that there was fraud in the election. I don't see

00:58:07.140 how mathematically you go from a 600,000-vote lead in Pennsylvania to losing by 60,000. I'd like to

00:58:15.540 see analytics on that. All right? And I'd suggest to the Trump administration that they do analytics

00:58:21.680 about the odds of that happening. Go ahead.

00:58:25.400 Okay, so hang on just a second. There is a mathematician, Yale and Princeton-trained mathematician,

00:58:33.620 who came out and did an analysis of it. He says that looking at the collected data

00:58:41.540 and interviews that he did, Stephen Miller is his name, he is a mathematics expert. He said that

00:58:52.940 the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican,

00:59:03.620 or requested and not returned, or, sorry, or questioned and returned, but not counted,

00:59:11.540 is anywhere between 89,397 to 98,801. He's put this in a sworn statement. He said there was roughly

00:59:24.420 165,000 ballots requested in the names of GOP voters that have not been counted. He said,

00:59:32.820 the problem is, is that he believes that the ballots are not only not counted, but probably

00:59:43.740 requested fraudulently. And he said, almost surely, the number of ballots requested by someone other than

00:59:52.100 the registered Republican, is between 37,001 and 58,914. And almost surely the number of ballots requested

01:00:03.120 by legitimately registered Republicans and returned, but not counted, is in the range of 38,910 and 56,483.

01:00:16.160 Which state are we talking about? That's pretty staggering.

01:00:20.000 Pennsylvania.

01:00:20.940 Which state are we talking about? Pennsylvania?

01:00:22.580 Pennsylvania.

01:00:23.620 But that still wouldn't be enough to override the 60,000 vote plurality that Biden has.

01:00:29.840 No, no, yes it would. It's 100,000.

01:00:33.640 What I'm saying to you is this.

01:00:36.020 All right.

01:00:36.480 That guy signs an affidavit. That's what he came up with.

01:00:40.340 The other side will get an analytics person to say the exact opposite.

01:00:45.260 So, the Supreme Court would be looking at, he said, she said, and he'll throw it out.

01:00:50.660 What I'd like to see is the Trump administration, rather than running around,

01:00:56.340 get a firm, a big firm, and analyze the areas that they feel it was fraud into the certainty.

01:01:04.960 This is 2% this could have happened, 5%, 30%, whatever it may be.

01:01:12.800 That's going to convince Americans.

01:01:15.380 See, what we're doing now is Donald Trump has a perfect right,

01:01:21.240 and everybody should understand that, to not concede.

01:01:25.360 I wouldn't if I were him.

01:01:26.760 I would never concede if I were him.

01:01:29.100 All right.

01:01:29.480 I would do the orderly transition.

01:01:32.700 I would brief Biden on important matters, but I wouldn't concede.

01:01:37.520 And he has the right to protect all Americans from fraudulent elections.

01:01:42.320 So, he's doing what he should do.

01:01:44.160 I mean, you'll never hear that in the media, but that's the truth.

01:01:47.420 But on the other hand, he's not going to prevail.

01:01:50.320 He isn't.

01:01:50.920 What he can do is set himself up for another run three years from now by getting an overwhelming

01:01:57.680 amount of evidence to say, I was cheated out of my second term.

01:02:02.760 I'm coming back, and I am going to win, like Grover Cleveland, one of your favorites, Beck,

01:02:09.780 I know.

01:02:11.120 The only president had two non-consecutive terms.

01:02:15.520 And here's the evidence.

01:02:16.700 But right now, it's too complicated for most Americans.

01:02:21.140 It's a he said, she said in many cases.

01:02:23.640 And I don't believe the Supreme Court is going to do anything at this level.

01:02:27.580 Nothing.

01:02:28.340 Unless this Powell, today on the Glenn Beck radio program, can put forth one piece of stunning

01:02:36.500 information.

01:02:38.060 That's a fact.

01:02:39.680 I don't think she will, and I'll tell you why in a second.

01:02:44.040 But first, let me tell you this, Bill.

01:02:45.620 So, get behind me, Satan.

01:02:48.120 Get behind me. 0.99

01:02:49.520 I'm not listening to your crap today on that. 0.98

01:02:52.840 We're going to continue with Bill O'Reilly coming up in just a second. 0.97

01:02:56.280 And I want to tell you why I don't think Sidney Powell is going to share anything big.

01:03:03.600 I could be wrong.

01:03:04.640 Maybe.

01:03:05.020 I'm going to ask her, but I don't think she will.

01:03:07.660 And I'll tell you why coming up in just a second.

01:03:09.520 Mr. Bill O'Reilly continues in 60 seconds.

01:03:13.880 All right.

01:03:15.620 But first, let me tell you about CarShield.

01:03:18.460 I'm up here at the ranch, and I've got three old trucks up here, and they're all way past

01:03:27.900 warranty.

01:03:29.120 And when I bought the trucks, I thought, I want to drive them until the doors fall off.

01:03:35.280 I bought the best engines.

01:03:36.760 I bought the best truck I could find, and I want to drive them and drive them and drive them,

01:03:42.760 hopefully pass them on to my kids until the doors fall off.

01:03:46.500 I don't want to have to pay for crazy expensive stuff like computer chips.

01:03:52.600 So I got CarShield. 1.00

01:03:55.220 On one truck alone, they have saved me $6,000 because it was a stupid chip. 1.00

01:04:01.760 Six grand for that chip. 0.99

01:04:04.280 So I don't have to worry about it because I have CarShield.

01:04:07.860 And with CarShield, my car is going to last.

01:04:11.740 Don't dread car repairs.

01:04:13.140 With CarShield, have the peace of mind.

01:04:15.040 Get coverage today and see why CarShield cars go further.

01:04:19.340 Call 800-665-2157.

01:04:28.980 Use the promo code BECK and save 10%.

01:04:31.280 carshield.com, promo code BECK.

01:04:34.580 Deductible may apply.

01:04:36.320 10-second station ID.

01:04:52.760 So, Bill, I'd love your thought on this.

01:04:55.840 I don't think Sidney Powell or Rudy Giuliani are in any mindset to share information because

01:05:05.680 they know exactly what the press will do with that.

01:05:09.100 It doesn't matter what they say.

01:05:12.000 Like Jesus, Jesus could have been one of the attorneys.

01:05:15.660 I can't imagine Jesus with a briefcase, but he could have been standing there on stage and

01:05:20.720 saying, no, I'm God, I know, and I've got the record of it right here.

01:05:28.360 They would go on an anti-Jesus rant.

01:05:32.100 Sidney Powell knows this firsthand because she represented General Flynn, and she wasn't

01:05:40.540 proven right for three years.

01:05:42.860 So, why would she give anyone, why would she tip her hand to anyone when it's two weeks 0.81

01:05:50.620 away?

01:05:51.820 Because there's a court of public opinion in the country.

01:05:56.400 Doesn't matter.

01:05:57.240 And there's outlets on talk radio and Fox News to get the message out that they're serious.

01:06:04.400 They have a lot of credibility in the investigative area.

01:06:09.880 If you look at all the newspapers across the country today, they played the Giuliani press

01:06:16.320 conference on page 18, all right?

01:06:19.340 They didn't take it seriously, as you pointed out.

01:06:22.020 They need to put up something that will give people pause.

01:06:26.860 Now, you're absolutely right.

01:06:27.900 The press will knock it down.

01:06:29.160 They don't believe it.

01:06:30.240 The press doesn't care, by the way, if the election was fraudulent.

01:06:34.640 Everybody should understand that.

01:06:35.840 The American press is so corrupt, they're fine with a fraudulent election, as long as

01:06:41.380 Biden's a president.

01:06:42.400 They're fine with it.

01:06:43.700 Just like Hunter Biden.

01:06:45.220 They're okay with it.

01:06:46.140 They don't care.

01:06:48.040 So, you need to know that.

01:06:50.040 But what Giuliani and Powell are doing is they're saying, okay, we're going to have it.

01:06:59.660 That work is coming up, all right?

01:07:02.960 Well, people need a little bit more than that.

01:07:05.140 And when I say people...

01:07:06.440 Okay.

01:07:06.620 Wait, wait, wait.

01:07:07.660 Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait.

01:07:09.340 Go ahead.

01:07:12.180 Bill, the judge shouldn't take anything into account that they have heard outside of their

01:07:20.560 courtroom.

01:07:21.040 No, listen to me.

01:07:21.900 Are you a little Bo Peeper?

01:07:23.020 No.

01:07:24.120 Come on.

01:07:24.840 No, I'm not.

01:07:26.580 Listen to me.

01:07:27.360 They live in this world.

01:07:29.520 They're not going to put themselves at risk.

01:07:32.600 Anybody who's been into any...

01:07:34.240 The judges that I know, the judges that I know, they uphold their oath.

01:07:42.740 They take that oath seriously.

01:07:44.700 John Roberts, I don't think, does.

01:07:46.840 But others do.

01:07:48.840 Now, listen to me.

01:07:50.540 In two weeks, in two weeks, we're going to know if they have something or they don't.

01:07:57.880 The court of public opinion at this point, and believe me, I want hope.

01:08:01.900 I want to know.

01:08:03.020 I, you know, I would love them to say...

01:08:05.360 Yeah, I know, but I'm telling you, the strategy is flawed.

01:08:07.660 If that's their strategy, they're making their case harder.

01:08:14.760 Harder.

01:08:16.260 You've got to put something out that gets everybody's attention.

01:08:20.960 You can't just say, I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it.

01:08:25.180 Because you lose credibility in the court of public opinion.

01:08:29.300 The only way this is going to be stayed is if 75, 80 million Americans are so angry,

01:08:37.000 they're screaming at the top of their lungs, and the courts hear it.

01:08:41.720 And the day they give it to court, you don't think 70 million people are going to listen to that

01:08:53.120 and hear what they said and won't rise up?

01:08:56.320 If they deliver the goods, you bet they will.

01:09:00.080 If they deliver the goods, they will rise up.

01:09:03.360 Back in just a second with more of Bill O'Reilly.

01:09:11.980 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:09:15.860 Mmm.

01:09:17.280 I want to tell you about the best steak you can ever have.

01:09:20.420 Now, I'm at my farm and my ranch where we raise cattle.

01:09:27.160 And I say we, kind of like the royal we.

01:09:30.780 I'm not involved in this at all.

01:09:33.360 But we butcher our cattle and we eat our own steaks.

01:09:41.900 And they're good.

01:09:42.680 They're good.

01:09:43.800 But I don't know.

01:09:44.920 It's some sort of witchcraft that Omaha Steaks is involved in because they're the best.

01:09:50.260 You can cut them with a fork.

01:09:52.900 Now, here's what you get.

01:09:54.040 You're going to get four perfectly aged, 100% grain-finished steaks that are so tender and juicy

01:10:01.620 and the flavor is outrageous.

01:10:03.360 Plus, four mouth-watering burgers, eight chicken breasts that are boneless, four gourmet jumbo

01:10:11.700 franks, eight scallop potatoes, eight caramel apple tartlets.

01:10:16.660 You got the whole thing.

01:10:18.160 Use the promo code BECK at OmahaSteaks.com.

01:10:21.320 And you're also going to get some extra stuff, including, I think it's four extra steaks.

01:10:29.060 All right.

01:10:30.680 And go to blazetv.com slash Glenn.

01:10:32.500 The promo code is Glenn.

01:10:33.460 Save 30 bucks off Blaze TV.

01:10:42.260 We're back with Bill O'Reilly.

01:10:43.720 It's Friday on the Glenn Beck program.

01:10:45.720 Bill, I want to play a couple pieces of audio for you.

01:10:48.500 The press is out of control.

01:10:50.100 This is Mike Pence walking away from the podium, just not going to take any questions.

01:10:55.860 Listen to this.

01:10:56.560 Thank you all.

01:10:57.180 This is Mike Pence.

01:10:58.800 You are going to take a question.

01:11:00.640 Are you not hurting each other?

01:11:02.120 Are you really not going to take a question?

01:11:03.140 Why is the federal government not taking questions?

01:11:05.660 All of you need to answer that.

01:11:07.060 Why is the federal government not taking questions?

01:11:07.720 What is going on?

01:11:08.980 You're not working with the transition.

01:11:11.220 You're a whole part of not recognizing democracy.

01:11:14.680 You're all undermining the democratic elections.

01:11:17.960 Every one of you.

01:11:19.000 Why is the federal government not taking questions?

01:11:19.720 Bill, it sounded like one flew over the cuckoo's nest.

01:11:30.200 Remember that movie?

01:11:32.660 I would love to send Nurse Ratched in to see them. 1.00

01:11:36.140 Yes.

01:11:37.100 Look, you know, I think now at this point in our history, we all know that the corporate media is corrupt.

01:11:44.560 And that's why you are prospering with your news operation.

01:11:48.780 BillOReilly.com is off the charts now.

01:11:52.260 I mean, gone from a $5 million company to $30 million in nine months.

01:11:56.860 I mean, it's crazy because of that.

01:11:59.640 I found out two days ago, Bill, that the Blaze is now the largest right-of-center subscription service in the world.

01:12:16.820 Congratulations, Beck.

01:12:18.280 And that's because you have me on once a month and posted on the Blaze.

01:12:23.480 That's why.

01:12:25.320 You are so right.

01:12:26.560 I just dialed on up Ms. Powell's appearance on Maria Bartiromo this morning.

01:12:32.780 Did you see that?

01:12:33.920 Yeah.

01:12:34.700 I did not.

01:12:35.520 That's what you're going to get.

01:12:37.180 But I think that with all due respect to the Trump lawyers, they're making a big mistake.

01:12:43.820 And I understand you don't want to put out or tip your hand until you have all the keys crossed, as the cliche goes.

01:12:53.220 I got it.

01:12:53.800 But at this point, you're fighting for hearts and minds against a monolithic press that hates you and a foregone conclusion by the Democratic Party that Biden is the winner.

01:13:07.160 So it's not going to be enough.

01:13:09.080 You're not going to get an equal evaluation of your case.

01:13:13.720 He's certainly not going to get it in the state courts, which is why it has to go to the Supreme Court.

01:13:19.020 Correct.

01:13:19.260 But these are human beings.

01:13:21.000 These judges are human beings.

01:13:23.460 And they're influenced not just by the law.

01:13:26.820 They're not.

01:13:27.280 I know.

01:13:28.180 Ruth Bader Ginsburg was canonized by the American left and the media for basically never ruling on the merits of the law.

01:13:38.280 Ever.

01:13:40.420 So her and John Roberts, I would say John Roberts fits into that, too.

01:13:45.000 Well, whatever it may be, the pressure has to be the evidence.

01:13:50.460 And I think that if Ms. Powell has just one, one compelling piece on the Monday after Thanksgiving, and you can tell her this from me, Beck, she's got to put it out.

01:14:03.380 Not Rudy Giuliani, because he's tainted right now.

01:14:07.800 OK, she's got to get out there and she's going to say, look at this.

01:14:13.160 And that's the only way, and I mean it sincerely, the only way that 73 million Americans are going to get any kind of justice at all on this.

01:14:27.260 Again, I will tell you this.

01:14:29.220 My feeling is my feeling is I'm not blindly loyal to anybody.

01:14:36.220 And, you know, if they don't have a case, they don't have a case.

01:14:39.880 But I will tell you this, Donald Trump has earned enough for the American people on the right to be loyal for another two weeks.

01:14:57.380 And they will be.

01:14:57.920 To just give them the benefit of the doubt.

01:15:00.400 Yeah.

01:15:01.180 So, I mean.

01:15:02.120 I mean, the people who voted for Donald Trump are not bailing on him or on the investigation.

01:15:07.520 I mean, some in the media are, because, you know, how these media people, you know, they put their finger up to the wind.

01:15:13.360 That's why FNC is getting hurt.

01:15:16.680 And they, you know, they try to calculate what's going to happen.

01:15:19.840 But the folks, the people who went to the polls in an honest way and voted for Trump, they're not going to bail.

01:15:27.320 But it's not about them right now.

01:15:30.080 It's about nine human beings sitting on a court in Washington.

01:15:34.080 That's the only way that this thing will be reversed.

01:15:39.700 There is no other way.

01:15:41.620 I know Dershowitz is saying states and this and that.

01:15:44.940 It's not going to happen.

01:15:49.320 Yeah, he said.

01:15:50.500 He told me.

01:15:51.180 He said there's very thin chance of that happening.

01:15:53.720 All right.

01:15:54.100 But, you know, look, I'm a simple man.

01:15:56.240 We'll go back to that.

01:15:57.480 It's not going to happen.

01:15:59.740 You know, I want to have a nice Thanksgiving.

01:16:04.680 By the way, Beck, you're going to be out at the ranch for Thanksgiving, right?

01:16:08.180 I am there now.

01:16:09.340 Yes.

01:16:09.820 OK.

01:16:10.220 Like, do you shoot your food?

01:16:13.080 Do you like go out and get it out of the woods?

01:16:19.220 You know, I would if I wasn't so loud coming up to it.

01:16:25.640 But when you've got a physique like mine, it just.

01:16:30.100 Yeah, they're they're all like, yeah, it's no, I'm a great shot, but I am just too loud.

01:16:37.040 I'm a really good shot.

01:16:38.200 Yeah.

01:16:39.060 Yeah.

01:16:39.700 All right.

01:16:40.300 So, Bill, let me wait, wait, wait.

01:16:42.580 Let me ask you this.

01:16:43.580 Let me ask you this.

01:16:44.260 I want to play another piece of audio.

01:16:46.380 This is Joe Biden yesterday.

01:16:48.740 Here it is.

01:16:49.280 Governors, governors need to be able to get funding when they just when they just they

01:16:56.240 need to bring the National Guard into play.

01:17:01.160 And National Guards are going to have to play this.

01:17:02.760 It costs a lot of money.

01:17:06.020 I want to I want to get you on record.

01:17:09.000 I want to start.

01:17:10.540 I want to start.

01:17:11.460 I want to start an office pool.

01:17:13.000 And it's the 25th Amendment office pool.

01:17:18.520 Give me a date.

01:17:20.460 You think that the the Democrats will invoke the 25th Amendment on Joe Biden?

01:17:28.480 What day is the inauguration?

01:17:30.420 January 20th, I think.

01:17:34.180 I'm breaking.

01:17:34.740 I'm breaking some news.

01:17:35.660 I have a new quiz show that I'm going to I'm going to put on TV.

01:17:40.600 It's called What Is He Saying?

01:17:45.040 All right.

01:17:45.360 And you have three panelists play the clip and everybody tries to figure out.

01:17:51.080 It's kind of like that game where you do all kinds of signals and you try to figure out what

01:17:55.800 what is he saying?

01:17:59.380 The Democrats want that deck. 0.97

01:18:02.380 They want Biden because they know that Biden is not going to do anything.

01:18:07.200 He's just I will tell you, I think the Democrats have been eaten by the left.

01:18:11.880 They've been eaten by the left.

01:18:14.340 And the minute he becomes a roadblock.

01:18:17.420 That's Obama's running the show here.

01:18:19.840 Come on.

01:18:20.460 He ran the campaign.

01:18:22.200 He's running the show.

01:18:23.640 It's the return of the Obama administration.

01:18:26.320 They're going to tell Joe what to do.

01:18:28.500 More radical Obama administration.

01:18:32.120 Well, I'm not worried about that.

01:18:33.800 The Senate will block that kind of crazy stuff. 1.00

01:18:36.720 So they've got to be a little more subtle about it.

01:18:40.180 It is in a dead heat.

01:18:42.140 Both both races are in a dead heat.

01:18:47.020 We have a divided country.

01:18:49.460 I don't want to see violence in this country.

01:18:52.660 And I think all people should understand that this election could erupt that way.

01:18:57.900 And if there's overwhelming evidence of fraud that rises to the vote was not honestly tabulated,

01:19:07.180 then we have to do something.

01:19:09.400 But the people who are involved with this have a responsibility to their country.

01:19:14.220 And, you know, I get angry because Trump's doing the right thing.

01:19:18.120 I mean, he should not be he should not be thrown in like Nixon did.

01:19:22.080 Nixon knew he got jobbed.

01:19:24.120 Nixon knew he won that election against JFK in 1960.

01:19:27.900 But he folded.

01:19:29.640 And I don't think he should have folded.

01:19:32.480 And I write about that in my new book, Killing the Mob, which will be out in May.

01:19:38.960 Good God.

01:19:40.660 I know.

01:19:41.500 But isn't it amazing how I'm so prolific?

01:19:43.940 I just, it's just amazing.

01:19:45.900 Yeah.

01:19:46.380 It just doesn't stop with you.

01:19:48.420 Trump has an obligation.

01:19:52.160 If he and he does believe this, if the if the election was fraudulent, he's got to do everything

01:19:57.180 he can to uncover it.

01:19:58.760 So I'm fine with that.

01:20:00.320 But let's have one piece from Sidney.

01:20:02.840 Maybe she'll give you something.

01:20:04.800 Maybe you'll get.

01:20:05.320 You know what?

01:20:07.460 I, I just have.

01:20:09.860 I, my hope is so dashed all the time when I see nobody's paying for crimes in Washington.

01:20:18.660 No one is paying for crimes.

01:20:20.820 Let me, uh, and, and it's not just Washington.

01:20:24.060 It's also Andrew Cuomo.

01:20:25.360 What he has done to the nursing homes and, and then he's taking victory laps and saying

01:20:31.620 that, oh, I'm the model is, is insane.

01:20:35.260 He came out yesterday and he said, it's very frightening to me that these arrogant sheriffs

01:20:42.220 will not enforce my COVID restrictions over Thanksgiving.

01:20:46.900 Arrogant sheriffs, they don't, they don't answer to you.

01:20:49.540 The answer to the people and to the constitution, that's it.

01:20:54.260 They're the last line of defense between, uh, an out of control government and the constitution.

01:21:02.060 They don't have to answer to him.

01:21:03.800 What is your, the left doesn't really want representative government.

01:21:07.160 Do they back?

01:21:09.020 No, they don't.

01:21:10.020 Okay.

01:21:10.820 So, you know, when, when I do know, my first name is Glenn, right?

01:21:15.500 Say that again. 0.71

01:21:17.460 No, I, I go ahead.

01:21:19.980 What about Glenn?

01:21:21.040 That's your first name, right?

01:21:23.660 With two Ns. 0.95

01:21:24.440 You do know it.

01:21:25.640 Yeah.

01:21:26.040 I didn't know if you knew it or not.

01:21:27.780 No, no.

01:21:28.380 I mean, I call everybody by their last name because last names have.

01:21:32.440 I know.

01:21:32.840 They have dignity.

01:21:35.240 All right.

01:21:35.780 Well, dignity when they're not, their dignity usually when you get the suffix of Mr.

01:21:43.100 Uh, or it's not said as Beck.

01:21:46.500 You know what I mean?

01:21:48.120 So you're offended by being called by your last name?

01:21:51.220 Oh, deep, deeply, deeply offended.

01:21:55.740 Glenn could be a lifeguard in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

01:21:59.920 Okay.

01:22:01.120 All right.

01:22:01.940 All right.

01:22:02.460 All right.

01:22:02.960 All right.

01:22:03.300 But Beck is special.

01:22:04.540 All right.

01:22:04.940 Beck is special.

01:22:06.020 All right.

01:22:06.920 Yeah.

01:22:07.460 Go back to Andrew Cuomo.

01:22:09.620 All right.

01:22:10.420 So Cuomo, I live in New York state.

01:22:12.860 I'm here right now.

01:22:14.060 Um, he'd be stoned to death if he, uh, showed up in, uh, Levittown today.

01:22:20.300 So he's not exactly, uh, Mr. Popularity here.

01:22:23.760 He gave himself a $25,000 raise.

01:22:26.500 I mocked him on, on the radio and television.

01:22:29.860 And the next day he rescinded his own raise.

01:22:33.200 And I basically said, gee, the state of New York owes $30 billion and has the highest taxes

01:22:40.640 in the union.

01:22:42.280 And he's given himself a $25,000 raise.

01:22:45.360 And then I did some research.

01:22:47.220 The taxes are so high that if you get a $25,000 raise a year back, you get $795,000 really

01:22:54.600 in your pocket.

01:22:55.680 They take the rest of it.

01:22:58.200 Unless you're a Cuomo.

01:23:00.320 Yeah.

01:23:00.680 I mean, there's gotta be something.

01:23:02.160 There's gotta be something for people like him.

01:23:04.980 Yeah.

01:23:05.220 Right.

01:23:05.800 There isn't justice right now in America.

01:23:08.440 There is not.

01:23:09.080 But on an election, if we don't get to the bottom of this, we don't have a free society

01:23:15.540 anymore.

01:23:16.800 We don't.

01:23:17.300 These criminals in Philadelphia and Detroit and Fulton County, Georgia, if these criminals,

01:23:23.160 and that's what they are, can do a massive fraud.

01:23:26.620 And that's why, um, the Trump lawyers have such a tremendous responsibility.

01:23:32.780 And that's why they have to be very calculating in how they go about exposing this fraud.

01:23:40.080 Because the people want to know.

01:23:44.060 Yeah.

01:23:44.620 And that's why, if I may just put words in your mouth, that's why they should be reading

01:23:49.240 Killing Crazy Horse, available wherever books are sold.

01:23:53.620 Bill, thank you so much.

01:23:54.860 We'll talk to you next week, or in a couple of weeks.

01:23:57.720 Thank you so much, and have a great Thanksgiving.

01:24:00.320 You too.

01:24:01.120 And, um, have fun out there on the ranch.

01:24:04.500 Okay?

01:24:05.140 All right.

01:24:05.680 And you too.

01:24:07.720 Beck, don't frighten the wildlife.

01:24:09.960 Take it easy on them, okay?

01:24:10.840 I won't.

01:24:11.640 I won't, O'Reilly.

01:24:12.940 Thank you very much.

01:24:14.440 Uh, so let me tell you, I just told you about some great, great deals going on at Omaha

01:24:21.960 Steaks.

01:24:22.540 I'm having that shipped up to the ranch, uh, because I'm planning on doing some grilling.

01:24:29.760 And, uh, and it is a fine, fine grill if you're grilling on a Rectech. 0.99

01:24:37.140 The great thing about cooking on Rectech is it makes you seem like a four-star chef, even

01:24:42.740 though you don't have any idea what you're doing.

01:24:45.720 Everything I have cooked on this comes out perfectly every single time.

01:24:49.320 And it's because of the smart grill technology.

01:24:51.780 The Rectech makes sure that it's perfect.

01:24:55.200 The heat sensors that go into whatever you're cooking, from steak to pizza, really, honestly,

01:25:00.900 uh, and, uh, temperature regulation system that can monitor and control from the app.

01:25:07.200 Rectech brings the world of grilling into the 21st century with a bang, made of solid,

01:25:12.380 stainless steel.

01:25:13.420 It's like cooking on a tank.

01:25:15.640 Except that doesn't sound good.

01:25:16.980 So it's not like cooking on a tank.

01:25:19.040 It's like a tank has been melted down and made into a Rectech. 0.98

01:25:22.820 How's that?

01:25:23.660 Rectech with a Q.

01:25:25.540 R-E-C-T-E-Q dot com. 1.00

01:25:28.540 I want you to A-B compare these.

01:25:30.380 It's the best.

01:25:31.960 Rectech dot com.

01:25:40.960 Hello, America.

01:25:42.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:25:44.160 We have, uh, Sidney Powell on, uh, with us in, uh, about 10 minutes.

01:25:50.820 Uh, you don't want to miss that.

01:25:52.360 I've got a, I've got a ton of questions for her.

01:25:55.600 Uh, don't know how much time she has, but, uh, I'm going to try to get to, uh, you know,

01:26:01.540 all of the questions.

01:26:02.940 And I, I, I want you to know, uh, I am sympathetic to her and Rudy Giuliani to some degree, uh,

01:26:11.080 because Rudy Giuliani has been pilloried in the press for, I don't know how long, and

01:26:16.500 everything that he has ever shared with us has been accurate.

01:26:21.320 It sounds crazy, but it's been accurate.

01:26:25.360 Um, then Sidney Powell, everybody said she was crazy. 0.96

01:26:30.880 She was, she didn't know what she was talking about.

01:26:33.200 How could you defend, uh, general Flynn, but she turned out to be right.

01:26:39.040 And I cannot imagine.

01:26:42.500 I mean, you think you don't trust people.

01:26:45.100 I went through a court case, um, a few years ago where eight white house attorneys showed

01:26:53.740 up in defiance of a court order and said, we're not releasing any of those, those documents.

01:27:02.400 And the judge said, well, he can't prove anything.

01:27:07.780 If you don't release those documents, we're under strict orders.

01:27:11.700 We're not releasing any of those documents.

01:27:15.440 They hold all the cards.

01:27:17.580 And if they can stand in defiance of a court order, the average American general Flynn doesn't

01:27:25.100 have a chance.

01:27:26.100 Donald Trump doesn't have a chance.

01:27:28.840 So, uh, we'll see what she says, but I give her an awful lot of rope as well.

01:27:35.420 Hey, everybody knows PayPal, but did you know that they were teaming up with honey to save

01:28:37.520 This is the Glenn Beck program.

01:28:42.080 Um, we are sitting at a time where we feel as though our rights are being trampled on and

01:28:48.780 they're, we're not free.

01:28:50.040 You ain't seen nothing yet.

01:28:52.380 Um, there is a great book out now called not free America.

01:28:56.020 And I want you to read it.

01:28:58.200 It's written by Mike Donovan and in it, he explains not only the problem, but what we

01:29:05.220 have to do to unite there.

01:29:07.440 The fight is, is for liberty and for freedom.

01:29:12.040 That is the reason we all united.

01:29:14.500 It's not for candidates.

01:29:15.700 It's not for anything else.

01:29:17.320 It's for freedom.

01:29:18.740 It's for the bill of rights.

01:29:21.300 And if we can articulate those things and we can spread the word and be joyful warriors,

01:29:29.000 but warriors, we can turn this around.

01:29:32.900 Not enough people even understand how freedom is supposed to work in America.

01:29:38.580 This book will help you understand what's coming our way.

01:29:42.680 What's already here and better yet, how to fight it.

01:32:08.040 A member of president Trump's legal team, author of conviction machine.

01:32:13.880 Uh, her name is Sydney Powell, a very respected prosecutor, uh, uh, from, I believe the fifth

01:32:21.460 district.

01:32:22.760 Um, I want to welcome her to the show and Sydney.

01:32:26.180 I just want to remind you if nobody has that we're on a delay because of, uh, my remote location.

01:32:33.260 So we, I'll try not to talk over you.

01:32:36.300 I don't mean any disrespect if it, if it happens, but we're on such a massive delay that it's,

01:32:41.500 it's difficult.

01:32:42.320 Thank you for coming on the show.

01:32:44.760 Oh, my pleasure.

01:32:46.140 And I understand the delay issue.

01:32:48.080 No problem.

01:32:49.520 Okay.

01:32:50.600 So you went through absolute hell with general Flynn for three years and, uh, you were facing

01:32:59.780 the same kind of criticism that you are now.

01:33:02.340 And in the end, we find out that what you were defending and who you were defending was

01:33:08.540 absolutely true.

01:33:10.220 Trump has kept his promises to be the, to be the guy who is the warrior for the American

01:33:19.420 people.

01:33:20.200 He's been almost entirely alone in that effort.

01:33:23.720 And to, in my point of view, he has earned the trust at least from me.

01:33:29.280 And I think trust from all of his voters to allow you to play this game the way you see

01:33:35.200 fit to, to, to, uh, you know, talk to the press or not talk to the press.

01:33:40.560 Your job is to win a court case.

01:33:42.200 Can you tell us when this is going to be filed and where it's going to be tried?

01:33:50.000 No, I can't right now.

01:33:51.800 We're going to have to file several lawsuits.

01:33:54.720 It's going to be in all the swing states.

01:33:58.960 Um, we are still gathering massive amounts of evidence, uh, to the point we haven't even

01:34:05.640 had time to process all of it.

01:34:07.600 People are filing or drafting affidavits for us, right and left.

01:34:12.880 Patriotic Americans are coming forward from every corner of the country.

01:34:16.720 And some people, even internationally, they are fed up with the corruption and they want

01:34:22.440 to clean up the system and stop this election rigging that has gone on all around the world

01:34:28.700 for the profit of all kinds of tyrants and global interests that have just lined their

01:34:35.860 pockets while they've raped their own countries and treated their people horribly. 0.83

01:34:40.460 We know it's happened in many countries in Latin America. 0.94

01:34:43.880 It was exported to Argentina.

01:34:47.080 I think it was exported to Mongolia.

01:34:49.500 Probably most every country around the world now has been infected with this sort of election

01:34:56.520 rigging that's been made available by Dominion and Smartmatic and other companies as well

01:35:02.720 have used the same sort of code in their machines that would allow the same results to be controlled.

01:35:10.740 Okay, so let's talk about Smartmatic and Dominion.

01:35:16.760 You laid out the connections, uh, or affiliations with Venezuela.

01:35:24.760 The press is saying that didn't happen.

01:35:28.140 You talked about Germans counting our votes. 0.97

01:35:31.580 The press has said that didn't happen.

01:35:33.740 Can you give us any place to even look for the truth?

01:35:39.300 What, what you, you say one thing, everybody online, and believe me, we were just demonetized

01:35:48.300 by Facebook because we carried your press conference without comment.

01:35:53.640 We carried it and we were demonetized for it.

01:35:57.780 So I, I can't go to any source to get the truth online.

01:36:03.440 How can we find these things?

01:36:06.740 Well, we will start putting documents, uh, online and sending them to people like you as

01:36:14.440 soon as we possibly can.

01:36:15.900 And I would hope that we could start that by this weekend.

01:36:19.600 Uh, I mean, we've just been taking in information, not just through a fire hose.

01:36:24.180 I mean, it started through a fire hose and then it became a tsunami.

01:36:27.620 And some people of course, don't want their names disclosed.

01:36:31.080 They have, uh, all kinds of fears.

01:36:33.540 We have people around the country with security now that they've never had before, just because

01:36:38.680 they dared to tell the truth.

01:36:40.860 Um, you might look at the fact that both, uh, dominion offices have shut down and moved

01:36:47.960 all of a sudden in Toronto, where they shared office space with the Soros entity.

01:36:52.660 And also in Denver, all of a sudden they just shuttered and moved their employees have been

01:36:59.060 taking their name off LinkedIn and eliminating any affiliation with either company.

01:37:05.680 There are over a hundred of those that have happened, uh, it's, uh, I mean, we've, we've

01:37:12.800 unearthed a global criminal conspiracy that is just mind blowing.

01:37:20.400 And we've only scratched a tip of the iceberg.

01:37:23.760 The servers at Seidel in Germany were confiscated the other day.

01:37:28.240 I'm hearing it was our forces that got those servers.

01:37:32.320 So I think the government is now working on an investigation of what really happened, but

01:37:39.240 we're getting in evidence also that there were lines into the servers from four foreign

01:37:46.720 countries, all extremely adverse to the interests of the United States.

01:37:51.600 But wouldn't they have counted those here first and then just uploaded them to the cloud on

01:38:01.180 those servers, maybe perhaps in Germany?

01:38:03.840 Right.

01:38:04.540 There were multiple ways of, of doing the alterations of the votes.

01:38:09.920 The person sitting at the data center where their votes are coming in can do it.

01:38:15.940 They can watch them real time and change things.

01:38:18.420 They can put an algorithm on the system across the board that does the initial shifting.

01:38:26.100 And then in each data collection point, which is best we can tell for the major alterations

01:38:32.160 where the democratic control politically corrupt strongholds in the country, cities like Detroit

01:38:38.640 and Philadelphia, for example, and Atlanta, by the spikes in the data, the statistical experts

01:38:46.880 can, and mathematical experts can tell you exactly when the anomalies occurred that are statistically

01:38:55.540 impossible.

01:38:57.000 And we found places where, for example, something like 384,450 votes were added for Biden, while

01:39:05.780 a third of that amount were added for Trump.

01:39:08.360 And those exact same numbers were replicated 20 minutes later.

01:39:14.800 So I talked to a, I talked to a Silicon Valley expert on Monday, another time we were demonetized

01:39:22.880 this week.

01:39:24.200 And I asked him, I said, can you tell me the odds of, of these kinds of things happening?

01:39:29.700 He said, Glenn, uh, when I reported back to me, he said, I didn't have to go further than

01:39:34.480 the user manual for dominion.

01:39:36.660 He said on page four 56, 57 and eight, he said, all of these things are not design flaws.

01:39:44.860 They're designed.

01:39:46.200 And it says in the manual that the risk is very high.

01:39:51.760 So are we, are we grabbing the software from, uh, these precincts?

01:40:00.520 Is there any record that we should be seizing?

01:40:04.120 Uh, yes, the government frankly should be seizing every single machine.

01:40:09.460 There should have been search warrants run already on dominion offices and operation centers.

01:40:16.480 Why none of that has been done is beyond my comprehension other than the CIA or some other

01:40:23.320 three letter agency has known for a long time that this was going on and, and behind a lot

01:40:29.200 of it, if not facilitating and operating a lot of it, I don't know, but I do know this.

01:40:35.480 It has defied the will of the American people and people around the world who have thought

01:40:41.240 they were legitimately voting and their vote was being counted for the candidate of their

01:40:45.820 choice when it turns out it wasn't their choice at all.

01:40:49.740 And I can't even express how angry this makes me from whatever the involvement of our government

01:40:56.760 is to its failure to do anything now to its promotion of it around the world or turning

01:41:03.380 a blind eye, whatever it is, it's absolutely hideous and appalling and un-American and contrary 1.00

01:41:10.800 to everything our founders set this country up to be.

01:41:14.020 Well, we know that Soros is involved in, in some countries with these people, um, and quite

01:41:22.200 honestly, the state department doing these things.

01:41:24.980 Um, so let me, uh, let me ask you, we've reached out to the department of Homeland security.

01:41:32.660 We've reached out to States.

01:41:34.380 We do not get a response from anybody.

01:41:37.360 We've asked these questions, uh, have you, has your legal team investigated or has, have

01:41:44.480 you asked for, uh, subpoenas, uh, in court to be able to seize these things so far what

01:41:55.520 the campaign has been filing have been largely election challenges and they don't, as far as

01:42:01.760 I know I'm not an election law lawyer for starters, but my understanding is there have not been

01:42:07.440 any process yet pursuant to which they could issue subpoenas.

01:42:11.940 There are different entities that have secured the machines to protect them at our request.

01:42:18.320 I mean, we're just, we're just civil lawyers trying to do the right thing here when the

01:42:24.880 government has ignored it or helped it along for at least two decades.

01:42:29.120 I mean, we know we have a firsthand, totally credible witness who has given us a lengthy affidavit.

01:42:37.280 He was sitting at Hugo Chavez right hand for, from the inception of this machine and equipment

01:42:44.560 and operation through its execution for years.

01:42:49.200 He's been in the control room where he saw it happen.

01:42:52.600 Their own book, their own manual, as you say, lists all these things as features.

01:42:59.680 You can, you can take votes and put them in a file called an adjudicative file and then just throw

01:43:05.600 it away.

01:43:06.480 So you can call out all the Trump votes you want, put them in that file and put it in the trash bin.

01:43:13.520 It is remarkable what they have designed. 0.96

01:43:16.980 It's so crooked.

01:43:18.560 Let me go back to what something mayor Giuliani said.

01:43:21.480 He said, we have proof of more than double the amount of votes to overturn the election.

01:43:30.100 Do you know, is this from affidavits or is there evidence that the team has dug up that confirms what the witnesses have said?

01:43:38.740 It's a combination of things.

01:43:41.720 It's the data that we've been able to get from certain precincts.

01:43:46.300 That's another thing.

01:43:47.200 We need the granular data in lots of places.

01:43:50.360 And it takes, frankly, a bit of time and effort to go through the data and do the analysis.

01:43:56.900 It's not something that can be done in five minutes.

01:43:59.440 We've talked to probably over 500 or maybe even 1,000 witnesses by now.

01:44:05.900 I don't even know what our affidavit count is.

01:44:08.980 Rudy has one set and I have another, and then we share them with each other.

01:44:14.120 So we haven't even had time to read all the affidavits that our lawyers have collected.

01:44:20.420 So that's another concern that I have.

01:44:22.700 We're all working 20 hours a day.

01:44:24.340 I know.

01:44:25.140 I know.

01:44:25.580 And I know the cancel culture and I know the fear that is involved with many attorneys.

01:44:35.120 And I, quite frankly, think there is a lot of conservative, big name, conservative attorneys out there that are just spineless for not stepping to the plate right now.

01:44:46.280 But I understand what you're going through, which brings me to a fear that I have that, I mean, you're building the most important case.

01:44:58.620 If half or 25% of what you guys said yesterday turns out to be true, this is the biggest crime in American history.

01:45:08.340 And you don't put that together in two weeks.

01:45:10.740 Do you have time to make this world?

01:45:16.280 Yeah.

01:45:17.160 In history.

01:45:18.860 Yeah.

01:45:19.560 Do you have time to do this?

01:45:22.720 I think we can get it done.

01:45:24.860 In fact, we already have collected more evidence than probably half the prison population is in prison for right now.

01:45:32.580 It's just a matter of tying it together in a way that's digestible.

01:45:38.340 And we're in the process of doing that as we speak.

01:45:42.260 And I'm hoping we get something filed by next week that starts outlining and proving the overall fraud.

01:45:49.940 But I will tell you, too, that the standard of proof people are expecting is more than would be necessary for a criminal conviction, which is absolutely ridiculous.

01:46:00.200 Our standard of proof is only preponderance of the evidence.

01:46:03.320 And on top of that, the mountain of evidence we have to deal with is huge.

01:46:14.300 And we've got, of course, all the media interest against us, all the global interest against us, all the social media companies against us, because they're all owned and controlled by foreign money.

01:46:24.140 There are trillions of dollars of wealth and corruption at issue against our little team in this effort.

01:46:34.060 Every despot, every tyrant around the world who has been elected by the system, I'm sure it's putting all his or her resources and connections and everything else against us.

01:46:47.480 We've had technology issues.

01:46:49.820 We know that our people are blowing up my phone all the time.

01:46:54.540 Everybody out there on the wrong side of truth and justice is attacking us in one form or another.

01:47:02.720 But we're going to keep going, and we are going to prove it.

01:47:07.180 Sidney, I know a fraction of what the powers that be can do to destroy people.

01:47:16.000 And we pray for you, and we pray for the team.

01:47:21.040 I know millions of Americans are, just for your protection and for guidance.

01:47:28.160 Stations, I'm not going to break for the commercial here.

01:47:30.340 I'm going to move that.

01:47:31.820 I just want to take a 10-second station ID and then back with Sidney Powell.

01:47:36.660 Oh, she has to go?

01:47:38.760 Okay.

01:47:39.420 Sidney, thank you very much.

01:47:41.280 I appreciate your time.

01:47:44.900 Thank you.

01:47:45.820 Please send us the information.

01:47:47.860 When you get everything prepared, please let us know and send them to us because we want to dig in ourselves and find the truth.

01:48:00.620 Thank you.

01:48:01.500 Yes.

01:48:02.060 I will try to get you a package together sooner than later.

01:48:06.000 Thank you.

01:48:06.500 Appreciate it.

01:48:07.040 God bless.

01:48:08.140 All right.

01:48:08.820 Let me tell you about MyPillow.

01:48:10.640 Sorry, Stations.

01:48:11.560 I thought we had her on.

01:48:12.700 MyPillow, we've been talking about it for a long time.

01:48:17.100 It is a great pillow.

01:48:18.740 And I hated it the first time.

01:48:21.240 It's because I had the flat one.

01:48:22.920 I mean, some people, some people, their heads aren't as big as mine.

01:48:29.440 And it's a long way down if I'm sleeping on my side.

01:48:34.600 It's a long way down to that pillow because of my enormous shoulders.

01:48:40.460 Anyway, Mike came in and he said, how do you like the pillow?

01:48:44.780 And I said, I, and he said, you hate it.

01:48:47.840 I was like, yeah, well, I wasn't going to say that like that, but yeah, I don't like it at all.

01:48:54.180 And, uh, he said, you got the wrong one.

01:48:56.480 Let me send you the other one there.

01:48:58.200 There, there, I don't, I don't know how you even measure it, but there was, there was a huge difference and the pillows don't go flat.

01:49:04.780 You stick your hands on each side of it and it fluffs back up like it was when it was brand new.

01:49:12.040 It's amazing.

01:49:12.720 And you can wash and dry them constantly.

01:49:15.400 Get a MyPillow right now.

01:49:17.160 They have a special going on for 28, uh, sorry, $29.98.

01:49:29.120 It's a $40 savings.

01:49:30.780 The king size pillows are just $5 more.

01:49:33.840 Mike is also extending his 60 day money back guarantee, giving you until March 1st, 2021 to see for yourself.

01:49:41.440 Cause he knows people will give these as gifts as well.

01:49:43.800 The same thing with the Giza dream sheets.

01:49:46.540 They're so great.

01:49:48.140 These are the best softest sheets for the price.

01:50:26.500 It's Friday.

01:50:27.240 The Glenn Beck program.

01:50:28.100 Stu, what did you think about that?

01:50:30.040 Well, I mean, she laid it out, right?

01:50:31.540 She said she knows what she's up against.

01:50:35.180 She knows the time constraints are there.

01:50:36.960 And she said she's going to prove it.

01:50:38.920 So we're going to know here in a couple of weeks.

01:50:40.540 It's not really a, we can all speculate about what they may theoretically have, but they have

01:50:45.620 to present it in the next few weeks.

01:50:47.060 And she said she was going to be able to do it.

01:50:48.840 And if I get anything this weekend or in the next few days, I'm going on holiday vacation.

01:50:57.220 I will do a, oh man, would this piss Facebook off?

01:53:07.760 We're so glad that you have joined us today.

01:53:10.500 Thank you.

01:53:11.480 Thank you for listening.

01:53:13.880 I want to give you a couple of stories here that are amazing.

01:53:18.520 Three North Dakota sheriffs will not enforce the governor of North Dakota's new COVID mandates.

01:53:26.820 They say it's unconstitutional.

01:53:29.120 They're not going to do it.

01:53:31.020 In Orange County, the sheriff there will not enforce the coronavirus only violations during

01:53:38.440 curfew.

01:53:40.200 He says unconstitutional, not going to do it.

01:53:44.200 We also have somebody who's taking a beating from everybody's favorite governor, Cuomo.

01:53:53.020 It says he's not going to do it.

01:53:55.960 And Cuomo came out and said he's arrogant and out of control.

01:54:00.160 He said he won't enforce Cuomo's Thanksgiving limit.

01:54:03.820 His name is Richard G.

01:54:05.980 Girardino.

01:54:06.800 He is the sheriff of Fulton County, New York.

01:54:11.360 Richard, how are you?

01:54:13.640 I'm doing great.

01:54:14.440 Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be on, Glenn.

01:54:16.940 I listen to you frequently.

01:54:18.760 What I appreciate is most shows only give you two or three minutes, and you really can't

01:54:23.180 have an in-depth constitutional discussion.

01:54:25.960 And you allowing me to do that, I think, is a big service to the community.

01:54:31.420 Well, you just ate 30 seconds of your two minutes.

01:54:34.600 I'm kidding.

01:54:35.540 So, tell me, because this is really important to me.

01:54:40.180 I don't think people understand that sheriffs do not answer to the governor.

01:54:46.000 They don't answer to any agency.

01:54:49.900 You don't answer to the president.

01:54:51.620 You answer to the Constitution and the people.

01:54:54.680 Correct?

01:54:55.600 Correct.

01:54:56.080 The governor is the only one who can remove a sheriff or the voters at an election, and

01:55:00.700 the governor can only do it if there's a crime or if there's malfeasance in office.

01:55:05.040 But we both take an oath to the Constitution.

01:55:07.460 So, I'm not against the governor.

01:55:09.160 I'm for the Constitution, Glenn.

01:55:10.620 Correct, correct.

01:55:13.320 So, tell me about his Thanksgiving limit and what's happening in New York and why you're

01:55:20.640 standing against it.

01:55:22.240 Well, first of all, it's through an executive order.

01:55:25.940 And our legislature abdicated their responsibility months ago when they turned everything over

01:55:31.160 to the governor.

01:55:32.400 And that allows him to issue edicts or what we call executive orders.

01:55:36.520 I have to explain what he can do by the Constitution first.

01:55:39.720 First, he can issue an executive order saying, you have to have a face mask on at a store,

01:55:44.080 a restaurant, or a bar.

01:55:45.280 You can have to close at 10 o'clock.

01:55:46.960 The table's got to be this or that.

01:55:48.600 That's perfectly constitutional because he controls all the administrative agencies, state

01:55:53.760 liquor authority, and the health department.

01:55:57.560 So, that's fine.

01:55:58.880 That's why you can't take issue with him saying, close your store at this time, keep

01:56:03.360 people apart.

01:56:04.380 But when he tells people what they can and can't do in the privacy of their own home, there's

01:56:09.320 a heightened constitutional balancing act.

01:56:12.400 And I have my obligations to the Constitution, and there's no way to enforce this.

01:56:16.800 It's not like, he keeps saying it's a law, but a law has a penalty.

01:56:20.860 So, like, if you're in a bar and you stay open past 10, they can fine you.

01:56:24.960 Or they can fine you if your waitresses aren't wearing masks. 1.00

01:56:27.420 There's no penalty for an executive order about how many people you invite to your home

01:56:32.780 for Thanksgiving.

01:56:35.300 And isn't an executive order, a law goes through the legislature and the governor signs it.

01:56:44.980 That's how, I mean, I just know because I was a bill on Capitol Hill when I was a kid,

01:56:49.760 and that's the way it works.

01:56:52.020 It becomes a law once it goes through the proper channels.

01:56:55.420 So, how do executive orders work when they want to enforce them?

01:57:04.080 Well, here's, again, you're 100% right, and most of us in second or third grade were taught

01:57:09.460 the legislature passes the bill, the governor either signs or vetoes the bill.

01:57:13.560 If he signs it, it's a law.

01:57:15.040 Basic common constitutional law.

01:57:17.040 How he can exercise an executive order is he controls the state liquor authority and,

01:57:22.480 say, the health department, right?

01:57:24.600 You get a license as a business from the health department.

01:57:27.600 You've got to comply with the restaurant rules and from the state liquor authority for a bar.

01:57:32.040 So, there's sanctions, and they can have administrative action against you.

01:57:35.980 So, they can close a bar and fine you because you have a license from the state.

01:57:40.140 You don't need a license to live in your house.

01:57:42.760 You know what I mean?

01:57:43.560 So, when you get to the executive order that goes into somebody's home, then you run into

01:57:47.960 a problem.

01:57:48.540 So, I don't want to get too deep into the 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment, but I can tell

01:57:54.200 you this.

01:57:54.660 I've been contacted from around this country and around my own state saying, thank you for

01:57:59.860 standing up.

01:58:00.640 Thank you for speaking up.

01:58:02.060 And I'll tell you, a lot of sheriffs and law enforcement said, look, we can't execute the

01:58:07.120 executive order.

01:58:07.940 But the reason they give properly so is we just don't have the manpower.

01:58:12.300 There's no sanction attached, and we're not going to go to somebody's house.

01:58:15.620 It's really not practical.

01:58:16.860 And the fact that he ordered it is what put a lot of people's back up in the air, you

01:58:22.080 know, got their spine out of line.

01:58:24.960 So, you're just such an amazing guy.

01:58:28.060 Can you just fill in some blanks?

01:58:32.040 You went to law school, right?

01:58:36.140 So, you graduated.

01:58:39.340 You were an attorney, right?

01:58:41.420 Well, I went to law school, and Andrew Cuomo was two years ahead of me at the same law

01:58:45.060 school.

01:58:45.280 He probably doesn't know who I was.

01:58:48.080 But he had a reputation even in law school of being a hard charger, especially on the

01:58:51.260 basketball court, which he's carried throughout his career.

01:58:54.080 So, he doesn't know me.

01:58:55.360 I'm just a little piddly sheriff.

01:58:57.200 But I went to law school, graduated with the Nassau County DA's office.

01:59:01.240 Then I became a district attorney in upstate New York.

01:59:04.260 And then a county court judge.

01:59:12.240 Can you not hold down a job?

01:59:14.640 Or how did you get to?

01:59:17.120 I mean, you accomplished more in your first 35 years of life than most people do in a

01:59:24.460 lifetime.

01:59:24.980 It's called a severe case of attention deficit disorder.

01:59:28.760 But I will note that both me and the governor have, you know, he's held three jobs as secretary

01:59:33.780 of HUD, and he's been the attorney general and the governor.

01:59:37.280 I mean, he's got a great career path.

01:59:39.400 And I've had three jobs.

01:59:40.780 Mine have all been on the local level.

01:59:42.040 But I'm very pleased where I live and work.

01:59:44.700 People have been 100 percent, not 100 percent, most people have been supportive of what I'm

01:59:48.560 doing for them as a sheriff and as a judge and DA in the past.

01:59:52.480 I just want to just throw these things out.

01:59:55.620 You were an instructor of trial tactics at Albany Law School.

01:59:59.680 You have been on the board of the Chamber of Commerce.

02:00:03.320 You've been a firefighter for 22 years.

02:00:05.840 And now you're also sheriff.

02:00:07.740 I mean, it's an impressive resume.

02:00:09.720 Tell me about the mood of the community in New York, where you are in Fulton County.

02:00:18.800 Well, the mood in Fulton County is they kind of agree with my statement that they're adults.

02:00:24.060 They've listened for eight months about the precautions.

02:00:27.300 Most people are taking precautions.

02:00:29.160 We're a very low infection rate county in the state.

02:00:32.100 The last I checked, we were 1.3 percent, which is very low.

02:00:35.660 People take it serious here.

02:00:37.380 They have loved ones.

02:00:38.420 My mother's in a nursing home, so I didn't get to see her for six months except through a window.

02:00:44.640 We had 28 deaths in our county, and we have 55,000 people.

02:00:48.540 But the 28 deaths were mostly as a result of COVID in a private nursing home that had visiting nurses from New York City.

02:00:57.260 And I'm not blaming them.

02:00:58.360 I'm just saying that our numbers come from a nursing home.

02:01:02.000 You know, the only thing you forgot, and it's not on my resume, and Bill O'Reilly and I sat together at a judge's dinner, and I gave him a ride to the airport.

02:01:11.560 He probably wouldn't remember me, but it was in Albany County.

02:01:14.000 It was 20 years ago. 0.82

02:01:15.320 So next time he's on, tell him the crazy, crazy old judge at the time says hi.

02:01:20.320 Yeah, okay, I will.

02:01:22.540 The problem that we have in America, I think, is that people who are in authority are just shutting everybody down and not allowing even honest questions to be asked. 1.00

02:01:41.060 It's just that's the way it is, and you're stupid, or you're a rebel, or you just want everybody to die. 1.00

02:01:48.860 And I think that's what's causing a lot of the angst in America. 1.00

02:01:53.080 I think a lot of people are exactly how you describe them.

02:01:57.220 They don't want to kill people.

02:01:59.180 They are reasonable.

02:02:00.820 They can handle themselves.

02:02:02.840 Just treat me like an adult, not like a seven-year-old.

02:02:06.620 Two comments on that.

02:02:07.840 Most of the people who, and I've been contacted from throughout this country, it's amazing what a great country you have.

02:02:14.140 I had a message from one woman who said she hopes that I understand that the blood of all those who die in Fulton County after Thanksgiving is on my hands,

02:02:22.020 and when I go to the emergency room with COVID, she hopes the nurses are busy working on the other people I tried to kill, and that I die a horrible death.

02:02:28.520 Kind of nice lady, obviously. 1.00

02:02:31.040 And she left a message.

02:02:32.420 But I've also had so many strong Americans say thank you.

02:02:35.660 Thank you.

02:02:36.320 Common sense.

02:02:37.080 Speaking up.

02:02:37.840 And listen, no one doubts the deadliness of COVID.

02:02:42.140 We know there's the high-risk people, the elderly.

02:02:44.400 My mom's in a nursing home, 90 years old.

02:02:46.720 She's at high risk.

02:02:47.640 Those with diabetes, I have diabetes.

02:02:50.000 Those who are overweight, you know, we know the high-risk categories.

02:02:53.520 We know that wearing masks, social distancing, disinfecting, we know that that reduces deaths and things.

02:02:59.800 But Dr. Fauci's told us since March that we're going to have a rise in cases in the fall and the winter.

02:03:05.800 It's inevitably going to happen.

02:03:06.800 It's going to spike because of several factors.

02:03:11.100 We're inside, you know, the viralness of it is growing.

02:03:16.760 So he's already told us that.

02:03:19.120 So whether I tell people, enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner, you know, or they don't need the anxiety of wondering if the police are going to come to the house.

02:03:29.340 And that's the common theme of this.

02:03:31.200 It's like, and you and I are both constitutionalists, but one thing, a lady who put it to me this yesterday, she says, you know what, would you stop talking like a lawyer and a judge?

02:03:40.400 She says, you keep talking about Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, 14th Amendment.

02:03:43.960 People don't understand or need to know that.

02:03:45.980 And you know what I realized?

02:03:48.540 She's right.

02:03:49.200 You know, the people who call me, listen, the people call me say, hey, I don't know what I don't know what section of Bill of Rights it is, but there's just something inherently wrong with coming into my house and counting heads on who's eating turkey.

02:04:01.540 And on a side note, along with that, they say to me that how can you do this?

02:04:07.000 What's the fine?

02:04:07.940 How it started was a week and a half ago, a man came up to me at a local at Stewart's, a local shop and said, hey, you know, my wife and I are arguing about going to our son's house.

02:04:15.980 Well, there's 14 people going.

02:04:17.400 We don't want to get a ticket or a fine.

02:04:19.260 And so that just set me off.

02:04:20.880 You know, I said, sir, it was a veteran.

02:04:22.760 I said, you served our country.

02:04:24.140 You should be able to have Thanksgiving with your family.

02:04:28.220 And I just said, but if you guys are not well and it's risky, don't go.

02:04:31.640 But I got to tell you another funny story.

02:04:33.420 And this one, I think, is probably the real quick funny.

02:04:35.960 Real quick.

02:04:36.460 I'll make it quick.

02:04:37.180 OK, lady says to me, what would your father think of doing this?

02:04:40.960 You know, a bucking the governor.

02:04:42.660 I said, my father was a pediatrician for 50 years. 0.96

02:04:44.720 He would say, why don't you go to Matilda Cuomo, sit down with Andrew, stop being a knucklehead, stop being a Sicilian. 1.00

02:04:51.120 You're both Sicilians.

02:04:52.140 Have a nice spaghetti dinner and decide how you can both work together to better this country and save more people in a constitutional framework.

02:04:59.200 That's what my dad would say.

02:05:01.660 Yeah, that's not going to happen.

02:05:04.120 Richard Giardino, thank you so much.

02:05:07.280 God bless you.

02:05:07.900 Thank you.

02:05:08.540 And thanks for being a sheriff that understands and protects the Constitution.

02:05:12.280 All right.

02:05:13.620 Our sponsor is Relief Factor.

02:05:17.680 Everybody, everybody deals with pain from time to time.

02:05:21.920 And, you know, there's there are different kinds of injuries and different things that happen to us as we get older.

02:05:28.040 But most of it is is caused by inflammation.

02:05:32.120 And when it comes back day after day, it just steals the joy out of your life.

02:05:38.400 I know from personal experience, you can get your life back.

02:05:42.940 Seventy percent of the people who do what I did, just try it for three weeks, go on to order more Relief Factor because it works.

02:05:51.460 I've been taking it for three years now.

02:05:54.340 And if I stop taking it, it all comes rushing back.

02:05:57.740 This is the only thing that has made a real impact in my life.

02:06:02.400 Relief Factor, not a drug, but developed by doctors.

02:06:14.140 Eight hundred five hundred eighty three eighty four.

02:06:17.000 Eight hundred five hundred eighty three eighty four.

02:06:20.160 It's Relief Factor dot com.

02:06:22.120 This is the Glenn Beck program.

02:06:32.800 This is the Glenn Beck program.

02:06:35.400 We're so glad that you're listening.

02:06:37.300 I want to give a couple of things.

02:06:38.940 We we need to let the lawyers do the lawyer stuff, because today I spent almost the whole show on the election and it is really, really important.

02:06:50.680 But we have to trust that the lawyers are going to take care of this, because what I had planned today was talk about the Georgia election and we didn't get to it at all.

02:07:01.640 And that is something that you and I need to pay attention to, because we are we are facing real trouble.

02:07:09.520 You know, just like the sheriff was saying, you know, he's you know, if there's a if there's a what do you call it, executive order, the executive order is enforced by the agencies.

02:07:24.180 Well, it depends.

02:07:27.900 It doesn't have to be just the agencies that are doing could be local agencies as well.

02:07:33.080 Nantucket Police Department of Massachusetts just announced on Wednesday the officers will indefinitely halt new weapons permit applications due to a heightened risk of Corona virus spread.

02:07:47.200 This is you're going to see this over and over and over again.

02:07:53.020 John Kerry talked about the excitement on the Great Reset.

02:07:59.580 He said, you know, with a great reset, we have the dawn of a new age and it is extremely exciting time.

02:08:12.440 Don't tell me this is a conspiracy.

02:08:14.160 By the way, German officials have just banned anti lockdown protest in Berlin.

02:08:20.260 You can protest, you know, the government.

02:08:23.280 You can protest capitalism.

02:08:25.540 Don't don't protest, you know, anti lockdown.

02:08:29.140 No, that's that's dangerous.

02:08:30.640 That's, of course, dangerous.

02:08:33.040 I also wouldn't protest Germany. 0.91

02:08:35.360 It doesn't seem like it works out particularly well.

02:08:37.420 It doesn't.

02:08:38.220 Yeah, it doesn't.

02:08:39.020 It doesn't really work out in a press conference yesterday.

02:08:43.140 Joe Biden was bumbling around.

02:08:46.140 He was talking about a virtual meeting that he had with governors.

02:08:49.120 And you're going to hear that clip a million times today, I'm sure.

02:08:52.200 But what he said afterwards had real meaning to it.

02:08:56.580 And I want you to listen.

02:08:57.480 This is how out of touch he is with crafting a sentence.

02:09:03.720 I'm going to we're going to impose the we're going to enforce the excuse me, we'll employ the defense, reconstruct the act to be able to go out there and dictate what companies build and do following things.

02:09:24.720 I think what he was talking about was the Defense Production Act, where the president will dictate to your company what they have to make, what they have to do.

02:09:38.860 This is absolutely un-American. 0.86

02:09:43.980 And the question, the follow-up question from one of the press was, how do you justify not taking legal action against Donald Trump for not starting the transition?

02:09:54.600 We have our work ahead.

02:09:56.900 But thank God we live in America.

02:10:00.280 Thank God there is God.

02:10:01.980 Use this Thanksgiving to remember what you're grateful for.
