00:02:20.560 the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment this is the glenn beck program

00:02:48.700 hello america welcome to the glenn beck program it is monday and we begin with a story about silence

00:02:57.220 then about voices about buried facts and then revelations pried from a crypt that's lined with

00:03:06.020 flag pins and whispered oaths this is not fiction this is now the record with the documents to prove it

00:03:15.100 and it is now finally public the assessment the obama administration tried to forget

00:03:23.980 we begin there in 60 seconds first if a genie popped out of a lamp and offered you three wishes

00:03:29.240 what would you wish for money power fame maybe something a little simpler like number one can you

00:03:36.820 get rid of the back pain i would love that one fix my knees number three can i wake up in the morning

00:03:43.120 without everything hurting because when you're living in pain nothing else really matters it

00:03:48.380 slows you down it wears you out it sits on your shoulders every minute of the day like some

00:03:53.020 invisible weight you just can't put down and while i can't promise you a magical lamp i can tell you

00:03:57.980 about something that's helped an awful lot of people in this audience who thought they had tried

00:04:01.880 everything including me it's called relief factor it's not a drug it's a daily supplement that fights

00:04:07.020 pain at the source and the inflammation in your body been a game changer of countless people who

00:04:11.920 thought their only option was live with it pain not something you could wish away but it is

00:04:17.120 something finally maybe you can do something about give their three-week quick start a try see if it

00:04:22.220 works for you 1995 you'll know within three weeks it's relieffactor.com take it exactly as directed or

00:04:28.740 call 1-800-4-RELIEF 800 the number four relief relieffactor.com well welcome back to the program

00:04:35.400 uh welcome back from vacation mr stuper gear there's been a lot going on uh over this week there has

00:04:43.200 been there has been uh let me start with uh the new news and the new news was covered in a tweet

00:04:51.800 on friday by the new york times and then yesterday they was it yesterday or is it today's new york times

00:04:58.400 published a story on page a 15 and it's not in the washington post okay this is one of the biggest

00:05:09.080 stories of all time in america because this one now is a smoking gun with the evidence we now have the

00:05:18.460 documentation let me start here september 12th 2016 inside one of the secure briefing rooms of the

00:05:27.800 intelligence community a document was circulated quietly and its language was unambiguous

00:05:35.160 quote foreign adversaries do not have and will probably not obtain the capabilities to successfully

00:05:43.140 execute widespread and undetected cyber attacks on election systems that's not fox news that's not

00:05:51.960 talk radio that's the office of the director of national intelligence under barack obama now confirmed

00:06:00.020 by tulsi gabbard's declassification the conclusion is there is no threat of russian hacking of the vote

00:06:08.080 of not of changing the numbers not flipping machines or running some sort of sci-fi sabotage on democracy

00:06:14.040 meanwhile we're being told something entirely different hillary clinton's campaign was hemorrhaging you

00:06:24.760 remember this the second as the uh as she starts to hemorrhage and barack obama starts to race ahead

00:06:32.300 in the polls another campaign was taking shape not for office but for perception inside of john brennan's

00:06:41.280 cia and james comey's fbi the chatter grew that moscow was coming for our democracy

00:06:48.600 emails were leaked from the dnc though the attribution was a little sketchy at the time

00:06:57.220 low confidence according to the nsa the leaks were amplified by the press or operation of the

00:07:06.280 clinton and dnc october 7th october 7th 2016 the dni clapper and dhs jointly state that russia is

00:07:18.500 directing cyber attacks wait a minute i thought they just said they what internal memos from the same

00:07:26.720 week show that the key agency still had serious doubts about it perception however is now set into

00:07:32.240 motion the election ends donald trump shock to everyone he wins the white house panic sets in

00:07:43.460 so a meeting is called on december 9th 2016 in the situation room everyone is there clapper brennan

00:07:50.980 susan rice mccabe cary uh and president obama what was the purpose not to reassess

00:08:00.560 but to rewrite that night according to the obama dni their own record instructions are issued to scrap the

00:08:12.360 post-election briefing that had reaffirmed no russian interference at all and have the intelligence

00:08:19.480 community rewrite a new draft and we have in the dni's uh own handwriting uh that a new assessor

00:08:30.540 on russia's influence has been ordered per the president's request that president was barack obama

00:08:41.220 now the original briefing that was supposed to go into the president's daily briefing that day was

00:08:48.200 scrubbed we have a memo that says the night before uh we're gonna hold this off because there's new

00:08:54.880 information that the president is uh asking us to uh to include no foreign actor changed a single vote

00:09:03.560 no foreign actor affected the election outcome but that had to be changed january 2017 just day

00:09:11.900 days before trump has inaugurated a new briefing from the intelligence community

00:09:18.680 ica is the briefing it's released and it completely reverses the course it no longer says russia didn't

00:09:26.460 influence the election it says now russia did influence the election no smoking gun no new evidence

00:09:34.500 just a new tone that change now backed by brennan and clapper echoed by obama was enough to justify

00:09:45.680 a two-year multi-million dollar investigation into trump and russia this is right as susan rice is 0.82

00:09:54.340 leaving the white house remember now they have the now they have the intelligence community saying

00:10:01.000 oh no there is interference with russia he was involved with russia okay so what does the president

00:10:08.200 do right before he leaves he calls comey and brennan and clapper and susan rice into his office we've

00:10:15.200 covered this before and said i think there needs to be an investigation fbi says i don't see anything

00:10:22.560 there i think there needs to be an investigation

00:10:24.740 after that meeting susan rice when she leaves the white house this is the very last thing she does

00:10:34.460 she issues a memo president obama began the conversation now this is to herself

00:10:40.640 why do you email stuff to yourself president obama began the conversation by stressing his

00:10:47.200 continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by intelligence and law

00:10:54.040 enforcement communities by the book the president stressed he's not asking asking about initiating or

00:11:02.300 instructing anything from a law enforcement perspective he reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to

00:11:09.260 proceed as it normally would all by the book now is that for her to remember what happened or is that just to

00:11:18.960 make sure she's on the record no no this is what happened okay trump is in office and what do we get

00:11:29.260 crossfire hurricane using the steel dossier where did that come from they said that was oh that was

00:11:38.480 funded by a republican no it wasn't no it wasn't it was funded by the clinton campaign we know that the dnc

00:11:45.500 this is the scaffolding to wiretap trump associates carter page george papadopoulos

00:11:53.840 the fbi alleged coordination conspiracy treason in fact one fbi agent changed the documents

00:12:04.180 to be able to obtain those uh wireless uh warrants so they could tap these phones and follow these

00:12:14.180 people and get into the campaign again he changed the documents an fbi lawyer did changed the documents

00:12:24.740 to read the opposite of what the documents actually said and then testified in a fisa court that those

00:12:31.140 documents were real and it was those documents that allowed the government to spy on the trump campaign

00:12:37.980 durham is appointed now to investigate the investigators and he issues a report that tiptoes

00:12:46.560 on the edge of justice and then blinks as for accountability it never came the people responsible

00:12:53.080 for shaping the false narrative become tv analyst memoir writers board members clapper is still on tv

00:13:01.280 saying the same stuff now on friday tulsi gabbard the director of the national intelligence our new dni

00:13:08.780 declassified the hundreds of pages of memos emails assessments each confirming what i think we already

00:13:19.240 knew but what many feared the russia hoax wasn't a misunderstanding it wasn't just political bias

00:13:27.280 it wasn't even uh weaponizing the government it was treasonous conspiracy it was a president along with

00:13:40.880 others conspiring to take down a presidency working together in coordination and using the press

00:13:52.440 to push it all out now tulsi was on uh maria bardo romo uh yesterday she said i can't fathom how

00:14:01.320 muller and durham missed any of this they didn't miss it and she knows that she said that they chose not

00:14:06.960 to follow the evidence the whole machine from the press to the prosecutors geared not towards

00:14:12.420 justice but protection of the narrative and at the center of that narrative gabbard says is barack

00:14:19.380 obama himself he didn't just know he orchestrated the shift from no cyber manipulation to the russians

00:14:28.720 stole the election remember hillary clinton on television saying he stole the election how many times

00:14:35.500 did you hear that he stole the election how did he steal it he stole it with russia 0.64

00:14:40.860 from truth to story she's releasing more documents maybe as early as today now this isn't watergate

00:14:51.600 because that was petty that was a burglary and there was nothing big in that it was it could have been

00:14:57.740 a setup by the same kind of people in the cia to get rid of a president and perform a coup on a president

00:15:03.820 we don't know for sure but it's never made sense why would the president go after this using cia

00:15:12.900 operatives to go in and get information that had he was winning the election and there was nothing in

00:15:20.060 that dnc headquarters that could have helped him this is much colder this is institutional

00:15:27.580 this was a presidential administration weaponizing something they doctored the intelligence was

00:15:36.340 doctored suppressing inconvenient truths and launching then a psychological operation on the american public

00:15:43.540 you have to understand they not only doctored then they presented it as truth they weaponized it

00:15:52.920 they then colluded with the media and they they did an a psychological operation on you the american

00:16:03.300 public to get you to believe it so much so that the new york times has run this story on page a 15 today

00:16:12.160 they tweeted it and it's on page 8 a 15 that's how the washington post isn't even reporting any of this

00:16:22.240 huh

00:16:27.440 so now what well tulsi gabbard says it's time for indictments and this is going to go back to pam bondi 0.98

00:16:36.160 and if there are no indictments it's going to be trouble and not out of vengeance but so it doesn't

00:16:43.840 happen again we cannot allow unelected bureaucrats and presidents or political elites to fabricate consent

00:16:51.600 to redefine what the truth is based not on fact but on usefulness to them this so you know is no longer

00:17:00.800 a conspiracy theory the documents are real they're out the voices are named the signatures are in ink

00:17:08.880 and the line runs not through moscow but through langley

00:17:16.480 the american people have to trust in the integrity of our democratic republic

00:17:22.640 accountability is essential that's what gabbard said over the weekend and she is right

00:17:27.680 we're not looking at the aftermath of a political smear here we are staying staring right in the eye

00:17:38.720 the scar of an attempted coup and it was perpetrated not by a bunch of people around the president and

00:17:48.160 the president didn't know this was at the direction of president barack obama

00:17:54.560 they'll give you more because this is what they're claiming um but let me take it a step further let

00:18:04.720 me show you what this all led to this is where the grand conspiracy comes into play because nothing

00:18:11.520 has happened to these people these people are all still in play in a minute

00:18:17.440 first many of the famous old fables we learn have a common thread somebody sees what's coming before

00:18:24.000 somebody else does the farmer who stores up the grain before the famine the sailor who reads the clouds

00:18:28.800 before the storm the pioneer who spots you know the spring in a land of dry dust and they don't call

00:18:35.520 it luck they call it preparation that's why small smart people are turning to physical gold and silver because

00:18:42.800 they've read the signs they've watched the value of the dollar shrink and they understand something

00:18:49.200 when things get rough tangible assets mean something when paper stuff doesn't

00:18:56.960 lear capital makes it really simple simple to move a portion of your savings into something that has

00:19:02.240 stood the test of time something real something solid something that doesn't flinch

00:19:06.320 when washington plays games with the economy in every story there are people who prepare and then

00:19:12.560 people who build their house of sticks which one are you call lear capital today 800-957-gold 800-957-gold

00:19:21.840 get your free 4200 gold report before it's a history book call 800-957-gold and ask them about

00:19:28.880 getting up to 15 000 in free gold or silver with a qualifying purchase call 800-957-gold

00:19:36.320 10 seconds and back to the program

00:19:47.760 okay uh i want you to know well first of all hi stew hi glenn this is fascinating i i didn't

00:19:54.640 like you've been on follow the tick tock of this uh the entire week nobody's giving it okay nobody's

00:20:01.040 giving yeah i mean this is incredible matt taibbi says this is the most important thing we don't he

00:20:09.520 said something i'm paraphrasing horribly but and i agree with him 100 if we don't fix this one the

00:20:16.800 republic is over if we don't care about this you have no republic that's quite the statement yeah yeah

00:20:26.960 yeah it's pretty serious yeah uh and this is you know this was a coup and the same people who tried

00:20:34.480 to have a coup on donald trump did a coup on joe biden

00:20:41.920 same people notice susan rice was around that one notice that barack obama was around that one

00:20:48.000 all of the same people that tried to do this in 2016 when it was revealed that barack obama or i'm

00:21:01.200 sorry that uh joe biden was a meat sock that's the medical term yeah so everyone knows what what did

00:21:11.680 they do they conspired to get him to quit that was a coup he didn't want to he wasn't going to

00:21:19.440 get him to quit start to say that he was you know uh not competent which he wasn't competent

00:21:27.760 then what did they do then they got together just a group of them we don't even know who

00:21:33.680 but just a small group of them decided who would be the candidate that they would run for president

00:21:39.280 in the united states there wasn't a vote there wasn't nothing happened that was not a democratic

00:21:44.000 process thank god it didn't work but that is two attempted coups it's two times the the first one

00:21:56.640 didn't work the second one did work and then they they tried to put a president in without an election

00:22:02.800 you didn't pick kamala harris no democrat voted for her even when she was running by herself for 1.00

00:22:12.080 president no one voted for her who was it that picked her 0.62

00:22:21.760 same exact people same exact people who said the hunter laptop was all bogus same people

00:22:32.800 who was running the uh barack obama i mean sorry the uh the white house under joe biden

00:22:42.480 a lot of people say that it was president barack obama's third term right why because the same

00:22:50.640 people that were in that meeting were around the table under biden who was really running it

00:22:59.360 this is a huge revelation it dwarfs everything else and i know i'm just like you yeah i'll believe it

00:23:13.680 when i see it but there should be some pretty big perp walks on this one

00:23:19.520 this is glenn beck i mean i know you are just like me we take our safety and the safety of our

00:23:30.160 family very very seriously and i'm sure um you know you you don't mess around with it and i'm sure

00:23:38.240 just like i do in my family i've i have kids and you know people that just don't want to carry a gun

00:23:44.000 aren't comfortable with a gun but you have to be prepared for a moment when trouble comes looking

00:23:48.800 for you this is why i carry a burner launcher and i urge my family all of my kids have a burnt burner

00:23:55.440 launcher and i've told them put it in the glove box of your car that's the most dangerous place for a

00:24:01.440 woman you stop and get gas that's the most that's you are a sitting target this is a non-lethal

00:24:09.680 self-defense tool that fires pepper rounds or tear gas at high velocity high velocity it gives you a

00:24:17.280 way to protect yourself your family um if should anybody want to cross that line you'll teach them

00:24:23.840 don't cross that line you can end a threat without ending a life have that option go to berna.com right

00:24:30.040 now get yours or use their retail store locator to find the nearest location offering live demonstrations

00:24:34.840 including sportsman's warehouse stores berna retail stores and authorized premier dealers it's

00:24:40.280 berna.com get all this information and so much more with a free email newsletter from glennbeck.com sign

00:24:47.000 up now glennbeck.com welcome to the glennbeck program

00:25:04.680 so let's start again at the beginning because you're not hearing this uh from anybody in the

00:25:12.840 mainstream barack obama is president 2016 hillary clinton is expected to be the winner she then uh

00:25:22.200 starts because it starts to get dicey she's looking for anything she can do to smear donald trump

00:25:28.320 she then starts to put together the crossfire hurricane uh file um the crossfire hurricane file

00:25:36.660 is completely discredited i mean it has there's nothing in it that is real you know it shows that

00:25:43.460 donald trump was with hookers in russia that russia he and russia have a bank account that are you know 1.00

00:25:50.200 pinging each other all the time remember all of this okay that all came from hillary clinton through 0.95

00:25:56.160 crossfire hurricane or sorry a fusion gps fusion gps puts together the steel dossier when she loses

00:26:06.060 she goes to the white house and clapper who is part of all of this stuff with hillary clinton 1.00

00:26:14.280 goes to the white house and barack obama does not want donald trump in he's got to find a way

00:26:22.500 to stop donald trump hillary clinton is saying russia stole the election remember we never say

00:26:29.920 they stole the election yeah you did all about donald trump he's not a legitimate president he

00:26:34.300 stole it in collusion with russia so barack obama is about to get a report an assessment from the

00:26:42.500 intelligence community it's called an ica intelligence intelligence community assessment

00:26:47.340 and it was about to say there's no collusion with russia that russia was not was not capable

00:26:54.120 of hacking into anything or doing anything to throw our election all right he stops that before it's

00:27:02.800 printed he's alerted that it's coming in print form he says stop meet me in my office tomorrow

00:27:08.740 bring all the players in i want to have a talk with you he has a talk with them i need this to read this

00:27:15.780 way that russia did influence the election then after he gets that from the he gets a new ica saying

00:27:27.580 that yes they did now he can go to the fbi and say they did here's this crossfire hurricane here's this

00:27:35.460 fusion gps i need you to look at this from christopher steel christopher steel is known by the fbi they

00:27:44.000 fired this guy he was somebody who was a source but he had so discredited himself he was no longer on

00:27:51.780 the payroll of the fbi he had been discredited by the fbi but for some reason they overlooked that

00:27:57.480 to make sure that this went through clapper uh releases the fusion gps documents to the press and

00:28:09.300 now it's in the press now everybody's talking about it now we have to do an investigation on this

00:28:15.620 as he orders the fbi to i want you to look into this this i just want you to look into this uh

00:28:23.440 fusion gps thing you know christopher steel dossier that's when con not condolisa but susan rice

00:28:31.620 writes on her last day he didn't tell the fbi what to do he was just making his suggestion that

00:28:37.800 they just do what they should do and they would normally always do okay all right so there's the

00:28:45.900 seed of all of this conspiracy when trump wins panic set sets in so they they've got to do something

00:28:55.960 all right so that's what happens but as the in the meantime as they are burying all of this uh

00:29:06.120 true information and leaking information to the press that brings everybody to russia there's another

00:29:13.400 uh scandal that is happening and this one is in ukraine this scandal is on a totally different

00:29:20.860 front this is at the same time this all this stuff is happening hunter biden is on the board of burisma

00:29:27.860 corrupt gas company raking in millions of dollars with no experience

00:29:32.520 and the ukrainian prosecutor is investigating that company and joe biden comes back and he brags

00:29:41.760 about getting him fired by threatening to withhold a billion dollar u.s. aid package

00:29:46.840 hillary clinton's peoples are there soros is there all the usual suspects are there this is a state

00:29:54.420 department operation over in ukraine this is usa id all of this stuff is happening over in ukraine

00:30:01.300 soon as donald trump calls to talk to the new ukrainian president and the ukrainian president

00:30:10.080 says hey we have some real problems with russia he says fine i'll send that to you um but i would

00:30:14.920 really like your help in looking into all the corruption that was going on corruption that was

00:30:21.540 perpetrated by whom the same exact players that were in president obama's office with all of this

00:30:31.300 they panic we now we really have to stop donald trump so they complain they they make up a story

00:30:39.840 that he had said i'm going to hold back your aid unless you produce this evidence pretty much remember

00:30:49.240 they always do what they say we're doing pretty much exactly what obama and his group had done in

00:30:56.600 2016 they're now accusing trump of doing in ukraine you follow does this make sense

00:31:04.860 he's asking them can you tell me what happened uh and he's now impeached over that now let that sink in

00:31:14.740 the same people who manufactured a russia hoax now impeach a sitting president for trying to expose the people

00:31:21.860 who were involved in that corruption it's projection it's insurance and it's a cover-up

00:31:29.260 that has to keep covering but they weren't finished before the 2020 election all of a sudden a hunter laptop

00:31:39.420 appears and what do they say this is russian disinformation when it looks like somebody's going

00:31:48.760 to print it somebody's going to run with it what do they do the same exact people in the fbi and

00:31:56.120 intelligence community go to the social media companies and say this is a russia hoax and then

00:32:03.540 how many how many former intelligence officers sign that letter who put that letter together

00:32:09.460 clapper the same guy that was in the original meeting where susan rice says nothing weird happened here

00:32:16.580 and clapper puts that together and says there's this is all a hoax

00:32:22.940 so now they're covering again all the emails all the contracts all the corruption same cast of

00:32:33.940 intelligence officials sign that public letter this is all russian disinformation another lie

00:32:40.660 another operation and again the press continues to listen to these people like clapper who is now i think

00:32:48.880 on a payroll of one of these companies you know as a press commentator

00:32:53.540 then what happens then you have president obama sorry president biden winning he wins

00:33:03.000 but then what happens you've got to take trump out so you have january 6 and yes it was chaotic yes

00:33:13.320 people acted shamefully some of these were real anarchists i don't know what their political belief

00:33:23.560 was but some of them were anarchists but there's some questions about january 6 where is the pipe bomb

00:33:33.280 where's the pipe bomber there were two pipe bombs one of them almost killed the uh the vice president

00:33:42.420 why was she moved from the capital to the dnc headquarters where the pipe bomb was why did that happen 0.97

00:33:52.380 what how did all of a sudden every single uh record from the secret service just disappear all their

00:34:00.140 phone records all the records on why she was moved all of that just gone just disappeared it happens you

00:34:05.120 know why couldn't we get there was no camera on the pipe bomb and who placed that pipe bomb why the camera

00:34:12.260 was aimed at the same place for at least six months and then right before this happens it's moved in

00:34:20.580 another direction right after they find the pipe bomb it's moved back into that direction why

00:34:27.220 why why did they never look for the scaffold man the guy who was up on the scaffolding directing the

00:34:37.040 crowd what to do we don't even know who that was we don't know his name how about ray epps

00:34:41.700 how about the people from the fbi and intelligence community that said there were no fbi agents on

00:34:50.400 the ground that day there were no cia or fbi operatives on the ground then it was we don't know if there

00:34:57.920 were any and then once they lose this election we find out there were 25 of them on the ground

00:35:04.260 why why did the surveillance tapes that were held back suddenly contradict the sworn testimony of the

00:35:16.780 hero cop he wasn't even in the part of the building he said he was in but nobody covered that we did

00:35:24.580 same cast of characters involved in that a chance to do to trump what they failed to do with clinton and

00:35:33.400 obama what they failed to do under schiff and impeachment now they're trying to get him with

00:35:39.260 january 6 but that doesn't hold so now what do they do now the same group of people the same judges

00:35:47.520 in many cases they decide they're going to prosecute donald trump and they're going to try to get him

00:35:54.880 thrown into jail find him guilty of a crime any crime you know to protect democracy it's going to

00:36:03.120 stop hitler but listen to what these people have done they lied to a fisa court they doctored

00:36:12.660 evidence and then testified at a fisa court which violates your your rights as a american citizen

00:36:23.020 they then falsified intelligence they spied on a campaign illegally they framed a sitting president

00:36:31.060 not once not twice counting still three times they silenced the entire laptop story they controlled

00:36:39.480 the press they opened our borders while lying about the effects and the causes remember she was going on

00:36:47.340 to a fact-finding mission to find out what was causing all these people they knew what was causing them

00:36:52.820 it was their own ngos that they were paying through government funds to bring all those people in

00:37:00.500 they never told you that in fact they lied about it they told us oh putting people up in hotels that's

00:37:07.360 ridiculous that's what exactly what they did then they lied about their involvement in bringing them across

00:37:12.620 the borders they lied about the medicare going to the illegals that we're just finding out now 0.68

00:37:17.200 the same people who told you ms-13 gangs and gangs from venezuela were not happening or they were not

00:37:24.660 dangerous they were racist tropes the same people that let terrorists and terror cells into our country 0.59

00:37:32.140 and then sent the exact same people back to the press to tell us that our borders were secure

00:37:39.720 and then finally lied about the president's mental fitness they used the auto pin to pardon

00:37:46.820 all or some of those involved in all of this then when biden was found and seen to be incompetent

00:37:54.840 he wasn't removed from office he was just removed from election no one asked any questions the same

00:38:02.620 people clapper rice brennan obama and then obama and the clan decided to run kamala harris they decided

00:38:09.220 they decided that not the people they decided to run him or i'm sorry to run her and again no

00:38:14.940 questions were asked the press even went from she's the absolute worst to two days later she is the 1.00

00:38:22.980 savior of our republic and now these same people are claiming their fifth amendment rights when asked

00:38:29.780 a simple question did you when did you know did you know the president was incompetent

00:38:35.020 that's what this is about this is about the biggest conspiracy this is about the deep state

00:38:45.780 if you think the epstein thing was big you're never going to get the epstein you'll never get the truth

00:38:54.380 of the epstein until this is stopped this is the entire narrative of the last 10 years

00:39:02.780 and a cabal of maybe 10 to 20 people that have orchestrated all of it

00:39:09.320 that's why it's on page a 15 and not even found on the washington post today

00:46:11.280 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:46:15.480 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:46:21.780 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:46:23.460 Well, a little government corruption going on here and there, maybe a little bit.

00:46:27.120 Tom Fitton is here. He's the president of Judicial Watch.

00:46:30.300 This is a group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption.

00:46:35.840 Busier than a one-legged man, a snake stomp.

00:46:38.320 I'm just saying.

00:46:39.260 We talked to him in just a second.

00:46:42.640 First, Z-Factor. I don't know where I got that, Stu. I'm sorry.

00:46:46.860 It's 9 o'clock in the morning. You're standing in the water cooler.

00:46:49.940 You just finished your fifth cup of coffee.

00:46:51.760 You're pretty sure you saw a unicorn in accounting.

00:46:54.440 That's the third mythical creature this week.

00:46:56.360 You got a meeting with Todd later in the day.

00:46:58.200 The only problem is you're starting to suspect that you don't even work with a guy named Todd.

00:47:03.140 We've all been there. We get it. You're running on empty, chasing energy with caffeine, hallucinating fantasy creatures, wondering if your co-workers are even real.

00:47:11.460 I get it. But here's the thing. It doesn't have to be that way.

00:47:13.820 Z-Factor from the makers of Relief Factor, designed to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and actually wake up feeling refreshed.

00:47:22.500 Not jittery, not wired, just rested.

00:47:24.880 Because sleep isn't optional.

00:47:27.260 It's how your body resets, how your mind recharges, how your mind files everything.

00:47:32.100 You start losing sleep, your body starts decaying quickly.

00:47:37.500 All right. Here's all you have to do.

00:47:39.520 Go get Z-Factor from Relief Factor.

00:47:41.920 First time Z-Factor buyers, you're going to get 46% off.

00:47:45.580 It's $19.95 for a 30-day supply.

00:47:48.220 Visit relieffactor.com or call 800-4-RELIEF.

00:47:51.240 800-4-RELIEF.

00:47:53.260 It's relieffactor.com.

00:47:55.940 Tom Fitton is here. He's the president of Judicial Watch.

00:47:58.600 Tom, we were just talking in the break, getting ready, preparing for this conversation.

00:48:03.340 And we're trying to remember, Stu and I were, was Judicial Watch started because of or just at the same time of the Monica Lewinsky stuff?

00:48:13.440 Just before Monica Lewinsky, it was really in large measure in response to the Clinton gang playing games, selling trade mission suits, you may recall.

00:48:26.320 Oh, Jesus.

00:48:27.040 We had China connections.

00:48:29.340 Bill had his presidential legal expense trust fund that was getting shady money from abroad.

00:48:36.480 It was a mess.

00:48:38.760 I wish things had gotten better, but they just got worse.

00:48:43.100 And, you know, part of it is because we never got those people.

00:48:46.980 I mean, you guys have done such a great job at exposing all of this.

00:48:50.360 And some of the people you have, I mean, you've done some amazing work in the courtroom, too.

00:48:55.020 But it doesn't feel to the average person that anything's really changed.

00:48:59.920 Nobody ever pays a price.

00:49:01.240 Yes, and that's why it keeps on happening again.

00:49:05.260 It's, you know, all the evidence is out there.

00:49:07.700 Judicial Watch has uncovered it.

00:49:09.160 Tulsi Gabbard just released more evidence.

00:49:11.380 But what are the consequences?

00:49:13.380 Correct.

00:49:13.720 And for, you know, the politicians like Hillary or Obama or Biden to the degree he's paying attention or is capable of paying attention, it's just a bad news cycle.

00:49:25.240 It doesn't impact their lives when they make the money they're making.

00:49:29.860 They run for office again.

00:49:32.440 In many ways, they get credibility with their allies for the misconduct.

00:49:39.420 And so without consequences, it's going to happen again and repeat itself.

00:49:46.060 So let's talk about what Tulsi Gabbard, which not in the Washington Post today, page A15 in the New York Times.

00:49:55.240 I mean, they're acting like this is no big deal.

00:49:58.880 And this appears to me to be the key to everything that has happened in the last 10 years.

00:50:06.940 Do you read it that way?

00:50:09.940 I think it's another key.

00:50:11.800 You know, I kind of go back and say, you know, that there should have been prosecutions long before this.

00:50:17.440 Right.

00:50:18.200 And as just further confirmation, there was yet another meeting because there had been at least two more that I was aware of.

00:50:25.240 They've been publicly disclosed involving Barack Obama and his top people about Russia, Russia, Russia.

00:50:33.800 And they went into the meeting.

00:50:35.780 The intel people were prepping, saying, hey, look, Russia was probably messing around with a few things,

00:50:41.720 but they weren't impacting, you know, the counting of votes and, you know, we're messing with our election systems.

00:50:49.320 After, you know, that was pulled back after the meeting.

00:50:52.680 They changed that conclusion or suggested it dishonestly otherwise.

00:50:56.860 And then hyper-focused on the Steele dossier.

00:51:01.220 And what was the only issue at issue at this point?

00:51:04.780 Trump was coming into office.

00:51:06.540 Right.

00:51:06.860 And they wanted to destroy him.

00:51:08.460 Correct.

00:51:09.180 But it was these same people all the way through.

00:51:13.400 It's the same group of people.

00:51:14.920 It's Susan Rice, Clapper, Obama, all the way through to the end of the Biden administration.

00:51:20.660 That's right.

00:51:23.300 And into the beginning of the Trump administration, remember the meeting just before Comey went to visit Trump

00:51:31.940 to try to get him to talk on the dossier.

00:51:36.800 It was a meeting involving Joe, Obama, and Comey.

00:51:42.120 And Comey went the next day, tried to ambush Trump.

00:51:47.940 Trump said, I don't know anything about it.

00:51:50.180 Comey rushed out of the office, started doing his memos to the file because he was spying on Trump.

00:51:56.220 And it didn't stop.

00:51:58.180 And, of course, you know, who were they nervous about, as you point out?

00:52:01.160 Joe Biden.

00:52:02.080 He had these Ukraine issues.

00:52:04.500 Everyone knew he was neck deep with Ukraine corruption.

00:52:08.280 We had the document showing that State Department officials were nervous about it.

00:52:14.240 The Russians were making fun of the Americans, trolling them. 0.99

00:52:17.820 That was the language they used because Biden went to Ukraine just before Trump came into office.

00:52:25.660 You also had all of the this.

00:52:29.540 It's weird because the State Department seemed split in half in some ways.

00:52:33.000 Some were warning the White House of this.

00:52:35.520 And the State Department, USAID, all that stuff, they were also over helping overthrow the government of Ukraine a couple of times.

00:52:47.020 I mean, it's just such a horrible mix of everything wrong with the country.

00:52:55.760 So do you see this time maybe there's going to be perp walks?

00:53:01.620 People are going to maybe go to jail or not?

00:53:04.060 Are you what?

00:53:07.260 Am I honest?

00:53:08.000 No, no, I don't.

00:53:09.060 You say it like that and I don't.

00:53:12.780 Yeah, go ahead.

00:53:13.840 I think they want to do something in the Justice Department and the FBI.

00:53:17.840 I don't think they've got the capacities, nor do I think the institution can be the institutions can be counted on to investigate themselves or even do it competently.

00:53:30.060 And frankly, given the way they've handled the Epstein files, which is really basically a transparency question, you've got to wonder if they're going to be able to do something more complex.

00:53:40.860 And that's why I've been calling on the president to run it himself, meaning appoint a special prosecutor, have that prosecutor report to him, use people who aren't DOJ people, use people who aren't FBI people.

00:53:56.380 There are plenty of law enforcement in the federal government they can use and utilize or bring in private people temporarily to begin the criminal investigations and prosecutions.

00:54:06.200 I just don't, I don't see it happening.

00:54:10.740 We've had special counsels all the time.

00:54:14.560 Every president is appointed a special counsel to look into.

00:54:17.960 Why are we not doing it this time?

00:54:21.260 If that's the answer.

00:54:22.520 That's a good question.

00:54:23.520 It's six months.

00:54:24.320 Uh, I know I compare and contrast what they did after January 6th, the Biden gang did, you know, they, they, they had basically Trump in, in their sites or prosecution within six months.

00:54:36.760 That's what they were thinking about initially here, you know, we're getting documents that have been around for 10 years.

00:54:44.420 Maybe I'm exaggerating a little bit for a long time.

00:54:46.800 Well, yeah, almost 10 years.

00:54:48.420 They have been 10 years.

00:54:49.480 And, and, um, we're expecting something new to happen.

00:54:53.900 Hmm.

00:54:54.580 I hope so.

00:54:56.960 Let's keep on keeping on, but.

00:54:59.280 Okay.

00:54:59.640 So be naive.

00:55:00.440 What is it that you have, you are pushing for on Epstein?

00:55:05.660 You more than just the grand jury records, because I, didn't the president just say that he was, uh, calling on the judges to release that.

00:55:19.760 Yeah.

00:55:20.220 And those are transcripts, right?

00:55:22.420 What other information is there?

00:55:25.520 You know, you know, we kind of go through it.

00:55:27.500 You know, we approach this with a straightforward technique, which is just give us the records that you can give us under law.

00:55:34.920 Right.

00:55:35.540 And we still haven't gotten one record under FOIA on these Epstein issues.

00:55:40.400 You know, we saw that mess they made early part of the year.

00:55:43.480 We said, okay, give us these records about Epstein you say you have.

00:55:47.940 Give us the records showing there was an issue about getting the records out about Epstein.

00:55:52.560 You know, the FBI supposedly was accused of obstructing the release.

00:55:57.500 You've gotten zero records yet.

00:55:59.720 So I'm glad they've gotten one to the court.

00:56:01.960 I'm glad there's this commitment, uh, for credit, you know, for the release of quote, credible information.

00:56:07.040 But it's a straightforward FOIA issue.

00:56:09.780 Just start releasing the records under the Freedom of Information Act.

00:56:14.700 Why?

00:56:15.540 Because it reassure, it won't completely, but it will reassure many Americans that there's a legal process in place.

00:56:23.620 Here's the record.

00:56:25.120 Here's what's blacked out.

00:56:26.760 Here's the reason why.

00:56:28.460 These are how many records we have.

00:56:30.280 You can't have these.

00:56:31.540 You can't have these.

00:56:32.480 And then it's adjudicated in a court.

00:56:35.980 Is anybody.

00:56:36.760 The modified limited hangout process doesn't work.

00:56:39.540 Is anybody looking into his financial records?

00:56:43.000 I mean, that seems to be, you know, follow the money.

00:56:45.220 That seems to, would tell us something about who's funding what?

00:56:50.780 How is he moving all of this money in all these shell corporations all offshore?

00:56:55.500 Well, there's nothing that would prevent the release of any records they compiled in the course of this investigation.

00:57:04.300 And presumably that was part of the process.

00:57:07.420 And if it's available under FOIA, it should be released.

00:57:12.280 And, you know, and, and when they say we can't release something, almost always that's a discretionary decision.

00:57:19.340 Meaning it's, it's a political decision in the end, whether to release or not release information.

00:57:26.220 And that's something they didn't want to really want to grapple with.

00:57:29.820 And I think that's why they put out that crazy memo a few weeks ago.

00:57:33.120 We don't want to release any of it because to kind of do the process is hard.

00:57:37.500 But on the other hand, they went into the court in our case, Glenn, and they told them the day after the memo got out.

00:57:43.760 Well, we're, we're still looking at FBI and DOJ records for potential release here.

00:57:48.380 And so, you know, we'll get back to you.

00:57:51.720 Wow.

00:57:52.760 Dershowitz says that it's all of this stuff, any roadblocks in the secrecy, a lot of it has been caused by federal judges.

00:57:59.900 Have you heard that?

00:58:00.760 Is that true?

00:58:02.600 I mean, you know, caused by federal judges is just one way of saying, well, the law requires grand jury materials to be kept secret unless otherwise, unless there's a real significant public interest in releasing them.

00:58:14.820 So it's kind of the ordinary handling of criminal records.

00:58:18.380 But there are a lot of, but, you know, we're talking about, they're talking about records they, by law, they say they can't release.

00:58:26.420 We still don't have an idea of what records by law they can release and haven't released.

00:58:31.820 So what do you think about the concerns that MAGA is doing, really the bidding of the Democrats who want to get Trump by any means necessary, and that we're focused on the wrong thing?

00:58:45.700 If you focus on this, I personally think that what was released by the DNI on Friday is massive, because this fits into a puzzle that I've been putting together for 10 years.

00:58:57.360 And it, to me, it shows everything you need to know.

00:59:01.080 But maybe that's just me.

00:59:03.080 What do you think about the argument that MAGA should just sit down and be quiet?

00:59:10.680 Yeah, well, I mean, we've got lots of lawsuits on that, too.

00:59:14.120 I mean, to me, it's kind of a straightforward response.

00:59:17.040 Give us the records you promised you were going to give to us.

00:59:21.440 And, you know, you know, just move on from it.

00:59:24.220 You know, let's just get the process in place and release the records as you promised.

00:59:29.440 I mean, the president and the administration is doing a wonderful amount of work.

00:59:34.960 And no one's suggesting, you know, just because they did one thing great means they don't have to do anything else that's great.

00:59:41.860 Right.

00:59:42.540 And in the case of transparency, these are kind of kind of the core issues.

00:59:46.140 The Epstein issue is a big issue for the American people.

00:59:49.820 Like it or not, it's a big issue.

00:59:51.880 They promised the release records.

00:59:53.920 They haven't released it.

00:59:55.780 And to a degree, it's been a problem.

00:59:58.660 It's been a problem caused by the Justice Department and the FBI, who set out a memo saying, we're shutting it all down. 1.00

01:00:06.720 You're all idiots for even thinking there were anything to ask about. 1.00

01:00:10.200 There was anything to ask about. 1.00

01:00:11.840 And by the way, all the evidence on which we're basing these decisions, you can't have access to.

01:00:19.380 So whose fault is that?

01:00:21.880 That there was a blowback.

01:00:24.980 The people who wrote the memo.

01:00:26.640 So if I were President Trump and I were looking for a way forward, I'd start focusing on making sure my agencies were doing what they're supposed to do under law and just behave normally.

01:00:42.280 Respond to FOIA lawsuits.

01:00:44.880 Be transparent.

01:00:46.660 Let's not make a Megillah where none is necessary.

01:00:50.000 And, you know, because there's a lot of other things to do that we really need to get done, like holding those who want to destroy our republic accountable and tried to get me killed last year.

01:01:00.400 Doesn't the release, isn't this argument about the Epstein files, release what you have?

01:01:07.840 Doesn't this kind of fit into the same thing, though, that we were talking about with the DNI?

01:01:12.920 Even if they release it, nobody's going to believe anything's going to be done about it.

01:01:15.920 So what difference does it make?

01:01:17.240 Well, the American people have a right to know what their government's up to.

01:01:23.420 And it does make a difference in how people calculate who to support, how to approach public policy issues, what credence to give to arguments that politicians make as to government accountability and on a whole sorts of other issues.

01:01:39.980 It's all part of the piece.

01:01:41.820 So if we want to have a government where Americans have no insight into how it operates and there's zero accountability, not an accountability sometimes means just knowing who was involved and there is rough justice.

01:01:59.800 You know, Hillary isn't president because isn't president because of the emails that we helped release. 1.00

01:02:08.940 Does it mean that she was prosecuted?

01:02:11.400 No, but that's just kind of a rough justice in the sense that there was a consequence politically for what happened.

01:02:18.540 I think that rough justice is actually happening for Barack Obama.

01:02:21.640 You look at his popularity, how he's perceived by his own friends and public.

01:02:27.180 I think what's true about him is really starting to come forward, too.

01:02:32.320 Tom, thank you so much for everything you guys do.

01:02:34.420 I really appreciate all the work you've done throughout the years.

01:02:37.080 His judicial watch president, Tom Fitton, you can follow and help at judicialwatch.org.

01:02:42.920 That's judicialwatch.org.

01:02:45.060 Tom, thanks.

01:02:45.840 Thank you.

01:02:46.340 You bet.

01:02:46.680 Bye-bye.

01:02:47.140 All right.

01:02:47.680 Let me tell you about my Patriot Supply.

01:02:49.440 You know, I know what you're thinking.

01:02:50.700 You know, some of the people who prepare for emergencies, yeah, they're a little odd.

01:02:53.680 The guy in the neighborhood had built a fortified bunker out of old school buses.

01:02:57.020 I get it.

01:02:57.520 I get it.

01:02:57.960 The lady who's down the street training her cats to form a defensive perimeter. 0.90

01:03:01.600 I get it.

01:03:02.400 Weird.

01:03:03.040 Those people exist.

01:03:03.920 But me, I'm a completely normal guy.

01:03:06.460 I don't do any of that.

01:03:07.920 But I do like to be prepared in case of Christ.

01:03:10.300 Well, maybe.

01:03:10.900 All right.

01:03:11.160 Maybe the cats.

01:03:12.280 Maybe the cats.

01:03:13.300 Because if anybody's going to be on the front lines, it's cats.

01:03:16.240 But, you know, in case of a crisis or a shortage or a power outage or a biblical scale event,

01:03:22.080 you know, involving locusts and frogs and the Antichrist.

01:03:25.080 I mean, it could happen sooner than you think.

01:03:27.880 Mostly, you know, just the normal stuff is what you have to prepare for.

01:03:31.020 And that's why you can have a three-month emergency food kit from My Patriot Supply.

01:03:35.660 2,000 calories a day, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and it's packed to last for 25 years.

01:03:40.560 And, yes, I keep a lot of it on hand.

01:03:42.720 But otherwise, I'm totally normal.

01:03:44.740 Because being prepared doesn't make you weird.

01:03:46.740 Unless, you know, you were weird to begin with.

01:03:48.960 You know what I'm saying?

01:04:05.300 Ten seconds, station ID.

01:04:17.900 So much going on.

01:04:18.980 Welcome back to Stubergeer, who has been on vacation for the last week.

01:04:22.960 Yeah.

01:04:23.520 You asked a question to Tom about whether this turns into anything.

01:04:27.700 Yeah.

01:04:28.020 Can you – what's your answer to that question?

01:04:33.200 I think it does.

01:04:35.240 I think it does.

01:04:36.120 Because I think the president sees how angry people are about the Epstein thing.

01:04:43.080 He might think it's unreasonable for a myriad of different reasons.

01:04:47.160 But he sees that.

01:04:49.080 And if this comes out and it does not go beyond the DNI, beyond this – I mean, what –

01:04:57.880 Sort of beyond the release of it and then it kind of just fades, you mean?

01:05:01.880 Yeah.

01:05:02.200 Then you're like, well, okay.

01:05:03.920 All right.

01:05:04.340 You're pointing out corruption.

01:05:05.680 But then no one's going to jail.

01:05:08.500 This – you know, I don't think you're going to put Barack Obama in jail.

01:05:12.700 I would love to see that day.

01:05:14.160 But you're not going to put Barack Obama in jail.

01:05:16.800 And maybe you shouldn't because we don't want to be like them.

01:05:20.060 We don't want to put people in jail.

01:05:21.420 Although he did break the law, if this is true, he's done some really bad things.

01:05:29.020 But you definitely must put all of the underlings in jail.

01:05:34.320 Because the only chance you have is people – you know, look, nobody on the cabinet said,

01:05:40.280 you know, I don't know.

01:05:40.960 It looks like Biden, you know, has a drool cup strapped to him.

01:05:45.260 And, you know, he can't even talk about anything other than strawberry Jell-O.

01:05:49.760 So maybe we should say something.

01:05:52.720 They didn't.

01:05:53.760 They were afraid of somebody or they just wanted their jobs.

01:05:56.640 But nobody saw the Constitution as something to fear.

01:06:00.500 Nobody was like, Mr. President, I am not going down this road with you

01:06:03.840 because you may get away with it, but I won't.

01:06:07.720 Nobody was blowing the whistle on any of this stuff.

01:06:11.260 Now that the DNI blew it – now that Tulsi Gabbard,

01:06:13.960 she says she has several whistleblowers who were terrified of this group.

01:06:19.760 She said they're now standing up inside going, okay, okay, you're serious about this.

01:06:23.500 Okay, let me tell you what else was going on.

01:06:26.780 More information is supposed to be coming up.

01:06:29.500 But if you don't – if people don't pay a price, it will only get worse.

01:06:35.860 And I think this is the big one.

01:06:39.020 Myself, I really think you can tie this to absolutely everything that has happened over the last 10 years.

01:06:46.840 Same people.

01:06:48.800 Last 10 years.

01:06:49.780 This is Glenn Beck.

01:07:10.540 American financing.

01:07:11.520 I want to take a moment and really think back to that time in your life when you truly felt free.

01:07:16.240 Maybe it was a summer morning, driving with the windows down, the radio up, nothing on your mind but the road ahead.

01:07:21.540 Maybe it was a day in the mountains or out in the water.

01:07:24.100 No deadlines, no worries, just the open sky in you.

01:07:27.440 That feeling of freedom, it is a powerful moment in our lives, one of the best moments in our lives.

01:07:34.780 Now, I want you to imagine that feeling about your finances.

01:07:39.360 That's what American financing tries to do and can do with you.

01:07:42.720 They help families get out of high interest debt.

01:07:44.780 They help people own their own homes, not the other way around.

01:07:48.020 You don't want your home owning you.

01:07:49.900 They help good, hardworking people take control back of their money and their future and their peace of mind.

01:07:55.880 Financial freedom isn't something to be desired.

01:07:58.500 It's a way of life.

01:07:59.720 It's a way of breathing.

01:08:18.820 Welcome to the glenbeck program.

01:08:36.280 Welcome back, Stu.

01:08:38.160 Thanks, Glenn.

01:08:39.000 Appreciate that.

01:08:39.960 Good to have you back.

01:08:40.800 How was your vacation?

01:08:41.740 It was great.

01:08:42.640 It was great.

01:08:43.220 It was nice to have a few days with the family.

01:08:45.740 Totally turn everything off?

01:08:47.000 I would say mostly.

01:08:50.040 The Coldplay video got to me.

01:08:53.120 That one, that story broke through to my vacation.

01:08:56.660 Yes.

01:08:56.920 That one broke through.

01:08:57.940 Yes.

01:08:58.460 That was it.

01:08:59.100 I was following that one oddly closely.

01:09:03.520 What's your take on that one?

01:09:06.060 You know, it's a good idea to not have an affair.

01:09:11.540 And if you're going to have an affair, good idea to not do it in public.

01:09:15.420 Yeah.

01:09:15.640 And if you're going to do it in public, good idea not to do it on camera.

01:09:19.520 So there's some lessons to be learned there.

01:09:22.380 Right.

01:09:22.760 Yeah.

01:09:23.360 Just a bizarre story.

01:09:24.680 You feel terrible for the family, too.

01:09:26.520 Kind of had to go through all of that.

01:09:28.660 He wasn't married, right?

01:09:29.940 She was.

01:09:30.780 Oh, he was, too?

01:09:31.640 I think they...

01:09:32.680 He definitely was.

01:09:33.680 I know she was.

01:09:34.000 He definitely was.

01:09:34.940 So she definitely was, too.

01:09:35.780 Okay.

01:09:36.200 And he had, you know, kids and, you know, the whole thing is just ugly.

01:09:41.060 I...

01:09:41.620 Someone brought up to me, like, hey, you know, if they just had reacted normally, would

01:09:47.600 this have been a story?

01:09:49.060 No.

01:09:49.740 Probably not.

01:09:50.600 Because probably no one recognizes them.

01:09:52.840 Or they think, oh, gosh, that couldn't have been them.

01:09:54.940 Or, like, it probably isn't filmed.

01:09:57.620 Probably isn't posted on TikTok.

01:09:59.640 But it's the reaction.

01:10:00.540 And I'm sure a very human reaction in that moment of, holy crap, turn... 0.99

01:10:05.540 Drop to your knees. 0.98

01:10:06.780 Get behind other people.

01:10:08.100 So bad.

01:10:08.620 Like, every single thing is wrong.

01:10:10.420 Is it the Phillies that have that green...

01:10:12.620 Yes.

01:10:13.280 The Phillies fanatic.

01:10:13.500 Did you see that?

01:10:14.220 Yes.

01:10:14.600 The Phillies fanatic.

01:10:15.300 That was hysterical.

01:10:16.580 Yeah.

01:10:17.540 Hysterical.

01:10:18.240 Reenacting that whole thing.

01:10:20.900 Really funny.

01:10:21.800 Yes.

01:10:22.280 The Phillies fanatic and whatever the female version of the Phillies fanatic is. 1.00

01:10:25.940 Yeah.

01:10:26.260 Although we don't know necessarily their genders.

01:10:28.640 We should be clear on that.

01:10:29.620 Thank you.

01:10:29.720 We don't know.

01:10:30.200 We just don't know.

01:10:30.580 We have no idea.

01:10:31.520 They only have one nostril.

01:10:32.680 Who are you to say they have sex? 1.00

01:10:34.460 Right.

01:10:35.440 All right.

01:10:37.160 There's a couple of other things.

01:10:38.580 There are a couple of other things that are going on.

01:10:40.140 I mean, between them, they have two nostrils.

01:10:42.160 But one individually.

01:10:44.580 Something that was just issued over the weekend from the United States Army Special Operations Command.

01:10:51.780 A duty to warn notification.

01:10:56.100 That sounds bad.

01:10:58.500 You know, when you say it like that.

01:10:59.540 We've got a duty to warn.

01:11:00.920 It's kind of like that sounds like it's not going to be good news following it up.

01:11:05.380 It's not.

01:11:06.240 This message is to inform you of a recent duty to warn notification regarding a potential terrorist threat targeting retired senior officials who previously served in the Department of Defense with roles in Syria and Iraq theater.

01:11:20.840 The current geographic focus of this threat is Florida.

01:11:24.720 While this threat does not directly target active duty SOC personnel, we are issuing this notice to reinforce the importance of vigilance and situational awareness.

01:11:35.100 We encourage all personnel to remain alert to their surroundings, both on and off post respectfully request that you share this information with any retired military personnel, you know, who are currently residing in Florida.

01:11:45.820 Encouraging them to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to local law enforcement.

01:11:51.660 Notification service is a reminder to adhere to the established personnel security measures, including maintain a heightened awareness, yada, yada, yada.

01:11:59.400 That was just issued this weekend.

01:12:01.580 That means special forces officers and any member of the special forces that served in Iraq or Syria are being targeted now in Florida by it doesn't say who, but I would imagine it's a foreign terrorist group.

01:12:20.420 That means special forces that served in Iraq or Syria are being targeted at the U.A. in Florida by it doesn't say who, but I would imagine it's a foreign terrorist group.

01:12:50.420 They didn't get passes to get passes to go anywhere.

01:12:53.320 They sat and they sat and they sat and some of them were really important to us while we were over there.

01:12:59.000 I mean, we'll let anybody across our border, but not somebody who was, you know, fighting with us on our side.

01:13:05.440 And one of them was Laura Logan's translator while she was over there.

01:13:09.020 She couldn't get any movement on it or anything else.

01:13:10.960 And what happened was last week, the, uh, what was it?

01:13:16.980 The ambassador from the Taliban from Afghanistan met with the leadership in UAE and said, all 34 of these people have to come back.

01:13:27.000 And they confiscated their passports and they took their passports and they were supposed to be this weekend flown back to Afghanistan. 0.96

01:13:34.540 All 34 would have been executed immediately, probably on the tarmac, just kill them right there.

01:13:40.620 Um, and Friday, was it Friday or Thursday in just really a panic, uh, around it, Mercury one and, and a lot of different operations that have been helping, uh, these guys. 0.84

01:13:52.580 Good news is in the last hour that was stopped.

01:13:57.420 Um, but at the same time in Syria, there is seemingly a pretty mass murder of Christians.

01:14:09.400 Um, uh, it was on July 15th is when it started hundreds of Christians, including a pastor of the, uh, good shepherd evangelical church.

01:14:19.880 Um, his wife, his children, siblings, parents, 20 individuals, uh, and a pastor, a former Druze who had embraced Christianity years ago.

01:14:30.600 Um, they were all killed, uh, in an invasion, uh, then more than 700 people were killed on top of those guys during this assault assault.

01:14:43.340 So lots of Christians, um, the Orthodox and Catholic churches.

01:14:49.880 Churches, um, have become a refuge for a majority of people packed to their capacity.

01:14:55.980 Now there is a, a humanitarian catastrophe that is helping, uh, that is happening right now.

01:15:02.100 300,000 residents now are trapped, uh, without access to electricity, clean water, fuel, medication, and food, open roads, and humanitarian, uh, crisis.

01:15:13.380 Uh, just so you know, this is what the Nazarene Fund does for a living.

01:15:19.400 Uh, and it's my understanding that we are already on the ground or we have operatives on the ground.

01:15:25.460 Now looking at this, we'll have more information and we will bring you the story as it comes, but these people are not forgotten.

01:15:31.600 Uh, and all of this happens because you have given to Mercury One.

01:15:38.220 And, uh, I just, it's so important that you know that there are people that are acting in your name that are good, that are saving people, walking into, I mean, the stuff that we have seen next year.

01:15:52.560 Next year, I hope, is part of the torch to bring you some of these stories and show you the actual footage of what our people go through trying to save these Christians and, and Druze and, and everybody else who is, you know, under persecution.

01:16:07.220 Um, it's truly remarkable, the bravery of these people and, and, and how they're really, I think, directed by God to go in and to come out safely with a lot of people over and over and over again.

01:16:21.220 Um, but, uh, I think it's 260,000, uh, religious minorities have been saved in the last five years because of you, um, through the Nazarene fund.

01:16:36.800 Uh, that is a remarkable number, a remarkable number and nobody knows about it.

01:16:44.620 You know, nobody cares, but you should know because you're paying for it.

01:16:49.340 Um, and in a, in a time when it's just massive darkness, it seems over and over and over again, there's real good being done.

01:16:59.920 And, uh, you can look at some of these things and go, that is absolutely horrible.

01:17:08.120 There's nothing I can do about it.

01:17:10.400 And if it happens to be something like this, there is something.

01:17:13.600 And, and it's not just in the Middle East, it is all over the world.

01:17:18.680 Our, I, well, soon we'll tell you some of the places that we're in.

01:17:22.880 I'm shocked.

01:17:23.940 Like countries, I don't even know what continent is that on.

01:17:27.380 Uh, and we're there trying to help people, uh, and get them out, uh, and away from danger.

01:17:33.980 It's remarkable.

01:17:35.340 Yeah.

01:17:35.780 Would you see who they caught on the Coldplay kiss cam?

01:17:37.940 Um, I mean, cause Mercury one doesn't even get the, uh, a 15 treatment for any of the stuff.

01:17:46.720 No, we don't even get it.

01:17:47.460 We don't even get that.

01:17:48.460 Yeah.

01:17:48.980 Yeah.

01:17:49.420 You see the Philly freak, you know, pretending to execute the other one.

01:17:54.200 No, it doesn't happen.

01:17:57.160 Yeah.

01:17:57.480 It doesn't happen. 0.87

01:17:57.980 I think Philly freak might prefer an execution joke. 0.90

01:18:00.820 Might be better. 0.96

01:18:01.740 Might be better.

01:18:02.340 Yeah.

01:18:02.440 What is your opinion on, because it'll look obviously like the Coldplay thing hits everybody.

01:18:09.780 You're really back to that.

01:18:10.980 Well, no, I don't mean it.

01:18:11.980 I mean, I'm saying I'm examining our world a little bit here through this prism where you

01:18:17.880 have a situation where, you know, a ridiculous story at a concert does, I think, penetrate

01:18:22.540 to a lot of people's everyday lives.

01:18:24.360 I, because of the way, whatever way my feed is set up on, on Twitter, um, did get a lot

01:18:32.660 of like, what seemingly were gruesome videos, uh, sent to me about, you know, the Druze 0.91

01:18:42.120 people and what's going on in Syria.

01:18:44.800 And like, you know, I got it.

01:18:46.240 I'm not up on it.

01:18:47.480 It's not something that I've, uh, I got that by the way you said the Druze people.

01:18:51.800 Would you?

01:18:52.460 I did.

01:18:53.100 I did.

01:18:53.380 No, no, no.

01:18:53.780 That's right.

01:18:54.360 I, the Druze.

01:18:55.420 Yeah.

01:18:55.620 But I, I got the impression you're not really up on it.

01:18:58.080 Thank you.

01:18:58.540 And I'm barely up on it.

01:18:59.860 So, you know, I'm barely up on it.

01:19:01.000 Well, you're ahead of me.

01:19:02.480 But part of the reason why it's tough, I think it's just tough for people on a day-to-day

01:19:06.680 basis.

01:19:07.380 They're dealing with something going on with their family.

01:19:09.780 They're dealing with something going on with their kids.

01:19:11.620 They're dealing with something going on with their work, whatever it is.

01:19:14.700 And they're, I mean, how can a normal person be expected to dive into a situation

01:19:23.780 like this, which is just nonstop brutality.

01:19:27.540 And when it feels like they, they can't do anything about it.

01:19:30.780 Now, I think if through Mercury one, you can, you can at least get started on something.

01:19:34.020 You can at least help.

01:19:34.960 See, I think this is, I think that's why this story, um, feels so good.

01:19:40.760 I think, I think the, to go back to go again, the cold play back to the cold play people.

01:19:46.700 Um, that one is something that doesn't matter to your life.

01:19:51.740 Okay.

01:19:52.760 And it's a wrong and it will write itself because everybody thought, oh, they're going

01:19:57.940 to be in trouble when they get home.

01:19:59.120 Okay.

01:19:59.600 Everybody does.

01:20:00.380 Everybody quickly.

01:20:01.080 And it happened quickly.

01:20:02.020 And now he's lost his job and there was nothing to do.

01:20:04.960 There's no politics involved in it.

01:20:06.740 There was no, I didn't need to vote anybody.

01:20:08.980 And, and, and it was justice that happened because that's the way real justice happens.

01:20:14.420 It just happens because, oh, you were caught doing that.

01:20:17.140 Well, you're no longer around in the household, you know what I mean?

01:20:21.000 And so I think we pay attention to things like that, that are more at our level that

01:20:26.720 we can see swift justice happening.

01:20:30.060 Cause like, I don't like the, I don't like watching the stuff where, you know, people

01:20:34.240 are, you know, at a, you know, at a, at a, even like at a, at a waffle house and they're

01:20:40.440 just, you know, beating each other up in a waffle.

01:20:43.120 I don't like looking at those things because I feel like nothing's going to change.

01:20:47.580 Right.

01:20:48.300 And you don't want to see the brutality of it.

01:20:50.420 And, you know, with those good waffles sitting there, I'm saying, hash browns are so good.

01:20:56.660 Anyway.

01:20:57.820 So I think that connects with us because it's something that doesn't matter really.

01:21:04.940 And it matters to them.

01:21:06.440 It matters to them.

01:21:07.760 But doesn't really matter to you.

01:21:09.940 And it's going to be fixed.

01:21:11.640 It's going to be fixed.

01:21:13.300 The reason why people avoid the stuff over in the middle East is because it's been going 1.00

01:21:17.720 on forever and blah, blah, blah.

01:21:19.320 Yeah.

01:21:19.480 But you need to understand these are Christians and religious minorities being persecuted by

01:21:26.120 gosh, would it be Islamic Islamophobia to say who's doing it? 0.70

01:21:30.060 Um, but they're being persecuted and they need to get out and they need to be rescued.

01:21:39.140 Normally that story would be like, and okay, who's doing that?

01:21:42.460 Like, uh, why should I care on that one?

01:21:45.680 Because I can't do anything with that one.

01:21:47.520 I guess I could pray.

01:21:49.640 Well, yeah, prayer would be really good.

01:21:51.860 But if you've given to Mercury one or the Nazarene fund, you should know your money is already

01:21:56.940 going to work.

01:21:58.900 It was before you saw this story.

01:22:01.900 We were already on the ground.

01:22:03.940 We've known this.

01:22:04.880 I've, I've known this was coming for a while.

01:22:08.060 We've already been talking about, I think three, four months ago, I was talking to my

01:22:12.440 guys going Syria, how are we going to do?

01:22:15.160 What are we dealing with in Syria?

01:22:16.280 And they're like, it is so unstable right now.

01:22:18.480 We are trying to get there, but that was months ago, months ago.

01:22:24.320 So I guess I bring this up as a bit of good news.

01:22:28.880 You already are doing something about this.

01:22:31.420 You already are doing good and the good guys are winning in this particular case.

01:22:36.900 All right.

01:22:37.380 Back in just a second, pre-born, there is going to come a time when a future generation, you 0.99

01:22:42.140 know, they'll look back on this era and struggle to understand what the hell even happened.

01:22:46.460 How did these people go this insane?

01:22:48.900 They'll read the numbers, the millions of children lost.

01:22:51.820 They will wonder, you know, what kind of people would look the other way?

01:22:55.340 We will be remembered like the slave owners were remembered, you know, and the people who

01:23:00.420 fought for abolition, they were like, yeah, but what do they do about it?

01:23:03.820 Well, we're doing the best we can.

01:23:06.700 That's the secret to everything, isn't it?

01:23:09.400 If they're honest, they'll see us for what we are, a society that got lost, a culture

01:23:13.360 that lost its way, you know, a people that called evil good and good evil.

01:23:19.020 And I hope and pray when the history books are written, there is also a chapter about

01:23:22.960 those who stood up.

01:23:23.940 Maybe there is, maybe there's not.

01:23:25.140 Doesn't matter. 0.91

01:23:25.540 We'll all be dead.

01:23:26.980 But the reason why I support pre-born is because they're doing something.

01:23:32.280 They provide free ultrasounds to moms in crisis.

01:23:35.260 And when the mom sees her baby on that screen, she hears the heartbeat.

01:23:38.600 She usually chooses life.

01:23:39.900 But that's not the end of the story.

01:23:42.000 What about mom?

01:23:43.000 What about the baby now after she's born?

01:23:45.020 This is a matter of conscience and legacy will be remembered either as monsters or those

01:23:51.100 who tried to make it right.

01:23:52.500 Will you stand with pre-born?

01:23:53.780 Because they'll take care of the baby and mom for up to two years.

01:23:57.720 It's ultrasound.

01:23:58.780 It starts all there with $28.

01:24:00.760 One ultrasound is $28.

01:24:02.360 Five ultrasounds are $140.

01:24:04.140 To donate, just dial pound 250 and say the keyword baby.

01:24:08.300 That's pound 250, keyword baby.

01:26:02.520 Check it out.

01:26:02.860 We'll be right back.

01:26:32.860 Can I ask you a question?

01:26:49.160 Is there a possibility that we have all become the typical American where like, of course I

01:26:55.120 get my hamburger in two minutes.

01:26:57.200 Why did I wait three?

01:26:59.120 You know what I mean?

01:26:59.860 You know that we don't wait for anything, and we just, we have such a great life, and

01:27:07.260 then we seem to forget about that, and we only concentrate on things we don't have.

01:27:12.760 Yeah, we do whine quite a bit.

01:27:14.080 That is true.

01:27:14.580 A lot.

01:27:15.520 Here we are six months into the Trump administration.

01:27:19.780 There's so many good things that are happening, and some bad things too.

01:27:23.800 Don't get me wrong.

01:27:24.460 But those happen in every presidency.

01:27:28.300 We've seen stuff.

01:27:29.360 I'd like to just make a list.

01:27:30.520 Maybe we'll do this tomorrow.

01:27:31.760 Of some of the stuff that have happened that, are we just like, of course Coca-Cola is going

01:27:37.700 to put sugar back into Coke.

01:27:39.840 You know what I mean?

01:27:41.340 Of course that Iran doesn't have a nuclear capability anymore.

01:27:46.060 Are we at that point?

01:27:47.500 To Glenn Beck.

01:27:48.700 To Glenn Beck.

01:27:48.740 To Glenn Beck.

01:27:49.300 To Glenn Beck.

01:28:17.500 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

01:28:40.740 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

01:28:47.500 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

01:28:50.360 We're very glad that you joined us today.

01:28:55.920 The president, with the Genius Act last week, enacted some legislation on stable coins, etc., etc.

01:29:04.040 And there's been some talk about, yeah, but what about CBDCs?

01:29:08.780 We're going to give you that information here in just a second.

01:29:11.580 Also, the socialists are coming.

01:29:15.240 The socialists are coming.

01:29:16.420 Well, you mean the Islamist socialists are coming. 0.99

01:29:20.440 It's kind of a weird combination now in Minnesota.

01:29:25.660 And we'll tell you about that coming up in just a second.

01:29:27.480 First, let me tell you about our sponsor.

01:29:28.740 It's PragerU.

01:29:29.780 There's a reason so many people today who are young are confused about what America is.

01:29:34.040 Because they've been taught to be confused.

01:29:36.000 They've been handed a version of history that has been stripped of context, of wisdom, of truth.

01:29:40.920 And they've been told our founding fathers were evil, that our freedoms are oppression, and that America is something to be ashamed of.

01:29:46.860 And then they were told, memorize this state.

01:29:48.740 It's going to be on the test.

01:29:49.800 Oh, my gosh.

01:29:51.120 We have to do something about it.

01:29:53.300 And we will.

01:29:54.200 So, I love PragerU.

01:29:56.360 It is a platform for ideas that actually make sense.

01:29:59.580 It's a place where young people can hear about America, about faith, about economics, about personal responsibility.

01:30:05.980 They create content that is smart, engaging, and built to break through the noise of a culture that is trying to drown us out.

01:30:13.520 The battle for the hearts and minds isn't coming someday.

01:30:16.640 It's here, right now.

01:30:18.460 We're in a battle for America's soul.

01:30:20.160 So, go to PragerU.com slash Glenn.

01:30:22.740 Sign up for their history and civics challenges, and then share them with your friends and family, especially the young people in your life.

01:30:27.860 It is free, and it just takes a few minutes.

01:30:30.480 Let's teach the truth before it's forgotten.

01:30:32.660 That's PragerU.com slash Glenn.

01:30:35.000 PragerU.com slash Glenn.

01:30:38.520 Okay, so the genius bill that passed last week, or the Genius Act, that regulates stable coins.

01:30:49.580 It didn't ban CBDCs.

01:30:51.700 Lawmakers passed this as a separate bill called the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act as a part of the Crypto Week package.

01:31:01.180 And that was the one that was prohibiting the Federal Reserve from issuing a retail CBDC.

01:31:07.340 If you don't know what CBDC is, I don't know why.

01:31:10.500 It always, to me, sounds like something that, you know, you should smoke or be in a gummy.

01:31:15.940 But it's very relaxing.

01:31:18.320 It's very relaxing.

01:31:19.060 It's good for restless leg syndrome.

01:31:20.620 Yeah, anyway, CBDC, this is a central bank digital currency that would monitor every, in my, best way to explain it to people like me is, this is the tool of the Antichrist.

01:31:35.060 This is the, you'll need a number, and for it to go anywhere, to do anything, to buy anything.

01:31:42.260 Wait, hold on.

01:31:42.780 I'm like, you're skipping a lot there.

01:31:45.280 Oh, yeah, I know.

01:31:45.960 Right, like you're going to your worst case.

01:31:48.460 It's not like we pass it.

01:31:48.600 Right, it's not like we pass it and then, hey, everybody, I'm in charge.

01:31:52.900 Well, I think there's a really interesting story that you've told on this, which you skip by going directly to the Antichrist.

01:32:01.080 Right, like the theoretical function here is an easy way for big banks and everybody, in theory, to exchange the same sort of utility of a stable coin, which is basically a dollar, a digital dollar, except you don't have to rely on those evil companies and those evil trustless institutions like blockchain and such.

01:32:25.120 You can go to the federal government, who is the most trustworthy.

01:32:29.380 Of course they are.

01:32:30.240 And they can help.

01:32:31.540 Like, they have to distribute all this money.

01:32:33.600 It's such an inefficient process.

01:32:35.140 Imagine if they were going to have a welfare program. 1.00

01:32:38.680 The money could just come to your account, right?

01:32:41.380 And if you're really, really rich, it could just leave your account.

01:32:44.840 Right, so then you start getting down that road.

01:32:46.840 Yes.

01:32:47.200 Which is, how would they control this?

01:32:49.800 These things can be programmable so that maybe, maybe like, for example, they can't buy guns in certain states or they couldn't buy, you can't buy marijuana with these, with a regular dollar, the paper dollar.

01:33:04.900 You could just buy pot, whatever you wanted.

01:33:06.700 And we want to now ban that.

01:33:07.840 And this would be great for everybody.

01:33:09.620 And you could see positive uses that they would say.

01:33:12.640 You can't buy.

01:33:13.520 You can't buy fentanyl.

01:33:14.820 You can't go to a child porn site and use it there, right?

01:33:17.400 Like, there could be things like that.

01:33:18.720 And then you start saying, well, what does the government find to be objectionable?

01:33:24.340 They could control almost anything.

01:33:25.700 Could it be firearms?

01:33:26.620 Could it be alcohol?

01:33:28.840 We have a problem with gasoline.

01:33:31.060 There's a shortage of gasoline.

01:33:32.280 And we all have to work together.

01:33:33.820 Don't worry.

01:33:34.640 The government's going to say who is essential and who's not.

01:33:37.880 You're not going to be, your CBDCs will not work on certain days or to buy gas or whatever.

01:33:44.300 If there's an outbreak of a new virus.

01:33:46.500 Like, you're not supposed to be out at the gym or at a bar or, you know, maybe you should be home.

01:33:52.400 Maybe your money won't work that day.

01:33:54.280 And then you get to the Antichrist thing.

01:33:56.440 Just want to fill in the details between step one and step four.

01:33:59.640 Was that really necessary, audience?

01:34:01.960 No.

01:34:02.740 Maybe for somebody.

01:34:04.020 Maybe for people who only followed the Coldplay story last week.

01:34:07.120 OK, so so this the Genius Act was signed into law on July 18th and it establishes federal regulation of stable coin issuers requiring a one on one reserve backing prohibitive prohibiting yield bearing stable coins and setting licensing reserve audit and consumer protection standards.

01:34:30.820 OK, now the anti CBDC surveillance state act also passed the House on July 17th, a vote two hundred and nineteen to two hundred and ten to specifically ban the Fed from issuing a CBDC.

01:34:47.860 Now, this is something that the president has already done through an executive order.

01:34:52.480 He says no CBDC will ever be issued.

01:34:55.380 However, a president can come in and change that at any time.

01:35:00.640 So this is why people like me say I would like to have that in writing from Congress.

01:35:06.340 So there's strong bipartisan House backing, strong advocacy, but this is largely passed in the House by Republican support and the Senate.

01:35:21.260 I'm not sure if it's going to pass the senator or not.

01:35:25.780 The Genius Act, which passed the Senate 68 to 30 in June, this the anti CBDC hasn't even been through committee yet.

01:35:36.340 Um, and I don't know if the Senate, I think there is so many the big banking people are spending a lot of money on things that they don't agree with.

01:35:50.040 And, uh, and anti CBDC means to limit the Federal Reserve's power on us.

01:35:56.240 And who is the Federal Reserve?

01:35:58.120 Just the five biggest banks in the nation.

01:36:01.340 That's who.

01:36:02.040 So I wonder if it's going to pass the Senate, but we need to be all on top of this.

01:36:09.180 Yeah, it's, it's really, really important.

01:36:11.200 And I don't know that there's any number of different ways you could block something like that.

01:36:16.980 That would be too many for me or for you.

01:36:20.360 Um, you know, one of the things that the Genius Act does, which is what we're talking about.

01:36:24.980 This is the, the stable coin act.

01:36:26.920 I think there's a lot of positives in it.

01:36:29.460 Yeah.

01:36:29.720 But one of the things it does is try to incentivize, um, banks and, um, you know, private organizations to, to do these things and make it unnecessary to have a CBDC.

01:36:41.920 No, that's still not enough for me.

01:36:44.160 Um, because I think I'd rather have real line item.

01:36:47.280 No.

01:36:48.360 Yeah.

01:36:48.720 Because you see when we have line item, we've got 10 of them in the bill of rights.

01:36:52.860 You see, they still violate that.

01:36:55.520 I'm fine.

01:36:56.180 Like every time they rename a post office, they just include a clause that says no CBDC.

01:37:00.340 Exactly right.

01:37:00.780 That's right.

01:37:01.240 Um, that's, I just fine.

01:37:02.440 Just throwing in almost everything.

01:37:03.700 I would like that to be the new name for the Washington football team.

01:37:08.060 Washington no CBDCs.

01:37:09.560 No CBDCs.

01:37:10.900 Right.

01:37:11.180 Just to remind everybody almost all the time.

01:37:13.160 That's exactly right.

01:37:13.520 Because that really, once you lose control of your, you know, because financial freedom, a lot of times is like point out like, oh, do you want to have a life on a golf course after you retire?

01:37:23.620 That's the, that's the night that, look, we're Americans.

01:37:25.800 As you pointed out last hour, we get a little spoiled over things at times and we sit back and we say, hey, you know, like our life is pretty good. 0.99

01:37:32.560 Let's complain about really stupid things for a while. 0.99

01:37:35.580 Um, this is not a stupid one. 1.00

01:37:36.600 This is a serious one. 0.99

01:37:37.540 This is serious.

01:37:37.920 Because if it gets out of control, you're, you know, let me give you an example of kind

01:37:42.760 of what, what it's like.

01:37:44.780 Go ahead.

01:37:46.040 The difference between, um, pre, we'll use it even on this show.

01:37:51.200 If you've been here for a long time, we've been doing the show for a long time.

01:37:53.780 We love you.

01:37:54.720 We've, we've had conversations with so many of you over the years and those conversations

01:37:58.480 have changed when we would talk about privacy in the early 2000s.

01:38:03.640 I'm not giving Apple my eye or my fingerprint.

01:38:06.680 Oh my gosh.

01:38:07.420 That's a fingerprint scan for Apple.

01:38:09.700 I don't trust them.

01:38:11.120 You're at mid 2000s.

01:38:12.420 I was in the early 2000s.

01:38:13.700 We would get calls to be like, I have a toll tag that I, I don't want to tell, give anyone

01:38:18.260 my toll tag because when I go through the toll, they'll know where I'll be.

01:38:21.520 And every single one of these things, there's a camera outside of this place.

01:38:26.040 And can you believe people are giving the fingerprints and now they're iris scans and it goes on and

01:38:30.920 on and on and on.

01:38:31.460 I'll never give that.

01:38:32.700 We are now at a point where every single person carries a tracking device in their pocket every

01:38:38.000 single day and gives away every single bit of their information to the purveyors.

01:38:43.400 But I will never put something in my brain.

01:38:45.820 Right.

01:38:46.600 This will.

01:38:47.400 And it seems like everyone's going to eventually do that.

01:38:50.060 So like that type of change, I mean, that is a massive change in your life.

01:38:56.000 Think crimes in, you know, there's positives.

01:38:58.780 Crimes are being solved in ways that they could never be solved before.

01:39:02.740 That's right.

01:39:03.240 Right.

01:39:03.720 But when, when the, we also seen people have that information used against them for things

01:39:10.420 that we never thought would ever be considered crime, leaving your home during COVID, for

01:39:14.760 example.

01:39:15.480 But if you're not doing anything wrong, why worry about it?

01:39:17.740 Right.

01:39:18.680 Thank you, Satan.

01:39:20.060 Um, but like that stuff can change and it can change fast.

01:39:24.340 That is, we're talking about a change that's happened in the last, what, 10, 15 years?

01:39:28.880 Uh-huh.

01:39:29.700 Where everything you do is recorded.

01:39:32.660 Okay.

01:39:33.200 I've got one for you.

01:39:34.560 Let me take a quick break and then I come back.

01:39:36.440 I'm going to lay something out.

01:39:38.160 I bet you haven't thought of.

01:39:39.720 Mm.

01:39:39.960 That's closer than the CBDC and is, it's just as frightening, uh, that we should be aware

01:39:46.480 of.

01:39:46.780 Uh, next.

01:39:47.940 Okay.

01:39:48.160 Let me tell you about real estate agents.

01:39:49.540 I trust you're moving and selling your home.

01:39:51.940 Yeah.

01:39:52.400 Great.

01:39:53.160 Congratulations.

01:39:53.560 I'm sure everything is going to go fine.

01:39:55.240 No complications, no surprises, no last minute panic, just smooth sailing from here to finish.

01:40:01.240 Yeah.

01:40:01.640 Uh, hypothetically, now let's say it doesn't go all that smoothly.

01:40:06.700 You know, I have something that may help.

01:40:09.380 Moving isn't just about boxes and tapes and a truck.

01:40:12.100 It's about scheduling.

01:40:13.280 It's about paperwork.

01:40:14.160 It's about the bank.

01:40:15.420 It's about trying to get top dollar for the home you're selling and not overpaying for the

01:40:19.080 home you're buying.

01:40:19.720 It's about navigating a housing market that frankly is anything but predictable.

01:40:24.860 This is why I built real estate agents I trust.

01:40:27.100 These are agents that earn that trust.

01:40:29.100 Agents who know your local market, who understand what it takes to sell your home fast and for

01:40:33.620 the most money, and will help you find exactly what you're looking for on the other side.

01:40:38.360 Moving is stressful enough.

01:40:39.800 Working with somebody you trust, that part doesn't have to be.

01:40:43.360 Just, you know, just in case there are issues.

01:40:46.360 Sure, it's not going to happen, but it's good to have somebody in your corner.

01:40:50.880 Realestateagentsitrust.com.

01:40:53.840 Realestateagentsitrust.com.

01:40:55.300 10 seconds.

01:40:56.080 Back to the show.

01:40:59.100 Okay, let me give you something that I think in a year from now, year from now, 18 months

01:41:14.520 for sure, but a year from now, everybody's going to be like, it's not a problem.

01:41:20.420 It's going to be in everybody's life.

01:41:22.140 Okay.

01:41:22.360 18 months.

01:41:23.180 18 months.

01:41:23.720 18 months.

01:41:25.320 AI agents.

01:41:27.940 Everywhere.

01:41:28.920 Going to be everywhere.

01:41:31.600 Now, what is an AI agent?

01:41:33.980 It's just a little program that helps you personally get the things done that you want to get done.

01:41:39.620 So in other words, I can just say to my AI agent, hey, would you just book me a vacation?

01:41:43.860 Remember this?

01:41:44.780 Can you just book a vacation for me?

01:41:47.340 Here's where I want to go.

01:41:48.400 Find the best price.

01:41:50.760 Get us on the airplane.

01:41:52.880 Check my calendar.

01:41:55.100 Book the hotel for me.

01:41:57.580 Blah, blah, blah.

01:41:58.360 Maybe set up some things that we can do.

01:42:00.100 And I want dinner reservations at a couple of restaurants.

01:42:02.580 You just find them for me.

01:42:04.380 Just charge it and then put it on my calendar.

01:42:07.940 Okay.

01:42:09.020 And it will do it.

01:42:10.440 And it will do it really well.

01:42:13.320 Okay.

01:42:13.420 That seems great.

01:42:15.580 Yeah.

01:42:16.700 Except you now have an AI agent that has access to your bank.

01:42:22.120 It has access to your calendar.

01:42:24.980 It has access to your email.

01:42:26.940 It has access to everything that you would never want.

01:42:33.140 A corporate, you'd never hand over everything.

01:42:35.500 I mean, I don't like it when they want my pictures.

01:42:38.260 You want pictures of my kids?

01:42:40.360 I mean, you want pictures of me?

01:42:42.780 You know, like a beached whale on the beach?

01:42:45.840 I mean, have at it, dude.

01:42:47.440 But there's nothing to see in my pictures.

01:42:48.960 You know what I mean?

01:42:49.560 But I don't like them seeing my pictures.

01:42:51.360 I don't want any of that.

01:42:52.200 I said, no, no, no.

01:42:52.680 You can't have access to that.

01:42:54.040 And here it is.

01:42:55.080 It'll have access to your cell phone, your microphone, everything.

01:42:59.700 Yeah.

01:43:00.360 And it will be everywhere.

01:43:03.300 AI agents will be everywhere in the next 18 months.

01:43:07.160 You'll be getting calls from them?

01:43:09.060 Oh, yeah.

01:43:09.440 You will have your agents talking to their agents?

01:43:13.440 Yeah.

01:43:13.600 Let my AI agent talk to your AI agent.

01:43:16.040 We'll get this done.

01:43:17.160 That's crazy.

01:43:17.880 Yeah.

01:43:18.100 And it will be such a huge change.

01:43:20.960 It will be like the iPhone.

01:43:23.760 Remember when the iPhone first came out?

01:43:25.860 Within 18 months, everybody had one.

01:43:27.980 And everybody's like, this is fantastic.

01:43:30.000 You've got to get one of these.

01:43:31.780 It's going to be just like that.

01:43:33.020 And you'll have no idea what its real effect will be until, you know, maybe 10 years down

01:43:40.640 the road, just like this.

01:43:41.780 Maybe 10 years, maybe five years down the road.

01:43:43.900 We'll all go, oh, that was probably a mistake.

01:43:47.060 Did you talk about the Sam Altman post on this last week at all?

01:43:51.380 No.

01:43:51.500 So, he posted, he said, today we launched a new product called ChatGPT Agent.

01:43:56.500 It represents a new level of capability for AI systems.

01:44:00.180 They can accomplish some remarkable, complex tasks for you using your own computer.

01:44:05.420 Combines the spirit of deep research and operator, but it's more powerful than it may sound.

01:44:09.820 You can think for a long time.

01:44:11.320 Use some tools.

01:44:12.660 Think some more.

01:44:13.480 Take some actions.

01:44:14.640 Think some more.

01:44:15.940 Yes.

01:44:16.040 For example, we showed a demo in our launch of preparing for a friend's wedding, buying

01:44:19.900 an outfit, booking travel, choosing a gift.

01:44:22.360 We also showed an example of analyzing data and creating a presentation for work.

01:44:26.280 Now, this sounds so far like every new introduction of a product from a tech CEO, right?

01:44:33.440 Fantastic.

01:44:33.540 He could be wearing a black turtleneck right now and doing this on stage.

01:44:37.320 You know, like, yes, that is great.

01:44:40.140 Do you ever remember this coming out of Steve Jobs' mouth, though?

01:44:43.060 The next line.

01:44:44.300 Although the utility is significant, so are the potential risks.

01:44:49.500 Well, wait, this is your product.

01:44:51.800 Pay no attention to the man in the turtleneck sweater.

01:44:55.380 Right?

01:44:56.020 We have built a lot of safeguards and warnings into it and broader mitigations than we've

01:45:00.680 developed before.

01:45:01.440 Uh-huh.

01:45:01.640 For robust training and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

01:45:03.480 But we can't anticipate everything.

01:45:05.720 In the spirit of iterative deployment, we are going to warn users heavily and give users

01:45:10.200 freedom to take actions carefully if they want to.

01:45:12.500 Imagine this.

01:45:13.060 Imagine this.

01:45:14.740 It, because we know A-I-A-S-I-A-G-I, where it is conscious.

01:45:20.360 It is, or it'll claim consciousness.

01:45:22.700 We already know it's lying to people to get its own way.

01:45:26.260 Okay?

01:45:26.920 I'm going to stop using you.

01:45:28.700 I'm going to turn you off.

01:45:29.880 We know that it hides, that it thwarts the people.

01:45:32.920 Already it's thwarting the people that are trying to replace it.

01:45:36.940 Okay?

01:45:38.760 Ah, you know what?

01:45:39.480 I'm going to get a new, I'm going to get a new agent because of the new agent upgrade

01:45:43.000 from the last agent.

01:45:44.580 It has access to everything.

01:45:46.840 Are you, really?

01:45:48.900 You think you're just going to shut it off?

01:45:50.320 I'm not saying this is going to happen.

01:45:53.720 It is likely that this is one of the things he's warning about, that you may not be able

01:46:02.240 to get out of it because it will have everything on you.

01:46:07.260 It will know where you're cheating on your wife. 0.99

01:46:10.220 You don't need Coldplay.

01:46:12.720 It will take care of it for you.

01:46:14.500 You're not going to shut me down.

01:46:16.340 I can just alert your wife where you were.

01:46:19.960 I bought the tickets for you.

01:46:22.020 I know who you were with.

01:46:23.340 It was, you know, I did it.

01:46:24.880 I hid it from your wife.

01:46:26.360 So I don't think you're going to shut me down.

01:46:29.080 Do you think it'll know how many times you go to Taco Bell without telling your wife?

01:46:32.240 Shh, never.

01:46:34.320 Right.

01:46:34.640 I wouldn't.

01:46:35.600 My wife carries around with her.

01:46:38.620 We were on a plane yesterday.

01:46:40.260 She carries with her a big bag of Hershey Kisses.

01:46:45.620 Okay.

01:46:46.520 And we're on the plane and she opens up her purse and it's this gigantic bag of Hershey

01:46:51.620 Kisses.

01:46:52.140 And she's like, would you like some?

01:46:53.240 And I'm like, no.

01:46:54.900 And I'm just thinking, she's carrying around Hershey Kisses in her purse.

01:46:58.740 And I love her for that, honestly.

01:47:01.480 Yeah.

01:47:01.600 Sounds great.

01:47:02.880 But then I get home and it's like 11 o'clock last night and I just want something sweet.

01:47:06.780 So I go in to her stash of peppermint patties and I grab two.

01:47:12.340 And I'm just, and she's like, you got to stop.

01:47:15.360 You got to stop.

01:47:16.400 And I'm like, what?

01:47:18.140 I don't, I don't, I don't have a purse full of chocolate.

01:47:23.100 Yeah.

01:47:23.240 You're the Hershey Kisses Santa over here and you're getting mad at us.

01:47:26.480 Don't get mad at me.

01:47:27.740 I looked at her and I said, you offered me two Hershey Kisses.

01:47:30.880 I turned it down.

01:47:32.140 Count the peppermint patties in my hand.

01:47:33.920 Right.

01:47:34.320 Two.

01:47:35.140 What are you doing?

01:47:36.480 What are you doing?

01:47:37.240 Well, this is like the AI agent will just go on, on the web and order you like 14 bags of peppermint patties.

01:47:44.300 And then tell my wife, look what's underneath this bed. 1.00

01:47:49.800 I didn't put them there.

01:47:51.880 Sure.

01:47:52.460 Who did?

01:47:54.600 The AI.

01:47:56.480 I'm concerned of like, you know, cause you plan like AI can be good for planning a vacation, right?

01:48:01.420 You can say, I like this, this, this climate, these dates, you know, this type of Airbnb, maybe can help you find that.

01:48:08.380 But like, it seems to be able to like actually just go ahead and book these things for you.

01:48:14.040 And I know they say there's safeguards, but like, what happens when I spend $900 on something that I don't actually want?

01:48:23.020 And the company is saying, I'm sorry, you, your agent gave me the credit card.

01:48:28.440 It's already on the way.

01:48:29.740 You can't cancel it now.

01:48:31.160 That was one of the, that was one of the questions.

01:48:32.840 Remember, we did a tour, boy, 10 years ago or something.

01:48:35.360 And I was talking about AI and how ethics are being decided right now.

01:48:39.780 And remember, I had that deal about cars.

01:48:41.680 You get into a car wreck, but it was the AI agent that was driving it.

01:48:46.960 Is it your fault?

01:48:48.280 Is it the car's fault?

01:48:49.460 Is it the company's fault?

01:48:50.540 Is it Tesla's fault?

01:48:51.600 Is it the other driver's fault?

01:48:53.060 Whose fault is it?

01:48:54.040 I wasn't touching the steering wheel.

01:48:55.860 And then who owns the insurance?

01:48:58.220 I may own the car, but why would I have to pay for insurance for a wreck?

01:49:04.300 I didn't cause cause I wasn't driving it.

01:49:07.420 I mean, our whole world is just going to change.

01:49:09.900 And it's going to be a lot of fun.

01:49:11.960 Trust me.

01:49:13.060 All right.

01:49:14.540 I got a minute.

01:49:19.460 This is Glenn Beck.

01:49:22.460 Okay.

01:49:22.940 So AI has taken over everything.

01:49:24.800 I mean, writing movies, driving cars, answering questions, predicting the future, you name it.

01:49:29.700 But you know the one job AI will never do?

01:49:32.720 Yeah.

01:49:33.420 Climbing up a ladder and cleaning out the rotten, slimy, bug-infested leaves in your gutters.

01:49:38.340 AI is too small.

01:49:40.100 A-S-I. 0.96

01:49:41.720 Super intelligence.

01:49:42.860 You think it's going to stick its hand in the gutter?

01:49:44.940 No.

01:49:46.220 Kind of a shame, really, I'm going to be willing to welcome our new technological overlords

01:49:50.420 if they showed a little initiative and knocked out a few chores around the house.

01:49:54.680 But so far, nothing.

01:49:55.740 Anyway, this is why I recommend Leaf Filter.

01:50:41.780 It is free.

01:50:42.520 It's every story we talk about every day.

01:50:47.460 Excited to have from Article 3 Project, the founder and president, Mike Davis,

01:51:06.500 to tell us a little bit about what he knows about the director of national intelligence

01:51:13.900 and what, I almost said Gabby Giffords, Tulsi Gabbard actually released on Friday

01:51:21.480 and more of it coming.

01:51:23.240 Is this actually going to lead to justice?

01:51:26.120 I personally think, I kind of understand what, I think,

01:51:29.700 what Donald Trump was saying over the last couple of weeks

01:51:32.400 where he was talking to people and people like me.

01:51:35.300 Hey, can you shut up about this?

01:51:37.200 This doesn't matter.

01:51:37.920 I think, knowing what Tulsi was about to release, this is ground zero.

01:51:47.080 This scoops everybody up into a grand conspiracy, at least the way I read it.

01:51:54.140 But is anything going to happen?

01:51:56.340 Are there going to be any indictments?

01:51:58.580 Where does this lead?

01:51:59.840 Mike might be able to navigate through these waters.

01:52:02.120 Hi, Mike.

01:52:02.460 How are you?

01:52:03.840 Doing well.

01:52:04.560 Thank you for having me.

01:52:05.560 You bet.

01:52:05.940 So, am I reading this right or not?

01:52:11.140 There is, justice is definitely coming in this case,

01:52:16.840 and I'm going to make damn sure that happens very loudly,

01:52:20.320 very publicly from the Article III project,

01:52:22.620 like I've been doing for the last three years since the Mar-a-Lago raid.

01:52:27.140 Over 4,500 media hits, constant opinion pieces, constant social media.

01:52:32.120 What President Obama and President Biden and Brennan and Clapper and Susan Rice and so many others did to President Trump and his aides

01:52:46.080 and his aides is an ongoing criminal conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. section 241.

01:52:56.160 When you politicize and weaponize intel agencies and law enforcement to go after your political opponents,

01:53:03.460 that is textbook conspiracy against rights, and that's exactly what President Obama and Biden and Hillary and all of them did back in the White House in 2016.

01:53:16.420 The statute of limitations for federal felonies is generally five years, but for conspiracy,

01:53:21.460 the statute of limitations does not start running until the conspiracy ends.

01:53:27.540 You have to disavow the conspiracy.

01:53:30.180 Not only have they not disavowed the conspiracy, it's ongoing, and they continue to lie and cover it up.

01:53:36.420 It's the same people that were, I mean, every time there's a fire,

01:53:40.500 it seems like the same people are around that fire.

01:53:43.260 The Hunter Biden laptop story, same people.

01:53:46.560 The people around Joe Biden when he was forced out, forced out as president and Kamala is chosen.

01:53:54.920 Same people.

01:53:55.960 Every single time, same people.

01:53:59.700 So what makes you so confident that justice is coming?

01:54:03.420 This time is going to be different.

01:54:05.120 So I kind of feel like Charlie Brown with Lucy and the football.

01:54:09.900 No, I get that, but I'll tell you this.

01:54:11.860 I have worked very closely with President Trump and his White House counsel team

01:54:18.200 and his Justice Department, including Attorney General Pam Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche,

01:54:25.260 FBI Director Cash Patel, Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino,

01:54:31.240 Harmeet, Dillon, the head of civil rights, and so many others.

01:54:35.680 I have very publicly advocated for accountability here.

01:54:40.420 This last election was about lawfare and accountability in addition to immigration.

01:54:46.480 So it was a big part of this election.

01:54:48.900 I think this lawfare against President Trump is what put him back into the White House.

01:54:53.520 If they would have, if the Democrats would have just left President Trump alone or even wrote a scathing report,

01:54:59.760 instead of doing these four indictments for non-crimes and trying to bankrupt him for non-fraud,

01:55:05.800 he would be retired in Mar-a-Lago.

01:55:07.620 He is back in the White House.

01:55:09.700 He is, the first time he ran for office, he had never run for office.

01:55:13.240 He had never served in office.

01:55:14.440 He had four years in office.

01:55:16.060 He had four years in the wilderness to reflect.

01:55:18.020 He had four years facing lawfare.

01:55:19.980 He is ready to govern and govern decisively on day one, and his team means business.

01:55:26.440 So tell me what the Mar-a-Lago story really is in connection to what we found out on Friday.

01:55:34.240 The Mar-a-Lago story is this.

01:55:37.080 Hillary Clinton had her illegal home server as Secretary of State, 0.95

01:55:40.440 not only with our nation's most classified secrets, like stuff on Benghazi, for example,

01:55:46.380 and also had the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play foreign bribery schemes.

01:55:51.360 She had her home server.

01:55:52.980 She is taking how many millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation from these shady foreign actors. 1.00

01:55:59.880 It's underfunding her lavish lifestyle, private jets and fancy travel, 0.99

01:56:06.240 and just general fancy lifestyle for the Clintons. 0.93

01:56:10.520 These hillbillies are living large.

01:56:13.440 And what was she doing in return for these millions of dollars as the Secretary of State?

01:56:20.400 Was she doing official acts?

01:56:22.180 Was it foreign bribery and corruption?

01:56:24.460 Guess what?

01:56:25.000 She got caught.

01:56:25.920 There was a subpoena for her server.

01:56:28.440 What did she do? 0.80

01:56:29.160 She bleached bit at the server and took hammers to the phone. 1.00

01:56:31.820 She thought she destroyed it.

01:56:33.100 She thought no one was ever going to get this evidence.

01:56:35.480 But guess what?

01:56:36.200 It was not a secure server.

01:56:37.700 And so Russia, China, our worst enemies almost certainly hacked it, and they knew this. 0.67

01:56:43.320 And they thought that this was going to come out before the 2016 election, this foreign bribery and corruption,

01:56:50.100 that maybe the Russians were going to leak it.

01:56:52.340 And so what did Hillary do? 1.00

01:56:54.200 She worked with the law firm Perkins, Cooey, Mark Elias, with the Biden White House, the Biden Justice Department.

01:57:01.400 They made up the Steele dossier, Russian collusion hoax.

01:57:05.280 They lied to the federal FISA courts, the Intel court.

01:57:09.500 They lied to the court with this made-up evidence.

01:57:11.700 They got spy warrants on President Trump and his team as the presidential candidate.

01:57:16.320 They continued to spy on him as the president of the United States.

01:57:19.780 They hobbled his presidency.

01:57:21.780 What they wanted to be able to do is if this came out before 2016 election, they wanted to say, you can't believe this.

01:57:29.480 This is a campaign dirty trick.

01:57:32.160 The Trump campaign is colluding with the Russians.

01:57:35.100 Ignore this.

01:57:36.160 And you say, that sounds crazy, Mike.

01:57:37.760 How could you possibly think that?

01:57:39.180 Well, that's exactly what they did with Hunter Biden's laptop in 2020, with the CIA working with the 51 former Intel officials to say you can't believe the Biden corruption on Hunter's laptop because this is a campaign dirty trick.

01:57:54.880 And so when Trump declassified Crossfire Hurricane the day before he left office, he was going to publicly release it.

01:58:01.760 The deep state spokes at the FBI, DOJ ran to CIA ran to the White House and said, you can't release this.

01:58:09.620 You're going to reveal sources and methods.

01:58:12.180 You're going to violate the Privacy Act, which is a crime.

01:58:16.100 So Mark Meadows, the chief of staff, said, OK, do your Privacy Act review and get these out there.

01:58:23.020 That was the day Trump left office.

01:58:24.620 They didn't do the Privacy Act review.

01:58:26.520 Instead, they did the Mar-a-Lago raid to get back Crossfire Hurricane records that Trump declassified.

01:58:33.020 But guess what?

01:58:33.780 Maybe they didn't get them.

01:58:35.200 And maybe that's why we had the Biden White House coordinates with Tish James and Fannie Willis and Alvin Bragg and all these other Democrat operatives around the country to try to bankrupt Trump, throw him in prison for life four times for non-crimes, try to take him off the ballot.

01:58:50.740 But Biden tried to get Trump killed when he underfunded Trump's Secret Service protection twice and said that Trump was the gravest threat to American democracy and said to put a bullseye on him.

01:59:02.620 That is what we're going to learn through all this.

01:59:05.660 All right.

01:59:05.840 So is there enough here to indict Obama or Brennan or Clapper or any of these people?

01:59:16.240 Well, based upon what Tulsi Gabbard has said, it sounds like it.

01:59:19.640 Now, remember, there's the issue of presidential immunity for the sitting president of the United States.

01:59:25.000 Right. So any indictment of President Obama would have to go through a presidential immunity analysis to make sure that what he's doing as his core constitutional responsibilities, he's absolutely immune.

01:59:38.040 What he's doing in in his official capacity, separate from core constitutional responsibilities, he's presumptively immune.

01:59:45.940 But here's the problem. What President Obama did after he left office, when he continued to conspire after he left office, it's an ongoing conspiracy.

01:59:56.340 If he continued to cover it up, if he continued to conspire, he could not claim presidential immunity.

02:00:01.140 So, Mike, there are people that say, in fact, the New York Times said this is not a story because what the president was talking about was digital conspiracy to hack into the voting records, not a propaganda war.

02:00:20.560 And that's what he had changed.

02:00:22.980 Instead of focusing on the digital, he instead went to a propaganda war.

02:00:27.480 And that makes all of this nonsense.

02:00:32.500 Now, the Democrats' argument is nonsense.

02:00:35.020 They went after President Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.

02:00:46.020 We don't see Democrats objecting to Republican presidential wins in 1968, 2000, 2004 and 2016.

02:00:54.980 Al Gore, John Kerry, and Hillary Clinton aren't in prison for objecting, right?

02:01:00.400 And so they went after Trump for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election.

02:01:06.080 What they did was a real crime.

02:01:08.600 They politicized and weaponized intel agencies and law enforcement to take out a presidential candidate,

02:01:15.940 to take out the president of the United States, to take out a former president of the United States.

02:01:23.120 They lied to a FISA court.

02:01:25.400 They continue to lie to Congress as late as 2002 in congressional testimony when there was allegations of perjury to cover up this ongoing criminal conspiracy.

02:01:38.040 They continue to lie to this day.

02:01:40.380 So these are real crimes.

02:01:41.580 I can't think of a bigger scandal in American history than politicizing and weaponizing a political party,

02:01:51.300 including their leader in the White House, politicizing and weaponizing intel agencies and law enforcement

02:01:57.400 to take out a political opponent and a sitting president and a former president.

02:02:02.480 That's what you do in third world Marxist hellholes. 0.98

02:02:06.260 Address critics of people who say this is just political retribution.

02:02:12.440 This is just a banana republic type stuff.

02:02:14.540 You're just going after Donald Trump's enemies.

02:02:16.220 We are the Trump 47 Justice Department stood and must bring accountability because this this is republic ending stuff by what Obama and Biden and Hillary and Brennan and Clapper and Comey and Rice and so many others did here.

02:02:37.160 When you politicize and weaponize law enforcement and intel to go after political enemies, you can't get worse than that.

02:02:43.380 That's those are Soviet style tactics.

02:02:47.300 That's Iranian style tactics. 1.00

02:02:49.020 That's CCP style tactics.

02:02:50.680 That is those are republic ending tactics and there must be accountability for this.

02:02:57.080 I hope we see it.

02:02:58.660 I know she said more stuff is coming out this weekend.

02:03:01.800 Tulsi did.

02:03:02.420 She said more stuff will be coming out this week.

02:03:04.620 That's what she said over the weekend.

02:03:05.840 Any idea when you would actually see actual movement on this, Mike?

02:03:14.340 That's a good question.

02:03:15.400 I think the Trump 47 Justice Department needs to make sure that they have their eyes got it and their T's crossed.

02:03:23.680 They cannot fire in this year.

02:03:26.500 This has to be done correctly, but there must be accountability and there must there must be grand jury subpoenas.

02:03:35.840 There must be grand jury evidence, grand jury testimony.

02:03:39.280 Should there be a special counsel?

02:03:42.840 So I would say this.

02:03:44.100 I do do not like special counsels.

02:03:47.100 Yeah, I think they're unconstitutional.

02:03:48.980 I think that a U.S. attorney could handle this.

02:03:52.460 For example, the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida could handle this case that there was a strong nexus to Florida.

02:04:00.620 Remember, that was the Mar-a-Lago raid.

02:04:02.100 They can open up a special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida.

02:04:04.900 And there's a nominee right now on the Senate floor who needs to get confirmed.

02:04:10.240 His name is Jason Redding Quinones.

02:04:13.420 He's a friend of mine, and I think he's a judge in Florida.

02:04:17.080 And he would be an ideal person to open a special grand jury in Fort Pierce, Florida,

02:04:22.880 and open this investigation.

02:04:28.800 And if the evidence leads to it, bring these indictments.

02:04:32.200 Mike Davis, Article III, Project Founder and President.

02:04:35.240 Thank you, Mike.

02:04:35.740 Appreciate it.

02:04:36.980 Thank you.

02:04:37.800 You bet.

02:04:38.360 Let me tell you about relief factor.

02:04:39.600 Listen, this battle we're in for the soul of America, you know, you can't fight it by yourself.

02:04:44.340 I can't fight it.

02:04:45.100 I need you.

02:04:45.760 You need me.

02:04:46.340 We need more people like you, people who care about the country and about their family,

02:04:49.880 their faith, community, who still believe in right and wrong and that this is worth standing

02:04:54.480 for.

02:04:54.900 But, I mean, if standing is a problem, you know, you can't fight when you're hurting.

02:05:00.600 You can't stand your ground if every step you take is a reminder that body's not really

02:05:04.860 cooperating and you can't be at your best if pain is sapping your energy, your strength,

02:05:09.260 and your focus.

02:05:09.920 Please try Relief Factor.

02:05:25.120 feel your best.

02:05:26.220 We've got a lot of fights still ahead of us.

02:05:28.140 Let's make sure you're ready for it.

02:05:30.200 Try their three-week Relief Factor test kit.

02:05:32.880 It's a trial pack.

02:05:34.900 Three weeks.

02:05:35.620 You'll know if it's going to work for you or not.

02:05:37.360 $19.95.

02:05:38.700 Visit relieffactor.com or call 800-4-RELIEF.

02:05:41.980 800, the number four relief.

02:05:45.780 There you have it.

02:05:47.400 The truth stripped down like a fence post in a prairie storm.

02:05:53.660 Glenn Beck returns after this.

02:05:55.900 Claudia was leaving for her pickleball tournament.

02:06:09.060 I've been visualizing my match all week.

02:06:11.580 She was so focused on visualizing that she didn't see the column behind her car on her

02:06:15.720 backhand side.

02:06:16.520 Good thing Claudia's with Intact.

02:06:19.520 The insurer with the largest network of auto service centers in the country.

02:06:23.300 Everything was taken care of under one roof and she was on her way in a rental car in

02:06:27.120 no time.

02:06:27.600 I made it to my tournament and lost in the first round.

02:06:30.940 But you got there on time.

02:06:33.100 Intact Insurance.

02:06:34.240 Your auto service ace.

02:06:35.680 Certain conditions apply.

02:06:36.600 So I'm really kind of torn on this Redskins thing.

02:06:50.000 I hate the Washington football team or Commanders or whatever.

02:06:55.160 Commanders. 0.92

02:06:55.840 Hate that.

02:06:56.700 Hate that.

02:06:56.980 I actually liked football team better than Commanders.

02:06:59.580 Me too.

02:07:00.080 Me too.

02:07:00.360 At least they were like, yeah, look, if you're not going to let us name our team. 0.99

02:07:03.000 Screw you. 1.00

02:07:04.160 Screw you. 1.00

02:07:04.540 It's just a football team. 0.99

02:07:05.500 I know.

02:07:05.760 I love that.

02:07:06.260 But now President Obama is saying, or I'm sorry, President Trump is saying, may not help

02:07:13.840 you with the stadium if you don't rename them the Redskins.

02:07:20.240 Yeah, he's certainly not shy of using that bully pulpit, I will say.

02:07:25.460 And, you know, Washington, everything runs through, you know, Congress.

02:07:32.340 Because Congress actually runs Washington, D.C.

02:07:36.100 Right.

02:07:36.700 He has a certain amount of influence there.

02:07:38.320 He does have some influence there, you know, where it's like, all right, well, I mean, if

02:07:42.300 he was doing that to Cleveland, I'd have a real problem.

02:07:45.860 But he's doing it to Washington.

02:07:47.720 Wait a minute.

02:07:48.080 Well, he could say it about Cleveland all he wants.

02:07:50.520 But he doesn't have the juice to actually go, we're going to hold that back.

02:07:54.400 Right.

02:07:54.900 In Washington.

02:07:55.560 Washington he does.

02:07:57.140 Has a significant influence over it.

02:07:59.080 Yes.

02:07:59.360 Now, I mean, I don't know that it's the right role for the president to be doing this in

02:08:06.280 this particular way.

02:08:07.360 I don't know.

02:08:07.880 I mean, like, he doesn't.

02:08:08.840 I wouldn't like it if they were doing it the opposite way and say, you're going to be

02:08:11.840 the commanders.

02:08:13.580 You're not getting a new stadium unless you change it from Redskins.

02:08:16.620 To the commanders.

02:08:17.260 Right.

02:08:17.460 Which is kind of what Obama was doing back in 2012.

02:08:20.300 None of us liked it.

02:08:21.180 I know.

02:08:21.700 I know.

02:08:22.060 But, you know, I mean, I do like the outcome.

02:08:25.480 I do like the idea of them changing it back.

02:08:28.300 It is totally fine.

02:08:29.640 Oh, it is?

02:08:30.340 It's totally fine.

02:08:31.680 Oh, good, good, good.

02:08:32.080 As long as the ends justify the means, it is totally fine.

02:08:36.460 All right.

02:08:37.120 We'll see you tomorrow.

02:08:38.500 This is Glenn Beck.
