00:00:00.000 Rough Greens is our sponsor this half hour.
00:00:02.720 I have a completely different dog in Uno.
00:00:05.300 I mean, a completely different dog.
00:00:08.280 I don't know if you've seen as much as I have, but it's way beyond eating.
00:00:14.220 It is his energy level.
00:00:16.120 It is his coat.
00:00:18.400 It's his attitude.
00:00:20.020 Yeah.
00:00:20.160 I wonder, part of me thought the other day, like, what if we ate vegetables?
00:00:24.020 Would that help us?
00:00:26.880 Let's not think that hard.
00:00:28.040 I think this is, I think this is not vegetables.
00:00:32.200 This is, this is for dogs.
00:00:33.660 This is probiotics and stuff.
00:00:36.420 Yeah, that's science, man.
00:00:37.780 Are you a doctor?
00:00:38.520 No, I am.
00:00:39.420 Okay.
00:00:39.840 Get your bag for your dog of Rough Greens.
00:00:42.640 Right now, you can just try it out.

00:00:50.600 Just pay for shipping.
00:00:51.520 Go to roughgreens.com slash Beck.
00:00:53.340 R-U-F-F-Greens.com slash Beck.
00:00:56.100 Or call 833-G-L-E-N-N-33.
00:00:59.540 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:27.460 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:33.400 From behind my cardboard microphone, with talent on loan from Lenny.
00:01:43.020 Don't ask any questions, but he didn't need his talent today.
00:01:46.900 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:49.120 We've got stuff on Merrick Garland.
00:01:50.920 We're going to do our best to curb our whiteness for a little while, at least, today.
00:01:59.140 Also, who is the fascist?
00:02:03.000 Who is the dictator?
00:02:04.880 The latest from the Democrats in Washington.
00:02:08.620 That'll chill you to the bone.
00:02:12.060 But let's start with your whiteness.
00:02:15.100 We do that in 60 seconds.
00:02:19.340 Racist.
00:02:20.780 My God.
00:02:21.440 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:22.880 That's me.
00:02:24.000 I should talk about relief factor.
00:02:26.800 Susan lives in Texas.
00:02:28.460 She suffered with pain in one of her legs for 30 years due to injuries she sustained from working out.
00:02:35.040 See?
00:02:35.560 I told you.
00:02:37.720 Why work out?
00:02:38.880 It only leads to injuries.
00:02:40.360 She was in 30 years of pain.
00:02:42.880 Oh, man.
00:02:45.400 At any rate, Susan being in pain was just part of her life until the day she started hearing me talk about relief factor, decided she would at least give it a try.
00:02:54.940 I want you to imagine what it would be like to go from having pain in your legs for 30 years and then in a course of a couple of weeks taking relief factor, all of a sudden you have none.
00:03:06.140 Susan is, I mean, she's like an idiot savant.
00:03:09.340 She took relief factor.
00:03:11.100 She got well.
00:03:11.600 And now she's exercising again.
00:03:13.300 What the hell?
00:03:13.860 That's the idiot part.
00:03:14.840 What are you doing?
00:03:16.020 Anyway, relief factor, not a drug.
00:03:17.760 It was developed by doctors and 70% of the people who try it go on to buy more.
00:03:22.860 So just try it for three weeks.
00:03:24.660 If it doesn't work, you're going to know by three weeks.
00:03:27.560 If it does, excuse me, if it does, you've got to go on and order more.
00:03:31.440 I am turning into my grandfather.
00:03:34.220 I am just like, Oh, I've got gas today.
00:03:37.640 Like you wouldn't believe I helped me help me go to relief factor.com or call 800-500-8384-800-500-8384.
00:03:47.320 It's relief factor.com.
00:03:50.780 Oh my goodness.
00:03:52.460 Okay.
00:03:52.860 Racist.
00:03:54.100 Listen up.
00:03:56.320 It is very, very important.
00:03:59.080 I'm going to give you a quick survey here.
00:04:00.840 It was, it's from New York University, the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
00:04:09.580 And now to build a more affirming environment, I need you to ask a couple of questions.
00:04:16.700 Well, I'm going to ask you, well, I'm going to ask you one question, but it has 30 answers.
00:04:22.720 Now, I think that's limiting myself, but, you know, apparently, apparently not for the people
00:04:32.480 at NYU, racists.
00:04:37.140 NYU would like their students to take this right before, you know, we have to just know who
00:04:42.540 everybody is.
00:04:43.500 So which gender do you identify with?
00:04:46.440 And I should say, in parentheses, there's an S after gender.
00:04:50.600 So, parenthetically speaking, you could have more than one.
00:04:56.620 What do you identify?
00:04:58.060 Select all that apply.
00:05:01.920 Agender.
00:05:02.260 Is there an upper limit of how many genders I can?
00:05:04.800 Okay.
00:05:05.120 No.
00:05:06.600 Agender.
00:05:07.900 Agender.
00:05:08.740 What does that mean?
00:05:09.820 Well, I mean, the asexual means ick, right?
00:05:13.160 To everything.
00:05:14.300 So, this would be ick, I, ick.
00:05:16.260 Well, but this has nothing to do with sexuality, right?
00:05:19.340 Right.
00:05:19.580 Nothing to do with sexuality.
00:05:20.840 This is just gender.
00:05:21.700 Right.
00:05:21.840 I'm just saying the A before sexual.
00:05:25.080 Right.
00:05:25.700 Means ick.
00:05:26.860 Yeah.
00:05:27.420 You're opposed to it.
00:05:28.740 Right.
00:05:29.140 So, I'm opposed to gender.
00:05:30.680 Okay.
00:05:30.920 So, denoting or relating to a person who does not identify themselves as having a particular
00:05:35.980 gender.
00:05:36.520 Okay.
00:05:36.780 So, you're just against gender, basically, as a construct or something.
00:05:40.400 Okay.
00:05:40.960 Maybe.
00:05:41.480 Maybe.
00:05:41.760 I don't know if that's philosophical or internal.
00:05:43.860 Then there is alligender.
00:05:46.980 Like, al.
00:05:48.640 A, like, Ali.
00:05:49.620 Maybe it's like, I am the gender of Muhammad Ali.
00:05:52.720 It's A-L-I-A-G-E-N-D-E-R.
00:05:58.680 Um.
00:05:59.520 Hmm.
00:06:00.920 Say it.
00:06:01.520 Spell it one more time.
00:06:02.380 A-L-I-A-G-E-N-D-E-R.
00:06:08.260 Okay.
00:06:09.460 Yeah.
00:06:09.940 Here it is.
00:06:10.520 Okay.
00:06:10.880 Okay.
00:06:11.080 That is, um.
00:06:12.820 Hmm.
00:06:13.880 Uh.
00:06:14.240 A gender experience which is other or stands apart from existing gender constructs.
00:06:21.020 Ah.
00:06:21.520 So, if I say, wait, uh, Demaboy is, is kind of me, but not exactly me, then I would be
00:06:36.080 alligender.
00:06:36.900 This is like the catch-all of I'm not in the other groups, basically?
00:06:40.240 This is, this is, may I, this is Paul talking about the unnamed god.
00:06:45.500 You guys have all these gods.
00:06:47.360 Well, there's one that covers everything else.
00:06:50.580 I think that's what it is.
00:06:51.440 Okay.
00:06:51.860 So, al.
00:06:52.440 So, al.
00:06:52.460 A-L-A-Gender is a catch-all, right?
00:06:53.700 Catch-all.
00:06:54.080 Okay.
00:06:54.440 All right.
00:06:54.880 By-Gender.
00:06:55.900 It would be two genders.
00:06:58.220 Wait.
00:06:58.480 At the same time.
00:06:59.660 Right?
00:07:00.180 But, I mean, select all that apply.
00:07:02.380 By-Gender, you don't, I guess you're limited to only two.
00:07:05.600 Like, it seems like these are so specific, you don't need catch-alls.
00:07:09.260 Yes, but a lot of these seem to be, it's a denoting of relating to a person whose sense
00:07:13.900 of personal identity encompasses two genders.
00:07:16.740 So, you're both at the same time.
00:07:18.560 Boy, but it's spelled with an I, not a Y.
00:07:22.120 So, B-O-I.
00:07:23.240 B-O-I.
00:07:24.000 Yeah.
00:07:24.580 Boy is.
00:07:25.740 I think that's a.
00:07:27.880 Okay.
00:07:28.760 Yeah.
00:07:29.620 Boy.
00:07:30.000 Oh, I see a slang term.
00:07:31.960 Would they put a slang term in one of these?
00:07:33.940 I hope not.
00:07:35.720 Because that's what they keep.
00:07:36.900 It's also the Bank of Ireland, by the way.
00:07:38.520 I mean, so in case, it could just be like, I identify as the Bank of Ireland.
00:07:43.880 That's all.
00:07:44.240 Okay.
00:07:44.340 That's good.
00:07:44.900 All right.
00:07:46.120 Butch.
00:07:46.740 I think we know that he was with the Sundance Kid.
00:07:51.200 Demaboy.
00:07:52.600 Demaboy.
00:07:53.140 Well, now I'm not familiar.
00:07:55.300 Maybe that is.
00:07:56.620 D-E-M-I?
00:07:57.460 Yeah.
00:07:57.940 Okay.
00:07:58.100 D-E-M-I.
00:07:59.240 I'm a boy that likes Demi more.
00:08:02.280 In the heyday years.
00:08:03.920 Right.
00:08:04.440 At the peak.
00:08:05.300 At the peak.
00:08:05.680 At the peak, yeah.
00:08:06.900 A Demaboy is a gender identity describing someone who partially, but not wholly, identifies
00:08:14.360 as a man.
00:08:16.480 So you're a partial man, basically.
00:08:20.840 But I don't know why it's boy, but.
00:08:22.080 Yeah.
00:08:22.720 Okay.
00:08:23.400 Feminine of center.
00:08:24.340 Feminine of center.
00:08:27.560 That's a gender?
00:08:28.100 Yeah.
00:08:28.300 Feminine of center.
00:08:29.700 This is like someone who's just non-committal?
00:08:31.920 This is like.
00:08:32.900 Feminine of center.
00:08:33.840 This is like somebody who didn't like Biden or Trump.
00:08:37.640 They're, you know, I'm just in the center.
00:08:39.560 Okay.
00:08:39.780 I have a definition.
00:08:41.460 Okay.
00:08:41.940 Go ahead.
00:08:42.140 A phrase that indicates the gender identity and gender expression of persons who understand
00:08:47.900 and present themselves in a generally.
00:08:51.240 Feminine way.
00:08:51.560 Feminine way without necessarily identifying as a woman.
00:08:56.560 So.
00:08:56.660 So then what would a femme be?
00:08:58.960 Because that's the next one.
00:09:00.520 Okay.
00:09:00.780 F-E-M-M-E.
00:09:02.600 Fem.
00:09:02.760 Because that would be an effeminate man or a effeminate woman.
00:09:08.220 Right?
00:09:08.740 Okay, so femme would be a lesbian whose appearance and behavior are seen as traditionally feminine.
00:09:17.140 Okay, so maybe feminine of center.
00:09:19.820 But I was told, I was told very specifically that gender has nothing to do with sexuality.
00:09:24.900 So why would a gender have a definition as a lesbian whose appearance is anything?
00:09:29.720 Why couldn't a very flamboyant man, very feminine man, be a femme?
00:09:35.180 I don't know.
00:09:35.680 This is, I would say this document's hateful.
00:09:37.380 It is.
00:09:37.780 That's, I'm, and not inclusive.
00:09:40.500 Gender apathetic.
00:09:41.860 Which I claim, I am that.
00:09:43.760 I'm, I'm, well, I'm actually bi-gender.
00:09:46.220 I'm gender apathetic and male.
00:09:48.900 I'm sick of talking about it, so does that make me gender apathetic?
00:09:51.720 Yeah, I think it does.
00:09:52.560 I think it does.
00:09:53.380 Gender apathetic?
00:09:54.580 Yeah.
00:09:55.060 I mean, I guess you don't really care.
00:09:57.980 But isn't that, wasn't that, wasn't that everyone of.
00:10:01.020 That was no agender.
00:10:02.280 That was agender.
00:10:03.320 That was a catch-all.
00:10:04.080 Uh, oh yeah.
00:10:06.420 Okay, so this one is kind of like, I'm a little hostile.
00:10:09.000 No, I'm not hostile.
00:10:10.340 I don't care.
00:10:11.680 I'm gonna be hostile if you keep asking me these questions.
00:10:15.840 I think that's what that means.
00:10:16.900 So gender apathetic, also called as ap-gender.
00:10:20.620 So if you were out there going, like, where's ap-gender?
00:10:23.060 How come you haven't mentioned that?
00:10:24.340 We're just using that under the other phrase for gender apathetic.
00:10:27.420 But you know that.
00:10:27.900 When a person really doesn't identify or care about any particular gender.
00:10:32.540 Yeah, okay.
00:10:33.280 All right, okay.
00:10:34.360 Gender non-conforming.
00:10:36.480 Now again, that's a catch-all.
00:10:37.240 That's a catch-all, yeah.
00:10:38.220 Gender non-conforming just means.
00:10:40.780 I'm not conforming to any of these terms.
00:10:43.300 Right, again, there's a lot of catch-alls here.
00:10:45.020 Right.
00:10:45.440 Gender questioning.
00:10:47.040 I think that.
00:10:47.780 Well, that's a catch-all.
00:10:49.260 Gender fluid, which is also a.
00:10:51.740 Well, no, gender fluid is different, isn't it?
00:10:53.980 My understanding of gender fluid is you're kind of changing all the time.
00:10:57.360 You do care.
00:10:59.360 Gender fluid, denoting or relating to a person who does not identify themselves as having
00:11:04.000 a fixed gender.
00:11:05.600 So you're kind of all over the board on that one.
00:11:07.020 All over the board.
00:11:07.120 That you can kind of move like a liquid, like a fluid.
00:11:10.480 Right.
00:11:10.620 You can go anywhere you want, kind of thing.
00:11:13.100 Right.
00:11:13.740 Anywhere it'll take you.
00:11:14.700 Now, that's different than transmission fluid.
00:11:18.180 That's not an actual gender.
00:11:19.560 No, it's a gender.
00:11:20.880 Transmission fluid?
00:11:21.860 Yeah, yeah.
00:11:22.300 It means I was made by God herself, spelled with an I, to lubricate your driving machines.
00:11:28.760 I don't think transmission fluid is.
00:11:31.680 I think.
00:11:32.040 Well, it should be.
00:11:32.960 I think this is a hateful, hateful thing.
00:11:35.260 That's fair.
00:11:35.660 Uh, okay, so we, we're down to, uh, uh, we're down to, uh, genderqueer.
00:11:44.720 We got that.
00:11:45.880 Do we know what genderqueer is?
00:11:47.100 I don't know what genderqueer actually means.
00:11:48.840 I've heard it.
00:11:49.240 Look it up.
00:11:49.940 Denoting or relating to a person who does not subscribe to conventional gender distinctions,
00:11:54.380 but, but, yes, identifies with neither, both, or a combination of male and female genders.
00:12:04.400 That's just everything.
00:12:05.180 That doesn't mean anything.
00:12:06.060 That is just a catch-all again.
00:12:07.620 Genderqueer catch-all.
00:12:08.860 Gray gender.
00:12:10.920 Gray gender?
00:12:11.920 Yeah, that is Jay Leno.
00:12:15.160 I think that's Jay Leno.
00:12:16.920 No, I don't.
00:12:18.040 You don't think so?
00:12:18.920 No, okay, gray gender.
00:12:20.020 Yeah.
00:12:20.580 Oh, God, this is really confusing.
00:12:21.600 I could be considered gray gender.
00:12:24.380 Is it old people?
00:12:25.220 Is that what it is?
00:12:25.980 Okay, a person who identifies as at least partially outside the gender binary.
00:12:34.140 So they're not black or white.
00:12:35.780 They're kind of in between.
00:12:37.240 They're kind of gray.
00:12:37.800 And has a strong, natural ambivalence about their gender identity.
00:12:42.700 Right, which I think we've already covered that.
00:12:45.320 This is kind of a catch-all, but it's also the same as gender apathetic, it seems like.
00:12:48.300 Yes, it does.
00:12:49.060 Except apathetic is you really don't care, and gray gender is I kind of don't care about my gender.
00:12:54.920 Correct.
00:12:55.880 Okay.
00:12:56.320 Correct.
00:12:56.820 Got it.
00:12:57.220 Okay, then intergender.
00:12:59.760 Intergender.
00:13:00.320 Yeah, this is, I mean, this was not supposed to take us this long.
00:13:03.440 This is good, though.
00:13:04.260 I'm really learning things.
00:13:05.420 Yeah, intergender.
00:13:05.880 Okay, intergender is a variation in sex characteristics, including chromosomes and or genitals that do
00:13:12.980 not allow an individual to directly be identified as male or female.
00:13:16.720 That's a hermaphrodite, then.
00:13:18.220 I guess that's the new term for that.
00:13:20.100 However, I've been told very specifically that these organs have nothing to do with your
00:13:25.260 gender.
00:13:25.660 So, again, why is that in here?
00:13:27.860 This is the only scientifically based one.
00:13:32.680 Right.
00:13:33.280 Because they're talking chromosomes.
00:13:35.000 This isn't like a feeling that you have.
00:13:36.860 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:13:37.040 This is about your parts.
00:13:38.420 But, again, I was told that had nothing to do with it.
00:13:39.980 Here's one you have to look up, and I'm dead serious.
00:13:42.240 Okay.
00:13:42.360 I have no idea what it means.
00:13:45.580 This is a man.
00:13:46.840 M-A-N.
00:13:48.260 Man.
00:13:49.320 Are you sure it's not M-A-N-N?
00:13:50.820 No.
00:13:51.040 M-A-N-N-E?
00:13:51.760 Nope.
00:13:52.140 It's M-A-N.
00:13:53.480 M-A-N.
00:13:53.560 Man.
00:13:54.900 Look it up.
00:13:55.780 Man.
00:13:56.560 It's got to be a new definition.
00:13:57.920 I don't think I want...
00:13:58.200 You know what?
00:13:58.540 I'm going to stop myself.
00:13:59.920 I don't really want to Google man.
00:14:01.860 I just feel like...
00:14:02.660 I don't...
00:14:03.540 I feel like I don't know what alarm that may...
00:14:06.940 GiveMeMan.com.
00:14:08.920 I don't feel like that's a good...
00:14:10.240 You don't really?
00:14:10.560 Okay, well, I...
00:14:11.180 If somebody knows what that means, like, for instance, the next one's Martian.
00:14:16.340 Martian?
00:14:16.920 Martian.
00:14:17.480 But it's M-A-R-S-H-A-N.
00:14:20.200 Shut up.
00:14:21.540 Martian?
00:14:22.220 Martian.
00:14:22.720 M-A-R.
00:14:23.760 That's somebody who feels like they're Marsha from the Brady Bunch.
00:14:27.580 I think that's...
00:14:28.380 That's not a real...
00:14:29.580 No, it's not.
00:14:30.560 All the other ones have been real.
00:14:32.280 I think these are important to include.
00:14:35.420 Don't know why you don't.
00:14:36.780 I think they're...
00:14:37.720 I think they are mocking people who are Martians.
00:14:41.980 I know a lot of people who are Martians.
00:14:45.920 All right.
00:14:47.540 Masculine of center.
00:14:48.480 That's like feminine of center.
00:14:50.360 So you're like...
00:14:50.780 Maverick.
00:14:52.700 Maverick.
00:14:53.220 Maverick gender is...
00:14:54.760 That's John McCain.
00:14:56.860 Maverick, my friends.
00:14:58.200 Is that a real one?
00:14:59.320 Yes, it is.
00:14:59.960 Maverick is a gender.
00:15:01.120 Okay, here we go.
00:15:02.200 Oh, no, I'm sorry.
00:15:03.100 We should point out.
00:15:03.720 It's pronounced Maverick.
00:15:05.380 Oh, Maverick.
00:15:06.760 Maverick.
00:15:07.720 A specific...
00:15:08.340 What is that cologne you're wearing?
00:15:10.400 Maverick.
00:15:11.060 This is so confusing.
00:15:13.320 Like, it's so confusing.
00:15:14.600 How can it be the thing that everyone gets so mad about if you screw it up?
00:15:17.820 Like, it's such a confusing thing.
00:15:19.360 Maverick is a specific non-binary gender identity characterized by autonomy and inner conviction
00:15:27.620 regarding a sense of self that is entirely independent of male masculinity, female femininity,
00:15:35.500 or anything which derives from the two while still being neither without gender nor of a
00:15:42.540 neutral gender.
00:15:43.300 That didn't make any sense what I just said.
00:15:46.080 You know what this is, and I'm being serious, you know what this is, is you just, if you
00:15:51.300 say, you know, it's neither male nor female, you can just go, that's ridiculous.
00:15:57.800 You know, I'm non-binary.
00:15:59.560 Okay, whatever.
00:16:01.120 But when you take, if you're really trying to make something meaningless, you flood the
00:16:07.500 system with all of these other choices that are all meaningless.
00:16:12.300 So people will eventually go, it doesn't matter.
00:16:14.700 I don't care.
00:16:15.360 It doesn't matter.
00:16:16.800 And you take away the choice of man and woman because it's included in this.
00:16:24.800 Yeah.
00:16:25.840 So man and woman included.
00:16:27.760 I'm just a man.
00:16:28.820 I'm a woman.
00:16:29.660 But when you start to look at all of these genders and you realize none of these mean anything.
00:16:36.460 I mean, so many of these mean the same thing.
00:16:39.720 Yeah.
00:16:40.020 Well, not Maverick.
00:16:41.280 No, Maverick is different.
00:16:42.420 But there's so, so many of them are just like basically outside of the normal, what they
00:16:48.280 call normal gender identities or traditional gender identities.
00:16:52.740 And it's like, well, you have 26 names for people in that world.
00:16:58.200 All right.
00:16:58.580 I want you.
00:16:59.120 So multi-gender is next, which we don't have time for.
00:17:02.220 I want you to look up.
00:17:03.960 It must be neutro.
00:17:06.220 Wait, how do you spell?
00:17:08.040 Well, because it's darn close to.
00:17:10.380 Well, I'll spell it.
00:17:11.460 N-E-U-T-R-O-I-S.
00:17:17.840 Neutro.
00:17:18.240 It's got to be.
00:17:20.160 Otherwise, it could be mispronounced as like neutrosis.
00:17:25.320 Just.
00:17:28.240 Okay.
00:17:28.920 Neutro.
00:17:29.800 Neutro.
00:17:30.480 Neutro.
00:17:31.240 Neutro is a non-binary gender identity, which is often associated with neutral or null gender.
00:17:39.460 So why wouldn't I just call it neutral gender or null gender?
00:17:43.060 If that's what.
00:17:43.620 Well.
00:17:45.220 It also may be associated with genderless.
00:17:47.440 I am.
00:17:48.320 There's like all these things had.
00:17:50.120 We've already talked about other things that describe the same thing.
00:17:53.820 Yeah.
00:17:53.980 But for instance, I'm binary.
00:17:56.340 I'm binary.
00:17:57.340 Oh, my God.
00:17:57.840 Okay.
00:17:58.240 That's hateful.
00:17:58.680 And I know.
00:17:59.800 Well, but it's not really.
00:18:02.520 My binary means I only speak in ones and zeros.
00:18:05.960 Oh, okay.
00:18:06.680 And so.
00:18:07.780 Wow.
00:18:08.500 Yeah.
00:18:09.340 So I'm.
00:18:10.140 That's not what I.
00:18:11.540 So let me tell you about one, one, one, one, one, one, one, one, zero.
00:18:17.740 Zero, zero, one, zero, zero.
00:18:25.060 I'll dumb it down for you.
00:18:26.480 You guys aren't binary.
00:18:28.080 Day 54 of my weight loss regime.
00:18:29.920 Dear diary.
00:18:30.520 Today, I decided to eat right out of the gate.
00:18:33.120 I was going to eat healthy, you know, after breakfast, of course.
00:18:36.120 And I did.
00:18:37.740 Yesterday for lunch, I had a sensible salad.
00:18:39.780 I mean, I had some lettuce on my burger, but I took that off and threw it away in the trash where it belonged.
00:18:45.260 I mean, who eats that besides bunny rabbits?
00:18:47.420 Anyway, it's all good because despite the enormous number of calories in that delicious, juicy, fat burger, I put a Bilt Bar on top.
00:18:56.360 And let me tell you something.
00:18:58.100 A blue cheeseburger with the hint of chocolate chip mint.
00:19:03.660 Delicious.
00:19:04.960 Delicious.
00:19:06.020 If you haven't tried a Bilt Bar yet, you're missing out.
00:19:09.420 You take out the hamburgers and it will actually help you stay fit and trim low calorie, low sugar, high protein, high fiber.
00:19:16.980 It's great.
00:19:17.560 Tastes like a candy bar, but it's healthy for you.
00:19:20.240 It's healthier than your average protein bar, and it doesn't taste like a doormat.
00:19:25.300 It's unbelievable.
00:19:26.800 Don't give up on your resolution.
00:19:28.200 Bilt Bar is the answer.
00:19:29.520 Go to BiltBar.com.

00:19:36.740 10 second station ID.
00:19:38.680 I haven't even gotten to the.
00:19:46.220 Can you see if.
00:19:47.700 Can you see if gender second gear is in there?
00:19:52.200 Shut up.
00:19:52.540 That's not.
00:19:53.440 No.
00:19:53.600 Second gear should be in there.
00:19:55.560 Gear.
00:19:56.480 Second.
00:19:57.260 Gender second gear.
00:19:58.480 It's like general.
00:19:59.820 It's like a gender neutral, but it moves a little faster.
00:20:03.540 I don't.
00:20:04.360 I don't think that one's real.
00:20:06.880 Would you know you looked it up?
00:20:08.980 I do actually looked it up.
00:20:11.960 I mean, that's what we should do.
00:20:12.820 We should take the rest of these and say which one's real, which one's not.
00:20:16.160 If you would have said alligender, I would have thought that that was fake.
00:20:19.400 If you would have said gender apathetic, I would not have believed gender apathetic was a thing.
00:20:24.640 Yep.
00:20:25.760 Like, isn't there a part of your life where you stop and you think, I'm spending too much time on this?
00:20:31.860 Like, whether you think it's right or not, how can it dominate your life like it does for seemingly so many people?
00:20:37.580 At some point, step back and like, I don't know, do the dishes.
00:20:41.900 Like, do something productive.
00:20:45.680 Do the dishes?
00:20:47.000 Who are you talking about?
00:20:48.440 I'm only talking to the alligender people out there.
00:20:51.020 Oh my gosh, what a sexist.
00:20:54.520 Okay, post-gender.
00:20:56.480 Oh, post-gender.
00:20:57.320 I think that, I'm going to go with real on that one.
00:21:00.420 I think post-gender is a real thing.
00:21:02.180 Yes, okay.
00:21:03.020 Post-genderism is not concerned solely with the physical sex or its assumed traits.
00:21:07.340 It is focused on the idea of eliminating or moving beyond gendered identities.
00:21:12.260 In a traditional gender construct, one is either a man or a woman, but in post-genderism, one is neither a man nor woman nor any other assumed gender role.
00:21:19.760 Again, that's a catch-all.
00:21:20.760 Nope.
00:21:20.860 That means nothing.
00:21:21.360 That's not what it means.
00:21:22.840 I actually made that one up.
00:21:24.260 I didn't think anybody would.
00:21:25.520 Oh, really?
00:21:25.780 I didn't think that was real.
00:21:27.580 So, post-gender is, I'm evolved beyond gender.
00:21:31.300 I'm also a breakfast cereal.
00:21:34.400 I can believe that's a real thing, though.
00:21:37.880 Okay, all right.
00:21:38.680 People who believe they're breakfast cereals.
00:21:40.160 I mean, who are breakfast cereals.
00:21:41.720 Because all you have to do is believe it and you are it.
00:21:44.120 Right, right.
00:21:45.460 Let's see.
00:21:46.220 How about two-spirit.
00:21:49.360 Distilled two-spirit.
00:21:51.180 Two-spirit is real.
00:21:52.500 Two-spirit is real.
00:21:53.260 Now, when I say it's real, I use that in quotes.
00:21:55.420 But I do think it's an actual thing that will come up.
00:21:57.540 Yes.
00:21:57.980 Yeah.
00:21:58.300 Modern man.
00:22:00.640 Pan-Indian umbrella term used by some indigenous North Americans to describe.
00:22:05.740 This is the distilled.
00:22:07.140 That's the right.
00:22:08.040 This is updated.
00:22:08.940 This is the distilled two-spirit, also known as the bender gender.
00:22:13.700 And it just means I'm vodka and vermouth.
00:22:17.720 Really?
00:22:18.180 That's what it means.
00:22:18.840 Yeah.
00:22:19.140 Two-spirits.
00:22:19.720 Wow.
00:22:20.400 And it's not completely different than oxy gender, which means I'm high as hell all
00:22:28.040 of the time.
00:22:29.180 That's that one.
00:22:30.600 Yeah.
00:22:31.000 Hmm.
00:22:31.540 Yeah.
00:22:34.220 What?
00:22:35.700 Deter gender?
00:22:36.740 This is a good one.
00:22:38.100 Deter gender?
00:22:39.280 Deter gender?
00:22:40.080 Yeah, yeah.
00:22:40.700 It means I'm a laundry soap.
00:22:42.040 Deter gender?
00:22:42.560 So.
00:22:48.120 I'm legitimately fooled by all of them.
00:22:50.100 I don't know.
00:22:50.420 Let me tell you about CarShield.

00:23:09.500 your wallet, kiss it goodbye, so don't do that.
00:23:12.580 It's CarShield.

00:24:00.680 Not Mavericks?
00:24:01.180 No, not Mavericks.
00:24:01.960 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:24:08.980 In about 30 minutes, it's the one-year anniversary of the 1776 Unites Project.
00:24:15.740 You remember we talked about that.
00:24:16.900 I can't believe it's been a year.
00:24:18.080 In some ways, it feels like it's been a decade.
00:24:20.100 Bob Woodson, the founder and president of the Woodson Center, started this to counter
00:24:25.820 the 1619 Project.
00:24:28.260 We're going to talk to him not about that, but reparations.
00:24:32.580 And it's really important that you understand what we just did a few minutes ago was, might
00:24:39.800 have been funny, but it was dead serious.
00:24:41.840 The point of that was, nothing means anything.
00:24:47.180 Nothing means anything.
00:24:48.880 It's deconstruction of meaning.
00:24:51.820 It goes to that post-modernism stuff that we talked about a couple years ago.
00:24:55.700 It does.
00:24:55.820 A lot.
00:24:56.540 So, they're deconstructing all meaning in everything.
00:25:00.740 And so, I want to have a serious conversation with Bob Woodson, who is against the reparations.
00:25:05.520 He's a black guy, against the reparations, and has a good case against it.
00:25:09.280 But I want to play the post-modernist.
00:25:14.120 I'll show you why your argument doesn't work anymore.
00:25:18.760 That's coming up.
00:25:19.720 Also, news on Merrick Garland.
00:25:22.020 There is a very specific reason he was picked for the attorney general.
00:25:29.500 Very specific.
00:25:30.860 And if he's confirmed, trouble.
00:25:34.300 And I'll tell you about that coming up.
00:25:35.400 Was he picked because he's the best possible candidate for the job?
00:25:38.480 Of course he was.
00:25:39.500 I mean, there's a secondary.
00:25:40.440 That's what I suspected.
00:25:41.120 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:25:41.840 Sure, sure, sure.
00:25:43.400 So, we have that coming up also as well.
00:25:45.600 Pat Gray joins us now.
00:25:47.000 Mm-hmm.
00:25:48.500 Pat, your wife and you started a new cookie company.
00:25:52.520 We did.
00:25:52.940 Which is Edelicious.
00:25:55.260 What's the name of it again?
00:25:56.740 Keksi.
00:25:57.740 Now, it used to be Scrumptious.
00:25:59.960 Yeah.
00:26:00.340 But you couldn't spell that one.
00:26:01.300 But everybody can spell Keksi.
00:26:02.880 But everybody can.
00:26:03.140 What the?
00:26:03.760 K-E-K-S-I.
00:26:05.320 It's real easy.
00:26:06.220 It's real easy.
00:26:07.460 Keksi.
00:26:07.780 Once you know it, it's real easy.
00:26:08.960 I would say, like, I wouldn't know it.
00:26:10.580 I was thinking there was an X.
00:26:12.520 And I like that.
00:26:13.400 There's not an X in there.
00:26:13.860 Well, if you do the X, it'll redirect to the K.
00:26:16.860 Yeah.
00:26:16.980 Okay.
00:26:17.240 Go to Keksi.
00:26:17.940 Yeah.
00:26:18.120 Okay.
00:26:18.800 So, anyway, I don't know if you know this.
00:26:20.960 Now, there are some things in political correctness that are ridiculous.
00:26:24.080 But I think this is one of them.
00:26:25.900 Or is it?
00:26:27.580 In Dutch supermarkets, they have just gotten rid of a cookie.
00:26:32.240 It's apparently a very big deal.
00:26:34.300 It's like our Oreo.
00:26:35.960 No cookie aisle can be without Oreos in America.
00:26:39.260 Would you agree with that?
00:26:39.920 Yeah, of course.
00:26:40.680 Or chocolate chip cookies.
00:26:42.240 In Dutch supermarkets, it's the Joden Koken.
00:26:45.700 Joden Koken.
00:26:46.480 Joden Koken.
00:26:47.520 Yeah, sure.
00:26:48.140 Joden Koken.
00:26:49.140 It's a good name.
00:26:49.760 It's a short.
00:26:50.440 You should name your Joden Koken.
00:26:53.060 Yeah, that's easy to spell.
00:26:54.440 JodenKoken.com.
00:26:55.720 I'm surprised you didn't take it.
00:26:57.660 They're shortbread discs.
00:27:00.460 And apparently, Joden Koken translates to Jew cookies.
00:27:08.480 Okay.
00:27:09.260 How have they gotten away with that?
00:27:11.020 Yeah.
00:27:11.260 Well, I guess their ADL over there, which is the Watcher Group for, I don't know.
00:27:22.320 Dutch Jewish Watchdog Group on Anti-Semitism.
00:27:25.680 I don't know.
00:27:26.140 And then the Jewish.
00:27:27.180 You should name your cookie the Dutch Watchdog Group on Anti-Semitism.
00:27:30.280 And then the Central Jewish Board of the Netherlands.
00:27:32.400 I'm thinking about that.
00:27:33.380 They have spoken out and say, we don't have a problem with Joden Koken.
00:27:36.820 Or Joden Koken.
00:27:38.420 So their version of the ADL is saying, we're cool with Joden Koken.
00:27:41.420 We like it.
00:27:42.180 Joden Koken is cool.
00:27:43.360 This is exactly what's happening all over.
00:27:45.960 I can guarantee it.
00:27:47.180 Well, I mean, they're Dutch.
00:27:49.420 So it's white people who are like, we know better than the Jews.
00:27:54.420 We're taking Joden Koken off because it's offensive.
00:27:57.140 And the Jews are like, no, it's not.
00:27:58.380 We don't have a problem with that.
00:27:59.340 It's like the Redskins thing here in America.
00:28:01.260 Like these Native Americans were like, yeah, actually, we really like it.
00:28:04.680 We're fine.
00:28:05.540 But I mean, when you say it, when you're like, hey, pass those Jew cookies over.
00:28:10.440 I mean, it just doesn't sound good.
00:28:12.480 It doesn't.
00:28:12.900 It doesn't sound good.
00:28:14.140 No.
00:28:14.860 So we got that going for us.
00:28:16.480 We also are having the, did you guys see the, now they're asking for the Jeep Grand Cherokee,
00:28:22.460 the Jeep Cherokee to change their name?
00:28:24.400 Of course they are.
00:28:25.480 Of course they are.
00:28:27.120 Which was interesting.
00:28:27.960 And if you read the article, what I thought was fascinating about it, because they're like,
00:28:31.940 the Native Americans are now saying they want no more, they don't want Jeep to be calling
00:28:36.440 it a Cherokee anymore.
00:28:37.460 And it was the head of the Cherokee Nation, the Cherokee tribe.
00:28:40.100 The ones that are so proud to live, the ones that are so proud to die.
00:28:43.460 I didn't start him on that 70s song again.
00:28:45.940 They took the whole Cherokee Nation and they put them on that reservation.
00:28:50.580 Yeah.
00:28:51.420 Took away their way of life.
00:28:53.300 You know, the tomahawk and the bow and the knife.
00:28:58.100 Cherokee people.
00:29:00.260 Okay.
00:29:00.780 Thank you.
00:29:01.360 But when you read the article, it seems to be that the journalists just like called up
00:29:05.820 the Cherokee Nation to go, hey guys, are you mad about the Cherokee thing?
00:29:08.860 Like, it wasn't like, it didn't seem to be started by the Cherokee Nation.
00:29:13.500 It never is.
00:29:14.360 The journalists are like, hey, shouldn't you guys be pissed about this?
00:29:16.800 And then a guy was like, yeah, we're pissed about this.
00:29:19.620 It seems like it was like generated from the side of the media.
00:29:23.000 Yeah.
00:29:23.140 Of course it is.
00:29:24.240 Which is amazing.
00:29:24.860 Of course it is.
00:29:25.500 Of course it is.
00:29:26.260 By the way, did you notice scattered showers of journalism yesterday in the State Department
00:29:31.300 briefing?
00:29:32.880 Yes.
00:29:33.540 Did you?
00:29:34.140 Yes.
00:29:34.680 Do you have that audio?
00:29:35.720 I have it here.
00:29:36.360 I don't think I do.
00:29:37.440 Okay.
00:29:37.960 I don't think we have that.
00:29:39.100 Yeah.
00:29:39.380 Let me, you have it.
00:29:42.820 No, Cher doesn't have it either.
00:29:44.060 Okay.
00:29:44.280 Hang on a second.
00:29:44.820 I have it.
00:29:45.340 Just bring up my computer.
00:29:46.700 Here it is.
00:29:47.220 This is fantastic.
00:29:49.440 Now I want you to know.
00:29:50.600 That's amazing.
00:29:51.400 Yeah.
00:29:51.780 This is audio from an AP, an Associated Press journalist.
00:29:57.520 And I think that demonstrates that our strategy, including the legislative strategy, the strategy
00:30:03.040 that, of course, Congress is, has been behind, has been working to good effect.
00:30:09.340 So we'll continue to work closely with Germany.
00:30:11.160 We'll continue to work closely with our other allies and partners in Europe to uphold Europe's
00:30:16.780 own stated energy security goals.
00:30:19.000 It's a bit disingenuous to claim credit for the 18 companies winding down.
00:30:23.820 All of this work was done at the previous administration.
00:30:26.140 You guys have only been in office for a month, right?
00:30:31.160 Are you telling me that in the last four weeks, these 18 companies all of a sudden decided
00:30:35.900 to say, oh my God, we better not do anything with Social Security 2.
00:30:39.000 I am speaking for the data.
00:30:40.000 All of that, you guys are taking credit for stuff that the previous administration did.
00:30:44.840 I am not, I am speaking for the Department of State.
00:30:48.660 The people who have been working this, the people who are working this now, were the
00:30:53.120 same people a month ago, were the same people three months ago, three months ago.
00:30:58.340 So I, he got him to kind of admit it.
00:31:01.560 He got him to admit it.
00:31:02.480 He got him to admit it, which is nice, but that'll be the last shower that we have today.
00:31:08.560 Yes, it will.
00:31:10.580 Is anybody watching WandaVision?
00:31:13.740 I love it.
00:31:14.380 Oh my gosh.
00:31:15.560 Is that the most creative show on television?
00:31:18.160 Did you see after the first episode, how many people panned it?
00:31:20.580 And I was like, I don't understand it, but I wouldn't pan it.
00:31:24.400 Yeah, me too.
00:31:25.060 They're too smart of a company to do something this bad.
00:31:27.960 Well, the first two episodes were so weird because they're just a fifties and a sixties
00:31:32.920 sitcom with a laugh track.
00:31:34.840 And you're like, I don't know if I get it or not, but it all ties together.
00:31:41.340 And you know, it's going to, cause it's Marvel and it's so good.
00:31:45.020 The way it ties together and what they do with it is so creative.
00:31:49.200 I've never seen anything like it.
00:31:50.620 Now I have a 15 year old son who is way deep into all the hidden clues.
00:31:56.780 Oh, so it's really fun to watch with him.
00:31:59.580 Cause they leave a lot of Easter eggs, right?
00:32:01.280 Yeah.
00:32:02.000 Lots, lots.
00:32:02.920 He's stopping it all the time.
00:32:04.000 Do you know what that means?
00:32:05.120 You know what that means?
00:32:05.820 Yeah, that means it's really a very cool show.
00:32:08.620 If you're into the Marvel thing, which are in house, a little black rain cloud, stupid
00:32:16.280 gear is not.
00:32:17.800 No, I had, um, I had, uh, Spider-Man, uh, underpants when I was like four and I liked
00:32:23.120 him then.
00:32:23.540 And now I've, now I'm an adult.
00:32:26.940 So by the way, the Simpsons, Harry Shearer, I've got the Spider-Man into the universe or
00:32:33.380 into the Spider-verse underpants now.
00:32:35.800 Okay.
00:32:36.040 That's much more.
00:32:36.640 I have the depends.
00:32:37.780 Okay.
00:32:38.120 Do you?
00:32:38.420 I have the depends.
00:32:38.960 Those are nice too.
00:32:40.100 Yeah.
00:32:40.540 Uh, so the Simpsons, they have spider webs on them.
00:32:43.740 Uh, so anyway, uh, Harry Shearer has said that he's not going to play Dr. Hibbert anymore
00:32:53.980 on the, uh, Simpsons.
00:32:55.320 Has he said it or did they just announce it?
00:32:58.200 Cause he came out.
00:32:59.060 Uh, according to the rap, Harry Shearer, who is white, will no longer voice the black
00:33:03.560 character of Dr. Hibbert.
00:33:04.640 He will be replaced by Michael Richardson.
00:33:07.340 Bless the hearts.
00:33:08.020 Thank goodness.
00:33:08.960 It's been so offensive.
00:33:10.260 Shearer had voiced, does voices of Ned Flanders.
00:33:13.140 Is, is he a Christian?
00:33:14.900 Really?
00:33:15.340 Honestly, is Harry Shearer a Christian?
00:33:17.460 Why should a, why should a non-Christian play that role?
00:33:21.480 Shouldn't a Christian?
00:33:22.720 Yes.
00:33:23.560 And principal, is he a, he plays Principal Skinner.
00:33:26.160 Is he a real principal?
00:33:27.040 Is he a real principal?
00:33:27.980 No.
00:33:28.980 No.
00:33:29.580 That's where we're getting.
00:33:30.800 So there is no quote from him, at least in this story.
00:33:34.140 So I don't know if they just took him off of that.
00:33:36.780 Well, no, cause I remember covering this just a few months ago and Harry Shearer was
00:33:41.440 asked about, about all of this because Hank Azaria had stopped doing Apu.
00:33:47.440 That was what started this.
00:33:48.940 And he was, he said, he goes, he goes, speaking to Times Radio, he said, quote, I have a very
00:33:54.500 simple belief about acting.
00:33:56.080 The job of an actor is to play someone they are not.
00:33:59.520 That's the gig.
00:34:00.540 Right.
00:34:00.740 That's the job description.
00:34:02.020 Right.
00:34:02.360 Um, he said, yeah, but so I, I don't think he was in favor of this.
00:34:07.440 I mean, this was August of last year, so this is not a long time ago.
00:34:10.800 Wouldn't it be great when, when the cameras start to roll on people who are just normal
00:34:17.020 people and nobody's really extraordinary at anything and the movies are kind of dull,
00:34:23.700 more like, like real life.
00:34:26.520 Yeah.
00:34:26.860 Kind of like those conservative movies 10 years ago.
00:34:30.000 Yeah.
00:34:30.200 I like that.
00:34:30.860 That'll be good.
00:34:31.920 That'll be good.
00:34:32.460 When only dead people could play dead people.
00:34:35.700 I like that.
00:34:36.960 He's not Winston Churchill.
00:34:38.480 Yeah.
00:34:38.760 He's not.
00:34:39.340 So no Churchill movies from here on out.
00:34:41.500 I mean, can you, can the person drawing Apu be white?
00:34:45.760 Can the person drawing Dr.
00:34:47.700 Hibbert be white?
00:34:49.260 Well, you wouldn't have a white person do that cause they're yellow.
00:34:51.560 Well, Dr.
00:34:53.240 Hibbert is not brown.
00:34:54.860 Yes.
00:34:55.280 Yeah.
00:34:55.580 But Homer and his family, there are no white people.
00:34:58.320 It's just the voice though.
00:34:59.760 That's the only thing that Matt, like, obviously this is going to be expanded afterward.
00:35:03.900 It doesn't make, none of this makes any sense.
00:35:06.140 We sit here and we talk about these things that mean nothing.
00:35:09.280 Yeah.
00:35:09.500 All the time.
00:35:10.040 And it just keeps getting worse.
00:35:11.980 Well, how about, let's talk about not making sense.
00:35:14.560 I think Joe Rogan said it all when he talked about Ted Cruz, Ted Cruz.
00:35:19.400 Did you see a mariachi band showed up in front of us?
00:35:22.740 So asinine.
00:35:23.880 I would have.
00:35:24.560 And they're demanding that he resign because he went to Cancun when it was cold.
00:35:28.780 Really?
00:35:29.520 That is what Cancun was developed for.
00:35:31.600 This is what Joe Rogan said.
00:35:33.740 And I think this is right.
00:35:35.740 What was he supposed to do?
00:35:37.000 What was the reason for him staying?
00:35:41.400 Quote, can he make it warm outside?
00:35:45.440 He cannot.
00:35:46.100 Because of global warming, yes, he can.
00:35:47.820 Oh, he can now?
00:35:48.640 Yes.
00:35:49.240 He's hurting our environment.
00:35:50.700 And he didn't.
00:35:51.060 But he didn't before he left.
00:35:52.800 There are no, I can guarantee you, no one is hiring that mariachi band that is a conservative.
00:35:58.800 Or a Republican.
00:35:59.840 Oh, no way.
00:36:00.540 No, this is.
00:36:01.120 No way.
00:36:01.640 All this controversy is all them trying to do their best to destroy him.
00:36:06.540 Yes.
00:36:07.100 Try desperately to get him on.
00:36:08.480 I want to talk to him about this.
00:36:10.220 He should not be apologizing for it.
00:36:11.780 Nobody who is a supporter of Ted Cruz cares about this.
00:36:15.700 He's a smart enough politician to know this is going to cause him unneeded pain in his
00:36:20.400 career, which I understand.
00:36:22.200 Stupid political mistake.
00:36:23.800 Exactly.
00:36:24.280 And if you looked at his Instagram feed all weekend, it was just nonstop.
00:36:28.960 He's just got cases of water.
00:36:30.900 He's walking around every place in Texas.
00:36:33.320 And to me, that looks weak.
00:36:35.120 To me, that looks like he did something wrong and now he's trying to make up for it.
00:36:39.200 And he didn't do anything wrong.
00:36:40.780 He's done that stuff for other disasters.
00:36:42.540 But you know what?
00:36:42.560 There's a lot.
00:36:43.320 Yeah.
00:36:43.780 He's been working those things.
00:36:46.880 He was fantastic.
00:36:48.220 At the border.
00:36:48.780 At the border.
00:36:49.500 He was fantastic on the hurricanes that have rolled through Texas.
00:36:52.900 He's fantastic.
00:36:54.400 This one is, I don't have any power.
00:36:57.800 We don't have any water.
00:36:59.820 What do you say we leave here?
00:37:01.660 Because there's nothing we can do.
00:37:03.420 And I have a telephone that I can keep in my pocket and it works on the beach or any place
00:37:14.640 other than space.
00:37:16.300 I believe it was our own Elijah Schaefer who said that Ted Cruz was just working remotely
00:37:20.800 like all the public school teachers.
00:37:22.780 Oh, my God.
00:37:23.840 That's great.
00:37:24.680 That is fantastic.
00:37:26.000 That's apparently okay.
00:37:27.460 That is fantastic.
00:37:29.320 All right.
00:37:29.880 Thank you, Pat.
00:37:30.480 You watch Pat Gray, Pat Gray Unleashed live before this broadcast, or you can get Pat
00:37:35.720 Gray Unleashed wherever you get your podcasts.
00:37:37.940 People look forward to all sorts of things when the weather starts to warm.
00:37:41.000 Some people dream of jumping into a swimming pool on a hot tail.
00:37:45.020 Others just want to sit around the edge of that pool, sipping a cold drink.
00:37:49.280 Astonishingly, some people actually look forward to the heat of summer.
00:37:52.400 I am not one of them, but I live with one of them.
00:37:57.660 One of the things that people sometimes either love or dread is mowing the lawn.
00:38:04.220 I actually dread mowing the lawn if I have to push the mower or anything else.
00:38:08.600 Love mowing the lawn.
00:38:10.320 I love being on a tractor.

00:38:27.560 I mean, don't ask her about if he's good at it, but that's obvious.

00:44:03.040 I don't.
00:44:03.900 So if you have Verizon or some of these other big mobile companies, why are you doing it?
00:44:09.680 Why are you?
00:44:10.480 Because they're taking some of their money, their profits that they get from you, and they're sending it to places like Planned Parenthood or places that are working against everything that you hold dear.
00:44:21.760 Don't do it.
00:44:24.020 Don't do it.
00:44:25.240 Stand with the people who are standing by the principles that made this country what it is.

00:45:31.940 We're called 972-PATRIOT.
00:45:41.540 One of the greatest men that I know who is just so brave in today's society,
00:45:49.480 he is the founder and president of the Woodson Center
00:45:52.120 and the author of a great book, Lessons from the Least of These.
00:45:56.920 Bob Woodson is with us now.
00:45:59.040 Hey, Bob, how are you?
00:46:00.120 Pleased to be with you again, Glenn.
00:46:02.280 It's great to talk to you, sir.
00:46:04.000 Time has gone by so fast.
00:46:06.020 I can't believe it's been a year since you started the 1776 Unites Project.
00:46:11.780 We're really happy with the progress we've made so far in just one year.
00:46:16.120 That's great.
00:46:16.800 That's great.
00:46:17.720 So, Bob, I want to talk to you a little bit about reparations,
00:46:20.440 and I want to play the other side to see how you would answer these things.
00:46:28.000 Right now, the country is going through all kinds of change,
00:46:35.120 and the White House and the House has started hearings and a committee on reparations.
00:46:42.520 What's the problem with reparations?
00:46:46.680 Well, first of all, the key liberator for black folks in the past have been preparation, not reparations.
00:46:54.300 And also, the whole issue of reparations is really to deflect attention away from the critical problems.
00:47:01.440 First of all, just going into it in detail, who pays?
00:47:05.240 Did you know that the five Native American civilized tribes, they had thousands of slaves?
00:47:12.720 They were free blacks who also owned slaves.
00:47:16.220 Do they pay reparations?
00:47:20.360 And so it gets complicated.
00:47:23.200 But also, we have had reparations in the last 50 years in the form of poverty programs,
00:47:30.720 the $22 trillion we have spent that was supposed to be targeted to these communities,
00:47:36.240 where 70 cents of all the dollars went to people who served the poor.
00:47:40.380 We created a commodity out of the poor, and now we're getting ready to create a commodity out of race blacks.
00:47:48.960 So that's what's happening.
00:47:51.540 Let me play devil's advocate here and push back on who's going to pay.
00:47:58.100 It's really not about slavery, Bob.
00:48:00.840 It's about the inequality and the system that has been racist from the beginning.
00:48:08.300 So it's not really about slavery.
00:48:10.600 It's about the disadvantages that minorities, in this case African Americans, have had from the beginning.
00:48:17.540 Well, first of all, they make the incorrect statement that the problems facing blacks today,
00:48:24.960 out of wedlock, birth, crime and violence and income inequality, is related to the legacy of slavery and discrimination.
00:48:32.860 That is just not true.
00:48:34.040 And the fact is that blacks thrived during the periods of Jim Crow, building banks, hotels.
00:48:44.020 The median income in Durham, North Carolina in 1940, because of the black Wall Street,
00:48:52.140 was comparable to the income of whites throughout the country.
00:48:56.080 So, and also today, Glenn, 3.5 million black Africans and Caribbeans, they live here.
00:49:05.760 If racism were the biggest barrier, why do they have incomes comparable to, if not higher than whites,
00:49:11.540 they have a higher education level?
00:49:13.840 Why is it that these blacks who look like any other black, how is it that they were able to thrive and outperform blacks and Asians in terms of education?
00:49:25.900 If racism were the culprit, then how do you have this as an anomaly?
00:49:30.180 Well, but if you could just give African Americans money, they would be able to change their way of life.
00:49:40.880 They'd be able to pull themselves out of poverty.
00:49:43.140 If you just gave them a big check, they would be able to use that to create a different life for them and their family.
00:49:52.340 Okay, let's just, as if the problem, so let's just take an example.
00:49:56.520 For example, you have black men are 6% of the population, but they're 80% of the NFL and the NBA.
00:50:05.860 Two years after these men leave basketball and leave professional football, they are bankrupt.
00:50:13.440 Eighty percent of them are bankrupt within two years.
00:50:16.700 If money, if wealthy men are able to, so it isn't a matter of having income that defines your status.
00:50:25.220 This is how you use money.
00:50:28.040 And black Americans, historically, like I said, there are examples of when we have the right attitudes in place, we were able to achieve against the odds.
00:50:42.060 In Chicago in 1929, there were 731 black-owned businesses and $100 million in real estate assets, even at a time when we were being redlined.
00:50:54.880 So if we were able to build medical schools, dental schools, our own hospitals, our own hotels, our educational systems in five major cities, where we had crumbling buildings, overcrowded classrooms, half the budget says white schools,
00:51:14.600 we out-tested every other white school in five major cities at the turn of the century and up until 1940.
00:51:24.040 So, Glenn, if racism were the sole culprit, how is it that under worst circumstances, the de jure segregation, blacks were able to perform in ways where we had no control of the cities?
00:51:39.260 So, Bob, in all sincerity, I mean, we know that there are problems in the country and there's growing problems, I think, within the system of racism.
00:51:52.000 And it goes, it cuts in all directions.
00:51:55.000 But the thing that really disturbs me is that we are telling people, we're telling white people that they are racist, they're born racist, they can only be racist till the day they die.
00:52:08.480 And we're telling black people, you can't do it because these people are in your way and you need a third party to keep them at bay so you could accomplish something.
00:52:21.740 I think those are both so dangerous to teach people.
00:52:26.200 They are, but Glenn, let me say that those people who are supposed to represent black people are not their representatives.
00:52:33.200 If you look at the polls, 80% of blacks are against defund the police.
00:52:38.440 According to a Pew poll, 60% of blacks do not believe racial discrimination is a principal barrier to their being able to achieve.
00:52:47.560 So, it is a lie that the people you see on television and those that are in the media, supposed to be representing black people, they are part of the race grievance industry.
00:53:02.220 And we have, again, monetized pain and suffering and injustice.
00:53:07.280 They are the ones that white America are paying to give racially race audits or equity audits.
00:53:14.520 They are the ones that corporations are paying millions of dollars to do equity training.
00:53:20.920 You ask yourself, they should be compelled to answer the question.
00:53:25.680 Look at the out-of-wedlock births.
00:53:28.020 Look at the violence in these cities.
00:53:30.180 Tell me how spending money on equity training is a solution to these problems.
00:53:38.800 What we're doing at the Woodson Center is that we are mobilizing people within those communities to represent themselves.
00:53:46.680 And we're raising money so we can demonstrate to people that the real answer to decline is not to demand that white people liberate us from ourselves,
00:53:56.960 but that black America has to be agents of their own uplift.
00:54:02.000 I just, in case you don't know who I'm talking to, this is Bob Woodson.
00:54:07.500 He's the founder and president of the Woodson Center, author of the book Lessons from the Least of These, which is fantastic.
00:54:14.940 He has been a community organizer in the best sense of the word for a long time, trying to bring people together and teach principles that actually empower people for quite a long time.
00:54:34.820 And he has stood in the same place, unflinching, and it's going to get harder and harder for him to stand.
00:54:45.500 I got to believe that the pressure you guys are facing right now, I have to believe, is enormous, Bob.
00:54:53.040 Yeah, but it is, but I really think that that's one of the best of people.
00:54:59.620 Jack Dorsey, the founder of Netflix, is spending $4 billion on race grievance.
00:55:05.200 We need to mobilize our people to spend on the other side to empower people.
00:55:12.140 For instance, Glenn, we're not going to do this by just complaining about what the left is doing.
00:55:18.680 We must have a ground game.
00:55:19.960 And what we're doing is we're mobilizing 2,500 low-income black mothers called Voices of Black Mothers United.
00:55:30.040 They are standing up with the police against those who want to defund the police.
00:55:35.660 And so I really think we've got to mobilize indigenous organizations, people who are paying the price for this race grievance narrative that is being pushed.
00:55:48.940 We must let the people speak for themselves.
00:55:52.420 If you want to donate, I'm going to send them to Woodson Center.
00:55:55.120 Is that good?
00:55:56.360 That'll be good.
00:55:57.100 Yeah.
00:55:57.380 WoodsonCenter.org.
00:55:58.780 Yeah.
00:55:59.400 WoodsonCenter.org.
00:56:01.740 A really important work being done at the Woodson Center.
00:56:06.960 And we all have to stand together.
00:56:09.260 We have to put race aside.
00:56:11.020 We have to, you know, I was pushing back on, Bob, on the reparations just to show that it doesn't, it's not going to stop.
00:56:22.520 It doesn't have to make sense.
00:56:24.240 They have ways around all of your traditional arguments.
00:56:27.920 Arguments are not going to work.
00:56:30.040 You need to stay informed.
00:56:31.280 But we need to get active and we need to be seen together working to solve problems in all communities.
00:56:39.800 And Bob is a great, great example of working in underprivileged communities and empowering people.
00:56:48.720 And I am proud to stand by his side, and I would urge you to get involved, even if it's just a donation.
00:56:57.220 I know money is tight, but this is really important work.
00:57:01.960 You're frustrated.
00:57:02.840 You don't know what to do.
00:57:04.580 Reach out to the WoodsonCenter.org.
00:57:07.960 WoodsonCenter.org.
00:57:09.920 Bob, thank you so much.
00:57:11.120 We'll talk again.
00:57:12.320 Thank you.
00:57:13.000 And your listeners have been very generous in the past, and I want to thank them.
00:57:16.680 They are a good group of people, and whenever you need a community to come out and work side-by-side with you,
00:57:25.260 anytime we can do anything to help stand side-by-side, not just be a wallet, but also be hands, you let us know.
00:57:32.540 We'd love to work with you.
00:57:34.540 Well, I'm going to take you up on it, because we do need hearts and hands and wallets.
00:57:40.820 You got it.
00:57:41.560 Thank you so much, Bob.
00:57:42.600 You let us know.
00:57:43.160 All right, thank you.
00:57:44.480 WoodsonCenter.org.

00:57:53.300 There are lots of options out there, some of them good, some of them not so good.
00:57:56.840 Let me tell you about one of them that I believe in.

00:58:15.000 These are people that are going to give you the benefits that you're going to get from other senior organizations or mature American citizen organizations.
00:58:21.760 But you also get a group of people that are fighting with you.
00:58:27.100 This is so important that we put our time and our money into things that are working with us, not against us.
00:58:34.580 They are standing up right now against H.R. 1.
00:58:37.900 In fact, I have one of the guys from AMAC on in about an hour to talk about what's happening with H.R. 1.
00:58:44.120 It is a total bastardization of our voting system.
00:58:48.220 It is unconstitutional, and if they get a fraction of it passed, we're in deep trouble.
00:58:54.720 You'll never win another election in your life.
00:58:57.360 AMAC is standing against them.
00:58:59.380 You want to join their growing ranks.
00:59:01.720 Stand with AMAC as they fight the good fight by becoming a member today.
00:59:06.740 Benefits are great, but the cause is greater.

00:59:17.240 That's AMAC dot U-S slash Beck.
00:59:20.740 Better for you, better for America.
00:59:24.480 It's AMAC.
00:59:26.300 Ten seconds, Station ID.
00:59:39.340 I want to talk to you about Merrick Garland.
00:59:42.040 Merrick is the guy that everybody will remember.
00:59:44.520 He was the judge that the Republicans refused to confirm, and that was what the whole Supreme
00:59:54.580 Court thing was about, they say.
00:59:56.900 They also said that he's not a guy that would have a problem with the Second Amendment.
01:00:03.100 The conservatives are freaking out.
01:00:05.040 This is a very moderate guy.
01:00:06.380 Okay, let's forget about what he said and what was happening with the Supreme Court for
01:00:13.820 the moment.
01:00:14.880 I'm going to tell you that there is a reason he was selected as the Attorney General.
01:00:23.160 We are entering a very, very dangerous time in America.
01:00:28.480 You know, I've noticed that the left, not the Democrats, the left, they self-diagnose all
01:00:37.100 the time.
01:00:38.580 They say they're doing something, or they say the other side is doing something.
01:00:42.340 It's usually them.
01:00:43.500 When they were accusing Donald Trump, you know, over the summer of going to play hanky-panky
01:00:51.920 with all of the vote totals, and that he was using all the tools at his disposal to change
01:01:02.180 the way and make sure that people weren't voting.
01:01:05.000 What they were doing at the time was changing all the rules to make sure that they could
01:01:10.680 open up the coffers and all of the ballots that they wanted to come in would come in.
01:01:17.000 They changed the rules at the last minute.
01:01:20.120 I'm going to tell you about the Supreme Court and Clarence Thomas, what he said yesterday
01:01:24.300 about it.
01:01:24.860 It is really important that you hear his dissent.
01:01:28.720 And immediately the left is coming after him saying that this is extremist talk.
01:01:34.240 It's absolutely not extremist talk.
01:01:40.280 Also, you need to know that next hour I'm going to be telling you about what the House has
01:01:52.360 done.
01:01:52.800 The House Democrats have, they are now pressuring cable news outlets and also Amazon, Google,
01:02:01.880 Facebook, to cancel any of the right-leaning organizations like Fox, OAN, US, Newsmax, not
01:02:13.440 just on cable, but they are talking about going beyond cable to Roku, which would include
01:02:20.220 us, and Google, Apple.
01:02:23.860 They're talking about that now, and it's getting very serious.
01:02:26.780 So what does this have to do with Merrick Garland?
01:02:32.420 Merrick Garland was selected because he is, we are going to see, you know how we've been
01:02:42.020 seeing a replay of the 1960s?
01:02:45.220 And the 1990s, if you remember right, as soon as Oklahoma City happened, what did they do?
01:02:59.920 They not only got the bad guys, but what else did they do?
01:03:03.540 Within 24 hours, Bill Clinton was talking about Rush Limbaugh and talk radio and trying to
01:03:11.980 get that off the air.
01:03:14.200 Well, we've had our Oklahoma City bombing now.
01:03:17.200 It's January 6th.
01:03:19.980 And Merrick Garland said yesterday that this was worse.
01:03:25.700 What happened on January 6th was worse than what happened in Oklahoma City in the 1990s.
01:03:32.800 Let me explain who he is, and what his background is, and where he's going, if confirmed.
01:03:43.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:03:46.820 American Financing NMLS 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org
01:03:53.660 Historically low mortgage rates that we've been experiencing will not last forever.
01:03:58.620 The market is tricky.
01:04:00.100 We have put in 26% more cash into the system in just the last 12 months.
01:04:09.580 The reason why we don't have hyperinflation now is because the velocity of money is almost
01:04:14.620 at zero.
01:04:15.420 People are not spending.
01:04:17.220 But you're seeing where big money is spending.
01:04:20.000 The stock market.
01:04:21.360 That's inflation.
01:04:23.080 There's so much money.
01:04:24.360 They're putting it into the stock market.
01:04:27.360 The market is tricky.
01:04:30.000 But I'll tell you that when you have to pull those things back, you raise the interest rates.
01:04:35.720 So please get yourself out of risky, speculative mortgage rates that might be adjustable.
01:04:45.680 Lock this low interest rate down right now with American Financing.
01:04:51.120 Refinance your mortgage with a much lower interest rate right now and save hundreds of dollars.

01:05:14.680 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:05:17.380 All right.
01:05:17.640 I want to give you some of the answers from Merrick Garland.
01:05:22.920 Merrick yesterday said that he was going to vow to prosecute white supremacists.
01:05:30.260 Listen to this.
01:05:30.900 150 years after the department's founding, battling extremist attacks on our democratic institutions
01:05:39.000 also remains central to the department's mission.
01:05:42.640 From 1995 to 1997, I supervised the prosecution of the perpetrators of the bombing of the Oklahoma
01:05:50.500 City Federal Building, who sought to spark a revolution that would topple the federal government.
01:05:57.620 If confirmed, I will supervise the prosecution of white supremacists and others who stormed the
01:06:05.160 Capitol on January 6th.
01:06:07.160 A heinous attack that sought to disrupt a cornerstone of our democracy, the peaceful transfer of power
01:06:15.980 to a newly elected government.
01:06:19.480 And that critical work is but a part of the broad scope of the department's responsibilities.
01:06:27.360 This is why he was selected.
01:06:30.260 He was selected because of his work in Oklahoma City and the Unabomber.
01:06:35.460 He has a lifelong pattern of going after extremists, which I am for.
01:06:44.680 I was glad we caught the Unabomber.
01:06:48.560 Really glad we caught him.
01:06:50.740 But he wasn't a right-wing extremist.
01:06:53.700 He was a technophobe.
01:06:56.280 He was warning against technology that would take over everyone's life.
01:07:04.680 Even a stopped clock can be right twice a day.
01:07:09.980 But he wasn't a right-wing and white supremacist.
01:07:14.060 When it comes to Timothy McVeigh, Timothy McVeigh was starting a revolution, and he was trying
01:07:24.080 to topple the American government.
01:07:26.480 He was saying that the IRS was growing too big.
01:07:31.400 The government was growing too big.
01:07:33.260 They were spying on their people, etc., etc.
01:07:35.840 stopped clock.
01:07:40.440 But they, both of them, both of them, were violent.
01:07:46.900 That's what made them extremists.
01:07:49.880 Their violence.
01:07:51.580 They thought it was better to blow people up.
01:07:54.420 There's no difference between them and John Wilkes Booth.
01:07:58.260 John Wilkes Booth wanted to kill President Lincoln because of his hatred, his hatred of the North, his hatred of blacks, his hatred of the peace treaty.
01:08:11.880 He wanted revolution.
01:08:14.560 He wanted to defeat the North.
01:08:20.100 When Garland said yesterday that today is more dangerous, what happened on January 6th is more dangerous
01:08:27.980 than Oklahoma City, that should be a wake-up call to people.
01:08:33.060 Here he is.
01:08:34.120 Well, Mr. Chairman, I certainly agree that we are facing a more dangerous period than we faced in Oklahoma City than at that time.
01:08:42.500 From what I have seen, and I have no inside information about how the department is developing its work,
01:08:49.640 it looks like an extremely aggressive and perfectly appropriate beginning to an investigation.
01:08:55.080 All across the country, in the same way our original Oklahoma City investigation was, but many times more.
01:09:04.680 I don't yet know what additional resources would be required by the department.
01:09:09.400 I can assure you that this will be my first priority and my first briefing when I return to the department if I'm confirmed.
01:09:16.420 Do you hear his priority?
01:09:22.180 They have yet to define right-wing extremism.
01:09:31.440 They have labeled them terrorists.
01:09:34.760 Now, if it's a bunch of Nazis, well, let's look at the Nazis.
01:09:39.520 This is highly controversial and a horrible thing to say, but I'm an American, and I believe in the First Amendment.
01:09:49.740 If these Nazis are sitting around with a book-reading party, and they're just talking about how great national socialism is,
01:09:59.500 I'm sorry, gang, but they have to be allowed to do that.
01:10:04.460 I hate it.
01:10:06.020 I wish those people would go someplace else.
01:10:09.760 I wish that they would wake up to what the reality is, that Nazism and national socialism is evil.
01:10:19.700 But as long as they're not planning anything, as long as they're not working towards the destruction of the United States in the way that Antifa does,
01:10:32.320 you've got to leave them alone.
01:10:35.920 People believe weird things.
01:10:38.720 People believe dangerous things.
01:10:40.740 But unless they are a danger, they're not a terrorist, and they're not something that the FBI should or could do anything about.
01:10:53.920 If there are Nazis or any kind of white supremacists, the Klan, which was an arm of the Democratic Party,
01:11:04.160 the Klan, and they are holding their little meetings, I absolutely hate it.
01:11:13.340 I hate it.
01:11:16.380 But as long as they are not hurting people, using their power to intimidate, which is the reason why they have the hood,
01:11:25.580 so it's a hard one to make a case that they're not trying to intimidate and scare people,
01:11:29.260 they are using, that is an act of terror, by using violence or trying to use words that imply violence
01:11:39.520 to scare people into changing their way of life.
01:11:43.780 That is terrorism.
01:11:45.260 If the Black Panthers are not doing anything violent, the Black Panthers should exist.
01:12:01.280 If there's an appetite for a group of people that want to do that.
01:12:05.620 If Antifa wants to talk about fascism, even in the way that they do,
01:12:11.780 where they are truly fascists, it's either my way or I burn it down,
01:12:17.680 even if they want to just talk about fascism in that way,
01:12:23.120 and go out in the public square and have signs and have rallies and say,
01:12:27.780 hey, this is what we're all about.
01:12:29.060 That's fine.
01:12:30.000 They have to be left alone.
01:12:31.460 But the minute they start trying to bomb or burn down a federal building
01:12:36.980 or a police station, the minute they start beating people in the streets that won't comply,
01:12:44.100 they've crossed a line, just like the Klan would,
01:12:48.100 just like white supremacist Nazis would.
01:12:52.180 But here's the problem.
01:12:54.000 He's not talking about the violence that happened over the summer.
01:12:57.900 He is only talking about right-wing extremism
01:13:02.140 and white supremacists.
01:13:06.100 I am all for justice.
01:13:08.720 I am all for making sure we catch the bad guys,
01:13:12.780 as long as the bad guys are not defined to be on only one side.
01:13:19.620 Merrick Garland said yesterday that you could,
01:13:24.520 that there was no comparison between what happened on January 6th
01:13:30.340 and what happened over the summer.
01:13:33.460 That is because the Washington elites see themselves
01:13:37.680 as better than somebody who owns a taco stand.
01:13:42.200 I don't.
01:13:43.740 The Constitution doesn't.
01:13:46.400 They are the same crime.
01:13:52.800 Yesterday, he couldn't answer questions.
01:13:57.160 For instance, is Congressional Inaction a legitimate basis for Article 2
01:14:03.240 to decide it just must act because it wishes policy that were different
01:14:07.900 and legislation doesn't want to move?
01:14:10.680 So, can you just act because Congress doesn't?
01:14:16.180 Well, you're asking a really tough question about our basic constitutional structure.
01:14:21.200 Yes, weren't you a Supreme Court nominee?
01:14:23.260 So, you probably have studied the Constitution.
01:14:26.260 What's your answer to that?
01:14:29.440 Well, just because I'm upset that Congress hasn't done what I would like,
01:14:34.780 obviously that's not okay.
01:14:36.980 But the President does have authorities.
01:14:40.020 And when he acts consonant with Congress,
01:14:44.900 he's at his highest power.
01:14:46.520 When Congress has not acted at all,
01:14:49.260 he's left with only his own power,
01:14:51.560 which is clearly available under the Constitution.
01:14:54.860 So, you didn't really answer the question,
01:14:57.100 but you sure led me to a pond that I don't like.
01:15:02.460 Should border crossings,
01:15:05.080 illegal border crossings,
01:15:06.660 remain a crime?
01:15:08.300 I haven't thought of that question.
01:15:10.940 Really?
01:15:11.480 Really?
01:15:13.060 Really?
01:15:14.140 And you're going to be the chief law enforcement officer?
01:15:17.100 And we have what's going on now with our border?
01:15:20.020 You haven't thought about it?
01:15:24.860 That's the answer.
01:15:27.440 Would you commit to publicly releasing special counsel Durham's report,
01:15:31.940 just like the Mueller report was made public?
01:15:35.220 Well, I'm a great believer in transparency.
01:15:37.880 Although I would have to talk with Mr. Durham
01:15:41.600 and understand the nature of what he's been doing
01:15:44.400 and the nature of the report,
01:15:46.800 that will be one of the first things I do in office
01:15:49.860 is to talk to Durham
01:15:52.340 and find out what he's pursuing.
01:15:55.120 Oh, okay.
01:15:57.700 What about Hunter Biden and that investigation?
01:16:00.480 Are you going to pursue that?
01:16:02.100 You know, I haven't discussed the matter with anybody.
01:16:05.140 I haven't talked to the President.
01:16:06.320 But, you know, the President told me
01:16:07.960 that I'm able to serve, you know,
01:16:09.760 as Attorney General
01:16:10.660 without any interference from the White House.
01:16:12.740 That's not an answer to the question.
01:16:17.920 How about should females
01:16:20.040 have to be forced to compete
01:16:23.240 with biological males in female sports?
01:16:27.360 Well, you know,
01:16:28.740 that's a very difficult societal question.
01:16:31.780 Yes, it is.
01:16:33.920 Senator Kennedy said,
01:16:35.180 I know,
01:16:36.340 but you're going to be the Attorney General.
01:16:40.040 Well, but I may not be the one
01:16:42.100 who has to make policy decisions like that.
01:16:45.020 But it's not that I'm adverse to it.
01:16:47.560 Look, I think every human being
01:16:48.760 should be treated with dignity and respect,
01:16:50.480 and that's an overriding sense of my own character
01:16:53.200 and an overriding sense
01:16:55.300 of what I think the law requires.
01:16:57.180 So you just gave us the answer
01:16:58.960 without giving us the answer.
01:17:00.560 I want to tell you a really disturbing story
01:17:06.560 about the left and transgenderism.
01:17:11.660 They claim they are for transgender rights.
01:17:16.820 What happened to somebody who was arrested
01:17:19.860 who was transgender
01:17:21.460 and voted Democrat,
01:17:24.080 what happened to that individual
01:17:27.720 is an absolute
01:17:29.860 abomination.
01:17:33.580 It might as well happened
01:17:35.360 in a Soviet gulag,
01:17:37.180 but you're not going to hear
01:17:39.500 the left talk about it
01:17:40.800 because they don't care
01:17:43.260 if you're transgender or not.
01:17:45.460 They'll allow anything to happen
01:17:49.880 to you,
01:17:51.320 even if you're transgender.
01:17:55.280 You know, if we don't agree with you
01:17:57.900 or you're not useful to us,
01:17:59.720 I'll explain after the break.
01:18:04.080 There's enough things
01:18:05.060 that you have to worry about
01:18:06.040 throughout the day
01:18:06.680 with also having to constantly
01:18:08.880 be concerned that somebody
01:18:09.900 is going to try to steal
01:18:10.860 all of your information
01:18:11.760 and your identity online
01:18:13.180 because of COVID.
01:18:16.020 Everything is going online.
01:18:17.560 How many purchases
01:18:18.600 are you making online?
01:18:20.040 How many things
01:18:20.720 are you now doing?
01:18:21.720 How many meetings

01:19:53.840 breach of the U.S. Capitol
01:19:55.040 say that their client
01:19:56.880 who voted for Barack Obama
01:19:58.580 has been mistreated in jail.
01:20:01.400 I want you to listen to this.
01:20:03.460 The claims are among
01:20:04.720 several cited late Saturday
01:20:06.180 by lawyers
01:20:06.860 who asked a judge
01:20:07.640 to release Watkins
01:20:08.680 to home detention
01:20:09.660 in care of her fiancé.
01:20:11.740 Watkins was charged
01:20:12.720 last month
01:20:13.380 along with two others,
01:20:15.080 Thomas Caldwell
01:20:16.040 and Donovan Crowell
01:20:17.380 in an alleged conspiracy
01:20:19.100 involving disorderly conduct
01:20:20.920 and other violations
01:20:22.240 connected to the
01:20:23.520 January 6th breach.
01:20:25.540 In court filings,
01:20:27.000 the Justice Department
01:20:27.700 alleged that Watkins
01:20:28.880 belongs to the
01:20:29.680 Oath Keepers group,
01:20:31.200 many of whose members
01:20:32.620 have also been charged
01:20:33.820 for their alleged part
01:20:35.140 in the Capitol melee.
01:20:37.000 Notice they say
01:20:37.960 it's a melee,
01:20:39.180 that it's disorderly conduct
01:20:41.020 and other violations.
01:20:43.700 If you're going to charge somebody
01:20:45.400 with the overthrow
01:20:46.280 of the United States government,
01:20:47.820 you might want to charge them
01:20:49.240 with that.
01:20:50.660 Now, here's what happened.
01:20:53.320 Jessica Watkins
01:20:54.360 is transgender.
01:20:55.700 When she said
01:20:58.660 that I have
01:21:00.220 medical issues
01:21:01.020 that have to be attended to,
01:21:02.340 my arm
01:21:03.060 needs medical attention,
01:21:05.460 they said,
01:21:06.420 you're not seeing a doctor,
01:21:07.280 you're not seeing a doctor.
01:21:08.160 She said,
01:21:08.420 my arm needs
01:21:09.320 medical attention,
01:21:10.340 you're not seeing a doctor.
01:21:12.060 She said,
01:21:12.660 when they brought her food,
01:21:13.540 I'm not going to eat.
01:21:14.480 I'm on a hunger strike
01:21:15.400 until I can see
01:21:16.240 at least a doctor.
01:21:18.180 They deemed that
01:21:19.580 suicidal.
01:21:21.800 So they stripped her naked
01:21:23.640 in the cell block,
01:21:26.280 stripped her naked
01:21:27.340 and left her lights on
01:21:29.340 in the cell
01:21:29.980 24 hours a day
01:21:31.880 for four days.
01:21:34.220 This is an abomination.
01:21:36.460 You don't have to like her.
01:21:38.980 You don't have to agree
01:21:40.080 with her politics.
01:21:41.440 You don't even have to,
01:21:42.840 you can say she belongs in jail,
01:21:45.600 but don't you dare tell me
01:21:46.900 you care about transgender people
01:21:48.820 or people at all
01:21:50.300 when you do this to them
01:21:52.920 and you don't have
01:21:54.600 a problem with it.
01:21:55.760 It's immoral.
01:21:57.340 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:21:59.840 I was warned
01:22:01.200 that anything that I say
01:22:04.940 on this subject
01:22:06.700 can and will be held
01:22:08.260 against me
01:22:09.160 and I'm cool with it.
01:22:12.000 I'm still going to say it
01:22:13.580 in 60 seconds.
01:22:18.080 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:19.680 When it comes to buy
01:22:20.720 or sell a house
01:22:21.720 or both,
01:22:22.640 what's your game plan?
01:22:23.780 Do you have one?
01:22:24.740 Do you know
01:22:25.380 how to find
01:22:26.760 the best real estate agent
01:22:28.400 to start the process?
01:22:30.920 We have no game face.
01:22:32.920 We don't have any idea.
01:22:33.920 Most of us
01:22:34.460 don't have any idea
01:22:35.720 what it really takes
01:22:37.080 to even interview
01:22:38.420 a real estate agent.
01:22:40.180 How do you find one?
01:22:41.520 My whole life
01:22:42.220 I've been like,
01:22:43.000 okay,
01:22:43.600 let's call them
01:22:44.820 and have them come over
01:22:45.660 and look at it.
01:22:47.060 Okay, yeah.
01:22:48.020 Where do we sign?
01:22:48.820 I mean,
01:22:49.320 do you interview them?
01:22:51.680 We do
01:22:52.520 at Real Estate Agents

01:22:59.020 who are going to work
01:23:00.140 with you
01:23:00.740 to create
01:23:01.500 not just a game plan
01:23:03.020 but the game plan.
01:23:05.200 These agents
01:23:05.720 are tried and true.
01:23:07.080 They know the best practices

01:23:09.140 out of your old house
01:23:10.220 and into the new one
01:23:11.340 without the whole process
01:23:12.840 just turning into
01:23:13.580 a nightmare.
01:23:14.860 And they're going to work
01:23:15.400 really, really hard
01:23:16.320 to make sure
01:23:16.860 at the end of all of it
01:23:17.800 you're not merely satisfied
01:23:19.340 with the outcome
01:23:19.960 but you are instead
01:23:20.920 delighted with the outcome
01:23:22.400 and you tell your friends
01:23:23.600 these are the best
01:23:24.380 real estate agents
01:23:25.100 I've ever worked with.
01:23:26.600 Real Estate Agents
01:23:27.480 I Trust.com
01:23:28.580 A free service to you
01:23:29.700 the name says it all.
01:23:31.420 Real Estate Agents
01:23:32.480 I Trust.com
01:23:34.140 As God is in his heaven
01:23:35.880 do we have to hate each other
01:23:37.260 to the point
01:23:37.840 that people with less balance
01:23:40.020 are stimulated
01:23:41.560 to deeds of this kind.
01:23:48.020 That's what
01:23:48.840 that's what Ronald Reagan said
01:23:52.060 about the guy
01:23:52.820 who's trying to shoot him.
01:23:57.600 Now if somebody tries to shoot me
01:23:59.580 I don't know if I'm like
01:24:00.960 hey we love each other
01:24:03.320 we love each other
01:24:05.300 so deeds of this kind
01:24:07.160 somebody tries to blow up
01:24:08.640 something
01:24:09.220 I don't know if I say that
01:24:11.240 can't we just love each other
01:24:14.640 can't we find community
01:24:16.440 inside of ourself again
01:24:18.520 without forcing everyone
01:24:20.880 to agree with you
01:24:22.040 can you not disagree
01:24:24.680 with your neighbor anymore
01:24:26.400 and live next to them
01:24:28.100 the answer is
01:24:30.040 yes
01:24:30.640 but that is not
01:24:32.920 the answer
01:24:33.480 we are being pitched
01:24:34.680 I want to give you
01:24:38.760 what Clarence Thomas
01:24:39.860 said yesterday
01:24:41.040 and Clarence Thomas
01:24:42.240 is under attack
01:24:43.260 but what's new
01:24:44.420 he wrote
01:24:46.460 a forceful dissent
01:24:48.020 from the Supreme Court's
01:24:49.400 decision
01:24:49.780 to refuse hearing
01:24:50.920 a Republican challenge
01:24:52.220 of a Pennsylvania
01:24:53.500 State Court decision
01:24:54.660 allowing ballots
01:24:56.260 that were received
01:24:57.120 up to three days
01:24:58.660 after the election
01:24:59.480 to be counted
01:25:00.180 in November's election
01:25:01.380 now
01:25:02.260 I want you to understand
01:25:03.720 none of this
01:25:05.280 is going to change
01:25:06.500 the outcome
01:25:07.080 if they found
01:25:08.320 all of a sudden
01:25:08.940 that all of the states
01:25:10.220 had falsified stuff
01:25:11.860 there is nothing
01:25:13.260 in the Constitution
01:25:14.480 that corrects that
01:25:16.820 so anything
01:25:17.980 that you find
01:25:18.860 now
01:25:19.440 is to make sure
01:25:20.660 you fix it
01:25:21.620 for the next election
01:25:23.720 this is the time
01:25:26.240 where we don't have
01:25:27.420 to have conspiracy theories
01:25:28.820 we don't have to say
01:25:29.720 because it won't
01:25:30.720 change anything
01:25:31.780 it can't
01:25:32.720 it will only fix it
01:25:36.820 so we believe
01:25:37.900 in the system
01:25:38.680 the next time
01:25:39.740 now this is
01:25:41.660 exactly
01:25:42.600 what Clarence Thomas
01:25:43.640 said
01:25:44.120 one wonders
01:25:45.680 what the court
01:25:46.380 waits for
01:25:47.380 we failed
01:25:48.660 to settle
01:25:49.240 this dispute
01:25:50.020 before the election
01:25:51.180 and thus provide
01:25:52.520 clear rules
01:25:53.400 now
01:25:54.500 we again
01:25:55.420 fail to provide
01:25:56.500 clear rules
01:25:57.340 for the future
01:25:58.080 elections
01:25:58.860 the decision
01:26:00.240 to leave
01:26:00.840 election law
01:26:01.620 hidden beneath
01:26:02.520 a shroud of doubt
01:26:03.940 is baffling
01:26:05.080 by doing nothing
01:26:06.820 we invite
01:26:07.780 further confusion
01:26:08.840 and erosion
01:26:09.700 of voter confidence
01:26:11.140 our fellow citizens
01:26:12.800 deserve better
01:26:13.860 and expect
01:26:15.020 more of us
01:26:15.900 I respectfully
01:26:17.100 dissent
01:26:17.880 now
01:26:19.780 what's the problem
01:26:22.940 with that
01:26:23.440 is he a conspiracy
01:26:25.400 theorist
01:26:26.000 is he saying
01:26:27.560 Donald Trump
01:26:28.100 won
01:26:28.440 no
01:26:30.000 he's saying
01:26:31.020 people don't
01:26:32.280 trust the system
01:26:33.580 what are we
01:26:35.060 waiting for
01:26:35.940 because we did
01:26:37.360 nothing before
01:26:38.520 it's made it
01:26:39.880 worse
01:26:40.500 now
01:26:41.120 we're doing it
01:26:42.060 again
01:26:42.580 that's not
01:26:45.140 Donald Trump
01:26:46.340 won
01:26:46.680 come hell
01:26:47.920 or high
01:26:48.280 water
01:26:48.600 I'm gonna
01:26:49.020 make sure
01:26:49.660 he's in
01:26:50.120 office
01:26:50.560 he can't
01:26:51.940 do that
01:26:52.500 at this
01:26:52.940 point
01:26:53.400 he is
01:26:56.820 coming
01:26:57.340 under
01:26:59.080 attack
01:26:59.640 like
01:27:00.420 nobody's
01:27:01.560 business
01:27:02.080 he said
01:27:04.220 quote
01:27:04.720 the decision
01:27:06.340 to rewrite
01:27:07.080 the rules
01:27:07.640 seems to
01:27:08.560 have affected
01:27:09.280 too few
01:27:10.200 ballots
01:27:10.680 to change
01:27:11.340 the outcome
01:27:11.900 of any
01:27:12.360 federal election
01:27:13.160 but that
01:27:14.180 may not
01:27:14.900 be the case
01:27:15.620 in the future
01:27:16.480 these cases
01:27:17.840 provide us
01:27:18.660 with an ideal
01:27:19.500 opportunity
01:27:20.100 to address
01:27:20.940 just what
01:27:21.620 authority
01:27:22.100 non-legislative
01:27:23.380 officials
01:27:23.820 have set
01:27:24.780 election rules
01:27:25.940 and to do so
01:27:27.080 well before
01:27:27.920 the next election
01:27:28.800 cycle
01:27:29.240 the refusal
01:27:30.320 to do so
01:27:31.140 is inexplicable
01:27:32.500 now why
01:27:35.840 aren't they
01:27:36.240 doing it
01:27:36.840 because I
01:27:38.980 think some
01:27:39.960 of them
01:27:40.440 want the
01:27:41.920 rules to
01:27:42.420 be
01:27:42.860 fuzzy
01:27:44.200 some of
01:27:45.920 them
01:27:46.240 don't want
01:27:47.620 to get
01:27:47.880 involved
01:27:48.540 they like
01:27:50.340 their cushy
01:27:50.980 little thing
01:27:51.520 and they
01:27:51.840 think they're
01:27:52.520 saving
01:27:53.080 themselves
01:27:53.800 from
01:27:55.420 any kind
01:27:56.920 of public
01:27:57.520 outrage
01:27:58.100 if they
01:27:58.500 don't get
01:27:59.000 involved
01:27:59.580 if they
01:27:59.960 don't
01:28:00.780 overturn
01:28:01.260 things
01:28:02.040 if they
01:28:02.780 just
01:28:03.100 would
01:28:03.360 leave
01:28:03.720 it
01:28:03.840 alone
01:28:04.360 but
01:28:05.620 they're
01:28:05.820 wrong
01:28:06.280 see
01:28:13.860 the
01:28:14.500 government
01:28:16.160 says
01:28:16.840 that we
01:28:17.580 have a
01:28:17.920 lack
01:28:18.140 of
01:28:18.320 trust
01:28:18.800 and
01:28:20.360 that's
01:28:20.760 the
01:28:20.900 problem
01:28:21.440 that the
01:28:22.520 American
01:28:22.880 people
01:28:23.380 have been
01:28:23.900 sold
01:28:24.380 a bill
01:28:24.780 of goods
01:28:25.420 by people
01:28:26.440 like me
01:28:27.140 and that
01:28:29.260 has caused
01:28:29.760 them to
01:28:30.160 have a
01:28:30.560 lack
01:28:30.800 of
01:28:30.980 trust
01:28:31.500 and so
01:28:33.840 now there's
01:28:34.320 a bunch
01:28:34.560 of
01:28:34.680 anti-government
01:28:35.480 people
01:28:35.840 no
01:28:36.400 we are
01:28:38.040 not
01:28:38.240 anti-government
01:28:39.240 I'm not
01:28:41.260 an anarchist
01:28:42.340 the anarchists
01:28:43.800 wear black
01:28:44.980 they are
01:28:46.560 here and
01:28:47.360 on our
01:28:47.780 streets
01:28:48.260 they are
01:28:49.120 talking about
01:28:49.960 tearing down
01:28:50.620 the United
01:28:51.060 States
01:28:51.460 government
01:28:51.900 now
01:28:53.880 you
01:28:54.940 are also
01:28:56.060 not
01:28:56.340 protecting
01:28:56.840 and defending
01:28:57.440 the Constitution
01:28:58.140 of the United
01:28:58.880 States
01:28:59.380 if you
01:29:00.560 are saying
01:29:01.420 this is
01:29:02.200 a racist
01:29:02.800 country
01:29:03.520 that the
01:29:04.800 whole system
01:29:05.520 needs to
01:29:06.260 be dismantled
01:29:07.500 and replaced
01:29:09.700 with what
01:29:10.500 you're denying
01:29:12.840 rights
01:29:13.640 under the
01:29:14.680 Bill of
01:29:15.060 Rights
01:29:15.480 I am
01:29:16.520 for the
01:29:17.200 Bill of
01:29:17.540 Rights
01:29:17.960 I am
01:29:19.140 not for
01:29:19.860 tearing this
01:29:20.560 government
01:29:20.920 down
01:29:21.420 I'm
01:29:23.400 actually for
01:29:24.080 your
01:29:24.560 secession
01:29:25.180 not mine
01:29:25.800 I'm not
01:29:26.160 leaving
01:29:26.460 why
01:29:27.140 would
01:29:27.280 I
01:29:27.440 leave
01:29:27.780 I've
01:29:28.520 got
01:29:28.680 the
01:29:28.820 Constitutions
01:29:30.100 in the
01:29:30.420 National
01:29:30.700 Archives
01:29:31.160 it's
01:29:31.740 right
01:29:31.960 there
01:29:32.300 front
01:29:32.700 of
01:29:32.840 everybody
01:29:33.160 to
01:29:33.380 see
01:29:33.580 I
01:29:33.920 agree
01:29:34.260 with
01:29:34.460 every
01:29:34.700 word
01:29:35.120 there
01:29:35.460 so
01:29:36.260 that's
01:29:37.040 the
01:29:37.160 government
01:29:37.460 I'm
01:29:37.800 fighting
01:29:38.080 for
01:29:38.480 if
01:29:40.800 you're
01:29:40.940 fighting
01:29:41.180 for
01:29:41.360 that
01:29:41.500 government
01:29:41.840 too
01:29:42.100 if
01:29:42.240 you
01:29:42.360 believe
01:29:42.600 in
01:29:42.740 those
01:29:42.940 rights
01:29:43.280 why
01:29:44.620 would
01:29:44.820 either
01:29:45.020 of
01:29:45.240 us
01:29:45.420 leave
01:29:45.720 that's
01:29:47.200 the
01:29:47.340 government
01:29:47.740 but
01:29:51.840 you
01:29:51.980 want
01:29:52.160 to
01:29:52.280 silence
01:29:52.560 us
01:29:52.960 because
01:29:53.240 you
01:29:53.480 want
01:29:53.640 to
01:29:53.740 try
01:29:53.940 to
01:29:54.060 make
01:29:54.260 us
01:29:54.560 sound
01:29:54.880 like
01:29:55.140 we're
01:29:55.480 unreasonable
01:29:55.980 what
01:29:56.600 he
01:29:56.860 just
01:29:57.240 said
01:29:57.600 was
01:29:57.880 completely
01:29:58.740 reasonable
01:29:59.880 you
01:30:01.580 want
01:30:01.900 to
01:30:02.080 repair
01:30:02.440 trust
01:30:03.180 this
01:30:03.920 is
01:30:04.080 what
01:30:04.280 you
01:30:04.400 do
01:30:04.740 you
01:30:06.440 just
01:30:06.620 let
01:30:06.820 it
01:30:06.960 be
01:30:07.220 heard
01:30:07.620 people
01:30:09.500 who
01:30:10.020 I
01:30:11.260 found
01:30:11.740 this
01:30:12.260 because
01:30:13.460 of a
01:30:13.860 flaw
01:30:14.160 in
01:30:14.380 me
01:30:14.700 I
01:30:16.800 was
01:30:17.000 my
01:30:17.200 most
01:30:17.560 pompous
01:30:18.300 when
01:30:19.740 I
01:30:20.140 was
01:30:20.760 the
01:30:20.980 when
01:30:21.420 I
01:30:21.580 was
01:30:21.760 the
01:30:21.900 biggest
01:30:22.120 doubter
01:30:22.660 of
01:30:22.880 me
01:30:23.220 people
01:30:25.360 who
01:30:25.600 have
01:30:26.040 huge
01:30:26.800 egos
01:30:27.440 sometimes
01:30:29.120 many
01:30:30.140 times
01:30:30.680 are
01:30:31.680 the
01:30:31.860 ones
01:30:32.260 who
01:30:32.620 in
01:30:32.960 the
01:30:33.160 quiet
01:30:33.600 of
01:30:33.840 night
01:30:34.320 and
01:30:34.540 the
01:30:34.700 quiet
01:30:35.120 of
01:30:35.420 their
01:30:35.620 car
01:30:35.960 when
01:30:36.180 their
01:30:36.400 radio
01:30:36.760 is
01:30:37.020 broken
01:30:37.360 and
01:30:37.560 they
01:30:37.720 can't
01:30:38.100 turn
01:30:38.280 it
01:30:38.420 up
01:30:38.620 are
01:30:39.200 constantly
01:30:39.860 questioning
01:30:40.620 themselves
01:30:41.720 the
01:30:44.560 people
01:30:45.000 who
01:30:45.480 tell
01:30:45.900 you
01:30:46.200 I'm
01:30:46.600 the
01:30:46.780 best
01:30:47.140 at
01:30:47.340 this
01:30:47.720 probably
01:30:48.360 are
01:30:48.560 not
01:30:48.880 it's
01:30:51.200 the
01:30:51.360 people
01:30:51.640 that
01:30:51.820 are
01:30:51.940 quietly
01:30:52.480 just
01:30:53.120 going
01:30:53.480 up
01:30:53.660 stepping
01:30:53.940 up
01:30:54.120 to
01:30:54.220 the
01:30:54.320 plate
01:30:54.520 and
01:30:54.660 doing
01:30:55.020 it
01:30:55.300 they
01:30:55.920 don't
01:30:56.100 have
01:30:56.400 to
01:30:56.560 tell
01:30:56.800 everybody
01:30:57.220 they're
01:30:57.460 the
01:30:57.560 best
01:30:58.000 when
01:31:02.300 you
01:31:02.680 defend
01:31:03.360 yourself
01:31:04.000 as
01:31:04.900 Jesus
01:31:05.420 did
01:31:05.940 you're
01:31:07.640 walking
01:31:08.100 with the
01:31:08.600 ultimate
01:31:09.040 knowledge
01:31:09.820 of
01:31:10.240 eternal
01:31:10.880 truth
01:31:11.380 you're
01:31:11.740 walking
01:31:12.100 with the
01:31:12.520 knowledge
01:31:12.940 of what
01:31:14.040 you really
01:31:14.580 do
01:31:14.900 know
01:31:15.320 and
01:31:16.660 you
01:31:16.820 have
01:31:17.080 you
01:31:18.020 don't
01:31:18.280 have
01:31:18.700 to
01:31:19.180 beat
01:31:20.360 everybody
01:31:20.720 up
01:31:21.020 and
01:31:21.200 silence
01:31:21.860 everybody
01:31:22.540 I
01:31:24.600 don't
01:31:24.720 want
01:31:24.860 to
01:31:24.960 silence
01:31:25.300 anyone
01:31:25.840 I
01:31:28.560 don't
01:31:28.800 I
01:31:29.000 really
01:31:29.640 don't
01:31:30.060 mind
01:31:30.400 that
01:31:30.660 Antifa
01:31:31.260 is
01:31:32.980 present
01:31:34.180 and
01:31:34.960 talking
01:31:35.660 and being
01:31:36.200 online
01:31:36.700 I
01:31:37.100 have a
01:31:37.540 problem
01:31:37.900 with
01:31:38.240 their
01:31:38.400 violence
01:31:39.120 more
01:31:43.800 speech
01:31:44.240 not
01:31:44.460 less
01:31:44.880 and
01:31:47.080 anyone
01:31:47.420 who
01:31:47.680 tries
01:31:48.060 to
01:31:48.260 take
01:31:48.580 away
01:31:49.020 the
01:31:49.260 right
01:31:49.680 of
01:31:49.940 the
01:31:50.100 first
01:31:50.460 amendment
01:31:50.940 under
01:31:52.660 any
01:31:53.200 guise
01:31:53.760 is
01:31:55.420 by
01:31:55.900 definition
01:31:56.540 a
01:31:57.120 fascist
01:31:57.740 if
01:31:59.400 you
01:31:59.620 are
01:31:59.880 banning
01:32:00.500 books
01:32:00.980 if
01:32:01.840 you
01:32:02.000 are
01:32:02.180 silencing
01:32:03.000 people
01:32:03.520 if
01:32:04.300 you
01:32:04.460 are
01:32:04.640 cutting
01:32:04.960 them
01:32:05.220 off
01:32:05.500 and
01:32:05.680 isolating
01:32:06.320 them
01:32:06.760 because
01:32:07.740 they
01:32:08.360 don't
01:32:08.720 agree
01:32:09.060 with
01:32:09.320 your
01:32:09.580 political
01:32:10.100 point
01:32:10.500 of
01:32:10.700 view
01:32:10.980 you
01:32:11.440 by
01:32:11.740 definition
01:32:12.380 are
01:32:12.880 an
01:32:13.060 authoritarian
01:32:13.620 you
01:32:14.640 are
01:32:15.100 a
01:32:15.420 fascist
01:32:16.100 my
01:32:18.180 way
01:32:18.560 or
01:32:18.840 the
01:32:19.060 highway
01:32:19.560 is
01:32:20.600 fascistic
01:32:21.500 now
01:32:26.620 I
01:32:26.760 want
01:32:26.860 to
01:32:26.960 tell
01:32:27.140 you
01:32:27.440 why
01:32:31.000 this
01:32:31.340 is
01:32:31.540 so
01:32:31.920 important
01:32:32.700 that
01:32:34.940 you
01:32:35.340 follow
01:32:36.400 in
01:32:36.820 Clarence
01:32:37.300 Thomas
01:32:37.700 shoes
01:32:38.520 the
01:32:40.740 time
01:32:41.140 to
01:32:41.380 argue
01:32:41.800 if
01:32:42.060 Donald
01:32:42.340 Trump
01:32:42.660 won
01:32:43.060 or
01:32:43.340 not
01:32:43.880 is
01:32:44.780 over
01:32:45.100 it's
01:32:45.940 over
01:32:46.200 it
01:32:46.440 doesn't
01:32:46.960 matter
01:32:47.500 at
01:32:47.820 this
01:32:48.000 point
01:32:48.220 because
01:32:48.780 there
01:32:49.020 is
01:32:49.460 no
01:32:49.840 way
01:32:50.200 to
01:32:50.460 redress
01:32:50.920 it
01:32:51.160 you
01:32:52.680 can't
01:32:53.200 come
01:32:53.440 in
01:32:53.700 now
01:32:54.000 and
01:32:54.260 change
01:32:54.700 things
01:32:55.180 so
01:32:55.760 it
01:32:55.860 doesn't
01:32:56.160 matter
01:32:56.580 vote
01:32:57.040 for him
01:32:57.320 in
01:32:57.420 2024
01:32:57.860 you
01:32:58.400 can
01:32:58.980 vote
01:32:59.580 for him
01:32:59.820 in
01:32:59.920 2024
01:33:00.460 you
01:33:00.920 can
01:33:01.100 campaign
01:33:01.580 for him
01:33:01.960 in
01:33:02.100 2024
01:33:02.640 you
01:33:04.020 can
01:33:04.500 make
01:33:05.340 sure
01:33:05.880 that
01:33:06.240 it
01:33:06.400 doesn't
01:33:06.840 happen
01:33:07.220 again
01:33:07.840 and
01:33:09.520 that's
01:33:09.800 what
01:33:09.940 Clarence
01:33:10.340 Thomas
01:33:10.660 is
01:33:11.060 doing
01:33:11.320 if
01:33:11.920 there
01:33:12.420 was
01:33:12.740 something
01:33:13.280 wrong
01:33:13.940 then
01:33:15.600 we
01:33:15.760 need
01:33:15.980 to
01:33:16.220 find
01:33:16.520 it
01:33:16.780 and
01:33:17.180 address
01:33:17.680 it
01:33:18.000 if
01:33:19.200 there
01:33:19.380 was
01:33:19.560 nothing
01:33:20.000 wrong
01:33:20.520 we
01:33:20.960 should
01:33:21.180 still
01:33:21.540 have
01:33:21.760 a
01:33:21.920 hearing
01:33:22.260 open
01:33:22.820 to
01:33:23.100 the
01:33:23.280 public
01:33:23.760 because
01:33:25.560 secrecy
01:33:26.480 and
01:33:27.460 strong
01:33:28.140 arming

01:39:42.460 he's
01:39:42.660 going

01:39:52.800 was

01:39:53.500 that's

01:39:55.000 he
01:39:55.200 was
01:39:55.380 selected
01:39:55.840 and
01:39:58.400 now
01:39:59.340 you
01:39:59.560 have
01:40:00.080 a

01:40:05.200 it's
01:40:07.460 hard
01:40:07.620 to
01:40:07.740 understand
01:40:08.180 why
01:40:08.620 the
01:40:08.800 clarence
01:40:09.120 thomas
01:40:09.460 position
01:40:10.160 isn't
01:40:10.600 sensible
01:40:11.060 as you
01:40:11.580 mentioned
01:40:11.900 it's
01:40:12.120 like
01:40:12.900 there's
01:40:14.900 a
01:40:15.040 disagreement
01:40:16.120 about
01:40:16.620 whether
01:40:17.000 you
01:40:17.540 can
01:40:17.740 do
01:40:18.000 these
01:40:18.360 things
01:40:18.840 right
01:40:19.740 without
01:40:20.340 we
01:40:20.820 could
01:40:20.980 change
01:40:21.280 these
01:40:21.520 laws
01:40:21.860 without
01:40:22.360 the
01:40:22.960 state
01:40:23.320 handling
01:40:24.140 it
01:40:24.360 a
01:40:24.500 very
01:40:24.680 certain
01:40:25.000 way
01:40:25.340 didn't
01:40:26.120 happen
01:40:26.340 last
01:40:26.620 time
01:40:26.860 as
01:40:27.180 clarence
01:40:27.560 thomas
01:40:27.700 clearly
01:40:28.040 points
01:40:28.340 out
01:40:28.500 wouldn't
01:40:28.820 have
01:40:28.920 changed
01:40:29.120 the
01:40:29.260 election
01:40:29.500 results
01:40:29.940 he
01:40:31.120 says
01:40:31.400 it
01:40:31.720 out
01:40:32.420 straight
01:40:32.980 out
01:40:33.200 in
01:40:33.340 his
01:40:33.560 in
01:40:33.780 his
01:40:33.900 dissent
01:40:34.240 it's
01:40:34.500 not
01:40:34.620 about
01:40:34.840 changing
01:40:35.220 the
01:40:35.360 election
01:40:35.580 results
01:40:35.960 it
01:40:36.220 wouldn't
01:40:36.440 have
01:40:36.560 changed
01:40:36.740 the
01:40:36.880 election
01:40:37.120 results
01:40:37.500 but
01:40:38.040 it
01:40:38.320 might
01:40:38.580 next
01:40:38.900 time
01:40:39.340 and
01:40:39.880 so
01:40:40.140 let's
01:40:40.480 understand
01:40:40.920 and
01:40:41.440 learn
01:40:41.940 and
01:40:42.260 have
01:40:42.440 these
01:40:42.600 things
01:40:42.820 these
01:40:43.040 rules
01:40:43.360 set
01:40:43.840 so
01:40:44.000 we
01:40:44.100 don't
01:40:44.200 have
01:40:44.360 these
01:40:44.520 problems
01:40:44.840 next
01:40:45.100 time
01:40:45.320 but
01:40:45.460 he
01:40:45.600 also
01:40:46.060 says
01:40:46.540 in
01:40:46.680 there
01:40:46.820 and
01:40:46.920 I
01:40:47.040 think
01:40:47.220 this
01:40:47.420 is
01:40:47.580 just
01:40:48.060 as
01:40:48.260 important
01:40:48.700 we
01:40:49.920 must
01:40:50.380 restore
01:40:50.960 the
01:40:51.220 trust
01:40:51.860 we
01:40:52.580 have
01:40:52.940 to
01:40:53.120 have
01:40:53.400 an
01:40:53.560 open
01:40:54.000 hearing
01:40:54.460 and
01:40:54.620 an
01:40:54.760 open
01:40:54.980 forum
01:40:55.400 on
01:40:55.660 this
01:40:55.940 and
01:40:56.460 go
01:40:56.680 through
01:40:57.020 all
01:40:57.360 of
01:40:57.500 it
01:40:57.700 yeah
01:40:58.000 and
01:40:58.100 I
01:40:58.180 think
01:40:58.300 that's
01:40:58.620 I
01:40:59.040 mean
01:40:59.220 I
01:40:59.780 don't
01:40:59.920 understand
01:41:00.260 why
01:41:00.820 again
01:41:01.180 you
01:41:01.320 have
01:41:01.540 some
01:41:02.020 very
01:41:02.260 good
01:41:02.620 Supreme
01:41:03.020 Court
01:41:03.200 justices
01:41:03.640 that
01:41:03.800 did
01:41:03.960 not
01:41:04.100 agree
01:41:04.360 with
01:41:04.500 Thomas
01:41:04.780 on
01:41:05.020 this
01:41:05.200 and
01:41:05.320 I
01:41:05.440 assume
01:41:05.960 that
01:41:06.160 that's
01:41:06.400 their
01:41:06.580 issue
01:41:06.880 here
01:41:07.120 is
01:41:07.260 they
01:41:07.380 don't
01:41:07.560 want
01:41:07.800 to
01:41:08.020 introduce
01:41:10.600 this
01:41:11.180 idea
01:41:11.700 that
01:41:11.960 the
01:41:12.120 election
01:41:12.440 was
01:41:12.760 stolen
01:41:13.140 or
01:41:13.360 whatever
01:41:13.640 and
01:41:13.840 they
01:41:13.940 don't
01:41:14.040 want
01:41:14.160 to
01:41:14.260 give
01:41:14.400 any
01:41:14.600 credence
01:41:15.000 which
01:41:15.200 okay
01:41:15.580 when
01:41:16.100 you
01:41:16.200 understand
01:41:16.520 that
01:41:16.820 at
01:41:16.960 some
01:41:17.180 level
01:41:17.540 but
01:41:18.120 at
01:41:18.280 the
01:41:18.400 other
01:41:18.540 side
01:41:18.860 of
01:41:18.960 it
01:41:19.060 is
01:41:19.160 like
01:41:19.360 we
01:41:19.860 do
01:41:20.140 have
01:41:29.780 especially
01:41:30.180 when
01:41:30.620 a good
01:41:31.220 chunk
01:41:31.460 of
01:41:31.580 the
01:41:31.680 country
01:41:31.920 thinks
01:41:32.280 the
01:41:32.500 last
01:41:32.720 one
01:41:32.860 was
01:41:33.000 unfair
01:41:33.380 you
01:41:34.080 have
01:41:34.380 to
01:41:34.500 knock
01:41:34.700 as
01:41:35.060 many
01:41:35.260 of
01:41:35.380 these
01:41:35.500 issues
01:41:35.740 out
01:41:36.040 in
01:41:36.280 advance
01:41:36.640 as
01:41:36.820 possible
01:41:37.200 in
01:41:37.760 a
01:41:37.900 point
01:41:38.180 when
01:41:38.540 there
01:41:38.780 isn't
01:41:39.320 a
01:41:39.620 partisan
01:41:39.980 disagreement
01:41:40.580 about
01:41:40.960 it
01:41:41.080 we're
01:41:41.240 past
01:41:41.520 the
01:41:41.660 election
01:41:41.980 here's
01:41:42.680 a
01:41:42.800 safe
01:41:43.040 time
01:41:43.440 to
01:41:43.780 take
01:41:43.980 up
01:41:44.120 a
01:41:44.220 case
01:41:44.400 like
01:41:44.580 this
01:41:44.820 I
01:41:45.060 don't
01:41:45.180 know
01:41:45.280 what
01:41:45.380 the
01:41:45.460 issue
01:41:45.660 is
01:41:45.920 here
01:41:45.960 is
01:41:46.260 I
01:41:46.940 want
01:41:47.140 you
01:41:47.240 to
01:41:47.380 listen
01:41:47.680 very
01:41:48.040 carefully
01:41:48.500 to
01:41:48.780 what
01:41:49.160 exactly
01:41:49.800 I'm
01:41:50.120 saying
01:41:50.420 here
01:41:50.700 there
01:41:51.520 is
01:41:51.720 no
01:41:52.000 way
01:41:52.240 to
01:41:52.460 change
01:41:53.020 the
01:41:53.220 election
01:41:53.600 result
01:41:54.080 now
01:41:54.440 no
01:41:54.920 way
01:41:55.240 the
01:41:55.780 constitution
01:41:56.500 is
01:41:56.920 very
01:41:57.440 clear
01:41:57.900 on
01:41:58.180 that
01:41:58.400 and
01:41:58.620 I'm
01:41:58.820 a
01:41:58.940 constitutionalist
01:41:59.960 there
01:42:00.680 is
01:42:01.040 not
01:42:01.520 enough
01:42:02.060 evidence
01:42:02.940 that
01:42:03.620 has
01:42:03.840 been
01:42:04.060 presented
01:42:04.680 in
01:42:05.240 a
01:42:05.680 in
01:42:06.320 a
01:42:06.600 courtroom
01:42:07.180 to
01:42:08.320 convince
01:42:08.900 me
01:42:09.420 that
01:42:10.220 this
01:42:11.000 election
01:42:11.420 was
01:42:12.040 stolen
01:42:13.060 by
01:42:13.640 the
01:42:13.800 machines
01:42:14.340 or
01:42:14.560 anything
01:42:14.780 else
01:42:15.200 however
01:42:16.520 there
01:42:17.860 is
01:42:18.120 enough

01:42:29.480 all
01:42:29.740 the
01:42:29.900 rules
01:42:30.200 they
01:42:30.380 wouldn't
01:42:30.540 have
01:42:30.680 played
01:42:31.020 just
01:42:31.300 all
01:42:31.600 in
01:42:31.740 the
01:42:31.840 margins
01:42:32.240 everywhere
01:42:33.060 I

01:42:34.180 believe
01:42:34.400 the
01:42:34.540 election
01:42:34.820 would
01:42:35.000 have

01:42:35.280 out
01:42:35.420 the

01:42:45.720 me
01:42:49.800 real

01:43:15.300 down
01:43:15.520 I

01:46:42.840 what
01:46:43.240 HR1
01:46:44.300 is
01:46:44.880 HR1
01:46:47.080 is
01:46:47.300 a
01:46:47.420 travesty
01:46:48.060 it's
01:46:48.340 an

01:46:49.020 and
01:46:49.440 you
01:46:49.660 hit
01:46:49.840 it
01:46:50.020 pretty
01:46:50.280 hard
01:46:50.700 right
01:46:51.220 on
01:46:51.500 with
01:46:51.780 your

01:46:53.380 there
01:46:53.560 the
01:46:53.700 bottom
01:46:53.940 line
01:46:54.240 is
01:46:54.480 it
01:46:54.700 is
01:46:54.860 the
01:46:54.980 Democrat

01:46:56.340 for
01:46:56.620 one
01:46:56.820 party
01:46:57.100 control
01:46:57.660 and
01:46:58.420 essentially
01:46:58.820 take
01:46:59.120 all
01:46:59.320 the
01:46:59.440 bad
01:46:59.660 things
01:46:59.940 that
01:47:00.080 occurred
01:47:00.340 in
01:47:00.500 the

01:47:01.820 and
01:47:02.040 institutionalize
01:47:03.000 them
01:47:03.200 by pulling
01:47:03.780 the
01:47:04.600 election
01:47:05.360 process
01:47:05.860 which
01:47:06.160 the
01:47:06.400 founders
01:47:06.820 as you
01:47:07.920 so
01:47:08.220 brilliantly
01:47:09.020 have
01:47:09.240 written
01:47:09.400 about
01:47:09.700 but
01:47:09.900 that
01:47:10.060 the
01:47:10.220 founders
01:47:10.540 put
01:47:10.880 at
01:47:11.020 the
01:47:11.120 state
01:47:11.360 level
01:47:11.620 they
01:47:11.800 want
01:47:11.940 to
01:47:12.040 pull
01:47:12.180 it
01:47:12.280 to
01:47:12.360 the
01:47:12.480 federal
01:47:12.700 level
01:47:12.960 and
01:47:13.120 what
01:47:13.240 would
01:47:13.340 it
01:47:13.460 do
01:47:13.660 it
01:47:13.800 would
01:47:13.900 ban
01:47:16.880 voter
01:47:17.200 IDs
01:47:17.660 it
01:47:17.940 would
01:47:18.080 allow
01:47:18.460 mail-in
01:47:19.480 ballots
01:47:19.760 to
01:47:19.960 become
01:47:20.220 the
01:47:20.380 standard
01:47:20.740 it
01:47:21.000 would
01:47:21.220 create
01:47:21.780 same
01:47:22.060 day
01:47:22.240 and
01:47:22.360 online
01:47:22.740 registration
01:47:23.260 for
01:47:23.500 voters
01:47:29.440 early
01:47:29.880 voting
01:47:30.280 DMV
01:47:30.820 automatic
01:47:31.400 registration
01:47:32.860 so all
01:47:33.480 illegals
01:47:33.940 would be
01:47:34.240 automatically
01:47:34.620 registered
01:47:35.120 it would
01:47:35.440 give you
01:47:35.860 felony
01:47:36.520 felons
01:47:37.320 would be
01:47:37.640 able to
01:47:37.960 vote
01:47:38.200 16 year
01:47:38.820 olds
01:47:39.040 would be
01:47:39.320 able to
01:47:39.600 register
01:47:40.020 it would
01:47:41.060 allow
01:47:41.400 it's just
01:47:42.480 crazy
01:47:42.720 and in
01:47:43.020 fact
01:47:43.240 you know
01:47:43.440 the irony
01:47:43.920 is both
01:47:44.520 the wall
01:47:44.780 street
01:47:44.960 journal
01:47:45.240 and the
01:47:45.800 ACLU
01:47:46.500 who agree
01:47:46.940 on almost
01:47:47.380 nothing
01:47:47.820 agree that
01:47:49.060 this HR1
01:47:49.800 which will
01:47:50.280 pass the
01:47:50.780 house
01:47:51.060 and could
01:47:52.060 pass the
01:47:52.600 senate
01:47:52.780 is really
01:47:53.320 an
01:47:53.460 abomination
01:47:53.960 so
01:47:56.100 as
01:47:56.400 oh my
01:47:57.780 gosh
01:47:58.040 i'm
01:47:59.620 not
01:47:59.900 concerned
01:48:00.260 they put
01:48:00.820 everything
01:48:01.660 in there
01:48:02.380 so i am
01:48:03.220 concerned
01:48:03.560 that the
01:48:03.880 whole thing
01:48:04.320 passes
01:48:04.720 but i'm
01:48:05.320 also
01:48:05.660 concerned
01:48:06.220 about a
01:48:06.780 reconciliation
01:48:07.320 where the
01:48:08.580 senate says
01:48:09.000 ah we can't
01:48:09.560 pass this
01:48:10.000 and they
01:48:10.380 water it
01:48:10.860 down
01:48:11.160 any of
01:48:12.200 this stuff
01:48:12.920 correct me
01:48:14.200 if i'm
01:48:14.500 wrong
01:48:14.760 is
01:48:15.260 unconstitutional
01:48:16.680 the federal
01:48:17.740 government
01:48:18.260 has no
01:48:19.420 role
01:48:20.220 in the
01:48:21.180 way
01:48:21.500 states
01:48:22.120 vote
01:48:22.620 well that's
01:48:24.240 exactly
01:48:24.520 right and
01:48:25.100 actually
01:48:25.500 you know
01:48:26.380 you're right
01:48:27.100 to be
01:48:27.380 worried about
01:48:27.840 the senate
01:48:28.240 right now
01:48:28.740 the the
01:48:29.360 reason that
01:48:29.940 it is
01:48:30.760 likely not
01:48:31.560 to immediately
01:48:32.140 pass the
01:48:32.720 senate but
01:48:33.160 but we've
01:48:33.520 got to be
01:48:33.840 fearful is
01:48:34.500 that you
01:48:35.460 have two
01:48:36.060 senators
01:48:36.620 democrats who
01:48:37.460 are moderate
01:48:37.940 democrats
01:48:38.580 joe manchin
01:48:39.260 and uh
01:48:40.180 cinema who
01:48:40.760 say hey
01:48:41.580 we don't
01:48:41.960 want to get
01:48:42.280 rid of the
01:48:42.680 filibuster
01:48:43.220 and the
01:48:47.800 filibuster
01:48:48.140 means you
01:48:48.520 need 60
01:48:48.960 votes in
01:48:49.520 order to
01:48:49.880 get a
01:48:50.100 vote of
01:48:50.300 cloture and
01:48:50.800 get a
01:48:51.020 bad thing
01:48:51.480 to get
01:48:52.400 out
01:48:52.680 if you
01:48:53.640 drop the
01:48:54.180 filibuster
01:48:54.720 this bill
01:48:55.580 would almost
01:48:56.420 certainly get
01:48:57.000 out of the
01:48:57.360 senate and
01:48:57.900 and the
01:48:58.200 sad part
01:48:58.660 is it's
01:48:58.960 not only
01:48:59.280 unconstitutional
01:49:00.160 uh it
01:49:01.300 it drives
01:49:02.040 it actually
01:49:02.760 hits political
01:49:03.400 speech too
01:49:04.060 it it
01:49:04.680 actually tries
01:49:05.460 to it
01:49:06.060 reveals all
01:49:07.080 the details
01:49:07.700 of any
01:49:08.160 conservative
01:49:08.620 groups
01:49:09.240 contributors
01:49:10.120 right down
01:49:10.800 to addresses
01:49:11.360 so that
01:49:11.880 people can
01:49:12.280 be doxed
01:49:12.840 they can
01:49:13.160 show up
01:49:13.480 on your
01:49:13.680 front lawn
01:49:14.260 uh it
01:49:15.180 really
01:49:15.480 intends
01:49:15.880 it's an
01:49:16.180 intimidation
01:49:17.060 bill is
01:49:17.500 what it
01:49:17.780 is and
01:49:18.100 i and i
01:49:18.520 think i
01:49:19.120 guess i
01:49:19.620 am fearful
01:49:20.360 because
01:49:20.880 normally a
01:49:21.860 bill like
01:49:22.180 this uh
01:49:22.880 wouldn't have
01:49:23.380 a prayer
01:49:23.920 of getting
01:49:24.400 out of
01:49:24.960 either
01:49:25.240 camber
01:49:25.720 but right
01:49:26.140 now we
01:49:26.480 live in
01:49:26.800 surreal times
01:49:27.560 as you so
01:49:28.040 often say
01:49:28.640 and you
01:49:29.400 know we're
01:49:29.660 in a tough
01:49:30.020 moment right
01:49:30.520 now hr1 could
01:49:31.420 get out along
01:49:32.120 with other
01:49:32.420 bills like
01:49:32.860 hr127 that
01:49:34.040 tries to
01:49:34.540 confiscate guns
01:49:35.300 i mean these
01:49:35.720 are these
01:49:36.000 are significant
01:49:36.740 impairments to
01:49:37.840 the constitution
01:49:38.460 tell me about
01:49:39.580 that one
01:49:40.020 i mean i
01:49:41.300 honestly i
01:49:41.980 saw hr1 come
01:49:43.220 out the first
01:49:43.840 week and i
01:49:44.720 thought this is
01:49:45.480 a hail mary
01:49:46.080 pass they'll
01:49:46.540 never uh
01:49:47.640 they will
01:49:48.580 they will
01:49:49.240 get it
01:49:49.560 well
01:49:49.880 you know
01:49:51.680 let's pray
01:49:52.340 and let's
01:49:52.920 also work
01:49:53.900 that that
01:49:54.840 they don't
01:49:55.180 get it
01:49:55.420 through the
01:49:55.700 senate and
01:49:56.300 if the
01:49:56.720 filibuster
01:49:57.080 holds i
01:49:57.580 don't see
01:49:57.880 them getting
01:49:58.180 it through
01:49:58.440 the senate
01:49:58.800 just like
01:49:59.480 hr127
01:50:00.360 but you
01:50:00.940 know these
01:50:01.200 are stealth
01:50:01.720 you know we
01:50:02.340 have all this
01:50:02.660 impeachment
01:50:03.060 distraction
01:50:03.760 these bills
01:50:04.500 were being
01:50:04.900 crafted behind
01:50:05.780 the scenes
01:50:06.240 to get out
01:50:06.840 as fast as
01:50:07.540 they can get
01:50:07.960 them out
01:50:08.380 and they
01:50:09.040 will both
01:50:09.360 pass the
01:50:09.780 house
01:50:10.100 uh the
01:50:11.020 the second
01:50:11.780 one this
01:50:12.180 hr127
01:50:13.260 allows
01:50:14.100 confiscation of
01:50:15.040 guns uh
01:50:16.000 but it does
01:50:16.560 much more
01:50:17.120 than that
01:50:17.620 it says you
01:50:18.120 can't buy
01:50:18.660 or buy a
01:50:19.300 gun in the
01:50:19.880 future without
01:50:20.840 giving every
01:50:21.860 detail about
01:50:22.980 your home
01:50:23.580 including where
01:50:24.180 the gun is
01:50:24.660 stored they'll
01:50:25.360 all be made
01:50:25.840 public you
01:50:26.440 have to have
01:50:26.800 a psychiatric
01:50:27.260 evaluation you
01:50:28.300 have to have
01:50:28.640 mandatory minimums
01:50:31.140 up to 30
01:50:31.820 years in prison
01:50:32.560 if you don't
01:50:33.040 get the
01:50:33.340 license so
01:50:34.360 we're in an
01:50:34.900 environment right
01:50:35.560 now i mean
01:50:36.160 there's a lot
01:50:36.560 in that bill
01:50:37.040 that people
01:50:37.420 could be afraid
01:50:38.080 of and i
01:50:38.600 am uh but
01:50:39.440 they're you
01:50:39.880 know we're
01:50:40.100 in an
01:50:40.300 environment where
01:50:40.880 conservatives
01:50:41.320 need to stand
01:50:42.140 up uh and
01:50:43.500 speak out and
01:50:44.340 you know you're
01:50:45.060 an historian and
01:50:46.180 you know that
01:50:47.000 edmund burke was
01:50:47.760 really right all
01:50:48.540 it takes for evil
01:50:49.280 to prevail is for
01:50:50.200 good people to
01:50:50.800 do nothing and
01:50:51.640 we are in a
01:50:52.120 position now where
01:50:52.800 we have to not
01:50:53.760 be those people
01:50:54.420 who do nothing
01:50:55.040 so here's the
01:50:56.040 problem bobby is
01:50:56.840 that people feel
01:50:58.280 as i mean they
01:50:59.420 they've been worn
01:51:00.400 out they've been
01:51:01.260 worn out uh and
01:51:02.740 they feel as though
01:51:03.860 the republican
01:51:05.960 party doesn't hold
01:51:07.900 their values anymore
01:51:09.180 i mean are the
01:51:10.460 republicans going
01:51:11.580 going to actually
01:51:12.600 mount something
01:51:14.160 and actually
01:51:15.560 carry through
01:51:17.100 with their mission
01:51:18.060 and do they
01:51:18.880 have a plan
01:51:19.500 smart enough
01:51:20.720 to actually
01:51:21.240 pull it off
01:51:22.140 well the
01:51:23.440 bottom line
01:51:23.960 is that
01:51:25.060 we the people
01:51:26.200 have to give
01:51:27.300 spine to those
01:51:28.560 that pursuant to
01:51:29.560 the constitution
01:51:30.140 are supposed to
01:51:30.720 be doing our
01:51:31.240 bidding and we
01:51:31.860 know that 75
01:51:32.600 million americans
01:51:33.620 voted for
01:51:34.460 donald trump we
01:51:35.100 also know that
01:51:36.240 probably another
01:51:36.900 40 or 50
01:51:37.700 million sat at
01:51:38.460 home on their
01:51:38.880 couches thinking
01:51:39.600 all would be
01:51:40.220 well and they
01:51:40.900 love america but
01:51:41.740 they didn't vote
01:51:42.360 so the vast
01:51:43.520 majority of
01:51:44.140 americans i think
01:51:45.080 are on the right
01:51:46.460 side of history
01:51:47.180 the problem is
01:51:48.000 history will make
01:51:48.980 itself if you
01:51:49.680 don't help make
01:51:50.320 it and uh you
01:51:51.480 know i'm an old
01:51:51.980 norman rockwell
01:51:52.720 republican i'm a
01:51:53.860 i'm a ronald reagan
01:51:55.100 republican strong
01:51:55.980 defense good moral
01:51:57.080 compass smaller
01:51:58.180 government lower
01:51:58.860 taxes if we don't
01:52:00.260 speak up for those
01:52:01.060 things they will be
01:52:01.820 taken away from us
01:52:02.780 i am i thought you
01:52:04.440 said at first that
01:52:05.360 you were a
01:52:06.080 a rockefeller
01:52:07.800 republican i was
01:52:08.620 really like that's
01:52:09.160 not good
01:52:09.560 no no norman
01:52:10.740 rockwell
01:52:11.240 yeah i get it
01:52:12.380 i get it
01:52:12.820 yeah um so uh
01:52:15.380 let me uh and
01:52:16.540 again full disclosure
01:52:17.640 he works for amac
01:52:19.160 amac is a sponsor
01:52:20.180 but you know me
01:52:21.700 well enough to know
01:52:22.560 i ask this of
01:52:23.700 everybody who
01:52:24.900 talks like this
01:52:26.340 what are you guys
01:52:27.740 doing about it
01:52:28.520 what can people in
01:52:29.640 this audience do
01:52:30.560 unbelievably and
01:52:33.020 this is why i love
01:52:33.740 amac i think it's
01:52:34.640 a natural extension
01:52:35.880 the reason i work
01:52:36.660 for them is that
01:52:37.500 they are the natural
01:52:38.300 extension of the
01:52:39.500 reagan approach
01:52:40.500 yes you get
01:52:41.200 economic benefits
01:52:42.080 like other
01:52:42.820 organizations for
01:52:43.680 those over the
01:52:44.180 age of 50 but
01:52:44.880 the main mission
01:52:45.920 is they fight
01:52:46.740 every single day
01:52:47.720 when i say fight
01:52:48.540 i mean they are
01:52:49.720 submitting petitions
01:52:50.740 they are sending
01:52:51.580 tens of thousands
01:52:52.660 of emails
01:52:53.620 they are making
01:52:54.200 phone calls
01:52:54.820 around the clock
01:52:55.540 to try to defend
01:52:56.280 the first amendment
01:52:56.920 the second amendment
01:52:57.640 the fourth amendment
01:52:58.340 sixth amendment
01:52:59.360 tenth amendment
01:53:00.000 i write every day
01:53:01.060 on amac
01:53:01.560 uh well i don't
01:53:02.480 write every day
01:53:02.960 i write every week
01:53:03.720 three times a week
01:53:04.540 on amac.us
01:53:05.500 they push their
01:53:06.680 publications out
01:53:07.540 we're on radio
01:53:08.600 we're on television
01:53:09.380 i mean i'm regularly
01:53:10.320 on fox
01:53:10.960 the bottom line
01:53:11.720 is this is an
01:53:12.820 organization that
01:53:13.600 is trying to
01:53:14.500 stop bad things
01:53:15.540 from happening
01:53:16.100 with detail
01:53:16.760 in fact people
01:53:17.440 can become delegates
01:53:18.320 they can become
01:53:19.040 actively involved
01:53:20.420 i mean at the end
01:53:21.440 of the day
01:53:21.900 you know the
01:53:22.420 toqueville was right
01:53:23.260 at the end of the
01:53:24.140 day americans
01:53:24.920 are unique because
01:53:26.160 we do get involved
01:53:27.080 in the civic process
01:53:27.980 and we do try to
01:53:28.940 fix problems
01:53:29.560 and i am an
01:53:30.520 optimist
01:53:30.920 we we can fix
01:53:32.380 these problems
01:53:32.980 uh and and the
01:53:34.140 natural law principles
01:53:35.080 that are all embodied
01:53:36.380 in the things amac
01:53:37.400 defends the bill of
01:53:38.160 rights those things
01:53:39.040 aren't going away
01:53:39.620 they're given by god
01:53:40.460 and they're out there
01:53:41.220 but we've got to
01:53:42.140 fight for them
01:53:42.640 because there are
01:53:43.280 government people
01:53:44.060 i mean i you know
01:53:45.180 the list of names
01:53:45.880 that at the national
01:53:46.880 level are trying to
01:53:47.860 strip us of these
01:53:48.500 rights and these
01:53:49.380 really are the
01:53:50.100 precious rights
01:53:50.680 that make everything
01:53:51.300 else possible
01:53:51.920 um i urge you to
01:53:54.340 join uh amac
01:53:56.100 they are i mean i've
01:53:57.440 i've i've watched
01:53:58.940 this organization from
01:53:59.980 the very beginning
01:54:00.700 they they got into
01:54:02.480 it when obamacare
01:54:03.480 was going and
01:54:03.980 they were they
01:54:04.420 realized what the
01:54:05.540 competitive uh the
01:54:07.100 competitor to amac
01:54:08.200 was doing and i
01:54:09.440 talked about it on
01:54:10.140 fox and i'm like
01:54:10.780 this is crazy look
01:54:12.380 at what's happening
01:54:13.080 they're they're
01:54:13.620 selling old but they
01:54:14.600 say they represent
01:54:15.260 old people and
01:54:16.160 they're selling them
01:54:16.960 down the river and
01:54:18.480 amac came out of
01:54:20.040 those days and they
01:54:21.300 are relentless uh
01:54:23.680 so join them find
01:54:24.700 them at amac amac
01:54:26.380 dot us uh and uh
01:54:29.560 and join them if
01:54:30.400 you can thank you
01:54:31.260 so much uh
01:54:32.300 appreciate it bobby
01:54:33.100 we'll have you on
01:54:33.600 again
01:54:34.000 better that thank
01:54:35.520 you
01:54:35.660 bye-bye
01:54:36.280 it's really scary
01:54:40.500 isn't it when i
01:54:41.260 mean i think most
01:54:42.040 people i know are
01:54:43.020 still not paying
01:54:44.020 attention they're
01:54:45.560 just not paying
01:54:46.360 attention and a
01:54:48.480 lot of conservatives
01:54:49.120 i know they're just
01:54:50.000 like i i don't know
01:54:51.360 i mean it's just all
01:54:52.620 crazy yeah there's a
01:54:53.840 tendency after
01:54:54.500 especially like a big
01:54:55.240 election that you
01:54:56.020 come out on the wrong
01:54:56.780 side of that you just
01:54:57.860 don't want to even
01:54:58.460 engage for a while
01:54:59.480 and that's this is
01:55:00.920 when they roll over
01:55:01.940 everything these these
01:55:03.200 hundred days are
01:55:04.880 changing america
01:55:05.840 fundamentally changing
01:55:07.600 america just this 1.9
01:55:09.060 trillion dollar bill
01:55:10.100 they're forcing through
01:55:10.940 has all i mean yes
01:55:12.160 the 15 dollar minimum
01:55:13.780 wage has had a lot of
01:55:14.940 attention on it but i
01:55:16.300 mean you know there's
01:55:16.900 tons of other stuff in
01:55:17.820 there uh to go
01:55:19.400 through it's it's
01:55:20.660 scary and they're
01:55:21.560 gonna be able to do
01:55:21.980 basically whatever they
01:55:22.680 want with it
01:55:23.260 terry lives in georgia
01:55:26.180 by the time he heard
01:55:27.360 about relief factor on
01:55:28.280 my program he had been
01:55:29.580 living with lower back
01:55:30.560 and leg pain for a
01:55:31.640 number of years you
01:55:33.140 know the great thing
01:55:33.880 is terry after a while
01:55:35.180 the legs just go numb
01:55:36.500 and uh i think that
01:55:38.620 might be bad i should
01:55:39.400 talk to the doctor
01:55:40.020 anyway he tried a lot
01:55:41.600 of things to remedy
01:55:42.480 the the pain and some
01:55:44.040 of them even worked
01:55:44.820 for a little while but
01:55:45.640 nothing worked
01:55:46.460 permanently so when
01:55:47.900 he heard about my
01:55:48.520 experience with relief
01:55:49.520 factor he decided it
01:55:50.740 was worth a shot well
01:55:52.840 terry now tells me
01:55:54.180 that within a few
01:55:55.100 weeks of just
01:55:56.320 starting to take it
01:55:57.320 terry discovered that
01:55:58.700 he was no longer in
01:55:59.520 pain he said it
01:56:01.140 melted away and like
01:56:02.860 me terry wasn't
01:56:03.920 content just to keep
01:56:04.740 the news to himself
01:56:05.400 he tells everybody he
01:56:06.260 talks to now about
01:56:07.540 the relief that he
01:56:08.420 has has received from
01:56:09.920 relief factor he got
01:56:11.420 his life back he wants
01:56:13.580 you to get your life
01:56:14.320 back i want you to get
01:56:15.320 your life back i mean
01:56:16.380 don't live in pain
01:56:17.500 70 of the people who
01:56:18.760 try this go on to
01:56:19.740 order more month after
01:56:20.580 month because it works
01:56:21.880 for them and you'll
01:56:22.880 know within the first
01:56:23.820 three weeks that's why
01:56:25.220 they offer the three
01:56:26.100 week quick start just
01:56:27.560 try it for 1995
01:56:28.920 relief factor.com that's
01:56:31.080 relief factor.com or
01:56:32.840 call 800-500-8384
01:56:35.260 800-500-8384
01:56:38.100 so everything i had
01:56:44.460 planned for today kind
01:56:45.560 of went out the window
01:56:47.300 as we started the show
01:56:50.560 because there was so
01:56:51.340 much to talk about in
01:56:52.520 news today but i still
01:56:54.280 need to get i need to
01:56:56.060 get through a couple of
01:56:58.100 things i want to i want
01:56:59.800 again talk to you about
01:57:01.000 disney uh you know now
01:57:04.400 labeling all of i don't
01:57:06.100 have a problem you know
01:57:07.160 play song of the south
01:57:08.740 there's nothing wrong with
01:57:11.300 that i i my um 20
01:57:15.520 something daughters who
01:57:17.340 you know are like dad
01:57:18.660 dad i mean you know
01:57:22.060 you're not for black
01:57:24.220 lives you're saying black
01:57:25.080 lives don't matter
01:57:26.300 no okay so they they
01:57:28.720 keep me honest they
01:57:29.740 push me push me push me
01:57:30.880 they even watched song of
01:57:32.560 the south and went what's
01:57:33.780 the problem with this and
01:57:36.220 i said well the whole
01:57:37.280 slavery thing and they're
01:57:38.060 like yeah obviously the
01:57:39.600 whole historical piece
01:57:41.060 about that era no no
01:57:43.780 no it's about really it's
01:57:45.680 about the 1940s and its
01:57:47.780 look at that era um but
01:57:50.180 right right again it's a
01:57:51.880 look at that era again
01:57:52.620 all of the important to
01:57:53.860 understand how these
01:57:54.700 things develop i feel like
01:57:55.920 exactly right so now
01:57:57.940 they that one's banned you
01:57:59.880 can't watch that one of
01:58:00.860 course but disney is not
01:58:03.480 only saying hey some of
01:58:04.700 these historic stereotypes
01:58:06.040 are wrong what they're
01:58:07.000 saying now is this was
01:58:08.980 wrong then and it's
01:58:11.540 wrong now does anyone
01:58:15.100 have standing i'm not an
01:58:16.580 attorney uh does anyone
01:58:18.020 have standing to go after
01:58:20.700 disney because they were
01:58:23.500 pushing things that they
01:58:25.260 just admitted they knew
01:58:27.320 was wrong then it's one
01:58:30.500 thing to say it was the
01:58:32.980 time that we were living
01:58:34.560 in it was perceived as
01:58:36.280 okay then right and they
01:58:39.940 didn't say like we knew
01:58:41.220 it was wrong no they're
01:58:42.380 just saying it was wrong
01:58:43.300 wrong then because the
01:58:44.380 trump administration sort
01:58:45.380 of did a little bit of
01:58:45.980 this with one of the
01:58:46.920 universities who came out
01:58:48.160 and made a big statement
01:58:48.920 about how racist they
01:58:50.080 were and then the trump
01:58:51.700 administration was like
01:58:52.340 oh you guys are racist
01:58:53.240 well we weren't going to
01:58:54.020 we didn't know that you
01:58:55.300 guys are admitting it and
01:58:56.140 it's against the law so if
01:58:57.420 you guys actually were
01:58:58.020 racist then we have to
01:58:59.420 cut your funding after
01:59:00.200 you yeah and that then
01:59:01.360 of course they reversed
01:59:02.100 course right on that one
01:59:03.700 because it is I don't
01:59:05.900 know I mean it's like
01:59:06.840 they're doing this on
01:59:08.040 the Muppet show like did
01:59:09.920 the Muppet I don't
01:59:10.740 remember I mean I
01:59:11.540 watched the Muppet show
01:59:12.320 it ran from 1976 to
01:59:13.840 1981 easy being green
01:59:15.900 right my gosh this guy
01:59:17.340 is for Pasaki and he
01:59:21.120 has no problem with it
01:59:22.680 pretty much that's that
01:59:23.680 I don't think that's how
01:59:24.260 you pronounce her name
01:59:25.180 yeah you know why you
01:59:27.000 know why because her
01:59:28.420 family has demanded that
01:59:30.780 the P remain silent and I
01:59:33.680 say the P should not
01:59:35.940 remain silent any longer
01:59:37.960 not on my watch P needs
01:59:41.360 to stand up against the
01:59:43.100 Pasaki family enough is
01:59:45.740 enough for generations
01:59:47.160 they've been keeping that
01:59:48.460 letter down I'm glad you
01:59:50.520 stood up finally thank you
01:59:51.740 it was wrong then it's
01:59:53.420 wrong now and they knew
01:59:55.600 it but what is there was
01:59:57.880 there overt racism on the
02:00:00.160 Muppet show like I don't
02:00:01.480 remember that at all my
02:00:04.680 well I seriously was it
02:00:06.660 was that was that a
02:00:07.860 problematic show easy
02:00:09.580 green joke it ain't easy
02:00:13.380 he was green he was a
02:00:14.800 person of color he was a
02:00:16.140 POC he's a frog Glenn oh
02:00:18.700 his name is Kermit the
02:00:20.260 frog he's a frog frogs are
02:00:22.760 usually you want to go down
02:00:24.780 that road they're all
02:00:26.780 puppets yeah thank you they're
02:00:29.680 all puppets like none of
02:00:31.160 them none of them but like
02:00:33.180 there were cartoons of like
02:00:35.080 uh overt terrible racist
02:00:38.360 characterizations of black
02:00:40.080 people and Asian people from
02:00:41.780 our past yes that I can
02:00:42.900 understand saying okay that
02:00:44.840 was wrong then it's wrong
02:00:45.720 now but like was there an
02:00:47.400 issue with the Muppets like
02:00:49.240 I've never even heard a
02:00:50.740 complaint about the Muppets
02:00:52.040 before I am not even going to
02:00:52.780 dignify that with a response
02:00:54.140 has there been I'm not even
02:00:55.780 oh stop it you know there was
02:00:57.900 what so I'm not going to
02:00:59.720 dignify that what character
02:01:00.660 did it I want to know not
02:01:02.280 knowing oh it's the sweet
02:01:03.780 speaks volumes they went
02:01:06.020 after the Swedish chef they
02:01:07.100 made him completely a white
02:01:09.100 guy really a white guy you're
02:01:11.580 talking about the oppression
02:01:12.500 of a white guy oh my gosh and
02:01:16.480 I suppose you want to keep
02:01:17.980 this P silent as well this is
02:01:20.940 the Glenn Beck program
