00:00:00.000 Your back keeps a receipt for pretty much everything you do.
00:00:03.860 Trust me, I know from experience.
00:00:05.960 Eight hours in a chair, three hours in an airplane,
00:00:08.660 that box you should have asked somebody to help you lift,
00:00:11.420 but you didn't listen. 0.98
00:00:13.140 Even sleeping sometimes is ridiculous 0.95
00:00:15.620 because you get up and you're like, 0.54
00:00:16.960 what did I, I was sleeping.
00:00:19.220 Your back presents the bill,
00:00:21.040 and that's why I would like you to consider a chirp contour.
00:00:25.400 The contour is this compact massage table
00:00:27.700 that you lie down on and something wonderful happens.
00:00:30.420 You don't have to have anything else.
00:00:31.980 Automatically adjust to your back.
00:00:33.860 Uses targeted spinal decompression and deep massage pressure
00:00:36.860 and optional heat, and it'll help your back relax.
00:00:39.600 I love it.
00:00:40.320 I have it.
00:00:40.880 I use it all the time when my back is hurting,
00:00:43.260 which is pretty much all the time.
00:00:45.300 Contour.
00:00:46.120 Get it now from Chirp.

00:01:29.200 Glenn Beck is on.
00:01:31.680 Na-na-na-na.
00:01:34.180 Oh, oh, oh, oh. 1.00
00:01:36.760 Na-na-na-na.
00:01:40.560 The fusion of entertainment, enlightenment, and empowerment.
00:01:48.300 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:52.200 Glenn Beck is on.
00:01:54.460 I'm torn.
00:01:56.200 I'm torn.
00:01:56.900 I knew what I was going to start with.
00:01:58.360 And then right before, my Texas trans and LGBTQ plus student resource guide came in.
00:02:06.540 Matt came in with one.
00:02:08.180 I got one.
00:02:09.460 Everybody gets the fly.
00:02:10.740 The flyer is here.
00:02:11.900 The flyer is here.
00:02:12.960 What to do if you're in Texas and you're thinking about trans?
00:02:17.060 In fact, it says you don't have to have everything figured out.
00:02:19.580 You don't have to know whether you're definitely trans.
00:02:21.640 You don't have to decide about hormones or surgery right now.
00:02:26.320 You don't even have to convince your parents.
00:02:28.880 Talk to me, the creepy adult that you don't know that likes to talk to young boys and girls about their private parts. 0.76
00:02:36.720 By the way, as we start looking into this, we're like, wait a minute, the Texas Trans thing, what is this, the transtexas.org?
00:02:48.560 well we looked into it and it's like the trans texas.org is like those aren't our flyers
00:02:55.000 we don't know anything about those flyers you don't well i wonder who does
00:03:01.980 we're gonna get into that later on in the program and we're gonna talk a little bit more about the
00:03:07.740 bubba effect because i can't tell you how much mail i got on the bubba effect uh we need to
00:03:12.640 talk about that and one more thing uh glenn i just can't vote i can't vote i can't vote because
00:03:22.180 they're taking us to the same place one's just taking us there faster than the other yes that
00:03:28.680 is 100 true you are right it seems like they're both taking us to the same place one is on a
00:03:37.540 rocket ship and the other one is shuffling in the corridor like mitch mcconnell on a bad day
00:03:43.340 i don't know who to vote for i do i'll explain coming up in 60 seconds first let me tell you
00:03:49.840 about relief factor if your car had 200 000 miles on it you'd probably be pretty impressed if it
00:03:55.200 still ran well right you'd take care of it change the oil replace the filters maybe even talk to it
00:04:01.060 occasionally you know which i understand is perfectly normal but your body the thing that's
00:04:05.440 been running non-stop since the day you were born no warranty no replacement parts from the dealership
00:04:10.940 you probably put that through a lot more than you put your car through maybe it's worth giving your
00:04:16.460 body a little extra support that's one reason i'm a believer in relief factor it's a drug-free
00:04:20.760 supplement designed to support your body's natural inflammatory response which can help with the
00:04:25.840 everyday aches and pains the frequent pain that comes from just living life the numbers are pretty
00:04:31.280 remarkable. Over a million people
00:04:33.320 have tried Relief Factor and two-thirds of them
00:04:35.320 have gone on to take more. Get the three-week
00:04:37.280 quick start for $17.76
00:04:39.520 and see why so many people say Relief

00:04:49.540 Hello 1.00
00:04:51.380 you sick freak. Welcome 1.00
00:04:54.460 and thank you for listening. Now
00:04:56.640 early voting is open.
00:05:01.280 First day just in Georgia, 189,000 people cast a ballot.
00:05:07.120 That's 50,000 more than the first day four years ago.
00:05:12.140 All right.
00:05:13.400 Election day is two weeks from today.
00:05:16.740 And I keep hearing the same thing from people, good people, people I like,
00:05:20.800 people who love this country.
00:05:22.100 Clan, oh, it's just now, why bother?
00:05:25.340 Both parties are taking us to the same place, just one's taking us there faster.
00:05:29.100 I got it.
00:05:29.620 I got it.
00:05:30.040 I understand it.
00:05:30.680 I feel it.
00:05:31.940 I despise the Republicans in Congress. 1.00
00:05:35.520 I despise them.
00:05:38.520 However, that might be the most dangerous idea in America this month.
00:05:44.180 And I want to take it at face value.
00:05:47.340 Say you're right.
00:05:48.120 Same destination, only the speed is different, which I agree with the premise.
00:05:54.400 All right.
00:05:55.060 Let me give you a few scenarios here and see if it makes sense to you why you should go and vote anyway.
00:06:01.320 Let's say you're on death row.
00:06:03.900 The day is coming.
00:06:05.960 Okay, that day, the day you knew was coming.
00:06:08.900 And there's a really long hallway between your cell and the chamber.
00:06:13.700 And somewhere in that building is a phone that you're expecting to ring.
00:06:20.700 The governor is supposed to call.
00:06:24.640 You get to pick who walks you down that hole. 0.99
00:06:27.640 the one guard that wants you dead and he's hurrying because he hates your guts and he's like 0.97
00:06:32.860 i can't wait to strap you in that chair or the other one that doesn't really seem to care either
00:06:38.280 way but he's in no rush may i just say there's one example no man in history has ever said ah
00:06:46.260 same hallway taking the same place let's pick the fast guy you take the slow one because every step
00:06:54.080 he doesn't take is one more second for that phone to ring all right another example say your doctor
00:07:03.440 sits you down he's like Glenn it's serious it's serious you've got hemoglobin in your chocolate
00:07:12.560 I'm like what you've got six months to live well maybe six months could be 10 years nobody's like
00:07:22.960 well I'm gonna die of cancer either way I don't really care same diagnosis no one's 10 years in
00:07:31.580 treatment you know 10 years is a drug nobody has invented yet 10 years has all kinds of escape
00:07:39.900 hatches in it 10 years is walking your daughter down the aisle all right let's try another one
00:07:49.420 glad it doesn't matter who i vote for they're taking us to the same place just once taking 0.70
00:07:54.560 us there faster i'm not gonna vote okay okay all right so let's say you're out on a boat
00:08:01.400 you're on a boat and it's taking on water i don't care if it's a pinhole or a big hole it doesn't
00:08:10.540 matter it's taking us to the same destination okay all right okay if it's the pinhole we can
00:08:19.440 bail it we can patch it it gives us time for the coast guard to come and rescue us you might be
00:08:26.140 able to even row to shore the boat's gonna sink yeah but you got a chance the other one you're
00:08:32.320 swim in before you find a bucket.
00:08:36.680 Do you really not care?
00:08:40.580 How about this one?
00:08:41.920 You're on an icy road.
00:08:44.100 You're headed into a curve.
00:08:47.660 Now, one driver is coasting.
00:08:50.940 The other one has his foot on the gas.
00:08:54.800 Now, at 20 miles an hour, you might be able to steer a little bit.
00:08:59.900 You can still pump the brakes.
00:09:02.320 But the other one, it's going around the same curve, same ice, but he's going at 90 miles an hour.
00:09:08.380 The steering wheel is decoration.
00:09:11.920 Do you really not care who is driving your car at that point?
00:09:16.720 I want the slow one.
00:09:22.920 Let's say you make it home.
00:09:26.080 Your house.
00:09:26.940 one guy has forgotten to change
00:09:31.300 the battery in the smoke detector
00:09:33.280 the other guy
00:09:36.220 is walking through your living room
00:09:38.800 with a can of gasoline
00:09:40.260 these are not the same problems
00:09:44.840 in one fire
00:09:47.220 you wake up
00:09:48.960 the other one
00:09:52.760 you don't
00:09:54.880 every one of these comes down to time so when you say there's no difference they're taking us
00:10:05.240 to the same destination one's faster than the other yes yes that's time where the phone might
00:10:13.480 ring that's time for you to wake up and climb out a window that's time for the coast guard to show
00:10:21.000 up and rescue. That's time for a new cure to be
00:10:24.940 invented. All kinds of stuff can happen over
00:10:29.100 time. Nobody's ever
00:10:32.960 been rescued by, you know, getting to the doom faster.
00:10:39.340 Staying home is not
00:10:41.120 neutral. The hallway doesn't pause
00:10:45.100 because you're disgusted. Not voting
00:10:48.920 doesn't stop the walk it just lets somebody else pick your guard and i trust you the guy
00:10:56.700 who hates you he's going to be jockeying for that job we've been here before germany 1932
00:11:08.400 country is broke and it is furious it is in chaos and the communists look at the moderate left the
00:11:16.020 social democrats who have been holding the republic together and then they look at the nazis
00:11:21.020 and they all say the same thing okay they're saying the same thing moscow even gave the name
00:11:29.420 for the moderates social fascists one enemy two costumes they believe so deeply that they spent
00:11:37.640 their in all of their energy fighting the moderates instead of the man in the brown shirt
00:11:43.040 the year before they had joined the nazis in a campaign to throw the moderate government out of
00:11:50.880 prussia and the story goes you know that a line you know made the rounds in their ranks after
00:11:58.520 hitler us let him have it he'll fail fast then it'll be our turn well hitler became chancellor
00:12:08.620 in January 1933 because some people said you know what let's just go with that one because he'll
00:12:14.940 fail fast he's going there faster a month later the parliament building burned and he blamed the
00:12:20.720 communist what a surprise he turned on all those people by March the first concentration camp opened
00:12:26.420 up in Dachau the first men through the gate were political prisoners most of them communist with
00:12:32.860 the social democrats right beside them the communist leader was arrested in march he spent
00:12:39.540 11 years in solitary finally shot in buchenwald in 1944 hello so the lesson here is after hitler us
00:12:49.880 no no there was only after hitler now i'm not telling you you know who's playing what in
00:12:58.500 today's version of that you can argue that on your own time what i'm telling you is what happened
00:13:03.820 to the people who decided the difference didn't matter it always matters
00:13:09.420 now let me give you the the best argument for going out and you know uh
00:13:20.520 let me give you actually let me give you the argument for staying at home
00:13:24.520 if you always show up for the slow guy he never has to turn around if i always show up if he can
00:13:33.520 always count on me then he doesn't have to do anything and that's absolutely fair so make him
00:13:38.460 make him call his office primary him run against him yourself but you don't teach the slow guard
00:13:48.500 a lesson by handing your arm to the fast guard that the only lesson that's learned there will
00:13:55.280 be learned by you and i don't even accept the premise because the destination is not fixed
00:14:02.360 nothing in this country is fixed the direction that we're headed is not destiny every slow mile
00:14:11.280 is one more election to turn something around one more chance to raise the kids who know better
00:14:18.480 Don't you want more time with your kids and the youth to be able to try to get their feet into cement?
00:14:26.060 I know I do.
00:14:28.620 Why are we accepting that this is our destiny?
00:14:34.020 We can fix things, but only if you're still standing when that time arrives.
00:14:41.440 You don't get to pick the ending.
00:14:43.360 you almost always get to pick the timing and time is where miracles live
00:14:52.980 in two weeks we're supposed to vote the lines are already out the door in some places
00:15:01.660 that phone may still ring but it only rings for somebody who is still in the hallway
00:15:09.100 go vote for the slow guy
00:15:12.580 go vote
00:15:16.060 it matters
00:15:18.940 more than you
00:15:20.500 more than you realize
00:15:22.920 until we give the reins
00:15:24.780 to the fast guys
00:15:25.860 and that's when it'll all become
00:15:28.420 very very clear
00:15:29.580 more in a minute let me tell you about pre-born
00:15:32.140 every human being needs somebody in their corner
00:15:34.940 somebody who believes in them
00:15:36.480 before they've accomplished anything
00:15:38.000 You know, before they've proven themselves, before they've been, you know, given the world a single reason to think that they're special.
00:15:44.900 Imagine being a young woman who's just discovered she's pregnant, and instead of excitement, all she feels is fear.
00:15:52.400 You know, maybe she's alone.
00:15:53.800 Maybe, you know, she is struggling financially. 0.96
00:15:57.400 Maybe the people that she depends on are telling her, this baby is going to ruin your life. 0.90
00:16:02.100 She needs somebody in her corner, and that's pre-born. 0.99
00:16:05.640 That's what they provide. 1.00
00:16:07.680 Through their network of pregnancy clinics,
00:16:11.140 Preborn offers free ultrasounds,
00:16:13.060 compassionate counseling,

00:16:19.300 that they have options 0.97
00:16:20.260 and access to the support
00:16:21.900 that they're going to need.
00:16:23.740 And they don't have to face
00:16:24.640 any of this alone.
00:16:25.840 Will you join Preborn?
00:16:27.360 You know, this audience
00:16:28.040 has already rescued 50,000 babies this year.
00:16:31.340 50,000 babies.
00:16:33.380 This audience.

00:17:05.740 So, may I give you, may I take the Declaration of Independence and maybe share it in a way
00:17:18.880 that you haven't heard yet.
00:17:20.780 We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.
00:17:23.980 They're endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights.
00:17:26.220 Among these, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
00:17:28.040 that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men,
00:17:36.920 deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
00:17:41.400 That, now listen, whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends,
00:17:48.800 which ends?
00:17:50.360 Destructive of which ends?
00:17:52.160 That governments get their power from you,
00:17:54.960 and they are to protect life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
00:17:59.280 It says,
00:17:59.840 It is the right of the people to alter or abolish it
00:18:03.140 and to institute new government,
00:18:05.260 laying its foundation on such principles
00:18:07.000 and organizing its powers in such a form
00:18:09.000 as to them shall seem the most likely to affect their safety and happiness.
00:18:16.000 Okay.
00:18:17.280 So wait a minute. 0.99
00:18:19.380 That means we can go and burn the place down. 0.79
00:18:23.140 It's our right to alter or abolish it.
00:18:27.360 No, there's not a period there.
00:18:29.600 There's not a period.
00:18:30.540 This is what sets us apart from the left.
00:18:34.540 The left says they're going to alter or abolish it.
00:18:38.860 They are telling you that.
00:18:41.160 They are telling you they want to abolish the presidency and the Senate and the House the way we understand it for a unicameral society or unicameral system.
00:18:52.280 which means the politburo okay so they're going to alter or abolish but that's not a that's not
00:18:59.440 a period there they say that that uh our form of government is destructive to the ends of life
00:19:06.160 liberty and the pursuit of happiness so they're going to abolish or alter it but that's not a
00:19:10.440 period that's a comma and institute a new government laying its foundation on such principles
00:19:17.260 and organizing its power in such a form as to them shall seem most likely to affect their safety and happiness.
00:19:27.200 How do you do that?
00:19:29.660 By making sure the rights that we are all given by God are protected.
00:19:38.700 Prudence indeed will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes.
00:19:43.760 And according to all experience, mankind is more disposed to suffer while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms in which they are accustomed.
00:19:54.220 That's true.
00:19:55.120 Up until recently, we're like, I don't want to get rid of the United States.
00:19:58.660 You know, I'll just take the abuse.
00:20:00.520 I'll take the abuse.
00:20:01.320 I'll take it.
00:20:01.880 And so you are more likely to do that.
00:20:04.920 However, when a long train of abuses and usurptations pursuing, listen carefully, pursuing invariably the same object invinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism.
00:20:20.860 So despotism.
00:20:22.120 So what does that mean?
00:20:23.440 When people start to notice that, wait a minute, everything keeps falling in the direction of despots, that they're taking more and more power.
00:20:32.820 then it is their right and their duty to throw off such government
00:20:39.400 and to provide new guards for their security.
00:20:45.700 So why am I telling you all of this?
00:20:49.840 Why does this matter?
00:20:53.420 Because this goes directly to the Bubba effect.
00:20:57.240 now i want to explain the bubba effect and then i want to take on some of the answer questions that
00:21:03.460 i got from you yesterday the bubba effect is something that our um our own government
00:21:10.100 our special forces told me in 2004 that was the thing they were most afraid of
00:21:15.540 is that the government or the people would see the government and say wait a minute you know
00:21:21.120 they're not really protecting us they're part of the problem they won't arrest the bad guys and now
00:21:25.580 the bad guys are out of control and so somebody would do something this is their words not mine 0.71
00:21:31.700 the Bubba effect Bubba would be in some town and he would see some guy you know a Sikh with a 0.97
00:21:39.280 turban and he'd think it was a Muslim and he'd go kill the Sikh then the government would come 0.54
00:21:44.100 into town and say we got to go get Bubba because he just killed this Sikh and the people in town 0.93
00:21:49.000 would go wait a minute wait a minute we know what Bubba did was wrong but you're not arresting him 0.90
00:21:53.400 because you caused the problem because Bubba's right not about that Sikh but he was right 0.51
00:21:59.800 you caused the problem you have no authority here
00:22:03.960 now isn't that what I just read in the declaration of independence isn't that
00:22:11.460 Bubba and that town's right to reject such said authority
00:22:16.420 No. And I'll explain why in a second. Stand by.
00:22:33.740 A leaf weighs practically nothing. You can pick one up with two fingers. A child can blow across
00:22:38.740 the sidewalk. And yet, given enough time, the pile of those things in your gutters costs
00:22:44.300 thousands of dollars of damage to your house. Leaves and debris accumulate. Rainwater cannot
00:22:51.620 properly drain. Suddenly, you got water spilling over the sides of your gutters, potentially
00:22:58.000 damaging your siding, your landscaping, even your home's foundation. And this is why I recommend
00:23:02.120 Leaf Filter. Professionally installed system uses stainless steel micro mesh screen that allows
00:23:08.060 water to flow into your gutters while keeping leaves and pine needles and other debris out.
00:23:13.460 It prevents the clogs before they turn into expensive problems.
00:23:17.120 And, you know, that doesn't mean, you know, it doesn't mean that everything's going to be sunshine and lollipops.
00:23:23.540 But it does mean you're not going to climb up the ladder to clean your gutters all the time.
00:23:27.400 That is really great.

00:23:43.780 LEAFFilter.com slash Glenn Beck.
00:23:48.600 Yesterday, Glenn warned the audience
00:23:50.220 about the Bubba effect taking hold in Europe
00:23:52.300 and maybe America.
00:23:53.580 Questions from Torch Insiders flooded in.
00:23:55.880 He answers them all.
00:23:56.900 Coming up next on the Glenn Beck Program.
00:24:08.700 all right so yesterday we talked about the bubble effect and i think there's a lot of
00:24:26.660 misunderstanding of what the bubba effect is um and this is not a term that i made up this is
00:24:32.260 something i learned from special forces around 2004 um this is an actual this is you know this
00:24:38.840 is this part of history you can see it happen over and over and over again in in revolutions
00:24:43.100 and it's very very dangerous um so let me explain a little bit more through through your questions
00:24:48.760 that came into me yesterday uh glenn this is from uh kyle and rebecca and scott uh a few other
00:24:55.260 people um glenn we have voted for decades and it only gets worse we have no representation all we
00:25:01.280 have left is baba okay i understand that frustration i have felt it but voting isn't the only tool and
00:25:08.900 it was never supposed to be the only tool school boards county commissioners sheriffs state
00:25:15.420 legislatures this is where the country is truly won or lost and most people don't show up for
00:25:22.500 any of it. And the other side does all the time. And if the other side is now talking about civil
00:25:32.340 war, what is the worst thing you can do? Fight on the terms they want. You know they have been
00:25:41.440 itching for a fight. They have wanted, they've spent 25 years calling you every name under the
00:25:48.480 son to get you to respond why is that the wrong thing to do because you don't beat lawlessness
00:25:54.760 by becoming lawless you beat it by becoming more organized and the most organized people in the room
00:26:02.220 uh next question um from jaws was uh al 2374 and danger mouse uh glenn the government has
00:26:14.580 already broke the Constitution.
00:26:16.980 Bubba is just enforcing the law
00:26:18.780 it abandoned.
00:26:20.580 Okay.
00:26:26.600 If the problem
00:26:28.560 is that the government has
00:26:30.560 stopped following the rules,
00:26:32.580 then would the answer be we should
00:26:36.540 stop following the rules too?
00:26:38.920 Because wouldn't that put us in a
00:26:40.560 position where nobody has rules?
00:26:42.260 free speech protest refusing to comply with an unconstitutional order that is all american
00:26:50.040 and that is not the bubba effect the bubba effect starts when one man decides that he is judge
00:26:58.220 he is the jury he is the sheriff and the day you appoint yourself that you've done what you're
00:27:06.060 accusing them of i mean why is you know the the guy who went up and and killed the uh the health
00:27:13.140 care official why is that wrong because he appointed himself judge and jury and what did
00:27:19.360 they do yeah well there's a problem and nobody will fix it and so that's the bubba effect
00:27:24.940 now let's just say we all rise up this is the real problem that i need you to understand
00:27:33.440 let's say you all rise up everybody rises up everybody's in the bubba effect can i ask you
00:27:39.340 what is the plan from there well we're going to get the bad guys out who are the bad guys
00:27:45.180 and let's say we get all the bad guys out how have we done that did we do that with guns
00:27:53.340 did we do that with trials who ran the trials who picked the judges when do we know it's time to stop
00:28:02.540 Are we just hoping that reason will kick in?
00:28:06.520 Because it hasn't so far.
00:28:07.800 I don't know if you've known that.
00:28:08.860 Reason is not getting stronger.
00:28:11.700 You know, when there's blood and a frenzy for blood in the street,
00:28:15.460 show me how or when reason suddenly kicked in before it got horrific.
00:28:23.360 See, this is the key.
00:28:25.440 Going back to the declaration.
00:28:26.820 when a long train of abuses and usurptations pursuing the same object
00:28:32.940 convinces a design to reduce the people under absolute despotism.
00:28:39.360 It is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government.
00:28:43.160 That's Bubba.
00:28:44.280 But that's not where it stops.
00:28:46.940 And to provide new guards for their future security.
00:28:51.420 What are the new guards?
00:28:53.720 What are the new rules?
00:28:55.740 We are not talking about,
00:28:58.200 Bubba on our side would just say,
00:29:00.820 we're just going to go back to the Constitution.
00:29:02.340 But you can't dismiss the Constitution
00:29:04.980 and then expect to go back to the Constitution.
00:29:11.140 Glenn, what if Bubba is organized, disciplined,
00:29:13.860 and starts with the Constitution?
00:29:16.480 Is it still Bubba?
00:29:17.640 This comes from Lawrence and Caroline and Georgia,
00:29:21.200 Jasper and Mellow Yellow.
00:29:25.000 the answer here is it still baba no no then it's not baba anymore i want you to go and read about
00:29:34.140 athens tennessee in 1946 this proves it veterans came home they had watched a corrupt machine
00:29:42.180 steal their election in tennessee they had just come back fighting fascism and communism okay
00:29:48.000 they come back they see that their whole town has been taken by a basically a dictator a
00:29:54.880 mob rule they organized they protected the ballot boxes so people will say well that's above effect
00:30:02.840 no no no no no no no first of all they didn't fire on anybody first they defended themselves
00:30:08.420 they defended themselves and what were they defending they were trying to get the ballot box
00:30:14.960 and when they got the ballot box they didn't break it open they didn't break it open and do the count
00:30:20.640 themselves. No, they called a higher authority and said, we have the ballot box. We're protecting
00:30:26.160 the lock on the ballot box. We need you to come and be the neutral arbiter to make sure that
00:30:32.880 everything is counted openly and in public. And then they handed the power back to the ballot box
00:30:39.880 and went home. They had a goal. They had a limit. They had an off ramp. Who decides when the
00:30:47.800 government is wrong. Mellow Yellow is right about this. The government, or the people do,
00:30:53.580 not the government, the people do. But the people decide together through rules that we agree on
00:30:59.680 beforehand. Not one angry guy at a time. Not one mob. If you start to see mob rule on your side,
00:31:10.640 we're done. Glenn, we're too divided to revolt. And when most people agree it isn't Bubba,
00:31:18.440 it's the national mood. Exactly right. When the country moves together as a whole under shared
00:31:25.380 principles, that's a nation making a decision. When we're this divided, Bubba isn't the start
00:31:31.700 of a revolution. He's the start of a feud. Let's see. Glenn, Bubba effect is chaos. Even war has
00:31:40.080 its rules yes that is the warning in one sentence uh glenn blessed beyond texas in
00:31:50.180 north carolina hurricanes it was the bubba's who showed up and saved people before the government
00:31:54.860 did that's not the bubba effect that's that's that's that's not understanding that this is an
00:32:01.080 official term i'm not saying bubba this is a term the bubba effect is a is is a term that has a
00:32:08.780 definition what you're talking about is neighbors a man with a boat and a chainsaw pulling families
00:32:14.460 out of flood water that's the best of america i'm not warning about people who build and rescue
00:32:19.580 i'm warning about people who destroy and punish
00:32:23.000 glenn jesuits uh armed the native people to defend against slave raiders wasn't that baba
00:32:30.740 Do you see this sentence? Hoffman. The Jesuits armed the native people to defend against slave
00:32:39.300 raiders. Wasn't that Bubba? No, this is a great example, and it points in the exact opposite
00:32:43.800 direction. The Jesuits in South America, they didn't hand everybody out guns and then say,
00:32:48.720 hey, good luck, everybody. Go get them. They got permission. They trained. They organized them,
00:32:54.500 and they fought a defensive battle to protect the villages from slavers.
00:33:00.940 That's totally different.
00:33:03.240 That's lawful self-defense with a clear purpose.
00:33:06.760 That's the opposite of the Bubba effect.
00:33:10.700 Last one here.
00:33:11.760 Glenn, quit using Bubba in a negative way. 0.94
00:33:14.360 A contrail killer.
00:33:15.760 Okay, that's fair enough.
00:33:17.580 I understand.
00:33:18.800 It's not about the guy in the pickup. 0.95
00:33:21.260 Most Bubbas I know are the first ones that are at your door when you need help. 0.95
00:33:25.120 The name is shorthand for one thing.
00:33:27.240 It is an actual term.
00:33:31.200 What happens when good people get so angry, they stop asking what comes after the anger?
00:33:38.840 It's a term.
00:33:40.060 It's not a slight on anybody in America.
00:33:46.080 I thought about this a lot last night.
00:33:50.260 because I've never had pushback on this.
00:33:58.020 I've talked about this from 2004.
00:34:00.360 And I think people are now getting so angry
00:34:02.660 that you're starting to lose sight of what the warning actually is.
00:34:09.560 And that's bothersome.
00:34:13.600 I found something, I don't know how many people read Charles Dickens anymore,
00:34:19.220 But if you want to see it in the Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens wrote it.
00:34:25.180 And it was like 170 years ago in the Tale of Two Cities.
00:34:29.600 And it's Madame Defarge. 1.00
00:34:34.900 She has a real grievance. 0.94
00:34:37.640 In the first part of the book, you're going to read and you're going to be like, oh, man, she's great.
00:34:41.760 I love her.
00:34:42.340 She's a hero.
00:34:42.960 Okay. When she was a girl, a French rich guy took her sister and destroyed her. Her brother tried to
00:34:51.940 defend the family's honor and was run through with a sword. So this, this, the nobleman walks
00:34:58.220 away. I mean, it's, it's the story, you know, with swords, it's the story you're living today.
00:35:02.820 There's no trial. There's no punishment. There's nothing for the bad guys because they're the
00:35:07.020 elites and if anyone has a right to be angry it is her so she waits and while she waits she knits
00:35:13.860 and she sits in her wine shop in Paris and she's knitting and the needles are clacking away day
00:35:20.760 after day and what she's knitting the stitches are a code she is knitting the names of every
00:35:28.700 person she wants dead when the revolution comes so when the revolution comes the guilty are dragged
00:35:36.340 to the guillotine and that's not enough for her halfway through the book you're going to be like
00:35:41.540 oh boy she's not really a good person okay the man who hurt her family he's already dead but
00:35:49.420 that's not good enough for her she wants satisfaction so she goes after his nephew
00:35:54.560 a man who renounced his title and walked away from all of it but that's not good enough either
00:36:00.740 so she goes after his wife then his little daughter and a child who was not even born
00:36:07.620 when the when the crime was committed this is where justice turns into an appetite this is
00:36:14.340 why i said tell me where reason kicks in because it doesn't she's no longer asking who did it
00:36:20.220 she's only asking who is next now notice what's missing from her list
00:36:27.000 there's no plan there's no vision of a better france nothing about what gets built when the
00:36:37.240 killing stops do you notice that the founders they weren't just mad they didn't just get mad
00:36:43.600 and then like let's go throw some tea into the into the water they didn't do that they had spent
00:36:49.440 decades talking about what they would build not what they're going to destroy what they would
00:36:56.660 build. The killing becomes a plan in France. Now, how does she die in the end? I hate to 0.75
00:37:05.440 wreck this, but you're not going to read it anyway. She goes to the house to hunt down that child.
00:37:12.800 And she finds an English nursemaid standing in the doorway, and they struggle. And the pistol
00:37:18.320 that Madame Defarge brought in to kill the innocent goes off in her own hands. She's dead. 0.96
00:37:25.440 She's destroyed by the weapon she carried in.
00:37:30.540 I would think that he was trying to make,
00:37:32.520 Dickens was trying to make a point here.
00:37:35.380 Dickens was making the point that France learned the hard way.
00:37:39.040 The revolution will eat its own.
00:37:42.480 The men who started the terror ended up under the same blade.
00:37:47.740 And France didn't get liberty, it got Napoleon.
00:37:50.240 Napoleon because people will always
00:37:52.400 say anything to make the chaos
00:37:54.520 stop
00:37:55.160 now
00:37:58.300 the reason why I brought up the Bubba effect yesterday
00:38:00.260 was because this is starting in England
00:38:02.460 and so I'm
00:38:04.320 looking for signs
00:38:05.840 of it happening in the west
00:38:08.240 because if we're not careful it will come here
00:38:10.580 our founders had grievances
00:38:14.020 they wrote them all down
00:38:15.820 27 of them you can read them in the
00:38:18.240 Declaration of Independence
00:38:19.340 but they didn't stop at the list of wrongs in fact the reason why our declaration is so important to
00:38:27.200 the world is it started with what they were going to build not what they were going to destroy they
00:38:33.200 sat in a hot room in philadelphia argued all summer long about what should come next and our
00:38:39.720 declaration starts with that that we owe it to you before we break up we owe it to you and the world
00:38:46.740 to tell you we hold these truths to be self-evident.
00:38:52.180 They were writing a declaration and a constitution. 0.97
00:38:55.340 Madame Defarge was knitting a list of people she wanted to kill.
00:38:59.380 A grievance can tell you what to tear down, 0.98
00:39:01.580 but it will never tell you what to build.
00:39:03.960 So before anybody picks up needles,
00:39:06.860 ask the question that Madame Defarge never asked.
00:39:11.160 And then what?
00:39:12.300 and after this is accomplished and then what and how do we know it's time to stop
00:39:23.600 more in a minute let me tell you about good ranchers some of the most important moments
00:39:28.900 in your life happen around the dinner table and that's where families you know come together

00:39:36.620 hopefully we're all sitting around the table the arguments the stories told you know all of that
00:39:42.380 Memories last a lifetime.
00:39:44.220 Everybody's busy.
00:39:45.840 You know, it's become so easy to grab something quick and eat alone and move on to the next thing.
00:39:50.280 And there's something deeply important about sitting together and sharing a good meal.
00:39:54.060 It's one of the reasons I love good ranchers, because they deliver premium American-raised meat directly to your door.
00:40:00.560 Beef, chicken, pork, sourced from American farms and ranches.

00:40:57.300 Truth is under attack in our culture.
00:40:59.600 People are embracing lies about gender.
00:41:01.600 They're rejecting the sanctity of every human life.
00:41:04.200 And the government is even punishing people for saying what's true and right.
00:41:08.400 Or worse, the woke mob is doxing them and slandering them with no due process.
00:41:12.660 Just an angry mob making their lives miserable or worse, putting families in real danger.
00:41:18.000 But the biblical principles on which our country was founded still matter.
00:41:21.920 Real patriots and Christians are beginning to stand up.
00:41:25.400 They're showing real courage without a safety net of a big bank account. 0.93
00:41:28.780 They're bolstered only by the truths that are self-evident.
00:41:31.680 But these people must be defended.
00:41:34.200 Alliance Defending Freedom is on the front lines of this fight, and they're standing in courtrooms across the country upholding truth and your right to speak it.

00:43:35.100 Unfortunately, you still have to go to work.
00:43:36.620 The kids still have to get to someplace.
00:43:38.320 And somebody else might get sick or the car won't start.
00:43:40.960 And that super important meeting runs long.
00:43:43.500 None of those things care that this was the day you planned on voting.
00:43:47.140 So don't build a plan that only works if everything goes right.
00:43:50.740 Early voting is available everywhere.
00:43:52.920 If it's available where you live, find out when it starts.
00:43:56.080 Know where you need to go.
00:43:57.320 Look at your calendar.
00:43:58.360 Pick a day when you can actually get it done.
00:44:01.000 Because voting is important enough to treat it like something you intend to do,
00:44:04.740 not something you hope you'll have time to do.
00:44:07.740 Go to gopvotes.org right now.

00:45:00.560 Oh, oh, oh, oh. 1.00
00:45:03.120 Na-na-na-na.
00:45:07.300 The fusion of entertainment, enlightenment, and empowerment.
00:45:14.700 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:45:18.600 Glenn Beck is on.
00:45:20.860 Hello, America.
00:45:21.980 Well, we're two weeks away from the vote, two weeks from yesterday for America deciding what direction we're headed in this time.
00:45:30.320 It should prove to be interesting.
00:45:32.860 We have the Social Democrats, the Socialists, DSA members now saying to Hakeem Jeffries that they're not going to put him in.
00:45:44.260 If they get in, they will not vote for him to be Speaker of the House unless he meets their demands.
00:45:50.160 you think you're in trouble the democrats have got to be shaking in their boots these guys are
00:45:56.860 so terrifying uh jason give me some of the demands that they're saying that hakeem will
00:46:01.960 have to comply with or he will not be speaker of the house no big deal glenn just uh from their
00:46:08.040 own magazine uh wealth taxes higher minimum wage impeaching donald trump medicare for all
00:46:13.920 you know not no big deal just all the things that helped france collapse right right
00:46:19.780 OK, good, good. So it's really important that you vote and it is getting ugly.
00:46:25.200 And I want to take you to Ohio and Vivek Ramaswamy, who is now fighting off accusations that he is a beast of a man. 0.87
00:46:35.320 He's just a beast of a man. OK, well, let's take that on. We'll do that here in 60 seconds.
00:46:41.260 first first thing you notice about quiet is everything uh everything just stops and and it's
00:46:47.620 like wow listen you you can't hear anything when the power goes out the refrigerator stops humming
00:46:53.200 you know the the the heat shuts off you can walk outside there's nothing happening it is so weird
00:46:59.840 and it's it's almost peaceful until you start doing the math wait how long before everything
00:47:04.800 goes bad in the refrigerator how much is in the pantry what happens if the roads are impassable
00:47:10.760 What if the power doesn't come on, you know, by tomorrow or the day after that?
00:47:14.320 And suddenly all those little, you know, conveniences that we never thought about become very, very important.
00:47:19.080 That's why I believe every family needs an emergency food supply.
00:47:22.580 My Patriot Supply makes it easy.
00:47:24.080 They offer long-term emergency food kits with meals designed to last up to 25 years in storage.
00:47:29.840 You can get a four-week supply or you can stock up for three months with convenient stackable containers that don't take over your entire house.
00:47:37.280 And right now, they're helping families get ready for the winter months ahead.
00:47:40.920 When you go to preparewithglenn.com, you can save almost $300 on the complete bundle.
00:47:45.700 Don't wait until the forecast sends everybody out to the stores in a panic.
00:47:49.480 Don't be that person.
00:47:51.320 Preparewithglenn.com.
00:47:52.580 Get your winter prep bundle available right now while it's available.
00:47:56.100 Get it now.
00:47:57.500 Okay.
00:48:03.140 I'm going to take you to the governor's race in Ohio.
00:48:05.140 Vivek Ramaswamy
00:48:07.460 and Amy Acton
00:48:10.180 there's an ad that came out
00:48:15.740 yesterday
00:48:16.280 and I want to play the ad
00:48:19.380 and it's coming out
00:48:21.460 from Vivek's campaign
00:48:23.320 with Amy Acton's mom
00:48:25.900 claiming that Amy 0.99
00:48:27.660 is a habitual liar 0.99
00:48:29.080 here's the ad 0.99
00:48:30.960 my name is Donna Arthur
00:48:32.720 and I'm Amy Acton's mother
00:48:34.820 I worked at Children and Family Service Association, building one of the first two sexual abuse programs in America.
00:48:44.660 I love my daughter, but when I saw her lying about her opponent, and it's not easy for a mother to say this,
00:48:51.940 but Amy has a serious problem. 1.00
00:48:54.800 She is a liar. 1.00
00:48:56.760 She lies about her past. 1.00
00:48:58.940 She says she grew up living in a tent.
00:49:02.220 None of that is true.
00:49:04.140 She's lied her entire life.
00:49:06.800 My daughter needs help, and she can't help you if she needs help herself.
00:49:12.820 People can change, but first they have to tell the truth, and my daughter still isn't doing that.
00:49:19.180 Don't vote for people who lie.
00:49:21.680 Don't let her become your governor.
00:49:23.860 If you think she'll make your life better, you're fooling yourself.
00:49:28.760 It will only get worse.
00:49:31.220 All right, I've got a lot to say about this. 0.91
00:49:32.980 Uh, first of all, finally a grandmother who looks like a grandmother.
00:49:37.760 I mean, have you ever noticed that grandma's now, you know, I'm 73 and you're like, you're
00:49:42.760 what?
00:49:44.140 Um, and maybe it's just, I'm getting older, but you know, I remember my grandmother looked
00:49:48.160 more like that. 0.99
00:49:49.980 Uh, anyway, um, it seems damning.
00:49:55.240 It seems really damning.
00:49:56.780 the video quality is a little weak
00:50:00.460 and that's because the video was obtained
00:50:02.760 from a voter who captured it
00:50:04.660 during an online opinion poll
00:50:06.660 now
00:50:08.620 the vague says this video
00:50:10.660 this leak this ad
00:50:12.540 was leaked okay
00:50:13.960 the quality backs this up
00:50:15.960 alright
00:50:17.040 now let me play the video
00:50:20.060 that Amy put together 0.93
00:50:22.520 in response
00:50:23.760 that if Amy's brother claiming
00:50:26.660 that amy suffered abuse you know at the hands of their stepfather and they both have been estranged
00:50:31.180 for their mother ever since uh here here is the response don't listen to mom i received a lot of 0.93
00:50:38.680 abuse but amy always got the worst of it she continued to receive that abuse because she
00:50:46.740 knew she had to protect me from from that and and that if she hadn't done that um who knows where i
00:50:53.140 would have ended up and she's 11 and 12 years old and to think that that's somehow a talking point
00:50:58.960 shame on vivek it's the contempt he has for amy is the contempt he has for ohio he's not fit to lead
00:51:04.920 okay god oh i hate politics i hate it so much 0.51
00:51:14.180 hey let's everybody parachute 20 years 30 years later into a family into all of their mess and
00:51:25.040 you and i try to figure out what happened i know my family i can parachute into my family and we
00:51:32.480 still don't know exactly and we had abuse in our family and we still have a hard time what's true
00:51:40.080 what's not, how did this happen, what should have been done, all of this.
00:51:48.100 So I'm not going to parachute into somebody else's family.
00:51:59.980 Her mother claims that she was part of building one of the two first sexual abuse programs
00:52:06.580 in America. I haven't had time since the ad came out to verify that. I don't know how to verify
00:52:12.780 that, but we're going to look. But we also can't verify whether or not Amy was abused by her
00:52:17.820 stepfather. We do know that he fled the state after being charged with rape of a 12-year-old
00:52:24.340 girl, Amy, and that doesn't look good. So let me just try to make sense of this. Let's say Amy's
00:52:35.000 telling the truth which i have no doubt no doubt in my i believe the 12 year old amy because the
00:52:42.820 charge was made she and her brother was taken away from the guy and then he fled the state
00:52:47.800 after being charged so it sounds really bad so i'm gonna point for amy now mom mom said that she
00:52:58.480 was part of you know a women and children abuse center so it sounds like mom may have been part
00:53:06.940 of this abuse not as a receiving end not as a giving end a receiving end how many times has
00:53:12.860 this happened how many times does this happen in families and she got out and then started
00:53:20.700 to work for children who are being abused so I got to give a point to Amy's mom
00:53:29.520 I don't know what's true that's all I know so I can't verify any more than that
00:53:36.780 so what do I do point each good that means dismiss it because this ad is not about the abuse it's
00:53:45.400 not and that's what amy tried to make it as you notice mom didn't say abuse in this other than
00:53:53.760 hey i have some credibility i started these things and so i've seen problems and problems 0.65
00:54:01.560 with children who were abused etc etc and my daughter has a problem with lying okay but she 0.52
00:54:07.340 didn't say she was lying about the abuse so take it off the table and i really wish moms were off
00:54:14.140 limits in politics but they're not i mean i had a back when i was at fox i had somebody go and dig
00:54:21.740 through my mother's death fly out to tacoma washington go get my mother's death certificate
00:54:29.400 and then start calling my sisters and my friends and how did glenn's mother die my mother died when
00:54:36.500 I was 15 years old. So I wish it was out, but it's not. It's not. And I don't like using family
00:54:46.960 members to attack one another in election season or any season. We saw this tactic used against
00:54:52.760 Trump. We saw it used against RFK Jr. We saw it work against Herschel Walker all the time over
00:54:59.860 and over. And it's usually the left that does it. And I don't like it. And I don't know if it works
00:55:05.300 with voters. I hope it doesn't work with voters. But to me, I hate to see the family breakdown.
00:55:13.280 But I'm not a politician, so it's not in my control. And I remind you, Vivek says this was
00:55:19.460 leaked. This was not his campaign ad. Now, without any of that, can we make the case that Amy Acton
00:55:28.500 is not an honest woman yes because that's what the mother is charging whether you want to believe
00:55:36.200 her or not she's saying she has a truth-telling problem and her record proves that over and over
00:55:44.180 and over again let me give you an example in september campaign ad from amy said while
00:55:51.180 While attending the Canton Field Fair, an armed individual lunged at Dr. Acton, injuring multiple people.
00:56:02.440 Wow.
00:56:03.460 Now, Amy doesn't allow any kind of cameras around her, ever. 0.99
00:56:08.380 Any campaign event. 0.99
00:56:09.380 No cameras.
00:56:10.660 Okay, that's weird.
00:56:12.540 While attending the fair, an armed individual lunged at Dr. Acton, injuring multiple people.
00:56:19.800 Dr. Atkin and Eric are grateful for the swift and decisive action of law enforcement and are
00:56:25.480 praying for the recovery of those injured. This kind of violence has no place in Ohio. Dr. Atkin
00:56:31.380 always stands up to the chaos, hate, and vitriol that pits us against one another.
00:56:36.500 Wow. What happened? What happened? An armed individual lunged, injuring multiple people.
00:56:47.520 well obviously the police were very interested in following this
00:56:52.520 and amy's campaign was saying they want this prosecuted as a felony
00:56:57.620 and then a couple of days go by and they start ghosting the prosecutor so now the prosecutor is
00:57:05.100 calling amy amy and the campaign going okay can you tell us what happened and she was being ghosted
00:57:11.220 so here's what the prosecutor came out and said this is the ohio prosecutor on amy's quote attack
00:57:19.500 at the fair listen the information we've received is that the act in camp requested individuals stop
00:57:26.360 recording shortly before this incident occurred so at this point the only video we have is the
00:57:31.200 defendants and what's that showing certainly doesn't uh support filing felony charges what
00:57:37.360 does that video show it shows him walking into the tent recording and moving forward calling out
00:57:44.220 her name and the state patrol then her security i shouldn't say the state patrol somebody in her
00:57:49.940 security comes forward and then his phone is either dropped or tousled and that's all we have
00:57:55.560 there's never any um close contact with the governor never gets near her or i'm sorry
00:58:02.480 candidates okay so nobody gets near her and no one's injured now that's what she said but let
00:58:11.620 me show you the video of the event that actually later came out all right here is the attack
00:58:19.660 against amy and i'm going to describe this if you happen to be listening but if you're not
00:58:24.300 if you're watching take this full screen i want you to see exactly what happened watch 0.98
00:58:30.780 we got a lot there's amy under a tent
00:58:34.040 okay there's somebody now stop stop the camera the camera shows somebody standing next to amy
00:58:47.660 a black guy who lunges not towards amy towards somebody else that looks like he's making a move
00:58:53.640 but he immediately stops he like takes a step forward and then stops and steps back
00:58:58.020 The person who lunged at Amy was 15 feet away, okay?
00:59:06.800 He's immediately grabbed by people, and he's pushed out of the tent.
00:59:12.400 It shows no weapon.
00:59:15.320 It shows no one being hurt.
00:59:18.860 There's nothing happening here.
00:59:21.380 It certainly does not play it again as I'm reading what she said happened.
00:59:25.380 While attending the Canton Field Fair, an armed individual lunged at Dr. Atkin, injuring multiple people.
00:59:35.760 Show me where the multiple people are that were, they're grateful for the swift and decisive action of law enforcement.
00:59:43.240 Law enforcement is not in the tent, and they're praying for the recovery of those injured.
00:59:49.800 There's no one injured.
00:59:52.320 No one.
00:59:55.380 and she wanted this prosecuted as a felony. 0.98
01:00:02.760 So Ohio, does she have a problem with telling the truth?
01:00:08.540 Yeah, just based on this alone.
01:00:14.820 That's the point of the ad from Amy's mom.
01:00:17.440 Not about abuse, not about any of it.
01:00:19.380 and we don't need that ad to start questioning whether she's the right choice for ohio
01:00:26.500 right now the campaign is accusing vivek of of not being right for ohio because he stooped so
01:00:34.280 low to bring her mother into this which would be fine i just told you i don't like using moms i
01:00:40.400 don't like it but you can't say that if amy if you were the one who smeared vivek's mom back in
01:00:51.320 august don't believe me here's the press release billionaire scammer ramaswamy used mother to
01:01:00.700 manipulate clinical trials in pump and dump scheme to make millions today new reporting details how
01:01:07.260 billionaire Vivek Ramaswamy hired his own mother who lacked research experience to manipulate
01:01:13.260 clinical trial data in alleged pump and dump pharmaceutical scheme. Vivek will apparently do
01:01:20.360 anything, including shamelessly profiting off of Alzheimer patients and getting his own mother
01:01:26.600 to manipulate clinical trial data just to make a buck.
01:01:32.100 Well, wait, that seems like smearing mom.
01:01:39.880 You have evidence of all of that?
01:01:44.520 Live by the sword, die by the sword.
01:01:46.840 It's a very dirty game.
01:01:48.420 this is going to be played out in Ohio expertly because this is the way they always play it
01:01:59.380 here's here is Vivek's problem on this they're good at they're good at this they're very good
01:02:08.000 at this and they're going to they've made this all about abuse and so every woman in Ohio now
01:02:15.720 looks and say wait are you saying that she wasn't abused no that's not what viveka is saying
01:02:20.000 that's not what he's saying at least that's not what i'm hearing that's not what that's not what
01:02:25.300 that video says that video has nothing to do with abuse she says the lie is she didn't grow up in a
01:02:31.920 tent she didn't grow up poor she's lying about that and she has lie after lie after lie in ohio 0.72
01:02:37.160 you better wake up she's a liar she didn't say that she was lying about her stepfather she didn't 0.98
01:02:44.000 say that. That's Amy's campaign injecting that. That's Amy's campaign now lying about what the 1.00
01:02:52.840 ad is about. And because it's so visceral, people will buy it. People will say,
01:03:01.400 that's monstrous. How dare he say it? That's not what the ad says.
01:03:05.980 this is all a distraction
01:03:09.720 from what matters in the election
01:03:12.340 these elections are not about
01:03:15.240 the candidates' mothers
01:03:16.640 you know what this is about?
01:03:20.440 your children
01:03:21.880 it's about your state, Ohio
01:03:26.700 it's about trust
01:03:29.720 do you have somebody who has a pattern
01:03:34.000 of lying?
01:03:35.980 you got a problem the stuff about amy that has come out from her own colleagues from the people
01:03:47.540 that she has worked around from her you know from her own i'm a doctor i'm a doctor you've
01:03:54.080 never had a patient but you wear a white coat is that an academic thing only what what is that
01:04:01.140 What is that?
01:04:02.960 More in just a minute.
01:04:04.220 Let me tell you about American financing.
01:04:06.820 NMLS 1-823-3-4, NMLSConsumerAccess.org.
01:04:09.100 Average savings based on borrowers who save up for $199.99.
01:04:11.820 Yep.
01:04:12.120 While you've been going to work, raising a family, paying your bills,
01:04:15.600 generally trying to keep everything running,
01:04:17.960 your home may have been building equity quietly in the background.
01:04:22.180 You didn't get a check in the mail.
01:04:23.620 There was no big announcement about it.
01:04:24.840 The Democratic Socialists will say that they need to tax you on the growth of your home,
01:04:29.320 but you don't have that money it's sitting in your home listen if it is sitting there you might have

01:07:23.020 Watch on Glenn's YouTube or commercial free.
01:07:25.180 Glenn Beck dot com slash torch.
01:07:26.520 I'll give you a story from the New York Post today. 0.85
01:07:49.060 A Minnesota rapper who traveled to France to join the riots has urged white people to raise hell and F.S. up as part of the revolution that is coming on American soil.
01:08:04.720 Okay.
01:08:06.020 Communist link groups here in America are working to bring that hell to the nation's capital now.
01:08:13.080 Artist Twafon, whose real name is Raphael Gonzalez.
01:08:19.020 I'm going by Twafon.
01:08:21.020 I'm Twafon. 0.99
01:08:22.420 Oh, shut up. 0.96
01:08:25.580 He joined Swedish activist Greta Thunberg outside of a high school at the heart of the leftist protest, marred by violence, looting, and arson. 0.99
01:08:35.140 He addressed the baklava.
01:08:37.380 Is it baklava?
01:08:38.720 Because you eat that, right?
01:08:40.300 Isn't that they're wearing those?
01:08:41.520 Anyway, the protesters performing, while performing his song,
01:08:47.180 No One Is Illegal, and riling the crowd up with chants of F ice and ice out.
01:08:52.980 You know, ice, they don't know what they're talking about in France.
01:08:55.160 What is ice to them?
01:08:56.920 I just want more baklava.
01:08:58.240 That's what I'm here for.
01:08:59.420 It's singing, what?
01:09:01.880 So anyway, he then says, all power to the people.
01:09:06.260 Now, this is a 40-year-old from Minneapolis, and he's posting this for his fans.
01:09:10.320 Power to the people.
01:09:11.300 you're so brave you're so brave after returning from home or after returning home from france i
01:09:18.660 can clearly see how we need to become far more radicalized in the streets because burning stuff
01:09:23.560 down it's great we're gonna get our way we're gonna get our way we're gonna have we're gonna
01:09:29.340 have a teacher who shows up in a classroom we just burn down we have to be more enraged yeah
01:09:40.600 that's the person I want to listen to, you know, don't you want a leader who's like,
01:09:44.420 we got to be more angry. We got to be more enraged. You know, I have a speech in Hitler's
01:09:51.380 own handwriting. There is a, uh, there is a whole book that is written about this particular speech 0.81
01:09:57.860 and about how he wrote it because he was nuts. And, uh, in it, it's the speech that he gives,
01:10:05.520 I think in 33. And it's crazy. And in it, he says, don't talk to me about victory. This isn't
01:10:14.180 a victory. Victory only comes after war. Okay, creepy man. Kind of like this. All power to the
01:10:23.820 people. We have to be more enraged. Our comfort is hindering our progress. And it really needs
01:10:31.380 to be white people that go outside and raise hell if we want to see a revolution. Can you stop 1.00
01:10:37.020 telling white people what to do? I mean, first of all, why am I listening to you? I thought we were 0.71
01:10:41.920 the oppressors. I thought all white people were bad. Or do you mean some white people? 1.00
01:10:48.400 There are far too many neoliberals who are just as bad as the fascists. 1.00
01:10:55.100 I told you they're going to come and eat you. They are going to eat you, my friend. 1.00
01:10:59.360 you're a neo-liberal who is just as bad as the fascist the friend the french have figured this 0.99
01:11:05.940 out a while ago yes they did when they pulled the guillotines out now it's time to take this 0.99
01:11:11.120 up to the next level go fs up white people it's your time oh thank you for permission 0.70
01:11:17.360 thank you i've been waiting can i should i use the match should i what do i what do i use how
01:11:23.140 do i start they said they were going to globalize the intifada and now they have
01:11:30.600 okay an expert at the heritage foundation mike gonzalez told the post what you're seeing here
01:11:37.040 is a red green alliance the marriage of convenience between leftist and marxist
01:11:40.820 they have a common enemy which is judeo-christian democratic uh west they want to dismantle it
01:11:46.960 But Toffon, who is part Native American, your last name is Gonzales, you pick Toffon, and you're part Native American? 0.99
01:11:59.860 You're a hot mess, dude. 0.99
01:12:02.080 Anyway, he appeared on a very popular show called The Breakfast Club. 0.97
01:12:06.440 Hi, I'm The Breakfast Club.
01:12:08.480 Claiming that the perceived underfunding of schools and declining public services in France is very similar to the U.S.
01:12:15.020 I'm incredibly inspired by what's going on
01:12:18.100 with the student activists and organizers
01:12:20.000 the rapper said
01:12:21.120 the most marginalized students
01:12:23.320 the brown and black students
01:12:24.940 are the ones that are feeling the implications 0.98
01:12:26.940 the worst
01:12:27.920 Twiffon urged fellow protesters
01:12:31.180 in the US to take influence
01:12:32.880 from the French 0.95
01:12:33.860 so we can defeat the same common enemy 0.99
01:12:36.900 oh yeah
01:12:38.540 Gonzales said it's dangerous rhetoric
01:12:41.520 if people listen to him
01:12:43.560 and act upon what he's recommending
01:12:44.920 it's very dangerous yeah but twafon told the post his trip to saint uh to saint dennis was
01:12:51.500 unplanned and very spontaneous i didn't even know i was on vacation and all of a sudden all
01:12:56.920 this stuff happens who knew i was on vacation what a coincidence that is
01:13:01.020 the feminist and anti-american group has called the protesters to flood the halls of congress in
01:13:07.800 what it calls three days of peaceful resistance now do they call it that or are we waiting for
01:13:12.640 the media to call it that but it's leader jody evans 72 you know what the one thing i've noticed
01:13:18.340 about all of these no kings protests is they're all like i'm gonna hold my sign up if i had to
01:13:23.840 strengthen my arms to do it but i i've been out protesting with signs since 1964 and uh no kings 0.93
01:13:32.140 no kings come on you kiddos let's go oh my gosh i'm so tired of these hippies i can't take it 0.86
01:13:41.040 I can't take them. I've hated the hippies since I was a kid. Yeah, I was born in 1964. 0.96
01:13:47.820 You were in high school when I was born, and you were like, I'm so great. I'm going to burn
01:13:53.620 everything down, and then I'm going to stop for a few years, but then I'm going to infest all 0.98
01:13:58.540 of the institutions, and then I'm going to say, let's burn it all down. Thank you. You've wrecked
01:14:03.060 my entire life. Anyway, Code Pink has been accused of radicalizing a new generation of activists by
01:14:09.380 spending millions of dollars to teach anti-american rhetoric elsewhere the singham linked party for
01:14:15.400 socialism and liberation by the way that's uh uh neville singer uh singham who is you know with
01:14:22.340 the chinese a billionaire well just the chinese love him and they love billionaires those communists
01:14:27.760 love them as long as you march to their tune anyway he has committed to joining french protesters in
01:14:34.240 their struggle for a socialist future we in the united states stand with you in your struggle
01:14:39.100 against the capitalist austerity.
01:14:41.740 Capitalist austerity.
01:14:44.140 We haven't done capitalism for a long time.
01:14:47.920 We're doing cronyism.
01:14:49.820 This is such a corrupt system right now.
01:14:52.700 Don't blame this on the free market.
01:14:54.800 The free market is free.
01:14:57.580 Free from who?
01:14:58.700 Not from rules.
01:15:00.780 From the government.
01:15:02.020 From the government embedding itself
01:15:04.460 in every single decision
01:15:06.000 and picking winners and losers.
01:15:08.120 because you know who loses in that when governments pick winners and losers you know who loses you do
01:15:13.860 you do we stand with you because we too demand money for housing and education oh yeah really
01:15:19.920 where are you going to get that we're 40 trillion dollars in debt where are we going to get that 0.89
01:15:24.180 money we're going to get it mr communist oh god these people 0.98
01:15:28.500 I'm so sick of people who are just
01:15:36.300 My life has been so hard 0.66
01:15:40.080 It's been so hard 0.99
01:15:41.980 Everybody's life sucks 0.99
01:15:46.800 Everybody's life sucks for a while 1.00
01:15:50.000 Until you choose to 1.00
01:15:52.040 Not have it suck 0.97
01:15:54.480 And it takes real discipline 0.55
01:15:58.380 to do it it takes choices you know what the easiest choice is here's the easiest choice
01:16:04.420 something happens to you go it's somebody else's fault it's so why does this keep happening to me
01:16:10.320 i don't know if the same thing keeps happening to you over and over and over again it might be you
01:16:14.620 dude it might be you i can't find a job i don't understand it yes i have piercing through my
01:16:22.740 eyeballs yes yes i i keep my my member my private member outside my pants at night because i want
01:16:31.980 people to see the piercing that goes right through it and don't say that i'm a guy i'm a woman
01:16:37.640 can't you see my orange and red and green hair i don't know why people won't hire me i can't get a
01:16:44.020 oh god give it a rest give it a rest it's such a bad childhood everybody's child you know what
01:16:57.020 you know what life is life adult life is just recovery from your childhood that's all it is
01:17:03.780 that's all it is you're i mean i'm 62 i'm still trying to figure out my childhood
01:17:08.040 okay and you know what you get to a point where you're like yeah it doesn't matter it matters
01:17:12.940 what I do today. That's what matters. No, it doesn't. It matters what my parents did to me.
01:17:19.340 It matters what happened to me while I was in second grade. Now, now it really doesn't.
01:17:26.740 Let me tell you about a woman in Columbia. She spent 35 years angry at her mother. You know why?
01:17:34.420 Because my mother abandoned me. There's a story I just found. Can't use her real name. She's asked
01:17:40.880 for her real name, not to be out there, for her safety.
01:17:44.380 So we're going to call her what her government calls her, Maria.
01:17:47.580 Maria. 1.00
01:17:48.520 A new soap opera called Maria.
01:17:52.360 Telemundo, 8 o'clock Friday, Maria.
01:17:55.440 Anyway, Maria's family lived in this hamlet in the hills, okay,
01:18:02.460 in northern Colombia.
01:18:05.420 It's farm country.
01:18:07.380 Few houses, few families.
01:18:09.720 Long way away from anywhere that makes the news.
01:18:12.560 It's 1993.
01:18:14.080 Marie is a little girl.
01:18:15.160 She had three brothers and sisters.
01:18:16.940 She had a father.
01:18:17.720 She had a mother.
01:18:18.620 Happy childhood.
01:18:20.000 And then what happened?
01:18:22.360 One day, she didn't have a mom anymore.
01:18:25.040 Now, that's how she remembered it.
01:18:26.600 My mom.
01:18:27.140 Not as an event.
01:18:28.480 Just all of a sudden, mom's gone.
01:18:31.700 One day, mom's in the kitchen.
01:18:33.160 The next day, mama is nowhere.
01:18:36.460 And nobody can tell you where she went.
01:18:39.120 Nobody could tell you if she's coming back, okay?
01:18:42.600 And she didn't come back.
01:18:45.060 Then Maria, in the next episode of Maria, her father is killed.
01:18:50.980 Okay, so now she doesn't have a mom or a dad, okay?
01:18:55.520 Dad's dead, violence, but at least she has somebody to grieve. 0.66
01:19:01.140 Mom just vanishes.
01:19:02.600 She didn't grieve.
01:19:03.760 She's only left with questions, and then those questions turn into bitterness
01:19:07.180 because they went on and on and on unanswered and so she starts answering herself and the answer
01:19:14.360 maria comes up with is the one that hurts the most she left us she didn't love us she didn't
01:19:19.540 want us she walks out the door she just kept walking so maria grows up with that answer
01:19:25.200 she goes to school with it she becomes a young woman with it she she becomes a grown woman
01:19:30.860 in that and she's angry and she's told everybody she's angry my mother didn't care
01:19:36.320 and she grows up with this deep resentment toward her mother 10 years 20 years 30 years go by
01:19:44.960 it's not a strange companion for maria
01:19:50.060 it's in every corner of the room she walks into it's there on her birthday it's there on every
01:19:57.820 christmas it's there everybody else you know somebody else tells her about their mother and
01:20:02.780 their mother shows up at school my mother never showed up at school my mother left me
01:20:08.460 and there it comes a day when you become old enough to understand
01:20:14.280 what it must take to leave your own child and then you decide i'll never understand it i can
01:20:22.320 never understand that now meanwhile in colombia there's a an office in the government you can call
01:20:30.700 okay a woman the government calls rosa is found because this office that we've never had heard of
01:20:42.600 we don't have it's called um it's called the search unit for persons deemed missing and it
01:20:51.060 exists for one reason to find the people that the years of fighting have just swallowed because
01:20:57.920 they're all they've been in war forever they've been in you know gang wars drug wars all kinds
01:21:03.560 of wars and it's not to prosecute anybody it's not to hold a trial it's just to find them can
01:21:08.720 you find my mother so she calls them up it's like can you find my mother so investigators
01:21:16.320 do work they pulled up public documents they combed through the health system records they
01:21:23.160 ran the names through the national identification basis they sat with relatives listen to what they
01:21:28.740 remembered record here record their relatives memory just a fragment a name matched and they
01:21:34.940 find this woman who we're going to call rosa well this month this month rosa and maria
01:21:44.540 stood in the same room for the first time in 33 years the last time rosa saw maria she was a little
01:21:52.060 girl. Now she's looking at a grown woman. Maria was looking at the woman she had blamed
01:21:58.680 her whole life for abandoning her. And they looked at each other and they talked and they
01:22:03.100 held each other. And Rosa said only a few words that anybody wrote down. I missed her
01:22:10.500 a lot. I am so very, very happy. But Maria said something more complicated. She said
01:22:17.840 a lot of joy a lot of joy and at the same time sadness because by then Maria knew what had really
01:22:26.080 happened in 1993 her mom didn't walk out the door several men came to the house armed men
01:22:33.040 they came for mom they took mom from her home but mom didn't go with him before she did one thing
01:22:43.500 she saw that her children were in the house she saw the men coming they saw she knew they were
01:22:49.560 coming for her so mom hid her four children inside of the house all four out of sight when the men
01:22:57.680 came in and kicked down the door they found it empty except for her the children stayed stayed
01:23:03.600 safe because mom didn't abandon, she hid them. Sometimes we don't get all the information.
01:23:16.100 Sometimes maybe we should give life the benefit of the doubt.
01:23:22.500 More in a minute. Let me tell you about our sponsor. It's Burn a Launcher. I believe in
01:23:26.280 the power of reasonable discussion. You know, most disagreements can be worked out if people
01:23:30.640 sit down, listen to each other, find some common ground. Unfortunately, if somebody kicks down your
01:23:35.240 front door, you know, two in the morning, pretty good chance that they're not there. You know,
01:23:40.700 they're not interested in a productive exchange of ideas. You can try to explain that you have
01:23:45.600 strict policy against home invasions. They don't care. They don't care. They're not going to solve
01:23:51.680 this problem. That's why I want you to know about Berna. Berna makes a powerful, less lethal

01:25:24.860 That's a huge amount of beef.
01:25:26.780 And here's the part that bothers me.
01:25:28.440 When that beef ends up at the grocery store, you have no way of knowing which country it came from.
01:25:33.240 I'm all for buying beef for my family, but I want to know where it came from.

01:26:55.400 the fusion of entertainment enlightenment and empowerment this is the glenn beck program
01:27:09.120 hello america welcome to the glenn beck program it's uh it's tuesday and i want to get right to
01:27:18.420 it's tuesday isn't it it is wednesday no it's not is it wednesday oh my gosh oh have you ever
01:27:26.660 had one of those moments it's one of those moments for me you're like he did you're like oh my gosh
01:27:31.740 you kidding me this is fantastic i would prefer you would have said that to me tomorrow because
01:27:38.180 i'd be like tomorrow is friday i thought tomorrow was anyway it's a great moment thank you for
01:27:45.220 sharing that with me uh it's wednesday and uh i want to get into a couple of things i mean it's
01:27:53.180 going to get weird this hour because andy know andy know is is joining me and he is the post
01:28:00.500 millennial senior editor and he's written a book called the zizians uh and i didn't know what the
01:28:08.240 Zizzians were. It is a strange
01:28:11.940 trans death 1.00
01:28:16.320 cult. 1.00
01:28:19.340 Did I really need to say
01:28:21.960 it's a strange? It's a trans 1.00
01:28:25.920 death cult. I think that implies it's strange 1.00
01:28:30.240 but really strange. And there's a couple of things that you need to understand
01:28:34.000 before we get to Andy.
01:28:35.540 And one of those things is effective altruism.
01:28:40.420 We're going to get into that.
01:28:41.360 Also, the Texas Trans LGBTQ Plus Student Resource Guide came in.
01:28:48.540 This guide is coming to a mailbox near you if you live in Texas.
01:28:55.680 And it's everything you need to know.
01:28:57.920 You don't have to figure out everything by yourself.
01:28:59.980 We're here to help.
01:29:01.260 Oh, are you?
01:29:02.940 We're going to get into this because it's weird because it's the Texas trans and LGBTQ guide.
01:29:09.600 But when we started looking to who published this and who paid for it, it has nothing to do with Texas.
01:29:16.160 And that weird.
01:29:18.000 We get into that here in 60 seconds.
01:29:19.620 First, let me tell you about chapter.
01:29:20.700 Eventually, you start doing things, you know, for your parents that they used to do.
01:29:24.420 You know, you're helping them figure out technology.
01:29:26.400 You're explaining them the things that they used to explain to you.
01:29:30.160 Strange reversal.
01:29:31.980 but it's also part of taking care of people who spent so many years taking care of you
01:29:39.820 you know one of the most important things you can help your parents do is uh is medicare there's
01:29:45.600 plans out there a lot of different benefits a lot of ways and they end up paying much more
01:29:50.040 than necessary that's why i recommend chapter their licensed medicare advisors help compare
01:29:54.780 options from across the entire market they're the only people that can do this they have they've
01:30:00.380 They were actually Silicon Valley guys whose parents got screwed, and they ended up really in deep trouble with their Medicare plan.
01:30:09.680 And they went to their parents and like, you know, why didn't you do this?
01:30:13.500 Why didn't you do this?
01:30:14.000 And they were like, well, we had these nice guys who were trying to advise us, and they found out that everybody is paid to tell your parents what they're trying to sell is the best.
01:30:23.320 So they built a system that isn't like that.
01:30:25.660 Listen, this thing has really taken off.
01:30:27.380 They doubled their staff, but they still have now wait times.
01:30:32.940 The cutoff date for Medicare is January 1st.
01:30:35.900 The call is free.
01:30:36.580 It takes about 20 minutes.
01:30:38.160 Dial pound 250.
01:30:39.380 Say the keyword chapter.
01:30:40.820 Act now before you're left overpaying on the wrong coverage for another year.
01:30:44.960 Do it now.
01:30:45.720 Pound 250 chapter.
01:30:48.220 All right.
01:30:50.420 Jason, did you get one of these?
01:30:52.540 The Texas Trans and LGBTQ Plus Student Resource Guide.
01:30:56.240 Oh, I'm reading mine right now.
01:30:58.520 I know.
01:30:59.280 You're not alone.
01:31:01.560 There are people in Texas who will help find and support you.
01:31:06.440 You don't have to figure everything out by yourself.
01:31:08.920 No, you don't.
01:31:09.440 If you're non-binary, you don't have to.
01:31:11.140 You're probably asking yourself, what the hell does that mean?
01:31:14.140 They'll help you.
01:31:15.420 If you're questioning, oh, I got questions.
01:31:18.680 I got questions.
01:31:19.520 If you're questioning your family, your school, your community isn't supportive, we are.
01:31:25.720 Trust a group of strangers who don't live in Texas,
01:31:28.760 who are adults, who want to talk to you about your private parts.
01:31:33.040 That sounds safe.
01:31:35.060 You don't have to figure out.
01:31:36.080 This guide is a starting point.
01:31:38.020 Finding supportive people in programs and legal information in community.
01:31:42.460 Important laws and programs can change quickly.
01:31:44.920 Always confirm current rules and eligibility directly with the organization.
01:31:49.040 Well, we tried to do that.
01:31:50.200 We tried to find out who the Texas trans and LGBTQ plus student resource guide was, who was paying for this?
01:31:57.360 Who was behind it?
01:31:58.360 Jason, what'd you find out?
01:31:59.200 Now, this is literally, we all came in this morning and we're like, did you get this in the mail?
01:32:04.440 So it was being, it's like candy in Texas.
01:32:07.160 It's come in every mailbox.
01:32:09.680 So it had to cost a lot of money because it's, you know, it's a full color, heavy paper mailer.
01:32:16.720 I mean, this was not cheap.
01:32:18.260 uh and and what'd you find out about who sent this out jason well it's it's it's weird no
01:32:25.080 it's uh so they they list a bunch of different resources one of them is from a group called
01:32:32.940 tent the transgender education network of texas but when you go to tent's website they say we
01:32:40.360 don't know where this is coming from we we didn't put this out now if you look at that hang on hang
01:32:44.940 on hang on just a second that's a problem when somebody is coming out and like hey we're just
01:32:50.200 doing you a favor if somebody sent out you know a flyer and was like hey join torch it's great
01:32:57.320 hear all the great things about it just go to glenbeck.com slash torch you want to send out
01:33:01.840 a flyer and i agree with everything in the flyer go ahead go ahead somebody calls me like i didn't
01:33:06.640 have anything to do with it but i love it i love it they're like no um we don't know anything about
01:33:14.160 this so really well it's interesting that on the return address it actually lists another
01:33:21.980 completely different group called the texas transgender student union and they're in some
01:33:27.620 place called it's a the address is metal place texas yes now cbs news did a an investigation
01:33:33.600 on this and they said the return address listed is that metal place texas but it doesn't appear
01:33:38.960 to correspond to a valid address however a nearby identical address leads to a mailbox at a ups store
01:33:46.240 in the houston area oh okay okay so it's not in meadows place it's at a ups store
01:33:54.660 which is you know where all of the finest organizations are located in your local
01:34:00.980 ups store uh in houston so that's from houston then uh i think you're jumping a few steps ahead
01:34:08.880 to be there glenn okay it's a little weirder well actually business records reviewed by cbs news
01:34:16.360 show a company registered under that name in sheridan wyoming in sheridan wyoming
01:34:24.320 that serves the address for a registered agent service used by hundreds of thousands of businesses
01:34:29.360 hmm uh so it's even shadier than the ups store in houston you know glenn when we were tracking
01:34:38.260 down Biden crime family and going through banks that had us leading through Cyprus and like the
01:34:43.560 Cayman Islands. That was a little bit easier, I think. Really? Well, only the finest organizations
01:34:51.980 hide in Sheridan, Wyoming and claim to be Texan. That's exactly what I was thinking. Yeah. I don't
01:34:59.900 really know what is going on here. Shenanigans clearly are involved. I don't know who is behind
01:35:05.780 it i don't know if it's republicans i don't know if it's democrats doing a double switcheroo
01:35:10.740 we need a giant searchlight we need a big dr searchlight because i'd turn it on right now
01:35:15.580 data republican data republican you're needed data republican we put the big dr searchlight
01:35:22.400 up on the clouds at night and she flies in uh yeah there's something to be found here but this
01:35:29.880 is so helpful want to know about hormones or gender affirming care now by the way this is
01:35:34.720 coming to the the house of students of the glenn peck family oh i know i'd look at this and go
01:35:44.740 oh it's addressed to them i can't throw their mail out illegally that would be illegal for
01:35:50.380 me to touch it nope it's going right in the trash but uh so they're getting this and it's directed
01:35:56.060 right to your teen okay and and here's what i now i would never open my my child's mail if it's
01:36:03.080 If it's right, addressed directly to them, students of the Glenn Beck household, I don't look at that twice.
01:36:13.160 But if I broke the law, which I guess I did, I opened it up and it says, what if I want to be emancipated?
01:36:21.280 Now I really want to give it to my kids.
01:36:23.600 You know what I mean?
01:36:24.140 Texas law generally allows a minor to petition for emancipation if they are 17 or at least 16
01:36:31.280 and living separately from their parents and they must be legally self-supporting and managing
01:36:37.360 their own financial affairs a court also has to determine that emancipation is in the minor's
01:36:42.180 best interest Texas law explains the process here and then it gives a hyperlink which I've
01:36:47.400 been clicking on on this this paper i keep clicking on it and it won't go so i don't i
01:36:53.600 can't find the information gosh darn it um it also says you want to know more about your hormones or
01:37:00.380 your gender affirming care i do i do lots of students are going through the same process
01:37:06.380 you are lots of them in fact the numbers are growing they're actually shrinking they're
01:37:10.220 actually falling off a cliff but that has nothing to do with this fad being over
01:37:14.980 rather than trying to find medication yourself this organization can help and they'll help you
01:37:22.860 understand the current texas rules and connect you with the appropriate legal health care and
01:37:26.420 support resources can i go out of state for care another flag that doesn't that's a green flag for
01:37:33.220 me as a parent i gotta give this right to my kid can i go out of state for medical care of course
01:37:39.840 if you're under 18 parental consent custody and other laws of both states can matter if you're
01:37:45.780 considering out-of-state care talk to a legal organization rather than trying to arrange it
01:37:50.380 for yourself a good place to start is tent trans texas.org or lamb or is it lamb b d a legal what
01:38:01.560 is that do you know what that lambda lambda i think that's perfect pronunciation i think it is
01:38:08.600 lambida i need can we get lambida on the phone please anyway uh or the aclu of texas another
01:38:16.040 quality trusted organization one final thing it says you don't need to have everything figured
01:38:21.920 out you don't have to even know if you're definitely trans but what if i really think i am
01:38:28.320 oh we'll help you you don't have to decide about hormones or surgery right now
01:38:34.140 no talk to us strangers adults remember stranger danger doesn't apply here no we want to talk to
01:38:44.180 you about your private parts and your most personal feelings and we'll tell you to keep
01:38:48.540 secrets from your parents but there's no stranger danger here your job right now is to stay safe
01:38:56.020 find people who will listen to you and give yourself time to figure out who you are who
01:39:00.820 am i i don't know i didn't know who i was until i was like 35 there are other kids in texas going
01:39:06.800 through this too and there are adults whose actual job is to help you even if your family
01:39:12.560 doesn't accept who you are groups like these are ready to become oh my god you read the last line
01:39:19.260 in this these adults are ready to become your found family oh my gosh wow oh good news students
01:39:31.460 support is coming to you organization tent has just launched the texas the trans texas takeover
01:39:38.220 the trans texas takeover what what exactly is the trans texas it's a fall tour which visits
01:39:45.200 community communities across texas with free teach-ins q a sessions creative workshops let's
01:39:51.320 finger paint that's not your finger johnny it is if i say it is teach texas laws and how they
01:39:58.760 affect actual trans texans they're going to be in mccallan and lubbock and amarillo and austin and
01:40:04.020 houston and fort worth and dallas and tyler and san antonio and el paso you want tour information
01:40:09.120 you can get it right there this is great this is great tent specifically offers resources for texas
01:40:16.840 trans youth including information about schools and dress codes and bathrooms you know i've never
01:40:22.680 really needed any uh never needed any instructions on bathrooms you know i mean i thought we had that 0.96
01:40:29.240 settled for thousands of years well i shouldn't say that the french were still peeing in alleys 0.72
01:40:35.080 and it didn't matter if you were a male or female they were still peeing in any alley they could
01:40:38.680 fine. They're still doing that today. But the rest of us, I think, have figured, well, no,
01:40:43.280 I got to go back to the Middle East. They're standing on the top of the toilet bowl and 0.99
01:40:47.780 squatting down and just letting the poop fall where it may. So I take it back. We haven't
01:40:54.840 figured out. Well, I think a majority of us here in America have figured out bathrooms.
01:41:00.620 We figured that out long ago. We don't need any instruction manual. I don't. I don't.
01:41:05.260 But I can get help navigating problems involving schools, healthcare, IDs, and public life.
01:41:11.620 If you're not sure where to start, contact us.
01:41:14.200 We'll help you figure it out.
01:41:16.200 We're your trusted, found family.
01:41:19.320 We're not creepy at all.
01:41:22.140 Talk to Ted, who's wearing a dress and would like to talk to you about your pee-pee problems.
01:41:28.400 Oh, okay.
01:41:31.480 Good thing this has been sent out.
01:41:33.740 I feel better already.
01:41:35.600 Now let's talk to you about Mercury One.
01:41:38.620 You know, we have done crazy things, crazy things over the years.
01:41:45.860 We have helped people that we've never met.
01:41:48.540 We went to places that you and I have never been to, never even thought of going to.
01:41:53.080 You know, I never grew up thinking, you know what, I'd like to go to Syria in the middle of a war.
01:41:57.780 I'd like to do that. 0.96
01:41:58.760 We did.
01:42:00.300 I've asked you to help us on those projects.
01:42:02.360 We've asked you to help save historic artifacts that most people didn't even know existed.
01:42:07.460 We've asked for you to help rescue people from the most dangerous places on earth.
01:42:14.120 And you've come every single time, every time.
01:42:18.500 We're celebrating Mercury One and the work that you have done with us for 15 years, our 15th anniversary gala.
01:42:26.000 It's going to be a wonderful event.
01:42:27.800 We want to look at what you've accomplished.
01:42:30.820 you know celebrate the people that you brought home you didn't even think these things were
01:42:35.920 possible and you did it i mean we brought about 20 000 people out from afghanistan when our
01:42:43.480 government was like god we can't do it everything is safe we can't get anybody else out we did
01:42:49.740 20 000 people we got out thank you for helping us do the impossible
01:42:55.360 if you'd like to join us we're having our gala this saturday in irving texas it's just outside
01:43:04.220 of houston it's right where the airport is pretty close to the airport you fly in come tanya and i
01:43:09.260 would love to greet you this is how we raise money for next year so we can pay the light bills and
01:43:14.500 pay for all the employees and everything else so when i raise money and say hey we're going to go
01:43:17.900 do this that's 100 of that money goes to that you can get your tickets now they're very scarce just
01:43:23.360 a few left at mercuryone.org. It is this Saturday night, and I really want to shake your hand and
01:43:29.020 thank you for being a listener, and thank you for helping us with Mercury One. Mercuryone.org,
01:43:33.640 get your tickets now. Mercuryone.org, 10-second station ID.
01:43:36.740 all right let's let's learn some new stuff how about effective altruism oh i love this
01:43:54.840 love this um trump doesn't um the department of war doesn't i don't i don't think you're going to
01:44:07.040 but it's important that you understand this before we get into andy no because he's going to tell us
01:44:11.420 about the zizians a a bizarre i don't need that word a transgender death cult that's taking the
01:44:22.160 by storm and it has something to do with effective altourism so what is it got to go back to oxford
01:44:29.800 you know mid-2000s fancy intellectuals discussing you know an experiment uh from peter singer peter
01:44:37.600 singer was the uh was the chair of ethics at princeton university he's the guy who said
01:44:43.300 hey a baby isn't really a baby until they know there's a tomorrow he first said you can abort
01:44:48.280 a child and be fine, you know, up to two years after birth. And then he apologized. Of course,
01:44:53.740 he apologized. And he said, sorry, I didn't mean to put a time limit on it. It's whenever the
01:44:57.620 child knows that there is a tomorrow, then you can't kill it. Oh, okay. So anyway, he's the guy
01:45:02.900 who's come up with this effective altruism. And, you know, it's like, hey, I'm wearing really
01:45:08.500 expensive shoes. Do I pass a drowning child in a pond to save him, you know, but I have to ruin
01:45:15.240 my shoes well i don't know what are you using those shoes for you using those shoes to walk
01:45:18.620 around the planet do a lot of good stuff yeah you might probably want to save your shoes okay good
01:45:23.160 stuff like that um anyway they say that their worldview is really really rational um but it's
01:45:29.740 it's really really not again it's peter singer very dangerous warped mind and he planted this
01:45:37.000 into the warped mind of the silicon valley quasi-religious uh group out there um and the
01:45:44.040 central tenet of this it's a new faith and it's the duty of wealthy nations to sacrifice all of
01:45:51.140 their luxuries for the sake of the third world when bill gates you know funds vaccines in africa
01:45:57.020 instead of you know a park in small town america he's being a good effective altruist because
01:46:01.340 he's balancing the needs of the entire world in the fairest way okay well that you know he can do
01:46:06.700 that fine in fact i'd rather have you test your vaccines out someplace else i would like to warn
01:46:13.380 africa who you are but uh anyway uh so it what it is is they try to balance the needs of people
01:46:22.300 who have not yet been born with the people who are living now so they need to go well wait a
01:46:30.660 minute what are the people in the future gonna want now i don't know when they invented a time
01:46:38.360 machine to ask all those people in the future, but it's an interesting way to look at everything,
01:46:44.240 isn't it? They are so confident that they can balance the needs of the entire globe,
01:46:50.440 but also the needs of everyone, not only living today, but all those who are going to live
01:46:59.000 tomorrow so this is good good it's good it's good uh and somehow or another this has gotten itself
01:47:11.860 into this transgender death cult um and andy has uh been investigating this just put a new book out
01:47:21.240 And you haven't heard weird yet.
01:47:27.440 You haven't heard weird.
01:47:28.580 You haven't heard evil yet.
01:47:31.160 Andy joins me right after the break.
01:47:33.820 Stand by.
01:47:49.780 I'm just seeing up in the news.
01:47:51.240 They estimate the France riots, that's $1.3 billion in damage.
01:47:56.420 Ah, couldn't have used that in schools, right?
01:47:59.460 Right?

01:49:17.520 okay if you're listening uh to us anywhere in texas you might have checked your mailbox and
01:49:43.560 seen that you have the texas trans and lgbtq student resource guide that came in if you have
01:49:49.280 kids in your house because it was all sent to the students of your family uh here in texas and we
01:49:55.540 found out earlier this has nothing to do with texas in fact the group that it is advertising
01:49:59.760 said we don't have anything to do we didn't send this out and it was a group uh out of uh
01:50:04.960 cheyenne is it wyoming or sheridan wyoming uh so we're going to be doing some investigation
01:50:12.300 who sent this out um but it's all about you know how you can have things altered you know a tailor
01:50:19.340 will come in and take that in a few inches um andy no is with us he is a journalist he's with
01:50:26.440 the post-millennial he's a senior editor there and he has been working on uh activist and radicals
01:50:34.220 forever i mean forever and ever and ever he's one of the braver guys uh in the media uh and he has
01:50:41.720 stumbled across the zizians which is a new book that has come out um z-i-z-i-a-n-s never heard of
01:50:50.300 them it is a trans death cult andy how did you get from antifa to the zizians well six years ago
01:51:01.100 when i was in portland oregon reporting on the blm antifa riots and in portland that's where the 0.75
01:51:07.320 the riots lasted the longest i was gathering every day through public records requests
01:51:13.160 the names of the dozens of people being arrested night after night in the end i had
01:51:17.640 hundreds of individuals and i had the mug shots the booking photos the names i and then i cross
01:51:24.040 referenced it with open resource information and one data point that i saw right away was that
01:51:30.840 disproportionately the individuals identify as trans now six years ago not very many of us were
01:51:36.440 talking about trans ideology or trans radicalism and i didn't know anything about it so it wasn't
01:51:42.360 something i focused on but it was something that was in the back of my mind um i was very badly
01:51:48.200 beaten by violent antifa extremists in 2019 and 2021 nearly killed it's why i've been in exile
01:51:56.440 outside of the united states i've been in england for many years now and the individuals that i
01:52:01.720 identified in my civil lawsuit as being part of those attacks half of them ended up identifying
01:52:08.760 as trans and so it literally hit me in the face and then in the last number of years we've seen
01:52:18.200 year after year sometime month month after month mass atrocities killings committed by individuals
01:52:24.200 who identify as trans so all of us are wondering what the hell is going on why is this happening
01:52:31.720 why does there appear to be the surge and then a year and a half ago when i learned that the
01:52:36.680 killing of a border patrol agent were allegedly committed by two individuals in vermont who are
01:52:42.440 trans identifying i kept digging further and i found out oh they're connected to this other
01:52:46.760 person just arrested for murder in california who is also identifying as all gender and this
01:52:52.600 other person is also trans and this person too and i realize more and more it's not just that
01:52:57.540 all these people who are linked to one another are trans identifying they are part of a trans cult
01:53:03.980 and it's an a legitimate cult i mean do they have meetings so they i mean
01:53:11.660 what is not only what's the structure so the zizians and they're called that because the
01:53:18.840 leader of the group, and that's his mugshot on the cover of my book, Jack Lasota, he adopted the name
01:53:26.000 Ziz. So his followers are called Zizians. They make the Jim Jones cult, the Charles Banson cult
01:53:32.720 look tame in comparison. So these are rationalists and effective altruists who moved to the Bay Area
01:53:40.520 a decade ago to come up with ways that in their mind would maximize good. But because they are
01:53:47.220 an atheistic movement divorced from let's say christian values they don't view the human life
01:53:54.020 as something that should be saved and so for example in their mathematical calculations and
01:54:00.980 modelings because they're viewing that billions and billions of animals are being killed
01:54:07.220 every day for humans to eat or to consume and by animals they're referring to all the fish
01:54:13.540 and prawns and insects in the world every time you step on an ant you're committing a murder
01:54:18.660 and so at the forefront of their beliefs they were really militant radical vegans and because of that
01:54:25.140 they developed a misanthropic and anti-human worldview they were also ai doomers they believed
01:54:31.860 that when ai becomes a super intelligence that they themselves could form the vanguard of the
01:54:40.660 trans vanguard whose consciousness through their own um being so good that their consciousness
01:54:47.700 could be uploaded into the super ai and recreate a um a utopian simulation and so their actions
01:54:57.460 through the course of a decade um they drew in from other belief systems as well such as trans
01:55:03.300 ideology so they believed for example that you they were born in the wrong body and also that
01:55:09.380 trans women in particular and trans women are males who identify as women they believe that 0.98
01:55:15.940 they were gifted with special cognitive abilities so the Zitzians were specifically recruiting
01:55:21.220 people who were vegan and trans and almost all of them had extremely impressive CVs I mean
01:55:28.340 math prodigies from when they were used they some of them had done research at NASA they worked at
01:55:34.580 google quantum trading on wall street so some of them were making a lot of money and were
01:55:39.540 bankrolling this group and as they became more and more extreme they lived on communes i went to
01:55:46.500 their hideouts in the bay area and then they moved east they became fugitives as they entered into
01:55:54.740 legal criminal legal matters and they viewed themselves increasingly as victims of an ongoing
01:56:03.220 trans genocide we hear this a lot from mainstream trans activists so they were accusing everybody
01:56:09.700 around them the courts the judges police sheriff's deputies of being trans and they were drawing out
01:56:15.620 their criminal cases which gave them time by the way to fake their deaths do cover-ups and move 0.55
01:56:20.900 to different jurisdictions and go into hiding by the end of it all by the way when finally jack
01:56:26.740 ziz lasota was arrested in rural maryland last year with two other zizian members there is a
01:56:34.020 body count of at least known eight people who have died in very violent ways they performed human
01:56:40.820 experimentations because they had certain hypotheses about the brains and how they how the
01:56:46.260 brain would have different genders one side could be good one side could be evil and they had
01:56:50.420 experiments that they thought could separate the two hemispheres of the brain and so like the the 0.56
01:56:57.140 the brutality that they are alleged to have enacted on their victims includes um using samurai swords
01:57:04.020 in an attack um hollow point round executions uh firings to the heads of people and other very very
01:57:13.940 violent killings that i can't get into detail for this broadcast but it's in the book and so
01:57:19.380 the book is true crime about the zizians and the zizians are a fringe and extreme example just as
01:57:25.620 the charles manson family is a fringe and extreme example however what's different is that the
01:57:30.340 zizians do fit into a larger pattern of growing trans violence where individuals who have committed
01:57:36.900 or are alleged to have committed atrocities mass killings and by that i'm referring to killing of
01:57:41.860 women and children things that uh like a type of brutality that you don't often see um where
01:57:50.020 trans ideology and gender identity is really kind of at the forefront in the manifestos that are
01:57:55.460 left behind in their sense of persecution from the world and there are many many trans activists
01:58:01.540 since donald trump was re-elected into a second term who have been calling for one another to
01:58:07.940 to stockpile firearms.
01:58:09.460 And I coined a term for this phenomenon 0.93
01:58:12.380 of the trans and the Antifa, I call it Trantifa.
01:58:15.400 We see it a lot.
01:58:16.240 In fact, just a week and a half ago,
01:58:17.860 there were three individuals in Huntsville, Alabama,
01:58:21.220 who have been federally charged
01:58:22.800 for allegedly being part of a Trantifa cell
01:58:26.400 that was making 3D printed functional firearms at home
01:58:30.580 and were stockpiling weapons for anti-government violence.
01:58:34.460 So like week after week, 0.94
01:58:36.060 just hearing out examples of trans violence and extremism i do believe it's part of a pattern
01:58:40.700 the decisions fit into that there are all these type of variables that are for example uh funding
01:58:47.660 from big left-wing transhumanist uh philanthropists who are funding the the trans industry medical
01:58:54.860 institutions that are legitimizing it with lies about how the science is is settled um
01:59:01.180 the democrat party media the media is a big part of this there's a huge conspiracy to distort
01:59:08.320 and cover up whenever there are these violent attacks committed by trans individuals if you
01:59:14.620 read the reporting in mainstream legacy media you come out with a perception that trans had
01:59:20.140 absolutely nothing to do with it which is what you'll see in the reporting that's been in the
01:59:25.320 york times and seattle times and other places about the zizians so like this book is really
01:59:32.480 trying to um correct the record on not just the zizians but also the the history that that we
01:59:40.700 have of growing and surging trans violence so the i mean this there's so much that is disturbing 0.98
01:59:46.880 um here really truly disturbing but i want to go back to these guys are not morons they they are 0.89
01:59:53.580 They have very high IQs, Silicon Valley, and you add to that effective altruism.
02:00:01.700 Can you explain why effective altruism is so dangerous?
02:00:07.140 So effective altruism is a modern contemporary philosophical movement.
02:00:14.580 On the surface, it sounds actually wonderful.
02:00:17.200 The philosophers who came up with it have affiliations with Oxford University.
02:00:22.160 so very brilliant people came up with it they just argued that for example you can use rationality
02:00:27.360 reason and logic to maximize good but in certain communities in silicon valley like
02:00:34.660 what ultimately became the zizians a lot of autistic people who were working in tech industry
02:00:41.180 were drawn into it they wanted to quote unquote maximize good but the movement in philosophy
02:00:47.520 itself is atheistic so there's no grounding for the value of the human life or any belief in a
02:00:55.720 human soul for example so a lot of the things that they would focus on in terms of improving
02:01:01.240 uh doing good was focusing like on the welfare of shrimps and prawns and insects and and animals
02:01:09.040 in the wild because literally they are doing these math complicated mathematical algorithms of
02:01:14.920 essentially out the day how how do you balance it in this way where um like for example there
02:01:22.840 are more human there are more animals insects prawns shrimps dying than humans and humans are
02:01:27.760 causing that death therefore you should put the money into this side where you're supporting
02:01:32.140 um the animals um one of the most well-known effective altruists was a huge scammer fraudster
02:01:40.480 convicted scammer fraudster sam bankman freed with ftx you know billions of dollars were defrauded
02:01:47.440 from people and in his world view he was donating millions and millions to democrats i mean just
02:01:53.520 think of it at the end of the day if it's kind of like the ends justify the means and in his mind
02:01:58.880 he was doing good by donating to left-wing causes and charities who cares if uh people are getting
02:02:06.640 getting defrauded so you can really see that the worldview of some ea people effective altruists
02:02:13.360 is literally amoral so andy um i've only got about a minute is this is this group now that
02:02:22.320 the leader is behind bars is this group over are there others that are spawning off of this
02:02:29.120 what is the status of this today why should we care about the zizians well six of them were
02:02:34.720 six of them are currently in custody in three different states facing both state and federal
02:02:40.960 charges. However, what's really concerning is nobody's been convicted yet. Just recently,
02:02:46.680 the Maryland state felony case was suspended, and therefore one of the Zizians has been let 1.00
02:02:51.980 go completely. One of the other Zizians resolved his felony case in California, and a judge allowed 0.99
02:02:58.500 it to be pleaded down to misdemeanors and he's only and he has no jail time despite being a 1.00
02:03:04.920 fugitive for all these years after faking his death so there's really a grim potential outcome
02:03:11.500 just that as the case gets drawn out more some one remaining witness in a murder attempted murder
02:03:18.740 trial is now in his 80s and has suffered a number of strokes one of the other key witnesses was
02:03:25.180 assassinated and killed and the wider discussions about trans violence you know is just obfuscation
02:03:32.720 and lies about it i mean i didn't even get into the the role of like mental health comorbidities
02:03:37.680 and all in cross sex hormones which i look at in this book by the way and i review the academic
02:03:43.500 literature because actually there is research on this and you're probably not surprised to hear
02:03:48.700 that cross sex hormone use does correlate with higher reported rates of aggression
02:03:54.080 Andy, thank you for all of your work.
02:03:55.940 Please stay safe, and thank you for your book.
02:03:58.440 It's called The Zizians, Z-I-Z-I-A-N-S, The Zizians. 0.86
02:04:04.040 There is nobody that is doing this kind of stuff like Andy Ngo is.
02:04:07.920 You can pick it up wherever you can read your books.
02:04:11.840 The Zizians by Andy Ngo.
02:04:13.940 Andy, God bless.
02:04:14.980 Stay safe.
02:04:15.780 Back in just a minute.
02:04:17.820 You know, there's some things in life that you can figure out as you go.
02:04:20.980 You know, assembling a bookshelf.
02:04:22.900 You know, you have three screws left over in the end.
02:04:25.560 All right, I mean, just put the bookshelf against the wall
02:04:28.360 and just hope for the best, right?
02:04:29.760 Other things, not so much.
02:04:31.800 You know, you can convince yourself
02:04:33.560 that you have real estate figured out
02:04:35.700 and then somebody hands you a contract
02:04:36.900 that's 47 pages long and suddenly you're wondering,
02:04:39.240 do I actually own the house
02:04:40.580 or do I just have the right to visit it on the weekends?
02:04:43.160 That's why I started Real Estate Agents I Trust.

02:05:49.660 so i want to leave you with uh advice from marco rubio because everybody's freaking out
02:06:04.140 oh gee china trump is meeting with china and russia here's what marco rubio said yesterday
02:06:10.460 listen up people need to grow up when it comes to foreign policy a little bit okay it is i don't
02:06:14.940 think it's unusual, frankly, for the three most powerful nuclear-armed nations on earth,
02:06:22.140 for their leaders to communicate with one another. I think it makes all the sense in the world. They
02:06:27.380 may have strong disagreements about things. We also have a president, rightfully so, who does
02:06:31.420 not consider talking to someone to be a concession. I hear people on the TV, oh, you're rewarding so
02:06:35.580 and so by talking to them. Well, that's absurd. For example, how are you going to reach a peace
02:06:39.500 agreement between Russia and Ukraine if you don't talk to Russia and Ukraine? You have to talk to
02:06:44.000 them, right? So, I mean, that's the bottom line of diplomacy and negotiations. You have to be
02:06:48.720 able to speak to the other side. So I don't think it's, frankly, I think if there's an opportunity
02:06:52.900 and the president's expressed an openness to do it for the United States, Russia, and China
02:06:56.160 at the leader level to have a conversation about things like arms control, that'd be a very positive
02:07:01.480 thing for the world. That should be something the world is enthused by. I got to tell you, 0.99
02:07:05.020 I love Marco Rubio. I think some people think he's weak. He used to be, but he is not now. I love him.
02:07:14.000 We'll be right back.
