00:01:38.080 A lot going on today.
00:01:42.240 On the program, in studio, the head of the Southwest Airline Pilot Union.
00:01:49.360 Going to be an interesting conversation that we have with him.
00:01:53.320 Also, is it time for a national divorce?
00:01:56.960 Of course, we preview tonight's Wednesday night special.
00:02:00.920 William Shatner is being shot into space in about half an hour.
00:02:05.480 And we want to start in Loudoun County.
00:02:09.360 It's a funny headline to just drop it.
00:02:11.800 It's true, though.
00:02:12.540 It's accurate.
00:02:14.420 If there was a time that that would really stand out as the story of the day.
00:02:17.200 Yeah, no.
00:02:17.580 Not really.
00:02:18.620 It's kind of an add-on throwaway.
00:02:20.760 We begin in 60 seconds.
00:02:25.280 I got a really sweet note from Judith.
00:02:29.520 She wrote in about her experience with Relief Factor.
00:02:31.540 She says,
00:02:31.980 My name is Judith.
00:02:32.940 I started taking Relief Factor about two months ago.
00:02:35.600 This stuff is fantastic.
00:02:38.760 It's helped me so much.
00:02:39.960 In addition to my arthritis, I have a lot of other aches and pains throughout my body.
00:02:43.740 Relief Factor has been a miracle worker for me.
00:02:46.180 It's given back my vitality.
00:02:48.540 Took a few weeks to start working, but boy, was it worth it once it did.
00:02:53.000 Thank you so much, Relief Factor.
00:02:54.840 Thanks, Glenn.
00:02:55.680 And always remember that Jesus loves you.
00:02:58.380 Judith.
00:02:59.700 By the way, that note's not for you, Stu.
00:03:01.960 That last line.
00:03:03.600 No.
00:03:03.900 I thought there was a universal sort of thing.
00:03:06.160 No, he smoked you.
00:03:07.660 Anyway, always nice to hear Relief Factor help somebody else as much as it has helped me.

00:03:19.960 Try it.
00:03:20.500 Try the three-week quick start trial pack for only $19.95.
00:03:23.760 ReliefFactor.com or call 800-500-8384.
00:03:27.340 800-500-8384.
00:03:29.400 It's ReliefFactor.com.
00:03:31.080 So, I want to encourage you to find out where your school board meets and when they meet.
00:03:41.640 And I want to encourage you to go to the school board meeting.
00:03:45.120 Be there this month.
00:03:47.460 Make sure you're in attendance.
00:03:49.920 Even if you have nothing to say, quite honestly, even if you don't have kids in school, just go to the school board meeting.
00:03:56.060 It is time for the people of America to stand up and the biggest impact you have been making right now is locally with the school boards.
00:04:06.880 You are winning and that is why they're sending the FBI after people.
00:04:12.100 Now, the reason why they sent the FBI is because, well, the Biden administration actually asked the school boards to write and ask for FBI help.
00:04:23.640 Did you know that?
00:04:24.220 So, they were using Loudoun County really as the place where terroristic threats were made, even though there's not terroristic threats.
00:04:35.640 But one of the guys that was cited was the, we now know, the dad of a girl that went into a bathroom and a boy that says he's transgender, bisexual.
00:04:51.980 He comes in wearing a skirt sometimes, went into the bathroom and he raped this 15-year-old girl.
00:04:59.160 So, it is a ugly, ugly sexual assault.
00:05:05.080 Well, the school board covered that up and they knew all about it and they wouldn't say anything about it.
00:05:11.860 And that's when the dad walked into the school board meeting and he stood up and he was about to speak and about to say what he was going to say.
00:05:20.760 And some liberal came up to him and said, I don't believe your daughter.
00:05:27.720 And he kind of went a little nuts, as I think all of us would.
00:05:32.380 And she was just being really nasty.
00:05:36.600 She immediately called the police over and he was taken out in handcuffs.
00:05:40.140 That's the video that we've seen a million times.
00:05:43.320 That's the viral video out of Loudoun County.
00:05:45.520 Well, last night, more than 60 concerned parents and students spoke at the school board meeting, many of them demanding the resignation of the superintendent, Scott Ziegler.
00:05:58.280 Scott is the guy who really covered all of this up.
00:06:03.060 Scott is the guy at that meeting saying, we have never had an incident of any kind of problems in our bathrooms with transgender students.
00:06:13.340 It just doesn't exist.
00:06:15.180 He said that the week of the kid raping this man's daughter.
00:06:23.840 He knew.
00:06:24.980 He covered it up.
00:06:25.920 They passed all of the legislation or all of the new rules for the school board in their bathrooms.
00:06:31.800 And they were claiming that there's never been a predator, transgender ever in the history of the school.
00:06:39.700 It was just conservative nonsense.
00:06:43.160 Well, it shows up that it's not.
00:06:44.920 Now, at another school, a 15-year-old boy was charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student.
00:06:52.320 This, according to the sheriff's office, they won't say if it was the same boy or not, because it's all confidential.
00:07:01.120 But the word on the street is, it is the same boy.
00:07:06.020 He forced a female victim into her empty classroom where he held her against her will and assaulted her, sexually assaulted her.
00:07:16.340 It may be the same boy.
00:07:17.940 It may be that there's no ramifications in Loudoun County for sexual assault for kids.
00:07:24.140 And so, this is what's happening.
00:07:27.320 I wanted to bring Pat in a little early today, along with Stu, my executive producer.
00:07:32.900 All three of us are parents.
00:07:34.740 And I have to tell you, I think the parent, the dad, is the most restrained dad I've ever seen.
00:07:41.280 I don't know what I would have done had I been in his situation.
00:07:45.720 Pretty sure I'd be in jail right now.
00:07:48.160 I would have gone crazy.
00:07:50.480 Can you imagine?
00:07:51.860 Your daughter has been sexually assaulted.
00:07:55.020 I mean, this guy's been charged with counts of forcible sodomy and other forcible sexual acts.
00:08:05.060 And then to have somebody come up and tell you, I don't believe your daughter.
00:08:09.680 And this is a liberal.
00:08:10.980 Believe all women.
00:08:12.240 Right.
00:08:12.840 Believe all women.
00:08:13.880 Right.
00:08:14.060 If we can just save one child, all of that stuff.
00:08:17.900 All of that stuff.
00:08:18.980 These people don't care about your children.
00:08:21.920 And they will not acknowledge even the possibility of, let's say, a hetero person portraying themselves as trans, going into the bathroom and doing these kinds of things.
00:08:35.200 No.
00:08:35.380 I mean, how can you not?
00:08:38.000 How can you deny that reality?
00:08:40.460 That that could absolutely and has already happened multiple times.
00:08:44.060 It's so inconsistent with their the vision they propagate of men generally, who are just nonstop sexual stalkers and people who are abusing women and all the time.
00:08:54.860 All they want is power.
00:08:56.440 And this kid is not transgender.
00:08:58.740 This kid says he's he's bisexual and he wears a skirt sometimes to school.
00:09:05.080 The kid is a sexual predator.
00:09:07.280 I mean, he obviously he's a sexual predator and we don't seem to care anymore.
00:09:15.080 And this I think this is the quintessential Bubba effect waiting to happen.
00:09:21.800 Because if that dad would have gone in and and taken justice, you know, in his own hands, we'd all know it was wrong.
00:09:35.680 We all know he should go to jail.
00:09:37.780 But we also would all say, wouldn't you have done that?
00:09:43.400 Wouldn't you have done that if you were the dad and you were just not getting justice anywhere and no one was listening to you and they were continuing to lie and they were lying and covering up this predator who had just done awful, awful things to your daughter.
00:09:59.580 And then they dismiss your daughter, cover it up, let the guy go.
00:10:05.020 He rapes again.
00:10:06.320 Oh, my gosh, I'd lose my mind.
00:10:09.500 And this Loudoun County School Board.
00:10:11.580 How many times have we seen them in action?
00:10:13.140 They've there's been multiple stories over the last six months or so.
00:10:17.300 And the way they respond to people who have concerns.
00:10:20.140 Oh, my gosh, is so dismissive and condescending.
00:10:24.900 They're the ones who don't have to listen to you.
00:10:27.180 Right.
00:10:27.460 Who do these people think they are?
00:10:30.180 I don't know.
00:10:30.640 And Virginia, if you are thinking about reelecting Governor, what's his face, the McAuliffe, are you are you out of your mind when he's actually come out and saying you don't have a right for your children?
00:10:49.860 What do you mean?
00:10:50.380 I don't have a right for you obviously don't care about my child as much as I do.
00:10:54.560 Mm hmm.
00:10:56.580 All these things get used whenever they need them to be used.
00:10:59.280 Right.
00:10:59.740 I mean, like we're when it's college, we're told that the average college student is being raped at a rate higher than the Rwandan genocide.
00:11:11.460 That's literally what the statistics that they propagate.
00:11:14.380 One in five or something.
00:11:15.420 It's not like one in four, one in five women get raped in college, which is obviously not true.
00:11:20.360 Why would any father ever send their kid to college if that were true?
00:11:24.080 Obviously, it's not true.
00:11:25.720 Yet at the other side, when we have an actual credible allegation of someone who actually went through this, we get we don't believe you.
00:11:32.620 And then the dad gets taken out in handcuffs.
00:11:36.580 Unbelievable.
00:11:37.340 It's incredible.
00:11:38.760 It's just not going to stand in their arrogance.
00:11:40.760 They will fail.
00:11:41.880 This is just not going to stand.
00:11:44.000 People need to stand up and speak the truth.
00:11:48.080 And you know what the truth is.
00:11:49.680 These people are completely out of control and they're in your local district.
00:11:55.480 So they are in your local hands.
00:11:58.220 You have the right to demand answers from your local school board.
00:12:04.780 You have a right to demand answers.
00:12:07.220 You know, yesterday, again, they they're not having open meetings.
00:12:11.120 They're not having public meetings.
00:12:12.440 They're bringing everybody in one by one.
00:12:16.460 And so there's no one in the room except the speaker.
00:12:19.000 So there's no way to hear what what any of the other speakers are saying.
00:12:22.700 There's no.
00:12:23.360 And you're not getting support when you're standing.
00:12:24.980 You're not getting support.
00:12:25.960 You're facing this.
00:12:27.500 Yeah, this.
00:12:28.380 I don't even know.
00:12:29.580 Star chamber.
00:12:31.500 Katie Young, a 14 year old student.
00:12:34.360 Love to talk to Katie Young.
00:12:36.480 14 year old school student in the school district claimed 840.
00:12:41.560 And this is the policy about the transgender bathrooms.
00:12:44.120 840.
00:12:44.720 And many of the policies that are being proposed are not to make people feel more comfortable or to accept others, but instead to change the way my peers.
00:12:54.720 And I think so, we'll become the next generation of social justice warriors.
00:13:00.100 14.
00:13:00.940 I'm 14 years old.
00:13:02.440 The fact that I have to be here defending my rights to not have your radical agenda shoved down my throat in school is not only concerning.
00:13:10.160 It's upsetting.
00:13:11.680 My peers and I are not tools to further your political agenda.
00:13:16.360 Holy.
00:13:16.580 So good.
00:13:17.540 She.
00:13:18.280 Here's another mom.
00:13:19.880 These school board members knew about the first incident in the June 22nd meeting.
00:13:24.020 I'm sorry, but they all knew the case when they were here for the meeting.
00:13:28.100 And now another child has been hurt by the same predator.
00:13:31.340 And so we hold them accountable.
00:13:35.760 Nuts.
00:13:36.200 You know, a really good example of what to do about this comes from one of our suburbs here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with Southlake.
00:13:45.120 And what Southlake parents did at their school board because they were getting the same kind of treatment.
00:13:50.760 They're getting the condescending, oh, yeah, that's cute.
00:13:53.420 Beat it.
00:13:54.060 We don't care what you have to say.
00:13:55.980 So three of the parents ran against three of the people on the school board and beat them and won.
00:14:02.300 It was like 70-30, too.
00:14:03.680 It wasn't even close.
00:14:04.180 Yeah, it was huge.
00:14:04.920 The community completely supported them.
00:14:08.680 Well, there was also one parent, a guy who runs the GOP, and it's a very different GOP in this county.
00:14:20.620 And he's running for county judge now, which is a very big deal.
00:14:26.560 It's not the kind of judge that you have every place else.
00:14:28.740 Anyway, he's remarkable.
00:14:31.620 And he raised, I think, $250,000 to be able to do all the publicity and everything else so those people could get elected.
00:14:40.140 I mean, it's what it takes.
00:14:41.860 It is what it takes.
00:14:43.100 It takes people parting with their money.
00:14:46.060 Hello, rich people, parting with their money and supporting these parents and supporting these people and making sure that their voice is heard.
00:14:55.600 And when you are standing up, you're not alone.
00:14:59.660 You are not alone.
00:15:00.920 And I urge you, every single person within the sound of my voice, find out where your school board meeting is and send a message nationwide.
00:15:13.620 Believe me, this is the school board association that asked for the FBI.
00:15:20.700 This is not just Loudoun County.
00:15:22.480 It was the school board, the school board association.
00:15:27.260 So send a message to that association by showing up and being at your next school board meeting.
00:15:33.820 There should be no place to sit or stand.
00:15:36.900 Even if you're in a friendly town.
00:15:39.580 Send the message.
00:15:42.620 We are watching you and we are not afraid of you.
00:15:47.300 This comes from Rhode Island, North Kingstown.
00:15:49.820 Rhode Island schools are out of control.
00:15:53.800 Rhode Island schools are now promoting a book with gay pornography to minors in the school library.
00:16:00.180 The pornographic book was published by Lion Forge Comics.
00:16:04.340 It's titled Gender Queer, a memoir authored and illustrated by someone who uses the made up pronouns of EM and air, I guess.
00:16:15.500 A resident of South Kingston and a mom of a kindergartner.
00:16:20.980 Mom of a kindergartner posted a picture of the book in a display case on Twitter and highlighted the pornographic images contained between the covers.
00:16:31.660 She also posted out an image of the type typed out report that says that she sent to police writing that she is submitting evidence of distribution of pornography at North Kingstown High School and that the book was made available to minor children.
00:16:48.020 Gender Queer is highlighted in the library of several high schools in Rhode Island calling for the prosecution of the school employees who are responsible for its distribution.
00:16:59.440 The book, which is currently ranked number 11 in Amazon's LGBTQ plus 11M97 graphic novels, features discussion of gay sexual fantasies and is incredibly graphic, including scenes of gay men having sex and a scene of one man performing oral sex on another.
00:17:22.360 It focuses on bonding with friends over erotic gay fan fiction.
00:17:28.320 There is one scene so unbelievably disgusting.
00:17:33.980 It's not that I can't say it on the air, which I can't.
00:17:37.560 I also don't want it passing through my mouth.
00:17:41.000 It is so despicable.
00:17:44.340 This is an award winning book from the School Library Association that needs to be needs to be done.
00:17:51.000 If you are not in your school board meeting, we're going to lose.
00:17:59.040 You have to stand up.
00:18:01.020 They are at our children and they well, let me give you one more in give me 60 seconds and I'm going to come back.
00:18:08.540 I'll tell you one more story that is just as bad.
00:18:12.240 60 seconds.
00:18:13.260 First, let me tell you about something that you can do.
00:18:15.640 While your kids are being filled with absolute garbage, garbage, you need to find back.
00:18:25.660 I want to talk to I want to talk to you about the Tuttle Twins, the Tuttle Twins books, something that you can teach the things that quite honestly, I never learned.
00:18:36.360 You might not have ever learned.
00:18:37.960 I mean, when did you first read Road to Serfdom?
00:18:43.120 I was in my 30s.
00:18:45.420 OK, this is a kid's book that goes through the road of serfdom.
00:18:49.320 They have one.
00:18:50.780 They have they have books that cover almost everything, all of the principles of the free market, of our founders, of freedom and liberty.

00:19:46.760 Canada has always seemed like a crazy place when it comes to schools, but we are closely catching up to them.
00:19:53.380 An exhaustive and detailed memo from the Toronto School Board shares ways that teachers and administrators can help students hide their gender transition from their parents.
00:20:05.780 And you are expected to do this as a teacher in a memo called guidelines for the accommodation of transgender and gender independent, nonconforming students and staff.
00:20:16.900 The school board outlines best practices for how teachers should go about facilitating a student's gender transition.
00:20:24.680 These policies have been in effect since 2013.
00:20:28.340 They are deliberately hiding the information from parents.
00:20:40.080 All students have a right to privacy unless specifically directed by the student schools must keep a student's transgender, gender, nonconforming status confidential, meaning you cannot tell the parents or the guardians.
00:20:53.020 School staff should not disclose a student's school staff should not disclose a student's transgender, gender, nonconforming status to others unless there is a specific need to know.
00:21:00.920 I don't know.
00:21:01.580 I think that would be apparent.
00:21:03.920 I have a specific need to know what's going on in my child's life.
00:21:09.640 Again, they are telling you that you are not in charge of your children.
00:21:15.980 And I don't think I don't think the average American believes that.
00:21:21.780 No.
00:21:23.660 Isaiah 520 comes to mind.
00:21:27.700 Humor me for for those who I'm pretending.
00:21:30.880 I don't know.
00:21:31.340 I say if I'm one to them that call.
00:21:34.380 Good, evil, evil, evil, good.
00:21:37.360 Yeah, it's bad.
00:21:37.900 We are absolutely living that time right now.
00:21:40.840 We are.
00:21:41.740 Absolutely.
00:21:42.600 And to show you how surreal life is right now, I invite my co-host to now look up at the screen and see William Shatner in a giant penis.
00:21:54.060 Sent off into space.
00:21:55.880 I mean, this is our life today.
00:21:58.640 This is our life.
00:22:00.240 It is.
00:22:01.160 That is what it looks like.
00:22:02.400 That is what it looks like.
00:22:04.800 Yes.
00:22:05.020 Did they do that on purpose?
00:22:06.740 Or this is just like a big space joke on the rest of us?
00:22:11.780 I don't know.
00:22:12.920 Space joke.
00:22:13.860 I don't know.
00:22:14.580 Well, because it's like that would be the joke you'd make about some CEO building a spaceship.
00:22:19.380 Like it's just a phallic symbol, basically.
00:22:21.940 And it is a phallic symbol.
00:22:23.420 It is.
00:22:24.460 And I mean, you know, they care about the environment so much they're sending William Shatner into space.
00:22:31.560 I mean, that seems like a good use of CO2, doesn't it?
00:22:35.300 Well, he does have experience.
00:22:36.920 Yeah.
00:22:37.800 He does.
00:22:38.920 Extensive experience.
00:22:39.300 He does.
00:22:40.000 Back in a minute.
00:22:43.760 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:22:47.640 Yes, sir.
00:22:48.200 Unfortunately, cybersecurity isn't something that you have to protect yourself from once.
00:22:53.280 There is no natural immunity.
00:22:56.660 Of course, I hear there's no natural immunity when it comes to COVID, too.
00:22:59.760 Isn't that weird?
00:23:01.020 Anyway, cyber criminals, they don't take the weekends off from trying to find new ways to steal your identity and everything else that you own.
00:23:08.020 It's important that you understand how cyber crime and identity theft is affecting your life.
00:23:12.740 You put your information at risk every day if you're connected to the Internet.

00:24:18.300 It is one year, one year later, the New York Post published the Hunter Biden laptop story.
00:24:27.040 In this year, we have seen an awful lot come to light.
00:24:32.140 And the Hunter Biden laptop story has been vindicated.
00:24:37.640 The New York Post has gone from Russian disinformation to computer hacking to unsubstantiated to now absolutely accurate.
00:24:49.320 100% true.
00:24:50.500 They revealed a year ago, his abandoned laptop, that it carried proof in it that he sold influence while his father served as vice president and his dad now president, knew it.
00:25:06.740 The media said this wasn't a scandal.
00:25:09.760 This was Russian disinformation.
00:25:12.220 Twitter and Facebook rushed to block it.
00:25:14.500 They took all of the vital information that might have helped people vote and make a decision on who these people were.
00:25:22.200 They squashed it.
00:25:24.740 And in a year, here is the best line from the Post's anniversary article.
00:25:31.700 The only thing that the media has learned is that it worked.
00:25:38.360 Big tech and big media got their way at the expense of our democracy.
00:25:44.500 They all got away with it.
00:25:46.440 All of them.
00:25:47.480 From the Bidens to social media companies to the press.
00:25:52.920 Now, so far, I would agree with all of that.
00:25:56.620 I will say.
00:25:57.880 Mm-hmm.
00:25:59.180 You think this material has been in the hands of Peter Schweizer for some time.
00:26:03.580 And Peter is known for being able and his team to dig into these things and make people understand how important they are.
00:26:15.100 I mean, he's done this several times.
00:26:16.640 I haven't told you this, but he is sending me an advance copy because he wants to join me.
00:26:23.840 He said, Glenn, you need to do a chalkboard series on this.
00:26:27.240 He said, you can make this really understandable.
00:26:30.860 He said, so I'm sending you the advance copy so you can start working on the chalkboard.
00:26:35.840 And in the first week, couple of weeks of January, we're going to be going through with Peter all of the evidence and a chalkboard.
00:26:45.620 Oh, my gosh.
00:26:46.240 It'll be a week-long series.
00:26:47.600 If there's ever been anything that proves the value of a Belize TV subscription, that'll be it.
00:26:52.680 Because Peter going through that.
00:26:54.340 I mean, that's going to be a book you're going to want to read.
00:26:56.200 You're going to want to watch the chalkboard series on it.
00:26:58.720 And I can't, of course, guarantee that the left will pay attention to it or the media will pay attention to it or that social media will let you post any of it.
00:27:09.740 But I will say we will know what is in that laptop and we will know all of it.
00:27:14.480 Not just that we've seen a lot of salacious things out of it.
00:27:17.080 Mm-hmm.
00:27:17.640 But Peter will be able to not only find what is important on the laptop and, by the way, multiple other email accounts he has access to.
00:27:26.820 It's not just a laptop that he has.
00:27:28.940 He'll be able to tie it all together with financial transactions.
00:27:32.300 I mean, they're in trouble here.
00:27:35.020 This is a big...
00:27:37.160 Are they?
00:27:38.080 In a normal society, they would be in trouble.
00:27:39.980 Yes, in a normal society.
00:27:41.280 Yeah.
00:27:41.580 This is not a normal society.
00:27:42.840 No.
00:27:43.060 In a normal society, the DOJ would already be in on this.
00:27:46.760 The DOJ has been in on this for two years now and nothing.
00:27:51.360 The best chance that we have for Joe Biden to be held accountable for this is his approval rating to be so low that the left wants to get rid of him.
00:28:01.960 Right?
00:28:02.040 That's what happened with Andrew Cuomo.
00:28:03.540 Right?
00:28:03.760 They wouldn't have done anything to Andrew Cuomo.
00:28:05.820 But number one, he had pissed off a bunch of other Democrats in the state.
00:28:09.240 And number two, he was no longer worth their while.
00:28:11.640 He was starting to hurt them.
00:28:13.580 And so they were able to throw him to the wolves because...
00:28:17.180 And you want to throw it to Kamala?
00:28:19.480 I'm not saying I want to do that, but I'm saying if you get...
00:28:21.960 No, I'm saying they do?
00:28:23.000 They get through a 2022 election where they get destroyed and they lose to the Senate and the House and he's got a 38% approval rating.
00:28:30.080 They're going to start thinking long and hard about changing that whole situation up before 2024 Congress.
00:28:34.780 I think they're waiting for him to die.
00:28:36.520 I really do.
00:28:37.380 I think they're waiting for him to die, hoping that he will die in the next...
00:28:40.160 This is horrible.
00:28:41.040 I mean, God, I hope not.
00:28:41.600 No, seriously, they wake up one morning and they're like, the president didn't wake up.
00:28:45.580 And then the nation goes into mourning and then, you know, then they say his legacy is under attack by these mean...
00:28:52.960 I mean, you can't take him out because Nancy Pelosi is the vice president unless Kamala picks one.
00:29:01.500 Now, normally...
00:29:02.200 Kind of.
00:29:02.300 I mean, not really.
00:29:03.160 But normally they pick one.
00:29:04.960 But she is constitutionally the next in line if Kamala says, you know what?
00:29:10.520 Two women would be great.
00:29:11.960 I love Nancy.
00:29:12.920 You love Nancy.
00:29:14.420 Let's have her as vice president.
00:29:16.140 And the issue here, and this is one of the reasons people say all the time, like, oh, Joe Biden is doing so poorly.
00:29:22.100 He's such a disaster.
00:29:23.140 They're just going to get rid of him.
00:29:23.980 They're going to make him step down.
00:29:25.260 They're going to say, you know, he's got health problems, whatever it is, and he goes away.
00:29:28.480 The issue with that is it's a 50-50 Senate.
00:29:30.440 So a 50-50 Senate means Kamala Harris's tie-breaking vote is no longer there because she's not vice president.
00:29:37.500 And he'd say, well, she's going to name a new vice president, right?
00:29:40.560 Problem is that needs to get through the Senate.
00:29:42.720 So they have to get somebody that Republicans would approve.
00:29:45.980 See, the other...
00:29:46.560 If I were the left, I would be hoping that this man, I would be shooting him up with vitamins and every possible thing I could to keep him going.
00:29:58.160 Yeah, as bad as a president he is, politically speaking, they can't lose him.
00:30:01.860 No.
00:30:02.300 At least until 2022.
00:30:03.800 I think they both, they all realize that they are in massive trouble in 2022, which is why I believe they're acting as, at least partially why I believe they're acting as aggressively as they are.
00:30:17.580 Because they know this is going away anyway in two years, in less than two years now.
00:30:21.820 They realize that they're probably going to lose the election.
00:30:24.340 They're probably going to lose the House.
00:30:25.420 They're probably going to lose the Senate.
00:30:26.600 So whatever they want to get done, they need to get done now.
00:30:30.840 And that is a calculation I think they've made, which is different than what the Obama administration made.
00:30:37.900 They had 60 senators and they slow played it, thinking, well, we can hold on.
00:30:44.920 Wait, wait, wait, wait.
00:30:45.740 In comparison.
00:30:46.580 Let's remember those days.
00:30:48.600 In comparison.
00:30:48.980 It was breathless.
00:30:50.660 In comparison.
00:30:51.380 In comparison, yes.
00:30:52.320 In comparison to this, Obama slow played it.
00:30:54.720 Correct.
00:30:54.840 And that's one of the lessons they took.
00:30:56.980 Two lessons they took over the past couple of elections.
00:31:00.360 Number one, when you get the presidency and you get the power, go for it.
00:31:04.320 Do everything you can.
00:31:05.720 Eventually, people will forget about it.
00:31:07.540 They'll start embracing Obamacare.
00:31:08.920 We've seen the approval ratings come up.
00:31:10.740 You know, they forced all that stuff through.
00:31:12.600 Eventually, people like their free stuff and they go.
00:31:14.620 So that's their theory.
00:31:15.600 Go for it.
00:31:16.100 Number two, stop playing this game like they did in 2016.
00:31:20.220 2016, they gave, they let people know about the scandal with Hillary Clinton in her emails.
00:31:26.420 They talked about it.
00:31:27.500 Now, they dismissed it, but they kept talking about it.
00:31:30.560 They said, hey, you know, this is a crazy accusation and it's not true for X, Y, and Z.
00:31:36.060 And they went through every little defense they could.
00:31:38.060 But the problem was people inherently could recognize there was a big kernel of truth there.
00:31:43.480 And they knew Hillary Clinton was corrupt and it reinforced that.
00:31:47.120 With Joe Biden and Hunter Biden on the one-year anniversary, they just never talked about it.
00:31:52.220 They didn't even give you the defense.
00:31:53.240 They're still not.
00:31:53.820 It was just nothing.
00:31:54.480 They're saying Joe Biden is going to be drawn into this FBI probe, into his son, Hunter.
00:31:59.380 There's no way.
00:32:01.120 The FBI is completely corrupt.
00:32:02.980 It needs to be shut down and restarted.
00:32:05.560 It's completely corrupt now.
00:32:07.440 I'm not saying the individual agents are.
00:32:09.620 I'm saying the leadership is completely corrupt.
00:32:12.320 Nobody has any faith in it.
00:32:14.360 I don't have any faith in it.
00:32:15.520 Do you really think Merrick Garland?
00:32:17.280 He says, you know, we're going to make sure that we get these domestic terrorists, a.k.a.
00:32:22.200 parents.
00:32:23.700 And then right after we find this out, we find out that his son and his son in law and his
00:32:32.080 daughter started a panorama education company.
00:32:36.580 And they are getting millions of dollars from these school boards.
00:32:42.500 And, you know, they're like, oh, no, it's just no, it's it is psychosocial issue testing.
00:32:50.300 So they are testing your kids to see.
00:32:54.720 Let me let me give you this.
00:32:56.900 It's quite an amazing thing.
00:32:58.900 When you look at what they what they actually say they're doing, they are they're checking.
00:33:09.580 Shoot.
00:33:10.180 Anyway, they're checking.
00:33:12.080 I can't find the exact verbiage of it, but they're they're checking on the kids and their
00:33:16.560 welfare and their safety and what they're feeling and what their parents and their families are
00:33:22.060 feeling.
00:33:22.940 Oh, wait a minute.
00:33:24.160 What?
00:33:25.040 Why?
00:33:25.420 I didn't think parents had anything to do with children.
00:33:28.280 They're just data collecting a collection.
00:33:31.920 Crazy.
00:33:32.400 But they're it's worse than that.
00:33:34.480 They're also recommending, for instance, they're recommending the new Bill Ayers book.
00:33:42.360 And it's for the teachers.
00:33:44.860 And one of them is teaching when the world is on fire by Bill Ayers.
00:33:51.040 Oh, good.
00:33:51.820 Good author.
00:33:52.320 He should say he's well known.
00:33:54.060 He says you as teachers should know that the system you'll be joining hates black and brown
00:33:58.600 and poor kids.
00:33:59.380 I have evidence that the system is organized to miseducate these children, and it includes
00:34:07.060 the shameful lack of resources in forced racial segregation, dumbed down and Eurocentric
00:34:12.860 curriculum accompanied by a stifling top down pedagogy and arcane rules and routines that
00:34:20.040 result predictably in social shaming and widespread exclusions.
00:34:24.440 It's good to see as an author, he's moved on from bomb threat notes to books to books.
00:34:29.020 Yeah.
00:34:29.180 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:34:31.360 So they've gone on and they've put all of this in.
00:34:37.820 They're making millions of dollars.
00:34:39.300 It's his daughter.
00:34:41.220 And he's the head of the Justice Department and says, we're going to go get the bad guys.
00:34:45.920 We're going to shut these people, these parents down.
00:34:48.000 There's no credibility.
00:34:49.560 And there's and there's no way Hunter Biden is is going to be prosecuted.
00:34:54.680 I mean, the media, they now know that all the stuff in that laptop is true.
00:35:00.460 How anybody who respects women can look at the stuff on that web on that laptop and say,
00:35:06.640 oh, you know what?
00:35:07.500 Let's go after the coach in Las Vegas.
00:35:10.740 Yeah, exactly.
00:35:11.440 Well, John Gruden's emails.
00:35:12.760 Are they worse than than Hunter Biden's?
00:35:14.800 I would argue.
00:35:15.500 Absolutely not.
00:35:16.340 Absolutely not.
00:35:17.460 Absolutely not.
00:35:18.340 And we were reacting.
00:35:19.520 I think, you know, as conservatives with outrage, obviously, which is correct on this whole Merrick
00:35:24.220 Garland thing, but we're acting as if this is a governor doing this like, you know, OK,
00:35:28.640 Gavin Newsom put the state police against these these parents who are going up to their school
00:35:33.860 boards.
00:35:34.640 At least he would have jurisdiction.
00:35:37.300 Yes.
00:35:37.740 There is no connection whatsoever for the freaking FBI to be investigating school boards
00:35:45.700 there.
00:35:46.280 That is it's not in their jurisdiction at all.
00:35:49.520 What is the literal definition of why our government exists?
00:35:55.080 I mean, to protect our God given rights.
00:35:58.160 Yes.
00:35:59.200 Governments are instituted among men to protect those rights of life, liberty and pursuit of
00:36:05.220 happiness.
00:36:06.000 That's their number one job to protect our rights.
00:36:11.500 Are they doing that in any way, shape or form right now?
00:36:15.560 I mean, I was just going over something last night as I was writing some.
00:36:19.520 Things about the the Bill of Rights.
00:36:23.400 Every single one of them are being violated today.
00:36:27.000 Every single one.
00:36:28.940 Multiple times every day.
00:36:31.720 And we're wondering why our our country feels the way it does.
00:36:36.240 Why?
00:36:36.800 When you get a Republican in, you feel like your rights are being taken away.
00:36:41.160 When you have a Democrat in the other half feels like their rights are being taken away
00:36:44.200 because they are.
00:36:46.340 So what do we do?
00:36:48.720 Tonight?
00:36:49.160 There's a special on the Glenn Beck Wednesday night special national divorce.
00:36:54.680 Have you heard that?
00:36:55.880 Yeah.
00:36:56.140 It's popping up everywhere and it's popping up on both sides.
00:37:00.560 The government is supposed to protect our rights.
00:37:04.180 But can you say that about this government?
00:37:08.160 So what do you do?
00:37:10.060 Can the states band together and create a pocket of freedom in the shadow of tyranny?
00:37:14.740 Can the coasts pocket together?
00:37:19.560 Don't miss tonight's show on Blaze TV, 9 p.m.
00:37:22.600 9 p.m. Eastern.

00:38:14.420 Wow.
00:38:14.940 Am I excited about that?

00:39:06.680 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:39:10.200 Hey, some really good news in California.
00:39:13.500 Really good news.
00:39:14.360 I just want to tell you that Gavin Newsom just announced what we're doing here in California
00:39:20.220 is unprecedented in both nature and in scale.
00:39:24.380 And he's right.
00:39:25.180 What's happening in California, I don't think nature has ever seen anything like it.
00:39:30.340 He said we're more than we're more divided than ever before.
00:39:34.600 But as he signed a new bill into law on Sunday, he said, these things remind us of what we
00:39:41.760 can do together.
00:39:42.440 And that law now bans all off-road gas-powered engines.
00:39:47.560 So no more ATVs, no more Rhinos or anything like that.
00:39:53.760 No, no more hedge clipping, gas-powered, no gas-powered blowers, no gas-powered generators,
00:40:03.800 nothing gas-powered.
00:40:06.400 It's off-road.
00:40:07.620 Absolutely insane.
00:40:11.280 Insane.
00:40:13.300 Insane.
00:40:14.220 I'll never understand the efforts to get rid of something that basically is responsible
00:40:20.440 for modern civilization.
00:40:22.020 Mm-hmm.
00:40:22.440 Fossil fuels.
00:40:23.240 Mm-hmm.
00:40:23.780 There is a, the Moral Case for Fossil Fuels, great book, Alex Epstein.
00:40:28.800 It's worth a read because people so often look at this as the enemy.
00:40:32.020 It's the whole reason people enjoy America in this century.
00:40:37.600 Quite honestly, it's the whole reason why whales still exist as well.
00:40:40.780 Yeah, no kidding.
00:40:41.720 We were using whale oil before.
00:40:43.960 This is going to affect, they say, over 50,000 small businesses will be crushed because of
00:40:51.360 this.
00:40:52.340 And every home, I mean, if you got anything, any lawnmowers that are gas-powered,
00:40:58.300 it's out.
00:41:01.380 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:03.840 All right.
00:41:04.440 Let me tell you about AMAC.
00:41:06.260 This is an amazing group, two, two plus million members strong and growing.
00:41:12.480 AMAC.
00:41:13.420 It is the type of organization that is actually fighting for you.
00:41:20.560 It's the one you want to join if you're 50 or older.
00:41:23.000 It's a group you join because of the benefits, the insurance discounts, travel benefits, all
00:41:27.420 of it.
00:41:28.280 They're really, really great.
00:41:30.020 But more important is the advocacy.
00:41:32.380 They are very involved in Washington.
00:41:35.600 And unlike some of the other groups for people to join at 50 and older, these people are on
00:41:43.820 your side.
00:41:44.540 These people care about the Constitution and they are constantly fighting.
00:41:48.440 They're the ones that really helped and got all of their members involved in shutting
00:41:52.500 down HR1, which was the Nancy Pelosi bill to, you know, make sure that our elections are
00:41:58.840 safe.
00:41:59.940 Anyway, the benefits, the advocacy or their information that they keep you updated on, it is so well
00:42:06.760 worth joining AMAC.
00:42:08.460 AMAC.
00:42:09.080 Join them now.
00:42:09.780 AMAC.us slash Beck.
00:42:11.820 That's AMAC.us slash Beck.
00:42:14.540 Join them now.
00:42:16.420 Well, William Shatner at 90 years old, getting into the capsule with Bezos.
00:42:22.420 He's going in again.
00:42:23.780 He's going up again.
00:42:25.000 Why?
00:42:26.140 Why?
00:42:27.600 Uh, more in a minute.
00:42:29.280 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:42:57.520 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:43:06.480 One thing we all have to recognize now is that we are living in revolutionary times.
00:43:11.820 The country is now split.
00:43:13.240 Unlike anything I've ever witnessed, Lincoln said a nation divided against itself cannot
00:43:19.900 stand it.
00:43:21.340 That's where we at.
00:43:23.160 That's where we're at.
00:43:24.160 So, so what do we do about it?
00:43:25.540 Can we come back together or should we be talking seriously about a national divorce before
00:43:31.700 things get really ugly?
00:43:33.920 That is the subject tonight at 9 p.m.
00:43:38.320 The divided states of America.
00:43:40.160 Is it time for a national divorce?
00:43:43.140 I'm going to be looking into this on all sides.
00:43:46.780 Don't miss tonight's show on blaze TV, 9 p.m.
00:43:49.620 Eastern, what can the states do to band together and create a pocket of freedom in the shadow
00:43:55.200 of tyranny?
00:43:56.660 Uh, what can you do to fight back tonight?
00:44:00.700 9 p.m.
00:44:01.300 On blaze TV.
00:44:02.600 But we also go to a guy who has got a great podcast.
00:44:06.320 Uh, Daniel Horowitz.
00:44:07.800 He's a blaze podcast host for the conservative review.
00:44:12.220 He's been covering this and has an interesting take on it.
00:44:16.120 The divided states of America.
00:44:17.540 Is it time for a national divorce?
00:44:19.700 We talked to him in 60 seconds.
00:44:24.240 Hmm.
00:44:24.860 The Glenn Beck program.
00:44:26.200 So William Shatner's in the capsule in the giant phallic symbol, and he's about to be
00:44:31.260 shot into space.
00:44:32.600 And don't worry if something happens, the new gay Superman can fly up and grab the giant
00:44:41.640 phallic symbol and bring it down to earth safely.
00:44:45.740 That's an American story for 2021 right there.
00:44:48.180 Really?
00:44:51.440 Strangely, it is.
00:44:52.480 Yeah.
00:44:52.700 Strangely, it is.
00:44:53.460 Um, only one part of that is not true.
00:44:58.380 And that is not the gay Superman, but that he could actually fly and return the giant
00:45:04.440 phallic symbol to earth.
00:45:06.080 That's the only part of what I just said that is not true.
00:45:10.380 Incredible.
00:45:11.500 Throw that out.
00:45:12.440 I believe that, but we should clear, uh, Superman bisexual, right?
00:45:16.360 He's not.
00:45:16.880 Oh, is he bisexual?
00:45:17.560 He's not gay?
00:45:18.340 Yes.
00:45:18.620 He's.
00:45:18.880 Okay.
00:45:19.220 Well, you know, maybe this is on one of his, he's like, Whoa, what is that up in space?
00:45:22.960 I got to go grab that.
00:45:24.320 That seems to be, maybe that's the plot line of this particular film.
00:45:28.100 Okay.
00:45:28.600 It's very brave.
00:45:29.640 Very brave.
00:45:30.700 Uh, let me talk to you a little bit about diet and exercising.
00:45:35.620 No, I'm kidding.
00:45:37.040 I want to talk to you about something yummy to eat.
00:45:39.680 It's built bar.
00:45:40.580 If you are looking to lose weight, you're looking to be in shape, you're looking for a healthy
00:45:45.840 stuff, but you also love chocolate.
00:45:48.480 May I introduce you to built bar real chocolate, nine amazing flavors.
00:45:54.920 And then you get the limited time, uh, flavor as well.
00:45:58.000 Get a mixed box box.
00:45:59.240 You can try two of each of these nine different flavors.
00:46:01.860 They're really, really good.
00:46:03.620 Now taste comes first, but they also, you know, are low carb, low calorie, high protein
00:46:10.520 and high fiber.
00:46:11.680 They're really delicious and good for you.
00:46:14.120 They're protein bars built.com.
00:46:16.500 Go to built.com.
00:46:17.600 Get 15% off your next order by using the promo code built, uh, Beck 15 built.com promo code
00:46:24.160 Beck 15.
00:46:25.520 You notice William Shatner is going up another white guy.
00:46:35.360 I don't see red Fox from Sanford and son going up.
00:46:38.820 Do you, that would be a, be an odd moment for red at this point.
00:46:44.440 It would be.
00:46:45.480 What was the woman that he used to always say is I'm coming to see you.
00:46:50.860 Anyway, considering red Fox died in 1990, nobody knows it would be difficult.
00:46:55.520 For him to make an appearance on this phallic symbol.
00:46:58.800 Well, we'll see.
00:46:59.640 We'll see.
00:47:00.300 Stranger things, believe me, have happened.
00:47:02.440 Daniel Horowitz is here.
00:47:04.420 Uh, he's from the podcast conservative review, which you should listen to, uh, and subscribe
00:47:10.400 and, uh, rate with five stars, I think is the appropriate number.
00:47:14.580 Five stars is the appropriate number of stars.
00:47:16.140 Yes.
00:47:16.260 Okay.
00:47:17.040 All right.
00:47:17.900 Uh, Daniel, welcome.
00:47:20.440 Well, it's great to be with you and I'll take five stars any day.
00:47:24.200 Okay.
00:47:24.640 Okay.
00:47:25.200 So, uh, Daniel, do we need a national divorce?
00:47:28.980 What would that look like?
00:47:30.200 Or do we just need braver Americans?
00:47:33.760 Do we need braver, I don't know, constitutional Americans?
00:47:40.300 Well, you know, Glenn, think about this.
00:47:42.260 How do you bridge the divide between people who think a man is a woman, a woman's a man,
00:47:48.600 a criminal's a victim, a victim's a criminal.
00:47:50.780 If you don't wear a mask, you're a murderer, but I'll let murderers out of prison at the
00:47:55.060 same time using that very virus as the pretext.
00:47:58.220 Um, you don't have the right to have free unrestricted movement unless you do as we say
00:48:02.300 with your body.
00:48:02.880 But if you crash our border, man, you could go to all corners of the country anytime you
00:48:08.020 want.
00:48:08.560 These are not light and transient causes.
00:48:11.320 This is not a matter of one issue.
00:48:13.440 Frankly, King George never did this.
00:48:15.560 King George never demanded we cover our mouths.
00:48:18.420 King George didn't have men in female bathrooms.
00:48:21.360 I mean, those, those, the issues were really very economic.
00:48:25.300 It was over, over taxes.
00:48:28.120 Uh, we have never had this ever before.
00:48:30.840 Um, it used to be politics was 10% of our life and the other 90, you know, we all have
00:48:35.260 to eat.
00:48:35.640 We all have to drink.
00:48:36.560 We kind of do the same things.
00:48:38.020 We like the same sports teams and we can live together harmoniously.
00:48:42.340 Now, everything is political to the point of literally your life, even before liberty.
00:48:48.940 So we now have a scenario where they could force you to take experimental, um, therapies
00:48:57.120 that, you know, showed that they have a lot of problems, but you don't even have the right
00:49:01.160 to try a Nobel prize winning drug.
00:49:04.120 This is how divided it is.
00:49:06.500 So what I would argue is we already have a national divorce, except it's one sided.
00:49:13.460 So for example, you asked me to define what it looks like and I'll define what it looks
00:49:18.560 like literally a divorce, which doesn't mean you part ways.
00:49:21.840 You have certain amicable, uh, agreements when it comes to, uh, custody of the kids and
00:49:27.560 certain assets.
00:49:28.200 And so we'll have the military while social security won't be perfectly two different
00:49:32.120 countries.
00:49:32.680 But what I think we need to do is make the red States that we allegedly already supposedly
00:49:37.940 should have control over exactly like the blue States are.
00:49:41.620 And when Trump was president, they didn't tolerate anything.
00:49:46.780 Um, even something like immigration, which is very much within the purview of the federal
00:49:50.640 government, they harbored illegal alien sex offenders.
00:49:54.260 And they actually in New York criminalized the enforcement and, and a cooperation and transmitting
00:50:00.420 any information to federal immigration agents.
00:50:04.180 So my point is, there is no reason we can't go in the red States where we have four to
00:50:11.060 one, five to one majorities and some of them in the legislative bodies and say, this is
00:50:15.760 immoral, illogical, illegal, it's unconstitutional.
00:50:18.400 It is not happening here.
00:50:20.620 And frankly, if we ever get the presidency back, that is what the blue States have already done
00:50:25.640 and will do anyway.
00:50:27.100 Yeah.
00:50:27.620 I, I mean, this is, it goes back down to state power.
00:50:30.200 I don't care what you do in California, but you're not going to charge me for it.
00:50:34.800 I'm not bailing you out.
00:50:36.420 Uh, I'm not living there.
00:50:37.980 Um, if that's what you want to do, then that's fine, but don't bring it to my state.
00:50:43.360 Um, and I, I don't know why we are not defending the constitution.
00:50:47.360 We're arguing about all of these crazy things that are, that, that have nothing to do with
00:50:54.960 the constitution and in many ways are in violation of the constitution.
00:51:00.200 We should, I mean, how many, I I'd like to know really, honestly, I, I, I really think
00:51:05.260 we should begin conversations with people, um, like this.
00:51:10.220 Can you talk to me about the bill of rights?
00:51:12.000 Is there anything in the bill of rights that you disagree with?
00:51:15.020 If they say, yeah, I disagree with a lot of them, you know, you're dealing with if they
00:51:19.600 say, no, not really.
00:51:20.720 Maybe the second amendment.
00:51:22.220 Okay.
00:51:22.780 All right.
00:51:23.260 Well, we can talk about the second amendment later.
00:51:24.940 Let's just start talking politics now and then, and the, and the policies, as soon as
00:51:30.440 they start talking about the policies, you say, I thought you weren't, I thought you weren't
00:51:34.100 against the bill of rights because I haven't moved.
00:51:36.640 They have, they no longer believe in the bill of rights and you can't come together if you
00:51:42.460 don't believe in the most important foundational document in our country.
00:51:48.280 And really the most important right as defined by Blackstone is to walk in locomotion status
00:51:56.460 quo without government, uh, acting against your body affirmatively in any way.
00:52:02.140 Um, and, and the left always championed bodily autonomy in the courts really for a hundred,
00:52:07.180 almost a hundred years, um, that you have the right to kill a baby.
00:52:10.320 You have the right to a positive benefit to, to add, to get access to, uh, assisted, uh,
00:52:17.480 physician and assisted suicide, all these cases we had.
00:52:20.540 And now suddenly you can't even have, don't tase me, bro.
00:52:23.920 Hey, look, you know, you got your vaccine, you got your mask, you can do what you want.
00:52:27.120 Just don't force me to do it.
00:52:28.460 And now you have the ACLU as the lead plaintiff in South Carolina, not only not defending your
00:52:33.360 right to breathe in school, but actually defending your alleged right to force the other guy not
00:52:38.580 to breathe.
00:52:39.020 And, and that's the point.
00:52:40.580 We don't shove things on them.
00:52:42.280 We're not demanding everyone take, you know, 5,000 IUs of vitamin D and, and ivermectin
00:52:47.680 prophylactically, which actually would probably, uh, stop the spread even more.
00:52:51.760 Hey, look, we want to do it.
00:52:53.140 Just allow us to do it.
00:52:54.200 Don't stop us from doing it.
00:52:55.520 You could do it, but they, they won't allow it.
00:52:58.420 So right now we don't have a national divorce.
00:53:00.560 It's more like an abusive husband who has violated the social, that, that, that compact.
00:53:05.840 And we just have to evacuate ourselves from it.
00:53:09.080 And again, Madison's design has given us that, um, that design.
00:53:14.280 I don't want to hear about, oh, we'll win back Congress or something with a narrow rhino
00:53:18.480 majority.
00:53:19.520 Republicans have 19 states where they not only have the trifecta, but they have it with
00:53:25.140 super majorities.
00:53:26.580 But here we have, let me give you an example.
00:53:28.840 There's a 16 year old girl we're all talking about in Wyoming who was handcuffed for not
00:53:34.820 wearing a mask.
00:53:35.780 Now, Glenn, all I'm asking is that in a state like Wyoming, where there's a 28 to two GOP
00:53:43.280 majority in the Senate, there's two Democrats there that we could abide by and live by the
00:53:50.380 same degree of post-constitutional liberty that we had on February, 2020.
00:53:55.040 Is that too much to ask?
00:53:57.520 And yet we don't really have that.
00:53:59.340 The red states are a little better.
00:54:01.360 I mean, I know.
00:54:01.980 So why is that?
00:54:03.140 So why is that?
00:54:05.080 Why is that?
00:54:06.120 Why is it that Wyoming of all places doesn't stand up?
00:54:10.800 Well, you know, let me give you an example of what we just dealt with in Arkansas, similar
00:54:15.320 dynamic.
00:54:16.060 We couldn't even get a compromise bill immediately passed to allow an opt out for weekly PCR
00:54:22.780 testing.
00:54:23.260 That was New York's line in the sand a month ago.
00:54:27.360 So we can't even hold the line that New York was pushing a month ago or two months ago.
00:54:31.700 And that's because you look at a small state like Arkansas, overwhelmingly people voted for
00:54:37.160 Trump.
00:54:37.780 But at the end of the day, it's not Republican and Democrat, conservative, liberal, right
00:54:42.240 and left.
00:54:42.720 It's one oligarchy, this corporate government monopoly.
00:54:48.600 And you got Tyson's, you got J.B.
00:54:50.180 Hunt, and you got Walmart there.
00:54:51.780 And they get what they want.
00:54:53.400 And the governor's bought out by them.
00:54:55.280 So you've got all these Republicans.
00:54:56.620 They get money from big pharma, from the Chamber of Commerce.
00:55:00.440 They'll joust very broadly on life and guns.
00:55:04.080 I'm pro-life.
00:55:04.940 I'm pro-gun.
00:55:06.060 You know, in a very broad way.
00:55:07.760 But when it comes to the issues that matter most to our lives, when they matter, at the
00:55:14.060 time they matter, look carefully and you'll see both parties are awfully close to each
00:55:19.220 other.
00:55:19.440 You used light and transient causes earlier.
00:55:24.340 The second line in the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence, after the
00:55:29.220 life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, says that to secure these rights, governments are
00:55:33.920 instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
00:55:39.260 That's no longer happening.
00:55:40.280 That when any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people
00:55:46.760 to alter or abolish and institute a new government, laying its foundations on such principles and
00:55:53.520 organizing its powers in such a form as to them shall seem most likely to affect their
00:55:58.400 safety and happiness.
00:56:00.040 Prudence indeed will dictate that governments long established should not be changed for
00:56:05.180 light and transient causes.
00:56:06.920 And accordingly, all experience has shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer while
00:56:14.500 evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
00:56:20.760 So it says here it explains human nature that most of us are silent because it's still OK.
00:56:29.560 And I think that changes once the economy really is hit.
00:56:34.300 I think once people start to realize, wait a minute, I I I'm losing my job.
00:56:40.840 I my money is worthless.
00:56:42.960 And I think it's probably too late by that point.
00:56:47.000 Well, I mean, this is why John Adams always said you have to nip the shoots of arbitrary power
00:56:52.120 in the bud.
00:56:52.780 You know, they got a bad rap at the time, the Patriots, because it really wasn't that
00:56:56.920 bad.
00:56:57.680 You know, a tiny little tax there.
00:56:59.500 What's the big deal?
00:57:00.460 But they understood that if you wait until it is a big deal, it's too late.
00:57:05.220 And I think that's the problem.
00:57:06.700 I'll never forget a couple of years ago, actually, right before covid, our mutual friend and
00:57:12.160 colleague Steve Bates and I did a show together and we talked about just retiring.
00:57:16.160 I said, look, I'm always happier when I just tune it out, go on vacation and it doesn't
00:57:20.760 bother me.
00:57:21.540 But that was before March 2020.
00:57:24.340 Now you you can't run away from it.
00:57:27.040 They control every aspect of our lives and our health, our what we do with our bodies.
00:57:35.020 It's terrible.
00:57:36.000 The emails I'm getting from show listeners that they can't get proper treatment, people
00:57:40.320 that got vaccinated and they get very sick and we have to find all sorts of ways to get
00:57:44.920 them treatment in a first world country like America.
00:57:47.960 This is something that I think we can't live through.
00:57:50.620 And Glenn, if if we're just going to relegate those words of the declaration to some sort
00:57:56.540 of museum, some mosaic of history, then they're just hollow.
00:58:00.740 They're meaningless.
00:58:01.180 And we're not asking for a civil war.
00:58:03.980 We want to avoid that.
00:58:04.820 And I think a lot of people forget the the Revolutionary War was catalyzed really by the
00:58:11.040 body closest to the people.
00:58:12.760 It was the state legislatures that formed those committees of correspondence.
00:58:17.340 I think we need to make state legislatures great again.
00:58:20.460 And that will make red states red again.
00:58:22.720 And, you know, we'll simply have red states that will behave the same way the blue states
00:58:26.460 behave and we'll have a degree of self-sorting.
00:58:29.500 And that will be healthier for everyone.
00:58:31.800 It will be.
00:58:32.520 Thank you so much.
00:58:33.500 Appreciate it.
00:58:34.220 God bless.
00:58:36.260 It's important that you listen to Daniel Horowitz.
00:58:38.200 He's really, really smart and really buttoned up on these issues.
00:58:43.580 Blaze podcast, conservative review.
00:58:45.780 Get it wherever you get your podcast.
00:58:47.040 Daniel Horowitz.
00:58:49.200 By the way, this is what we're talking about tonight at 9 p.m.
00:58:53.780 It is the divided states of America.
00:58:56.220 Is it time for a national divorce?
00:58:58.180 We're going to be talking about all of the different scenarios and none of them involve
00:59:05.600 violence.
00:59:07.140 They they try to do the exact opposite.
00:59:11.400 How can we possibly get along with each other?
00:59:15.200 What could we do before it does get violent?
00:59:18.180 Relief factor is our sponsor this half hour.
00:59:20.680 I've got a letter in from Robert.
00:59:23.380 He wrote in.
00:59:24.040 He said, I love relief factor.
00:59:25.180 I'm an architect by trade.
00:59:27.760 We've been short staffed for a while now.
00:59:30.140 So at work, all of it, all of the help that I've had gone.
00:59:36.400 So naturally, I have a lot of aches and pains.
00:59:38.980 I truly believe that relief factor allows me to continue to work every single day.
00:59:43.580 I've recommended to at least 50 other people so far.
00:59:46.840 Thank you so much for relief factor.
00:59:49.360 When you have something that works to help your body fight off aches and pains truly works.
00:59:54.180 You're going to be singing its praises.
00:59:56.800 Robert, it's a fantastic thing to hear.
00:59:59.160 I'm exactly the same way in my own private life.
01:00:02.080 I recommend relief factor to people who are hurting just like I do here on the air.
01:00:06.720 It's not a drug developed by doctors.
01:00:08.860 70% of the people who try relief factor go on to buy more relief factor.

01:00:25.880 By the way, the show is 9 p.m. tonight, only on Blaze TV.
01:00:43.360 I don't know if you saw the press conference yesterday with Nancy Pelosi, but she and the
01:00:50.140 president have let everybody in America know that she and the other sophisticated elite
01:00:56.700 Marcus Marxist think that you're dumb.
01:01:00.780 I mean, they have much more worldly experience than you do much more knowledge than you do.
01:01:04.880 Remember, it was the sophisticated friends of Barack Obama who, you know, are educated.
01:01:11.240 And so they didn't have to wear masks.
01:01:14.260 They're just more aware.
01:01:15.920 They understand these complex issues and have the subtle reflections and discussions that
01:01:20.940 are necessary to save you from your simplistic thoughts and actions.
01:01:25.440 They think they actually know you better than you know yourself because they're advanced
01:01:30.340 and you're crude.
01:01:31.840 You're primitive, even.
01:01:34.360 I mean, you still cling to your God and your guns.
01:01:36.900 And anyone who holds on to the idea of God must not be able to think for him or herself.
01:01:42.840 So they've come up with an infrastructure bill.
01:01:45.740 And it's I want to quote, it will be a transformative agenda for the children, end quote.
01:01:53.800 Oh, my gosh.
01:01:55.400 For the children, my children, your children.
01:01:58.720 Do you even know what's in this infrastructure bill?
01:02:01.540 Because it's going to affect your children, whether you know it or not.
01:02:06.520 Nancy Pelosi says there's overwhelming support for this infrastructure bill.
01:02:10.260 And that's how they look at you on every issue.
01:02:12.200 They know better than you, even if you're not for it.
01:02:15.060 Yeah, it's because you're not worldly wise.
01:02:16.780 And so you really are for it.
01:02:18.320 The people who know about it, they're for it.
01:02:21.140 They believe that all Americans support the infrastructure bill just because if they don't,
01:02:27.100 they just are stupid.
01:02:28.120 They don't know it.
01:02:29.520 But they also believe, whether you know it or not, that all white Americans are racist,
01:02:33.960 whether you know it or not.
01:02:35.680 Only white people can behave immorally.
01:02:37.900 Segregation is good, but diversity of thought is bad.
01:02:41.540 There are more than two genders.
01:02:43.440 This is not a crisis at the border.
01:02:45.520 There was never any voter fraud.
01:02:47.440 China can be trusted.
01:02:49.220 Our rights don't come from God.
01:02:50.840 The right to your life, your liberty, your property, your food, your health all come
01:02:55.140 from the government.
01:02:56.520 And Fauci knows.
01:02:58.060 He knows everything.
01:02:59.420 Even when he changes his mind or lies, it's still the truth.
01:03:03.480 Men can have babies.
01:03:05.460 Protest with looting, destruction and destroying a property and killing.
01:03:09.640 That's peaceful.
01:03:11.120 The cops are bad.
01:03:12.480 They're murderers, even.
01:03:14.420 Martin Luther King was wrong.
01:03:15.700 January 6th was worse than Civil War.
01:03:17.920 Sticks and stones.
01:03:18.900 Sticks and stones don't cause damage, but words do.
01:03:21.860 Words can be triggering.
01:03:24.080 We must peacefully stand together.
01:03:27.260 Because we know things like that are not true.
01:03:35.360 We have to be sure of our convictions and our principles and hold steadfast while the world
01:03:41.060 comes to rip them away.
01:03:42.920 They are chipping away at our foundations as both a nation and now individuals.
01:03:47.940 And we have to continue to strengthen our resolve, help each other.
01:03:53.620 Let them call us foolish, basic and unsophisticated, because we know who we are.
01:03:59.880 We know what's true, because we remember those things that are self-evident.
01:04:05.160 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:04:09.180 American Financing NMLS 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org
01:04:15.520 So Angie wrote into the show a couple of weeks ago to tell us her experience with American
01:04:19.080 Financing.
01:04:19.680 She said she called them after hearing me talk about them on the radio.
01:04:22.680 Thanks, Angie.
01:04:23.260 She said a lot of people take 10 minutes out of their day to give them a call.
01:04:28.840 She wasn't convinced that those 10 minutes would go as smoothly as I said it would, that
01:04:34.280 it would make any difference.
01:04:35.180 But she said, I did it.
01:04:37.480 Angie got a refi on her mortgage.
01:04:39.360 It was done in 30 days.
01:04:41.120 She said she got a great interest rate.
01:04:43.040 She said she had a great experience overall.
01:04:46.520 And Angie, I can't thank you for just trying.
01:04:49.560 Just take 10 minutes.
01:04:50.960 That's all you need to do.
01:04:52.000 And you may not do a refi mortgage.
01:04:55.000 You may not do a consolidation loan.
01:04:57.780 But call them because the world is changing.
01:05:01.800 I'll show you in a few minutes how dramatically it is changing, even for the banking sector.
01:05:07.340 Call American Financing now, 800-906-2440.
01:05:11.520 American Financing, 800-906-2440 or AmericanFinancing.net.
01:05:17.340 Take 10 minutes.
01:05:18.560 Go there now.
01:05:19.520 AmericanFinancing.net.
01:05:20.660 A national divorce.
01:05:22.580 More on that tonight with Glenn TV on blazetv.com slash Glenn.
01:05:26.620 That airs right after a brand new Stew Does America.
01:05:30.580 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:05:43.300 Coming up in just a few minutes, we have the pilots union leader from Southwest Airlines.
01:05:51.220 He's going to be joining me in studio here in about 25 minutes.
01:05:54.560 Let me play cut six for you.
01:05:56.960 This is Nancy Pelosi lecturing reporters yesterday.
01:06:01.880 Our latest CBS News poll shows that only about 10% of Americans describe themselves as knowing a lot of specific things that are in the reconciliation package and that the majority don't know anything at all.
01:06:15.320 So do you think you need to do a better job at messaging and going forward?
01:06:19.440 How do you sell this if ultimately you have to carry that?
01:06:21.960 Well, I think you all could do a better job of selling it, to be very frank with you, because every time I come here, I go through the list.
01:06:28.120 Family medical leave, climate, the issues that are in there.
01:06:31.820 But it is true.
01:06:34.140 It is hard to break through when you have such a comprehensive package.
01:06:40.660 So difficult to break through when you control the entire government and all of the media.
01:06:44.640 I know.
01:06:44.960 So hard to get your message out there.
01:06:46.500 I know.
01:06:46.800 It really is.
01:06:47.580 Okay.
01:06:47.860 So let me just let me go through a few things.
01:06:51.560 These are not failures.
01:06:53.340 These are intended and they are intended to bring you to a reset, the great reset.
01:07:02.300 Remember, when do you reset things?
01:07:05.220 When do you go downstairs into the scary basement to look at the fuse box?
01:07:11.300 When everything is fine?
01:07:13.200 No.
01:07:14.040 When there's been a disruption in power, right?
01:07:18.400 Something is blown in the house.
01:07:19.840 When do you push the reset button on your computer when everything is fine or just a little glitchy?
01:07:27.820 Or do you just like, I don't want to.
01:07:30.220 And you just keep going until it completely freezes up and you have no other option but to reset.
01:07:37.000 So the things that this government, quote, is failing in are not failings.
01:07:42.240 They are to lead you to the great reset.
01:07:45.680 Let's go through some of them.
01:07:47.400 Supply chain.
01:07:48.280 One more example of Biden failing at basic governing.
01:07:52.640 This is from Breitbart.
01:07:53.580 That's the headline.
01:07:54.580 It's not a failure of him governing.
01:07:58.020 This is intentional.
01:08:00.360 Southwest pilots warn fatigue.
01:08:02.160 Frustration could fuel further outages.
01:08:05.180 Well, I'll hear from the pilots union here in just a few minutes.
01:08:09.460 But does anybody actually believe that the mandate plays no role in that?
01:08:15.560 CNN says Americans won't be able to go back to shopping like in the before times.
01:08:23.660 Oh.
01:08:25.580 Okay.
01:08:27.420 The U.S.
01:08:27.920 health care force is short half a million workers.
01:08:31.120 Now, a main hospital just closed its NICU because of staffing shortages due to vaccine mandate.
01:08:39.620 Do you see what these all have in common so far?
01:08:43.080 U.S.
01:08:44.120 Cities are having to boost bus budgets for cops after defund the police initiatives result in more crime.
01:08:51.740 Walgreens closes five more San Francisco locations due to theft.
01:08:57.040 This is happening in big cities where they have said we're not going to prosecute anybody for shoplifting.
01:09:02.960 You're shoplifting under a thousand dollars.
01:09:04.980 So, people are just going in and they're just wiping these stores clean because police can't do anything about it.
01:09:16.060 Chicago suffering from officer shortage.
01:09:19.100 They can't find the recruits.
01:09:22.640 Believe they need, what is it, a hundred and...
01:09:26.200 There's 877 vacancies.
01:09:29.220 I think they need about 1,600 officers and they can't figure out why officers don't want to work in Chicago.
01:09:40.420 Over the weekend, try this one on for size.
01:09:43.720 California moved one step closer to ending reliance on fossil fuels.
01:09:48.520 What they did is they banned all off-road gasoline engines.
01:09:57.220 So, you know, if you have a leaf blower, if your lawn service is cutting the lawn, using a lawn mower, can't be gasoline, has to be electric.
01:10:08.760 This will bankrupt so many small businesses.
01:10:12.020 50,000 businesses are going to be affected by this.
01:10:15.380 And it's only a matter of time before everyone has to do this.
01:10:18.720 Saki said yesterday, and I quote,
01:10:23.180 The president wants to use the pandemic to make fundamental changes in our economy.
01:10:29.600 Is that what you voted for?
01:10:33.100 Did you vote for a fundamental change in our economy?
01:10:39.620 He feels coming out of the pandemic, it is exactly the time to make fundamental change in our economy.
01:10:51.780 That's not what I voted for.
01:10:53.560 You want to know what's in that package?
01:10:55.540 All kinds of stuff that goes against the Constitution.
01:10:58.960 Janet Yellen said the $600 IRS reporting requirement is necessary because there's a lot of tax fraud and cheating that's going on.
01:11:13.720 Really?
01:11:14.700 Is there?
01:11:15.760 Do you know how much it costs to fill my truck now at the gas station?
01:11:20.060 $100.
01:11:21.540 $100 to fill my truck.
01:11:23.420 I can do that easily, easily in a month, six times.
01:11:32.220 If I'm driving the truck a lot, at least four.
01:11:37.740 So I pay my gas card, it's a $600 transaction.
01:11:43.940 The federal government, the IRS needs that.
01:11:47.820 That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.
01:11:51.020 So now you're going after, you know, the post office worker, the teacher, the people who are the heroes in our society.
01:12:03.480 You're going after the people that have $50,000 to $60,000.
01:12:07.340 How much are you spending on food every month?
01:12:11.580 If you have a large family, can you spend $600 at the grocery store?
01:12:16.040 So now you need to be spied upon by the IRS because your transactions are suspicious.
01:12:32.620 We cannot allow these things to happen.
01:12:36.760 This infrastructure bill cannot pass because it is infrastructure.
01:12:45.120 It is infrastructure.
01:12:46.620 So when they power everything down because everything is gridlock and you are out in the streets going,
01:12:54.200 there's no food that I can afford at the grocery store.
01:12:58.280 My shelves are empty.
01:13:01.100 The ports are backed up.
01:13:03.960 They're not working.
01:13:05.120 I can't hire anybody to do the job.
01:13:10.120 There's crime all over the city.
01:13:13.460 My school board is completely out of control.
01:13:18.080 And the FBI is now interviewing all of the parents that were there at the school board meeting.
01:13:24.160 I can't afford gas anymore.
01:13:27.140 I can't afford a new car.
01:13:29.320 They're not even making the new cars anymore.
01:13:31.820 My oil or my gas bill to heat my house is two and a half times what it was before the election.
01:13:40.420 It's already double what it was.
01:13:43.940 We're not even in the winter yet.
01:13:45.780 When all of that happens, when the court system doesn't work, when the police can't work, when crime is out of control, when you can't afford your groceries,
01:14:00.760 when you can't afford your house, when the banks are just making all kinds of money, when all of these things are happening.
01:14:10.800 This is not a failing of the progressives.
01:14:15.680 This is by design for the Great Reset.
01:14:19.260 This is why we have to speak out.
01:14:31.300 This is why tonight's TV show is so important, because the answer really is local, local, local.
01:14:38.980 When the FBI said that they were going to look into terrorists, do you know why they did that, right?
01:14:48.960 They did that to scare you off.
01:14:51.640 Well, Loudoun County wasn't scared off last night.
01:14:54.340 They had a huge school board meeting.
01:14:57.320 They were even more vocal than they have been.
01:14:59.640 We need to be at our school board meetings.
01:15:03.880 Even if you live in a good town where your school board is on your side, you need to be there.
01:15:12.640 Because the school board association is watching.
01:15:16.660 And we must send them a message.
01:15:19.720 You don't scare me.
01:15:23.680 These are my children.
01:15:25.360 These people will do anything, anything to win.
01:15:36.720 They don't play by the rules.
01:15:40.520 The only thing that frightens them is you waking up and standing up.
01:15:47.680 Read Barack Obama's book.
01:15:50.160 You know, Jonah Goldberg tweeted me the other day.
01:15:52.540 And he said, when I said, I think they've just started another tea party.
01:15:56.560 And he said, ooh, like the first one was so effective.
01:15:59.880 Did you read Barack Obama's book?
01:16:02.600 It was.
01:16:04.500 According to Barack Obama, it was.
01:16:07.280 It slowed him down.
01:16:10.520 There's still lessons to learn, though, of how if we're going to do something else like that, it needs to be done and hopefully have longer legs than this one.
01:16:18.080 We've complained about that several times.
01:16:19.480 And we are smarter.
01:16:20.820 We know that it's going to be taken over by by hook and by crooks in the Republican Party.
01:16:28.400 And we have to have certain principles.
01:16:31.040 It's really easy now to align on principles.
01:16:34.120 It's very easy.
01:16:35.640 It's very easy.
01:16:37.900 You know, do you believe the the school board?
01:16:41.320 You should be allowed to go in and question the school board peacefully.
01:16:45.920 First Amendment, do you believe that everybody has a right to speak their mind out in open and disagree with with, you know, Fauci or anybody else?
01:16:56.800 First Amendment.
01:16:57.840 Do you believe that people who disagree with us have a right to publish and to be seen and be heard or should they be canceled?
01:17:06.940 First Amendment.
01:17:07.640 Do you believe I have a right to protect myself, especially when the government is firing all the cops and they they're saying places like Austin, Texas, unless somebody has you, you know, in a chokehold with a gun.
01:17:22.520 Don't call us.
01:17:23.300 We can't come.
01:17:24.400 Somebody's breaking into your house.
01:17:26.120 Oh, well, we can't help you.
01:17:28.740 Damn right.
01:17:29.140 Do you believe that the the IRS should be into my bank watching every transaction of six hundred dollars or more?
01:17:42.700 No, that's a violation of the Fourth Amendment.
01:17:45.240 Everything is about the Bill of Rights.
01:17:48.420 You just need to start asking people, do you believe in the Bill of Rights?
01:17:51.620 Let's go through them.
01:17:53.120 Do you believe in the Bill of Rights?
01:17:54.360 If you do, I'm with you.
01:17:55.640 If you don't, I can't talk to you because there's the Gulf is too far.
01:17:59.500 You have moved.
01:18:01.200 I haven't.
01:18:02.620 You have.
01:18:04.640 Sorry, Bill of Rights.
01:18:06.020 They are universal.
01:18:07.680 They are the thing that we all agreed on.
01:18:10.240 If you can't agree with me on the Bill of Rights, then I'm not the enemy of America.
01:18:15.740 No matter what you say, I'm not the terrorist.
01:18:18.820 You are.
01:18:20.580 You are.
01:18:22.500 You're the revolutionary, not me.
01:18:26.520 Back in a minute.
01:18:29.140 Oh, OK.
01:18:31.860 I don't know if you've seen this, but I was following a Hyundai back home yesterday and I thought, man, that car is worth a fortune right now.
01:18:40.100 The price of a used Hyundai is double.
01:18:46.340 Why?
01:18:47.500 Because you can't get new cars.
01:18:49.540 And if your car is out of warranty, you got to get it fixed.
01:18:54.660 You can be able to afford a new car right now.
01:18:56.560 I mean, look at us.
01:18:57.560 We are already starting to become Cuba.
01:19:00.160 You afford a new car.
01:19:01.580 CarShield will take care of all of the covered repairs and you can you can create your own coverage so you know exactly what it is.
01:19:12.680 It's a customized plan.

01:19:50.460 If you go now to CarShield.com slash back.
01:19:53.440 Deductible may apply.
01:19:55.460 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:20:01.480 Well, we went into the break.
01:20:03.080 William Shatner was on the ground and he is now in space.
01:20:07.160 It's pretty amazing when you think about it that way.
01:20:10.320 It's really amazing.
01:20:11.400 One commercial break.
01:20:12.560 He went from on the ground into space.
01:20:15.200 Yeah.
01:20:15.380 He's now at zero G.
01:20:16.840 Can we pull up any of the audio?
01:20:20.780 This is he's he's up there apparently with.
01:20:25.640 With two customers.
01:20:28.760 Of.
01:20:30.440 Not just random Amazon customers.
01:20:32.800 And there they are.
01:20:33.480 They have hit.
01:20:34.280 Don't think so.
01:20:34.880 Just about hit their Apogee.
01:20:37.160 Oh, good.
01:20:37.840 We were waiting for that.
01:20:38.660 At about 351,000 feet.
01:20:41.400 Yeah.
01:20:41.620 Now they're starting to come down.
01:20:44.340 And while we don't have Apogee, I can just imagine Jackie.
01:20:47.840 They are having the time of their lives.
01:20:50.400 Why are they not showing that?
01:20:53.280 The inside.
01:20:54.340 Yeah.
01:20:54.940 Is it possible that Captain Kirk is like just crapped himself and is like,
01:20:59.500 I want to go back down.
01:21:01.620 I want to go back down.
01:21:02.580 You should have taken Red Fox.
01:21:05.920 Red Fox.
01:21:09.880 You should have took Tony Orlando or maybe some of the Don.
01:21:13.800 I don't know why I'm going.
01:21:16.440 I would say this.
01:21:17.040 It was a TV show, man.
01:21:18.480 It was a TV show.
01:21:21.460 Sometimes you get to that point where you're in the middle of doing something crazy like
01:21:25.740 that and you realize, why am I doing this?
01:21:28.780 You have those second thoughts.
01:21:30.600 It could be happening.
01:21:31.060 I mean, really.
01:21:31.920 I mean, think of this.
01:21:32.740 He's 90 years old.
01:21:34.600 Remember what you had to be to be an astronaut.
01:21:38.160 I mean, the average person.
01:21:39.240 Thank you again, everybody, for joining us live from West Ham.
01:21:41.800 You're welcome.
01:21:42.060 You could show us some of the things that are happening on inside the capsule, but no,
01:21:45.880 you don't want to show that.
01:21:47.620 Let me out of here.
01:21:49.920 Let me out of here.
01:21:52.320 It's really cool.
01:21:55.820 What an amazing time we live in where people, you know, like companies like Amazon can care
01:22:03.960 so much about the planet.
01:22:05.520 They can just burn up all that, all that energy and fuel and CO2 to give William Shatner a
01:22:16.340 ride into space.
01:22:17.480 It's an existential crisis.
01:22:18.760 But, you know, if a celebrity wants to go to space, obviously, that's fine.
01:22:22.300 You've got to do that.
01:22:22.740 Or if people are paying me, I mean, I've got to do that.
01:22:25.840 I hate capitalism.
01:22:27.380 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:29.640 I have to tell you that you can see by Amazon what they're doing today by putting William
01:22:35.160 Shatner into space.
01:22:36.800 It's culture that leads the world.
01:22:39.420 You're not putting him up into space, you know, for any other reason other than it will
01:22:43.500 be a cultural talking point.
01:22:45.480 But we have got to get into the culture right now.
01:22:49.680 An amazing screenwriter and friend of mine, Andrew Clavin, is working to get the Covenant,
01:22:56.700 a multi-season TV series adaptation of the stories of the Old Testament into our culture.
01:23:02.380 This is this is the real stuff.
01:23:04.340 This is like Cecil B.
01:23:05.240 DeMille stuff where it was actual, where you're not coming in and having Hollywood go, you know,
01:23:10.520 but what about rock people?
01:23:11.780 Well, excuse me, rock people to get it into the culture for multi-season TV, it's expensive
01:23:19.500 and they're looking for people that just want to make an investment in the project.
01:23:24.000 You can go to kotv.com slash back, it's spelled C-A-Y-O-T-V.com slash back, kotv.com slash back.
01:23:34.180 Look up the Covenant, see what it is, and if you'd like to help, do everything you can to bring it back
01:23:42.800 into our culture.
01:23:44.480 Back in just a minute with the program.
01:23:54.000 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:24:13.520 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:24:17.860 Southwest Airlines was a mess over the weekend, and now the news about it is a mess.
01:24:29.420 You don't really know what's happening.
01:24:32.200 Is this a sick out because of the vaccine?
01:24:35.800 Is this because all of the pilots and everybody, they're tired because of what's been going on
01:24:43.260 because of COVID, what is really happening, and what are the pilots looking for?
01:24:51.100 We have Captain Casey Murray.
01:24:52.780 He is the president of Southwest Airlines, the Pilot Association.
01:24:57.120 He's the union guy, and he's in studio with me, and he just told me, have at it.
01:25:03.980 Okay, we will in 60 seconds.
01:25:10.260 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:25:11.880 I've been dealing with Blinds.com for, gosh, Stu, how many years?
01:25:15.740 15 years?
01:25:16.560 10, 15 years?
01:25:18.040 They are the most professional, best place for window coverings out there.
01:25:22.260 They got into the business online.
01:25:24.880 Imagine this.
01:25:25.620 In the 1990s, do you remember that online experience, AOL?
01:25:29.560 Beep, beep, shh.
01:25:31.080 All of that.
01:25:32.260 When it took you a long time to look at pictures of things.
01:25:35.720 That's why they are so good, and they're the number one window treatment business in
01:25:41.860 the world online because they honed it, and they've been going now for, what, 25 years.
01:25:50.580 You can get advice from their professional design consultation and consultants for free.
01:25:56.060 After you pick out what you want, you can either do it all yourself, or you can have them handle
01:26:00.800 the measuring and installation from start to finish.
01:26:03.520 If you want to redo your window treatments, now is the time at Blinds.com.
01:26:09.420 Blinds.com.

01:26:18.600 Rules and restrictions may apply.
01:26:20.340 All right.
01:26:26.720 The first round of flight cancellations on Saturday at Southwest Airlines came the day
01:26:31.940 after the Southwest Airline Pilot Association filed a request in federal court to block a
01:26:37.920 COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
01:26:39.660 So, you know, and we'll get this information here in a second, it doesn't appear that the
01:26:46.240 union is against the mandate.
01:26:48.100 They just want it to happen after they've negotiated their contract.
01:26:52.860 Yesterday, the CEO, Gary Kelly, told CNBC, I've never been in favor of corporations imposing
01:27:00.680 that kind of a mandate.
01:27:01.720 However, they're complying with Biden's vaccine mandate, even though there isn't one yet.
01:27:07.560 The objective here, obviously, is to improve health and safety and not for people to lose
01:27:12.760 their jobs.
01:27:16.000 2,200 flights were canceled over the weekend.
01:27:19.660 And to talk to us about this is Captain Casey Murray, who is the head of the Pilots Association,
01:27:27.500 the Pilots Union.
01:27:28.280 How are you, sir?
01:27:29.000 I'm doing well.
01:27:29.640 Thanks for having me, Glenn.
01:27:30.500 Thank you for coming in.
01:27:31.780 I appreciate it.
01:27:32.540 Yes.
01:27:32.720 I was shocked when you guys said yes to our invitation.
01:27:36.160 Yeah.
01:27:36.740 Well, we're out there, you know, we're trying to get the word out, trying to clear up some
01:27:40.500 misconceptions.
01:27:42.000 And I'm proud of our pilots, so I want to speak for them.
01:27:44.840 Okay.
01:27:45.520 So tell me what is happening.
01:27:47.620 What's happening now?
01:27:48.920 Well, since you brought up the TRO that we filed, we filed that on Friday.
01:27:55.680 We also have a status quo lawsuit that we've been forced to file.
01:27:59.580 Well, we've amended that to sort of add on this aspect as well to show continuing status
01:28:05.220 quo violations while we are negotiating our contract.
01:28:07.620 What does it mean, status quo violations?
01:28:09.400 Well, the RLA, Railway Labor Act, that we work under and are contracted under requires
01:28:17.080 the company, while we're in negotiations, can't make unilateral changes while we're negotiating.
01:28:22.340 Okay.
01:28:22.880 And we've seen numerous, numerous instances.
01:28:26.120 We've tried to work with them.
01:28:27.680 It is kind of the hallmark of what SWAPA and Southwest do, but we've seen that kind of fail
01:28:32.340 over the past year or so.
01:28:34.800 Because of COVID, they are just wholesale changing some really important things that you
01:28:41.320 haven't ever negotiated.
01:28:43.260 And if I'm reading this right, you're saying, hey, look, we've done a lot here.
01:28:48.520 Enough is enough.
01:28:49.940 Correct.
01:28:50.420 And all we've been asking for, and this is specifically what the TRO is about, is, hey,
01:28:56.960 we need to sit down and have discussions around this.
01:28:59.640 Our peers, Delta, American United, FedEx, UPS, they all have had agreements in place for
01:29:08.020 six and at times 10 months that addressed a lot of our concerns.
01:29:13.980 So, and-
01:29:14.860 And your concerns are-
01:29:16.280 Well, pilots, one of the main concerns is pilots are required to carry a medical certificate.
01:29:23.320 Every six months, we go in, have a full battery of tests, and every six months, I mean, there's
01:29:29.800 a risk that you could lose your career.
01:29:31.960 So, with our pilot's license, we also have a medical certificate.
01:29:35.900 So, a lot of our pilots and our peers' pilots want to know and have answered, how's the company
01:29:42.600 going to handle any sort of either long-term issues that come from the vaccines, because
01:29:49.300 that is still yet to be determined.
01:29:50.760 And then, you know-
01:29:53.600 You mean negative.
01:29:54.520 Negative.
01:29:55.060 Okay.
01:29:55.480 And then, you know, even shorter term, what's going to happen when, if I have a reaction
01:30:01.240 and have to call in sick?
01:30:02.260 Is that coming out of my sick bank?
01:30:03.840 And so, now it's being required, mandated, and we need these questions answered, and our
01:30:09.460 peers have done it, and we see vaccination rates from 90% and higher.
01:30:14.160 And then, you look at United, 99.9% of their pilots are vaccinated.
01:30:19.180 We don't know, and the company hasn't shared with us what our vaccination rate is.
01:30:25.020 It is much lower than that, and I would venture to say probably half that.
01:30:30.560 And a lot of that has to do with our pilots' trepidation with not having a lot of these
01:30:35.340 questions answered, and that's all we're trying to do is get them to the table.
01:30:38.600 I mean, APA at American, their pilots' union, has over 11 different MOUs, memorandums of
01:30:48.100 understanding, addressing these things.
01:30:50.620 And we see what it does to the vaccination rates.
01:30:55.240 So, when I see pictures of pilots, because they're going, there's lots of them.
01:31:01.180 Do we have any of them here?
01:31:02.180 Here's one, a Don't Tread on Me flag, hanging out of the window of a Southwest jet, out of
01:31:09.580 the pilot's window.
01:31:11.640 Show, do you have the, okay, there's all kinds of pictures of Southwest pilots out online as
01:31:20.140 well.
01:31:21.280 And that seems to be anti-vaccine.
01:31:25.160 Yes.
01:31:25.400 Do you have any idea how many of your pilots are going to probably end up getting fired?
01:31:32.220 I would say that until a lot of these questions get answered, we really don't know.
01:31:40.420 It's kind of a two-fold sort of issue.
01:31:42.960 There are those that feel very strongly that the government mandate crosses and steps on
01:31:50.920 the Constitution, and I respect that.
01:31:56.280 There's a lot of very personal decisions.
01:31:58.940 But the flip side is, they also don't want to go into being mandated for a vaccine where
01:32:07.040 their questions as to where their career and where their families stand and their family's
01:32:12.620 well-being moving forward.
01:32:13.680 They have to be able to make decisions using some concrete data, and we're still waiting
01:32:22.360 on that from our company.
01:32:23.560 And by data, I mean having some of these questions answered.
01:32:27.240 So, what is, you're just, because I don't think I heard that yesterday from the CEO.
01:32:34.440 Did you, Stu?
01:32:35.320 I don't think I heard him address these concerns.
01:32:40.580 It's very clear, just, and I brought this up twice already.
01:32:44.620 Look at our peers.
01:32:46.120 Look at where our peers' vaccination rates are.
01:32:48.440 Look at what they have done proactively to address this.
01:32:51.680 We have done nothing.
01:32:52.920 Southwest, we have tried for six months to force them to sit down and have discussions
01:32:59.400 about this.
01:33:00.060 We even went so far as forcing a letter of agreement during negotiations across the table
01:33:06.160 because they weren't interested in having the discussions.
01:33:09.740 They have it.
01:33:10.800 It's in their hands.
01:33:11.760 We still have not sat down and had real discussions.
01:33:15.440 We did have a meeting on Monday that was really, I would say, forced by the TRO, even
01:33:20.820 though it hasn't been ruled on yet.
01:33:22.020 But, I mean, I think Southwest felt, okay, we have to do something.
01:33:24.740 And we presented them with dozens of questions, and we're still waiting answers.
01:33:28.980 We're a week and a half past when the federal contractor mandate came out, and we're rapidly
01:33:37.140 approaching a deadline.
01:33:39.080 Well, it's still just a vocal.
01:33:43.620 There is no written policy.
01:33:45.740 It's not law.
01:33:46.680 It's not even executive order.
01:33:48.320 Absolutely.
01:33:49.260 Yes.
01:33:50.660 But when your company tells you you will or you will be terminated, there is a conscious
01:33:57.780 feeling of a threat.
01:33:59.200 So many people don't have a union, and a lot of people, I am, I'm glad I'm not in a union.
01:34:08.400 I think unions are really important when companies get out of control.
01:34:14.580 And in the same way, I think when unions get out of control, they're just as bad as the
01:34:21.420 out-of-control company.
01:34:24.640 But this, I mean, I'm wondering, if a union, if you're working as a pilot, and you don't
01:34:31.900 want the vaccine, and you're going to get fired for it, are you going to defend those
01:34:37.220 guys?
01:34:38.200 Absolutely.
01:34:39.480 Absolutely.
01:34:41.680 We have to, and we will.
01:34:44.120 We will defend them if that's what it comes to.
01:34:46.740 But it is our job in representing them to provide them with as much information and force the
01:34:52.440 company to come and get these questions answered.
01:34:56.640 So what would that mean if you, after you get the questions, and because you guys aren't,
01:35:02.480 is the union against the mandate?
01:35:05.920 We are against the mandate.
01:35:07.960 You are against it.
01:35:09.380 Not even with more information, you're against it.
01:35:12.080 We're against the mandate.
01:35:13.520 Our whole thing is, it is a pilot's choice.
01:35:16.160 It is a pilot's family choice.
01:35:17.900 It's a very personal decision that has to be made.
01:35:22.180 And so we believe that by providing these answers, and the company providing these answers,
01:35:30.420 I mean, there are so many things, even outside of the medical.
01:35:34.080 I mean, we still haven't had questions as to who's making the decisions on these exemptions.
01:35:40.460 So medical, religious.
01:35:41.720 We don't have answers to that.
01:35:42.740 How's the information going to be protected in the HIPAA environment at the company?
01:35:47.580 We haven't had answers to those.
01:35:49.420 Is there an alternative means of compliance?
01:35:51.740 Like the original mandate that Biden put out, even before this contractor issue, there was an alternative means of compliance.
01:36:01.400 Testing, right?
01:36:01.940 The other, yeah, it was weekly testing.
01:36:04.140 Yes.
01:36:05.420 How is, what about natural immunity?
01:36:09.580 We have pilots right now that have COVID.
01:36:14.920 And those pilots now, say they recover this week.
01:36:18.980 They still can't get the shot for 90 days.
01:36:21.460 Well, that's outside the window.
01:36:22.580 How is that going to be handled?
01:36:23.740 So, so many questions that we don't have answers to, and our pilots don't have answers to, and our pilots can't make decisions.
01:36:30.440 Our pilots use data.
01:36:31.720 Our pilots look at all the available information and then make the decision.
01:36:37.480 And again, I point back to our peers.
01:36:39.360 Our peers address this proactively and look at where they're at.
01:36:42.320 So, what is Governor Abbott's ruling or his executive order here in Texas where no company has to follow that?
01:36:56.220 Well, that's part of the issue as well for us, not having the ability to sit down and have these discussions with our company.
01:37:02.800 Our legal team is looking at that.
01:37:05.540 And then in the midst of looking and seeing how that is going to affect our pilots, Gary Kelly comes out yesterday and says that he's not going to abide by that, that he's going to abide by Biden's mandate.
01:37:18.320 Which doesn't exist, but the governor's does.
01:37:21.720 Yes.
01:37:22.400 Yes.
01:37:23.580 I know they did send something over to OSHA supposedly over the past 24 hours or so, but certainly nothing's official yet.
01:37:30.440 And it does seem like it's something to intimidate these companies to just go along with it before there's even a rule written down.
01:37:37.460 Yes.
01:37:37.840 There's a lot of, I think there's a lot of people that are hoping somebody takes a stand because the little guy is taking a stand and getting squashed.
01:37:50.100 Absolutely.
01:37:50.620 And the government is just telling them what they can and can't do.
01:37:53.780 And they are, I mean, I think there was a lot of hope, at least there was with me.
01:37:58.420 When I saw you guys, you know, have your difficulties this weekend, I was hoping that it was the pilots stepping out and saying, no, we're not going to do it.
01:38:08.820 We're reasonable people.
01:38:10.740 You know, as you said, many have already had COVID.
01:38:14.660 I've had COVID.
01:38:15.540 I had a bad bout of COVID.
01:38:17.380 I believe in my antibodies.
01:38:19.460 I don't know why this is the exception to something that we know about the human body.
01:38:24.440 Um, and I have no problem with the vaccine, but I know I don't really give a flying crap.
01:38:31.820 What the federal government says this is unconstitutional.
01:38:35.100 And there, I think there's a lot of people hoping that you were, you were, uh, standing up for that, or at least a few pilots were standing up for that.
01:38:44.120 I mean, and I was very clear.
01:38:45.220 I think earlier, when I answered that question, we are against the mandate and we are not anti-vaccine, but, but our pilots are in a unique position.
01:38:54.080 Um, unlike the rest of the population, we have to maintain a medical and there's a lot of unanswered questions.
01:38:59.400 And a lot of those questions can, and a lot of those fears can be allayed by, by how is our insurance going to be handled?
01:39:06.820 And, and, and we carry a loss of license insurance as well as an LTD and STD.
01:39:11.780 So the long, uh, long-term disability and short-term disability, we also carry loss of license specifically for our medical.
01:39:17.880 So if we lose our medical, we have some, at least income insurance, um, when we can no longer fly.
01:39:25.060 They really need to come up with a better abbreviation for STD.
01:39:28.080 I carry an STD.
01:39:29.160 I carry an STD.
01:39:30.080 It's just not a good, uh, all right, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on just a second.
01:39:33.400 Let me take a one minute break after that.
01:39:35.840 Uh, and, uh, we'll come back.
01:39:38.060 The, uh, the labor leader for the, uh, Southwest Airlines pilots, uh, on with us.
01:39:43.340 Um, do you know what's as dangerous as Congress and the Biden administration pushing forward the Build Back Better plan and paving the way for us to fully enter the Great Reset?
01:39:55.060 Is the number of people that are actually falling for it and what it's going to mean to our dollar?
01:40:01.240 You know, when, when you have the government saying you're never going to be able to go back to the way life was, and they're talking about the variety of things on shelves and the economy.
01:40:12.860 I don't, I don't buy into that.
01:40:15.640 When did we start having such a bleak look at what this country is capable of?
01:40:20.460 Uh, the lack of fiscal responsibility and the new idea of, uh, modern monetary theory, which we are operating under, means that your dollar is going to become worth less and less.
01:40:36.240 Prepare, prepare your family, prepare for impact.

01:40:54.360 1-866-GOLDLINE.
01:40:56.720 Or goldline.com.
01:40:59.260 10 seconds.
01:41:00.080 Station ID.
01:41:00.600 We're with the president of Southwest Airlines Pilots Association.
01:41:14.740 His name is Captain Casey Murray, and we're talking about the Southwest Airlines vaccine mandates and the trouble that they had over the weekend.
01:41:22.960 So you mentioned the medical certification you need to have every six months.
01:41:27.820 Yes.
01:41:28.020 So they're requiring you to upkeep some level, what does that mean exactly?
01:41:32.660 What's on it?
01:41:33.260 It's an FAA requirement.
01:41:35.100 So, uh, um, uh, we have certain classes of medicals.
01:41:39.420 Um, our pilots have to maintain a first or second class, whether you're a captain or first officer.
01:41:44.460 And, and so, um, it's, um, you know, any type of heart issue, any type of high blood pressure, uh, depression, um, uh, diabetes.
01:41:53.180 I mean, any of those things can, can, can kill your career.
01:41:56.440 And, um, so, so would they argue though, that you, every six months you have to do this anyway?
01:42:01.840 Why is COVID-19 we're in the middle of a pandemic?
01:42:04.640 Why wouldn't you have to maintain, uh, the vaccination status?
01:42:08.400 Well, I think that, that because of some of the unknowns with long-term issues with the virus, we've also seen some shorter terms, uh, myocarditis.
01:42:17.440 Myocarditis.
01:42:18.620 Sure, sure.
01:42:19.240 Um, yeah.
01:42:19.760 With the vaccine.
01:42:20.620 And, and, and it's, it's a low number, but, but that can be a disqualifying, um, event for a pilot.
01:42:26.320 And so, so back to, uh, how, how is the, our loss of license plan is company administered.
01:42:33.460 So the company has to answer those questions.
01:42:35.580 So you, and you, and you're saying that, what would actually happen with the cancellations?
01:42:40.780 What's the story behind that?
01:42:42.040 Cause I've heard, I've heard, you know, that what Glenn was saying, you know, that there was some sort of sick out situation.
01:42:47.240 You guys are saying that's not true.
01:42:48.500 What actually happened?
01:42:49.780 Well, I want to be clear.
01:42:51.060 So I'm, I'm glad you brought it up.
01:42:52.740 Um, so, um, it's now, um, Wednesday.
01:42:57.320 So we've kind of looked back over the weekend to see exactly what occurred.
01:43:01.100 And looking at our pilots performance, um, I'm very proud of them.
01:43:05.820 Um, our pilot sick rates were right in line with where they were this summer during the same sort of long-term meltdown that Southwest had.
01:43:12.800 Um, looking at, uh, our pilots are the most productive in the industry.
01:43:16.420 Uh, that means they do a lot of work on their off time.
01:43:19.160 It's what Southwest relies on.
01:43:20.740 It's what makes Southwest different.
01:43:22.480 Southwest does more with less.
01:43:24.440 And, um, and so our, so looking at our pilot pickup rates, they're working on off days, those things.
01:43:29.880 Um, those were as high as we've seen them.
01:43:32.380 So, so those two together, um, sort of address where our pilots were.
01:43:37.140 There was no job action.
01:43:38.340 There is stress.
01:43:39.400 I mean, this, this mandate.
01:43:40.840 And so then what caused this?
01:43:42.760 Well, um, Southwest works in a very dynamic environment as do our peers.
01:43:47.400 Weather is, is what we deal with every day.
01:43:50.520 That's just, there's nobody else that was correct.
01:43:52.700 So, um, Southwest does operate in a completely different environment, meaning, meaning our network.
01:44:01.340 Our network is completely different than everyone else's.
01:44:03.860 It's complex, um, point to point.
01:44:06.940 A line of thunderstorms moves through Atlanta.
01:44:09.300 Delta shuts down a push of airplanes, meaning all the ones coming in or out.
01:44:13.360 And, and when the thunderstorms push through, they're right back on.
01:44:16.940 They might've canceled flights, but they're right back on.
01:44:19.340 Our airplanes are at all of our outstations.
01:44:23.860 And, and so when, when someone gets sick, when an airplane breaks, when there's weather, then, then there is a domino effect that is, that is more difficult at Southwest to, to recover from.
01:44:34.720 Now, that being said, um, I feel very strongly that we've seen this happen for the past two years.
01:44:42.420 We've seen sort of these events happening and take four or five days to recover this weekend as a, okay, hang on.
01:44:48.460 Cause I have to take another break.
01:44:49.840 I want to continue this, um, uh, because I, I think I understand what you're saying.
01:44:57.200 And it is a breakdown of just because of the COVID virus, uh, and, uh, and what you've been going through.
01:45:05.360 But I want you to finish explaining that here in just a minute.
01:45:08.000 Stand by.
01:45:20.060 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:45:22.340 We have to stop doing business with companies that are working against us.
01:45:26.540 And there are many companies, for instance, uh, you have Verizon that you might have great cell service with their great company, but, um, they're investing in planned parenthood.
01:45:39.400 I don't agree with that.
01:45:41.040 Uh, they also invest in things, uh, that curb your freedom of speech.
01:45:45.900 I don't want to give them money.
01:45:47.880 I don't care how good their service is.
01:45:50.400 Well, Patriot mobile is the exact opposite.
01:45:54.020 Um, I don't think they'd probably have a lot of liberals joining because they take their money and they invested in the bill of rights and they fight for the things that we believe in.
01:46:04.660 Start doing business with companies that, um, are not fighting against you.
01:46:10.760 There are options right now.
01:46:12.500 Patriot mobile has the same great service.
01:46:15.480 They're on the same cell towers.
01:46:16.920 It's about half the price and they have special discounts for veterans and first responders.
01:46:22.000 And you can get free activation with the offer code back today.
01:46:25.480 It's Patriot mobile.com slash Beck.
01:46:28.240 That's Patriot mobile.com slash Beck.
01:46:31.140 Or you can call them now at nine seven two Patriot.
01:46:35.960 Head over to blaze TV.com slash Glenn.
01:46:38.480 The promo code is Glenn for 10 bucks off your subscription to blaze TV.
01:46:42.260 Captain Casey Murray, uh, Murray.
01:46:50.580 He is the president of Southwest airlines pilot association.
01:46:53.400 And, uh, he is with us to talk about the, uh, the vaccine mandates, which the union is against.
01:47:00.620 Um, but they are trying to work with Southwest on, on getting some information.
01:47:05.680 Um, and they're in the middle of negotiation.
01:47:08.760 He, you just said that, um, it was not a sick out.
01:47:13.220 You show the numbers that it wasn't.
01:47:15.560 Um, and you said that you're, you're, you structure things differently.
01:47:20.680 So it's point to point.
01:47:22.160 You don't have a hub.
01:47:23.900 Yes.
01:47:24.580 Yes.
01:47:24.840 We don't have multiple hubs.
01:47:26.040 We have some larger stations, but it's generally point to point.
01:47:28.460 Okay.
01:47:29.400 And so then what exactly happened then was this, well, there was an issue, uh, in Florida
01:47:36.280 and, and, and so that affected us and, and that caused sort of an increasing domino effect.
01:47:42.020 What I have been asking for, um, and what our association has identified for four years
01:47:47.320 is, is, and, and what we're asking Southwest is to make a proactive statement of what you're
01:47:51.680 going to be doing to make sure this doesn't happen again.
01:47:54.780 We are continuing to see it.
01:47:56.420 We've offered many different solutions scheduling wise, and that's what we see is, is sort of
01:48:01.140 inefficiencies in, in the scheduling processes as well as, as, as not complete it infrastructure
01:48:07.960 and support.
01:48:09.600 These, I mean, the algorithms that must run the airlines, I mean, is it a different kind
01:48:16.140 of algorithm that is that everybody else uses?
01:48:18.920 It is.
01:48:19.560 It definitely is.
01:48:20.840 Um, you know, we have, um, lots of airplanes going into lots of cities.
01:48:26.420 Um, Delta, American United do too, but they all end up, um, back in their homes.
01:48:32.640 Atlanta or Salt Lake or Dallas.
01:48:34.820 DFW.
01:48:35.140 Yes.
01:48:35.580 Dallas.
01:48:36.200 Yep.
01:48:36.840 Um, okay.
01:48:38.360 Uh, let me play, let me play a pilot.
01:48:41.760 This went viral over the weekend.
01:48:44.280 I don't know if he's one of your pilots or not.
01:48:46.440 Watch.
01:48:50.360 You have it.
01:48:51.000 I've been an airline pilot for 18 years and now I'm facing an ultimatum, not a choice,
01:48:58.080 but an ultimatum.
01:48:59.140 I'm being told in order to continue my career as an airline pilot, I must be vaccinated,
01:49:03.680 which really means I have to choose between putting food on the table for my family and
01:49:08.120 my freedom of choice.
01:49:09.140 Whether you believe in vaccination is the right thing to do or not, the situation goes far
01:49:14.040 beyond health.
01:49:15.160 We, the American people have fought for freedom for 257 years.
01:49:18.900 We go around the world, spreading ideas of freedom and democracy.
01:49:22.660 We help other countries and people fight for their freedoms while ours are being stripped
01:49:28.480 away.
01:49:29.080 You may think being forced to wear a mask or get a vaccination is insignificant, but when
01:49:35.480 you begin to compile mandate after mandate and loss of freedom after freedom, it becomes
01:49:41.460 very significant.
01:49:43.220 As each thing is taken away, we face what is known as the shifting baseline syndrome.
01:49:49.120 This syndrome changes our idea of a new and acceptable normal.
01:49:53.620 Soon, we will not remember what it was like to have the freedoms we once did.
01:49:58.200 Our children and our grandchildren will experience less freedom, and they won't have the privilege
01:50:04.060 or the pleasure to enjoy the same choices our parents had or that we have.
01:50:10.340 If we give into these mandates and we do not stand up for our freedom of choice, we dishonor
01:50:16.140 every armed service person over the last 257 years.
01:50:20.460 A disservice to the people who have fought and bled for the very freedoms we enjoy.
01:50:25.580 Whether you believe in vaccination or not, I'm standing up for your freedom of choice.
01:50:31.440 You may support the vaccine mandates because they fall in line with your current beliefs.
01:50:36.320 But if we let this happen now, there will be a day when what you're told to do will not
01:50:42.140 fall in line with your beliefs.
01:50:43.640 If we do not stand together and fight back in one voice, soon we could be told where to
01:50:50.180 live, what job we will do, what religion to believe, and how many children we can have.
01:50:56.580 Do you really want someone telling your children or your grandchildren what, when, and how they
01:51:02.880 will live every minute of their lives?
01:51:04.980 I mean, that is, that is a, that's a reasonable place to be.
01:51:10.520 And is that person going to lose?
01:51:12.920 I mean, I'm not saying he works for Southwest, but if that is the point of one of your union
01:51:18.200 members, do they lose their job if they say, I can't do it?
01:51:21.600 I, I, my conscience says I'm violating something sacred to me.
01:51:28.120 Well, that's brought up questions since Gary Kelly said yesterday that, that, uh, no one
01:51:34.500 will lose their job, but they've told us very clearly that they will terminate you if you
01:51:39.880 don't, if they provide an, a exemption medical or religious, uh, are they, and we've had some
01:51:47.640 answers that, that they're going to put them on non-paid status.
01:51:50.400 So what is really the difference there?
01:51:53.020 Um, that needs some clarification.
01:51:54.500 And I would say Gary Kelly's statements yesterday actually added some, some more uncertainty into
01:51:59.840 an already very uncertain mix.
01:52:02.200 So, uh, so you're not going to get fired, but they just won't pay you.
01:52:05.940 You're still working.
01:52:07.260 You're still working, but they're not paying you semantics.
01:52:10.380 That's good.
01:52:11.120 Um, I think I had that deal with ABC.
01:52:13.380 Yeah, I remember that one.
01:52:14.600 I do remember that.
01:52:15.720 Um, let me, um, uh, let me, let me go here.
01:52:20.180 Southwest, uh, like jet blue in the day.
01:52:24.500 You guys have always had a different reputation and everyone is just falling into line.
01:52:32.800 And it, it seems to me, um, that, uh, somebody has a great opportunity to do something different,
01:52:42.440 um, and to, to stand up for some of the values.
01:52:47.840 How is this affecting your culture?
01:52:50.420 Well, this, most of our pilots came to Southwest specifically for that.
01:52:57.020 That was kind of their psychic wage.
01:52:59.080 They got because.
01:52:59.880 And most of them were military pilots.
01:53:02.060 If I'm not mistaken.
01:53:02.540 We're about 50, 50, 50, 50.
01:53:04.100 So again, there's that psychic wage that, that they were paying us because we weren't making
01:53:09.080 as much as Delta American United and still don't have the opportunity to fly heavy jets
01:53:14.580 and, and across the oceans.
01:53:15.920 And, and so people came to Southwest very specifically, uh, for that.
01:53:20.580 And, and a lot of them feel very strongly.
01:53:22.560 I feel very strongly about that culture in the lead in, as we were getting started, you
01:53:27.620 had mentioned what was going on, um, with Bezos and, and, and you mentioned culture.
01:53:32.280 And, and, um, Herb Kelleher started this airline on that very foundational principle, Colleen
01:53:41.680 Barrett, who was, who was, um, his, um, his sidekick and, and, and one of our beloved leaders
01:53:48.100 for many years, she wrote a book and it said, um, during times of stress, stress, you have
01:53:52.800 to be ultra focused on culture because that's where you lose it.
01:53:56.180 And I would say that, uh, for the past five years or so, that's where we've been.
01:54:00.600 And, and, and, and we are fighting for that, for all the employees of Southwest airlines.
01:54:05.280 We are seeing the degradation of that.
01:54:07.140 We are seeing it becoming more of a legacy carrier.
01:54:09.760 Um, but that is something that, that all of us hold very near and dear to our hearts.
01:54:13.980 That'll kill you.
01:54:14.380 Yes, it will.
01:54:15.220 Because you're not a legacy carrier.
01:54:16.700 You're something different.
01:54:17.920 We are the little scrappy little airline and, uh, and, and, and our pilots, like I said,
01:54:22.460 uh, I'm so proud of what they did this, this summer.
01:54:25.120 I'm proud of what they did this weekend.
01:54:26.920 They will continue to do it.
01:54:28.140 They will protest, um, and let their voices be heard, but it's not going to be at the
01:54:32.900 expense of our customers.
01:54:34.060 They are number one.
01:54:35.240 And, and, and I, I have the utmost respect for every one of them for doing it.
01:54:39.780 Let me play devil's advocate.
01:54:41.040 Let me play the corporate side here for a second.
01:54:43.040 Okay.
01:54:43.900 Let's just say we don't agree with mandates.
01:54:46.020 We hate these mandates, but if we don't do it, whether it's an actual mandate or not,
01:54:50.940 this government is using every tool at its disposal from financial services to bailouts
01:54:58.920 to the FAA, I mean, the FAA, you want a Gestapo, they could become a Gestapo quickly.
01:55:05.760 And, uh, whatever, what, you know, what is the corporation supposed to do?
01:55:09.920 Well, I think the corporation, um, I think it is their, their duty to their, to all of
01:55:14.800 their employees to, to fight it, um, to the best of their ability.
01:55:18.600 Um, it's a two-party contract that, that they have with the federal government that
01:55:22.720 they're using to do this, um, exert some pressure.
01:55:25.760 Um, Delta hasn't announced a mandate, um, yet, or maybe they don't.
01:55:31.620 Um, but, but I do expect to be fought for.
01:55:34.100 Well, I saw that it's, you know, they say, well, we, we have government contracts.
01:55:38.320 It's 2%.
01:55:39.280 Yes.
01:55:40.160 I would cut 2% in a heartbeat if it was tying me down to something I didn't believe in.
01:55:45.600 Well, that, that's a very touchy situation because coming out of COVID, coming out of,
01:55:50.720 of, of what we saw last year, um, um, 2%, um, is, is when we had 0% last year.
01:55:58.380 And I'm not talking the contract.
01:55:59.720 I mean, we understand that portion of it.
01:56:03.940 Um, but I do expect them, uh, to fight, um, and, and, and work through alternative means
01:56:09.620 of compliance, um, those types of issues, natural immunity, antibodies, um, um, I want
01:56:15.040 those questions asked and answered because you've already asked them.
01:56:18.640 Yes.
01:56:19.500 Um, thank you so much for, um, for coming in.
01:56:22.640 When do you expect to hear?
01:56:26.280 Uh, we were hoping to hear something by the end of this week.
01:56:29.060 Um, we're probably going to sit down with him again at the beginning of next week.
01:56:32.680 I spoke with, uh, with, um, our vice president of flight ops last night.
01:56:37.860 I've spoken to him every night this week.
01:56:39.360 I've also spoken, spoken to Bob Jordan as well, and he's been very receptive.
01:56:43.340 Um, our vice president said that, um, they were trying to get as much as they could to
01:56:47.280 us as quickly as they can.
01:56:48.620 Well, I will tell you that, uh, I have a friend who stayed with me over the weekend
01:56:51.920 and, uh, flew into, or flew out of Vegas to Dallas because it was a $40 flight.
01:56:59.440 And I immediately said Southwest and they said, yeah, uh, and she was delayed because of the
01:57:06.460 breakdown over the weekend.
01:57:08.040 Um, but, uh, she said it was worth 40 bucks.
01:57:11.320 I mean, I can't even fill up my gas.
01:57:12.740 Yeah.
01:57:13.060 My gas tank.
01:57:13.900 That's amazing.
01:57:14.620 Um, thank you so much.
01:57:15.820 I appreciate it.
01:57:16.580 Thank you so much for having me.
01:57:17.680 You bet.
01:57:17.940 Captain Casey Murray is the president of Southwest airlines pilots association.
01:57:22.900 Uh, I would, um, he seems like a decent, honorable man.
01:57:27.380 And I hope you, I hope you fight, uh, for more than just, um, a contract.
01:57:34.560 We are in a situation where we are our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.
01:57:39.000 Things are changing rapidly.
01:57:40.600 Our sponsor this half hour is American financing.
01:57:43.440 Now is the time for you to reduce your monthly bills and start saving money.
01:57:47.460 You need to know, I mean that 100% we have no idea where anything is going to be a year
01:57:54.920 from now, we're at a point where home equity levels are red hot mortgage rates are still
01:58:00.800 competitively low and you're seeing much lower rates tied to things like personal loans
01:58:06.840 and credit cards, which is why you need to take a moment and consult your budget better
01:58:11.900 yet.
01:58:12.220 You need to take a moment and, uh, see if American financing can help you.
01:58:17.020 What bills can be paid down to save a significant amount of money on interest?
01:58:21.540 What solutions are available to make a real difference in your finances?
01:58:25.800 God forbid, if you have a adjustable loan, get out of that.
01:58:29.940 Uh, it's going up.
01:58:31.580 It's not going to come down.
01:58:33.140 Uh, they are a mortgage lender, but they're not going to recommend things like refi unless
01:58:37.700 it's going to help you out financially.
01:58:39.080 They work for you, not the banks.

01:58:55.400 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:59:04.420 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:59:07.080 Um, I thought he was a, I mean, you know, I don't know what I expect when I meet a union
01:59:11.940 boss.
01:59:12.640 Um, but I thought he was really, uh, I liked him.
01:59:16.700 Really nice.
01:59:17.020 And I think making really obvious requests, right?
01:59:20.300 Yeah.
01:59:20.440 You know, like if you go get the vaccine, we all know that, you know, some people get sick
01:59:23.980 for a day or two after like minor side effects, but not, not ones you're going to go to work
01:59:28.280 with.
01:59:28.640 Right.
01:59:28.980 So you're telling me you can't make sure those are not taken out of the guy's sick days.
01:59:33.620 It shouldn't be out of your sick days.
01:59:34.940 If you're asking them to go get this.
01:59:37.260 That's something that a lot of companies are doing too.
01:59:39.700 I mean, and when he talked about the culture, you expect Southwest to be the first in line
01:59:43.380 to say something like that.
01:59:44.720 And, you know, for them to have a 50, 50 vaccination rate, uh, that might have something to do with,
01:59:51.020 you know, a lot of their pilots are being, uh, you know, being former air force or Navy
01:59:57.200 or, or whatever.
01:59:58.300 The other thing is, uh, uh, they're a different culture, you know, you, you are, if you're
02:00:05.500 working here, right, it's not, the enemy is certainly not COVID as we know.
02:00:09.180 I mean, they're letting people get, they're not even testing them or forcing them to get
02:00:12.860 vaccines when they come across the border illegally.
02:00:15.060 So obviously this is not a COVID related policy.
02:00:17.640 It's about control and it's about the fact that they don't want different.
02:00:22.660 That's the enemy.
02:00:24.100 Different is the enemy.
02:00:25.420 You sure you're telling me you can't have a little bit of disagreement about something
02:00:29.320 like that.
02:00:29.620 They want diversity.
02:00:30.540 They don't, they do not want to, that is the last thing they want.
02:00:34.200 They do.
02:00:34.540 They just don't want so much white in it and everybody has to think alike.
02:00:39.340 But other than that, they work totally for diversity.
02:00:41.860 They also don't want Tim Scott, right?
02:00:44.260 They don't want, they don't want, it has nothing to do with color or race or anything.
02:00:48.500 I mean, you're, you're seeing this.
02:00:49.820 They want universal thought is what they want.
02:00:53.260 They want universal thought that also happens to agree with them.
02:00:56.060 And that's, that goes against everything that Southwest has ever stood for.
02:01:01.140 I mean, they're the ones that, I mean, they really revolutionized things.
02:01:05.620 Oh yeah.
02:01:06.200 Uh, and, and have no problem standing up to the government.
02:01:09.020 Right.
02:01:09.520 They were the victims of all sorts of ridiculous laws on where they could fly and how they could
02:01:14.940 fly.
02:01:15.340 And he mentioned Herb Kelleher, who really went to bat to stop all that and, and just
02:01:21.080 said, no, we're doing it a different way then.
02:01:23.120 Fine.
02:01:23.760 I'd love to hear what the pilots of Southwest have to say about Casey's appearance here.
02:01:30.140 You know, it is, is that what you're for?
02:01:33.660 Cause I was a little confused.
02:01:35.320 He says the union is against the mandate.
02:01:38.380 Yes.
02:01:39.460 I think they're against the mandate, but then also in addition to that, in addition to the
02:01:44.260 point that there's a lot of the pilots who just don't want the vaccine and have made that
02:01:47.440 choice for whatever reason.
02:01:48.620 In addition to that, there are people who probably would get it or consider it except for these
02:01:55.200 ridiculous sort of unanswered questions about whether they're going to get paid if they
02:02:01.720 get sick or what's going to happen.
02:02:03.200 You know, he mentioned the myocarditis thing, which is a known rare side effect, particularly
02:02:06.880 on younger men, um, uh, of, of, of the pilot age, maybe, yeah, maybe, yeah.
02:02:12.900 Yeah.
02:02:13.080 Right.
02:02:13.600 Uh, of the, uh, of, uh, the mRNA vaccines.
02:02:16.540 It's pretty, you know, pretty rare.
02:02:18.180 I mean, it's one in several million, but as he mentioned, if they have a heart, a heart
02:02:23.440 check that has to be put in there every six months, well, what happens?
02:02:28.240 What happens there?
02:02:29.260 Their career is over and there's no place you can go.
02:02:32.440 So understandably a pilot would say, wait a minute, like you, there needs to be a series
02:02:37.380 of guarantees here that if this happens to me, God forbid, I'm telling you right now,
02:02:42.140 if you were a hospital somewhere in Texas, let's say, and you said, we're not going for
02:02:47.600 the mandate thing, you would have the cream of the crop.
02:02:50.960 You could get the best of people that are, uh, that are, you know, that are really good.
02:02:57.540 They just don't agree with the mandate.
02:02:59.900 We're seeing that with, with nurses right now.
02:03:01.560 Oh yeah.
02:03:01.900 There were nurses.
02:03:02.400 Some of these nurses in Houston got fired and they're able to go and get double and triple
02:03:06.220 the pay in other places because you know, the other places don't have the same mandate.
02:03:10.840 And it's, you know, if you're an, if you're a pilot and you don't agree with it, there's,
02:03:15.000 I mean, I think that we have a really good opportunity to self sort here.
02:03:20.900 I'm not, I'm not doing it because I don't agree with the mandate and, uh, you know, that's
02:03:26.940 fine.
02:03:27.380 There's gotta be a way to relieve that pressure companies that are looking to hire really good
02:03:33.360 people.
02:03:33.820 You've got a lot of them that are, are leaving their jobs, being forced out of their jobs
02:03:39.800 because of the mandate.
02:03:41.840 This is the Glenn Beck program.
