00:01:26.580 misted freak. We begin with Mike Lee next. He's a lawyer. He knows the Constitution. I'd like 0.99

00:01:36.060 to hear what he has to say about what happened yesterday.

00:01:39.100 Got no room to compromise.

00:02:04.920 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment. This is the Glenn

00:02:32.920 Back Program.

00:02:35.140 Stand up! 1.00

00:02:37.740 Hello, you sick, twisted freak. Welcome to the program. Today, I can't think of anything 1.00

00:02:45.140 that's going on that we might want to talk about, that you might want to talk about. I might spill

00:02:52.700 some opinions here in the next couple of hours and talk to some really knowledgeable people about

00:03:01.080 what was going on. But I'm saving the, what I believe, the only thing that I should be sharing

00:03:11.280 with you, really, that doesn't really come from me, comes from a place where I'm like,

00:03:17.320 oh, no, I don't want to say that. I'm going to share that opinion at the top of our three. So stand by.

00:03:27.460 Mike Lee joins us in 60 seconds.

00:03:30.760 Oh, man. Every day you spend far more time than maybe even you realize doing things online.

00:03:40.860 Were you online last night doing anything, looking at anything?

00:03:44.020 There's nothing to read.

00:03:45.020 Nothing to follow up on.

00:03:46.680 Yeah, nothing.

00:03:47.300 I mean, you know, I like something that gets my heart pumping a little bit.

00:03:51.280 Yeah, I made it to the end of the Internet and there's nothing left.

00:03:54.540 There was nothing that did that last night. Anyway, right now, you might underestimate

00:04:01.940 how cybercrime and identity theft will affect your life. Are you secure in your transactions?

00:04:11.460 Probably not. Probably not. May I suggest a little LifeLock from time to time? Nobody can

00:04:19.920 stop all cyber threats, but boy, oh boy, they might be better than the FBI. I'll tell you that right

00:04:25.580 now because they're working for you. LifeLock actually is working for you. They have restoration

00:04:32.000 teams in case you do have a problem. They also have top of the line cybersecurity. So preventive

00:04:39.080 measures as well as in case something happens. They got you covered there. 25% off your first

00:04:45.900 year of promo code BECK. Promo code BECK at 1-800-LIFELOCK, 1-800-LIFELOCK or lifelock.com.

00:04:52.120 Promo code BECK. Mr. Senator Mike Lee. Senator, how are you?

00:05:01.660 I'm doing great, Glenn, and even better now that I'm on the Glenn Beck program.

00:05:06.700 Yes. Oh, golly, Mike, I wrote to you last night. I texted you. I just said,

00:05:13.980 what the hell is happening? So I'd like to start this interview with what the hell is happening, Mike?

00:05:22.340 Well, we've got a whole lot more questions than we have answers right now, but I do have

00:05:26.180 questions. And some of those questions relate to why exactly is it that this happened? This is

00:05:33.520 unprecedented. We've never seen this in our country, having the home of a former president of the

00:05:40.000 United States raided. Now, we have some reason to believe that they were going after indications that

00:05:47.100 the former president had perhaps mishandled classified documents. That doesn't make any sense.

00:05:55.320 You know, if you think about it, he would have had such documents if he has classified documents.

00:06:02.600 He would have had them and obtained them. As of the moment, he was president of the United States.

00:06:07.580 The president of the United States is in charge of classifying, declassifying classified documents,

00:06:13.100 which means he had discretion to decide what he could and couldn't have.

00:06:18.440 It baffles me to consider how this means that he could have violated the law.

00:06:26.040 Oh, so you mean, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. So that now makes sense.

00:06:29.260 So that's why Hillary Clinton could have all the sensitive stuff on her email server and have people 1.00

00:06:37.640 just cut top secret off of the the emails there at the skiff because she had discretion on what could

00:06:44.880 be secret and not top secret. Right. And she was not president of the United States. Oh, she wasn't

00:06:52.040 president at the time this happened. She was only secretary of state. And yet there was no raid

00:06:57.320 of Hillary Clinton's home. No. No was Hillary ever charged. Okay. All right. Wait, wait, wait. I think,

00:07:04.640 but I think I have the, I think I have the concept now. Okay. So it's like when Sandy Berger went in

00:07:10.540 to the national archives and stuffed stuff about Clinton into his pants, where it usually belongs

00:07:17.040 stuff, sit into his underpants and then leaves and destroys documents. It's just like that. But he

00:07:23.000 had the right to do that. Right. That's why he didn't go to naturally because, because of the pants

00:07:28.760 exception, if it's, yeah. Okay. All right. You can't get ready. Here's the thing, Mike, you has said to

00:07:34.800 me, I don't even know when, when we were going through the Clinton thing, I said, Mike, why are

00:07:40.000 we not going after this woman? Cause the average person would go, they'd be in prison and use 1.00

00:07:47.740 calmly, like you always do said, Glenn, we don't want to start that because once you go after, uh, a,

00:07:57.700 an opponent that you may have lost to, or you're going to run against, uh, then you become a banana

00:08:05.760 Republic. So that is what happens. Look at countries that do that. Look at countries that prosecute and

00:08:14.120 prison their political opponents. And it's, it's especially egregious here where you've got a former

00:08:19.360 president who is contemplating, preparing for a run against the incumbent present presidents of the

00:08:27.180 United States. Uh, it's made far more serious by virtue of that. Now, look, we don't know all the

00:08:33.120 facts here. Maybe there's more that we don't see. I don't know. All I'm saying is look at this

00:08:37.380 objectively. There is a chill wind that blows with this. I don't know. We have, I don't know how we

00:08:43.840 close this door now that it's been opened. So that's why I'm saying there are darn well better be

00:08:48.780 some really compelling stuff, stuff that we're not seeing at this point, because this is playing with

00:08:54.520 fire. So just to lighten the mood, I said yesterday, I tweeted if Donald Trump has, let's say Kathy,

00:09:04.300 Kathy Griffiths head in his safe at Mar-a-Lago, it would not only be ironic, a little bit funny,

00:09:12.060 uh, but it would also be murder. So I would be okay. Okay. You went in cause he had Kathy Griffiths

00:09:19.460 head in his safe. I get it, but it better be something big to violate this rule. This changes

00:09:29.180 everything. Does it not? Yes. Yes. Yes, it does. And it's terribly frightening. Now, look, maybe we

00:09:38.640 could give them more of a benefit of, of the doubt. I would love to be able to do that, but the one,

00:09:43.320 they've got to throw us a bone, they've got to give us something, uh, to, to give them that benefit

00:09:49.500 of the doubt. But why, why, how, how, yeah, how could we possibly give them the benefit of the doubt

00:09:56.480 when their own FBI, they went to the FISA court and lied about Carter page to be able to get a warrant

00:10:05.340 from the FISA court and the FISA court did nothing to the FBI and the FBI did nothing to the FBI.

00:10:12.920 Why should we, how can they deserve the benefit of the doubt? And not only that, Glenn, but on the

00:10:19.760 FISA point, uh, they, they have routinely engaged in backdoor searches of information collected under

00:10:29.120 section 702 of FISA. And then they act like it's no big deal. I asked Christopher Ray about it in a

00:10:36.660 hearing before the judiciary committee last week, it's hard to even get them to engage on that.

00:10:41.300 There's the same FBI moreover that recently published as symbols of militia, violent extremism,

00:10:50.660 uh, symbols as innocuous and embedded in our nation's history as the Gadsden flag, you know,

00:10:58.200 the don't get on me symbol as the Betsy Ross flag and things like that. This is how they're treating

00:11:06.840 symbols long associated with American history. And they're calling those symbols of violent domestic

00:11:14.440 extremism. So you add all these things together and it becomes very, very discouraging. But I tell you,

00:11:22.920 Glenn, when you merge all of this with the fact that the Democrats just passed through the Senate

00:11:30.200 only 36 hours ago or so, this plan to hire an additional 87,000 IRS agents, bringing the total

00:11:39.240 number of IRS agents to, uh, I don't know, it's 150, 160,000. So for making this a bigger entity,

00:11:48.840 more people working there than work at the Pentagon, than working at the FBI, than work at so many of

00:11:55.400 our very large government agencies combined. This is really, really frightening. This is,

00:12:01.720 I'm telling you, it's a private army. It is a private army. And if the, uh, first of all,

00:12:07.640 I think there's a couple of results from this one. I think they really want another January six.

00:12:14.700 They are begging for it. Nobody paid attention to the January six hearings because everybody knows

00:12:19.580 it's bull crap. There were problems, uh, but it wasn't the worst since the civil war, 0.98

00:12:25.420 not even close. The bad guys should have gone to jail, but look at how they treated those guys,

00:12:31.980 American citizens treated like no American citizens have been treated probably since the civil war.

00:12:38.780 Uh, and, um, they treat them like this. They couldn't, they trump everything up, no pun intended,

00:12:46.180 and they can't get America to care about it. They have nothing to run on. And, uh, what do they do?

00:12:54.860 So we go out and it's completely something new. It's, Oh no, he has these documents. That's insanity

00:13:02.220 to go and do this. I think they are just poking America with a stick saying, come on, come get us.

00:13:11.260 And that would be the worst thing that could happen because then I think we're all over. I think we're

00:13:17.260 done. And if you look around at, at what many news pundits and many commentators on social media

00:13:26.460 have been saying on the left, they're celebrating this, they're spiking the football, uh, by saying

00:13:32.940 things like, Oh, uh, you know, the orange man's going to be wearing an orange jumpsuit pretty soon.

00:13:38.380 This is giving into their, their basis impulses. Once, once they found out it wasn't about whether

00:13:46.140 you hate him, it's hard. It's hard to ignore the fact that once you open this door, open the door

00:13:54.140 of saying the incumbent president of the United States, the current president of the United States

00:13:58.300 can prosecute, can raid, uh, a would be political opponent, somebody considering running against

00:14:06.060 them. There better be a darn good reason for that because if not, you violated all sorts of norms,

00:14:12.620 norms that go back nearly two and a half centuries. And we don't want to open that door because I

00:14:17.980 don't know if it can be closed. So Mike, I have to tell you, I, you know, I, I believe you,

00:14:23.820 I trust you. Um, you know, when you said that about Hillary Clinton, I didn't like it, but I'm

00:14:29.420 like, you're right, you're right. We shouldn't do that. Uh, and I really wrestled, I've wrestled

00:14:34.460 with that thought of why don't we arrest these people for a very long time. I have to tell you

00:14:39.420 after this, if the Republicans win and they don't go after and put in jail, every damn one of these 0.98

00:14:47.980 people that are trying to destroy our nation through lies and deceit, you won't have a country 0.98

00:14:55.100 left. You won't have a country left. I hope this makes the Republicans focus on the constitution.

00:15:04.380 You violate the constitution. I don't care which party you belong to. You go to jail period.

00:15:12.780 Is that too extreme? No, it's not too extreme. I still don't think it's a good idea for people to

00:15:21.980 chant, lock her up and things like that. I don't want any chanting. I want justice. I want

00:15:28.620 a reasoned justice. That's what I want. I don't want chanting. I don't want a mob. Well,

00:15:35.260 reasoned justice is always a good way to go. And I think that's what we need now more than ever. And as

00:15:41.180 much as anything, Glenn, honestly, our country needs prayers. We need to pray for our country. I

00:15:48.380 really do worry about the period of unrest that's coming as a result of this.

00:15:58.220 Mike, what are you guys going to do today? What can you do today that is meaningful in Washington?

00:16:08.620 All right. So we're going to ask a lot of questions. And those questions right now aren't

00:16:15.260 going to carry the same level of weight as they will carry as of noon on January 3rd. Because as of

00:16:25.500 noon on January 3rd, gavels are going to change hands because Americans are going to show up in

00:16:31.740 record numbers in November. And they're going to elect Republicans. They're not going to come

00:16:37.820 within a country mile of a Democrat unless they themselves are bought into this idea that you can

00:16:45.900 just politicize and weaponize law enforcement in this country. And that's when those questions will

00:16:53.500 have to be answered because we'll have subpoena power. We'll have the ability to bring in people and

00:16:59.260 get them to answer questions. And then when we find out who's broken the law and what they did and why

00:17:04.300 they did it, uh, those people in time will also meet justice.

00:17:11.500 Uh, Mike, thank you so much. Mike Lee, uh, the center from, by the way,

00:17:16.620 I know this guy, egg McMuffin is running against you and you should sue him. You should sue him for what

00:17:25.020 he is saying about you. He immediately, uh, yesterday tweeted out saying, Oh, you know,

00:17:31.500 I'd be concerned if I were Mike Lee, if a guy I had been helping out was going to prison.

00:17:38.540 How are you feeling, Mike? Sue the man, Mike, enough is enough.

00:17:43.740 Yeah. So about that, um, the man's acting with reckless disregard for the truth. There'll be

00:17:54.060 time to sort out what remedies exist. But the first remedy I'm focused on right now,

00:18:00.940 he's beating him, beating him soundly, exposing him for, uh, the shadow Democrat that he is having

00:18:06.700 been endorsed by the democratic party, having praised Joe Biden and everything he does.

00:18:10.700 Uh, having been a shill for democratic causes, I'm going to beat him soundly in the polls and 0.84

00:18:17.420 anyone within the sound of my voice, I'd invite them to join me in the cause of defeating the

00:18:22.380 shadow Democrat, Evan, Evan McMullen. And you can help me in that cause by going to leave for

00:18:27.420 Senate.com. That's leave for Senate.com. This guy's getting democratic money. He's raising money

00:18:33.100 through act blue Democrats all over the country are funding his campaign and he's running as

00:18:40.540 if he's kind of a Republican, but he's not, he's a shadow Democrat. So go to leave for Senate.com and

00:18:47.420 help me defeat him. Thank you, Mike. I will tell you that if we lose Mike Lee in the Senate, we have

00:18:54.140 lost a lion. Uh, and, uh, I know he sounds like a lamb at times and that's why he's so good.

00:19:02.380 He'd never rants and raves and he's logical, but I will tell you just like a servant surgical knife.

00:19:11.740 He will cut the infection out. Thank you so much, Mike. I appreciate it.

00:19:18.620 All right. Our sponsor this half hour is really factor. I love to paint sometimes thinking, you know,

00:19:26.700 about things, things that are in your mind, take, take shape slowly on a canvas. Um, but I can tell

00:19:33.340 you it wouldn't have ever happened if I hadn't had relief factor. I just wouldn't be able to do it

00:19:39.020 anymore. I had pain in my hands for years and years and years pain in my body and my hands were the

00:19:45.180 worst cause they would just stop working. They'd start shaking really bad and they start, stop working.

00:19:50.380 Uh, when I stopped taking my relief factor, if I miss a couple of days or whatever, I try to take it

00:19:55.980 three times a day, but you know, up at the ranch, especially all by myself without my wife going,

00:20:01.500 are you taking your life? A few days without taking it, my hands start to shake again. It's just bad.

00:20:07.820 And all it is, it's not a drug. It was developed by doctors and it takes care of inflammation,

00:20:14.460 hits it four different directions. I never thought it would work for me. Maybe you don't think it'll

00:20:18.460 work for you. Just try it for three weeks. Will you? 1995, try it for three weeks. 70% of the people

00:20:24.140 who try it, go on to order more. I'm one of them. Relieffactor.com. 800, the number four relief.

00:20:29.500 800, the number four relief. Relieffactor.com. Feel the difference. 10 seconds. Station ID.

00:20:36.060 I beg that anyone, anyone that you hear say anything like,

00:20:56.540 it is time to take and sign our own declaration of independence. Whatever it is. No, now is the time

00:21:07.740 to vote. We are so close to the election. Send them a very clear message. Very clear.

00:21:20.860 They are doing this. I am convinced. Look what they're doing. They're making him a martyr.

00:21:28.220 Now, do they understand that? They're making Donald Trump. I mean, I almost wore my MAGA hat in today

00:21:35.420 again. Okay. They're making him into a martyr. That's a symbol is much, much worse than a presidential

00:21:46.140 candidate. So what is their end game here? Their end game is they need you to swing. Do not do it.

00:21:57.500 Any influence you have with anybody, if anyone says anything, stifle it immediately and say,

00:22:05.500 this will make things a thousand times worse. I really think their end goal here. I mean,

00:22:13.820 they got 87,000 IRS agents ready to be hired. What do you think that's for? That is a private

00:22:19.820 presidential army. That's what that is to take care of people like you or like me or anybody else they

00:22:27.660 don't like. The army of the IRS is what about, don't we have a standing army of 350? I think our

00:22:39.900 standing army, if that's right, that's about half of our standing army. That's kind of a problem. It's

00:22:47.260 kind of a problem. Why do you think they have that? Prayers, pray, pray to love your enemy,

00:22:55.980 pray for peace, pray for peace inside of yourself and everyone else. These are the times that try men's 0.95

00:23:09.340 souls. Vote, vote, vote. The Glenn Beck Program. Well, it doesn't matter. Well, it certainly won't

00:23:20.480 if you don't vote. We'll deal with it then. My Patriot Supply. Hey, Stu, do you think anything's

00:23:31.400 going on where it might lead to, I don't know, chaos, disruption? No. Shortages? Everything is

00:23:40.820 totally fine and will be fine for the foreseeable future. Okay. All right. So if you were going to

00:23:46.280 go to my Patriot Supply and, you know, get a four-week emergency food kit from my Patriot Supply,

00:23:51.180 $50 off the regular price, that would be smart or? I mean, I don't know. Paranoid. It just seems

00:23:58.000 like you're, yeah, you don't really need to do that right now. Why now? Right. What have you seen in

00:24:02.700 the news that would make you think you might possibly have a breakdown of all society tomorrow?

00:24:06.840 Yep, that's true. I haven't seen anything that would say, we're headed to really dark places.

00:24:18.300 Preparewithglenn.com. Preparewithglenn.com. Make sure your family is safe and fed. Preparewithglenn.com.

00:24:54.800 at Mar-a-Lago at the top of our three of today's podcast. You don't want to miss it.

00:25:05.320 Does anybody have any credibility anymore?

00:25:11.140 If you actually, if you are actually celebrating what is happening with Donald Trump, you have

00:25:19.320 no idea how much this changes things. You may be for the destruction of America and then you

00:25:28.420 celebrate. If you're not for the destruction of America, you better pay attention quickly.

00:25:37.840 This is a massive move. And who has credibility on it? Nobody's going to believe Donald Trump.

00:25:47.700 Okay. The right will believe Donald Trump, but nobody on the left. So you're not going to change

00:25:51.700 any minds there. Do you think the right's going to believe the New York Times, MSNBC, NBC, CBS? You

00:25:58.240 think we're going to believe the New York Times? The people who have been carrying water for the Biden

00:26:04.940 crimes, the Clinton crimes? And I'm not talking about the stupid death list. I'm talking about a server 1.00

00:26:12.320 and having her own State Department people go into a skiff, which is the top secret room. It's completely sealed

00:26:22.160 off. Going in, getting documents, cutting off top secret, and then emailing them to her on her private

00:26:31.080 server and nothing. And now you're going to try to convince me this has nothing to do with January 6th. Okay. What does it

00:26:40.020 have to do with? Well, it's a National Archives thing. He's got papers that should be in the

00:26:44.400 history department. Excuse me, what? He has top secret papers. We have pictures. Coincidentally,

00:26:52.400 they came out yesterday, right around the time of the raid, you know, of him flushing stuff down the

00:26:58.240 toilet. We don't know what it was, but somebody, somebody who's nameless took pictures of his toilets

00:27:03.660 when he was traveling. And he, you know, he was smart enough to rip them up. So we don't know what

00:27:09.040 they said, but he wasn't smart enough to flush them. You know, he's one of those guys that just

00:27:14.620 leaves the toilet without flushing it. I mean, there wasn't anything in it except the papers

00:27:20.040 that he tore up because he wanted to make sure that nobody ever saw those papers and they were

00:27:27.420 destroyed. And then he went in and he ripped them up over the toilet, let them in the toilet,

00:27:33.500 and then he forgets to flush. I don't even know if he washed his hands. But lucky for you,

00:27:41.960 we had somebody with him with a camera on their phone and they went in right after it. Hey,

00:27:51.680 light a match, Mr. President. Click. Good thing for us, huh? That's ridiculous.

00:28:00.620 The bank servers. He's got, he's pinging a bank. Untrue. Carter Page is a Russian spy. Untrue. 0.96

00:28:11.240 Donald Trump is a Russian spy. Does he look like a Russian spy? Untrue. Collusion with Russia.

00:28:19.260 Untrue. Ukraine, the perfect phone call. Uh, not true. Not true. Wasn't a perfect phone call.

00:28:27.780 Was not impeachable. The P tape dossier. None of that was true. Here's why they can't have him

00:28:38.660 as president of the United States. Okay. They can't have him as president of the United States

00:28:43.300 because we are headed towards a completely new, all redesigned, non-capitalist, non-constitutional

00:28:54.100 great reset. And all of the West is involved in it. And New York times, don't call me a conspiracy

00:29:03.740 theory because you just wrote a story about me and people like me trying to stop ESG, which

00:29:09.880 you said didn't exist. So you have no credibility. This is not just about their hatred for Donald

00:29:19.320 Trump. This is about the elites. Now I've got to tell you, I don't, I don't like the secret

00:29:28.640 service. I've said this since, uh, Bush was in office. Uh, I think there's a problem in

00:29:35.120 the secret service. I think it's poorly run. I am a guy who has paid about a million dollars

00:29:40.980 for my family security every fricking year for the last 15 years. Okay. Think about that.

00:29:47.540 Oh, Glenn Beck must be rolling in the dough. No, not after the security costs. Thank you.

00:29:53.600 But I want my family to be safe. And I would rather have my security than any security from

00:30:02.700 the secret service because they rely on money. That's it. They'll solve it with money. We'll

00:30:07.940 just get more guys. Uh, Donald Trump should hire his own security. Donald Trump should hire

00:30:20.820 his own security because I'm sorry, whether it is through just stupidity or it's part of 1.00

00:30:32.800 the government. I don't know if you're on the secret service detail of Donald Trump. God bless 0.98

00:30:40.540 you. I watched you guys at CPAC. I watched you more than I watched anything else. I saw your

00:30:47.520 eyes. I watched you. And there are those on his team that whether you like him or not are

00:30:55.160 doing your job. And I thank you for that. But if they can't get this guy by hook or by crook

00:31:01.320 to go in and be a part of the new jail system for political opponents, they will kill him.

00:31:11.000 They cannot have him be president because he is America first. Not only that, you do this to this guy.

00:31:22.040 Ah, gee, you've gone after my family. You've gone after me. You lied about me. I have the evidence.

00:31:33.900 All I have to do is bring it out because it's all on videotape on some dumb son's phone. 0.94

00:31:39.980 Do you really think a new Justice Department that's not even political, but just clear that hold 0.96

00:31:51.920 nothing back? Hillary Clinton and her Clinton initiative. Do you think the Clinton initiative

00:32:01.380 that there's no impropriety going on there? Do you really think that Adam Schiff, who's lied?

00:32:14.560 There's nothing there. Nothing for Hunter. Nothing for Joe Biden in, you know, in China. Nothing. No,

00:32:25.300 there's nothing there. BlackRock, the collusion with the banks, everything that they're doing now,

00:32:32.000 right now. You don't think that a Justice Department that is hell bent on cleaning and settling scores

00:32:39.700 could settle scores pretty damn quickly. I hope we don't get there because this has to be about

00:32:50.580 reasoned justice. But look at what they've just caused. What is their end game?

00:32:58.680 What is the end game? You make him into a martyr by throwing me in jail or killing him? You make him 1.00

00:33:10.580 a martyr. So you make him stronger. That doesn't make sense. Why would you want that? Well, we just want

00:33:20.000 him out of the, you think Ron DeSantis isn't going to be the immediate front runner? And that Ron

00:33:28.660 DeSantis would be easier to beat in your book. Are you that stupid? You wait, you take out Donald 1.00

00:33:37.500 Trump and then the heir apparent Ron DeSantis runs. And for some reason, you think that all the Trump

00:33:47.200 supporters wouldn't go, yep. Hmm. What is your end game? The only one that makes sense to me is stop him

00:34:01.560 at any cost. And lunatics will take to the streets. And then we'll have our evidence that they are more 0.64

00:34:11.240 dangerous than anyone could possibly imagine. Please pray for your country.

00:34:19.900 I'd love, I'd love, I don't, I don't expect to hear from any, but I would love to hear from a Democrat

00:34:26.600 today. 0.95

00:34:28.640 Alan Dershowitz has the balls to come on. Wait till you hear what he has to say. 0.98

00:34:34.360 Is there a single Democrat within the sign of my voice?

00:34:39.420 Single one?

00:34:40.100 That doesn't, that sees this? Where are the FBI agents? Where are the frickin' FBI agents

00:34:50.980 who don't see what's coming?

00:34:55.720 Still looked up the things, 87,000 IRS agents coupled with what they already have, that's about

00:35:01.940 170. That's almost the size of our National Guard.

00:35:06.580 You feel comfortable with that, Democrats?

00:35:13.380 You don't think that there's a possibility that, not this guy, because this guy is so perfect,

00:35:17.780 he's made your life so, so good. I mean, everything he's done is sunshine and lollipops.

00:35:23.400 Do you really think that there's no possibility that someone, even Donald Trump, might come in

00:35:30.520 at some point and weaponize the IRS?

00:35:39.360 Is there anybody? Is there a single Democrat?

00:35:42.960 Call me, I'd love to hear from you.

00:35:45.060 888-727-BECK

00:35:47.000 Is there one?

00:35:50.480 Because look, I voted for the guy.

00:35:51.980 But this is too far.

00:35:55.140 This is too much.

00:35:59.700 Anybody that says,

00:36:01.140 Oh, you would have done that to Hillary Clinton, I would have gone ape. 1.00

00:36:06.320 Fascist! 0.98

00:36:08.360 I see what you guys have been worried about. 0.97

00:36:13.680 888-727-BECK

00:36:14.980 888-727-BECK

00:36:18.020 More in a minute.

00:36:20.880 Car repairs have always been expensive, even before there was a computer chips shortage.

00:36:27.640 Car manufacturers had to put a hold on production, which we're still feeling now.

00:36:32.240 You could easily expect to drop a few paychecks worth of money to fix that car.

00:36:36.360 If something goes wrong, it's out of warranty.

00:36:38.640 Yeah.

00:36:39.080 A lot worse.

00:36:42.220 Don't deal with it.

00:36:43.760 Take this hassle off your plate, please.

00:36:45.880 I know money is hard to come by, and that's why we have health insurance.

00:36:50.380 Because you know if you get sick, and you're going to, if it's something serious, you're screwed. 0.68

00:36:57.400 Right?

00:36:57.800 That's why you have health insurance.

00:36:59.960 This is health insurance for your car.

00:37:02.800 CarShield offers a protection plan for around $100 a month.

00:37:06.440 If you choose the mechanic to do the work, CarShield administrators handle the rest for anything that is covered.

00:37:11.560 And you can find out what's covered.

00:37:13.380 All you have to do is go to CarShield right now.

00:37:50.580 The Glenn Beck Program.

00:37:52.640 The Glenn Beck Program.

00:38:04.800 Is there anyone in American history that has been more investigated and persecuted than Donald Trump?

00:38:18.740 Because it's not just the United States that has investigated him.

00:38:22.500 He's been investigated by every Western source.

00:38:27.100 And I believe also Russia and everybody else.

00:38:30.380 He has been investigated.

00:38:32.160 If they had anything, it would have come out.

00:38:35.280 Anything.

00:38:36.640 I told him recently.

00:38:38.460 I said, you have got to be the cleanest man ever to be in politics.

00:38:43.720 Because, I mean, you know, you're a developer in New York.

00:38:48.160 You don't get anything done without a little bit to the mob.

00:38:50.440 You know, I mean, make this problem go away.

00:38:53.620 Trying to get this building built.

00:38:55.180 What do you say?

00:38:56.560 If that would have happened, they would have had it by now.

00:39:01.560 Every agency on the planet has looked for dirt on this guy.

00:39:07.760 And you're going in to raid his house.

00:39:10.060 Why?

00:39:10.760 If this was Donald Trump, I would be on the air today saying exactly the same thing.

00:39:17.380 You mean if Trump was president?

00:39:18.600 If Trump was president and he was doing this to, let's say, Hillary Clinton, I would be pretty sure that there was something there.

00:39:27.260 Because nobody has ever investigated any of the crimes that we know of.

00:39:33.460 But I would be saying the same thing.

00:39:36.680 You damn well better have something huge, man. 0.95

00:39:39.300 You better come out of that house with Vince Foster's body. 0.98

00:39:46.080 Okay?

00:39:47.020 You better come out with that.

00:39:49.040 Because you don't do it.

00:39:51.640 What do they have on this guy?

00:39:54.520 It just keeps getting smaller.

00:39:57.200 And he didn't vacuum.

00:39:58.440 You know, he's never vacuumed his carpet.

00:40:00.600 He has servants do it.

00:40:02.620 He's never vacuumed himself.

00:40:03.860 Doesn't even know how to use a vacuum.

00:40:05.000 You're joking.

00:40:05.740 But they came out yesterday with the biggest story in months was that he didn't flush the toilet well enough.

00:40:11.420 Right.

00:40:12.160 That's basically what they came out with yesterday. 1.00

00:40:13.640 Think about how stupid you have to be to believe that. 1.00

00:40:17.620 That he would go into his own bathroom, tear it up, put it in the toilet, and then not flush. 1.00

00:40:25.520 Are you insane?

00:40:26.580 If you see the pictures, he rips it up to these little rectangles, supposedly. 0.98

00:40:32.600 And it does look like his handwriting on there.

00:40:34.760 But it's all stacked so neatly at the bottom of the toilet.

00:40:37.700 It wasn't like he flushed it and it didn't go down.

00:40:40.580 No.

00:40:40.780 It looks like he just dropped it in there.

00:40:42.600 No.

00:40:42.940 In a perfect pile.

00:40:43.800 When you would do something like that, I would think that you would just tear it and you throw it in, tear it and throw it in, tear it and throw it in.

00:40:50.920 This looks like he tore it and then threw it in as one.

00:40:54.120 As one big stack.

00:40:55.080 It somehow floated right to the bottom in one big stack and then he didn't flush.

00:40:59.780 Which is an odd step to take.

00:41:02.340 You're so clear of, I'm going to get rid of this.

00:41:06.640 And then you don't flush.

00:41:07.760 And somebody is like, hey, I got to go party now, eh?

00:41:14.280 It's a bit implausible, doesn't it?

00:41:16.340 It's totally implausible.

00:41:17.940 I don't know.

00:41:19.120 But even if it is, this is what you're grading a president's house for?

00:41:27.620 America.

00:41:28.840 This is not us.

00:41:31.360 Vote.

00:41:32.000 Vote.

00:41:33.340 Dedicate yourself today to just live for November and vote.

00:41:45.060 Wouldn't it be nice to buy things from someone who didn't despise you?

00:41:49.820 I would like that.

00:41:51.240 Isn't that kind of an interesting concept?

00:41:53.120 You walk into the store and they're like, I hate them.

00:41:55.580 Right.

00:41:56.500 You don't, and I'd like somebody to go, hi, I don't, I'm neutral on you.

00:42:00.740 Yeah, just neutral.

00:42:01.660 That's all.

00:42:02.280 You don't have to love me.

00:42:03.440 Just be neutral.

00:42:04.280 Yeah.

00:42:04.780 That's all I need.

00:42:06.220 And Grip6 does more than that because they love this country.

00:42:09.320 And not a lot of companies can say that anymore.

00:42:11.580 That used to be something that everybody led with.

00:42:14.080 You know?

00:42:14.380 Yeah.

00:42:14.660 We love this country.

00:42:15.580 This is a, you know, we're a great American company.

00:42:17.640 Now they run from that like the plague.

00:42:19.780 Please look past that we're made in the USA.

00:42:22.240 Yeah.

00:42:22.560 We really would rather be made in China.

00:42:25.080 We're trying to get our factories moved right now.

00:42:27.760 Yeah.

00:42:28.460 Don't hold that again.

00:43:30.960 It's a new day.

00:43:32.960 I'm trying to rise.

00:43:34.460 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.

00:43:42.780 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:43:48.780 Hello, America.

00:43:50.120 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.

00:43:51.720 Gee, it's almost as if nothing is going on of importance.

00:43:54.980 The FBI searched Trump's Mar-a-Lago home yesterday.

00:44:00.380 This is unheard of.

00:44:01.740 We don't do this.

00:44:04.520 You might know, I talked to Mike Lee about, what, six years ago when we were going through

00:44:11.080 the Hillary, you know, emails on her server.

00:44:14.320 And I'm like, why is she not going to jail?

00:44:17.100 Why are we not prosecuting?

00:44:18.960 And he said, in America, we have made the choice that we don't want to be a banana republic.

00:44:25.500 And we just don't want to start down that road because that's the way Russia does it. 1.00

00:44:31.640 That's the way banana republics do it. 1.00

00:44:34.120 We have now a weaponized government, a weaponized IRS, soon to be weaponized.

00:44:41.480 It's already been somewhat, but I don't think you've seen anything like what's coming.

00:44:45.360 And now the FBI, weaponized against the, I guess, enemies of the state as dictated by

00:44:54.880 a political party.

00:44:56.960 They better come out of Mar-a-Lago with something huge.

00:45:03.180 Huge.

00:45:04.280 As I said before, I would have said this with Hillary Clinton. 0.97

00:45:07.560 You better come out with Vince Foster's body and the pictures of you killing him in the

00:45:13.140 If that's what you're going to do, send the FBI in for a raid like this. 0.87

00:45:18.100 This is un-American. 0.73

00:45:20.120 We don't do this.

00:45:22.140 Now, I reserve judgment.

00:45:25.160 Maybe he's got heads in his refrigerator.

00:45:28.500 I highly doubt it.

00:45:30.220 I wanted to get a legal expert from a man who I can trust to speak his mind.

00:45:38.540 He is the author of The Price of Principle, which is one of the best titles I've ever heard.

00:45:44.480 The Price of Principle.

00:45:45.800 Alan Dershowitz in 60.

00:45:47.800 When you're looking to buy or sell a house, it's easy just to kind of pick the real estate

00:45:54.560 agent out of a hat or even worse, go with somebody you might know personally, just because

00:45:59.440 they're, you know, moonlighting as a real estate agent.

00:46:01.760 Here's the thing.

00:46:02.660 You don't want somebody that is halfway.

00:46:05.400 You want somebody who's going to do the best, been in the business, has the experience.

00:46:11.200 This is the largest investment you may ever make.

00:46:15.200 What you need is to contact realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:46:19.240 This is my company.

00:46:20.360 It pairs you with a, excuse me, top-selling real estate agent in your area and the area

00:46:26.240 you're moving to.

00:46:27.660 Whether you're moving across town or across the country, the agents we work for will not

00:46:31.540 only get you started on the right foot, they will see the whole process through to the

00:46:35.260 end.

00:46:35.980 Don't take my word for it.

00:46:37.440 Do your own homework.

00:46:38.340 Oh, by the way, just kind of an added benefit.

00:46:40.340 If you say, is this the master bedroom, they're not going to freak out and call the PC cops

00:46:45.620 on you.

00:46:46.280 If you say, is this the principal bedroom, they're not going to freak out either.

00:46:50.520 Yeah, they're just going to sell your house and help you buy a new one.

00:46:54.420 Crazy, isn't it?

00:46:56.700 realestateagentsitrust.com

00:46:57.900 Professor Alan Dershowitz, back on the program.

00:47:04.740 Alan, you were one of the first people I thought of when I heard.

00:47:10.340 What was going on, because I knew you would have an opinion and it would force me to either

00:47:17.120 rethink mine or to shore mine my opinion up.

00:47:23.560 Tell me about the raid on Donald Trump.

00:47:27.620 Well, first of all, you know, I have more experience under the Fourth Amendment than probably

00:47:32.400 any academic in America.

00:47:34.900 I understand the Fourth Amendment.

00:47:36.800 I've written books about it.

00:47:38.440 I've litigated dozens of cases on the Fourth Amendment.

00:47:41.980 And I'm a liberal Democrat who voted for Biden and against Trump.

00:47:45.800 But this raid is absolutely outrageous and unconstitutional.

00:47:50.960 You don't engage in a raid on a House unless you've exhausted all other possibilities.

00:47:57.600 And the most obvious recourse here was a subpoena, a subpoena to the president saying there are

00:48:05.080 25 boxes in your house.

00:48:06.540 There's a safe.

00:48:07.880 We would like you to bring them all to the court tomorrow morning before you have a chance

00:48:12.960 to leave where you are in the Northeast and come there and destroy anything.

00:48:17.520 And we will then submit it to a judge and lawyers can argue some of it was unclassified.

00:48:24.120 Some of it was unclassified by the president.

00:48:27.500 Some was never classified.

00:48:29.380 Some may be so classified that even the FBI shouldn't have access to it.

00:48:34.160 Some may be privileged, lawyer, client, executive privilege.

00:48:37.280 This is exactly the kind of thing that needs a document by document analysis by a judge,

00:48:44.800 not the FBI, coming in and sweeping everything together, breaking into a safe.

00:48:51.160 It reminds me of the Geraldo Rivera fiasco when he broke into the safe of one of the big

00:48:57.200 gangsters, Capone or somebody, and nothing was in there.

00:49:00.400 Nothing was in there.

00:49:01.940 You know, you must have a single standard of justice.

00:49:04.480 I'm a friend of both Sandy Berger, who was a former national security advisor, the late

00:49:09.560 Sandy Berger, and a friend of Hillary Clinton.

00:49:11.720 What they were accused of was exactly comparable.

00:49:17.120 And there were no searches of their houses.

00:49:19.640 People who have been found guilty of taking classified material improperly have been given

00:49:26.580 fines.

00:49:27.680 I don't think there's ever been a search like this based on the allegations made in this

00:49:34.220 case.

00:49:34.560 Now, don't rush to judgment.

00:49:36.560 Maybe there is something there.

00:49:38.060 Right now, the burden of proof is heavily on the Justice Department and the FBI to justify

00:49:45.860 what they have done.

00:49:48.300 Absent a justification, most Americans will not believe this was necessary.

00:49:55.900 And they're going to come back and say, oh, we can't discuss it.

00:49:59.460 Ongoing investigation.

00:50:01.040 Classified material.

00:50:02.300 Nonsense.

00:50:02.700 Appoint a special master who has security clearance, who can objectively look through

00:50:11.000 this thing or else appoint a congressional committee, a real committee, not like January

00:50:15.220 6th, which includes, you know, 40 percent Republicans, 60 percent Democrats.

00:50:20.200 Have them look at this in a classified manner.

00:50:25.040 But we cannot accept either silence or claim that privilege somehow or confidentiality requires

00:50:32.300 silence.

00:50:32.840 Um, but do we even know the chain of command now?

00:50:36.580 I mean, how safe is it?

00:50:39.160 First of all, Alan, we had Hillary Clinton having some of her staff cut top secret off the 0.51

00:50:48.000 top of documents in a skiff, send them to her server at her house and we didn't go through

00:50:55.520 this.

00:50:55.920 What could possibly be in these documents that are so vital that it it it warrants this compared

00:51:06.760 to what Hillary Clinton did?

00:51:09.700 Or compared to what a subpoena would have produced.

00:51:13.540 We don't know what's in there.

00:51:14.780 Maybe there is some smoking gun again.

00:51:18.680 He wasn't even on the premises.

00:51:20.660 He couldn't have destroyed the information.

00:51:23.160 All they had to do is issue a subpoena returnable this morning at nine o'clock.

00:51:27.900 There would have been no possibility of destroying evidence.

00:51:30.760 And by the way, if anyone, President Trump or anyone else ordered the destruction of evidence,

00:51:36.440 that's Nixon time.

00:51:38.420 That's impeachment.

00:51:39.880 That's criminal prosecution.

00:51:41.220 That's a serious crime, destroying subpoenaed material.

00:51:46.800 If, you know, that's what the law is there for, to prevent that.

00:51:52.060 And does anybody believe that Donald Trump would have taken a chance to destroy material?

00:51:58.180 He didn't know whether there were copies of the material or other evidence that it might

00:52:03.400 be destroyed.

00:52:04.320 This is a pretext, a pretext.

00:52:06.380 There's no way that the Justice Department actually believed that President Trump would

00:52:13.220 destroy the documents.

00:52:14.380 Now, people say, oh, but a judge approved of the search warrant.

00:52:18.040 Let me tell you, with almost 60 years of experience as a criminal, I've never heard of a judge

00:52:22.700 ever turning down a search warrant, ever.

00:52:25.380 They give out search warrants more easily than Halloween candy.

00:52:30.080 And so that's not a safeguard at all.

00:52:32.420 Uh, who was the judge?

00:52:36.380 Do we know who did this?

00:52:38.240 Do we know anything about them?

00:52:38.960 No, we don't know anything.

00:52:40.140 No, we haven't seen the documents.

00:52:42.380 Look, there is a search warrant in existence.

00:52:45.060 We should see it.

00:52:46.540 There is an affidavit in support of the search warrant.

00:52:49.960 We know what happened when there was the search warrant for the FISA court.

00:52:55.400 It turned out to be fake.

00:52:57.340 It turned out to be filled with lies.

00:52:59.420 By the FBI.

00:53:02.580 Yeah.

00:53:03.240 Well, you know, I love the FBI.

00:53:05.040 I have worked with the FBI.

00:53:07.060 Uh, I have worked with former directors of the FBI.

00:53:10.060 It's a great organization.

00:53:12.180 I don't know what the chain of command is.

00:53:14.020 The White House has denied knowing about the raid, which is quite surprising.

00:53:18.580 Obviously, the attorney general, who I also know, a former student at Harvard Law School.

00:53:23.800 I think very highly of him.

00:53:25.400 I supported him for the Supreme Court.

00:53:27.820 He obviously had to approve this raid.

00:53:31.500 What was he thinking?

00:53:33.320 Let him tell us.

00:53:34.460 Maybe he's right.

00:53:35.840 Maybe he did the right thing.

00:53:37.320 I want to know that Americans have a right to know that because we all now know if you can do this to a former president, you can do it to Glenn Beck.

00:53:46.120 You can do it to Alan Dershowitz.

00:53:47.620 You can do it to all of your listeners.

00:53:50.440 And this has to be justified or else it has to be undone.

00:53:55.500 Can you could you speak directly as if I were a person that voted for Biden and I despise Donald Trump?

00:54:04.520 And I think he's guilty of everything that and he just can't be president anymore.

00:54:10.920 Why is this so important that we correct?

00:54:17.340 Yeah.

00:54:18.160 Yeah.

00:54:18.720 Look, I'm talking to you from Martha's Vineyard where nobody in Chilmark speaks to me anymore.

00:54:24.640 Recently, I was invited to a big event, a celebration of somebody's engagement.

00:54:31.880 I got a letter this morning saying, we have been told not to invite you because if we invite you, nobody else will come.

00:54:41.040 Oh, my gosh.

00:54:41.660 Our social reputations will be destroyed.

00:54:44.280 I had another event, a concert, where a good friend of mine said, if I invited you, I'd be committing social suicide.

00:54:52.160 I tell all these stories, naming names in my book, The Price of Principle, because the price of principle is all about what happens to Americans today when they try to be neutral, try to be principled, try to be objective and don't pick sides.

00:55:08.220 And so I would hope that people who hate Trump, who voted for Biden, I voted for Biden, are just as upset at what happened here as people who are Trump supporters.

00:55:20.560 Now, look, there are three groups of people.

00:55:23.380 There are the Lawrence tribes for whom, if you're after Trump, everything's OK. 0.94

00:55:29.320 Constitution be damned. 0.65

00:55:31.000 Constitution was written for the Democratic Party. 0.98

00:55:33.120 There's no objective status.

00:55:34.760 OK, that's one group of people.

00:55:36.700 The other group of people are so supportive of Trump that nothing done against him can ever be justified.

00:55:43.200 The vast majority of Americans want to see justice, whether they voted for or against the candidate.

00:55:50.840 And that's what we're not seeing here today.

00:55:53.760 And so I urge all of my fellow Democrats to object to this.

00:56:00.020 We're the ones who can really have an influence on this administration because we're not Trump supporters.

00:56:06.900 We're justice supporters.

00:56:08.360 We believe in the Constitution.

00:56:10.340 And that's where the pressure has to come.

00:56:12.180 Would you agree that the FBI has been weaponized?

00:56:17.560 I think that there are elements within the FBI that have been weaponized.

00:56:23.160 I do think that.

00:56:24.580 Look, it happened during the McCarthy period.

00:56:27.200 Yes.

00:56:27.580 As well.

00:56:28.280 And it was wrong then.

00:56:30.620 And it's wrong now.

00:56:32.160 The FBI should be.

00:56:33.880 Look, the head of the FBI is not a liberal Democrat.

00:56:37.600 He's nonpartisan.

00:56:39.420 And I don't know whether he has deliberately done these things.

00:56:44.720 But remember, the FBI works for the Justice Department.

00:56:47.780 They are part of the Justice Department.

00:56:49.620 And so, you know, there's an old story where the Attorney General of the United States during the Second World War tried to get into the building late and the building was restricted.

00:57:00.800 And he said to the guard, I am the Attorney General of the United States.

00:57:07.480 And the guard said, I don't care if you're J. Edgar Hoover himself.

00:57:10.500 You can't get in here.

00:57:11.900 But that was wrong.

00:57:13.180 J. Edgar Hoover worked for the Attorney General of the United States.

00:57:15.820 And so, so does the director of the FBI, work for the Justice Department.

00:57:23.460 Is your book out yet?

00:57:24.620 I haven't read it yet.

00:57:25.680 Alan, I'm sorry to say that.

00:57:26.780 It is.

00:57:27.220 It is.

00:57:27.320 And it's doing very well on Amazon.

00:57:30.440 And please buy it and review it.

00:57:33.600 Because it's all about what's going on now.

00:57:37.080 It's all about, it starts out with the phrase that partisanship has Trump principle.

00:57:42.600 And that we no longer live in a nation governed by principles.

00:57:46.720 We live in a nation governed by partisanship divisions.

00:57:50.940 And, you know, as Abraham Lincoln said, a nation divided against itself cannot stand.

00:57:56.800 That's the nation we're living in today.

00:57:58.940 I will read it.

00:58:00.380 The price of principle.

00:58:02.240 You are paying a very high price for that, as are others.

00:58:06.080 But thank you for having them and sticking to them.

00:58:08.840 I have a thick skin.

00:58:09.980 I have a thick skin.

00:58:10.860 I can bear the cost.

00:58:12.600 But when the people of my island, Martha's Vineyard, are not allowed to hear me speak

00:58:17.780 at the Chilmark Library, when I've been banned by a public library because I defended

00:58:24.340 President Trump, then it goes beyond any parties or social convenience or social inconvenience.

00:58:30.680 People have the right to disinvite me if they don't like my politics.

00:58:34.240 They're wrong to do it.

00:58:35.180 But they have the right to do it.

00:58:36.400 But they have no right to prevent a library from allowing me to speak, which is what's

00:58:41.920 happened.

00:58:43.180 I hate to say this, but welcome to the club.

00:58:47.140 Thanks so much, Alan Dershowitz.

00:58:49.140 Thank you.

00:58:49.880 You bet.

00:58:50.840 The author of The Price of Principle.

00:58:53.820 He didn't get invited to one event, but he got invited to a new club.

00:58:57.920 Yes, he did.

00:58:58.960 Oh, there's an upside.

00:58:59.720 It's not a club.

00:59:00.400 No, I don't think it really is.

00:59:02.520 So yesterday, we got Damon in, the new German Shepherd. 0.90

00:59:07.440 He is really sweet.

00:59:09.260 A little spicy.

00:59:10.500 A little spicy.

00:59:10.900 A little spicy, but just, you know, we got to keep him apart, I guess, for like at least

00:59:16.920 four weeks.

00:59:18.040 They have to get to kind of know each other before they're off the chains.

00:59:22.560 And who knows?

00:59:24.580 Just like, what is he doing here?

00:59:26.100 I don't recognize him.

00:59:27.940 He was a visitor yesterday.

00:59:29.320 Why is he sleeping over?

00:59:30.320 We don't have sleepovers with dogs.

00:59:33.740 So we have to feed them separately now and everything else.

00:59:36.400 We'll we'll see how things work out.

00:59:38.380 But they seem to like each other a lot.

00:59:40.000 Uh, he's just a little spicy and and, uh, who knows a little old, but yesterday they

00:59:45.980 both got an extra, you know, help, uh, healthy, uh, scoop of rough greens in their food.

00:59:51.660 Rough greens is something that you put on your food.

00:59:54.240 It is really, really good.

00:59:56.500 Chock full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, antioxidants, you name it.

01:00:00.120 If it's healthy for your dog, it's probably in rough greens.

01:00:03.760 Get it now.

01:00:04.860 Rough greens.com slash back.

01:00:06.880 Now you'll get a free trial bag right now.

01:00:09.040 All you've paid for is shipping.

01:00:10.420 It's rough greens.com slash back or call 833 Glenn 33.

01:00:14.860 That's 833 G L E N N 33. 1.00

01:00:17.800 Call today.

01:00:18.640 10 seconds.

01:00:19.140 Station.

01:00:19.360 Remember the idea is top down, bottom up, inside out.

01:00:37.680 These are the times.

01:00:38.840 Is it amazing that I just told you yesterday, I feel like the seasons have changed again

01:00:43.480 and we're about to head into even a faster decline.

01:00:50.300 Thanks for doing that.

01:00:51.440 I think it's your fault.

01:00:52.620 Yeah.

01:00:52.840 Right.

01:00:53.180 You're the one calling for it.

01:00:54.740 Yeah.

01:00:55.540 It's, I, this is, you want, you worry about this because it seems like there's no principle

01:01:01.080 governing this stuff anymore.

01:01:02.740 We're no longer in a society where these rules and norms apply, you know, uh, you know, for

01:01:12.000 all the stuff they said about Donald Trump and for all the times he was on stage saying

01:01:15.200 lock her up and all these things that the left constantly complained about. 0.98

01:01:19.800 I might remind you, um, he never did any of that stuff.

01:01:23.640 Right.

01:01:24.180 He didn't do it.

01:01:25.360 Right.

01:01:25.600 Right.

01:01:26.060 Now they're doing it.

01:01:27.820 And the same people who are so opposed to the chance on stage are cheering it on with

01:01:32.660 every fiber of their being.

01:01:33.740 Yeah.

01:01:33.880 It's crazy.

01:01:35.080 Um, listen, I want to say something that you may not like, but I'm not here really for

01:01:42.840 you to like me.

01:01:44.020 I mean, my, my company would say, yes, Glenn, that is the point, but I have to tell you the

01:01:50.800 truth. 0.74

01:01:52.420 Um, please let me ask you if you have a, you know, piss on all liberals, bumper stickers

01:02:01.800 or, uh, an F Joe Biden, anything like that, um, that is really divisive.

01:02:11.800 I ask you to take that off symbolically, take that off your car to symbolically remind you

01:02:19.700 in your mind, uh, that you want to be a peacemaker and not somebody who is, is stirring things

01:02:30.440 up because if we want the other side to eventually come over, which we're hoping that Democrats

01:02:38.320 will see what's going on and look, you're not going to feel this.

01:02:41.980 You'll go to, you're going to feel this in your own community.

01:02:44.500 You're not going to feel this on Twitter or social media because that's a distortion distortion

01:02:50.100 of us.

01:02:50.720 That is a fun house mirror.

01:02:54.280 So you're not going to feel it.

01:02:55.920 And every time you go on social media, you're going to get more and more pissed off.

01:02:59.920 So stop it, stop it, do everything you can to foster peace in your, every time you want

01:03:08.920 to pick up, uh, pick up social media and you want to read, you want to read comments, uh,

01:03:15.800 pick something else up.

01:03:16.980 I don't care if it's Charlotte's web.

01:03:18.560 I would recommend, uh, you know, the scriptures, but I don't care if it's Charlotte's web, something

01:03:25.840 that will turn the heat down in you.

01:03:28.920 We have to be logical, reasonable, loving, and active voters.

01:03:35.980 This does not mean that you, you sit down and shut up.

01:03:39.360 It just means now is the time to behave differently. 1.00

01:03:43.200 If anyone does anything stupid, and remember we're in a country of 350 million, the odds 0.99

01:03:49.500 of that are pretty good. 1.00

01:03:50.420 If anybody does anything stupid, it will change our nation and, and could collapse our nation. 0.99

01:03:59.360 And we lose this freedom and American experience forever. 0.99

01:04:04.280 Do everything you can to turn down the heat.

01:04:07.880 That does not mean you don't speak out about what's going on.

01:04:12.020 It's wrong.

01:04:13.720 There are many reasons why it's wrong.

01:04:17.140 I'll wait to see the evidence.

01:04:19.320 If not, I'm waiting for them to explain themselves.

01:04:23.980 And they will explain themselves come November.

01:04:27.680 The Glenn Beck Program.

01:04:29.940 American Financing NMLS 1-8233-4 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org

01:04:36.220 So we're living in a time where people in charge are desperately, you know, just shoveling gasoline

01:04:41.960 soaked dollar bills into a forest fire to put it out.

01:04:45.620 You can see the effects.

01:04:47.080 People all over the country are feeling hurt all over the world, and they're starting to

01:04:51.760 lose whatever financial progress they made while just trying to survive.

01:04:57.360 How about you?

01:04:58.180 We can all be part of the problem, or we can be part of the solution, and the best thing

01:05:03.120 you can do is prepare yourself.

01:05:05.380 Take a close look at all of the options that you have to try to get out of those high interest

01:05:09.880 credit cards.

01:05:11.380 These are, we have to be as financially free as we can.

01:05:16.640 This phone call that you're going to make to American Financing today will take 10 minutes.

01:05:21.020 That's it.

01:05:21.900 They're honest.

01:05:22.780 They work for you, not the banks.

01:05:25.080 And they'll give you options on what you can do to secure your financial future and pay

01:05:30.440 some of this stuff off and get a lower monthly payment.

01:05:33.480 I want you to call American Financing now, 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440, AmericanFinancing.net.

01:05:50.320 Thomas Massey next.

01:05:51.080 We have an out-of-control federal government.

01:06:00.520 This is what happens when you don't follow the Constitution and respect state rights.

01:06:04.800 My comments that I felt very powerfully compelled to share with you coming up in just a few minutes,

01:06:16.360 I did want to bring on Thomas Massey.

01:06:19.020 Today, we were going to talk about the IRS and the weaponization of the IRS,

01:06:24.780 you know, or perhaps he's big on what the ATF is doing now with guns and how that's been weaponized

01:06:33.220 or how the Department of Ed has also now been weaponized against our families.

01:06:38.760 But I thought we would today instead just talk about the weaponization of the DOJ with what happened yesterday.

01:06:46.880 Thomas Massey, welcome.

01:06:47.920 Thanks, Glenn.

01:06:49.560 It's a new day.

01:06:50.920 It's a different era.

01:06:52.040 I feel like we're in a third world dictatorship or a banana republic. 0.85

01:06:57.120 I have to tell you,

01:06:58.500 it is,

01:07:01.500 I said to my family last night,

01:07:04.260 I think this is the beginning of the end or a new beginning.

01:07:09.340 It's one of the two.

01:07:10.200 But we're now here.

01:07:12.900 Depending on what we do from here, we'll decide whether the republic survives.

01:07:19.660 Would you agree with that?

01:07:21.360 I would agree.

01:07:22.520 And Joe Biden can't hide an abasement on this.

01:07:25.840 Look, the left sort of fantasizes, and the right was guilty of this, I think, for a while until they woke up,

01:07:32.720 that the DOJ is some independent fourth branch of government.

01:07:36.740 The attorney general is the head of the DOJ.

01:07:39.700 He works for the president.

01:07:41.300 There's not a fourth branch of government.

01:07:43.140 If it did exist, it would be unconstitutional.

01:07:45.640 You have to be able to get some recourse or redress at the ballot box if this executive branch agency goes rogue,

01:07:55.960 which to me, either they've gone rogue or Biden's not owning up to everything he knows about this,

01:08:03.420 or maybe he's just got dementia and the people running the place aren't owning up.

01:08:07.940 I mean, it's a remarkable statement that he wouldn't have been informed.

01:08:12.080 This is the first time in American history this has happened, and you don't do this lightly.

01:08:21.980 Even I.

01:08:24.000 Thomas, I'm a recovering alcoholic radio rodeo guy.

01:08:29.340 I mean, I know nothing, and I know you don't do this unless you're going to come out with a big bag of bodies, really.

01:08:38.440 You don't do this.

01:08:39.980 That's right.

01:08:40.360 You've got to – I've racked my brain trying to think of what they could produce that would justify what they have done.

01:08:49.380 If there's some minor document infraction here, the equivalent of an overdue library book, this is off the charts crazy.

01:09:00.960 And why can't you just send people – why can't you just work through the lawyers on this?

01:09:07.980 Right.

01:09:08.300 You know, whenever they do a raid, whoever it is, when it's unannounced or surprise visit, it's usually for the drama of it.

01:09:16.420 It's to start the prosecution in the public sphere.

01:09:19.960 But they've been doing that only for five years now, six years.

01:09:27.140 That's all they've been doing is trying him in public.

01:09:30.140 There is no trial because there are no facts on anything.

01:09:34.400 This isn't about – you know, the first – when I first heard about it, people were, you know, tweeting, oh, this is about January 6th.

01:09:40.100 Then you find out, no, not about January 6th.

01:09:42.620 It's about the Library of Congress – oh, I'm sorry, the National Archives – wanting some documents back.

01:09:51.700 Hold it.

01:09:52.660 Do you remember a server with emails?

01:09:54.780 We didn't do this to Hillary Clinton.

01:09:56.240 And we didn't do it for a reason.

01:09:58.940 And quite frankly, I don't necessarily agree with the reason.

01:10:02.080 But there is a reason for not kicking down the door of your political opponent.

01:10:10.900 Very dangerous.

01:10:12.800 Yeah, I was on the oversight committee when James Comey, who was the FBI director, testified there that this was okay, that Hillary Clinton had done this.

01:10:22.080 And made every excuse in the world for not recommending prosecution, as if it were up to him to decide.

01:10:29.320 But in any case, I remember all that very, very vividly.

01:10:33.920 And now I'm on the Judiciary Committee.

01:10:36.980 And that's where this oversight, I believe, is going to be, unless they set up some special committee.

01:10:44.840 And the DOJ has got some explaining to do on this one.

01:10:48.680 So what are you – what's your day like today?

01:10:52.080 I assume most stuff has gone out of the window.

01:10:54.660 Can the GOP do anything about this?

01:10:58.840 We have a conference call in about an hour that was previously scheduled.

01:11:05.060 I'm sure the topic has changed now to this.

01:11:08.320 I hope it has, if they've got a clue.

01:11:11.180 If they're listening to the news, if they've got anything rattling around in their brain, they've changed the topic of that phone call to this.

01:11:17.740 This is – because it's a new day.

01:11:20.420 It's a new day for our country.

01:11:22.900 That's terrifying.

01:11:23.980 I'm trying to find an end game for the Democrats on this because my guess is, like everything else, they have nothing.

01:11:37.920 But they're just going to use this as yet another log on the fire to insinuate and to make him look guilty.

01:11:45.400 They're making him into a martyr, a symbol, which is much worse for them than just a Republican who says crazy things.

01:11:56.940 They're making him into a symbol, and I'm trying to think the only end game that seems reasonable to me is that they are trying to provoke a response from the American people,

01:12:12.880 some sort of a violent response, which would be horrendous.

01:12:18.180 I cannot tell you, if you're listening, how horrible – you know – how horrible that would be.

01:12:27.340 I agree.

01:12:29.100 This could be some part of a plan to change the outcome of the election that's coming up.

01:12:35.160 I say this is part of an insurrection that started in 2016 when Donald Trump won the election, and it's an insurrection internal of the government to reject – the body is rejecting, the body being the government,

01:12:51.540 rejected the leader for five years, and it's gone on two more years since then because they're terrified that he would come back.

01:12:59.100 Well, how do you – I mean, the end game, let's just say that they are just trying – still just to try to get him, and they make it – we make it without any kind of incident to November.

01:13:12.920 And this will only incentivize and charge people on the right to go out through the fires of hell to go out and vote for the Republicans.

01:13:26.600 How is – how do you see this working out positively for the Democrats?

01:13:32.960 How do they see that?

01:13:34.340 I can't see it.

01:13:35.240 And you're right.

01:13:36.000 The base will crawl through broken glass to vote in November because of this.

01:13:40.760 But also, I think – I mean, I hope – you know, you've got some independents who –

01:13:45.640 Oh, yeah.

01:13:46.420 Who – in a lot of elections, everybody's got their base, and it's a turnout game for that.

01:13:51.840 But in the middle, there are people, believe it or not, who don't know which way they're going to vote in November, and I believe this could influence them to say, wait, this government is out of control.

01:14:04.360 We don't do this in America.

01:14:05.780 In 250 years, we've not done this.

01:14:08.000 The IRS hiring 87,000 new agents, by the time you combine the old agents with the new agents, you're almost at the numbers of the American National Guard.

01:14:21.320 That's frightening.

01:14:22.200 You're also at about the number of people they've kicked out of the military.

01:14:28.420 They're trans – in my opinion, they're sort of transitioning from an outwardly focused military to an inwardly focused military in the executive branch.

01:14:37.840 We just – in the Judiciary Committee, the Democrats passed a so-called assault weapons ban, but they call them weapons of war now.

01:14:44.920 And they exempted from the ban 80-plus executive agencies.

01:14:51.020 So I offered an amendment to take Department of Education and the USDA, the Department of Agriculture, off the list of agencies that can have these weapons of war.

01:15:02.100 The Democrats, that's their word, weapons of war, not mine.

01:15:04.740 And all the Democrats voted to make sure that the Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Agriculture can have these so-called weapons of war.

01:15:15.540 Now, add to that – by the way, IRS is one of those 80-plus agencies, front and center, and they've bought almost a million dollars' worth of ammunition this year.

01:15:25.000 But they are one of those agencies who can own these, quote, weapons of war.

01:15:29.720 Now, the reality is they're not weapons of war, but the Democrats think they are, and they want their agencies to have them.

01:15:37.280 And they want to increase their ranks by 87,000 in the IRS alone.

01:15:42.480 And their budget is $80 billion?

01:15:44.760 They're going to shake down billionaires?

01:15:46.300 You'd have to get a billion dollars out of 80 billionaires to make their budget make sense.

01:15:51.760 They're going to go after people who are mowing grass and selling Tupperware to try and make ends meet is what they're going to do.

01:15:57.820 This is all just part – and I think the destruction of Donald Trump is part of this.

01:16:04.720 This seems – at least it plays out in my mind – as all great reset, ESG, you'll own nothing in seven years, and you'll like it.

01:16:14.520 I mean, when you actually say that goal out loud, that by 2030, you'll own nothing and you'll like it, that people won't give their stuff up in seven years.

01:16:28.040 You have to impoverish them.

01:16:31.520 That's right.

01:16:32.200 And, you know, I did the math for Secretary Buttigieg in our Transportation Committee and explained to him that in mathematical engineering terms that the grid can't handle their electric car goals that Biden signed an executive order to meet.

01:16:46.880 And what I came to realize, Glenn, they don't want you to drive an electric car.

01:16:50.780 They don't want you to drive.

01:16:52.460 I know.

01:16:52.700 That's why they're unconcerned about the lack of capability of the grid to power all these electric cars.

01:16:59.000 There's actually no plan for that.

01:17:01.120 They would – I mean, the laptop class has no problem with this because they can stay at home as long as they can go on vacation on a jet plane.

01:17:09.840 But for rural America, we have to get in a car and drive to work.

01:17:13.740 This is going to be crippling.

01:17:14.920 And the way they're trying to achieve it, some of them occasionally commit candor.

01:17:19.860 Candor is an offense in Washington, D.C., but they occasionally commit candor, and they say they want $10 a gallon of gasoline.

01:17:30.840 I live in a small town of about 400 people in the summer in Idaho at our ranch.

01:17:39.780 It takes me 45 minutes to get to the grocery store.

01:17:43.000 How will these electric cars work for people who cannot afford them or we don't have the electricity?

01:17:53.740 The entire center of the country breaks down.

01:17:58.060 It does break down, and you just can't afford them.

01:18:01.660 I mean, look, I've got an electric car.

01:18:04.260 I've had it for eight years, actually almost 10 years.

01:18:08.160 It wasn't cheap.

01:18:09.380 I should have bought stock in the company instead of buying the car because now the car is worth a third of what I paid, and I'd be multimillionaire if I bought stock instead of the car.

01:18:16.980 But anyways, that notwithstanding, you can't force people into these decisions, and subsidizing $50,000 cars is not taking care of the middle class.

01:18:30.340 That's the joke about the – I call it the Inflation Enhancement Act.

01:18:35.800 They are doubling down on the Green New Deal.

01:18:38.280 I know.

01:18:39.080 Which is what has contributed to inflation in the transportation sector, the energy sector, the ESG, like you said.

01:18:47.440 All of it.

01:18:48.380 All of it.

01:18:49.060 One last question.

01:18:51.920 We're talking to Thomas Massey from Kentucky.

01:18:56.860 Do you think that the action last night will finally be something that we could get the Republicans together and they can all go, we're dealing with a different kind of party here?

01:19:07.860 This is not the Democratic Party.

01:19:09.780 This is a Marxist reckless party, and we are going to hold them accountable for their actions.

01:19:17.060 I would hope so, and here's how we do it.

01:19:20.260 If the listeners want a roadmap, we're going to be – we're not going to be in the White House, but we're going to be in the majority, and we write the spending bills.

01:19:28.880 And we have to defund this activity.

01:19:32.780 It's the only lever we have.

01:19:35.140 People say, well, if you do this, Joe Biden won't sign the bill.

01:19:37.880 I guarantee you Joe Biden is going to sign the spending bill.

01:19:41.120 Every president since the beginning of this country has signed the spending bill Congress sent them.

01:19:45.240 It may – you may shut down a week or two or even a month, but they eventually signed the bill.

01:19:51.340 So there's one bill, and it should actually be separate bills.

01:19:54.460 Yeah.

01:19:55.080 There's supposed to be 12 separate bills, and that's what we should do.

01:19:58.800 There's 12 bills the president will sign, whether it's part of an omnibus or separately, and that's where we do our work in November.

01:20:06.480 Congress needs to take the purse strings back and cut the funding for – I would start with the IRS.

01:20:15.480 Thank you so much.

01:20:16.280 I appreciate it, Thomas Massey.

01:20:17.740 But I think in a close second would be the – well, I just defund all of them.

01:20:22.580 Anyway, Patriot Mobile, if the World's Economic Forum has anything to say about it, there is going to come a glorious day in the not-too-distant future when you don't have to pay a cell phone bill anymore.

01:20:32.520 Isn't it great – well, I mean, you won't have a cell phone, but – or anything else for that matter.

01:20:38.720 But you'll like it.

01:20:39.560 You'll like it.

01:20:40.040 In the meantime, when you do have to pay that phone bill and you have a phone, stop getting kicked in the teeth.

01:20:47.640 Getting kicked in the teeth with all of the additional fees and how expensive it is, but also getting kicked in the teeth because some part of your bill goes to leftist causes if you're with one of the big mobile companies.

01:20:58.780 Not so with Patriot Mobile.

01:21:00.160 I want you to check them out.

01:21:01.180 I can't recommend them highly enough.

01:21:03.260 I am on Patriot Mobile.

01:21:05.860 PatriotMobile.com slash back or call 972-PATRIOT.

01:21:09.360 I actually bought a phone just so I could be on Patriot Mobile because I believe in these people and what they're doing.

01:21:16.420 972-PATRIOT.

01:21:17.520 972-PATRIOT.

01:21:31.180 Do you remember when we first, I think, went into Afghanistan and we named it?

01:21:50.440 It was a really great name for an operation, but it was like, you know, Operation Crusade or something like that.

01:21:59.180 It was something that Muslims would have found offensive.

01:22:03.380 And everybody went crazy.

01:22:04.720 Don't say that.

01:22:06.220 Don't say that.

01:22:07.060 That'll just inflame the situation.

01:22:09.100 So he didn't.

01:22:10.280 We have a president who is telling us that the most dangerous terrorists are Trump supporters.

01:22:18.380 And you just went in and busted down the door of the house.

01:22:24.420 You went in on a raid, which was unnecessary for apparently very little.

01:22:29.200 What president would think that was a good idea?

01:22:33.440 No, no, no.

01:22:33.940 Let me go with this.

01:22:34.760 What attorney general wouldn't at least call the president and say, we're going to do this, but I want to give you a heads up because it's controversial.

01:22:44.600 No one's ever done it before.

01:22:46.860 I don't buy this story from them one bit, one iota.

01:22:51.500 What's their end game other than to inflame the right?

01:22:57.280 They want you to react.

01:22:59.520 Do not.

01:23:00.800 More in a minute.

01:25:02.480 This is the Glenn Back program.

01:25:09.240 Hello, America.

01:25:10.260 In the next 47, 48 minutes, I am going to share something with you that, you know, you always know when it's something you're supposed to do because you're like, I don't want to do that.

01:25:26.560 I'm going to give you a message that I think I need to hear at least on a day like today when America has deeply changed.

01:25:47.640 I don't care who you voted for, I don't care who you voted for, I don't care who you voted for, I don't care who you think is right or wrong.

01:25:51.820 I don't care who you voted for, I don't care who you voted for, I don't care who you voted for.

01:25:57.420 So what is it that we're fighting for, what is it that we're trying to do, what, who are we even?

01:26:04.780 That answer in 60 seconds.

01:26:11.160 I don't doubt that we are in a war of ideas with the left and the winners of that war will determine whether this nation stands or falls.

01:26:19.420 I think it is fair to say, as I said earlier today, that I believe now this is the official beginning of the end.

01:26:31.780 We are in the last chapter and how we behave from here on out is going to decide whether America, the experiment is over or if it renews itself.

01:26:43.280 It is that clear, this is where we are.

01:26:49.040 One of the things that we have to do if we want to survive is make sure our children have history.

01:27:02.260 History is so important.

01:27:06.300 Maybe we'll talk about it tomorrow.

01:27:08.380 There is a new book out from the Tuttle Twins.

01:27:11.680 It's America's History, 12, 15, 17, 76.

01:27:15.880 Please get this book.

01:27:18.220 They've got a fantastic offer for you and your kids.

01:27:20.520 It includes an audiobook version and workbooks.

01:27:23.440 But hurry, because it's not going to last much longer.

01:27:26.120 It's America's History.

01:27:27.160 It is a great history book that is not like a, it's just not a bad, you know, progressive education.

01:27:36.560 Memorize these dates and names.

01:27:38.600 It's not that.

01:27:39.380 It's America's story. 0.59

01:27:40.560 You can preview a free sample chapter.

01:27:43.460 Just go to TuttleTwinsBeck.com.

01:27:45.900 TuttleTwinsBeck.com.

01:27:48.320 As I drive in every day.

01:28:02.640 I try to think.

01:28:05.900 What is it you want me to say?

01:28:09.860 What is it I should say today?

01:28:12.880 What is it I should say today?

01:28:12.920 And as I was driving in, a song came to mind.

01:28:25.300 And I thought I was just supposed to share this song with you.

01:28:30.000 But as it played, as I was getting ready for the show, I realized it's more than just that.

01:28:40.740 It is a question we have to answer.

01:28:50.000 Why did we come here in the first place?

01:28:52.900 Why did we come here?

01:28:58.720 What are we doing here?

01:29:02.060 Why would people explore the West?

01:29:05.860 Why would people risk their lives to go in the middle of the wilderness, the middle of the prairies, and they would get in their wagons and they would just go?

01:29:15.260 Why?

01:29:17.020 Why?

01:29:19.360 It certainly wasn't safe.

01:29:25.280 And the average person, you'll never convince me that a good majority, even 20% just did it because they wanted to go rape the land and the indigenous people.

01:29:37.640 That, that, that's not who we are.

01:29:44.760 The Indian Wars were just that, the Indian Wars, and who caused those problems, usually. 0.75

01:29:49.960 Who gets us into war?

01:29:51.060 We're looking at a global war right now.

01:29:53.280 Possibility of a global war with Russia and China.

01:29:55.840 Did you do that?

01:29:57.200 Because I didn't do that.

01:29:58.140 I didn't want a war with China.

01:29:59.420 I don't want a war in Ukraine.

01:30:00.800 I don't want one with Russia. 1.00

01:30:02.220 I think that's insanity.

01:30:03.920 Yet we are somehow or another paying for it right now.

01:30:07.640 Did you do that?

01:30:10.780 No.

01:30:11.460 The people in Washington did that.

01:30:14.380 They're not a reflection of us.

01:30:17.180 And they aren't in the worst times of America.

01:30:23.300 When a government forgets that it was instituted among men to protect the rights given to her citizens by an almighty God,

01:30:31.280 they always go wrong.

01:30:34.020 And we have, I fear, gotten much worse.

01:30:38.120 Not since the Civil War has half our country gone mad with the idea of power over another group of human beings.

01:30:57.680 And that's really, truly what we're looking at.

01:31:01.820 The other group, you can do it when you believe the other group is somehow less intelligent or because of the color of their skin or they deserve it. 0.92

01:31:12.840 Or in the most outrageous case, they're better off, you know, being shackled by us because we know what's better than they do.

01:31:24.120 We know what's best for them.

01:31:26.120 They just don't get it.

01:31:28.900 That's what we're doing.

01:31:30.820 That's what we're fighting over right now.

01:31:32.880 It brings me back to the question, why did we come here in the first place?

01:31:46.080 And why did people explore and risk their lives and their family to come here?

01:31:54.660 This is the stanza I want you to hear.

01:31:59.000 This is the stanza I want you to hear.

01:32:28.980 Everything in this song and everything that you might feel stirring inside of yourself, hopefully it's not dead.

01:32:36.520 We lose all of it if we don't strive to be those people.

01:32:42.080 We, the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union,

01:33:00.080 to establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare,

01:33:09.520 and secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity.

01:33:14.820 Do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

01:33:21.740 We'll be right back.

01:33:22.740 We'll be right back.

01:33:23.740 We'll be right back.

01:33:24.300 Beautiful for patience, dream that sees beyond the years.

01:33:37.240 I know the vastest cities we are living by human tears.

01:33:50.100 America, America, I'll share this grace of thee.

01:34:03.620 And glad I could live by the moon, from sea to shore.

01:34:20.100 Dear Lord Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, we cry out to you as a nation and ask

01:34:35.100 for your blessings, your forgiveness, and your advice.

01:34:41.100 Please, dear Lord, forgive us for what we have done.

01:34:47.100 Grant us a new beginning.

01:34:50.100 Grant us peace.

01:34:53.100 Grant us vision beyond the years.

01:35:14.100 We cannot do it without you, Lord.

01:35:17.100 We've tried and we just keep coming up short.

01:35:23.100 Please, bring peace to our hearts and to our country.

01:35:40.100 We ask for these blessings in the name of the Almighty, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

01:36:09.100 More in a minute.

01:36:12.100 If someone showed you a list of all the places on the internet your personal information

01:36:16.100 goes every single day, you probably would freak out.

01:36:21.100 I suspect I would.

01:36:23.100 Truly off the grid is almost impossible in our tech-dependent world.

01:36:28.100 And the internet is filled with cyber thieves.

01:36:31.100 It's important to understand how cyber crime and identity theft are affecting all of our lives.

01:36:36.100 We do everything online right now.

01:36:39.100 There is coming a time where there will be no privacy.

01:36:43.100 There will be nothing unknown.

01:36:48.100 Right now, we need ways to protect ourselves.

01:36:51.100 And I would recommend LifeLock.

01:36:54.100 Nobody can prevent all identity theft, monitor all transactions at all businesses.

01:36:59.100 But the one that I think is the best out there is LifeLock by Norton.

01:37:21.100 So what is the most important thing I could share with you today?

01:37:36.100 That was my question.

01:37:38.100 What do you need to hear?

01:37:44.100 Why we came here in the first place?

01:37:47.100 Nobody risks their life in their family's life.

01:37:59.100 For what?

01:38:01.100 Just a piece of land?

01:38:04.100 See, that's what people will say.

01:38:05.100 We came here for the land.

01:38:07.100 No, we didn't.

01:38:08.100 We didn't.

01:38:09.100 We didn't come here for the gold.

01:38:11.100 Some did.

01:38:12.100 And that always leads to perversion and death.

01:38:17.100 People came here not just to be free to worship, but they also came for a chance.

01:38:26.100 This was the only place in the world that you, the average person, could own your own stuff.

01:38:37.100 All these people were coming from all over the world with all kinds of rules from the elites that knew better.

01:38:44.100 You can't swim.

01:38:45.100 You can't swim in the river.

01:38:48.100 Why?

01:38:49.100 Because I say you can't.

01:38:52.100 Okay, well, I have an invention and maybe I can get rich off it.

01:38:55.100 No, it's mine.

01:38:56.100 You invented it on my land.

01:38:58.100 You work for me.

01:38:59.100 It's mine.

01:39:00.100 Well, can I buy some land?

01:39:03.100 No.

01:39:04.100 This was the only place you could own yourself, your ideas, your own land and chart a future.

01:39:15.100 That is what got people in.

01:39:17.100 Have you ever driven across this country?

01:39:20.100 Just think about the Missouri River or the Mississippi River.

01:39:25.100 Driving over that on a bridge, just driving across this country going 70 miles an hour the whole time.

01:39:35.100 It's enormous.

01:39:37.100 It's insane to even drive it now.

01:39:41.100 That's why everybody flies.

01:39:43.100 Imagine doing that at about three miles an hour with your kids in the back of your covered wagon, if that, and you're bringing your milk cow along and you don't have a bridge to cross those rivers. 0.68

01:40:00.100 And by the way, if you're not robbed and raped by some bad cowboy, you could get hatcheted and scalped or brought into slavery by the Native Americans. 0.99

01:40:17.100 Wow, that doesn't sound like something I'm signing up for. 0.99

01:40:20.100 But honey, we'll be able to be ourselves.

01:40:29.100 We'll have control of our own life.

01:40:32.100 We will have a space we can call ours.

01:40:36.100 That's why we came here.

01:40:41.100 And this experiment that what we do in the next few months will decide whether this grand experiment of whether or not men can rule themselves or they must be ruled over.

01:41:05.100 That grand experiment, that's the experiment.

01:41:10.100 Depending on what we do right now will mean that experiment has a new life or it is over.

01:41:22.100 We are not by any means guiltless.

01:41:27.100 We are not by any means a nation that only does good.

01:41:31.100 We're not.

01:41:37.100 But that's what is unique.

01:41:40.100 It was the first in the world.

01:41:43.100 And the world is headed back to serfdom with elites controlling every aspect of everything. 0.91

01:41:53.100 And they are telling you, you will own nothing and be happy.

01:41:59.100 I'm sorry.

01:42:01.100 Maybe some will.

01:42:03.100 But I won't be.

01:42:06.100 You might be.

01:42:08.100 That's good for you to choose that then.

01:42:10.100 That's good.

01:42:11.100 But you're taking away the right for everyone else to choose something differently.

01:42:19.100 Why?

01:42:20.100 Because you think shackling me to your truth is best for me because you know better than me.

01:42:34.100 Maybe you do, but we're not going to be friends.

01:42:39.100 Maybe I'll be a slave to you in one form or another.

01:42:43.100 I'm a slave to your ideals and your ideas.

01:42:48.100 See, this is why we put the Constitution together.

01:42:54.100 It's really, it's not complex.

01:43:01.100 Seven articles.

01:43:03.100 In it, it delineates the national frame of government.

01:43:09.100 It carves it out of thin air.

01:43:12.100 This is what we're going to do.

01:43:14.100 The first three articles are about separation of powers.

01:43:18.100 Why did they have the separation of powers?

01:43:21.100 They put the separation of powers in because they knew people.

01:43:24.100 This document does not empower rich people.

01:43:31.100 It empowers the nobodies. 0.95

01:43:37.100 It says we're going to create a government, but we're going to put so many checks and balances in here.

01:43:43.100 And we know that people with power get greedy.

01:43:48.100 We know when you put people in power, they can go corrupt easily.

01:43:53.100 And with a lot of power, they'll go very corrupt.

01:43:58.100 So we want to have all three of these branches that are separated.

01:44:03.100 We're going to have a legislative.

01:44:05.100 We're going to have in the legislative, we're going to have two houses.

01:44:09.100 We're going to have one that are the closest to the people, the House of Representatives.

01:44:15.100 And they're going to have to be voted in every two years.

01:44:18.100 Because that's in two years, they can do a lot of damage.

01:44:22.100 So we're going to give them a really short leash so you can pull that person out at any time.

01:44:29.100 No, you're not listening to us.

01:44:32.100 And because they're so close to the people and can be voted out in a heartbeat, we're going to give them the purse strings.

01:44:41.100 Because the purse, that's full of our money.

01:44:48.100 And if we want people to stop doing something, the first thing you do is shut the money off.

01:44:54.100 Oh, really? You're going to go to college and you're just going to drink and party and you're not going to learn anything?

01:44:59.100 Yeah, guess what daddy's doing? He's closing his wallet.

01:45:06.100 That's our Congress.

01:45:09.100 Then we have a Senate that is supposed to represent each state, not the country, but each state.

01:45:19.100 What is it that you are supposed to know today from me?

01:45:25.100 What is it you're supposed to hear?

01:45:28.100 I think it's our founding documents.

01:45:31.100 I'll continue in a minute.

01:45:33.100 The Glenn Beck Program.

01:46:05.100 I toss and turn.

01:46:06.100 I worry about the future.

01:46:08.100 I worry, have I done this?

01:46:10.100 Have I done this?

01:46:11.100 How's the family going to handle this?

01:47:18.100 I want to urge you to read the Declaration of Independence today.

01:47:23.100 And read it all.

01:47:25.100 Not just the highlights.

01:47:26.100 Read it all.

01:47:27.100 Read what are called the usurptations.

01:47:29.100 All the things the king did before they said,

01:47:33.100 Okay, we've got to break away.

01:47:34.100 If you are feeling like,

01:47:36.100 Oh, we've taken so much.

01:47:37.100 Read the usurptations.

01:47:39.100 Our founders went through a lot more than what we have gone through.

01:47:45.100 And we have an election in November.

01:47:51.100 I say,

01:47:53.100 You get everybody that has ever said anything like,

01:47:58.100 I kind of like freedom.

01:47:59.100 Get them to the polls.

01:48:01.100 Because this is it.

01:48:05.100 And without an election, you only have civil war.

01:48:08.100 And that is not going to be anyone's friend.

01:48:13.100 You know, the Bill of Rights is broken up into three sections.

01:48:19.100 First one is a safeguard for your liberty.

01:48:23.100 For the individual's liberty.

01:48:25.100 For the individual's liberty.

01:48:26.100 It's the first three amendments.

01:48:30.100 And it's a shackle on the government.

01:48:35.100 It says you can't do these things.

01:48:37.100 You can't violate.

01:48:38.100 Then it's the safeguards of justice.

01:48:41.100 The guardians that stand by to make sure if they try to accuse you of something,

01:48:47.100 that it's done fairly and correctly.

01:48:51.100 Now, people can go bad and they have.

01:48:54.100 They have gone bad.

01:48:56.100 And governments have been corrupt and police forces have been corrupt.

01:49:01.100 But it's it's a more perfect.

01:49:05.100 We strive to build a more perfect union.

01:49:09.100 So that means we we can never stop trying to get better.

01:49:15.100 We're going to ebb and flow.

01:49:16.100 We're going to get good and bad.

01:49:17.100 The last time we had these kinds of times was the McCarthy era.

01:49:20.100 Don't take that from me.

01:49:22.100 Take that from liberal professor, a guy who voted for Joe Biden.

01:49:26.100 He said it to me about an hour ago, Alan Dershowitz.

01:49:30.100 But look at what Alan Dershowitz, the price he is paying now for standing on principle.

01:49:36.100 He is paying an enormous price.

01:49:39.100 His friends have abandoned him.

01:49:41.100 He's no longer he's no longer respected in half the country.

01:49:47.100 And half the country that used to hate him now loves him.

01:49:51.100 That's insanity.

01:49:53.100 The safeguards of justice amendments four, five, six, seven and eight.

01:50:03.100 Those are the things that we're violating now with Donald Trump, because all of that.

01:50:08.100 The Fourth Amendment is all about search and seizure.

01:50:13.100 You can't be frisked by a police officer just because.

01:50:17.100 You can't have a search or seizure of stuff from your property by government officials without a few things happening.

01:50:28.100 Can't search your car.

01:50:30.100 Can't just take things.

01:50:32.100 See, these are the things that are being violated and they're being violated because someone in the government is so desperate to make this man into a criminal.

01:50:46.100 And, you know, because you listen to me when when they first started going after Donald Trump for the Russia collusion, I said to you, there's a chance.

01:50:58.100 I don't know, but there's a chance and it should be looked into.

01:51:03.100 Well, it turned out not to be true.

01:51:08.100 And my staff will even tell you, I told them when we started our investigation, I want you to turn over every single stone.

01:51:20.100 And we did.

01:51:21.100 And we did find corruption.

01:51:23.100 But it was corruption coming from Clinton and Biden.

01:51:28.100 I had no idea we would find that.

01:51:31.100 I thought we would find stuff on Donald Trump.

01:51:35.100 We didn't.

01:51:36.100 And neither did the rest of the media.

01:51:38.100 And because they can't give him a fair trial.

01:51:45.100 They'll try him in the public.

01:51:47.100 That's what yesterday was about.

01:51:50.100 They're not going to find anything.

01:51:51.100 They're not going to apologize.

01:51:52.100 They won't even clear his name.

01:51:53.100 You watch.

01:51:54.100 You watch.

01:51:55.100 It's just to stigmatize.

01:51:58.100 How many times are they going to do this?

01:52:01.100 They haven't been able to find all the stuff they said before.

01:52:04.100 So they try him in the court of public opinion.

01:52:08.100 Then when that turns out, they try him for something else.

01:52:12.100 Now we're back to, I guess, Russia and secret documents.

01:52:16.100 Does double jeopardy even apply?

01:52:18.100 No, because it's the court of public opinion.

01:52:21.100 And this is the way the government starts wars. 0.93

01:52:27.100 This is how you start saying we got to get them Indians. 1.00

01:52:31.100 And because we are so angry and we fear the same thing.

01:52:37.100 Have you noticed they scream about fascism.

01:52:40.100 Now, I think there is 10 to 20% of the left, not of the left, 100% of the left and about 10 or 20% of Democrats that actually know what they're doing.

01:52:55.100 The rest are just like, this is crazy.

01:52:58.100 This is crazy. 0.89

01:52:59.100 And I mean crazy because they look at us and say they're crazy.

01:53:02.100 And they say that because they're not hearing us.

01:53:06.100 We're not talking to each other.

01:53:09.100 We're not actually.

01:53:10.100 Look, you cannot hate somebody when you get to know their story.

01:53:15.100 And I'm going to put a caveat on that.

01:53:17.100 I think I think Hitler. 0.96

01:53:18.100 I think I could hit here the Hitler story and still hate him. 0.91

01:53:20.100 But.

01:53:21.100 The average person, once you get to know them and you hear how did you arrive at that conclusion?

01:53:27.100 Why are you feeling that way?

01:53:30.100 And you get a chance to talk, not to accuse, not trying to win, but actually.

01:53:35.100 Talk.

01:53:36.100 Things change.

01:53:39.100 But is anyone willing to do that now?

01:53:45.100 Most likely not because we both think the other is a fascist.

01:53:49.100 I think there's pretty good evidence.

01:53:52.100 That a group of people that are building a an army of IRS agents might might might might might might be headed towards the fascist direction.

01:54:04.100 The one that violates.

01:54:05.100 The one that violates.

01:54:06.100 Like they did yesterday in Mar-a-Lago, a principle that we have had forever.

01:54:12.100 This is. 0.86

01:54:13.100 Have we not had dirty presidents before? 0.96

01:54:15.100 Have we never had a corrupt official in government before? 0.97

01:54:20.100 Of course, we have.

01:54:22.100 Of course, we have some of the most corrupt presidents.

01:54:24.100 You would you would you wouldn't believe how corrupt they were.

01:54:29.100 Did we ever go in and search and seize things in their homes after they were out while they were still being active and might run for president again?

01:54:43.100 Never.

01:54:44.100 Never.

01:54:46.100 Never. 0.55

01:54:47.100 And if you did, you better have a damn good reason for doing it. 0.79

01:54:52.100 If they find a dead body or they find some secret spy ring that, you know, Trump is calling into Russia with. 0.94

01:55:01.100 OK.

01:55:02.100 But if it's some documents.

01:55:08.100 No, I think to be a law to be a country, we have to have laws.

01:55:19.100 That are not of men, a country of laws.

01:55:24.100 Not of men.

01:55:26.100 They should have been applied equally.

01:55:29.100 And I.

01:55:33.100 I'm not saying.

01:55:35.100 Oh, yeah, but look what they did.

01:55:38.100 I'm saying, no, look what's being passed up.

01:55:43.100 You've been a witch hunt of this man.

01:55:48.100 And this is why it's so important.

01:55:50.100 They've done a witch hunt on this man while left evidence video evidence of crack and hooker and backroom deals.

01:55:59.100 They deny any of that.

01:56:01.100 The system does.

01:56:03.100 And yet they are trying to destroy this guy.

01:56:07.100 And so they will do whatever they have to do.

01:56:11.100 You're already seeing the beginning of this in your life.

01:56:18.100 When they can't use the system to put you in jail, that's why it's coming through the IRS.

01:56:25.100 I guarantee you.

01:56:27.100 When they can't get you to toe the line and you haven't committed any crimes because they'll put you in jail.

01:56:36.100 But they can't do that.

01:56:38.100 Overwhelm the system if they're trying to put everybody in jail.

01:56:41.100 So they take the first step.

01:56:43.100 And that is scare the hell out of you.

01:56:46.100 Make sure you know you're going to lose all your friends.

01:56:49.100 You're going to lose your prestige.

01:56:51.100 You might lose your job.

01:56:53.100 You'll lose your kids might might be pariahs in schools.

01:56:57.100 I don't want to cause any problems for my kids.

01:56:59.100 Good.

01:57:00.100 Then just behave. 1.00

01:57:01.100 Shut your mouth. 0.99

01:57:02.100 They're doing this. 1.00

01:57:06.100 That that is what dictators do. 0.88

01:57:11.100 And then they get most of the people to shut up because they're afraid.

01:57:16.100 And then they take the final people out.

01:57:19.100 The people who are like, you know what?

01:57:21.100 I ain't sitting down.

01:57:23.100 Those people are either disappeared. 1.00

01:57:25.100 Shut up. 1.00

01:57:26.100 Put in jail. 1.00

01:57:27.100 Something happens to those people.

01:57:34.100 Nelson Mandela.

01:57:36.100 Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

01:57:38.100 We have to know our rights.

01:57:54.100 We have to know what we're fighting for.

01:57:57.100 And we have to fight at the ballot box November.

01:58:02.100 We are so close.

01:58:04.100 We are so close.

01:58:06.100 And they are going to do everything they can to get you so mad you're blind with rage.

01:58:15.100 I'm telling you the most effective weapon and this is why they're doing it is the ballot box.

01:58:22.100 They're trying to get you to strike back before the November election. 0.99

01:58:28.100 Vote their asses out. 0.99

01:58:33.100 Put people of character in that when they say they'll protect and defend the Constitution, they'll actually do it. 0.99

01:58:42.100 This could be a landslide election.

01:58:47.100 I've tried to figure it out in the last 24 hours.

01:58:51.100 What is the end game here?

01:58:53.100 What do you think you're going to get by doing this?

01:58:56.100 Only thing I can think of is they're trying to poke a bear.

01:59:01.100 Meditate on the teachings of Jesus.

01:59:10.100 Meditate on the teachings of Martin Luther King.

01:59:13.100 Meditate on Gandhi.

01:59:15.100 Read Bonhoeffer.

01:59:19.100 And I will see you in November at the polls.

01:59:24.100 Back in a minute.

01:59:26.100 So we've talked about a lot of things, but the the fundamentals of America are either going to change or and they're going to change wildly.

01:59:41.100 Or they're going to change.

01:59:44.100 By going back to principles, either way, gold and silver would be steady.

01:59:52.100 Gold will go up if we go back to principles that actually mean something.

01:59:57.100 And believe me, whether it takes us, you know, a year or 80 years of, you know, living in servitude, eventually the world always comes back to gold always because it is the gold standard.

02:00:11.100 Now, maybe maybe this election happens and we start putting things back together and people regain their common sense and we go back to gold because, hey, it's the gold standard and we have to take care of our monetary system.

02:00:27.100 One way or another, gold is going to play a role in the future, and I want you to be prepared.

02:00:33.100 Right now, gold line is bringing back an extremely rare product has been sold out for months.

02:00:39.100 It is their historic five dollar gold liberty coins.

02:00:43.100 They're going to sell out immediately.

02:00:45.100 These are historic coins and ask them, just ask them when you get them on the phone, why I buy these coins.

02:00:52.100 And as a thank you, gold line is giving away a pure half ounce platinum coin with every roll of 20 of the historic five dollar gold liberties.

02:01:00.100 So that's over $600 in retail value free.

02:01:04.100 Protect your financial future.

02:01:06.100 Please don't wait.

02:01:07.100 Call 866 gold line 866 gold line or gold line program.

02:01:14.100 So just to give you a little history on what they're actually arguing about.

02:01:33.100 This started with Nixon control of the secret tapes.

02:01:37.100 Few people know that he also was fighting a legal battle to control 42 million pages of documents from his presidency.

02:01:45.100 Unfortunately, Nixon Nixon didn't win.

02:01:50.100 The secret tapes weren't released until the Nixon Library took the last of the secret tapes and exposed them in 2013.

02:02:02.100 Thirty nine years later, the Lyndon B. Johnson Library.

02:02:07.100 They didn't release the final batch of his secret tapes and the presidential conversations until 2016.

02:02:14.100 You remember those?

02:02:16.100 Now, this started to this started to what Nixon fought for was I'm not going to release anything he got.

02:02:25.100 It can go to my library and they can decide.

02:02:28.100 OK, but then that started to fall apart.

02:02:32.100 It didn't some degree.

02:02:34.100 President George Bush issued an executive order that effectively rewrote the Presidential Records Act.

02:02:41.100 And so it was a measure guaranteeing public access to one that blocks it.

02:02:48.100 However, it was reversed and Bush required historians and others to prove a demonstrated specific need for documents and everything would, you know, over be overruled by privilege.

02:03:06.100 So how how how how how often is it that, you know, you take 15 boxes out of the White House on your way out?

02:03:16.100 It's not usual.

02:03:18.100 It's really not usual.

02:03:20.100 In fact, the Obama administration took 30 million pages of documents out and they put them in a empty furniture store near Chicago.

02:03:32.100 And and and they're controlling all of the official records of his time in office rather than the National Archives and Records Administration.

02:03:44.100 So 30 million documents were taken 15 boxes of documents from this president.

02:03:53.100 Every president walks out with documents and they go to their library when it's built or to an empty furniture store in Chicago.

02:04:02.100 If you're Barack Obama, why why again, 15 boxes of mementos, gifts, personal papers and maybe some other presidential documents that should be in the National Archives.

02:04:19.100 Don't buy it.

02:04:22.100 This is the Glenn Beck program.
