00:13:29.000 the World Health Organization didn't flinch in its advice.

00:13:37.480 But what is clear now is that that policy was about politics and economics more than public health.
00:13:44.660 That means when the president didn't listen to the scientists and the experts,
00:13:51.540 but decided to not do it for politics and economics and be called a racist and a xenophobe
