00:00:00.000 Let me tell you about Jace Medical, our sponsor.
00:00:02.200 Jace Medical is, I believe in these guys, what they do.
00:00:05.540 I think this is one of the most important things you can do for preparation for hard times.
00:00:11.580 Look, we're in winter, and winter is going to get very, very cold soon.
00:00:15.820 I'm talking metaphorically, and you're going to need to do things to prepare for the winter.
00:00:22.080 And one of those things is having a personalized emergency kit that has five essential antibiotics that will treat the most common and deadly bacterial infections.
00:00:31.480 They're continually working on expanding their medication offerings, and they've even added ivermectin as an option in the Jace case.
00:00:40.120 Plus, you can buy a gift card for your family or loved ones so they can get a Jace case of their own.
00:00:44.920 Personalize it with their own needs.
00:00:46.820 This is extraordinarily important.
00:00:49.220 If you are somebody that wants to be prepared, go to jacemedical.com, J-A-S-E medical.com.
00:00:56.320 Enter their promo code back at checkout for a discount on your order, jacemedical.com.
00:01:19.220 To compromise, we're going to stay together, if we're going to survive.
00:01:32.320 Stay the strength, and hold the light.
00:01:39.420 It's a new day, time to rise.
00:01:44.360 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:57.220 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:02.180 Hello, you sick freak.
00:02:03.340 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:04.680 Yesterday, I was on the phone with Donald Trump before the news of Chris Christie broke, and he's talking to me, and I'll give you his reaction to Chris Christie when he found out, which was before the rest of the world found out.
00:02:19.660 It was kind of funny.
00:02:22.140 Kind of funny response from Donald Trump.
00:02:24.380 We have coverage of what he said yesterday on Fox News, also the debate from CNN, and so much more, including the premiere tonight of our investigative reporting.
00:02:40.280 It's our documentary, our Blaze documentary on Colony Ridge.
00:02:45.000 You don't know what Colony Ridge is.
00:02:46.920 You'll be finding one soon around you, and it is going to totally change America.
00:02:56.760 We'll talk about that coming up in 60 seconds.
00:02:59.520 First, when you absolutely positively have got to kill somebody threatening your family, you need a gun.
00:03:05.720 You should have a gun.
00:03:07.220 But not at all situations are calling for deadly force.
00:03:10.500 There was a time, oh, about three years ago, my son was creeping around in the middle of the night.
00:03:17.140 My wife woke up.
00:03:18.280 She heard it.
00:03:19.220 There's somebody in the house.
00:03:20.720 Get your gun.
00:03:21.900 So I got my gun, and now, you know, she's in the bedroom.
00:03:24.820 She's in the bedroom.
00:03:25.940 You go first.
00:03:27.360 And so I went, and I was checking the house, and I heard something move, and I was coming around a corner, and I stopped, and I said,
00:03:34.520 I have a gun, I am in fear for my life and my family's life.
00:03:41.520 Identify yourself now.
00:03:43.440 If you don't, I have a gun, and I will shoot.
00:03:47.800 And that's when I took a breath, and I heard, it's me, Dad.
00:03:54.140 I mean, if you're not careful, you could shoot and kill.
00:03:59.900 Accidents like that happen.
00:04:01.600 There is a non-lethal alternative to safeguarding your home that will send potential threats running in the opposite direction.
00:04:09.620 It is Burna.
00:04:11.060 The Burna Launchers.
00:04:12.260 These things are legal in all 50 states.
00:04:14.880 No permits.
00:04:15.820 No background checks required.
00:04:17.840 If your daughter or your wife is walking around with, you know, pepper spray in her purse, okay, good, good.
00:04:23.640 How about having a weapon, a gun, that can fire tear gas up to 60 feet away, so something is happening, she has to just hit within six feet.
00:04:36.700 It's the Burna Launcher.
00:04:38.580 Get it now.
00:04:39.820 Check it out yourself.
00:04:40.980 Visit Burna, B-Y-R-N-A, B-Y-R-N-A dot com slash Glenn.
00:04:46.380 Get 10% off your purchase right now.
00:04:49.240 It's Burna dot com slash Glenn.
00:04:51.620 Okay, let me tell you about what's on the website right now at Blaze TV.
00:05:01.660 Now, I recommend that you don't watch this for, let's say, the next three hours.
00:05:06.280 The next three hours.
00:05:07.440 That's a good recommendation.
00:05:08.040 But it is available now on the website on demand at Blaze TV dot com slash Glenn.
00:05:16.020 It is our original documentary.
00:05:20.380 In fact, let's play the full trailer here.
00:05:23.120 This is what America is going to turn into.
00:05:26.640 Listen.
00:05:27.960 By the time Joe Biden's out of office, there will be about 10 million new people in here.
00:05:32.640 If you have 10 million people coming in, where are they living?
00:05:38.920 Look at the size of this.
00:05:42.240 The fastest growing development in Texas is just a 30-minute drive from Houston.
00:05:48.000 Any idea of how many are illegal?
00:05:52.700 The majority.
00:05:54.160 The majority.
00:05:54.960 The majority.
00:05:56.140 I'm like Sears and Robo.
00:05:57.380 I have a product.
00:05:59.200 I created it.
00:06:00.280 I sell it.
00:06:01.120 Does it bother you at all, just culturally, in America, to have 150,000 people that are speaking another language?
00:06:13.480 Own something of your own.
00:06:14.680 Own your own home.
00:06:16.020 That's what we're trying to create for people here.
00:06:18.180 If it's the American dream, why don't you advertise in English?
00:06:23.560 They are going against humanity.
00:06:25.740 Against Americans, non-Americans.
00:06:27.840 A lot of races, a lot of people.
00:06:29.480 Like, we were dumb for even falling into this.
00:06:32.940 But I mean, what do we do?
00:06:35.680 What do we do?
00:06:36.320 If you import the third world, you end up becoming more third world.
00:06:41.660 I've served in Afghanistan.
00:06:44.420 Every war-torn or third-world country always has that same distinct smell, and it's the smell of burning trash.
00:06:52.040 You can see all the undeveloped plots.
00:06:53.420 This could become passive.
00:06:55.260 Gunfire shooting up there, just pow, pow, pow, pow, coming in front of my house.
00:06:59.800 My wife's advice was, don't piss off any cartels.
00:07:03.720 I said, I'll try.
00:07:07.700 Is this the future for America?
00:07:09.740 Because this is the path we're on as an entire country.
00:07:13.920 This is a completely new population.
00:07:18.760 It is the third world coming to America, and they've got to go someplace.
00:07:28.140 And this story broke last summer, I think, when the Daily Wire and the New York Post did a story on Colony Ridge.
00:07:39.320 And it was horrifying that the drug cartels were running it, and, you know, there's kidnapping and sex crimes and all kinds of stuff going on.
00:07:50.380 And it's completely changing the makeup of this very, very red county in Texas.
00:07:56.100 Some of that is true.
00:07:58.180 Some of that is not true.
00:08:04.660 Is this Pottersville, or is the developer Jimmy Stewart in It's a Wonderful Life?
00:08:13.260 I've never seen a story where the truth, whichever one it is, is the polar opposite of the other.
00:08:25.660 Half the people say this, half the people say that.
00:08:29.120 And we found ourselves saying, hmm, we thought we knew what this story was.
00:08:37.160 I'm not sure we do now.
00:08:39.060 I will tell you this.
00:08:42.100 This is going to happen all over the country.
00:08:45.940 And I know I wouldn't want it in my state.
00:08:50.780 I don't want it in my state.
00:08:52.920 The developer's brother gave, who I think is the co-developer, I'm not sure, but the developer's brother gave Governor Abbott $1.4 million for his campaign.
00:09:07.200 And I asked, what do you get for $1.4 million?
00:09:10.560 You'll see the answer, and you'll see it on blazetv.com slash Colony Ridge.
00:09:18.520 If you use the promo code Colony Ridge, you will get $30 off of the code.
00:09:24.700 So go to glenbeck.com, or I'm sorry, go to blazetv.com slash Glenn, use Colony Ridge, and you'll save.
00:09:36.460 It's a don't miss.
00:09:37.820 It's really remarkable.
00:09:39.180 Only for Blaze TV Plus subscribers.
00:09:43.980 Okay.
00:09:45.740 You watched the debate last night and Donald Trump?
00:09:49.320 I mean, they were on at the same time, so I...
00:09:51.360 You go back and forth?
00:09:52.160 No, I just watched the debate.
00:09:53.800 I mean, Trump, we've obviously, you know, I figured that would be kind of more highly covered.
00:09:58.320 Also, it was on Fox, which I think more people might actually watch.
00:10:04.600 So I tried to look for the thing that people weren't watching.
00:10:06.780 It was interesting.
00:10:08.060 I mean, it's weird watching it.
00:10:09.920 There's another parallel universe in which DeSantis and Haley are sort of two pretty highly qualified presidential candidates running for the Republican nomination from two different wings of the party, and it was a totally normal election.
00:10:24.760 And then you kind of step back and you're like, well, actually, there's another candidate who's up by dozens of points.
00:10:30.720 And so it felt very strange.
00:10:33.000 I mean, I would say between...
00:10:34.600 If you were going to look at the attacks leveled by both of these candidates, and you'd say, was it against the other one on stage or was it against the guy who's in the lead in the race?
00:10:44.160 I would say it was 80-20, the person on stage.
00:10:47.860 Sure.
00:10:47.960 They're playing for number two now.
00:10:49.880 That's exactly what it felt like.
00:10:51.860 It felt like they both sort of know that Trump is winning this, and there is still a possibility that he may be in a gulag somewhere in a few weeks, so we better run for number two.
00:11:03.940 And let's not...
00:11:05.060 There's no reason to go after him.
00:11:07.520 Now, they did mention him.
00:11:08.600 I mean, they were critical.
00:11:09.820 I mean, DeSantis pointed out his record on COVID.
00:11:13.940 Haley went after him a couple times on spending and budget stuff.
00:11:17.200 There was some stuff, you know, that they hit him on, but it was largely...
00:11:21.040 Like, both of them were very highly drilled on what the other had done wrong.
00:11:28.160 They went there with the intent of taking out the other.
00:11:33.460 It was not going in there in an intent of, like, I need to make a big splash to make up the ground to overturn Donald Trump.
00:11:39.740 It was like, I need to make sure I don't finish in third in Iowa.
00:11:42.700 That's what it felt like.
00:11:43.420 Well, one of them's going to finish in third in Iowa, and we'll see next week.
00:11:51.280 The Iowa caucus happens Monday or Tuesday?
00:11:54.060 Monday.
00:11:54.340 Monday.
00:11:54.560 So, we got that going for us.
00:11:57.380 Any insight on that?
00:11:59.180 Any new information?
00:12:00.520 You know, there's been a couple of polls that have come out.
00:12:03.780 They've basically showed that the race hasn't changed much.
00:12:06.960 There is one more Des Moines Register poll, which is sort of the, you know, the gold standard poll of the state that's supposed to come out this weekend that maybe give us one last bit of information.
00:12:16.820 A few polls have come out, though, and showed, you know, DeSantis and Haley close for second, and then Trump significantly ahead.
00:12:26.500 I do have a moral issue to ask.
00:12:29.780 Maybe I can ask you as a friend.
00:12:30.900 Yeah.
00:12:31.840 I didn't realize this until yesterday, but the caucus is going to be going on.
00:12:36.340 And results are going to be coming out on Monday night at the same time the Philadelphia Eagles are playing a playoff game.
00:12:44.200 They're playing on Monday night.
00:12:46.040 Now, I could tell you which one I care more about, but I don't think I necessarily want to admit that.
00:12:51.580 Right.
00:12:52.020 So, what do I – I mean, like my – I have a responsibility to the network and to my job to cover the caucus.
00:12:58.840 Oh, I thought you had a responsibility as a fan of the Eagles.
00:13:02.120 I have a responsibility as a fan of the Eagles to watch – what would you do in this situation?
00:13:07.080 As a huge sports fan that you are –
00:13:08.760 I think I would watch the Eagles and then just kind of check in from time to time on what's happening.
00:13:14.220 Okay.
00:13:14.640 Yeah.
00:13:14.780 The commercial breaks that you flip over to the caucus.
00:13:17.140 Yeah.
00:13:17.380 There's a commercial break.
00:13:18.380 Hang on.
00:13:18.940 Time out on the field.
00:13:20.120 Who's winning?
00:13:22.100 And then click back.
00:13:22.720 And then click right back.
00:13:23.340 Because I do have – I also have the option of the split screen situation where you can do the double box.
00:13:29.020 I don't know if I can –
00:13:29.640 Can you do the picture in picture so it's a smaller box?
00:13:32.120 Yes.
00:13:32.500 I think I can.
00:13:33.140 Maybe that's what I do.
00:13:33.820 I have – you know, again, my new attitude is, hmm, it's going to be interesting to see how this all works out.
00:13:39.280 Right.
00:13:40.060 And I think that's a little picture in picture box, you know.
00:13:43.220 I think it has to do with the score.
00:13:44.620 Yeah.
00:13:44.780 Like, if it's 28-7 Buccaneers in the third quarter, which it probably will be, I'm going to be all into the caucus.
00:13:52.440 If –
00:13:53.040 Huh.
00:13:53.340 Are you?
00:13:53.760 Because my choice then would be go to bed.
00:13:56.800 Because your mood's not going to improve much by introducing politics into it.
00:14:02.140 That's a good point.
00:14:02.960 Yes.
00:14:03.060 That is a fair point.
00:14:04.140 The chaos is – I mean, it really does feel like such a strange election.
00:14:08.040 You know, I feel like people, generally speaking, are looking at this as a foregone conclusion.
00:14:12.660 You know, it doesn't – I mean, I talked to this with Pat yesterday, who goes back, you know, a bunch of elections we've covered.
00:14:18.240 Even before we started doing talk radio, you guys are doing top 40 together.
00:14:21.760 You're still talking the election.
00:14:23.260 Do you feel like you've ever had an election that felt this way?
00:14:26.860 No.
00:14:27.600 It's unprecedented.
00:14:28.620 No, because we've had it where you're like, okay, he's – Reagan.
00:14:32.300 Yeah, he's going to win.
00:14:34.380 But we've never had – we've never had the debates go on with the guy who was way ahead just not showing up.
00:14:42.760 And we then have also never had, okay, he's going to win, but I don't know if he's going to jail.
00:14:50.560 And then we've never had, yeah, okay, maybe he's not going to go to jail.
00:14:57.400 If he does, he'll still run and constitutionally can still be elected.
00:15:01.620 And then on top of that, oh, and the other guy, he might die in office because he's so old.
00:15:07.880 They may replace him with Gavin Newsom, or they could just take the first lady from another president and drop her in at the last – I mean, it's crazy.
00:15:19.880 I mean, there's a non-zero chance.
00:15:22.120 And, of course, we always hope for the best with people's health.
00:15:24.280 But we do know that Joe Biden is an older man, and God only knows what happens.
00:15:28.000 But there's a non-zero chance that you walk in to the voting booth, and what you see on there is one guy who's dead, and that's it.
00:15:35.820 Like, it's possible you go in there, and one guy who's no longer sadly with us –
00:15:42.820 It's a black swan, but it's a big black swan.
00:15:44.780 Yeah, and the other guy's been removed from the ballot.
00:15:47.240 Right.
00:15:47.560 Right, like, it's possible that – that's it.
00:15:49.780 Yeah.
00:15:50.120 And it's not – I mean, again, it's an unlikely possibility that both of those things would happen.
00:15:55.320 But, like, the fact that we're in this world where these things are like normal discussions.
00:15:59.000 Every day we come on, we're like, I don't know.
00:16:00.760 Looks like the president is completely lost his marbles.
00:16:03.000 And the other guy running, I don't know, might be in a gulag.
00:16:06.500 Like, that's like a normal conversation these days.
00:16:09.420 Trump and I talked about this yesterday, and I said, we're in a banana republic.
00:16:12.740 If they don't take the one trial and push it past the election, you know, you have no time to prepare.
00:16:21.220 Alan Dershowitz said no good attorney would ever take this case or allow it to go through.
00:16:27.940 He said if I were his attorney, I would go to jail before I would represent him because there's no time to be able to go through three million documents.
00:16:37.780 And that's just what we know they have now.
00:16:39.540 And then I said, and then on top of that, taking his name off the ballots and everything else, and Trump said, we're just out of control.
00:16:51.280 We are careening towards the abyss.
00:16:54.140 And I think we are.
00:16:55.860 And God only knows what happens.
00:16:57.820 So that's why I say go Eagles on Monday.
00:17:00.540 And apologies to our wonderful listeners at WFLA in Tampa, but I mean, you know, I have my loyalties.
00:17:07.660 And may I also say our apologies to Iowa.
00:17:10.720 You better have your butt out at those caucuses, okay?
00:17:14.900 The rest of the country, we're not going to pay attention until the next day, but you better do your damn job.
00:17:20.620 You want to talk about heavy lifting, by the way.
00:17:22.420 Oh, yeah.
00:17:22.680 Have you read the weather reports for Monday?
00:17:24.880 No.
00:17:25.220 They expect the temperatures to be, like, some of the, just not air, you know, wind chill.
00:17:32.800 We're talking normal temperatures.
00:17:34.840 Minus 13.
00:17:37.080 Oh.
00:17:38.440 So here's the deal.
00:17:39.900 Here's the deal.
00:17:40.800 If it starts going crazy, take off your jacket, walk outside for about 10 minutes.
00:17:45.720 You won't care anymore.
00:17:47.800 It'll be great.
00:17:48.880 I mean, look at the bright side.
00:17:50.300 Look at the bright side, Iowa.
00:17:52.600 Real estate agents I trust.
00:17:54.320 Trust, you know, it is underappreciated that trust is really hard to come by.
00:18:00.120 I mean, with Disney just flushing that trust down the toilet, everybody seems to do it.
00:18:05.000 Nobody seems to understand that for society to work, a man's word has to be his bond.
00:18:11.640 You have to be able to trust things.
00:18:14.220 All right.
00:18:14.560 Well, who do you trust to help sell your house?
00:18:17.580 Who do you trust?

00:18:41.180 Real estate agents I trust dot com.
00:18:43.800 The name says it all.
00:18:45.400 Real estate agents I trust dot com.
00:18:47.680 10 seconds.
00:18:48.100 It's station ID.
00:18:58.720 On the phone with Donald Trump yesterday in my office and in the middle of our conversation, he says, oh, hang on just a sec.
00:19:08.920 Really?
00:19:10.220 It just happened?
00:19:11.960 Always going to?
00:19:13.560 Okay.
00:19:15.420 Glenn just found out Chris Christie dropping out of the race.
00:19:20.480 And I said, really?
00:19:22.360 And he said, I'm starting to like him more every minute that goes by.
00:19:31.100 That's amazing.
00:19:31.740 You were on the phone with him when that happened.
00:19:33.760 Yeah, when he got that in, when I went back into my office, you know, and was in a meeting and, and I look up at the screen about 20 minutes later and he's announcing that he has dropped out.
00:19:46.060 Wild.
00:19:46.620 Yeah, really crazy.
00:19:47.560 It's weird.
00:19:48.100 So it's an interesting move.
00:19:49.560 I mean, obviously, Chris Christie is of zero consequence in this race overall.
00:19:54.340 But I don't know.
00:19:55.420 Well, he said so far, he's not going to endorse anybody.
00:19:59.160 And I'm like, oh, geez, how am I going to endorse people when you get caught on a cold, hot mic seconds before your announcement where you're saying basically all the other candidates are terrible people and they are literally unfit to be president.
00:20:12.600 It's crazy.
00:20:13.080 He said in his speech announcing he was leaving, he said, anyone who says that you would have that you would vote for Donald Trump is unfit to be president.
00:20:20.000 So how can he endorse any of them at this point?
00:20:22.680 Again, you know, the two paths forward here are MSNBC gig and no labels candidate, right?
00:20:28.280 Like there's no maybe, maybe Ozempic spokesperson, but that's after a few months of hard work and diet and exercise.
00:20:37.260 So, I mean, I don't know that there's much going forward for Chris Christie.
00:20:40.460 I will say the New Hampshire thing, it is legitimately an interesting race.
00:20:45.060 Iowa does not seem to be that.
00:20:46.580 We're not seeing polling that's showing it's very close.
00:20:49.960 But in New Hampshire, though, I mean, you know, Nikki Haley seems to be about 30% naturally before Christie drops out.
00:20:55.800 And every instinct among watchers, but also every polling piece of data that we have shows probably something like three quarters of his votes would go to Haley.
00:21:06.460 So, look, I think that's going to be a close race.
00:21:09.120 It's not at all crazy.
00:21:10.780 How do you cut one vote up into three quarters?
00:21:13.740 Three quarters of the people voting for Chris Christie.
00:21:16.760 Yeah.
00:21:16.980 So how do you cut that one person up?
00:21:22.400 He's actually doing better there than any place else.
00:21:26.380 He had 12% of the vote in New Hampshire.
00:21:28.020 And this is, you know, some races or some of these polls, the latest CNN poll had it as a seven point race between Trump and Haley.
00:21:35.540 Oh.
00:21:36.440 Another poll, American Research Group, had a three or four point race.
00:21:39.960 So you look at that and you say, if that's true, which there are other polls that say maybe it's not as accurate.
00:21:46.460 But if that's true, 12% dropout.
00:21:48.700 This is a toss up type race.
00:21:50.520 I mean, I'd still favor Trump.
00:21:51.560 And then you go to South Carolina.
00:21:52.440 And then you go to South Carolina, which is her home state.
00:21:54.560 Now, look, she's not as close there.
00:21:57.180 But, you know, you win a race.
00:21:58.060 It's Trump down.
00:21:58.460 It's Trump down.
00:21:59.220 I mean, he's heavily favored there.
00:22:00.780 But, you know, you win a race.
00:22:02.040 You beat him in New Hampshire.
00:22:02.800 It can change things.
00:22:03.120 Who knows what happens?
00:22:04.180 You know, that's how she's crossing her fingers.
00:22:06.720 We'll deal with the other states after New Hampshire.
00:22:09.380 And if she can get second place in Iowa, first in New Hampshire, I mean, look, I think it's a real long shot considering how she's built that coalition.
00:22:17.220 But, you know, you cross your fingers and hope if you're Nikki Haley.
00:22:21.660 More in just a second.
00:22:33.120 So just like the rest of us, your dog needs a salad.
00:22:41.980 And what about your dog?
00:22:43.480 But if you've ever dropped anything for a salad on the floor, they'll they'll like put it in their mouth and they just like and just immediately drop it back on the floor.
00:22:52.600 They like salad as much as I do.
00:22:54.520 However, they need the same nutrition.
00:22:57.180 They need the stuff that leads to a happy and healthy life.
00:23:00.280 Kibble food has none of that stuff in it.
00:23:03.560 My dog, Uno, has begun to slow down now as he's approaching 12 in his old age.
00:23:10.280 And it's hard to watch that.
00:23:11.940 But I am grateful because I truly believe Rough Greens gave him the best years of his life.
00:23:17.940 Started feeding Uno about four or five years ago, Rough Greens.
00:23:21.340 And I'll tell you, he changed as a dog.
00:23:24.640 He was more active.
00:23:26.200 He was happier.
00:23:27.320 He was running around.
00:23:28.300 It was amazing.
00:23:30.280 Rough Greens.
00:23:31.120 They want to give you a first trial bag free just to make sure your dog likes it.
00:23:34.900 All you do is pay for shipping.

00:23:55.800 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
00:24:11.040 It's Thursday.
00:24:12.000 Maybe later we can go through some of this polling on the border, Glenn, because, you know, it's a huge vulnerability for Biden going into this election.
00:24:19.600 Huge.
00:24:20.060 Catastrophe.
00:24:20.340 45% say it's a crisis.
00:24:23.480 Crisis.
00:24:24.200 I am surprised it's that low.
00:24:27.080 When they're kicking people out of their schools.
00:24:31.500 Oh, my gosh.
00:24:32.260 In, what is that?
00:24:33.420 New York, right?
00:24:34.040 Yeah, New York.
00:24:34.540 In fact, do we have the video of that?
00:24:38.060 It is.
00:24:38.720 It's astounding.
00:24:40.080 Play the video of that.
00:24:41.060 Of the, of them being ejected.
00:24:45.700 Here we go.
00:24:46.020 How does it feel that you can tell the kids out of school tomorrow?
00:24:48.920 How does it feel?
00:24:49.840 You feel good?
00:24:50.900 I hope you feel good.
00:24:52.720 I hope you all sleep really well tonight.
00:24:55.480 Hmm.
00:24:56.700 That's a mom.
00:24:58.020 Are you yelling at them?
00:25:00.640 Because I have a right to.
00:25:02.060 That's why.
00:25:03.120 That's why.
00:25:03.860 Because I'm an agitated mother.
00:25:05.240 That's why.
00:25:06.060 Uh-huh.
00:25:06.400 Yeah, we'll do that.
00:25:08.700 I mean, I doubt.
00:25:10.740 Incomprehensive.
00:25:11.300 I doubt this mom.
00:25:12.940 Taking all of my kids' schools.
00:25:15.740 Yeah.
00:25:16.560 I doubt this mom was, you know, a diehard voter one way or another.
00:25:21.860 I mean, there's going to be a lot of, it might be, but.
00:25:24.540 Yeah.
00:25:25.040 Who knows?
00:25:25.580 They're moms first.
00:25:27.960 Mm-hmm.
00:25:28.140 And their kids are being kept out of school and told they got to go someplace else because
00:25:33.900 all of these migrants are coming in, not migrants, I'm sorry, illegal aliens coming in, and they're
00:25:40.040 just taking the schools.
00:25:42.180 What the hell is happening?
00:25:44.920 Mm-hmm.
00:25:45.240 It's legitimately shocking.
00:25:47.200 It's also 2,000 people you know nothing about.
00:25:49.760 You don't know if these are criminals, are felons, are mass murderers, and they just moved
00:25:55.040 into this neighborhood 2,000 at once.
00:25:58.000 It's incredible.
00:25:59.220 It's an unconscionable story.
00:26:01.160 Wait until you see this documentary on Blaze TV, on Colony Ridge, the new documentary with
00:26:07.420 me and Jason Buttrell, on right now.
00:26:12.980 You can watch it at blazetv.com slash Glenn.

00:26:33.140 It is really amazing, truly amazing, and we can only make these things because of you
00:26:41.320 and try to find the real story, and the real story on this has been missed by almost everybody.
00:26:48.980 The real story on Colony Ridge.
00:26:52.320 Yeah.
00:26:52.920 It's been missed by everybody, and we expose it because it was so – when you actually go
00:26:58.580 down and you're trying to find the truth, it's not what you heard, and it's not necessarily
00:27:05.660 what the development says either.
00:27:08.920 Okay?
00:27:09.080 Those are polar opposites of each other.
00:27:13.100 So what is the real truth, and what's the real story?
00:27:17.160 And you'll see that tonight on the documentary blazetv.com slash Glenn.
00:27:22.200 Use the promo code COLONYRIDGE.
00:27:24.420 But this does not – this is the fastest-growing development in Texas.
00:27:30.640 This is going to be everywhere, and you'll understand why tonight.
00:27:36.620 Yeah.
00:27:36.880 I mean everywhere.
00:27:38.160 Aren't they selling like 200 lots a day or something ridiculous?
00:27:41.340 It's crazy.
00:27:41.940 It's crazy.
00:27:42.260 It's out of control what's going on.
00:27:44.080 Yeah.
00:27:44.280 It's crazy.
00:27:45.240 It's going to be the biggest city in the southeast or southwest pretty soon.
00:27:49.180 Oh, I mean, it is 30 minutes outside of Houston.
00:27:52.740 Yeah.
00:27:53.140 And –
00:27:54.220 It's already, what, 70,000 people?
00:27:56.480 You'll find out tonight.
00:27:57.600 That's what some people say.
00:27:58.960 Mm-hmm.
00:27:59.240 That's what some people say.
00:28:00.280 You'll see tonight.
00:28:01.180 It's pretty amazing.
00:28:02.920 And you know where we got the official number?
00:28:05.400 The schools.
00:28:07.480 Oh, they'd know.
00:28:08.800 Mm-hmm.
00:28:09.820 Yeah, they'd know.
00:28:10.560 Mm-hmm.
00:28:11.840 All right.
00:28:12.540 Anyway.
00:28:12.840 It's poor people living in the shadows.
00:28:14.840 I don't know what your deal is with them.
00:28:16.900 They're just here to make a better life for themselves.
00:28:19.200 Just a bunch of families coming in wanting a better life.
00:28:22.400 The word I would use is not emergency.
00:28:24.800 I would say it's invasion.
00:28:29.120 Yeah.
00:28:29.560 Well, that's the word that people agree with most now.
00:28:32.000 They just did a study on that, a survey.
00:28:34.260 And rather than a crisis, they're saying it's an invasion.
00:28:37.600 The American people are starting to wake up to it.
00:28:39.480 I don't know if they're awake enough to elect a new leader who's going to do something about this, but I sure hope so.
00:28:45.360 Well, Mike Lee is on today because Mike Lee is saying no budget.
00:28:49.100 No border, no budget.
00:28:50.780 No border, no budget.
00:28:51.900 The way it should be.
00:28:52.780 That's what Chip Roy is saying.
00:28:54.100 You know, they torpedoed, 12 of them torpedoed the budget yesterday in the House.
00:29:02.960 Because it included nothing on the border.
00:29:04.660 Nothing on the border.
00:29:06.080 Laughable.
00:29:06.540 I mean, this charade we went through with throwing McCarthy out as if it was going to make some difference.
00:29:12.040 And then the exact same deal comes back.
00:29:14.640 Yeah.
00:29:14.920 A lot of the people who were responsible for that, I haven't heard word one from, by the way.
00:29:19.540 I know.
00:29:19.940 But I mean, it was just a waste of time.
00:29:21.560 I mean, I don't care about McCarthy.
00:29:23.020 I don't care.
00:29:23.540 And I don't think Johnson's the worst guy in the world or anything.
00:29:26.160 But like, there's no change here.
00:29:28.120 This is the same thing.
00:29:28.960 They're restrained the same way.
00:29:31.560 They can't do anything.
00:29:33.100 They fail over and over again when they have power.
00:29:36.420 I mean, it's pathetic.
00:29:38.360 Who's best equipped, do you think, after everything we've seen so far in this campaign, to do something substantial on the border?
00:29:45.840 To finally, would it be Trump?
00:29:48.240 Would it be DeSantis?
00:29:50.180 I think it would be...
00:29:51.100 Vavake?
00:29:51.400 Nikki Haley?
00:29:52.460 I mean, who do you have the most faith in?
00:29:54.480 To do something on the border?
00:29:55.740 Yeah.
00:29:56.140 I think Trump and DeSantis are side by side.
00:29:59.660 Yeah.
00:29:59.940 Me too.
00:30:00.340 Vavake's pretty strong on, you know, from what I've heard of.
00:30:04.960 Right.
00:30:05.120 But I don't know if he would have the muscle.
00:30:07.620 I think he would make a decent vice president because I think he could explain things.
00:30:13.800 He could be out on the road, be a bully pulpit.
00:30:16.860 He's a bulldog, too.
00:30:17.840 I mean, he's a bulldog.
00:30:18.700 He will.
00:30:19.040 You've seen him with the press over the past few weeks, especially.
00:30:20.860 He's been great with that.
00:30:21.720 Very, very good.
00:30:22.520 You know, look, there's a lot.
00:30:23.920 It's so weird.
00:30:24.480 I think people are so polarized on Vavake.
00:30:27.300 And it's like, I don't know.
00:30:28.440 I mean, he's got something to offer.
00:30:31.220 I really do think that.
00:30:32.360 I mean, he is.
00:30:33.180 He's just super smart.
00:30:34.320 He's super smart.
00:30:35.000 He's very good.
00:30:35.700 He's I mean, he really does.
00:30:37.300 You've mentioned this before.
00:30:38.520 I know, Glenn, with Vavake as a potential Trump VP type of candidate.
00:30:42.140 And it's like, you know, I mean, you could see it, you know, he's he sort of has a younger, more certainly a different approach, let's say a more well-spoken and sort of refined approach than Trump.
00:30:56.200 But he's a bulldog in the same way.
00:30:57.740 And like what you might point out as issues with Vavake, if you're looking at him generally, like, you know, occasionally he does go down certain roads.
00:31:06.400 He's had some odd comments on, you know, 9-11, for example, that might cause a normal candidate problems.
00:31:12.740 That's not going to cause Donald Trump any problems.
00:31:14.820 OK, hang on.
00:31:15.540 It doesn't care at all.
00:31:16.860 That would be like, oh, yeah, whatever.
00:31:19.420 But let me ask you on 9-11.
00:31:21.960 There are many conspiracies about 9-11.
00:31:24.940 Steel doesn't melt comes to mind.
00:31:26.720 Sure.
00:31:27.360 Then how do you make it into a beam?
00:31:30.220 How do they shape it so well?
00:31:31.760 Right.
00:31:33.100 But, you know, World Trade Center number seven collapsing later that day is really the conspiracy theory.
00:31:42.560 There's a hundred million conspiracy theories.
00:31:44.680 I don't, you know, I don't embrace any of them.
00:31:47.060 But still, like, you know, I think if you talk to Vavake, he's not saying, well, it's World Trade Center seven.
00:31:52.160 He's saying like, OK, well, they lie to us about Saudi Arabia's involvement.
00:31:55.740 He's not like I agree with that.
00:31:57.480 I wish he'd clear that up.
00:31:58.500 I agree with that.
00:31:59.120 Yeah.
00:31:59.180 He makes it sound like he's Alex Jones on the issue.
00:32:01.240 And he's I don't think he is.
00:32:02.860 And then you might have you might think that because he brings Alex Jones on his podcast and then goes on Alex Jones's podcast.
00:32:09.580 Who am I?
00:32:10.180 Again, I think that he has something to offer.
00:32:12.500 But like his vulnerabilities as a candidate, the places he's, you know, weak or questionable as a lead candidate are all issues that Donald Trump could roll through without even thinking about it on a Tuesday afternoon.
00:32:25.140 Yes.
00:32:25.400 Like none of those problems that Vavake might present to a Nikki Haley, he doesn't present any of those problems to Donald Trump.
00:32:32.800 Oh, no.
00:32:33.320 Donald Trump will be like, oh, yeah, well, actually, I think it was a conspiracy.
00:32:37.260 It wasn't.
00:32:38.000 He'll like outdo Vavake.
00:32:39.360 I saw George Bush plant the explosives.
00:32:41.920 He doesn't care.
00:32:42.980 He'll go whatever.
00:32:43.820 So, like, you know, it's an interesting fit because, you know, Vavake would be able to go on all these shows and just constantly roll over media people attacking Trump.
00:32:53.180 And if that's a job, you'd think Trump would really like to have a bulldog.
00:32:57.920 You know, Pence was a different pick.
00:32:59.960 Pence was like, hey, a lot of, you know, evangelical people don't trust me right now in 2016.
00:33:05.040 I need someone who will give me that credibility.
00:33:06.780 And Pence filled that role.
00:33:08.040 And basically didn't, you know, never disagreed with him for four years.
00:33:13.800 I mean, I know everyone talks about January 6th, but, like, before January 6th, Pence was very subservient to Donald Trump basically the entire time.
00:33:23.560 And, like, I don't know.
00:33:25.080 You watch Vavake on stage.
00:33:27.220 He's almost doing that already.
00:33:29.500 Right?
00:33:30.020 Like, he literally said while running for president in a debate that Donald Trump was the best president of his lifetime.
00:33:37.060 And it's like, if you believe that, let him run against him.
00:33:39.980 Let's let him be president.
00:33:41.600 We don't need you if we have him still.
00:33:44.340 But, you know, Vavake is a number two in that role.
00:33:47.620 There is something to it.
00:33:49.280 However, however, let's play the game of you need all of the Republicans.
00:33:55.080 That would lead me to believe if Nikki Haley does well in Iowa, if she comes in second in Iowa, and, you know, you leave DeSantis kind of in the dust, I think DeSantis could be done.
00:34:11.500 If DeSantis finishes third, he's toast, right?
00:34:14.140 There's no way to come back.
00:34:15.380 If it's a close third, you know, if it's like one or two points away.
00:34:18.460 I mean, you're in Iowa.
00:34:19.500 He's put all of his resources there.
00:34:21.120 If he finishes third.
00:34:21.860 There's almost no path, I think.
00:34:22.980 Yeah, I think so, too.
00:34:23.940 Other than Trump is in a gulag, right?
00:34:27.440 Yeah.
00:34:27.760 They take Trump off the ballot somehow.
00:34:30.060 You know, something like that, you might say, okay, he's playing for second.
00:34:32.400 If it was him versus Nikki Haley, all polling of Republicans shows he would beat Nikki Haley easily.
00:34:39.240 But the question is, when given the three-way choice here with Trump and Haley and DeSantis, the DeSantis, people who like DeSantis are more likely to vote for Trump.
00:34:50.740 If Trump isn't there, DeSantis may say, okay, well, I have a path forward.
00:34:55.300 You know, I mean, again, we have to take these things seriously because, you know, the entire U.S. government seems to be aligned to try to destroy Donald Trump.
00:35:03.640 So you have to think of what happens as a secondary choice here.
00:35:07.000 And so DeSantis might see a path forward there.
00:35:09.220 But in a traditional primary, if he has spent all of his resources on Iowa, if he finishes third, there's a new poll today that shows him in third, by the way, if that is true, and that is, and it's hard to believe, but if that is true, he's got to be toast, right?
00:35:25.660 Like, if you spend all of this time, all of these resources on Iowa, and you finish third behind Nikki Haley in a state that's like Iowa, that's catastrophic for this campaign.
00:35:36.320 Really cold, cold front could help DeSantis because his people are going to be hopefully motivated.
00:35:44.720 If he's behind Nikki Haley, they'll either give up or they'll be motivated to get out to the caucus and really caucus for him and be strong.
00:35:55.740 He's got the best organization, I think, in the entire state.
00:35:58.100 I talked to Steve Dace yesterday who kind of outlined that same idea.
00:36:01.240 I think Donald Trump has a pretty strong, I've heard that he is killing it on the ground.
00:36:05.300 I mean, look, that poll that I mentioned that has DeSantis in third place also has Trump over 50%.
00:36:11.800 The weather could definitely play a part in this, though.
00:36:14.620 It's going to be like 15 here.
00:36:16.620 How cold is it going to be in Iowa on Monday?
00:36:18.720 15 below.
00:36:19.400 Yeah, really cold.
00:36:20.660 Really cold.
00:36:21.400 And if you're a Trump voter and you're thinking like he's up by 30, why am I really going to –
00:36:25.860 That could really hurt him.
00:36:27.180 That could really throw into chaos.
00:36:28.420 It could really hurt him.
00:36:29.360 All right, back in just a minute.
00:36:30.540 Thank you, Pat.

00:38:02.060 You're listening to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:38:04.340 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:38:19.660 There is one thing that we should mention.
00:38:21.920 Bitcoin got its permission from the SEC, actually the big investment houses,
00:38:28.520 that wanted to be able to trade shares of Bitcoin on the open market,
00:38:35.340 got their wish come true.
00:38:36.560 I think 12 or 15 major investment houses now can buy Bitcoin
00:38:42.720 and then sell ETF, paper Bitcoin to people,
00:38:46.740 but they have to hold the Bitcoin to be able to sell the paper.
00:38:50.300 Which means billions and billions and billions of dollars going into buy Bitcoin,
00:38:54.180 which, of course, has a major upside pressure on the price.
00:38:58.520 I mean, we're already over 49,000 today.
00:39:01.440 Oh, it started at 46 this morning.
00:39:03.440 Yeah.
00:39:03.720 I mean, and this is after a lot of this has been built in.
00:39:06.600 I mean, you know, this is something that was at 25,000, what, four months ago?
00:39:11.240 So, I mean, it's already all of this,
00:39:12.780 a lot of it's been built in to get up to 40-something thousand.
00:39:15.260 It looks like it's going to go over 50,000 today.
00:39:17.160 Really good chance of it.
00:39:18.780 What was its peak, 65?
00:39:20.920 It hit 60.
00:39:21.860 It was over 65 for, like, I think, a total of three days.
00:39:25.500 I believe the height, the peak was 69.
00:39:27.280 But almost, well over 90% of all Bitcoin held right now is in profit.
00:39:35.520 So, like, I mean, there was a few people who bought on bad days,
00:39:38.080 but, like, you go back the entire history.
00:39:39.980 If you bought and hold, you're up almost,
00:39:42.620 by almost every day you could have purchased it
00:39:45.140 in the entire history of Bitcoin.
00:39:47.040 And now we're seeing,
00:39:49.160 some estimates are as high as $200 billion
00:39:51.680 about to just flow in to buy more.
00:39:53.880 mean to the price of Bitcoin
00:39:56.120 and the stability of Bitcoin.
00:39:58.680 Because now if you have giant investments,
00:40:01.300 you know, if you have,
00:40:02.060 if you have, you know, retirement funds,
00:40:05.260 that blocks the government from destroying it.
00:40:09.060 It certainly makes it more difficult.
00:40:10.660 I mean, it makes it more difficult from destroying it
00:40:12.660 because people would have their investments in it.
00:40:15.420 So, you know, it wasn't a logical move on the SEC
00:40:21.480 if you think they're going to ban it.
00:40:24.260 Right.
00:40:24.440 However, you know, these guys are crap.
00:40:26.300 I have no idea.
00:40:28.080 I will say one thing that's interesting about this is
00:40:30.180 even if you don't care about Bitcoin or any of this stuff,
00:40:33.360 just think about how annoyed Elizabeth Warren is today.
00:40:36.180 And just, that will make you so happy.
00:40:38.360 You might not care at all about digital currency,
00:40:41.660 but Elizabeth Warren is having a terrible day.
00:40:45.000 And that's great news.
00:40:46.160 She'll, she'll be on the war path.
00:40:48.540 She was quoted as saying,
00:40:50.020 yesterday.
00:40:53.300 That's offensive to her.
00:40:54.540 She's Native American, you know.
00:40:56.240 I'm more Native American than she is.
00:40:58.220 That's legitimate.
00:41:00.140 According to DNA testing, that is legitimately true.
00:41:04.520 All right, more in a minute.
00:41:06.180 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:34.000 It's a new day.
00:41:36.180 I turn the ring.
00:41:42.180 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:41:50.920 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:41:54.340 I have to tell you, yesterday, the news roster, it is so full today.
00:42:05.860 I mean, I'm going to go through just the major stories that were reported on yesterday,
00:42:11.640 that broke yesterday.
00:42:13.160 And it is breathtaking.
00:42:15.860 It's so, there are so many stories.
00:42:18.740 I'm probably going to get to a third to be able to comment on about third, third of them.
00:42:23.060 I'll make quick note of all of the stories that we're looking at today.
00:42:27.660 And it's a pretty mind-blowing list.
00:42:30.180 We'll give that to you here in just 60 seconds.
00:42:33.480 Here's the cold, hard truth.
00:42:35.000 Car repairs are coming your way.
00:42:37.500 And they're not going to be cheap.
00:42:38.880 These days, a car mechanic will practically charge you just to take a look, just take a picture of your car.
00:42:44.380 So you have to factor in car repairs into your budget.
00:42:47.820 You just have to.
00:42:49.600 What if there was a way you could protect your wallet?
00:42:52.720 I mean, nobody likes surprises.
00:42:55.180 No, I like surprises.
00:42:56.720 No, you don't.
00:42:57.220 You like the surprises that you like.
00:42:59.400 You don't like surprises in general.
00:43:01.580 Surprise, your car has to be repaired.
00:43:04.400 That's why CarShield is there.
00:43:05.960 You get to lock in your price for car repairs and it never goes up.
00:43:10.440 CarShield offers protection plans for around $100 a month.
00:43:14.020 They cover more parts than ever before from your alternator to big-ticket items like your transmission.
00:43:19.680 So whether your car has 5,000 or 150,000 miles, CarShield has a plan for you.
00:43:24.320 This year, choose coverage through CarShield.
00:43:27.660 CarShield.
00:43:28.420 They'll have your back when your car breaks.
00:43:31.240 They have had mine.
00:43:32.980 CarShield.com slash Beck.
00:43:34.960 CarShield.com slash Beck or call 1-800-227-6100.
00:43:39.080 800-227-6100.
00:43:41.780 CarShield.com slash Beck.
00:43:44.020 Let me just see if I can run down some of the stories.
00:43:49.180 Yesterday, Bitcoin was approved for institutional investing.
00:43:56.320 That came from the SEC.
00:43:59.540 Fifteen institutional investors were given permission to start selling Bitcoin and including it in their retirement funds, etc., etc.
00:44:09.860 That's huge.
00:44:10.760 That's why Bitcoin is going to break $50,000 probably here in the next few minutes.
00:44:15.520 There was the block of the budget by 16 Republicans, Chip Roy, one of them, who are saying, you don't do something about the border.
00:44:29.220 We're never going to pass a budget.
00:44:31.180 Never.
00:44:31.520 And God bless him for that.
00:44:34.600 We have Mike Lee coming on about that here in just a minute.
00:44:37.300 Chris Christie dropped out.
00:44:39.580 Gavin Newsom, we find out, now has a budget crisis.
00:44:43.320 He refuses to call it an emergency.
00:44:45.340 But if he's going to dip into the emergency funds, he then has to call it an emergency or he can't get any of those funds.
00:44:52.660 It's $37 billion, and yet he announced just earlier this week, or was it last week, that he's going to be covering health insurance and sex changes with the California health system.
00:45:06.300 So you got that going for you.
00:45:08.840 Belichick was fired.
00:45:11.380 And they say they parted ways.
00:45:13.480 I don't think they would fire him after his nine Super Bowls they went to.
00:45:16.920 Yeah, yeah.
00:45:17.440 But they're parting ways.
00:45:19.620 He's going to probably go coach somewhere else.
00:45:21.200 I mean, I don't know that I ever thought he would leave there other than just retiring.
00:45:25.200 It's a huge, I mean, you were talking about the, probably the greatest NFL coach of all time, arguably.
00:45:31.460 Isn't Alabama kind of a big deal football?
00:45:34.880 Arguably the greatest college coach of all time.
00:45:37.120 Also, Nick Saban leaving, which apparently was a pretty big surprise.
00:45:41.980 And I say in the same day, or I guess it was one day apart technically, but in the same 24-hour period, certainly.
00:45:47.420 Then we had the debate, the town hall.
00:45:50.440 We had Fannie Willis.
00:45:54.140 That story broke.
00:45:55.320 You know about that, right?
00:45:56.460 She was having an affair with some attorney who then she said, I'm appointing you special counsel on the Trump thing.
00:46:07.500 Except she can't do that.
00:46:09.380 She needs permission to do that.
00:46:11.560 It has to go through a board.
00:46:13.080 Board, right.
00:46:13.180 She never went through the board to do it.
00:46:15.500 So she did not follow procedure.
00:46:18.700 He's making like $650,000 on his special counsel.
00:46:23.520 They're sleeping together.
00:46:24.640 He's going through a divorce.
00:46:26.280 She's being called as a witness.
00:46:28.620 That's the real ethical woman, Fannie Willis, that is going after Donald Trump.
00:46:34.620 Then you also had Fauci yesterday come out and say, the lab leak theory is not a conspiracy theory.
00:46:44.400 Excuse me, what?
00:46:46.740 The six-foot distancing, we just made that up.
00:46:51.040 I still see the posters for that all around, all over the place.
00:46:54.040 They're still just hanging up there as remnants of that era.
00:46:56.740 And apparently no science on that particular claim?
00:46:59.940 Nope.
00:47:00.200 Then you have the kids in New York getting kicked out of their own school for illegals.
00:47:09.860 What would you do as a parent?
00:47:14.280 Wait, my kid has to move?
00:47:16.900 My kid has to go someplace else because their school has been taken over by illegals?
00:47:24.640 No, I don't think so.
00:47:26.900 Then you had Hunter Biden show up yesterday.
00:47:31.260 That was bizarre.
00:47:32.740 He shows up in Congress and just sits there.
00:47:37.280 And everybody starts yelling at him.
00:47:39.900 And then, in an even more bizarre move, he gets up and leaves in the middle of it.
00:47:46.840 Then you had a couple of really disturbing things happen.
00:47:51.880 You have Poland kind of teetering right where we are on the Constitutional Republic line.
00:48:02.520 Listen to this.
00:48:03.400 This is the Polish Prime Minister, an announcement he made yesterday.
00:48:06.760 For the first time, since the dark days of totalitarian rule, we have political prisoners in Poland.
00:48:15.420 They are the former interior minister, Mariusz Kamiński, and his deputy, Maciej Wojcik.
00:48:22.320 Both are democratically elected members of the Polish Parliament.
00:48:27.960 Both fought against communists.
00:48:29.960 During their visit to the Polish president, Andrzej Duda, at the presidential palace,
00:48:35.900 they were detained by the police and then taken into custody.
00:48:40.720 This happened even though both received a presidential pardon,
00:48:46.880 as the prerogative of the president allows under Polish constitutional law, in 2015.
00:48:53.320 The entire process, which culminated in the detention of two politicians,
00:48:59.940 took place in flagrant violation of the rule of law.
00:49:03.600 Wow.
00:49:07.340 As to make that even better, I don't know if you saw the Canadian Mounties or whoever they are,
00:49:15.880 the Canadian police arresting the journalist.
00:49:19.160 This is horrifying.
00:49:21.900 Journalist is going and asking, I don't know, the interior secretary or something,
00:49:27.440 why Hamas is not on the terrorist list for Canada.
00:49:32.480 Listen to this.
00:49:34.220 Mr. Freeland, how come the IRDC is not a terrorist group?
00:49:39.860 Why is your government supporting Islamo-Nazis?
00:49:42.940 He's just putting microphone in.
00:49:44.760 What do you do?
00:49:46.600 You're under arrest for assault.
00:49:48.040 Why are you pushing me?
00:49:49.760 You're under arrest for assault.
00:49:51.380 You're under arrest for assault.
00:49:53.820 Police.
00:49:55.400 Police, you're under arrest for assault.
00:49:57.320 How am I under arrest?
00:49:57.880 You bumped into me.
00:49:58.980 You pushed into me, sir.
00:49:59.980 You bumped, I was just scrubbing.
00:50:01.260 I've got my credentials here, and you just bumped into me.
00:50:04.700 So, excuse me.
00:50:05.380 Police.
00:50:06.080 You're under arrest for pushing me.
00:50:06.600 What is your name in your badge?
00:50:08.880 What is your name in your badge?
00:50:10.620 You've been told you're under arrest.
00:50:12.140 Why am I under arrest?
00:50:13.300 I'm over here.
00:50:13.960 I've got a couple of options.
00:50:14.720 He blocked my name.
00:50:16.800 Okay.
00:50:17.240 Stop.
00:50:18.420 They take him away.
00:50:20.060 Jeez.
00:50:20.340 Now, this is a journalist that is walking down the street.
00:50:24.520 The police officer was intentionally standing right where he was walking.
00:50:31.740 He saw him coming.
00:50:33.340 He didn't move.
00:50:34.620 The guy had the microphone, and he bumps into him because he's walking backwards.
00:50:40.220 So, he doesn't see him, but he just bumps into him, and he's arrested for assaulting a police officer.
00:50:50.960 Holy cow.
00:50:52.720 Now, meanwhile, as we told you last week, the Red Cross, if you're giving money to the Red Cross, you should stop right now.
00:51:03.200 In my opinion, you should stop.
00:51:05.420 How could I say that?
00:51:07.420 Red Cross does a lot of good things.
00:51:08.920 Yeah, they're also passing out flyers on how to get to America all over South America and Latin America.
00:51:19.640 Excuse me?
00:51:20.480 What job?
00:51:21.720 What are you doing?
00:51:23.040 What are you talking about?
00:51:25.240 You're organizing?
00:51:27.560 Well, they're helping.
00:51:29.280 You also have Friends of the Train.
00:51:32.380 I don't remember what it is in Spanish.
00:51:34.400 They're doing it.
00:51:35.180 And the United Nations is also aiding and abetting and pushing people towards our border.
00:51:45.880 We're going to have 10 million new people here in America just from the last four years.
00:51:53.940 That's an invasion.
00:51:56.400 Meanwhile, our Congress and our President will do nothing.
00:51:59.860 Nothing.
00:52:00.300 There were 15 or 16 Republicans yesterday that stood up and said, no, you don't get a budget without the border.
00:52:11.220 You secure the border.
00:52:13.140 We'll talk to you about the budget.
00:52:15.220 But no.
00:52:17.400 And now everybody's, oh, my gosh, we're not going to have a budget.
00:52:21.000 We're going to shut down the government.
00:52:22.360 We should shut down the government.
00:52:24.200 What is the government doing to help you?
00:52:29.440 What is the government doing to protect and defend the Constitution?
00:52:34.060 What is the government doing to protect the borders?
00:52:38.760 The government is out of control.
00:52:43.100 We shouldn't be giving them another dime.
00:52:46.740 Make them work for it.
00:52:48.580 Make, force them to do their job.
00:52:51.280 I'm only asking for the Constitution to be followed.
00:52:53.680 I'm not asking for anything radical.
00:52:56.240 Follow the Constitution and execute your job.
00:53:00.940 And anyone who's not following or worse, usurping the Constitution, fire them or try them if they've committed a crime.
00:53:11.620 My gosh, what is wrong with us?
00:53:15.280 Meanwhile, Houston, one of its top five city now, isn't it?
00:53:19.780 It's the fourth or fifth largest city in the country.
00:53:22.100 Massive, massive city.
00:53:26.180 It's growing by leaps and bounds, but it's growing with illegals.
00:53:31.740 You're going to lose Texas.
00:53:35.220 You will lose Texas as a red state.
00:53:40.660 You will.
00:53:41.400 It's only a matter of time.
00:53:43.960 Period.
00:53:44.680 Why do you think they're bringing all these illegals in?
00:53:48.220 Two things.
00:53:49.600 One, elections.
00:53:52.420 And number two, Cloward and Piven.
00:53:56.900 Overwhelm the system.
00:53:58.340 That's what's happening in California.
00:54:00.360 Gavin Newsom, you think he's going to be put in?
00:54:03.640 Gavin Newsom, he's got a budget deficit now of $37 billion.
00:54:09.100 Why?
00:54:10.060 Because he's doing the same thing they're doing in New York.
00:54:13.460 Get out of here.
00:54:14.340 We're going to put some illegals in here.
00:54:16.360 Can you imagine if you have your own business and you can't afford health insurance?
00:54:21.780 You can barely afford it.
00:54:23.260 You're just at the bottom of the barrel.
00:54:24.860 And your tax dollars are going to give sex change operations to illegals, I think I'd lose my mind.
00:54:37.880 I think I would lose my mind.
00:54:39.460 I would definitely lose my house.
00:54:42.520 I would sell my house so fast and get out of that state.
00:54:46.020 That's true insanity.
00:54:48.780 You can't make the budget.
00:54:51.900 And so what is he cutting?
00:54:52.820 What is he cutting?
00:54:55.320 Tell me, Stu, how this one makes any sense at all.
00:55:02.100 What is Gavin Newsom cutting now that he has a deficit of $37 billion?
00:55:09.780 It will be $68 billion if he does nothing.
00:55:16.060 Okay?
00:55:16.240 So he's taking $13 billion from his rainy day fund reserves, which you're not supposed to touch unless you declare an emergency.
00:55:24.800 But he won't declare an emergency.
00:55:26.620 He's taking $8.5 billion from programs, deferring some spending to the future and spreading it out over more years.
00:55:35.640 $8.5 billion in spending cuts.
00:55:39.980 Half of those cuts are for housing.
00:55:44.380 Now, wait a minute.
00:55:45.480 Wait a minute.
00:55:46.040 Wait a minute.
00:55:46.780 Hold on.
00:55:47.180 Wait a minute.
00:55:47.740 You're going to cut housing, and yet millions of people are coming across the border, and you already have a housing crisis in California.
00:56:01.100 How's that work?
00:56:02.460 Then the other thing he's doing is he's cutting on many of the promises on climate change.
00:56:12.720 Now, if you're Gavin Newsom, remember, this is the World War II of this generation.
00:56:20.380 How is he possibly doing that?
00:56:25.120 Hmm.
00:56:27.760 What are the things he's cutting?
00:56:29.620 Well, he said, I won't cut free kindergarten, because he just added that.
00:56:37.960 I won't cut health insurance for all low-income adults, regardless of their immigration status.
00:56:43.860 So he's married to those two things.
00:56:46.540 But he does want to delay a planned minimum wage increase for health care workers.
00:56:55.260 So wait a minute.
00:56:56.360 I thought that was going to help everybody.
00:56:59.360 Everybody wins in that.
00:57:01.100 Why would you?
00:57:01.820 If that only helps people make money, and it doesn't harm the businesses, why would you do that?
00:57:10.540 Why?
00:57:10.980 Then he is going to cut $40 million from a program that helps local and regional governments fight the impacts of extreme heat.
00:57:24.360 $23 million for a pilot program to deploy zero-emission trucks that transport goods from ports.
00:57:30.780 $600 million in spending for programs to help motorists replace gas vehicles with hybrid and zero-emission versions.
00:57:39.000 If you actually believe this is the end of the world, why would you cut those things?
00:57:43.420 Why?
00:57:45.980 Why?
00:57:49.040 And this is the guy people say they're going to run.
00:57:53.460 Okay.
00:57:54.560 If America is that insane, well, then we deserve what we have coming to us, I guess.
00:58:00.940 So what does all of this mean?
00:58:05.500 And what is truly the big story of yesterday and today?
00:58:09.480 I'll tell you in 60 seconds.

00:59:12.960 Station ID.
00:59:21.540 So the biggest story today is this.
00:59:25.740 I want you to imagine, play the audio of the mother outside of the New York school
00:59:30.580 where her kids and all the kids have been told to leave
00:59:34.540 because school needs to be occupied now by illegal immigrants.
00:59:39.960 How does it feel that you can tell the kids out of school tomorrow?
00:59:43.680 How does it feel?
00:59:44.600 You feel good?
00:59:45.660 I hope you feel good.
00:59:47.320 So her kids can't go to school because the school is now occupied by illegal immigrants.
00:59:54.360 Okay?
00:59:54.600 Imagine yourself in that situation.
00:59:58.480 Now, if you've ever been to Brazil, I want you to imagine something else.
01:00:03.420 If you've been to Brazil or Rio, you know it's wealth and, like, I have no clothing poverty.
01:00:10.760 Okay?
01:00:11.360 And they live right on the other side of the fence.
01:00:15.200 It is despicable, awful.
01:00:20.080 It's poverty like Americans have never seen before.
01:00:25.200 But that's what we're talking about.
01:00:27.400 If we bring the third world here without a plan, without ways for them to realize the American dream,
01:00:38.140 and we just keep giving stuff, or worse, we let people prey on them,
01:00:44.280 we're going to be a third world country.
01:00:47.240 That is your future.
01:00:50.160 Living where you live and right on the other side of the fence is massive poverty.
01:00:55.860 How do I know?
01:00:57.480 I've been to Colony Ridge in Houston, and that's what it is.
01:01:03.640 Across your fence is wild like never-before-seen poverty.
01:01:10.420 It's not all of Colony Ridge, but it is going to be popping up everywhere.
01:01:16.900 Currently, it's in Houston.
01:01:18.220 But these developments, when unscrupulous people, not doing anything illegal, see the opportunity to make millions of dollars.
01:01:32.040 They're going to do this and repeat this all over America.
01:01:37.040 What is Colony Ridge?
01:01:39.320 It is the name of a development just outside of Houston, Texas, about 30 minutes outside of Texas.
01:01:45.620 So, you're commuting distance.
01:01:49.400 And it is, many parts of it, third world feeling.
01:01:55.500 Okay?
01:01:55.680 Are the people happy?
01:01:58.040 Some of them are.
01:01:58.860 Some of them are really unhappy.
01:02:01.780 What is the whole story?
01:02:03.280 Because the New York Post didn't get it right.
01:02:06.420 I don't think the Daily Wire got it right.
01:02:09.580 We tried really hard to get this right.
01:02:12.460 And you will see the truth of Colony Ridge.
01:02:15.700 And it's not about the Texas development.
01:02:18.760 It is about you and your neighborhood.
01:02:22.040 If you don't stand up, if Congress doesn't stand up and say, no budget, if there's no border security, then this will come to your community.
01:02:33.720 It may already be there.

01:04:04.300 Watch it now.
01:04:07.100 Hello, you sick freak.
01:04:20.280 Yesterday, Mike Lee went on a rant on X.
01:04:25.260 I wish Senate GOP leaders would admit that Biden already has the power to stop the border surge but refuses to do so.
01:04:31.960 And two, passing new laws, paying $106 billion as the price of admission, won't change that.
01:04:38.200 When this effort fails, Biden will blame the GOP for the surge.
01:04:41.480 By not including Speaker Johnson in these border security negotiations to give him what he needs,
01:04:47.940 Senate R's are setting up GOP to get blamed for the border.
01:04:51.360 Why exclude the House Speaker in this?
01:04:54.020 This gives Biden and the Democrats a massive win.
01:04:58.160 Biden will never enforce the law, and Dem AGs will litigate it to death and ensure that none of it takes effect.
01:05:04.980 Those advocating for this deal, including members of both parties, are setting Republicans up for failure.
01:05:09.820 Nothing that's in this deal, which we still haven't seen, but it's been described to us in broad terms,
01:05:15.060 would stop the current surge in the border, and some of its provisions might as well, might make the surge far worse.
01:05:23.800 No one believes this can pass the House because it's got serious problems, so why are we setting up Republicans?
01:05:29.680 Perhaps the firm has now ousted Speaker Johnson and renamed it as the law firm of Schumer, McConnell, and Jeffries.
01:05:37.800 If so, that speaks well of Speaker Johnson.
01:05:42.240 Mike Lee is here to talk about this.
01:05:45.480 Hi, Mike.
01:05:47.100 Good to be with you.
01:05:48.700 Good to be with you, Senator.
01:05:50.880 You give me a little bit of hope because I've been wondering about Speaker Johnson.
01:05:57.540 You're saying now that he's cut out of this in the Senate, and that might mean that he's actually a good guy.
01:06:04.400 Yeah, it appears to me that Speaker Johnson, who I met with this morning, has not been in the loop on this at all.
01:06:15.160 It appears to me also that Speaker Johnson knows that this has no realistic hope of going anywhere in the House,
01:06:22.520 and I believe Speaker Johnson also understands that President Biden has the authority to address the border crisis
01:06:29.700 in a meaningful way to get the numbers down low the way they were before President Trump left office.
01:06:41.060 But President Biden refuses to do so.
01:06:43.840 And one of the dangerous things about this game is that by setting this up,
01:06:48.700 we're almost taking accountability away from President Biden by buying into the narrative
01:06:54.720 and implicitly furthering the narrative that says that this whole border crisis,
01:07:00.760 the humanitarian crisis unfolding there, the rule of law chaos,
01:07:04.760 the invasion of the United States of America by people from all over the world,
01:07:09.280 including not just from Latin America, but from places like, oh, I don't know, Afghanistan and Syria.
01:07:15.260 China.
01:07:15.600 China, all kinds of places.
01:07:19.000 Yemen.
01:07:20.620 This is occurring for want of adequate legislation, for a lack of adequate federal law.
01:07:28.180 It is not.
01:07:29.480 Look, Glenn, the bottom line is this all started and all gets perpetuated through our asylum laws.
01:07:37.480 And our asylum laws at the outset are discretionary.
01:07:41.640 They're written in May language rather than shall language.
01:07:44.900 They contemplate that when someone comes in, crosses our border without documentation,
01:07:49.160 if they want to apply for asylum, they do so.
01:07:51.580 They're supposed to be incarcerated until their claim can be adjudicated.
01:07:55.860 And if and only if they're deemed eligible for it, then they're admitted.
01:07:59.280 Most of them are not, by the way.
01:08:01.080 But what these guys are doing, they're saying, well, we ran out of bed space.
01:08:04.900 We don't have enough time or people and enough beds to process all of them and hold them.
01:08:10.080 So what we're going to do is just release them into the interior of the country.
01:08:12.880 In fact, we're going to buy them a plane ticket and they can board that plane without a driver's license or a passport or anything else.
01:08:19.760 We'll just fly them into the country and we'll tell them, have fun.
01:08:23.320 We'll probably contact you for your immigration hearing, which may be 10 or 12 years down the road.
01:08:29.420 And within 180 days, we'll give you a work permit.
01:08:33.460 That is not what the law requires.
01:08:36.000 Much of that is not even what the law allows.
01:08:38.420 What they could and should do is say that because there is no affirmative right to asylum by anybody coming into this country without documentation,
01:08:48.420 there's no affirmative right that we have to recognize.
01:08:50.380 The president and secretary Mayorkas should say, once we're no longer able to process all of them,
01:08:56.360 we're going to stop even considering asylum applications for people who cross our borders without documentation and thereafter seek asylum.
01:09:05.000 We should be turning them around right away.
01:09:08.000 This whole negotiation presupposes that this is, you know, somehow based on a lack of adequate federal legislation.
01:09:15.540 Sure, some of our laws are messed up and need to be fine tuned.
01:09:18.660 That's not the problem here.
01:09:20.380 The problem is that President Biden defiantly refuses to enforce them.
01:09:24.940 You say that this law, if passed, might even make things worse.
01:09:29.460 How?
01:09:30.580 Well, there are elements of it that might make things better,
01:09:33.060 but there are elements of it that might turn up the electromagnetic pull for illegal migrants.
01:09:39.120 For example, there are provisions that would eliminate the 180-day waiting period between the time someone is released from the initial screening
01:09:49.180 into the interior of the country.
01:09:50.700 They have to wait 180 days between that moment and the moment they get their work permit.
01:09:54.400 This would turn that down to zero days.
01:09:56.600 They would get it immediately after they're released from the initial screening period.
01:10:00.460 So that's a thing.
01:10:04.180 Number two, while it would give a new Title 42-like authority to the president to shut down the border
01:10:12.160 in ways that we can't yet ascertained because we haven't seen bill text,
01:10:16.080 they won't let us see it because they're still negotiating it.
01:10:18.160 I don't know why that means we can't see it, but whatever.
01:10:22.500 They're negotiating that, and that sounds great.
01:10:24.800 Once we've achieved 5,000 migrant encounters a day, and we're several times that right now,
01:10:31.420 that the president would have authority in unspecified ways to sort of shut down the whole process of the border,
01:10:36.600 the process by which people entering by land without documentation could be brought in.
01:10:41.520 But then it says it can do that for only 14 consecutive days and initially for a maximum of 275 days per year,
01:10:51.180 ratcheting down over two or three years after that to a total of 180 days.
01:10:56.980 Well, just what that does, Glenn, that allows El Chapo's successors and interests
01:11:02.440 and other like-minded international criminal cartels to game the system,
01:11:08.540 to calendar around when they'll bring in these uncontrolled waves of illegal immigration.
01:11:14.300 This will just guarantee that they will be able to have free reign
01:11:17.920 because the president won't be able to shut it all down.
01:11:20.600 Okay. So, Mike, you know, the budget thing, I have been watching you,
01:11:25.100 and thank you for being one of the good guys, and no border, no budget.
01:11:29.760 That should be a mantra all around the country.
01:11:33.280 No border, no budget.
01:11:35.920 But the Republicans are going to shoot themselves.
01:11:38.880 The Mitch McConnells are going to do it again.
01:11:41.360 They're going to say, oh my gosh, this is horrible.
01:11:44.780 You know, we're going to shut down the government because of these extreme Republicans
01:11:48.240 who everyone knows that the border is a crisis.
01:11:53.640 Everyone knows that.
01:11:54.940 And I don't know why the GOP is acting the way they do.
01:12:00.400 I don't know if they're in bed just for themselves or big business or whatever.
01:12:04.800 But if you've got the Mitch McConnells and the machinery of the GOP not standing behind
01:12:11.660 no border, no budget, it's just going to be a nightmare again.
01:12:17.280 It will, just as it is a nightmare now.
01:12:22.500 So, yeah, we need a simple demand.
01:12:25.840 The simple demand is secure the border or shut it down.
01:12:30.660 Now, there's some flexibility in what the it is, whether that's the whole government
01:12:34.660 or the Department of Homeland Security or the White House toilet paper budget.
01:12:38.820 I don't know.
01:12:39.420 But regardless, there needs to be some consequence, something, someone, somewhere needs to be
01:12:45.060 defunded directly as a result of the refusal to enforce the border.
01:12:49.620 And it is willful and it is politically motivated.
01:12:53.720 They need to face consequences from that by the Congress.
01:12:59.220 Remember, you can't really pass any spending legislation without going through the Republican
01:13:04.600 controlled House.
01:13:05.440 You can't even pass any spending legislation separate and apart from the Republican controlled
01:13:11.480 House without getting at least nine votes from Republicans in the Senate, in addition
01:13:17.480 to the 51 Democrats.
01:13:19.400 So if Republicans really wanted to hold them to this, we could impose some consequence, whether
01:13:24.960 that's shutting down DHS for a while until they get their act together, until they enforce
01:13:29.080 the border, or much more broadly.
01:13:31.180 I'm agnostic as to what exactly ought to be defunded during that period, but we've got
01:13:35.840 to defund something.
01:13:37.220 Because we can't pretend this is business as usual.
01:13:40.100 We cannot, must not reward them for inviting an invasion and acting as if nothing has to
01:13:47.520 change as a result of that.
01:13:50.720 Mike, thanks for flying the flag and trying to keep the Republic safe.
01:13:56.880 I appreciate it.
01:13:58.160 Can I ask you a quick question on the, the Donald Trump, uh, lawsuits?
01:14:03.800 Uh, can, can, I mean, is the Supreme Court going to rule that this is unconstitutional?
01:14:11.020 I mean, how can you keep somebody off a, off a ballot, uh, quoting the constitution if
01:14:17.260 the guy has never even been charged with insurrection?
01:14:20.040 Yeah, that seems really problem, problematic to me, uh, problematic on many levels, um, uh,
01:14:26.560 including, and especially the fact that, uh, not one person, uh, certainly not Donald Trump
01:14:33.320 has even been charged with much less convicted of the crime of insurrection.
01:14:39.940 Uh, uh, Donald Trump hasn't, um, been convicted of anything close to that.
01:14:46.500 He hasn't been convicted of anything, in fact.
01:14:49.100 And so this is, this is an act of lawlessness.
01:14:51.760 There are some other more technical, uh, uh, less intuitive reasons in there.
01:14:57.060 Some of the language used in section three of the 14th amendment specifically references
01:15:02.560 some offices, not the presidency, um, uh, indicating that it does not apply, uh, to
01:15:09.740 President Trump.
01:15:10.520 But in any event, for, for three or four independent reasons, I will be shocked if the Supreme
01:15:16.280 Court does anything over other than overturn the Colorado Supreme Court, uh, which acted
01:15:22.880 lawlessly and in a pretty shameless, uh, political maneuver, I will not be surprised at all if
01:15:30.180 the decision is either unanimous or near unanimous.
01:15:33.520 It would have to be.
01:15:36.020 It would have to be.
01:15:36.680 And they're going to have to act soon, because otherwise this is going to cause absolute chaos.
01:15:41.760 And you may, may see this metastasis throughout the country.
01:15:44.420 So, uh, the, the court likes to be deliberative, uh, so this will require them to act more quickly
01:15:50.000 than they normally do.
01:15:50.940 But I think they will.
01:15:51.640 I, I suspect that within a few weeks of argument, you may see the opinion of the, of the court
01:15:57.700 released.
01:15:58.500 Well, it's already too late in, just in, uh, Denver or in Colorado.
01:16:02.800 It's already too late.
01:16:04.240 They've already printed the ballots and his name is not on it.
01:16:08.340 And there are states now saying, oh, you want to play that game?
01:16:10.920 Two can play that game.
01:16:12.140 I mean, this is, we have constitutional crisis after constitutional crisis.
01:16:17.920 And I don't hear anyone calling it that.
01:16:20.420 And there needs to be, but it is.
01:16:23.480 Well, because, because it is a, it is a constitutional crisis.
01:16:27.940 I've issued, um, and made some tweets about that one over the holidays on my base, Mike
01:16:34.220 Lee account that, that, that, that explains some of the reasons why this thing is so out
01:16:38.800 of control.
01:16:40.000 Um, I even wrote, um, uh, a rudimentary song, uh, about Sheena, Sheena Bellows, the secretary
01:16:46.420 of state in Maine, the recent same decision, uh, this song, which I've released to no one,
01:16:52.360 uh, is called, uh, it's to the tune of Sheena is a punk rocker by the Ramones.
01:16:58.380 And, uh, it's something along the lines of Sheena is a woke Marxist, but we'll leave that
01:17:02.440 one for a different day.
01:17:03.340 Mike Lee rewriting the Ramones.
01:17:07.720 Fantastic.
01:17:08.280 Thank you, Mike.
01:17:08.780 Appreciate it.
01:17:09.900 Thanks so much, Glenn.
01:17:10.940 God bless.
01:17:12.000 Remember this phrase, no border, no budget.
01:17:16.620 It's 2024.
01:17:18.720 A lot of Americans trying to get their finances in order.
01:17:21.200 And a lot of them are worried about what's going to happen.
01:17:24.960 If the economy continues to go down the tubes, it might be, it might be them.
01:17:29.660 And I get it.
01:17:30.500 Might be you.
01:17:31.080 Might be me.
01:17:32.320 Scary time.
01:17:34.060 Now, what do we do about it?
01:17:35.720 Well, we shore ourselves up and do the best we can to make sure that we're prepared.
01:17:40.140 We don't hide our head in the sand and we prepare and then we just move on with our life.
01:17:44.940 Now, if you have high interest credit cards, your interest rate is, the average now is 25%.
01:17:53.220 That's nuts.
01:17:56.760 Some of them are higher.
01:17:58.700 If you're being buried in high interest debt, American financing can help you access the cash
01:18:03.580 in your home to pay off that high interest debt.
01:18:05.820 And it's a lot better paying a 5% interest than it is 25 or 30 or 35%.
01:18:12.700 Last year, their salary-based mortgage consultants helped customers from this audience save an
01:18:17.500 average of $854 a month.
01:18:20.420 That's like giving yourself a $10,000 raise.
01:18:23.160 So, start the new year without all the pressure.
01:18:26.400 Please call American Financing at 800-906-2440.
01:18:31.200 800-906-2440 or AmericanFinancing.net.
01:18:35.400 NMLS-182334, NMLSConsumerAccess.org.
01:18:38.400 APR for the rates in the 5.
01:18:39.560 Starts at 6.275% for well-qualified buyers.
01:18:41.960 Call 800-906-2440 for details about credit costs and terms.
01:18:46.380 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:18:48.800 Today, the premiere of the real story of Colony Ridge, Blaze Originals, hosted by me.
01:19:08.140 I take you into the development in Houston, just outside of Houston, called Colony Ridge.
01:19:14.260 What is the real story there?
01:19:16.240 We had a hard time finding it.
01:19:17.780 I interviewed the developer, John Harris, to get an idea of the demographics of illegal citizens versus, you know, illegal immigrants living in Colony Ridge.
01:19:29.000 He gave me one story, and then I got a different one from the county sheriff, Bobby Rader.
01:19:34.200 Listen.
01:19:34.920 Is it majority American citizens?
01:19:37.500 Sure.
01:19:38.200 Absolutely.
01:19:39.100 Really?
01:19:40.660 Do you have any idea what the...
01:19:42.920 Percentage is?
01:19:44.020 Yeah.
01:19:44.240 No, because we don't ask, and we really can't.
01:19:49.180 So then how do you know that it's a majority...
01:19:52.320 Well, Texas driver's license, social security number, I'm guessing.
01:19:58.560 Right.
01:19:58.840 Because a lot of foreign-born folks can have those things.
01:20:01.580 Okay.
01:20:02.700 All right.
01:20:03.920 You don't collect citizenship information, though?
01:20:06.520 We don't.
01:20:07.020 Any idea of how many are illegal to legal, even?
01:20:15.580 You want my idea?
01:20:16.800 Yeah.
01:20:17.400 Yeah.
01:20:18.040 Based on the reports from my sergeant that works that area, their account is the majority of the people up there are illegal aliens.
01:20:28.840 The majority?
01:20:30.080 The majority.
01:20:30.560 It is quite a tale, and I don't want to...
01:20:37.440 There is a sweaty mess interview that, after we did this interview, we thought,
01:20:44.280 that looked like a parody of a 60-minute interview.
01:20:50.280 It was remarkable.
01:20:54.040 You'll see it all today.

01:21:22.280 The Glenn Beck Program.
01:21:50.280 Welcome to the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:22:15.460 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:22.460 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:22:24.660 It is Thursday.
01:22:25.760 There's a lot on our plate.
01:22:26.880 Trump is now in court for closing arguments in his New York City fraud trial, which I...
01:22:31.460 You know, when there is no victim of the fraud, I don't know how they continue with the trial, as we found out from one of the testimonies of Deutsche Bank.
01:22:42.800 No, we expect this from all clients.
01:22:45.060 That's why we do our own homework.
01:22:47.100 But they're still going.
01:22:48.200 He was wanting to give his final argument himself.
01:22:52.700 Judge overruled that he can't do it.
01:22:56.300 So we'll see what happens today.
01:22:58.360 Final arguments in his fraud trial today.
01:23:01.480 It'd be one down and 870,000 to go.
01:23:05.280 We also have news on a new Blaze Media documentary.
01:23:11.780 It is on Colony Ridge.
01:23:13.480 If you don't remember what that is, Colony Ridge is a housing development that is beyond your imagination large.
01:23:23.060 Larger than Manhattan.
01:23:24.480 And they are selling homes to new citizens.
01:23:32.680 I'm going to take you through that.
01:23:34.320 But the documentary is open today for Blaze TV subscribers.
01:23:39.120 And I will tell you that I think everybody's gotten this story wrong.
01:23:43.600 Everybody's tried to make it about, you know, the murders or, you know, the cartels.
01:23:51.240 That's not the story.
01:23:52.800 The story really is entirely different and ties directly to you.
01:24:00.600 You watch it in a Blaze original, our documentary on Colony Ridge, hosted by me and my chief researcher.
01:24:12.780 You don't want to miss it.
01:24:13.980 It's available now on Blaze TV.
01:24:15.720 If you're not a member yet, go to blazetv.com slash Glenn.
01:24:18.820 And make sure you use the promo code Colony Ridge.
01:24:22.080 Colony Ridge is the promo code.
01:24:23.640 You'll save 30 bucks.
01:24:25.460 All right.
01:24:26.300 We get to Peter Giedel, who is the managing editor for Blaze Return.
01:24:33.880 That is our tech column on blazetv.com.
01:24:38.840 And he is at the Consumer Electronics Show.
01:24:42.100 He's there to check out what are the trends, what's coming, how is AI affecting, are you seeing anything about cryptocurrency, what is happening with Bitcoin, etc.
01:24:56.500 What's on the horizon this year?
01:24:58.860 He's going to be joining us here in just a second.
01:25:00.880 First, internet scams come in all shapes and sizes.
01:25:04.120 And while all of them are bad, some are just downright despicable.
01:25:08.280 Most recent nefarious one is fake charities claiming to provide aid to those caught in the Middle East conflict.
01:25:14.100 As somebody whose company actually works to help those people, I find this especially sickening and galling.
01:25:21.960 Just another reason to make sure you're protected online.
01:25:25.180 Your personal information gets exposed so often, making it dangerously easy for a cybercriminal to steal your identity.
01:25:32.660 Protecting yourself can be easy with LifeLock by Norton.
01:25:36.920 LifeLock detects and alerts you to the threads you might not spot on your own.

01:25:53.260 It's easy to protect yourself now with LifeLock.

01:26:10.440 Peter Giedel, he is the managing editor for Return for Blaze Media.
01:26:17.360 He is also a tech journalist, magazine editor, essayist.
01:26:20.960 He covers human stories in the digital age, from crypto to A.I. to transhumanism.
01:26:27.200 He lives in Colorado.
01:26:29.420 Hello, Peter.
01:26:29.900 How are you?
01:26:31.140 I'm doing really well.
01:26:32.280 Thank you so much for having me on today, Glenn.
01:26:34.600 By the way, big fan.
01:26:37.140 Love your writing.
01:26:38.720 You just did something on virtual sex, one of the essays, and it was unbelievable and unbelievably spot on.
01:26:49.380 So, big fan.
01:26:51.180 Thank you very much.
01:26:52.140 That's very kind.
01:26:53.740 And researching that story, it was tough talking to a lot of young men who were dealing with an addiction right now.
01:27:03.180 It was tough.
01:27:05.080 But, yeah, it's crazy what's happening in that space and where society is going with pornography.
01:27:11.040 So, tell me, you're at the Consumer Electronics Show.
01:27:14.640 What is the feeling there on what's new, exciting, spooky?
01:27:20.240 What's happening?
01:27:21.180 Well, it's, I mean, you know, Consumer Electronics Show, it always is rolling out some of the coolest new tech we'll see in the year.
01:27:30.620 You know, they've rolled out the VCR and home video game systems in the past.
01:27:36.580 I'm seeing a lot of AI everything.
01:27:40.440 They're trying to integrate artificial intelligence, large language models, with every conceivable type of technology and gadget.
01:27:51.040 Now, I mean, most of these things are, okay, do you need AI for your toilet?
01:27:56.040 Probably not.
01:28:00.080 But I think we're definitely going to see some products that break through and are utilizing this technology in ways that will have transformative effects on society.
01:28:09.880 Like what?
01:28:12.880 You know, there's a lot of integrations coming of, you know, there's forward-facing consumer products like ChatGPT that people are using.
01:28:27.180 And, you know, sometimes it's silly stuff like making photos.
01:28:29.840 But I think there's a lot in the background of, like, you know, companies that are creating AI that could do a lot of contract work that a lot of lawyers do now.
01:28:42.800 How far away are we from a personal assistant that is really good?
01:28:48.740 In my opinion, we're very close.
01:28:51.420 There's some products here already that are utilizing AI to basically interact with your apps.
01:29:00.640 So instead of researching best flights, you know, if you're trying to go to New York City for vacation, you can just tell the AI to find the app and book your plane.
01:29:12.660 And it just does it with one touch.
01:29:14.140 So I think it's very reasonable to think within 18 months we're going to see an assistant that's very competent and is taking away a lot of menial tasks away from a person.
01:29:29.340 Have you seen the doll Moxie yet?
01:29:34.500 Unfortunately, it is burned in my brain.
01:29:38.080 Terrifying, right?
01:29:39.640 Terrifying.
01:29:40.360 Okay, so this is a doll for children.
01:29:43.480 It's a robot doll for children.
01:29:45.240 Explain.
01:29:47.140 Yeah, so I wrote about this in a diary on return.
01:29:53.120 And it was in the Amazon, like, home of the future.
01:29:57.680 So, you know, it's got all kinds of creepy Amazon Alexa integrated tech where your bed is watching you at night.
01:30:04.700 And you can talk, Alexa pumps its voice into your head through glasses.
01:30:12.960 So, you know, standard Amazon stuff.
01:30:15.200 But then I got to the Moxie and it's, I mean, you almost have to see it in person to really realize how creepy it is.
01:30:23.740 But it's this small robot with this human-like face that's on a screen, but it's all integrated with chat GPT-4.
01:30:35.380 And it's designed to talk to children.
01:30:38.620 And, I mean, if you go on YouTube, there's a lot of clips of it asking kids very creepy, weird questions.
01:30:44.980 And it was incredibly disconcerting.
01:30:48.620 Yeah, but good news is it'll go up to the cloud and all of that information about your child will be there forever.
01:30:56.840 Which is...
01:30:57.980 Exactly.
01:30:59.020 And the good thing is you don't have to, you know, you don't have to raise your kid anymore.
01:31:03.100 You can just rely on this robot to do it for you.
01:31:05.100 Thank you, Amazon.
01:31:06.120 That's great.
01:31:06.700 But what is the, what's the talk about central bank digital currencies and, you know, kind of the, we're going to make all of your problems disappear.
01:31:19.320 Just give us everything you are.
01:31:24.420 Absolutely.
01:31:25.100 There's, you know, there's some talk of it.
01:31:27.900 You know, a lot of people, it's hard to get them on record.
01:31:30.640 You know, they express fears and concerns even with, you know, they work at these tech companies, but obviously they don't want to go on record.
01:31:39.780 You know, the CBDC, I would encourage your listeners to do some research.
01:31:45.460 There's a great, we have some articles on return kind of summarizing in their own words all the people who are advocating for this technology.
01:31:54.280 So it's kind of this, this sort of Damocles that's hanging over everything.
01:31:59.040 But one thing I'll say that I was noticing is there's a ton of companies that are harvesting biometric data, your health, your health things, and then what they're doing with that technology or with that information, no one knows.
01:32:15.700 There's a, there's a mirror, like a literal black mirror called a beer.
01:32:24.100 It's by a company called Barracuda, BeMind.
01:32:27.980 And when you wake up in the morning, it will use technology to read your mood and what you're kind of thinking almost, and then, you know, give you soothing music to make you feel better because the mirror can tell that you're having a bad depression or a bad day.
01:32:46.500 And then, you know, again, they're harvesting all of this data and what they're going to use it for and assuming that it's going to be tied into digital health records and then into CBDCs to me is not a big leap.
01:33:03.560 I think that that's, it's really right around the corner.
01:33:06.260 Yeah, I tell you, the, the digital IDs are, are truly between that and CBDC.
01:33:13.580 It just shuts everything down.
01:33:15.520 I mean, the total control of your life.
01:33:19.380 Absolutely.
01:33:21.260 I was just looking at the, the latest return.
01:33:24.640 You can just search for it, just Google return blaze, and you'll see it.
01:33:30.140 The ultimate guide to escaping the surveillance state.
01:33:34.840 Possible even?
01:33:36.260 Is that possible?
01:33:39.220 It's very difficult, but there are, there are some steps, you know, within that piece and other places online.
01:33:46.800 There's things that you can start doing now to protect your digital identity, your privacy, and your sovereignty.
01:33:55.020 X seeks to disclose FBI surveillance requests to users is another story.
01:33:59.440 Tech leaders building a city in California, not at all worried about public backlash or accusations of foreign.
01:34:06.260 Ties says, says the CEO.
01:34:10.020 Let's see.
01:34:11.400 Some of the other stories.
01:34:12.340 I mean, just, just really great.
01:34:13.700 And your diary from CES day one, AI, everything.
01:34:17.500 Are you generally optimistic as a human being seeing all of this stuff or not?
01:34:27.640 In, I mean, I would say in general, I'm somebody who got into tech journalism because I actually generally love technology.
01:34:38.600 And I think that there's some really cool and amazing things that we can create with this.
01:34:44.260 I mean, I, I saw this company there, actually several companies are creating kind of like haptic feedback canes for blind children that will give them a signal if there's someone in front of them just by kind of buzzing on their hand.
01:35:00.300 And it's, they were saying it's like really revolutionizing and helping, you know, blind children.
01:35:04.680 So, you know, obviously there's a ton of technology that's beautiful and incredible and makes our lives better each day.
01:35:11.820 But there are, there are really some trends that are very concerning about just technocratic, monopolistic, giant company control, government control over your life.
01:35:25.340 And they're going to be wielding a lot of power with this information and this digital control.
01:35:31.600 And I mean, you've talked about this in your books and on your show over the years.
01:35:35.780 And it's, we really have to be on guard about what's coming and, you know, try to resist it as much as we can.
01:35:42.820 Because it is here.
01:35:43.920 I mean, we are at, I think we've already taken our first step over the threshold into a lot of this tech that quickly can,
01:35:54.600 enslave us in ways that you can't even imagine today.
01:36:01.140 Absolutely.
01:36:02.620 Peter, I mean, I think that.
01:36:03.840 No, go ahead.
01:36:04.440 Go ahead.
01:36:04.580 Finish.
01:36:05.580 Oh, I was just, you know, I think the, you know, James Polos founded Return.
01:36:09.620 He's the host of Zero Hour.
01:36:11.180 And, you know, our goal is to try and hold on to our humanity in the digital age.
01:36:17.240 And, you know, it's hard, but it's worthwhile.
01:36:20.980 Peter Giedel.
01:36:22.380 He is Blaze Media Managing Editor for Return, the tech magazine put out by Blaze.
01:36:29.180 You can get it if you're a Blaze TV Plus subscriber.
01:36:33.080 If you Google it, you're going to be able to find at least one of the later episodes, the latest episode, I think, today, or the latest edition of it.
01:36:41.700 Peter, thank you very much.
01:36:43.900 Thank you very much.
01:36:44.820 When it comes to your mobile carrier, if you had to choose between great service or giving your money to a company that believes in your values, which would you choose?
01:36:56.760 Tough question.
01:36:57.720 Used to be, I didn't care what a company was doing.
01:37:02.080 I, you know, I was in the old days, we all kind of agreed on things, you know.
01:37:07.940 Now, we really didn't.
01:37:09.420 A lot of people were just keeping that to themselves.
01:37:12.360 That's why freedom of speech is so important.
01:37:14.920 Wait a minute.
01:37:15.340 You believe what?
01:37:17.160 Now, there is good news.
01:37:19.820 When you switch to Patriot Mobile, you are defending the Constitution.
01:37:25.640 You are defending, you're help fighting those who don't believe in these things.
01:37:30.920 In fact, Patriot Mobile is the only Christian conservative wireless provider in America.
01:37:37.900 Their mission statement?
01:37:39.700 To passionately defend our God-given constitutional rights and freedoms and to glorify God always.
01:37:45.880 So every time you subscribe, they use some of their profits to stand with you at school board meetings and everything else.
01:37:54.200 It is really a remarkable company that will give you the same coverage, the same service, better customer service, and better prices.
01:38:04.380 I don't know why you won't switch.
01:38:06.860 Try it.
01:38:07.760 Thousands in this audience are switching.
01:38:10.880 It's patriotmobile.com slash Beck.
01:38:14.860 Patriotmobile.com slash Beck.
01:38:17.820 972-PATRIOT.
01:38:19.060 That's 972-PATRIOT or patriotmobile.com slash Beck.
01:38:22.760 10 seconds.
01:38:24.060 Station ID.
01:38:34.940 So Blaze TV is debuting today, the second episode of our docu-series, Blaze Originals.
01:38:42.620 This one, I traveled to the quickly evolving Liberty County, Texas, one of the reddest states in Texas, or reddest districts in Texas, to give you the real story of Colony Ridge.
01:38:55.520 Colony Ridge is growing fast, extremely fast, at the rate of 200 family lots per week.
01:39:03.820 And based on what I observed firsthand, the overwhelming percentage of residents are Spanish-speaking non-citizens.
01:39:11.420 I spoke to the developer, John Harris.
01:39:14.160 He told me about 35,000 people live there.
01:39:17.060 Local officials, I said, no, no, no.
01:39:19.420 It's at least twice that.
01:39:21.480 Either way, there are going to be hundreds of thousands of people living on the outskirts of Houston that are not citizens and do not speak English.
01:39:33.200 Why is this important?
01:39:34.820 You'll find out when you watch it.
01:39:36.860 Go to BlazeOriginals.com.
01:39:40.360 BlazeOriginals.com.
01:39:41.460 And you can use the promo code COLONYRIDGE and watch it right now.
01:39:45.760 It's on demand.
01:39:47.540 BlazeOriginals.com.
01:39:49.060 Sign up.
01:39:50.000 COLONYRIDGE is your promo code, and you'll save $30 off your annual subscription, and that will unlock all of the doors so you can enjoy everything that Blaze TV and Blaze TV Plus has to offer.
01:40:03.740 Do we have enough time?
01:40:05.660 Sarah, we do.
01:40:06.440 I want to play a clip from the Blaze Original.
01:40:09.800 This is an interesting section in the documentary.
01:40:17.960 I sat down with a couple of residents from Colony Ridge, and they talked about their pain, the development has caused them.
01:40:28.160 They're not happy, let's just put it that way.
01:40:30.420 But the interview really kind of hit a climax when Sanchez's sisters revealed how Colony Ridge is advertising to its potential residents.
01:40:39.760 Listen to this.
01:40:40.760 They aggressively advertise online and almost entirely in Spanish.
01:40:45.940 So I'm just going to place one of the videos and do my best to translate it.
01:40:50.060 Okay.
01:40:50.200 Are you tired of paying that toxic rent from that same apartment?
01:40:58.540 Change your habits.
01:41:02.540 And you can be a landowner with us very easily.
01:41:08.260 Have a space like this.
01:41:10.060 Where you can put your trailer or build the house of your dreams.
01:41:17.540 If you want your home to be in three floors, you can do that.
01:41:25.520 We're here to help you so that your family can live freely here in the USA.
01:41:31.220 Now, the developer said, well, we advertise in Spanish, but we don't advertise in Latin America.
01:41:47.380 Well, yes and no.
01:41:49.260 The internet is clearly without borders.
01:41:52.480 However, there are some things that you can do to make sure that you have more access to Latin America.
01:42:00.360 And we'll show you that.
01:42:02.660 And in the ads, they talk about coming to America, et cetera.
01:42:08.820 And at least really allude to it.
01:42:11.260 I want to make sure I'm very careful on everything I'm saying here.
01:42:14.400 We fact-checked absolutely everything.
01:42:17.400 And you will see what happened when we reached out to the governor of the great state of Texas.
01:42:25.740 Did he talk to us?
01:42:29.160 We emailed.
01:42:30.640 We called.
01:42:31.980 We wrote just in case he only does snail mail.
01:42:36.200 We tried to contact him over and over and over again and never got a return call.
01:42:42.780 Does it have anything to do with the money he accepted from the developer's brother?
01:42:48.040 $1.4 million.
01:42:49.960 Find out tonight and right now, Blaze TV On Demand.
01:42:55.860 Glenn Beck.
01:42:57.800 In the 1960s, 95% of the clothing Americans bought was made right here in the U.S.
01:43:04.040 Now, 95, I'm sorry, 97% of it is made overseas.
01:43:08.600 There is a company that is actually trying to change that.
01:43:11.760 It's called American Giant.
01:43:14.060 Two years ago, I met the founder and the president of the company.
01:43:18.680 He's a remarkable guy.
01:43:21.140 I had him on my podcast.
01:43:22.660 He created American Giant by rescuing a clothing factory that was about to shut down in North Carolina.
01:43:29.160 They started producing quality American clothing with American-grown cotton and American workers.
01:43:34.580 They retrained everybody, brought in the old fabric mills, brought the machines back that had been sold to Japan years ago so they can make that classic 1950s, 1960s hoodie that was unlike any hoodie or any sweatshirt ever.
01:43:55.540 They have great clothing and the money stays here in the United States and more jobs are created.
01:44:01.860 Buy American.
01:44:03.000 American-giant.com slash Glenn.
01:44:05.980 That's American-giant.com slash Glenn.
01:44:09.800 Use my name and save 20% off your first order.
01:44:12.200 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:44:32.700 We're glad you're here.
01:44:33.640 I just, I have to express some disgust for journalists that have, were caught on tape making assassination jokes about President Trump.
01:44:51.120 One of the first things you learn when you're in the media is you never joke about that, ever.
01:45:01.240 However, it's not funny, it's, it's something that the Secret Service will be all over you for, if you joke about it, they don't have a sense of humor about that, nor should we have a sense of humor about that.
01:45:15.500 Yeah, we had an incident a few years ago where Glenn threatened my life, and no one seemed to care about that, but when they thought it was mistaken, I guess, for a threat against someone else, and we had the Secret Service visiting us.
01:45:30.360 And the Secret Service came out, and they said, look, we know, we just have to check this out.
01:45:36.040 Right, which was fine.
01:45:37.560 However, I was a little concerned when the answer was, no, I was only threatening Stu's life, and everyone was like, oh, that's fine.
01:45:45.600 Oh, no big deal there.
01:45:46.920 And we don't, we don't joke about that.
01:45:49.580 I mean, that is the one thing.
01:45:51.580 I think it's probably the only line that we really have a hard mark on.
01:45:57.260 Because, you know, look, we all know what has happened in our history.
01:46:00.340 No one wants to play anywhere close to those lines.
01:46:02.480 Yeah, and we don't, we don't even joke about it off air.
01:46:05.720 Never, never.
01:46:07.240 Anyway, these reporters, here they are, waiting for Trump to show up at the courthouse.
01:46:13.880 Listen to this.
01:46:14.540 Work at the convertible?
01:46:15.760 Yeah.
01:46:16.200 Yeah.
01:46:16.880 I wasn't thinking about that.
01:46:18.460 Yeah.
01:46:19.460 Like if he just pulls up my job in the auto?
01:46:21.660 Yeah.
01:46:22.260 It was like a JFK, a looping.
01:46:24.960 Maybe someone, just like they told JFK, you know what you should do?
01:46:33.580 You should take a convertible.
01:46:37.100 It's so nice out there.
01:46:38.860 Wow.
01:46:40.280 I mean, it's a little hard to hear.
01:46:41.620 And look, to not go too crazy here, they are joking, clearly.
01:46:46.100 No one's going to actually try to assassinate a presidential candidate out of this crew, we don't think.
01:46:51.660 Still, I completely agree.
01:46:53.120 Imagine you and I were off air.
01:46:55.260 Well, that's the other line.
01:46:55.940 These people would be fired.
01:46:58.000 We'd be fired.
01:46:59.220 We would be thrown out.
01:47:01.520 Nobody would ever forgive us or let us work ever again.
01:47:05.160 These are journalists doing this.
01:47:06.720 Yes.
01:47:06.740 Not even people who are like wise-ass comedy talk show hosts, right?
01:47:10.300 Yeah.
01:47:10.420 Like this is like, these are supposedly journalists covering these stories accurately for you.
01:47:14.720 Okay.
01:47:15.220 Are they?
01:47:15.620 So, here's something else the journalists probably aren't loving today.
01:47:22.520 We have Fauci yesterday sat before the House Coronavirus Subcommittee for a seven-hour stretch of questioning about the pandemic response that he oversaw.
01:47:35.620 Um, he said, well, um, actually, it's, uh, not a conspiracy theory that Wuhan lab leak.
01:47:46.040 Well, wait a minute.
01:47:49.020 I thought it was.
01:47:51.080 I thought you condemned that every step of the way.
01:47:55.080 Why is it suddenly not a conspiracy theory?
01:47:59.380 Then he also said the six-foot social distancing thing.
01:48:04.040 Yeah.
01:48:04.680 I mean, it really didn't, it didn't do anything.
01:48:09.880 It wasn't based in any science.
01:48:11.640 Oh, like we said.
01:48:13.860 That's fascinating because these posters are everywhere still and they were ubiquitous.
01:48:18.440 The little stickers on the floor.
01:48:19.600 Yeah.
01:48:19.820 Everywhere.
01:48:20.540 Now, look, everyone knows the farther you stand away from someone is probably the less likely that you'll catch something from them.
01:48:27.260 But, like, they made it seem like the six-foot line was a force field, right?
01:48:31.520 Like, you know, if you stand here and they're six feet away, don't worry, everything's going to be fine.
01:48:35.600 They told America that over and over and over and over again.
01:48:38.140 And now it's like, ah, it wasn't really based on anything.
01:48:40.460 Come on.
01:48:41.200 We all know it wasn't based on anything, right?
01:48:43.440 Well, I don't know.
01:48:45.080 You spent, how much.
01:48:45.900 You changed everybody's life.
01:48:47.280 How much money did companies spend putting those signs up?
01:48:51.640 I mean, billions of dollars, I bet, just to warn people to stay six feet apart.
01:48:56.260 And at the end of the day, it wasn't really based on anything.
01:48:59.940 Crazy.
01:49:01.020 Then, you know, we heard that the art gallerist that was tasked with selling Hunter Biden's paintings, you know, met with President Biden and attended the wedding of the first family.
01:49:16.160 So, what happened in the meeting?
01:49:18.880 What was all that?
01:49:20.580 And I thought nobody in the White House had anything to do with anybody that had anything to do with Hunter Biden's art.
01:49:28.820 Now, Hunter Biden, I think a case can be made that he's intentionally sabotaging his father.
01:49:36.980 And I've said this from the beginning.
01:49:39.960 Who leaves a laptop like that?
01:49:43.260 Who does that?
01:49:44.440 Yes, you're a crack addict.
01:49:46.180 But really, you just leave it there and you ignore the calls to come and get it?
01:49:52.280 That doesn't seem right.
01:49:54.740 But, again, he's a crackhead.
01:49:58.160 Same thing is going on.
01:49:59.900 Who advised him not to show up for the subpoena and instead go to the Senate side and stand there and give a press conference a couple of weeks ago?
01:50:08.600 Who advised him of that?
01:50:10.100 That was a good idea.
01:50:11.180 By doing so, he opened up yet another Pandora's box where the goalposts can't even be seen anymore by the White House.
01:50:20.860 Where they're like, okay, well, he wasn't actually a part of his son's threesome.
01:50:28.640 I mean, it's crazy what he did.
01:50:32.000 He was watching the whole time.
01:50:33.720 But he wasn't actually involved in it.
01:50:36.520 Technically, it would have been a foursome if he jumped in.
01:50:38.820 So, anyway, and then yesterday, he walks in to the subcommittee hearing, the oversight hearing, about holding him in contempt.
01:50:51.980 He just walks in.
01:50:53.720 Watch.
01:50:54.780 Listen.
01:50:55.000 To come answer the committee's questions under oath before the American people.
01:50:59.800 This is the same time that they stand by the categorical noncompliance of Republican members of Congress, like Mr. Jordan, who have material information.
01:51:12.740 So, unannounced, Hunter Biden and one guy who looks like an attorney, the other guy who honestly looks like a drug dealer.
01:51:21.900 I thought it was Larry Flint for a second.
01:51:23.560 He just looks scummy, doesn't he?
01:51:25.280 I mean, he might be the greatest guy ever.
01:51:28.440 I don't know.
01:51:29.260 But I'm judging that book by a cover right now.
01:51:32.640 And they walk in.
01:51:34.960 They sit there.
01:51:36.360 They don't say anything.
01:51:37.880 And then you start to have, you know, questions coming at him and saying, you know, you're a coward.
01:51:49.380 And what are you doing?
01:51:50.760 You're mocking this whole thing.
01:51:53.000 By showing up now when we're considering contempt and you're showing up now just to sit there and mock the proceeding, you are a coward.
01:52:04.340 And he gets up and he walks out.
01:52:06.040 Now, it's interesting.
01:52:07.940 I mean, I don't know what to think about it.
01:52:09.800 He.
01:52:11.360 It could be that he's, you know, trying to undercut his dad, but I don't know.
01:52:14.840 I mean, it's not really consistent with a lot of the stuff he's doing.
01:52:17.500 He's certainly very defensive of him in public when he's asked.
01:52:21.420 Part of me thinks that he.
01:52:23.660 I don't know.
01:52:24.160 I feel like there's a situation where he was hoping all of this would go away and he, you know, he'd write his book.
01:52:29.680 He'd do his tell all.
01:52:30.840 He'd do his interviews and it would be over.
01:52:32.340 And he's a he's a Democrat and now this keeps getting escalated and he feels like no one's fighting for me.
01:52:38.160 There's been reporting behind the scenes that he's frustrated at his dad and the administration who won't outwardly fight for him.
01:52:45.200 They just keep saying, well, he's had his problems and, you know, but we love him and he wants more than that.
01:52:51.320 He wants a, you know, a visceral defense of him as a good person and someone who didn't do anything wrong.
01:52:57.060 The old school Joe Biden, like what Joe Biden used to say.
01:52:59.620 My son has done nothing wrong.
01:53:01.040 You know, the old May 2023 Joe Biden.
01:53:03.240 And as this has gotten worse and the election or the the evidence has become much, much worse.
01:53:10.380 You know, the the White House has been more hesitant to come out now.
01:53:14.300 It's like, oh, well, what they're doing to him is cruel.
01:53:17.340 That's all.
01:53:17.940 That's all there.
01:53:18.520 That's about as big a defense that the White House is giving now.
01:53:21.260 Right.
01:53:21.500 So the I mean, he could they could be worse.
01:53:25.020 It could be son.
01:53:26.180 I have no son.
01:53:27.420 Yeah, it could be that.
01:53:28.620 They have a granddaughter.
01:53:29.920 It's like that's what they do with them.
01:53:31.480 Yeah, granddaughters, screw them.
01:53:34.000 But I mean, I think there might there's a part of Hunter Biden who's like, you know, if they're not going to do it, I'm going to do it.
01:53:38.960 I'm not going to allow myself to get rolled over by these people.
01:53:41.080 I'm going to come out here and I'm going to make a spectacle of it.
01:53:43.420 Yeah.
01:53:43.720 And he wants the attention.
01:53:44.900 I don't know.
01:53:45.380 I mean, look, I think he does.
01:53:46.400 It's very possible, too.
01:53:47.780 He's just high on crack.
01:53:50.340 Well, so that could be explaining his activity.
01:53:52.540 Well, as he was walking out, the pool of press reporters were out on the other side of the door.
01:53:59.260 And one reporter shouted, what kind of crack do you normally smoke, Mr. Biden?
01:54:07.340 Now.
01:54:09.080 I didn't know that there were different makers of crack.
01:54:12.980 I don't know a lot about crack.
01:54:15.060 In fact, I know very little about crack, but I mean, you've only done the few times, right?
01:54:21.580 But I didn't know.
01:54:24.500 Is there like a menthol crack?
01:54:27.620 Is there a filtered crack?
01:54:30.340 I mean, I assume there are brand names and different carriers.
01:54:36.280 Do you ask for it by name?
01:54:38.300 Like the El Chapo brand might be the strongest.
01:54:42.220 I don't know.
01:54:42.600 That's a good question.
01:54:43.180 Yeah, when you call up your crack dealer, you go like, I need crack.
01:54:46.920 And he's like, duh, what brand of crack?
01:54:50.720 Isn't this the case with like pot?
01:54:52.480 Like there's like a million different strains of it.
01:54:54.860 And like that you can, they all have like the, what was the movie?
01:54:57.940 The Seth Rogue Pineapple Express.
01:54:59.960 Isn't that one of them?
01:55:01.480 It's been a long time.
01:55:02.340 As you can tell, I'm a big drug user.
01:55:04.380 But like, you know.
01:55:04.920 We both are.
01:55:05.760 I mean.
01:55:06.040 I'm really cool, too.
01:55:07.300 Yeah.
01:55:07.460 But I do remember that one movie from 10 years ago that had a pot reference in it.
01:55:11.780 So, but I mean, I would assume, I mean, this is capitalism, right?
01:55:15.380 At some level, like you're going to have your different varieties.
01:55:17.740 You got red velvet Oreos.
01:55:19.020 You got regular Oreos.
01:55:19.860 You got double stuffs.
01:55:20.600 You got thins.
01:55:21.440 You got goldens.
01:55:22.400 I mean, there's a million different varieties of this stuff.
01:55:24.460 And you're right.
01:55:25.160 And they are all Oreos in the end.
01:55:28.880 The end of the day.
01:55:30.240 They're going to make you fat.
01:55:31.020 What kind of Oreo do you like?
01:55:32.480 Yeah, you're right.
01:55:33.160 You're right.
01:55:33.500 Then another reporter said, what's your favorite type of crack?
01:55:41.340 Again, the kind that gets you high.
01:55:44.620 I mean, what is he supposed to say there?
01:55:47.180 And finally, a reporter asked, are you on crack today?
01:55:53.640 He didn't answer.
01:55:55.360 But his action showed, maybe, maybe, very possibly, yes.
01:56:00.580 Let me take a moment to tell you about Antoinette.
01:56:03.140 She found out that she was pregnant.
01:56:05.200 And she realized she was in deep, deep trouble.
01:56:07.460 She had no idea how she was going to raise a child on her own.
01:56:11.880 So she did what society tells you to do.
01:56:15.320 She began looking for an abortion clinic.
01:56:18.200 Literally a miracle by the grace of God, she found a pre-born clinic instead.
01:56:24.120 She met her baby on ultrasound.
01:56:26.320 When she saw the face and she heard the heartbeat, she broke down crying.
01:56:30.140 And the nurse reminded her, babies are blessings.
01:56:33.700 Choose life.
01:56:35.460 She did.
01:56:36.620 Her daughter's name is Treasure because she's a gift from God.
01:56:40.700 There are millions of babies to be saved.
01:56:44.520 Each one of these babies is a miracle.
01:56:48.240 And every day, pre-born celebrates 200 miracles.
01:56:52.240 $28 a month might be the difference between life and death of a child.
01:56:57.340 When a mom meets her baby on an ultrasound and hears the heartbeat, it's a divine connection
01:57:02.520 that doubles the baby's chance at life.
01:57:05.040 So let's join together.
01:57:06.680 Help moms choose life.
01:57:08.540 Take care of them for up to two years after to make sure that we save not only the baby,
01:57:14.180 but also mom.

01:57:30.780 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:57:45.140 So the Biden administration is announcing a new contractor rule.
01:57:52.160 This is really good.
01:57:54.180 Is it?
01:57:54.780 Oh, it's so good.
01:57:56.280 Well, they did it in California and everyone left, right and in the middle has called it
01:58:01.720 an absolute disaster.
01:58:03.880 But the U.S. Department of Labor is going to answer to the massive growth experienced by
01:58:11.900 the gig economy.
01:58:12.960 They think that 36% of American workers or about 57.2 million people before the pandemic
01:58:22.940 and now 73 million people after the pandemic, you shouldn't be able to work the way you want
01:58:35.160 to in the gig economy.
01:58:36.180 You shouldn't be able to drive that Uber.
01:58:38.020 You shouldn't be able to make those decisions for yourself.
01:58:40.140 No, no, no, no.
01:58:41.520 They want to make it more difficult for companies to treat workers as independent contractors
01:58:47.680 rather than employees because employees are generally entitled to more benefits and legal
01:58:53.020 protections.
01:58:54.300 Yeah, that's why companies don't hire a lot of people like that because the government
01:58:59.400 regulations make it so expensive to hire and fire and to provide for.
01:59:05.640 So they go to gig workers and people now in this economy where people literally have up to five
01:59:12.800 different jobs, many of them gigs.
01:59:16.820 That's the only thing keeping them afloat.
01:59:18.360 But screw you, 73 million people.
01:59:21.100 He knows better than you do.
01:59:23.740 Not Congress, but the Labor Department.
01:59:27.080 So the Secretary of Labor is going to put this in.
01:59:30.380 And this is going to be a tough battle in Congress to pass a law like this.
01:59:34.860 What will happen in the battle of Congress?
01:59:37.340 Will Republicans go along?
01:59:38.900 Oh, wait.
01:59:39.300 They don't have to do any of that?
01:59:40.380 They're just going to pass it as a rule?
01:59:41.720 No, it's not a republic.
01:59:43.180 It's not a republic anymore.
01:59:44.960 We used to have these things where we would have these big debates and then they would go
01:59:48.460 on the floor of the Senate and they would blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
01:59:51.020 And we hear this whole thing.
01:59:51.880 It would build up for months.
01:59:52.760 Now it's just like, ah, let's pass a rule.
01:59:54.760 Oh, you know, student loans, eh, we'll just, they're all exempt.
01:59:57.320 Well, honestly, why do we even, why, and I mean this sincerely with much respect to people
02:00:02.560 like Chip Roy, why do we go out and vote for these representatives?
02:00:07.620 When it comes to the budget, none of them have read the budget.
02:00:10.900 None of them even know about the budget.
02:00:13.060 It's just the four leaders of the House and the Senate, they get together, they cobble together
02:00:18.720 a deal, and then they rush it to the floor and say, you got to vote by tomorrow or else.
02:00:25.160 And nobody even reads it.
02:00:27.300 It's, you know, in the olden days in 2008, when we wanted transparency and everything,
02:00:32.760 and I'm going to pass a law where everybody has to read the bill within 72 hours.
02:00:39.100 Nobody reads it because nobody's allowed to see it.
02:00:42.920 Mike Lee was on today.
02:00:43.840 He said, I don't even know what's in the budget.
02:00:45.500 They're negotiating, but I'm not allowed to read it.
02:00:48.780 Like, why can't I read what they're negotiating?
02:00:50.560 I can be for or against.
02:00:51.860 I can, why am I not a part of this?
02:00:53.940 I don't know, Senator, because we don't have a republic anymore.
02:00:59.400 And now the Biden administration is pushing this through.
02:01:03.200 It's going to go through the Labor Department, which will mean another Supreme Court decision.
02:01:08.960 Will you be able to keep your job as a gig worker, driving Uber, or whatever it is you do?
02:01:16.020 Can you be a contract worker in America?
02:01:18.760 Oh, no, says King Biden.
02:01:23.200 That's not a republic.
