00:00:00.000 I want to take a minute and talk about adflegal.org slash back.
00:00:06.400 This is a website for the Alliance Defending Freedom.
00:00:10.060 And if you've never heard of the Alliance Defending Freedom, you need to know about them.
00:00:14.980 They've been around for 25 years, and they are the ones that are on the front line protecting religious liberty,
00:00:20.400 the sanctity of human life, free speech, parental rights, marriage, family, and they do it at no cost to their clients.
00:00:27.820 We have been looking for ways to help out people who are struggling under, you know, being shut down on being able to talk at work, COVID restraint, whatever it is.
00:00:42.860 We found it.
00:00:44.000 Among over 1,500 cases they're involved in, the Equality Act, fighting for a little girl's right to wear a mask that says,
00:00:52.280 Jesus loved me in public school.
00:00:54.800 They do it all at no cost to their clients.
00:00:58.560 You can help them do that.
00:01:00.740 Just go to adflegal.org slash back.
00:01:04.080 That's adflegal.org slash back.

00:01:10.840 ADF wins nearly 80% of its cases.
00:01:13.600 So help them out now.
00:01:15.040 adflegal.org slash back.
00:01:17.080 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:44.020 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:50.500 We don't have any time to waste today.
00:01:52.780 I want to get right to the big news of the day, and that is the Chauvin trial.
00:01:57.540 We have a lot to cover, but I also want to hear from you.
00:02:01.440 888-727-BECK.
00:02:03.480 I want to hear, what are you feeling today?
00:02:07.300 What are you thinking today?
00:02:08.840 What is the message that you think needs to be said in America?
00:02:13.740 We go there in 60 seconds.
00:02:15.780 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:21.960 I don't know.
00:02:23.220 Tonight, I'm doing a special on the economy, and you really, really need to see it.
00:02:29.200 I'm going to highlight some of the stuff coming up in hour number three of today's program.
00:02:34.160 But inflation is already going through the roof.
00:02:37.420 It is.
00:02:38.180 There are troubled times coming.
00:02:39.940 We're going to have a boom and a bust, and please, please have your financial house in order, and now is the time to do it.
00:02:49.840 The people to call is American Financing.
00:02:52.500 If you have high interest credit card debt, please roll it into your mortgage, if this is right for you.
00:02:58.560 Roll it into your mortgage.
00:02:59.740 That way, you can pay off the high interest debt to the credit card companies, and you have it under one loan that is three, maybe even in the twos, two, three, four percent.
00:03:10.380 You're going to save a buttload of money.
00:03:12.200 If you're looking to buy a house, please don't buy too much of a house.
00:03:17.740 But if you need a mortgage, they work for you, not the bank.
00:03:20.720 Whatever your financial needs are, they can help you.
00:03:23.120 It's American Financial, AmericanFinancial.net right now.
00:03:29.260 I'm sorry, not financial.
00:03:31.120 AmericanFinancing.net, AmericanFinancing.net, 800-906-2440.
00:03:37.100 American Financing, NMLS, 1-82334, www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org.
00:03:53.120 One of the greatest memories on a day of tragedy, for me, has to be October 2nd, 2006.
00:04:09.600 I don't know if you remember what happened on that day.
00:04:14.240 But a guy named Charlie Roberts walked into a one-room Amish schoolhouse.
00:04:26.340 It was a beautiful Monday morning, unseasonably warm.
00:04:31.260 He was 32 years old.
00:04:33.700 He was a dad, father of three young children.
00:04:37.220 He walked into the schoolhouse and ordered the boys and the adults to leave,
00:04:45.380 then tied up 11 little girls between the ages of 6 and 13, and then shot them.
00:04:53.180 He killed five of them, injured the others, and then he killed himself.
00:04:59.240 It was when evil came to town.
00:05:09.500 I mean, there's nothing more peaceful than the Amish.
00:05:14.020 And if you've never had a chance to be in an Amish community, you know, or go to an Amish community,
00:05:19.820 next time you're in Pennsylvania, which might be, you know, never,
00:05:24.420 you should go to Amish country.
00:05:27.480 It is beautiful, and the people are amazing.
00:05:31.080 They're amazing.
00:05:32.960 And here comes this monster into this school, and he shoots these innocent little girls.
00:05:40.320 And it was one of the most shocking scenes I had ever seen.
00:05:45.380 And it was a horrible, horrible day.
00:05:53.860 Everybody was talking about the little girls.
00:05:55.680 The news was focused on the little girls.
00:05:57.480 What was really, what made that day so memorable to me was when the Amish were still gathered in a barn,
00:06:17.080 waiting to find out whose child was alive and whose child was dead.
00:06:22.740 Still waiting to find out if their daughters survived.
00:06:30.660 There was a knock on...
00:06:32.740 on Terry Roberts' doors.
00:06:38.820 Terry Roberts is the mom...
00:06:41.340 of...
00:06:42.740 the killer.
00:06:44.840 And it was an Amish man named Henry.
00:06:47.760 And he knocked on the door.
00:06:53.280 They had already talked inside the house.
00:06:55.280 We are going to have to move far, far, far, far away.
00:06:59.220 We're now parents of a mass murderer.
00:07:03.340 And how can this community...
00:07:05.760 I mean, we can never face this community.
00:07:07.960 Then came the knock on the door from Henry.
00:07:13.260 And Henry said...
00:07:14.960 We don't see you as our enemy.
00:07:20.460 We lost our daughters today.
00:07:23.580 But you lost a son.
00:07:24.960 Now, can you imagine what that felt like as a parent?
00:07:40.420 On the day of Charlie, the killer's funeral,
00:07:43.480 30 Amish men and women,
00:07:46.820 some parents of the victims,
00:07:49.860 came to the cemetery
00:07:51.060 and formed a wall to block out the media cameras.
00:07:55.640 These were parents whose daughters had died
00:07:58.420 at the hand of the guy they were burying.
00:08:04.280 And they did the work of blocking the media.
00:08:07.000 And then, one by one, they went over
00:08:11.000 and expressed their deep sorrow
00:08:13.760 for the mother's loss.
00:08:19.680 That's probably all you know about this story.
00:08:25.800 But I have to tell you,
00:08:28.280 when you actually put into practice
00:08:33.160 what you believe,
00:08:36.060 miracles happen.
00:08:39.060 Four weeks after the shooting,
00:08:42.140 the Roberts were invited to meet
00:08:45.440 with all of the families
00:08:46.780 in a local fire hall.
00:08:48.900 Now, can you imagine
00:08:50.540 your son killed these parents' children?
00:08:58.980 One mother looked across the fire hall
00:09:01.900 and held the gaze.
00:09:07.300 Both women looked at each other.
00:09:09.760 The mom of the killer
00:09:12.700 who was grieving the loss of her son
00:09:15.460 and grieving all of the ones
00:09:18.340 that he had killed
00:09:19.740 and the mother of one of the daughters
00:09:22.520 that had been killed.
00:09:29.300 This mother looked over
00:09:30.620 with tears in her eyes
00:09:31.700 and said,
00:09:32.480 we're all grieving.
00:09:34.860 We're all trying to make sense
00:09:36.360 of the senseless.
00:09:45.260 There's a...
00:09:46.160 There's a word in black cursive.
00:09:52.760 And it's on a...
00:09:54.040 It hangs above a big double-pane window
00:09:56.260 in Terry Roberts' sunroom.
00:09:57.980 The sunroom itself
00:10:01.840 was built by the Amish.
00:10:05.960 And as they gave that to her,
00:10:08.900 they gave her a sign
00:10:11.780 that just says,
00:10:13.180 forgiven.
00:10:13.520 Now, imagine how hard it's been.
00:10:20.540 But as time went on,
00:10:23.440 the Amish went on.
00:10:26.300 They...
00:10:26.740 It wasn't empty words.
00:10:28.480 They embraced her
00:10:29.580 as a member of the community.
00:10:31.900 She was in the hospital
00:10:33.220 with stage four breast cancer.
00:10:35.820 One of the girls
00:10:37.120 that her son
00:10:38.280 tried to kill
00:10:39.660 cleaned her home
00:10:41.540 before she returned
00:10:42.400 from the hospital.
00:10:47.940 Around Christmas time,
00:10:50.240 the Amish
00:10:50.840 came to her house
00:10:52.260 to sing Christmas carols.
00:10:53.500 These people know
00:10:58.380 how to live.
00:11:01.020 These people...
00:11:01.960 I mean...
00:11:03.080 Me personally,
00:11:04.940 I think they...
00:11:05.380 Do they have electricity?
00:11:06.600 I think that...
00:11:07.240 That's the...
00:11:08.080 That's the other group
00:11:09.400 that doesn't have electricity, right?
00:11:11.400 The Amish just have
00:11:12.340 horse and buggies,
00:11:13.180 but I think they...
00:11:13.900 I don't...
00:11:14.280 I don't know.
00:11:15.420 I don't want to live like them,
00:11:17.580 but you know what?
00:11:18.880 I don't want to live like this either.
00:11:20.200 I think I'd rather be Amish.
00:11:24.940 I was looking for that yesterday.
00:11:28.780 I can't find it.
00:11:38.440 These families have found a way
00:11:40.900 to come together.
00:11:42.300 Yesterday,
00:11:43.200 you had people saying,
00:11:45.220 this isn't justice.
00:11:46.680 Well,
00:11:47.300 it may or may not be,
00:11:48.940 and not the way you mean it.
00:11:50.740 I don't know.
00:11:51.760 I wasn't in the jury room.
00:11:54.260 I mean,
00:11:54.520 there's a lot of evidence
00:11:55.960 that they had to go through,
00:11:57.360 and the jury...
00:11:58.900 I mean,
00:11:59.300 in Minnesota,
00:12:00.840 you have to be
00:12:01.980 100%.
00:12:04.980 All jurors need to agree.
00:12:09.000 In just a few hours,
00:12:10.420 they all agreed on all three?
00:12:14.500 Really?
00:12:15.960 Because I would think
00:12:17.080 there might be a struggle
00:12:18.200 a little bit.
00:12:18.840 Now,
00:12:19.200 again,
00:12:19.640 I wasn't in the courtroom.
00:12:21.020 I don't know the jury instructions.
00:12:22.920 I don't know Minnesota law.
00:12:25.260 But really?
00:12:29.320 I pray
00:12:30.360 that these people
00:12:33.100 were not trying to send
00:12:34.920 a message
00:12:35.520 to the rest of the world,
00:12:37.140 not trying to send
00:12:38.460 a message
00:12:39.100 to
00:12:39.980 the community,
00:12:42.480 not trying to send
00:12:43.740 a message to anybody
00:12:44.620 who might harm them
00:12:45.720 if they did
00:12:46.560 otherwise,
00:12:47.660 but actually
00:12:48.780 were looking
00:12:49.600 at the facts
00:12:50.780 of the individual
00:12:52.220 case.
00:12:55.780 And I wasn't there.
00:12:56.960 I don't know.
00:12:57.480 All I know
00:13:03.680 is I didn't hear
00:13:05.080 anybody talk about
00:13:06.140 the family of Chauvin
00:13:07.960 yesterday.
00:13:08.960 Did you hear anybody
00:13:09.600 talk about his family?
00:13:12.920 There's two people
00:13:14.120 involved here.
00:13:15.960 There is
00:13:17.080 the victim
00:13:18.800 and the perpetrator.
00:13:22.100 both of them
00:13:24.940 have families.
00:13:27.640 Both of them
00:13:28.700 now have lost
00:13:29.860 their son,
00:13:31.160 their daughter,
00:13:31.700 their husband,
00:13:32.900 their father.
00:13:37.160 Both families
00:13:38.280 have had
00:13:38.900 tremendous loss.
00:13:40.880 And I can guarantee
00:13:42.440 you in Minneapolis,
00:13:44.220 if you are
00:13:45.240 the family
00:13:46.020 of Chauvin,
00:13:47.380 you are thinking
00:13:48.840 today,
00:13:49.340 I should move
00:13:50.300 far, far away
00:13:51.380 from here.
00:13:52.100 You are thinking,
00:13:55.840 how am I
00:13:56.880 going to
00:13:57.660 stay close?
00:14:00.280 Close enough
00:14:01.000 to be able
00:14:01.460 to visit him
00:14:02.180 in prison?
00:14:04.040 Because close
00:14:04.920 enough to visit
00:14:05.520 him in prison
00:14:06.080 is not far
00:14:06.940 enough away
00:14:07.480 from the people
00:14:08.100 who would do
00:14:08.580 me harm.
00:14:09.420 Call me racist.
00:14:11.320 You know,
00:14:13.080 justice was
00:14:14.020 done yesterday.
00:14:15.280 We all saw
00:14:16.360 the video
00:14:17.040 and we all
00:14:18.400 saw something
00:14:19.620 that horrified
00:14:20.380 all of us.
00:14:21.160 now,
00:14:22.100 I personally
00:14:23.440 don't think
00:14:23.980 that rises
00:14:26.080 to the level
00:14:26.760 of murder,
00:14:27.380 but they define
00:14:28.580 it differently
00:14:29.420 in Minneapolis
00:14:30.720 and in Minnesota.
00:14:32.880 It's a different
00:14:33.880 standard than the
00:14:34.760 one you and I
00:14:35.420 are used to.
00:14:36.400 So again,
00:14:36.900 I don't know.
00:14:39.100 I'm glad he
00:14:40.040 is paying a price,
00:14:42.340 but is this
00:14:43.500 price right?
00:14:44.900 But was
00:14:55.120 justice
00:14:57.280 done?
00:15:02.000 See,
00:15:02.700 people are
00:15:03.040 looking for
00:15:03.840 social justice
00:15:05.280 and social
00:15:06.000 justice
00:15:06.500 is not
00:15:07.800 real.
00:15:10.780 Collective
00:15:11.500 justice
00:15:12.000 is not
00:15:13.320 real
00:15:14.320 because you're
00:15:16.220 asking for
00:15:17.000 something to
00:15:17.720 happen that
00:15:18.880 is impossible
00:15:20.880 to happen.
00:15:24.340 When men
00:15:26.060 are involved,
00:15:28.600 miracles,
00:15:29.720 mistakes,
00:15:30.740 and murder
00:15:32.000 will happen
00:15:33.600 because men
00:15:36.120 are flawed.
00:15:46.900 People
00:15:47.500 must pay
00:15:48.080 for their
00:15:48.440 sins,
00:15:49.180 and they
00:15:49.520 will.
00:15:50.580 And that's
00:15:50.980 up to God.
00:15:52.580 We need to
00:15:53.420 make sure
00:15:53.740 people pay
00:15:54.360 for their
00:15:54.780 crimes.
00:15:55.280 and all
00:15:57.900 we're doing
00:15:58.600 right now
00:15:59.420 is playing
00:16:00.020 musical
00:16:00.460 chairs.
00:16:03.700 I
00:16:04.260 personally
00:16:04.740 think
00:16:05.080 America
00:16:05.440 was on
00:16:05.840 the mend.
00:16:06.340 I
00:16:06.420 thought
00:16:06.660 America
00:16:07.220 was
00:16:08.000 struggling
00:16:08.940 to be
00:16:09.500 a more
00:16:10.260 perfect
00:16:10.980 nation,
00:16:11.520 and that
00:16:12.040 takes
00:16:12.300 time.
00:16:13.920 And I
00:16:14.580 think that
00:16:15.020 the progress
00:16:15.640 that we
00:16:16.020 had made
00:16:16.600 from
00:16:17.080 1950
00:16:19.600 or 1960
00:16:22.620 to the
00:16:25.240 year 2000
00:16:26.040 was
00:16:26.380 astounding.
00:16:27.700 Astounding.
00:16:28.660 Was it
00:16:28.920 right?
00:16:29.300 No.
00:16:31.200 Did we
00:16:31.580 made real
00:16:32.460 progress?
00:16:33.260 Yeah.
00:16:34.100 Racism still
00:16:34.960 exists?
00:16:35.600 Yeah.
00:16:36.100 Bad cops?
00:16:37.180 Yeah.
00:16:37.640 Bad priests?
00:16:38.880 Yeah.
00:16:40.180 Bad, you
00:16:41.280 know, bad
00:16:42.660 artists, bad
00:16:43.800 TV people,
00:16:44.920 bad whatever?
00:16:45.840 Yes, because
00:16:46.800 it's a
00:16:47.260 collection of
00:16:48.220 people.
00:16:49.440 Miracles,
00:16:50.800 madness,
00:16:52.480 mistakes,
00:16:53.360 and murder
00:16:53.960 all happen
00:16:55.120 when you
00:16:56.820 have a
00:16:57.060 group of
00:16:57.380 people.
00:17:05.680 I
00:17:06.240 want to
00:17:06.920 hear from
00:17:07.220 you today,
00:17:08.020 888-727-BECK,
00:17:10.440 but I
00:17:12.320 urge you
00:17:12.880 to ask
00:17:14.160 yourself
00:17:14.720 this,
00:17:15.440 because I
00:17:16.020 haven't heard
00:17:16.400 this from
00:17:16.820 anyone.
00:17:17.300 I haven't
00:17:18.860 heard this
00:17:19.440 from any,
00:17:19.900 I watched
00:17:20.300 TV last
00:17:20.960 night,
00:17:21.180 I haven't
00:17:21.620 heard it
00:17:22.020 from anyone,
00:17:22.980 everyone has
00:17:23.820 an agenda.
00:17:26.580 We have
00:17:27.600 an amazing
00:17:28.480 opportunity
00:17:29.240 to reset,
00:17:31.240 to take
00:17:34.500 to take this
00:17:34.840 even if you
00:17:35.900 agree or
00:17:36.840 don't agree
00:17:37.740 with the
00:17:38.200 verdict.
00:17:39.200 It's the
00:17:40.000 system.
00:17:40.700 And I'm
00:17:41.100 going to
00:17:41.260 talk a
00:17:41.660 little later
00:17:42.300 about how
00:17:42.720 the system
00:17:43.180 has failed.
00:17:43.940 failed, and
00:17:45.760 the system
00:17:46.240 has failed
00:17:47.060 because it
00:17:47.740 failed to
00:17:48.540 protect people
00:17:49.560 who were
00:17:50.420 to be
00:17:51.020 the jurors.
00:17:53.220 It failed
00:17:54.300 to protect
00:17:55.180 the possible
00:17:56.940 innocent
00:17:57.780 because
00:18:00.420 information
00:18:01.420 was held
00:18:02.040 back.
00:18:02.520 can we
00:18:07.340 just
00:18:07.780 can we
00:18:11.620 look at
00:18:11.980 this story
00:18:12.480 today
00:18:12.980 as just
00:18:15.220 a story
00:18:15.760 because this
00:18:16.480 is all
00:18:16.920 it's supposed
00:18:17.660 to be,
00:18:18.260 a story
00:18:19.540 about two
00:18:20.000 men.
00:18:21.180 George Floyd,
00:18:22.720 not a perfect
00:18:23.460 man, but
00:18:24.580 didn't deserve
00:18:25.160 to die.
00:18:27.640 Chauvin,
00:18:28.560 not a perfect
00:18:29.800 man, but
00:18:31.120 not convicted
00:18:32.600 of racism.
00:18:34.960 Nowhere in
00:18:35.960 the trial
00:18:36.680 did they
00:18:37.380 say, and
00:18:38.760 he was
00:18:39.220 racist here,
00:18:40.480 here, and
00:18:41.020 here.
00:18:41.660 Oh, he
00:18:42.140 has a long
00:18:42.760 pattern of
00:18:43.440 racism here.
00:18:45.360 That's what
00:18:46.100 this story has
00:18:46.840 become, but
00:18:47.340 that's not
00:18:47.880 what this
00:18:48.380 story is
00:18:48.960 about.
00:18:55.240 I would
00:18:55.980 ask that
00:18:56.360 you would
00:18:56.740 ask yourself,
00:18:57.700 how am I
00:18:58.560 going to
00:18:59.360 serve my
00:19:01.100 nation best?
00:19:02.160 What is
00:19:02.460 the thing
00:19:02.840 that I
00:19:03.200 can do
00:19:03.660 today that
00:19:04.300 will serve
00:19:05.160 my nation
00:19:06.160 best?
00:19:09.080 And the
00:19:09.620 best thing
00:19:09.980 you can do
00:19:10.460 is serve
00:19:10.880 your God.
00:19:12.060 And the
00:19:12.380 best way
00:19:12.720 to serve
00:19:13.080 God is
00:19:13.520 to serve
00:19:13.900 your fellow
00:19:14.280 man.
00:19:14.800 Is anyone
00:19:15.520 thinking
00:19:16.060 of all
00:19:18.940 families?
00:19:20.640 I pray
00:19:25.740 for all
00:19:26.260 of them.
00:19:30.380 Back in
00:19:30.900 60 seconds.
00:19:35.000 Our
00:19:35.400 sponsor,
00:19:36.080 this half
00:19:37.120 hour, is
00:19:38.600 Relief
00:19:38.960 Factor.
00:19:40.160 For years
00:19:40.760 now, I've
00:19:41.040 been telling
00:19:41.480 you about
00:19:41.740 Relief
00:19:42.060 Factor.
00:19:42.460 I've been
00:19:42.580 telling you
00:19:42.820 what an
00:19:43.060 amazing
00:19:43.320 product
00:19:43.640 Relief
00:19:43.960 Factor
00:19:44.160 is.
00:19:44.620 I told
00:19:45.020 you my
00:19:45.320 story, how
00:19:45.780 I was in
00:19:46.040 so much
00:19:46.360 pain, I
00:19:46.680 could barely
00:19:47.040 function.
00:19:48.600 Couldn't
00:19:49.000 function some
00:19:49.560 of the time.
00:19:50.060 And how
00:19:50.220 my wife
00:19:50.700 encouraged
00:19:52.000 me, basically
00:19:53.760 said, I'm
00:19:54.380 not listening
00:19:55.040 anymore, I
00:19:55.980 should try
00:19:56.420 everything.
00:19:57.300 So I
00:19:57.720 tried Relief
00:19:58.440 Factor.
00:19:58.780 I never
00:19:59.300 thought it
00:19:59.660 would work
00:19:59.980 for me.
00:20:00.940 I mean, it's
00:20:01.280 all natural.
00:20:02.020 What are you
00:20:02.320 talking about
00:20:02.920 all natural?
00:20:03.740 And it's
00:20:04.080 going to reduce
00:20:04.640 inflammation.
00:20:05.380 Oh, no,
00:20:05.720 come on, back
00:20:06.280 off of that
00:20:06.740 one.
00:20:06.920 I've tried
00:20:07.240 ibuprofen
00:20:08.040 800.
00:20:08.880 I mean, I've
00:20:10.300 had the strong
00:20:10.880 stuff, sister.
00:20:12.760 It's not a
00:20:13.500 drug.
00:20:14.200 There's no way
00:20:15.000 this stuff is
00:20:15.600 going to work
00:20:15.960 for me.
00:20:16.340 Holy cow,
00:20:17.840 has it
00:20:18.120 changed my
00:20:18.620 life.
00:20:19.600 And 70%
00:20:20.360 of the people
00:20:20.800 who try it
00:20:21.480 go on to
00:20:21.920 order more
00:20:22.400 because it
00:20:23.840 changes them.
00:20:24.920 It works.
00:20:26.320 Now, it may
00:20:26.900 not work for
00:20:27.400 you, but just
00:20:28.260 try it for
00:20:28.840 three weeks.
00:20:29.380 Within three
00:20:29.820 weeks, you'll
00:20:30.280 know.
00:20:30.700 After three
00:20:30.960 weeks, stop
00:20:31.360 taking it if
00:20:31.880 it's not
00:20:32.140 working.
00:20:33.040 800-583-84.
00:20:35.500 70% of the
00:20:36.280 people go on to
00:20:36.880 order more.
00:20:38.180 800-583-84.
00:20:40.380 It's
00:20:40.540 relieffactor.com.
00:20:42.800 10 seconds.
00:20:43.420 Station ID.
00:20:46.340 Another thing I
00:20:58.920 really want to
00:20:59.360 know, and then
00:20:59.660 we're going to
00:20:59.860 go to the
00:21:00.140 phones after the
00:21:00.680 break.
00:21:01.600 One thing I
00:21:02.140 really want to
00:21:02.560 know is, what
00:21:03.780 does the
00:21:04.100 Star Tribune
00:21:05.080 think would
00:21:07.760 be, is
00:21:09.460 necessary?
00:21:10.120 What facts are
00:21:12.020 helpful by
00:21:13.720 revealing the
00:21:15.640 details of the
00:21:16.660 jurors?
00:21:18.720 I mean, the
00:21:19.620 media really,
00:21:21.340 really wanted
00:21:22.980 to out the
00:21:25.140 jury.
00:21:26.640 CBS News did
00:21:28.460 a newscast
00:21:29.460 revealing the
00:21:30.160 details of the
00:21:31.200 jurors.
00:21:32.480 New York
00:21:32.940 Times promoted
00:21:34.540 a story on
00:21:35.380 social media
00:21:36.080 under the
00:21:36.460 banner 12
00:21:36.980 jury members
00:21:37.640 and two
00:21:38.160 alternates in
00:21:39.060 the Chauvin
00:21:39.780 trial remain
00:21:40.560 anonymous.
00:21:41.520 Their faces
00:21:42.060 can't be shown
00:21:42.800 on camera, but
00:21:43.440 here's what we
00:21:44.100 do know about
00:21:44.820 them.
00:21:45.880 And then the
00:21:46.620 Star Tribune
00:21:47.380 outs the
00:21:49.440 jurors.
00:21:51.060 I mean, and
00:21:51.440 it's not hard.
00:21:52.140 If you live in
00:21:52.860 that area, it
00:21:53.740 wouldn't be
00:21:54.260 hard.
00:21:55.340 But just to
00:21:55.940 be helpful, the
00:21:57.520 Star Tribune
00:21:58.480 told us about
00:21:59.380 juror number
00:22:00.180 two.
00:22:01.960 He's a white
00:22:03.000 man in his
00:22:03.800 20s.
00:22:04.640 He's from
00:22:05.160 Minneapolis and
00:22:06.300 works as a
00:22:07.620 chemist.
00:22:08.860 Okay, now
00:22:09.460 hang on just a
00:22:10.060 second.
00:22:10.300 It goes on and
00:22:11.140 tells more.
00:22:13.240 Why?
00:22:13.820 If you are
00:22:14.440 living in
00:22:15.000 Minneapolis, you
00:22:15.960 have a job, you
00:22:17.280 know, around
00:22:18.420 people who are
00:22:18.980 chemists, one
00:22:19.920 of them you
00:22:20.360 know is out on
00:22:21.080 jury duty, or
00:22:22.360 one of them, as
00:22:23.040 you know, has
00:22:23.520 been gone for
00:22:24.260 three or four
00:22:24.840 weeks, you
00:22:25.740 now know who
00:22:26.380 that is.
00:22:27.640 And I'm sure
00:22:28.320 they're going to
00:22:28.620 be completely
00:22:29.220 restrained.
00:22:30.340 Completely
00:22:30.820 restrained on
00:22:31.940 Twitter.
00:22:32.820 No one would
00:22:33.760 ever out these
00:22:34.620 people.
00:22:37.620 We are, we
00:22:40.760 have got to
00:22:43.160 separate ourselves
00:22:44.460 from the mob,
00:22:46.200 because that's
00:22:46.820 where we're
00:22:47.280 headed.
00:22:47.840 Mob rule.
00:22:51.860 This is the

00:24:27.080 We go to
00:24:27.380 Maryland and
00:24:28.340 Al.
00:24:29.060 Hello, Al.
00:24:29.860 Welcome to the
00:24:30.440 Glenn Beck
00:24:30.700 program.
00:24:31.140 Hey Glenn,
00:24:32.680 thanks for
00:24:33.020 having me on.
00:24:34.240 You bet.
00:24:35.140 After the
00:24:35.660 verdict yesterday,
00:24:37.260 I was sad,
00:24:38.840 mainly sad for
00:24:39.660 America, and
00:24:40.460 then I woke up
00:24:41.100 this morning
00:24:41.580 angry as I
00:24:43.240 watched social
00:24:43.900 media.
00:24:44.320 And I have to
00:24:44.720 say that I'm a
00:24:45.320 black man.
00:24:45.820 I may not
00:24:46.200 sound like one,
00:24:46.920 but I am.
00:24:48.020 And I'm so
00:24:48.720 tired of this
00:24:50.700 false narrative
00:24:51.600 of quote-unquote
00:24:53.060 justice and
00:24:54.200 systemic racism
00:24:55.240 in America.
00:24:55.880 I'm just tired
00:24:57.820 of it.
00:24:58.260 I've had it.
00:24:59.560 You know, we
00:24:59.900 had a young
00:25:00.620 girl, seven-year-old
00:25:01.840 yesterday in
00:25:02.740 Chicago, get
00:25:03.500 shot in her
00:25:04.040 car in
00:25:04.900 McDonald's,
00:25:05.840 drive-thru,
00:25:06.740 no outcry.
00:25:08.760 And I, you
00:25:09.620 know, I look
00:25:10.420 back at George
00:25:11.160 Floyd, and I
00:25:13.280 want to respect
00:25:14.320 the criminal
00:25:15.180 justice system.
00:25:16.160 I really do,
00:25:17.080 but I'm having a
00:25:18.400 hard time with
00:25:19.120 it this morning
00:25:20.180 because I feel
00:25:20.960 like this man.
00:25:22.120 Go ahead.
00:25:22.840 I want to ask
00:25:23.840 you why you
00:25:24.560 feel that way.
00:25:25.220 What is
00:25:26.900 causing you to
00:25:27.700 doubt?
00:25:28.000 I mean, I
00:25:28.260 have my own
00:25:29.520 issues, but I
00:25:30.260 want to hear
00:25:30.560 from you.
00:25:31.180 What is causing
00:25:32.560 you to doubt?
00:25:34.360 I feel like
00:25:35.420 this man, Derek
00:25:36.300 Chauvin, was
00:25:37.340 guilty even
00:25:38.000 before the
00:25:38.500 trial started.
00:25:39.480 He didn't have
00:25:40.180 a chance, and
00:25:40.960 I'm not sure,
00:25:42.120 and I wasn't
00:25:42.820 there, as you
00:25:43.600 indicated, but
00:25:44.840 I have a sneaking
00:25:45.860 suspicion that all
00:25:46.880 the facts were
00:25:47.520 not laid out, and
00:25:49.240 I don't even know
00:25:50.060 if they even
00:25:50.700 dealt with the
00:25:52.340 issue of this
00:25:53.040 man being high
00:25:53.800 on fentanyl.
00:25:55.220 Yeah, they
00:25:55.880 did.
00:25:56.180 And so, oh,
00:25:57.140 they did.
00:25:57.460 Okay, well,
00:25:58.560 yeah, they
00:25:58.980 did, and it
00:25:59.500 was, yeah, I
00:26:01.500 mean, I think
00:26:02.200 he, from what I
00:26:04.620 can tell from a
00:26:05.220 distance, he
00:26:05.800 received a fair
00:26:06.920 trial.
00:26:07.620 I don't think he
00:26:08.180 had the best
00:26:08.980 representation, but
00:26:11.620 he received a
00:26:13.220 fair trial.
00:26:14.780 Where it goes
00:26:15.880 off the rails for
00:26:16.760 me is the jury
00:26:19.340 was not
00:26:20.000 sequestered.
00:26:20.740 It shouldn't
00:26:21.340 have been held
00:26:22.000 in that city.
00:26:24.540 The jurors
00:26:26.180 had to, had
00:26:29.020 to worry
00:26:29.920 about what
00:26:31.200 would happen
00:26:31.740 to them, their
00:26:32.800 children.
00:26:34.420 You had one
00:26:35.320 juror, I'm
00:26:36.480 sorry, you had
00:26:36.980 one person that
00:26:38.380 testified on
00:26:40.000 behalf of
00:26:41.240 Chauvin, and
00:26:42.780 he got up the
00:26:44.080 next morning and
00:26:44.820 had a severed
00:26:46.280 pig's head and
00:26:47.420 pig blood all
00:26:48.320 over the front
00:26:48.880 porch of his
00:26:49.480 house.
00:26:50.360 I mean, those
00:26:51.300 kinds of things
00:26:52.260 play a role, as
00:26:54.780 does Waters
00:26:57.760 coming in and
00:27:00.300 showboating before
00:27:03.060 the jury is
00:27:03.900 sequestered.
00:27:05.020 You have the
00:27:06.000 president coming
00:27:06.820 out.
00:27:07.140 I mean, even
00:27:07.620 the judge said,
00:27:08.700 I think there's
00:27:09.600 a good case for
00:27:10.640 a mistrial here
00:27:11.680 and or for a
00:27:13.560 new trial, and
00:27:17.080 I wish everyone,
00:27:18.260 the media, and
00:27:19.180 the politicians
00:27:19.900 would shut
00:27:21.520 their mouths and
00:27:22.580 respect the
00:27:23.120 process.
00:27:23.660 Nobody did.
00:27:25.140 So I think the
00:27:26.120 fair trial thing
00:27:27.120 broke down because
00:27:28.040 of the leadership
00:27:29.580 of our country.
00:27:31.800 Yeah, that's
00:27:32.260 exactly right.
00:27:32.900 What the
00:27:33.160 president did
00:27:33.760 yesterday was so
00:27:34.720 irresponsible.
00:27:35.900 And so I
00:27:36.800 woke up angry,
00:27:37.700 and then I
00:27:38.660 called my good
00:27:39.520 friend, Bob
00:27:40.260 Woodson, who
00:27:40.940 you've had on
00:27:41.520 your show several
00:27:42.320 times.
00:27:43.240 And he
00:27:44.320 talked me off
00:27:45.720 the ledge.
00:27:46.200 He said, we
00:27:46.740 need to do
00:27:47.260 as Mother
00:27:47.700 Teresa.
00:27:48.300 We need to
00:27:48.720 increase our
00:27:49.440 faith.
00:27:50.480 And he
00:27:50.840 reminded me of
00:27:51.580 the story of
00:27:52.380 David and
00:27:52.880 Goliath.
00:27:53.560 And he
00:27:53.860 says, we
00:27:54.400 are the
00:27:54.780 David.
00:27:55.700 He indicated
00:27:56.520 that the
00:27:57.280 low-income
00:27:58.000 Black American
00:27:58.880 who's been
00:27:59.760 used as a
00:28:00.440 pawn in all
00:28:01.360 of this is
00:28:02.440 a sleeping
00:28:03.400 giant, and
00:28:04.120 we need to
00:28:04.720 cultivate them
00:28:06.580 and help them
00:28:07.600 rise up to
00:28:08.480 counter this
00:28:09.700 false narrative
00:28:10.400 that's, by the
00:28:11.020 way, being
00:28:11.520 promoted by
00:28:12.180 people who
00:28:13.120 are probably
00:28:13.580 making six
00:28:14.280 figures or more,
00:28:15.120 who have
00:28:15.560 made it, who
00:28:16.520 have been
00:28:16.820 successful, and
00:28:18.220 now crying
00:28:18.900 racism.
00:28:20.160 That's the
00:28:20.720 part that I
00:28:22.280 struggle with,
00:28:23.240 and I'm
00:28:23.660 tired of it.
00:28:24.520 So I got
00:28:25.920 some hope from
00:28:26.580 Bob.
00:28:27.040 He's doing
00:28:27.840 yeoman's work.
00:28:29.240 We need to
00:28:29.760 give him all
00:28:30.600 of our
00:28:30.960 resources and
00:28:32.420 promote these
00:28:33.280 causes and
00:28:34.040 band together
00:28:34.900 to counter this
00:28:36.680 narrative that's
00:28:37.340 coming from
00:28:37.800 big tech, the
00:28:38.960 politicians, and
00:28:41.020 the media.
00:28:41.920 Because their
00:28:42.620 numbers are not
00:28:43.700 that great, but
00:28:44.500 they own the
00:28:46.360 platforms that
00:28:47.580 are promoting
00:28:48.120 this narrative,
00:28:48.920 and we need
00:28:49.420 to counter it.
00:28:51.060 I agree 100%,
00:28:53.940 100%, including
00:28:55.600 with Bob
00:28:56.120 Woodson.
00:28:56.580 What he's
00:28:57.000 doing is God's
00:28:58.080 work.
00:28:58.640 Stu, can you
00:28:59.020 look for his
00:28:59.680 email address,
00:29:00.440 not his email
00:29:01.140 address, but his
00:29:01.760 website, so I
00:29:03.440 can direct people
00:29:04.100 there?
00:29:04.560 Unless, Al, you
00:29:05.200 know it.
00:29:05.640 Do you know
00:29:05.920 it?
00:29:07.220 It's the
00:29:07.760 woodsoncenter.org.
00:29:09.600 Okay.
00:29:10.180 That's very hard
00:29:11.020 to remember.
00:29:11.960 woodsoncenter.org.
00:29:12.860 Thank you very
00:29:13.320 much, Al.
00:29:13.720 I appreciate it.
00:29:14.500 Um, we
00:29:16.920 cannot be part
00:29:18.580 of the
00:29:20.100 problem.
00:29:20.500 We have to
00:29:21.260 be, we
00:29:25.060 have to be a
00:29:25.760 unique and
00:29:26.440 unusual people.
00:29:28.320 Uh, we
00:29:29.020 have to be a
00:29:29.500 peculiar people.
00:29:30.600 We have to be
00:29:31.260 people that the
00:29:33.320 rest of society
00:29:34.140 goes, what is
00:29:35.120 up with those
00:29:35.880 guys?
00:29:36.880 What, how, if
00:29:38.680 we pile on and
00:29:39.880 we become the
00:29:41.000 same, just part
00:29:42.340 of the same
00:29:43.420 noise, we
00:29:45.660 make no
00:29:46.660 difference, no
00:29:48.020 difference.
00:29:49.540 And, uh,
00:29:50.900 you know, I
00:29:55.180 watched, uh, I
00:29:58.380 watched Titanic with
00:29:59.200 my daughter the
00:29:59.760 other day and,
00:30:01.500 um, she didn't
00:30:03.280 want to watch it.
00:30:03.940 I know, dad,
00:30:04.880 everybody dies and
00:30:05.880 then the lady
00:30:07.080 takes the diamond
00:30:08.240 and yeah, okay.
00:30:10.160 I said, you
00:30:10.840 haven't seen it.
00:30:11.500 It's really good.
00:30:13.540 And she
00:30:14.260 watched it with
00:30:14.800 me and when
00:30:17.640 it was over, she's
00:30:18.400 like, I'm so
00:30:19.620 mad at you.
00:30:20.500 Why?
00:30:20.940 Cause I'm going
00:30:22.160 to cry all
00:30:23.400 night and I
00:30:24.220 have to watch
00:30:25.000 it again.
00:30:26.560 Now it's her
00:30:27.280 favorite movie, but
00:30:29.960 I watched it the
00:30:30.840 other night and a
00:30:31.840 time is coming when
00:30:33.880 this ship is going
00:30:34.860 to lift up out of
00:30:37.120 the water, just
00:30:39.260 like it did in
00:30:39.980 Titanic.
00:30:40.420 It is going to
00:30:41.760 stand straight up
00:30:43.500 and down.
00:30:44.020 Now, remember
00:30:46.100 that that ship
00:30:48.020 was a
00:30:50.120 skyscraper.
00:30:52.260 That was, that
00:30:53.820 was in a time
00:30:54.560 when you didn't
00:30:55.120 have skyscrapers.
00:30:56.380 That ship was
00:30:57.260 so long.
00:30:58.220 It was like a
00:30:59.060 12 or 15
00:31:00.140 story building
00:31:01.180 standing up
00:31:02.800 in the water.
00:31:05.260 And do you
00:31:05.960 remember what all
00:31:06.560 the people were
00:31:07.200 doing?
00:31:08.580 They were all
00:31:09.680 sliding into the
00:31:10.980 sea and they
00:31:11.600 were all panicked.
00:31:16.500 We cannot
00:31:17.700 be the ones
00:31:19.280 panicked.
00:31:21.080 We have to be
00:31:22.220 the ones that
00:31:23.080 say, over
00:31:24.180 here, over
00:31:25.240 here, over
00:31:25.920 here.
00:31:26.940 I've got a
00:31:27.740 lifeboat over
00:31:28.480 here.
00:31:29.420 And you won't
00:31:30.240 be able to be
00:31:30.760 that person if
00:31:33.040 you're angry.
00:31:34.540 We have to find
00:31:35.800 a way to where
00:31:36.580 we can actually
00:31:37.620 live like the
00:31:38.520 Amish.
00:31:39.060 We can, we
00:31:40.140 can live the
00:31:40.900 principles that
00:31:42.060 we, we
00:31:44.520 preach or we
00:31:45.720 say we claim
00:31:47.020 to be.
00:31:47.420 You know, a
00:31:47.760 lot of, a
00:31:48.260 lot of these
00:31:48.720 problems are
00:31:49.560 caused or
00:31:50.760 were caused
00:31:51.560 by people
00:31:54.120 saying one
00:31:54.860 thing and
00:31:55.300 doing another.
00:31:56.500 I mean, I
00:31:57.160 don't give this
00:31:57.980 to the, I
00:32:00.060 don't give this
00:32:00.540 problem to the
00:32:01.220 founders.
00:32:01.580 The founders did
00:32:02.380 everything they
00:32:03.300 could, everything
00:32:04.500 they could to
00:32:05.260 stop slavery.
00:32:07.140 Everything.
00:32:07.820 Uh, and they
00:32:12.280 did the best
00:32:13.300 they could.
00:32:15.340 I, I
00:32:16.300 really blame
00:32:17.000 this on a
00:32:17.860 lot of
00:32:18.420 Christians that,
00:32:20.560 you know,
00:32:22.180 we're going to
00:32:23.080 a Bible class
00:32:24.520 being taught by
00:32:26.040 their preacher
00:32:26.680 in the South
00:32:27.900 that slavery's
00:32:29.840 okay.
00:32:30.400 Now, I
00:32:33.200 don't know how
00:32:33.880 you make the
00:32:34.440 case for
00:32:34.960 slavery.
00:32:36.840 And then
00:32:37.460 after that,
00:32:38.040 all the people
00:32:38.700 like the
00:32:39.340 Klan who
00:32:40.720 carry the
00:32:41.340 cross for
00:32:42.060 the Lord.
00:32:43.520 It's a
00:32:44.120 perversion.
00:32:44.920 I was talking
00:32:48.840 to a friend
00:32:49.080 of mine, he
00:32:49.460 said, I was
00:32:49.900 just talking
00:32:50.880 to, um, a
00:32:52.880 rabbi, and
00:32:54.880 he said, uh,
00:32:56.920 we Christians
00:32:57.660 misunderstand, and
00:32:58.880 I wish I could
00:32:59.600 remember exactly
00:33:00.420 what the phrase
00:33:01.100 was, but, uh,
00:33:02.500 he said, we
00:33:03.020 misunderstand.
00:33:03.860 He said, it's
00:33:04.280 a mistranslation
00:33:05.580 of, uh, don't
00:33:08.500 take the Lord
00:33:09.440 that God's name
00:33:10.100 in vain.
00:33:10.860 We think that
00:33:11.540 means don't
00:33:12.100 swear.
00:33:12.420 What the
00:33:14.720 translation actually
00:33:15.760 is, is don't
00:33:16.860 carry the
00:33:18.500 Lord's name
00:33:19.540 in vain.
00:33:20.780 So, in other
00:33:21.580 words, don't
00:33:23.100 do evil and
00:33:24.960 say you're doing
00:33:25.720 good in his
00:33:26.580 name.
00:33:28.200 And we got a
00:33:29.320 lot of, I
00:33:30.260 don't know if you
00:33:30.700 saw the press
00:33:31.260 conference yesterday,
00:33:31.920 but we got a
00:33:32.680 lot of those
00:33:33.920 people.
00:33:36.460 And that's the
00:33:37.460 real problem.
00:33:41.140 We have
00:33:42.320 a lot of, uh,
00:33:45.160 proving to be
00:33:46.480 done to show
00:33:47.620 that we are
00:33:48.120 not, that we
00:33:50.400 are people that
00:33:51.300 are different.
00:33:52.960 We're not
00:33:53.680 racist.
00:33:54.800 Um, and I
00:33:55.360 don't say you
00:33:55.620 have to prove
00:33:56.140 that.
00:33:56.700 You don't have
00:33:57.180 to prove that.
00:33:57.960 You just have
00:33:58.620 to be different.
00:33:59.680 You just have
00:34:00.340 to be different
00:34:01.060 than everybody
00:34:02.440 else.
00:34:03.320 Because everybody
00:34:04.140 can say that.
00:34:05.260 You're not.
00:34:06.300 I'm not.
00:34:09.320 So now, don't
00:34:10.640 be part of
00:34:11.240 the group that
00:34:12.480 is just
00:34:12.980 parroting those
00:34:13.980 things that
00:34:15.140 nobody believes.
00:34:16.800 And don't be
00:34:17.560 part of the
00:34:18.240 angry mob.
00:34:19.340 And don't, and
00:34:21.340 pray for those
00:34:22.300 who are part of
00:34:23.480 the angry mob on
00:34:24.480 either side.
00:34:25.360 Can you imagine,
00:34:26.260 I just read a
00:34:26.960 story yesterday,
00:34:27.680 um, about how,
00:34:30.380 well, here it
00:34:31.440 is.
00:34:31.820 Uh, there's a
00:34:32.740 new study out
00:34:34.080 and it shows
00:34:36.280 the majority
00:34:37.060 of young
00:34:37.740 white female
00:34:38.660 liberals have
00:34:40.720 a diagnosed
00:34:41.560 mental health
00:34:42.400 condition, a
00:34:43.160 majority of
00:34:44.780 them.
00:34:45.840 White liberals
00:34:46.360 are significantly
00:34:47.180 more likely
00:34:48.200 than other
00:34:48.820 racial and
00:34:49.420 ideological groups
00:34:50.500 to be diagnosed
00:34:51.380 with mental
00:34:52.020 health conditions.
00:34:53.620 This is, uh,
00:34:54.220 the findings from
00:34:54.820 a Pew Research
00:34:55.720 Center survey,
00:34:57.000 yada, yada,
00:34:57.580 yada.
00:34:58.400 Um, nearly
00:34:59.120 half of young
00:35:00.120 white liberals,
00:35:01.180 46%, report
00:35:02.480 being diagnosed
00:35:03.320 with a mental
00:35:03.940 health condition
00:35:04.640 significantly higher
00:35:05.700 than the
00:35:06.020 percentage of
00:35:06.640 young white
00:35:07.320 moderates at
00:35:08.600 26%, 46% for
00:35:11.300 liberals, 26% for
00:35:13.620 moderates, and
00:35:14.600 conservatives, 21%.
00:35:16.940 Now, why is
00:35:18.860 that?
00:35:21.860 I, uh, you
00:35:23.060 know, if we take
00:35:23.840 this at face
00:35:24.620 value, and I
00:35:26.540 was going to say
00:35:26.920 I'm not a doctor,
00:35:27.600 but actually I
00:35:28.180 am, but, uh,
00:35:30.600 we take it at
00:35:31.360 face value and
00:35:32.180 we look for easy
00:35:33.060 things, it's
00:35:34.200 because you're
00:35:34.860 being raised in
00:35:35.960 a hopeless
00:35:37.080 world.
00:35:39.060 There is no
00:35:40.040 hope.
00:35:41.780 I have to tell
00:35:42.740 you, I could
00:35:43.580 not do this
00:35:44.960 show.
00:35:45.860 I couldn't do
00:35:46.760 it.
00:35:47.500 I, my job is
00:35:48.800 to read all of
00:35:49.940 this crap.
00:35:50.760 My job is to
00:35:51.840 filter through all
00:35:52.820 of it and see
00:35:53.460 what's important,
00:35:54.380 what's not, what
00:35:55.260 you need to know,
00:35:56.140 what I can bring
00:35:56.660 perspective on.
00:35:57.480 it is the
00:35:59.500 worst.
00:36:00.320 It used to be
00:36:01.180 fun, it used
00:36:01.760 to be great.
00:36:02.380 It's the worst
00:36:03.580 because I'm
00:36:06.400 swimming in this
00:36:07.500 crap, and it's
00:36:09.460 not easy to keep
00:36:10.540 a healthy
00:36:10.900 attitude.
00:36:12.440 The only way I
00:36:13.900 can do it is I
00:36:15.760 believe in
00:36:17.700 something bigger
00:36:18.560 than me.
00:36:19.800 I know, I can
00:36:21.320 look at this
00:36:22.040 trial and say,
00:36:23.180 I think there
00:36:24.940 should be a
00:36:26.980 retrial of
00:36:28.080 this.
00:36:28.580 I don't know
00:36:29.140 if that will
00:36:29.620 happen, and I
00:36:30.840 can work to do
00:36:32.460 whatever needs
00:36:33.540 to be done to
00:36:34.380 make sure that
00:36:35.100 justice happens
00:36:35.960 for both sides
00:36:37.460 no matter what
00:36:38.360 color.
00:36:41.040 But you know
00:36:41.820 what?
00:36:42.080 In the end,
00:36:44.140 oh, there will
00:36:44.940 be justice.
00:36:46.180 There will be
00:36:47.180 justice.
00:36:48.800 And I know
00:36:49.680 that sounds
00:36:50.360 trite and like,
00:36:51.540 oh, really?
00:36:52.040 You're down to
00:36:52.460 that?
00:36:52.800 Yeah.
00:36:53.180 I am down
00:36:53.880 to that.
00:36:54.640 I am down
00:36:55.220 to that.
00:36:55.820 But it's a
00:36:56.440 great place
00:36:57.360 to be.
00:37:01.080 Because it
00:37:01.700 is the source
00:37:02.280 of all hope.
00:37:05.100 It's the source
00:37:05.880 of all love.
00:37:06.800 It's the source
00:37:07.420 of every answer
00:37:08.540 we need.
00:37:09.200 So, yeah, I'm
00:37:10.180 not down to
00:37:10.880 that.
00:37:11.220 I wish I
00:37:11.680 would have
00:37:11.940 started there.
00:37:16.580 That's part
00:37:17.260 of the beating
00:37:17.780 down process.
00:37:19.720 You know,
00:37:20.140 God will have
00:37:21.420 a humble
00:37:21.800 people.
00:37:22.220 humble, and
00:37:23.400 we are
00:37:23.820 anything but
00:37:25.040 humble.
00:37:27.120 And so, we're
00:37:28.680 going to be
00:37:29.160 beaten into
00:37:30.060 submission.
00:37:31.040 We will be.
00:37:32.000 And not by our
00:37:33.120 fellow man.
00:37:33.780 I mean, that may
00:37:34.840 be the way it
00:37:35.420 manifests itself,
00:37:36.860 but for our
00:37:38.300 own good, we
00:37:39.180 will be beaten
00:37:40.220 into a
00:37:41.440 humble people.
00:37:43.120 And when we're
00:37:43.600 humble and we
00:37:44.320 realize we're not
00:37:45.200 in charge, we
00:37:45.940 can't vote for
00:37:47.640 anybody, we
00:37:48.480 can't do
00:37:49.700 anything
00:37:50.640 ourselves.
00:37:54.620 We can only
00:37:55.660 do what we're
00:37:56.440 supposed to do
00:37:57.700 and live the
00:37:58.900 way we're
00:37:59.260 supposed to
00:38:00.060 live and
00:38:01.380 fight for the
00:38:02.200 things that are
00:38:02.760 real justice,
00:38:05.080 individual justice,
00:38:06.580 not social justice,
00:38:08.180 personal justice,
00:38:09.300 not collective
00:38:10.060 justice.
00:38:11.380 Look for the
00:38:12.560 real truth, not
00:38:13.700 the woke truth,
00:38:14.860 truth, and
00:38:15.860 let the chips
00:38:16.540 fall where
00:38:17.040 they may.
00:38:19.620 Then God
00:38:20.360 will handle
00:38:21.160 everything else.
00:38:22.920 And he won't
00:38:23.760 be thwarted.
00:38:25.340 I don't know
00:38:26.080 what that means,
00:38:27.460 but if it means
00:38:28.180 that we have to
00:38:28.920 be the grist,
00:38:29.500 that I have to
00:38:30.240 be the grist,
00:38:31.400 or you have to
00:38:32.040 be the grist,
00:38:32.660 as long as I'm
00:38:33.280 with you, I
00:38:33.780 don't wish the
00:38:34.280 son of me,
00:38:35.200 and we are the
00:38:36.080 oil between the
00:38:37.840 gears, so when
00:38:39.700 the machine
00:38:40.080 starts up,
00:38:40.680 others can be
00:38:41.840 living in
00:38:44.200 justice,
00:38:44.860 good, okay,
00:38:46.200 all right,
00:38:46.620 then that's our
00:38:47.100 role that we
00:38:47.540 play at this
00:38:48.100 time, and
00:38:49.320 that's okay.
00:38:50.680 I'll play that
00:38:51.540 role, because I
00:38:53.160 believe in the
00:38:55.100 future, and it's
00:38:56.460 not just about me
00:38:58.020 or my wants,
00:38:59.340 it's about the
00:39:00.540 future.
00:39:04.840 All right, our
00:39:05.800 sponsor this
00:39:06.760 half hour is
00:39:08.440 Timeshare Termination
00:39:09.280 Team.
00:39:10.060 Timeshare Termination
00:39:11.020 Team, I mean,
00:39:11.860 if you have a
00:39:12.480 timeshare, I just
00:39:14.320 went to lunch
00:39:14.840 with some guys
00:39:15.400 yesterday, and
00:39:17.120 they were like,
00:39:18.780 hey, I got a
00:39:21.120 timeshare for you,
00:39:22.100 and we were
00:39:22.720 joking about how
00:39:23.560 bad timeshare
00:39:25.200 things are, and
00:39:25.960 how we all
00:39:26.720 almost just got
00:39:27.840 wrapped up into a
00:39:28.700 timeshare.
00:39:29.740 Really, really a
00:39:30.940 bad thing.
00:39:31.760 Now, if you have a
00:39:32.580 timeshare, you
00:39:33.060 probably know that,
00:39:34.480 and now you're
00:39:35.240 stuck with it, and
00:39:36.580 what are you going
00:39:37.100 to do?
00:39:38.380 Well, there's
00:39:39.160 Timeshare Termination
00:39:40.020 Team.
00:39:40.420 They get you out
00:39:41.420 safely, they get
00:39:42.360 you out legally, and
00:39:43.900 they 100% guarantee

00:40:26.320 of private savings
00:40:27.180 and private spending,

00:40:36.080 it.
00:40:36.240 Tonight, 9 p.m.
00:40:37.500 Eastern at

00:40:39.300 Glenn.
00:40:43.800 I apologize for
00:40:44.840 talking so much
00:40:45.640 today.
00:40:46.260 I just have so much
00:40:47.120 on my mind and
00:40:48.260 heart today that I
00:40:49.140 want to share, but I
00:40:50.060 do want to hear from
00:40:50.880 you.
00:40:51.120 We're going to take
00:40:51.480 your phone calls
00:40:52.060 next hour.
00:40:53.380 888-727-BECK.
00:40:55.500 If you're holding,
00:40:56.460 hang on, we will
00:40:57.400 get to you today.
00:40:58.680 888-727-BECK.
00:41:01.140 More on Chauvin
00:41:03.000 and Floyd.
00:41:05.080 Next.
00:41:06.240 Let me talk to you
00:41:10.040 about American
00:41:10.520 financing.
00:41:12.200 Tonight, I'm doing
00:41:13.180 a special, remember
00:41:14.480 during the Obama
00:41:15.380 years, I used to
00:41:16.120 say, watch the
00:41:16.860 other hand.
00:41:17.940 Whatever they're
00:41:18.440 doing right now,
00:41:19.240 watch the other
00:41:19.960 hand.
00:41:20.940 The other hand is
00:41:22.380 at the printing
00:41:23.380 press, and it is
00:41:25.280 going to cause some
00:41:26.280 massive, massive
00:41:27.920 disruptions.
00:41:29.020 You're going to have
00:41:29.700 a boom and then a
00:41:31.080 bust, and you need
00:41:34.040 to be prepared for
00:41:34.860 it.
00:41:35.020 So please, call
00:41:36.480 American Financing
00:41:37.600 at 800-906-2440 and
00:41:41.680 get a refi of your
00:41:43.060 mortgage, of the
00:41:43.980 loan that you have.
00:41:45.200 You could get it
00:41:46.020 down into the twos,
00:41:47.840 and I will tell you
00:41:48.740 that part of the
00:41:49.660 problem is going to
00:41:50.180 be it's going to get
00:41:50.720 harder to get a loan
00:41:52.000 soon, especially if
00:41:53.880 the Fed insists that
00:41:55.880 these banks don't
00:41:57.140 raise the interest
00:41:58.240 rate, which they say
00:41:59.080 they're going to do.
00:42:00.180 The banks are going
00:42:01.720 to start foreclosing
00:42:02.620 on it if you miss
00:42:04.220 it in 10 minutes
00:42:05.300 because they'll be
00:42:07.400 missing too much
00:42:08.880 money.
00:42:09.920 Things are changing.
00:42:11.060 Go to
00:42:11.320 AmericanFinancing.net
00:42:13.080 right now, 800-906-2440.
00:42:15.680 They work for you,
00:42:16.440 not the banks.
00:42:30.180 What you are about
00:42:37.680 to hear is the
00:42:39.240 fusion of
00:42:40.060 entertainment and
00:42:41.640 enlightenment.
00:42:44.160 This is the
00:42:47.440 Glenn Beck Program.
00:42:54.600 I've heard hours and
00:42:56.620 hours and hours of
00:42:58.220 experts talk.
00:42:59.860 I want to hear from
00:43:01.340 you.
00:43:02.960 888-727-BECK.
00:43:05.780 How are you feeling
00:43:07.060 today about the
00:43:08.360 Chauvin trial and
00:43:10.280 the verdict and how
00:43:11.540 everything was handled?
00:43:13.300 Where are you?
00:43:15.220 And I would urge my
00:43:18.500 goal today is to be a
00:43:22.180 positive influence in
00:43:24.040 the country and to do
00:43:25.900 my part to look for
00:43:29.060 the road ahead and
00:43:30.520 what can I do to
00:43:31.940 help my nation.
00:43:34.000 I would urge you that
00:43:35.140 you would think that
00:43:35.980 way as well and then
00:43:38.420 let's talk about what
00:43:40.100 happened.
00:43:41.380 I also, I think we
00:43:42.600 have Jason Whitlock on
00:43:43.820 here sometime this
00:43:45.420 hour.
00:43:45.960 I really want to hear
00:43:47.100 his opinion on this as
00:43:48.420 well.
00:43:49.420 888-727-BECK.
00:43:51.120 We go there in 60
00:43:51.920 seconds.
00:43:52.240 The Glenn Beck
00:43:56.320 Program.
00:43:57.760 So pain has gotten
00:43:58.840 aggressive with you.
00:44:00.260 I know how it feels.
00:44:01.460 Nothing like good old
00:44:02.940 frequent debilitating
00:44:04.080 pain.
00:44:04.880 You know, I like when I
00:44:05.440 go to the doctor and
00:44:06.060 they're like, and is
00:44:07.000 your pain stabbing?
00:44:08.100 Yes.
00:44:08.720 Is it, uh, is it
00:44:10.300 tingly?
00:44:10.760 Yes.
00:44:11.380 Uh, is it, uh, is
00:44:13.220 it, is it dull?
00:44:14.440 Yes.
00:44:14.720 Is it aching?
00:44:15.440 Yes.
00:44:15.740 It's all of these
00:44:16.620 things.
00:44:16.920 Okay.
00:44:17.260 They gave you like 20
00:44:18.980 different options and I
00:44:20.000 don't, I'm like, uh, all
00:44:21.660 of these, if you're in
00:44:23.560 this boat, please try
00:44:26.600 something new.
00:44:28.120 It's called relief
00:44:29.220 factor.
00:44:30.100 And when I say it's
00:44:31.080 new, it's been out for a
00:44:32.040 long time, but it's, it
00:44:33.500 might be new to you.
00:44:34.380 Try something different
00:44:35.800 than what you've tried.
00:44:37.600 My wife was the one who
00:44:38.920 finally said, I'm not
00:44:39.800 listening to you anymore.
00:44:41.060 I'm not going to listen
00:44:41.840 to you whine about it
00:44:43.300 anymore.
00:44:43.660 And that's exactly the
00:44:44.980 way she sounds too.
00:44:46.120 And so I, because I
00:44:48.100 was afraid of her, I
00:44:49.020 took relief factor and
00:44:50.420 it worked.
00:44:51.520 Now it can work for
00:44:53.180 you.
00:44:53.700 70% of the people who
00:44:54.960 try it, go on to order
00:44:55.960 more because it works
00:44:56.900 for them.
00:44:57.900 800-583-84.
00:44:59.700 You're going to know
00:45:00.460 within the first three
00:45:01.340 weeks, if you're part of
00:45:02.200 that 70% or not, get
00:45:04.020 your life back.

00:45:10.980 Tonight on Glenn TV,
00:45:12.800 the government is
00:45:14.120 spending money at
00:45:15.060 historic levels.
00:45:16.120 And our national debt
00:45:17.240 is at historic highs.

00:45:24.980 point to a major economic
00:45:26.340 disaster.
00:45:27.200 The end of private
00:45:27.960 savings and private
00:45:28.860 spending and the birth of
00:45:30.020 a state-controlled

00:45:32.600 Watch Dollar Decimation.
00:45:34.520 How Biden's spending
00:45:35.500 spree could end our
00:45:36.420 currency as we know it.
00:45:37.680 Tonight, 9 p.m.
00:45:38.740 Eastern at
00:45:39.180 blazetv.com slash Glenn.
00:45:40.920 Before I go to Jason
00:45:44.800 Whitlock, I want Jason
00:45:45.920 to hear a couple of
00:45:47.440 people on the phone
00:45:50.400 because a lot of people
00:45:51.700 are saying the same
00:45:52.640 thing.
00:45:54.400 And let me go to
00:45:55.560 Paula in D.C.
00:45:58.260 Hello, Paula.
00:45:59.560 Line 5.
00:46:00.180 Hey, Glenn.
00:46:02.840 It's Paula.
00:46:03.900 Thank you so much for
00:46:05.360 letting me share how I'm
00:46:07.300 feeling today.
00:46:08.220 I'm in Washington, D.C.,
00:46:09.440 so I really don't have
00:46:10.800 opportunities to, you know,
00:46:12.820 keep it real.
00:46:13.640 But, you know, when I
00:46:14.840 watched the verdict
00:46:15.660 yesterday with my
00:46:17.460 friend, my heart just
00:46:19.640 sank.
00:46:20.040 I felt a great deal
00:46:22.460 of sadness, and I
00:46:24.080 felt some anger
00:46:26.660 come up, and it
00:46:28.020 was really not
00:46:29.160 against anyone.
00:46:31.880 I think it was more
00:46:32.740 against, like, the
00:46:33.600 politicians and the
00:46:34.720 environment and how
00:46:36.460 black people, it's
00:46:40.240 seemingly through the,
00:46:43.320 like, through
00:46:43.680 politicians' narratives
00:46:45.380 that, you know,
00:46:46.440 they need to be
00:46:49.160 victimized constantly.
00:46:51.540 And, you know, I
00:46:53.600 was, you know, I
00:46:54.540 was, I've been
00:46:55.160 working on a project
00:46:56.160 at the United States
00:46:57.300 Chamber of Commerce
00:46:58.220 for six months that's
00:46:59.380 under restoration, and
00:47:01.500 I can't tell you how
00:47:03.060 many times we have
00:47:04.740 been shut down and
00:47:06.980 what downtown D.C.
00:47:08.700 looked like, you
00:47:09.700 know, last summer with
00:47:10.880 things boarded up, you
00:47:12.680 know, safety issues.
00:47:13.960 And it's one thing to
00:47:15.640 hear it on the news,
00:47:16.700 but it's another thing
00:47:17.940 to live here and
00:47:20.340 see the destruction
00:47:21.980 and the chaos and
00:47:24.760 allowing it to
00:47:25.660 happen.
00:47:26.820 People don't even,
00:47:28.760 until you've walked
00:47:30.020 the streets of New
00:47:30.800 York or Washington, D.C.,
00:47:32.280 or I'm sure
00:47:32.840 Minneapolis, I mean,
00:47:34.240 people, you know,
00:47:35.180 people wonder, why is
00:47:36.380 the price of plywood
00:47:37.360 so high?
00:47:38.340 Well, maybe because so
00:47:39.320 many businesses have
00:47:40.200 been boarded up because
00:47:41.400 of trouble.
00:47:42.860 people, it is, it's
00:47:45.500 really destructive what
00:47:48.960 has happened and
00:47:50.300 demoralizing to walk in
00:47:52.040 those, on those streets.
00:47:54.680 So I can relate to you
00:47:56.420 on that, Paula.
00:47:58.260 Thank you.
00:47:59.060 And the other thing,
00:47:59.900 too, is like during the,
00:48:01.340 during the protests went
00:48:04.140 with the, you know, Trump
00:48:05.300 supporters, I actually, and
00:48:07.320 I haven't told anyone this,
00:48:08.600 so now everyone gets to
00:48:09.940 hear this.
00:48:10.580 I, I told my son, I
00:48:12.800 dressed up in black, I
00:48:14.520 had a medic bag, and I
00:48:16.320 went and I stood with
00:48:17.580 Antifa to see for my
00:48:19.740 own eyes what was going
00:48:21.680 on, like I was
00:48:23.100 incognito.
00:48:24.820 And I can tell you that
00:48:27.100 there were no shenanigans
00:48:29.060 happening.
00:48:29.980 I was right up there.
00:48:31.720 This wasn't during the
00:48:32.960 Capitol, but this was the
00:48:34.220 one before.
00:48:35.760 Tons of people,
00:48:37.440 completely peaceful,
00:48:38.980 nothing, no shenanigans
00:48:41.560 were going on.
00:48:42.820 And I just kept that in
00:48:45.020 my diary that I'm keeping
00:48:47.020 of my eyewitness.
00:48:49.340 But what you see on the
00:48:50.340 news was completely
00:48:51.260 different.
00:48:52.820 And, you know,
00:48:53.920 what touched me the most,
00:48:57.320 what touched me the most
00:48:58.580 was your story about
00:49:00.680 the Amish.
00:49:04.360 And, oh, I'm going to get
00:49:06.040 emotional, sorry.
00:49:06.780 Um, what it brings, what
00:49:09.700 that brought up for me is
00:49:11.180 how important it is for
00:49:13.460 me to forgive.
00:49:15.140 Like, that's been on the,
00:49:16.900 that's been on the
00:49:17.960 forefront of my mind since
00:49:20.120 Easter that, like, look,
00:49:22.640 I'm like you.
00:49:23.780 I'm a recovering
00:49:24.640 alcoholic.
00:49:25.180 Next week I'll have 21
00:49:26.540 years of continuous
00:49:27.640 sobriety.
00:49:28.800 I'm grateful.
00:49:30.080 I have a higher power.
00:49:31.180 you know, I'm a deeply
00:49:35.220 flawed person.
00:49:36.180 And I believe that if I
00:49:38.380 can forgive others, if I
00:49:40.560 can, if I can forgive
00:49:41.800 others in my small little
00:49:43.900 world, that's what I can do
00:49:45.840 to be, to add to the
00:49:48.660 nation's healing, if you
00:49:50.920 will.
00:49:51.940 You know?
00:49:52.280 Paula, you give me so
00:49:53.740 much hope.
00:49:54.380 I mean, uh, uh, you
00:49:56.280 give me so much hope
00:49:57.180 because that is the
00:49:59.480 answer.
00:49:59.860 And that's the reason why
00:50:01.000 I told the, the Amish
00:50:02.820 story.
00:50:03.760 That is the, that's the
00:50:05.280 problem.
00:50:05.780 We are being told there
00:50:07.100 is no forgiveness.
00:50:08.540 I didn't own slaves.
00:50:10.640 I didn't have anything to
00:50:12.120 do with the Jim Crow
00:50:13.240 laws.
00:50:13.700 I've spent my whole life
00:50:15.240 doing the best I can, um,
00:50:18.460 to, to be open and to
00:50:21.100 see people as people
00:50:23.440 forget about color.
00:50:25.080 Now we're being told that
00:50:26.320 that's wrong because they're
00:50:28.260 moving in the opposite
00:50:29.440 direction.
00:50:29.820 They are moving back
00:50:30.940 towards racism.
00:50:32.360 It's not a movement to
00:50:33.840 move us forward.
00:50:34.520 It's a movement to move us
00:50:35.440 backward.
00:50:36.340 And they're being told
00:50:37.620 there is no forgiveness.
00:50:39.740 It's only collective
00:50:41.260 forgiveness.
00:50:42.280 That is a lie.
00:50:43.760 In fact, it is a, and I
00:50:46.340 use this not with a
00:50:47.260 capital A, an antichrist
00:50:49.520 teaching.
00:50:50.880 It is, it flies in the
00:50:52.940 face of everything we
00:50:54.480 know about the Judeo
00:50:55.880 Christian God.
00:50:57.380 And it is a destructive
00:51:00.440 lie.
00:51:01.780 And that's why I told that
00:51:04.080 story of the Amish today.
00:51:05.760 This is a horrible story.
00:51:07.620 The country has been
00:51:09.320 under attack for the
00:51:10.420 last year.
00:51:11.540 Um, a guy who wasn't
00:51:13.860 an angel, but he didn't
00:51:15.440 deserve to die.
00:51:16.320 He's dead family.
00:51:18.860 Everybody's surrounding
00:51:19.660 that family.
00:51:20.500 Okay, that's good.
00:51:21.660 We should mourn with
00:51:22.820 them.
00:51:23.260 But also let's not forget
00:51:24.760 the other family that
00:51:25.660 just lost a husband, a
00:51:27.340 dad, a son to prison
00:51:30.300 now for 40 years.
00:51:31.720 He didn't get up.
00:51:32.600 He was, it was, he, he
00:51:34.200 was not convicted of
00:51:35.560 racism and he was not
00:51:38.540 convicted of, uh, of
00:51:40.740 murder with intent.
00:51:43.100 They define it differently
00:51:44.860 in Minnesota.
00:51:46.020 That's why the murder is
00:51:47.760 being used in any other
00:51:49.940 state that wouldn't be
00:51:50.780 defined as murder.
00:51:51.840 That would be manslaughter.
00:51:53.740 So he didn't get up to try
00:51:56.260 to kill anybody.
00:51:57.100 There were nobody that was
00:51:58.480 saying, oh, you don't know
00:51:59.500 this guy.
00:51:59.980 He's so racist.
00:52:01.260 And yet that's what this
00:52:02.740 story is about.
00:52:04.580 There's no racist that is
00:52:06.500 going to jail today.
00:52:08.020 They didn't make that case.
00:52:10.040 It wasn't even part of the
00:52:11.480 case.
00:52:12.960 We have to forgive each
00:52:14.860 other because that's the
00:52:16.580 only way we can move on.
00:52:18.060 Jason Whitlock.
00:52:18.980 Let me go to you.
00:52:19.640 I'm sorry to make you hold.
00:52:20.880 I, uh, but I wanted you to
00:52:22.520 hear at least one voice of,
00:52:24.080 of people.
00:52:24.820 They, uh, cause I am seeing
00:52:26.400 in the phone calls that are
00:52:27.520 stacked up and I'm hearing,
00:52:28.820 uh, from, uh, from phone
00:52:31.100 calls.
00:52:31.520 People are sad today.
00:52:34.840 They're afraid of, of where
00:52:38.240 we're headed.
00:52:39.360 Give me your perspective on
00:52:42.180 the verdict yesterday.
00:52:44.540 Well, I'm going to first
00:52:46.180 piggyback off your comment.
00:52:47.640 I think people are
00:52:49.440 justifiably confused.
00:52:51.680 Like what, what are we doing
00:52:53.440 here?
00:52:53.820 Where, what direction are
00:52:55.820 we headed in America?
00:52:57.160 Uh, we've always been
00:53:00.000 headed in the direction of
00:53:01.620 expanding freedom,
00:53:03.920 expanding fairness, uh,
00:53:07.000 moving against, uh, a race
00:53:10.160 based worldview.
00:53:11.220 And now we're pivoting
00:53:14.320 really quickly and really
00:53:17.460 passionately the opposite
00:53:20.000 direction.
00:53:20.660 and it's a byproduct of
00:53:23.340 technology in terms of big
00:53:25.760 tech and, uh, the way we
00:53:27.680 communicate now is, is, is
00:53:31.880 cheap and not
00:53:35.420 substantive.
00:53:36.940 Cause again, Glenn, when you
00:53:38.320 think about those of us in our
00:53:40.140 fifties, you know, we grew up
00:53:42.380 in homes with one phone in the
00:53:45.180 home, no call waiting, one record
00:53:47.900 player, one, maybe two TVs in
00:53:51.240 the home, but now there's
00:53:53.260 just, and so I think like
00:53:55.020 communication has been
00:53:56.200 cheapened and it's been
00:53:58.860 dumbed down to a point where
00:54:01.780 it's just much easier to lead
00:54:05.300 people the wrong direction.
00:54:07.900 And, and social media promotes
00:54:10.660 an anecdote driven worldview.
00:54:12.900 And now we haven't, may I just
00:54:16.940 interject here on, on, you
00:54:18.460 know, you're talking about how
00:54:19.460 it's been cheapened.
00:54:20.400 I didn't know anybody that ever
00:54:22.140 wrote a letter to the editor
00:54:23.360 because you have to sit down,
00:54:24.860 think about it, write it, put
00:54:26.020 it in an envelope, get a stamp,
00:54:27.700 get the address, send it in.
00:54:29.400 I mean, it took forever by the
00:54:30.960 time that thing was out.
00:54:32.760 Now everybody's writing a letter
00:54:35.140 to the editor and it's all of
00:54:37.000 equal value.
00:54:38.240 And only the ones that are the
00:54:39.980 hotheads are the ones that make
00:54:41.680 it to the top.
00:54:42.360 I mean, what are we expecting
00:54:44.220 to happen?
00:54:45.520 And again, so someone that
00:54:47.040 would write, write a letter
00:54:48.140 would really be passionate and
00:54:49.920 probably really informed on the
00:54:51.800 topic and they would take the
00:54:54.260 time to do that.
00:54:55.040 And now all it takes is 10, 30
00:54:57.760 seconds to write out a tweet that
00:54:59.640 says, I hate you.
00:55:00.820 And so my reaction to the verdict
00:55:04.140 was, I thought that to me,
00:55:07.260 clearly I thought Derek Chauvin
00:55:09.380 was guilty of manslaughter.
00:55:12.360 I don't think he had an intent to
00:55:14.520 kill.
00:55:14.880 I do think he was a bit drunk on
00:55:17.880 his power and a bit distracted by
00:55:20.000 the crowd harassing him.
00:55:21.740 And that combination turned
00:55:24.700 lethal for George Floyd.
00:55:28.120 However, having said that, I'm just
00:55:30.900 amazed at how big tech and corporate
00:55:35.300 media working together have us so
00:55:38.300 focused on George Floyd and other
00:55:42.900 resisting criminal suspects and what
00:55:46.540 happens to them.
00:55:47.840 And I know people get tired of
00:55:50.460 hearing it, but, but I'm just
00:55:51.900 amazed the seven year old girl got
00:55:54.600 shot and killed sitting in a
00:55:57.540 McDonald's driveway window.
00:56:00.280 No one cares.
00:56:01.880 There's no one around a seven year old
00:56:06.940 girl.
00:56:07.320 And I'm just amazed that, and again, I
00:56:12.000 Because this isn't about anything
00:56:13.380 real, Jason.
00:56:14.700 This isn't about actual justice.
00:56:17.760 This isn't about anything.
00:56:19.480 This is about political power, capital,
00:56:23.180 uh, and, and in some cases, actual
00:56:27.280 dollars.
00:56:29.000 Oh, no, the actual dollars.
00:56:31.380 Now, I wouldn't say in some cases, in
00:56:33.520 a lot of these cases, there is money to
00:56:36.180 be made in, uh, championing, resisting
00:56:41.000 criminal suspects, black suspects who
00:56:44.200 are killed by white cops.
00:56:46.000 There's lots of money.
00:56:47.480 Patrice colors con makes up a hashtag
00:56:51.100 and now she has four homes scattered
00:56:54.460 across America and as a deal with
00:56:57.560 Warner brothers and all this other
00:57:00.140 stuff from making a hashtag and
00:57:02.120 pretending like she cares about George
00:57:05.040 Floyd.
00:57:05.560 There's a lot of money being made.
00:57:07.820 It's a look, Al Sharpton, uh, takes a
00:57:11.580 picture of himself getting on a private
00:57:14.320 jet to go be with, uh, George Floyd's
00:57:18.240 family.
00:57:18.880 Again, all the messaging is look at, I've
00:57:21.780 made it.
00:57:22.260 I'm flying on private jets all off the
00:57:25.140 backs of criminal suspects resisting
00:57:28.300 arrest and pretending like their life
00:57:32.380 has 10 times the value of these kids
00:57:36.900 that are being, and, and some adults
00:57:39.380 being slaughtered in the streets every
00:57:42.060 day and we ignore that a seven-year-old
00:57:45.700 girl, she had no shot at life.
00:57:48.580 She's experienced nothing.
00:57:50.640 She's done no harm to anyone and she's
00:57:53.940 slaughtered and no one cares.
00:57:56.560 It's mind blowing to me.
00:57:58.240 And I get why people are like,
00:58:00.740 American values are being changed
00:58:04.440 rapidly, rapidly.
00:58:07.300 I mean, this is just overnight and it's
00:58:10.260 all driven by social media.
00:58:13.680 I'm going to say this and it'll irritate
00:58:16.020 some people, but again, if you go look
00:58:18.860 at how America on a dime changed on
00:58:22.300 same-sex marriage, that's the influence
00:58:25.660 of social media.
00:58:27.180 That's the influence of Twitter and
00:58:29.460 amplifying voices.
00:58:32.300 Uh, and Jack Dorsey says it, that that's
00:58:35.300 the goal of social media and the Twitter
00:58:37.940 to amplify voices that, that he deems
00:58:41.760 need to be amplified.
00:58:43.580 And, and, and again, I, I said it last
00:58:46.320 time I was on your show.
00:58:47.760 I, I have great sympathy for the LGBT
00:58:51.800 community and how we have demonized
00:58:55.260 their sin and, uh, not demonized our own
00:58:59.820 sin.
00:59:00.120 I, excuse the, I get it.
00:59:02.000 And so there needed to be a correction
00:59:05.000 of, uh, among us believers and Christians,
00:59:07.620 we needed to correct our behavior as it
00:59:09.460 relates to that.
00:59:10.560 But I'm not, again, it's just like I
00:59:12.880 said, there's reasons why I haven't
00:59:15.360 gotten married.
00:59:16.940 And, and so everything's not for
00:59:19.280 everybody.
00:59:20.660 Uh, Jason, I, I appreciate it.
00:59:23.500 I've got a network break.
00:59:24.400 I have to hit, but thank you for, um,
00:59:27.240 the, the, uh, reason, uh, and the
00:59:31.680 logic that you're using today.
00:59:33.200 I, I really appreciate it.
00:59:35.000 Jason, you bet, uh, our sponsor
00:59:38.360 this half hour is built bar.
00:59:41.340 I know they say the camera adds 15
00:59:43.340 pounds, but I have to tell you, I've
00:59:45.000 been in for a long time and I have,
00:59:47.200 I've eaten so many cameras, uh, that I
00:59:49.960 think that it's actually more like 115
00:59:53.100 pounds.
00:59:53.960 Fortunately, uh, my snack of choice
00:59:56.840 now these days is one that not only
00:59:58.620 tastes better than the camera, uh, but
01:00:01.100 also actually healthy for me.
01:00:03.780 Normally you don't think of me of
01:00:06.360 trying to be healthy, but I am trying
01:00:08.140 to be healthy.
01:00:08.840 Uh, and you don't think of things that
01:00:11.300 are healthy being good.
01:00:13.120 I mean, at least I don't, I mean, you
01:00:15.540 know, when sugar and butter become good
01:00:17.540 for you, let me know.
01:00:19.840 This is why I avoided eating built
01:00:22.400 bars and anything said protein bar.
01:00:24.660 It's a healthy snack.
01:00:25.780 I don't want a healthy snack.
01:00:26.860 Okay.
01:00:27.080 I want something that is, that's fun
01:00:29.140 to eat and taste good.
01:00:30.280 And I want a candy bar is what I
01:00:31.740 want.
01:00:32.760 That's what you will find with built
01:00:34.420 bars, a hundred percent real
01:00:36.400 chocolate.
01:00:37.180 I honestly do not know how they make
01:00:39.320 these things because they're low
01:00:41.040 carb, they're high in fiber protein.
01:00:43.120 All the good things are great for, uh,
01:00:45.720 keto diets.
01:00:46.500 Um, it's, they're amazing.
01:00:49.760 Just try it.

01:01:08.340 Great snack.
01:01:09.240 Great treat.
01:01:10.320 Built bar.com promo code Beck 15 10
01:01:14.220 seconds.
01:01:14.540 So yesterday, Nancy Pelosi strode up
01:01:33.700 to a microphone and she said this.
01:01:36.960 So again, thank you, George Floyd for
01:01:40.880 sacrificing your life for justice, for
01:01:44.180 being there to call out to your mom.
01:01:46.500 How, how heartbreaking was that?
01:01:48.840 Call out for your mom.
01:01:50.480 I can't breathe, but because of you and
01:01:53.920 because of thousands, millions of people
01:01:57.000 I can't take it again.
01:01:58.140 I can't take it.
01:01:59.820 Listen to this.
01:02:00.960 Listen to this.
01:02:02.140 Thank you, George Floyd for
01:02:04.000 sacrificing your life for justice.
01:02:07.320 Okay.
01:02:07.880 First of all, he didn't sacrifice his
01:02:10.200 life for justice.
01:02:11.580 His life was taken from him.
01:02:15.300 Maybe because of the police officer,
01:02:17.140 maybe a combination of things,
01:02:19.080 including the police officer, but he
01:02:22.660 didn't sacrifice his life.
01:02:25.020 And if you would have had him on the
01:02:26.020 ground and said, Hey, George, do you
01:02:27.420 want to die for justice?
01:02:29.080 Or would you like to live another day?
01:02:31.660 Even if it's just for, you know, doing
01:02:34.220 nothing with your life, which would you
01:02:36.500 prefer?
01:02:37.380 I'm pretty sure he wouldn't say I
01:02:39.500 want to die for justice.
01:02:41.920 Martin Luther King died for justice.
01:02:45.240 He sacrificed himself for justice.
01:02:48.580 He knew what that meant.
01:02:51.940 George Floyd didn't.
01:02:54.660 So now she's taking somebody who didn't
01:02:58.320 volunteer for the job and saying, Hey,
01:03:00.800 thank you so much for the sacrifice.
01:03:02.640 How arrogant, how arrogant is that?
01:03:06.500 And by the way, we don't, we don't try
01:03:11.200 in American courts.
01:03:13.700 We don't try causes.
01:03:15.560 We, what was on trial and apparently
01:03:18.020 yesterday, because you, you hear it now
01:03:20.200 from all the pundits, it's not enough.
01:03:22.300 It's not enough.
01:03:23.220 Enough for what?
01:03:25.340 You, you can't bring him back, but
01:03:27.920 you're not looking for justice for him
01:03:29.860 or his family.
01:03:30.780 I'm sure his mother and I heard his
01:03:32.940 brother say it.
01:03:33.800 I feel good today because I feel
01:03:35.920 justice was served.
01:03:37.680 Okay.
01:03:38.900 So what more do you need?
01:03:41.160 You're wanting a justice called social
01:03:44.220 justice, which goes against every
01:03:47.100 American and quite honestly, Judeo-Christian
01:03:49.700 principle.
01:03:50.300 More in a second.
01:03:51.680 And your phone calls program.
01:03:56.380 There is so much information out there and
01:03:58.540 we give it out all the time, all the time.
01:04:02.180 Well, cyber criminals are out there and
01:04:04.760 he or she, why would I say, why would I
01:04:08.220 say he was sexist cyber criminals could be
01:04:11.400 all females.
01:04:12.080 We don't know.
01:04:13.880 But anyway, the cyber criminals out there
01:04:16.420 and they're looking for your information.
01:04:18.220 They're just looking really honestly one
01:04:20.560 piece of information, your name and
01:04:21.940 address, because they can probably get the
01:04:24.440 name and address and then find the phone
01:04:26.500 of the social security number and piece all
01:04:29.020 that stuff together on the dark web.
01:04:31.200 So how many pieces of your information is
01:04:34.820 out there?
01:04:35.840 How many pieces of information are now being
01:04:38.200 sold?
01:04:38.840 Because all they need to do is take your
01:04:41.160 information and then they can do all kinds
01:04:43.720 of things.
01:04:44.320 Take your identity, take your your tax
01:04:46.800 refund.
01:04:47.960 They can take all kinds of things, take out
01:04:51.920 loans in your name and then you're left
01:04:54.600 with a mess.
01:04:56.240 Where's the justice?
01:04:57.900 LifeLock.com.
01:04:58.800 They can't solve everything.
01:04:59.740 But man, if there's a problem, they'll not
01:05:02.320 only try to catch it, but they will fix it
01:05:05.040 with you if something happens.

01:05:15.440 Promo code Glenn.
01:05:22.220 Jessica in Virginia, thank you so much for
01:05:24.720 holding.
01:05:25.400 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:05:28.060 Hi, Glenn.
01:05:28.840 I was just calling.
01:05:30.580 Originally, I thought I felt hopeless and
01:05:33.880 scared, but your positive message really
01:05:36.300 helped up with my spirit.
01:05:41.020 What I'm concerned about at this point is, yeah.
01:05:44.360 What I'm concerned about at this point is what
01:05:46.920 this will do.
01:05:48.780 You know, I think one of the problems we all
01:05:50.580 admit is we'd like to make sure we get qualified
01:05:54.340 police officers.
01:05:55.480 I come from a family of law enforcement.
01:05:59.860 It's really scary to see.
01:06:01.400 You know, I hear when they used to put out a
01:06:04.120 posting for a job, they'd get over a thousand
01:06:07.800 applications.
01:06:09.020 Before this trial, they were getting 60 and
01:06:11.880 they're not really happy with the qualifications
01:06:14.300 of the candidates.
01:06:15.140 And I wish people would see if we want better
01:06:18.460 cops, we can't just villainize all of them.
01:06:22.420 Yeah, that is again.
01:06:24.520 Thank you for bringing this up, Jessica.
01:06:26.200 And I'm glad you're you're not as hopeless as
01:06:30.260 you were when you started the day.
01:06:33.200 And please spread that on to somebody else, because
01:06:36.200 others are feeling hopeless today and sad.
01:06:40.240 I think we were all sad yesterday because this
01:06:45.260 has destroyed so many lives, not just George
01:06:47.960 Floyd, but also the life of Officer Chauvin, his
01:06:53.580 family, the family of George Floyd.
01:06:56.300 It was taken and used for political reasons, and
01:07:00.860 it destroyed how many businesses and how many
01:07:03.860 families across the country over the summer.
01:07:06.680 And it's divided us and it's left us feeling
01:07:10.780 empty inside because we don't even know what
01:07:15.100 justice means anymore.
01:07:18.260 So please, please share your your feelings today
01:07:24.220 with others, because I can guarantee you somebody
01:07:26.160 else is feeling the same way.
01:07:28.820 But try to help them see it from a different
01:07:33.000 angle.
01:07:34.600 See, this isn't about this is not going to be
01:07:37.720 solved by us saying it's Black Lives Matter.
01:07:40.660 It's these socialists.
01:07:42.000 It's these Marxists that are trying to change
01:07:43.840 everything.
01:07:44.520 We need to say those things.
01:07:46.480 We need to be aware of critical race theory.
01:07:49.020 We need to be aware of of social justice and the
01:07:53.620 difference between social justice, which is a
01:07:55.940 collective justice and the justice that we all
01:07:59.700 know from the New Testament.
01:08:01.700 That is an individual.
01:08:04.640 Jesus came down and yes, he was going to save all
01:08:07.460 mankind, but he doesn't go.
01:08:09.600 All right.
01:08:10.380 Everybody's good.
01:08:11.240 Now everybody's good.
01:08:13.140 I died for everybody collectively.
01:08:16.660 Because if he did that, it wouldn't require us to
01:08:20.080 accept it.
01:08:21.300 All justice is individual.
01:08:23.420 And that's why social justice, in my opinion, as the
01:08:29.040 way it is being touted right now, is so evil.
01:08:35.920 Because it dismisses the individual.
01:08:40.220 I can't tell you if justice was served yesterday.
01:08:42.760 I think Chauvin should have paid a price.
01:08:45.980 But I know that the Minnesota law defines murder
01:08:51.800 differently than you and I are used to.
01:08:54.980 I also wasn't in the jury room.
01:08:58.100 And I wouldn't have wanted her for this.
01:09:01.340 I think our system failed the jurors.
01:09:06.180 Because if I were a juror, I wouldn't have felt safe.
01:09:09.200 I wouldn't have felt safe.
01:09:11.640 I'm more upset at our politicians and our media than I
01:09:20.500 am at the judicial system.
01:09:22.340 I still have enough faith in there going, well, you
01:09:24.420 know what?
01:09:25.000 That was 12 people and they heard it.
01:09:27.900 And, you know, sometimes you're going to get it wrong.
01:09:31.240 And I hope we always err on the side of letting someone go
01:09:35.120 who might be guilty than putting an innocent man into jail.
01:09:40.280 But I don't know.
01:09:42.860 Here's what I want you to take away today.
01:09:46.220 America does not understand the image of Lady Justice anymore.
01:09:53.020 And this is an important thing to teach and to teach your children.
01:09:59.800 Because once you understand that icon of justice,
01:10:05.660 you understand how things, what we are striving for,
01:10:10.680 and what man has strived for from the beginning of time.
01:10:15.160 And when we strive for Lady Justice, things get better.
01:10:19.780 When we distort or forget it, things go dark quickly.
01:10:26.740 So let me remind you of this statue of this lady and who she is.
01:10:35.740 First of all, she's dressed like she's dressed.
01:10:38.760 She's wearing a toga because she comes from the Roman goddess
01:10:43.920 or the Greek goddess.
01:10:47.160 You can even find Lady Justice in the same kind of form in Egyptian mythology.
01:10:54.480 This is an ancient symbol.
01:10:58.960 The judges are kind of dressed in a toga sort of outfit as well
01:11:04.180 because it is a tip of the hat to Lady Justice, if you will.
01:11:12.760 Now, what is she holding?
01:11:13.980 How is she dressed?
01:11:19.540 Where is she standing?
01:11:23.160 Well, most people will know that she's blindfolded.
01:11:27.420 She has a sword in the right hand, and it's double-edged.
01:11:30.920 Why is it double-edged?
01:11:32.140 She's holding scales in the left hand.
01:11:35.160 Why?
01:11:38.940 Well, let's start with the scales.
01:11:41.200 There's two reasons, and they're both really important.
01:11:43.980 And this is why people may feel out of sorts today
01:11:47.900 and felt out of sorts, honestly, with O.J. Simpson
01:11:51.700 and maybe a million other trials,
01:11:54.080 and it's why African Americans have felt like there was no justice for so long
01:11:59.440 because the scales weren't in balance.
01:12:03.540 The scales in her hand she has
01:12:06.280 because she is to differentiate truth and fiction.
01:12:10.200 But she does that with the scales, facts, and evidence.
01:12:17.380 Just put on the scales, facts and evidence,
01:12:22.340 and let me see what the outcome is.
01:12:26.480 Now put a pin in the scales for a second
01:12:29.660 because it's really important we come back.
01:12:32.260 The sword she's holding
01:12:33.600 represents Lady Justice making the decision
01:12:37.220 but also having the power to enforce that decision.
01:12:41.220 If you see a statue of Lady Justice,
01:12:48.940 at least an old one for sure,
01:12:51.820 she's standing on a snake.
01:12:54.940 Why is she standing on the snake?
01:12:57.680 Well, this goes back to the Old Testament.
01:13:04.380 This goes back to
01:13:05.520 you shall have the power to crush his head.
01:13:11.200 This is evil being crushed
01:13:13.380 under the feet
01:13:15.320 of a woman, Eve,
01:13:19.320 or Lady Justice,
01:13:20.800 or mankind.
01:13:21.520 Justice is there to stop evil.
01:13:28.520 Now, the biggest thing we have forgotten,
01:13:30.820 we haven't forgotten the sword.
01:13:33.520 We have forgotten really about the evil,
01:13:36.060 but we don't think in terms like that
01:13:38.260 usually anymore.
01:13:39.740 I mean, unless you're a religious person.
01:13:42.260 No, they're not evil.
01:13:43.460 They're just bad guys.
01:13:44.600 Okay, well, sometimes they're bad guys.
01:13:46.380 Sometimes it's evil.
01:13:47.160 But the lack of justice is definitely evil.
01:13:52.780 The distortion of justice,
01:13:54.780 collective justice,
01:13:56.240 is evil.
01:13:58.700 So let's put the whole thing
01:14:00.440 into perspective.
01:14:02.760 She's holding the scale,
01:14:03.560 she has the sword,
01:14:04.300 she's trying to stop evil.
01:14:06.780 The most important thing
01:14:08.560 on Lady Justice
01:14:09.840 is the blindfold.
01:14:13.840 She cannot see
01:14:15.760 Now, you would argue,
01:14:19.760 well, how is she going to do justice?
01:14:21.940 That's why there is no justice.
01:14:23.820 Nobody does anything about the crimes.
01:14:25.840 It's right in front of her face.
01:14:27.740 Take her blindfold off.
01:14:30.720 She doesn't have a blindfold
01:14:32.720 so she can't see the crime.
01:14:35.100 She's weighing the crime,
01:14:36.860 the evidence of the crime,
01:14:38.220 on the scales.
01:14:40.540 What she cannot see
01:14:42.120 is the person who is standing
01:14:44.320 in front of her.
01:14:45.760 Because she's a judge.
01:14:50.140 And so she is not to know,
01:14:52.680 is this a friend of mine?
01:14:54.840 Is this a powerful person?
01:14:56.820 Is this a person
01:14:57.940 with a long record
01:14:59.980 that might taint my view
01:15:01.940 but has nothing to do
01:15:03.340 with this case?
01:15:04.280 Is this a guy who's white?
01:15:09.160 And I know we're all upset
01:15:10.700 about Black Lives Matter,
01:15:12.640 so...
01:15:14.100 No.
01:15:15.740 If the evidence
01:15:17.140 is important,
01:15:18.820 put it on the scale.
01:15:20.980 But no one
01:15:22.560 receives a different standard
01:15:24.900 in trials
01:15:26.060 and justice
01:15:27.760 because of their position
01:15:29.540 or lack of.
01:15:30.800 it doesn't matter
01:15:33.260 what she thinks
01:15:34.700 or what she sees.
01:15:37.640 Judging is based
01:15:38.780 on the number of evidence
01:15:40.240 and the facts
01:15:40.980 placed on her scale.
01:15:42.780 This is what we
01:15:46.960 are supposed to be
01:15:48.420 about.
01:15:50.040 And many people
01:15:51.280 on both sides
01:15:52.280 don't feel that
01:15:53.900 that has happened
01:15:54.500 in the past
01:15:55.260 or don't feel
01:15:56.600 that it is happening
01:15:57.440 now.
01:15:59.560 Because everything
01:16:00.560 is emotionally charged
01:16:01.820 and the courtroom
01:16:02.860 is supposed to be
01:16:03.940 the one place
01:16:04.840 that has
01:16:05.540 no emotion
01:16:07.080 when it comes
01:16:08.480 to the law.
01:16:09.440 Judges are never
01:16:12.380 supposed to take
01:16:13.160 decisions emotionally.
01:16:15.740 Juries are supposed
01:16:16.720 to look at the evidence
01:16:17.840 in the law
01:16:18.380 and they're not
01:16:19.120 supposed to factor
01:16:19.940 in their own feelings.
01:16:21.680 They're not supposed
01:16:22.300 to factor in
01:16:23.120 what their family
01:16:24.440 might be thinking,
01:16:25.440 what the press
01:16:26.060 is saying,
01:16:26.740 or what they know
01:16:27.640 they might face
01:16:28.600 outdoors.
01:16:29.940 This is why
01:16:30.880 you feel
01:16:31.720 like something's wrong
01:16:33.220 because you know
01:16:35.220 you couldn't
01:16:36.720 do it.
01:16:37.320 you know
01:16:39.120 if your family
01:16:40.300 if you lived
01:16:41.740 in a community
01:16:42.360 and if your name
01:16:43.960 got out
01:16:44.640 you could be dead
01:16:46.600 you'll be harassed
01:16:48.420 you could lose
01:16:49.040 your job
01:16:49.780 your kids
01:16:50.520 would be forever
01:16:51.460 beaten up
01:16:52.200 beaten up in school
01:16:53.420 or maybe
01:16:54.480 if they're in a private
01:16:55.260 school be kicked out
01:16:56.320 you know
01:16:57.340 you couldn't do it
01:16:58.660 or it would be
01:17:00.380 very difficult.
01:17:04.180 That's why
01:17:04.940 we feel
01:17:05.560 something is wrong
01:17:06.620 because we're
01:17:07.440 not sure
01:17:08.380 and when you
01:17:09.180 are judging
01:17:09.860 putting someone
01:17:11.040 in prison
01:17:11.920 for the rest
01:17:12.620 of their life
01:17:13.600 when none
01:17:17.000 of the evidence
01:17:17.920 none of the evidence
01:17:19.460 that was even
01:17:20.140 offered
01:17:20.740 I'm not saying
01:17:21.660 that it was
01:17:22.060 fake evidence
01:17:22.900 the prosecution
01:17:24.380 offered
01:17:25.240 zero evidence
01:17:27.020 didn't even
01:17:28.000 attempt
01:17:28.640 to say that
01:17:29.900 Chauvin
01:17:30.360 was a racist
01:17:32.180 that was
01:17:34.460 about
01:17:34.840 cops
01:17:36.060 well
01:17:38.180 that
01:17:38.960 shouldn't
01:17:39.600 enter the
01:17:40.080 courtroom
01:17:40.460 and
01:17:42.320 definitely
01:17:43.560 should not
01:17:44.640 enter the
01:17:45.320 jury room
01:17:46.020 you know
01:17:50.260 in the
01:17:50.900 old
01:17:51.160 old
01:17:51.360 old
01:17:51.640 old
01:17:51.860 days
01:17:52.120 thousand
01:17:52.440 years
01:17:52.740 ago
01:17:53.060 judges
01:17:53.840 were
01:17:55.700 actually
01:17:56.240 blindfolded
01:17:57.040 in India
01:17:58.440 it happened
01:17:59.620 where they
01:18:00.100 would
01:18:00.320 blindfold
01:18:01.040 the judges
01:18:02.160 and they
01:18:03.820 would sit
01:18:04.180 there
01:18:04.440 listening
01:18:05.060 blindfolded
01:18:06.080 to make
01:18:06.640 the decision
01:18:07.220 let me go
01:18:10.200 back
01:18:10.640 to the scales
01:18:12.080 because this
01:18:14.200 is the other
01:18:14.700 part that I
01:18:15.560 think we're
01:18:15.960 missing
01:18:16.360 the scales
01:18:18.040 are facts
01:18:18.540 and evidence
01:18:19.100 truth and
01:18:19.780 fiction
01:18:20.120 but after
01:18:22.820 you've
01:18:24.120 decided
01:18:24.580 those scales
01:18:25.680 are now
01:18:26.120 held by
01:18:26.740 justice
01:18:27.240 and the
01:18:27.740 judge
01:18:28.180 and it's
01:18:30.320 justice
01:18:31.100 and mercy
01:18:32.240 justice
01:18:33.840 demands a
01:18:34.900 price be
01:18:35.440 paid for
01:18:35.920 the death
01:18:36.340 of a man
01:18:36.940 but how
01:18:38.920 much
01:18:39.380 because we
01:18:41.400 must be a
01:18:42.340 merciful
01:18:43.000 society
01:18:44.020 as well
01:18:44.940 all we
01:18:49.280 have to
01:18:49.500 do is
01:18:49.780 restore
01:18:50.200 the
01:18:50.440 image
01:18:50.820 of
01:18:51.300 lady
01:18:51.580 justice
01:18:52.620 and know
01:18:54.020 what it
01:18:54.300 means
01:18:54.720 and then
01:18:55.400 fight
01:18:56.040 for those
01:18:56.760 principles
01:18:57.260 and everyone
01:18:58.820 wins
01:18:59.760 if that
01:19:00.520 happens
01:19:01.000 I don't
01:19:02.140 care what
01:19:02.460 your color
01:19:02.800 is
01:19:03.160 everyone
01:19:04.280 wins
01:19:05.540 if lady
01:19:06.660 justice
01:19:07.160 becomes
01:19:07.840 what we've
01:19:09.100 always strived
01:19:10.200 to make
01:19:10.940 her
01:19:11.220 all right

01:21:31.840 what's what's
01:21:33.360 happening now in
01:21:34.820 washington with a
01:21:35.780 spending spree
01:21:36.600 will end our
01:21:38.080 currency as we
01:21:39.320 know it it's
01:21:40.420 only a matter of
01:21:41.100 time and the
01:21:41.840 charts and the
01:21:42.840 graphs that we're
01:21:43.560 going to show you

01:22:28.240 five generations
01:22:29.180 we were bakers

01:22:31.700 didn't like to

01:22:49.960 wife wanted me to

01:23:55.580 you know the one thing i
01:24:00.380 don't see the corporate
01:24:02.100 media doing and and
01:24:03.500 sometimes you know other
01:24:05.560 media online i don't see
01:24:08.380 them asking honest
01:24:09.760 questions i don't i don't
01:24:11.900 meet very many people
01:24:13.140 anymore that say well
01:24:15.440 show me the facts if you
01:24:16.660 really have the facts i've
01:24:17.680 changed my mind so that's
01:24:19.440 the way we're supposed to
01:24:20.260 be and that's what we
01:24:21.700 should be doing is asking
01:24:23.540 honest questions about
01:24:25.060 what's really happening in
01:24:26.540 our world right now
01:24:27.840 everybody's trying to win
01:24:29.880 or as a political point of
01:24:31.500 view let's ask some honest
01:24:32.940 questions and we're going to
01:24:35.560 do that with a guy who i
01:24:37.620 think does it for a living
01:24:39.280 josh rogan uh and we're
01:24:42.520 going to start with china
01:24:43.960 and the wuhan virus
01:24:45.860 why can't we question
01:24:48.620 covid and when we do
01:24:50.720 question covid what do we
01:24:52.320 find in 60 seconds
01:24:55.120 hey if you missed uh the
01:25:03.300 beginning of the show the
01:25:04.240 first two hours we did
01:25:05.520 everything about um chauvin
01:25:07.320 the first two hours really
01:25:08.380 powerful hours that i think
01:25:09.740 you really want to hear um
01:25:11.700 and by the way our show is
01:25:13.700 sponsored by raycon
01:25:14.820 wireless earbuds and uh you
01:25:16.620 can listen to him listen to
01:25:18.200 this podcast today uh with
01:25:20.160 raycons they're really really
01:25:21.980 comfortable they sound great
01:25:23.580 they're half the cost of
01:25:25.000 other earbuds uh especially
01:25:27.040 the apple earbuds oh my
01:25:29.160 gosh those things annoy me
01:25:30.380 so sorry i'm just not a i'm
01:25:32.680 a big fan of the technology
01:25:34.220 of apple uh but sometimes
01:25:36.640 you know everybody says
01:25:38.220 they're so great those apple
01:25:40.000 earbuds suck they suck they're
01:25:43.120 uncomfortable and they fall
01:25:44.460 out of your ears there i said
01:25:46.280 it go to buy raycon and find a
01:25:49.140 pair that sounds great is half
01:25:51.760 the cost of the apple
01:25:53.340 um and they don't fall out of
01:25:55.360 your ears they have a little
01:25:57.200 set of you know little spongy
01:25:58.660 things you put on there so you

01:26:44.000 josh rogan is a um is an author and
01:26:55.740 he has had access to the top u.s
01:26:58.820 officials from the white house and in
01:27:02.000 our foreign policy machine uh and he
01:27:05.220 has written a new book called chaos
01:27:06.940 under heaven uh and um it talks about
01:27:10.940 our relationship with china and what
01:27:14.780 happened under trump and with the
01:27:18.040 wuhan virus welcome to the program
01:27:20.300 josh how are you great to be with you
01:27:22.960 glenn thank you so um thank you for at
01:27:28.020 least asking honest questions and
01:27:29.860 letting the chips fall where they may i
01:27:31.660 don't know why we can't talk about uh
01:27:34.880 where the virus came from i don't think
01:27:37.020 that it was a man-made virus that was
01:27:40.040 intentionally released i think there's a
01:27:42.500 good chance that it did come from uh the
01:27:45.880 uh wuhan uh institute and it was
01:27:49.840 accidentally was released but i don't
01:27:51.660 know if we have any proof of that tell me
01:27:54.900 about what you have found
01:27:57.180 well that's exactly right glenn as it
01:28:01.060 turns out the origin of the coronavirus is
01:28:04.220 not a political question it doesn't
01:28:06.100 matter if you're on the left or the
01:28:07.980 right it doesn't matter if you like
01:28:09.540 trump or if you don't like trump it
01:28:11.160 doesn't matter if you're democrat or
01:28:12.260 republican it is simply a scientific and
01:28:14.980 forensic question and probably the most
01:28:17.240 important question that we have to
01:28:19.000 answer in order to solve the crisis
01:28:21.600 that we're in and prevent the next
01:28:23.540 pandemic yet for over a year we've been
01:28:26.400 told that just to even utter just to
01:28:29.720 even mention the possible still yet
01:28:32.520 unproven but certainly possible theory
01:28:34.480 that the outbreak began due to human
01:28:38.200 error in one of these wuhan labs just to
01:28:40.300 mention that was considered quite impolite
01:28:42.420 and quite out of bounds in in washington
01:28:45.100 but it's society and in the media for a
01:28:47.720 number of reasons
01:28:48.560 so before we get into the reasons let me
01:28:52.760 ask you we but the we knew something was
01:28:56.920 wrong i mean talk about the wuhan cables
01:29:00.100 yes so what i reported at the time and
01:29:04.340 then again in this book was that for years
01:29:07.040 there have been concerns amongst u.s
01:29:08.820 diplomats and others about the these wuhan
01:29:12.640 labs the wuhan institute of virology the
01:29:14.520 largest repository of bat coronaviruses in
01:29:17.620 the world where u.s and chinese scientists
01:29:20.180 were working together to create viruses not
01:29:23.620 create but to use science to develop
01:29:26.540 viruses into versions that were more
01:29:29.080 virulent that could affect infect humans
01:29:31.320 more easily and therefore were more
01:29:33.520 dangerous and more transmissible and then
01:29:35.560 when the outbreak happened right next to
01:29:38.020 these labs it would there were a lot of
01:29:40.920 people inside the u.s government who
01:29:42.280 wanted to look at these labs and who saw
01:29:44.000 these reports from years ago about concerns
01:29:45.820 about these labs but they were unable to do
01:29:48.140 so because of the political environment and
01:29:50.620 because of the things that were going on
01:29:52.180 inside the u.s government and in the u.s china
01:29:54.240 relationship including that the chinese
01:29:56.120 government was blackmailing the u.s government
01:29:58.200 into not asking any questions and also
01:30:00.440 blackmailing a lot of other countries and
01:30:02.060 also lying about the origin of the virus and
01:30:04.200 covering up the sciences and jailing the
01:30:06.400 scientists and jailing the journalists so there
01:30:08.640 was a a very extensive and well-funded campaign
01:30:11.820 campaign led by the chinese communist party and
01:30:14.840 also the friends of this lab the american
01:30:16.620 friends of this lab whose stories were tied in
01:30:19.200 with the lab who had a clear conflict of
01:30:20.720 interest who were telling all the journalists
01:30:22.460 you better not talk about the lab and by the
01:30:24.400 way we don't think the lab did it and because
01:30:26.420 we're the best friends of the lab we're the
01:30:27.720 best people to tell you that they didn't do
01:30:29.300 it so there was a a perfect storm of
01:30:32.240 horrendousness that combined to push us
01:30:34.740 towards this idea that we couldn't look at
01:30:36.480 these labs and then you know here we are a
01:30:38.780 year later and of course now we have robert redfield who is the cdc director
01:30:42.600 dr tedros the head of the who and many other people including many
01:30:46.400 scientists say hey listen we got to look at these labs it
01:30:49.300 doesn't matter what political side of the spectrum
01:30:51.620 you're on so now we have to look at these labs
01:30:53.980 and that's the bottom line we've wasted a year
01:30:56.500 uh we've wasted a crucial time and energy and resources
01:31:00.060 and the question is only more important than ever because it relates to
01:31:03.520 how do we stop this pandemic from happening again we can't do that if we
01:31:06.940 don't figure out how it happened in the first place okay so now let's go to
01:31:11.000 why have they why has it been i mean you you're you're called a
01:31:17.220 conspiracy theorist you're you called all kinds of names you're shut down
01:31:21.300 people have been uh shut down on social media some have lost their jobs
01:31:26.160 just for questioning what why why who's so powerful that this is all
01:31:32.680 is shut down like that you know there's a couple reasons one is
01:31:37.800 because of again this propaganda campaign that was run by the chinese
01:31:40.660 communist party but aided and abetted by american scientists
01:31:44.160 who are the best friends of the lab i'm talking about
01:31:46.640 peter dasik the eco health alliance and all the rest who
01:31:49.700 you know told us that it was a conspiracy theory
01:31:52.380 because they didn't want anyone to look at the lab and then when the who did
01:31:56.040 its report they hired the same exact scientists including peter dasik
01:31:59.600 to go look at the lab they went there for three hours
01:32:02.820 talked to the scientists didn't see anything didn't get got some data but
01:32:06.640 not really all the data and then came back and said we don't need to look at
01:32:09.780 the lab anymore and this is a a cover-up okay this is
01:32:12.820 there's no other word for it it's a a cover-up to distract us from
01:32:16.520 the the urgent need to look at this lab and also look at the other theories
01:32:20.740 with the whole point is that we need to look at all the theories and
01:32:23.320 and figure out what's what and you know wherever the facts lead that's where we
01:32:27.500 have to follow and it's it's really as simple as that and then in the media the
01:32:31.780 reason that they picked up on this was because donald trump endorsed the lab
01:32:36.140 theory and most of the mainstream media didn't want that to be right they
01:32:39.400 couldn't bear with the fact that donald trump might have been right about
01:32:42.680 something despite the fact that he also did all these
01:32:44.740 other things they considered horrible but even the broken clock is right
01:32:48.280 twice every day and here we are a year later and donald trump is no longer
01:32:52.160 president so it doesn't matter if he was right but the media still doesn't want to
01:32:55.680 correct their error if it is an error because they don't want to get dunked on
01:32:59.360 and but getting dunked on is really not what's important what's important is
01:33:02.280 protecting our country from this pandemic
01:33:04.540 i was talking to condi rice last week and um she said something that i had not
01:33:09.920 heard anybody say before she corrected me when i said rising china and she said
01:33:14.540 it's a risen china it's a risen china it's not rising anymore it's going to get
01:33:20.540 more powerful but it's already at the table and it's a powerhouse what does what does the
01:33:27.880 shift in uh our our president mean to china and i mean because i am not for trade barriers i was
01:33:38.420 strongly against trade barriers uh however i was torn on trade barriers with china because
01:33:45.280 china is just they're out of control and they are not the friends of freedom uh and uh and not friends
01:33:52.720 to us and so i was i was glad to see that we were taking a hard line on uh on china and now i feel like
01:34:01.080 we'll just excuse anything again that china is doing is that at all accurate or is yeah glenn i agree
01:34:09.360 with almost everything that you said you know when the trump administration came in what they did was they
01:34:13.960 flipped over the chessboard uh they ended 40 years of what was largely a policy of engagement first
01:34:20.840 cooperation first which meant betting on the idea that as china got more powerful that it would
01:34:26.240 liberalize economically and then that would lead it to liberalize politically and that would then solve
01:34:31.140 the rest of our problems but it became pretty clear after xi jinping took power in 2013 and more
01:34:36.840 and more over the years that that just wasn't happening china was going another way and actually they
01:34:41.500 were abusing our engagement to advance their interests against ours and actually they were
01:34:45.560 interested in changing the world order to make it safe for autocracy and repression and aggression of
01:34:51.320 all kinds and that we were we were late to acknowledge that much less respond to that now the problem with the
01:34:56.920 trump administration's response of course is embedded in the title of my book chaos under heaven it was
01:35:02.340 very chaotic you were there it was a mess it was very dysfunctional and so it was hard for anybody to
01:35:08.960 really understand what was going on and the factions fought internally and trump changed his mind on the
01:35:14.680 tactics and all the rest and you know we didn't stand up for human rights and against the uyghurs and
01:35:19.920 in hong kong and the trade war you know i could make an argument that the terrorists were useful but
01:35:24.860 because the trade war was executed in such a haphazard manner it undermined its effectiveness
01:35:29.740 but here we are four years later and trump flipped over the chess chessboard and now the
01:35:35.060 biden administration has a chance to set it back up again and they could if they choose set it up in
01:35:39.820 a way to give us back the advantage we still have the high ground we still have the best economy we
01:35:45.680 still have the right you know we still have the the position of moral um um justification that we
01:35:52.640 stand for the things that we believe in including democracy freedom human rights the rule of law
01:35:57.560 and then we still have allies and partners who profess to believe in those things so we don't know
01:36:02.160 yet if they're going to pull this off if they're going to take this new approach that the trump
01:36:06.920 administration admittedly messed up at times but handed them and make it more international and
01:36:12.740 more effective they could do that if they chose we just don't know yet
01:36:15.860 what are the signs that show us one way or the other have you seen anything yet well
01:36:22.140 absolutely so for right now we have a lot of continuity and we saw you know we we still have
01:36:27.860 the tariffs that you know i'm not a tariffs guy either but hey listen that's leverage you don't
01:36:32.500 want to just give them away you want to use them to get the things that you want the biden
01:36:36.180 administration confirmed that there's a genocide going on in Xinjiang against the uyghurs guess what
01:36:41.220 there is a genocide going on against Xinjiang against the uyghurs and now but they have to actually do
01:36:46.020 something about it so the indications are that they're oh by the way they also haven't said that
01:36:50.880 we can't talk about the lab accident theory the biden administration confirmed that there was
01:36:55.680 some shady stuff going on in the lab that they didn't admit to in other words they want to get
01:37:00.240 to the bottom of it they're not invested in the idea that we can't talk about the lab accident theory
01:37:04.640 because they weren't there at the time so who was it no no please finish the indications are
01:37:11.820 the indications are that they are open open to a more uh assertive more uh aggressive a policy
01:37:18.780 towards china because that's what the american people want that's what the polls show that democrats
01:37:22.780 and republicans want because the chinese communist party's aggression now affects us in our own
01:37:27.340 lives in our schools in our markets in our sports in hollywood in silicon valley everything
01:37:33.100 everywhere so now that now that all americans are woken up to this especially if you're sitting
01:37:37.580 in your basement scared of getting the coronavirus you know that what happens in beijing no longer
01:37:42.380 stays in beijing and you want your leaders to do something about it and that's what the
01:37:46.780 american people are calling for and that's what the biden team is starting to respond to but it's
01:37:50.580 not enough yet so what was it that the americans were doing that uh in this lab that
01:37:57.180 many americans didn't want other americans to know about what were they doing something nasty or was it
01:38:06.060 just it looked bad this is a crucial question and this is a great question because according to robert
01:38:12.240 redfield again not a completely unproblematic person but not someone who's bailing out the trump team
01:38:17.920 for the sake of it according to him the virus likely came from what's called gain-of-function
01:38:22.380 research that's what they were doing there it's where you collect all these viruses from the wild
01:38:26.500 and then you run them through mice that have lungs that are adapted to act like human lungs and you do
01:38:32.320 that a few thousand times and you see what happens and that's the idea there is to predict the next
01:38:37.240 pandemic and wouldn't it be ironic if the program to predict the next pandemic actually caused the
01:38:43.380 pandemic sparked it quite accidentally of course and the problem with that is that these americans
01:38:49.040 were doing this in wuhan because this research had been largely banned large by the obama administration
01:38:55.320 in the united states so they moved it to china where there was less oversight and now here we are we're
01:39:00.880 trying to get back into these labs it's basically impossible because the chinese government won't allow it
01:39:05.220 but what we can do is we can examine these american labs and that means the nih and that means the niaid
01:39:11.620 which is run by anthony fauci and the ecohealth alliance and this is what you see this is what you
01:39:16.780 see in congress more and more lawmakers standing up to say okay well listen if we can't get into these
01:39:21.800 wuhan labs we want to know what all the american labs were doing in conjunction with them and we want
01:39:26.880 to know where the procedures followed and if not why not and it's not and who's going to be
01:39:31.780 held accountable for that then we got to take a look at all this gain of function research because
01:39:36.180 and this is going to blow your mind and the current plan to respond to the pandemic is to increase this
01:39:41.720 research sixfold by spending another 1.2 billion dollars to collect 500 000 new viruses from the
01:39:49.140 wild and bring them to labs all over the world it's called the global viral project and do you want
01:39:54.120 to do this every year do you want to have this problem every single year so i my simple proposal again
01:39:59.760 not a pro-trump guy i'm not an anti-trump guy i'm not a republican i'm not a democrat i'm just a
01:40:04.700 reporter who would like to not have a pandemic every year and my idea is let's figure it out before we
01:40:10.840 six-fold increase this this risky research let's figure out if that's what caused the pandemic
01:40:15.880 yeah it would be helpful that i don't think so no and i think if we're going to do this research
01:40:22.840 anyway we should do it in the united states shipping it off to china and having them do it in china
01:40:29.640 where their standards are a lot lower than ours is insanity insanity not just just not just go ahead
01:40:36.940 the the the allegation by the trump administration which was confirmed by the biden administration by
01:40:42.820 the way again not pro-trump conspiracy theories jake sullivan all the rest was that they took this
01:40:47.860 research and then they had their own game going on with their military in a way that we didn't know
01:40:52.500 about okay and that's the real danger here is that we think we're the art we're just doing open
01:40:57.480 science with a bunch of nice chinese scientists but these nice chinese scientists may be very nice
01:41:02.000 people but they don't get to make the decisions about what research happens and what they tell
01:41:06.180 us and what goes on these labs that's run by the party and the party acts as it acts which is is not
01:41:11.820 in our right josh rogan author of chaos under heaven chaos under heaven is the name of the book josh
01:41:18.340 rogan thank you for being on appreciate it our sponsor this half hour is uh amac we live in a
01:41:24.640 country that has really lost its way we we don't respect logic law and order basic decency it's all
01:41:32.080 up in the air well how do we get it back well we have to have a few guardians uh we know we've lost
01:41:37.360 our guardians of the media um who is watching the store and everything in washington dc well the
01:41:45.780 association of mature american citizens amac it's an advocacy group that is now over two million members
01:41:52.120 strong and growing they believe in the values that constitutional conservatives care about they
01:41:57.340 represent courage faith reason in trying trying times they stand for solvency and not the end of the
01:42:04.040 uh the dollar what they have a full-time presence in washington dc and they are at the table fighting
01:42:12.940 against uh the guys who are fighting against our constitution and our constitutional values and
01:42:19.240 the honestly the um the mature association that gives you all kinds of discounts on the other side
01:42:26.920 they are very very powerful and no one was standing up for mature americans nobody was actually
01:42:35.780 standing up against you know the things that are happening in health care that will hurt senior
01:42:39.860 citizens you need to join amac stand with amac as they stand with us the cause is great the benefits are
01:42:46.820 are really really good too you get all the discounts you would be looking for join them at amac.us
01:42:52.500 slash beck amac.us slash beck amac is better better for you better for america 10 seconds station id
01:43:00.720 you know i uh oh my gosh um yesterday the biden administration officially came out
01:43:24.260 and said that um they strongly support hr 51 the washington dc admission act more than 700 000
01:43:33.980 people in washington dc have been deprived of full representation in the u.s congress this taxation
01:43:38.340 without representation and denial of self-governance is an affront to the democratic values on which our
01:43:43.120 nation was founded um to make the dc a state uh is uh is right providing its residents with long
01:43:54.180 overdue full representation in congress while maintaining a federal district that will
01:43:58.080 continue to serve our nation's seat of government they are asking for a quote orderly and swift
01:44:05.140 transition to statehood for the district of columbia that changes everything you add now another state
01:44:14.680 i mean we're at the point of the missouri compromise honestly we're at the point of the missouri
01:44:20.340 compromise missouri the missouri the missouri compromise was because they knew if if missouri
01:44:27.700 uh came in and they were going to uh say uh let's expand uh slavery it would tip the balance of of
01:44:40.360 everything they needed a way to bring missouri at to the table without uh screwing up the political
01:44:50.060 game that had been played for so long that's what's happening here really with washington dc
01:44:55.680 this is the glenbeck program
01:44:59.960 uh i'm going to tell you some things about the economy uh next that i think are absolutely mind
01:45:10.480 blowing mind blowing um i'm going to tell you about the stock market i mean you look at the stock
01:45:17.260 market like oh it's going up it's going up and i've been telling you for a while that's inflation
01:45:21.160 i had absolutely no idea until we started researching i had no idea what's really going

01:46:35.160 spending spree could end our currency as we know it this is this is
01:46:42.100 trouble coming our way trouble trouble trouble trouble trouble trouble we i believe are going to
01:46:48.660 see a uh a melt up and we're at the beginning of that melt up right now uh where things are going
01:46:56.100 to explode and everybody's gonna say this is great uh and then trouble hits like nobody's business and
01:47:03.380 i'll show you this trouble tonight and show you how to prepare your family i always told you during
01:47:10.700 the obama administration remember this this administration is really being run by the obama
01:47:15.220 people um and so it's the same tactic don't look where everyone's telling you to look what else are
01:47:22.940 they doing uh well they're doing an awful lot uh they've been busy this week um they've been telling
01:47:30.740 us that you know we're systematically racist blah blah blah but while between doing that what nobody
01:47:36.760 is seeing is they're meeting with representatives to try to push through another 2.3 trillion dollar
01:47:43.440 social infrastructure bill this is round one round two will have another trillion dollars i mean are we
01:47:53.460 even counting the trillions we're spending at a historic rate our the gdp ratio is now uh at 102 percent
01:48:02.700 so we're now all of the money that we make all the money that we make in a year every bit of land and
01:48:10.340 transactions and homes and wealth and everything that is our national product in a year everything that
01:48:16.160 we spend all of that taken and we're still down two percent it's not going to be not going to be good
01:48:24.520 not going to be good um we are spending now like it's going out of style and i think money is
01:48:31.820 going out of style the fed has acknowledged rising in inflation but they say they're not going to do
01:48:38.480 anything about it remember the fed's job is to uh according to them stop us from having collapse and
01:48:48.660 economic depressions and also to keep inflation under control they have a target for inflation two percent
01:48:55.460 looks like we are going to be having inflation of at least four percent uh let me just let me just
01:49:04.260 give you a couple of uh numbers here commodity prices in the last year lumber is up 265 percent
01:49:15.060 how are we going to build new houses how are you going to build a house today when it's going to when
01:49:21.880 the lumber to build it is 265 percent over what it normally is and when normal when that lumber comes
01:49:30.920 back down to normal levels are you going to try to sell your house and and it's going to be what
01:49:36.880 a hundred percent more expensive than what you could build a new one for today crude oil up 210 percent
01:49:46.260 gasoline up in the last year 182 percent heating oil 107 percent corn 84 percent copper 83 percent
01:49:56.400 soybeans 72 percent silver up uh 45 sugar up 59 cotton 54 percent natural gas up 43 percent that's and
01:50:07.280 that's just that's the raw stuff that's the raw stuff coca-cola said they're raising their price good
01:50:15.260 another reason not to buy it wheat and coffee are already up 10 percent there was a article out yesterday
01:50:26.040 the price of household staples diapers tampons going to surge the um uh detergent procter and gamble is
01:50:38.060 saying they're going to raise the prices on almost everything well that's all of your home stuff that's
01:50:43.280 everything that you buy because you have to buy it
01:50:45.920 when you're looking at scott toilet paper and huggies diapers saying that by june it'll be up
01:50:56.160 almost a dime by june
01:50:58.980 you got a problem cereal is going to be up a dime that's that's cheerios that's uh grape nuts that's
01:51:11.840 even skippy peanut butter hormel food says uh their ground turkey is going up
01:51:18.300 smucker has already boosted the price of jiff peanut butter and now saying it's going to have to hike
01:51:25.760 its uh prices on everything else but don't worry there's no inflation there is inflation there is
01:51:33.420 inflation and the worst place the worst place please please hear this warning please hear this warning
01:51:43.560 right now we are spending so much money the you're not you people are having a hard time finding people
01:51:54.740 to go to work and fill these jobs but there's unemployed what do you mean we're having a hard time
01:52:01.260 finding work the government is giving out so much money now that there's no reason to go to work for a lot of
01:52:09.300 people i can make more money by not working than working people are the the the outflow from the
01:52:21.480 government compared to the inflow i'll show you this chart tonight we had in 2019 um we had
01:52:31.140 income that was coming in this scale and i don't know what it's marked in it might be billions of
01:52:40.380 dollars uh it has to be it has to be billions of dollars the uh the the income that the united
01:52:47.580 states was making uh was from taxes we're bringing in uh a hundred billion a hundred billion dollars in a
01:52:56.780 quarter what we are now bringing in is about 10 billion dollars in the quarter and we are outflowing in one
01:53:08.460 quarter 650 billion dollars that that can't last the the chart is is crazy so the government is just
01:53:19.900 pouring cash into everything pouring cash into it this is the number that is staggering to me
01:53:29.200 we know that people are getting into the stock market we know that the stock market has high
01:53:37.220 prices and everybody is saying oh it's going to keep going up it's going to keep going up
01:53:41.020 over the last 12 years the money that has poured in to the stock market the new money that has come
01:53:53.580 in was 452 billion dollars that's over the last 12 years and that's from people making money and having
01:54:02.920 more money and putting it in also a result of the fed giving these banks money and them using it to buy
01:54:09.560 their own stocks etc etc but half a trillion dollars over 12 years over the last five months the number
01:54:21.920 that has gone in the amount of cash that has gone in new money to buy stocks is 569 billion dollars
01:54:31.700 in 12 years we put in less than half a trillion and in the last five months we've put in over half a
01:54:44.060 trillion dollars where's that money coming from that money is not coming from anything real that money is
01:54:51.260 coming from stimulus packages and it's jacking up and juicing it's the it's like the 1920s it i mean
01:55:00.460 it's not real none of it is real and we're borrowing all this money and it will it will that look we're
01:55:11.120 opening the economy and again people have a pent-up demand they have money in the bank that they have
01:55:18.020 saved and so now they're going to go out and they're going to spend so we're going to see a surge this is
01:55:23.960 not anything to do with the obama policy even honestly the trump policy this is normal people are leaving
01:55:32.120 their houses and they're going to go shopping they're going to go buy things they're going to go do things
01:55:36.900 they're going to take vacations so you're going to see the economy go up but you're going to see
01:55:42.120 you are going to see money coming at you like nobody's business this economy
01:55:48.520 i think is going to be on i mean on on every possible stimulant uh known demand it's going to
01:55:59.500 think it can fly and it's going to jump off a roof
01:56:02.520 you always know you're in trouble when the water starts on the shoreline starts to flow in real fast
01:56:14.580 recede from the beach and it's it's just rushing to the ocean you're like wow that's weird haven't
01:56:23.260 seen that before and then what happens all that water that rushed in comes at once in one big tidal wave
01:56:33.300 that's what we're seeing the what's happening on wall street right now all if you were standing on a
01:56:41.440 beach and that water were dollars you would see all of it rushing like you've never seen before all of
01:56:48.340 the money just rushing into the stock market that wall is going to come back down
01:56:54.360 this is a what i believe is um a controlled collapse but i don't think you can control it
01:57:09.080 i think these people are so arrogant they have no idea what they're doing but there is a collapse
01:57:15.180 of the dollar that is coming how do i know well right now the united states government what i've
01:57:22.240 been what have i been telling you for a long time in commercials with american financing hey lock in
01:57:29.260 this interest rate so if you have a home you buy it for 30 years and you can lock that interest rate
01:57:34.100 in okay you get three percent banks are gonna hate you when the interest rates go up well why isn't
01:57:40.640 the fed why is the fed saying with we have four percent three or four percent inflation right now
01:57:46.260 inflation comes five six eight ten percent you've got to raise those rates why are they saying they
01:57:53.260 won't do it for the next four years because over the next four years for the rest of human existence
01:58:00.320 the minute those interest rates start going up it's like the united states has the worst
01:58:06.660 loan idea of all time it's not just an adjustable we're selling them all the time we got to get
01:58:13.160 somebody to buy them the fed's been buying them but as interest rates if it goes up to five percent
01:58:18.660 six percent we're done we're done we don't have the money for the interest rate just like you
01:58:25.560 wouldn't have a money with an adjustable loan if all of a sudden we hit twenty percent you have
01:58:31.580 for them some real protections the united states government doesn't have those protections you just
01:58:36.560 can't afford it and so what happens to the dollar and what happens to you that's the topic tonight

01:59:30.260 could cut the you know the cutting time of of lawn down in by half easy and they were built for the
01:59:38.760 industry so they were not built to uh you know last a a couple of uh cuts you know well you're gonna be

02:00:24.440 this is the glenbeck program we have uh ruth on the phone hi ruth how are you
02:00:33.460 hi great thank you so much for taking my call i've been holding and a scripture came to mind
02:00:38.680 while i was listening to everyone else uh that cuts through the chaos and crisis it's second
02:00:43.920 chronicle 7 14 something we can do besides vote take a stand boycott you know be brave we can seek
02:00:53.220 god but it says in second chronicle 7 14 if my people which are called by my name will humble
02:01:01.780 themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways then i will hear from heaven
02:01:10.240 will forgive their sin and will heal their land and it is up to us it is and uh he will have a humble
02:01:18.820 people one way or another we will be humbled that's right so um you uh you wanted to talk about
02:01:25.980 uh a mistrial well i i'm disgusted by the woke mob which i'm going to boycott i'm alarmed at the
02:01:35.700 soros infused violence uh since george floyd's death and i'm especially angered at maxine waters for
02:01:44.780 throwing fuel on the fire the president did the same thing i'm horrified at the doxing of the jurors by
02:01:52.060 the press oh my god the media and even the supreme court seems to be threatened uh by the violence
02:02:01.400 and by the mob and yeah i i see that coming it would he would not have a good lawyer if they did
02:02:08.140 not do that i will tell you i agree with you uh ruth and i think we are headed towards mob rule uh which
02:02:16.160 is terribly frightening and and i say that i wasn't in the jury room so i don't know what they what they
02:02:21.860 actually talked about um however when you have the newspaper in town doxing you and saying hey you
02:02:28.340 know this guy's a chemist and uh he's in his 30s well if i know chemists and i know one in his 30s and
02:02:35.140 he's been gone for two weeks you know from work i kind of know it's him uh and i think that's
02:02:40.660 extraordinarily dangerous i think there were all kinds of messages sent and maxine waters was one of
02:02:46.880 them uh that was sending that message and i think she has opened up the door for a retrial
02:02:54.920 stew you saw dershowitz last night he was saying the same thing yeah he came on my show last night
02:02:59.300 studios america and talked about he said that he thinks there's a real chance they're gonna overturn
02:03:03.560 this and have a mistrial because of maxine waters and other comments oh my gosh will that just
02:03:09.240 uh set everybody on fire again this is the glenn back program
