The Glenn Beck Program - Their Dream Is Over ｜ Guest： Alan Dershowitz ｜ 7⧸25⧸19

00:00:00.000 the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment this is the glenbeck program

00:00:07.380 welcome to the program there's a lot to go over we want to start with the the molar uh testimony

00:00:17.160 yesterday what a shocking what a shocking piece of testimony yesterday stew how do we even begin

00:00:25.620 to cover all of the revelations oh my gosh there was the whole the time he said yes but remember

00:00:31.460 when he said no oh you know what i was such a cliffhanger when he said it's in the report oh

00:00:37.780 i can't comment any further than that yeah because then he was saying like you should look at the

00:00:41.760 report and see the thing that's in the report it was that was great it was really really great

00:00:46.740 it was like story hour where you know uh sam i am i am sam did you write that yes it's in the book

00:00:56.900 yes but on page four you say that this character of yours won't eat it with a fox or in a box

00:01:05.240 i really can't take it any further than what i wrote in the book we'll cover all of that coming up

00:01:16.740 this is the glenbeck program somewhere in america within the sound of my voice there is a man whose

00:01:25.400 job it is to mold the minds of young adults now there are two kinds of two kinds of professors now

00:01:33.280 in this world the kind that wants to teach children what to think and the kind that wants to teach these

00:01:41.460 college students how to think one is more rare than the other but this man is the latter and he

00:01:49.160 knows that part of making a difference is is making an impression and he lectures uh and his lectures

00:01:55.840 are wild and they are fun but they're always geared towards inspiring curiosity and the young people

00:02:02.920 seated before him and he he wants them to feel the joy of a lifelong burning curiosity it's not an act

00:02:10.920 this is who he is fundamentally as a human being he long ago embraced in despite or maybe even because

00:02:20.120 of the odd glances that the uh the the general dissident chord he might occasionally strike in normal

00:02:29.160 society and how it would make people react his manner is complicated complimented by his look

00:02:36.360 the two are kind of tied in kind of a bohemian union the elbow patch sports coat is there i mean after all

00:02:44.900 that's what he's supposed to wear but it just covers a t-shirt over khakis most of the times jeans

00:02:50.660 surely also what's really noticed about him is his takovas boots he takes every available opportunity to

00:03:02.220 rest them on his desk for the room to see because he's the only college professor and it says something

00:03:09.500 about him resting in perfection of the dark burnished leather perfectly made they stand in stark contrast to

00:03:19.560 everything around them and perhaps more than anything else about him they wordlessly convey a message of

00:03:26.460 yeah this is who i am and i'm not afraid to say it you know it takes 200 steps to make a pair of

00:03:34.920 takovas boots they're built to be comfortable right out of the box handmade with high quality full

00:05:07.300 i think we want to start uh with the uh media that was just crushed by the muller testimony here's a

00:05:15.860 little montage

00:05:16.880 everybody here in dc counting down to muller time pretty much whatever happens tomorrow is high

00:05:28.120 stakes high stakes hearing on capitol hill the stakes are extremely high the stakes are so high

00:05:33.060 the stakes could not be higher we are on the eve of historic hearing historic historic testimony

00:05:38.560 historic historic this is the room where history will unfold you really can't overestimate what is

00:05:45.140 on the line for democrats when it comes to robert muller's testimony this is a very big deal so crucial

00:05:50.280 really really important very dramatic muller's testimony this morning could be their last best

00:05:54.820 chance to convince the public to support impeachment do you think there's a make or break moment look it's

00:05:59.780 their make or break moment could the outcome sway undecided house democrats on impeachment what happens

00:06:05.260 here today is likely to be a turning point in the fight over impeachment do you think that it could

00:06:09.860 change the dial on impeachment is going to be very damning the recitation of that evidence could be

00:06:15.040 incredibly damaging a key moment in the trump presidency testifying before congress with the

00:06:19.900 presidency at stake this is either going to be the world's biggest event the muller movie or a dud

00:06:26.400 because there's nothing new that question was the ball advanced no impeachment's over they needed

00:06:32.800 more fuel for any kind of impeachment effort so look on optics this was a disaster um a lot of democrats

00:06:40.360 in particular used the d word and branded this a disaster early on yeah you know what it reminded me

00:06:48.620 of immediately after glenn but um chris darden attorney uh prosecuting the oj simpson case

00:06:55.900 against the objections of many of the other attorneys decided to put the gloves on the gloves on and have

00:07:02.880 oj come up and try the gloves and you know everyone was saying no it's not a good idea and he decided to

00:07:08.860 do it it was his call and he did it and he owns it now to this day i mean he winds up with actually

00:07:13.240 amazing uh career as an attorney uh but he admits it was a really bad mistake and that's what this

00:07:19.780 felt like i mean robert muller told you don't call me to testify i know this i'm not going to add

00:07:26.580 anything it was like it to use your analogy it's almost like the gloves as he went to pick them up

00:07:33.460 and making the final decision the gloves said don't do it i won't fit don't i'm too small and he's like

00:07:41.100 i'm gonna do it anyway gloves i don't care what you say i think they'll fit i won't fit don't do it

00:07:49.500 he'll get away with chopping women's heads off that's really what it was yeah i mean it was that

00:07:55.700 bad i mean he didn't even not only did he not say anything new which was something we all could have 0.95

00:08:00.720 predicted because robert muller told us he wasn't going to say anything new he did exactly what he said

00:08:06.420 he was gonna do yeah and i think it was a little worse than that oh yeah yeah you know i mean

00:08:11.040 he really didn't he came off as i got my pudding yes where's my cup of pills it did feel like they

00:08:20.420 were at an assisted living home while he was giving me that was a little bit i don't want your shoes

00:08:26.120 where are my shoes what'd you who's talking where are you there was a bit of that and and and look

00:08:31.640 you know the guy hasn't done one of these things in you know six years and it's been a while

00:08:36.320 however it's like he didn't even seem to be familiar with his own report so here's the thing

00:08:42.960 i talked to a judge last night i talked to a federal judge last night and i said so what do you think

00:08:49.080 happened there and uh he said i'll tell you he said guys come into my courtroom all the time and he said

00:08:57.580 i always say the same thing don't want to talk to you want to talk to the underlings no well i'm the head

00:09:04.540 of this investigation uh uh let me talk to one of the underlings please no you're gonna talk to me

00:09:10.720 okay and then they start to they start to go into it and they're like oh well i i'm not sure let me uh

00:09:17.020 hang on just a sec he said at one point in one one case that he was working on he said could i just

00:09:23.720 talk to the person behind you and what it is is these these guys they're not the ones that make

00:09:30.000 the report there's like basically figureheads in in a way like they add credibility they they manage

00:09:35.500 at the perimeter at some level muller had very little to do with the muller report right and you

00:09:40.720 see this all the time by the way in congress it's the same way yes you know ilan omar was reading a

00:09:46.160 who ilana mark she was reading a report uh reading a lengthy question um uh and uh this is a couple

00:09:55.420 months ago and she referred she referred to the questioning and she said uh you know what did

00:10:01.000 you do in the iran contra affair now she had no familiarity with even the question she was asking

00:10:09.440 and blatantly reading from she didn't even know what the iran contra affair was i don't think she was

00:10:14.560 alive and she certainly wasn't here certainly wasn't here um and just but again this is not

00:10:19.880 you don't have to be here i i you know we've talked a lot about the nazi regime i wasn't there

00:10:25.060 and i was not alive or so you'll have us well you know i mean i get it again well i went through

00:10:30.220 argentina and then right but i mean like we sunk the sub afterwards oh i said too much but it's like

00:10:36.940 they don't have they're they're just the face of it and i think like you know there's a there's a

00:10:41.820 thing that goes on with these um the parties that go on in the super bowl cities every year

00:10:45.840 and so they throw these big super bowl parties and they advertise them like crazy they'll be like

00:10:50.780 kendall jenner you know uh every big whatever caitlin jenner no they never say caitlin jenner

00:10:58.060 really kendall jenner she's so beautiful all the other jenners and kardashians except for caitlin

00:11:03.700 and they and they make a big deal about it they'll be like this model and this model will be there

00:11:09.120 and this celebrity and this sports star and then if you go to the parties if they show up at all

00:11:16.560 they show up for three minutes stand at a private table so people can prove that they showed up so

00:11:21.980 they don't get sued and they walk out to another party where they're getting paid ten thousand

00:11:25.260 dollars and it's like it's it felt almost like this like this guy wasn't even engaged in this at all

00:11:30.040 his name's on it you know he's on he's on the ads come to the muller report he's gonna be talking

00:11:34.720 about muller muller's gonna be there he knows the whole thing in reality he showed up for five minutes

00:11:38.940 picture with muller yeah because i mean going through this we had the impression that here's

00:11:42.900 a guy who you know you could criticize the investigation all you want i think as we

00:11:47.400 pointed out many times there's a lot of really important information that came out about russia

00:11:51.340 now and the trump the trump part of it was a sideshow the russia part was actually legitimate

00:11:55.400 and that's the and he said that in the opening statement you know you'd say whatever you want

00:12:00.900 but russia was trying to hack did try to hack and they're going to hack again they're doing it right

00:12:09.660 now as we sit here yeah and he said i am hoping somebody is paying attention yeah yeah whatever

00:12:15.600 russia smusha uh tell me yeah well in your report yeah you left out a lot of really criminal kind of

00:12:23.040 stuff right right so we kind of i think i was at least operating under the assumption that

00:12:28.760 muller was like look i want to do this thing i don't want to be in a media circus so i'm going to

00:12:34.300 be i'm going to have my lips uh buttoned he made no appearances in front of the media the entire time

00:12:40.300 he wouldn't talk to reporters walking to his car you know they would they were they were like putting

00:12:44.980 helicopters over his car when he's going to like the dry cleaners i know and but now like looking at

00:12:49.540 before you ask for one hour martinizing is trump a criminal that's a solid dry cleaning joke right 0.92

00:12:58.440 there uh but like i now looking back at it after watching the this uh testimony it kind of seems

00:13:06.620 like that he just wasn't engaged in it like maybe he was just it was the name brand it was he looked

00:13:12.700 and i hate to you know i hate to say you know he's old and and senile but i it my guess is he 0.92

00:13:20.840 didn't even read the damn thing like the night before yeah it didn't even seem kind of just like 0.86

00:13:25.740 thumb through it and he's like i'm not going to say anything so why read it i don't know is that in 0.97

00:13:31.080 the what page is that 76 yep then that's what i said that's what i said right i mean he's doing i

00:13:36.840 mean at one point they asked him you know fusion gps is blah blah blah and like he didn't even seem to

00:13:40.800 be familiar with the organization i know and it's like how do you how do you do it's in your report

00:13:44.980 i know it's the point of your report yeah i mean this is an unmitigated disaster for democrats yeah

00:13:52.780 impeachment is over it is absolutely over they had their best shot uh it was you know what it was

00:14:02.240 star wars episode one wow that's harsh

00:14:10.180 well we've all seen the tv commercials my pillows made right here in the u.s and the owner is

00:14:19.360 very vocal and uh very conservative i recently met uh mike lindell he's the inventor of my pillow

00:14:27.200 uh do you know this guy's story not really a little bit a little bit uh he makes pillows right

00:14:34.780 he makes that's the part i know did were you here when he no i didn't get to meet him and he's a

00:14:39.300 pretty amazing guy did not okay he's an amazing guy uh you know how i can be sometimes where i'm just

00:14:46.880 like really focused and i'm like on a million different things and i'm like hey got to do this

00:14:51.100 and this and this and this guy wore me out i had a 90 minute meeting with him yeah i said to him

00:14:57.560 how many calories do you have to eat just to live because it's got to be 5 000 calories a day

00:15:05.700 that much energy you need a good pillow oh yeah so he's got an amazing story i really actually want

00:15:11.160 to have him on unrelated to the pillow i want to have him on because his story he was he was a drug

00:15:16.540 addict i mean his story is amazing anyway uh so we sat down and he's just a really straight shooter

00:15:24.800 and i said uh he said you didn't like the pillow did you and i said ah and the deal is is you have

00:15:33.320 to be fitted for the bill you have to have the right pillow uh because sometimes people like it's

00:15:39.220 the distance you know from your head to the bed and i needed something that was thicker because i have a

00:15:46.520 um i have a very delicate and small head for my big frame and so i needed a thicker pillow and he

00:15:55.220 said you're you're using the wrong one try this one tonight try the other one tonight and i said

00:16:00.520 okay not thinking it was going to make a difference last night i did it again i put my head down on the

00:16:06.520 pillow and usually you have to like fluff them and bend them and you know and once you get it ready

00:16:14.400 when you go to bed you just kind of put it there where your pillow is and that's it that's it all

00:16:21.020 night you will sleep comfortably my pillow they will send you a two pack of premium pillows now for

00:17:22.700 all right uh so we're just talking about

00:17:39.160 the testimony i gave yesterday and you went a little bit too harsh i thought they're comparing

00:17:51.220 his performance to episode one of star wars really uh but well probably not i mean you i mean i would

00:17:56.420 would you have been surprised if they were if they said yes but have the metachlorians taken over

00:18:02.600 donald trump's body at this point is are there any medical did you check for metachlorians i don't

00:18:09.620 think so uh i would not have been surprised at that um so you had said before the break that the

00:18:14.940 impeachment thing is dead and like look you're glenn back right you're this evil right wing uh extremist

00:18:19.460 listen to how abc news uh described the situation as it currently stands the end result for democrats

00:18:27.420 is the end of the dream of impeachment overturning the 2016 election it's just not going to happen

00:18:33.800 the public is not there it's over as a political issue but not as a national security so i i think

00:18:41.380 that that's a fair analysis of it i mean any dream you had they had 90 people who voted for impeachment

00:18:47.320 in the house i mean nancy pelosi you hate to say it wins again here right i mean she is the one who's

00:18:53.820 been saying that you shouldn't go for impeachment and all these aocs and ilan omars are all yelling

00:18:59.500 about it all the time and who ilan omar and they keep yelling about it but in reality pelosi shows that

00:19:08.380 she's the one who knows what's going on with the democratic party and knows the situation isn't being

00:19:13.020 realistic and you know this is such a it's an amazing thing to watch because they try they have

00:19:19.080 tried so many times to make a spectacle out of this james comey's testimony michael cohen's testimony

00:19:27.200 robert muller's testimony all of these things were supposed to be the moment in which everyone

00:19:33.640 realizes that the the collusion that the report says did not occur is going to overturn this president

00:19:38.960 all right let me let me just let me just give you a timeline this is the democrat this is what nancy

00:19:43.280 pelosi was right about okay it's a very low bar here's what muller said he would do in his farewell

00:19:52.160 swan dive address listen now i hope and expect this to be the only time that i will speak to you in this

00:19:58.800 manner i am making that decision myself no one has told me whether i can or should testify or speak

00:20:08.120 further about this matter there has been discussion about an appearance before congress

00:20:13.400 any testimony from this office would not go beyond our report it contains our findings

00:20:20.840 and analysis and the reasons for the decisions we made we chose those words carefully and the work

00:20:28.000 speaks for itself okay yeah and the report is my testimony my testimony i would not provide

00:20:34.360 information beyond right that which is already public uh-huh in any okay so that's what he said

00:20:40.080 now here's what he said yesterday listen to this

00:20:43.960 if we have it maybe we don't have it leave it with the uh report so uh i would have to refer you to

00:20:54.940 the report on that direct you to the report for how that is characterized and i would direct you to

00:21:00.960 the report itself okay well i looked at 182 pages of it it's outside my purview it's outside my purview

00:21:08.940 outside my purview it is still outside my purview i can't answer that question now i can't get into

00:21:14.440 detail i can't get into that so letter stands for itself i can't get into it i can't get into that

00:21:19.240 so it's almost like he uh is a man of his word

00:23:56.440 the accusations of him with um jeffrey epstein and um he says there's absolutely no truth and he says

00:24:07.140 that um he can prove it it's he's fascinating you know he's the he's probably the what was his name

00:24:14.040 charles uh darrow darrow of our of our age the big you know uh attorney back in uh the early 1900s

00:24:23.500 he's probably the most famous he has you know where he started he was one of the attorneys for

00:24:29.540 the uh uh for the chappaquiddick trial he he defended he's defended every dirt bag in the world 0.84

00:24:37.040 he really has i mean if you're in trouble and you did it he's the he's the guy he's the guy he's the guy

00:24:45.300 yeah i mean he's probably um probably the best known attorney of our i mean johnny cochran's gone

00:24:50.580 right so him and f lee bailey although f lee bailey i think was disbarred if i remember correct yeah

00:24:55.180 yeah he had some years ago yeah so but yeah i mean i mean of course it's a lot of that's tied to oj too

00:25:00.360 but he had so many other big cases claus van bulow and i mean and epstein right and this is the why

00:25:07.520 he's back in the news now and that he was he's been tied into that story and there was a big you know

00:25:13.460 story about i think it was new york magazine was it new york or the new yorker one of the two one of the

00:25:17.720 two that writes really long articles that are really liberal and uh they're now tying him in

00:25:22.680 and and he's really pissed off about it because he was like loose friends at i guess at one point

00:25:28.380 with epstein uh and blame him but a lot of trying to smear him because he defends trump from time to

00:25:33.480 time i well this is my i've noticed this as a thing pat where you know jeffrey epstein committed

00:25:41.260 these crimes and if you remember uh we on talk radio focused a lot on these things throughout

00:25:47.700 these times because you know partially because epstein really bad guy deserves to pay a price

00:25:52.580 for these crimes but also because he was tied in with bill clinton and no one in the media cared

00:25:57.740 not interested no one cared no one cared at all not the least now shockingly after all this time

00:26:03.580 acosta who's that was the labor secretary uh for donald trump as soon as he was right until this

00:26:11.500 came until this came out as soon as you could tie acosta into the story which is what the basis of

00:26:16.600 a big focus of the miami herald reporting was on acosta because he was the guy that cut the deal with

00:26:21.340 epstein yeah um now that that trump's administration could be tied into the story all of a sudden it's a

00:26:27.880 big story cares same thing with dershowitz dershowitz has been a darling of the media his entire life

00:26:32.900 and now because he's last couple years has been defending trump he's not a conservative no i think

00:26:39.740 he even said he wouldn't vote for trump yeah but he said like this impeachment thing is nonsense and

00:26:44.360 wrote a book about it and ever since then he's been going on you know shows and saying like what he

00:26:48.640 believes which he's always done and now all of a sudden they're coming after alan dershowitz and you

00:26:54.820 just notice this as a law there's a pattern here where like bill cosby bill cosby i very much think

00:27:01.960 did the things that he's accused of however like that was around for a really long time and then

00:27:07.580 all of a sudden bill cosby started saying things that sounded kind of conservative and now he's in

00:27:12.480 prison it's like the i don't know maybe i'm reading too much into it it's possible i did a podcast with

00:27:19.600 tim pool um the other day it's going to come out in a couple of weeks i'll tell you he's got a great

00:27:24.940 theory on this because he's called now a conservative yeah and uh he said i'm not conservative

00:27:31.060 i'm not conservative he said i just happen to be standing up for things that uh you know these

00:27:38.180 crazy progressive socialists uh are saying that we all have to abide by he said but i didn't he said

00:27:45.480 you and i will disagree on almost everything um and he said i think there's a reason for that

00:27:52.140 he said i think the media and the new media google facebook youtube he said i think they are

00:28:00.260 redefining what it means to be a conservative he said they're picking off the real conservatives one

00:28:07.000 by one and then relabeling people like me a conservative and then i skate through so when

00:28:16.320 somebody says well what's a conservative the only ones that will be left to say well no i'm not

00:28:22.460 really a conservative but here's the point of view will be the non-conservatives right like if you if

00:28:28.860 you redefine conservative as a person who's basically liberal but out for you know cares about free speech

00:28:35.720 and so that's the far right part of what you're going to allow on your platform who still appreciates

00:28:41.980 and supports capitalism yeah right right that's kind of defined as a conservative now so now if

00:28:47.440 you're a capitalist so here's the here's the amazing thing is don't think this won't happen

00:28:52.160 or can't happen this is what they did to the classic liberal they they became libertarians

00:28:59.640 because liberal was hijacked by fdr and he said i'm a liberal no he was a progressive but wilson saw that

00:29:09.400 the progressive label had been or not wilson fdr saw that wilson had destroyed the the progressive

00:29:16.600 label they needed to repackage it and so fdr said yep i'm a classic liberal we're liberal this is what

00:29:25.200 liberals are well no that wasn't what it was at the time oh now all of a sudden a classic liberal which

00:29:31.620 really is kind of the libertarian conservative of the day now all of a sudden it means you're for big

00:29:39.220 state that that's what they've done before and they took the libertarian chair away now they're

00:29:46.040 taking away the conservative chair as well that will leave you with one party guys they're really

00:29:51.400 good at it they're really good at it that's that's why uh the democracy thing is so important to me yes

00:29:57.240 because they've done the same thing with democracy democracy is code word for socialism now

00:30:01.360 and democracy a hundred years ago was known as a bad thing yeah well because the founder said it was

00:30:08.500 yeah it dies yeah democracy they don't last 200 years no they don't they don't last very they don't last

00:30:14.140 very long uh in in in any shape um let me let me go back to epstein epstein last night had uh

00:30:22.680 a boo-boo on his neck uh some people are saying it really wasn't it really wasn't a serious attempt

00:30:29.180 to kill himself he may have he may have you know been trying i don't know trying to get his neck

00:30:34.560 through the bars or something no idea what he was doing but i i do believe that the guy could be

00:30:41.400 suicidal because he's going to be whitey bulgered you remember whitey bulger he was the um he was 0.99

00:30:49.460 the boss from boston on the fbi's most wanted list for decades and was uh finally captured in like a small

00:30:56.140 apartment with his girlfriend where he lived for a very long time right and uh he didn't last long

00:31:01.580 in prison no you know the mob guys uh if you've if you've tried to get out of the mob you don't last

00:31:08.540 long you're shiv and that's kind of the standard uh thing with child molesters too right not exactly a

00:31:15.220 warm welcome but not only are you not only are you uh a child molester you're also the enemy now you 0.94

00:31:25.060 have the goods on anyone from prince andrew to bill clinton and we all know bill the clintons have killed 0.90

00:31:33.940 hundreds hundreds go look for the list you'll see right you'll see no but seriously i mean there are

00:31:41.540 people that there are people that just can't afford their their image to go down i mean they're

00:31:50.160 very desperate people who have a lot of power and as you will if you read any story about epstein you

00:31:55.480 will see they will throw bill clinton's name in there but they'll also throw donald trump's name

00:31:58.800 in there who in fact they throw trump's name before clinton usually and it seems like clinton had a much

00:32:03.180 closer relationship trump did have he went with him 26 times everybody in south florida of means

00:32:09.600 had a relationship with jeffrey epstein and around the world there a lot of people did the guy had a

00:32:14.940 lot of money he made a show of it he uh he did like parties with young women that of legal age

00:32:22.780 so that does attract a lot of attention i mean he also seemed to like them with underage which is the

00:32:28.440 crime but there's not a crime in partying with you know buffalo bills cheerleaders which he also did

00:32:33.700 um and you know they had that's called the howard stern show right exactly i mean look we you know

00:32:39.780 the the playboy right like that's what epstein was right i mean it just he also was doing these other

00:32:45.060 things that were completely illegal uh but they are going to try to tie everyone who is on this list

00:32:50.500 this black book that he has into some sort of crime now or at least the people that will advantage 0.99

00:32:54.860 them bill clinton is now persona non grata right and they don't care they don't care about bill clinton

00:32:59.980 anymore hillary lost we don't need him anymore he's gone they're fine now saying oh yeah that

00:33:04.920 we should we're right we should have taken that rape thing seriously back in the day because now

00:33:09.100 there's no downside for them they can use that against other people that they want to target now

00:33:13.840 um but you know they're going to go after all these people and i'm sure 99 of them uh have no

00:33:19.900 guilt in what epstein was doing i mean you read the reports from the miami herald

00:33:25.320 his the reporting they have of what he got committed was all stuff he did in his home

00:33:30.820 with one or two other people recruiting high school girls and younger from around the community

00:33:37.180 i mean it's not like the it's not they're not saying he exalted any buffalo bills cheerleaders

00:33:41.940 but they're going to try to tie everybody who's even perfect and this is where dershowitz falls into it

00:33:46.940 they're trying to anyone who even had a peripheral contact anybody who even knew him into the crime

00:33:51.000 right and that's it's obviously ridiculous and one of the problems for epstein is that uh his crimes 0.98

00:33:56.320 are heinous even to people in jail yeah even to the lowest scum on the earth you don't want when 0.98

00:34:01.660 you mess with little girls when you're abusing children they don't take kindly to that and so 0.98

00:34:05.740 he's got that and he's got the elite who don't want any of his testimony to come out against them

00:34:11.540 they don't want any of this stuff to come out so and the pedophiles that are in prison probably

00:34:16.320 don't like him because he had such a sweet life right right he's not nobody likes nobody likes him

00:34:22.660 nobody likes him and there's some there's some uh speculation that maybe he didn't hurt himself

00:34:27.720 yesterday maybe somebody else hurt him uh there was a yeah an nypd cop who's in jail uh and he's

00:34:35.480 like a like a next door neighbor to uh epstein in prison right now and uh what's he in jail for um

00:34:41.320 just uh the only thing he did was murder four people oh just the four so just four yeah and he

00:34:47.100 got it wasn't like genocide or anything four people they probably deserved it but uh uh he was quoted

00:34:55.400 as saying i tripped over there he tripped i didn't lay a hand on him he tripped yeah he's really he's

00:35:04.980 clumsy over there that guy clumsy he landed on his neck i don't know what happened i tried to pick

00:35:12.340 him up huh i didn't okay maybe i wasn't gentle enough trying to pick him up i was shaking him

00:35:17.640 hey hey you okay jeremy jeffy whatever your name is i'm shaking you by your neck are you all right 0.75

00:35:24.900 get up you sad sack over there so yeah he's yeah he's in trouble it seems like there's competing

00:35:33.100 narratives to on as to what actually happened because there's the idea that maybe somebody else

00:35:36.780 did this to him injured epstein in prison that he committed suicide or tried to commit suicide

00:35:41.400 the other one is look he's saying he tried to commit suicide that's the idea but the real thing

00:35:47.340 is he wanted he faked it because he wants to cry for help right he wants to get moved to another cell

00:35:52.560 right in better a better situation a suicide attempt is a cry for help and this one is help

00:35:58.820 help they're going to kill me in here help thanks pat pack ray unleashed available wherever you get

00:37:41.700 you're listening to glenn beck

00:37:46.180 so if you missed last night's show on ilan omar i urge you to subscribe to the blaze we're going to

00:37:55.300 keep the uh the promotion of twenty dollars off your year's subscription we're going to keep it

00:38:01.200 going today so you can subscribe and see the whole thing in a nutshell it's very difficult to

00:38:07.320 um really understand but omar is not even her real name her real name we believe is elmy

00:38:15.860 elan elmy uh but how did she get that we figured the best way to do it and it's kind of hard on radio

00:38:24.020 it's easier when you see it on tv but we thought the best way to explain it was through our own version

00:38:30.560 of the brady bunch here's the story of elan elmy who was living in a camp for refugees

00:38:41.920 then she got a brand new name elan omar and fled across the sea it's the story of a little omar

00:38:54.160 long before she was a member of the squad she had visas and her big ideas but there's a thing called fraud

00:39:04.900 till the one day when these elmys met these omars and they solved the problem one day over lunch 0.68

00:39:12.860 that this troop of imported somalis would offuse their names and form the omar bunch 1.00

00:39:20.860 the omar bunch i've got a hunch that there's something screwed up with omar's bunch

00:39:30.820 so uh so that that that was our way of explaining it now it went with a chalkboard and when you see

00:39:40.200 the chalkboard somebody wrote to me last night who's been following the story for a long time and

00:39:44.920 said i finally get it i finally get it this is a really important story and i had a feeling

00:39:53.780 that i haven't had since uh the van jones days um and i think benghazi where something was said to me

00:40:05.120 yesterday as we were going through all of this and i went this is a tip of an iceberg there is much

00:40:13.220 more than just this we are going to be following this uh story and devoting more resources to it

00:40:19.860 but you need to get the basic handle on elan omar who she is where she came from what's the deal with

00:40:27.360 her christian marriages all on the blaze tv.com slash glenn passcode glenn 20

00:40:35.020 over to you guys do not bring the story without bringing donuts donuts right i mean it brings some

00:42:02.400 oh my gosh okay oh boy uh i just sorry just heard in my ear our hour-long interview with alan

00:42:13.840 dershowitz needs to be rescheduled for when next hour at the top of the hour bottom of the hour

00:42:20.960 top of the hour we'll find out here okay all right well we've got lots to talk about today uh anyway so

00:42:29.280 it's no big deal but i'm i'm really excited to talk to alan dershowitz about what what he claims is

00:42:38.220 really behind him being accused of somebody who got a a massage from a minor he says that's not true

00:42:49.840 and he's got apparently all kinds of evidence he knows exactly where he was and evidence of where he

00:42:57.620 was when these things were supposed to be happening we'll get to alan dershowitz coming up in a few

00:43:03.480 minutes we also want to talk uh a little bit more about what happened yesterday in the muller

00:43:09.960 hearings and elan omar all this hour this is the glenbeck program

00:43:19.000 i don't think that in 40 years of broadcasting i don't think that's ever happened to me

00:43:26.380 you're on the air uh everything you planned uh is not happening oh oh okay um it will be happening

00:43:34.520 though it will be either in a half hour or an hour yes now uh we know google and youtube are not just

00:43:40.740 silencing conservatives online they are also manipulating their algorithms to interfere with

00:43:46.740 the 2020 election meanwhile companies like verizon and at&t are taking the proceeds from your mobile

00:43:52.960 phone bill and funding progressive candidates and causes we have one way to preserve the

00:43:59.900 constitution and the values which made our country great and that is stick together we have to stick

00:44:07.320 together that means supporting each other's causes and companies if you have a better mousetrap

00:44:14.760 you gotta let people know about it and you got and when you hear about it if indeed it is a better

00:44:21.400 mousetrap and it's it's a conservative mousetrap then you gotta support it because we have to stick

00:44:29.820 together now there's one company that will provide phone service for you for your cell phones and it'll

00:44:35.880 give you the same great coverage that you already have because they're on the same cell towers

00:44:39.680 everybody's using the same cell towers however what this company will do will save you money

00:44:46.700 give you the same service you can pick a plan it's affordable again like i said you're going to save

00:44:53.480 hundreds of dollars uh throughout the year but it also is on your side it was started by a bunch of

00:45:00.140 patriots they don't like me calling them patriots but they are they're a bunch of veterans who said we

00:45:06.360 have got to stop i mean we're giving money to at&t and verizon and they are taking their money that

00:45:13.180 used to be ours and they're giving it to la raza and planned parenthood and all the things that we

00:45:19.460 don't agree with we have to stop now this isn't a boycott this is a boycott this is something you go

00:45:28.240 wait a minute i want to buy that one because it's better and it stands for my values right now you'll

00:45:34.160 get a free month of service if you visit patriot mobile.com they make the switch over really really

00:45:40.040 easy a free month of service patriot mobile.com use the promo code beck

00:45:46.380 so last night um we did a uh an episode uh on elon omar now i just want to start here but

00:46:16.360 before we get into the episode i i want to start here um everybody was calling the president racist

00:46:23.140 for saying go home go home if you don't like it go home uh and i think it's perfectly reasonable

00:46:32.620 to say in an honest loving way why are you here if nothing we do is good why are you here

00:46:45.560 i would ask that if it was the country or you were in my diner and you were complaining about

00:46:51.860 everything and you kept coming back do you know there are other diners what why do you come in

00:46:58.100 here and loudly complain when the rest of the people are happy here what what are you doing

00:47:04.020 exactly i mean go to another diner and it's particularly frustrating in this case i mean we

00:47:08.100 said we used to say this about piers morgan when he was doing a show on cnn he's like well you really

00:47:12.760 seem to hate the second amendment a lot you probably just i mean look if you don't like

00:47:16.860 this constitution just you can go back you're a citizen of of the uk right go back there and enjoy

00:47:22.400 it right like and that's not that's not a thing of saying there's certainly not racism the dude's

00:47:26.300 white um with ilan omar what's interesting about that one is that we we took her in yeah she was a

00:47:32.860 refugee fleeing civil war correct and by the way i think it was a good decision to take her in and

00:47:38.160 other refugees uh from areas like somalia we've done amazing things for people all around the

00:47:44.460 world and it's something that we do stand for we stand for not only as members of uh of the freest

00:47:52.300 country in the world but also as i you know as a person of faith i'm thrilled that this country has

00:47:58.160 has been developed as a safe zone for people who are in the middle of hell as long as they're good

00:48:04.680 people and there is some checking process and all of that that they're able to come over and enjoy

00:48:09.720 a life that is better however when you come over here the fact that he's hit sit here and continually

00:48:15.960 spit on the country after we rescued you from a civil freaking war it's a little it's a little tough to 0.52

00:48:23.100 take okay so now this sounds really racist but what if this was set to music why does it sound racist 0.97

00:48:31.240 doesn't sound racist no no no no no that's what everybody says now it sounds racist to say go

00:48:35.800 home but what if he was set to music what if that message had been set to music long ago what if

00:48:45.440 during world war ii when you had germans here in america that had come over from germany and they

00:48:52.640 were complaining about us and somebody said you know what we've we've we've helped we're trying to

00:49:00.920 help why don't you just why don't you just go home this i found last night from a friend they sent

00:49:12.320 it to me they said glenn listen to gene autry this is from the movie in 1942 bells of capistrano

00:49:21.960 last night as i lay sleeping a wonderful dream came to me i saw uncle sammy weeping

00:49:35.760 for his children from over the sea they had come to him friendless and starving

00:49:43.480 and he took them into the boat and now while in trouble he needs you you'll have to remember you're old

00:49:55.480 if you don't like your uncle sammy then go back to your home or the sea 0.97

00:50:02.840 to the land from where you came whatever be its name but don't be ungrateful to me

00:50:10.660 if you don't like the stars in old glory if you don't like the red white and blue

00:50:18.500 then don't act like the cur in the story don't bite the hand that's feeding you

00:50:29.360 i mean the now when he's singing it he's standing of course by his horse

00:50:36.320 and he's singing this and he's very happy and he's smiling and he's just like why are you biting the

00:50:42.000 hand that fed you we took you out of really bad situations we rescued you we fed you we've given

00:50:49.480 you shelter and now you're talking down now you now all of a sudden we're a bad place just go back

00:50:58.200 to where you came from wherever that is you might enjoy it you might enjoy it going to enjoy it more

00:51:04.360 right i mean we said this to american citizens uh like johnny depp right it's like you know johnny

00:51:09.960 definitely complaining about the country all the time and a lot of the celebrities and it's like

00:51:14.120 well look you have the means i mean you'll probably like france more and you know what he does right

00:51:20.180 he loves france and that's great he chose it and he loves it that's great and there's nothing wrong

00:51:23.840 with that doesn't mean that you can't go see his movies and and by the way it doesn't mean that any

00:51:27.340 immigrant or or um refugee cannot be critical of this country of course they can you know here's

00:51:33.100 just this it's constantly this constant criticism of just the foundation every little

00:51:39.620 piece of the country it's always complaining it's always saying that everything is horrible

00:51:44.440 i mean what is she in 2000 uh do we have this clip 2018 umar talking about uh white men let's listen

00:51:52.200 our country should be more fearful um of of of white man across our country because they are actually

00:52:03.100 um causing uh most of the deaths within this country um and so if fear really was the the driving

00:52:11.460 force of of of policies to keep america safe americans safe inside of this country um we should be

00:52:19.540 profiling monitoring um and uh and and creating policies to fight the radicalization of white men

00:52:27.840 okay so there she is there she is on al jazeera on al freaking jazeera 0.93

00:52:35.100 and she's saying we really should be profiling white men because white men are are responsible for most of 0.91

00:52:45.740 the deaths in this country i i wonder if that's true i don't know maybe we're the largest share of you

00:52:53.940 white people are the largest group so we should be but i don't know if that's true i mean look at

00:53:02.040 chicago look at chicago alone you know we should be we should be we should be concerned about man

00:53:15.000 meaning mankind you want to fear something fear man as in mankind once they stop thinking once they

00:53:29.680 stop using reason and logic then you're in trouble right and logic is not being utilized by so many i mean

00:53:41.120 the media is a great example of this i mean if you were going to come out and say as the media is saying

00:53:44.720 right now donald trump's uh tweets about ilan omar were racist we know they're racist we should come

00:53:51.940 out and say they're racist don't say they're racially tinged say they are racist and he's a racist 0.81

00:53:56.700 because the idea that you would ask people to leave the country shows racism and there's no other

00:54:03.760 explanation well your first hurdle to clear there is to say okay well can it be utilized in any other

00:54:10.420 way could someone use the phrasing that donald trump used without being a racist right and so i would

00:54:16.600 say your first i'll give you your first task on that on that little train and see if you can logically

00:54:20.000 prove that explain why ilan omar tweeted the same thing explain why rashida talib tweeted the same thing

00:54:25.980 that they wanted to deport people and that they disagreed with including donald trump including

00:54:30.560 donald trump and in omar's case to send them back from wherever they came from is her quote

00:54:35.540 why did she do it did she also do it because of racism because if that's true fine make the argument

00:54:42.160 but i would say most likely she was pissed off at someone in an argument and just and said you know

00:54:48.040 what get out of my face so it's a it's an it's an an elevated way of saying get out of my face and 0.99

00:54:54.140 you know what then you have to also clear the barrier as to why donald trump is a jerk to everyone 0.84

00:55:01.040 who disagrees with him there is an entire new york times like mini site inside the new york times site

00:55:07.920 which highlights everyone he's insulted since like 2015 you're on it glenn congratulations thank you

00:55:14.360 thank you and there's dozens and hundreds of people the majority of them white and when he when people

00:55:21.720 call him out or they do things that's obviously as we all know the way donald trump deals with it he

00:55:27.040 comes after him he punches back he insults them he makes fun of them he degrades them it's one of the

00:55:33.180 things he does so why does he do it to all these white people number one and number two why do you 0.55

00:55:40.580 keep pretending every time he does it to someone who isn't white you know that it's racism he does it

00:55:46.240 to everyone this is not something that is unknown there is not a a case here unless you just believe it

00:55:55.440 if you believe he's a racist and you want to apply that motivation to everything that he does when

00:56:00.280 it involves a person of color you can do that but that's not journalism so i and i don't believe that

00:56:06.160 that is the case with ilana mar um as we as we delved into this last night uh and i urge you i urge you

00:56:15.140 this is the beginning of the story this is not the end of it um i have rededicated uh uh and

00:56:24.920 reallocated some resources to furthering this story because i think we are at the tip of the iceberg

00:56:32.200 i think this story is part of a much bigger story and we're going to spend a couple of weeks uh working

00:56:41.000 on this and i'll tell you what we find but i want to i want to go back to ilan omar and her story

00:56:49.120 because it is riddled with fraud and felonies if you want to talk about the biggest liar 0.93

00:56:59.300 i mean at the core of who she is at the core of her name i believe she's a liar and have 0.95

00:57:11.440 has committed felony after felony after felony if you want the evidence watch last night we had all

00:57:19.480 the documentation there and it's a compelling case you can subscribe to the blaze blaze tv.com

00:57:26.100 blaze tv.com slash glenn use glenn 20 and you'll receive 20 off of your yearly subscription

00:57:34.940 so glenn 20 is the promo code glennbeck.com slash i'm sorry blaze tv.com slash glenn i want to get

00:57:44.960 into some of the stuff that we talked about next

00:57:47.180 do you know that takes the police to get to your home if your home alarm goes off it takes the police

00:57:59.340 about 45 minutes to get to your house now this is normal now if you have a big company that lives

00:58:05.820 you know that's just down the street it doesn't take the police 45 minutes why well because cops are all 0.96

00:58:14.420 imperialist pigs that are capitalists of course they don't care about the little person no it's because 0.96

00:58:22.260 their security alarms come with a video verification so somebody is watching those videos all night long 0.98

00:58:31.220 alarm goes off they see the perpetrator breaking in and they can call the cops and say we have a break

00:58:38.160 in this is not a false alarm that's why they get the service before you do well all you have to do then

00:58:45.700 is just have video verification so here's what simply safe has done simply safe beck.com simply safe

00:58:54.080 beck.com when you go and order your system you'll get a free hd security camera so you're going to have

00:59:01.880 the video evidence if someone uh tries to get in you get a free hd security camera hundred dollar value

00:59:09.760 at simply safe beck.com now here's the thing they're still charging you 15 a month

00:59:15.440 but they are now the only security company in the country perhaps the world that is offering this

00:59:22.360 where they have video verification technology so simply safe can visually confirm that a break-in is

00:59:30.020 happening and let the police know so that takes your response time from 45 minutes to seven minutes

00:59:37.600 huh i guess now you're on par with apple and google and everyone else

00:59:45.200 ignore capitalists pegs simply safe beck.com simply safe beck.com we break for 10 seconds station id

00:59:56.120 the first 20 minutes of last night's tv show we went into a timeline that seems ridiculous seems 0.72

01:00:19.940 ridiculous uh it is she's married through faith marriages you know she's a muslim so she has a faith 1.00

01:00:28.960 marriage and then she has a faith divorce because she's very upset with her husband apparently they 0.95

01:00:35.860 have to have a faith divorce but then a couple months later she marries somebody else so i don't know 0.99

01:00:41.720 was she having an affair how did she meet when did she meet this guy and this kid's name is elmi elmi

01:00:49.400 last name elmi it's really important as we'll tell you here in a second but she she has a real marriage 0.95

01:00:56.820 with elmi now elmi is a muslim she's a muslim she's devout muslim they welcome her on al jazeera

01:01:05.820 so we know she's a devout muslim she says it all the time but for some strange reason she doesn't have

01:01:15.120 a faith marriage with elmi she has a christian pastor marry her now why would that be

01:01:26.760 stew isn't there some sort of what is that that word that allows muslims to lie as long as they're 1.00

01:01:39.840 furthering things for allah remember so you could you could call on a false god in the name of jesus 0.79

01:01:51.400 and get married but it wouldn't count because you're doing something positive for allah

01:01:58.120 so i'm sure that had nothing to do with it i don't even know why i thought of that but she gets a a real

01:02:06.360 marriage with a real certificate and she has a christian marriage ceremony

01:02:13.620 and what's strange is right after they're married uh they go to college together now she already has

01:02:22.720 two kids with her first husband okay ahmed uh and now her second husband you know they're struggling

01:02:32.380 college students where are they going to live housing is expensive don't worry says her first 0.82

01:02:38.280 husband apparently move in with me and the kids now this is beyond a loving compassionate man who sees

01:02:48.200 this woman who used to be his wife leave him divorce spiritually then apparently you know join the 0.97

01:02:57.920 christians and marry this kid right right after they get a spiritual divorce and he is man enough to say

01:03:06.540 you know what i see your struggles as college kids why don't you both move into my house and we'll all

01:03:13.100 live together in a very non-confusing relationship with our children that's nice more in a second

01:03:19.660 to glenn beck all right google social media they look at you as a product with google what they want are

01:03:30.640 your search they want to know how you're thinking what are you searching for what are you looking for

01:03:36.160 what are you thinking they want to map you and everybody else

01:03:41.080 social media all they want to do is they just want to sell stuff to you so they they sell those

01:03:48.240 lists of everything that you're looking for to people who are selling stuff you're the product that's why

01:03:53.980 it's free that's why you need a vpn a virtual private network and the only company i trusted to

01:04:01.520 supply one is norton they've been known by all of us for years and years as security for your computer

01:04:10.080 well now they are security for your online connection a vpn allows you to go online without leaving any

01:04:18.840 footprints they block it so nobody can follow you nobody is tracking you sorry tough luck facebook

01:04:26.440 hey zuck sucks to be you i want you to go now right now 333 a month for a first year it's norton.com 0.74

01:04:35.100 slash vpn blaze tv.com use the promo code glenn20 get 20 bucks off you can watch the elon omar special 0.98

01:04:42.000 get the full story on demand so last night we uh we did our expose on elon omar and you need to watch

01:04:52.060 it because this is going to be a continuing story and you have to have the baseline and it is a really

01:04:58.460 confusing story as i began to lay out just a minute ago she had a faith marriage uh with a with an ahmed 0.96

01:05:07.800 that's his first name ahmed hersey and she loves him and uh they had a faith marriage it wasn't a legal

01:05:15.140 marriage it was a faith marriage in the muslim tradition because they're very very muslim you know

01:05:20.180 that uh and so they have this faith marriage and then she gets a divorce after having two children

01:05:27.080 she gets a divorce and within a couple of months she's married to another guy his last name is elmy

01:05:34.960 and that's really important to know his name is elmy so she marries ahmed elmy now they go right to

01:05:45.640 college uh and uh and they're married all the way through college almost to the day of their

01:05:53.400 graduation they get they get separated and she goes right back to her first husband well i can't say

01:06:01.800 she goes right back because they were living in the same house the whole time all right so her faith

01:06:08.800 husband who she got a faith divorce from uh and then legally had a christian marriage strangely two

01:06:18.080 muslims getting married by a christian pastor what's that all about and they do the paperwork and so

01:06:24.900 they're now legally married but this guy beyond an open marriage her first spiritual or faith husband

01:06:33.540 says hey you guys live here you live in this house with the kids and i'm not going anywhere i'll just

01:06:41.420 live here that's not creepy or weird at all do you think stew you leave you you get you have a spiritual

01:06:49.900 faith divorce from uh lisa and then you're immediately with another hot babe and you get this time you leave

01:07:01.420 your faith and you become a i don't know a zoonostran and you have a big zoonostran ceremony sure okay

01:07:08.620 and lisa would clearly say because you were going to start a new life with this new person you had no

01:07:16.300 money she'd be like ah come on do you guys need anything what do you want to come in and live with

01:07:20.080 us right why don't you two come live with us and the kids right we'll all kind of gather together

01:07:25.620 right and have a nice little very complicated sitcom-esque sort of relationship it's kind of

01:07:32.380 like a modern day uh ilan omar three's company now we did this last night and it's much better with

01:07:40.920 the visuals uh uh because you kind of understand it a little bit more but we we thought okay a sitcom

01:07:48.820 that would explain this is three's company except not it's not like three's company but it's exactly

01:07:55.940 like three's company it's actually ends up to be six company um but uh uh but they're all living

01:08:05.140 together and and so you know we we had about 25 and a team of attorneys watching every word last night

01:08:13.780 uh so uh so this is the best we could do to try to explain this situation using three's company

01:08:21.020 definitely not three's company too

01:08:37.240 okay there you go so they go to college at ndsu

01:09:03.980 and um and then the minute they graduate she leaves him now they're separated they don't get

01:09:12.380 a divorce they just get separated and now i don't know if he feels jilted uh because when she says

01:09:22.040 i need a separation she goes right back to be with uh her first husband well i mean it's not hard 0.99

01:09:30.680 i don't know how the rooms were arranged in the first place so she didn't actually leave her second

01:09:36.180 husband because he was living at the house and she didn't actually go back to her first husband because 0.95

01:09:42.740 he was living in the house i'm not even sure if they switched bedrooms

01:09:48.260 so

01:09:52.440 he we guess continue to live there for a while then she claims he just disappeared we don't know what

01:10:00.000 happened to him the problem is she starts claiming uh that they're married the the the first couple

01:10:07.900 that she's married to her first husband on income tax uh-oh they're told no you can't do that she does 1.00

01:10:15.280 it a second year oops i'm just the ditzy well i was gonna say blonde but i'm pretty sure my hair is real

01:10:22.640 so she doesn't twice but the second the second year she uh commits uh uh fraud on her income tax 0.96

01:10:32.620 she may not have been paying much attention because that's when she travels over to england 0.75

01:10:39.320 and hangs out with her first husband and i'm sorry her second husband and her sister 0.80

01:10:49.120 okay so they're hanging out and partying i don't know if the first husband even knows about it but

01:10:57.060 she puts it on her facebook page so it's on her facebook page now maybe her husband's not already

01:11:02.780 in social media but it is her spiritual husband and she is still legally married so i don't know who

01:11:09.540 she's cheating on here this is the nonsense that is going on and the reason why that that i said elmi is

01:11:20.920 an important name is because we now believe that elmi is her actual last name not omar omar was the name

01:11:30.780 that she took on with her father and her sister uh three other elmi's got um uh what do you call it uh

01:11:43.020 sanctuary or whatever in england refugee refugee status so they were allowed to go to england

01:11:48.580 but they could only take three now the omars are this family that's in the same refugee camp

01:11:55.840 and they have refugee status in the united states and so if the omars claim elon her father and the

01:12:05.360 sister are omars they can come with them to virginia but she's got to change her name 1.00

01:12:12.480 we believe that's how this family became the omar bunch which i think the song says it all here it is 1.00

01:12:25.840 here's the story of elon elmi who was living in a camp for refugees then she got a brand new name

01:12:36.960 elon omar and fled across the sea it's the story of a little omar long before she was a member of the

01:12:49.360 squad she had visas and her big ideas but there's a thing called fraud till the one day when these 0.99

01:12:59.460 elmys met these omars and they solved the problem one day over lunch that this troop of imported 1.00

01:13:08.020 somalis would all fuse their names and form the omar bunch the omar bunch i've got a hunch 1.00

01:13:16.880 so what did i say about the progressives about 2009 uh it will be their arrogance that is their

01:13:33.520 undoing her arrogance to come over here possibly under a false name commit that felony now it's 1.00

01:13:44.460 not her fault i blame this on the father and i kind of don't blame it i mean they're in a refugee

01:13:51.300 camp and people become desperate and they'll do anything i really kind of blame it on our system

01:13:57.380 that didn't catch 80 percent of those who came from somalia 80 percent claim somebody is their relative

01:14:08.060 and it's not their relative according to dna tests we don't have a dna test on elon omar i doubt she's

01:14:16.700 going to submit to one but if you see the photographic evidence and you you know how common this is by the

01:14:24.500 way these these claims came from the somali community that's where they started and generally

01:14:30.300 speaking it's not her the race she came over here isn't something that you're criticizing right i mean

01:14:35.640 i just want to explain yeah a who she is um because it's important that you know that she has that

01:14:43.400 secret to hide once a once an official has something to hide they're dangerous but i mean if you're in a

01:14:50.460 some you're in the somali civil war you're at a kenyan refugee camp uh i would do anything i could i

01:14:55.940 would do anything i could again she's a child at this point so i mean this is not a decision she's

01:15:00.300 making blah blah blah what she does with all of this afterwards is where it gets i think sketchy

01:15:06.980 exactly right the whole marriage thing that's why i said elmy is really important and it would explain

01:15:13.780 how she's living with her faith husband why she got married under a different faith because it means

01:15:21.200 nothing yeah they were doing it for the the look elmy is possibly her last name okay so she's bringing

01:15:30.820 her brother over under false pretenses so he can get an education here in the united states he could get

01:15:37.960 a visa uh it's education fraud it's uh it's immigration fraud it's all kinds of bad stuff if anybody did

01:15:47.260 this if you did this we would be spending probably at least a decade in jail uh and then it's tax fraud

01:15:55.060 so but it explains her timeline this is the timeline of when she got married when she went to school who

01:16:02.900 she married all of this stuff that first when you watch the tv show when you see that first 24 minutes 1.00

01:16:11.000 where i'm just explaining the timeline that's her timeline that's what she says happened so there's

01:16:21.100 no conspiracy in this and it's insane right and it's important to know that some of these details

01:16:28.800 uh as you look at them a lot of the evidence is based on their social media posts so they posted

01:16:35.960 things like here's my niece and uh here's my sister here's my dad here's my dad and these are

01:16:43.060 things that they are saying and sometimes not even just ilan omar but the other people who are in

01:16:47.300 photos with ilan omar saying here's my sister like it's like that crazy but in addition to that there's

01:16:53.340 a lot of this that she actually has admitted to as you point out her timeline is is pretty is pretty

01:16:58.960 clear she's also admitted to falsely filing tax reform of tax forms jointly with someone she was

01:17:06.240 not married to and she got into trouble because she was using campaign money to hire somebody to 1.00

01:17:13.040 fix her taxes and she's admitted that as well i mean this this this this there is there is fraud

01:17:20.040 fraud after fraud after fraud after fraud so the people of minnesota really need to stand up and

01:17:30.540 demand answers but i don't know if they're going to and you're not going to get an answer i think

01:17:36.520 from the state of minnesota on any she's never going to be prosecuted in minnesota and here's why 0.93

01:17:43.380 the attorney general's name is keith ellison now isn't it interesting that she won the seat that he

01:17:55.620 vacated and he is also now in a way the protector of any shenanigans because if he says that is not

01:18:06.820 enough to pursue they don't pursue it isn't that interesting believe me there is much much more to

01:18:17.800 this story and we're going to be covering it but i i want you to please subscribe to the blaze so we can

01:23:16.040 how do you how do you deal with that and where do you go to get your reputation back especially in

01:23:24.900 today's world i think this is a first in 40 years of broadcast i don't think i've ever heard

01:23:33.680 anybody especially who was famous accused of a crime and a pretty bad one who claims they're innocent

01:23:40.680 and then is willing to come on and just have a open conversation with no parameters

01:23:48.980 that's suicide for most people i don't think for this guy alan dershowitz who has now been

01:23:58.120 implicated uh in the jeffrey epstein case he says all of this is a lie we'll talk to him

01:24:07.540 in one minute this is the glenbeck program

01:24:12.360 all right if you're in constant pain you're not alone i know because i have been in constant pain

01:24:22.200 uh really towards the end of fox i could i could barely move my hands there were times that

01:24:29.560 it was so bad my hands would uh shake really bad we had we had secret messages with the with the

01:24:36.580 camera people so they could take a different shot or whatever so they wouldn't show that

01:24:41.020 uh on tv and i it got worse and worse and worse until i just a few years ago i was like i just can't

01:24:47.540 live this way anymore my wife made me take relief factor i didn't think it would work because it's 1.00

01:24:53.580 all natural now please keep your hippie stuff call a pharmacy okay keep your hippie stuff away from me

01:25:19.760 when it comes to pain and really the body's biggest foe cause all kinds of problems relief factor says

01:25:25.960 try it for three weeks if it doesn't work it's not going to work so try it for three weeks 70 of the

01:25:31.640 people who try it are just like me they go on to take it every day i take it three times a day and it

01:25:37.060 has dramatically changed my life call 800-583-84 800-583-84 or relieffactor.com

01:25:46.880 if you don't know who alan dershowitz is uh it probably is your first couple of months in our

01:26:05.460 country probably the most famous lawyer alive today he has represented everyone from uh ted kennedy

01:26:14.500 chappaquiddick to oj simpson to jeffrey epstein and he knows jeffrey epstein and recently he has been

01:26:23.580 accused of being one of the guys who was getting minors uh to give them massages he says that is

01:26:32.780 absolutely untrue and i i tend to believe him only because i've seen this guy and he for instance

01:26:42.140 he's not a guy who's going to vote for trump but he sees something and he feels that it is right

01:26:49.060 and he says it no matter what the cost is to him personally and i wonder also if this isn't

01:26:56.680 part of the price he's paying for his defense of donald trump welcome to uh alan dershowitz to the

01:27:03.700 program well thank you you know i have never refused to speak out on this issue because i'm a

01:27:09.020 victim of crime um i'm a victim of uh conspiracy to uh commit perjury to suborn perjury extortion

01:27:17.780 and i want to speak out and i'm going to continue to speak out about this i'm going to write a book

01:27:22.360 about it called suitable for framing let me state just categorically first i never met these women 0.97

01:27:27.420 i never heard of them um it's a completely made-up story this is the only me too case in history

01:27:32.880 where there's no relationship between the accuser and the accused in every other case yeah we had

01:27:38.820 sex but it was consensual yeah she worked for me but i didn't touch her in this case i categorically

01:27:44.020 never met or heard of these people and they both said so in emails in um recordings they both said so

01:27:54.420 until they met david boys and once they met david boys and david boys promised them big paydays

01:28:01.240 um they changed their story and they then falsely claimed in one case that i had been the lawyer for

01:28:07.580 this woman i never met her and that she participated in a threesome with me not my style and um and the 1.00

01:28:16.500 other case that i had sex with her seven times on an island that i had never been to except with my

01:28:22.960 wife and daughter in a ranch all these exotic places and i have records my travel records my tv

01:28:29.800 records my court records my american express records that categorically prove i could never

01:28:36.500 have been in any of those places and best of all i have a tape recording by david boys the woman's

01:28:42.440 lawyer who tells me on tape that it was impossible for me to have been in those places and that his client

01:28:48.040 is quote wrong simply wrong and then i have emails from the woman accusing me to a friend of hers who

01:28:55.560 was working on a book with her saying i don't remember who i had sex with just tell me it and

01:29:00.120 then she responds by saying well we know you didn't have sex with dershowitz but you should mention him

01:29:04.720 in the book it will help you sell the book as he wrote reversal of fortune and then she puts me in

01:29:09.580 the book as someone she did not have sex with so the evidence is just overwhelming and conclusive

01:29:17.020 on their side all they have are two witnesses who have long histories of lying in one case the first

01:29:23.680 woman uh virginia roberts claimed uh she had dinner with al gore and tippagore on jeffrey epstein's 0.61

01:29:30.240 island al gore and tippagore have never heard never met jeffrey epstein they were never on the island

01:29:34.160 she claimed she had dinner twice with bill clinton who was flown to the island by a rookie

01:29:39.680 novice helicopter pilot um uh with f with secret service agents on the plane secret service records

01:29:47.580 prove that epstein was never on the island this other woman who accused me has emails she wrote 0.89

01:29:54.640 to the new york post saying she has sex tapes sex tapes of hillary clinton of um donald trump of bill

01:30:02.360 clinton and richard branson and in the email she mentions all the people she had sex with

01:30:06.780 never mentions me she says i was her lawyer which isn't true but she never says she had

01:30:11.220 sex with me so that's the quality of the two women who have accused me for money and on my side i have 1.00

01:30:17.840 all this evidence on the other side there's never been a clearer case of innocence and yet the media

01:30:22.600 doesn't believe it and people don't believe it they say if a woman says it it must be true 1.00

01:30:27.620 if a man denies it it must be false and if a man denies something like this he is being abusive

01:30:34.660 to women how dare you uh call a woman a liar my god that's the worst kind of sexism well i'm going 0.88

01:30:40.140 to continue to call these women liars and i'm going to continue to call their lawyers people who 0.92

01:30:45.600 help put them up to these lies because the evidence is clear they never accused me until they met their

01:30:50.920 lawyers so it's an open and shut case and yet newspapers and the media still carry stories

01:30:56.340 accusing me falsely the new yorker is about to write a hit piece on me and i have evidence that

01:31:03.720 the editor of the new yorker told people the reason they're doing a hit piece is because of my support

01:31:08.540 for trump's legal rights my support for benjamin netanyahu and my support for israel and they're

01:31:14.300 trying to silence my voice explicitly they think they can destroy my career and my integrity by making

01:31:20.960 these false accusations and then i won't stand up for the legal rights of donald trump benjamin

01:31:25.600 natanyahu in the state of israel uh okay there's a lot to unpack there um but first not refuse to

01:31:33.500 answer any question i'm an open book i did nothing wrong i've had sex with one woman during this 0.56

01:31:39.280 relevant period of time my wife who i love i adore and who is helping me in this case she's been my

01:31:45.660 basically my paralegal and my assistant i have nothing to hide nothing to be ashamed of

01:31:51.220 shoot away ask me any question i will answer see i did this had so much credibility to you 0.99

01:31:56.820 uh because no man in your position and seen what happens to dirtbags and how stupid that would be 0.99

01:32:06.120 to say those things if they weren't true because somebody's going to go out to try to prove it

01:32:11.560 uh prove you wrong contrast it the two women who have accused me refuse to speak to you refuse to speak to 1.00

01:32:17.100 the new yorker refuse to speak to the miami arrow refuse to speak to the new york times they only

01:32:22.060 make the accusation from behind the litigation privilege because they know if they say it in

01:32:26.880 court papers then i can't sue them for defamation and the whole plot is they accuse me in behind

01:32:32.620 litigation privilege in court papers they leak it to the press then i deny it in public to the media

01:32:39.060 as i am doing right now and then they sue me for defamation that's the plan and that's the way

01:32:45.560 they're hoping to make more money but i'm not going to settle this case i'm going to litigate it and

01:32:50.240 prove that they have committed perjury and i'm going to try to get the fbi to investigate both me

01:32:55.340 and them to see who's telling the truth and who's lying i'm confident of the result so one of the one

01:33:00.240 of the people and you started with david boyce and most people probably don't know who he is i remember

01:33:07.240 him as the guy who defended al gore uh in the 2000 election uh but he is probably you know one of the

01:33:16.980 top five uh attorneys in the country you came out swinging and said that you are correct me if i'm

01:33:26.160 wrong i don't want to put words into your mouth because i know you're careful with words but it

01:33:30.160 sounded to me like you're saying he framed you yes oh yeah well i am saying that he was part of

01:33:36.420 the system uh where are these women and he was their lawyer uh frame you remember he's also the

01:33:42.680 same lawyer who was representing the new york times and hired people to uh extort threaten get

01:33:49.560 information on a new york times reporter and the new york times thought it was such a horrible

01:33:53.360 conflict of interest they fired him and wrote an editorial he tried to stop the me too movement

01:33:58.860 by trying to prevent the new york times from publishing material about harvey weinstein he's

01:34:05.300 engaged in similar tactics with other women uh his history with women is horrible and uh he's trying

01:34:12.440 to now compensate for that long history by supporting women but he's destroying the me too movement because

01:34:18.280 i'm going to prove a trial that these women made up a story for money and it's going to hurt the me 1.00

01:34:22.540 too movement i don't want to hurt the me too movement because it's very important when we're

01:34:26.920 dealing with truthful stories but you know i think it was eric hoffa who once said every cause starts

01:34:32.380 as a movement it then becomes a business and ultimately it degenerates into a racket and david

01:34:37.180 boys is turning the me too movement into a racket to try to obtain money from people who are telling

01:34:43.900 lies to help him and to uh help themselves so why would i mean you know you always hear that

01:34:51.740 attorneys would just don't turn on each other and you know it's almost like a thin blue line kind

01:34:57.100 of thing um why does he have it out for you why would he pick you out of all the people that

01:35:03.520 they could he could pick from well it was a very carefully planned i apply um they went to me they they

01:35:10.980 accused me in public and then this is undisputed he admits this he then went to leslie wexner the

01:35:18.000 billionaire owner of victoria's secret and basically said to leslie wexner the client who's

01:35:25.100 accusing dershowitz publicly is accusing you privately no one knows about it it's a secret

01:35:31.380 uh and if you want to keep it a secret if you don't want to have happen to you what happened

01:35:36.540 to alan dershowitz there are ways of resolving this even though it's well beyond the statute of

01:35:41.440 limitations and according to the best friend of the woman who publicly accused me

01:35:46.800 they were seeking a billion not a million not a hundred million a billion dollars from this man

01:35:53.040 who was worth seven billion and of course he'd be willing to pay a billion dollars not to destroy

01:35:58.020 the company because the one big difference between what i was accused of and what wexner was accused

01:36:02.680 of wexner was accused of not only having sex with this woman but making her wear victoria's secret

01:36:09.960 type lingerie when she was under age imagine what that would do to a company if it came out 1.00

01:36:15.760 and so the question is we know from his own affidavits david boys met with leslie wexner's

01:36:21.540 lawyers leslie wexner's lawyers described it as a shakedown leslie wexner's wife described it as a

01:36:26.860 shakedown he met with the lawyers david boys personally and after meeting with the lawyers

01:36:31.900 leslie wexner's name disappears from the public record he's no longer a witness nothing is

01:36:38.000 he's not accused of anything there are only two possibilities one david boys didn't believe his

01:36:45.180 own client about leslie wexner and he thought leslie wexner was innocent uh but if he didn't

01:36:49.840 believe his client about leslie wexner why did he believe her about me or second he believed her

01:36:55.220 and decided simply to be charitable and not go after this billionaire instead go after this law

01:37:00.740 professor that's absurd and so i think federal authorities ought to look into whether there was an

01:37:06.100 extortion plot but if there's one person i'm not going to wrong i think i would wrong a billionaire

01:37:16.080 that sells underwear over you because i know i know your record of winning i know what you i know who

01:37:26.800 you are why in the world would he pick alan i was gonna say the alan dershowitz well first of all um i

01:37:36.780 filed bar charges against him so he was furious at me and so he threatened me through other people

01:37:42.520 saying unless you withdraw the bar charges we're going to find another young woman because two are 1.00

01:37:47.980 better than one so he found this other woman who had uh written emails saying she had sex tapes of 0.99

01:37:52.980 hillary clinton and donald trump and bill clinton etc uh it was a combination of economic motives and

01:37:59.740 um rage at me for calling him into account in front of uh the bar association and you know at this point

01:38:07.120 he can't pull back because he's gone so far uh but he says in one of his affidavits he thought it was

01:38:14.640 initially a mistake to go after me because he knew i would fight back he also was a mistake to go after

01:38:19.100 me because he knew i didn't do it uh he knew i was not that kind of guy i taught at harvard 50 years

01:38:24.100 it was never a complaint for any kind of misconduct i've spoken to but a thousand audiences uh i take

01:38:30.800 pictures with the people after never had any al franken moments i don't touch people i'm not a

01:38:36.600 huggy guy i'm not that guy i've had a wonderful marriage wonderful children and grandchildren he just

01:38:42.840 picked on the wrong guy and i'll be able to prove that i will tell you this one of the things that

01:38:47.740 we were talking about uh last night when i was talking to somebody about having you on was if

01:38:54.520 there was ever a guy who was in the position to be me too'd it would be a guy who was hanging out with

01:39:02.220 young impressionable college students at harvard when you're alan dershowitz i mean if there was any i'm

01:39:11.360 sure you had ample opportunity and to have zero complaints says something about your character

01:39:19.100 all right no doubt about that and i was unmarried for about eight years between my first and second

01:39:25.140 marriages and i never ever went out with a student i never flirted with a student i always thought it

01:39:31.340 was inappropriate in fact i represented several women who had been harassed by their professors at

01:39:37.300 harvard and worked out resolutions for them i was always on the side of the people who were harassed

01:39:44.060 or the students but uh of course never a complaint never a complaint in my entire life i'm 81 years old

01:39:50.640 this september and i lived a flawless personal life and the new yorkers coming after me they're claiming

01:39:59.380 i forced my first wife to have an abortion my first wife never was pregnant she never had an abortion 0.92

01:40:06.300 um unfortunately she was mentally ill and we have records of that and her lawyer didn't uh believe

01:40:13.200 it or alleged in the in the divorce i got custody of my kids i was a wonderful father i am a wonderful

01:40:19.860 father and grandfather but they're trying to dig up every possible bit of dirt the new yorker

01:40:24.900 in an effort to silence my voice because they don't like what i'm saying about donald trump

01:40:29.060 benjamin at the state of israel all right i want to get to that here in a second i need to take a one

01:40:33.220 minute break uh to tell you about our sponsor which is gold line if you follow history there is going

01:40:39.780 to be a correction in our economy and the stock market the question is when not if and how bad

01:40:55.120 of debt make sure that you you know are not getting into high interest loans on you know credit cards and

01:41:01.560 everything else but also if i may suggest that you invest some in gold now when i say invest i'm not

01:41:10.480 an investment advisor i can't tell you what to do i i mean i'm usually wrong on things uh but i will

01:41:16.540 tell you this i don't invest in gold i buy gold as an insurance policy against insanity when the world

01:41:26.060 starts to become sane again okay i mean i'm going to keep it and give it to my kids because the world

01:41:32.360 will eventually go insane but we seem to be going insane faster and faster every day there's this

01:41:39.300 new uh monetary uh policies that are being kicked around by socialists that are saying you know you

01:41:46.040 don't even have to borrow money you can just print it that's in that's nuts and that ends with gold

01:41:52.020 and silver so please call gold line 1-866-GOLDLINE they're waiting for your call right now just ask

01:42:34.400 sure you just said you're gonna turn 81 you have led an amazing life you have accomplished so much

01:42:41.560 you're in our history books what does it feel like to get to 81 and then have this possibly

01:42:49.280 blow everything up well it's a horrible horrible feeling much more for my family you know my my

01:42:56.020 wonderful wife my children my grandchildren my grandchildren are both in medical school

01:43:00.400 they you know live among young people who believe in women that women don't lie it's been horrible to

01:43:07.840 have the fact that one a lawyer and uh uh two liars are are believed over me when i have all the

01:43:18.300 evidences they don't have a scintilla of evidence to support them and yet the media seems to be

01:43:25.060 believing me particularly the left-wing media um um which wants to silence me as well so it's a

01:43:32.140 terrible terrible feeling it's a horrible feeling you've lived a good life you've done so much i

01:43:37.540 helped so many people uh in ways that nobody will ever know women and men and yet this is going to be

01:43:44.160 my obituary you know that i was accused uh whether falsely or truthfully that i was accused and it was

01:43:49.620 completely falsely it's a made up story there is nothing to it at all all right you know i need to

01:43:56.320 continue to say this until the day i die and when i die my children will say it and they're my

01:44:00.480 grandchildren will say it this will not end this is what happens when a society decides you're guilty

01:44:07.400 until proven innocent and it has got to stop uh we we just have to stop this this is insanity we're

01:44:18.580 going to get into the political reasons uh that the media is tearing them apart next you're listening

01:44:25.420 to glenn beck american financing corporation nmls 182334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org

01:44:35.020 i'm going to refi my uh my home uh i have uh interest rate that's just over four percent

01:44:48.560 it myself now the interest rate is low enough to where i can save money you can save money

01:45:00.640 now americanfinancing.net these are the people that i have i've endorsed since 2009 i think or

01:45:09.240 late 2008 after the crash um they called me back they had been wanting me to endorse them and i said

01:45:15.540 i don't trust any mortgage company right now you're all thieves and uh they said no we don't do those

01:45:20.720 kinds of we don't work for banks we work for people and i said yeah you call me after the crash

01:45:26.040 and they did and their people were fine because they don't do that they work for you call 800-906-2440

01:45:36.160 refi go and have a consolidation loan save thousands americanfinancing.net

01:45:42.920 go to blaze tv.com promo code is glenn20 you save 20 bucks off on your subscription the ilan almar special

01:45:49.540 is up and on demand right now he has been called the top lawyer of last resort uh he is the best

01:45:58.640 known criminal lawyer in the world uh his name is alan dershowitz and he is providing a remarkable

01:46:06.420 interview and i would like to invite you uh sir to uh bring your evidence and i do a podcast once a

01:46:14.320 week and it's a 90 minute uninterrupted um uh the interview that i'd love to have you show the

01:46:23.820 evidence and and make your case happy to do it happy to do it look uh i i could show you the evidence

01:46:29.540 against me in one second it doesn't exist there is nothing because my two accusers won't even speak

01:46:35.300 on the record or off the record they only hide behind the litigation privilege and then i have

01:46:39.020 this massive evidence tape recordings emails unfortunately some of them are currently under

01:46:44.840 seal we've been trying very hard to get them unsealed we want a case in the second circuit

01:46:49.700 court of appeals ordering them to be unsealed but the mandate hasn't yet issued because somebody is

01:46:54.980 appealing from that order but as soon as they come out it'll be completely and totally clear that

01:47:00.840 these women uh uh never ever accused me until they met david boys and indeed to the contrary they

01:47:08.840 both said quite categorically that they did not ever have sex with me uh and then change their mind

01:47:15.560 if they were promised a pot of gold by david boys okay so let me go to the political ramifications

01:47:21.660 i find this interesting that this case came out a long time ago people have known about the private

01:47:27.820 island and everything else they've known about him for a long time clinton was accused nothing but the

01:47:35.000 minute acosta and you and trump are tied into this this story breaks wide open do you believe that uh that

01:47:47.140 interest is there because of the me too because of donald trump uh or because of a combination

01:47:57.220 well i think it's a combination i think the interest in me is largely because of

01:48:02.040 donald trump if i had been a strong opponent to donald trump if i had taken the views that

01:48:07.560 my colleagues like larry tribe and others have taken about donald trump i don't think the media would

01:48:12.540 be interested in these false accusations they had already been debunked and proved false uh before

01:48:17.900 trump got elected president they were clearly disproved they were in the wastebasket of history

01:48:22.800 in 2016 and then trump gets elected and i write two books about him um and and uh do a critique of

01:48:32.080 the muller report and i'm on you know a lot of television critiquing trump's opponents and suddenly

01:48:37.840 this all crops up we know that the new yorker is publishing this hit piece this coming week or the

01:48:43.260 week after precisely in order to quiet my voice on trump we know that because we have direct evidence

01:48:49.580 from the editor um and uh what is the what is the evidence you have somebody very close to the

01:48:58.660 new yorker told me about hearing directly from uh david remnick and from uh connie brooke uh like

01:49:07.580 take for example connie brooke the woman who was assigned she has a son who came out and became gay

01:49:13.560 and the family loved him adored him embraced him then the same son who was gay came out for donald trump

01:49:19.840 and wrote a piece saying my family excludes me now they won't have me to any events uh i've been

01:49:26.040 completely shunned this is the woman they assigned to write the hit piece on me she spoke to all my 0.92

01:49:31.920 enemies she went back in history and found every conceivable thing that you can say negative about me

01:49:37.320 from enemies many of them provably false and she puts together this article for the express purpose

01:49:43.040 of silencing my voice she's a woman who has come out strongly against trump against not to know against

01:49:49.000 israel the same is true with david remnick and so we will prove it in court because i will be suing

01:49:56.120 uh the new yorker for uh reckless disregard of the truth and for publishing material that's clearly false

01:50:03.200 they think they can hide behind the litigation privilege and i think the courts are ready now

01:50:07.760 to say no no that tactic won't work anymore you can't accuse somebody in court refuse to confirm

01:50:14.880 it in public and then sue him for defamation for truthfully defending himself look it's everybody's

01:50:21.200 first amendment right under our constitution to call a false accuser a liar that's what i've done

01:50:26.740 and so i've been sued by david boys for calling virginia roberts a liar and i'm going to prove that

01:50:33.740 she's a liar i'm going to prove that david boys is complicit and so i'm looking forward to a trial 0.64

01:50:40.040 i'm also trying to invoke the first amendment in the case and argue that i have a complete right to 0.93

01:50:45.680 defend myself this has become very political and to deny any american the right to defend himself in

01:50:52.260 the court of public opinion when they've been accused in court papers would be so un-american

01:50:56.720 um some people are mad at you because you did the deal that got uh uh jeffrey epstein

01:51:06.280 the greatest i don't i don't even know you would call it the luxury condo jail suite

01:51:13.700 kind of a deal uh and people are upset at you about that understandably and they should be uh it's my job

01:51:21.280 if any people who are upset at me got in trouble and hired me to be their lawyer i would try to do the

01:51:26.040 same thing for them uh it's the job of the defense lawyer to get the best result possible it's the

01:51:31.240 job of the prosecutor to try to get the worst result possible consistent with ethics and it's the job of

01:51:36.720 the judge to do the right thing but you can't blame the defense attorney for trying to get a good deal

01:51:41.280 for his client but you know this is this is part of the problem though in america and i don't even

01:51:46.960 know what you think about uh uh professor hayward uh i think that was his name what is it i think

01:51:54.240 you're talking about you're talking about ronald sullivan jr from yeah yeah yeah uh sullivan that was

01:51:58.440 terrible yeah he he was on the harvey weinstein team the students get him kicked out of the school

01:52:07.040 this is in boston where john adams was the guy who set up the way you're supposed to be if you're a

01:52:17.520 defense attorney you have to take cases of even the people who are the most despised and if you're a

01:52:25.240 professor with tenure you especially have to take the most despised because at least before the sullivan

01:52:31.320 case you couldn't be fired if you did it and so of course you have to take the most despised cases

01:52:36.880 that's what i teach my students sullivan wasn't fired from harvard the law school basically backs

01:52:41.560 him completely it was the college that fired him from being the dean of one of the residential

01:52:46.940 colleges because some of the women in the college said that they were frightened that they felt uh

01:52:53.680 scared to have a professor who defended somebody this is the same professor who defended many women

01:53:00.280 and who's a wonderful wonderful man the first african-american dean of a house and he

01:53:06.640 gets fired because some women say they felt unsafe by the way i think they're lying these 1.00

01:53:12.340 women who say they feel unsafe how would you feel unsafe in the presence of a professor his wife and 0.99

01:53:17.100 his children you just don't like what he's doing and you use the mantra of unsafe because that's

01:53:22.620 become the latest way of getting people fired from their jobs just say oh you feel unsafe nobody can

01:53:27.660 challenge you because you're a woman and if you're a woman and you feel unsafe that's the end of the

01:53:32.020 inquiry and uh you know i think it was a terrible thing that happened at harvard and i've condemned

01:53:36.480 harvard for for for doing it and you know people have said why doesn't harvard investigate me and my

01:53:42.200 response is please go ahead investigate me i will give you all the evidence i'm dying to be

01:53:48.300 investigated i called on the fbi in a wall street journal op-ed i said please investigate me that's the

01:53:55.140 only way i can be vindicated you know we have a new word in the vocabulary now exonerated based on

01:54:01.840 yesterday's disastrous hearing with uh with muller he said the president wasn't exonerated that's not a

01:54:08.860 legal principle uh you know prosecutors supposed to use a prosecutor not prosecute but i am looking to

01:54:15.960 be exonerated i want to be totally exonerated because i am totally and completely and categorically

01:54:22.140 innocent it's not a gray area either i'm committing perjury or my false accusers are committing perjury

01:54:28.620 and i want the fbi to determine who should go to jail i will not invoke any privileges i will say the

01:54:35.640 truth let the fbi determine who's telling the truth we don't really send people to jail now for

01:54:40.900 perjury unfortunately that's too bad especially in civil cases and i wish they did and they should

01:54:47.280 because otherwise lawyers tell their clients hey don't worry about lying a little bit in the

01:54:52.100 deposition nobody goes to jail for committing perjury in civil cases people should go to jail

01:54:56.980 for committing perjury in in civil cases and i'm inviting a criminal investigation of my testimony

01:55:03.000 because i will testify unequivocally that i never met either of these women and if i'm lying i will hold

01:55:09.380 my hands out let the handcuffs come and put me in jail but if they're lying they should go to jail

01:55:15.600 along with their lawyers so i want to leave you with this one last um thought this came from uh

01:55:23.780 new york magazine they wrote uh alan dershowitz cannot stop talking i mean it's uh it's a strange

01:55:32.080 i know it's a strange article when you read it but uh uh boy says to me it's clear mr dershowitz will

01:55:40.500 never be made whole toward the end of our morning at the vineyard dershowitz stepped out of the room

01:55:45.660 to have yet another crisis management call with his lawyer i took the opportunity to ask cohen your

01:55:51.280 wife how she uh hoped to see this case between her husband and his accusers resolved she said and i quote

01:55:57.960 my hope my greatest dream would be for this to be revealed as a sinister plot by boys that he gets

01:56:06.100 what's what's due him and alan gets totally exonerated and the me too movement pulls back

01:56:12.860 some and becomes a more reasonable due process oriented valuable movement this alerts us to the

01:56:19.800 dangers of being too fanatical the balance of presumption she says has tilted too far it's like

01:56:26.920 all men are equal are evil we're wonderful wife i am so lucky to have this woman carolyn cohen 0.52

01:56:34.760 um charleston south carolina as my wife and i'm so proud of her and she has been so smart and so

01:56:42.520 wonderful in this case where do we end alan not on your case alone but the direction that we're headed

01:56:50.760 as a nation uh there is no it is proof of innocence not proof of guilt now but even proof of innocence isn't

01:57:01.080 enough in my case i proved my innocence an accusation today is enough to get the media to turn on you

01:57:08.260 and to try to destroy your entire life by a false accusation people think that sexual abuse is so

01:57:15.420 heinous a crime that even innocence is not a defense especially if you're a trump uh defender of his

01:57:23.100 rights you even you even had it yesterday as you pointed out with muller wait you were supposed to

01:57:30.880 find out if the guy committed a crime and and you just leave the door open and say well i'm not really

01:57:40.560 sure he might have done some other things well you're not that's not the role of of anyone that's

01:57:46.940 supposed to be doing that at least in law enforcement i agree with you but in my case i'd be happy to have a

01:57:52.220 commission investigate they'll find that i did nothing wrong in my personal life and i strongly

01:57:59.800 believe i wouldn't be in the position i'm in if i hadn't taken the position against the political

01:58:04.840 correct views of liberals and stand up for the constitutional rights of donald trump the way i

01:58:10.200 stood up for the constitutional rights of richard nixon and the constitutional rights of of bill

01:58:16.260 clinton i will stand up for the constitutional rights of everybody today i'm standing up for my own

01:58:21.220 rights i never thought it would come to that but it's come to that and uh you know the new yorker

01:58:27.060 had a piece totally defending al franken attacking his accusers saying that they were lying and then

01:58:34.080 they turn around and have exactly the opposite piece about me and of course in al franken's case

01:58:39.580 there are photographs we know he did inappropriate touching in my case there is nothing zero and yet

01:58:46.260 the new yorker is gonna come out and attack me ferociously while defending al franken what's the

01:58:53.100 difference al franken is opposed to donald trump al franken believes that donald trump should be

01:58:58.740 impeached i have defended donald trump and do not believe he should be impeached i think we should

01:59:03.880 resolve all this by the election in 2020 i'm a liberal democrat who voted for hillary clinton

01:59:10.040 but i support the rights of donald trump to be treated fairly and constitutionally he's not above

01:59:16.720 the law but neither is congress and they can't impeach him for something that isn't specified in the

01:59:21.200 constitution that's the law as well alan dershowitz this has been a remarkable conversation i i admire

01:59:29.140 you much more than i ever have you're and i've admired you for a long time um thank you so much for

01:59:37.240 spending the time we'd love to have you come down for a uh podcast so i would be happy to do it

01:59:48.440 a reason and uh he may they picked on the wrong guy i think they've picked on the wrong guy and this may

01:59:57.320 have a giant effect uh on uh freedom of speech and and and everything else and let me just add one more

02:00:05.480 thing if you watch the muller report yesterday how old is robert muller 74 i think 74 alan dershowitz

02:02:26.840 interview a confident guy uh and compelling uh compelling case on his innocence you're listening
