00:00:00.000 Election Day doesn't clear your calendar for you.
00:00:02.460 It'd be nice if it did.
00:00:03.660 Unfortunately, you still have to go to work.
00:00:05.160 The kids still have to get to someplace, and somebody else might get sick, or the car won't start.
00:00:09.500 And that super important meeting runs long.
00:00:12.040 None of those things care that this was the day you planned on voting.
00:00:15.700 So don't build a plan that only works if everything goes right.
00:00:19.480 Early voting is available everywhere.
00:00:21.800 If it's available where you live, find out when it starts.
00:00:24.380 Know where you need to go.
00:00:25.880 Look at your calendar.
00:00:26.900 Pick a day when you can actually get it done.
00:00:29.020 because voting is important enough to treat it like something you intend to do,
00:00:33.260 not something you hope you'll have time to do.
00:00:36.300 Go to GOPVotes.org right now.
00:00:39.000 Find out when you can vote.
00:00:40.780 Make your voice heard.
00:00:41.960 It's easier than ever.
00:00:43.400 Get the election reminders.
00:00:45.000 Look up your polling location and pick a date to go vote early.
00:00:48.120 Go to GOPVotes.org today.
00:00:51.760 That's GOPVotes.org.
00:00:54.840 Do it.
00:00:59.020 We'll be right back.
00:01:29.020 the fusion of entertainment enlightenment and empowerment this is the glenn beck program
00:01:46.920 hello america welcome to the glenn beck program we have a lot to talk about including we begin
00:01:53.700 with the price of diesel and why our gas prices are still so high even though we are even though
00:02:00.240 we are now have more oil coming out of the Strait of Hormuz right now than we did before the war so
00:02:08.200 why is your gas price so high I'll explain it has everything to do with diesel and what Trump did
00:02:12.260 yesterday is a good start to at least ease the pain for a little while for some of our truckers
00:02:19.940 Also, what is happening in France today and why should you care?
00:02:24.580 How does that relate to us?
00:02:25.880 I'll share that with you coming up in just a minute.
00:02:28.620 First, let me tell you about our sponsor.
00:02:30.440 It's Leaf Filter.
00:02:31.920 You know, I got to tell you, one of the greatest inventions of all time is the leaf blower.
00:02:36.420 I love the leaf blower because it just makes everything so easy,
00:02:39.520 and especially if you have a lawn with a lot of leaves.
00:02:41.760 Now somebody just needs to invent a neighbor that doesn't mind you blowing all your leaves into their yard.
00:02:46.780 Like, for some reason, they keep getting pissed off.
00:02:49.740 So you rake the leaves up and you bag them up and your hands hurt and your back is on fire.
00:02:55.760 You stuff that last handful in the last bag.
00:02:58.220 You look across your beautiful clean yard.
00:03:00.360 You did it.
00:03:00.900 You're done.
00:03:01.360 And then you look up and you're like, there's leaves in the gutter.
00:03:04.900 Leaf filter.
00:03:06.200 Leaf filter is going to take care of that for you.
00:03:08.220 They're professionals.
00:03:08.980 Clean, realign, and seal your gutters.
00:03:10.900 Then they install their gutter protection system to help keep leaves, pine needles, and other crap out of your gutters.
00:03:16.620 you're probably still going to have to rake the yard.
00:03:18.920 I mean, unless you have a neighbor that, I don't know,
00:03:21.840 is too ill to get outside to be...
00:03:25.000 Sorry, this is so bad.
00:03:28.080 Anyway, Leaf Filter, leaffilter.com slash Glenn Beck.
00:03:32.760 Leaffilter.com slash Glenn Beck.
00:03:34.960 Get a quote that's good for a full year.
00:03:36.520 Right now, you can get up 35% off Leaf Filter
00:03:38.920 at leaffilter.com slash Glenn Beck.
00:03:46.100 Okay, so right now, the president yesterday signed in an executive order to not cut the taxes per se, but allow people to use what is called red diesel.
00:04:03.080 That's an off-road diesel.
00:04:04.580 That's for trucks, for farm trucks, for off-roading, for tractors.
00:04:12.060 And he's saying, now we're going to allow big semi-trucks to use it on the road.
00:04:17.900 It's an off-road diesel, red diesel.
00:04:20.180 And it's just the same diesel.
00:04:21.460 It's just tinted red.
00:04:22.700 So they know this is not a taxed diesel.
00:04:26.920 Here's the president yesterday signing it in.
00:04:29.620 I'm going to do what Joe Biden couldn't do.
00:04:32.160 Sign his signature.
00:04:42.060 so yeah i just did something what joe biden was incapable he could not sign
00:04:51.520 he only used auto pens look at that isn't that nice
00:04:54.180 so this is a temporary break through december 31st um and it could save the truckers up to
00:05:05.780 about $100 every time they fill up. Now, here's the thing that everybody should know.
00:05:12.960 This is a deferred tax. If Congress doesn't back it up, the truckers are going to be on the hook
00:05:21.700 for that tax. So they'll have a huge tax bill. If I were the president, I would be saying another
00:05:28.540 reason truckers go out and vote for the republicans because they will not get rid of this tax i can
00:05:36.940 only do what i do congress has to do the rest so now he's giving truckers a temporary break
00:05:44.080 why isn't he doing that with gasoline i don't know but i will tell you my best guess is somebody has
00:05:51.020 come over from the treasury department and said mr president we cannot defer taxes we cannot cut
00:05:57.780 taxes on gasoline. We cannot do it. Nobody wants to buy our treasury bills right now. We are spending
00:06:03.940 money like it's going out of crazy, going out of style. We cannot do any more. And so this is why
00:06:12.460 this is a deferred tax. Congress will have to be able to say, nope, truckers, you don't have to
00:06:18.580 make that up. Farmers, you don't have to make that up. And we're not doing more. And it ends
00:06:25.280 December 31st because of our situation with our debt.
00:06:32.620 Now, let me tie this into France.
00:06:39.400 What is happening in France?
00:06:41.860 Yesterday, the French government spent the whole day trying to put out a fire that started
00:06:46.960 in a high school.
00:06:49.020 Today, people who started it are trying to make that fire even bigger.
00:06:54.120 It began the 17th of September at a school in a suburb outside of Paris.
00:06:58.260 The complaint was ordinary teachers are not showing up.
00:07:02.420 Classrooms are past capacity.
00:07:05.620 Buildings are falling apart.
00:07:06.620 Three weeks later, it's a national crisis.
00:07:11.520 On Monday, students disrupted or blockaded more than 400 of France's high schools.
00:07:17.380 24 schools have been burned or ransacked.
00:07:20.080 Today, the schools are closed.
00:07:21.660 Students are burning the schools that they say they want fixed.
00:07:25.600 78 staff has been injured.
00:07:27.900 More than 600 police officers hurt.
00:07:30.680 Since last Monday, there have been roughly 5,000 arrests, and 85% of them are kids.
00:07:37.840 Northern town of Lenz, a 15-year-old, lost his hand and part of his arm when a police stun grenade went off during a clash.
00:07:44.940 Don't pick those things up, kids.
00:07:47.660 Authorities have not confirmed exactly how it happened.
00:07:50.080 Investigations are open.
00:07:51.660 But now that boy is the story, as it always is.
00:07:56.680 You have video after video after video.
00:07:59.500 This is not the way to get things taken care of.
00:08:03.080 This is not a spontaneous disruption.
00:08:09.020 These riots are planned.
00:08:11.160 These riots are encouraged.
00:08:14.660 So the 24 burned schools, everybody today is talking about the kid who lost his hand.
00:08:20.040 We know how that works.
00:08:21.000 We've watched one video take over this country.
00:08:24.700 A government's answer yesterday came in two parts.
00:08:28.280 Restore order and promise money.
00:08:31.600 Now, how are you going to do that?
00:08:33.340 Prime Minister has a plan to fill empty teaching jobs, fix the buildings, and rework the school day.
00:08:38.680 The decisions are supposed to be out by the end of the month.
00:08:41.180 He's also pushing a bill that makes rioters pay for what they break.
00:08:44.580 Good.
00:08:45.760 Everyone's already campaigning.
00:08:47.760 Presidential election is about six months away.
00:08:49.900 The center is blaming the hard left for stoking the kids.
00:08:53.560 The hard left denies it.
00:08:54.840 The right says restore order.
00:08:56.820 And the students are already calling the state classist and racist.
00:09:00.580 Ever heard that one before?
00:09:03.000 Now, today, organizers are calling this Act Three.
00:09:07.280 Hmm.
00:09:08.100 Wait a minute.
00:09:08.500 I thought this was spontaneous.
00:09:10.020 How come that way?
00:09:10.940 We're already in the third act of a three-act play?
00:09:13.400 What?
00:09:14.600 National Day of Marches and Blockades.
00:09:17.220 Off the campuses and into the streets,
00:09:19.200 teachers' unions have now joined them.
00:09:24.800 Weren't they trying to set a few teachers on fire?
00:09:27.040 Weren't they beating the teachers?
00:09:28.540 Now the teachers' unions are behind it.
00:09:30.780 The National Parents' Union.
00:09:32.500 I don't even know what that is.
00:09:34.720 Our embassy in Paris is warning Americans about transport shutdowns.
00:09:38.680 Paris fears a convergence of angers.
00:09:42.280 That is already there, gang.
00:09:45.300 High school kids, public sector unions,
00:09:47.080 And people furious about fuel prices all in the same street in the same day.
00:09:51.140 It happened in 1968.
00:09:52.420 I told you about that yesterday.
00:09:54.460 So while the schools burned, the money moved.
00:09:58.080 The French stock market fell to a six-month low.
00:10:01.480 The euro has now hit its lowest point against the dollar in a year and a half.
00:10:05.960 The rate France pays to borrow for 10 years topped 5% last week.
00:10:11.920 That's not been seen in more than 20 years.
00:10:15.080 France's own central banker warned the country could be strangled by interest rates.
00:10:21.680 France owes more than its entire economy produces in a year.
00:10:25.480 The government has a budget that costs 54 billion euros.
00:10:29.400 The people lend France money.
00:10:31.480 The people who do that, they don't trust that they're going to get their money back.
00:10:35.620 They believe a divided parliament will pass it in six months before an election.
00:10:39.440 So it's not going to happen.
00:10:41.100 The two stories are actually one story.
00:10:43.320 The kids are in the street because the state takes a lot and delivers little.
00:10:47.620 The state can't deliver more because it's drowning in what it already owes.
00:10:51.740 Does any of this sound familiar?
00:10:53.840 And every new promise to the kids make the lenders more nervous.
00:10:58.720 And the kids know, mom and dad are not paying for that now.
00:11:02.520 I'm going to pay for that in 40 years.
00:11:04.980 That raises the interest.
00:11:06.500 The higher the interest leaves less for the schools.
00:11:09.300 That's not a riot.
00:11:10.540 That's a trap with a riot inside of it.
00:11:14.000 Here's why you should care about this.
00:11:16.860 Why care about what's happening with the high schools in France?
00:11:20.060 Because we are running the same confidence game.
00:11:23.960 We are running the same thing, only bigger and slower.
00:11:27.220 We owe $40 trillion.
00:11:29.000 We now spend more on interest than our entire military.
00:11:33.020 Remember when I warned there's going to come a day
00:11:35.280 where the biggest item on our budget will be interest.
00:11:41.480 We now pay more interest than our budget for the military.
00:11:46.880 And that doesn't fix a school or pay for a teacher or buy a bomb or feed somebody or fix a road.
00:11:53.020 None of that.
00:11:54.640 And both parties have decided telling you the truth is political suicide.
00:11:59.740 Mine included.
00:12:00.500 Republicans, you discover the debt every time you lose and you misplace it every time you win.
00:12:06.080 So, please.
00:12:06.840 The only difference between us and France right now is the world still gives the dollar the benefit of the doubt, but that could end overnight.
00:12:16.820 France used to have that.
00:12:19.120 Meanwhile, the original complaint disappeared.
00:12:21.780 Teacher who isn't there, roof that leaks.
00:12:24.180 In three weeks, it became a fight about race, about police, about who gets to be president.
00:12:30.160 The kid who just wanted a chemistry teacher got lost.
00:12:33.340 It's not about that anymore.
00:12:35.140 This is what's happening all over the world.
00:12:37.980 Can I play the cut 10?
00:12:39.720 This is from Lioness, the movie Lioness,
00:12:44.000 and it's advice being given by foreigners to American CIA.
00:12:53.240 Listen.
00:12:54.020 Drop them at the embassy, then back to the farm.
00:12:56.280 Coffee.
00:12:58.460 Remember, never underestimate how many hate you.
00:13:04.460 Never underestimate how many hate us.
00:13:10.820 That's why these street rights, they could start with a perfectly reasonable thing,
00:13:14.780 and they will spiral out because it is about destruction.
00:13:19.640 Never dismiss how many people hate us.
00:13:27.080 Real failure becomes an identity war.
00:13:30.320 And what's actually broken will never get fixed because they don't want it fixed.
00:13:37.820 You know, the last time France was here, part of the bill was ours.
00:13:44.140 1781, France paying for the American Revolution.
00:13:47.500 The ships, the soldiers, the gold, everything that helped us win in Yorktown.
00:13:53.040 That fall, everything that was happening was bought on credit by the French.
00:13:59.160 France didn't raise taxes to pay for our freedom.
00:14:02.340 It borrowed.
00:14:04.000 Now, what's about to happen in France just a few years later?
00:14:07.420 The revolution, right?
00:14:08.720 Do you know how much that was caused by our revolution?
00:14:12.880 And not because it's an idea, but because of the debt.
00:14:16.740 That year, the king's finance minister did something no French minister had ever done.
00:14:20.620 He published the king's books.
00:14:22.660 It was a slim report bound in blue paper showing the public where all the money went.
00:14:27.680 The bottom line, it was good news.
00:14:29.560 France was running a surplus.
00:14:31.560 It became a bestseller.
00:14:32.740 People lined up to buy a government budget.
00:14:34.860 The guy was a hero.
00:14:35.760 It was like, wow, look at how well we're doing.
00:14:38.460 There was one problem.
00:14:39.900 The surplus was in the everyday account.
00:14:43.120 The war was another account.
00:14:45.200 There were two sets of books.
00:14:47.180 The loans for America weren't at the bottom line at all.
00:14:51.120 Soon Paris caught on there.
00:14:52.460 We're like, wait a minute, wait a minute.
00:14:53.180 Where's the money to America?
00:14:55.600 This is called a blue story.
00:14:57.860 A blue story in France is known as a fairy tale.
00:15:00.860 Oh, you're just telling me a blue story because it was printed on blue paper.
00:15:05.360 They stopped calling it the king's accounts.
00:15:08.060 They called it the blue fairy tale.
00:15:10.460 Few years later, the next minister opened the real books and found the whole.
00:15:15.360 1788, roughly half of everything the king spent went to interest on what he already owed.
00:15:21.300 The lenders stopped lending to France.
00:15:23.360 That summer, the treasury stopped paying.
00:15:26.260 To raise money, the king had to do what the French king had done in nearly 200 years,
00:15:31.420 and that's called the whole nation together, and ask.
00:15:34.880 They came, but they didn't leave.
00:15:38.000 Because what are we going to do about it, gang?
00:15:40.540 French Revolution didn't start with a guillotine.
00:15:42.680 It started with an interest payment.
00:15:45.880 An interest payment.
00:15:47.400 And radicals on the streets who were complaining about everything
00:15:50.580 and wanting to overthrow the king.
00:15:52.360 They wanted to get rid of the king.
00:15:54.020 The interest rate was the reason.
00:15:58.000 That's all they needed.
00:16:01.660 The country could not borrow its way out of what came next.
00:16:06.680 That's the pattern.
00:16:08.240 A government makes promises it cannot pay for.
00:16:11.000 It hides the bill in another account, another year, another generation.
00:16:15.300 And for a while, the blue book says surplus, and everybody buys a copy.
00:16:19.360 and then the lenders do the arithmetic
00:16:20.840 that the voters wouldn't do
00:16:22.480 and the bill arrives all at once
00:16:24.840 and it arrives in the street
00:16:26.240 carried by people who never signed for it.
00:16:30.220 See, this is the problem
00:16:31.660 and it's going to be the problem here
00:16:32.920 and it's the problem in France.
00:16:34.200 The kids burning the schools in France,
00:16:36.400 they're not wrong.
00:16:38.500 They're wrong.
00:16:39.160 You don't fix a school by burning it.
00:16:41.560 You don't riot in the streets, okay?
00:16:44.360 No grievance gives anyone the right
00:16:46.500 to hurt somebody else or destroy things.
00:16:49.360 But they're right about this.
00:16:51.280 They are paying for a party they were never invited to.
00:16:54.820 And our kids are going to feel it that way too.
00:16:56.920 Maybe not today.
00:16:59.140 Because we are the almighty dollar, it buys us time.
00:17:02.500 But time is the most dangerous thing a debtor can have because it feels like a solution.
00:17:07.840 Nobody's talking about our debt here.
00:17:10.100 You know it.
00:17:12.160 Mathematically, we cannot get out of this.
00:17:14.360 When the rest of the world catches up with the math, it's over.
00:17:20.340 So watch France today.
00:17:22.220 The street is going to tell you how angry they are, how much people hate them.
00:17:28.260 See, this is not about just America.
00:17:30.620 This is about the entire West, and it's being dismantled by people who hate the West.
00:17:37.880 And the bond market is going to tell you whether France can still govern.
00:17:43.580 Then ask the question that nobody in Washington wants you to ask.
00:17:47.040 not who to blame ask this question where's our blue book which account are you not looking at
00:17:54.520 which account are you not telling us about the bill always comes the choice you get is whether
00:18:00.720 you open it or your children do most importantly this is why jd vance was given the biggest gift
00:18:08.120 donald trump has ever given anybody he has put him in charge of finding all of the corruption
00:18:14.940 If J.D. Vance wants to be president and win in a landslide, he will show half a half a trillion or three quarters of a trillion dollars in savings just in graft and corruption.
00:18:30.760 That's all that man should be working on right now, because that would change the bond market.
00:18:36.700 That will change our interest rate, which changes your interest rate.
00:18:40.600 Everything changes.
00:18:41.960 Donald Trump needs to win the war.
00:18:44.060 We need to stop the war with a win.
00:18:49.080 Why is your gas price so high?
00:18:51.560 What do they fill those oil tankers with?
00:18:55.620 Diesel.
00:18:58.020 Why is diesel so high?
00:19:00.660 Because Ukraine and Russia are fighting.
00:19:04.360 And Ukraine is blowing up all of their refineries.
00:19:08.000 Next hour, I'm going to tell you something else that Donald Trump did to help the diesel price.
00:19:12.680 but his job is to fix the wars stop the wars that will fix that the next president if jd vance i
00:19:23.240 like marco rubio i like jd vance i i want to hear the argument as we go i'm just saying jd vance has
00:19:30.140 the biggest opportunity of all time because i'm tired of paying for it all you are too we know
00:19:36.820 we're being robbed blind fix that jd vance and you'll become the next president of the united

00:20:01.920 Dr. Johnson is in your network or not.
00:20:05.160 Right now, during Medicare open enrollment,
00:20:07.400 you need to figure this stuff out.
00:20:08.880 Research shows only one in 10 Americans
00:20:11.080 are on the right plan for their needs.
00:20:12.520 One in 10.
00:20:13.680 The average person studied
00:20:15.900 was overspending now by more than $1,000 a year.
00:20:20.800 One in 10 is overspending by more than $2,000 a year.
00:20:25.060 Call Chapter.
00:20:26.240 They have a licensed Medicare advisor
00:20:27.660 who can help you look at your options

00:20:33.040 Medicare is open right now.
00:20:34.940 The enrollment time to guess is over.

00:20:41.000 Say the keyword chapter.
00:20:42.120 Pound 250.
00:20:42.820 Keyword chapter.
00:20:44.240 Act now.
00:20:45.100 10 seconds.
00:20:45.540 Station ID.
00:20:45.960 uh jason what did i miss on that jason buttrell who is uh our host for the insider broadcast that
00:21:03.980 runs parallel with this one um what did i miss i don't i don't think you missed anything what's
00:21:09.600 remarkable to me as i hear you talk about that there was a wall street journal that i was just
00:21:13.760 about to read in the next insider segment that talked about how um france's economic situation
00:21:19.580 is just absolutely nuts the title of the article is called france's appetite for quote magic money
00:21:24.640 has turned into a debt bomb and it goes all the way through it it talks about their bonds and how
00:21:30.480 they're just crashing and um if you look at it it mirrors a lot of stuff we're seeing here in the
00:21:36.280 united states specifically on bond markets and i'm like the entire western world is in this problem
00:21:42.120 The one thing that is different, and this is very, very interesting, is that you also look at manufacturing, GDP expansion.
00:21:49.660 Those things are where we differ from the rest of Western nations.
00:21:54.120 Ours are going up.
00:21:55.420 We're expanding.
00:21:55.980 Yes.
00:21:57.960 They're not.
00:21:59.120 They're not.
00:21:59.740 Here's the key that everybody needs to understand.
00:22:02.580 You can want to protest all you want, but look at France.
00:22:05.580 Their bond market is falling apart because the world is losing confidence in their ability to govern.
00:22:11.900 If the streets in America are set on fire and we can't control that, the bond market says,
00:22:20.040 I can't trust that this money is safe in America anymore.
00:22:22.900 When that happens, it's game over.
00:22:26.300 It's game over.
00:22:27.680 We must be pulling for just reason, just reason and calm.
00:22:32.940 All right, International Fellowship.
00:22:34.640 There's Jewish Americans right now who are looking at what is happening in this country.
00:22:38.520 Imagine being in New York.
00:22:41.900 I mean, you never wanted to ask this question.
00:22:43.880 Is America safe for me as a Jew?
00:22:47.060 Anti-Semitism is rising.
00:22:48.740 You see what happened with Mamdani yesterday?
00:22:50.860 It's becoming louder, more open, more acceptable in places where it should have been driven out immediately.
00:22:56.400 I wish I could tell you we've seen the worst of it, but I'm not sure we have.
00:22:59.480 In fact, I don't think we have.
00:23:00.380 Tomorrow marks three years since October 7th, three years since Hamas murdered 1,200 people and celebrated online and took another 251 hostages.
00:23:10.640 It's a moment for Christians to be very clear about where they stand.
00:23:14.220 That is why I'm flying underneath the American flag this week in honor of Israel at my ranch.
00:23:19.620 I am flying the Israeli flag, and I invite you to do the same.
00:23:22.540 You can get one of their flags, flags of fellowship movement.
00:23:25.560 Fly the Israeli flag at your home, your church, your business.
00:23:28.540 Let the Jewish people around the world see that you support not all of their policies or anything,
00:23:35.840 the Jewish people having a homeland.
00:23:39.020 I want you to go to joinFOF.org.
00:23:42.360 JoinFOF.org.

00:24:27.240 Let's go together.
00:24:29.780 I love candles.
00:24:30.960 I always have a candle burning in my office.
00:24:32.980 In my office, it always smells great.
00:24:34.720 And so we started making these, and I think they're for sale.
00:24:39.120 I'm not sure.
00:24:40.000 This is the first feast candle, a candle for a grateful nation.
00:24:44.900 It is caramel, smoky wood, and warm leather.
00:24:49.140 It smells so good.
00:24:51.960 And you can get it now, Glenbeck Candle, for the-
00:24:54.380 Glenbeckshop.com.
00:24:56.120 I see it there, and it looks so good that I can smell it through the screen.
00:25:01.880 I got to tell you, it does smell really, really good.
00:25:04.360 We've been trying different candles, and I'm having one.
00:25:07.480 These are all being specially made by somebody who actually-
00:25:10.500 I'll tell the story later.
00:25:12.100 You're going to love the story of the woman who makes these candles.
00:25:14.860 You're going to love it.
00:25:16.460 But anyway, you can go to glenbeckshop.com or shop Glenbeckshop.com.
00:25:20.600 What is it?
00:25:21.820 It's glenbeckshop.com.
00:25:23.720 Yes.
00:25:24.340 Okay, thank you.
00:25:24.660 Can I ask, what is soy wax?
00:25:25.760 All right.
00:25:26.200 What is 100% soy wax?
00:25:28.920 Because that's what it's made of.
00:25:29.860 It's wax made out of soy.
00:25:32.740 You know how sometimes candles can burn your nose and they're really harsh?
00:25:41.120 That's because the wax is not good wax.
00:25:44.400 So this is really good wax.
00:25:45.280 Anyway, let me tell you this.
00:25:48.300 I've had to become one, strangely.
00:25:50.460 Let me tell you some good news here.
00:25:52.660 And Jason, I'd like you to chime in on this one quickly.
00:25:55.420 It's about polls.
00:25:56.520 This is coming from Rasmussen.
00:25:58.360 And I don't know what polls to believe because polls are showing, you know,
00:26:02.880 Tal Rico is winning by 90 points.
00:26:06.020 And you're like, no, I don't think so.
00:26:08.700 The Hispanic voters swing sharply towards Republicans in latest generic poll.
00:26:14.480 New Rasmussen poll shows Republicans leading Democrats 50 to 42 among Hispanic voters.
00:26:21.000 That's a 13-point gain for the GOP since September 17th.
00:26:25.960 I'll tell you, I think there's a swing back towards normalcy.
00:26:31.560 I think El Saeed and everybody else, I think the Democrats have gone too radical.
00:26:37.920 And I think people are coming to the, as we're getting closer.
00:26:41.640 But hurry, hurry, because voting is, you know, starting soon, and we cannot lose this vote.
00:26:52.020 By the way, Schumer came out yesterday and said, you know, we're not going to appoint a Supreme Court justice.
00:26:58.740 So if anybody retires, we're not going to appoint a Supreme Court justice if they take control of the Senate.
00:27:03.740 Really?
00:27:04.260 So if somebody dies, you know, in January, you're just done.
00:27:09.700 Really?
00:27:10.800 And yet, they're also pushing for packing the court.
00:27:13.380 Now, listen to this.
00:27:14.460 There's a new McLaughlin poll out this week.
00:27:17.380 Six in 10 Americans want the Supreme Court locked at nine justices.
00:27:22.520 That's good news.
00:27:24.420 They'd even write it into the Constitution, something called Keep the Nine Amendment.
00:27:29.800 Last month, that amendment came to the House floor and died, 212 to 206, mostly right down party lines.
00:27:36.800 Meanwhile, Kamala Harris has floated 13 justices.
00:27:42.000 Jayapal says Democrats are absolutely going to expand the court.
00:27:45.600 The most popular plans on the left takes the court to 16, so doubling the size of the Supreme Court.
00:27:52.960 Okay, here's the good news.
00:27:54.520 Six in 10 Americans get it.
00:27:56.160 The bad news, four in 10 either want it or don't know enough to care.
00:28:03.520 That's a political problem.
00:28:05.860 But more importantly, that's a classroom problem.
00:28:09.380 About a third of Americans cannot name the three branches of government.
00:28:14.520 You cannot defend a house when you don't know where the doors are or why the doors were even put there.
00:28:20.760 So let's have a class.
00:28:22.600 No test.
00:28:24.220 Okay, maybe a small one.
00:28:25.160 The founders built three branches.
00:28:28.100 Congress writes the law.
00:28:30.040 The president enforces it.
00:28:31.980 The court calls the balls and the strikes.
00:28:33.980 The court is the umpire.
00:28:36.440 It has no army.
00:28:37.900 It has no money.
00:28:39.300 Hamilton says it has neither force nor will, only judgment.
00:28:46.080 All that it has is that both teams to agree to respect the call because they're the umpire.
00:28:53.400 Okay?
00:28:54.260 Now picture the World Series.
00:28:56.100 Your team is down in the ninth.
00:28:58.120 and you don't like the umpire because the umpire has been has been throwing the game to the other
00:29:04.400 side you think so your manager walks out on the field with four of his buddies in black shirts
00:29:09.500 and says these are the umpires now they're gonna huddle well the next pitch is a strike every pitch
00:29:16.980 is a strike did you fix baseball no you actually ended baseball because the next season the other
00:29:26.400 team wins and brings in six buddies and adds them to your four, then you bring eight. By 2040,
00:29:34.520 the Supreme Court has 41 justices, meets in a high school gym, and nobody on earth believes a word
00:29:40.200 that it says. A court that changes size every time power changes hands is not a court. It's a rubber
00:29:46.300 stamp with a robe. A rule you keep while you're winning is not a principle. It's a strategy.
00:29:55.320 You have to keep the rules while you're losing.
00:29:59.320 Now, Constitution does not set a number.
00:30:01.980 Congress can change it, but it's been nine since 1869.
00:30:06.340 One president made a serious run at it, and it was Franklin Roosevelt, 1937.
00:30:11.040 At the height of his power, he had just won 46 out of 48 states.
00:30:15.140 His party owned the Senate.
00:30:17.700 The court kept striking down his new deal, and so he stood up and said,
00:30:21.600 I want six new justices.
00:30:23.340 And who stopped him?
00:30:24.560 Who stopped him from doing that?
00:30:28.220 His own party, the Democrats.
00:30:31.680 The Senate Judiciary Committee, run by the Democrats,
00:30:35.320 wrote that the plan should be rejected so hard
00:30:38.120 that no one would ever dare bring it back.
00:30:41.880 Those Democrats knew the umpire wasn't theirs to own.
00:30:47.000 The Democrats stopped a Democratic president in 1937.
00:30:52.720 So why?
00:30:54.560 because it's the same story every single time.
00:30:58.640 Where does the road go when nobody stops it?
00:31:01.040 Let me give you a couple examples.
00:31:02.280 Venezuela, 2004.
00:31:04.120 Hugo Chavez had a court problem,
00:31:05.960 so he passed a law taking the Supreme Court
00:31:07.960 from 20 justices to 32
00:31:10.340 and filled the seats with his friends.
00:31:13.340 Two years later, what was happening?
00:31:15.660 At the ceremony opening of the court that year,
00:31:18.820 the justices of Venezuela's Supreme Court
00:31:21.100 stood up and chanted,
00:31:23.780 Chavez campaign slogan for years after that the court essentially never ruled against his
00:31:30.600 government no umpire means no limits seize the businesses shut down the tv stations rig the
00:31:38.640 elections all those things happened and the supreme court in Venezuela stopped none of it
00:31:44.680 a nation sitting on the largest oil reserves on earth ended up with people digging through the
00:31:50.740 garbage for food, and nearly 8 million people fled. That didn't start with tanks or guns.
00:31:58.900 It started with 12 new chairs in a courtroom.
00:32:05.480 How has our republic lasted this long? You know, the average national constitution in the world
00:32:11.480 lasts 17 years. Ours is now pushing 240 years. It's the oldest written national constitution
00:32:19.140 still in use on the planet.
00:32:21.040 Not because we're smarter or luckier,
00:32:23.440 but because our founders assumed the worst about all of us.
00:32:28.180 Madison said, if men were angels,
00:32:30.220 no government would be necessary.
00:32:32.520 We're not angels.
00:32:34.600 So they took power because they know power corrupts absolutely.
00:32:39.080 They chopped it up into little pieces
00:32:40.920 and made every piece jealous of the other.
00:32:44.840 The system is slow and it is annoying
00:32:47.660 and it's hard to grab.
00:32:49.140 That's not a bug.
00:32:51.100 That's the protection.
00:32:53.580 The people who want to pack the court say the system is broken.
00:32:57.300 They're half right.
00:32:59.180 Something is broken, but it's not the Constitution.
00:33:02.820 What's broken is we don't follow the Constitution.
00:33:06.400 What's broken is us.
00:33:09.040 We stopped following it about 100 years ago,
00:33:11.700 and both parties have their fingerprints all over the crime.
00:33:16.020 There was an Ohio farmer named Roscoe Filburn.
00:33:19.140 sorry if you've heard this story before but it is the it's the one of the most important it was
00:33:25.140 big mistake okay he grows extra wheat to feed his own chickens he never sells the wheat okay
00:33:32.440 it never leaves his farm the supreme court ruled that that's interstate commerce and
00:33:40.080 washington could regulate his week wheat wait wait he was like i just feed my chickens
00:33:46.920 How is feeding my chickens, my own wheat, interstate commerce?
00:33:51.080 If that's interstate commerce, what isn't interstate?
00:33:54.520 Exactly.
00:33:56.940 Do you know that Congress hasn't declared a war since 1942?
00:34:00.100 We have fought plenty of them.
00:34:02.340 Congress hands its lawmaking to agencies nobody elected.
00:34:07.020 That's because Congress doesn't want to have to do the hard work.
00:34:10.580 So they beefed up all of these agencies and all of the agencies.
00:34:14.980 I didn't impose that tax on you.
00:34:17.200 That's not my fault that that rule,
00:34:18.560 that you have to talk to the agency
00:34:19.820 and you can't elect anybody in the agency.
00:34:24.040 Presidents of both parties governed by pen and phone now
00:34:27.580 because Congress won't do its job.
00:34:30.660 Congress should be jealous of the president's power.
00:34:34.260 Congress is the check on the president's power.
00:34:37.460 The umpire is not the problem.
00:34:39.100 The players stop reading the rule book.
00:34:41.340 The umpires need to be strengthened, if anything else,
00:34:44.640 and read the rule book themselves called the Constitution.
00:34:49.060 When somebody tells you we need a new system or a bigger court
00:34:52.600 or a new convention or a modern Constitution for a modern age,
00:34:56.440 ask this one question.
00:34:58.660 Can you tell me the last time we actually used the old one?
00:35:04.980 Because I can take almost every story that is in your newspaper today
00:35:08.920 and I can trace it back to, well, that's a violation of this part of the Constitution.
00:35:14.320 That's a misunderstanding of this part of what the founders said in the Constitution.
00:35:18.200 That is the Supreme Court saying this, which is not in the Constitution.
00:35:21.980 That is because of an agency that is not in the Constitution.
00:35:26.500 We don't need a new Constitution.
00:35:28.780 We don't need more Supreme Court justices.
00:35:31.160 We need to restore the one we stopped obeying.
00:35:35.300 And that doesn't start in Washington, gang.
00:35:39.460 It starts with each of us.
00:35:44.000 It starts in your kitchen table.
00:35:56.020 Constitution takes you about half an hour to read.
00:35:58.380 Half an hour.
00:36:00.180 Read it with your kids tonight.
00:36:03.960 The people who want to replace it are counting on the fact that you will never read the Constitution.
00:36:10.420 You don't understand it?
00:36:11.740 put it in a grok and chat gpt and claude and our take take it from claude and then take their
00:36:20.820 answer of what do these things mean and then put it into chat gpt and say claude says it means this
00:36:25.980 what do you think let them fight it out you can you can understand the constitution it's not that
00:36:35.280 complex. We need to restore the one we stopped obeying. Six in 10 Americans know why nine matter.
00:36:47.000 The word hello is older than the telephone. People have been using versions of it for
00:36:52.120 centuries when the telephone came along. Alexander Graham Bell thought people should
00:36:55.820 answer it by saying, ahoy. You answered that. You're answering the phone. Ahoy. No, it's hello,

00:39:38.280 Jason, he was just reading an email in the Insider segment.
00:39:43.020 Read that email again, will you?
00:39:44.380 Insider said, I just binge-watched all eight episodes of Linus last night.
00:39:49.860 Oh, my gosh.
00:39:52.140 Yeah.
00:39:52.960 Yeah, it's terrifying.
00:39:54.480 And it is a master class on what is happening right now.
00:39:59.360 I don't know if you could binge watch all eight of them before the special on Thursday, but that's the problem.
00:40:06.540 When you see that, that's the problem, and that is also a fictional version of what we're going to show you.
00:40:12.200 We're going to show you the real thing on Thursday.
00:40:15.560 We're going to show you, you know, never underestimate how much.
00:40:20.720 Play that clip again from Lioness.
00:40:23.960 Drop them at the embassy, then back to the farm.
00:40:26.420 Copy.
00:40:28.500 Remember, never underestimate how many hate you.
00:40:34.620 Okay.
00:40:35.640 You have no idea.
00:40:37.300 When you understand that one concept of how this is not about justice,
00:40:42.260 This is not about, they hate us and are trying to destroy the entire Western world.
00:40:47.460 France is on fire today.
00:40:48.720 It's all coming.
00:40:50.540 And when you understand that, then you can start going, oh, wait a minute, wait a minute.
00:40:55.100 How does this work?
00:40:56.120 And I'm going to show you how other countries, Germany, Germany, our quote unquote friend,
00:41:04.100 money coming from the German government is actually helping DSA.
00:41:08.920 And we will show you all of this.
00:41:11.360 It's really terrifying, but you must educate yourself to be able to see and explain to your friends, no, this is not about Donald Trump.
00:41:21.480 This is not even about Kamala Harris.
00:41:23.220 This is not about the local politics.
00:41:26.000 This is about how the world is colluding to bring down the Western world.
00:41:33.400 And it's not necessarily government money, although government money is doing it.
00:41:40.160 Did you notice, you notice how everybody, as soon as we stopped USAID, how all the elections are no longer socialist in South America?
00:41:48.380 Isn't that strange?
00:41:50.200 Hmm, what a coincidence that is.
00:41:53.600 These are groups, large money groups, these are NGOs that are actually pulling the strings all over the world and affecting our elections and propping up the DSA.
00:42:05.800 That's Thursday night, 8 o'clock, only on Torch.

00:42:32.320 You know we've been fighting every single day.

00:42:39.440 trying to feed you. We work tirelessly to bring you the unfiltered truth because you deserve it.
00:42:45.320 But to keep this fight going, we need you. Right now, would you take a moment and rate and review
00:42:50.200 the Glenn Beck podcast? Give us five stars and lead a comment because every single review helps
00:42:55.220 us break through Big Tech's algorithm to reach more Americans who need to hear the truth. This
00:43:00.480 isn't a podcast this is a movement and you're part of it a big part of it so if you believe in what
00:43:06.020 we're doing you want more people to wake up help us push this podcast to the top rate review share
00:43:11.560 together we'll make a difference and thanks for standing with us now let's get to work here's
00:43:16.980 something i want you to hear it's medicare open enrollment yay the only time of year where you
00:43:21.900 can make changes to your medicare plan but i have some bad news i've just been looking at some
00:43:26.180 research and this is amazing it shows that only one in ten americans are on the right plan for
00:43:30.380 their needs. And it's worse than that. The average person was overspending more than $1,000 a year
00:43:36.600 and one in 10 are spending $2,000 more than necessary. And they have no idea. This could
00:43:42.460 be you. The system is so confusing. It's easy to pay too much and never know it. But right now,
00:43:47.660 Medicare open enrollment, the one window every year where you can fix it. That's why I want you
00:43:52.740 to fix it now with chapter, the only Medicare advisors that I trust. So dial pound 250 and
00:43:58.020 say the keyword chapter. A couple from my audience, Tamara and Dean, they called chapter.
00:44:02.540 They're saving almost $3,000 this year. The call is free. It takes 20 minutes, maybe. Dial pound
00:44:08.460 250, say the keyword chapter. Act now before you're left overpaying or on the wrong coverage
00:44:13.680 for another year. Pound 250, chapter. For 50 years, Canadians have wondered what the names
00:44:21.060 of IKEA furniture mean. Like Natopa, the guardrail for children's beds. Natopa means
00:44:27.400 Giving your favorite person room to grow it means their safety and your piece of no in Swedish not opa means night monkey
00:44:36.660 Mom he's back
00:44:40.620 IKEA 50 years of Swedishness at home look he's wearing little pajamas so cute
00:44:57.400 We'll be right back.
00:45:27.400 The fusion of entertainment, enlightenment, and empowerment.
00:45:34.480 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:45:39.440 Hello, America. Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:45:44.900 There's so much going on in the news, and I think they're all connected.
00:45:48.200 You have the bombers pulling out of Great Britain.
00:45:51.100 You have a co-pilot aimed at Tel Aviv.
00:45:53.560 You have the cartels shooting at our Coast Guard.
00:45:57.400 France is on fire. Diesel is over six dollars a gallon. Gas is still high. Are these separate problems or is it all part of the same fight?
00:46:09.700 The guy who might know the answer to that is Mike Walsh. He is the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations.
00:46:15.640 He is a former Green Beret. He was a former congressman, national security advisor to Donald Trump in the first term, small business owner.
00:46:27.080 And most importantly, he is a father and a husband.
00:46:32.320 And we're going to talk to him next about all of the things that seem like separate stories.
00:46:37.660 Are they separate stories?
00:46:39.340 And what's the truth on each of them?
00:46:41.300 We'll go there in 60 seconds first.
00:46:44.260 We've gotten really good at taking care of our dogs.
00:46:47.440 Think about how much, how that has changed.
00:46:50.620 Veterinary medicine has advanced.
00:46:52.700 We pay attention to nutrition now.
00:46:54.580 We brush our dog's teeth.
00:46:56.260 I didn't do that as a kid.
00:46:57.300 Did you brush your dog's teeth as a kid?
00:46:59.180 We worry about their weight.
00:47:00.780 We have specialists doing things to animals
00:47:02.320 that would have sounded like science fiction
00:47:04.020 a few generations ago.
00:47:05.780 And there's another part of their health
00:47:07.060 that deserves the same kind of attention.
00:47:08.960 That's mobility.
00:47:10.380 That's why the people behind Relief Factor
00:47:11.720 created Friend Factor.
00:47:13.020 Friend Factor is formulated specifically for dogs
00:47:15.540 to support their healthy mobility
00:47:17.800 and healthy inflammatory response.
00:47:19.940 It's a simple way to add mobility support
00:47:21.540 to all of the other things you're already doing
00:47:23.240 to keep your dog healthy.
00:47:24.580 And this is one way you can spend less money
00:47:26.980 instead of going to the vet.
00:47:28.600 You know, as they're in pain and everything else,
00:47:30.460 those vet bills, they stack up.
00:47:32.980 We don't just take care of animals.
00:47:34.300 When something goes wrong anymore,
00:47:35.540 We try to keep them healthy in the first place.
00:47:40.660 Food, exercise, veterinary care, healthy weight, all of this will help their mobility.
00:47:46.440 But Friend Factor is one more thing we know how to do, and it will help your dog navigate the stairs again,
00:47:52.420 being able to jump in and out of the truck or the car.
00:47:55.080 Get Friend Factor today, $19.95, at relieffactor.com.
00:47:59.020 relieffactor.com.
00:48:01.660 Mike Walsh.
00:48:05.540 Can you answer this? We're going to get into each of these specifically, but I really want to know, the bombers pulled out of Great Britain, the co-pilot aiming for Tel Aviv, the cartels shooting at our people, France, diesel, gasoline, are these separate problems or are these the same fight?
00:48:27.260 well good to be with you glenn and uh i think the answer is a bit of both uh there is certainly
00:48:36.640 a commonality uh and we have to fight it every single day at the globalist headquarters here
00:48:44.160 of the united nations of these broad globalist agendas the climate ideology that's been at war
00:48:51.020 against fossil fuel and reliable energy sources,
00:48:55.640 this kind of open mass migration that the Europeans,
00:48:59.140 the last administration embraced,
00:49:00.860 but the Europeans are still embracing,
00:49:02.780 that's causing civilizational suicide,
00:49:05.420 the obsession with entitlements
00:49:08.120 that is causing fiscal insanity in Europe right now.
00:49:13.400 And there's a lot of the underpinning behind
00:49:15.600 what you're seeing in a global fuel shortage.
00:49:19.040 You're seeing the unrest and riots in France.
00:49:21.920 And I think taking advantage of these bad policies,
00:49:27.400 where the West, frankly, trying to shoot itself in the foot, are extremists.
00:49:32.440 You're certainly seeing the Iranian regime activate its cells across Europe,
00:49:37.240 and they're trying here in the United States with ongoing assassination plots
00:49:41.200 against President Trump and many of his key officials.
00:49:46.680 And you're seeing Sunni extremists that many on the left and frankly in Europe want to try to forget about. They're still active as well. And the information that we have so far is that the pilot, despite the media trying to call it an altercation or a little tussle in the cockpit, was a Sunni extremist.
00:50:07.460 I can't get into any more information than that. So I think it is certainly all related, and underscoring it is incredibly bad and destructive policy that has its roots in left-wing Marxism.
00:50:25.420 Let's go, because that's—
00:50:27.540 A lot to unpack there, I know.
00:50:28.780 I know, I know. The story about the fly-to-buy guy, that just is, I mean, I don't even know how that guy, you know, how he even got a job with fly-to-buy.
00:50:41.320 um uh but somebody was ignoring something um in england we pull out our our bombers
00:50:50.420 and we're told the president says i think this you know is more than just some guys just you know
00:50:58.020 wanting to protest he alludes to the fact that he feels that there might be some plot to get
00:51:04.440 our bombers we immediately pull our bombers out um and england decides to let the guys go
00:51:10.420 And I mean, I don't I don't know what's happening in England either.
00:51:13.840 What was what was the threat that why did we pull our bombers and is England doing anything
00:51:21.020 about this?
00:51:21.840 Are they still a protected, you know, somebody who will protect us as well as we protect
00:51:26.980 them?
00:51:28.640 Well, again, sorry, Glenn, I can only get into so many details, but there was an active
00:51:33.520 and ongoing plot.
00:51:34.580 I think the president and secretary have discussed that.
00:51:37.300 And let's just say we've seen, we saw in Russia, we saw drones attack their strategic bombers. So this type of activity, we've seen the tactics employed elsewhere, and we have to protect our strategic assets against those same types of threats.
00:51:59.740 scott besant said um that iran has no oil on the water and no revenue this week which if we could
00:52:08.920 actually choke them off with revenue uh and from all of their friends this thing will come apart
00:52:15.060 quickly reports now say that we're pushing more out oil out through the strait than we did before
00:52:20.660 the war tehran's own people are warning of a crisis but the the price the benchmark price of
00:52:27.580 of uh brand uh per barrel is still over a hundred dollars what what what is the truth on
00:52:34.140 on what's happening on the strait well it's it's uh absolutely true and not just scott besant but
00:52:43.760 our energy secretary chris wright and our own navy uh who's escorting these ships out we're
00:52:49.320 getting near pre-war levels of oil out so gulf war or excuse me gulf arab oil is getting out
00:52:56.700 to market. Iranian oil, thanks to our blockade, is not, number one. But number two, Glenn, I would
00:53:03.320 pay attention to just Scott Vessant and his team having his foot on the neck of the Iranian economy.
00:53:10.780 It's not just the overseas oil. It's their airlines are no longer able to fly terrorists,
00:53:18.420 guns, thugs, and gold back and forth to all of their proxies, number one. Number two,
00:53:23.780 We're going after their rail and trucking, their gas, internal gas subsidies. So the Iranian people kind of have this deal with the Iranian regime that they get free gas. It's almost free in exchange for, you know, putting up with a lot of their oppressive policies.
00:53:41.780 The IRGC controls 40, 50 percent of the Iranian economy.
00:53:46.700 So the airlines are getting shut down. The rail is getting shut down.
00:53:50.020 They're overseas. Oil shipments are shut down.
00:53:53.800 And a lot of what was out on the water is exhausted.
00:53:56.520 And he is now preventing the money that was coming through Chinese, London, Dubai and other banking systems from even the money that was out there from getting back in.
00:54:08.740 So one way or another, Operation Economic Fury is going to drive the regime either into total bankruptcy or back to the table to give up their obsession with the nuclear weapon.
00:54:20.800 And I'm telling you, Glenn, historians in the world will thank the president for finally putting an end to this 50 year conflict and preventing the world's largest supporter of terrorism from having a nuke.
00:54:33.660 That would, when people say, well, you know, why does this matter to everyday Americans?
00:54:37.880 The Saudis have said openly that if Iran tests a nuclear weapon, they will get one too,
00:54:43.480 and we will have a nuclear arms race across the Middle East.
00:54:46.580 And that should be unacceptable and frightening to every generation of Americans.
00:54:53.060 I had a conversation with a major world leader off record recently.
00:55:00.040 and uh he said if the united states is serious and they actually besant actually puts his foot
00:55:09.520 down on the neck uh he said this war could be over quickly um it looks like besant is doing
00:55:16.220 every indication to me is that he is doing that do you see an end to this anytime soon without
00:55:23.820 having to go and just throw more bombs their way? Look, this has been my message internally
00:55:33.600 and externally. When the Iranians come to the table, they're not begging us to not hit them
00:55:38.200 again. They're begging for cash. And that's exactly what they did during the UN General
00:55:43.900 Assembly. And the president knows they've lost the leverage over the straits, knows our Navy's
00:55:48.560 getting Gulf oil out and blocking Iranian oil knows what kind of trouble there is. And that's
00:55:53.880 why he said, this is a bad deal. No, thanks. Number one. And number two, how long can they
00:55:59.280 sustain record low currency valuations, record high inflation, zero foreign currency reserves,
00:56:08.180 and no revenue coming in so that they could subsidize their grip on power? Of course,
00:56:14.960 there's a debate but they can't sustain that forever and we can sustain this as long as we
00:56:19.660 need to time is on the president's side and they're completely misreading him that if they
00:56:24.500 think that politics uh or the midterms is going to get in the way of what he sees is securing the
00:56:30.980 safety of the world and the american people they've totally misread him and uh in his administration
00:56:36.760 here's the one piece that is missing though people don't go out into the streets and uh and
00:56:43.920 topple their government when they're unarmed um how do you see the people i mean the people are
00:56:51.480 just kind of trapped in between this and watching this happen and they can't go out because they'll
00:56:55.600 just be slaughtered by the irgc i mean look it's uh it's it's a sad and when completely valid point
00:57:03.860 i mean do you know how difficult it is you know i'm a i'm a veteran and a green beret i mean they
00:57:09.460 literally machine gunned over 40,000 people in the span of a weekend. And yet, where are the
00:57:16.280 walkouts at the UN? They walked out on Bibi for that supposed, air quotes, genocide. They didn't
00:57:24.220 walk out on the president of Iran. Where are the protesters in Colombia? Where are the protesters
00:57:29.740 in college campuses? It's absolutely hypocritical and ridiculous. But look, I can't get into
00:57:37.240 any ongoing operations, but I certainly take your point.
00:57:42.160 Can you tell me, what is the G7 doing? The president convinced the G7 to dump 100 million
00:57:48.580 barrels of diesel because diesel is out of control. I'm assuming all of this has to do
00:57:57.140 with the Ukraine-Russia war. That's one of the reasons why we're experiencing such high diesel
00:58:02.860 prices. It doesn't have anything to do with the strait. What is the G7 doing? What did the
00:58:09.260 president do? What kind of deal did we make? Well, first, just to get to the cause of it,
00:58:14.240 because the media likes to conflate what's happening in the Straits of Hormuz, which is
00:58:19.760 oil exports with gas refining, two very different things. Yes, a lot of it has to do with the war
00:58:30.300 in Ukraine, Ukraine's attacks on Russia's refining capability, but it's also decades now of this
00:58:37.200 liberal climate obsession that we've seen in Europe that has closed down refinery after
00:58:42.840 refinery. They literally have no refining capability. They are absolutely completely
00:58:48.080 dependent. Remember, diesel is what powers trucks and planes and industry, right? Yeah.
00:58:57.320 You can't do that with with offshore wind and solar panels. So they've completely made themselves dependent and vulnerable. But it's not just Europe, Glenn. It's the liberal climate obsession here in the United States. California shut down two refineries just just in recent years.
00:59:15.840 Can the president just say, it's a national emergency. Open those damn refineries. In a national emergency, can he open those diesel?
00:59:24.640 It's a great question. I'm not sure. I'd have to go back to the White House lawyers whether he can override horrifically bad state policy that's trying to take California the direction of Venezuela, Europe, and other progressive failed states.
00:59:41.480 I don't know if he can override it, but I can tell you this is why the president's been so adamant about drill, baby, drill.
00:59:46.800 America has to be energy independent.
00:59:49.220 And, you know, look at where we're going now with Venezuela.
00:59:52.520 We're getting more and more crude out on the water, which is heavy crude that goes to our refineries in the southeast.
00:59:59.980 We also have friends and allies like neighboring Guyana that has some of the most unproven, untapped, largest reserves in the world.
01:00:09.220 But also, you heard him mention in his UN speech, he spent an entire paragraph on the Arctic, where you have a lot of unproven reserves that have been blocked off by bad progressive policies over the years.
01:00:21.760 So he completely gets that we have to be energy independent. And the world is seeing what happens right now when those supply chains are disrupted, much less critical mineral supply chains, much less, as we saw during COVID, seemingly inexpensive, unimportant things like mask, gowns and gloves.
01:00:39.640 America has to be supply chain independent.
01:00:44.940 And if it can't be in the United States, at least it's in the Western Hemisphere.
01:00:49.240 And that's why what he's doing in the Western Hemisphere to bring those governments our way and to reestablish those supply chains.
01:00:57.060 Glenn, from the Arctic to the southern border to the Panama Canal, all the way down to Argentina, we have the food, energy and mineral security we need.
01:01:06.560 If only we would pay attention to it, and that's exactly what he's doing.
01:01:10.840 I think it's the transformative story of his second administration.
01:01:15.000 It is.
01:01:16.000 I mean, he will be responsible for the next 100 years.
01:01:20.400 If this works, he's responsible for the next 100 years.
01:01:23.540 He's making us completely independent in this hemisphere.
01:01:26.520 I've only got about 70 seconds here.
01:01:29.060 Um, um, the, um, you mentioned the, um, shoot, uh, the, the Mexican border
01:01:38.500 coast guard said they were fired upon Mexican military said they weren't.
01:01:44.640 Um, can you give me, cause I've got two questions.
01:01:47.180 Can you, can you tell me where they fired upon?
01:01:50.020 And is this unusual?
01:01:52.320 I can't tell you the, the details of that Glenn, unfortunately yet.
01:01:56.320 However, I can tell you, when I was in Congress, I supported the authorization, the use of force against these cartels.
01:02:04.620 These guys are not like the mafia.
01:02:06.580 They are like ISIS, and we need to treat them that way, and that's what President Trump and his team are doing.
01:02:12.060 Last thing, what is happening with Russia and this outbreak?
01:02:16.440 Is there an outbreak?
01:02:17.820 Do we know?
01:02:18.880 I mean, the pneumonic plague is not something to play around with.
01:02:24.260 it can be cured by antibiotics but we don't make our antibiotics here anymore can you give me an
01:02:30.420 back to the supply chain story we just literally reopened thanks to president trump's tariffs and
01:02:35.520 policies the first uh antibiotic factory in tennessee look i could tell you it's in an isolated
01:02:42.140 area it is a real thing uh the the russians are isolating a number of these locations
01:02:48.840 apparently the plague there's these anti-plague research centers is still an issue in russia
01:02:55.320 um and uh so far it looks like they're taking appropriate measures but we're watching it
01:03:00.640 closely okay mike thank you so much i really appreciate it thanks for everything you do in
01:03:05.540 the united nations i don't know how you stand it but uh god bless you all your work thank you
01:03:09.820 yeah which is tough for congress here or uh my combat oh we're on it
01:03:15.020 It's all combat with you.
01:03:18.140 Thank you so much, Mike.
01:03:19.060 I appreciate it.
01:03:19.600 Mike Walsh, our ambassador to the United Nations.
01:03:22.840 All right, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
01:03:24.160 The parallel economy is not just buying things from people who share your values.
01:03:28.020 You know, that's important.
01:03:28.760 I want to support companies that believe in faith and family and freedom instead of sending my money to people working, you know, against those things.
01:03:34.740 But there's another neat reason we need to build the parallel economy.
01:03:38.200 Infrastructure.
01:03:38.740 Right now, an enormous amount of Americans, our lives rest on systems that are more fragile than most people realize.
01:03:44.600 communication, banking, food, energy, all of it is so interconnected that if one piece fails,
01:03:50.580 the failure doesn't necessarily stay in one place. We can't wait until something breaks and say,
01:03:54.880 okay, now let's build an alternative. You have to build it while everything is still working.
01:03:58.660 And that's one reason why Patriot Mobile matters. They are America's only Christian conservative
01:04:02.480 wireless provider. They support faith and family and all of those things that we all do. They've
01:04:06.940 donated millions of dollars to those fights, but also they're building something important,
01:04:11.760 real company, real service, real communication with access to all three major networks and
01:04:16.760 U.S.-based support. Go to patriotmobile.com slash Beck right now. Join the parallel economy. It's
01:04:22.980 972-PATRIOT. Use the promo code Beck for a free month of service. It's patriotmobile.com slash Beck
01:04:28.720 972-PATRIOT. Make the switch today. 10 seconds. Station ID.
01:04:41.760 going to get into el saeed here in just a second uh and more on the election uh ricky
01:04:48.840 what what came out of that could you tell that my eyes lit up at a certain point i was like
01:04:54.900 please call me glenn when you asked about what about the irgc the people are they going to be
01:05:01.380 able to rise up what's going on there yeah he said quote i can't get into any ongoing operations
01:05:07.920 He basically just said there's operations that are ongoing.
01:05:12.780 So I had a conversation with a world leader, you know, in the last few days, and it was a confidential one.
01:05:21.700 But he gave me the same indication that somebody around the world is doing something to make sure that they have arms and that they are able to defend themselves.
01:05:35.520 and it's
01:05:37.020 I don't know how I feel about it
01:05:40.980 other than I want the Iranian people
01:05:42.600 I want the Persian people free
01:05:43.840 but I don't know how that's going to end
01:05:45.860 you know I don't know
01:05:47.640 I was watching his body language very closely
01:05:50.740 when you asked about the bombers moving out
01:05:53.020 and he kind of danced
01:05:55.160 around the answer but his eyes were blinking
01:05:57.300 a lot just saying
01:05:58.280 watch it on TORX later on demand
01:06:00.260 you missed it
01:06:01.000 okay thank you so much
01:06:03.840 All right, we're going to talk about El Saeed and Barack Obama now going on the campaign trail for this guy, whose sister was on Barack Obama's terror watch list.
01:06:16.180 I mean, you can't make this up.
01:06:18.560 It's insane.
01:06:19.580 That's next.
01:06:21.500 2,000 years ago, a Roman writer named Selyus was studying inflammation.
01:06:28.640 He came up with four signs to look for.
01:06:30.420 Redness, swelling, heat, and pain.
01:06:33.700 2,000 years later, that's still the list.
01:06:36.440 I mean, think about that.
01:06:37.120 We've invented antibiotics, anesthesia, MRI machines, robotic surgery.
01:06:40.820 We can replace a human heart.
01:06:42.940 This guy was sitting there 2,000 years ago on a rock going,
01:06:46.840 yeah, red, swollen, hot, hurts.
01:06:49.160 I told you.
01:06:50.800 But what he didn't have is Relief Factor,
01:06:53.440 a daily supplement designed to support your body's natural response to inflammation.
01:06:58.000 If you take it consistently, give it time to build up in your system,
01:07:02.100 See the difference it can make for your frequent pain.
01:07:04.700 Over a million people have tried Relief Factor.
01:07:06.440 Two-thirds of them have gone on to take more of it.
01:07:08.900 We've made progress since ancient Rome.
01:07:10.860 Why not take advantage of it?
01:07:12.220 Get the three-week quick start for $17.76,
01:07:15.620 a special price this year as we celebrate our $2.50.
01:07:18.540 See why so many people say Relief Factor gave them their life back.
01:07:21.120 Just go to relieffactor.com, relieffactor.com,
01:07:24.220 or 800 for relief, 1-800-4-relief, relieffactor.com.
01:07:31.740 there's a well-funded quiet foreign influence campaign targeting our elections
01:07:38.300 thursday 8 p.m eastern glenn and data republican expose it all
01:07:41.960 glennbeck.com slash specials to learn more
01:08:01.740 welcome to the glenbeck program i need to talk to you about el saeed um i think things are
01:08:13.120 changing i think he's in trouble i think that's why he was on fox uh saying some just in incredible
01:08:18.980 things um on fox i think he is um you know you don't you just don't go out and keep pushing if
01:08:26.520 you are comfortable with your lead. You don't allow for any errors. You don't allow for people
01:08:32.260 to see you, especially if you're a radical. And I think people are starting to wake up to what
01:08:36.040 is going on in the world. On Monday, the Federalist reported that court filings from 2016 put
01:08:43.080 Abdul El-Sayed's sister-in-law into the federal terrorist screening database. Now, this is his
01:08:49.760 wife's sister. She was part of two lawsuits care brought against the government for people they
01:08:56.640 said had been watch listed. She described extra searches, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. The same
01:09:01.980 day that this is coming out, the government flagged her those years. The government that was under the
01:09:08.160 control that was flagging her was Barack Obama. Now the New York Post on the same day reveals that
01:09:15.260 Barack Obama is going to Detroit to campaign with him in the final stretch.
01:09:20.900 How? What? You can't write this stuff. It's insane. So this is all about arithmetic. That's
01:09:28.660 it. Obama is there because, like I said, I think he is much weaker than everybody says. In August,
01:09:35.120 the establishment Democrat beat El Saeed in Detroit, 62% to 34%. He won the state anyway by
01:09:43.380 one point. The city that turned him down is the city Obama is being sent to deliver for him now.
01:09:50.520 That's not a conspiracy. That's math. That's a party doing what parties do. The question is
01:09:55.580 whether anyone tells those voters what the primary never did. There's a third name now,
01:10:03.420 Jordan Domingue, former Marine. He worked as El Saeed's first campaign governor in 2018,
01:10:11.140 came back as one of his personal assistants and head of security.
01:10:16.020 First man to see him in the morning, last man to see him at night.
01:10:19.600 He quit in January.
01:10:21.380 The campaign offered him hush money to sign a separation agreement.
01:10:24.740 He turned it down so he could talk.
01:10:26.440 He says he warned El Saeed that the cutting of the Iron Dome would get civilians killed.
01:10:32.480 He got a shrug.
01:10:33.820 He said he thought the man's foreign policy was ignorance.
01:10:36.740 It turns out it's no.
01:10:38.380 That's what he believes.
01:10:39.560 so the campaign answers him by attacking him you know and then wouldn't produce any evidence for
01:10:46.480 it blah blah blah blah blah so let me give you a couple of things that um he said ricky what you
01:10:51.520 sent to me this this is a quote from him from the enjoiner uh that those are quotes from his
01:10:57.800 ex account recently okay this is a self-consuming flaw the dsa leftists are in insurgency one that
01:11:04.880 requires broader civic and civil counter, which would honestly involve elements of coin operators
01:11:11.240 utilized globally. I don't think the typical Democratic leader with background in law,
01:11:16.220 academia, or stereotypical profession can meet this moment. The party needs to dig deeper for
01:11:21.660 federal law enforcement officers. Good luck with that. Intelligence community professionals. Good
01:11:26.240 luck again. Combat veterans, all of which know exactly how to counter an insurgency. These
01:11:31.680 groups represent a domestic terror threat to this country they are ripe with foreign adversarial
01:11:36.440 government money collaborations and other various forms of support boy this reads like our special
01:11:42.200 on thursday night our torch special on thursday night is this we show this to you this is his
01:11:48.520 opinion we show it to you it's mind-boggling that's thursday night at eight o'clock only on
01:11:55.220 torch make sure you go to glenbeck.com slash specials uh and sign up for it uh this isn't a
01:12:01.660 party debate over public opinion versus uh m4a moderate center left and pragmatic progressives
01:12:07.500 should get into the frame of mind as a third way as they say we're preparing for war so he leaves
01:12:14.360 el saeed and says these kinds of things so there are the these stories don't weigh the same the
01:12:21.580 sister-in-law is the lightest one on the scale. She's not on the ballot and the government never
01:12:27.900 said why she was on the list. However, it is a point of concern. The Obama irony is real because
01:12:36.040 his own government flagged her. Now he's flying in. Irony is not evidence, but still. The bodyguard
01:12:46.280 thing is heavier. He's one man. He now works openly to defeat his former boss. He turned down
01:12:54.340 money for the right to speak, and men with nothing to say rarely do that. But the heaviest thing
01:13:01.080 isn't in either headline. In 2012, Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood's president seized sweeping new
01:13:10.460 powers. Forty-six Egyptian Americans signed an Arabic statement cheering him on. One of the
01:13:18.320 names, the Washington Free Beacon has just reported, is Abdul El-Sayed. He was a medical
01:13:25.300 student at the time. The statement urged him to purge the media and the police as quickly as
01:13:33.160 possible. El Saeed is urging the president of Egypt to purge the media and police.
01:13:45.620 The crackdown on Egyptian journalists followed. The campaign still won't say whether he believes
01:13:52.000 that or not, but he signed the letter. You add the leaked campaign call where he's explaining
01:13:59.040 staying silent on the death of Iran's
01:14:00.840 supreme leader because people in Dearborn
01:14:02.800 were grieving. This is not
01:14:04.780 guilt by association. That's
01:14:06.800 a signature, his signature,
01:14:09.480 and his silence.
01:14:13.480 That's significant.
01:14:18.520 I've heard people say, how are we going to seat this guy?
01:14:21.040 How could we possibly seat this guy?
01:14:23.560 Here's how we do it. The same way
01:14:24.920 we seat everybody. That's how
01:14:26.880 you do it. If Michigan elects him,
01:14:29.040 He raises his right hand on the Koran, and he sits down.
01:14:33.960 That's not a loophole.
01:14:35.280 That's the Constitution, like it or not.
01:14:38.200 You know, Milwaukee went through this in 1918.
01:14:41.940 Victor Bergen, he was an Austrian immigrant, newspaper editor,
01:14:45.860 first socialist ever elected to Congress.
01:14:49.320 And he opposed the First World War.
01:14:52.380 Well, this is under Wilson.
01:14:54.240 You know, so Wilson indicted him under the Espionage Act that Wilson put in place.
01:14:59.040 and Milwaukee elected him to Congress anyway.
01:15:02.180 Federal judge in Chicago gave him 20 years, free on a pill.
01:15:07.400 Berger walked into the House, took the oath,
01:15:10.180 and the House voted nearly unanimously to shut the door on him.
01:15:15.340 It reached for the 14th Amendment,
01:15:17.360 the clause written after the Civil War for men who took up arms against the Union
01:15:20.880 and aimed it at an editor for what he printed.
01:15:23.800 He didn't take up arms.
01:15:24.780 He printed something.
01:15:25.520 It was his opinion.
01:15:26.180 wisconsin held a special election democrats and republicans they thought this guy was going to be
01:15:34.300 thrown out uh-uh they agreed on uh one candidate to beat him but berger won again with more votes
01:15:44.900 than the first time he goes back to washington house shut the door again milwaukee seat sat
01:15:51.280 empty for the rest of that Congress.
01:15:53.700 In 1921, the Supreme Court threw out his conviction
01:15:57.100 because the judge had been so openly prejudiced
01:15:59.760 that he should have never heard the case.
01:16:03.280 By then, the first commissioner of baseball,
01:16:07.260 that was the judge.
01:16:09.000 By the time it was thrown out, the judge had left
01:16:11.360 and he'd become the first commissioner of baseball.
01:16:14.580 Milwaukee sent this guy back in 1922, 1924, and 1926.
01:16:21.280 He took seats without really breaking a sweat.
01:16:27.220 Trying to shut the door on somebody doesn't defeat them.
01:16:30.460 It makes them a martyr.
01:16:32.680 It told his city his vote, its vote didn't count.
01:16:36.900 And it handed him election after election after election.
01:16:42.560 1969, Supreme Court locks the door open for good.
01:16:46.300 They ruled Congress may judge a member-elect only on what the Constitution lists, which is age, citizenship, and residence, not on opinion, not loyalty as somebody else defines it.
01:17:00.720 That's pretty remarkable.
01:17:02.740 Article 6 says no religious test shall ever be required.
01:17:06.240 That frustrates the hell out of me, not the religious thing.
01:17:09.320 I think the guy, if you are saying, I think it was Al-Sayed that said his win would be a win for Gaza.
01:17:18.000 Was it him?
01:17:19.520 Wait, Gaza?
01:17:20.640 It should be your own people.
01:17:22.520 What do you mean Gaza?
01:17:25.000 But you can't shut a door.
01:17:26.980 You shut a door on this guy, they can shut a door on your guy.
01:17:30.580 And the next man holding the key brings his list of who's loyal and who's not.
01:17:36.100 So we have to seat him.
01:17:38.880 We have to defeat him, and I think that even Barack Obama is not going to be able to make this guy, take this guy over the top.
01:17:48.240 The latest poll I saw was that he was only one point ahead.
01:17:57.120 I don't know.
01:17:58.560 My gut tells me the country is waking a bit, but I don't know if that's true.
01:18:04.720 I don't.
01:18:05.280 But the ballot is the way to do it, and we just have over 20 days to go and vote.
01:18:13.780 Let your voice be heard.
01:18:15.740 This guy is a dangerous radical, but he will be seated if he won.
01:18:22.780 All right, more in a minute.
01:18:24.520 Let me tell you about our sponsor.
01:18:26.640 It's Mercury One.
01:18:27.700 We are building something in Irving, Texas that I have dreamt about for a long time,
01:18:31.900 a permanent home for Mercury One.
01:18:34.300 It will include a state-of-the-art museum and research center with more than 100,000 historic artifacts.
01:18:41.400 The documents, we have more documents than anybody except the National Archives and the Library of Congress for our founding.
01:18:48.120 It's a central hub for relief and rescue operations as well.
01:18:52.340 But it is a monument to what this audience has done for 15 years.
01:18:56.740 You know, David and I have been collecting, David's been collecting for a long, long time.
01:19:00.400 I've been collecting artifacts since 2025.
01:19:04.420 My kids aren't getting – they're not getting anything after I die.
01:19:11.360 They're not.
01:19:12.240 It's in my will.
01:19:13.380 My son gets my best regards.
01:19:18.280 That's what my son – they're not getting anything.
01:19:20.740 And we joke about it all the time, but it's true.
01:19:23.460 I'm putting all of it into trying to save American history.
01:19:27.840 And so we have spent a fortune trying to put this together. Now we're asking you to help us build a building so all of it can be seen and preserved and taught.
01:19:39.820 This is part of this clay pot campaign where I think we have to preserve all of American history and do it in private hands so it cannot be taken and can't be put in an institution's basement someplace because it's uncomfortable for them.
01:19:58.460 Right now, every gift to Mercury One is being matched dollar for dollar.
01:20:02.840 Your gift will go twice as far.
01:20:05.040 It supports all of our missions at Mercury One, including the building of this.
01:20:11.280 We're going to be doing a fundraiser for Mercury One for all of the day-to-day bills, all the salary and everything else.
01:20:20.920 I do a fundraiser every year in Dallas.
01:20:22.900 We're doing that one here.
01:20:24.300 I think it's on the 24th of October.
01:20:26.600 Tickets may still be available for that at mercuryone.org.
01:20:30.240 Then we're going to the president's Florida home to Mar-a-Lago and we're doing a fundraiser there. 01:21:02.380 Glenn Beck will be right back.
01:21:20.780 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:21:35.060 There's a couple of things that you need to know.
01:21:39.060 One is on France.
01:21:43.480 About 800,000 people lined up last week, just a few days ago.
01:21:50.780 All we're talking about is the crowds that are now on the streets firebombing.
01:21:58.200 But almost a million people just a few days ago were on the exact same streets.
01:22:04.880 Do you know what they were doing?
01:22:09.680 This is remarkable coming from France.
01:22:13.220 I'll share that with you coming up in just a little while.
01:22:16.840 Also, can we spend a couple of minutes on the Bolsonaro elections in Brazil, Ricky and Jason?
01:22:24.060 This is quite amazing.
01:22:25.780 The money stops coming in from USAID, and I don't know if this is causation.
01:22:30.920 But money stops flowing in to all of these dark groups that are Marxist.
01:22:36.760 And all of a sudden, South America starts to flip towards capitalism and starts to flip towards normalcy.
01:22:44.140 Bolsonaro, you know, they put him in, they treated him like Donald Trump, put him in jail, can't run
01:22:51.480 again. Well, all of his allies and family members are winning. They just won in the election. You
01:22:57.700 want to give me a rundown on that, Jason? Yeah. So when his father, this was so wild about this
01:23:03.620 is that he is now running against the guy that put his father in jail, which is just so nuts.
01:23:09.500 But when his father won, the United States government, right before he won, was putting in about, you know, probably through, I think this was through the State Department, but total funds, but USAID funds included, was around $30 million or something like that, what they were putting in.
01:23:25.660 Now, after his father won that election, this was in 2019, I believe,
01:23:32.040 they increased funding from $30 million spent in Brazil to around $87 million.
01:23:40.420 $87 million.
01:23:41.840 And the only difference was a right-wing candidate became president in Brazil.
01:23:46.860 It seems fairly obvious what the U.S. government at the time,
01:23:51.280 uh not through the president or what who's there but through state department usa id
01:23:55.800 you know career bureaucrats like that what they wanted to happen there it's just absolutely nuts
01:24:01.640 do you know why so many people hate us around the world because we stick our nose into everything
01:24:08.240 you know all these christian countries over in um in africa they're now being overrun by muslims
01:24:15.260 But we would, if you want aid, you had to have abortions.
01:24:20.920 That's against all of their, I mean, it's against their culture, absolutely against their culture.
01:24:25.760 But if you want aid, you have to start promoting that.
01:24:28.680 They hate us because we tell them how to live their life and we are covertly affecting all of their elections.
01:24:37.720 That's got to stop.
01:24:39.040 And the way to do it is stopping these NGOs.
01:24:41.820 And we're going to lay this all out for you on Thursday on our special that you don't want to miss.
01:24:50.340 Data Republican has written a new book called Unelected, and she provided the material for this.
01:24:56.360 And I got to tell you, her research is spot on, and it will show you all of these unelected NGOs and organizations are funneling money into the DSA all around the world.
01:25:08.560 you cannot imagine the tangled web that this thing is that is mapping the dsa machine
01:25:16.320 featuring data republican you don't want to miss it that is thursday 8 p.m glennbeck.com slash special

01:27:03.740 We'll be right back.
01:27:33.740 the fusion of entertainment enlightenment and empowerment this is the glenn beck program
01:27:52.920 hello america we got a lot to talk about a lot to talk about this hour um i want to start
01:28:03.660 with what happened in France just a few days ago
01:28:06.660 that no one is telling you about.
01:28:09.500 That actually is a little ray of sunshine, possibly.
01:28:14.460 Why is nobody mentioning this in the news?
01:28:18.660 Maybe because it is the answer and the solution
01:28:23.040 to what is happening in Europe and in France.
01:28:25.960 I'll tell you about that coming up.
01:28:28.160 Let me just start with this as our commercial sponsor.
01:28:31.580 I'd like to just start out by saying,
01:28:33.400 I don't want to eat my neighbors.
01:28:35.180 I want to be very, very clear about that.
01:28:36.680 I like my neighbors.
01:28:38.100 They're nice people.
01:28:39.200 We wave, we talk.
01:28:40.600 You know, I wish them a long, happy, healthy life,
01:28:43.060 which is one of the reasons I keep emergency food at my house
01:28:46.060 because I don't want to have to eat them, you know?
01:28:48.420 And a lot of them, some of them look marbled and tasty, sure,
01:28:52.380 but I'm not going to do it.
01:28:54.040 That's why I have an emergency food kit.
01:28:56.460 It'll give you a real reserve of food that you'll want to eat.
01:29:00.420 You know what I mean?
01:29:00.960 With a 25-year shelf life.
01:29:03.400 Packed in stackable, easy-to-store containers.
01:29:05.880 I can't do that with a neighbor.
01:29:07.920 You know, when I'm hungry, I got to go hunt them down.
01:29:10.040 That's a pain in the butt.
01:29:11.540 Depending on your kit, you can put away weeks or months of food with around 2,000 to 2,500 calories every day.
01:29:17.840 Because when something goes wrong, you know, I don't want food that, you know, I don't want that to be something I have to figure out.
01:29:24.880 Because when I get hungry, so very, very hungry, whether there's a hurricane or a major grid failure or power going out until Tuesday,
01:29:32.560 the grocery store is closed
01:29:34.640 I don't want to have to knock on my neighbor's door
01:29:37.160 and say you look delicious
01:29:38.560 preparewithglenn.com
01:29:40.720 go to preparewithglenn.com
01:29:42.840 do it now
01:29:43.860 don't eat your neighbors
01:29:45.240 all right
01:29:49.020 last week
01:29:50.280 last week something happened on the streets
01:29:53.240 of
01:29:54.460 Paris
01:29:56.080 the same streets where they are marching
01:29:59.200 and burning things down today
01:30:02.560 800,000 people gathered
01:30:05.740 for a mass with Pope Leo.
01:30:15.740 Now, if you heard about it at all,
01:30:18.940 here's how it was phrased.
01:30:21.740 This is a complete surprise.
01:30:24.500 This is one of the most secular nations
01:30:26.460 in all of Europe.
01:30:29.160 Well, apparently nobody told the people.
01:30:32.560 Just a few days later, a different crowd comes out, starts in a Paris suburb, supposedly over
01:30:39.940 rundown schools. Within days, it was nationwide. Schools set on fire. Teachers, principals attacked
01:30:47.820 around 2,000 arrests in Marseille. Reports say the flags were in the streets. They were Algeria,
01:30:55.100 Hamases, Palestinian. They were not the French flag. Friday, the prime minister's office said
01:31:01.860 French intelligence believes the riots were orchestrated by people tied to the far left
01:31:07.640 party of Mellichon, who is running for president.
01:31:11.620 Now, he says he's not, well, he's saying he's running, but he's not connected to this.
01:31:15.820 This is the same country in the same week.
01:31:20.980 One crowd, almost a million people, come out to kneel.
01:31:24.920 The other crowd comes to burn the buildings where children learn to read.
01:31:28.900 France is not having a bad week
01:31:33.480 France doesn't exist anymore
01:31:37.180 I think there's two Frances
01:31:39.160 and they've been fighting over the same house
01:31:43.280 for more than 200 years
01:31:45.520 How? What are you talking about?
01:31:52.880 1793 the revolution has already killed
01:31:55.260 the king
01:31:55.840 Now it wants to kill the memory of all the kings.
01:31:59.980 Across the front of Notre Dame stands a row of 28 stone kings with crowns on their head.
01:32:06.780 The revolution orders them down.
01:32:09.120 They hate Notre Dame.
01:32:12.580 So the workmen haul them off the cathedral with ropes and then smash their heads off in the square.
01:32:19.300 They're not happy with executing and using the guillotine with real people.
01:32:23.500 They want to do it now to stone statues.
01:32:27.920 But those kings were not kings of France.
01:32:30.940 They were kings of Judah, the ancestors of Christ.
01:32:35.360 The mob didn't care.
01:32:37.100 Hatred doesn't read a plaque.
01:32:40.300 Weeks later, they find this young woman from the opera,
01:32:43.820 and they put her on the high altar.
01:32:46.840 They call her Reason, and they rename Notre Dame a Temple of Reason.
01:32:52.800 Now, they're having sex on the altar.
01:32:54.800 It's horrific what is happening.
01:32:58.440 After they do this, after that falls apart, the cathedral is used as a storehouse.
01:33:05.140 That's one France.
01:33:07.240 The other France was watching.
01:33:10.880 Somebody gathered up those broken stone heads.
01:33:14.380 The face is smashed.
01:33:15.520 The nose is gone.
01:33:16.600 And they buried them under a courtyard across town.
01:33:19.940 No speech.
01:33:20.760 No protest.
01:33:22.080 We don't even know who did it.
01:33:23.860 Whoever did it refused to let them be thrown away,
01:33:28.000 knew that this was important.
01:33:30.900 And everybody forgot.
01:33:35.160 1977, workmen digging around the foundation for a bank in Paris.
01:33:40.120 They're digging.
01:33:41.200 They strike stone.
01:33:42.860 They pull up one of the 21 heads.
01:33:45.300 184 years underground and the kings of judah were still there today you can see him in a museum in
01:33:55.140 paris you can look him in the face even napoleon figured this one out eight years after the actress
01:34:01.280 was on the altar a man who believed mostly in napoleon signed a deal with the pope to bring
01:34:07.120 the priests back and the agreement says this catholicism is the religion of the great majority
01:34:12.200 of the French. The most powerful man in Europe looked at his country and conceded, we need God.
01:34:20.300 You can smash the statues, but you can't smash what people bury to keep.
01:34:26.460 That's what showed up last week. Every expert had declared Christianity and Catholicism in France
01:34:34.020 dead. I'm not sure. I think it was buried underground, waiting.
01:34:38.660 at the same time the men with the ropes are back the men with the guillotines many of the kids in
01:34:46.020 the street have no idea what they're tearing down any more than the mob did in 1793 they didn't know
01:34:54.140 whose faces they were breaking but whoever is organizing them knows exactly whose faces those
01:35:01.580 czar. The old France has to own its part of the story. For two generations, it stopped handing
01:35:15.460 the faith down out loud. They kept it in the courtyard. They let the schools and the suburbs
01:35:20.960 and the young grow up with nothing at the center. There is nothing. Why do you think Islam is so
01:35:27.720 active over there.
01:35:30.040 First of all, that was the country they
01:35:31.680 wanted to conquer, remember?
01:35:33.400 Back in the good old days,
01:35:35.720 that's where they were stopped,
01:35:37.660 were France.
01:35:40.360 They won it.
01:35:42.860 And they will
01:35:43.340 mark my words, God, I hope
01:35:45.620 this never happens, mark my words,
01:35:47.600 if they ever take it over,
01:35:49.480 they will tear down Notre Dame
01:35:51.800 and they will build a mosque
01:35:53.780 on its spot.
01:35:55.180 you cannot just leave a vacuum the center if it has nothing it doesn't stay nothing it doesn't
01:36:05.420 stay empty whatever you refuse to pass down somebody else will gladly pick it up
01:36:11.420 in marseille last week somebody did and he was waving a different flag
01:36:17.180 we have courtyards in our own country we've thank god never gone through anything like
01:36:25.160 like this before.
01:36:27.060 But it's coming if we don't pay attention
01:36:29.120 because the things we still believe
01:36:31.000 but have stopped saying,
01:36:32.460 even at our own dinner table,
01:36:35.220 dig them up right now
01:36:36.640 while you still remember where you put them.
01:36:39.840 Somebody buried the kings in 1793.
01:36:43.260 Last week in France,
01:36:45.940 800,000 people dug them up.
01:36:49.020 And all of the elites,
01:36:50.440 all of the media
01:36:51.540 do not want you to know about it.
01:36:55.160 Let me tell you something else that's going on.
01:36:57.740 You know who's really, I believe, orchestrating a lot of this is Meleshawn.
01:37:03.240 Meleshawn is a, he's running for president.
01:37:06.500 He is actually running in second place.
01:37:08.960 Looks like Le Pen is going to win, at least right now.
01:37:14.800 Meleshawn is number two, but distant behind.
01:37:17.560 And then everyone else, all other politicians, these are two radicals.
01:37:21.880 The press has always said these two are far left and far right radicals.
01:37:27.800 They're the two in the lead.
01:37:29.800 Everybody else is a distant because they're not doing anything about it.
01:37:33.380 And the people know this can't stand.
01:37:35.900 So Meleshawn is a guy who they say is orchestrating a lot of this.
01:37:41.360 Here's what he has said in the past.
01:37:43.920 Okay. He has said, if you rely on white Catholic workers to build socialism in France, it won't happen.
01:37:55.740 Now, he's a socialist. In other words, you cannot count on white people and you cannot count on Christians or Catholics to build a socialist nation in France.
01:38:07.120 It won't happen.
01:38:09.340 Now, he was born in Morocco, and he says he feels shame that he doesn't speak Arabic.
01:38:17.880 You know, you can still learn that.
01:38:19.260 I don't know if you know that.
01:38:21.720 He believes that the best thing that can happen to France is the creolization of the population.
01:38:30.740 In other words, get rid of a lot of the white Catholic French people.
01:38:37.120 Not surprisingly, he won almost 70% of the Muslim vote when he ran in 2022.
01:38:43.820 One other interesting thing, and I don't know what this means.
01:38:47.320 I just find it interesting.
01:38:51.240 His party is called Unsubmissive France, UF, Unsubmissive France.
01:39:00.780 What is the meaning of Islam?
01:39:03.420 The actual word, Islam?
01:39:07.120 submit, to be submissive.
01:39:15.000 I mean, this is probably way too far.
01:39:17.420 I mean, this is probably nuts,
01:39:18.780 but it just seems almost like a mockery
01:39:21.440 of those who say that there's a threat posed by Islam.
01:39:27.720 Yeah, we're the unsubmissive friends.
01:39:31.940 Again, probably way too far.
01:39:35.160 Probably not what it means.
01:39:37.120 But just an interesting note.
01:39:40.060 Look out.
01:39:41.660 Meleshawn.
01:39:44.440 France is completely gone.
01:39:47.500 And they go into 1793 kind of stuff if Meleshawn wins.
01:39:57.000 More in a minute.
01:39:58.360 Let me tell you about American financing.
01:40:00.420 You've worked hard for what you have.
01:40:01.600 You've gotten to work.
01:40:04.420 Okay, no, go ahead.
01:40:05.340 I mean, I don't, it's my show, you go ahead, it's fair, I mean, it's whatever, just roll right in, roll right over me, I don't really care, but thank you, federal government, for that disclaimer, because I understand what it means, the American people understand what it means, and now we feel protected.
01:40:24.220 Anyway, you've worked hard for what you have.
01:40:25.980 You go to work, you pay the bills, you raise your family,
01:40:28.040 you deal with prices going up.
01:40:29.460 In some way, you found a way to keep everything moving forward.
01:40:32.280 And lately, it hasn't been really easy
01:40:33.780 because you can do everything right
01:40:36.500 and still watch high interest credit card debt
01:40:38.400 eat up more and more of what you earn
01:40:39.820 because a lot of times, man, I paid $105
01:40:42.300 to fill my tank the other day.
01:40:46.460 $105?
01:40:47.980 How does the average person make it?
01:40:51.180 I don't know.
01:40:52.380 It's got to be credit cards.
01:40:54.520 Now you've got that interest coming down on you.
01:40:58.100 Your house has been working the whole time.
01:41:00.020 If you own your house, your house has been working.
01:41:01.540 You've been making payments for years, building equity.
01:41:05.100 It may give you the financial tool that will help consolidate that high interest debt.
01:41:09.940 This is where American financing comes in.
01:41:11.800 They can look at your situation to help you find out whether you're using your home equity
01:41:14.880 is the right thing and if you can consolidate high interest debt and if it makes sense for you.
01:41:20.640 Listeners of this show save an average of $800 every month.
01:41:23.700 There are zero upfront fees.
01:41:25.040 You might be able to lay up to two mortgage payments.
01:41:27.120 You don't reset your original low mortgage.
01:41:30.220 If you have a very low mortgage rate, you don't want to reset that thing.
01:41:33.440 But you also don't want to pay 25%.
01:41:35.580 How do you do it?

01:41:52.000 10 seconds, Station ID.
01:42:06.420 So I asked the insiders earlier, you know, you have any questions?
01:42:11.560 If you're having a hard time understanding things, you can ask me anything and I'll see if I can explain it.
01:42:17.820 And there's a couple of, there's several of them,
01:42:20.360 but a couple that I want to read in particular,
01:42:22.220 but I'm going to save them for tomorrow, about Israel.
01:42:26.000 And tomorrow is the anniversary, the three-year anniversary of October 7th.
01:42:31.980 And so I'm going to mark that.
01:42:33.560 I've got a lot to say on that.
01:42:35.100 You don't want to miss it.
01:42:36.980 Mel Coastal writes in,
01:42:38.180 My friends in Birmingham, in the UK,
01:42:41.220 are literally worried about civil war before Christmas.
01:42:44.780 Any thoughts?
01:42:45.980 Yes.
01:42:46.320 I think France will go first.
01:42:51.200 I think the UK could go into civil war because their leaders are not talking about the things that the average person is talking about.
01:43:02.140 And the average person feels under attack and they feel they are losing their country.
01:43:07.140 Before Christmas, I don't think so.
01:43:09.780 I think we're going to have to have some real economic shocks or some horrific terror attack.
01:43:16.320 God forbid, on both of those things.
01:43:18.360 But it will come if the leadership doesn't start listening to the citizens
01:43:29.540 that have been there the whole time.
01:43:32.140 The problem with some of these countries, like France, they are citizens.
01:43:37.740 They're coming from places that are French territories.
01:43:41.620 England, the same.
01:43:43.420 They're French or English territories.
01:43:45.780 So they are citizens.
01:43:47.280 They just don't happen to, you know, like England or France all that much.
01:43:54.880 Glenn, how do you reach friends and family with a truth about what their socialist policies will result in when they are ruled by their emotions and not reason?
01:44:02.800 They won't watch the Glenn Beck special.
01:44:04.600 I talk communications and debate, but I am at a loss.
01:44:07.640 This comes from Mountain Dancer.
01:44:08.840 Wow.
01:44:09.060 So, well, you can't reach anybody who is just ruled by their emotions.
01:44:18.900 The only way that you can attempt to try is listen to them and repeat back that you're hearing them and calm them down.
01:44:28.460 But if they are constantly ruled by their emotions, you can't help them.
01:44:34.160 you know uh and i i just had this with somebody just recently um they got ruled by their emotions
01:44:43.700 and i'm like calm down calm down calm down that's not what we're talking about here
01:44:48.400 let me hear what you're saying okay i think what you're saying is this is that right yes
01:44:54.140 and then they just spiraled off again uh and i finally had to say i'll talk to you when you're
01:45:00.160 reasonable. I can't do any more than just stay calm and be reasonable with you. But if you don't
01:45:05.940 want to have reason, then what you're saying to me is you know everything. That whatever I say,
01:45:16.180 right or wrong, you can learn nothing from me. I've asked you questions about your opinion.
01:45:23.780 I've wanted to, how did you reach that?
01:45:25.740 How did you get there?
01:45:27.260 Okay, so you saw this and you interpreted,
01:45:30.620 hmm, that's an interesting thought.
01:45:33.500 I'm trying to learn from you.
01:45:36.760 I'm trying to learn how you think and how you got there
01:45:39.680 because you might know the answer.
01:45:42.840 You might change my mind.
01:45:44.860 I don't think so, but you might.
01:45:47.080 You might know something that I don't know.
01:45:49.800 That's why we have conversations.
01:45:51.820 That's how we get better is we learn from one another.
01:45:56.140 We learn how the other thinks.
01:45:58.620 You know, there are people, this is just like work.
01:46:00.640 You ever gone into a place of business and you're debating somebody about, you know,
01:46:05.360 the direction of the business or how to make a widget or whatever else.
01:46:08.440 And they're like, no, no, no, no.
01:46:10.640 And you're like, but wait, just listen to this.
01:46:12.080 Wait, how do you think we ever learned how to fly?
01:46:15.460 Because one person, one side had the answer?
01:46:18.560 or maybe a couple brothers got together and said, wait, wow, wow, wow, that's an interesting idea.
01:46:25.000 Have you ever thought of it this way? That's how you grow. So if you're ruled by your emotions,
01:46:31.820 I can't help you. I can't. I can't. I'd love to. I'd love to learn how you got there
01:46:36.780 because I haven't lived your life, but I can't help you. I can't help you.
01:46:46.860 Just never shut the door on a learning experience for either.
01:46:50.640 Don't try to preach.
01:46:52.160 Do not try to win.
01:46:56.080 But don't waste your time with people who are just ruled by their emotions.
01:47:01.060 Let's see.
01:47:02.220 Glenn, I would love to have a nutshell explanation on what Trump is doing,
01:47:06.880 how it benefits our country and the world for my friends and family with TDS.
01:47:12.240 Again, if they're ruled by their emotions, they're not going to hear you.
01:47:15.920 But, you know, I just heard El Saeed say, you know, are you better off than you were two years ago under Donald Trump?
01:47:24.040 Absolutely.
01:47:25.620 First of all, under Biden, inflation was 21%.
01:47:30.200 While that number has not come down because you generally – you have to have enormous interest rates to make that happen and that would collapse the whole system.
01:47:41.580 That number hasn't come down.
01:47:43.120 Donald Trump's interest rate is about 3.5%.
01:47:47.180 So, yes, it's more complicated,
01:47:51.480 but I would rather have 3.5% than 21% additional
01:47:55.940 because that would have put it up into 40.
01:47:59.500 How is he really helping us?
01:48:03.140 I gave you that answer yesterday.
01:48:05.180 Go back and listen to the answer that I gave yesterday
01:48:08.060 about the four ways.
01:48:09.900 You can bury your head.
01:48:11.980 You can tear it all down and go for a socialist or Islamic utopia.
01:48:19.340 You can go with the WEF or you do Donald Trump.
01:48:23.440 You can find a way to make sure that we are stable enough economically and have a future in tech that is going to be the next driver of GDP and win long term like that.
01:48:37.300 Listen to yesterday's monologue.
01:48:39.820 All right. Let me tell you about our sponsor. It's pre-born. We use the word unplanned a lot
01:48:45.160 when we talk about pregnancy, somehow without really ever meaning to. We've allowed unplanned
01:48:50.040 to start meaning bad. But think about your own life. I mean, my whole life, anything I planned
01:48:57.660 failed. Everything that was unplanned kind of worked out. You know what I mean? Maybe you didn't
01:49:03.200 plan to meet your husband or your wife the day you met him. I know I didn't. You didn't plan the
01:49:07.500 friendship that started because somebody happened to sit next to you. Maybe the job that changed
01:49:11.780 your life wasn't the career you set out to have. Sometimes the things you never saw coming are the
01:49:16.260 things you cannot imagine living without now. Unplanned doesn't mean without value, doesn't
01:49:21.940 mean bad. Preborn understands that. They provide free ultrasounds to women facing unplanned
01:49:28.560 pregnancy. That's a great thing. Along with compassionate counseling and practical support,
01:49:33.840 Please help them give these babies a chance to live and their moms to understand that unplanned is not bad.

01:49:50.360 The rise of the DSA is not American, and it's not by accident.
01:49:53.920 Glenn Beck.com slash specials to see our special Thursday night.
01:50:03.840 Simone Rodon Benziken is a woman who just wrote an article for the Free Press,
01:50:29.060 Why France is Burning, and I found it really informative, and I wanted to get her on to talk about what is actually happening over there because this is – I don't think you can really understand it without understanding French politics because it's not exactly the same thing that is happening here in the United States, but it sure rhymes.
01:50:49.940 She's with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
01:50:53.060 She's a senior envoy to Europe, and she's with us now.
01:50:56.740 Simone, how are you?
01:50:58.440 Hi, Glenn. I'm very well. Thank you very much for having me on.
01:51:02.480 So can you lay out what is happening?
01:51:08.140 I think Americans understand that this started with legitimate complaints, but the students have been politicized.
01:51:16.320 So who's politicizing them? Where does Islam come in on this?
01:51:21.720 Who's actually in charge here? Is it the Marxist? What's happening?
01:51:27.160 Can you take us through it?
01:51:29.500 Sure, with pleasure.
01:51:30.720 Listen, as you said, it started with complaints I think any parent would understand.
01:51:36.040 It's a lack of teachers, overcrowded classrooms, buildings falling apart.
01:51:42.020 So students originally started protesting.
01:51:44.800 There were videos which went viral very, very quickly on TikTok, and within days, the movements
01:51:51.500 then sort of started to spread of schools across the country.
01:51:55.460 But then, and that's, I think, where you pointed towards, and you're absolutely right, it turned violent. You had kids in ski masks barricading their own schools, setting them on fire. You have had firefighters who have been attacked. You had a policewoman who was kicked on the ground while someone was actually shouting, kill her.
01:52:17.900 You had people who are sort of glorifying terrorists.
01:52:22.480 And since then, we've had thousands of arrests.
01:52:25.560 We have hundreds of thousands of kids in the streets.
01:52:29.740 But all of this in the context of a presidential election.
01:52:33.080 We'll have elections in six months.
01:52:35.420 France, which is in very, very serious financial trouble.
01:52:38.700 You might have seen the Wall Street Journal just today.
01:52:42.740 And now the French government has been citing its own intelligence services.
01:52:47.260 very, very clear where this is coming from. And it comes from the far left in particular.
01:52:54.720 So what I'd say is the anger is real, but the violence is organized. And obviously,
01:53:01.220 you don't fix a school by burning it down. Right, right. Okay. So we talked about the
01:53:08.460 financial trouble that France is in, and it's really, really bad. Tell me about,
01:53:15.600 tell me about the, you say, the far left. Is this a red-green alliance? Is this just Marxists? Is
01:53:24.860 this Mélenchon? What is this? Who's leading? You're absolutely right. And the name that your
01:53:31.860 viewers should know is indeed Mélenchon. Jean-Luc Mélenchon, he's the leader of France's biggest
01:53:37.780 radical left party. He got 22% last time, and this time could reach potentially, at least
01:53:46.660 according to several polls, the final round in the present election. And his method basically
01:53:54.380 fits in one sentence, and it's actually his own. The idea is turn everything you touch
01:54:02.260 into conflict um and so this is really a yeah this is a marxist idea it's the revolutionary
01:54:11.060 idea uh so you know picture members of congress at a high school blockade telling teenagers
01:54:17.580 to keep going uh to position themselves against police uh he told his people to basically uh you
01:54:26.120 know, justify violence. One of his mayors was very famous here in France said that violence
01:54:32.200 is illegitimate. And he believes that the riots will bring out young voters. And that, in his
01:54:41.260 minds, in any case, he will win. If they scare voters on the right, he becomes the leader of
01:54:48.180 the opposition. And then he will tell everybody that this is anti-fascism. And in the best case
01:54:54.300 scenario, he could actually win the election. So chaos isn't a side effect of his campaign. It's
01:55:01.140 exactly the campaign. And the idea is really that in both case scenarios, in his mind,
01:55:08.120 he will win, but obviously France will lose. Yeah, but you also have Le Pen, who is on the
01:55:16.300 other side of that, and they're both talking about spending more money. First of all, if you go into
01:55:22.480 chaos, no one's going to buy your bonds. You guys could collapse financially quickly.
01:55:28.880 But you, and so you're telling me you got one guy who's saying more chaos. The other one is
01:55:33.640 saying law and order, but they're both saying spend more. How is that going to work out?
01:55:40.180 Yeah, absolutely. Um, I have to say it's, it's really quite astonishing. I mean,
01:55:44.620 it sort of feels that we are in sort of a pre-apocalypse mode, uh, and everybody's playing
01:55:50.180 with fire. Again, the idea at the end of the day is power. Mélenchon's very clear objective is to
01:55:58.080 be facing the far right, Marine Le Pen. If he faces anyone else, without any doubt, he will lose.
01:56:05.560 But if he faces the far right, he might actually have a chance. And in any case, he will be the
01:56:10.360 power against her. So that's really the idea. And we are now in a very, very dangerous position.
01:56:16.620 We are supposed to be voting the budget in France just this week.
01:56:22.200 And if this doesn't get through, then we'll really be in very, very deep trouble.
01:56:27.640 And let's not forget, France is member of the UN Security Council.
01:56:32.520 France is a nuclear power.
01:56:34.460 France is one of the most important players within the European Union.
01:56:38.280 So this will have potentially ripple effects around the world.
01:56:43.420 Already has.
01:56:44.280 I mean, it already has the euro.
01:56:46.720 The euro has lost a lot of value.
01:56:51.300 How is he playing with Islam?
01:56:55.400 He seems to have, I mean, he was, I think it's 66% or 69% of the vote went to him.
01:57:02.520 The Islamic vote went to him last time.
01:57:05.120 Who actually controls that?
01:57:07.740 Is he in charge of that or are they in charge of him?
01:57:11.800 Where is that?
01:57:14.280 So listen, again, he's a very smart man, but he has made a very conscious choice.
01:57:20.240 His objective is to mobilize the voters that he can mobilize.
01:57:24.060 So he's trying to mobilize, for example, in particular, the immigrant Muslim vote.
01:57:28.660 One of the ways he's done so is by making the Palestinian cause the alpha and omega of his politics.
01:57:37.080 And it's how his party has recruited both from within the Muslim community and also amongst young people.
01:57:45.900 So he brings everything together.
01:57:48.680 And now, again, now you have the issue, of course, of and you see it, you see it in the demonstrations.
01:57:54.340 You have Palestinian flags everywhere.
01:57:56.740 You have Islamists who are saying that, you know, France is banning young women from wearing the veil in schools.
01:58:05.060 And so it becomes sort of a mix of everything.
01:58:08.300 The question then is obviously whether he will control things at the end.
01:58:12.080 But he has definitely created an alliance.
01:58:15.200 And it's a very Machiavellian idea of sort of, you know, pushing left-wing politics together with Islamist politics.
01:58:24.560 And it's a very, very dangerous cocktail, of course.
01:58:27.800 I mean, you know, 1790s, you guys saw this like this.
01:58:34.000 What does France look like in the end?
01:58:36.420 How does France survive?
01:58:38.560 It doesn't sound good because there's nobody seemingly reasonable in the middle.
01:58:43.600 They've lost all credibility by not responding to either the debt or to the voice of the people.
01:58:51.060 How does this end?
01:58:52.660 War game this out.
01:58:53.520 What does France look like?
01:58:55.460 Listen, we will see.
01:58:56.820 It's a very dangerous situation indeed.
01:58:59.260 I think to some extent, France's experience with most liberal democracies in the world, I experience, we're seeing extreme polarization.
01:59:06.720 And as you just mentioned, the fact that sort of the reasonable government parties have not addressed some of the profound issues we're dealing with, whether it's the issue of debt, whether it's the issue of Islam, the issue of immigration, of integration, you leave the space to the extremes.
01:59:20.980 So we'll see whether this time around the extremes will win, we will actually will be brought to the ground or whether somehow through a miracle, we will have some more of the reasonable guys actually wake up.
01:59:38.040 But it's far from sure. And even if they are, they will at some point have to tackle some of the very, very difficult issues that we will have to be dealing with and that have been going on for years and years and, frankly, decades.
01:59:52.880 i just did a monologue on um how you know when the when notre dame became the temple of reason
02:00:01.560 they you know took the statues of the kings down the kings of judah um and somebody buried the
02:00:07.580 heads uh you know back in the 1790s and now you can see him in a museum in france um and i compared
02:00:14.600 that with is the faith of france been buried and is hiding you had almost a million people on the
02:00:22.440 same streets for the Pope just a few days ago. Does that mean anything to you? Does that tell
02:00:29.480 you anything that there is some well of reason and faith, or do they just come from all over Europe?
02:00:38.520 No, you have that. The reality is, I would actually argue that the majority of people
02:00:44.700 in most Western democracies, including in France, are, you know, really reasonable people who want
02:00:53.240 to get on with their lives, who understand that, you know, they cherish democracy, they cherish
02:00:59.360 democratic values. But unfortunately, they have so often become the silent majority. And the very
02:01:08.420 loud minority and the very violent minority has unfortunately managed to polarize the spectrum.
02:01:16.380 So the question I think that we'll have is whether the very reasonable people that are the majority
02:01:23.000 will at some point wake up and, you know, save the country, save the European Union,
02:01:31.300 because at the end of the day, you know, this is what it's about. It is a civilizational battle
02:01:37.060 And it's frankly a battle for Western values, as we haven't had, I believe, since the end of the Cold War.
02:01:48.760 We'd love to stay in touch with you, Simone.
02:01:51.420 I so enjoyed your article and a lot of the stuff that you write, and thank you for being able to explain it.
02:01:57.940 I'd love to hear your opinion on this.
02:02:01.040 I fear this is the first domino that could fall.
02:02:06.480 Europe is in the same situation. Great Britain is in the same situation. We are. We're just way behind you, but not that far behind. And any opinion on that if we're going to see this spread?
02:02:20.560 Listen, I believe I wrote an article more than a decade ago, and that time it was about the issue of antisemitism. And I said that the issue of antisemitism is usually always a warning sign for when societies are falling apart.
02:02:41.320 and that what France was experiencing 10 years ago
02:02:46.620 would certainly at some point be coming to the United States.
02:02:50.340 I'm seeing what's currently going on in the US
02:02:52.660 and I have to say, I'm seeing the same signals.
02:02:56.040 I'm seeing the extreme polarization.
02:02:58.460 I'm seeing the rise of extremism,
02:03:01.120 including political and religious extremism in the United States.
02:03:04.120 I'm seeing the rise of anti-Semitism
02:03:05.840 and I'm seeing a certain inability of people
02:03:09.440 to actually come together for a common cause.
02:03:12.260 And so it's obviously a great level of concern for me
02:03:15.300 because, you know, at the end of the day,
02:03:16.780 what we are most counting on is a strong American leadership.
02:03:22.300 And so, yes, unfortunately, I think what you are witnessing,
02:03:27.100 what we are witnessing today in France
02:03:28.800 and in other European countries
02:03:30.180 will at some point certainly be coming to the United States.
02:03:35.340 Simone, we live in interesting times.
02:03:38.960 Certainly are.
02:03:40.620 God bless you.
02:03:41.780 Thank you.
02:03:42.260 Stay safe.
02:03:43.700 Thank you very much for having me.
02:03:45.640 You bet.
02:03:46.080 That didn't improve my food much.
02:03:49.200 All right.
02:03:51.420 Well, there you go.
02:03:52.680 Enough said, huh?
02:03:54.640 It is so terrifying to hear her say what she just said towards the end.
02:03:59.180 She said that 20 years ago.
02:04:00.320 That's exactly what I was saying 20 years ago.
02:04:02.960 And I know where I thought this ended 20 years ago.
02:04:06.700 And it looks like it's coming.
02:04:07.840 and she's saying the same thing.
02:04:10.940 Please, please, I don't care how you feel about the Republicans.
02:04:16.280 I feel the same way about the Republicans.
02:04:18.600 They are worthless.
02:04:20.540 But we cannot allow this president to go through two years
02:04:25.640 of nothing but impeachments and reversals and everything else.
02:04:29.520 I believe that God is still on the throne,
02:04:32.300 and if the Republicans lose, it's their own fault,
02:04:35.640 but it will work out to our own best.
02:04:39.920 I don't know how, but we're required to do something.
02:04:44.720 Anybody who says, God has this, God has this.
02:04:46.860 No, no, he requires you to play your part.
02:04:51.060 Yes, he does have it, but he requires you to play your own part.
02:04:57.600 So please pray on it because the world could be plunged
02:05:00.980 into absolute darkness throughout the entire West
02:05:05.260 Where do people go to run?
02:05:09.560 More in a minute.
02:05:13.480 When you think about somebody breaking into your home,
02:05:15.540 it's probably not the television you're really worried about.
02:05:17.880 You can replace a TV.
02:05:19.020 You can replace a computer.
02:05:21.680 You can't replace the people that are sleeping down the hole.
02:05:25.420 That's why the most important place to stop an intruder is not in your living room.
02:05:29.320 It's outside, and that's what SimpliSafe is designed to do.
02:05:31.940 Their smart AI-powered cameras can detect potential threats on your property and alert a live U.S.-based security specialist who can intervene in under 30 seconds.
02:05:41.500 Somebody comes crawling over your fence, they see it, they spot it, an alarm goes off, they talk to that person and say, we are on the phone with police, they're on their way right now.
02:05:50.600 They can speak through the camera, let that person know they're being watched, call for urgent 911 dispatch when it is needed.
02:05:58.160 I have to tell you, before SimpliSafe was doing all this, we spent a fortune on security, and we had people like they have, but they were at the house, and they lived in this own little, we call it CC, the command center, and they would be able to talk to people on the property, and it freaked people out.
02:06:19.720 We had somebody call over our fence and we had somebody in the CC say, excuse me, we're on our way.
02:06:24.820 We see you.
02:06:25.660 Don't move.
02:06:26.620 That person jumped over the fence so fast.
02:06:29.200 Now you don't have to spend the money that I was spending.
02:06:31.620 Now you can get this from SimpliSafe.
02:06:33.940 60% off of professional monitoring.
