00:00:00.000 If you're starting to lose your hair, how much time of the day do you spend worrying about it?
00:00:03.660 I remember when I first started losing my hair in my 20s, because my dad was bald by the time he was 18.
00:00:08.940 It freaked me out.
00:00:10.720 And you spend so much time going, all right, so what did I do?
00:00:16.220 Years ago, I started taking Propecia.
00:00:18.240 Well, now there's keeps.
00:00:19.600 I didn't have to go to the doctor if you want to have, you know, hair medication.
00:00:25.100 You don't have to do any of that stuff.
00:00:27.100 You don't even have to go to the CVS or the pharmacy.
00:00:30.300 Keeps offers doctor-recommended FDA-approved hair treatment, has more five-star reviews than any of its competitors.
00:00:38.540 And because they use generic versions, you pay about half the cost.
00:00:42.180 Best of all, you can do everything online.
00:00:44.940 You answer a few questions, snap a couple of pictures of your hair.
00:00:47.660 A licensed doctor reviews your information to recommend the right hair loss treatment for you.
00:00:52.220 Then it's shipped right to your door.
00:00:54.180 Keeps.

00:01:10.360 Radio program begins in just a second.
00:01:13.540 Stand by.
00:01:13.900 You know,
00:01:30.200 You know,
00:01:32.960 You know,
00:01:36.280 You know,
00:01:38.800 You know,
00:01:38.820 You know,
00:01:39.160 You know,
00:01:41.720 What you are about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:01:53.160 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:00.800 Hello America and welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:04.080 So I want to talk to you a little bit about China, but there are several China stories that have come out
00:02:09.440 that I think we need to roll them all into one so I can give you a real China briefing.
00:02:15.060 But then a choice.
00:02:17.660 Are you actually funding the concentration camps?
00:02:22.880 Are you actually helping China?
00:02:26.480 Some new information came out yesterday that everyone should know
00:02:31.520 because it looks like we may be helping China.
00:02:35.860 We may be funding those things.
00:02:38.780 We're definitely helping China spy on us and everything else.
00:02:43.480 So we have an ethical question to ask here in just a second.
00:02:47.460 And I'm going to introduce you to a CEO of a great American company who decided,
00:02:54.520 you know what, I'm not going to ship things overseas anymore.
00:02:58.580 About 10 years ago, he realized, you know, the principles of this country are far more important than a five cent profit.
00:03:08.580 And he's built something astonishing.
00:03:12.240 You'll hear from him all within the next 30 minutes.
00:03:15.920 We begin in 60.
00:03:20.460 The Glenn Beck Program.
00:03:22.360 All across this great nation of ours and indeed all around the world,
00:03:25.480 there is a class of human beings who exist for no other reason than to illegally take what is yours and put it into their own pockets.
00:03:32.920 They're called cyber criminals.
00:03:34.460 You have enough on your plate to worry about.
00:03:38.240 You don't need something else to worry about.
00:03:41.420 But if you're not protecting your information, your critical information,
00:03:45.960 especially at this time when everybody is buying things online,
00:03:49.800 if you don't have LifeLock, you could be in real, real trouble.
00:03:54.900 I want you to go to LifeLock, read all about it.
00:03:58.500 Nobody can prevent all identity theft, but man, they are the best in the business.
00:04:03.060 And what I think makes them even better, they have a whole team of people that if something does slip through the cracks,
00:04:10.980 that team will work with you to fix it.
00:04:14.100 Join now, save up to 25% off your first year with a promo code back, 1-800-LIFELOCK or head to lifelock.com.
00:04:20.740 Don't worry about things online.
00:04:23.160 LifeLock will guard.
00:04:25.140 You've got enough to guard.
00:04:27.200 lifelock.com, lifelock.com or 1-800-LIFELOCK.
00:04:30.740 Promo code BECKSAVE25%.
00:04:32.800 Has the United States ever tolerated more harassment, more theft, more spying,
00:04:43.520 and more blatant hostility from any nation than we are tolerating right now from China?
00:04:50.580 It's really a rhetorical question because the answer is no.
00:04:56.540 At the height of the Cold War, the Soviet Union, even in its wildest dreams,
00:05:02.760 never got away with the hostilities that China now gets away with on a daily basis.
00:05:08.760 I want you to know the last thing we need is a war, and a war with China would mean world war.
00:05:19.400 It would not be good for anyone, but I think China even knows that at this point.
00:05:27.800 But China's fingers are in everybody's pie, and it is not good.
00:05:34.980 Yesterday, a report came out from the U.S. Space Force General said American satellites are attacked every day by China
00:05:44.820 with lasers, radio frequency jammers, and cyber attacks.
00:05:49.460 Russia also participates in this.
00:05:52.680 He said the tactics approach acts of war.
00:05:57.320 That's all, just acts of war.
00:06:00.380 But our Congress and our president, the Democrats, obsess over building back better,
00:06:09.680 the right to kill babies, and global warming.
00:06:14.820 That's all they're focused on.
00:06:16.800 This is China poking, jabbing, shivving you under the table while smiling for the cameras
00:06:24.800 and getting ready to welcome the world to Beijing for the Winter Olympics in just two months.
00:06:29.760 Need I remind you that we boycotted the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow
00:06:33.800 in protest of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan.
00:06:38.100 Boy, does that seem quaint now.
00:06:39.940 We have known what China is building and doing and their real intent towards the West
00:06:47.760 for way too long.
00:06:51.440 And we've all just buried our head because we don't want a war with China.
00:06:57.700 We all said, no, you can't do trade barriers because that would mean war.
00:07:02.820 That would just throw everything out of line.
00:07:05.380 Well, it didn't seem to do that with Donald Trump, did it?
00:07:08.840 Instead, we elected a president who we now know is literally taking money from the Chinese Communist Party.
00:07:20.380 It's being funneled through his son.
00:07:24.180 He's made millions of dollars from the communists.
00:07:27.380 And we're not really saying anything, are we?
00:07:32.320 We've known for years about the concentration camps, yet it's business as usual.
00:07:36.900 John Kerry just told us, well, we can't do anything about the concentration camp
00:07:40.460 because we really need them on global warming.
00:07:42.320 They're not going to do anything on global warming.
00:07:45.420 They are building one coal-fired power plant every single week.
00:07:50.300 They're not going to do it.
00:07:52.820 And really, global warming with China, that's a bigger deal than the erasing of an entire group of people.
00:08:06.220 That's more important than genocide.
00:08:10.580 Wow, is this our priorities, America?
00:08:13.160 Because if they are, I begin to wonder if I want to be a part of this.
00:08:17.720 There's no serious consideration of even boycotting the Beijing and Olympics.
00:08:27.000 We are on the wrong side of history.
00:08:31.900 This week, leaked documents from China were published that directly link the state's brutal policies towards Uyghurs
00:08:40.840 with top Chinese Communist Party leadership, including President Xi.
00:08:47.720 China has always denied any wrongdoing against the Uyghurs.
00:08:52.740 But now we have documents that show official state policies of
00:08:58.380 A, forced internment.
00:09:00.400 B, mass sterilization.
00:09:04.040 C, re-education programs.
00:09:07.160 D, slave labor.
00:09:09.040 And all of this was done with the top party officials, including President Xi.
00:09:16.260 He is quoted in the documents as telling officials to respond to Uyghur separatists with, quote,
00:09:26.240 absolutely no mercy, end quote.
00:09:31.860 Apparently, his command has been obeyed.
00:09:34.400 Earlier this year, former Uyghur detainees detailed how they were systematically raped,
00:09:41.520 sexually abused, tortured, sterilized, and then thrown into the re-education camps.
00:09:50.340 By the way, they can free themselves by working as slave labor
00:09:54.800 and report back to the camp every night.
00:10:00.000 Speaking out about abuse in China gets you canceled.
00:10:05.120 I mean, in a more literal sense.
00:10:08.620 Executed.
00:10:09.300 If you're not executed, you're stashed away in some camp or an undisclosed location.
00:10:17.600 Now, that is what's happened just this week to Chinese tennis star Peng Shui.
00:10:22.660 Don't know if you've been following this, but early last month,
00:10:25.620 she dared accuse a senior Chinese government official of sexual assault.
00:10:30.200 And now she's been disappeared.
00:10:36.020 Now, let me ask you, all those on the left that say,
00:10:40.500 me too, enough of this.
00:10:46.420 What is your response to an administration
00:10:49.900 that won't even stand with this woman
00:10:53.860 who is accusing a high-party official of sexual assault
00:10:59.500 and then she just disappears?
00:11:05.740 The International Olympic Committee claims to have two video calls with Peng,
00:11:11.800 the second one earlier this week.
00:11:14.600 But even if the calls took place,
00:11:17.220 it's only because the Chinese government is trying to save face
00:11:20.140 with the Olympics starting soon.
00:11:21.840 There's no proof of Peng's safety or her whereabouts.
00:11:29.340 Even with so much proof with China,
00:11:32.740 I mean, never again is now.
00:11:36.700 Even with the proof of the human rights abuse,
00:11:39.320 American government and business continues to turn a blind eye
00:11:43.180 and groups like Google and Facebook and Microsoft
00:11:49.280 are doing all they can to partner with China.
00:11:56.340 Apple partners with China.
00:11:59.660 Apple makes some of their products
00:12:01.920 in the Uyghur territory
00:12:04.660 with Uyghur slaves.
00:12:06.960 Billionaire Ray Dalio.
00:12:18.480 He runs the world's largest hedge fund.
00:12:21.800 He's a long-time investor in China.
00:12:23.420 I want you to listen to him trip over himself this week
00:12:29.080 when he was asked on CNBC about China's human rights problems.
00:12:33.480 Clearly, there's human rights issues.
00:12:35.580 There's questions right now about this Chinese tennis player, Peng Shui.
00:12:39.400 There have been questions about Jack Ma.
00:12:41.780 How do you think about that piece of it when it relates to investing there?
00:12:46.360 Well, I can't be an expert in those types of things.
00:12:49.920 What I basically do for 50 years,
00:12:52.400 I invest all over the world.
00:12:55.760 I look to whatever the rules are.
00:12:58.540 If the government has a policy that I should do a certain thing and so on.
00:13:03.220 But I can't be an expert in all of those particular dynamics of that.
00:13:08.700 I really have no idea.
00:13:10.440 I mean, that is our go-to excuse.
00:13:18.620 I don't know.
00:13:19.220 I don't know.
00:13:19.820 I'm not an expert in that.
00:13:20.880 I have no idea.
00:13:22.280 We know genocide is happening in China on a massive scale.
00:13:30.420 We know China is much more powerful than the Third Reich ever was.
00:13:36.740 We know China is an enemy of ours.
00:13:40.760 We know China is attacking us on a daily basis.
00:13:44.340 We know our administration is in bed with China financially, illegally.
00:13:55.560 As long as the money is flowing, we're fine, I guess.
00:13:59.680 History is littered with tyrants and oppressive regimes
00:14:07.900 that the world failed to confront before the mass atrocities occurred.
00:14:13.900 This is the information age.
00:14:16.280 We've known about China for years.
00:14:19.200 But what difference does this information make
00:14:23.500 if no one does anything about it?
00:14:26.640 And I'm not talking about going to war.
00:14:28.660 I'm talking about saying we can't do business with you anymore.
00:14:34.460 All of this information that we have,
00:14:37.900 well, now you have to make a choice.
00:14:41.680 But this information not only could save the people in China,
00:14:49.100 this information, if we don't act on it,
00:14:52.500 will doom our souls.
00:14:56.120 You can't know about this and then go buy an Apple product.
00:15:01.780 I'm sitting here with an Apple product.
00:15:08.760 It's hard.
00:15:10.520 Let me give you one more thing about China.
00:15:13.740 Quickly.
00:15:15.640 Consumers research.
00:15:16.740 This has been around forever.
00:15:20.800 They're a nonprofit.
00:15:22.140 They share consumer information.
00:15:23.580 So, you know, they just shared a letter
00:15:27.160 that they have sent to 10 governors.
00:15:30.420 The 10 governors of Washington, Florida, New York, Nevada,
00:15:34.880 South Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Montana,
00:15:38.380 Nebraska, and West Virginia.
00:15:40.740 10 states with the top 10 pension fund investments
00:15:45.340 with BlackRock.
00:15:48.680 What is BlackRock doing?
00:15:51.700 BlackRock is funneling billions in U.S. dollars to China.
00:15:56.680 And they're doing them through your pension fund.
00:16:01.640 They are investing in China.
00:16:08.080 Well, I don't know what China is doing.
00:16:10.420 I can't be an expert on this.
00:16:12.460 Believe me, BlackRock is.
00:16:14.420 And BlackRock has our administration by the throat.
00:16:18.760 They are the economic advisors for the president,
00:16:23.520 the vice president, and the treasury.
00:16:32.600 Do you want your money going to fund China?
00:16:37.400 These are going to offshore accounts.
00:16:41.740 BlackRock is saying, hey, we only invest in what we invest in.
00:16:44.780 And we're just doing what's right for the customers.
00:16:46.860 You know what?
00:16:47.280 That's exactly what one of my financial advisors said to me the other day
00:16:51.240 when he said, you've got to invest in BlackRock.
00:16:54.940 If you invest in BlackRock, the money is just off the charts.
00:16:58.820 And I said, do you know what they're doing?
00:17:01.100 Do you know that they're buying houses from the American people?
00:17:06.600 They're coming in with $75,000, $100,000 more than the asking price
00:17:12.460 so they can own all of it and we're all renters?
00:17:17.520 No.
00:17:20.300 He said, you're not going to make any money if you're going to have these kind of standards.
00:17:23.520 And I said, then I don't make any money.
00:17:25.460 This is a hard decision, but they are only going to get harder.
00:17:35.460 How much is your soul worth?
00:17:40.480 How much is freedom worth?
00:17:43.120 How much is, what is the cost of stopping genocide?
00:17:51.120 What are you willing to pay?
00:17:55.980 Better yet, what are you willing to not make?
00:18:00.660 What are you willing to not have as an increase?
00:18:03.100 Oh, I made 14% on my dollar because I invested.
00:18:07.160 In what?
00:18:08.440 Concentration camps?
00:18:10.000 My soul's worth more than 14%.
00:18:13.120 I'm going to show you somebody who's doing something about it next.
00:18:18.540 Stand by.
00:18:19.080 First, let me tell you, I've got a surprise coming for somebody for Christmas,
00:18:24.540 so I don't want to go too deeply into this, but Legacy Box is the very best.

00:18:30.620 Legacy Box is a way for you to take and copy all of the videotapes on any format,

00:18:50.700 Legacy Box is a way for you to take care of that.
00:18:54.120 Now, you can do a couple of things.

00:19:05.100 and you get everything back, all the originals.
00:19:07.780 Now, you could do that and then present that as Christmas,
00:19:10.480 or you could just buy the box and say,
00:19:14.460 Mom, Dad, Merry Christmas.
00:19:16.360 Here's the box.
00:19:16.980 I want you two to go through all the pictures and just put them in there.

00:20:13.380 City Group, you know, they want more business in China.

00:20:23.160 please, please do it.
00:20:26.240 You must send a message to these banks.
00:20:29.480 I can't do business with you anymore
00:20:31.920 because you are working for Build Back Better.
00:20:36.300 You are going to come and have the ESG scores.
00:20:40.420 It's all in your plans now.
00:20:42.680 I want nothing to do with it.
00:20:44.240 And City Group, you're now doubling down on China.
00:20:48.720 No.
00:20:50.120 Put your money in a local bank.
00:20:52.560 Please do it.
00:20:53.660 Put your money in a local bank.
00:20:56.320 Now, there is somebody who made this decision about 10 years ago,
00:21:01.000 and I just met him yesterday, and we did a podcast with him.
00:21:06.140 He's Bayard Winthrop.
00:21:07.500 He is the CEO and the founder of American Giant.
00:21:13.900 American Giant is the company that is known for,
00:21:18.640 this is the actual thing that they've been calling these sweatshirts,
00:21:24.560 not the company, the people who do reviews,
00:21:27.580 that it is the greatest hoodie ever made.
00:21:32.440 The greatest hoodie ever made.
00:21:34.140 This is all made here in America.
00:21:36.140 All of this stuff done here.
00:21:38.380 Real, real quality.
00:21:41.280 And American Giant is doing just fine with the slowdown.
00:21:46.360 There's no slowdown.
00:21:47.520 There's no supply chain problems.
00:21:50.120 And we talked yesterday for the podcast.
00:21:52.780 It's out now, so please get it.
00:21:56.160 But we talked about the supply chain.
00:21:58.460 He doesn't have any supply chain problems.
00:22:00.800 And he lays out a plan for Americans and American investors and companies to start reinvesting in America.
00:22:10.700 And all of this talent, all of this talent, all of this skill is now idle.
00:22:16.980 And if we don't know now that, geez, you know, maybe, just maybe, we should start making some of these things so we're not sitting ducks for China and the rest of the world,
00:22:29.440 you need to hear this podcast.
00:22:32.800 You're going to love it.
00:22:34.620 From the CEO and founder of American Giant.
00:22:39.780 And by the way, I mean, it's not a commercial.
00:22:43.240 I just met this guy yesterday and I love his clothing.
00:22:47.760 But I have to tell you, he is great.
00:22:49.420 His company is great.
00:22:50.400 If you're looking for a Christmas gift, go to American Giant and order some things for your family on American Giant.
00:22:57.460 And it's great.

00:23:09.740 All right.
00:23:10.900 I know it took a while to get to this point, but I don't think that transitory inflation means what Joe Biden and friends think it means.
00:23:19.960 They're now saying, get this, that it's not just going to run through next year.
00:23:25.280 They, experts are now saying this kind of inflation could be with us for 10 years.
00:23:32.060 Hello, Weimar Republic.
00:23:34.900 We are looking at smoking ruin that is the American economy, and it can be turned around pretty quickly.
00:23:42.280 It can.
00:23:43.120 We are extraordinarily resilient and good, solid people.
00:23:48.280 But until we have good, solid people in Washington, until we have people that are actually working to fix this, not destroy it, you better refinance your mortgage.
00:23:59.780 Refinance your mortgage, your credit cards.
00:24:02.000 If you're looking for a mortgage for a new house, please go to American Financing.

00:24:26.940 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
00:24:31.200 We have Matt Walsh on, and he is from the Matt Walsh Show, which you can find YouTube, DailyWire.com.
00:24:38.920 Welcome to the program, Matt.
00:24:39.960 How are you?
00:24:41.560 Good, Glenn.
00:24:42.320 Thanks for having me.
00:24:44.000 Let's start with the abortion proceedings.
00:24:47.360 You said yesterday, you know, you'd like to see it overturned to save babies, but also because it would make the worst people on Earth so miserable, and that's good enough for you.
00:25:00.180 Yeah, well, I think that's justice.
00:25:03.600 I mean, you watch, for example, the people, the women who are out front, Supreme Court building, supposedly taking abortion pills in an act of celebration, you know, that sort of thing.
00:25:13.420 I mean, these really are the worst people.
00:25:16.780 We're long past the point where they used to say in the pro-abortion movement, oh, we want it to be safe, legal, and rare.
00:25:22.740 And, of course, they still want it to be legal, and they say they want it to be safe, but you can't really have a safe abortion by definition.
00:25:28.800 But the rare part is out the window.
00:25:30.980 I mean, now they're full on, let's just have abortions for everyone.
00:25:34.440 It's an act of celebration.
00:25:36.380 You know, it's a celebration of a woman's autonomy and all that kind of stuff.
00:25:39.480 I tell you, Matt, I actually think, and you're a spiritual guy, so you'll understand this.
00:25:43.920 We're battling evil.
00:25:45.460 We're not battling our neighbors.
00:25:47.460 This is evil.
00:25:48.540 Evil has us by the throat.
00:25:52.060 It is his time of reign, he thinks.
00:25:56.040 But if this law goes away, you know that we are going to not, we're not going to stop at 15 weeks.
00:26:04.100 Of course, Texas, Mississippi, and about 25 other states are all going to say no abortions in this state.
00:26:10.640 But I believe that there will be an unleashing of evil in New York, Massachusetts, probably Illinois, California, where you'll see, oh, there's no limits.
00:26:26.220 We can decide.
00:26:27.400 All right, baby's born.
00:26:28.960 Mom, do you want it or not?
00:26:30.280 I think you're going to see evil like we have not seen before, which is a good thing for it to be exposed.
00:26:37.800 Do you agree?
00:26:38.740 Yeah, I totally agree.
00:26:41.240 And that's something that I think still a lot of people don't understand because the media has obscured this point intentionally.
00:26:48.120 But obviously, Roe v. Wade is overturned, and that's exactly the point.
00:26:50.720 It doesn't mean that abortion is illegal across the country automatically.
00:26:54.840 And I do think we'll see that because what we understand is that for, as many of us have been talking about for a long time, for the left, abortion is their highest sacrament.
00:27:04.840 It's a death cult.
00:27:34.840 All of the arguments made for abortion certainly would apply.
00:27:39.740 Every single one of them applies to a newborn infant, a baby who's six months old.
00:27:45.560 And for so long, the left has been saying, oh, that's crazy.
00:27:48.560 No, no, no, no.
00:27:49.120 But then we always see this.
00:27:51.460 In many other areas, we've seen the same thing where they say, oh, that's crazy.
00:27:54.040 It's never – that's a slippery slope fallacy.
00:27:56.200 And then you fast forward a few years, and they're doing exactly what it is.
00:27:59.300 Yeah.
00:28:00.140 Did you see the news about Notre Dame and how this is now – the new Notre Dame is going to be – have a chapel for global warming, a chapel for social justice?
00:28:15.860 I think this is – in prophecy, it talks about a one-world government, one-world church.
00:28:22.880 I think this wokeness crap – I think all of this is the new one-world church.
00:28:30.140 And Notre Dame is becoming its cathedral.
00:28:34.140 Yeah, they're turning – from what I've read, Notre Dame is turning into kind of like a woke Disney World type of thing.
00:28:43.260 It's also – there's a whole other part of this where there's kind of this – I think it's sort of a war on beauty in our world.
00:28:50.520 And you find this especially with churches, an uglification of everything, buildings, everyone, even people, it seems like, are trying to intentionally make themselves look uglier.
00:29:01.540 But buildings especially, especially churches.
00:29:03.720 So it does not surprise me at all.
00:29:06.120 This is exactly what – this is why I was – this is one of the reasons why it was so tragic when that fire happened,
00:29:10.300 because we just knew that our culture is not capable of and not interested in building anything that beautiful ever again.
00:29:18.580 And so it's going to end up being exactly what it's going to be.
00:29:22.160 I've read your new book.
00:29:24.020 It's a kid's book, Johnny the Walrus.
00:29:25.780 Actually, it's not a kid's book.
00:29:27.760 It's really for the parents.
00:29:29.360 But as I read it, Matt, I thought, I can't believe I live in a society that needs this book, seriously needs this book.
00:29:42.980 Did you feel that way when you were writing it?
00:29:44.700 Yeah, I feel that way every single day that it's necessary for – every day I'm saying things, you're saying things, we're all saying things that we shouldn't need to say.
00:29:55.580 And it still boggles my mind every day that I need to say it.
00:29:57.760 But we do.
00:29:59.420 I mean, this is just – this is affirming basic common sense and some really basic realities about children and also kind of the psychology of children
00:30:10.020 and the fact that little kids, when they say things, they make claims about themselves and about the world.
00:30:17.060 They don't really understand the distinction between reality and fantasy.
00:30:20.660 That's the word – they live in a world where there is no distinction.
00:30:22.740 They live in kind of a fantastical world, which is one of the wonderful things about childhood.
00:30:27.820 And that's why childhood is so beautiful and we want to protect it.
00:30:31.780 But now it's being exploited and kind of turned against these kids.
00:30:36.520 And we take a childhood fantasy or something that they say that's purely out of their imagination,
00:30:41.800 and now it's turned into a lifelong identity crisis for them where it didn't need to be that.
00:30:48.360 So let me just give you a couple of pages here from Johnny the Walrus.
00:30:51.460 Johnny's a boy with a big imagination.
00:30:53.720 One day he's a dog.
00:30:54.640 Next day he's a crustacean.
00:30:56.300 One morning he came downstairs barking and clapping.
00:30:59.000 Wood spoons for tusks and sock fins a-flapping.
00:31:02.940 I'm Johnny the Walrus, he said with a roar.
00:31:05.460 The wood floor's my ocean and the carpet's my shore.
00:31:09.680 Johnny's mom loves her son's make-believe time.
00:31:12.140 You're Johnny the Walrus till you change your mind.
00:31:14.620 But Johnny's mom's phone said,
00:31:16.620 It's not just pretend.
00:31:18.760 Only a bigot would say that.
00:31:20.540 How dare you offend?
00:31:22.860 Mommy was told to take John for a checkup.
00:31:25.760 The doctor says,
00:31:27.120 You'll need to eat worms and put on gray makeup.
00:31:30.220 The worms will give you whiskers and the gray blends you in.
00:31:34.000 And a simple procedure cuts feet into fins.
00:31:37.700 It's gross eating worms, mom.
00:31:39.460 They're all so dang twitchy.
00:31:41.720 Wood spoons kind of hurt and the makeup is kind of itchy.
00:31:44.520 He eventually gets to the zoo and mom says he's a walrus and the zookeeper says,
00:31:51.800 What the hell is wrong with you?
00:31:53.480 I mean, I'm not quoting from the book anymore.
00:31:55.500 What the hell is wrong with you?
00:31:57.880 This story is so important.
00:32:01.320 I don't know if you remember just a few weeks ago with the parent who was saying,
00:32:07.740 Look, my boy's a girl.
00:32:09.780 Are you a girl?
00:32:11.780 Yeah, I'm a girl and I'm seven.
00:32:13.440 No, you're not.
00:32:14.120 You're four.
00:32:15.060 But you're a girl, right?
00:32:17.140 It's insane.
00:32:18.580 Why isn't that a seven-year-old girl if that's what he says he is?
00:32:23.500 I can't believe we live in a world that needs this, Matt.
00:32:28.040 Yeah, and by the way, thanks for reading that.
00:32:30.120 I mean, it's the greatest work of literature I've written in many, many months to come up with that.
00:32:36.340 Yeah, I mean, the video you're talking about is just a perfect example of the incoherence of gender ideology in general,
00:32:43.020 but especially as it pertains to kids where, as you said, I mean, the kid says he's seven years old,
00:32:47.600 but he can't be seven, but he can be a girl if he says he's that.
00:32:51.640 I mean, and of course, age is actually a fluid, changing thing.
00:32:56.120 So in some ways, it makes more sense.
00:32:58.500 It doesn't make sense, but it makes more sense to identify as a different age
00:33:01.140 because at least eventually you will be that age, whereas your sex is unchangeable and immutable.
00:33:07.660 But then you also see in that video, like with so many other examples of this kind of thing,
00:33:12.160 where the parents, and in the book, in Johnny the Walrus, I kind of was a little bit easy on the parents
00:33:15.980 because she's more sort of hapless and clueless and confused,
00:33:20.260 and she's convinced by society to go along with this, and that does happen.
00:33:23.840 I also think there are many other examples where the parents choose to impose this on their kids
00:33:29.280 because they want to kind of hold their kid up as some sort of trophy to the world
00:33:32.840 to score woke points and everything, which is the most insidious thing of all.
00:33:37.920 Matt Walsh, are you getting any pushback from this?
00:33:40.980 I mean, is it for sale on Amazon, or you can only get it at dailywire.com?
00:33:47.560 Yeah, there's certainly plenty of pushback, as expected.
00:33:49.940 Right now, you've got to go to johnnythewalrus.com to buy it from the Daily Wire.
00:33:53.220 We sold out on Amazon in a day, and so we're now in the process of trying to get it back on Amazon.
00:33:58.760 And, you know, they're having some complications there.
00:34:03.140 Yeah, they're very helpful, I'm sure.
00:34:04.480 Johnny the Walrus, it's johnnythewalrus.com, is where you can get it?
00:34:11.280 Yeah, johnnythewalrus.com.
00:34:13.240 Matt, always good to talk to you.
00:34:15.060 I hope you had a great Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas if I don't talk to you in between.
00:34:19.100 You as well. Thanks a lot. Appreciate it.
00:34:20.360 God bless.
00:34:22.960 Bill O'Reilly is coming up in just a second,
00:34:25.500 and then Stu and I are going to take a look at all of the stories of the week that we might have missed
00:34:30.320 and some of the funny parts of the week, all still to come.
00:34:35.040 Cindy writes in about her dog's experience with Rough Green.
00:34:37.720 She says, Roxy is my 14-year-old mini schnauzer with kidney disease.
00:34:42.600 For the last few years, we've had to get on the floor with her food and pretend that I was eating her food.
00:34:49.540 I mean, we go from airplane with our kids, open the hangar door,
00:34:55.180 to getting down and pretending we're eating the dog food.
00:34:58.160 I mean, they are part of our family, and it sucks to have to do it.
00:35:03.220 But I've done it.
00:35:08.560 Rough Greens.
00:35:09.760 Rough Greens.
00:35:10.440 She said, I heard about Rough Greens on Glenn Beck's show.
00:35:12.700 I decided to give it a try.
00:35:14.280 What a difference.
00:35:15.660 Five stars.
00:35:16.980 Thank you.
00:35:18.080 Cindy, thank you for listening.
00:35:19.140 Thank you for writing in.
00:35:20.160 I know the struggle.
00:35:21.720 We used to have to stand absolutely bone still by Uno's bowl until he would decide to eat.
00:35:28.360 And those days are over.
00:35:29.980 Get a free bag of Rough Greens for your dog to try out.
00:35:32.420 It's not a dog food.
00:35:33.320 It's a supplement with all the things that makes your dog healthier and happier.
00:35:36.600 You sprinkle it on the food.

00:35:44.380 833-GLEN-33.
00:35:46.040 833-GLEN-33.
00:35:49.040 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:35:53.320 I met somebody yesterday who I think we're going to become good friends.
00:35:58.600 CEO Bayard Winthrop.
00:36:00.820 He believes buying American can solve our political divide and supply chain problems.
00:36:07.660 His company that he founded was American Giant.
00:36:11.400 This is the company that has made the hoodie that the press has dubbed the best hoodie ever made.
00:36:20.920 He's dealing with a supply chain nightmare, except he's doing fine.
00:36:25.500 Because he decided to do everything in America.
00:36:27.720 But that's not where his business career started.
00:36:30.080 It's an amazing story with twists and turns and a success story.
00:36:34.280 But every entrepreneur should listen to it.
00:36:37.000 I want you to hear him talk just a little bit in this podcast about the entrepreneurial spirit.
00:36:41.840 John Huntsman Sr. was a good friend of mine.
00:36:44.420 And he's the guy who came up with the styrofoam McDonald's containers and stuff.
00:36:52.440 He was a petrochemical guy.
00:36:54.180 And at one point when he was trying to make that mold, he was broke.
00:36:59.160 And he just knew that those would be huge.
00:37:02.480 And he had to come up with a way.
00:37:05.040 Sitting in his office one day, and there's a gold record on the wall.
00:37:08.780 And I said, John, I'm trying to piece together.
00:37:14.760 Did your company make the vinyl for albums?
00:37:17.100 What?
00:37:17.660 And he said, no.
00:37:18.640 He said, I was down on money.
00:37:20.120 I had this idea.
00:37:21.640 And he said, so I thought, how can I make a bunch of money quickly?
00:37:25.860 He said, before there was KTEL Records, you'll remember that.
00:37:29.940 He said, I was the first one to come up with a compilation album for Christmas where I just put all these different artists on.
00:37:36.240 And he said, I made a fortune.
00:37:37.760 And I put it into buying the molds.
00:37:40.820 Yeah.
00:37:41.620 And he told me towards the end of his life, he said, I don't think we have to worry yet about China eating our lunch and business.
00:37:51.040 And I said, really?
00:37:52.220 And he said, my friends in China, tell me over and over again, we can clean your clock everywhere except for that entrepreneurial.
00:38:06.880 Innovative, optimistic.
00:38:07.860 I can do it.
00:38:08.640 Totally.
00:38:09.240 And back to the trucks on the road.
00:38:11.480 Yep.
00:38:11.860 It doesn't take us long to forget.
00:38:14.620 Yeah.
00:38:14.860 And I'm so concerned about everybody saying you can't do it.
00:38:20.200 Oh, yeah.
00:38:20.700 All of this crap.
00:38:21.580 Come on.
00:38:21.860 It's crap.
00:38:22.640 I mean, I say this to everybody.
00:38:24.220 Come travel the supply chain with me.
00:38:25.720 You get through our supply chain from the gins to the yarners to everybody.
00:38:30.140 You realize really quickly that optimism and entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well.
00:38:33.440 I think the risk is that you stifle that enough so that those businesses move overseas.
00:38:39.500 Those towns kind of wither on the vine.
00:38:41.340 There isn't vitality there anymore.
00:38:42.760 And there's an entrepreneur in waiting in every small town across the U.S.
00:38:47.460 They just need the right infrastructure, the right school system, the right opportunity to go
00:38:51.140 unlock it.
00:38:51.980 And so what I worry about is that I think that if we buy into this narrative that we don't
00:38:56.320 need to make things in this country anymore and we don't need to invest there, I think
00:39:00.260 that has much broader implications beyond just where stuff is coming from.
00:39:03.260 It's got implications in towns and communities and that entrepreneurial optimistic drive that
00:39:07.160 I think is so inherent in this country.
00:39:09.320 Oh, yeah.
00:39:09.520 So I don't buy it.
00:39:11.640 It's there.
00:39:12.020 But I do think we have to start paying attention to it and start to address it because if we
00:39:15.900 let it go for another 10, 15 years, I do get worried about it.
00:39:19.360 I think that you begin to take away that vitality and that entrepreneurial spirit and just maybe
00:39:23.220 that is America.
00:39:24.740 That is America.
00:39:25.360 That is that opportunity and that ability to do something and have an idea and pursue
00:39:29.860 it with vitality.
00:39:31.580 And I worry that that's the more that we deaden all the towns and communities all across the
00:39:37.900 country, the more we're going to get about that.
00:39:40.360 So I think that's something that we do need to begin to confront.

00:42:52.580 this is the glenn beck program hello america it's friday bill o'reilly is next
00:43:03.240 the glenn beck program with roe versus wade hanging in the balance of the supreme court
00:43:09.780 cannot wait cannot wait to hear bill's take on this uh it's a good time to remember that even if
00:43:16.220 it does get overturned abortion will not end in this country and the leftist entities like
00:43:23.000 planned parenthood will continue to do everything they can to continue the practice of wholesale
00:43:27.280 murder let me suggest if you are with big mobile if you especially verizon they send money to
00:43:34.500 planned parenthood change this drop that carrier go to patriot mobile if you make the switch today
00:43:43.400 they're going to give you a free month of service the offer ends i think at the end of the weekend
00:43:48.120 december 5th you can get reliable nationwide coverage for less and you're not paying for things like
00:43:56.840 planned parenthood patriot mobile shares your values supports the organizations that are fighting for
00:44:03.240 religious freedom constitutional rights and the sanctity of life it's patriot mobile.com
00:44:08.260 slash back or call 972 patriot 972 patriot patriot mobile.com uh slash beck do it now
00:44:17.960 mr bill o'reilly is with us now today the justices will decide initially
00:44:32.840 the case uh before the supreme court in the last couple of days today is the day that they'll meet
00:44:39.340 around one o'clock if you're a praying person you should pray for this meeting because they'll make
00:44:44.780 the initial uh decision on this case which we won't actually hear until probably june or july
00:44:51.880 uh on where we stand with roe versus wade i can't wait to hear from mr bill o'reilly on i assume this is
00:44:59.660 the biggest story of the week bill um in some precincts i think the uh trafalgar poll on biden
00:45:07.320 you know for the country is a bigger story okay so let's let's come can we come back to that let's
00:45:13.240 start with whatever you want start with abortion okay so i don't think a roe v way is going to be
00:45:18.600 overturned i think that the uh five maybe six uh of the justices will say the states have a right
00:45:27.640 to regulate abortion under public safety provision so that's what the case is about it's
00:45:36.380 uh mississippi uh wanting to cut off abortion at 15 weeks and i think that that's going to happen
00:45:44.660 that the states will be allowed to do that and then you'll know you'll get certain states that
00:45:49.580 push it to eight weeks or whatever and uh i don't know how the justices are going to deal with that
00:45:56.500 but there will still be states like new york and california and illinois where you can have an
00:46:03.580 abortion up to 10 minutes before birth for any reason and i bet you it goes after birth um in in
00:46:10.220 some states i mean it's barbaric there's no doubt about it right but it was interesting it was
00:46:14.860 interesting to see so to my or just so to my or basically try to pin people who are pro-life
00:46:23.960 as religious zealots you know that's what she said well this is a religion question and you know
00:46:31.340 she did that because there's separation between um the government and religion in america that's what
00:46:38.500 she was trying to do but you can make an argument and i certainly would if i ever got to speak with
00:46:44.140 her that this is a human rights issue so is so to my you're saying um a fetus isn't a human i'd like
00:46:53.940 to hear her say that i think she is though she's saying that i want to hear i want to hear the words
00:46:58.700 yeah well because if you say that a fetus is not a human being then you have to back it up and what
00:47:07.700 are you going to back it up with that's your opinion but you don't rule on opinion you rule on facts
00:47:18.520 and there are just as many facts that say that a fetus is a human being or at least a potential
00:47:27.600 human being so okay bill i um uh i talked to mike lee yesterday and he said he really believes
00:47:35.200 that roe versus wade is going to be overturned and you know he's he's clerked for two separate
00:47:40.380 justices uh and and know them real well he said however uh things can change um and i was i went back
00:47:51.220 and looked september 4th 1992 an article in the washington post from robert novak the supreme
00:47:58.440 court on june 29th affirmed instead of overturning the roe versus wade abortion standard because justice
00:48:04.940 anthony kennedy changed his vote a flip attributed to court circles to liberal constitutional scholar
00:48:12.300 lawrence tribe's pulling of strings backstage so today they're going to vote but then they have
00:48:19.580 all of these months in between and that's what happened in 1992 uh that justice kennedy flipped
00:48:27.560 his vote do you do you i mean i i'm concerned because of john roberts last time with the uh
00:48:35.320 the flipping of his vote on obamacare uh this kind of stuff happens doesn't it yes i again i'd be very
00:48:44.280 surprised if the supreme court overturns roe v wade well it's kind of the only very surprised that
00:48:51.040 happens then there but there is according to mike lee there is no middle ground and it's not
00:48:55.740 see this is this is hang on just a second hang on just a second um he it's important to understand
00:49:03.140 flipping roe versus wade is not an end to him to abortion it just means the states get to decide
00:49:11.440 but you don't have to even bother with it to give the states more power all you have to do is rule
00:49:19.880 that mississippi has a right to cut off abortion at 15 weeks which will be an effective end to roe
00:49:27.500 versus i mean i think we're arguing the same thing here i don't know if it's going to be an effective
00:49:31.900 end because roe v wade is a federal law okay so if you were to end roe v wade then you could
00:49:37.520 go to california and new york and illinois you can basically say you can't do it and i i just don't
00:49:43.280 see that ever happening no no no wait wait wait wait wait wait but this is according to the um the
00:49:50.780 attorneys for the abortion clinic their their statement is and it's true you because roe versus
00:50:00.040 wade says this number of weeks it has to be um if you take that out then you're returning the control
00:50:08.160 back to the states and that's that's what roe versus wade did it took that power away from the states
00:50:14.800 so in effect yeah so state could not ban abortion correct under roe v wade correct that's good that's
00:50:21.920 gonna that's gonna stay i'm almost a hundred percent that you cannot that you cannot uh ban abortion
00:50:29.380 right so a state like mississippi alabama oklahoma uh the state legislature passes a law we don't want
00:50:37.400 any abortion in our state that goes up against roe v wade federal takes precedent and that's how it
00:50:44.320 goes down so roberts and and the others uh they're going to try to give the states more power to regulate
00:50:52.180 abortion i i do believe that will happen and they'll word it in a way that leaves roe v wade is established
00:50:58.620 law but allows the states to have limits that's what i think will happen okay um bill you think that the
00:51:06.720 the new poll out is the most important story of the week right tell me about it so trafalgar is a pretty
00:51:14.880 accurate polling crew oh yeah yeah they don't get a lot of publicity but they're they're fair and they're
00:51:20.740 polling their sample you know takes into account republicans democrats and independents yeah they
00:51:26.720 they have they've cracked the code on how to get people to respond in today's world and they balance
00:51:33.620 it they've been accurate the last two elections the most accurate so now you got biden at 36 job
00:51:41.420 approval approaching richard nixon territory during watergate wow and unlike trump whose numbers were
00:51:50.160 always below 50 um job approval the trump people people who liked him were fanatical about liking him
00:51:59.720 okay well biden's 36 there are no fanatical biden's i mean the 36 percent who thinking who think he's
00:52:10.860 doing a good job as president are divided into two categories the progressive liberal zealots
00:52:17.640 okay and the people who don't even know what state they live in
00:52:22.060 all right those are the two crews that when you sample are going but it's not like oh i love this
00:52:31.120 joe biden i mean you know we've talked about this before but i have a lot of liberal friends and i mean
00:52:36.480 and i'm and i'm like taunting them and on billoreilly.com i have a bumper sticker
00:52:41.620 and do you regret your 2020 vote yet and so biden doesn't have any kind of real firm backing
00:52:51.980 and for president united states after 11 months to have no firm backing i mean the democratic party
00:53:00.500 would love to dump him do you realize that oh they'd love to but who are they going to replace
00:53:04.760 him with they don't have anybody i mean if you look you cannot replace him i mean they've got to get
00:53:10.460 him on steroids disney animatronics i don't know what but you can't have him leave before the end
00:53:16.960 of the first nobody else no because if there were a reincarnation of jfk yeah there's not okay they
00:53:25.880 dump biden in a heartbeat yeah because they understand and we're talking democrats now they understand this
00:53:33.320 is a disaster a disaster so i went back to do my research and i looked at the first year of all
00:53:42.740 46 presidents no one has been worse than biden in our history no one that includes millard fillmore
00:53:52.820 you know the great names and and and and it's getting worse it's getting worse because he cannot
00:54:04.320 process information that's the key to joe biden he can't process information so it's like a student in
00:54:13.940 a class and the teacher says hey george washington was the commander-in-chief and then he was elected
00:54:21.140 president and 10 minutes later you ask the kid what was george washington i don't know can't retain
00:54:28.620 information so therefore if you can't retain information you can't strategize to solve any
00:54:35.620 problems and therefore the problems are going to get worse particularly economically and i think that
00:54:42.060 the democrats i mean it's it's it's like they've lost their mind did you see the the uh chart where
00:54:51.200 gas prices are down 1.8 cents uh since when since thanksgiving they founded a couple of days where the
00:55:03.220 price went down by 1.8 percent they put a chart on that only shows it in decline we're showing you if
00:55:09.960 you're watching blaze tv only shows the price of gas in decline so it's only like a three or six day
00:55:16.160 chart uh and i mean it's humiliating what they're doing do they really think that they can get away
00:55:23.960 with this stuff and people don't know no they don't think that the hierarchy in the democratic
00:55:30.860 parties is panicked because they have less than a year to the midterms and it's going to be a wipeout
00:55:38.460 and republicans are going to assume both houses in congress and that'll be the end of the biden
00:55:45.120 administration what anything passed what happens what happens to uh the election if just go with
00:55:54.820 me here if roe versus wade is overturned i don't know i i mean i'm not a speculative kind of guy
00:56:02.360 i think that would give momentum to the progressive left because they'd say oh women you know you're
00:56:10.320 persecuting the women and women aren't full citizens because that's what they do anyway
00:56:15.080 so there'd be a big gender war that's what they gin up on it and i don't think that's going to be
00:56:20.760 effective honestly i think i think the days of the gender stuff and the race stuff i just think it's
00:56:26.020 just so it's so trite now that you're like oh shut up yeah in certain parts of the country but in the
00:56:33.460 big cities that's still alive and well well i mean if you feel that way and you're not surrounded by
00:56:40.040 people like that move move move to texas uh all right thank you so much bill we're going to take a
00:56:46.640 one minute break come back with more with bill o'reilly in just a second american financing nmls
00:56:52.140 1-82334 www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org there's a great phrase that goes a little something like
00:56:58.620 this you don't know what you don't know and it's true for instance if you haven't called american
00:57:03.020 financing and talked to one of their mortgage consultants then you don't know how much money
00:57:06.720 you might be saving on a monthly basis hundreds maybe as much as a thousand what would twelve
00:57:12.780 thousand dollars do to your life over a year period that's a lot of money to save and you can save it
00:57:20.920 just call them and have them look at your finances have them look at your mortgage you may be paying
00:57:28.260 too much uh for your mortgage if you're paying over three percent you are probably paying too much
00:57:33.700 and they can uh work with you to get a new mortgage without resetting your loan at a much lower rate
00:57:40.480 then if you put your high interest credit cards on top that's 12 percent interest put that high
00:57:46.860 interest credit card on top and you could be saving up up to a thousand dollars a month please take 10

00:59:05.740 listen to this the cop never says
00:59:08.700 that you were following the juror or the jury
00:59:12.440 the cop never says that
00:59:14.640 listen
00:59:15.120 what's the significance of you being here
00:59:18.120 i work for nbc
00:59:19.640 for nbc

00:59:21.260 yeah
00:59:21.660 okay you're a reporter
00:59:22.880 producer
00:59:23.860 producer
00:59:24.540 okay
00:59:24.960 all right
00:59:25.980 yeah
00:59:29.120 i don't know
00:59:32.740 so you were you following a vehicle
00:59:35.720 i was trying to see
00:59:37.860 i was being called by new york going
00:59:40.140 maybe
00:59:41.120 what you need to follow but i i don't know
00:59:45.040 i was trying to
00:59:46.300 okay
00:59:46.820 so he's here saying he doesn't know i was just following orders
00:59:50.520 okay
00:59:51.480 yavul
00:59:52.040 here's where he hands the phone over
00:59:55.000 to the police officer
00:59:56.620 listen to the producer
00:59:57.780 from new york
00:59:58.640 this is officer jones
00:59:59.540 canoche police
01:00:00.380 trying to figure out what's going on here
01:00:03.300 why
01:00:03.500 you have a reporter
01:00:04.620 or producer following

01:00:17.860 i can hear you now
01:00:18.900 okay
01:00:19.960 hi officer
01:00:20.800 my name is irene
01:00:21.800 i'm a booking producer
01:00:22.780 with nbc news
01:00:24.160 uh-huh
01:00:24.600 um
01:00:25.740 we were just trying to respectfully
01:00:28.980 just trying to see if it's
01:00:32.300 if it's possible to
01:00:35.320 to find any leads about
01:00:39.000 about the case
01:00:42.000 and so we were
01:00:43.160 we
01:00:43.740 we were just keeping our distance
01:00:46.380 just to see like where
01:00:49.140 people involved in
01:00:52.020 in the
01:00:52.640 in the trial
01:00:53.620 um
01:00:54.620 are positioned
01:00:55.280 by no means
01:00:56.640 were we trying to get in contact
01:00:58.080 with any of
01:00:59.220 any of
01:00:59.800 the jury members
01:01:00.700 or whoever's in the car
01:01:02.460 we just were
01:01:03.600 um
01:01:04.260 okay
01:01:05.000 stop
01:01:05.520 bill
01:01:06.340 clear evidence
01:01:08.600 yes
01:01:08.940 well
01:01:09.780 look
01:01:10.460 what nbc was doing
01:01:11.860 was following the jury
01:01:13.880 uh
01:01:14.720 bus
01:01:15.260 in the hopes that
01:01:17.020 when it stopped
01:01:17.860 and the jurors got off
01:01:19.100 the producer would pop out
01:01:21.080 introduce himself
01:01:22.160 and say
01:01:22.700 would you talk to me
01:01:23.880 after the trial is over
01:01:25.420 this happens all the time
01:01:27.800 it shouldn't happen
01:01:28.800 but
01:01:29.680 this is disingenuous bs
01:01:31.640 um
01:01:32.680 but look
01:01:33.580 nbc's collapse
01:01:35.160 is a news agency
01:01:36.260 i don't think there's anybody
01:01:37.200 in the country that believes
01:01:38.400 what nbc says
01:01:40.480 well this way i wanted to
01:01:41.420 this way i wanted to ask you about this
01:01:43.160 because there's several things
01:01:44.340 a
01:01:44.740 the new york times
01:01:45.800 is doubling down
01:01:46.880 on the russia
01:01:47.860 gate stuff
01:01:48.780 um
01:01:49.720 this week
01:01:50.340 i think there was a
01:01:51.120 story in today
01:01:52.060 about it
01:01:52.580 um
01:01:53.240 you have
01:01:53.840 cnn and cuomo
01:01:55.380 oh that's a great story
01:01:57.120 which is crazy
01:01:58.400 and they didn't fire him
01:02:01.220 and brian stelter said
01:02:03.100 he's coming back
01:02:04.100 after the new year
01:02:05.220 they can fire him back
01:02:06.940 and why is that bill
01:02:08.400 how much time do we have
01:02:10.560 uh
01:02:11.060 you've got about
01:02:11.580 three minutes i think
01:02:12.740 okay
01:02:13.200 so
01:02:14.340 no
01:02:14.860 how much time
01:02:15.700 i don't want him to start
01:02:16.640 if you have 90 seconds
01:02:18.320 do you want to wait
01:02:18.900 yeah let's let's wait
01:02:19.980 till after the break
01:02:20.800 but i'll set it up for you
01:02:22.040 okay
01:02:22.240 so cuomo's got a contract
01:02:24.600 right
01:02:25.080 and in the contract
01:02:27.160 he
01:02:28.200 there are there are clauses
01:02:30.200 that say
01:02:31.040 if you do this
01:02:32.040 that and the other thing
01:02:33.020 we can dismiss you
01:02:34.000 and not pay your contract out
01:02:35.640 moral turpitude
01:02:36.820 well some of that
01:02:38.580 and there's other things too
01:02:39.580 okay
01:02:39.920 but
01:02:40.940 what cnn did
01:02:42.760 was allow
01:02:43.900 chris cuomo
01:02:46.280 to do it
01:02:47.040 and i'll explain it
01:02:48.900 very vividly
01:02:49.660 when we come back
01:02:50.300 on the break
01:02:50.940 so cnn
01:02:52.180 really is the villain
01:02:54.020 now cuomo
01:02:54.560 yes
01:02:55.580 he doesn't know
01:02:57.360 he's not a journalist
01:02:58.560 he has no
01:02:59.520 understanding
01:03:00.820 of how you're
01:03:01.780 i'm not a journalist
01:03:02.920 and i know
01:03:03.780 stop giving them
01:03:04.940 the benefit of the doubt
01:03:05.980 you're brilliant
01:03:06.680 beck
01:03:07.100 i mean
01:03:07.320 you're brilliant
01:03:07.960 all right
01:03:08.920 so
01:03:10.140 all right
01:03:11.140 well we'll come back
01:03:11.960 with that
01:03:12.240 because i i really
01:03:13.000 want to hear
01:03:13.560 um
01:03:14.480 and i
01:03:14.920 you're a numbers guy
01:03:16.420 and i want you to tell me
01:03:17.840 about the ratings collapse
01:03:19.300 of these places
01:03:20.180 because i think there are
01:03:21.160 still a lot of people
01:03:21.980 that get their news
01:03:22.800 from either there
01:03:24.260 or basically
01:03:25.700 the you know
01:03:26.960 the twitter feed
01:03:28.040 or the facebook feed
01:03:29.620 which is all really
01:03:30.660 controlled by
01:03:31.540 many of those people
01:03:32.900 uh by the way
01:03:34.080 bill o'reilly
01:03:34.740 and i
01:03:35.520 and donald trump
01:03:36.640 going to be in florida
01:03:37.920 next saturday
01:03:39.340 you can go to
01:03:40.620 billoreilly.com
01:03:41.800 and find out
01:03:42.920 all about it
01:03:43.680 i think
01:03:44.600 i think
01:03:45.700 i might be there
01:03:47.300 in the front row
01:03:48.380 heckling
01:03:49.200 uh
01:03:50.640 i'm trying
01:03:51.480 i'm trying
01:03:52.120 uh
01:03:52.680 we'll give you more
01:03:53.740 with bill o'reilly
01:03:54.320 coming up in just a second
01:03:55.460 this is
01:04:01.500 the glenn back program
01:04:02.900 you use your car
01:04:03.740 every day
01:04:04.280 and if you don't think
01:04:05.520 that putting miles on it
01:04:06.540 is wearing down
01:04:07.420 uh wearing it down
01:04:08.680 over time
01:04:09.380 think again
01:04:10.160 especially
01:04:10.720 this time of year
01:04:11.940 when the weather
01:04:12.480 is starting to change
01:04:13.460 cars are vulnerable
01:04:14.980 to all sorts
01:04:15.740 of breakdown scenarios
01:04:16.760 this is the worst
01:04:18.160 time for your car
01:04:19.480 this change
01:04:20.240 to fall
01:04:20.820 to winter
01:04:21.440 if you're out
01:04:22.720 of warranty
01:04:23.420 when that happens
01:04:24.600 you're in deep trouble
01:04:26.120 especially now
01:04:27.160 for a covered repair
01:04:28.960 car shield
01:04:29.980 will be a
01:04:31.140 lifesaver
01:04:32.080 not only do they
01:04:33.240 offer coast to coast
01:04:34.140 roadside assistance
01:04:35.040 but they're going to
01:04:35.640 deal with the mechanic
01:04:36.500 of your choice
01:04:37.360 and get it fixed
01:04:38.160 and make sure
01:04:38.700 you have a rental car
01:04:39.640 to drive
01:04:40.120 in the meantime
01:04:40.680 now think about this
01:04:41.860 a chip goes down
01:04:42.900 you don't have
01:04:43.960 any insurance
01:04:44.500 you don't have
01:04:45.020 car shield
01:04:45.560 so you don't have
01:04:46.300 a you know
01:04:47.280 anything to cover
01:04:48.000 your expenses
01:04:48.920 go ahead
01:04:50.160 try to get a
01:04:50.940 rental car
01:04:51.760 if your car
01:04:52.800 is going to be
01:04:53.200 in the shop
01:04:53.640 for three months
01:04:54.340 or tell
01:04:54.840 whatever they get
01:04:55.560 that part
01:04:56.120 that's a lot
01:04:57.080 of money
01:04:57.480 this winter
01:04:58.720 don't spend
01:04:59.320 your time
01:04:59.820 worrying about
01:05:00.500 the check engine
01:05:01.160 light

01:05:31.260 it's friday
01:05:31.700 bill o'reilly
01:05:32.300 is with us
01:05:33.340 hello bill
01:05:34.360 before we went
01:05:37.500 to break
01:05:38.620 we were getting
01:05:39.480 into the
01:05:40.580 details of
01:05:41.880 of chris cuomo
01:05:43.140 and what is
01:05:43.860 happening over
01:05:44.440 at cnn
01:05:45.280 right
01:05:46.580 they're holding
01:05:47.540 on to him
01:05:48.240 for some reason
01:05:49.040 and you say
01:05:49.700 you know why
01:05:50.440 yes
01:05:51.200 so if you're
01:05:52.800 a judge
01:05:53.340 and your nephew
01:05:54.160 is charged
01:05:54.880 with a crime
01:05:55.560 and he appears
01:05:56.500 before you
01:05:57.320 what do you do
01:05:58.320 you sentence him
01:06:00.440 the way you're
01:06:01.460 supposed to
01:06:01.960 sentence everybody
01:06:02.760 you recuse
01:06:04.560 yourself
01:06:05.080 oh yeah
01:06:05.440 okay
01:06:05.720 yes
01:06:06.120 yes
01:06:06.540 that's actually
01:06:07.320 right
01:06:07.540 yes
01:06:07.820 you recuse
01:06:08.380 yourself
01:06:08.700 if you have
01:06:09.720 a personal tie
01:06:11.140 and you're a judge
01:06:12.220 you recuse
01:06:13.660 yourself
01:06:14.260 correct
01:06:14.620 same thing
01:06:15.000 in journalism
01:06:15.560 same thing
01:06:16.960 okay
01:06:17.500 so if you're
01:06:18.240 covering a story
01:06:19.420 interviewing someone
01:06:20.980 and you have
01:06:21.540 a personal tie
01:06:22.900 you don't
01:06:24.480 do that
01:06:25.180 correct
01:06:25.540 that's
01:06:26.080 journalistic
01:06:26.780 ethics
01:06:27.200 101
01:06:27.880 so cnn
01:06:29.680 allowed
01:06:30.580 chris cuomo
01:06:31.940 to do all
01:06:33.340 kinds of
01:06:34.640 things that
01:06:35.380 were
01:06:35.640 journalistically
01:06:36.800 unsound
01:06:37.620 they knew
01:06:39.000 that he was
01:06:40.800 tied in with
01:06:41.420 his brother
01:06:41.900 defending his
01:06:42.740 brother
01:06:43.140 all of that
01:06:45.120 they knew it
01:06:45.700 and then
01:06:47.400 when the new
01:06:48.040 york state
01:06:48.580 investigation
01:06:49.380 released
01:06:50.360 the data
01:06:51.960 that chris cuomo
01:06:53.360 was making calls
01:06:54.320 on his brother's
01:06:54.960 behalf
01:06:55.300 and all
01:06:56.160 that
01:06:56.620 cnn
01:06:57.840 was shocked
01:06:58.800 just like
01:06:59.760 casablanca
01:07:00.640 shocked
01:07:01.500 there's gambling
01:07:02.340 here
01:07:02.880 shocked
01:07:04.400 right
01:07:04.940 okay
01:07:05.640 so
01:07:06.600 what
01:07:07.540 should have
01:07:08.400 happened
01:07:08.860 and would have
01:07:10.400 happened
01:07:10.720 in any
01:07:11.440 decent
01:07:12.140 honest
01:07:12.760 news agency
01:07:14.320 is that
01:07:15.460 from the very
01:07:15.840 beginning
01:07:16.240 cnn would have
01:07:16.980 said you can't
01:07:17.500 cover your
01:07:17.820 brother
01:07:17.980 correct
01:07:18.320 correct
01:07:18.600 okay
01:07:19.840 didn't do
01:07:20.600 it
01:07:20.820 and then
01:07:22.240 that weasel
01:07:22.900 jeff
01:07:23.280 zucker
01:07:23.860 puts out
01:07:24.740 this self
01:07:25.280 serve
01:07:25.600 oh i had
01:07:26.540 no idea
01:07:27.420 yeah
01:07:29.020 okay
01:07:29.860 so cuomo's
01:07:32.040 got a contract
01:07:32.740 all right
01:07:33.580 in the contract
01:07:35.180 there's language
01:07:36.760 there's language
01:07:36.800 that we discuss
01:07:37.560 but we don't know
01:07:38.340 exactly what the
01:07:39.140 language is
01:07:40.060 but cuomo can
01:07:41.600 make a very
01:07:42.380 good case
01:07:43.380 in a court
01:07:44.540 of law
01:07:45.120 that they
01:07:46.980 cnn knew
01:07:48.180 what he was
01:07:48.780 doing and
01:07:49.400 allowed it
01:07:50.000 to happen
01:07:50.640 you see what i mean
01:07:52.300 yes
01:07:52.660 and then cnn
01:07:54.840 would be on the
01:07:56.440 hook for all
01:07:57.040 kinds of
01:07:57.440 damages
01:07:57.980 not only from
01:07:59.500 cuomo
01:07:59.960 but from all
01:08:02.100 the other people
01:08:03.020 that accused
01:08:04.060 andrew cuomo
01:08:06.000 the governor
01:08:06.500 okay
01:08:06.920 so bill
01:08:07.820 tell me
01:08:09.160 because i'm
01:08:09.960 i'm not
01:08:11.060 convinced
01:08:11.760 that the
01:08:12.880 collapse of
01:08:13.620 the corporate
01:08:14.160 media
01:08:14.680 ratings
01:08:15.400 are bad
01:08:16.680 i don't
01:08:17.220 you follow
01:08:18.020 them all the
01:08:18.420 time i don't
01:08:18.880 follow them
01:08:19.260 i know they're
01:08:19.820 really bad
01:08:20.640 like ever
01:08:21.600 before
01:08:22.040 or never
01:08:22.980 before
01:08:23.400 um
01:08:24.300 but
01:08:24.980 they're still
01:08:26.180 getting these
01:08:26.960 stories
01:08:27.520 from facebook
01:08:29.140 and uh
01:08:30.760 you know
01:08:31.260 and online
01:08:32.080 so is their
01:08:33.560 influence really
01:08:34.600 shrinking that
01:08:35.380 much
01:08:35.800 i think so
01:08:37.040 um
01:08:37.620 you're always
01:08:38.060 going to have
01:08:38.760 social media
01:08:39.760 spitting out
01:08:41.040 stuff that's
01:08:41.920 not true
01:08:42.600 um
01:08:43.820 and people
01:08:44.760 will believe it
01:08:45.500 because people
01:08:45.980 believe what they
01:08:46.540 want to believe
01:08:47.300 that's always
01:08:48.040 going to
01:08:48.320 you're never
01:08:48.700 going to be
01:08:49.020 able to
01:08:49.280 regulate that
01:08:50.360 but there's
01:08:50.980 a tremendous
01:08:51.880 shift in
01:08:52.620 power
01:08:53.140 um
01:08:54.360 in the
01:08:54.740 corporate
01:08:55.060 media
01:08:55.500 so
01:08:55.960 cnn and
01:08:58.140 msnbc
01:08:59.060 barely
01:09:00.500 barely
01:09:01.500 in prime
01:09:02.440 time
01:09:02.940 um
01:09:04.240 get
01:09:05.020 msnbc
01:09:06.400 about a
01:09:06.800 million
01:09:07.140 and cnn
01:09:08.180 is down
01:09:08.660 around
01:09:08.900 600,000
01:09:09.860 i can't
01:09:10.780 remember
01:09:11.100 i can't tell
01:09:12.540 you the last
01:09:13.000 time i watched
01:09:13.660 network television
01:09:14.560 really yeah
01:09:15.420 this is a
01:09:15.900 huge country
01:09:16.820 all right
01:09:17.900 and there
01:09:18.700 are more
01:09:19.520 than 100
01:09:20.040 million homes
01:09:21.120 with tv
01:09:22.280 now watch
01:09:24.120 it now
01:09:24.800 fox remains
01:09:25.640 number one
01:09:26.480 but fox has
01:09:27.700 changed its
01:09:28.520 programming
01:09:29.180 so it's not
01:09:30.780 um when i was
01:09:32.300 there when you
01:09:32.740 were there
01:09:33.080 we try to
01:09:34.580 appeal to
01:09:35.080 everybody
01:09:35.620 get as many
01:09:36.320 people as we
01:09:37.240 could
01:09:37.660 that doesn't
01:09:38.920 happen now
01:09:39.620 it's the same
01:09:41.140 three million
01:09:41.820 people every
01:09:42.640 night
01:09:42.900 okay it's the
01:09:44.820 hey biden
01:09:45.580 people it's
01:09:47.060 you know i
01:09:47.720 like so
01:09:48.860 and so
01:09:49.300 whatever but
01:09:50.180 it's not a
01:09:50.960 diverse crew
01:09:52.180 you're not
01:09:53.260 getting that
01:09:53.940 you're getting
01:09:54.520 conservative
01:09:55.620 ideologues to
01:09:56.940 listen to you
01:09:57.660 so that
01:09:58.500 therefore the
01:09:59.260 wide influence
01:10:00.320 of the media
01:10:01.200 is in
01:10:01.860 tremendous
01:10:03.220 decline i
01:10:04.540 mean cbs
01:10:05.100 evening news
01:10:05.740 with norah
01:10:06.300 o'donnell
01:10:06.900 barely reaches
01:10:08.700 five million
01:10:10.080 people a
01:10:10.860 night so
01:10:11.640 barely so
01:10:12.440 here's the
01:10:13.060 problem we're
01:10:13.460 having right
01:10:14.020 now we
01:10:14.580 are we
01:10:15.480 are looking
01:10:15.900 into these
01:10:16.900 camps in
01:10:17.840 australia and
01:10:18.740 we think
01:10:19.420 that they're
01:10:20.160 not concentration
01:10:21.060 camps they're
01:10:21.680 not even close
01:10:22.260 to a concentration
01:10:22.860 camp but they
01:10:24.120 are they close
01:10:25.500 to an internment
01:10:26.860 camp i still
01:10:27.900 don't think so
01:10:28.780 but i don't
01:10:30.020 know a
01:10:30.840 credible
01:10:31.320 individual
01:10:32.160 anywhere that
01:10:33.920 we can look
01:10:34.700 and say i
01:10:35.960 trust them
01:10:36.900 and that
01:10:37.840 reporting unless
01:10:38.720 we're there that's
01:10:39.860 a problem bill
01:10:40.920 oh boy it's a
01:10:41.940 huge problem
01:10:42.580 i every single
01:10:44.100 day you know i
01:10:44.860 do a newscast
01:10:45.860 on billoreilly.com
01:10:47.400 and uh we
01:10:48.520 distribute it
01:10:49.260 wide all over
01:10:50.140 the world
01:10:50.700 every day i
01:10:52.840 have to have
01:10:53.400 my staff
01:10:54.260 go and
01:10:56.060 and confirm
01:10:57.060 what is in
01:10:58.560 print what is
01:10:59.820 on social media
01:11:00.720 i just can't
01:11:01.600 take it
01:11:02.300 i because it's
01:11:03.460 odds are it's
01:11:04.480 not true
01:11:05.120 and because
01:11:06.300 there's nobody
01:11:07.140 there that's
01:11:08.760 demanding the
01:11:09.620 truth correct
01:11:10.400 let's get back
01:11:11.440 to cnn
01:11:11.880 again
01:11:12.200 you have a
01:11:13.280 worldwide
01:11:13.700 organization
01:11:14.640 there
01:11:15.040 and you
01:11:16.040 have um
01:11:17.120 it's supposed
01:11:17.920 to be a
01:11:18.460 news channel
01:11:19.920 okay
01:11:20.720 and they
01:11:21.800 allow
01:11:22.500 chris cuomo
01:11:24.000 to interact
01:11:25.600 with his
01:11:26.100 brother
01:11:26.520 who's under
01:11:27.920 investigation
01:11:28.920 and unbelievable
01:11:31.460 accusations
01:11:33.100 against him
01:11:34.020 and they
01:11:35.180 allow that
01:11:36.160 i mean
01:11:37.480 come on
01:11:38.040 so all
01:11:38.900 standards
01:11:39.940 have collapsed
01:11:41.600 and you can
01:11:42.720 pretty much
01:11:43.220 put anything
01:11:44.100 you want
01:11:44.880 on the air
01:11:45.580 and people
01:11:46.320 don't know
01:11:46.640 what to
01:11:46.880 believe or
01:11:47.420 not to
01:11:47.920 believe
01:11:48.180 um let me
01:11:50.980 just get your
01:11:51.620 thoughts on
01:11:52.280 the deal that
01:11:52.940 was passed
01:11:53.580 last night
01:11:54.640 uh in the
01:11:55.840 senate to keep
01:11:56.720 the country
01:11:57.960 open
01:11:58.820 yeah i saw
01:12:00.220 chip roy last
01:12:01.200 night going
01:12:01.540 why why are
01:12:02.240 we i mean
01:12:03.280 look what they're
01:12:03.760 doing why would
01:12:04.460 we do this
01:12:05.040 um uh your
01:12:06.980 thoughts on
01:12:07.440 that
01:12:07.660 well the
01:12:08.580 republicans
01:12:09.060 just don't
01:12:09.440 want to
01:12:09.720 screw it
01:12:10.100 up now
01:12:10.560 so they're
01:12:11.700 going to
01:12:11.920 give in
01:12:12.600 on these
01:12:13.420 uh budgetary
01:12:14.320 matters and
01:12:15.360 they might
01:12:16.400 even pass
01:12:17.680 the bill back
01:12:18.500 better than
01:12:19.060 it gets down
01:12:19.840 i don't think
01:12:20.860 so either
01:12:21.300 i agree with
01:12:22.140 you but if
01:12:23.060 it gets down
01:12:23.720 to one
01:12:24.260 trillion or
01:12:25.060 trillion two
01:12:26.320 they'll peel
01:12:27.380 off some
01:12:27.820 republican
01:12:28.300 votes
01:12:28.620 no
01:12:29.900 and they'll
01:12:31.460 be held
01:12:31.820 and it's a
01:12:32.860 big welfare
01:12:33.680 bill
01:12:33.980 um but the
01:12:35.400 republican
01:12:35.820 party
01:12:36.200 we can't
01:12:37.240 screw this
01:12:37.760 up we
01:12:38.360 have a
01:12:38.600 historical
01:12:39.200 chance next
01:12:40.300 november
01:12:40.880 so you don't
01:12:41.780 want to give
01:12:42.420 them anything
01:12:43.240 like we're
01:12:44.060 going to shut
01:12:44.480 down the
01:12:44.820 government you're
01:12:45.540 not going to
01:12:45.880 get your social
01:12:46.400 security check
01:12:47.280 and that's
01:12:48.340 what's going
01:12:48.680 on there
01:12:49.120 all right
01:12:49.600 bill one
01:12:50.100 last thing
01:12:50.760 um the
01:12:51.840 cia the
01:12:53.160 some newly
01:12:54.120 released information
01:12:55.500 has come
01:12:56.300 out um
01:12:57.760 declassified cia
01:12:59.460 inspector general
01:13:00.700 report shows a
01:13:01.520 pattern of abuse
01:13:02.280 and repeated
01:13:02.940 decision by
01:13:04.040 federal prosecutors
01:13:04.900 not to hold cia
01:13:06.980 agency personnel
01:13:08.440 accountable for
01:13:09.960 sex crimes including
01:13:11.860 crimes against
01:13:13.460 children um these
01:13:15.800 kind of stories have
01:13:17.080 been underground for
01:13:19.200 a long time uh and
01:13:21.980 you know you haven't
01:13:23.160 had the evidence per
01:13:24.920 se in any of these
01:13:26.480 but now we have the
01:13:28.760 evidence that the cia
01:13:30.060 is just is being like
01:13:32.700 the catholic church
01:13:33.520 was doing just
01:13:34.840 reassigning and just
01:13:35.840 turning a blind eye
01:13:36.980 to it um the
01:13:39.520 impact of this
01:13:40.940 especially with you
01:13:42.300 know the q stuff the
01:13:43.480 q anon stuff
01:13:44.360 not going to be
01:13:46.440 much i mean the
01:13:47.840 fbi scandal is
01:13:49.500 more important
01:13:51.000 because the fbi
01:13:53.840 inserted itself
01:13:55.260 into the election
01:13:58.340 under comey
01:13:59.820 okay and they lied
01:14:01.780 about it and they
01:14:03.060 got false warrants
01:14:04.520 and anybody held
01:14:05.760 accountable for that
01:14:06.560 no that's what the
01:14:10.360 swamp is
01:14:11.620 the swamp protects
01:14:13.540 itself
01:14:14.160 and you know you
01:14:16.080 have an fbi now
01:14:17.180 do you trust the
01:14:18.100 fbi
01:14:18.400 no not at all
01:14:19.200 not at all
01:14:20.080 okay so the cia
01:14:21.640 the problem with cia
01:14:22.900 is it's decentralized
01:14:24.040 they hire a lot of
01:14:25.680 people that are
01:14:26.920 really not cia even
01:14:28.560 though they're working
01:14:29.060 for the cia on
01:14:30.000 contracts
01:14:30.760 you really don't know
01:14:32.240 the extent of it i
01:14:33.360 can't comment with
01:14:34.580 any authority on it
01:14:35.580 all right um
01:14:36.340 uh last thing i'm
01:14:37.820 going to be in new
01:14:38.580 york i mean sorry i'm
01:14:39.600 going to be in
01:14:40.300 florida
01:14:41.320 yes back
01:14:42.340 friday
01:14:43.400 friday thursday or
01:14:44.880 friday i'm doing an
01:14:46.000 interview for uh
01:14:47.260 january with the
01:14:48.560 uh president
01:14:49.120 uh and then i'm
01:14:50.900 staying over so i
01:14:51.900 can uh i can see
01:14:53.240 you two on stage
01:14:54.380 uh and you set
01:14:55.840 history straight
01:14:56.660 yes on december
01:14:58.280 11th we open up
01:14:59.500 in uh the fla live
01:15:02.100 arena in sunrise
01:15:03.440 florida that's fort
01:15:04.280 lauderdale and
01:15:05.500 then on sunday the
01:15:06.400 12th we go to
01:15:07.200 orlando and the
01:15:09.060 amway center and
01:15:10.260 then the next
01:15:10.940 weekend uh in
01:15:12.840 texas and houston
01:15:13.960 toyota center on
01:15:15.680 the 18th and the
01:15:17.160 19th the big show
01:15:18.860 in dallas at the
01:15:20.060 american airlines
01:15:20.920 arena so we
01:15:23.060 sold about 30
01:15:23.720 thousand tickets
01:15:24.520 um which is
01:15:26.420 amazing and
01:15:28.460 mick jagger
01:15:30.340 mentioned the
01:15:32.480 show in his
01:15:34.040 last concert in
01:15:35.520 florida did you
01:15:37.160 know that back
01:15:37.900 no i no i
01:15:39.180 didn't yeah
01:15:40.220 mick i hate to
01:15:42.080 lay florida
01:15:42.960 because of the
01:15:43.740 trouble bill
01:15:44.700 riley show is
01:15:45.800 coming
01:15:46.120 under my thumb
01:15:49.200 nick uh i i
01:15:51.400 tell you he is
01:15:52.280 he's i think
01:15:53.380 89 i saw i just
01:15:55.280 saw him in
01:15:55.760 concert he's
01:15:56.860 fantastic he is
01:15:58.660 truly fantastic
01:15:59.900 the minute he
01:16:00.820 leaves the stage
01:16:01.700 the rolling stones
01:16:02.420 are over but he
01:16:03.760 is fantastic still
01:16:05.540 it's incredible
01:16:06.340 how he gets into
01:16:07.340 the pants i
01:16:08.260 don't that's
01:16:08.820 what i'm i
01:16:09.460 don't he may
01:16:10.740 not have ever
01:16:11.280 been able to
01:16:11.780 they may be the
01:16:12.400 same pants from
01:16:13.060 like 1973 i don't
01:16:14.500 think you can take
01:16:15.160 them off i think
01:16:16.060 so too
01:16:16.400 you can take
01:16:16.840 them off uh
01:16:17.600 bill thank you
01:16:18.180 so much god

01:17:34.560 this is the glenbeck program
01:17:38.620 this is the glenbeck program
01:17:43.520 welcome uh job report just
01:17:45.860 came out and a little
01:17:48.040 disappointing the president
01:17:49.260 is now speaking can we bring
01:17:50.860 up a little bit of uh the
01:17:52.360 president speaking about the
01:17:53.780 jobs report i'm sure it's
01:17:56.120 going to be riveting whatever
01:17:56.980 it is he's um he's a little
01:17:59.180 disappointed he's a little
01:18:00.300 disappointed but he's seeing
01:18:01.440 dramatic improvement for
01:18:03.300 workers now more outreach
01:18:05.800 more appointments great
01:18:07.200 that's great thank you
01:18:08.100 sounds like he's asleep he
01:18:09.700 is asleep he is asleep um
01:18:13.520 this is amazing unemployment
01:18:15.520 is down only two percent
01:18:19.160 two percent since uh he was
01:18:23.640 inaugurated think about the
01:18:25.480 world in december of last
01:18:27.780 year yeah think about where
01:18:29.420 we we were still just on the
01:18:31.400 uh on the horizon of the
01:18:33.180 vaccine being distributed no
01:18:35.600 one was going out and doing
01:18:37.720 things yeah okay we were
01:18:39.380 still there with all of this
01:18:42.320 and the way people are
01:18:44.060 interacting with each other
01:18:45.320 except in deep deep blue
01:18:46.600 states only two percent
01:18:49.860 you've only dropped
01:18:50.740 unemployment the highest
01:18:52.020 unemployment we've had since
01:18:53.160 since uh the great
01:18:54.320 depression and it's only down
01:18:56.760 two percent it's so easy to
01:18:58.620 lose track of where we were
01:19:00.320 too back then oh i know in
01:19:01.860 january i was in florida ron
01:19:03.200 de santis's florida in
01:19:04.760 january and they had a uh a
01:19:06.820 horse racing uh like track
01:19:09.180 they literally let no fans in
01:19:11.460 zero they weren't even
01:19:13.020 letting fans into the stadium
01:19:14.540 outdoors at that point so
01:19:16.240 think about this year how many
01:19:17.660 people didn't have jobs yeah
01:19:18.860 i mean you didn't need
01:19:19.860 anybody there there's no one
01:19:21.100 working there correct you
01:19:22.500 know i mean this is comes the
01:19:24.900 first full uh attendance full
01:19:27.980 capacity sporting event in
01:19:29.760 america happened here in
01:19:31.820 texas in april of this year
01:19:34.520 of this year so he's had all of
01:19:38.020 this benefit of everything
01:19:39.680 opening up and we've dropped
01:19:42.120 two percent in unemployment it
01:19:44.020 doesn't even and he's bragging
01:19:45.080 about it by the way yeah i know
01:19:46.040 he's saying it's the fastest
01:19:46.900 ever but they also bragged about
01:19:48.860 literally 1.8 cents drop yeah
01:19:53.180 in gasoline prices since last
01:19:55.460 week the chart doesn't show
01:19:57.520 incredible how it's gone up
01:19:59.560 under him it just showed like a
01:20:02.200 four-day period where there was a
01:20:03.720 little fluctuation of 1.8 cents
01:20:06.920 yeah they zoomed in so far that
01:20:08.420 it looked like it was dropping
01:20:09.580 dramatically on the chart but i
01:20:11.540 mean it was so bad that even the
01:20:13.820 washington post produced the
01:20:17.320 actual chart where you could see
01:20:18.540 it going up up up up up up and
01:20:19.960 then the slight downtick at the
01:20:21.120 very end and then highlighted
01:20:22.560 where biden's team highlighted
01:20:24.460 it it's amazing here's the
01:20:26.140 president right now saying wage
01:20:27.700 growth and tax cuts give americans
01:20:29.960 more money yeah except 64 percent
01:20:33.880 of the american people now say in
01:20:35.960 the recent poll that inflation is
01:20:38.860 causing real economic hardship on
01:20:41.420 their family it's outpacing it i
01:20:42.760 mean they think that one of the
01:20:44.280 wages are up something like four
01:20:45.360 percent and inflation is up 20
01:20:46.800 something percent oh that doesn't
01:20:48.500 help anymore hey that's not a it's
01:20:50.460 not a net positive guys these are
01:20:52.580 not things to brag about do they not
01:20:54.720 know aren't you supposed to pick the
01:20:56.780 things where you look good i mean they
01:20:58.760 don't have anything yeah they don't
01:21:00.520 have anything so i guess you know
01:21:02.960 trying to make the bad seem less bad
01:21:06.520 maybe it's good i don't know yeah i've
01:21:09.400 never seen a president in this
01:21:11.640 situation before and he lowest poll
01:21:13.980 numbers ever he looks terrible he
01:21:17.240 looks beaten down he looks like a
01:21:19.160 president that has been taking l's
01:21:21.020 ever since he walked into the oval
01:21:22.960 office and it's true it's what he is
01:21:24.400 he's been what l's are losses okay
01:21:27.080 okay i thought it was a drug i thought
01:21:30.180 you're you and your hippie drug speak
01:21:32.560 i know i take some l's before i go out
01:21:36.240 on the town it sounds like something he
01:21:39.600 maybe should take yeah elevate him a
01:21:41.540 little yes yes but yeah no it's been
01:21:43.520 constant loss after constant loss and at
01:21:45.620 some point i mean yes i know you have to
01:21:47.440 walk out there and act as if this is
01:21:49.140 going well but they all know they all
01:21:51.860 know it's not they are aware just as you
01:21:55.620 are aware
01:21:56.200 yeah go walk through the grocery store
01:22:00.960 stop to get gas you become very aware i
01:22:04.660 really think donald trump's only campaign
01:22:07.180 should just be on the gas pump videos
01:22:10.120 where he's like maybe look to the price
01:22:13.660 yeah not me
01:22:15.720 oh boy days have changed i remember a time
01:22:25.640 when pat and i worked together years ago
01:22:28.700 and said abortion is just something we're
01:22:32.200 not willing to take on because we're
01:22:34.220 carrying so much other water and they'll
01:22:36.960 slaughter us on this and i just asked the
01:22:39.020 boys pat and stew uh what do you what do
01:22:41.420 you want to lead with here this hour and uh
01:22:44.200 everybody said abortion and i said is there
01:22:47.580 anything fun and they're like nah we'll
01:22:49.820 make abortion fun and i think that's you
01:22:53.320 know i think that's where we are right now
01:22:54.840 uh so we'll give you the news of the week
01:22:58.260 some of the stuff we missed and chip roy

01:24:02.580 do you remember when the elite said we have to
01:24:06.340 be more like europe gosh we have to be more
01:24:09.360 like europe europe is in our rear view so far
01:24:15.440 behind you're about to see it slip over the
01:24:17.820 horizon we are so far beyond the liberal
01:24:23.680 attitudes of europe in fact the french are
01:24:28.400 now saying don't go and try to be more like
01:24:32.340 america and not because of our freedom
01:24:34.860 because of our insanity let's look at abortion
01:24:38.720 and the stats where we are uh compared to
01:24:42.640 europe because a 15 month uh or 15 week ban on
01:24:47.320 abortion is much closer to europe yeah uh so
01:24:52.180 for example there's a bunch of states that there
01:24:53.960 are no no time limits at all completely legal any
01:24:57.300 point in a woman's pregnancy washington new jersey
01:24:59.320 new mexico colorado vermont alaska just a
01:25:03.740 surprise alaska no alaska is you know that's a red
01:25:06.760 state hey you know you might be dinner for you
01:25:11.160 know it might be a second course with a polar bear
01:25:14.600 so whatever you want to do i mean it's you know
01:25:16.860 it's so cold it's really unfair to let him be
01:25:18.900 born yeah i think it's better i think it's just
01:25:21.860 this you do what you do leave me alone kind of
01:25:25.280 attitude hmm that baby has something to say
01:25:27.420 about that it does but um some other states just
01:25:30.120 to give you an idea where we are in the in
01:25:32.100 america new hampshire up legal up to the 24th
01:25:34.420 week uh virginia 25th week south carolina 20th
01:25:37.920 week uh iowa 22nd week um every state basically is 20
01:25:43.680 weeks or later with the few with the you know
01:25:45.760 obviously texas is in a kind of a weird legal status
01:25:48.480 right now but what is europe like let's start uh in
01:25:52.600 england here for just to give you a sense of that
01:25:55.520 region uh you have uh up to 24 weeks in england but no
01:25:59.980 time limit if there's substantial risk to the woman's
01:26:02.100 life or massive problems with the pregnancy okay so
01:26:04.840 that's a that's that's about our policy roughly yeah
01:26:08.780 congratulations the netherlands uh on demand
01:26:11.660 abortion until the 21st week uh if you can get it up to
01:26:14.880 the 24th week with medical reasons okay about roughly our
01:26:18.660 policy but that's where we are now um socialist sweden
01:26:22.720 which is not really socialist but that's what they love to
01:26:25.400 say um allows abortions till the 18th week of pregnancy
01:26:30.180 and bans most after the 22nd week gosh why do they hate
01:26:33.980 women in sweden if you are in a four week gray period the
01:26:36.900 woman can get abortion only if it is approved by the national
01:26:40.240 board of health and welfare can you imagine telling women in
01:26:43.840 this country on the left that they have to go to the national
01:26:46.740 board of health and welfare to get approval for their
01:26:49.540 abortions that's sweden for you spain 14 weeks
01:26:54.380 they will allow up to 22 weeks with cases of fetal deformities
01:26:59.360 in denmark abortion is available on demand up to 12 weeks
01:27:03.400 afterward exceptions are made for cases of rape threats to women's health
01:27:07.180 and risk of fetal defects germany abortions after 12 weeks are banned
01:27:14.080 except for cases of serious threat to the mother's physical or mental health
01:27:17.700 women who want a first trimester abortion are subject to mandatory
01:27:21.580 three-day waiting period and a counseling session you know is this is that in
01:27:26.000 germany because i don't know they were you know not giving any anesthesia and
01:27:31.480 just taking the baby out of women you know back in the 1940s and they're
01:27:35.380 like you know these kinds of things probably don't work out well we should
01:27:39.240 probably kind of calm down on that yeah but i mean think about that that makes
01:27:44.220 germany more restrictive than utah wow right i mean so this is like wow not
01:27:50.520 even close well in uh in belgium it's uh abortion legal till 12 weeks after
01:27:55.520 conception and it is required for women to have six days of counseling prior to
01:28:00.820 the abortion how dare can you imagine that being proposed in this country
01:28:06.400 wow and fashion forward france uh yes uh it is a legal up to 12 weeks later stage
01:28:16.320 abortions can be allowed if two physicians certify that abortion will
01:28:20.120 prevent grave permanent injury to physical or mental health life of the
01:28:24.100 woman or child will cure suffer from an incurable illness in finland abortion also
01:28:29.560 available up to 12 weeks again these are all more restrictive not only than the
01:28:35.340 united states but of the mississippi law that is controversial right now and may or
01:28:39.820 may not be approved we are in the category i mean we're just out of this
01:28:43.920 category but we are closer to north korea and china than we are europe yes i mean
01:28:51.200 as far as the west is concerned we are way out of step way out of step uh finland
01:28:58.080 abortion available up to 12 weeks again more restrictive than the mississippi law
01:29:02.200 and a woman has to provide a social reason for seeking to terminate her
01:29:06.740 pregnancy such as extreme distress or having at least four children why are they
01:29:11.860 why are they trying to stop uh women's reproductive rights right why don't they
01:29:17.160 want women's health care amen why and if you're a fifth kid you got to be like
01:29:21.180 wait a minute wait i'm a reason for an abortion like if you well anything over
01:29:25.900 four i could probably make that case yeah
01:29:28.480 unfortunately only in only around the time they're teenagers right
01:29:33.600 in italy a woman has 90 days from the date of conception to request an abortion
01:29:39.020 under the law in italy the termination must be due to social family health or
01:29:44.640 economic reasons you can't just you can't just do it in other words you have
01:29:48.280 to come up with a reason and look are people going in there and giving bs
01:29:51.600 reasons i just can't afford it and getting it probably but we don't require
01:29:55.820 that you can get it whenever you want
01:29:57.580 in switzerland abortion is legal up to 12 weeks
01:30:01.180 if a woman files a written request stating that she's in a situation of distress
01:30:05.320 then the doctor has to give her comprehensive information about the
01:30:09.140 procedure then the doctor has to discuss the
01:30:11.800 decision with her in detail then the doctor has to give her an
01:30:15.200 information sheet with the addresses of counseling services where she can get
01:30:19.340 moral and material help to be informed about adoption
01:30:22.560 wow can you imagine that proposal no in this country in portugal a woman can get
01:30:29.780 an abortion only up to the 10th week and that's after a mandated three-day
01:30:33.280 waiting period abortion is illegal in poland except for rape a fetal
01:30:38.000 malformation or serious threats to the woman's health and dora
01:30:41.480 abortion is illegal in all cases okay in in full stop the in the bewitched mom
01:30:47.300 that's really yeah that is weird didn't know she had her own country i didn't
01:30:52.060 either yeah plus then she would have aborted the bewitched lady which would
01:30:55.160 yeah what the hell is in dora it's a very tiny you know okay i think when we get
01:30:59.980 down to andora we got the point how about this ireland uh was illegal
01:31:05.180 completely until very recently now they've given it to the 12th week but
01:31:08.640 still that was this big win in europe yeah uh
01:31:12.120 it leechinstein uh there are exceptions we got no this policy is great we got no
01:31:17.540 you got to hear this policy because it's illegal in malta too i won't even give
01:31:20.920 you that but in leechinstein yeah it is illegal unless you have been raped and
01:31:28.240 you're under 14 years old so if you're 15 years old and you get raped no abortion
01:31:32.960 for you but if you're 14 or younger and get raped then it's legal every other case
01:31:37.620 it's illegal that would cause rioting yeah in this country writing cities would
01:31:41.080 burn to the ground yeah cities burn to ground when you don't have pop tarts
01:31:45.260 that's true i mean that's true or you win an nba championship then too right i mean good or bad
01:31:53.100 it's an american tradition let's burn everything we love and make our life great let's burn it to
01:31:59.280 the ground jeez it's amazing though i don't think the the american people have any idea that's the
01:32:06.040 status around the world no they don't no they don't because because they don't even know that we are
01:32:12.120 the greatest place to live even today with all of the crap we are still the best place to live as a
01:32:20.040 human being and nobody even knows that so i mean can i ask you the jeffrey epstein thing
01:32:28.220 he he visited bill clinton at the white house at least 17 times uh and uh you know a couple of
01:32:38.080 times he made a couple of visits to the old bill in the oval office a couple of times a day um i i
01:32:46.180 think this i think this whole thing is being swept under the you know i hate to go out on a limb here but
01:32:52.560 i think this is there is so much that is in this epstein case that no one no one is willing to touch
01:33:02.840 and it is it's evil it's really evil they have cds full of information that are actually labeled
01:33:10.140 with uh the celebrity's name and the young girl that they were with and why haven't we heard anything
01:33:19.000 about what yeah they've got all kinds of information that they took a treasure trove out of his
01:33:24.620 out of his uh safe a long time ago and we've still not heard anything about who those people are
01:33:31.540 wow i have not even heard that i have not heard that that's oh you haven't yeah where where did
01:33:36.700 you actually labeled where'd you get that uh yeah national inquire yeah okay all right weekly
01:33:45.560 see if we can find that see if we can find it okay so yesterday um cia files that come from the
01:33:53.020 inspector general of the cia they were declassified yesterday and they show a pattern of abuse and
01:34:00.080 repeated decision by federal prosecutors not to hold agency personnel accountable for child sex crimes
01:34:08.280 now this makes the q q anon thing very uh it keeps pumping flesh fresh blood into stuff like that
01:34:21.520 because they're not going to do anything about it and this is the kind of stuff that built q anon
01:34:28.920 and now this is out and because nobody will go into it they won't actually do anything about it
01:34:35.380 it's just going to make those conspiracy theories even worse because we have you and i both know
01:34:41.540 stew i think you were with me um uh philip haney uh right phil haney yeah the guy who used to work
01:34:49.000 for the department of homeland security um he was one of the most upstanding guys i've ever met
01:34:55.160 he was killed on this no i'm sorry he committed suicide on the side of the road one night in
01:35:02.460 california he told me that he had a uh a disc drive or a thumb drive that he wore all the time that had
01:35:12.240 evidence of uh hillary clinton's state department covering sex crimes of our ambassadors and people
01:35:22.140 that worked in the embassies uh he said it also went to the cia when he died there was not a thumb
01:35:30.780 drive found around his neck i've seen the thumb drive that he gave to somebody and it had none of
01:35:37.440 this information on it i don't know because phil is dead now um but we've heard credible information
01:35:45.300 about some of this stuff for a while and no one seems to be willing to go into it and i don't know
01:35:52.620 why that pulitzer is not being nobody's willing to go pick up that pulitzer by going into this stuff
01:36:01.200 and exposing it is it too dangerous is are the meat is the media involved in the cover-ups have they
01:36:11.180 known for a long time like they did uh with um uh epstein in the first place why wasn't it covered
01:36:19.860 in the first place nobody's willing to see now i'm out on a limb all by myself you guys are like
01:36:27.280 i'm contemplating why i i think it's because there's too many really famous really well-known
01:36:33.460 people involved i mean we got prince andrew and bill clinton who were probably you know deeply involved
01:36:39.540 in this there are people who don't want that to get out and you and they're going to do everything
01:36:44.180 they can to make sure it doesn't you know they say that he was a cia operative that he was there to
01:36:50.500 get dirt on people so the united states government could manipulate him that's one theory i don't know
01:36:58.140 if that's true or not um but that ties in to the cia you know turning a blind eye to sex crimes with
01:37:05.840 children in their own ranks and fundamentally though this is just a it's a lack of trust of
01:37:11.320 institutions yes we don't believe them when they say that's not a big problem because we've seen so
01:37:16.800 many times they don't tell the truth and the only thing that will correct this is an open honest
01:37:23.420 transparent uh viewing of this you know if you want to do the trial then put it up on television
01:37:32.400 and let everyone see it let everyone see it the written house verdict if it would have come back
01:37:38.560 and we couldn't see the trial we only maybe even heard the uh the uh audio or uh we relied on the
01:37:47.220 mainstream media to give us the report from the courtroom every day the written house verdict would
01:37:55.060 have set everything on fire but it was because we could actually watch the questioning and the
01:38:01.220 testimony and the event and the event and the event in question which is really uh if if all of
01:38:07.060 those things did not happen he probably is in prison for the rest of his life i think almost certainly
01:38:13.020 yeah because you would have bought into all of the uh yeah all of the agenda that the left was spewing
01:38:20.920 you wouldn't know you wouldn't know and that's the problem all of these cases if they have them
01:38:27.200 so they're not televised nobody trusts nobody trusts you've got to open everything up you have to the
01:38:34.820 only reason we even knew about the epstein stuff or initially is because eventually miami papers got
01:38:40.180 got a hold of a lot of the documents that were underlying that again a local paper yeah a local
01:38:46.880 paper it was not a national new and they covered it yeah i mean it was partially i think it was partially
01:38:52.640 the miami new times wasn't it and then also the miami miami herald uh as well but miami herald was
01:38:57.780 the one that really i think cracked the case but but still i mean still yeah it's local yeah and you
01:39:02.760 know how many cities do we have now that don't even have papers like that and with those sorts of
01:39:08.080 resources i mean that you know that's all a lot of it's gone uh chip roy's uh coming up in just a
01:39:13.160 second pat's gonna give us some of those abortion jokes that he's been working on i always have them in
01:39:18.800 my back pocket just in case i know just in case people love them they love them oh you slay them
01:39:24.180 you slay them uh first let me tell you about rec tech if you're not cooking on a rec tech yet you
01:39:29.740 really are missing out this holiday season lots of foods you're going to want to make and trust me
01:39:34.640 making them on a rec tech makes them much better it's grilling smoking even baking the things you can
01:39:41.560 cook on a rec tech come out tasting like a chef made them i know because everything i make comes out
01:39:48.220 great and that's not me with a grill that's the smart grill technology you know sometimes you know
01:39:54.480 you walk into a door you're like gonna be smarter than the door i'm telling you i'm not smarter than
01:39:59.640 my rec tech i am absolutely not in even the same category order your grill for the holidays today
01:40:06.100 makes a great christmas gift it's rec tech r-e-c-t-e-q.com rec tech with a q.com 10 seconds station id
01:40:14.660 yeah it's friday and we're trying to find something fun and we're like i keep looking
01:40:31.200 at everything and there's nothing really fun there's a lot of death and destruction and end
01:40:35.360 of world things but uh not a lot of fun you know what is kind of cool is uh yesterday we had this
01:40:41.500 story about the xenobots did you guys see the story about oh my gosh yeah hello wow is that
01:40:48.360 something else that they're replicating on their own uh-huh without manipulation from human beings
01:40:54.780 so these are small tiny tiny yeah they're like flesh they're made of flesh from uh in part they're
01:41:00.960 flesh from a frog they're pipe part biological from a frog and part machine and they're replicating
01:41:07.520 star trek stuff and uh you can't replicate them i hope we just let those things out to be free
01:41:13.880 yeah right because i mean imagine right now there's some people who might bring up the outlying
01:41:19.520 possibility that dangerous research like this could turn into something very bad
01:41:23.840 have we learned nothing in the last two years no we haven't
01:41:28.500 and the best part about this story is they're doing it because they can
01:41:31.960 they just want to see if they can do it that's a bad thing i want to see if i can burn my house
01:41:38.400 down you know what i bet there's a chance you can why would you it's like the line from jurassic park
01:41:46.500 yeah life it is finds a way plus it was the same dna from a frog that he was talking about in the
01:41:53.980 first place if you remember correct from the documentary from the documentary jurassic park yeah did
01:41:58.480 matt groaning have anything to do with jurassic park probably because i probably i think he's
01:42:03.640 probably predicted this jeez wait let me give you the wildest stat that you're reminding me when
01:42:07.680 you're thinking these nanobots nanobots is it about europe no it's not about europe all right
01:42:12.180 first of all let me talk about because we get it this one this one shocked me if you take all of the
01:42:18.460 covid in in all of the world in all of the patients and you combine it all it would fit in one soda can
01:42:26.440 this entire pandemic could fit within one soda can that's how small the particles are oh wow and
01:42:35.640 let me just say let me just say i've seen fauci with soda cans okay i've seen video where he's like
01:42:43.920 did it come from fauci's soda can all right we have chip roy on uh because they passed a budget
01:42:55.780 to keep the government open i don't know why we would do that uh and that was his point last night
01:43:03.240 uh on the floor and he's right chip roy who's kind of turning into uh i don't know uh uh a superman
01:43:13.300 that you know can't jump tall buildings or go as fast as trains but superman nonetheless chip roy coming up
01:43:19.540 next this is the glenn back program have you ever noticed that if you do a job right the first time
01:43:27.680 you don't have that irritating hassle of having to do it over and over again you know because you did
01:43:32.680 it the wrong way the first time yeah i've tried to explain this to my son and daughter they don't get
01:43:36.880 it yet uh but neither did i listen do your your home sale or your buying of a home right the first
01:43:44.860 time with the right real estate agent so how do you find that person i am happy to say that i
01:43:50.860 formed a company about five or six years ago and uh it is it's a free service to you and it is
01:43:56.700 fantastic we look for the real estate agents with the best practices in your area and the best track
01:44:03.740 records uh and then we recommend them to you they are they don't work for us but we monitor them
01:44:09.780 and we won't recommend and we monitor them even if they've been with us for a year we're still
01:44:14.440 monitoring everything we talk to people after the sale to make sure that they're the best of the
01:44:19.800 best it's realestateagentsitrust.com realestateagentsitrust.com go there now if you're looking to buy
01:44:27.680 or sell your home or both across the street or across the country realestateagentsitrust.com

01:44:42.700 wow that's true to be true yeah it's called pat gray on leash blaze tv wow wow
01:44:47.780 yeah hello and welcome to the uh glenn beck program welcome to friday uh congressman chip roy is going
01:44:59.080 to be joining us here oh he's on good good good chip how are you sir i'm doing great glenn i hope
01:45:05.700 you're uh having a blessed uh christmas season and uh i am i have to tell you you are becoming a rock
01:45:12.420 star in my mind i watched you last night when you when you stood on the floor and you're like
01:45:16.580 why would we give more money to this government we should shut it down and i was cheering for you man
01:45:23.640 tell me what happened well well i appreciate it look i think we learned a couple things this week i
01:45:29.000 mean first it was really important that it be clear the democrats in congress support the
01:45:34.540 president's unlawful unconstitutional mandates that are depriving people of health care freedom
01:45:39.040 forcing them to get a vaccine against their will and against their doctor's choice but potentially
01:45:44.040 and or lose their job and so now the american people know that why because we forced a vote in
01:45:49.240 the senate because mike lee roger marshall uh senator cruz supported and others uh forced that vote in the
01:45:55.980 senate and we supported them in the house from the freedom caucus but what did we also learn this is
01:46:00.220 the second important part is that republicans need to fight we cannot assume that we're just going to
01:46:06.160 waltz into victory next fall and then majority and quote take back the house the american people expect us
01:46:12.840 to fight for them the young man the 13 year army veteran who is facing discharge because he believes
01:46:20.180 that the vaccine is not in his health interest the nine-month-old i'm sorry the nine-month pregnant
01:46:25.560 young woman who's a frontline nurse who is going to be fired from a hospital because the cms mandates now
01:46:31.620 you and i both know we're winning in courts that's great but article one congress should never punt our
01:46:38.300 responsibility to the judiciary to use the power of the purse to restrict the authority of a tyrannical
01:46:45.440 executive yep it's our job damn it i'm gonna force these guys in my party or the other side of the
01:46:52.480 aisle to deal with the fact that it is our job in article one to do that and that's something that's
01:46:57.860 important for republicans to understand and it's the last point sorry i'm filibustering no go ahead we
01:47:02.760 should not fund tyranny ever and we do it all the time when we vote vote for a continuing resolution as
01:47:09.880 20 senate republicans did last night after voting on the amendment to strip out the vax mandate
01:47:15.260 they then turn around 20 republicans voted to fund this this cr that funds tyranny and not just the
01:47:21.900 vaccine mandates we're funding the fbi that's targeting parents we're funding the department
01:47:26.600 of defense that is uh you know indoctrinating our um service members with climate change propaganda
01:47:32.800 and chief diversity officers we're funding a homeland security that refuses to carry out its duty to
01:47:38.160 secure the board of the united states a defense department that left 85 billion dollars in
01:47:42.000 afghanistan we're funding the very the department of education that is telling our kids that america's
01:47:47.020 evil and that all of us are racist because the color of our skin why do we fund that stop doing it so
01:47:52.820 chip i have to tell you you've just outlined for me the contract for america that if you guys would
01:48:00.340 put it together you know it's time the department of education has only made things worse and the
01:48:07.780 department of education is in bed with these unions uh and these radicals it's time to end it it's time
01:48:16.780 to say no to the fbi and no to the uh state department and clean house if you guys you guys took a strong
01:48:26.320 stand uh i think you would do yourself real favors because the american people are just waiting for
01:48:33.540 somebody to do it amen glenn i could not agree more and there's been a lot of conversations up
01:48:38.760 here ongoing about what we should do in terms of developing a contract uh my my brothers and
01:48:43.740 sisters in the freedom caucus are taking it very seriously good uh and to the credit and to the
01:48:47.660 credit of some of the leadership uh folks here that there's some different groups that are working
01:48:51.580 on on uh ways that we can come together as a conference behind certain ideas but what i'll tell you
01:48:56.400 is of course they get lost in all of the eggheadery up here and all of the sort of swap uh ways of doing
01:49:02.400 things and they end up putting together the usual words on paper we don't need that we need to start
01:49:07.900 with the people and go fight for them they want us to fire the bureaucrats up here instead of funding
01:49:12.920 them they want to get the bureaucrats out of their schools they want law enforcement not to be targeting
01:49:18.100 parents they want their border to actually be secure not lip service and we would like our law
01:49:23.560 enforcement not to be targeted our local law enforcement not to be targeted by radicals
01:49:28.720 correct amen and and so there are a group of us working on those sorts of things i'm going to be
01:49:34.200 a voice for it uh either independently or in group form uh but we've got to go run on those things and
01:49:40.220 again this week what i kept trying to point out and i've got some of my colleagues on my side of the
01:49:45.040 aisle they were going oh there goes chip again forcing another vote uh why are we going to have
01:49:49.640 to do it's useless why are we going to have a motion to adjourn why are we going to go do another
01:49:53.260 you know vote and now the senate and uh you know we can't win this fight look man that's how we lose
01:49:59.680 when we win is when we go down and we say we're going to stand up here for the american people
01:50:04.700 we're going to force every vote we can force yes and damn it if we do that then we can extract extract
01:50:10.540 something even without leadership support mike lee and roger marshall on the senate side myself and
01:50:16.540 my friends in the freedom caucus on our side but without leadership support we force democrats to have
01:50:22.000 to eat a vote on an amendment good and now we know what side they're on good the entire republican
01:50:27.120 conference have been fighting we could have shut down these vax mandates americans like an underdog
01:50:34.760 fight they like it when people stand up and they have no chance of winning they like that watch mr smith
01:50:42.280 goes to washington again let me ask you what are the chances and what could how could we help you
01:50:48.580 become the speaker of the house and no offense and i'm not asking you to comment on i think worthless
01:50:55.320 mccarthy because it'll just do everything that's already being done what does it take how can we get
01:51:00.760 you to run and how could we help you well right now and i'm not punting and that's where you're very
01:51:07.040 kind i think leadership takes care of itself right leadership up here is a term that's such an oxymoron
01:51:12.860 we have these people that we call our leaders uh leaders are born by going out and taking action
01:51:18.540 and so what what i'm going to do is keep fighting and what my friends in the freedom caucus are going
01:51:23.000 to do is keep fighting and what my you know friends generally in the senate who want to fight we'll
01:51:26.880 fight and what what i need from the people and what i know that your listeners want to see uh we need
01:51:32.160 action we need the phones to burn down we need senators to feel the heat let's take next week we got the
01:51:37.760 national defense authorization act that is still being debated in the senate and the house in that
01:51:43.580 bill is language that would of course add our our daughters our women to the draft crazy i think that's
01:51:49.940 wrong a lot of people here in washington are hand-wringing about that a lot of republicans
01:51:54.100 saying well you know the equity and women i know women have served honorably of course that's great
01:52:01.000 and let's go let's let's prop them up and and and celebrate that but i'm not going to celebrate
01:52:07.080 my daughter who's 10 being forced to go sit in a foxhole because the democrats who won't even tell
01:52:12.300 the difference between men and women you don't think that they're not going to draft my daughter
01:52:16.280 and put her in a foxhole if china invades us in a decade that they will no way and so i mean they'll
01:52:21.340 do it and so no way am i going to trust the future federal government not to draft my daughter
01:52:26.120 so we need every american to light up our senators light up our members of congress and say don't do
01:52:32.560 it and oh by the way don't fund the department of defense with an authorization bill don't give them
01:52:37.460 authority when they haven't held anybody accountable for afghanistan when they still run trainings on
01:52:42.980 climate change and trainings on so what do we ask for what do we ask for on that when you call your
01:52:48.980 congressman or senator and you say listen on this defense bill i want somebody held responsible
01:52:54.900 so how do we what do we ask for if i were asking my constituents i would say call your members of
01:53:02.200 congress call your senators and say do not vote for the national defense authorization act unless they
01:53:07.760 take out the draft of our daughters unless they take out language that is going to allow the continued
01:53:13.660 funding of uh uh you know climate change and diversity you know uh crt stuff and if they don't
01:53:21.160 hold them accountable for afghanistan those are the things that i think our folks need to hear about
01:53:26.080 and and they need to hear it loudly now that matters because the defense industrial complex
01:53:32.740 and the members of our body they just reflexively go vote for this crap why because nobody wants to go
01:53:39.300 look at veterans go look in their community and say i'm not pro defense but do you think i'm going to
01:53:42.980 be told somebody's going to go run to my right and say chip roy is not for defense because i'm trying to
01:53:47.940 hold them accountable our defense department is undermining our defense with this lunacy so why
01:53:53.260 are we giving them more money why are we where are we funding them and giving them and authorizing
01:53:57.800 them more power when they're not doing what they need to do to defend us rather than doing woke politics
01:54:02.380 i mean if it if i mean i mean i could just i could just weep and hug you all day uh after this
01:54:11.440 um let me ask you chip uh is the build back better bill going to pass in the senate do you think
01:54:18.660 so last night was also instructional uh for us with forcing the vote because joe manchin all day
01:54:26.200 yesterday kept saying how well you know i don't support these osha mandates well guess what joe
01:54:31.240 manchin did last night he voted again oh against he voted for it he voted against mike lee's amendment
01:54:36.960 to strip it or roger marshall's amendment it was the two of them um so in other words he voted for
01:54:41.980 continuing the mayonnaise i said well i'm for other i'm co-sponsoring a bill and i'll vote for that bill
01:54:46.400 well you know what joe you had your chance last night right he's a lot of talk so i'm not putting a
01:54:51.100 lot of eggs in the joe manchin basket but uh we're waiting on what he and cinema are going to do in the
01:54:57.160 senate uh they're gonna pass the the bbb at some point i guarantee you the question is going to be
01:55:03.280 what does he get for it now i'm hopeful have you seen the bb bill bbb bill yet have you even seen it
01:55:10.480 yet well we voted we voted one out of the house right last week uh the the build back better deal
01:55:17.400 got got we we voted it out and it's just filled with all sorts of garbage and but we're still
01:55:22.080 learning by the way yeah you know for example there was a an expansion of the premium tax credit
01:55:28.160 that for obamacare to the tune of billions of dollars that would massively fundamentally alter
01:55:34.180 health care even further we didn't even know about it when we voted on it of course i voted no because
01:55:38.060 there's a thousand things that are terrible in it but it's got a 500 billion dollars in there to
01:55:41.820 remake our energy totally uh takes a massive step towards medicare for all has all sorts of woke
01:55:47.340 politics stuff in it bottom line is uh we've got to continue the heat uh to make sure the senate
01:55:53.480 fights it and throws every obstacle they can at it make sure they run out the clock deny them consent
01:55:59.000 force mansion to have to own every bit of it and make sure that joe mansion knows that in west
01:56:04.440 virginia if he supports bbb he is supporting an anti-west virginia anti-coal anti uh natural gas bill
01:56:12.500 and uh and make sure he feels the heat chip i would love to have a closer relationship with you like i do a

01:56:49.440 signed that document signing their death warrant uh let's stand up for that let's stand up for our
01:56:54.980 wives and our sisters and our mothers let's stand up for freedom and a limited government so we can
01:56:58.960 save this but we got to own it i will tell you that there are many people within that are listening
01:57:03.380 right now who want to do that but they don't believe calling congress or their senate will make
01:57:08.560 any difference well but right now is what i'm going to tell you is this there are three things we need
01:57:13.320 to do and i don't take up too much of your time number one we need a strong texas and if you're
01:57:17.640 not in texas we need a strong state wherever you live we can't win this fight if states don't win
01:57:22.720 we're winning at the local and state level the santus is doing a good job abbott's been pushing
01:57:27.080 back on some of the mandates and we could we could probably go a little further in texas that might be
01:57:31.220 for another phone call but there's we need to win at the state level texas needs to be strong we need to
01:57:36.720 we need to hold republicans accountable you're right about a contract we're going to work on it
01:57:40.840 don't give up if you're a listener hold their feet to the fire make them fight don't let them
01:57:46.040 get away with it and third win the culture war we're winning it we want it in virginia go knock
01:57:51.160 out those school boards let's go even further let's go take take on the public school establishment
