00:01:31.840 This is The Glenn Beck Program.
00:01:36.980 Hello, America, and welcome to the program.
00:01:39.640 Hey, everybody, it's free college.
00:01:42.200 Unless you already paid for yours.
00:01:44.560 Then it's just free college for all of the people who are free.
00:01:47.160 This is the most elitist thing I have ever heard.
00:01:49.960 And it's coming your way, all thanks to an executive order
00:01:54.580 with possibly the new president of the United States, Mr. Joseph Robinette Biden.
00:02:00.080 Oh, don't we love him?
00:02:01.380 Don't we love him?
00:02:02.680 Also, we're going to take a look at what's happening with the recount and the voting machines.
00:02:08.940 Today, we've got an expert on the voting machines
00:02:12.120 and a guy who has actually, I don't know, read the manual of the voting machines.
00:02:19.700 And apparently, everything you need to know is right in the manual.
00:02:24.260 All that and more this hour.
00:02:26.980 This is The Glenn Beck Program.
00:02:30.620 We begin in 60 seconds.
00:02:32.300 First, let me tell you about relief factor.
00:02:33.840 I'm an evangelical when it comes to products I believe in.
00:02:39.380 That goes double when the product in question has a big impact on my life
00:02:43.380 and I really believe can have an impact on your life, like relief factor.
00:02:48.040 I had terrible pain all the time.
00:02:50.280 I really thought I was never going to be able to paint again, which I just love.
00:02:54.660 I never thought I'd be able to handwrite, which I love.
00:02:57.400 I mean, everybody makes fun of me because I like pens and paper
00:02:59.760 and I like to handwrite things.
00:03:01.940 But I thought those days were over because my hands and my arms were in so much pain.
00:03:07.460 Well, now, what do you do?
00:03:10.900 Either live with it or you struggle with it every day or you just keep trying things.
00:03:16.100 Well, the last thing I tried was relief factor.
00:03:19.800 And I was really skeptical at first.
00:03:22.640 My wife basically made me try it.
00:03:24.720 I was tired of the things that didn't work.
00:03:27.460 I had no more hope left.
00:03:29.160 Relief factor worked for me.
00:03:31.780 And almost three years later, it continues to work.
00:03:34.500 If you want your life back, give it a try.
00:03:36.780 Seventy percent of the people who try it go on to order more.
00:03:40.160 Why would you do that unless it works?
00:03:42.620 Relief factor dot com.
00:03:43.860 That's relief factor dot com or call 800-583-84800-583-84.
00:03:50.400 Or it's relieffactor dot com.
00:03:59.020 From the New York Times, I'm Michael Barbaro.
00:04:03.860 And this is The Daily.
00:04:06.840 Today, the presidential election occurred two full weeks ago.
00:04:17.120 But now, there are questions of voter fraud.
00:04:21.520 My colleague, Sohan Overy-Pollup, on the claims of deception, vote harvesting, and the manipulation
00:04:29.960 of our democracy, which is a democracy and not a republic.
00:04:37.180 It's Tuesday, November 17th.
00:04:47.960 Sohan, I think by now everyone understands that the election is over and Joe Biden won.
00:04:56.400 That's right.
00:04:57.580 The president of the United States is selected by a winding process in which votes are tabulated
00:05:02.940 in each individual state, and then electoral votes are assigned.
00:05:07.560 But that's not the final step.
00:05:11.140 No.
00:05:11.900 The most important step happens in between when the New York Times tells everyone who won.
00:05:17.880 So what you're saying is that the New York Times is really the one who picks the president.
00:05:25.000 That's exactly right.
00:05:26.820 And this has been litigated in the courts and found to be completely morally, unquestionably
00:05:32.900 correct.
00:05:34.280 Fascinating.
00:05:35.100 That's exactly right.
00:05:36.740 The founders outlined this in a document called the Constitution, which they wrote in between
00:05:43.760 a series of slave auctions.
00:05:54.540 So, Sohan, many believe there was fraud in the election.
00:06:01.020 Is that true?
00:06:02.980 Yes, Michael, it is true.
00:06:05.500 Hmm.
00:06:05.840 I'm sorry.
00:06:08.180 Is that a question or?
00:06:10.540 But was there any evidence of this fraud?
00:06:15.600 Right.
00:06:16.200 Well, there is a lot of evidence.
00:06:18.980 Um, and that starts with, uh, I'm sorry, I'm hearing music.
00:06:27.120 Is that a music bet?
00:06:28.300 I was in the middle of answering.
00:06:29.580 Hmm.
00:06:31.260 Hmm.
00:06:31.480 Should I, should I start again?
00:06:32.980 I don't, I don't know how this works.
00:06:34.620 So what you're saying is there was no evidence of fraud.
00:06:39.040 No, no, there was, there was a lot of evidence of fraud.
00:06:42.940 Uh, we know the results show that Joe Biden won the election fair and square.
00:06:48.700 No questions asked.
00:06:51.040 But as we looked at the numbers, we found disturbing patterns in which it seems like Republican senators
00:06:59.160 and house members won many of their races.
00:07:02.940 Hmm.
00:07:03.140 In fact, it seems like overall Republican candidates did really well.
00:07:09.160 Hmm.
00:07:10.460 So what you're saying is there was fraud, but not in the presidential race.
00:07:17.740 That's exactly right.
00:07:19.820 Our investigation found that Republicans were able to steal enough elections to give Democrats
00:07:26.660 the most narrow majority in the history of the House and for Republicans to possibly
00:07:32.460 hold on to the Senate.
00:07:34.700 So what you're saying is all of the votes that were cast for Republicans were fraudulent?
00:07:42.260 That's exactly right.
00:07:44.380 Hmm.
00:07:47.800 So, Sohan, what else did you find in your investigation?
00:07:52.940 Well, Michael, there's another side to this story.
00:07:56.520 Hmm.
00:07:56.820 Is it a conservative side?
00:08:00.740 No, no, no, it is not.
00:08:02.880 We know Biden won without any question.
00:08:06.980 And all votes for Republicans were fraudulent.
00:08:10.780 But we don't yet have a punishment for Trump voters that is painful enough to be appropriate.
00:08:16.620 Hmm.
00:08:17.680 So what you're saying is people who voted for Donald Trump should be peacefully injured in
00:08:24.460 some way?
00:08:25.380 In a very painful way.
00:08:27.140 Yes.
00:08:27.500 Hmm.
00:08:28.080 So physical, peaceful violence is the only solution?
00:08:33.420 Well, it's the best solution, but it's not the only solution.
00:08:37.880 Democratic lawmakers are considering several different proposals.
00:08:43.200 Proposals.
00:08:44.620 It just seems like a strange time for a bet.
00:08:46.600 I was about to list the proposals.
00:08:48.400 Hmm.
00:08:48.520 This is fascinating.
00:08:50.800 Sohan.
00:08:52.480 Uh, so I'll just start again.
00:08:54.660 Hmm.
00:08:55.040 Then.
00:08:55.900 Then.
00:08:56.440 Hmm.
00:08:56.840 Okay.
00:08:57.740 Okay.
00:08:58.240 One thing under consideration is.
00:09:01.780 Are you?
00:09:02.580 Oh.
00:09:03.100 Are you okay?
00:09:04.220 Hmm.
00:09:04.960 Is this Jeffrey Toobin?
00:09:06.300 Or.
00:09:06.860 Hmm.
00:09:08.080 Oh.
00:09:08.840 Okay.
00:09:09.140 One thing under consideration is automatic prison time for tweeting something conservative.
00:09:15.260 Oh.
00:09:16.560 Oh.
00:09:17.120 So what you're saying is there would be automatic prison time for tweeting something conservative?
00:09:29.180 That is literally the exact same thing I just said.
00:09:31.840 I don't.
00:09:33.260 Hmm.
00:09:33.620 Interesting.
00:09:35.620 Uh, also lawmakers are considering a proposal dealing with violent riots.
00:09:41.220 We're talking about mostly peaceful protests.
00:09:44.500 That's right.
00:09:45.100 For example, one proposal states that if a protester burns down an auto zone or a Wendy's or a Target and just burns it to the ground, that protester would then own that auto zone or Wendy's or Target.
00:10:00.020 So what you're saying is one proposal states that if a protester burns an auto zone or a Wendy's or a Target.
00:10:16.520 That's exactly right.
00:10:18.520 Largely because you just, again, repeated the exact thing that I said.
00:10:23.020 Is that your job?
00:10:24.160 Is that what you do for this show?
00:10:25.980 I mean, it's the number one podcast in America and you just repeat all the questions and say, oh, and I have to say that's exactly right afterwards.
00:10:33.520 A fascinating way to, to really, uh, end the Trump era.
00:10:39.800 Well, well, I would just, I, I, I, I, I just want to say that these proposals that, that we were talking about are very important.
00:10:50.740 And it is important that anyone who burns down a Target or an auto zone or a Wendy's and then becomes owner also gets that Target or auto zone or Wendy's rebuilt at the cost of the company.
00:11:04.520 And then of course they have to also pay to staff the operation and, and, and also pay all the people and, and then the person would, wouldn't get all the revenue when they burned it down.
00:11:17.660 So I think it's important that we do that and also get the business owner to be held as a prisoner by the protester inside a torture dungeon built at taxpayer expense.
00:11:30.160 What a fascinating, fascinating idea.
00:11:32.900 Is it, is it, is it true that the Trump era sounds like Trump error, like the era was an era or an error?
00:11:48.620 I mean, could we make bumper stickers and t-shirts with that slogan on it?
00:11:54.080 That's indubitably correct.
00:11:56.720 Sohan Overy Pollup.
00:12:00.000 Thank you.
00:12:00.740 Thank you, Michael.
00:12:03.040 Here's what else you need to know today.
00:12:08.360 Local officials in Ohio are considering a proposal to deal with the influx of non-transgendered students attending classes in a gender specific clothing.
00:12:19.540 Soon, teachers will be empowered to guide young children as young as six through extensive surgery and therapy to correct their gender normative wrong think.
00:12:33.360 Plus, they'll be empowered to enroll children who resist into re-education camps.
00:12:39.560 And as we all know, kids love camps.
00:12:45.700 That's it for The Daily.
00:12:48.260 I'm Michael Babaro.
00:12:50.560 See you tomorrow.
00:12:51.500 Our sponsor this half hour is MyPillow.
00:13:02.680 You've heard me talk about MyPillow for a while and how it changed my life.
00:13:06.420 I met Mike Lindell, MyPillow's inventor, and he got me pointed in the right direction to which pillow was the right pillow for me.
00:13:14.500 I've been raving about them ever since.
00:13:16.640 The pillows don't go flat.
00:13:18.360 You just stick your hands and you kind of, like, fist and you just punch them in the middle and they re-fluff and they don't go flat.
00:13:25.800 I don't know what they do.
00:13:26.860 I don't know how they make them.
00:13:28.140 It's some sort of zombie magic, I'm telling you right now.
00:13:31.380 And you can wash and dry them constantly.
00:13:33.540 And most importantly, they're made here in the USA.
00:13:35.580 If you don't own a MyPillow or you know somebody who, you know, who doesn't, now is the time to buy.
00:13:42.000 For a limited time, Mike is offering his premium MyPillows for his lowest price ever.
00:13:47.460 You can get a standard or a queen premium pillow for only $29.98, originally almost $70.

00:14:35.360 10 seconds, station ID.
00:14:36.860 So I want to talk to you a little bit about the Dominion voting system.
00:14:54.020 It is responsible for voter fraud, is what people are saying.
00:14:59.820 Some are saying that there's nothing.
00:15:01.500 But the people who first pointed this out were Democrats.
00:15:05.680 Elizabeth Warren was one of them.
00:15:07.260 Go ahead.
00:15:07.720 Try to just tweet her testimony.
00:15:09.920 You'll be flagged for some sort of fake news.
00:15:15.020 Well, wait a minute.
00:15:16.480 Were the Democrats lying a year ago to set this all up in case they lost?
00:15:22.360 So are they lying now by saying that there's not a problem or were they lying then when they said there was a problem?
00:15:34.620 I'm not sure.
00:15:36.380 But this is one of the reasons we have to ask these questions, especially as Georgia heads into a critical runoff race on January 5th.
00:15:46.880 Georgia is one of the states that rushed implementing this new voting system.
00:15:53.260 From November 2019, the company faces intense scrutiny in Georgia, one of the most competitive states in the nation entering the election, featuring Donald Trump and two U.S. Senate seats on the ballot.
00:16:05.400 The challenge for Dominion is to seamlessly introduce computer printed paper ballots in a state criticized last year over allegations of vote flipping, missing voter registration, precinct closures, long lines and voter purges.
00:16:22.680 What Georgia is trying to do basically blows my mind.
00:16:26.120 This is an election officials, an election official at the Colorado Secretary of State's office.
00:16:31.560 His state adopted the Dominion system in 2016.
00:16:35.660 He said we had two and a half years to do it, and it was challenging in Georgia.
00:16:41.200 They're going to do it in eight months.
00:16:44.600 So there's the first thing.
00:16:47.900 Dominion won the contract in Georgia, not because it was the best voting system, but because it was the cheapest.
00:16:56.380 It was one hundred and seven million dollars for an election contract.
00:17:00.800 And it was it was not the best, according to all score sheets from six state evaluators, but they went with it.
00:17:09.720 Anyone?
00:17:10.440 Anyway, Texas denied Dominion three times, kind of like the Democrats denied God.
00:17:18.340 There is there is mainstream reporting that Dominion was glitchy in Georgia.
00:17:26.380 I'm quoting election officials in Georgia still have no explanation for a technological glitch that created voting problems in two Georgia counties on the morning of November 3rd.
00:17:37.680 A local election supervisor said nine days later, the supervisor, Marcia Marcia Ridley of the Spalding County Board of Elections,
00:17:47.460 had initially attributed the problem to a vendor's 11th hour update to the equipment.
00:17:54.020 Hmm.
00:17:55.140 Sorry, Michael Barbaro.
00:17:57.240 But log files for the devices, electronic poll books that poll workers use to sign voters in at precincts,
00:18:04.040 show that no such update occurred to the devices the night before Election Day.
00:18:08.480 Ridley said in a statement to Politico on Thursday.
00:18:12.580 However, she said that she stands by her previous statements last week that a representative for the election technology vendor Dominion Voting Systems told her the office told her at the office that it had updated some kind of update the night before the election.
00:18:28.820 And that has created the glitch.
00:18:30.980 A spokesperson for the secretary of state's office has not responded to multiple inquiries seeking further details about the problem and what caused it.
00:18:39.580 Dominion would also not say what the problem was or answer any questions about what the company did to fix the issue.
00:18:46.520 Shouldn't this be answered?
00:18:48.960 Shouldn't we just know?
00:18:50.940 Shouldn't isn't this important, even if it doesn't change the results of the election?
00:18:55.060 The most important state in the union in the next, what, five weeks is going to be Georgia.
00:19:06.460 Even national and state Democrats had concerns about Dominion in 2019.
00:19:11.180 In a December 2019 letter to Dominion Voting Systems, which had been mired in controversy after human error involving its machines in Antrim County, Michigan, resulted in incorrect counts.
00:19:25.060 Democratic Senator Elizabeth Warren, Ron Wyden, and Amy Klobuchar, also Congressman Mike Pocon, warned about reports of machines switching votes, undisclosed vulnerabilities, and improbable results that threaten the integrity of our elections.
00:19:42.600 If these people felt there was such a problem in 2019, shouldn't they be asked if they still are concerned?
00:19:55.820 Were they lying then to set this up?
00:20:01.100 Were they lying then just to set this up so if they lost, they could say what they're now blaming Donald Trump for saying?
00:20:09.880 Or did they actually believe it?
00:20:14.360 We need to know.
00:20:20.660 Six, the election security experts also had concerns as reported by PBS.
00:20:29.420 They've set up a complicated system which is centralized and doesn't seem to have any safeguards.
00:20:34.360 Another report from PBS, but election experts working for the plaintiffs in the lawsuit against the state have uncovered several troubling issues.
00:20:42.660 Alex Halderman looked closely at the QR codes where the votes are encoded for the scanner.
00:20:48.300 By analyzing the structure of the QR codes, I've been able to learn that there is nothing that stops an attacker from just duplicating one,
00:20:56.140 and the duplicate would count the same as the original barcode.
00:21:00.680 Dude, this investigation went on, PBS was concerned, but now that we're concerned, it's a conspiracy theory?
00:21:12.500 The last reason we have to look into these is because polls show now that we don't trust our election process.
00:21:21.000 Knowing that our elections are safe, secure, and fair is what keeps America, America, and not Liberia or Russia.
00:21:32.640 It is vital to the future of our republic that we ask the questions to stamp out any kind of doubt and let the chips fall where they may.
00:21:43.940 Now, Dominion yesterday confirmed the Clinton Foundation donation, they confirmed the Pelosi-Staffer tie, but then they denied a few other things.
00:21:57.700 They denied that they had servers in Germany.
00:22:02.120 Okay, it looks like they may not have servers in Germany, but they do have offices in Germany.
00:22:07.860 They say that there is no back door to this system.
00:22:13.220 They say that their system is really good and didn't make the errors, and you can't really do the things that Donald Trump is saying.
00:22:23.720 Well, we wanted to bring a tech expert in who started just reading the manual for the Dominion voting booth, and you'll never guess what he found in the manual next.
00:22:39.860 This is the Glenn Beck program.
00:22:41.720 All right, trying to make it to the breakout lane in the middle of morning traffic, not the best time to suddenly realize,

00:22:56.160 That check engine light that came on a few weeks ago should have been a pretty good indicator.
00:23:01.080 But you didn't do it because you didn't have the money, and I get it.
00:23:06.200 There's no good time for that check engine light to go on.

00:24:04.300 Jeff Brown is a frequent guest on this program when it comes to technology.
00:24:14.140 He's the founder and chief investment analyst for Brownstone Research.
00:24:18.520 He's the editor of The Bleeding Edge.
00:24:20.640 And I've kind of asked him to step out of his expertise in some ways.
00:24:25.580 He's not an expert on voting machines, but he is a tech expert.
00:24:28.360 He spent 25 years as high technology executive.
00:24:31.860 He's worked with Qualcomm, NXP, Semiconductors, also Juniper Networks.
00:24:38.420 And I asked him on Friday, tell me about the Dominion voting system.
00:24:44.740 So he's gone to work over the weekend and over the last few days, and he's been doing his homework and and looking for the the odds of this being us being able to easily compromise the Dominion system.
00:25:03.720 Jeff Brown joins us now.
00:25:05.520 Hello, Jeff.
00:25:05.980 How are you?
00:25:07.100 Hi.
00:25:07.380 Good morning.
00:25:08.340 So you went you started just using the user's manual.
00:25:12.560 You went and read the God bless you, man.
00:25:15.360 You went and read the user's manual.
00:25:17.820 Well, it's not very exciting reading, but it's a great place to start.
00:25:23.040 Obviously, it's it's accessible directly from Dominion.
00:25:26.940 And we can see how the company essentially manages the voting machine.
00:25:34.060 And, of course, the security of the election process through its own technology.
00:25:41.400 And it also goes to pretty detailed lengths to identify how much risk is actually involved in its own system, which might seem counterintuitive.
00:25:56.020 Yeah.
00:25:56.720 So, first of all, is it can you access the voting machines easily?
00:26:02.000 Can somebody from the outside with nefarious intent access these?
00:26:07.580 So the answer to that is absolutely.
00:26:12.520 Now, there's some caveats.
00:26:14.000 One is is if we're talking about someone that's remote and not at the election or the polling center, the machine would obviously have to be connected.
00:26:25.760 And as we learned, in several instances, they were connected to the Internet.
00:26:30.820 So if that in a situation like that, people would be able to access these machines with the right credentials.
00:26:40.780 Now, what's interesting, though, is that these machines are just like any computer that you or I would have.
00:26:47.060 They have what's called an administrative password and people that are in charge of managing these machines at the polling centers have access, essentially administrative access to the machines.
00:27:02.760 Anyone that has the keys or the password to gain administrative access has the ability to modify, delete, alter, change election results.
00:27:16.520 But how hard would that be?
00:27:19.700 Not hard at all.
00:27:21.760 In fact, as I reviewed the security of the platform, Dominion outlines in its user manual that with access, a user would have the ability to, for example, tamper with the device configuration.
00:27:40.720 They can tamper with election result files.
00:27:44.900 They can audit or change or manipulate the audit logs of the Dominion system.
00:27:52.160 They can even tamper with transmitted election results.
00:27:55.420 So they can give one thing to the Federal Election Committee and alter the data that's actually on the Dominion system.
00:28:10.800 Now, what I found that was very interesting is that the mitigation for many of these security vulnerabilities were to implement, I'll quote,
00:28:26.220 implement the proper process for access control for memory card handling and unit storage.
00:28:33.560 So the solution was simply for humans, i.e. people that were working at these polling centers, to protect the memory card, which is easily accessible on the side of the machine.
00:28:50.880 So could you take the memory card, change it and put it back, or could you swap it out with a preloaded memory card?
00:29:00.560 Both. The only security mechanism to secure the memory card is one of those small little plastic strings that is supposed to provide evidence that there hasn't been any tampering.
00:29:14.680 But you can simply cut that off, take out the memory card.
00:29:18.460 You could even switch the memory card and put a new kind of tamper-proof plastic string back onto the Dominion system.
00:29:31.420 It would be very easy to take one memory card out, put another one in.
00:29:35.560 It would be easy to take out a memory card, alter the data and the information on the card before it was transmitted for final tabulations.
00:29:47.300 So can you double votes or change or flip votes easily?
00:29:55.980 Can you just go into the software and do those things?
00:30:00.740 Yes. So, again, anyone that would have administrative access to the Dominion machine could easily do what you just suggested.
00:30:10.500 And there's another mechanism that could also be used.
00:30:15.200 After all, this is a software platform.
00:30:18.820 And the ability to, for example, await a vote.
00:30:24.180 So for every one vote that's cast for one candidate, two votes could actually be tabulated.
00:30:31.680 Wait.
00:30:33.360 And a fraction of votes.
00:30:36.460 Why would you have that?
00:30:38.680 Well, there's only one reason would be to manipulate the voting results.
00:30:44.340 Dominion systems, I think, as you probably know, are used in some pretty nefarious countries where legal elections are...
00:30:53.080 Is this in the owner's manual that you can set it to count one for two?
00:30:57.140 No, this is just an example of what you can do with programming the machine.
00:31:03.240 But we read, as we saw, that it's been referred to as software glitches or a malfunction
00:31:16.740 or suddenly these machines stopped counting.
00:31:23.300 Obviously, a simple explanation, the most simple explanation could be that obviously the software was being tampered with
00:31:33.140 or different software was being used to change the voting results.
00:31:38.800 All right.
00:31:39.280 So we have a motive.
00:31:42.320 We have means.
00:31:44.220 It could be done.
00:31:45.380 But we don't have any evidence that anything was done at all.
00:31:50.240 So we're kind of going this through the back way.
00:31:53.480 We're saying, do they have means, motive, and opportunity?
00:31:56.240 Yes to all those things.
00:31:57.920 However, that doesn't mean a crime has been committed.
00:32:00.240 Is there any way to easily go and look at these machines and audit and know?
00:32:06.940 I mean, usually when you'll make a change to software, you leave a trail.
00:32:13.980 Yes, that's right.
00:32:14.880 And so the answer is yes.
00:32:16.580 The right thing to do, the right thing to do to get definitive proof would be to do a full software audit of the software on the machines in these swing states.
00:32:31.660 You know, where the voter fraud is heavily suspected, it would not be difficult to find the part of the software code that has been manipulated to produce different results.
00:32:48.260 That's the beautiful thing about software.
00:32:50.580 It just does what it's told.
00:32:51.880 So if it's instructed to miscount, then they can find, a software engineer can find exactly where in the code the software is that would cause false or fraudulent results.
00:33:06.260 It would seem logical that we would, as a nation, want to do this before and after every election.
00:33:13.260 Precisely.
00:33:13.960 I mean, I don't understand why we're working with archaic software.
00:33:18.700 There's no reason for any of this in today's age, is there?
00:33:24.500 There isn't at all.
00:33:26.500 And to make matters worse, it's almost as if the Dominion machines were designed to have several fail points.
00:33:35.400 In other words, several major security risks.
00:33:38.860 Why would you say that it was designed that way?
00:33:42.140 Because no one, if they were building a system or a network, whether it be for a corporation or a government,
00:33:48.700 no one would design these many security risks into a system if they wanted to keep the data and information unaltered and safe.
00:34:01.200 I'll use Dominion's own words.
00:34:03.960 For these different levels of tampering of audit logs or device configurations,
00:34:10.480 they assign a risk rating.
00:34:12.560 And in many cases, the risk rating is high.
00:34:17.500 These are Dominion's own words.
00:34:19.180 Do you happen to have the book in front of you?
00:34:23.460 Because you said in the notes that I got that on page like 400, 452 to 469,
00:34:31.040 they outline in detail the high and medium risk that ballots can be tempered with.
00:34:37.800 Correct.
00:34:38.820 Yes.
00:34:40.140 Page 452, tampering with device configuration.
00:34:44.060 The risk rating is high.
00:34:47.020 Page 455, tampering with election result files.
00:34:51.520 The risk rating is high.
00:34:54.740 Tampering with transmitted election result files.
00:34:57.380 Also on page 455, risk rating is high.
00:35:01.340 These are just a few examples.
00:35:04.020 From their owner manual.
00:35:06.420 From their own user manual.
00:35:08.480 I understand why Texas would reject this.
00:35:11.900 Why would anyone buy it?
00:35:13.580 Why would anybody buy something for elections here in the United States unless you wanted to tamper?
00:35:19.780 Why would anybody buy that?
00:35:22.120 They wouldn't.
00:35:22.960 I can absolutely assure you that any, for example, chief technology officer or chief security officer,
00:35:30.380 they would never purchase a product with software that has all of these vulnerabilities for their business
00:35:39.040 or their division of the government.
00:35:41.400 They would never do it.
00:35:42.660 To pull something like this off, does it require, what level of sophistication would it require,
00:35:50.520 and how big of a conspiracy circle would it require to change the votes in swing states?
00:35:57.020 Well, honestly, if the bad actor is an insider, in other words, they work for the polling station,
00:36:05.580 as long as they have administrative access, they can manipulate the votes.
00:36:12.380 This is, you know, the system is no different than what consumers are used to in terms of working with,
00:36:23.340 for example, a Windows-based system.
00:36:24.960 These are normal kind of user interfaces.
00:36:28.420 You wouldn't have to be, with administrative access, my point is you wouldn't have to be a software engineer to do it.
00:36:34.680 Now, if you were remote and connected through the Internet, then you'd have to have a different level of skills,
00:36:44.000 and especially if you wanted to go back and make modifications and then basically cover your tracks
00:36:51.280 and modify the audit logs.
00:36:54.720 So the question you asked about whether or not you can audit it,
00:36:57.560 somebody that was really sophisticated and wanted to do this on a wider scale
00:37:03.660 could literally also alter those audit logs.
00:37:08.920 Now, why?
00:37:09.920 You know, again, to your question,
00:37:11.520 you can actually design the system so the audit logs couldn't be altered,
00:37:15.560 but they've designed the system so that they can be altered.
00:37:19.480 Unbelievable.
00:37:20.400 Jeff, thank you very much.
00:37:22.040 Jeff Brown, founder and chief investor analyst of Brownstone Research,

00:37:47.300 Steve in Indiana writes in,
00:37:48.820 when I put a teaspoon, a teaspoon of rough greens onto my dog's food,
00:37:52.680 she slowly sniffed it, walked away, then came back and devoured her entire bowl.
00:37:57.800 Ever since that first day, she eats her entire bowl in one sitting.
00:38:02.440 That's never happened for the first two years of her life.
00:38:05.420 She has been eating it a while now, and her coat looks great.
00:38:08.700 Her energy has increased.
00:38:09.900 She sleeps better than she used to.
00:38:11.660 Thank you so much for rough greens.

00:39:12.440 It all comes down to this.

00:39:34.620 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:39:36.760 I want to just give you quickly a letter that we sent out to all of the members of Congress
00:39:45.080 that expressed warnings and fears about Dominion.
00:39:49.160 Senator Warren, Klobuchar, Wyden, and a couple of the Democratic congressmen.
00:39:55.180 We are trying, this is what I said,
00:39:57.760 we are trying responsibly to sort through the bipartisan concerns
00:40:00.800 of the security of Dominion voting systems.
00:40:03.580 The Wall Street Journal reported private equity firms
00:40:05.900 have taken nearly all of the nation's election technology
00:40:08.600 and how they do business is clouded in secrecy.
00:40:11.460 That's according to Elizabeth Warren that she said in an email.
00:40:16.740 Senators Warren and Klobuchar in December
00:40:19.780 wrote that private equity-backed voting companies
00:40:22.000 lack transparency that threatens the integrity of elections.
00:40:25.180 I have a few questions for your office reporting
00:40:27.720 that we will report on tomorrow's Glenn Beck Program.
00:40:31.320 Were there any concerns that you outlined in the below letter fully addressed?
00:40:36.720 Are you concerned about the use of Dominion voting systems
00:40:39.600 in our national elections now?
00:40:41.680 Do you believe the voting security is a bipartisan issue
00:40:44.060 Democrats and Republicans should tackle together in Congress?
00:40:47.600 We thank you for your reply.
00:40:50.220 24 hours later, we still have no reply from anyone.
00:40:54.680 I'm not expecting that we will,
00:40:57.900 because I don't believe they actually care about anything
00:41:01.700 as long as it works in their favor.
00:41:03.820 This is the Glenn Beck Program.

00:43:55.680 Hello, America, and welcome to the program.
00:43:58.460 Ding dong, the witch is dead.
00:44:00.920 Ding dong, the king is dead.
00:44:03.320 In California, there was a lawsuit that was settled yesterday
00:44:07.720 saying that Gavin Newsom has violated the state constitution.
00:44:14.120 Is this the end of the autocratic control of Gavin Newsom
00:44:21.060 and the oppression of the people of California?
00:44:25.260 Don't count on it, but it's good news.
00:44:27.700 We begin there in 60 seconds.
00:44:29.980 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:44:32.480 Holidays have descended upon us, and with it comes the time of uniting with family,
00:44:40.540 usually around giant plates of delicious food.
00:44:44.160 When we were talking about, okay, what are we going to do for Thanksgiving?
00:44:47.480 I realized that it was just us talking about what we're going to eat for Thanksgiving.
00:44:52.920 No, there was no question about what we're going to do.
00:44:55.820 We're going to watch Miracle on 34th Street, right?
00:44:58.860 We got that down, so we've positioned ourselves on the couch, right?
00:45:04.200 Yeah, we're going to watch the Macy's Day Parade,
00:45:06.140 and what a ridiculous thing this is going to be.
00:45:08.460 We're watching the dog show.
00:45:10.180 The rest of the time, it's all eating.
00:45:12.480 May I suggest, if that is the way you structure your life, like I do,
00:45:19.800 Rectech is a welcome member of the family.
00:45:23.180 Let me tell you what Rectech does.
00:45:25.060 He'll check them out.
00:45:26.640 It has smart grill technology.
00:45:29.660 It basically does everything for you.
00:45:32.340 Once you've started cooking whatever it is you want to cook,
00:45:34.900 let's say thick buttery steaks, juicy burgers, hot dogs.
00:45:38.340 Oh, yes, pizza that would make Chicagoans cry.
00:45:43.000 Once you've started with it, it adjusts the heat throughout the whole process,
00:45:48.320 giving you perfection every single time.
00:45:51.040 You can smoke a great turkey.
00:45:54.880 You can cook it in there.
00:45:56.560 You can cook whatever it is.
00:45:58.540 Roast beef.
00:45:59.280 Oh, my gosh, it's so good.
00:46:01.500 It's with Rectech.

00:46:17.160 Well, a judge has ruled that Gavin Newsom has violated the state's constitution
00:46:22.120 by unilaterally ordering that all registered voters be sent mail-in ballots.
00:46:27.760 Now, this could play a role in the election in other states
00:46:34.720 if this continues, the Constitution is extraordinarily clear.
00:46:41.960 The legislature oversees the election, and only the legislature can change the laws.
00:46:48.900 This is something that the Trump administration was fighting fast and furious, if you will,
00:46:53.860 all throughout the end of summer and in fall.
00:46:57.500 And in some cases, they won that case.
00:47:01.080 I don't know why they didn't win in every case, but now in California.
00:47:04.900 However, however, the court also ruled that there was good cause for permanent injunction
00:47:14.400 restraining Gavin Newsom from issuing any further unconstitutional orders
00:47:19.680 that make new statutory law or legislative policy.
00:47:23.800 Wow.
00:47:25.940 So what that means is Gavin Newsom, all of the things that he has done now,
00:47:32.760 issuing 58 executive orders, changing over 400 laws unilaterally,
00:47:38.620 keeping people locked in place at home, has now been ruled unconstitutional.
00:47:45.160 This is fantastic news.
00:47:47.400 The judge rejected Newsom's argument that Section 8627 of the Emergency Services Act
00:47:53.240 gives him autocratic powers.
00:47:55.300 At least 24 of his executive orders rely on that section.
00:47:59.240 The most damaging order, of course, was the lockdown.
00:48:04.560 The Pacific Legal Foundation's new lawsuit uses the same separation of powers argument
00:48:09.720 over victory established as a successful legal theory.
00:48:13.080 This color-coded blueprint is complex in its mechanics and sweeping in its implications
00:48:20.320 for businesses throughout the state.
00:48:22.180 Business owners are left without a representative voice
00:48:25.320 as the governor decides fundamental public policy for the state.
00:48:29.620 This continuing exercise of one-man rule violates separation of powers
00:48:34.240 because only the legislature is allowed to make these kinds of fundamental policy
00:48:38.500 determinations under the California Constitution.
00:48:41.060 This is a California judge.
00:48:44.560 This is crazy.
00:48:46.360 I mean, crazy good.
00:48:48.440 Now, lawmakers up in Michigan are doing the same thing with Whitmer.
00:48:54.880 State Representative Matt Maddock, several of the Republican colleagues,
00:48:59.700 announced that they are seeking to hold impeachment hearings
00:49:02.660 for Governor Whitmer in the State House of Representatives.
00:49:06.540 They posted this on Facebook over the weekend.
00:49:09.460 They listed several reasons why they say Whitmer should be impeached and removed from office,
00:49:15.920 including ignoring court orders, ignored during the process and the legislature.
00:49:22.380 They charged that she is using our kids as political pawns and denied special needs students
00:49:28.160 who depend on the services that occur during in-person classes.
00:49:31.520 The Michigan Constitution empowers the State House of Representatives to impeach any civil officer
00:49:39.360 for corrupt conduct in office or for crimes or misdemeanors.
00:49:43.200 In a statement responding to the lawmakers, Whitmer's office, listen to this.
00:49:48.320 She said,
00:49:49.180 The governor doesn't have time for partisan politics or for people who don't wear masks.
00:49:59.060 Unbelievable.
00:50:01.200 Unbelievable.
00:50:02.520 You don't have time for partisan politics.
00:50:05.960 Really?
00:50:07.300 Oh, my gosh.
00:50:08.860 So that is happening in Michigan.
00:50:12.100 And we are going to need every citizen on high alert, because as many people found out,
00:50:19.140 do we have the Justin Trudeau audio from yesterday?
00:50:23.700 As many people found out for the first time over the weekend,
00:50:27.560 the Great Reset is coming.
00:50:29.960 This is something that was trending.
00:50:34.460 Thank God.
00:50:35.180 The Great Reset was trending on Sunday.
00:50:37.900 And it is the same Great Reset that we've been talking about for several months.
00:50:42.400 And the police are the police.
00:50:44.520 The press has been ignoring.
00:50:46.980 Here's what the prime minister of Canada said over the weekend.
00:50:50.300 Building back better means getting support to the most vulnerable while maintaining our momentum
00:50:55.200 on reaching the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the SDGs.
00:51:00.840 Canada is here to listen and to help.
00:51:03.700 This pandemic has provided an opportunity for a reset.
00:51:07.700 This is our chance to accelerate our pre-pandemic efforts to reimagine economic systems
00:51:12.880 that actually address global challenges like extreme poverty, inequality, and climate change.
00:51:18.880 There's a couple of things that he said there.
00:51:20.520 First of all, he started with building back better.
00:51:22.960 Have you noticed that building back better is behind the heads of prime ministers all over the world now?
00:51:29.980 It's really weird.
00:51:31.000 It's really weird.
00:51:32.500 It's a terrible slogan.
00:51:33.560 No, no, no, no.
00:51:34.000 It's as good and as catchy as me read good.
00:51:36.920 Right.
00:51:37.180 I mean, it's a ridiculous statement.
00:51:40.000 It is a global statement now.
00:51:43.140 Build back better.
00:51:46.240 I've never heard anything so bad.
00:51:48.300 And that's why it sticks out.
00:51:49.960 But it's part now of the Great Reset.
00:51:53.120 And when they talk about reimagining economic systems, they're talking about shareholder capitalism,
00:51:59.800 which is the closest thing I could describe to shareholder capitalism is the system they have in communist China.
00:52:07.800 No hyperbole or the system that Germany went to in the 1930s.
00:52:13.960 No hyperbole.
00:52:15.040 The elites at the World Economic Forum in June, the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund and dozens of other nonprofits and corporations met to discuss how they plan to use the coronavirus pandemic to push the reset button on the global economy.
00:52:32.260 Many of the details are not hammered out yet until the wheel of the World Economic Forum meets again early next year.
00:52:39.620 But they did lay out their broad outline, and it is terrifying.
00:52:44.760 They want to impose a mountain of massive new government programs, including the Green New Deal, jobs guaranteed and government controlled health care.
00:52:54.240 But that is just the start.
00:52:56.280 They also want to completely change the way businesses operate so that every corporation is coerced in becoming champions for left wing social justice causes.
00:53:06.160 You want to know why Nike and everybody else is already on the bandwagon because they know what's coming.
00:53:12.960 They want to create a new international digital currency that also could be used to displace the dollar as the world's reserve currency.
00:53:21.340 That is going to be disastrous for everyone in America that has saved money.
00:53:28.720 You remember, I told you almost 20 years ago, there is no way to bring the United States level of success and monetary prowess up.
00:53:39.320 You can't bring the rest of the world up to our standards, which means they have to bring us down to everyone else's standards.
00:53:47.520 And that is what this is all about in the name of social justice, by the way, digital currency and international digital currency that is going to take the power, the economic power that we all have in the, you know, with the invisible hand of the market.
00:54:07.320 And it goes to a small number of bankers and international officials.
00:54:12.900 They will be able to control absolutely everything.
00:54:17.280 And all of the elites now are pushing for the great reset.
00:54:20.540 And they know that this this movement would ordinarily be impossible to achieve because of countries like the United States.
00:54:30.340 This is why Donald Trump could not win this election.
00:54:35.780 They wanted to make sure he is not in office because he's the only one that would have stood against it.
00:54:43.340 And that's why the pandemic is so important to the left.
00:54:46.960 It's a big reason why so many left wing politicians are now again asking for giant shutdowns of our economies.
00:54:54.440 Lori Lightfoot in Chicago issued a new stay at home advisory.
00:54:58.380 Illinois threatening to shut down the entire state, according to the governor.
00:55:03.160 Virginia there.
00:55:04.680 Your governor, Ralph Northam, has increased restrictions on all indoor gatherings and many restaurants.
00:55:11.760 The governors of California, Oregon, Washington are gearing up for the same thing.
00:55:16.440 They are going to kill the small business, crush entrepreneurship, force all Americans to come crawling on their hands and knees to government for survival so they can reshape the entire world.
00:55:28.880 As Prince Charles said, who's a great supporter of the great reset, this is a golden opportunity to seize something good.
00:55:39.180 We are in the earliest stages, but much darker days lie ahead if Joe Biden becomes our next president, because we have strong evidence Biden and his closest allies are all devoted to the great reset.
00:55:54.180 It is it is it is it is it is it is vital to you and your children's freedom and economic freedom that you know about the great reset.
00:56:07.020 Go directly to the world economic forum, their website, it's w e forum dot org slash great hash reset.
00:56:18.180 But go to the sources, read through the world economic forum's report on reforming the way all corporations are going to operate.
00:56:27.820 It's called measuring stakeholder capitalism.
00:56:30.520 Don't listen to people who are giving you conspiracy theories and don't spread anything from anyone else.
00:56:37.520 Go to the source.
00:56:39.820 It is vital.
00:56:41.280 We do it now.
00:56:45.420 American financing and MLS one eight two three three four.
00:56:48.800 W.W.W.
00:56:49.620 W.M.L.S.
00:56:50.500 consumer access dot org.
00:56:52.060 Then let me tell you about American financing.
00:56:54.980 According to a recent survey, 51 percent of adults believe covid-19, the economy is worse than the Great Recession.
00:57:02.380 Oh, it will be.
00:57:04.260 It will be.
00:57:06.060 There have been job losses left and right.
00:57:08.900 And unfortunately, that could get a lot worse before it's going to get better.
00:57:13.180 As we continue with these ridiculous shutdowns, there is no question that this is one of the most stressful times we have experienced as a nation.
00:57:21.640 So how can we take the stress off of you?
00:57:23.740 Well, by being fiscally responsible, one of the things you can do to be responsible with your money is to look for places where you can save it.
00:57:32.120 If you're a homeowner and you haven't been taking advantage of the historic low interest rates, for example, it's time for you to give American financing a call and see what they can do.
00:57:42.240 It might save hundreds of thousands a month with something as simple as a mortgage refi.
00:57:47.300 Having lower interest rates without having to start your term over could really be the leg up that you need in the coming months.
00:57:54.640 And the qualified mortgage consultants at American financing are just the people to help you get there.
00:57:59.720 Call American financing at 800-906-2440, 800-906-2440 or American financing dot net.
00:58:07.740 Ten seconds.
00:58:08.200 Holy cow, Nick DiPaolo, the comedian that says it all and is really funny.
00:58:28.720 Nick DiPaolo is going to be live from Las Vegas this Saturday, November 21st, starting at 10 p.m.
00:58:34.460 a live audience in the showroom, and you'll be streaming it for anybody who is stuck under lockdown.
00:58:42.580 Unfiltered, uncensored, we wouldn't have it any other way with Nick DiPaolo, except right now.
00:58:48.720 It's filtered and censored.
00:58:51.080 Hi, Nick.
00:58:51.880 How are you, man?
00:58:53.260 Glenn, I miss you, Glenn.
00:58:56.400 How are you doing surviving, Nick?
00:58:59.480 I'm doing fine.
00:59:01.060 I'm, you know, thank God.
00:59:03.720 I think you and I have the best jobs you could have when it comes to all the shutdown and stuff, right?
00:59:09.440 Are we lucky to be a podcast and a radio guy and where you only have to see a producer and your wife?
00:59:15.420 Yeah, I think that's true right now.
00:59:18.920 However, what's coming for people with opinions like ours, we might change our view.
00:59:24.160 Uh, change our view as in, oh, I get you.
00:59:29.120 You're not going to go left on me.
00:59:30.640 No, no, no.
00:59:31.400 Change our view as in, this isn't the happiest job to have.
00:59:35.760 Well, as they say, Glenn, I think it was my quote under my yearbook picture in high school.
00:59:42.100 My quote was, the road to tyranny is paved through big business.
00:59:46.060 Boy, I think I was right on top of it.
00:59:47.620 Wow.
00:59:48.660 What do you think of the election?
00:59:50.180 What do you think of the election?
00:59:51.820 Well, I think I moved to the right state.
00:59:53.680 I moved from New York to Georgia thinking my vote would matter.
00:59:57.460 And, uh, do you believe it?
00:59:59.540 Yeah.
00:59:59.800 I moved to Georgia.
01:00:00.580 It could end up, uh, I knew something was up when I went to vote and the lady that checked
01:00:04.480 me and had a Biden, uh, tattoo on her neck.
01:00:08.120 I, uh, I think you're, you're in for, uh, a world of excitement.
01:00:12.620 The next few have the TV commercials started in Georgia yet.
01:00:17.100 Um, for the Senate.
01:00:20.280 Uh, yes.
01:00:21.280 Oh my God.
01:00:21.860 I'm so tired of it.
01:00:22.780 But, uh, I'll tell you my favorite person from Georgia is that Marjorie Taylor green.
01:00:28.160 I mean, she did an ad where she had an AR 15 and she's got a picture of the squad behind
01:00:33.480 her, you know, Elon, Omar and all those pigs.
01:00:37.160 She has a, she has a rifle and it's like pointed at them.
01:00:39.560 So I, you know, I pulled a lever for her immediately.
01:00:42.200 Did you?
01:00:43.120 Did you?
01:00:43.700 That's what, that's what, that's what gets your vote right away.
01:00:46.600 That's what anybody that, yes.
01:00:48.400 Anybody believes that in force, uh, I can't watch another old white couple being knocked
01:00:53.260 out on the street by, I know I am ready to go, man.
01:00:57.220 I will.
01:00:57.760 I've been at the gun range four times.
01:00:59.260 I get in trouble cause I went to a gun range and you can buy targets, paper targets.
01:01:03.200 Uh, and I wrote Pelosi over one of them.
01:01:06.160 Oh, jeez.
01:01:07.400 What are you doing?
01:01:08.680 They're supposed to be censored.
01:01:09.900 This is supposed to be censored.
01:01:11.860 It is.
01:01:12.880 It is.
01:01:14.120 Uh, uh, how did you get Vegas or is just Vegas just doesn't care.
01:01:18.200 They're like, Hey, it's Vegas.
01:01:19.560 You get diseases here all the time.
01:01:21.480 How did you get them to open a showroom?
01:01:23.140 Are you kidding?
01:01:25.660 Anybody, anybody that goes to Vegas on a regular day, you're, you're immune to everything.
01:01:30.020 Yeah.
01:01:30.480 I mean, just, just, just touching your mouth, the hand to your mouth, you have to use a
01:01:34.000 slot machine.
01:01:34.820 That's way worse than COVID.
01:01:35.780 Oh yeah.
01:01:36.660 Yeah.
01:01:37.420 So you are, you're performing.
01:01:40.060 How many people are going to be in the same room?
01:01:42.020 Cause this will be weird for you.
01:01:43.480 Won't it?
01:01:43.820 I mean, you haven't done this in how long?
01:01:46.460 Well, I've been, I've done some road work lately and, and you know, I'm selling tickets,
01:01:50.680 Glenn.
01:01:51.000 I'd be making twice the money.
01:01:53.120 Some of these clubs are at half capacity and, uh, this one's going to be, uh, it's, it holds
01:01:58.740 500 and, and we have two 50.
01:02:02.080 So, um, which is great actually.
01:02:04.560 So, and the reason I'm doing it is because I have a ton of fans who say, Hey, you know,
01:02:08.800 you don't come to Australia and then you don't come to Alaska and Billings, Montana and,
01:02:14.660 uh, and Vegas.
01:02:17.180 Yeah.
01:02:18.140 And Vegas.
01:02:19.180 I get booster shots every time I go.
01:02:22.180 Oh, I know.
01:02:22.940 I know.
01:02:23.440 I know.
01:02:24.260 Um, so yeah, this is going to be great.
01:02:26.320 Um, uh, you know, we're going to have, uh, so people can, uh, sit in the comfort of your
01:02:30.240 home, whether your governor tells you to or not.
01:02:32.800 And, and, uh, well, look, I paid my dues going.
01:02:35.800 I get, I get my radio show that shut down cause it was too right wing in New York.
01:02:40.260 I've been physically assaulted after a show.
01:02:43.040 I was on the phone with the FBI twice this year because of death threats.
01:02:47.120 So I suggest you people tune in who hate the left, because I'm not out there talking about,
01:02:52.280 uh, you know, pop tots and my family.
01:02:55.840 Uh, I'm, I'm, I'm doing the real thing.
01:02:58.740 What do you, uh, you know, what do you think the, the Corona virus, the shutdowns that are
01:03:03.760 coming, uh, needed necessary, right?
01:03:08.600 Wrong.
01:03:09.720 Oh, absolutely.
01:03:10.940 You know, this is a big hoax.
01:03:12.700 I mean, if it, from age one to 69, the survival rate is 99.967.
01:03:19.660 I mean, come on, unless you're a Chinese woman in the late hundreds with diabetes, I think
01:03:25.040 you're going to be fine.
01:03:27.220 That is the, that is the problem.
01:03:29.040 Um, we are shutting everything down and yet we, we, we should just be protecting the people
01:03:35.420 who are most vulnerable.
01:03:36.860 Fauci said yesterday that, uh, even though we have a vaccine now, that'll be 95% effective.
01:03:44.080 You'll never know if you're part of that 5%.
01:03:46.500 And so you should, everyone should continue wearing the mask.
01:03:49.880 Are you kidding me?
01:03:51.760 No, that is the biggest joke.
01:03:54.160 And I don't know why people are complaining, like in California, what, what, what, you know,
01:03:58.620 the governor says, Hey, you can't have relatives over and that's really, I can't have people
01:04:08.560 over who I, who I pretend to like, are you kidding me?
01:04:14.160 And good luck trying to enforce that three family rule in California, which is about 40%
01:04:19.480 Mexican.
01:04:19.940 And they average 117 kids of family.
01:04:22.200 And they're saying, make sure the person doing the cooking has sanitized their hands.
01:04:28.040 Yeah.
01:04:28.160 My mother likes to change a transmission before.
01:04:30.280 Nick DiPaolo.
01:04:33.480 Thank you so much, Nick DiPaolo.
01:04:34.960 He is going to be again in Vegas this Saturday, uh, starting at 10 o'clock.
01:04:39.960 You'll be able to see, uh, this live online, get your tickets at watch live now.com or online
01:04:47.320 Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Amazon fire TV.
01:04:51.180 Uh, again, follow, uh, Nick DiPaolo, watch live now.com, Nick dip.com.
01:04:58.120 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:05:03.380 Uh, all right.
01:05:04.380 Let me tell you, uh, that right now, temp and toss is changing the temperature taking game.
01:05:10.680 The, uh, the, the thing that I think doctors may have started, uh, you know, the stick it
01:05:19.340 where the sun don't shine.
01:05:20.440 Uh, that was how you used to have to take the temperatures of a baby.
01:05:24.000 And, uh, they don't like that.
01:05:26.020 I don't like that.
01:05:26.920 Uh, but now you have for the first time ever little paper strips that you can just stick
01:05:34.300 on the forehead of your child and they stay there all day.
01:05:37.820 Uh, and it is the most, uh, accurate, consistent temperature gauge that they have found in studies.
01:05:45.420 It is really, really easy, especially if you have a baby or a child, but now it's also, uh, a great way.
01:05:52.800 The Ford Motor Company is using this to get all of their employees in and make sure everybody's
01:05:57.200 temperature is okay.
01:05:59.040 You can use it for babies.
01:06:00.180 You buy them five or 10 at a time, huge corporations.
01:06:03.500 You can buy them in strips of 3,000 or 5,000.
01:06:07.740 I want you to check them out.
01:06:09.080 Temp and toss available.
01:06:10.560 Temp and toss at major retailers and tempandtoss.com slash back to work.
01:06:14.680 Go to blazetv.com slash Glenn.
01:06:17.540 The promo code is Glenn to save 30 bucks off your subscription to Blaze TV.
01:06:21.360 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:06:32.200 We're so glad that you've tuned in today.
01:06:33.860 Uh, Brian Stelter is a, just a worthless, worthless, I don't even know, reporter.
01:06:41.000 What would you even call him now?
01:06:42.500 Just mouthpiece?
01:06:44.200 Um, Brian Stelter at CNN, uh, yesterday said.
01:06:49.820 That all of the videos, uh, showing the, uh, violence against Trump supporters in Washington,
01:06:57.660 D.C., they were all out of context clips.
01:07:00.300 Hey, Brian, what context does hitting, uh, uh, an old woman, uh, you know, in the back
01:07:05.760 of the head, what context does that work in?
01:07:08.760 What context does a mob surrounding a guy in a Trump t-shirt riding a scooter or a bike,
01:07:16.880 him being shoved over and stomped on, what context is needed to make that right?
01:07:23.580 Because I, I can't think of one.
01:07:24.940 Yeah, I mean, there's that one clip where the guy gets knocked out and before that, if you
01:07:29.000 watch the, the, the full footage and we showed you the full footage, you could see he's also
01:07:33.740 scuffling with these guys and they're going, kind of going back and forth.
01:07:36.260 And then he walks away, isn't looking at them at all and gets punched in the side of the
01:07:40.420 head and knocked to the ground in a complete, you know, uh, sucker punch.
01:07:45.260 Yeah.
01:07:45.820 Is that the type of contact he's looking for?
01:07:47.760 I mean, like, that's still really bad.
01:07:49.620 Yeah.
01:07:49.960 Well, how about, how about the one where everybody's just kind of eating their food in a restaurant
01:07:53.580 and, uh, then the mobs start to attack and then they throw in, uh, a firework and
01:07:59.820 launch a firework into the restaurant.
01:08:01.500 Is that, is, what context is that?
01:08:03.760 Were they chewing with their mouth closed because if they weren't, that is really annoying.
01:08:08.020 I don't know.
01:08:08.460 You know, they will take jokes out of context and I know we live in a different world.
01:08:13.860 Nick DiPaolo doesn't seem to understand that, but, uh, we live in a different world where
01:08:17.640 you just don't make jokes about certain things and, and I get that, but they will always take
01:08:23.320 jokes about things and they will just go crazy.
01:08:27.040 I'll bet you that what Nick said, they'll go crazy on, but they won't say that this was
01:08:32.900 an attempt to humor.
01:08:34.160 This was a comedian, anything like that, anything like that context will not matter to them
01:08:41.040 on anything, uh, like that.
01:08:43.680 And yet they'll dismiss the violence.
01:08:46.400 Did you see what Macron said, uh, yesterday?
01:08:49.200 I love this.
01:08:50.680 Oh yeah.
01:08:50.820 Oh my gosh.
01:08:52.160 So, um, the, the New York times has come out and the mainstream media has said that, uh,
01:09:02.120 what's happening in France is just xenophobia and good people are just rising up in the streets.
01:09:10.400 I mean, they, they, they beheaded teachers and this is just because of France's, uh, you
01:09:15.900 know, xenophobia.
01:09:17.500 If I, if I may, let me just quote him when France was attacked five years ago, every nation
01:09:25.800 in the world supported us.
01:09:27.180 He said, so when I see in that context, several newspapers, which I believe are from countries
01:09:33.380 that share our values, journalists who write in a country that is the heir to the enlightenment
01:09:39.680 or the French revolution, when I see them legitimizing this violence and saying the heart
01:09:44.800 of the problem is that France is racist and Islamophobic, then I say your founding principles
01:09:50.520 have been lost.
01:09:53.720 Wow.
01:09:54.800 Yes.
01:09:55.920 He said, uh, we will be inflexible when it comes to tackling racism, antisemitism, and
01:10:01.820 discrimination and strong, new, strong decisions will be made to reinforce, uh, people's chances
01:10:08.660 to live.
01:10:09.680 But this noble fight is perverted when it turns into communitarianism into a false rewriting
01:10:16.480 of our history.
01:10:17.560 This is unacceptable.
01:10:19.060 Boy, wouldn't you love to hear this?
01:10:20.600 It is unacceptable when it is picked up by separatists.
01:10:24.380 I tell you very, very clearly tonight, my dear fellow citizens, the Republic will not erase
01:10:31.160 any trace or name from its history.
01:10:34.260 It will not forget any of its deeds or take down any statue.
01:10:38.800 What we need to do is look all together with lucidity on, uh, on all of our history and
01:10:46.080 all of our memory, our relation to Africa in particular.
01:10:49.380 So we can build a present and a possible future from one to the other side of the Mediterranean.
01:10:56.140 Uh, for the first time, let's be able to like France.
01:11:01.940 Wow.
01:11:03.540 Where?
01:11:04.280 Well, I know, I know, as he said, uh, we have lost our founding principles and how badly
01:11:11.360 have we lost them?
01:11:12.520 We got a piece of audio in from a listener and we appreciate anything that you have access
01:11:21.640 to that you want to explore, expose or whistleblow.
01:11:25.520 We really appreciate it.
01:11:27.500 Uh, there was a, uh, there was a zoom call that recently happened, uh, showing up for racial
01:11:34.440 justice.
01:11:34.960 And it's a national network of groups and individuals organizing white people for racial justice.
01:11:41.860 Justice and they had this event on zoom recommitting to racial justice, white people's work in
01:11:47.300 the days of head.
01:11:48.580 Uh, and it was described as, you know, how white people showed up in massive numbers to
01:11:54.560 vote for Donald Trump.
01:11:55.740 More white people voted for Trump in 2020 than in 2016.
01:11:59.280 Our work remains clearer than ever.
01:12:01.880 We need to be organizing white people.
01:12:04.580 And so they had a group of people meeting on this zoom meeting.
01:12:09.800 One of our listeners happened to be there and recorded it.
01:12:14.300 And I, uh, I, I want you to listen.
01:12:16.940 The woman taking part in this, uh, is in the Highlander center of Tennessee.
01:12:22.180 It's a research and education center.
01:12:25.380 Uh, and here they are cut one Stacey Abrams and the stolen election.
01:12:31.940 What we saw is not much different from what we saw when Stacey Abrams ran for in the gubernatorial
01:12:37.700 race, right?
01:12:38.320 We same situation, right?
01:12:40.180 When it came back down to it, we knew that the counties that were left at the end of the
01:12:44.580 general election were places where black people, whether it was new Georgia project or black
01:12:49.360 voters matter, a number of organizations, Mahinte surge, uh, had been organizing our people.
01:12:55.880 So we knew what it was going to be.
01:12:57.580 Stacey Abrams didn't lose an election in Georgia.
01:13:00.200 Y'all it was stolen.
01:13:02.060 Um, okay.
01:13:03.860 All right.
01:13:04.580 Um, uh, Biden and Harris, this administration, what are their plans now going forward?
01:13:11.480 But now we need to make sure that we can mobilize and organize those people to make sure that one,
01:13:17.000 we actually seal the deal and the loser leaves.
01:13:19.800 Right.
01:13:20.340 But secondly, to recognize that neoliberals have been killing me slowly for as long as
01:13:25.520 they've been in existence, there is still much work to be done.
01:13:29.060 Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are not my saviors.
01:13:32.240 They're my next target.
01:13:33.880 Right.
01:13:34.240 So where we need to be is in the practice of building people's power to demand what we
01:13:40.800 deserve, not what we can concede, what we would concede to in the first hundred days
01:13:45.060 of a new administration.
01:13:46.700 So the Biden victory, they say, was all due to them.
01:13:51.660 And then to come with clear and concise demands about what we deserve, because we delivered this
01:13:57.120 victory to the Biden Harris administration.
01:13:58.820 We need to hold that power.
01:14:00.140 We need to flex it like it's ours.
01:14:01.760 We need to come hard saying that, you know, defund the police wasn't something that lost
01:14:05.960 seats.
01:14:06.560 Defund the police was a demand that won progressive Democrat seats.
01:14:10.640 Right.
01:14:10.820 We need to come out hard for the Breathe Act.
01:14:12.980 We need to come out hard saying HEROES Act is not enough.
01:14:15.960 If it does not include our sisters, our brothers, our siblings that are undocumented, that is
01:14:19.900 not a stimulus that bails out our people.
01:14:22.140 Those are our people.
01:14:23.280 So we need to demand the Thrive Agenda.
01:14:25.780 We need to demand the People's Charter that the Working Families Party and many of us helped
01:14:29.480 create.
01:14:29.920 We need to demand the demands in the in the vision for black lives.
01:14:33.680 We need to demand a red, black and green New Deal for our people.
01:14:37.720 Right.
01:14:38.220 This is our moment.
01:14:39.160 Y'all, we've built the social movement.
01:14:40.600 Now we need to act like we've built power.
01:14:42.800 So they did build power.
01:14:45.320 They are claiming that they are the real force behind it.
01:14:48.600 These are the organizers of Black Lives Matter, et cetera, et cetera.
01:14:51.920 Um, and they now finally come clear that this was never really about Trump.
01:14:59.720 We didn't want to build a social movement that didn't have any political teeth.
01:15:04.220 When our ancestors and elders said by any means necessary, they meant by all the means,
01:15:08.380 including fighting for electoral justice.
01:15:10.240 Not that it's the only path to liberation, but it's certainly a tactic that we couldn't
01:15:13.640 concede.
01:15:14.100 Right.
01:15:14.500 And then secondarily, we also wanted to make sure that we weren't building a party that
01:15:18.520 wasn't accountable to our movements.
01:15:20.540 Right.
01:15:21.340 And so we talked about what it would mean to be we need like, what is it going to take
01:15:24.940 to beat back the breadth of white nationalism up and down the ballot?
01:15:29.880 This wasn't just about Trump, though it was a major goal of our work, of our United Front's
01:15:35.560 work.
01:15:36.060 It was not just him.
01:15:37.240 Right.
01:15:37.560 It was to beat back white nationalism, authoritarian and proto fascist tendencies up and down the
01:15:41.960 ballot.
01:15:44.220 This is a Zoom call that just happened with Aaron Heaney and Jara Burke from Tennessee based
01:15:50.880 political group, the Henderson group, I think also BLM supporters were on this call and spoke.
01:15:59.640 So this wasn't about just removing Trump.
01:16:02.360 This was a step into the direction they hoped to go, and they are not done with this election
01:16:10.620 or any election in the future.
01:16:13.260 Let me be clear.
01:16:14.180 Second phase is also to make sure that if in a scenario where there was a contested election,
01:16:17.780 that we had the power to make sure that that contestation by the Trump administration fails.
01:16:23.880 Right.
01:16:24.340 That's where we are right now.
01:16:25.420 We correctly identified the scenario that we would be in.
01:16:28.840 Black people got it right again.
01:16:30.880 Right.
01:16:31.100 We predicted that this would be where we were, and we built infrastructure to be able to make
01:16:34.700 sure that we had people together in a united front committed beyond November 3rd so that
01:16:40.060 we can continue to use our people power to make sure that in a contested scenario that
01:16:43.740 our people still win.
01:16:44.980 That's phase two.
01:16:45.920 Right.
01:16:46.400 OK, so now what's next?
01:16:49.500 And when that happens, we're going to make sure that they remember every day of their four
01:16:53.600 years that they would not be there without us and that they owe us big.
01:16:58.180 Right.
01:16:58.440 They owe us big.
01:16:59.300 So we need to be going ahead and thinking right now, what can Joe Biden give me by executive
01:17:04.400 order?
01:17:05.580 Right.
01:17:05.940 Some stuff I shouldn't even have to wait for Congress.
01:17:08.260 We shouldn't be talking.
01:17:09.440 We should.
01:17:09.740 I don't need a study on reparations.
01:17:12.460 Right.
01:17:13.000 I'm going to take H.R.
01:17:13.920 40, please.
01:17:14.780 And thank you.
01:17:15.320 My people have been fighting for that for a long time.
01:17:17.440 But guess what?
01:17:18.220 I don't have to wait for that.
01:17:19.440 Give me.
01:17:19.900 Come up off it, man.
01:17:20.940 Why are we waiting for Joe Biden to sign the HEROES Act when we know that there's something
01:17:27.420 better and he could just wave his pen and give it to us now?
01:17:30.040 Right.
01:17:30.260 Well, that puts, you know, Schumer and the student debt forgiveness through executive
01:17:39.200 order.
01:17:40.360 That kind of gives you some some new meaning behind that, doesn't it?
01:17:44.640 When you hear AOC pushing for executive orders and you don't have to go through Congress,
01:17:51.360 when you hear them say we have to take the two Senate seats in Georgia so we don't have
01:17:58.680 to negotiate with anyone, it kind of puts it into context, doesn't it?
01:18:04.460 This is what we're up against.
01:18:06.600 But I will tell you, this is what we were built for.

01:19:24.040 Glenn takes you inside the GOP's war room in Georgia and reveals the dark truth behind
01:19:28.660 the Democrat candidates, their tie to radicals, and who's funding their campaigns to unravel
01:19:33.540 the republic.
01:19:34.100 It all comes down to this.
01:19:38.280 Battleground Georgia.
01:19:39.620 The radical Democrats who will transform America.
01:19:42.380 Tomorrow night, 9 p.m.
01:19:43.500 Eastern at blaze.tv.com slash Glenn.
01:19:45.480 You're listening to Glenn Beck.
01:19:53.340 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:19:55.500 We have Janice Dion on coming on in just a second.
01:19:59.120 She's the author of Mostly Sunny, but I don't want to talk to her about her book.
01:20:02.720 I want to talk to her about the tragedy that she and her family have endured with COVID
01:20:08.040 because of the governor of the great state of New York, Andrew Cuomo, who, if I may quote
01:20:15.700 Stu, is awful.
01:20:18.300 Andrew Cuomo is awful.com.
01:20:19.800 Is that what you're trying to say?
01:20:20.520 That's what I'm trying to say.
01:20:21.320 Yes.
01:20:21.640 No, it's true.
01:20:22.180 He is very awful.
01:20:23.100 Did you see what he said yesterday?
01:20:24.900 That leaders need to take accountability?
01:20:27.780 It's unbelievable.
01:20:28.180 They need to stand up and take accountability for the mistakes they made.
01:20:31.680 Are you out of you?
01:20:33.020 What?
01:20:33.540 I would like to say he is the least self-aware person in modern American history, but the
01:20:38.260 problem with that is he knows exactly what he's doing.
01:20:40.680 He knows he did all these things and he's just lying because the only thing he knows how
01:20:45.980 to do is lie.
01:20:48.800 He is, if I'm not mistaken, New York, if it was a country, it would be down on the list
01:20:57.420 as worse than, what was it, Peru?
01:21:00.960 Peru, Belgium, every country on earth, with the exception of countries that have like 20,000
01:21:05.940 people, like San Marino, I think is worse than, no, no, San Marino's not even as bad
01:21:11.080 as, sorry.
01:21:12.980 No, San Marino's not even as bad as New York.
01:21:14.720 I mean, nobody, nobody is reporting all of this stuff.
01:21:17.760 They're going for more draconian, how did, how is this being spread?
01:21:24.480 This is an honest question.
01:21:25.360 If everybody is locked down in New York, in New York City, I mean, nobody's doing business
01:21:30.900 in New York City.
01:21:32.480 How is it spreading so fast again?
01:21:35.120 Well, I mean, besides the riots and the, and the victory parties for.
01:21:39.180 Yeah, I seriously, victory parties is probably at this point, part of the, the, the issue.
01:21:44.560 I do think that, look, there's a, there's a, there's a university here in Texas that did
01:21:48.820 a study of, of actual compliance to these rules and they found it to be 56%, which again,
01:21:53.800 is not 0%, but it's not a hundred percent either.
01:21:57.400 And that's just, we're talking about masks and social distancing.
01:22:00.520 We're not in lockdown.
01:22:01.420 I mean, look, I don't, I know if you're in California, you're like, this is, this is
01:22:04.960 lockdown.
01:22:05.640 It's not lockdown in Texas.
01:22:07.080 I mean, I barely even noticed the difference in my life to be frank about it.
01:22:10.600 I really, I mean, I have to wear a mask occasionally when I go into a stupid store and that's annoying.
01:22:14.840 I've already, I've, I'm a COVID-19 survivor, as you know, Glenn.
01:22:17.520 And so I've already been through this and you know, I, I'm immune not only to COVID, but
01:22:21.980 to all things.
01:22:22.820 Well, I'm, I am, I'm worse than you.
01:22:24.620 I didn't get COVID, but my wife was sick.
01:22:27.080 What, what, what do I do?
01:22:28.400 I don't know what to do.
01:22:29.840 She's sick.
01:22:30.860 What do I do?
01:22:31.680 How do I eat?
01:22:32.620 What happens?
01:22:33.400 I mean, it was, it was devastating, devastating in my household.
01:22:37.500 But I mean, you around here, honestly, like the, the thing that you don't have are large
01:22:42.620 gatherings.
01:22:43.160 But again, the Dallas Cowboys are putting 30,000 people in their stadium for every game.
01:22:47.740 Look, so it's not, it's not the same.
01:22:49.740 I had dinner with Dave Rubin and he came into the restaurant and he's like, there were people
01:22:53.140 here.
01:22:53.600 Oh yeah.
01:22:54.060 I'm like, yeah, yeah.
01:22:55.760 We go out and do things, Dave.
01:22:57.660 We're, we're not in a, uh, uh, you know, United socialist state of California.
01:23:03.120 We, we, we, we go out and do things.
01:23:04.900 We just use common sense.
01:23:07.460 And look, you can isolate yourself into a panic room and not spread the virus.
01:23:10.840 We all know that.
01:23:11.420 We have to find a balance between doing things, you know, that we're not, you know, infecting
01:23:16.320 everybody and we're able to live our lives a little bit.
01:23:18.460 There is nobody that hates Andrew Cuomo more than Stu, except perhaps for Janice Dean.
01:23:22.900 She's too nice to hate him.
01:23:23.680 She's great.
01:23:24.500 And she's on next.
01:23:25.500 It's the Glenn Beck program.

01:24:27.020 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:24:31.080 So let me talk to you a little bit about a new book out called Not Free America.
01:24:35.340 It is a really, really good book to bone up on how not free we really are.
01:24:42.440 And it hasn't just started, uh, it's not because of COVID or anything else.
01:24:46.580 It's been going on for a long time and we have got to stop surrendering our liberty.
01:24:52.020 We have to start pushing for our unum, which is the idea of liberty, the idea of freedom.
01:25:00.180 That's what brought us together in the first place.
01:25:02.700 And it's the only thing that will bring us together again.
01:25:06.340 Well, here's a book called, uh, Not Free America.
01:25:09.500 And it was written by Mike Donovan.
01:25:11.940 It not only shows what's going on, but it also offers a solution.
01:25:15.880 So I want you to go to, uh, not free America.com.
01:25:18.940 Take the liberty pledge and order your copy today.
01:25:21.700 Find out how to stop the overreach and the abuse of our government.
01:25:24.920 What actions you can take to do better.
01:25:27.620 It's not free America.com.
01:25:31.080 Go there now.
01:25:32.020 The one and only, uh, Janice Dean is joining us next.
01:25:36.540 The only person who I think, well, she's, she's too nice to hate.
01:25:40.600 Yes.
01:25:41.200 But the only person who dislikes more, uh, than you, uh, she's the only person I know that
01:25:47.400 really does not like Andrew Cuomo.
01:25:49.780 I mean, to your level.
01:25:50.940 Yes, she, my level.
01:25:52.440 She has a reason.
01:25:53.580 Yours is just.
01:25:54.600 Visceral.
01:25:55.320 Yeah.
01:25:57.160 Back in a minute.
01:26:16.200 What you're about to hear is the fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:26:22.540 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:26:28.820 Hello, America.
01:26:29.800 And welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:26:31.380 We can all agree.
01:26:32.440 There are lots of despicable people, lots of despicable people, uh, especially in public
01:26:37.660 office right now.
01:26:38.500 People who just don't care about what the truth is and they get away with murder.
01:26:44.140 But I don't think there is anyone quite to the level of Andrew Cuomo, Andrew Cuomo.
01:26:51.040 And this is what makes it so horrible is the amount of people that have actually died.
01:26:56.600 You know, they Bush lied.
01:26:58.140 People died.
01:26:58.920 Okay.
01:26:59.200 This guy is still lying and people are dying.
01:27:04.600 It is so reprehensible because actual lives have been snuffed out because of his policies.
01:27:11.340 Actual lives are at stake because of his lies.
01:27:14.020 And then he goes on yesterday.
01:27:16.420 He said, Hey, you know, politicians and public figures, they've got to learn from their mistakes
01:27:21.480 and admit their mistakes.
01:27:22.960 Oh my gosh.
01:27:24.620 I think my head's going to explode a full fledged duct tape alert.
01:27:29.800 Wrap your head in duct tape because it just might explode when you hear the truth about
01:27:35.580 Andrew Cuomo and Janice Dean joins us in 60 seconds.
01:27:41.740 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:27:46.720 All right.
01:27:47.640 You know, the value of a dollar.
01:27:48.960 So what is the value of $20?
01:27:51.060 Well, in my day, 20.
01:27:52.260 Yeah, yeah, I got it.
01:27:54.180 How far is 20 bucks going to get you today?
01:27:56.640 May get you what?
01:27:59.100 I mean, I was surprised.
01:28:00.180 I go with my family to McDonald's now.
01:28:01.540 It's like $78.
01:28:03.060 You're like, what's your McDonald's?
01:28:06.200 We eat a lot.
01:28:07.100 Anyway, $20 can help get you out of pain.
01:28:11.300 I want you to try the trial pack of Relief Factor.
01:28:15.020 This is something that I started taking about three years ago.
01:28:18.820 I didn't do commercials for them for a long time because I didn't.
01:28:21.700 I didn't take it.
01:28:22.660 I didn't.
01:28:23.080 Honestly, it's like it's healthy.
01:28:24.780 And I'm like, look at me.
01:28:26.400 Do I look like the picture of health?
01:28:28.300 I don't think this stuff is going to work.
01:28:30.480 And then I started taking about three years ago because my wife forced me to do it because
01:28:34.840 she was, quote, tired of hearing my whining.
01:28:37.320 And I have to tell you, three years later, I am still out of pain because of Relief Factor.
01:28:42.580 Go to ReliefFactor.com or call 800-583-84, 800-583-84.
01:28:48.080 It's ReliefFactor.com.
01:28:54.720 Janice Dean is the Fox News senior meteorologist.
01:28:58.440 She is also the author of Mostly Sunny, which kind of, well, except for this hour, maybe
01:29:04.040 kind of sums her up.
01:29:06.220 Mostly Sunny.
01:29:07.400 Hi, Janice.
01:29:08.200 How are you?
01:29:09.420 Hi, Glenn.
01:29:10.320 And hi, Stu.
01:29:11.140 Thank you for having me today.
01:29:12.480 Hey, Janice.
01:29:12.860 I am thrilled to meet someone that is as upset as Stu is on Andrew Cuomo.
01:29:22.340 I don't know how he gets away with what he has gotten away with in New York, but it's
01:29:28.100 despicable.
01:29:29.060 It's really despicable.
01:29:31.260 Tell me how this story affected you before we get into all the stats.
01:29:36.900 Well, my husband lost both of his parents to coronavirus.
01:29:40.280 His dad was in a nursing home.
01:29:43.060 The plan was to have both parents in an assisted living facility close to where we are.
01:29:48.940 And the backstory on that is his parents lived in a four-story walk up in Brooklyn for almost
01:29:53.780 60 years.
01:29:55.040 They didn't want to move.
01:29:56.160 It was rent controlled.
01:29:57.340 We tried for many years to try to get them to move.
01:30:00.720 They wouldn't listen to us.
01:30:02.360 As they got older, they had more health problems.
01:30:04.860 His dad was suffering from dementia.
01:30:07.520 His health was going downhill.
01:30:10.080 His mom had problems walking.
01:30:13.060 She had to use a walker.
01:30:14.280 We had aides coming into the building, but my husband still had to go to their apartment.
01:30:19.480 There were trips to the ER.
01:30:21.080 It was to the point where we had to have 24-hour care for both of them.
01:30:25.080 They couldn't take care of themselves.
01:30:26.460 They couldn't take care of each other.
01:30:28.520 So we found a great assisted living residence very close to us on Long Island.
01:30:32.800 And the plan was to have them both together in a double room.
01:30:35.380 His dad needed rehab because he had a lot of health issues.
01:30:39.640 So we had to get him in better shape.
01:30:41.800 And he was only there for a couple of weeks, Glenn, when the coronavirus came into play.
01:30:47.320 And that was at the very end of March.
01:30:49.460 We got a call on a Saturday morning saying his dad wasn't feeling well.
01:30:54.260 And up until this point where we're getting updates, he was doing fine.
01:30:57.280 Both of them were doing fine.
01:30:59.320 And the Saturday morning, Sean gets the phone call that his dad isn't feeling well and that he's running a fever.
01:31:05.280 And three hours later, he's dead.
01:31:08.760 Holy cow.
01:31:10.160 Yep.
01:31:10.520 They call us to tell us he died three hours after the initial phone call of saying he wasn't well.
01:31:17.140 And because we were in quarantine, we couldn't physically go see him for at least a week and a half.
01:31:24.240 We weren't able to go see him.
01:31:26.080 We were trying to get regular updates.
01:31:28.120 So we didn't find out that he had COVID until the death certificate.
01:31:32.780 Um, and we didn't know that at this point that the governor was putting COVID positive patients into nursing homes.
01:31:41.880 It was only after he died that I started seeing the reports.
01:31:45.220 And I remember getting a phone call before he died from one of the aides that was taking care of him saying that they were moving him to another floor so that they could accept more patients.
01:31:56.940 So that was my first red flag.
01:31:59.140 Yeah.
01:31:59.760 Uh, and your husband's mom.
01:32:02.780 Yeah, his, his, my husband had to call his mom to tell her that her husband had died.
01:32:10.240 She hadn't seen him in, in many weeks.
01:32:13.560 Uh, it was the hardest thing he's ever had to do.
01:32:16.320 She got sick in her assisted living facility and was transported to the hospital.
01:32:21.300 And we didn't know she had COVID until she got to the hospital.
01:32:24.680 She died several days later.
01:32:27.180 Um, and the other reason why I'm angry and I'm upset is because her number does not count because the governor will not count or at least won't release the numbers of COVID patients that got COVID in their elder care facilities, but died in the hospital.
01:32:43.340 They're the only state that counts it like that, right?
01:32:47.720 They're the only state that says if you got it at a nursing home, but you died in a hospital, it doesn't count.
01:32:55.020 Correct.
01:32:55.460 Uh, and there have been people trying to sue for this information.
01:33:01.480 We were supposed to get the information from his health commissioner, Howard Zucker, uh, before the election.
01:33:08.280 And then it was delayed until after the election.
01:33:10.960 And now we're not supposed to get the total numbers until in January.
01:33:15.440 So they're at the empire center, which is a watchdog of sorts.
01:33:18.920 Uh, it has sued the governor and his health department for this information, because if we're going to go forward and we're getting into a second wave now, if we don't have the actual total numbers, that's a big problem.
01:33:31.640 Do we have any idea of a guess, an educated guess?
01:33:35.760 The, the educated guess is double what they are reporting.
01:33:40.040 So the governor is reporting, I think 6,500 deaths, uh, in the nursing home facilities.
01:33:46.700 And, uh, what I am hearing, the estimates are at least double that when you include those that died in the hospital, but got COVID in their elder care facility.
01:33:55.840 Put this into perspective, Stu.
01:33:57.620 Uh, what are the, what are other states looking at?
01:34:00.980 I mean, New York's performance in basically every category is worse than every other state.
01:34:06.540 Um, and the only thing, the only states that compete with New York are states like New Jersey, which was largely overflow from, from New York.
01:34:14.400 Um, you know, and it, and to show you how disingenuous Cuomo has been on this point.
01:34:18.920 I mean, we all know that he imported COVID positive patients into nursing homes.
01:34:22.740 Right.
01:34:23.200 And he also, uh, will not tell everyone, uh, what the actual total of, of nursing home deaths are.
01:34:30.200 He won't say what they are.
01:34:31.280 He will not report it.
01:34:32.320 It's been months and months and months, lawsuits and everything else.
01:34:34.500 But what makes him uniquely awful in every single way are things like this, where he uses the second point that he's only disclosing half the deaths as a defense for his initial policy.
01:34:48.720 Because when you ask him about his initial policy of importing these patients, he says, well, look at our numbers.
01:34:53.140 We're like 34th in the nation.
01:34:54.620 Well, you're only 34th in the nation because you're lying about the total, which is documented not by just conservative sources, but all over the mainstream media that this is, has not occurred.
01:35:05.020 They have not disclosed the correct number of patients.
01:35:07.560 So he uses his lie to defend his policy that affected so many lives.
01:35:13.260 It's, it is, it's incomprehensible how terrible he's been through this.
01:35:17.780 So Janice, how come the, the lawsuits are not winning?
01:35:21.780 How come you're not getting the release of the information?
01:35:24.840 What is the excuse?
01:35:27.240 They need more time.
01:35:29.120 Apparently they need more time to get all of this information.
01:35:32.280 It is very frustrating.
01:35:34.620 And of course we have other questions like governor.
01:35:37.720 Why didn't you use the facilities that were provided by the federal government to you, including, uh, the mercy ship and the Javits center and some of the makeshift hospitals that were put in place where taxpayers spent.
01:35:51.760 Millions of dollars, uh, making these makeshift hospitals so that you could put Corona virus patients into these places instead of nursing homes, the most vulnerable areas.
01:36:05.000 And at the beginning of this, Glenn, he was talking, he knew, he said, if we put, uh, the virus in nursing homes, it would spread like dry grass.
01:36:15.860 There is evidence of him saying that on the record.
01:36:19.120 And so he knew, um, but I've read things that are very interesting to me that he was getting whispers in his ear by some of his top hospital donors, that the hospitals were saying, we cannot deal with all of these Corona patients.
01:36:33.240 We are not able to care for them, like perhaps may, uh, nursing home might.
01:36:39.160 So maybe that's where we should put the Corona virus patients.
01:36:42.600 So there's all sorts of interesting things that I think, uh, uh, an investigation might come up with.
01:36:49.340 So, so, cause my next question was, why would he, why would he do this?
01:36:54.860 It was so clear.
01:36:56.520 We, the one thing we knew going into it is if you are elderly and sick or weak, you're done.
01:37:04.960 We knew that that's the one thing we knew as it was coming over.
01:37:09.200 So he had to go ahead.
01:37:12.600 No, we did know that.
01:37:14.220 And since, you know, I would say in the last several weeks, I've been doing a lot of these rallies with, um, some of the families that are going through the same thing that I'm going to through.
01:37:24.720 Our family and I've talked to nursing care workers, uh, and they have the same questions and they were the ones that actually right away raised their hand, wrote documents saying, please do not do this.
01:37:38.540 We are, we are not equipped to take, uh, COVID positive patients into our home.
01:37:42.920 We don't have enough PPE.
01:37:44.200 We can't separate them.
01:37:45.740 But this is going to be, uh, this is like fire through dry grass.
01:37:49.800 All of these people, these experts knew why did the governor still put out an executive order forcing COVID positive patients into nursing homes?
01:38:00.760 Not for one, not for two weeks, but 46 days until finally he rescinded the order.
01:38:07.620 And the other thing Stu knows very well is that if you go on, uh, the healthcare website of New York, you cannot find that executive order anywhere.
01:38:18.020 They have scrubbed it from the website.
01:38:20.280 Um, this, this country is becoming so dangerous, the, the politician without a, a free press.
01:38:30.720 And I don't mean free as an, I think CNN is free to report anything they want.
01:38:34.820 They just choose differently, but, uh, without a press that is actually trying to stand for the people,
01:38:44.500 not for the institutions, not for the parties, not for the politicians, but for the people.
01:38:49.880 We are so far off the reservation now of, of a country that can even be free.
01:38:55.880 We're not even getting the news and they're scrubbing it and nobody cares.
01:39:00.700 Well, you're right.
01:39:02.540 Some of those places don't care.
01:39:04.400 Thankfully, you're, you know, the blaze is helping me with this.
01:39:08.780 Fox news has helped me with this.
01:39:10.480 The New York post has been, uh, doing some good investigative journalism, the, you know,
01:39:15.760 the wall street journal as well.
01:39:17.180 There have been a couple of articles in the New York times.
01:39:19.860 Uh, but the problem is, and that's why I'm vocal is because I am not seeing the mainstream
01:39:25.860 media, uh, you know, ask these questions or demand accountability of their leaders.
01:39:32.260 Uh, he really has been ruling with an iron fist.
01:39:35.180 And every time he does get asked the question, he blames everybody else, except the person
01:39:41.340 that signed the order.
01:39:42.400 He's blamed God and mother nature and the New York post and Fox news and the nurse, the
01:39:49.000 nursing care workers and the visitors.
01:39:51.100 And by the way, I was never able to visit my loved ones.
01:39:54.860 So I didn't have a chance to bring in COVID to the nursing home.
01:39:59.040 And, and we, and he has now gone to the tactic of saying, how dare you even ask that is so
01:40:05.780 hurtful to me to even playing the martyr on this.
01:40:10.660 Right.
01:40:11.360 He's actually said how, how cruel of you to, you know, put the blame on me.
01:40:16.940 Um, and to see these interviews still to this day going around, I mean, he's published a book
01:40:23.320 on his leadership that he continues, uh, to publicize.
01:40:28.340 And in my mind, he is profiting off the over 30,000 New Yorkers, including my in-laws that
01:40:35.560 died by publishing a book on leadership of New York after he has helped really, uh, I mean,
01:40:45.400 he, his order has helped kill thousands of relatives of New York state.
01:40:52.100 And this is not political Glenn.
01:40:54.320 This is not about Republican or Democrat.
01:40:57.740 My in-laws were, were registered Democrats.
01:41:01.240 This is not about politics.
01:41:02.920 This is about accountability for something that went wrong.
01:41:07.380 And it's because of your leadership that we're put into this situation.
01:41:12.540 Back in just a second, more with, uh, Janice, Janice Dean, uh, from Fox news, uh, on COVID
01:41:20.320 and Cuomo coming up in just a second.
01:41:22.780 First, welcome to 2020 malware is everywhere.
01:41:26.100 Like an entire room full of live mousetraps, uh, that you're walking barefoot, uh, barefoot
01:41:31.900 foot through, uh, blindfolded and in the dark.
01:41:35.620 If you've been operating under the assumption, uh, that your emails are safe because you recognize
01:41:41.120 the sources think again, cyber criminals have found ways now to embed malware into attached
01:41:47.120 documents.
01:41:51.580 And as soon as you download them or hit enable content or enable editing, you get yourself
01:41:53.100 some malware and it is going to start, uh, finding and stealing your personal information
01:41:57.720 on behalf of, uh, the cyber criminal.
01:42:01.160 There is a way to fight it.
01:42:03.280 No one can prevent all identity theft or monitor all transactions at all businesses, but life
01:42:07.520 lock.
01:42:07.860 They can help you feel the warm and, uh, and, uh, and, uh, loving embrace of protection
01:42:14.100 this holiday season.
01:42:15.560 Cause we're all shopping online.
01:42:17.360 Who was it?
01:42:18.180 Uh, was it over on CNN?
01:42:20.760 I think, uh, they said, uh, yeah, it looks like Christmas isn't coming.
01:42:25.660 What are you talking about?
01:42:28.200 Well, it's not going to be, you're not going to be able to shop.
01:42:30.140 Uh, it's called the internet dude called the internet.
01:42:32.480 Save up to 25% off your first year at lifelock.com.
01:42:36.900 And don't they know that Christmas isn't about the boxes and the bags?
01:42:40.980 Uh, use the promo code back at lifelock.com and you're going to save 25% 1-800-LIFELOCK.

01:42:48.440 Use the promo code back for 25% off 10 seconds.
01:42:51.940 Station ID.
01:43:02.480 So Janice, if he would have come out and said, holy cow, was that a mistake?
01:43:15.540 Would, would any of this be a big deal to you?
01:43:19.200 I mean, it would have been a bad mistake, but it would, it have been something that was,
01:43:22.440 uh, a torch to carry.
01:43:25.800 In the beginning, had he come out and, and accepted responsibility for the decisions that
01:43:30.620 he had made and, and, and just said, I've never heard him say, I'm sorry for your loss.
01:43:36.800 I've never heard him say anything remotely remorseful, uh, towards people that have lost
01:43:43.060 loved ones.
01:43:44.360 Um, had he come out in the very beginning and said, I I've never done something like this
01:43:49.960 before.
01:43:50.260 I was getting advice from people.
01:43:52.240 I wanted to make sure I had enough beds in the hospital.
01:43:55.460 So this is why I made this decision.
01:43:57.500 I thought they had enough PPE.
01:43:59.760 I, I was advised that some could handle COVID patients.
01:44:04.180 I made a tremendous mistake.
01:44:06.100 And for that, I am sorry.
01:44:07.860 Had he done that, I actually would have accepted that.
01:44:11.820 I don't want to be this person who is out there, um, you know, screaming at the governor
01:44:17.220 every single day on social media.
01:44:19.000 I am not that person at all.
01:44:21.540 I've never been political in my entire life.
01:44:24.080 I am the weather person.
01:44:25.120 And I always say the only red and blue I see on a map, Glenn is areas of high pressure
01:44:31.500 and I, I want, I hope to go back to that, but because he is not accepting any responsibility
01:44:39.920 or accountability and these mainstream media outlets who will not hold him accountable
01:44:46.120 or ask him the question or show him the mandate that's been scrubbed, uh, off his website.
01:44:53.420 That is why I am vocal.
01:44:55.360 But yes, at the very beginning, had he just admitted that he didn't know what to do when
01:44:59.560 we were in the middle of a pandemic and maybe if he hadn't written a book, I mean, the fact
01:45:04.380 that he wrote a book and it's been, you know, has been making money off of that book.
01:45:08.860 Uh, even yesterday he was, or the other day he was at a church and he was talking about
01:45:14.700 leadership and how, you know, you have to learn from your mistakes.
01:45:20.060 He even talked about that book.
01:45:21.960 Well, I wrote a book about leadership.
01:45:23.800 You can buy it for 24 99.
01:45:25.920 I mean, it's just so outwardly gross.
01:45:30.160 It's so gross.
01:45:30.940 And Glenn, you and I both know, and Stu, we all know that if Mr. Cuomo had an R next to
01:45:36.980 his name, he would probably be, you know, I don't know, in front of a jury.
01:45:42.620 Yeah.
01:45:42.900 He'd be in real deep trouble.
01:45:44.960 Yeah.
01:45:45.180 I mean, and you think about it's not, it's not even just avoiding responsibility, which
01:45:48.340 has been something you'd totally expect.
01:45:50.520 He demands praise for his handling of this.
01:45:53.240 I mean, the book is one thing, the poster was revolting.
01:45:57.020 He was selling a poster where he, you know, had cartoon drawings of himself driving around
01:46:02.020 his Camaro.
01:46:03.180 He was dunking on Southern states who were having their flare up at the time, which by
01:46:07.800 the way, wound up being nowhere near as large as the flare up in New York.
01:46:12.060 The way he comes, goes around and demands this sort of God-like stature and the media gives
01:46:18.400 it to him is what's so criminal about this.
01:46:20.360 Does any of that come from his brother at CNN?
01:46:22.800 I mean, the way they interviewed him is we would never do that.
01:46:28.980 We would, as the blaze, we would, no, as a commentator, I would say to my brother, you
01:46:36.800 got to talk to the news department.
01:46:38.400 You can talk to me, but you got to talk to the news department as well.
01:46:42.320 I mean, you can't do that.
01:46:44.380 And that was the journalistic pushback.
01:46:47.860 It was making us physically ill when we, you know, we were, we couldn't have a funeral
01:46:53.920 or a wake or last rites.
01:46:57.000 We weren't able to see them.
01:46:58.180 And yet I would see Cuomo on with his brother on CNN, joking around their comedy, comedy
01:47:04.920 news hour with Cuomo and his big, uh, you know, um, cotton swab going up his nose.
01:47:11.300 Like it was infuriating.
01:47:14.180 Okay.
01:47:14.740 More in just a second with Janice Dean, uh, from Fox news.
01:47:18.820 As the program continues, stand by.
01:47:30.940 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:47:34.040 Hey, do you remember that Harvey Wallbanger you got, uh, or the, uh, the, uh, my tie that
01:47:38.360 you got when you went and listened to the timeshare people?
01:47:40.940 Wasn't that worth it?
01:47:42.340 I mean, now you're, you're sitting there paying for some place that you don't want anymore.
01:47:46.080 You're paying for some place that you can never book when you want to book it.
01:47:49.720 Oh, and the good news is the maintenance fees are coming up in about a month or so.
01:47:53.820 So that is, how do you get rid of a timeshare?
01:47:57.880 Well, there is a name that you need to know, and it is timeshare, termination team.com
01:48:04.600 timeshare, termination team.com.
01:48:07.560 There are so many scams out there.
01:48:10.240 I mean, you know, what's really sad is they advertise and say, we're going to get you out
01:48:14.640 of that scam and they're a scam.
01:48:16.740 It's horrible.
01:48:18.140 This is, they have a 100% guarantee that they'll get you out of the, legally get you out of
01:48:24.920 the timeshare.
01:48:25.880 I mean, I could take care of it for you, but timeshare termination team will get the job
01:48:30.760 done.
01:48:31.200 And now you'll save 20% off when you terminate your timeshare.
01:48:35.020 Just tell them that I sent you at eight at eight, get you out, eight at eight, get you
01:48:38.740 out or timeshare, termination team.com.
01:48:42.500 And you can go to blaze tv.com slash Glenn.
01:48:49.720 The promo code is Glenn.
01:48:51.900 You'll save 30 bucks off your subscription to blaze TV.
01:49:02.960 This is the Glenn Beck program.
01:49:05.260 I, I only had our composer make this bed because I thought if Billie Eilish ever heard about
01:49:13.840 it, it would drive her out of her mind.
01:49:15.740 It does sound Billie Eilish-esque.
01:49:16.880 Yes, it does.
01:49:17.880 It does, doesn't it?
01:49:19.720 Uh, welcome to the program.
01:49:21.180 Uh, Janice Dean is, uh, joining us.
01:49:23.100 She is the, uh, uh, the Fox senior meteorologist.
01:49:27.160 Uh, and she has had a, just a wicked time with COVID and, you know, I, I am sick and tired
01:49:37.160 of hearing about people say, oh, people don't think that COVID is real.
01:49:41.340 And all these old people are dying because they don't think it's real.
01:49:43.800 Um, I think everybody did, I mean, is it not your main impression, Janice and Stu, that
01:49:51.940 everybody believes it's real?
01:49:54.540 They just may not think they're going to get it.
01:49:57.660 I mean, or do you think there's a big conspiracy that it's not real?
01:50:02.980 I mean, I know that it's real because I've had loved ones die of it.
01:50:07.200 Um, but I've also said to people, I'm also not going to let it make me so fearful that
01:50:14.380 I don't leave my home.
01:50:16.000 I mean, I am, I'm somebody that's compromised.
01:50:18.380 I, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis back in 2005.
01:50:22.900 So I am considered, uh, someone that has, you know, uh, yeah, that I'm vulnerable, but
01:50:29.420 I'm not going to make it dictate, uh, you know, that I'm going to be in the basement for
01:50:35.440 the rest of my life.
01:50:36.260 My kids are currently in school.
01:50:38.580 I support the fact that my children are in school.
01:50:41.900 They've been doing very well, uh, with going to school and the safety precautions that they
01:50:48.200 take.
01:50:48.660 It's more important for my children to go to school than for us to be all in a house,
01:50:54.780 you know, scared to death.
01:50:56.500 My kids, my kids have been destroyed by this.
01:51:01.360 You know, they were going to school and everything was on track.
01:51:04.860 And then this happened and I've both my kids are, have changed.
01:51:10.720 They are really struggling with school.
01:51:13.480 When they do go twice a week, the teacher is behind glass.
01:51:17.500 They have glass on their desk and the teacher and the, you know, my son and daughter have
01:51:23.120 to wear masks.
01:51:24.580 What the, I mean, come on.
01:51:27.880 And can you imagine this being your school experience, either college or high school or
01:51:32.040 anytime?
01:51:32.600 My, my youngest, uh, who's nine years old, he has anxiety issues because of this.
01:51:39.820 So for me, it's better that he goes to school, even if he is wearing a mask, even if they are
01:51:45.300 distanced by, you know, six feet, I think it's more important for him to still be able to go
01:51:51.000 and learn that way.
01:51:52.000 He can't learn through the zoom process.
01:51:54.740 He, he, we would have, you know, regular meltdowns, not just my sons, but their mom as well.
01:52:02.120 And my husband's a first responder.
01:52:04.420 He's a firefighter.
01:52:05.520 He has to go to work.
01:52:06.880 So these are things that we all have to take into account.
01:52:10.480 We, we cannot just be in our basement and not go anywhere.
01:52:14.960 So while I understand the fear, I also understand that we can be in a worse position if we are
01:52:21.400 dictated by that fear and we are not going on, you know, going and living our lives with
01:52:28.380 taking those, those precautions.
01:52:30.100 What do you think?
01:52:31.260 What do you think of?
01:52:32.520 What do you think of Cuomo coming out and saying that he's going to sue the federal government
01:52:38.440 to stop the distribution of the vaccines because they won't be able to control it until Biden
01:52:46.440 gets in and he says the distribution is going to be all screwed up.
01:52:51.280 That drives me nuts because there's Mr. Hypocrisy once again.
01:52:56.120 He wasn't at at least 17 White House meetings about COVID.
01:53:00.840 He was out promoting his book, Glenn Beck, about leadership instead of going to the White
01:53:07.120 House and being with other governors to talk about what the White House was doing, the federal
01:53:12.680 government to try to help different states.
01:53:15.340 So first of all, he wouldn't go to these meetings.
01:53:17.680 And now that there is a possible COVID vaccine because it's under Trump, you know, he's, he's
01:53:25.300 nervous about the whole thing.
01:53:26.460 I'm not going to distribute it here in New York.
01:53:28.400 And yet when Trump comes back and says, well, then if New York doesn't want my COVID vaccine,
01:53:34.560 then I won't give it to New York.
01:53:36.120 Then, of course, we see the governor saying Trump won't give me the vaccine.
01:53:41.040 How dare him?
01:53:42.040 I'm going to sue him.
01:53:43.820 It's all such political theater garbage.
01:53:47.840 It drives me crazy.
01:53:50.460 This governor continues to make bad decisions on behalf of the people he represents.
01:53:56.620 Is there a breaking point in New York for Cuomo?
01:54:01.720 Is there is there any buildup of people saying, I can't take it anymore?
01:54:06.920 I mean, do people see it?
01:54:09.800 I have people that come up and whisper to me and say, that's terrifying.
01:54:15.640 Keep doing what you're doing.
01:54:17.420 I will tell you that I got an email from someone who knows the Cuomo family very well, who basically said, Janice, you've picked, you know, a noble thing to go after him on.
01:54:33.500 Good luck with your fight.
01:54:35.360 But watch your back.
01:54:37.300 So what does that tell you if you've got somebody that knows this family very well telling me to watch my back when I go against the governor?
01:54:48.120 So what does the average person do?
01:54:50.000 That's a good question.
01:54:56.060 I am demanding accountability and answers.
01:54:59.640 I'm shouting from my social media mountaintop.
01:55:03.800 I'm trying to do as many programs as possible to get the word out.
01:55:08.140 But I just feel like people are afraid to support those who are going against the governor.
01:55:15.960 And that is so dangerous.
01:55:18.820 Well, not here in Texas.
01:55:21.360 We're not afraid.
01:55:22.660 And I don't think the the adjoining states are.
01:55:25.700 But it is going to take a movement of the people of New York.
01:55:29.440 But I mean, they're you know, it's really frightening, Janice, is what we have what we've now accepted.
01:55:35.060 We you know what the the when when somebody comes down and abuses people, if that person takes it, that's your baseline of your relationship.
01:55:47.420 Look how much abuse the American people are taking because of covid.
01:55:53.240 Look at how many rights we are giving up, how many things we just like, I don't know what to do.
01:55:58.380 So I'm just going to go along.
01:55:59.600 It's terrifying because that will be the baseline of our relationship with a, quote, ruler.
01:56:07.240 Right.
01:56:08.120 And now people saying that we can't get with our families for Thanksgiving and we can't have Christmas together.
01:56:15.060 You know, to what point do we stand up and say, you can't tell me how to celebrate Thanksgiving with my family?
01:56:26.700 You can't.
01:56:27.800 What are you going to do?
01:56:28.640 Get the National Guard in?
01:56:30.040 You're going to bang down my doors because I have more than 10 people at my home?
01:56:35.240 I'm not sure what it's going to take, Glenn.
01:56:38.080 But when we see all of these peaceful protests and I have not had a funeral for my husband's parents, at what point do we stand up and say something has got to give here?
01:56:52.980 Something's not right.
01:56:54.300 Thank you, Glenn.
01:57:24.300 I appreciate you giving me a platform to tell my story.
01:57:27.580 Thank you.
01:57:28.800 You are welcome.
01:57:30.100 Thank you.
01:57:30.800 Janice Dean.
01:57:31.700 She's awesome.
01:57:32.640 I love Janice Dean.
01:57:33.660 She's just the best.
01:57:35.160 She really is.
01:57:35.840 If you follow her on Twitter, too, you'll get, she tweets a lot of things, stories that I miss all the time at Janice Dean about Cuomo and what's going on up there.
01:57:44.960 She's been a consistent voice and is seemingly the only person who cares about holding him accountable for what he's done.
01:57:52.040 And it's crucial that it happens.
01:57:53.560 What's so great is it's not somebody like us.
01:57:57.280 You know what I mean?
01:57:57.900 This is what we do for a living.
01:57:59.240 So, you know, we bring these to you, but, you know, people can easily dismiss it.
01:58:04.380 This is this is a wife and and a mom and somebody who lost two family members and still can't bury them.
01:58:15.700 Yeah, and she's, you know, married to a firefighter who's a hero and and who did not want her to talk about this for a long time.
01:58:23.560 I mean, she she she was willing to talk about it, but he you know, he didn't want to make a big deal about this.
01:58:29.680 It wasn't until Cuomo started really getting to his excesses afterward that that he finally, you know, encouraged her to speak out.
01:58:37.000 And thankfully that happened because this guy will skate.
01:58:40.240 He will skate with a lot tens of thousands of lives that he's responsible for.
01:58:45.860 He will skate with no responsibility because this media who is obsessed with him.
01:58:51.120 I don't know if it's his last name or the fact that he coddled him during a different difficult time because they all live in New York.
01:58:56.360 Whatever it is, they are they are determined to let him off the hook for what he's done.
01:59:01.500 And remember, it was the Armenian genocide that Hitler had nothing to do with that taught him about the Holocaust.
01:59:10.240 Hitler later said, if the Armenia, if the Turks can get get rid of so many Armenians and do this and the world doesn't care, they're not going to give a damn about the Jews.
01:59:23.340 People learn from these things.
01:59:25.820 What are we teaching other governors?
01:59:28.680 What what what what possible role is Cuomo playing in the future that he's going to feel invincible on?
01:59:37.100 This is a very, very dangerous time, dangerous time.
01:59:43.380 And I'm glad we're in this together, quite honestly.
01:59:46.000 I'm glad you're here.

02:00:39.240 You're listening to Glenn Beck.
02:00:42.900 This is the Glenn Beck program.
02:00:49.680 I just want to, you know, Bernie said that nobody he knows, nobody knows is talking about defunding the police.
02:00:58.440 Nobody.
02:00:59.980 Here's a little montage for you to chew on.
02:01:02.620 Nobody I know who's running for office talks about defunding the police.
02:01:07.840 Many affluent suburbs suburbs have essentially already begun pursuing a defunding of the police.
02:01:13.940 This movement is not new.
02:01:15.700 This is about investment.
02:01:17.880 I really consider it a refund.
02:01:19.560 Defunding police means defunding police.
02:01:22.620 We need to truly cut one billion dollars in NYPD spending.
02:01:26.620 We have the super aggressive police department.
02:01:28.780 So, yes, defund your butts.
02:01:30.440 Not only do we need to disinvest, but we need to completely dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department.
02:01:36.840 Two House Democrats unveiling a bill.
02:01:39.060 It would take away federal resources from police departments across the nation.
02:01:42.800 Breathe Act is bold.
02:01:44.540 It's meaningful.
02:01:45.400 It's transformative.
02:01:46.100 I am so proud to endorse Senator Bernie Sanders for president.
02:01:51.100 This is not just about running for president.
02:01:53.980 I am endorsing Bernie Sanders because he's not going to sell us out.
02:01:58.100 Nobody I know who's running for office talks about defunding the police.
02:02:04.020 Well, you know, if it was Biden, I would accept that because I would be like, he doesn't remember them.
02:02:09.660 But Bernie Sanders clearly remembers all of the socialists around him.
02:02:14.380 Um, let me, uh, let me just show you while we're here on hypocrisy and lies.
02:02:20.380 Uh, let me give you Biden on, uh, the vaccine blaming Trump.
02:02:26.520 Listen, will you get vaccinated?
02:02:28.740 And if you're hesitant, why should any American have confidence in the vaccine?
02:02:34.300 Well, first of all, um, uh, we'll see if that comes forward.
02:02:39.480 And secondly, it's important that people who are in the greatest need get it.
02:02:46.040 I wouldn't hesitate to get the vaccine, but I also want to set, uh, um, an example.
02:02:54.440 So will you get it or not?
02:02:57.120 Go ahead.
02:02:57.740 But I wouldn't hesitate to get the vaccine if, in fact, Dr. Fauci and these two organizations,
02:03:04.100 whether it's Moderna or Pfizer, who have been extremely responsible, conclude that it is, uh,
02:03:10.800 it is safe and, uh, and able to be done.
02:03:13.020 Look, the only reason people question the vaccine now is because of Donald Trump.
02:03:17.000 That's the reason why people are questioning the vaccine, because all the things he says
02:03:21.940 and doesn't say, whether it's truthful, is it not truthful, exaggerations.
02:03:26.220 I think we're on a clear path now.
02:03:28.540 Okay.
02:03:29.120 That's now why people are questioning the vaccine.
02:03:31.660 I don't know if you noticed this, uh, Stuart, but I, I think I heard, uh, pretty much everybody
02:03:38.460 on the left during the campaign saying they would not take a vaccine because of Donald Trump,
02:03:43.620 because of Donald Trump, as if Donald Trump was mixing it himself.
02:03:46.420 Well, he was.
02:03:47.000 From household ingredients.
02:03:47.780 He was.
02:03:48.320 Uh, and injecting into people.
02:03:49.780 That's not how this works.
02:03:50.780 It's always been public health officials, including, by the way, like, you know, some
02:03:54.920 of the leading people in the entire industry who have outwardly said in multiple interviews,
02:03:58.900 they have had no political pressure, no interference from the, from the White House, no interference
02:04:05.120 from the administration.
02:04:06.340 And they said, if they did, they would resign immediately.
02:04:09.740 And there's been no resignations here.
02:04:11.960 That's weird.
02:04:13.060 Uh, we have one more piece of audio.
02:04:15.240 This is a, uh, uh, COVID advisor for Joe Biden, um, promising all kinds of things, uh, that
02:04:21.220 I think science would say, yes, that's the way we do things.
02:04:25.320 Uh, here they are on the, uh, coronavirus task force on how they're going to handle the
02:04:30.760 vaccine.
02:04:31.260 As you mentioned, I'm very focused on emphasizing the importance of equity in all the work that
02:04:37.520 we're doing, as is the full advisory board.
02:04:40.700 Um, our board is working very closely with the transition policy teams.
02:04:44.680 We know communities of color, especially have been very hard hit by the pandemic.
02:04:49.700 And so to that point, the board is thinking about, uh, how we optimize equity and efficiency
02:04:56.200 across all of these areas.
02:04:58.220 So whether that be in testing, in contact tracing, um, providing supports as needed, such as food
02:05:05.020 or housing during quarantine and isolation and access to the, to the treatments we see
02:05:10.420 coming on board.
02:05:11.300 And of course, uh, in vaccine distribution.
02:05:14.260 Yeah.
02:05:14.460 Okay.
02:05:14.840 So, um, I have no problem getting it to the people who need it.
02:05:18.300 You know, I mean, if, if African Americans are indeed, uh, more susceptible to it as our
02:05:25.100 older people and apparently teachers, uh, then they should get it first.
02:05:29.220 You know what I mean?
02:05:30.140 Yeah.
02:05:30.360 The nurses, doctors, whoever, whoever needs it.
02:05:32.600 The problem here is the word equity, you know, that, uh, that makes everybody a little
02:05:38.040 nervous when you're talking about equity.
02:05:39.600 How about the people who need it the most get it first?
02:05:44.220 How about that one?
02:05:45.820 How about that one?
02:05:46.320 Sensible.
02:05:46.780 You know, instead of saying, well, now, wait a minute, your great, great, great, great,
02:05:50.580 great grandfather owned slaves, Joe Biden.
02:05:53.540 So you can't get it.
02:05:55.600 You're going to be last in line because the Robinette family were slave owners.
02:06:00.040 This is the Glenn Beck program.
02:06:02.340 Oh my gosh, they were.
