00:11:23.560 that how how can you possibly take one of these people seriously when they say they want a national

00:11:27.560 popular vote when in their own party they could easily just do it with no constitutional amendment

00:11:38.660 so i'm going through the rules of this and i'm fascinated to find out as you go down and you

00:11:46.240 realize iowa was a complete disaster right they don't still don't know who won iowa they're trying

00:11:57.720 counties there was 21 precincts had candidates received delegates despite not having enough supporters

00:12:02.900 to do so in 21 precincts eight precincts gave too many delegates away more delegates than they were

00:12:08.500 allowed to give away they gave away um a hundred precincts just type the data in wrong but only a

00:12:17.060 hundred only a hundred precincts this is this was iowa and many of these delegates after you go through

00:12:23.180 the whole long list of mathematical equations to figure out who's going to get the delegate uh state

00:12:28.440 delegate equivalents when they came up with a tie they literally would flip a coin to see who got the

00:12:36.300 delegate that is actually the system now that seems nuts and you know you'll be happy to hear do that
