Glenn Beck is back with a brand new episode of The Glenn Beck Program. This week, he's talking about the latest in the ongoing investigation into the Obama administration, and why it's time to wake up America.
00:00:57.780Burna Launcher, non-lethal self-defense device that fires high-power pepper and tear gas projectiles strong enough to disable an attacker without causing permanent harm.
00:01:08.040But, you know, your eyes burn from it a lot and it's hard to breathe.
00:01:51.420You know we've been fighting every single day.
00:01:53.240We push back against the lies, the censorship, the nonsense of the mainstream media that they're trying to feed you.
00:01:59.260We work tirelessly to bring you the unfiltered truth because you deserve it.
00:02:04.480But to keep this fight going, we need you.
00:02:06.980Right now, would you take a moment and rate and review the Glenn Beck podcast?
00:02:10.280Give us five stars and leave a comment because every single review helps us break through Big Tech's algorithm to reach more Americans who need to hear the truth.
00:51:43.880But it's always distrust and verify when you're dealing with anybody in prison.
00:51:51.020So the government knows how to make deals.
00:51:54.200I've participated in deal making for years.
00:51:57.200I think it was Abby Hoffman who once said in the halls of justice, the only justice is in the halls because that's where the deals get taken.
00:52:03.520And so it's constantly the case where mafia killers are having reduced sentences in exchange for information about their bosses.
00:52:12.180Corporate thieves are given immunity or given reduced sentences in order to turn it.
00:52:17.720Look, when I used to teach criminal law at Harvard Law School, I would tell them if you're going to commit a crime, there's one rule.
00:52:23.320Always commit a crime with somebody more important than you are so that you can turn them in and they can't turn you in.
00:54:03.280And he would have gone to jail for the 20 or maybe 30 years, life imprisonment because of his age.
00:54:08.580Uh, uh, and, and, and, uh, she would have gotten nothing, but because she had nobody to testify against, he was dead.
00:54:15.660Uh, she got prosecuted, convicted and sentenced to the 20 years.
00:54:19.400So normally she would not, uh, usually people who are in that position are the ones who testify.
00:54:25.940So, um, you say a grand jury would not, would not lead to anything, but this might.
00:54:33.100This would definitely grand jury wouldn't because grand jury testimony is always tailored in the narrowest possible way to provide just the minimum information necessary to indict.
00:54:45.140They don't want to give, uh, the defendant other information.
00:54:48.440So I don't think you're going to find much in the grand jury, but you will find a lot in the information that has been sealed by the three federal judges.
00:54:55.660But let me tell you what you're going to find.
00:54:57.480You're going to find a lot of false accusations.
00:54:59.240Let me give you an example, give you an example of two women.
00:55:04.660And during the run-up to the 2016 election, she wrote, uh, I don't know, 50 or 60 emails to Maureen Callahan of the New York Post in which she swore that she had videotapes of Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Richard Branson, all having sex with children.
00:55:21.860Um, they investigated and found that it wasn't true and she eventually admitted it was totally made up.
00:55:26.840So if you're going to produce the names of the people she accused, you have to also produce what her background or take another woman named Maria Farmer.
00:55:37.740Uh, she was on CNN the other day as if she was the angel Gabriel testifying truthfully, but she has a history of lying and making up stories about people.
00:56:10.700We know that there are accusations against, uh, Bill Richardson, the former ambassador against George Mitchell, against, uh, a Barack against the granddaughter of, uh, Jacques Cousteau.
00:56:22.780What we don't know is whether any of these allegations are true.
00:56:25.860Now, do you, do you know, I mean, I know you can't say anything because of, but have you seen evidence of things?
00:56:38.880And I know, for example, a few obscure people who nobody ever heard of, and there's very substantial evidence that maybe they did have a consensual sex with, uh, young girls.
00:56:50.960Um, maybe some, uh, above the age of consent, maybe some below.
00:56:54.700So yes, there are such records, um, and, and, but they're not a famous people.
00:56:59.940I know involving Donald Trump or Bill Clinton or Bill Gates, or any of the people who have otherwise been accused whose names are well known.
00:57:08.420I don't know of anything that would corroborate that.
00:57:10.860I know of a lot of false accusations by people who shouldn't be believed, but if you're going to release the names of the accused, you have to also, uh, release the information about the accusers.
00:57:22.580Because there are many accusers out there who never met Jeffrey Epstein.
00:57:26.260They just collected money, uh, by making false accusations and their lawyers collected money.
00:57:31.160So this is a deep scandal, uh, which is complex and gray area.
00:57:35.700And although, obviously, the villain of the piece is Jeffrey Epstein, there are other villains as well.
00:57:44.000There are women who were victims, and then they became perpetrators.
00:57:47.640Uh, they went out and solicited 14 and 15-year-olds for Jeffrey Epstein and got paid to do it.
00:57:54.080So, you know, there's a lot of gray area here, and if we're going to get to the whole truth, we've got to make sure we get to the whole truth, including the role of, um, some of the people who have made accusations.
00:58:05.820So if she testifies, it will be behind closed doors.
00:58:10.820I think initially it would be behind closed doors, but then you would have, um, look, I want everything to be out there.
00:58:17.600From day one, I want everything to be out there.
00:58:20.280I don't think anybody should be protected here.
00:58:22.480Let the public decide who's telling the truth, but only after they hear all the information.
00:58:26.900When they hear that, um, you know, Maria Farmer, uh, is an anti-Semite Holocaust denier, and that she accuses, um, you know, Jewish people of doing terrible things, then you ask yourself, maybe she has a motive.
00:58:40.940Uh, you know, she doesn't believe that the Holocaust occurs.
00:58:44.640Maybe she didn't believe that, uh, uh, there were false accusations, too.
01:22:29.580It just means you've at least opened your mind enough to read the document from another point of view and go, let me give this a fair shake.
01:23:31.940The chalkboards are coming out in full force tonight to explain this whole timeline in a way that I don't think anybody has really explained it.
01:24:04.660For some, it's the image of a mom huddled in a dark basement, holding her child as bombs fall outside.
01:24:10.260For others, it's the elderly man in Jerusalem, too frail to flee, sitting in silence with no food, no water, nowhere to go.
01:24:16.880Wherever your line is, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is probably at that line, addressing it on the ground right now.
01:24:24.320For over 40 years, this organization has been a lifeline to the most vulnerable people in Israel.
01:24:29.700Holocaust survivors, refugees, orphans, families living in war zones.
01:24:33.560They're there with food, warm clothes, heaters, medicine, whatever is needed, whatever is needed right now.
01:25:34.680You apply for a home equity loan expecting a quick approval, but the bank says something's wrong.
01:25:40.140According to their records, you don't even own your home.
01:25:43.260And that's how most people find out they've been hit with home title theft.
01:25:47.140This is a popular scam because it's easy and the rewards are big if you're a criminal.
01:25:51.980They use AI tools to copy your signature and fake a notary stamp and submit forged paperwork to your county clerk.
01:25:58.980It only takes a few bucks and no one really verifies the thing.
01:26:02.520The county can process it like it's business as usual and you don't get a phone call, you don't get an alert, you get nothing.
01:26:07.160Your home is something that's really important to you.
01:26:11.600The title to that home is not something that you probably think about all that often, but if you don't have control over it, it's going to make your life a living hell.
01:26:19.540These thieves can borrow against your equity.
01:27:55.360If you don't have the credentials, you haven't gone through the right university, even though David has, I believe, his doctorate in education.
01:28:03.660But if you don't have the right university or, worse yet, you disagree with the universities today, you're suddenly a hack.
01:28:13.800David has the documents to back it up.
01:28:16.260And it's all about the Ten Commandments.
01:28:25.700We have David Barton in for in just a second.
01:28:27.980Can't wait to talk to him about the Ten Commandments.
01:28:30.140But first, let me tell you about Jace Medical.
01:28:32.200In the middle of a crisis, the last thing you want to hear is, yeah, sorry, we're out of that.
01:28:36.120When the medication supply chains break down, whether from a natural disaster, a geopolitical shock, or just, you know, bureaucratic incompetence, that's what people hear.
01:28:45.160Jace Medical is your backup plan, and you'll be glad you have made that backup plan.
01:28:49.440They're going to send you a Jace case.
01:28:50.860It's a customized supply of prescription emergency medications prescribed by real doctors and shipped directly to your door.
01:30:32.400You know, a couple of weeks ago, maybe it was last week, I did a monologue on the Ten Commandments and how important the Ten Commandments are.
01:30:41.600They are the basic building block of our civilization.
01:30:44.660And if you don't have to be religious to believe the Ten Commandments, and I broke it down in non-religious terms, what each of them mean to a civilization.
01:30:55.440And if you reject them, well, then you start to dismantle that civilization, especially if your civilization was built on the original lawgiver, Moses and the Ten Commandments, which we were.
01:31:07.360Like it or not, sorry, that is our stock.
01:31:12.640David Barton has been testifying in front of state houses.
01:31:17.800And now Texas and Arkansas now are required by law, largely because of the work he's done, to have the Ten Commandments posted in every school classroom.
01:33:29.160It's a way to protect your purchasing power, to preserve your wealth, and to bring a little sanity back into an otherwise very volatile and crazy world.
01:33:36.500So I want you to call Lear Capital today at 800-957-GOLD, 800-957-GOLD.
01:33:41.620Get your free $4,200 gold report, which I remember a year ago I said that and I thought, wow, $4,200 gold, that's never going to happen.
01:34:01.280Okay, so you were speaking in front of the House here in Texas, and there was one representative Democrat who is, some people say, is going to be the reason if Texas ever goes blue, it'll be because of this guy.
01:34:19.340And he was just arguing that you are just a religious zealot and that you don't know what you're talking about.
01:34:25.080You're just trying to indoctrinate our children into your religion by having the Ten Commandments posted in classrooms.
01:34:32.880You know, that's a great way to get off the subject is to start attacking personalities, which is what they do, because they can't win on the subject matter itself.
01:34:41.080And it's James Talaferos who you're talking about.
01:34:43.380So he said this is unconstitutional and un-American.
01:34:49.540Un-American, sorry, the very first textbook ever used in American schools has 40 questions for first graders on the Ten Commandments, and that was used all the way through the 1930s.
01:35:01.060So we're talking two and a half centuries of Ten Commandments in first grade classrooms, and it's un-American?
01:35:21.480So the questions there start with like 41.
01:35:23.800Question 41, you go up through question 80.
01:35:26.260Preface to the Ten Commandments is, in their words, I am the Lord thy God, which is brought thou out of the land of Egypt and out of the land of bondage.
01:35:40.540What did the preface to that commandment teach us?
01:39:51.440And they even say the modern forms of cattle rustling are laws against cattle rustling on the books about stealing.
01:39:58.040So there's so, I mean, 300 court cases cite the Ten Commandments and somehow we're not going to let kids see what's been cited over 300 times in the courts as the basis of our laws.
01:40:08.200He said to you that this was idolatrous, exclusionary, and arrogant, and he referenced Matthew 6, 5, which, if I'm not mistaken, Matthew 6, 5 is like, hey, when you pray, pray in your closet.
01:42:11.700And I think it's interesting that, you know, as Tyler Farrow was quoting that one verse from Jesus, in Matthew 19, Jesus told the civil ruler, the rich young ruler, to keep the commandments.
01:42:23.260So, there's an instruction to the civil area, keep the commandments.
01:42:27.980And so, where Tyler Farrow tries to say religion is on one side and government's on the other and two should never meet, if you're going to – and he gets into something where he talks about you need parental consent for this kind of stuff.
01:42:38.800So, my question is, do we need parental consent to read George Washington's farewell address because it's pretty religious?
01:42:44.100Do we need parental consent to read the Mayflower Compact because it's pretty religious?
01:42:48.620Do we need parental consent to do Patrick Henry's give me liberty, give me death speech because it's really religious?
01:42:54.480How about Franklin's speech at the convention, really religious?
01:43:11.040Because they believe it comes from God, a higher purpose, and they have a responsibility.
01:43:17.020And you can do what you want to them, but a lot of them end up standing and saying, you're going to have to kill me because I know who I serve.
01:43:24.800You know, even the story you were covering earlier with all the stuff that's come out now about what was happening in Russia, I'm going to go back to the Ten Commandments on that.
01:43:34.740Because if you're God conscious, it changes your behavior.
01:43:38.300You and I know that we're going to stand before God and answer for what we do, and we're not going to do the stuff that they did because it doesn't matter what the FBI gets us.
01:43:46.080It's God that's going to get us on that.
01:43:49.320And you have a much more civilized nation when you have that.
01:43:52.420It's interesting that in the time frame when we're teaching the Ten Commandments for all those centuries, if you go back to New York, and James Kent, founding father, he was in charge of the courts of New York.
01:44:02.700He talks about how just disappointed he was on how much crime was in New York.
01:44:09.800Over a 16-year period, they had eight murders.
01:44:12.520Over a 16-year period, that's a murder every other year.
01:44:50.960All right, back with David Barton here in just a second.
01:44:53.620Let me tell you about the Berna Launcher.
01:44:55.040Somewhere between doing nothing and, you know, using a firearm, there is a third option people don't know really exists.
01:45:01.260It's called the Berna Launcher, and it might be the most important tool you never knew you needed.
01:45:05.260It's not a gun, but it's also not a toy.
01:45:07.440It does not require a permit because it's non-lethal.
01:45:13.820Who is, you know, approaching your wife at a gas station, it'll put them down on the ground for 45 minutes.
01:45:19.940That launcher fires high-speed pepper or tear gas rounds, and it stops an attacker for 45 minutes dead in their tracks without taking their life, without you going to jail, without second-guessing yourself for years after.
01:45:33.080It is a perfect solution for people who want to stay safe without crossing the line they might regret.
01:45:38.780And it's legal in all 50 states, which means you can protect yourself and your family with no background check, no paperwork, and no waiting.
01:45:46.300Right now, I want you to go to Berna.com, B-Y-R-N-A.com.
01:45:49.600Get yours today or use a retail store locator to find the nearest location offering live demonstrations, including select sportsman's warehouse stores, Berna retail stores, and authorized premier dealers.
01:46:21.720The Texas representative that you were up against in the Texas House, and by the way, he lost, and the argument for the Ten Commandments won in Texas.
01:46:33.120Now, it is required to be posted as long as the public provides the Ten Commandments, and it has to be done in a certain way, certain size, etc., etc.
01:46:41.680They have to be posted if the public presents the Ten Commandments in the way the law directs.
01:46:48.520So, we have – there's a whole group of groups that are working towards this.
01:46:54.440We've put together the Ten Commandments exactly as the law outlines, and you can get them.
01:47:01.360Right now, all you have to do is just go to the website.
01:47:54.720This went up in 1979 in Kentucky, and the court took it down in 1980.
01:47:58.200So, this is what led to the whole Ten Commandments thing in the Supreme Court, which the court has now backtracked from and said history and tradition.
01:49:01.120The other was introduced in the 70s as well, but it was the 1770s.
01:49:04.660And so, there's a big difference in history and tradition with one against the other.
01:49:08.580He also said, well, this – I mean, you're not respecting differences.
01:49:13.320You're saying this is an endorsement of a religion.
01:49:15.860What about those who have different beliefs?
01:49:17.600Yeah, those who have different beliefs need to have the same common moral value system or they'll find themselves trouble for stealing or killing or all the things the Ten Commandments say not to do.
01:49:27.620We enforce that value system in our laws.
01:49:29.880Again, 300 court cases on the Ten Commandments.
01:51:19.260Anyway, twice a year, like clockwork, you have to scale the rickety old ladder and scoop out the leafy gunk with your own bare hands, you know, cleaning your gutters.
02:00:01.800Nor is it, nor is it sufficient that the majority of the Senate agree to, two-thirds of all senators who are present when the vote is taken must agree to the treaty before it is binding to the United States.
02:00:12.800Now, if only, Glenn, someone would think of a, some sort of plan to help the education of people to learn civics like this, then you wouldn't get on national radio and have no idea what you're talking about.
02:00:44.560Actually, that's what the torch is all about.
02:00:47.760I mean, all of this stuff is going to be part of the torch and it, I mean, it's going to be really, really exciting because it will do it in a way that is fun and entertaining and doesn't make you feel stupid because you'll most likely be alone.
02:01:02.260And if you do it with your kids, you'll already have all the answers and you should have learned it, you know, from the torch before you introduce it to your kids.
02:01:10.680So you don't look like we just looked, you know what I mean?
02:01:13.100That's not a good thing to show your kids.
02:03:04.780And they're still with their, with their skeletal hands, still crawling from the grave, trying to make sure they never let loose of that power.
02:03:13.980They have, they have spent all of our children and our grandchildren's money.
02:03:19.440And you know, who's going to have to pay for their retirement?
02:04:40.520And then they just, Hillary Clinton says she's the same person she was in 68.
02:04:45.320But in 1968, that Hillary Clinton would have hated the Hillary Clinton that is there now.
02:04:50.500But somehow or another, she and her others have all convinced themselves, yeah, we're still that, you know, 1968 version of, you know, freedom.
