00:00:32.520 We've got a lot to talk about today.
00:00:33.780 Burna Launcher is our sponsor.
00:00:36.840 You know, nature's Burna Launcher is the skunk, really.
00:00:41.940 It's a small, harmless-looking creature that minds its own business until something stupid tries to mess with it.
00:00:46.860 And then one shot and everybody's freaking out.
00:00:49.960 You know, that very stupid other creature runs the other way.
00:00:52.800 That is, Burna Launcher is the skunk.
00:00:55.180 It's man's version of the skunk.
00:00:57.780 Burna Launcher, non-lethal self-defense device that fires high-power pepper and tear gas projectiles strong enough to disable an attacker without causing permanent harm.
00:01:08.040 But, you know, your eyes burn from it a lot and it's hard to breathe.
00:01:12.240 Have you ever been hit by a skunk?
00:01:13.980 This is worse.
00:01:15.940 New compact version even fits in a glove box, a nightstand, a handbag.
00:01:20.200 When things go sideways, it gives you a chance to make an easy escape while the bad guy is too busy rethinking his life.
00:01:26.220 If the skunk gets it, and now thanks to Burna, so do you.

00:02:22.440 And you're part of it.
00:02:23.400 A big part of it.

00:02:34.360 Now let's get to work.
00:02:40.280 Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:03:04.480 Oh, oh, oh, oh.
00:03:08.320 Down the road where shadows hide
00:03:14.240 Feel the dark on every side
00:03:16.840 Stand your ground when times get dark
00:03:19.480 Gotta face the dark and embrace the fire
00:03:22.360 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
00:03:28.360 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:03:33.580 Well, hello America.
00:03:35.960 About an hour ago, something was released.
00:03:40.900 It comes from the DNI, a.k.a. Tulsi Gabbard's office.
00:03:45.980 It is one more step towards, yeah, Barack Obama,
00:03:51.940 yeah, looks like he did do something wrong.
00:03:54.960 We're going to give you all the evidence
00:03:56.160 and try to walk you through this
00:03:57.860 because this is significant, again,
00:04:01.520 but I don't think people really understand
00:04:03.700 what was released last Friday.
00:04:06.640 So we're going to try to bring you up to speed
00:04:08.000 on all of this in just a minute.
00:04:10.100 It does matter.
00:04:11.140 First, let me tell you about Rough Greens.
00:04:12.900 You've ever watched a dog eat grass?
00:04:14.900 Yeah.
00:04:15.380 It's not exactly because they're like,
00:04:16.860 I love salad.
00:04:18.120 Put a salad down.
00:04:19.080 They don't want it.
00:04:20.640 Dogs instinctively look for what their diet is missing.
00:04:23.960 They're smarter than we give them credit for
00:04:25.880 and sometimes, you know,
00:04:27.820 a little sadder than we notice.
00:04:29.780 When a dog starts slowing down,
00:04:31.660 not chasing the ball anymore,
00:04:32.960 stopping halfway up the stairs
00:04:34.280 and just sitting there,
00:04:35.340 it's easy to blame age,
00:04:36.820 but sometimes it's nutrition.
00:04:39.160 Most kibble food, it's dead.
00:04:40.920 It's been cooked, preserved, stored, shipped
00:04:42.900 until there's nothing left in it.
00:04:45.060 You wouldn't want to,
00:04:45.940 you wouldn't serve this to your kids.
00:04:48.140 Why would you serve it to the other member
00:04:50.020 of your family, your dog?
00:04:52.300 Rough Greens has a nutritional boost.
00:04:54.600 You add to your dog's meals,
00:04:56.000 loaded with vitamins, minerals, probiotics,
00:04:58.260 enzymes, things that are alive,
00:04:59.780 real living nutrients designed by vets
00:05:02.640 to bring your dog's food back to life.
00:05:04.600 And when that happens,
00:05:05.840 your dog comes back to life too.

00:05:24.240 Hello, Stu.
00:05:25.640 Hey, Glenn.
00:05:26.200 How are you?
00:05:26.580 Good.
00:05:26.820 Did you get a chance to read
00:05:28.480 the latest from the D&I?
00:05:32.660 I did go through it.
00:05:35.140 It's interesting because it's obviously a story
00:05:38.160 that's years old now,
00:05:39.900 and it's like I'm trying to remember
00:05:41.720 all the beats of it a little bit.
00:05:44.380 And maybe we should go through that timeline
00:05:47.160 of what happened,
00:05:49.040 but there's some pretty big breaking news today.
00:05:51.300 Yeah, so this was embargoed.
00:05:53.500 We got it early this morning,
00:05:54.940 and it was embargoed until,
00:05:56.820 I think, 7 a.m. Eastern time.
00:05:59.600 So we've taken the last hour and a half
00:06:02.880 when we opened it up
00:06:04.020 and really tried to go through it.
00:06:06.480 And we're doing a show on this tonight.
00:06:09.240 So we're going to take you through the whole timeline.
00:06:11.380 It'll be a great chalkboard for you
00:06:12.900 to be able to understand it
00:06:13.900 because this does matter.
00:06:15.840 And I'll explain why tonight fully,
00:06:20.160 but I'll also do that here as we go along.
00:06:22.040 So what is your understanding
00:06:24.460 of what was released on Friday?
00:06:27.100 I think maybe it's just better
00:06:30.880 to go through the timeline
00:06:31.940 rather than going through my miss...
00:06:34.180 Because I find myself,
00:06:37.920 and I don't know if everyone else is like this or not,
00:06:39.740 but I find myself combining bits and pieces of this story
00:06:42.980 with other things that I remember from that era.
00:06:47.060 And then I feel like piecing this all together
00:06:50.740 really needs a step-by-step.
00:06:53.500 Okay, so that's what we're going to do
00:06:55.060 on the chalkboard tonight.
00:06:56.440 So you'll really be able to understand.
00:06:58.000 But let me take you through,
00:06:59.980 in a rough way,
00:07:04.160 what this is all saying.
00:07:05.540 Okay.
00:07:06.020 We know that the FBI had the...
00:07:09.680 What do you call it?
00:07:12.060 The hurricane...
00:07:14.680 Fusion GPS.
00:07:15.620 Fusion GPS, okay.
00:07:17.080 That's the Steele dossier.
00:07:18.860 We know now that the Steele dossier
00:07:21.120 was completely discredited.
00:07:23.240 Remember, the Steele dossier
00:07:24.760 said he was over giving golden showers,
00:07:27.520 you know, with hookers in Moscow.
00:07:29.380 It had all kinds of just horrible craziness in it.
00:07:34.440 And it showed that
00:07:36.260 what they were trying to say
00:07:37.900 before the election
00:07:39.140 was that he's going to be beholden
00:07:42.320 because Putin has all of this stuff on him.
00:07:45.940 Okay.
00:07:46.260 And this was all paid for
00:07:49.340 by the Hillary Clinton campaign.
00:07:52.440 And they had it.
00:07:54.320 They gave it to the FBI.
00:07:56.760 The FBI saw that it was Christopher Steele
00:07:59.860 who had been wildly discredited
00:08:02.140 in the intelligence community.
00:08:04.060 He used to be, I think,
00:08:05.120 an MI5 guy.
00:08:07.100 And then was caught lying to the FBI
00:08:10.040 and in a bad way.
00:08:11.540 And so they're like,
00:08:12.900 no more.
00:08:14.100 We cannot use him anymore.
00:08:15.420 He is not a reliable source.
00:08:17.160 So when they get it,
00:08:18.440 they look at it and they're like,
00:08:19.420 really, there's nothing.
00:08:21.920 We can't do anything with this.
00:08:23.740 That's why it was not released
00:08:25.600 before the election
00:08:26.880 because the FBI had it
00:08:28.680 and they were like,
00:08:29.240 there's nothing here.
00:08:30.140 However,
00:08:32.680 it gave them enough
00:08:35.000 to be able to go
00:08:36.140 to the FISA courts
00:08:37.460 and say,
00:08:38.380 there might be something here, judge.
00:08:40.620 There might be something here.
00:08:41.860 Now, they had to,
00:08:43.020 literally,
00:08:44.640 an FBI lawyer
00:08:45.940 doctored the evidence
00:08:47.860 to be able to get it
00:08:49.900 across the line
00:08:51.220 with a FISA court.
00:08:52.340 Okay.
00:08:52.540 And this is proven in a court.
00:08:54.260 Proven in a court.
00:08:54.920 Okay.
00:08:55.500 He doctored actual documents
00:08:58.160 and made it say
00:08:59.760 the exact opposite
00:09:01.060 of what it said
00:09:02.180 because otherwise
00:09:03.600 they wouldn't have gotten
00:09:04.440 the warrants for the FISA court.
00:09:05.900 And this,
00:09:06.400 he was either convicted of this
00:09:07.480 or pled guilty.
00:09:08.320 I don't remember which one it was.
00:09:09.540 I don't know,
00:09:10.000 but he was,
00:09:10.440 it was,
00:09:10.820 it was not like,
00:09:11.500 it's not like a thing
00:09:12.100 in that we're just making
00:09:12.740 an accusation.
00:09:13.500 No, no, no.
00:09:13.880 Right?
00:09:14.160 No.
00:09:14.560 He actually doctored a document.
00:09:16.120 Yeah.
00:09:16.340 And what he did
00:09:17.260 should have given him
00:09:18.160 five to eight years,
00:09:19.480 but the judge was Bozeman,
00:09:22.100 the guy in Washington, D.C.,
00:09:24.240 the federal judge
00:09:25.120 who has been trying
00:09:25.820 to obstruct Trump
00:09:26.860 on all,
00:09:27.660 you know,
00:09:27.800 you can't,
00:09:28.760 you gotta,
00:09:29.680 you gotta stop the plane,
00:09:31.120 you know,
00:09:31.560 mid-flight
00:09:32.000 and turn it around.
00:09:32.860 That guy.
00:09:34.000 That's the guy
00:09:34.820 who was the judge on this.
00:09:36.340 He was found guilty
00:09:37.320 and then the judge said,
00:09:38.720 I don't remember what it was,
00:09:40.360 you know,
00:09:41.020 400 hours of community service
00:09:43.120 and,
00:09:43.860 you know,
00:09:44.640 parole.
00:09:47.700 So,
00:09:48.680 it was nothing.
00:09:49.440 It should have been
00:09:49.840 five to eight years.
00:09:51.420 But it was a slap on the wrist.
00:09:53.400 But,
00:09:54.180 convicted of it.
00:09:56.360 So,
00:09:56.920 they have it
00:09:58.420 and it's discredited
00:09:59.440 and the CIA
00:10:00.140 and everybody else
00:10:01.000 knows this is not reliable.
00:10:03.260 It's not released
00:10:05.140 except in whispers
00:10:06.840 because of that.
00:10:08.860 So,
00:10:09.240 you heard,
00:10:10.220 you know,
00:10:10.740 some people saying,
00:10:11.920 some are reporting
00:10:13.280 that there is a bank
00:10:14.460 that in Russia
00:10:16.140 that is being pinged
00:10:17.460 by Donald Trump's bank here.
00:10:19.880 We don't know
00:10:20.540 what that means.
00:10:21.740 Well,
00:10:22.040 that was in the Steele dossier
00:10:23.180 and no one could pin it down.
00:10:26.100 They just had word
00:10:27.140 from official sources
00:10:28.620 in the FBI
00:10:29.620 that
00:10:31.080 some documents exist
00:10:33.300 that show that this
00:10:34.260 might be happening.
00:10:35.520 Okay?
00:10:35.820 So,
00:10:36.300 it was just a whisper campaign
00:10:37.660 all done through
00:10:39.260 official channels
00:10:40.440 for Hillary Clinton.
00:10:42.840 Okay.
00:10:43.900 So,
00:10:44.580 they get the FISA.
00:10:46.740 They find that
00:10:47.420 nothing with Papadopoulos
00:10:48.940 and so they stop
00:10:50.540 the spying with him.
00:10:51.560 They go to Carter Page.
00:10:53.460 There's nothing there
00:10:54.540 and so Donald Trump wins.
00:10:57.880 This is a shock
00:10:59.500 to the system.
00:11:01.080 Everyone expected
00:11:02.360 Hillary Clinton
00:11:03.240 to win.
00:11:04.300 Okay?
00:11:04.820 So,
00:11:05.500 it's a shock
00:11:06.220 that he wins.
00:11:07.720 Now,
00:11:08.420 there's a
00:11:08.880 presidential daily briefing
00:11:10.420 called the
00:11:11.060 PDRB
00:11:13.540 presidential daily briefing.
00:11:15.260 It is
00:11:16.100 something that comes
00:11:17.220 to the president.
00:11:17.940 It says,
00:11:18.880 this is the latest
00:11:19.440 on Intel.
00:11:20.260 This is the latest
00:11:20.780 what's going on
00:11:21.480 and once you are
00:11:23.360 a president-elect,
00:11:24.720 you get that
00:11:25.940 PDB.
00:11:27.420 Okay?
00:11:28.460 Michael Flynn
00:11:29.360 would have also
00:11:30.440 gotten that
00:11:31.180 PDB
00:11:32.380 and so they would
00:11:33.880 have read it.
00:11:35.380 So,
00:11:36.540 Donald,
00:11:36.960 I mean,
00:11:37.420 Barack Obama
00:11:38.560 is told,
00:11:39.880 hey,
00:11:40.040 there's a presidential
00:11:40.760 briefing coming out
00:11:41.620 tomorrow about Russia
00:11:43.040 and it's going to show
00:11:45.140 that
00:11:45.580 they didn't try
00:11:46.780 to interfere
00:11:47.460 electronically.
00:11:49.220 Really important.
00:11:50.720 They didn't
00:11:51.820 interfere
00:11:52.940 electronically at all.
00:11:54.460 They were not
00:11:55.080 capable of doing
00:11:56.880 anything that the media
00:11:58.260 had been saying
00:11:59.120 that it might have
00:12:00.080 happened
00:12:00.440 through official
00:12:01.380 sources and whispers
00:12:02.560 that they are doing
00:12:04.060 this.
00:12:04.400 But also,
00:12:05.620 there was the whispers
00:12:06.500 because of the
00:12:07.680 discredited
00:12:08.460 Steele dossier
00:12:09.460 that they were
00:12:11.480 doing all these
00:12:12.120 things to help
00:12:13.360 Donald Trump
00:12:14.160 get elected.
00:12:16.340 So,
00:12:16.660 knowing that
00:12:18.020 this now
00:12:18.900 is going to say
00:12:19.720 this and Donald
00:12:20.540 Trump's team
00:12:21.160 is going to have
00:12:21.800 it,
00:12:22.560 the president
00:12:23.020 says,
00:12:23.460 don't issue
00:12:24.320 that presidential
00:12:25.360 daily briefing
00:12:26.060 yet.
00:12:26.720 I want to have
00:12:27.240 a meeting
00:12:27.560 on it tomorrow.
00:12:29.220 So,
00:12:29.480 Brennan then
00:12:30.140 puts out
00:12:30.780 an email
00:12:32.600 to the people
00:12:33.560 who prepare
00:12:34.160 this and say,
00:12:35.020 don't prepare
00:12:36.140 this.
00:12:36.600 The president
00:12:37.100 wants to go
00:12:39.220 in a different
00:12:39.680 direction.
00:12:40.720 We're having
00:12:41.420 a meeting
00:12:41.760 tomorrow.
00:12:42.180 So,
00:12:43.080 the daily
00:12:43.620 briefing is
00:12:44.340 scrapped.
00:12:45.420 They have
00:12:46.200 a meeting
00:12:46.640 and President
00:12:47.820 Obama says,
00:12:48.860 I want
00:12:50.140 this to read
00:12:51.320 that they
00:12:52.540 were trying
00:12:53.880 to hurt
00:12:56.500 Hillary Clinton
00:12:57.260 and help
00:12:58.100 Donald Trump.
00:12:59.480 Okay?
00:13:00.180 Forget about
00:13:01.000 the other
00:13:01.340 stuff.
00:13:02.500 So,
00:13:03.240 this is where
00:13:03.900 Obama's like,
00:13:05.020 apples and
00:13:05.960 oranges.
00:13:06.840 You know,
00:13:07.140 we never said,
00:13:08.020 well,
00:13:08.320 I know,
00:13:09.560 you never
00:13:10.520 printed the
00:13:11.260 stuff about
00:13:12.340 the tech
00:13:15.080 in that
00:13:15.620 briefing
00:13:15.980 because you
00:13:17.360 wanted now
00:13:18.020 to focus it.
00:13:18.920 That showed
00:13:19.260 nothing.
00:13:19.840 You wanted
00:13:20.180 to now
00:13:20.680 show,
00:13:21.680 wait a minute,
00:13:22.640 they were
00:13:23.560 helping him
00:13:24.420 win against
00:13:25.440 Hillary Clinton.
00:13:26.820 But there
00:13:27.160 was no new
00:13:28.100 evidence,
00:13:28.940 none.
00:13:30.160 In fact,
00:13:30.780 Comey from
00:13:31.380 the FBI
00:13:31.860 said,
00:13:32.740 there's nothing
00:13:33.700 here.
00:13:34.640 Even
00:13:34.960 Clapper
00:13:35.640 was hesitant
00:13:37.380 to do it.
00:13:38.280 It was
00:13:38.620 Brennan that
00:13:39.340 was like,
00:13:39.840 got it.
00:13:41.300 And when
00:13:41.980 you say
00:13:42.260 apples to
00:13:42.840 oranges,
00:13:43.420 this is
00:13:44.040 their excuse
00:13:45.340 from the
00:13:46.220 last release
00:13:48.460 of documents,
00:13:49.140 right?
00:13:49.220 Yes.
00:13:49.660 The last release
00:13:50.260 of documents
00:13:50.760 had a
00:13:51.920 piece in
00:13:52.600 there where
00:13:52.860 it said,
00:13:53.420 we have
00:13:54.700 no evidence
00:13:55.540 of Russians
00:13:56.840 going after
00:13:58.000 voting machines
00:13:58.800 and altering
00:13:59.420 votes.
00:14:00.660 And what
00:14:01.120 they're saying
00:14:01.840 is it's
00:14:02.380 apples to
00:14:02.800 oranges.
00:14:03.180 Of course,
00:14:03.640 we still
00:14:04.080 believe that.
00:14:04.880 What we
00:14:05.240 were saying
00:14:05.820 was they
00:14:06.320 had propaganda
00:14:06.900 efforts to
00:14:07.780 help Donald
00:14:08.220 Trump.
00:14:08.560 Correct.
00:14:08.900 And they're
00:14:09.560 saying those
00:14:09.920 are two
00:14:10.160 different
00:14:10.420 things,
00:14:10.820 so we're
00:14:11.200 okay.
00:14:11.700 It's not
00:14:11.880 propaganda.
00:14:12.500 It's not
00:14:12.720 just propaganda
00:14:13.420 because USA
00:14:14.500 Today,
00:14:14.840 I could give
00:14:15.240 you this
00:14:15.620 later on
00:14:16.260 the show,
00:14:17.000 USA Today
00:14:17.540 did something
00:14:18.760 on their
00:14:19.220 propaganda and
00:14:20.720 said there
00:14:21.020 was no
00:14:21.620 propaganda.
00:14:22.140 What they
00:14:22.500 were trying
00:14:23.140 to do was
00:14:23.720 sow discord.
00:14:25.240 They were
00:14:25.500 doing mainly
00:14:26.360 race-based
00:14:27.340 stuff.
00:14:28.440 And they
00:14:28.780 were just
00:14:29.080 pitting,
00:14:29.480 they were
00:14:29.660 taking one
00:14:30.300 side,
00:14:30.720 one tweet
00:14:32.300 would be
00:14:32.880 against Hillary
00:14:33.960 Clinton,
00:14:34.360 the next one
00:14:34.820 would be about
00:14:35.400 Donald Trump.
00:14:36.240 We talked
00:14:36.460 about that
00:14:36.740 at the
00:14:36.920 time.
00:14:37.320 Right.
00:14:37.600 And so
00:14:38.300 all they
00:14:39.160 were trying
00:14:39.520 to do
00:14:39.880 was sow
00:14:40.420 discord.
00:14:41.680 All right?
00:14:43.080 Now,
00:14:44.240 once President
00:14:46.380 Obama said,
00:14:48.660 I want the
00:14:49.140 presidential briefing,
00:14:50.060 I want this
00:14:51.020 added to it,
00:14:52.840 there was
00:14:54.780 pushback
00:14:55.320 because there's
00:14:57.040 no new
00:14:57.440 evidence.
00:14:57.980 On what
00:14:58.420 evidence are
00:14:58.960 you going to
00:14:59.320 do this?
00:15:00.500 And you
00:15:01.400 want us to
00:15:01.900 produce this
00:15:02.480 right now?
00:15:03.160 We don't
00:15:05.900 have anything
00:15:06.480 new.
00:15:07.660 How are we
00:15:08.160 going to
00:15:08.460 produce this?
00:15:09.540 Brennan said,
00:15:10.300 not a problem.
00:15:11.500 They're going
00:15:11.820 to use the
00:15:12.360 Steele dossier.
00:15:13.600 Remember,
00:15:14.480 discredited.
00:15:16.120 FBI knows
00:15:17.180 it's discredited.
00:15:18.120 The CIA
00:15:18.700 knows it's
00:15:19.500 discredited.
00:15:20.180 They know
00:15:20.640 it comes
00:15:21.360 from Hillary
00:15:21.900 Clinton's
00:15:22.420 campaign.
00:15:23.640 And if
00:15:24.080 that hadn't
00:15:25.560 have been
00:15:25.920 discredited,
00:15:27.100 they would
00:15:27.800 have used
00:15:28.380 it prior
00:15:29.560 to the
00:15:30.200 election.
00:15:31.220 Okay?
00:15:31.740 Because it
00:15:32.360 was damning.
00:15:33.720 But now
00:15:34.500 they're desperate
00:15:35.160 because he's
00:15:36.100 in.
00:15:37.040 So now
00:15:37.640 use whatever
00:15:38.740 you can.
00:15:40.620 So now
00:15:41.100 they say
00:15:41.740 that,
00:15:42.400 well,
00:15:43.320 they were
00:15:44.680 trying to
00:15:45.100 throw it
00:15:45.620 to Donald
00:15:46.780 Trump.
00:15:47.220 They were
00:15:47.380 trying to
00:15:47.760 hurt Hillary
00:15:48.300 Clinton.
00:15:49.560 Well,
00:15:49.900 there's no
00:15:50.580 evidence of
00:15:51.760 that at
00:15:52.540 all.
00:15:53.420 In fact,
00:15:53.980 what the
00:15:54.300 Steele dossier
00:15:55.100 says is
00:15:56.580 that Donald
00:15:57.260 Trump was
00:15:57.900 giving hookers
00:15:59.180 a golden
00:15:59.660 shower in
00:16:00.420 Moscow.
00:16:00.840 and so
00:16:01.700 they have
00:16:02.100 all of
00:16:02.660 this dirt
00:16:03.200 on him
00:16:03.860 and what
00:16:05.600 they're going
00:16:05.880 to do
00:16:06.180 is he's
00:16:06.640 going to
00:16:06.780 be a
00:16:07.040 puppet.
00:16:07.980 Remember
00:16:08.260 that?
00:16:08.700 He's a
00:16:09.140 puppet.
00:16:09.400 That was
00:16:09.640 their
00:16:10.480 essential
00:16:10.820 argument.
00:16:11.260 Correct.
00:16:11.640 He's a
00:16:12.040 puppet
00:16:12.340 because he's
00:16:13.860 so dirty
00:16:14.540 and the
00:16:15.600 FSB has
00:16:16.520 all of
00:16:17.260 this dirt
00:16:17.780 on him
00:16:18.340 that only
00:16:19.600 the Steele
00:16:20.160 dossier
00:16:20.640 knows about
00:16:21.440 and he's
00:16:23.480 going to
00:16:23.660 be a
00:16:23.960 puppet
00:16:24.180 of the
00:16:25.160 regime.
00:16:26.520 That's
00:16:26.780 what they're
00:16:27.060 trying to
00:16:27.540 say.
00:16:27.900 But
00:16:28.840 again,
00:16:29.320 only the
00:16:30.260 discredited
00:16:30.820 Steele
00:16:31.320 dossier
00:16:31.820 is saying
00:16:32.980 that.
00:16:34.320 So,
00:16:34.700 during the
00:16:35.640 day,
00:16:36.980 nobody has
00:16:37.680 reported on
00:16:38.320 any of
00:16:38.680 this stuff.
00:16:39.580 Nobody has
00:16:40.080 reported on
00:16:40.640 it.
00:16:42.580 The minute
00:16:44.040 that
00:16:44.960 meeting is
00:16:47.860 over,
00:16:48.840 that night,
00:16:51.560 the New York
00:16:52.540 Times is
00:16:53.060 working on
00:16:53.540 a story
00:16:54.060 that say
00:16:55.200 intelligence
00:16:57.240 officials
00:16:58.140 now say
00:17:00.060 that the
00:17:01.980 Russians were
00:17:02.780 trying to
00:17:03.340 throw the
00:17:03.780 election for
00:17:04.440 Donald Trump.
00:17:05.740 So,
00:17:06.040 surprise,
00:17:06.920 surprise,
00:17:07.800 all of a
00:17:08.540 sudden,
00:17:09.140 the same
00:17:09.800 day,
00:17:11.080 this narrative
00:17:11.820 that Obama
00:17:12.520 just said he
00:17:13.160 wanted in the
00:17:13.720 presidential
00:17:14.120 briefing is
00:17:14.940 now in the
00:17:15.440 New York
00:17:15.720 Times.
00:17:16.560 So,
00:17:16.980 it now
00:17:17.180 begins to
00:17:17.680 open the
00:17:18.120 door.
00:17:18.780 Credible
00:17:19.280 officials are
00:17:20.260 starting to
00:17:20.820 talk about
00:17:21.320 this.
00:17:22.540 Okay?
00:17:22.740 you now
00:17:25.000 have
00:17:25.520 information
00:17:26.520 that
00:17:28.100 shows
00:17:29.280 that
00:17:29.820 Brennan's
00:17:31.080 advisors,
00:17:34.260 the
00:17:34.480 intelligence
00:17:35.080 officials,
00:17:35.980 came into
00:17:36.460 his office,
00:17:36.940 high-ranking
00:17:37.700 intelligence
00:17:38.240 officials,
00:17:39.060 came into
00:17:39.660 his office
00:17:40.000 and said,
00:17:40.580 we can't
00:17:40.960 do this.
00:17:41.860 There's
00:17:42.180 nothing new.
00:17:43.860 This violates
00:17:45.100 all of our
00:17:45.920 principles on
00:17:46.620 how we
00:17:47.300 collect
00:17:47.760 information
00:17:49.260 and how
00:17:49.860 we process.
00:17:51.040 It's moving
00:17:51.880 too fast
00:17:52.560 with nothing
00:17:53.240 new.
00:17:54.180 We can't
00:17:55.000 do this.
00:17:56.180 Brennan
00:17:56.440 listens to
00:17:57.120 three of
00:17:57.520 them.
00:17:57.820 Now,
00:17:58.000 there is
00:17:58.440 their
00:17:59.240 objections
00:18:00.540 in writing
00:18:01.740 that we
00:18:02.100 now have.
00:18:03.260 And he
00:18:03.920 says,
00:18:04.300 well,
00:18:04.440 you just
00:18:04.960 don't have
00:18:05.560 the information
00:18:06.300 that I
00:18:07.040 have.
00:18:08.240 But he
00:18:08.900 never reveals
00:18:09.800 what information
00:18:10.780 he has.
00:18:13.320 Until,
00:18:14.180 I mean,
00:18:14.920 to this
00:18:15.440 day,
00:18:16.100 he has
00:18:16.700 never said
00:18:17.440 what information
00:18:18.300 he had
00:18:19.060 that his
00:18:20.820 number two
00:18:21.580 and three
00:18:22.020 and four
00:18:22.540 were objecting
00:18:24.020 to and
00:18:24.360 saying,
00:18:24.800 well,
00:18:25.100 no,
00:18:25.520 then show
00:18:25.960 us that
00:18:26.500 information.
00:18:27.380 How are
00:18:27.680 we doing
00:18:28.140 this?
00:18:28.920 Okay?
00:18:29.820 So he
00:18:30.400 never says
00:18:30.840 anything.
00:18:32.120 Now the
00:18:32.840 new information
00:18:33.720 that comes
00:18:34.240 out today,
00:18:35.120 do you
00:18:35.500 follow this
00:18:36.080 so far?
00:18:36.680 Yes.
00:18:37.480 And by the
00:18:37.920 way,
00:18:38.020 you can
00:18:38.320 follow along
00:18:39.160 with these
00:18:39.900 actual documents.
00:18:40.900 They're up
00:18:41.020 at
00:18:41.140 glenbeck.com.
00:18:42.080 Okay.
00:18:43.080 So now
00:18:45.840 the new
00:18:46.360 information
00:18:47.020 today,
00:18:47.860 I'll give
00:18:48.900 it to you
00:18:49.260 in 60
00:18:49.720 seconds.
00:18:50.060 First,
00:18:50.440 let me tell
00:18:50.740 you about
00:18:51.000 PragerU.
00:18:52.100 Remember the
00:18:52.560 first time
00:18:52.900 somebody really
00:18:53.540 challenged
00:18:54.040 what you
00:18:54.360 believe?
00:18:54.700 Not mocked
00:18:55.280 it,
00:18:55.420 not shut
00:18:55.760 it down,
00:18:56.140 but ask
00:18:57.060 a question
00:18:57.500 that made
00:18:57.800 you go,
00:18:58.140 wait a minute,
00:18:58.440 I don't
00:18:58.720 know.
00:18:59.900 Maybe it
00:19:00.240 was a
00:19:00.480 teacher who
00:19:00.940 refused to
00:19:01.540 toe the
00:19:01.820 line.
00:19:02.180 Maybe it
00:19:02.420 was a
00:19:02.680 friend who
00:19:03.100 had been
00:19:03.320 reading
00:19:03.580 something
00:19:03.880 different.
00:19:04.500 Maybe it
00:19:04.800 was your
00:19:05.040 own kid
00:19:05.500 coming home
00:19:05.960 from school
00:19:06.440 and asking,
00:19:07.380 you know,
00:19:08.140 why haven't you
00:19:08.980 told me America
00:19:09.560 is the
00:19:09.840 bad guy?
00:19:10.300 And you're
00:19:10.480 like,
00:19:10.700 wait,
00:19:10.960 what?
00:19:11.460 And then
00:19:11.760 they produce
00:19:12.420 some evidence
00:19:12.960 that you
00:19:13.720 hadn't heard
00:19:14.300 before.
00:19:15.020 And if
00:19:15.580 you're smart,
00:19:16.460 you went,
00:19:17.200 I don't know.
00:19:17.720 I have to
00:19:18.180 look that up.
00:19:18.860 I don't know
00:19:19.300 that story.
00:19:20.200 Either way,
00:19:20.760 you felt that
00:19:21.640 shift.
00:19:22.080 It was a
00:19:22.460 moment where
00:19:22.840 you realized
00:19:23.600 if you don't
00:19:24.880 teach them,
00:19:25.560 someone else
00:19:26.120 will,
00:19:26.720 and you
00:19:27.260 don't have
00:19:27.760 the answers.
00:19:28.780 Well,
00:19:28.980 this is why
00:19:29.480 PragerU
00:19:30.020 exists,
00:19:30.460 not to tell
00:19:31.000 people what
00:19:31.620 to think,
00:19:32.200 but to give
00:19:32.620 them a fighting
00:19:33.200 chance to
00:19:33.860 think at
00:19:34.420 all.
00:19:35.000 They have
00:19:35.620 hundreds of
00:19:36.220 videos on
00:19:36.740 history,
00:19:37.360 economics,
00:19:38.020 and values,
00:19:38.780 and PragerU
00:19:39.360 is free.
00:19:40.360 It is
00:19:40.600 powerful,
00:19:41.220 one of the
00:19:41.540 most important
00:19:42.220 tools we
00:19:42.900 have to
00:19:43.380 turn the
00:19:43.720 culture around.
00:19:45.020 I am
00:19:45.320 proud,
00:19:46.000 proud to
00:19:46.660 partner with
00:19:47.220 PragerU.
00:19:48.240 Dennis has
00:19:48.740 done one of
00:19:49.220 the best
00:19:49.640 things as
00:19:50.880 a public
00:19:51.220 service,
00:19:52.000 I think
00:19:52.440 anybody has
00:19:53.100 done.
00:19:54.140 PragerU
00:19:54.680 exists now
00:19:55.540 because of
00:19:56.220 him and
00:19:56.840 because of
00:19:57.360 you.
00:19:57.700 Go to
00:19:57.980 PragerU.com
00:19:59.220 slash
00:19:59.720 Glenn.
00:20:00.080 Make sure
00:20:00.300 you use
00:20:00.540 the slash
00:20:00.980 Glenn to
00:20:01.320 get you

00:20:04.280 civics
00:20:04.680 challenges,
00:20:05.440 then share
00:20:05.880 them with
00:20:06.320 your friends
00:20:06.680 and family,
00:20:07.260 especially
00:20:07.640 the young
00:20:08.140 people in
00:20:08.560 your life.
00:20:08.980 It is
00:20:09.220 free and

00:20:10.280 minutes.
00:20:11.180 You can
00:20:11.420 teach them
00:20:11.980 the truth
00:20:12.400 before it's
00:20:12.960 forgotten.
00:20:13.360 You'll also
00:20:13.740 see on that
00:20:14.260 page something
00:20:15.220 that I am
00:20:15.760 working on
00:20:16.260 with them
00:20:16.660 and will
00:20:17.040 be released
00:20:17.560 soon from
00:20:18.200 PragerU.
00:20:18.880 Go to
00:20:19.440 PragerU.com
00:20:20.500 slash
00:20:20.900 Glenn.
00:20:21.460 Remember,
00:20:22.200 use the
00:20:22.680 slash Glenn
00:20:23.340 or it will
00:20:23.860 take you to
00:20:24.260 their main
00:20:24.660 page,
00:20:25.140 which does
00:20:25.560 not relate
00:20:26.260 to a lot
00:20:26.880 of this
00:20:27.120 stuff.
00:20:27.900 PragerU.com
00:20:29.060 slash Glenn.
00:20:30.200 Ten seconds
00:20:30.680 and back
00:20:31.040 to the show.
00:20:36.680 Okay,
00:20:44.900 what's
00:20:45.320 released
00:20:45.840 now today
00:20:46.900 are new
00:20:47.780 documents.
00:20:49.140 So,
00:20:50.020 Obama
00:20:50.700 responded
00:20:51.300 yesterday
00:20:51.760 and said,
00:20:52.460 it's apples
00:20:53.040 and oranges.
00:20:53.620 there's no
00:20:55.200 evidence of
00:20:55.740 anything.
00:20:56.820 I think
00:20:57.380 this is why
00:20:58.500 Tulsi Gabbard
00:20:59.240 waited.
00:20:59.900 I think
00:21:00.160 they were
00:21:00.420 waiting for
00:21:01.120 the response
00:21:01.740 from President
00:21:02.540 Obama and
00:21:03.100 I think
00:21:03.560 Donald Trump
00:21:04.520 tried to
00:21:05.020 goad him
00:21:05.520 into that
00:21:06.220 response by
00:21:07.680 saying he
00:21:08.100 needs to
00:21:08.460 go to jail.
00:21:09.380 So,
00:21:09.580 he responds
00:21:10.200 and says,
00:21:10.720 there's nothing.
00:21:12.220 This is all
00:21:12.680 old news.
00:21:13.780 Well,
00:21:14.520 here's some
00:21:15.240 news.
00:21:16.440 What was
00:21:17.200 released today
00:21:18.220 about two
00:21:18.860 hours ago
00:21:19.540 is additional
00:21:20.780 information.
00:21:21.680 Remember,
00:21:22.560 their premise
00:21:23.200 was that
00:21:24.840 Putin and
00:21:26.800 Russia wanted
00:21:27.880 Trump to
00:21:29.100 win and
00:21:30.320 was helping
00:21:30.920 Trump.
00:21:33.320 Let me show
00:21:34.260 you the
00:21:34.600 documents that
00:21:35.360 they actually
00:21:36.400 had.
00:21:37.580 The compromising
00:21:38.680 material that
00:21:40.040 Russia supposedly
00:21:40.860 had on Trump.
00:21:41.860 The stuff that
00:21:42.780 fueled the
00:21:43.320 headlines about
00:21:44.040 the golden
00:21:44.420 showers and
00:21:45.080 everything else.
00:21:45.780 You know
00:21:46.260 about this,
00:21:47.180 but it was
00:21:47.520 garbage
00:21:48.220 intelligence.
00:21:51.420 Unverifiable
00:21:51.980 fragments.
00:21:52.700 Rumors.
00:21:54.640 But post
00:21:55.340 election,
00:21:56.720 John Brennan
00:21:57.380 overrules and
00:21:59.300 he says,
00:22:00.200 nope,
00:22:00.480 that's exactly
00:22:01.280 what is
00:22:01.840 happening.
00:22:02.400 Putin just
00:22:03.360 wanted Trump
00:22:04.020 to get the
00:22:04.440 GOP nod,
00:22:05.900 et cetera,
00:22:06.820 et cetera.
00:22:07.380 But no
00:22:08.040 collaboration.
00:22:11.240 Here's what
00:22:12.040 they did
00:22:12.940 have.
00:22:14.100 They have a
00:22:15.120 document that
00:22:15.580 was released
00:22:16.120 today,
00:22:16.600 the real
00:22:17.740 compromising
00:22:18.480 material that
00:22:19.740 Russia had,
00:22:20.480 and it
00:22:21.480 wasn't on
00:22:22.340 Trump.
00:22:23.420 It was on
00:22:24.300 Hillary Clinton.
00:22:26.200 The document
00:22:26.940 details the
00:22:28.300 SVR, the
00:22:29.260 Russian Foreign
00:22:30.060 Intelligence
00:22:30.640 Service.
00:22:31.760 They have
00:22:32.480 reports from
00:22:33.140 2016 on
00:22:34.740 the hacking
00:22:35.280 of the
00:22:35.780 DNC.
00:22:36.980 They allegedly
00:22:38.200 had intel
00:22:39.380 that Obama
00:22:40.120 and the
00:22:40.600 Democratic
00:22:41.000 leaders were
00:22:41.680 extraordinarily
00:22:42.500 alarmed.
00:22:43.580 first about,
00:22:46.940 see if you've
00:22:47.420 ever heard
00:22:47.800 this,
00:22:48.840 Hillary Clinton's
00:22:49.520 health.
00:22:50.840 Remember when
00:22:51.480 we said her
00:22:52.540 health?
00:22:52.920 Remember when
00:22:53.260 she passed
00:22:54.060 out or
00:22:54.500 dropped,
00:22:55.380 you know,
00:22:55.620 she was
00:22:55.940 getting into
00:22:56.320 a car and
00:22:56.700 we're like,
00:22:56.980 there's
00:22:57.300 something wrong
00:22:58.000 here.
00:22:58.360 What's wrong?
00:22:59.340 And they
00:22:59.620 said,
00:22:59.860 no,
00:23:00.140 she's just
00:23:00.640 tired and
00:23:01.180 it was
00:23:01.440 heat.
00:23:02.820 Apparently,
00:23:03.920 the intel
00:23:04.700 then showed
00:23:06.380 that Obama
00:23:07.760 and the
00:23:08.400 DNC were
00:23:09.080 extraordinarily
00:23:09.820 alarmed about
00:23:10.780 Clinton's
00:23:11.200 health,
00:23:11.580 calling it a
00:23:12.160 potential serious
00:23:13.380 negative impact
00:23:14.400 on her
00:23:14.800 chances.
00:23:16.140 And they
00:23:16.520 outlined type
00:23:17.640 2 diabetes,
00:23:19.120 ischemic heart
00:23:19.980 disease,
00:23:20.780 deep vein
00:23:21.440 thrombosis,
00:23:22.480 and chronic
00:23:22.940 obstructive
00:23:23.580 pulmonary
00:23:24.080 disease.
00:23:25.280 Plus,
00:23:26.060 listen to
00:23:26.560 this,
00:23:27.460 intensified
00:23:28.540 psycho-emotional
00:23:30.260 problems,
00:23:31.700 uncontrollable
00:23:32.560 fits of
00:23:33.060 anger,
00:23:33.640 aggression,
00:23:34.480 and then
00:23:34.820 cheerfulness.
00:23:35.820 That one's
00:23:36.300 weird.
00:23:36.520 I've never
00:23:36.780 seen that.
00:23:37.280 But,
00:23:38.040 allegedly,
00:23:39.060 also,
00:23:39.520 they say
00:23:39.880 that she
00:23:40.200 was on
00:23:40.520 heavy
00:23:40.860 tranquilizers
00:23:41.720 daily.
00:23:42.760 She was
00:23:43.260 obsessed
00:23:43.760 with power
00:23:44.400 and afraid
00:23:45.040 of losing.
00:23:46.720 And,
00:23:47.800 Russia also
00:23:48.860 knew about
00:23:49.540 alleged secret
00:23:50.280 meetings where
00:23:50.860 Clinton allegedly
00:23:51.560 offered State
00:23:52.220 Department favors
00:23:53.020 to religious
00:23:53.600 groups for
00:23:54.160 campaign support.
00:23:55.800 All of the
00:23:56.560 ethical standards
00:23:57.660 galore.
00:23:59.100 They knew
00:23:59.680 about all
00:24:00.400 of this,
00:24:01.300 including
00:24:01.840 something from
00:24:02.780 the FBI.
00:24:03.660 I'll tell you
00:24:04.020 next.
00:24:05.940 This is
00:24:07.120 Glenn Beck.
00:24:09.300 So,
00:24:10.040 every family
00:24:10.540 has a house
00:24:11.180 that lives
00:24:11.740 on in a
00:24:12.400 memory.
00:24:12.960 The one
00:24:13.200 where the
00:24:13.440 kids learn
00:24:13.860 to ride
00:24:14.120 their bikes.
00:24:14.920 The Thanksgiving
00:24:15.400 dinners spilled
00:24:16.480 from the
00:24:16.840 kitchen that spilled
00:24:17.740 into the
00:24:18.140 living room
00:24:18.680 or the
00:24:19.500 backyard swings
00:24:20.440 hung from
00:24:21.020 that old
00:24:21.400 crooked tree
00:24:22.020 branch.
00:24:22.880 When it
00:24:23.240 comes time
00:24:23.800 to leave
00:24:24.300 that home
00:24:24.660 and find
00:24:25.020 a new
00:24:25.320 one,
00:24:25.700 it's not
00:24:26.120 just a
00:24:26.460 transition
00:24:27.060 or a
00:24:27.780 transaction.
00:24:28.700 It is
00:24:29.300 more than
00:24:30.920 that.
00:24:31.500 It's an
00:24:33.140 end of that
00:24:34.140 into something
00:24:34.760 new,
00:24:35.040 and it
00:24:35.220 deserves to
00:24:35.720 be handled
00:24:36.100 with care
00:24:36.640 and respect
00:24:37.140 and most
00:24:37.620 of all
00:24:37.900 with experience.
00:24:39.220 Real estate
00:24:39.800 agents,
00:24:40.260 I trust,
00:24:40.900 they know
00:24:41.320 that.
00:24:41.860 They're not
00:24:42.160 just looking
00:24:42.660 for a sale,
00:24:43.320 they're looking
00:24:43.720 out for you.
00:24:45.080 And this
00:24:45.340 is my
00:24:45.740 company.
00:24:46.400 These are
00:24:46.660 real estate
00:24:47.100 agents who
00:24:47.560 have been
00:24:47.760 fully vetted
00:24:48.500 for their
00:24:48.940 competence,
00:24:49.540 their integrity,
00:24:50.320 and a history
00:24:50.880 of success.
00:24:51.940 They're people
00:24:52.320 who know
00:24:52.940 how to
00:24:53.380 negotiate,
00:24:53.960 how to
00:24:54.240 stage,
00:24:54.680 how to
00:24:55.100 close,
00:24:55.600 and most
00:24:55.940 importantly,
00:24:56.580 how to
00:24:56.900 get it
00:24:57.180 done.
00:24:57.900 So if
00:24:58.180 you're
00:24:58.360 buying or
00:24:59.020 selling a
00:24:59.420 home,
00:24:59.840 trust matters.
00:25:00.820 And that's
00:25:01.100 exactly what
00:25:01.900 you'll find
00:25:02.300 at realestateagentsitrust.com.

00:25:06.920 lose sight
00:25:07.520 of the prize.
00:25:08.720 So go to

00:25:27.780 It has all
00:25:28.020 this information
00:25:28.640 and all
00:25:29.180 these documents
00:25:29.800 are up
00:25:30.140 right now
00:25:30.560 at
00:25:30.860 glennbeck.com.
00:25:31.860 I received
00:25:49.800 a
00:25:51.500 what's called
00:25:53.940 embargoed
00:25:54.980 document
00:25:56.720 early this morning
00:25:58.320 and
00:25:59.460 it was
00:26:00.220 embargoed
00:26:00.780 until
00:26:01.180 about
00:26:01.440 two
00:26:01.680 hours
00:26:02.040 ago
00:26:02.360 and
00:26:02.660 so
00:26:02.860 we've
00:26:03.080 spent
00:26:03.240 the
00:26:03.400 last
00:26:03.560 two
00:26:03.700 hours
00:26:03.900 trying
00:26:04.140 to
00:26:04.300 go
00:26:04.540 through
00:26:04.740 it
00:26:28.320 Yeah
00:26:28.800 it's
00:26:29.600 going to
00:26:29.800 be
00:26:29.960 it would
00:26:30.300 be
00:26:30.420 helpful
00:26:30.620 to
00:26:30.760 have
00:26:30.860 the
00:26:30.980 chalkboard
00:26:31.360 and
00:26:31.520 by
00:26:31.660 the
00:26:31.740 way
00:26:31.880 if
00:26:32.080 you
00:26:32.220 can
00:26:32.340 also
00:26:32.500 get
00:26:32.660 the
00:26:32.780 exact
00:26:33.100 documents
00:26:33.640 online
00:26:34.240 glennbeck.com
00:26:35.040 right now
00:26:35.340 so before you
00:26:36.920 go on to
00:26:37.400 the new
00:26:37.840 information
00:26:38.360 I'm trying
00:26:39.460 to see
00:26:39.700 if I trace
00:26:40.220 this back
00:26:40.660 correctly
00:26:41.020 so before
00:26:42.020 the
00:26:42.340 election
00:26:42.880 Trump
00:26:44.660 is
00:26:46.420 there are
00:26:47.120 these
00:26:47.300 accusations
00:26:47.840 against
00:26:48.240 Trump
00:26:48.600 which are
00:26:49.460 in the
00:26:49.780 Steele dossier
00:26:50.600 that everyone
00:26:51.480 has
00:26:52.140 inside the
00:26:52.780 government
00:26:53.100 and they
00:26:53.620 have already
00:26:54.020 said
00:26:54.320 there's
00:26:54.820 nothing
00:26:55.020 here
00:26:55.320 right
00:26:55.900 these are
00:26:56.940 discredited
00:26:57.520 they
00:26:59.660 then have
00:27:01.140 a very
00:27:01.660 surprised
00:27:02.060 election
00:27:02.600 result
00:27:03.120 so they
00:27:04.320 were not
00:27:04.660 planning on
00:27:05.200 necessarily
00:27:05.680 using this
00:27:06.200 they didn't
00:27:06.420 think they
00:27:06.660 had to
00:27:07.240 yes
00:27:07.760 but then
00:27:08.380 they
00:27:08.820 lose
00:27:09.360 the
00:27:09.520 election
00:27:09.920 and now
00:27:11.260 afterward
00:27:12.080 they are
00:27:13.240 trying to
00:27:13.980 think about
00:27:14.580 how to
00:27:15.500 thwart
00:27:16.540 Donald Trump
00:27:17.180 as he
00:27:17.380 becomes
00:27:17.680 president
00:27:18.220 get him
00:27:18.480 out of
00:27:18.920 office
00:27:19.240 or at
00:27:19.600 least
00:27:19.760 just
00:27:20.000 shut
00:27:20.420 him
00:27:20.560 down
00:27:20.760 shut
00:27:20.940 him
00:27:21.040 down
00:27:21.220 they
00:27:22.240 are
00:27:22.860 planning
00:27:23.380 on
00:27:23.900 releasing
00:27:24.300 a
00:27:24.760 PDB
00:27:25.320 to
00:27:25.940 the
00:27:26.120 president
00:27:26.520 which
00:27:26.820 would
00:27:26.980 be on
00:27:27.340 record
00:27:27.580 to
00:27:27.780 everybody
00:27:28.300 including
00:27:28.700 Trump
00:27:29.120 and
00:27:29.480 Flynn
00:27:29.800 that
00:27:30.840 says
00:27:31.420 nothing
00:27:32.020 there
00:27:32.300 with
00:27:32.560 the
00:27:32.940 Russians
00:27:33.280 there's
00:27:33.720 nothing
00:27:33.920 there
00:27:34.220 electronically
00:27:34.960 nothing
00:27:36.120 there
00:27:37.600 and
00:27:39.480 they
00:27:40.500 then
00:27:41.360 are
00:27:42.360 before
00:27:43.000 that
00:27:43.220 comes
00:27:43.480 out
00:27:43.760 Obama
00:27:44.580 or
00:27:45.180 Obama
00:27:46.260 it was
00:27:46.580 Obama
00:27:46.820 it's
00:27:47.560 on
00:27:47.700 record
00:27:48.020 we have
00:27:48.580 a document
00:27:49.540 that he
00:27:50.140 said
00:27:50.500 look
00:27:50.880 let's
00:27:51.340 delay
00:27:51.620 let's
00:27:51.900 have
00:27:52.000 a
00:27:52.140 meeting
00:27:52.360 first
00:27:52.720 don't
00:27:52.940 put
00:27:53.080 that
00:27:53.240 in
00:27:53.360 writing
00:27:53.620 okay
00:27:54.200 they
00:27:54.840 have
00:27:55.180 some
00:27:55.620 meeting
00:27:55.980 they
00:27:56.980 decide
00:27:57.560 in
00:27:58.380 that
00:27:58.540 meeting
00:27:58.920 that
00:27:59.700 they
00:27:59.940 are
00:28:00.380 going
00:28:01.660 to
00:28:01.880 present
00:28:02.160 this
00:28:02.500 instead
00:28:03.340 as
00:28:04.100 actually
00:28:04.940 the
00:28:05.140 Russians
00:28:05.380 are
00:28:05.840 trying
00:28:06.560 to
00:28:06.720 help
00:28:06.960 Trump
00:28:07.400 we
00:28:08.040 have
00:28:08.280 and
00:28:08.500 the
00:28:08.660 evidence
00:28:09.160 for
00:28:09.400 this
00:28:09.660 is
00:28:10.020 the
00:28:10.200 Steele
00:28:10.460 dossier
00:28:10.880 correct
00:28:11.260 which
00:28:11.600 they
00:28:11.780 all
00:28:12.040 knew
00:28:12.280 had
00:28:12.560 been
00:28:12.780 discredited
00:28:13.360 or
00:28:13.700 it
00:28:13.860 would
00:28:14.000 have
00:28:14.140 been
00:28:14.320 released
00:28:14.740 earlier
00:28:15.380 CIA
00:28:16.200 and
00:28:16.500 FBI
00:28:16.840 have
00:28:17.420 problems
00:28:17.860 with
00:28:18.100 this
00:28:18.360 they
00:28:18.600 express
00:28:19.100 those
00:28:19.400 issues
00:28:19.740 in
00:28:19.940 writing
00:28:20.260 and
00:28:21.000 say
00:28:21.340 hey
00:28:21.820 what new
00:28:23.400 information
00:28:24.020 do we
00:28:25.080 have
00:28:25.360 in
00:28:26.600 writing
00:28:27.080 Brennan
00:28:28.260 says
00:28:28.900 we
00:28:29.380 don't
00:28:29.560 have
00:28:29.720 any
00:28:29.920 new
00:28:30.060 information
00:28:30.500 we're
00:28:30.740 moving
00:28:30.960 forward
00:28:31.300 anyway
00:28:31.600 this is
00:28:31.860 what
00:28:31.940 the
00:28:32.040 president
00:28:32.320 wants
00:28:32.840 correct
00:28:33.200 that
00:28:34.160 new
00:28:36.020 briefing
00:28:37.880 finds its
00:28:38.940 way into
00:28:39.240 the New York
00:28:39.560 Times
00:28:39.840 the next
00:28:40.220 day
00:28:40.580 right
00:28:41.500 from
00:28:41.940 quote unquote
00:28:42.560 intelligence
00:28:43.220 sources
00:28:44.080 probably
00:28:44.700 Brennan
00:28:45.220 lays the
00:28:46.400 groundwork
00:28:47.020 for
00:28:47.280 everything
00:28:47.580 that
00:28:47.760 happens
00:28:48.160 after
00:28:48.420 correct
00:28:48.800 okay
00:28:49.320 okay
00:28:49.660 so
00:28:50.040 now
00:28:50.400 Obama
00:28:51.580 says
00:28:51.960 yesterday
00:28:52.400 that
00:28:53.240 you know
00:28:53.700 there's
00:28:53.920 nothing
00:28:54.160 here
00:28:54.460 there's
00:28:54.880 nothing
00:28:55.140 new
00:28:55.400 apples
00:28:55.820 and
00:28:56.100 oranges
00:28:56.660 you're
00:28:56.980 comparing
00:28:57.300 different
00:28:57.660 things
00:28:58.040 okay
00:28:58.500 well
00:28:59.740 that
00:29:00.280 all
00:29:00.780 falls
00:29:01.260 apart
00:29:01.760 when
00:29:02.920 you
00:29:03.100 see
00:29:03.400 what
00:29:03.700 they
00:29:03.980 didn't
00:29:04.860 put
00:29:05.440 in
00:29:05.660 remember
00:29:06.160 what
00:29:07.240 they
00:29:07.460 did
00:29:07.960 was
00:29:08.200 they
00:29:08.360 said
00:29:08.780 Russia
00:29:09.440 was
00:29:10.160 in
00:29:10.440 the
00:29:10.600 bag
00:29:11.060 for
00:29:11.560 Donald
00:29:12.000 Trump
00:29:12.260 and
00:29:12.520 he's
00:29:12.900 going
00:29:13.060 to
00:29:13.180 be
00:29:13.320 a
00:29:13.520 puppet
00:29:13.840 because
00:29:14.880 they
00:29:15.300 have
00:29:15.520 so
00:29:15.820 much
00:29:16.080 dirt
00:29:16.480 on
00:29:16.800 him
00:29:17.080 as
00:29:17.540 found
00:29:17.940 in
00:29:18.240 the
00:29:18.380 steel
00:29:18.640 dossier
00:29:19.120 okay
00:29:20.000 but
00:29:21.400 here's
00:29:21.880 what
00:29:22.240 we
00:29:22.420 did
00:29:22.740 have
00:29:23.160 and
00:29:23.900 this
00:29:24.180 is

00:29:26.320 just
00:29:26.540 for
00:29:26.740 history
00:29:27.220 you
00:29:28.040 have

00:29:28.520 look
00:29:28.880 at
00:29:29.140 it
00:29:29.400 because
00:29:30.000 there's
00:29:30.320 probably
00:29:30.680 only
00:29:30.940 25

00:29:52.120 Trump
00:29:52.480 saw it
00:29:52.960 at

00:29:53.820 of
00:29:54.120 his

00:29:55.060 this
00:29:55.800 is

00:29:56.500 that
00:29:56.700 he

00:30:06.920 it
00:30:07.020 released
00:30:07.360 and

00:30:12.580 also
00:30:13.140 most
00:30:13.900 likely
00:30:14.400 the

00:32:34.640 alleged
00:32:34.920 secret
00:32:35.340 meetings
00:32:35.740 where
00:32:35.940 Clinton
00:32:36.180 allegedly
00:32:36.640 offered
00:32:37.060 State

00:32:37.800 favors

00:32:40.060 support
00:32:40.620 ethical
00:32:41.640 standards
00:32:42.380 ethical
00:32:43.180 scandals
00:32:43.980 galore
00:32:44.580 including
00:32:45.160 pressure
00:32:45.580 on the
00:32:46.000 FBI
00:32:46.460 over
00:32:47.000 her
00:32:47.240 email
00:32:47.640 probe
00:32:48.240 via
00:32:48.880 high
00:32:49.280 ranking
00:32:49.680 DOJ
00:32:50.260 official
00:32:50.760 Russia
00:32:51.640 had
00:32:52.000 all
00:32:52.680 of
00:32:52.860 this
00:32:53.180 all
00:32:54.060 of
00:32:54.240 this
00:32:54.540 and
00:32:56.200 then
00:32:56.380 we
00:32:56.620 had
00:32:56.880 the
00:32:57.040 Steele
00:32:57.340 dossier
00:32:57.840 from
00:32:59.640 a
00:32:59.780 discredited
00:33:00.360 FBI
00:33:00.860 source
00:33:01.400 that
00:33:03.040 said
00:33:03.440 Russia
00:33:04.060 has
00:33:04.320 pictures
00:33:04.680 of
00:33:04.940 him
00:33:05.120 giving
00:33:05.380 golden
00:33:05.680 showers
00:33:06.060 now
00:33:08.460 they
00:33:08.940 are
00:33:09.120 saying
00:33:09.500 the
00:33:09.700 Steele
00:33:10.060 dossier
00:33:10.480 which
00:33:10.780 they
00:33:11.060 had
00:33:11.300 already
00:33:11.960 discredited
00:33:12.820 Obama
00:33:13.980 says
00:33:14.380 go
00:33:14.620 back
00:33:15.100 they
00:33:15.420 said
00:33:15.580 we
00:33:15.700 have
00:33:15.880 no
00:33:16.200 new
00:33:16.460 information
00:33:17.000 go
00:33:17.440 back
00:33:18.020 and
00:33:18.960 use
00:33:19.320 this
00:33:19.640 and
00:33:19.920 show
00:33:20.320 that
00:33:20.600 Russia
00:33:21.040 was
00:33:21.460 trying
00:33:21.820 to
00:33:22.040 get
00:33:22.360 Trump
00:33:23.380 to
00:33:23.760 win
00:33:24.020 he
00:33:24.260 was
00:33:24.400 trying
00:33:24.700 to
00:33:24.900 help
00:33:25.160 Hillary
00:33:25.540 Clinton
00:33:25.980 lose
00:33:26.740 because
00:33:27.640 he
00:33:28.200 had
00:33:28.520 all
00:33:28.700 this
00:33:28.980 dirt
00:33:29.480 on
00:33:30.640 Hillary
00:33:31.040 Clinton
00:33:31.360 on
00:33:31.820 Donald
00:33:32.400 Trump
00:33:32.720 so he
00:33:33.040 could
00:33:33.140 be
00:33:33.260 a
00:33:33.420 puppet
00:33:33.680 but
00:33:35.320 the
00:33:35.520 facts
00:33:36.280 show
00:33:37.240 the
00:33:37.440 exact
00:33:37.840 opposite
00:33:38.400 now
00:33:39.100 does
00:33:39.300 this
00:33:39.520 sound
00:33:39.820 familiar
00:33:40.360 this
00:33:40.820 is
00:33:40.980 what
00:33:41.120 the
00:33:41.280 left
00:33:41.500 always
00:33:41.840 does
00:33:42.240 whatever
00:33:42.940 they're
00:33:43.400 accusing
00:33:43.820 us
00:33:44.300 of
00:33:44.460 doing
00:33:44.800 they're
00:33:45.560 doing
00:33:45.880 the
00:33:48.940 Russians
00:33:49.480 actually
00:33:50.300 had
00:33:50.940 all
00:33:51.420 the
00:33:51.640 dirt
00:33:51.940 from
00:33:52.160 the
00:33:52.320 DNC
00:33:52.880 hacking
00:33:53.480 or
00:33:54.800 at
00:33:54.920 least
00:33:55.100 we
00:33:55.360 believed
00:33:56.080 they
00:33:56.540 had
00:33:56.840 it
00:33:57.060 from
00:33:57.620 this
00:33:57.820 official
00:33:58.440 Russian
00:33:58.920 report
00:33:59.460 that
00:34:00.800 they
00:34:00.980 had
00:34:01.160 all
00:34:01.300 the
00:34:01.480 dirt
00:34:01.720 on
00:34:01.980 Hillary
00:34:02.260 Clinton
00:34:02.640 now
00:34:03.620 if
00:34:03.840 Putin
00:34:04.240 was
00:34:04.640 really
00:34:05.000 trying
00:34:05.400 to
00:34:05.640 win
00:34:06.000 why
00:34:07.580 wouldn't
00:34:07.860 he
00:34:08.000 drop
00:34:08.320 these
00:34:08.600 nukes
00:34:09.000 why
00:34:10.560 wouldn't
00:34:10.900 he
00:34:11.040 have
00:34:11.200 pushed
00:34:11.520 these
00:34:11.840 things
00:34:12.140 out
00:34:12.500 instead
00:34:14.740 they
00:34:15.060 seek
00:34:15.460 milder
00:34:16.360 stuff
00:34:16.720 and
00:34:18.440 and
00:34:18.780 they
00:34:19.020 are
00:34:19.480 trying
00:34:20.020 to
00:34:20.380 undermine
00:34:21.080 democracy
00:34:22.420 overall
00:34:23.560 they're
00:34:23.840 trying
00:34:24.060 to
00:34:24.300 split
00:34:24.780 us
00:34:25.080 they're
00:34:25.280 not
00:34:25.540 electing
00:34:26.740 Trump
00:34:27.200 they're
00:34:27.940 trying
00:34:28.240 to
00:34:28.480 divide
00:34:28.980 us
00:34:29.420 they
00:34:31.100 don't
00:34:31.560 they
00:34:32.220 think
00:34:32.780 Hillary
00:34:33.320 Clinton
00:34:33.640 is
00:34:33.820 going
00:34:33.940 to
00:34:34.020 win
00:34:34.240 and
00:34:34.540 they
00:34:34.720 think
00:34:35.200 that
00:34:35.440 this
00:34:35.720 is
00:34:35.860 going
00:34:35.980 to
00:34:36.000 be
00:34:36.120 good
00:34:36.300 for
00:34:36.480 them
00:34:36.680 because
00:34:36.900 they
00:34:37.020 have
00:34:37.280 all
00:34:37.560 of
00:34:37.680 this
00:34:37.860 stuff
00:34:38.240 they're
00:34:38.980 also
00:34:39.580 according
00:34:40.140 to
00:34:40.620 sources
00:34:41.740 they're
00:34:42.060 also
00:34:42.300 kind
00:34:42.700 of
00:34:42.840 afraid
00:34:43.140 of
00:34:43.340 her
00:34:43.520 because
00:34:43.980 she
00:34:44.820 seems
00:34:45.220 unstable
00:34:45.920 okay
00:34:46.620 so
00:34:47.940 what
00:34:49.140 does
00:34:49.280 Obama
00:34:49.620 do
00:34:49.920 he
00:34:50.480 says
00:34:51.080 that
00:34:51.740 Russian
00:34:52.160 actions
00:34:52.580 showed
00:34:52.940 they
00:34:53.140 have
00:34:53.300 a
00:34:53.460 clear
00:34:54.240 preference
00:34:54.900 for
00:34:55.140 Trump
00:34:55.500 but
00:34:56.260 they
00:34:56.460 admit
00:34:56.980 all
00:34:57.340 of
00:34:57.460 the
00:34:57.580 reports
00:34:57.980 from
00:34:58.240 Putin's
00:34:58.920 advisors
00:34:59.440 warning
00:34:59.980 a
00:35:00.220 Trump
00:35:00.560 win
00:35:00.920 could
00:35:01.660 mean
00:35:01.960 a
00:35:02.120 Republican
00:35:02.540 Congress
00:35:03.220 hostile
00:35:03.920 to
00:35:04.420 Russia
00:35:04.760 remember
00:35:07.180 we
00:35:07.440 said
00:35:07.760 Donald
00:35:08.880 Trump
00:35:09.160 is
00:35:09.360 more
00:35:09.740 he's
00:35:10.500 stronger
00:35:10.800 on
00:35:11.040 Russia
00:35:11.280 than
00:35:11.540 any
00:35:12.180 president
00:35:12.620 has
00:35:12.860 been
00:35:13.040 since
00:35:13.320 maybe
00:35:13.900 Reagan
00:35:15.060 what are
00:35:16.220 you talking
00:35:16.680 about
00:35:17.020 he likes
00:35:17.580 Russia
00:35:18.020 he's
00:35:18.700 really
00:35:19.140 strong
00:35:19.580 against
00:35:19.920 Russia
00:35:20.320 and compared
00:35:20.760 to
00:35:20.920 anybody
00:35:21.300 else
00:35:21.780 remember
00:35:22.260 Hillary
00:35:22.540 Clinton
00:35:22.780 was like
00:35:23.120 I'm
00:35:23.420 going to
00:35:23.540 do
00:35:23.660 a
00:35:23.780 reset
00:35:24.160 the
00:35:26.300 steel
00:35:26.680 dossier
00:35:27.200 is
00:35:27.940 then
00:35:28.300 shoehorning
00:35:29.440 it being
00:35:30.080 shoehorned
00:35:30.680 into this
00:35:31.420 document
00:35:31.860 as
00:35:32.320 additional
00:35:33.100 reporting
00:35:33.780 on
00:35:34.620 Putin's
00:35:35.160 intentions
00:35:35.960 despite
00:35:37.600 the CIA
00:35:38.460 vets
00:35:39.180 who are
00:35:39.600 going into
00:35:40.120 Brennan's
00:35:40.600 office
00:35:40.960 on
00:35:41.420 the
00:35:41.660 record
00:35:42.080 we
00:35:42.840 have
00:35:43.220 documents
00:35:44.300 proving
00:35:44.800 that
00:35:45.160 they
00:35:45.320 went
00:35:45.520 to
00:35:45.640 and
00:35:45.780 said
00:35:45.900 you
00:35:46.640 can't
00:35:47.020 do
00:35:47.200 this
00:35:47.600 this
00:35:48.320 is
00:35:48.560 this
00:35:48.980 is
00:35:49.180 DNC
00:35:49.820 opposition
00:35:50.420 research
00:35:51.200 unverifiable
00:35:52.660 hearsay
00:35:53.340 fabricated
00:35:54.280 claims
00:35:55.000 regurgitated
00:35:56.440 media
00:35:56.920 stories
00:35:57.400 you can't
00:35:58.180 do
00:35:58.380 this
00:35:58.840 steel
00:36:00.480 has been
00:36:00.940 fired
00:36:01.380 from the

00:36:03.220 to
00:36:03.500 the
00:36:03.700 FBI
00:36:04.140 and
00:36:05.480 you
00:36:05.640 can't
00:36:06.080 you're
00:36:06.240 going
00:36:06.360 to
00:36:06.540 you're
00:36:07.020 going
00:36:07.120 to
00:36:07.200 misrepresent
00:36:07.820 it
00:36:08.020 as
00:36:08.360 legitimate
00:36:09.020 intel
00:36:09.600 from
00:36:09.920 an

00:36:11.760 layered
00:36:12.100 network
00:36:12.760 and
00:36:13.740 admit
00:36:14.080 all
00:36:14.480 bias
00:36:15.080 all
00:36:15.560 the
00:36:15.760 payments
00:36:16.340 all

00:36:19.080 unknown
00:36:19.580 and
00:36:19.940 unvetted
00:36:20.640 and
00:36:21.320 we
00:36:21.580 are
00:36:22.040 going
00:36:22.340 to
00:36:22.540 also
00:36:22.960 not
00:36:23.400 include
00:36:23.920 the
00:36:24.180 stuff
00:36:24.540 that
00:36:25.080 we
00:36:25.280 know
00:36:25.620 they
00:36:25.820 have

00:36:31.880 to his

00:36:32.860 is
00:36:33.180 yeah
00:36:33.480 but
00:36:33.660 on
00:36:33.860 Donald
00:36:34.100 Trump
00:36:34.400 doesn't
00:36:34.880 that
00:36:35.060 ring
00:36:35.380 true
00:36:35.860 well
00:36:38.660 that's
00:36:39.460 not
00:36:39.620 facts
00:36:40.200 that's
00:36:41.040 an
00:36:41.140 opinion
00:36:41.500 that's
00:36:41.880 advocacy
00:36:42.460 doesn't
00:36:43.320 that
00:36:43.480 ring
00:36:43.720 true
00:36:44.060 that's
00:36:44.720 not
00:36:44.940 the
00:36:45.100 way
00:36:45.200 and
00:36:45.400 they
00:36:45.560 point
00:36:45.860 this
00:36:46.060 out
00:36:46.240 that's
00:36:46.580 not
00:36:46.940 the
00:36:47.140 way
00:36:47.380 that's
00:36:47.680 a
00:36:47.780 violation
00:36:48.260 of
00:36:48.520 how
00:36:48.820 we
00:36:49.080 do
00:36:49.380 intel
00:36:50.040 so
00:36:53.360 Obama
00:36:55.940 orders
00:36:56.620 the
00:36:57.400 new
00:36:58.060 guidance
00:36:58.560 limited

00:37:02.820 broad
00:37:03.560 peer
00:37:03.980 review
00:37:04.320 at all
00:37:04.800 and
00:37:05.240 to
00:37:05.420 publish
00:37:05.760 before
00:37:06.180 Trump
00:37:06.660 takes
00:37:07.120 office
00:37:07.640 this
00:37:09.200 is
00:37:09.420 a
00:37:09.680 coup
00:37:10.120 this
00:37:10.840 is
00:37:11.020 a
00:37:11.220 lie
00:37:11.760 this
00:37:13.020 was
00:37:13.200 all
00:37:13.620 manufactured
00:37:14.460 now
00:37:15.680 Obama
00:37:16.520 denies
00:37:17.160 all
00:37:17.440 of
00:37:17.580 it
00:37:17.820 but
00:37:18.360 today
00:37:20.360 only
00:37:22.100 five
00:37:22.640 copies
00:37:23.120 existed
00:37:23.800 only
00:37:24.200 in
00:37:24.420 paper
00:37:24.720 and
00:37:24.900 they
00:37:25.000 were
00:37:25.120 all
00:37:25.320 in
00:37:25.600 the
00:37:25.800 most
00:37:26.280 confidential
00:37:27.460 safe
00:37:28.120 of
00:37:28.480 the
00:37:28.600 United
00:37:28.820 States
00:37:29.180 government
00:37:29.580 and
00:37:30.240 released
00:37:30.660 two
00:37:30.880 hours
00:37:31.180 ago
00:37:31.500 that
00:37:32.220 show
00:37:32.540 all
00:37:33.060 of
00:37:33.240 this
00:37:33.580 so
00:37:35.240 why
00:37:36.640 hide
00:37:37.280 the
00:37:37.920 part
00:37:38.220 about
00:37:38.580 Clinton
00:37:39.020 if you
00:37:40.640 were
00:37:40.800 actually
00:37:41.340 doing
00:37:41.780 something
00:37:42.240 you
00:37:42.880 could
00:37:43.080 say
00:37:43.420 we
00:37:43.660 have
00:37:43.820 this
00:37:44.020 from
00:37:44.160 the
00:37:44.320 steel
00:37:44.540 dossier
00:37:44.980 but
00:37:45.200 we
00:37:45.340 also
00:37:45.640 have
00:37:45.940 this
00:37:46.300 that
00:37:46.500 we
00:37:46.720 know
00:37:46.940 Russia
00:37:47.260 has
00:37:47.700 on
00:37:48.280 Hillary
00:37:48.660 Clinton
00:37:48.980 but
00:37:49.520 they
00:37:49.680 don't
00:37:49.960 do
00:37:50.200 that
00:37:50.580 instead
00:37:51.980 they
00:37:52.740 say
00:37:53.240 Trump's
00:37:54.400 a
00:37:54.600 Russia
00:37:54.920 puppet
00:37:55.320 and
00:37:56.960 completely
00:37:57.600 leave
00:37:58.160 out
00:37:58.400 that
00:37:58.620 what
00:37:59.060 they're
00:37:59.280 really
00:37:59.700 wanting
00:38:00.400 is
00:38:01.400 to be
00:38:02.320 the
00:38:02.500 puppeteer
00:38:03.100 of
00:38:03.320 Hillary
00:38:03.620 Clinton
00:38:04.040 it's
00:38:05.740 all
00:38:06.220 released
00:38:07.180 today
00:38:07.920 you
00:38:10.640 tell
00:38:10.880 me
00:38:11.180 does
00:38:13.240 this
00:38:14.140 matter
00:38:14.980 does
00:38:18.100 the
00:38:18.400 president
00:38:19.020 the
00:38:19.500 former
00:38:19.840 president
00:38:20.480 of the
00:38:20.980 United
00:38:21.240 States
00:38:21.760 instructing
00:38:23.280 the
00:38:23.460 CIA
00:38:23.900 to
00:38:25.060 change
00:38:25.560 course
00:38:26.120 to
00:38:27.420 allow
00:38:28.280 them
00:38:28.760 and
00:38:29.360 encourage
00:38:29.980 them
00:38:30.300 to
00:38:30.640 leave
00:38:31.320 out
00:38:31.780 really
00:38:32.700 important
00:38:33.420 facts
00:38:34.020 use
00:38:34.860 something
00:38:35.260 that
00:38:35.480 had
00:38:35.620 already
00:38:36.240 been
00:38:36.760 discredited
00:38:38.840 and
00:38:39.620 then
00:38:40.040 within
00:38:40.540 a few
00:38:41.320 hours
00:38:41.880 before
00:38:42.300 any
00:38:42.660 of
00:38:42.860 this
00:38:43.040 had
00:38:43.200 been
00:38:43.360 done
00:38:43.740 start
00:38:44.420 a
00:38:44.600 whisper
00:38:44.940 campaign
00:38:45.640 and
00:38:46.340 leak
00:38:46.820 to
00:38:47.080 the
00:38:47.220 New
00:38:47.360 York
00:38:47.540 Times
00:38:47.960 that
00:38:48.300 CIA
00:38:50.480 are
00:38:50.600 now
00:38:50.760 looking
00:38:51.040 into
00:38:51.480 some
00:38:51.900 pretty
00:38:52.420 serious
00:38:52.960 charges
00:38:53.420 about
00:38:53.840 Donald
00:38:54.160 Trump
00:38:54.480 this
00:38:56.720 was
00:38:56.880 planned
00:38:57.240 and
00:38:57.420 coordinated
00:38:57.880 and
00:38:58.580 it
00:38:58.700 goes
00:38:58.900 all
00:38:59.240 the
00:38:59.380 way
00:38:59.500 to
00:38:59.680 Mar-a-Lago
00:39:00.140 because
00:39:01.600 this
00:39:02.500 is
00:39:02.680 the
00:39:02.880 document
00:39:03.360 they
00:39:03.620 thought
00:39:04.000 he
00:39:04.240 might
00:39:04.540 have
00:39:05.000 they
00:39:07.340 had
00:39:07.740 to
00:39:07.920 get
00:39:08.080 rid
00:39:08.480 of
00:39:08.780 this
00:39:09.060 document
00:39:09.540 they
00:39:10.060 did
00:39:10.320 not
00:39:10.660 want
00:39:10.940 him
00:39:11.220 to
00:39:11.440 release
00:39:11.800 this
00:39:12.060 document
00:39:12.560 but
00:39:13.860 don't
00:39:14.080 worry
00:39:14.280 if
00:39:14.440 we
00:39:14.540 get
00:39:14.720 it
00:39:14.840 out
00:39:15.060 of
00:39:15.220 his
00:39:15.400 hands
00:39:15.720 which
00:39:16.000 he
00:39:16.120 didn't
00:39:16.320 have
00:39:16.660 if
00:39:17.460 we
00:39:17.560 get
00:39:17.680 it
00:39:17.800 out
00:39:18.000 of
00:39:18.120 his
00:39:18.260 hands
00:39:18.600 well
00:39:19.340 we'll
00:39:20.380 put
00:39:20.540 him
00:39:20.620 in
00:39:20.800 jail
00:39:21.060 so
00:39:21.280 he'll
00:39:21.460 never
00:39:21.660 be
00:39:21.860 able
00:39:22.000 to
00:39:22.160 tell
00:39:22.300 this
00:39:22.500 story
00:39:22.760 anyway
00:39:23.160 and
00:39:24.100 DNI
00:39:26.000 Tulsi
00:39:28.900 Gabbard
00:39:29.300 comes
00:39:30.100 out
00:39:30.300 today
00:39:30.740 and
00:39:31.260 releases
00:39:31.820 this
00:39:32.420 document
00:39:32.860 it's
00:39:33.640 all
00:39:33.980 at
00:39:34.240 glennbeck.com
00:39:35.160 and we'll
00:39:35.480 have the
00:39:35.780 full
00:39:36.000 chalkboard
00:39:36.480 on this
00:39:36.900 tonight
00:39:37.560 at
00:39:38.360 nine
00:39:38.620 o'clock
00:39:39.000 only
00:39:39.260 on
00:39:39.460 blaze
00:39:39.740 tv
00:39:40.020 all right
00:39:40.920 remember
00:39:41.240 when you
00:39:41.520 were a
00:39:41.720 kid
00:39:41.840 and you
00:39:42.000 hated
00:39:42.200 bedtime
00:39:42.720 you'd
00:39:43.020 kick
00:39:43.240 you'd
00:39:43.440 scream
00:39:43.720 you'd
00:39:43.960 negotiate
00:39:44.320 a
00:39:44.520 hostage
00:39:44.860 relief
00:39:45.380 release
00:39:46.020 for
00:39:46.360 five
00:39:46.800 more
00:39:47.120 minutes
00:39:47.500 I
00:39:48.860 remember
00:39:49.140 that
00:39:49.420 I
00:39:50.320 mean
00:39:50.420 I
00:39:50.540 remember
00:39:50.780 asking
00:39:51.160 you know
00:39:51.500 going
00:39:51.740 down
00:39:51.960 and
00:39:52.100 it's
00:39:52.600 late
00:39:52.880 at night
00:39:53.280 and I
00:39:53.600 just
00:39:53.760 wanted
00:39:53.960 to
00:39:54.120 stay
00:39:54.260 up
00:39:54.360 a
00:39:54.420 little
00:39:54.540 and
00:39:54.720 I'd
00:39:54.960 ask
00:39:55.160 my
00:39:55.400 mom
00:39:56.160 really
00:39:56.460 important
00:39:56.880 questions
00:39:57.300 but
00:39:57.500 mom
00:39:57.700 I
00:39:57.820 have
00:39:57.960 a
00:39:58.080 really
00:39:58.280 important
00:39:58.660 question
00:39:58.960 she knew
00:39:59.400 what I
00:39:59.620 was doing
00:39:59.920 because my
00:40:00.280 kids did
00:40:00.620 it to me
00:40:00.940 and I
00:40:01.120 knew
00:40:01.220 exactly
00:40:01.540 however
00:40:03.040 now
00:40:04.360 I
00:40:04.700 love
00:40:05.300 bedtime
00:40:05.960 sleep
00:40:07.300 is
00:40:07.580 wasted
00:40:08.000 on the
00:40:08.600 youth
00:40:08.880 it
00:40:09.220 really
00:40:09.620 is
00:40:10.040 think
00:40:11.200 about
00:40:11.540 bedtime
00:40:11.960 in the
00:40:12.360 middle
00:40:12.520 of the
00:40:12.740 day
00:40:12.980 yeah
00:40:13.460 I
00:40:13.760 do
00:40:14.020 here's
00:40:15.160 the
00:40:15.280 problem
00:40:15.660 you're
00:40:16.280 not
00:40:16.500 sleeping
00:40:17.020 well
00:40:17.420 you lie
00:40:17.920 there
00:40:18.180 you stare
00:40:18.620 at the
00:40:18.900 ceiling
00:40:19.160 you wake
00:40:23.600 breathing
00:40:23.760 exercises
00:40:24.400 nothing
00:40:25.060 if you
00:40:26.180 want
00:40:26.420 real
00:40:26.800 restorative
00:40:27.400 sleep
00:40:27.740 the kind
00:40:28.160 that makes
00:40:28.500 you feel
00:40:28.780 human
00:40:29.100 again
00:40:29.360 you need
00:40:29.700 to try
00:40:30.020 z-factor
00:40:30.660 from the
00:40:31.000 makers
00:40:31.240 of
00:40:31.420 relief
00:40:31.720 factor
00:40:32.100 it's
00:40:32.700 a
00:40:32.820 sleep
00:40:33.080 supplement
00:40:33.500 designed
00:40:33.940 to help
00:40:34.240 you fall
00:40:34.640 asleep
00:40:35.020 and stay
00:40:35.560 asleep
00:40:35.940 and wake
00:40:36.400 up
00:40:36.680 from that
00:40:37.200 you know

00:44:47.820 consuming energy
00:44:48.840 like it's a buffet

00:44:50.980 power grid built
00:44:51.780 decades ago tries to
00:44:53.100 keep up and the

00:47:09.200 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
00:47:15.040 Hello, America.
00:47:16.500 Welcome to Wednesday.
00:47:17.520 We have a big show tonight.
00:47:19.280 We're going to explain what Tulsi Gabbard just released,
00:47:23.360 an extraordinary secret memo.
00:47:27.120 Only five copies of this existed on paper in the most secret vault.
00:47:31.840 I believe this is what Mar-a-Lago, the raid, was all about,
00:47:34.620 but it is pretty damning on what happened back in 2016.
00:47:41.840 And, you know, I actually think Donald Trump goaded Barack Obama
00:47:47.480 into saying something yesterday because this proves,
00:47:50.080 no, not so much.
00:47:51.700 But we'll talk about that tonight.
00:47:52.960 I got chalkboards for it.
00:47:54.080 Blaze TV, 9 p.m.
00:47:55.720 I have Alan Dershowitz on because there's another story that broke yesterday
00:48:01.340 that it looks like Jelaine Maxwell is going to now possibly testify in front of Congress
00:48:08.760 on what she knows.
00:48:11.020 And he says she's the Rosetta Stone.
00:48:13.560 So we're going to talk to him about why would we even listen to her
00:48:18.640 and what does she have?
00:48:20.440 What does that mean?
00:48:21.060 She's the Rosetta Stone.
00:48:22.540 Alan Dershowitz coming up in just a second.
00:48:24.200 First, let me tell you about Patriot Mobile.
00:48:26.420 You know, the other day I was thinking your cell phone company knows everything.
00:48:30.120 It knows you better than you think.
00:48:31.960 I mean, they know where you go, what you text, who you text, you know, what you Google.
00:48:35.920 They know who you vote for.
00:48:37.640 And if you're with one of those big mobile phone companies,
00:48:40.980 they're taking some of the money that you send them every month,
00:48:43.580 even though they know, you know, you,
00:48:45.900 and they pass it on to organizations that actively oppose the values you believe in.
00:48:50.500 It's like paying somebody to boo you from the front row.
00:48:53.940 There is an alternative, Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
00:48:58.640 They support the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the unborn, our military, our police,
00:49:03.340 the Fourth Amendment.
00:49:04.680 I mean, I think they're a little sketchy on the third, you know, the quartering of soul.

00:49:38.960 Alan Dershowitz, professor emeritus of the Harvard Law School, host of The Dershow,
00:49:45.160 and the author of a new book called The Preventative State.
00:49:48.060 We've got to do a podcast with him on this.
00:49:50.860 It's a really great book, Preventative State.
00:49:53.260 Alan, welcome to the program.
00:49:54.360 How are you?
00:49:55.700 Good.
00:49:56.240 Always a pleasure to be on with you.
00:49:57.820 Thank you.
00:49:58.180 Thank you.
00:49:58.460 So I heard you the other day say Jelaine Maxwell is the Rosetta Stone.
00:50:06.480 Yeah.
00:50:06.800 What do you mean by that?
00:50:08.680 She's known him longer than anybody.
00:50:10.900 She was his girlfriend, him with everybody.
00:50:14.620 She traveled the world with him.
00:50:16.840 She made all the arrangements for people to come visit him, to fly on his plane,
00:50:21.180 to go to the island, to go to his home in New Mexico, to go to his home in New York, in Paris.
00:50:27.080 She has records that will show who he was with.
00:50:31.640 She knows everything.
00:50:33.020 She knows more than anybody.
00:50:34.240 After her, I probably know as much as anybody else.
00:50:39.000 Because I was his lawyer and I told him he had to tell me the truth about everything if he wanted to get the best possible deal.
00:50:47.020 And so I assume he did tell me, for example, if he had been a spy for the CIA or for the Mossad,
00:50:53.200 I would be the first person he ever told because that would have helped him get a better deal.
00:50:57.940 And, of course, he told me he was not anything like that.
00:51:00.780 But she knows much more than I do.
00:51:03.160 So if she is willing to disclose everything, then I think we'll get to the bottom of this and know who's innocent and who's guilty.
00:51:10.840 But how can we possibly trust her?
00:51:12.980 She's gone through all of her appeals.
00:51:15.080 She's facing, you know, she's in jail for 20 years.
00:51:18.360 I mean, you're in that situation.
00:51:20.840 Well, you never trust.
00:51:22.120 You always verify.
00:51:23.440 What you do is you ask her for leads.
00:51:25.800 You say, where is the information?
00:51:28.940 And then she has to provide it.
00:51:31.140 It's not going to be her word against anybody else's.
00:51:34.200 It's going to be she's providing information.
00:51:36.700 She may have a written record.
00:51:38.700 She may have travel records.
00:51:40.000 The records may be in England.
00:51:41.480 They may be in a vault somewhere.
00:51:43.880 But it's always distrust and verify when you're dealing with anybody in prison.
00:51:51.020 So the government knows how to make deals.
00:51:54.200 I've participated in deal making for years.
00:51:57.200 I think it was Abby Hoffman who once said in the halls of justice, the only justice is in the halls because that's where the deals get taken.
00:52:03.520 And so it's constantly the case where mafia killers are having reduced sentences in exchange for information about their bosses.
00:52:12.180 Corporate thieves are given immunity or given reduced sentences in order to turn it.
00:52:17.720 Look, when I used to teach criminal law at Harvard Law School, I would tell them if you're going to commit a crime, there's one rule.
00:52:23.320 Always commit a crime with somebody more important than you are so that you can turn them in and they can't turn you in.
00:52:28.460 It's the name of the game.
00:52:30.280 Let's make a deal.
00:52:31.620 And so there's no reason not to make a deal with Ghislaine Maxwell.
00:52:34.400 She's already served five years, which is longer than anybody has ever served to this kind of a crime.
00:52:41.060 But I mean, wait, she was grooming a thousand girls.
00:52:45.120 Well, there's no, no information about no evidence about that.
00:52:49.740 The evidence is that she arranged for people to come and give massages.
00:52:56.060 We don't know whether she was aware of the nature of the massages because he kept his own own life private.
00:53:03.580 But even if so, you know, look at look at, you know, Sean Combs, how much worse he did.
00:53:12.140 And he's going to, you know, probably get far less than than than five years, five years, a lot of time for a woman in her 60s.
00:53:20.960 And if you can exchange a couple of years of freedom for all the information that you need, it's probably a deal that's worth it.
00:53:30.340 So why hasn't she done this before?
00:53:34.480 And why did she get 20 years when others don't ever see that?
00:53:41.220 Because she got Jeffrey Epstein sentence.
00:53:43.500 You know, he would have gotten the 20 years had he stayed alive, but because he died, somebody had to be held responsible.
00:53:53.520 And so she got a sentence way in excess of what she would normally get.
00:53:56.740 If he had stayed alive, government would have made a deal with her.
00:54:00.020 She would have gotten no time.
00:54:01.240 She would have testified against him.
00:54:03.280 And he would have gone to jail for the 20 or maybe 30 years, life imprisonment because of his age.
00:54:08.580 Uh, uh, and, and, and, uh, she would have gotten nothing, but because she had nobody to testify against, he was dead.
00:54:15.660 Uh, she got prosecuted, convicted and sentenced to the 20 years.
00:54:19.400 So normally she would not, uh, usually people who are in that position are the ones who testify.
00:54:25.940 So, um, you say a grand jury would not, would not lead to anything, but this might.
00:54:33.100 This would definitely grand jury wouldn't because grand jury testimony is always tailored in the narrowest possible way to provide just the minimum information necessary to indict.
00:54:45.140 They don't want to give, uh, the defendant other information.
00:54:48.440 So I don't think you're going to find much in the grand jury, but you will find a lot in the information that has been sealed by the three federal judges.
00:54:55.660 But let me tell you what you're going to find.
00:54:57.480 You're going to find a lot of false accusations.
00:54:59.240 Let me give you an example, give you an example of two women.
00:55:02.000 One is named Sarah Ransom.
00:55:04.660 And during the run-up to the 2016 election, she wrote, uh, I don't know, 50 or 60 emails to Maureen Callahan of the New York Post in which she swore that she had videotapes of Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Richard Branson, all having sex with children.
00:55:21.860 Um, they investigated and found that it wasn't true and she eventually admitted it was totally made up.
00:55:26.840 So if you're going to produce the names of the people she accused, you have to also produce what her background or take another woman named Maria Farmer.
00:55:37.740 Uh, she was on CNN the other day as if she was the angel Gabriel testifying truthfully, but she has a history of lying and making up stories about people.
00:55:46.440 She's also a Holocaust denier.
00:55:48.660 She has emails.
00:55:49.420 I have them in my possession in which she said there were no Jews killed in the Holocaust.
00:55:53.460 The Jews killed everybody else in the Holocaust.
00:55:55.740 This is a nutcase.
00:55:57.500 And, and, and she is the one that CNN is interviewing, uh, without giving any explanation about, uh, her background.
00:56:05.140 So what's happened is we've heard one side of the story.
00:56:08.940 We've only heard the accusations.
00:56:10.700 We know that there are accusations against, uh, Bill Richardson, the former ambassador against George Mitchell, against, uh, a Barack against the granddaughter of, uh, Jacques Cousteau.
00:56:22.780 What we don't know is whether any of these allegations are true.
00:56:25.860 Now, do you, do you know, I mean, I know you can't say anything because of, but have you seen evidence of things?
00:56:36.380 Yes, of course I have.
00:56:38.120 Of course I have.
00:56:38.880 And I know, for example, a few obscure people who nobody ever heard of, and there's very substantial evidence that maybe they did have a consensual sex with, uh, young girls.
00:56:50.960 Um, maybe some, uh, above the age of consent, maybe some below.
00:56:54.700 So yes, there are such records, um, and, and, but they're not a famous people.
00:56:59.940 I know involving Donald Trump or Bill Clinton or Bill Gates, or any of the people who have otherwise been accused whose names are well known.
00:57:08.420 I don't know of anything that would corroborate that.
00:57:10.860 I know of a lot of false accusations by people who shouldn't be believed, but if you're going to release the names of the accused, you have to also, uh, release the information about the accusers.
00:57:22.580 Because there are many accusers out there who never met Jeffrey Epstein.
00:57:26.260 They just collected money, uh, by making false accusations and their lawyers collected money.
00:57:31.160 So this is a deep scandal, uh, which is complex and gray area.
00:57:35.700 And although, obviously, the villain of the piece is Jeffrey Epstein, there are other villains as well.
00:57:42.140 There's also some mixed stories.
00:57:44.000 There are women who were victims, and then they became perpetrators.
00:57:47.640 Uh, they went out and solicited 14 and 15-year-olds for Jeffrey Epstein and got paid to do it.
00:57:54.080 So, you know, there's a lot of gray area here, and if we're going to get to the whole truth, we've got to make sure we get to the whole truth, including the role of, um, some of the people who have made accusations.
00:58:05.820 So if she testifies, it will be behind closed doors.
00:58:08.900 It would have to be.
00:58:10.820 I think initially it would be behind closed doors, but then you would have, um, look, I want everything to be out there.
00:58:17.600 From day one, I want everything to be out there.
00:58:20.280 I don't think anybody should be protected here.
00:58:22.480 Let the public decide who's telling the truth, but only after they hear all the information.
00:58:26.900 When they hear that, um, you know, Maria Farmer, uh, is an anti-Semite Holocaust denier, and that she accuses, um, you know, Jewish people of doing terrible things, then you ask yourself, maybe she has a motive.
00:58:40.940 Uh, you know, she doesn't believe that the Holocaust occurs.
00:58:44.640 Maybe she didn't believe that, uh, uh, there were false accusations, too.
00:58:48.900 She made false accusations.
00:58:50.580 She lied herself as well as, um, uh, Sarah Ransom.
00:58:54.460 So let's get to the bottom of everything, every single thing.
00:58:59.180 Is this going to happen?
00:59:01.840 If a deal is made with Glenn Maxwell, it will happen.
00:59:05.560 If you're her attorney, what are you saying you hold out for?
00:59:10.480 Commutation, time served, um, probation, maybe, uh, something that gives her something in exchange.
00:59:18.740 For her giving away all this information.
00:59:22.360 Alan, uh, Alan, always great to talk to you.
00:59:24.480 I, we have to schedule you for a podcast for your book.
00:59:28.340 I'd love to do that.
00:59:29.340 Yeah, we'd love to do it.
00:59:30.340 Thank you so much.
00:59:31.000 I'll be back.
00:59:31.240 Thank you so much.
00:59:32.020 Alan Dershowitz, uh, from the Dershow.
00:59:34.480 Um, what do you think of that, Stu?
00:59:36.700 I mean, I think he, I don't know how he does it.
00:59:38.780 I, I, I don't think I could be, well, I know I couldn't, I couldn't be an attorney.
00:59:42.740 And then, no, that guy is dirty, dirty, dirty.
00:59:46.360 And not say anything.
00:59:47.560 I couldn't do it.
00:59:50.180 It's tough.
00:59:51.260 He's, he's the attorney in this case.
00:59:53.480 Yeah.
00:59:54.440 So he's talking about it in a way that an attorney talks about it.
00:59:58.160 And I, I understand.
00:59:59.340 And he's also, by the way, been what, by all appearances, falsely accused of terrible things.
01:00:05.060 And there were problems with these witnesses.
01:00:06.860 The idea that Jillian Maxwell went out and just was recruiting 14 year olds for massages
01:00:12.860 and had no idea what was going on is completely insane to me.
01:00:17.360 I, I don't, I, again, I, I understand what the point he's making, but man, I, I, if we
01:00:24.480 care about 14 year olds being sexually abused, a deal cannot, cannot result in Jillian, Ghislaine
01:00:33.220 Maxwell, whatever her freaking name is, uh, having, uh, being released or having some
01:00:37.980 super light sentence.
01:00:39.140 I mean, I don't, I don't think five years is a lot at all.
01:00:41.540 I don't either.
01:00:42.260 Again, he's the lawyer.
01:00:43.440 He's much smarter on these matters than I am.
01:00:45.720 To me is absolutely not, not enough.
01:00:49.240 And, uh, 20 years is not enough.
01:00:51.700 And it can go longer.
01:00:53.660 Cause I, I don't believe that she didn't, there's no way she didn't know.
01:00:57.400 She was, he just, he, he started by saying she knows everything.
01:01:01.140 She was a girlfriend, she was a confidant.
01:01:03.840 She was, she knew.
01:01:05.140 Again, he's in a tough spot here because he, he has attorney client privilege.
01:01:09.040 He was the defense attorney in this case.
01:01:11.580 So I understand that his lines, but I'm, I'm just taking it out of that context and talking
01:01:16.720 about my own moral views here.
01:01:18.860 Yeah.
01:01:19.020 And I don't think it, I don't think it helps.
01:01:21.100 Uh, I mean, it would be good to have all the information, but I don't think it's not
01:01:26.400 going to solve anything, especially if it's behind closed doors.
01:01:29.420 It's not going to solve anything because I would say if this were reversed and it was
01:01:34.640 Joe Biden or whatever, and Hunter Biden was rumored, Hunter Biden's on that list.
01:01:39.560 And then she comes up and Joe Biden's in office and he gives her a pardon.
01:01:43.820 And she says, even truthfully, Hunter Biden's not on that list.
01:01:47.660 Do you buy it?
01:01:49.340 So put yourself in the shoes of the other side.
01:01:51.580 They're not going to buy that.
01:01:52.480 I mean, I'll, I'll fight on that ship that Donald Trump did nothing with 14 year old
01:01:57.800 girls, uh, I'll fight on that ship until the day I die.
01:02:00.780 I just do not believe that.
01:02:02.700 Um, but I, I, I don't think it's helpful for her to come out and say, and he definitely
01:02:07.760 wasn't a part of it.
01:02:08.980 Yeah.
01:02:09.320 And I'm, I'm pretty skeptical.
01:02:11.120 Anything that Ghislaine Maxwell says is going to change the, anybody's opinion or outcome
01:02:16.020 or get us any more information.
01:02:17.400 I don't think she's trustworthy at all.
01:02:18.800 The one trustworthy.
01:02:20.000 She was telling 14 year old girls, it's going to be okay.
01:02:22.720 I believe there's no, you have no credibility.
01:02:25.360 However, the one way we can make sure that we worsen the situation of making sure that,
01:02:32.180 uh, people who do these types of things, grooming and, and more are, uh, um, are not punished.
01:02:40.740 The one, one way we can be sure we're going the wrong direction is to make sure someone
01:02:45.340 we know did this has a lighter punishment.
01:02:47.940 That's the one thing we can all come together and say we should not want.
01:02:52.080 I don't know what, I don't know what she was charged with.
01:02:56.020 I don't know what the evidence was.
01:02:57.640 I haven't looked into her case.
01:02:59.060 Um, so, I mean, his point may be for what she was charged with.
01:03:03.940 Don't charge.
01:03:05.340 He was basically saying what she was charged with is worth about five years, but what she
01:03:10.960 got was his sentence.
01:03:13.280 And I, that I could see that being, the way he laid that out made sense that she, she,
01:03:17.720 cause in reality, if Epstein was alive, she probably would have cut a deal.
01:03:21.260 I wouldn't have been happy with that deal though.
01:03:23.420 No, but I don't think that's what he was saying.
01:03:25.840 He wasn't saying that.
01:03:27.080 Yeah.
01:03:27.300 He said that she would have cut a deal to make Epstein's, um, to, to get, make sure we
01:03:31.940 got a conviction more on Epstein.
01:03:33.400 Yeah.
01:03:33.800 And therefore she would have had a lighter sentence.
01:03:35.420 It might've been five years or less.
01:03:37.360 And that's probably true.
01:03:38.860 And, and I would have been, Epstein was the main target.
01:03:40.900 So I would have been maybe okay with that.
01:03:42.680 But, but a bottom line is they both should be in prison for a very, very long time.
01:03:46.600 And I, and again, I understand he's got legally, I mean, Alan Dershowitz cares about these legal
01:03:51.220 lines a lot more than I do.
01:03:52.860 Uh, you know, he, he can't say the things that, you know, he's a, he's an attorney in
01:03:57.120 this case, but we can say them.
01:03:58.920 And I, I'm, you know, frankly not thrilled with a deal with Ghislaine Maxwell, really for any
01:04:04.740 reason.
01:04:05.220 I can't imagine what I'd be happy about.
01:04:06.900 Not at all.
01:04:07.540 Not at all.
01:04:08.100 All right.
01:04:08.360 Let me tell you about good ranchers.
01:04:10.120 You know, your wife asks you to eat clean.
01:04:12.420 I get it.
01:04:13.080 I get it.
01:04:13.600 So, you know, take the big hamburger out in the pizza in the driveway and just hose
01:04:17.180 it down.
01:04:17.660 I think it would ruin the flavor, but at least it'd be clean, honey.
01:04:20.480 I don't know what you even mean by that, but, uh, she's like, no, know where your meat
01:04:24.640 is coming from.
01:04:25.360 Well, I know where my meat is.
01:04:26.400 If that's the goal, then good ranchers is the way to go.

01:05:44.860 How many chalkboards have you seen me do, uh, on Russiagate?
01:05:49.400 How many scandals did we talk about that now are all seemingly connected?
01:05:54.840 How many Susan Rice emails have we exposed?
01:05:58.160 Did we look at over the years?
01:06:00.020 How many handwritten notes describing meetings in the white house?
01:06:03.480 Have we exposed over the years?
01:06:05.580 You may have missed some of this, but it is all tied in, especially to what was just
01:06:10.880 released.
01:06:11.360 I can't, I can't tell you how important what was released today is.
01:06:15.680 There were only five paper copies of the document.
01:06:18.940 The DNI released today.
01:06:20.320 Tulsi Gabbard released a document, five copies, the highest level of security.
01:06:26.100 It's now been declassified.
01:06:27.940 It was in, in the highest level of safe when not allowed to be electronic.
01:06:32.720 I believe this is what they were looking for when they went to Mar-a-Lago.
01:06:37.060 They thought Donald Trump had a copy of this.
01:06:39.080 This is what was supposed to be released on his last day out.
01:06:42.120 He said, I declassify this.
01:06:43.460 I want to release.
01:06:44.120 They held on.
01:06:44.880 Well, if you read today, what's in that, we talked about it in the first hour of today's
01:06:49.220 podcast.
01:06:49.800 You missed it.
01:06:50.200 Go back wherever you get your podcast.
01:06:52.060 Um, and we go through all of it.
01:06:53.940 The document is at glennbeck.com.
01:06:55.920 So go there now, glennbeck.com and make sure that, uh, you see, she dropped the mother
01:07:01.540 load today and it, there's a lot of dots to be connected and it's hard to do unless
01:07:07.240 you see it on a timeline.
01:07:09.400 So we have a timeline with a chalkboard.
01:07:11.440 We're going to take you through, uh, it all leads directly to the Obama White House
01:07:16.100 and Barack Obama.
01:07:17.640 We're breaking out the chalkboards, uh, tonight.
01:07:20.620 Many of them.
01:07:21.500 In fact, there, there's more of them now, uh, since he released this this morning.
01:07:25.400 Uh, we're going to take everything and lay it out and show you this mass conspiracy.
01:07:31.020 It starts tonight, Wednesday night, special blaze TV and on my YouTube channel, youtube.com
01:07:36.360 slash Glenn, the Russiagate conspiracy timeline, a complete guide to expose everyone.
01:07:46.720 This is Glenn Beck.
01:07:50.100 So, you know, that human evolution poster, you know, where the people, the ape slowly
01:07:55.060 turns into a guy standing up, right?
01:07:56.780 A lot of people are dealing with pain right now, and that is living everything in reverse.
01:08:02.100 You know, used to walk tall back straight, you know, chest out looking like a Greek statue.
01:08:07.260 Now we shuffle into the kitchen like Gollum looking for, you know, the ring pain will change
01:08:12.800 you.
01:08:13.260 It changes how you walk, how you sleep, how you show up for the people who matter.
01:08:16.820 And the worst part, uh, is that you start to think this is just it.
01:08:21.100 This is how life is now.
01:08:22.600 Like your warranty expired on your 40th birthday.
01:08:25.200 And that's that.
01:08:26.400 But then somebody hands you a relief factor and it's not a magic bean.
01:08:30.560 It's not a bandaid.
01:08:31.680 It's research back natural to fight the inflammation that is causing most of our pain and our disease
01:08:37.480 in our body.
01:08:37.980 And it, it works.
01:08:39.240 It works for me.
01:08:40.020 Hopefully it worked for you.
01:08:41.280 Works for about 70% of the people who try it.
01:08:43.480 It's, um, it will help you evolve back out of the ape and back into the upright man.
01:08:51.600 Go to, uh, relief factor right now.
01:08:53.940 Try their three week quick start 1995.
01:08:56.460 Visit relieffactor.com or call 800 for relief.
01:08:59.140 That's 800.
01:08:59.880 The number for relief.
01:09:01.200 It's relieffactor.com.
01:09:02.980 Head over to glennbeck.com big breaking documents there on the Russia situation.
01:09:10.900 You can get them now at glennbeck.com.
01:09:32.980 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:09:40.840 David Barton is on with us here in just a second.
01:09:43.540 Uh, he is, uh, somebody, one of his guests, a, um, a representative from, uh, Texas was
01:09:48.920 on because Texas, and I think it was one of Barton's guests.
01:09:53.740 No, I'm sorry.
01:09:54.540 One of Joe Rogan's guests, uh, was taking David Barton down because of what he's trying
01:10:00.240 to do and what we're trying to do about putting the 10 commandments in classrooms.
01:10:03.480 And I think it's Arkansas and, uh, Texas have passed a law.
01:10:07.720 We told you about it a couple of days ago where the, if, if the public provides a copy
01:10:12.680 and it's gotta be a certain kind of copy, uh, of the 10 commandments, it has to be posted
01:10:17.560 in the classroom.
01:10:18.480 So, um, we've put together something where you can get 30 copies.
01:10:22.320 The average school has about 30 classrooms.
01:10:24.460 You get 30 copies exactly the way the law dictates.
01:10:27.280 It has to be, um, it's a dollar per copy and you just bring it to the classrooms and
01:10:32.480 they have to post it.
01:10:33.560 Well, this, uh, one particular, uh, representative in Texas just said, David Barton is a clown
01:10:40.020 and all these kinds of things.
01:10:41.300 Doesn't know what he's talking about.
01:10:43.140 David is pretty well versed, uh, in, uh, in constitutional history.
01:10:48.040 Um, I'd like to see a little debate between the representative and David Barton on the constitution,
01:10:53.280 but we're going to take him to task on this and, and see if the facts hold up.
01:10:58.160 We'll do that coming up in just a second.
01:10:59.740 Um, the DNI released today, uh, about a couple of hours before we went on, uh, a bombshell
01:11:07.000 revelation about, uh, Barack Obama.
01:11:09.860 I personally think, well, I know Donald Trump knew it was coming out today.
01:11:14.960 Uh, and I think that's why he goaded president Obama into speaking because it just proves what
01:11:20.640 Barack Obama said is untrue.
01:11:23.920 Um, and it is literally a bombshell.
01:11:26.760 We're going to talk about it tonight.
01:11:27.940 It's available at glenbeck.com, but it is probably the big story of the day, but I want to talk
01:11:32.680 directly to, um, to Democrats, to people who don't vote like I do.
01:11:38.760 Okay.
01:11:39.760 Um, is there, is there anything that is a line is what if this story is not about Donald Trump?
01:11:51.420 It's not about Barack Obama, but it's about a line that no government, yours or mine is
01:11:57.260 allowed to cross.
01:11:58.840 Um, because what has been revealed and not by fringe blogs, not by right wing media, but
01:12:07.320 somebody who used to be a Democrat voted for, uh, Hillary.
01:12:12.620 Did she vote for Hillary in the end?
01:12:14.120 I think she did.
01:12:15.060 She voted for Hillary Clinton, I think in the end, uh, but she was a Democrat, a loyal Democrat.
01:12:19.980 Um, now is a director of national intelligence and somebody who you just cannot argue loves
01:12:25.840 the country and will serve the country.
01:12:28.620 She is in the most dangerous position outside of the presidency of the United States.
01:12:33.740 She is the one that stands in the doorway of all of the spooks in America.
01:12:39.640 And these are people who will just kill people in the middle of the night and go have a sandwich
01:12:44.380 afterwards.
01:12:45.680 Um, and what she revealed, uh, is that top intelligence officials under Obama knew there was no credible
01:12:54.080 evidence of a Russian vote, uh, tampering in 2016.
01:12:57.380 If you listen to today's podcast or you watch tonight's show, you'll see that I know that
01:13:02.900 people are saying, well, no, it's apples and oranges.
01:13:04.860 It's, it's really not.
01:13:06.200 And today's release proves that, um, they knew that the public information or the information
01:13:14.080 that they had did not match the facts.
01:13:17.340 Um, they changed the official assessments.
01:13:19.780 They held back things that would have shown that actually the puppet probably would have
01:13:25.160 been Hillary Clinton and Russia knew that because of the DNC hack.
01:13:29.400 Um, and they didn't, they didn't change all of this, um, to uphold democracy, but to shape
01:13:37.020 it, not to inform the people, but to steer the people.
01:13:40.480 And they've done it over and over and over again.
01:13:42.260 So let me ask you, if Trump had done this, if his, uh, his intelligence department rewrote
01:13:49.940 intelligence to frame Biden, would you say that was justified?
01:13:55.140 I'm asking our side.
01:13:56.780 I wouldn't, would you?
01:13:59.200 No, no, no.
01:14:00.620 If the facts aren't there, the facts aren't there.
01:14:02.300 I want to know the truth and I want to be able to trust the people who, you know, are
01:14:06.980 sitting there with a button.
01:14:07.920 So I would say if, if Donald Trump had done this to try to thwart Hillary Clinton or Joe
01:14:16.960 Biden, it would have been a coup.
01:14:22.420 You, in fact, you on the streets would call it fascism and you would be right if he did
01:14:29.180 it.
01:14:29.680 So why is it different when the facts target the people you, uh, like?
01:14:37.920 When does the truth become optional?
01:14:42.480 Because I don't believe it does to be on the right side of history.
01:14:45.440 The truth is never optional because when you make exceptions, that's when, uh, real freedom
01:14:53.640 and democracy fails and falls.
01:14:56.700 You know, he's a rapist.
01:14:58.000 He's a Nazi.
01:14:58.800 He tried to overthrow the government.
01:15:00.500 Now, maybe you believe that, you know, I don't know.
01:15:02.760 I don't think so, but maybe you're right.
01:15:04.300 But even if all of that were true, it still would not justify lying to the public, changing
01:15:11.280 intelligence, weaponizing that intelligence and undermining due process.
01:15:16.040 Never.
01:15:16.600 Because you don't have, you have a dictatorship.
01:15:20.500 You have an out of control government.
01:15:22.440 You cannot become the things you despise to stop the things you despise.
01:15:28.020 Um, and if you think that they will do it just this time and not other times, they're
01:15:34.480 showing the pattern.
01:15:35.720 And if you think they won't do it to you, they always do.
01:15:38.680 This is a warning from history.
01:15:40.340 You know, when the, uh, in the Roman Republic at the very end, citizens were told that Julius
01:15:46.080 Caesar had to be stopped for the good of the Republic.
01:15:48.740 So emergency powers were all granted.
01:15:51.040 Rules were broken.
01:15:51.920 Exceptions were made.
01:15:52.900 And then when the threat was gone, the power remained.
01:15:58.220 It didn't go away.
01:15:59.880 All those exceptions, all those rules.
01:16:02.060 And they, there you have the fall of the Roman Republic.
01:16:06.480 Weimar Germany, both the left and the right, believe the other side was destroying
01:16:10.320 the country.
01:16:10.900 See if this sounds familiar.
01:16:11.960 So they violated every democratic norm they claim to defend.
01:16:17.500 And in that mutual rage, the middle collapsed.
01:16:21.640 And in that vacuum, Hitler rose.
01:16:25.660 And then they were in trouble.
01:16:27.080 Well, now half the country doesn't trust the elections.
01:16:29.960 The other half doesn't trust the dissent and both sides, the other, the both sides think
01:16:34.820 the other side is not just wrong, but evil.
01:16:37.040 This is one of the things that is coming out in these documents.
01:16:42.320 This is what the Russians were actually trying to do, to pit us against each other.
01:16:48.080 So we tear each other apart.
01:16:50.520 So what happens when truth no longer matters?
01:16:55.300 Only team matters.
01:16:57.260 Only punishment.
01:16:58.940 Well, I think you know.
01:17:02.000 When you read a headline that confirms your side is right, do you feel relief?
01:17:10.280 Do you feel, you know, glee that the other side is hurting?
01:17:16.760 Because if you feel the pleasure that the other side is hurting, you've already left the
01:17:21.900 republic.
01:17:22.280 And I know that's hard.
01:17:25.880 But I, I want to ask people who don't vote like me.
01:17:29.100 I'm not asking you to vote like me.
01:17:30.720 I'm not even asking you to believe me.
01:17:33.260 I'm asking you to care when any side, your side, my side, left, right, center uses power
01:17:40.500 dishonestly.
01:17:42.340 And separating from all the other times, I can agree with you.
01:17:47.800 Yep, this has been going on, both sides are doing, but unless we stop and say, this cannot
01:17:54.640 stand, we start fresh today, this cannot stand.
01:17:58.940 And I stand with you if Donald Trump or anybody on the right violates the constitution or violates
01:18:05.600 what our democracy is built on, I'm with you.
01:18:10.840 We cannot go back in time.
01:18:13.540 We have to, we can't change the, we can't worry about the future.
01:18:19.100 We can only take care of the now.
01:18:22.380 So what are we going to do right now?
01:18:25.300 Forget about the past, forget about the future.
01:18:28.600 What can we do that is right, right now?
01:18:33.340 Because once the story stops being about politics and starts being about us,
01:18:38.600 we can see the problems clearer.
01:18:46.760 But when the truth no longer matters, power doesn't need to ask our permission ever again.
01:18:54.760 And that's what we're all trying to avoid, isn't it?
01:18:57.200 So I would just ask, because honestly, I'm at a point in my life, and I think you're there too,
01:19:06.640 I don't trust anybody.
01:19:08.140 I don't trust anybody.
01:19:09.640 And, you know, so many people in the country would say, I don't trust you.
01:19:13.960 And I'm not asking for your trust.
01:19:16.360 I am just a guy like you trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
01:19:21.900 Now, I probably have more information than the average Joe, because I've done this now for 25 years or 30 years,
01:19:31.380 just investigating stuff.
01:19:33.820 I have a team that is well-trained, that looks into all these things, that we fight with each other
01:19:41.380 because we know what we want to believe.
01:19:43.480 And we're like, wait, stop it.
01:19:45.040 When somebody on the team is like, yeah, but this makes more sense.
01:19:48.200 Yes, but does the evidence say that, or does your gut say that?
01:19:54.540 And that's when I'll say, here's what my gut tells me.
01:19:58.120 I don't say this is the truth.
01:19:59.760 I say, here's what my gut tells me.
01:20:01.520 Something seems wrong, and here's what I think is happening.
01:20:05.160 That's not true.
01:20:06.760 That's speculation.
01:20:09.380 But when I can show you the facts, you've got to deal with the facts.
01:20:14.140 And nobody wants to deal this document.
01:20:17.560 In your lifetime, Stu, have you ever heard of a top, top, top, top secret document
01:20:23.840 where it could not be held digitally, and only five copies were made?
01:20:32.300 They were in the highest level security safe.
01:20:35.840 And only maybe a handful of people ever saw this document, and it was released relatively
01:20:45.060 in real time.
01:20:46.380 This is not something from 1960.
01:20:48.240 This is something from 2016.
01:20:52.280 Have you ever seen a document like that released?
01:20:55.080 Ever?
01:20:56.000 I mean, I think the whole point of it is we're not supposed to see those documents, right?
01:20:59.100 Yeah.
01:21:00.100 Yeah.
01:21:00.360 And this oversight investigation and referral was September 2020, when it actually was put
01:21:08.900 together.
01:21:09.380 But it was on the 2016 election.
01:21:11.820 Yeah.
01:21:12.100 So, I mean, it's really new in that context.
01:21:15.900 And how do you dismiss it without reading it?
01:21:19.180 That's what's going to happen.
01:21:20.640 Because I'm looking up at the news.
01:21:22.920 I'm not seeing anybody covering this.
01:21:26.360 I don't see the cable news companies covering this.
01:21:28.260 Fox probably has.
01:21:30.980 But I'm not seeing anything on MSNBC.
01:21:34.600 I'm not seeing anything on CNN.
01:21:36.660 They are doing what they did with the Hunter laptop.
01:21:42.540 They are doing what they did to the Hunter laptop story, as I am sure they were encouraged
01:21:50.760 to do this time by the same people that told them, you don't need to cover the Hunter laptop
01:21:56.740 story.
01:21:57.340 This is disinformation.
01:21:58.300 I can guarantee you.
01:22:00.840 No, I can't.
01:22:02.340 Most likely, it is exactly the same players that called about the Hunter laptop story that
01:22:10.260 is calling them and saying, there's nothing here.
01:22:12.600 And those players are the ones named in this document and these documents that have been released.
01:22:21.280 And yet, the press will continue to listen to them.
01:22:24.780 You must not.
01:22:25.780 You must not.
01:22:27.280 It doesn't mean you change your mind.
01:22:29.580 It just means you've at least opened your mind enough to read the document from another point of view and go, let me give this a fair shake.
01:22:41.300 I mean, I read Andy McCarthy stuff.
01:22:43.840 Andy McCarthy, who I really respect when he says, this is nothing.
01:22:48.900 OK, I took that on and said, OK, Andy, I respect Andy.
01:22:53.500 I know he knows what he's talking about.
01:22:55.420 What is his case?
01:22:57.620 I just think he's wrong on this.
01:22:59.920 And a lot of people think he's wrong on this.
01:23:03.020 You know, I listen to Matt Taibbi.
01:23:07.140 He is one of the best reporters out there.
01:23:09.440 He has done so much.
01:23:12.300 He was also a Democrat.
01:23:15.360 And he's like, I think I might be on the wrong side because of what the Democrats are doing.
01:23:20.220 It didn't change his policy once.
01:23:22.560 It was like, I can't stand with people who I think are very, very dishonest.
01:23:30.700 So watch tonight.
01:23:31.940 The chalkboards are coming out in full force tonight to explain this whole timeline in a way that I don't think anybody has really explained it.
01:23:38.440 It all makes sense to you tonight.
01:23:40.160 Nine o'clock only on Blaze TV.
01:23:42.640 Also, I guess you can get it on my YouTube channel, YouTube dot com slash Glenn Beck.
01:23:47.600 Don't miss it.
01:23:48.500 The Wednesday night special, 9 p.m.
01:23:52.800 Eastern, 8 p.m.
01:23:54.500 Central.
01:23:55.240 All right.
01:23:56.180 Let me tell you about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
01:23:59.700 Everyone has a line.
01:24:00.900 The point where you just can't scroll past.
01:24:02.960 You look away or move on.
01:24:04.660 For some, it's the image of a mom huddled in a dark basement, holding her child as bombs fall outside.
01:24:10.260 For others, it's the elderly man in Jerusalem, too frail to flee, sitting in silence with no food, no water, nowhere to go.
01:24:16.880 Wherever your line is, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is probably at that line, addressing it on the ground right now.
01:24:24.320 For over 40 years, this organization has been a lifeline to the most vulnerable people in Israel.
01:24:29.700 Holocaust survivors, refugees, orphans, families living in war zones.
01:24:33.560 They're there with food, warm clothes, heaters, medicine, whatever is needed, whatever is needed right now.
01:24:40.300 And they do a great job of it.
01:24:42.420 And they can bring the love of Christians for Jews because of people like you.
01:24:47.460 Will you make a gift?
01:24:49.140 No matter how small, it's not just charity.
01:24:51.100 It is action.
01:24:52.020 It is a statement of solidarity.
01:24:53.740 It is a statement of who you believe and who you serve.

01:25:11.240 What you're hearing are your thoughts via the mind and mouth of Glenn Beck.
01:25:22.480 More next.
01:25:34.680 You apply for a home equity loan expecting a quick approval, but the bank says something's wrong.
01:25:40.140 According to their records, you don't even own your home.
01:25:43.260 And that's how most people find out they've been hit with home title theft.
01:25:47.140 This is a popular scam because it's easy and the rewards are big if you're a criminal.
01:25:51.980 They use AI tools to copy your signature and fake a notary stamp and submit forged paperwork to your county clerk.
01:25:58.980 It only takes a few bucks and no one really verifies the thing.
01:26:02.520 The county can process it like it's business as usual and you don't get a phone call, you don't get an alert, you get nothing.
01:26:07.160 Your home is something that's really important to you.
01:26:11.600 The title to that home is not something that you probably think about all that often, but if you don't have control over it, it's going to make your life a living hell.
01:26:19.540 These thieves can borrow against your equity.
01:26:21.200 They can take out huge loans.
01:26:22.300 They can vanish.
01:26:23.320 And you're left to clean up the mess.
01:26:24.740 And it gets worse.
01:26:26.060 Many people don't even know about this fraud until that moment we talked about at the beginning of this.
01:26:31.500 It's like, holy crap, what's going on?
01:26:34.160 That's where Home Title Lock comes in.
01:26:35.880 They get a free home title history report to see if your title has already been targeted.
01:26:39.860 Are you already a victim of this?
01:26:41.320 Then they lock it down with million dollar triple lock protection.
01:26:44.240 It means 24-hour monitoring.
01:26:46.440 It means instant alerts.
01:26:47.740 It means legal support up to a million dollars if fraud does somehow happen.
01:26:51.900 We know AI is changing the world, but you don't have to let it change the name on your home's title.

01:27:31.520 Welcome to the Glenn Beck program.
01:27:35.160 It's Wednesday, our Wednesday night special you do not want to miss today.
01:27:40.200 Don't miss it at 9 o'clock tonight.
01:27:42.440 We have David Barton coming up in just a second.
01:27:44.840 A guest was on the Joe Rogan show, you know, called him, you know, all kinds of names.
01:27:49.260 And, you know, a deeply discredited, self-taught historian.
01:27:54.920 I love it.
01:27:55.360 If you don't have the credentials, you haven't gone through the right university, even though David has, I believe, his doctorate in education.
01:28:03.660 But if you don't have the right university or, worse yet, you disagree with the universities today, you're suddenly a hack.
01:28:13.800 David has the documents to back it up.
01:28:16.260 And it's all about the Ten Commandments.
01:28:20.460 We'll talk about that next.
01:28:23.160 This is Glenn Beck.
01:28:25.700 We have David Barton in for in just a second.
01:28:27.980 Can't wait to talk to him about the Ten Commandments.
01:28:30.140 But first, let me tell you about Jace Medical.
01:28:32.200 In the middle of a crisis, the last thing you want to hear is, yeah, sorry, we're out of that.
01:28:36.120 When the medication supply chains break down, whether from a natural disaster, a geopolitical shock, or just, you know, bureaucratic incompetence, that's what people hear.
01:28:45.160 Jace Medical is your backup plan, and you'll be glad you have made that backup plan.
01:28:49.440 They're going to send you a Jace case.
01:28:50.860 It's a customized supply of prescription emergency medications prescribed by real doctors and shipped directly to your door.
01:28:57.380 Now, not just antibiotics.
01:28:58.780 They also offer, now, long-term supplies of critical daily meds for blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and everything else.
01:29:07.240 You just fill out a simple form online, licensed doctor reviews it, and if you're approved, the meds are on their way.
01:29:12.920 No lines, no hassles, no, sorry, we're out.
01:29:15.760 Because in an emergency, that's the last thing you should be running out of is the life-saving medications that you need.
01:29:21.640 So, go to jace.com, J-A-S-E dot com, enter the promo code BECK at checkout for a discount on your order.
01:29:27.400 That's promo code BECK at J-A-S-E dot com.

01:29:37.680 J-A-S-E dot com.
01:29:39.380 J-A-S-E dot com.
01:29:40.240 We'll be right back.
01:30:10.240 The shadows hide, feel the dark on every side, stand your ground when times get dark, gotta face the dark and embrace the fire.
01:30:21.400 The fusion of entertainment and enlightenment.
01:30:25.600 This is the Glenn Beck Program.
01:30:30.960 Welcome to the program.
01:30:32.400 You know, a couple of weeks ago, maybe it was last week, I did a monologue on the Ten Commandments and how important the Ten Commandments are.
01:30:41.600 They are the basic building block of our civilization.
01:30:44.660 And if you don't have to be religious to believe the Ten Commandments, and I broke it down in non-religious terms, what each of them mean to a civilization.
01:30:55.440 And if you reject them, well, then you start to dismantle that civilization, especially if your civilization was built on the original lawgiver, Moses and the Ten Commandments, which we were.
01:31:07.360 Like it or not, sorry, that is our stock.
01:31:12.640 David Barton has been testifying in front of state houses.
01:31:17.800 And now Texas and Arkansas now are required by law, largely because of the work he's done, to have the Ten Commandments posted in every school classroom.
01:31:31.560 Now, the state doesn't provide it.
01:31:34.780 You have to provide it.
01:31:36.680 So if, and it's very specific, what it, the measurements and everything else.
01:31:40.700 And so we have gotten together and we've printed a bunch of these.
01:31:44.720 There are 350,000 classrooms just in those two states.
01:31:48.800 And we're asking people to go to restoringamericanschools.com for a dollar a piece.
01:31:55.220 For $30, you can cover 30 classrooms.
01:31:58.900 And you adopt a school, you send it, and they must be posted in the classroom in those two states.
01:32:05.120 David has some information that there might be a third state joining very, very soon.
01:32:09.780 This is, we're just at the beginning of doing the repair that has to be done to our classrooms.
01:32:16.340 And you start with the Ten Commandments.
01:32:18.800 Now, David has gotten a lot of heat and been, oh, so wildly discredited, like, every Tuesday, every Wednesday.
01:32:26.360 They go after David Barton.
01:32:28.380 But I decided to let him make the case why the Ten Commandments are so important.
01:32:34.980 He joins me in 60 seconds.
01:32:36.580 First, let me tell you about Lear Capital.
01:32:38.380 Imagine you're in a rowboat.
01:32:39.560 The sky's turning dark.
01:32:41.020 The winds are picking up.
01:32:42.400 And you can see the storm coming fast.
01:32:44.740 Now, you might be a great rowboat pilot, but I'm sure you are.
01:32:51.660 But the storm doesn't care how good you are.
01:32:53.560 It's going to take you off course no matter what and maybe even sink you.
01:32:57.420 And sometimes it's just smart to drop anchor and ride it out.
01:33:00.740 But that is what physical gold does.
01:33:03.620 It drops your anchor, okay, until the storm is passed.
01:33:06.780 Our economy is not exactly a picture of stability right now.
01:33:10.200 And with inflation, debt, election uncertainty, global conflict, so many people have their entire retirement tied up in paper.
01:33:19.680 Please don't be one of those people.
01:33:21.160 Lear Capital will help you add physical gold or silver to your portfolio.
01:33:26.260 Actual metal.
01:33:27.240 It's easy to hold.
01:33:29.160 It's a way to protect your purchasing power, to preserve your wealth, and to bring a little sanity back into an otherwise very volatile and crazy world.
01:33:36.500 So I want you to call Lear Capital today at 800-957-GOLD, 800-957-GOLD.
01:33:41.620 Get your free $4,200 gold report, which I remember a year ago I said that and I thought, wow, $4,200 gold, that's never going to happen.
01:33:48.100 We're $3,400 now.
01:33:50.560 Ask about getting $15,000 in free gold or silver with a qualifying purchase.
01:33:54.820 It's Lear Capital, 800-957-GOLD.
01:33:57.600 David, welcome.
01:33:59.600 Hey, Glenn.
01:34:00.080 Good to be with you.
01:34:00.680 Good to be with you.
01:34:01.280 Okay, so you were speaking in front of the House here in Texas, and there was one representative Democrat who is, some people say, is going to be the reason if Texas ever goes blue, it'll be because of this guy.
01:34:19.340 And he was just arguing that you are just a religious zealot and that you don't know what you're talking about.
01:34:25.080 You're just trying to indoctrinate our children into your religion by having the Ten Commandments posted in classrooms.
01:34:32.880 You know, that's a great way to get off the subject is to start attacking personalities, which is what they do, because they can't win on the subject matter itself.
01:34:41.080 And it's James Talaferos who you're talking about.
01:34:43.380 So he said this is unconstitutional and un-American.
01:34:47.440 Two things.
01:34:49.540 Un-American, sorry, the very first textbook ever used in American schools has 40 questions for first graders on the Ten Commandments, and that was used all the way through the 1930s.
01:35:01.060 So we're talking two and a half centuries of Ten Commandments in first grade classrooms, and it's un-American?
01:35:08.040 I don't think so.
01:35:09.520 And by the way, here is that little book.
01:35:11.680 This is the 1777 version.
01:35:14.300 And it went all the way to 1930s.
01:35:16.020 1930s, yeah.
01:35:17.620 That's strange.
01:35:18.400 That's a progressive era, isn't that strange?
01:35:20.160 Yeah, it's strange.
01:35:21.480 So the questions there start with like 41.
01:35:23.800 Question 41, you go up through question 80.
01:35:26.260 Preface to the Ten Commandments is, in their words, I am the Lord thy God, which is brought thou out of the land of Egypt and out of the land of bondage.
01:35:40.540 What did the preface to that commandment teach us?
01:35:43.760 This is first grade.
01:35:45.100 This is first grade.
01:35:46.020 This is first grade for a couple of centuries.
01:35:48.620 Stu, answer the first grader question.
01:35:50.840 So that one –
01:35:52.200 What did the preface teach you?
01:35:53.880 Come on.
01:35:54.680 Come on, first grader.
01:35:55.660 So much.
01:35:57.780 So many things.
01:35:58.540 That's crazy.
01:35:59.300 Well, here's your next one.
01:36:01.160 That's McGuffey's readers.
01:36:02.660 120 million sold across two and a half centuries.
01:36:06.580 Ten Commandments and McGuffey's readers.
01:36:08.060 This is the second reader.
01:36:08.980 So now we're in second grade, and we're having the Ten Commandments taught there.
01:36:12.280 Do you have it marked in there?
01:36:12.720 I don't have it marked in there.
01:36:14.060 All right.
01:36:14.300 But it's the same kind of stuff.
01:36:15.320 It's the same thing.
01:36:15.980 It's all the way through.
01:36:17.340 And so book after book after book.
01:36:18.980 And here is a –
01:36:19.740 But wait.
01:36:20.120 Did they have to memorize the date the Ten Commandments were found?
01:36:23.020 Yeah, exactly.
01:36:25.820 Memorize this date on the Ten Commandments.
01:36:28.300 Forget about the Ten Commandments, but it was found on this date.
01:36:32.880 Gosh.
01:36:33.640 We used to get the core things right.
01:36:35.820 I know.
01:36:36.260 I know.
01:36:36.720 That's why we taught it for school.
01:36:38.080 So to say it's un-American, sorry, that doesn't hold up.
01:36:41.920 Unconstitutional, you know, we had that debate with him that night in the legislature,
01:36:46.100 and it clearly is the opposite direction.
01:36:48.140 The Supreme Court came back and said, look, we went through 50 years of getting things
01:36:52.640 wrong on religion.
01:36:53.660 We're back to what they call the history and tradition test.
01:36:56.600 If you can show something that's historical and traditional, the court said, we're going
01:37:00.160 to assume that it's constitutional.
01:37:02.220 There's not many things you can show to be more traditional and historical than Ten
01:37:06.140 Commandments.
01:37:06.520 And that honestly makes sense because the guys who wrote the Constitution –
01:37:10.500 That's right.
01:37:10.860 You know what I mean?
01:37:11.840 They, for generations, were putting this into their classrooms.
01:37:16.140 That's right.
01:37:16.380 They were teaching this.
01:37:17.460 I think it's so important to not look at this as a religious document.
01:37:23.180 I mean, it is, but not to look at this as a religious document, but just as a document
01:37:27.900 of society.
01:37:30.700 If you don't have, you know, thou shall not have other gods before me, that means, you
01:37:38.300 know, that could be your car.
01:37:39.360 That could be your job.
01:37:40.340 That means don't worship anything except for a real – truth.
01:37:49.320 You know what I mean?
01:37:50.340 Yeah.
01:37:50.660 Truth.
01:37:51.660 Don't worship, you know, people or anything else.
01:37:56.560 That's a good safety tip.
01:37:58.040 It's good and it is interesting even looking back at Founding Father South when they talked
01:38:03.440 about the Ten Commandments as the basis of our culture.
01:38:05.960 And you have to have a common morality for any nation to exist.
01:38:09.500 And so here's one from John Adams.
01:38:11.200 He says, if thou shall not covet and thou shall not steal to the Ten Commandments, were not
01:38:16.560 the commandments of heaven, they must be made the inviolable precepts in every society before
01:38:21.940 it can be civilized or made free.
01:38:23.920 If you don't live by these precepts, you can't be a free society.
01:38:26.920 And so we have that from so many Founding Fathers, James Wilson.
01:38:29.900 And you know what?
01:38:30.760 We see this now.
01:38:32.000 Thou shall not covet.
01:38:33.520 That means don't say, look at those rich people over there.
01:38:37.260 Look what they have.
01:38:38.560 Take it.
01:38:39.760 That's what this stops.
01:38:41.740 Well, it stops a lot more.
01:38:43.240 We actually have 300 court cases that cite the Ten Commandments as the reason for our
01:38:47.940 laws.
01:38:48.800 And the one you just said, don't covet, that was actually cited by federal courts as the
01:38:53.580 reason the takings clause was put in the Constitution.
01:38:56.600 The taking, you can't take.
01:38:57.820 Which means you can't just take it without.
01:38:58.960 You can't take it without paying for it.
01:39:00.080 Without paying for it.
01:39:00.640 Because that's all based on, I covet that.
01:39:02.480 I want that.
01:39:02.880 I'm going to take that.
01:39:03.920 Even the government can't take it unless it pays for it.
01:39:06.480 And so the government's to be bound by the Ten Commandments as well.
01:39:09.040 And you have court case after court case saying that?
01:39:11.040 Oh, yeah.
01:39:11.660 We have.
01:39:11.920 Quoting it.
01:39:12.300 And just kind of quick things.
01:39:14.780 Here's 300 court cases.
01:39:16.640 But California, this is a court in California, the laws against defamation come out of the
01:39:21.020 Ten Commandments.
01:39:22.240 Here's a court in West Virginia, the laws against election fraud are based on the Ten Commandments.
01:39:27.700 How?
01:39:28.520 Because you're stealing.
01:39:29.980 You're stealing some, you're not supposed to steal and you're taking somebody else's votes.
01:39:33.600 And so you're not supposed to be stealing and you're stealing.
01:39:35.900 And that's what election fraud is, is stealing.
01:39:37.500 Then you have the takings clause.
01:39:42.780 We talked about that one.
01:39:44.060 Here's one in Florida, white collar crime.
01:39:46.100 They say the laws against white collar crime and embezzlement.
01:39:49.600 Is that stealing again?
01:39:50.720 Stealing.
01:39:51.440 And they even say the modern forms of cattle rustling are laws against cattle rustling on the books about stealing.
01:39:58.040 So there's so, I mean, 300 court cases cite the Ten Commandments and somehow we're not going to let kids see what's been cited over 300 times in the courts as the basis of our laws.
01:40:08.200 He said to you that this was idolatrous, exclusionary, and arrogant, and he referenced Matthew 6, 5, which, if I'm not mistaken, Matthew 6, 5 is like, hey, when you pray, pray in your closet.
01:40:26.060 You know, keep it on the down low.
01:40:27.520 You don't want to point.
01:40:28.140 So how does Matthew 6, 5 apply to putting the Ten Commandments in your classroom?
01:40:35.380 Well, let's go back to the first part, too, because it's idolatrous.
01:40:41.960 This is back to are you smarter than the first grader?
01:40:44.180 Remember that book you had a minute ago?
01:40:45.880 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:40:46.400 So the first grade, it points out that the first and second commandment prohibit idolatry.
01:40:53.280 Yes.
01:40:53.480 So how is the Ten Commandments idolatrous if it prohibits idolatry?
01:40:57.240 I mean, that's kind of –
01:40:58.420 Well, maybe because you're making a graven image of these things.
01:41:01.840 I don't know.
01:41:02.760 I mean –
01:41:02.920 Yeah, who knows what progressive thinking is because it's not logical.
01:41:07.180 But within that framework, it clearly is – all right, let's take the thing you just mentioned.
01:41:13.340 Go into your closet to pray.
01:41:15.400 How come Jesus prayed so often in the open and did miracles in the open and did his teachings in the open?
01:41:20.720 Because it's all about motives.
01:41:22.060 Don't pray to be seen.
01:41:24.900 And Jesus didn't do what he did to be seen, but he was not private in what he did.
01:41:29.040 His whole ministry was public.
01:41:31.140 And you can't – you know, you could say the same thing about, you know, their religion of progressivism.
01:41:39.140 You know, why do they do that?
01:41:41.020 It's not because they're, you know, doing anything other than they believe that you have to teach these things.
01:41:49.100 You have to teach them.
01:41:51.280 So, kids, you know, these ideas are not just passed on naturally.
01:41:58.380 You have to teach the right things or teach the wrong things.
01:42:03.100 But that comes from teaching.
01:42:06.200 You can't just hide these and expect the society just to get it.
01:42:10.660 Oh, you can't.
01:42:11.700 And I think it's interesting that, you know, as Tyler Farrow was quoting that one verse from Jesus, in Matthew 19, Jesus told the civil ruler, the rich young ruler, to keep the commandments.
01:42:23.260 So, there's an instruction to the civil area, keep the commandments.
01:42:26.880 And so, that came from Jesus.
01:42:27.980 And so, where Tyler Farrow tries to say religion is on one side and government's on the other and two should never meet, if you're going to – and he gets into something where he talks about you need parental consent for this kind of stuff.
01:42:38.800 So, my question is, do we need parental consent to read George Washington's farewell address because it's pretty religious?
01:42:44.100 Do we need parental consent to read the Mayflower Compact because it's pretty religious?
01:42:48.620 Do we need parental consent to do Patrick Henry's give me liberty, give me death speech because it's really religious?
01:42:54.480 How about Franklin's speech at the convention, really religious?
01:42:57.440 This is crazy stuff.
01:42:59.560 This is why communists always snuff out the religion first.
01:43:03.900 Communists and fascists snuff the religion out because those are the people that will stand for principle.
01:43:10.560 That's right.
01:43:11.040 Because they believe it comes from God, a higher purpose, and they have a responsibility.
01:43:17.020 And you can do what you want to them, but a lot of them end up standing and saying, you're going to have to kill me because I know who I serve.
01:43:24.800 You know, even the story you were covering earlier with all the stuff that's come out now about what was happening in Russia, I'm going to go back to the Ten Commandments on that.
01:43:34.740 Because if you're God conscious, it changes your behavior.
01:43:37.960 It does.
01:43:38.300 You and I know that we're going to stand before God and answer for what we do, and we're not going to do the stuff that they did because it doesn't matter what the FBI gets us.
01:43:46.080 It's God that's going to get us on that.
01:43:47.740 And so it changes behavior.
01:43:49.320 And you have a much more civilized nation when you have that.
01:43:52.420 It's interesting that in the time frame when we're teaching the Ten Commandments for all those centuries, if you go back to New York, and James Kent, founding father, he was in charge of the courts of New York.
01:44:02.700 He talks about how just disappointed he was on how much crime was in New York.
01:44:09.800 Over a 16-year period, they had eight murders.
01:44:12.520 Over a 16-year period, that's a murder every other year.
01:44:14.900 And that's a crime wave back then?
01:44:16.940 You know, think about how different the culture was.
01:44:20.700 Man, you get 16 murders in a weekend easy on one street corner pretty much in New York City.
01:44:25.440 And it's so different.
01:44:27.340 And that God consciousness makes a real difference in people's behavior.
01:44:31.900 We're seeing it happen.
01:44:32.420 The farther we get from God, the more hollowed out our children have become.
01:44:37.440 That's right.
01:44:38.380 There's no purpose in life.
01:44:40.280 If you take away God, you really take away purpose.
01:44:43.820 And you can fill it with, I've got to save the planet, you know, but that all rings hollow.
01:44:49.180 That all rings hollow.
01:44:50.960 All right, back with David Barton here in just a second.
01:44:53.620 Let me tell you about the Berna Launcher.
01:44:55.040 Somewhere between doing nothing and, you know, using a firearm, there is a third option people don't know really exists.
01:45:01.260 It's called the Berna Launcher, and it might be the most important tool you never knew you needed.
01:45:05.260 It's not a gun, but it's also not a toy.
01:45:07.440 It does not require a permit because it's non-lethal.
01:45:13.820 Who is, you know, approaching your wife at a gas station, it'll put them down on the ground for 45 minutes.
01:45:19.940 That launcher fires high-speed pepper or tear gas rounds, and it stops an attacker for 45 minutes dead in their tracks without taking their life, without you going to jail, without second-guessing yourself for years after.
01:45:33.080 It is a perfect solution for people who want to stay safe without crossing the line they might regret.
01:45:38.780 And it's legal in all 50 states, which means you can protect yourself and your family with no background check, no paperwork, and no waiting.
01:45:46.300 Right now, I want you to go to Berna.com, B-Y-R-N-A.com.
01:45:49.600 Get yours today or use a retail store locator to find the nearest location offering live demonstrations, including select sportsman's warehouse stores, Berna retail stores, and authorized premier dealers.
01:46:00.520 That's Berna, B-Y-R-N-A.com.
01:46:02.960 Go there now.
01:46:03.840 Ten seconds and back with you.
01:46:16.660 So, what's his name, Tallarico?
01:46:20.240 James Tallarico.
01:46:21.120 Yeah, Tallarico.
01:46:21.720 The Texas representative that you were up against in the Texas House, and by the way, he lost, and the argument for the Ten Commandments won in Texas.
01:46:33.120 Now, it is required to be posted as long as the public provides the Ten Commandments, and it has to be done in a certain way, certain size, etc., etc.
01:46:41.680 They have to be posted if the public presents the Ten Commandments in the way the law directs.
01:46:48.520 So, we have – there's a whole group of groups that are working towards this.
01:46:54.440 We've put together the Ten Commandments exactly as the law outlines, and you can get them.
01:47:01.360 Right now, all you have to do is just go to the website.
01:47:04.660 It's restoringamericanschools.com, restoringamericanschools.com.
01:47:09.240 Right now, there are 350,000 schools in the two states that have already passed this.
01:47:13.860 This is Texas and Arkansas, and you said –
01:47:16.960 And Louisiana's already passed it a year or two ago, and now it looks like last night, Kentucky is coming online with this.
01:47:23.680 So, Louisiana, why are they not included?
01:47:26.360 They have a different poster size required by their law.
01:47:29.160 So, Texas and Arkansas passed the same law, essentially.
01:47:32.540 It requires a 16-20 poster, which is what you get for a frame at Hobby Lobby, Walmart, whatever.
01:47:37.780 So, each one is different in how it goes at it.
01:47:41.300 The Ten Commandments in Kentucky, actually, this is what led to the Supreme Court that took the Ten Commandments down out of Kentucky.
01:47:48.480 So, they're going back up with what the Supreme Court took down.
01:47:50.840 And this – is this from that – when is this from?
01:47:52.800 This is 1980, Supreme Court.
01:47:54.720 This went up in 1979 in Kentucky, and the court took it down in 1980.
01:47:58.200 So, this is what led to the whole Ten Commandments thing in the Supreme Court, which the court has now backtracked from and said history and tradition.
01:48:06.740 But that's what was in Kentucky.
01:48:09.740 And going back in soon, hopefully.
01:48:11.860 Hopefully soon.
01:48:12.720 When will we know that?
01:48:13.880 The Attorney General has ruled that it's fine to start displaying it now.
01:48:17.320 So, we'll see what they do in Kentucky, how they're going to navigate that.
01:48:20.200 But there's 23 states that have laws to put the Ten Commandments back up that are in some form or process along the way.
01:48:26.860 So, we think over the next session or two, we'll see a bunch of states do this.
01:48:30.420 So, David, why can you object to a rainbow flag and not the Ten Commandments?
01:48:37.640 Why is the Ten Commandments okay, but a rainbow flag is?
01:48:40.880 Again, you go back to the Supreme Court, history and tradition.
01:48:43.940 What's the history and tradition and rainbow flag?
01:48:46.340 Well –
01:48:46.540 Noah.
01:48:47.200 Noah.
01:48:47.600 That's right.
01:48:48.420 And it's not what it means now.
01:48:50.300 So, you're really looking at the whole sex ed thing.
01:48:54.400 You know, Tallarico makes a thing about sex ed and parental consent.
01:48:58.140 No, that's introduced in the 1970s.
01:49:00.000 That's progressive stuff.
01:49:01.120 The other was introduced in the 70s as well, but it was the 1770s.
01:49:04.660 And so, there's a big difference in history and tradition with one against the other.
01:49:08.580 He also said, well, this – I mean, you're not respecting differences.
01:49:13.320 You're saying this is an endorsement of a religion.
01:49:15.860 What about those who have different beliefs?
01:49:17.600 Yeah, those who have different beliefs need to have the same common moral value system or they'll find themselves trouble for stealing or killing or all the things the Ten Commandments say not to do.
01:49:27.620 We enforce that value system in our laws.
01:49:29.880 Again, 300 court cases on the Ten Commandments.
01:49:32.640 That's embedded in the laws.
01:49:34.440 What these guys are doing progressively is not embedded.
01:49:36.980 Now, they would love to have it embedded in the law, but it's just not the history and tradition.
01:49:40.480 And that's what makes the difference on this.
01:49:42.460 And, you know, even for eighth-grade trips, they take eighth-grade trips to Washington, D.C., schools do.
01:49:49.200 I guess they're going to have to cancel that because they go see the Supreme Court.
01:49:52.940 And I've stood in the Supreme Court, and I've counted more than 53 depictions of the Ten Commandments in the U.S. Supreme Court.
01:49:58.280 Oh, I know.
01:49:58.940 Do we have to have parental commission for that?
01:50:00.840 I know.
01:50:01.460 And then go out the door and go left and go to the Library of Congress.
01:50:05.240 There's Ten Commandments there.
01:50:06.300 And go across the street to the House Chamber.
01:50:08.080 There's Ten Commandments there.
01:50:09.240 You go to the Senate, and Moses is right above the Senate chair.
01:50:12.960 I mean, all over D.C.
01:50:15.000 I know.
01:50:15.440 I know.
01:50:15.780 It's just historical and traditional.
01:50:17.760 David, I cannot thank you enough for what you and Wall Builders does.
01:50:21.340 If you want to support a really good cause, go to wallbuilders.com and lend your support.
01:50:29.660 David's library is unbelievable, and they are constantly on the road, constantly teaching, helping laws like this get passed.
01:50:41.660 Go to wallbuilders.com.
01:50:43.360 Make a donation if you can.
01:50:45.080 Also, if you want to get involved in this, go to restoringamericanschools.com.
01:50:49.400 Restoring American Schools.
01:50:51.360 Oh, sorry.
01:50:51.940 Restore American Schools.
01:50:54.460 Restore American Schools.com.
01:50:55.580 Restoreamericanschools.com.
01:50:57.380 And, David, as always, God bless you.
01:50:59.840 Thank you.
01:51:00.340 Good to be with you, bro.
01:51:03.580 This is Glenn Beck.
01:51:06.860 I want to imagine, just for a second, that you live in a fairy tale.
01:51:10.420 You've got a gingerbread, you know, house, a cottage in the woods, and surrounded by a babbling brook.
01:51:14.580 And, you know, in the brook is orange soda and a fence made out of candy cigarettes.
01:51:18.660 You get the idea.
01:51:19.260 Anyway, twice a year, like clockwork, you have to scale the rickety old ladder and scoop out the leafy gunk with your own bare hands, you know, cleaning your gutters.
01:51:30.100 And it stinks.
01:51:30.980 And it's, I mean, that's the real world.
01:51:33.680 I mean, unless you had to go up and you got, like, I don't know, gummy bears out of the gutters, then I'm interested.
01:51:39.380 Otherwise, I don't want to be on a ladder, you know, cleaning out the leaf buildup.
01:51:44.800 And if you don't, it is really a problem for your foundation and for your house.
01:51:49.080 Luckily, there is leaf filter, stainless steel micro mesh that keeps out the leaves, the pine cone needles, even the roof grit.
01:51:55.760 It attaches to your existing gutters.
01:51:57.460 And once it's installed, you never have to clean them again.
01:52:00.560 You can just start eating the house.
01:52:02.300 Don't spend your summer worrying about gutters.

01:52:19.420 Do it now.
01:52:20.920 A top secret 2020 house intel report has been revealed just a couple of hours ago.
01:52:25.740 Where can you find it?
01:52:26.860 glennbeck.com.
01:52:27.980 Check it out.
01:52:28.380 glennbeck.com.
01:52:32.300 Welcome to the Glenn Beck Program.
01:52:53.080 So I'm just looking at this book.
01:52:56.440 This was originally published, I don't know, back in, I think, the 1800s.
01:53:02.040 And this is for elementary school.
01:53:04.620 Catechism on the Constitution.
01:53:06.660 I don't think I could answer these questions, okay?
01:53:09.820 And I know put on the spot, like I'm about to do to you, I, of course, would be able to answer all of them.
01:53:16.700 You're going to make me look like an idiot.
01:53:18.060 No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
01:53:19.240 Because honestly, when you're like, when you're put on the spot, it's so hard to do.
01:53:25.700 But that's the way, this was the test for like eighth grade.
01:53:29.960 And you had to answer the question in full.
01:53:33.800 I never argued I've been, I'm up to an eighth grade level at anything.
01:53:36.680 No, I know, I know, I know, I know.
01:53:37.920 So let's be clear.
01:53:39.760 So, I mean, it is, let me see, it's about the president and his powers.
01:53:48.820 Oh, jeez.
01:53:49.680 Does the president, what powers does the president have?
01:53:55.400 Oh, shoot, now I just lost it.
01:53:57.020 I mean, I thought these would be hard questions.
01:53:58.220 I can't even use the, I can't even figure out how to use the damn book.
01:54:01.220 Yeah, I thought the questions would be hard.
01:54:02.420 I didn't think reading them would be hard, though.
01:54:04.380 Shut up.
01:54:05.200 That's surprising.
01:54:05.940 Just shut up.
01:54:08.860 I'm about to look like an idiot.
01:54:10.020 I'm allowed to make fun of you for a couple of minutes.
01:54:11.620 Yeah.
01:54:12.660 Let's see.
01:54:14.100 I can't find it now.
01:54:15.480 What is the amount of the president's salary?
01:54:18.160 That is the sum of money paid to him by the United States every year.
01:54:23.000 One dollar.
01:54:24.340 No.
01:54:25.220 Well.
01:54:25.380 That's what Donald Trump took.
01:54:26.500 That's what Donald Trump does.
01:54:27.200 There we go.
01:54:27.900 Oh, I nailed it.
01:54:28.860 But it is fixed currently at $400,000 every year.
01:54:33.520 Well, that book couldn't have been produced back in the 1700s.
01:54:39.100 No, no, no.
01:54:39.620 This is an updated version.
01:54:41.180 May he receive any other money from the United States or from any one state?
01:54:47.860 Wait, that was a question?
01:54:49.220 What was it again?
01:54:49.680 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
01:54:49.980 May he receive any other money from the United States or from any one state?
01:54:56.020 I'm going to go with no.
01:54:56.840 Only for the by the United States for certain expenses.
01:55:01.000 He is expressly forbidden to receive any other sum of money from the United States or any
01:55:06.360 state during his presidency.
01:55:07.580 I give myself a checkmark on that one.
01:55:09.100 Why?
01:55:09.540 I do, too.
01:55:10.080 Why?
01:55:10.300 Well, I mean, I think the kind of standard reason would be because we don't want him
01:55:19.360 being bought off by some of the states, which probably would happen.
01:55:22.860 That's good.
01:55:23.200 Okay.
01:55:23.840 Okay.
01:55:24.220 Lest any state allow him money, he might be led to favor that state more than others.
01:55:29.100 Come on.
01:55:30.180 And listen to this.
01:55:30.880 If he was offered to receive other sums from the United States, he might, listen to this,
01:55:36.360 he might amass so much money as should make him a dangerous citizen to a free country.
01:55:43.100 That's an interesting statement.
01:55:44.460 Really interesting.
01:55:45.300 Almost all of our presidents have that much money now.
01:55:47.380 Does a president take any oath before he enters office?
01:55:52.000 Yes.
01:55:52.780 What is an oath?
01:55:55.940 A heartfelt promise.
01:55:59.060 Okay.
01:55:59.480 A solemn calling upon God who knows the hearts of all men who will call every man into account
01:56:05.920 for the conduct of this world to bear false witness that a man stays true or that he promises
01:56:11.980 that he means to perform.
01:56:14.400 What is the president's oath of office?
01:56:16.480 Because, you know, this one, um, I'm sure, I sure do.
01:56:20.920 And that's why it's like, it's like a gimme putt.
01:56:23.160 There's no reason for me to actually tap it.
01:56:25.540 I Ronald Reagan.
01:56:26.240 Do you solemnly swear?
01:56:27.380 Yes.
01:56:28.360 Uh, to uphold.
01:56:29.480 I will faithfully execute it.
01:56:32.900 Yes.
01:56:33.160 Uh, and uphold.
01:56:34.500 Nope.
01:56:34.920 There's no execute.
01:56:35.920 No, there's no upholding.
01:56:36.980 No, no upholding the constitution.
01:56:38.600 No, no, no.
01:56:39.540 I shall faithfully execute the office of president of the United States and will to the best of
01:56:44.960 my ability, preserve, preserve, protect, protect, and defend the constitution of the United
01:56:51.620 States.
01:56:52.140 Right.
01:56:52.880 But they always end it with.
01:56:57.180 So, so help me God.
01:56:58.700 So help me God.
01:56:59.700 Is that part of the oath?
01:57:03.280 So help me God.
01:57:04.080 I'm going to, I mean, I'm trying to piece this together really through context, which
01:57:10.040 is, you know, David Barton was just in here.
01:57:12.580 I'm going to go.
01:57:12.940 Yes.
01:57:14.100 And no, it was actually added by George Washington.
01:57:18.340 He read the oath and then he said, so help me God.
01:57:20.700 And now every president since has said that.
01:57:24.680 Washington did it.
01:57:25.600 It counts.
01:57:26.340 What powers belong to the president?
01:57:28.560 Um, this shows you how dumb we really are.
01:57:35.160 You're listening to this for information.
01:57:37.160 You're a dummy.
01:57:38.420 Cause look at us.
01:57:39.580 Uh, the power to spy on your enemies during a campaign.
01:57:42.120 That's not in there.
01:57:43.280 That's the first one.
01:57:44.060 No, no, no.
01:57:44.800 Are you sure?
01:57:45.420 Yeah.
01:57:45.960 Come on.
01:57:46.440 He's number one power to rename sports franchises.
01:57:49.160 No.
01:57:49.360 Well, no.
01:57:49.900 Okay.
01:57:50.120 No.
01:57:51.500 Commander in chief of both the army and Navy, every officer of both and highest to the
01:57:56.660 lowest is obliged to obey his orders.
01:57:59.700 Right.
01:58:00.140 Are the officers of the militia obliged to obey them?
01:58:06.800 I heard.
01:58:07.200 Is that a question?
01:58:07.700 I'm sorry.
01:58:08.060 Did you ask?
01:58:08.600 Yeah.
01:58:08.900 Our officers, let's not make it militia.
01:58:11.200 They are the officers of the national guard obliged to obey.
01:58:15.680 Yeah.
01:58:16.200 Yes.
01:58:16.620 Whenever the militia is called out in service of the United States or at other times,
01:58:20.560 they're under the command of the governors of their own states.
01:58:23.820 Does he have any other powers?
01:58:26.660 Yes.
01:58:27.600 What are they?
01:58:28.600 He sure does.
01:58:29.400 Give me one.
01:58:30.440 Give me one.
01:58:30.980 Powers of the president of the United States.
01:58:33.160 Yeah.
01:58:33.280 Outside of just commander in chief.
01:58:35.440 Uh-huh.
01:58:37.740 He gets to write unending executive orders.
01:58:40.620 No.
01:58:41.020 It's not in there.
01:58:41.960 That's not in there?
01:58:42.600 No.
01:58:42.940 Are you sure that's not in there?
01:58:44.040 Well, it's not yet.
01:58:45.580 Pardon.
01:58:46.540 Pardon.
01:58:47.000 For the pardon power.
01:58:47.980 That is pretty much unchallenged.
01:58:52.440 Let's see.
01:58:53.380 Um, may the president do this in all cases of offenses in the United States.
01:59:00.800 Can he pardon anybody?
01:59:03.400 From federal crimes?
01:59:05.740 Uh, yes.
01:59:06.440 With a couple of minor exceptions, right?
01:59:09.880 There's something to do with, uh, there is one really minor exception there about his own dealings, right?
01:59:17.720 Impeachment.
01:59:18.800 Okay, yeah.
01:59:19.180 He cannot overturn impeachment.
01:59:20.920 Okay, yeah.
01:59:21.620 Uh, what other powers does he have?
01:59:24.420 Uh, well, the laser eyes, right?
01:59:26.940 That can melt.
01:59:27.360 No, that's later.
01:59:28.340 I think that was added later by Virginia.
01:59:30.260 Okay.
01:59:30.400 But I'm not really sure.
01:59:31.720 Mm-hmm.
01:59:32.000 He has a solemn power, uh, that of making treaties for the United States and with other nations.
01:59:37.160 Right.
01:59:38.280 Um.
01:59:39.480 And, but those are usually need to be ratified by the Senate.
01:59:42.200 Right.
01:59:43.740 Uh, is, is nobody joined with the president in this power?
01:59:47.060 No, I'm reading.
01:59:47.520 Or may he make any agreement he thinks fit with other nations?
01:59:50.640 This power is so great and weighty that the Constitution will entrust it to no one man.
01:59:56.740 Even the president cannot make a treaty without the consent of the Senate of the United States.
02:00:01.680 Ah!
02:00:01.700 Ah!
02:00:01.800 Nor is it, nor is it sufficient that the majority of the Senate agree to, two-thirds of all senators who are present when the vote is taken must agree to the treaty before it is binding to the United States.
02:00:12.800 Now, if only, Glenn, someone would think of a, some sort of plan to help the education of people to learn civics like this, then you wouldn't get on national radio and have no idea what you're talking about.
02:00:26.240 Right?
02:00:26.700 If only someone would come in to get.
02:00:28.580 If we weren't, if we weren't so damn dumb.
02:00:30.660 Right.
02:00:31.440 Uh, if we, if there was just someone that was teaching all of this.
02:00:35.340 Right!
02:00:35.960 In a fun and entertaining way.
02:00:38.040 Wouldn't that be cool?
02:00:39.040 That would be really cool.
02:00:39.840 Probably not possible, though.
02:00:40.520 Not possible.
02:00:41.000 No?
02:00:41.280 Nope.
02:00:41.560 Not in the age of AI either.
02:00:42.940 No.
02:00:43.160 It's not gonna happen.
02:00:43.960 That's, that's.
02:00:44.560 Actually, that's what the torch is all about.
02:00:47.760 I mean, all of this stuff is going to be part of the torch and it, I mean, it's going to be really, really exciting because it will do it in a way that is fun and entertaining and doesn't make you feel stupid because you'll most likely be alone.
02:01:02.260 And if you do it with your kids, you'll already have all the answers and you should have learned it, you know, from the torch before you introduce it to your kids.
02:01:10.680 So you don't look like we just looked, you know what I mean?
02:01:13.100 That's not a good thing to show your kids.
02:01:15.360 You're like, no, I knew that.
02:01:17.360 Sure.
02:01:17.580 I knew that.
02:01:18.500 Dad didn't know that at all.
02:01:20.200 Um, but you know, the biggest thing that, um, you know, I was thinking about this last night that.
02:01:27.400 I've done a million monologues on how much I hate hippies, right?
02:01:33.820 I hate it.
02:01:34.980 It's a central part of our content for a couple of decades here.
02:01:37.380 In some ways, it is core to my mission, uh, the hatred of hippies.
02:01:42.080 And the reason why is because think their parents, their parents were the ones who fought in World War II.
02:01:49.760 Okay.
02:01:50.460 They fought in World War II as kids.
02:01:54.420 Then they came home.
02:01:55.660 They had seen such horror shows over there that they just wanted their kids not to have to worry about any of that stuff.
02:02:03.000 You want ice cream?
02:02:03.860 You know, who didn't have ice cream?
02:02:05.060 Germans.
02:02:05.480 They didn't have any ice cream.
02:02:06.680 I want you to have ice cream.
02:02:08.160 They went, they came back after fighting a war.
02:02:10.900 They went directly to work.
02:02:12.440 They built this massive, massive industrial might, um, and changed the world with the, with everything they did when they got home.
02:02:21.940 Uh, and then their kids turn on them and they, they're like, oh, that sucks.
02:02:28.860 We don't want any of that.
02:02:30.220 And then they start turning on the country and say, this sucks.
02:02:33.520 This is a monstrous place.
02:02:35.020 I like communism.
02:02:36.780 And they're, you know, free love, smoke dope, all of this stuff.
02:02:40.760 And we hate, we want to overthrow the United States.
02:02:43.080 Can you imagine how the general, the, the greatest generation felt about their kids at that moment?
02:02:47.380 Such a betrayal, right?
02:02:50.560 Then they grew up and they had said at one point, don't trust anybody over 30.
02:02:55.960 But when they got to be 30, they said, trust us.
02:02:59.960 We're the only ones you can trust.
02:03:01.920 And now they're 70, 80 years old.
02:03:04.780 And they're still with their, with their skeletal hands, still crawling from the grave, trying to make sure they never let loose of that power.
02:03:13.980 They have, they have spent all of our children and our grandchildren's money.
02:03:19.440 And you know, who's going to have to pay for their retirement?
02:03:22.900 My generation.
02:03:25.360 Okay.
02:03:26.040 The generation born 64, 65 and beyond.
02:03:30.320 That's who has to pay for them.
02:03:32.100 We're now paying for their retirement.
02:03:34.780 If they would ever retire.
02:03:36.840 But the ones who have power, they're not retiring.
02:03:40.360 They want to make sure they rule from beyond the grave.
02:03:43.980 They spent all the money.
02:03:45.840 They lived their life.
02:03:47.200 They lived high on the hog.
02:03:48.920 They blamed the country and everything else for all of their mistakes.
02:03:52.540 Look at what's happening with Stephen Colbert.
02:03:54.580 Stephen Colbert, you bet wrong, dude.
02:03:57.540 And you live at a time when television is not being used the way it used to be used.
02:04:03.020 And what are you doing?
02:04:03.900 You're blaming the country and you're blaming Donald Trump.
02:04:06.480 When that has nothing to do with it and you know it.
02:04:09.780 But you want to sow dissent.
02:04:12.640 And it is the same thing the hippies were doing.
02:04:15.940 And the older generation taught that to his generation and to, honestly, Generation X.
02:04:23.580 And so they're all screwed up.
02:04:25.580 They hate the country.
02:04:26.580 They don't understand it.
02:04:27.960 They were completely misled.
02:04:29.900 And I hate hippies because I had to clean up after them in the 70s.
02:04:34.960 This is why we don't have nice things, kids.
02:04:37.460 Okay?
02:04:37.760 Because of that group.
02:04:40.520 And then they just, Hillary Clinton says she's the same person she was in 68.
02:04:45.320 But in 1968, that Hillary Clinton would have hated the Hillary Clinton that is there now.
02:04:50.500 But somehow or another, she and her others have all convinced themselves, yeah, we're still that, you know, 1968 version of, you know, freedom.
02:04:59.440 They're not.
02:05:00.180 They're not.
02:05:01.200 So we have to clean it up.
02:05:03.200 But what's more is it is our responsibility.
02:05:06.860 I so believe in the young generation.
02:05:09.280 I so believe 15 to 30-year-olds, they're going to change the world.
02:05:13.560 They know something's wrong.
02:05:16.180 They've seen the 35-year-olds and they're like, that's not true.
02:05:20.520 All the stuff they're doing, that doesn't lead anywhere good.
02:05:24.180 And they know they've been lied to and they are searching for the truth.
02:05:28.700 And I think our job, my generation's job, is to pay for the hippies as they're now old.
02:05:38.760 And we got to make sure that they have retirement because it's the right thing to do even though I don't want to do it.
02:05:43.500 I'm going to do it.
02:05:45.080 And then tell them, sit down.
02:05:48.300 You have had enough.
02:05:50.980 You've had enough.
02:05:53.060 You have stolen from my children and my grandchildren.
02:05:56.680 You've had enough.
02:05:58.200 And then, while you're sitting there holding them at bay, turn around and say to the next generation, don't listen to them.
02:06:06.060 Don't even listen to me.
02:06:08.380 Continue to search for the truth.
02:06:10.180 Because you're the generation that is going to fix it.
02:06:13.440 You are the generation that is going to rediscover the truth.
02:06:18.180 And you're not going to come up with what we would have come up with.
02:06:22.200 It's your turn.
02:06:23.720 And stop listening to people who say, you'll never make it.
02:06:28.060 The system's rigged against you.
02:06:29.840 No, it's not.
02:06:30.680 Unless you believe it is.
02:06:34.480 I know it's not.
02:06:36.020 I grew up poor.
02:06:37.220 I worked hard 40 years of my life before I started to see any success at all.
02:06:43.140 And I could have whined about it.
02:06:44.720 I could have said, you know, the whole system was rigged against me.
02:06:47.680 It was a lot harder to make it back then because there were fewer opportunities.
02:06:52.680 But I won the lottery and I worked hard.
02:06:58.040 You can do it.
02:07:00.140 Life is not against you.
02:07:02.060 Life is for you.
02:07:03.840 You just have to believe it.
02:07:08.080 And everything in this society is teaching you, don't believe in yourself.
02:07:11.960 You aren't good enough.
02:07:13.380 You're not prepared enough.
02:07:15.180 Everything's set up against you.
02:07:17.080 They're coming for you.
02:07:19.800 Don't believe it.
02:07:21.380 Because you're the generation that is going to change the world.
02:07:25.540 My job and my generation's job is to keep saying that to you.
02:07:30.100 Go for it.
02:07:31.720 Keep pursuing the truth.
02:07:33.140 Keep learning.
02:07:34.700 Keep questioning everything.
02:07:36.660 Because you're about to change the world and save the world.
02:07:41.500 Back in just a minute.
02:07:43.700 By the way, that's our mission at The Torch.
02:07:45.980 And you'll understand more on that in the coming weeks.

02:08:06.900 He worked really hard.
02:08:08.520 He did everything right.
02:08:09.680 And yet, somehow, it felt like he was always one step behind, no matter what he did.

02:10:22.680 This is Glenn Beck.
