00:00:35.000 And I do prefer to have a cable so it is not wireless because it can be some additional signals going back and forth via bluetooth.
00:00:46.000 So sometimes of course I have used wireless earphones but I prefer this type.
00:00:53.000 Anyway why I mention this is because you know if you haven't been to the gym a lot you might think it is almost like a social event
00:01:01.000 going out into a public place but you don't need to interact with anyone.
00:01:06.000 Now of course this is very obvious to any long time supporter of mine.
00:01:12.000 And if you have been to the gym a lot you know that some days you have you know you can go into yourself

00:01:24.000 And same thing for me, sometimes I am talkative, sometimes I am not.
00:01:29.000 If I am in a hurry I can just put this on and with my body language show that I am only focused on my training.
00:01:37.000 So I am you know I am focusing in on myself a bit more like this.
00:01:42.000 And then I do my sets and then I leave.
00:01:45.000 Quick good session or in a different situation perhaps if you are in a more familiar gym.
00:01:52.000 If you are in a power lifting gym you know where people are more used to talking to each other.
00:01:57.000 Then it is yeah it is more appropriate to be a bit more like this a bit more open.
00:02:02.000 You talk to people you say hello to people and stuff like that.
00:02:05.000 So you can if you don't want to talk in the gym go to a more commercial gym.
00:02:10.000 And again keep a pair of air phones on you.
00:02:14.000 Show with your body language that you are not there to be social and you should be fine.
00:02:19.000 So if you are shy if you are anxious and you have no interest in talking to anyone.
00:02:23.000 It is easily done you don't need to make a big deal out of it.
00:02:27.000 On the other hand if you train in a nice gym then by all means be talkative.
00:02:34.000 Because it is much easier because it is much nicer if you train regularly at a place.
00:02:39.000 And you have some sort of relationship with the other people training there.
00:02:43.000 And you know it does not need to be a big deal either.
00:02:46.000 But it can be just to say hello.
00:02:48.000 Maybe chit chat a bit during the rest during the sets.

00:03:02.000 Most people in the gym they are there to focus on themselves.
00:03:06.000 And they probably will not pay much attention to you.
00:03:09.000 So if you feel that you go into a public space and oh everyone is watching you.
00:03:14.000 They aren't because they are mostly preoccupied with their own thoughts.

00:03:21.000 So you might think that people care about you.
00:03:25.000 But they don't really not all too much.
00:03:27.000 In the sense that they look at you and stuff.
00:03:29.000 But as long as you have you know clean nice clothes.
00:03:33.000 You are well you don't smell or anything like that.

00:03:47.000 Then of course also this gets a bit harder when we are talking about martial arts.

00:03:55.000 Because most drills they are you know you pair up two and two.

00:04:22.000 But otherwise just be kind and polite and all will be well.
