00:00:21.000Greetings, true friends. Happy New Year. I come bearing some wisdom for you. I might have mentioned this before in a Wild Hunt video, but I want to do it again because it's really good advice.

00:00:56.940So this is the 2022 year's notebook. And what you do is simply that you write down what you have to do either on the morning of the day or the day before or on a weekly basis.
00:01:12.820And then you not only know what you will do, because after all, you can keep it in mind as well. You might say that, oh, you know, I have everything in my mind.
00:01:22.940I do the planning in my mind. But if you want some additional motivation and if you write down stuff, you will feel the achievement of doing them.
00:01:33.640And it gets increased, the sensation, the achievement of it. So if I write down, I will hit the gym today.
00:01:43.800So I note down gym and then afterwards I take it off. Boom, I've done it. And then I have that sense of additional achievement.
00:01:51.920So it's not only about, you know, keeping things in mind, although that's the primary use of it, perhaps that you have a meeting at this time, at this date, or you have to do this at a certain date.
00:02:06.820That's a good use of it, of course. But when we're talking about physical notebooks and when you put something down on paper, again, it becomes a bit more real.
